00:06:36.380 David Webb is very much a black guy. So this is their immediate reaction. That's their immediate

00:06:41.580 boogeyman. And this is why on CBS Mornings, the host has to stop herself and say, oh, 0.76

00:06:53.560 I have to sit with that for a second. The reason she has to sit with that is because it forces her 1.00

00:07:23.860 thinking was. I mean, they're making all of us reconsider the legitimacy of trial by jury.

00:07:29.020 The woman goes on and she says what Lindsay Clancy did was altruistic filicide.

00:07:40.500 And I'm very curious about the evidence that he was opposed to.

00:07:47.740 I think Dr. Resnick, his testimony about altruistic filicide was really impactful

00:08:10.880 every picture that was taken of the house on the night that this happened everywhere you look there

00:08:16.880 was just love there was a big sign that said it's a wonderful life and you know there wasn't anything

00:08:26.000 that said she wasn't that and then to hear somebody talking about a real reason why all

00:08:49.680 she just clearly the jurors just began from the premise that lindsey clancy had to be innocent

00:08:55.740 So they have to twist themselves into all sorts of knots to arrive at that conclusion from their false premise.

00:09:01.400 So they have to concoct ideas such as altruistic filicide, which again, I guess you could, if one were in a state of complete psychosis, one could maybe kind of come to the conclusion that you were helping the kids by killing them if it were some religious cult or something.

00:09:25.740 But in the Lindsey Clancy case, there's absolutely no evidence of that.

00:16:24.060 of the immigration policies. Tom Homan is saying, yeah, Ilhan Omar is under investigation. He's

00:16:29.700 being very judicious, very prudential with his speech. And even when the anchor asks him, hold

00:16:34.520 on, you are confirming she's under investigation. He starts to caution his language, but then he

00:16:39.820 says, well, hold on. Yeah, no, that part's already public. Yeah, we're definitely investigating her.

00:16:44.440 And she says, okay, well, is it possible,

00:16:47.380 let's say she's found guilty of immigration violations,

00:16:49.860 is it possible that she, a U.S. citizen and a member of Congress,

00:16:54.860 could be denaturalized, lose her citizenship, and then be deported?

00:17:00.900 And what does Tom Homan say?

00:17:02.200 He doesn't miss a beat.

00:17:03.220 He just says, well, I mean, that's what happens when you get denaturalized.

00:17:06.240 And I've seen it over my 40-year career.

00:17:08.820 So we're just going to let the investigation play out.

00:17:13.640 So this could be the greatest October surprise, maybe in any congressional election ever.

00:17:22.860 You know, the October surprise is what happens right before the election.

00:17:26.940 Now, probably it has to be more of a September surprise because we have early voting because

00:17:32.200 the Democrats changed all the voting rules in order to cheat and rig the elections.

00:17:35.400 But in any case, because we no longer just all vote on election day, a lot of people

00:17:39.180 vote earlier, the October surprise has to come a little earlier.

00:17:41.720 but the surprise is supposed to be the thing that at the last minute totally turns the momentum in

00:17:46.220 the race and doesn't give the target enough time to respond. In this case, saying that the person

00:17:54.340 who is running for office, in this case an incumbent, is going to lose citizenship and

00:17:58.360 be deported, that's as good as it gets. Yeah, they always do some sex scandal or something.

00:18:03.340 This is a sex scandal because one of the reasons for the investigation is that Ilhan Omar

00:18:08.860 illegitimately married her brother in order to help him commit immigration fraud,

00:18:13.240 allegedly, with a lot of evidence. And so there actually is a weird sex scandal in here. It's not

00:18:19.740 the only incest sex scandal of the Democrat races this cycle, because the Democrat Senate nominee

00:18:24.700 up in Maine also fathered two children with his cousin, but that's neither here nor there.

00:18:28.880 We're focusing on Ilhan Omar. If she gets deported, that would be a great October surprise.

00:18:34.380 But two, it would show that the administration is really going all the way.

00:18:40.920 The administration has done a good job on deportations,

00:18:43.420 a much better job than they're getting credit for from their opponents on the right.

