00:03:47.720 story, but the story is not about football, pro football or college football. The story is

00:03:53.340 actually about how a Texas politician reacted to the Texas victory because he was upset about it.

00:03:59.460 And he wasn't upset about how the team played, you know, the first downs and the kicks and the

00:04:05.900 touchdowns or whatever. He was upset about the celebrations. This is Beau French who says,

00:04:13.040 like body cams exposed criminals, social media is exposing how many Americans have been displaced

00:04:17.800 by foreigners. It's everywhere and far worse than any of us could imagine. Now, this guy,

00:04:25.240 Beau French, he is running for Texas Agriculture Commissioner. He is being called a racist for

00:04:30.000 this. But I looked at the picture he posted of all these fans, all these kids cheering with

00:04:35.120 doing the longhorn thing with their hands. And I realized I might be even more racist than he is

00:04:42.000 because I kind of thought the guys were Mexican. And I thought, well, there are a lot of Mexicans 1.00

00:04:48.140 in Texas. That's been true for a long time. That's been true since before Texas was part 1.00

00:04:52.460 of the United States. But apparently the issue is that the guys in the picture are Indian

00:04:57.840 and the politician doesn't like that very much.

00:06:18.600 They're not waiting for a cricket game.

00:06:22.900 And so this is what we want from immigrants. We want them to assimilate. We don't want them to 1.00

00:06:27.240 stay in ethnic enclaves. We don't want them to keep all of their old cultural traditions and 1.00

00:06:31.860 not be part of the American system. So that's great. Also though, it is not wrong to raise an

00:06:40.740 eyebrow at the massive demographic shift that has been intentionally foisted upon the American 0.98

00:06:47.600 people by the political class, by the Democrats, because the Democrats openly hate white people, 0.90

00:06:54.140 and they want to import non-white people in particular because they believe that that will 0.88

00:06:58.180 give them a permanent electoral majority. They say this. They've been pretty open about it

00:07:07.040 come to America and ultimately do vote conservative, vote Republican, but the vast majority of them do 0.60

00:07:11.860 not. The vast majority of the immigrants who come in don't vote Republican. They vote for 0.99

00:07:17.140 Democrats. That's why the Democrats keep inviting them in. And you have the business Republicans

00:07:20.880 who encourage mass migration, who encourage even illegal immigration because it allows them to

00:07:27.200 suppress wages. It gives them a broader labor force. And most Americans don't like that.

00:07:32.900 It is not. Look, maybe some people hate Indians. People on Twitter certainly do. And that's wrong. 0.88

00:07:37.200 We should not have any particular animosity toward people on the basis of their race or

00:07:42.920 anything like that. However, it is perfectly legitimate for the American people to say we

00:07:48.400 don't want a massive demographic shift in the United States. When people do come in,

00:07:54.320 it is better for them to assimilate than not to assimilate. But also, it is crazy that we have

00:07:59.600 totally blown up the demographic makeup of the United States, contrary to the stated and

00:08:05.200 reaffirmed will of the American people in election after election. Mass migration was one of the 0.96

00:08:09.680 biggest issues in 2024. Mass migration has been one of the biggest issues on the right for 25,

00:08:15.000 30 years now. And it even bled over in the 2024 election such that Trump denied the popular vote

00:08:20.320 to the Democrats. So it's not beyond the pale to say, hey, we have flooded the country with

00:08:27.640 immigrants, mostly from Latin America over the last 30, 40 years. We are increasingly importing 0.97

00:08:34.300 immigrants from the subcontinent, specifically from India, through H-1B visas and all other

00:08:39.160 sorts of things. And maybe we shouldn't necessarily do that. Maybe it's okay to restrict immigration,

00:08:45.920 including legal immigration, and encourage people who come from cultures that are more 0.77

00:08:49.400 easily assimilated to come over. That is not beyond the pale. You don't want that to fall

00:08:53.600 into a kind of nasty, crude, vulgar racial bigotry. We don't want to do that. But likewise,

00:09:01.440 you can't tell the majority of the American people, comprising all sorts of races, all sorts

00:09:07.560 of ethnicities, that it is utterly wrong for them to have any concern whatsoever about demographic

00:09:13.520 shift and displacement. Because that isn't. That's perfectly within the rights of a people,

00:09:18.520 especially in a self-governing republic, to say, hey, you know, maybe let's chill out.

00:09:22.760 From 1924 until what? 1965, we had basically no immigration into the United States. Very,

00:09:30.520 very severely restricted immigration. And then we had totally lopsided immigration after that.

00:09:35.420 And in recent decades, it's been extremely lopsided from Latin America and, I guess, increasingly from India. 0.93

00:09:40.420 It's not about the Indians. 0.56

00:09:45.580 It's not necessarily about the immigrants themselves.

