00:05:58.840 smash cut, and they swap out the baby for a doll, and the mothers throw the babies down the stairs,

00:06:10.020 Ha ha ha ha ha. And the caption is, postpartum anxiety be like, ha ha ha ha ha. So all of this

00:06:16.360 is really, really horrifying. A lot of people have suggested that this is radicalizing young

00:06:21.920 men on how they look about women generally. And you're hearing cries from people saying,

00:06:29.100 okay, we need to ban women from social media. We need to ban women from voting. 0.97

00:06:32.380 We need to lock up a lot of women in St. Islay, and so on and so forth. 1.00

00:11:08.520 They're talking about the Lindsay Clancy trial, especially after this came out.

00:11:11.840 A lot of people are saying, oh my gosh, this sounds so similar because, guys, we've been

00:11:16.620 talking about the Lindsay Clancy trial that's happening nationwide.

00:11:19.720 It's the biggest trial that's happening right now, and it's been playing out for weeks.

00:11:23.960 And so for a lot of these folks who are reacting to what's happened in their backyards, they're

00:11:29.320 immediately you know reminded of what's playing out um at the national scale this is just absolutely

00:11:35.540 devastating that this could be another lindsey clancy situation this is a mother who killed her

00:11:40.220 two-year-old kid you never think it's gonna hit so close to home then tried to kill herself so

00:11:44.620 it's almost exactly the same thing i mentioned yesterday my little update from europe now that

00:11:49.420 i'm back i'm had secret project is mostly filmed back here i've slept for about 45 minutes in the

00:11:54.220 last week. But I mentioned yesterday on the show that the clearest analog to what's going on with

00:12:01.260 Lindsay Clancy is the OJ case. One, because you have an obvious murderer who very possibly will

00:12:08.380 get off because of a crazy jury. But also because in the OJ case, what that represented was black 0.93

00:12:17.560 jurors voting to let a black criminal off the hook, not on the basis of his innocence,

00:12:23.680 but on the basis of the racial ideology, specifically at a moment when the racial

00:12:29.700 ideologues had gotten everything that they thought they wanted. That's what happened with OJ. You had

00:12:34.660 the civil rights movement. You had the black power movement. You had political correctness

00:12:39.020 come up in the early 1990s. You had the whole racial ideology curriculum come into the schools.

00:12:43.840 They got everything that they said that they wanted. You had affirmative action, 0.56

00:12:46.920 and all the rest of it. The New Great Society, the civil rights laws, and still that didn't 0.71

00:12:52.700 solve whatever the black activists thought the problem would be. Be that poverty, be that 0.61

00:12:58.320 racial identity, be that issues of social solidarity, whatever. It didn't solve the

00:13:04.600 problem. The left-wing policies, the left-wing ideology didn't solve the problem. And so they

00:13:09.000 had to ask for more. They got everything they wanted. It didn't fix the problem. So what did

00:13:12.740 they ask for? They said, we need to literally get away with murder. That's the only way we can be

00:13:16.900 equal. It's the exact same thing playing out here. We have now had 50 years since second wave

00:13:22.980 feminism came about. Women have gotten everything that they said they wanted, 100 years since 0.89

00:13:27.780 first wave feminism. And women have gotten the right to vote, certainly. They've gotten the 1.00

00:13:34.120 liberal divorce laws they asked for. They've gotten to kill their kids through abortion, 1.00

00:13:36.880 which they asked for. They've gotten to get into universities. Now there are more women in 0.99

00:13:41.780 universities than men. They've gotten into the workplace because of affirmative action. Now 1.00

00:13:46.340 there are more women in the workplace than men are. They've gotten into the military. They've 1.00

00:13:49.460 gotten everything. They've gotten every single thing that they said they wanted. But women are

00:13:52.720 actually less happy than ever. So because the activists, the feminists have succeeded, 1.00

00:13:59.220 and because that hasn't worked, what are they saying? They're saying the exact same thing that

00:14:01.960 the black activists said during OJ. They said, well, you need to let us literally get away with 0.69

00:14:05.580 murder. There's nothing left to ask for. You need to let us literally get away with murder.

00:14:10.840 And of course, that won't make anyone happy either. That will only make the problem worse.

00:14:16.340 So there are kind of two extremes here, which is there is this misogynist idea that crops up. 1.00

00:14:23.440 It says all these women are completely insane, and they need to be totally shut up from society.

00:14:27.580 And then there's this other idea which says that women can never do anything wrong. 0.99

00:14:31.460 And any crime that a woman seems to commit is really a man's fault somehow. 0.98

00:14:38.020 Anytime a black criminal commits a crime, they say, well, it was really society's fault. 0.96

00:14:45.940 So it's impossible, according to this ideology, from the very premises, it's impossible for the criminal to have committed a crime.

00:14:55.460 And the real answer is clearly a via media, which is, no, in order to respect women, you have to recognize that they must have some accountability sometimes.

00:17:03.380 Listen, Charlie Kirk's alleged murderer has finally entered his plea in the case.