00:18:48.340 The foreign-born number in the population has gone down by two and a half million

00:18:52.700 or thereabouts over the last year and a half. 1.00

00:18:56.760 It's the first time that you're seeing a decline of those foreigners in the country since, what, the 1930s or something like that. 1.00

00:19:10.960 Some people say there are more illegal aliens in the country, and the foreign-born percentage of population is even higher than that.

00:19:22.240 So if the previous debate was, do we only deport the face-tattooed criminals or do we also deport Abuela and the Gardeners and the other people who are otherwise peaceable despite having broken the law? 0.94

00:20:26.580 in Fairfax County, Virginia, right near the nation's capital, is that we stop Islamophobia.

00:24:29.240 was President Bush, who, you know, he is pilloried universally today by the Democrats

00:24:36.360 and by the Republicans. The Republicans are probably harsher on him today than the Democrats

00:24:39.960 are. And I think George W. Bush had a very tough job. He was president at a very tough time. He

00:24:44.920 made some big mistakes. There's no question about it. But he did a lot of good things too,

00:24:49.140 and I think he did his best.

00:24:51.280 And I'm actually a little softer on George W. Bush

00:24:53.040 than a lot of my fellow Republicans are.

00:24:55.500 But there is one error that he made

00:24:58.360 that he is doubling, tripling, 25 timing down on

00:28:55.540 before him or a very difficult task before him as the president on 9-11. He was trying to manage

00:28:59.680 the Muslims in America and our Muslim allies abroad. And he was trying not to go to war with

00:29:04.360 the whole religion and start a crusade. But he lied. And maybe he really believes it,

00:29:10.040 so maybe he just got it fantastically wrong. But it's just so false. It's just so obviously false.

00:29:16.860 And it plays into a liberal view of rhetoric, of speech, of thought, which is that lies can

00:29:25.980 be liberating. That's what liberalism ultimately kind of comes down to, is that lies can be

00:29:31.820 liberating. If we just lie, if we deny reality, if we just try to change reality through our will,

00:29:36.740 if we just lie enough, if we tell the man that he's really a woman, if we just lie enough,

00:29:40.880 that will be liberating and good for at least some people and maybe everybody. But that isn't

00:29:45.000 true. If you're a Christian, you believe that lies are sinful and wrong and the wages of sin 0.96

00:30:48.620 President Trump has a proposal for the Smithsonian that I absolutely love. We will get to that,

00:30:52.800 and then we'll get to the latest ravings of James Tallarico, who right now is slated to become the

00:30:57.600 next senator from Texas. President Trump posted an essay, an absolute essay, to Truth Social

00:31:06.720 on history, on the kind of history lesson that George W. Bush kind of wants to deny, I guess.

00:31:13.460 But this specifically focuses on George Washington. Trump writes,

00:31:18.760 I'm calling on the Smithsonian Institution to honor the life and legacy of George Washington,

00:31:22.260 America's Greatest Hero, with a five-year exhibition at the National Museum of American

00:31:26.420 History, beginning now, continuing through February 22nd, 2032, the 300th anniversary

00:31:31.380 of Washington's birth. It's a great idea. 300th anniversary of Washington's birth.

00:31:36.140 You think, hold on, wait, the Smithsonian wasn't going to do, the Smithsonian should have an entire

00:31:41.940 wing of the Smithsonian just permanently dedicated to George Washington. You're telling me we don't

00:31:46.920 really have many, if any, exhibits on him at all, and you weren't planning something for the

00:31:52.000 300th anniversary of his birth? That's crazy. The whole point of the Smithsonian is to promote

00:31:56.200 American history. To promote America, they do the opposite. And then he says, I'm calling on

00:32:00.520 the Smithsonian to erect a 30-foot colossus statue of the father of our country outside the museum

00:32:04.980 to replace the so-called infinity sculpture that stands there today. That strange modernist

00:32:09.620 sculpture tells visitors nothing about America, inspires no one, and honors none of our great

00:32:13.260 American heroes. I don't know if we have the picture. Do we have the picture? No, maybe we