00:09:48.320 It is about the right of a people to determine who comes in, which peoples are going to be more easily assimilated,

00:09:56.120 and whether or not we want to continue to import lots of foreign people,

00:10:00.680 especially when we have the highest foreign foreign percentage of the population ever,

00:10:04.260 though thanks to the Trump administration, that is going down a little bit.

00:10:07.380 In 50 years, if we get the foreign-born percentage of the population way, way down,

00:10:10.920 and there's some pressing reason to bring in more foreigners from this culture or that, 1.00

00:10:14.640 there's an argument for that. The immigration policy doesn't need to be one thing for all time.

00:10:20.360 Politics just responds to changing circumstances. So it's totally fine. People should eschew

00:10:26.660 a vulgar kind of racism, but we should treat the immigration issue seriously,

00:10:32.420 And we should recognize that different cultures are qualitatively different than others, and that actually factors into the immigration discussion as well.

00:10:39.500 It's actually a sign of the times, and it's a sign of the significance of this issue, that when I was a kid, the immigration issue was you could either support way more legal immigration or way more legal immigration and illegal immigration.

00:10:50.240 Those were your two options.

00:10:52.340 And now that's shifted to the point that we're discussing, okay, do we want to restrict legal immigration or do we want to restrict legal immigration from specific countries?

00:11:00.360 You know, that's a major shift in the Overton window, and I think that is inevitable. I don't think there's anything intrinsically racist or whatever about it.

00:11:07.900 Okay, the funny thing about singling out the Indians here, though, is that Asians actually are discriminated against in university admissions policies.

00:11:18.420 So it's not – the argument coming from a lot of people is these Americans, a regular white boy from the middle of the country, he doesn't get into the public schools anymore because his spot is being taken by Asian students.

00:11:30.860 But the irony is that the white students and the Asian students are in exactly the same place.

00:11:35.320 They're both being discriminated against by the schools.

00:11:37.440 This was a Supreme Court case.

00:11:38.920 It was taken up against Harvard.

00:11:40.500 The Supreme Court ruled against Harvard, said you have to stop discriminating against the white kids and the Asian kids.

00:11:44.680 And the schools continue to do it anyway, which we just found out thanks to the DOJ out of Berkeley.

00:13:19.080 So the Supreme Court issued this decision years ago at this point. Said, hey, you got to stop

00:13:23.460 discriminating against white kids and Asian kids. The only reason the Supreme Court had the political

00:13:27.480 cover to rule this way, by the way, is because of the inclusion of Asians. Had the schools only 1.00

00:13:32.800 discriminated against white kids, they would have gotten away with it. And we all know that to be 0.90

00:13:36.680 true. But the fact that they were discriminating against another supposedly oppressed minority

00:13:42.060 group, namely Asian students, gave the conservatives political cover to rule on this

00:13:47.260 case and say, hey, we shouldn't have racial discrimination against 18-year-old kids. So

00:13:51.260 all's well that ends well, I'll take it. But that's what's going on here. And even after

00:13:55.560 the Supreme Court decision, the schools are still violating it. We've seen this in report after

00:13:59.720 report. Now the DOJ has an investigation with the Department of Education here, found that UC Berkeley

00:14:05.920 law is discriminating based on race in admissions. They found that even after Students for Fair

00:14:12.860 Admissions, the Supreme Court case, Berkeley law uses race, essay prompts, and other tactics in

00:14:18.180 order to further the racial diversity goals. And don't forget, you can't increase racial diversity.

00:14:22.620 that is, you can't expand the number of students from one race if you don't also shrink the number

00:14:29.060 of students from another race. You can't give priority and privilege to students of one race 0.94

00:14:33.660 without discriminating against students of another race. For instance, the DOJ writes,

00:14:38.100 Berkeley's application asked applicants to specify their racial identity so that admitted

00:14:42.140 students could be grouped with others of the same primary identity in class. So they're

00:14:46.280 intentionally separating the admitted students by race. In 2024-2025, half of Berkeley Law's

00:14:54.700 admitted black applicants had LSAT scores below 95% of the admitted white applicants. More than

00:15:00.540 one-third of admitted black applicants had LSAT scores below 99% of the admitted white applicants.

00:15:07.080 So that means that in 2025, black applicants to Berkeley Law had 5.8 times higher odds of getting

00:15:14.840 in than comparable white applicants. That's still going on. This tells us something about how the 0.75

00:15:21.860 government actually works, and it's a pitfall that the conservatives, I think, fall into.

00:15:27.520 Conservatives really want to focus on pristine ideology. They don't want to focus on tactics.

00:15:36.660 This is why conservatives tend toward think tanks. Conservatives tend toward pundits,

00:15:43.920 toward podcasting. I'm part of this. The conservatives tend to focus on these kinds

00:15:49.460 of things. Now, one thing I try to do on this show that some of the others maybe don't exactly is

00:15:53.380 try to get in the nitty gritty muck of politics too, into some of the races, into the exercise

00:15:58.280 of power. Because what we are learning here is that you can have a ruling from the Supreme Court

00:16:03.840 of the United States, the highest court in the land. But if you don't have institutional power,

00:16:10.860 guess what all those schools are going to do that just got ruled against by the Supreme Court?