00:17:08.480 Don't forget, everything that we've been seeing so far, the state gathering evidence,

00:17:12.180 the preliminary hearing, all of this, that is all prelude to determine whether or not the case will

00:17:18.860 even go to trial. We have just discovered that the case will go to trial. The judge has observed

00:17:25.820 that the state has a lot of evidence, to put it mildly and diplomatically, the state has a lot

00:17:32.440 of evidence against Tyler Robinson. And so the case will go to trial. Tyler Robinson has

00:17:38.120 expectedly entered his not guilty plea. The judge here is Tony Graff. He said that Robinson will

00:17:45.220 stand trial on all counts. There's seven charges against Tyler Robinson. That includes the most

00:17:52.400 serious one, which is aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily

00:17:58.080 injury. The defense was trying to get that first charge thrown out. Not the murder charge, but the

00:18:04.200 enhancement, the aggravated murder charge. Because the defense said, quote, there was no evidence

00:18:10.320 that anyone else was threatened while Tyler Robinson murdered Charlie Kirk.

00:18:16.620 That was the argument from Tyler Robinson's defense was not, Tyler Robinson got set up.

00:18:23.380 Tyler Robinson's a patsy.

00:18:25.280 Tyler Robinson wasn't even in Utah.

00:18:27.560 Tyler Robinson's never even heard of Charlie Kirk.

00:18:29.320 That wasn't the argument.

00:18:31.380 The very narrowly tailored argument before the judge ruled that this trial will progress

00:18:37.320 was, well, hey, there's no evidence that Tyler meant to kill anyone else

00:18:42.480 while he murdered Charlie.

00:18:44.160 That was basically the argument that the defense was advancing,

00:18:47.080 which is, again, if you've been following the murder trial of Tyler Robinson on TikTok, 0.78

00:18:52.880 the same place that a lot of these chickies are following the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy,

00:18:57.560 you might not have understood just how narrowly tailored the defense is. 0.93

00:19:02.680 And the reason for that is the defense lawyers have certain ethical and professional obligations

00:19:08.660 that people on TikTok do not have. They can't make totally ridiculous specious arguments.

00:19:22.300 And for Tyler Robinson here, I guess the best outcome for him is that you get some crazy jury, like in the case of the Lindsey Clancy trial, and maybe he gets off the hook or is a mistrial or whatever.

00:19:33.920 But more likely, if I were the lawyer, if I were the defense attorney for Tyler Robinson, I would realize, okay, there's a lot of evidence here.

00:19:41.540 And we've admitted into the court Tyler Robinson's alleged confession.

00:19:47.080 We've admitted into the court the fact that Tyler Robinson allegedly turned himself in.

00:19:50.500 We've admitted into the court the alleged text messages between Tyler Robinson and the trainee boyfriend and the alleged discord messages in which he is confessing to the murder.

00:19:59.020 We've admitted all of that and not really questioned that.

00:20:01.640 So the best thing we can do is keep Tyler Robinson from being executed by the state.

00:20:07.220 The only way that he gets the death penalty is if they can prove that he was threatening the lives of other people while he was murdering Charlie Kirk.

00:20:15.660 So really, the best argument the defense can make here is, no, no, no, he was really only

00:20:19.760 threatening the life of Charlie Kirk, whom he murdered. But the other people were not in danger,

00:20:23.460 which could mean that Tyler Robinson goes to prison for the rest of his life, but at least

00:20:26.660 he will not be killed. Do not forget, the defense attorney for Tyler Robinson

00:20:31.780 explicitly rejected the internet conspiracy theories that suggest that he wasn't part of

00:20:38.740 this at all. Explicitly rejected this months ago. Said, yeah, we just consider that noise.

00:20:43.460 We're dealing in the realm of facts here. So the thing that's really frustrating about this case

00:20:48.800 is not that it seems like justice will not be served. I would say if I were a gambling man

00:20:54.340 here, the justice system is imperfect. But if I were a gambling man, I would say probably

00:20:58.000 something like justice will eventually be served in the Tyler Robinson case.

00:21:04.520 The thing that's really frustrating for those, especially people who love Charlie,

00:21:08.540 is it's going to take forever. It's going to take forever. We are now coming up on the one-year

00:21:15.040 anniversary of Charlie's murder. We are just now reaching the point when the judge says,

00:21:20.240 okay, this case can go to trial. This is going to take forever. And I suppose that's built into

00:21:30.060 the system that the wheels of justice turn slowly so that we can be judicious and not get carried

00:21:34.820 away with our passions, but this is really, really slow. In any case, the political takeaway from

00:21:40.780 this beyond the facts of the case itself is the way that we got to Tyler Robinson allegedly pulling

00:21:47.960 the trigger in Utah, murdering Charlie Kirk, the way we got there was not overnight. It's not just

00:21:53.420 because one guy went crazy. It's not even just because of one political issue, this tranny issue, 1.00

00:21:58.520 which seems to have been at the heart of Charlie's murder. 1.00

00:22:02.460 The way that we got there is because for 10 years or more,

00:22:07.580 left-wing radicals have been threatening

00:22:10.140 and attacking conservative speakers on campus,