00:32:15.900 don't. The current statue outside the Smithsonian is some weird obelisk with like a doodly-doo

00:32:21.660 on top. I think that's this specific technical name is a doodly-doo. It's this weird like little

00:32:26.560 squiggly thing on top of an obelisk. That's the best we can do. Trump says, no, let's replace it

00:32:31.740 with a colossus statue, like a big, giant George Washington. Right now, he says, the sculpture

00:32:39.980 doesn't honor our great American heroes. George Washington does. He's easily America's greatest

00:32:43.560 hero. Fact check, true. Without him, our country and our freedoms would not exist. Yet during our

00:32:48.040 nation's 250th anniversary year. The museum has failed to give George Washington and her other

00:32:52.160 founding fathers the celebration they deserve. And then he goes on to talk about Washington's

00:32:56.580 crossing the Delaware in 1776, the Battle of Trenton, both of which, Simon Knowles actually,

00:33:02.780 who does have a statue in Washington, D.C. now, I'm very happy about and grateful for. He was on

00:33:06.800 both of those voyages and those battles. But you don't see a lot about it. You see instead from the

00:33:12.780 Smithsonian, the Center for Restorative History, a decolonization plane, all the stuff that's 0.53

00:33:17.900 contrary to promoting America. And so Trump is totally right about this. I can't read the whole 0.87

00:33:22.900 thing. But for the people who say that Trump is just, you know, he kind of shoots from the hip

00:33:26.900 and he just, he's all emotion and he's not that thoughtful. This is pretty thoughtful. This is a

00:33:31.340 full essay on the significance of George Washington in American history and why our institutions need

00:33:36.680 to promote him. And this stuff can be really enduring because I like a tax cut as much as

00:33:42.000 the next guy. Putting up a big statue of George Washington at the Smithsonian is actually more

00:33:49.160 important than a tax cut. I know that the policy wonks and the materialists and the economists

00:33:53.440 are going to whine and cry over this, but it's true. A beautiful building in our nation's capital,

00:34:00.320 a big statue of an American hero, is actually more important for the nation than a tax cut

00:34:07.060 or than ticking GDP up a little bit.

00:34:09.060 I'm not, I don't mean to totally minimize

00:34:11.080 economic and material prosperity.

00:34:13.000 That's important too.

00:34:14.540 But the soul of the nation matters.

00:34:16.760 A nation is more than just GDP.

00:42:31.120 any meaningful sense. I mean, don't forget, James Tallarico has previously come out, and he said

00:42:34.700 that all religions are equal paths to God. Not just that all religions can, in some ways,

00:42:42.200 in partial ways, point to God, which is a statement that I agree with. I do think that's

00:42:46.360 true. I think natural paganism and Judaism, even to some degree Islam, can point to God.

00:42:53.100 even the non-theistic pagan religions sort of can in some ways. But he says, no, they're all

00:42:59.700 equal paths to God. So right there, that is a statement that says, I'm not a Christian. I don't

00:43:04.020 really believe in Christianity. But then to come out and say, you can't apply human categories to

00:43:07.600 God. How about the categories like father, son, man, taking on flesh and dwelling among us?

00:43:16.320 I mean, the central mystery of the Christian faith is the Trinity, which is that God is

00:43:22.980 three distinct persons in one divine unity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost

00:43:28.080 being the bond of love between the Father and the Son. And the central fact of the Christian faith

00:43:31.460 is that God becomes a man. He doesn't become a they, them. He doesn't become a she, him, he, her. 0.93

00:43:42.540 God has pronouns, and he asks us to respect them. He's just wrong in every way about every single

00:43:50.440 thing. No candidate drives me crazier. I'll take a hundred Abdul El-Sayed's over one James

00:44:05.820 awful. Okay. Last little bit here on Mr. Tallarico. Tallarico, as he is, according to the

00:44:13.080 Calci markets, ahead, as he's leading in the polls, as he's actually, he's looking pretty good.

00:44:20.200 I think Ken Paxton is a better candidate than people give him credit for, but Tallarico is

00:44:23.240 looking all right. Tallarico trots out these endorsements by Republicans. He says, Republican