00:16:13.920 they're going to ignore the court's decision. That's exactly what's going on here.

00:16:17.620 So you have this class of conservatives who are practically impotent, and they say, well,

00:16:23.780 the real threat to our liberty comes from the Trump administration wielding too much power.

00:16:27.900 We don't want to be authoritarian. We don't want to appear tyrannical. So we can't exercise power.

00:16:34.060 We just want to shrink the government. That's what they'll say. We just want to shrink the

00:16:37.000 government. But there's no such thing as a small government, as I've observed many times on this

00:16:42.040 show. There's no such thing as a small government in a country of 330 million people. There's only

00:16:45.580 proper government or improper government. There's only good uses of power or improper uses of power.

00:16:50.840 Limited, but appropriate uses of power or limitless uses of power. And so in this case,

00:16:56.060 Supreme Court didn't get it done. It reminds us of this quote attributed to Andrew Jackson,

00:17:01.780 which is, okay, Chief Justice Marshall has made his decision. Let's see him enforce it.

00:17:07.000 So it is crucial.

00:17:08.360 It's very good that the DOJ is doing these investigations,

00:17:12.020 calling light to this.

00:17:13.220 It's very good that Trump is threatening to withhold funding from these schools,

00:17:16.700 messing around with the federal funding that these schools get.

00:17:22.580 And there are many conservatives who are more than happy

00:17:25.140 to allow the entire popularly elected presidential administration

00:17:53.020 full of energy and riz, and he hits up the nightclubs all over the United States. He's

00:17:57.540 engaging in a commercial endeavor. He's finding all sorts of Americans. He is paying them and

00:18:04.560 paying doctors, unethical doctors, to impregnate them, to create babies who will be born in the

00:18:11.080 United States who will have birthright American citizenship. One report says that it's 100

00:18:15.880 children through the US surrogates. One lawsuit from a former associate of his claims that it's

00:18:23.320 actually 300. The New York Post is running the 300 number. Now, this Chinese billionaire Zhu

00:18:28.980 Bo, he says the numbers are not precise. Maybe it's fewer. Maybe it's only 99 children. But he

00:18:35.720 gave a statement to the Wall Street Journal, and he said that he has custody of 12 of these children

00:18:41.280 that were born through surrogacy in the United States. He posted a photo to social media,

00:18:45.500 reportedly, of over 100 children seated in rows. A few days later, he issued a statement in Chinese.

00:18:50.480 You can tell he has not assimilated very well.

00:18:52.120 He was not at the Longhorn game.

00:18:53.680 And he said, the statement said,

00:18:55.520 Mr. Zhubo believes in the philosophy

00:18:56.960 that more children bring more blessings.

00:19:42.860 the United States. One of this guy's commercial surrogates just spoke out to CBS News.

00:20:36.020 awful. It's wrong. How is this even legal? But lady, you did it. You're part of it, as you say.

00:20:42.860 And it would be one thing if the surrogate came out and she said, and I realized this is wrong,

00:20:56.120 and atone for my sins. She doesn't say that. She goes, nah, yeah, I didn't realize how crazy it

00:22:11.480 have come to realize there are problems with the industry. Some of them just try not to think about

00:22:15.600 it. And they say, well, I love my kid. My kid is a good. So how dare you suggest that there's

00:22:19.200 anything wrong with this? I don't want to think about it. More kids, it's always better. Any way

00:22:23.260 to make kids is better. Notice that's what Jubeau said. Jubeau said he believes in the philosophy

00:22:27.380 that more children bring more blessings. So he wants more kids. I was having this conversation

00:22:32.300 on Katie Miller's podcast in DC not that long ago. And she was taking the devil's advocate

00:41:44.480 is the way that the Saudis are getting their oil out after the Strait of Hormuz is closed. So

00:41:48.680 estimates range from 70 to 92 percent of Saudi oil exports are coming out through the east-west

00:41:53.180 pipeline, which was now just blown up in a drone attack. It's kind of unclear still the extent of

00:41:58.700 the damage from the attack. But this means that the east-west pipeline is going to be down for

00:42:02.440 anywhere from three to eight weeks, maybe longer. That's bad in itself. The Saudis don't have the

00:42:08.240 capacity to store the oil that they're producing without getting it out beyond something like

00:42:12.340 seven days. So now you could be in a situation in which the fields start to go down. It's very

00:42:18.120 hard to turn them on again. It's really going to be hitting the price of oil, which is going to

00:42:22.440 cause the price of all goods to increase. And it's going to cause economic pain and inflation and all
