00:00:37.760 More riots just days before the 2020 presidential election.

00:00:42.780 We're getting some breaking news.

00:00:44.420 This happened overnight.

00:00:46.040 30 Philadelphia police officers were injured during an hours-long BLM riot in Philadelphia.

00:00:54.140 What prompted the riot?

00:00:55.660 Well, by now, I'm sure you can guess there was a force involved.

00:01:00.200 There was an officer involved killing.

00:01:02.380 What are the circumstances of the killing?

00:01:04.320 Was it some innocent man who was just minding his own business, you know, doodling on a sheet,

00:01:09.460 doing an oil painting and watching a sunset?

00:01:12.300 No.

00:01:12.920 He was approaching cops with a knife.

00:01:15.980 The guy was wielding a knife.

00:01:17.780 He was demonstrating force.

00:01:19.220 So the cops responded in kind, cut to hours and hours of riots, which involved one female 1.00

00:01:26.060 police officer getting run over, which involved zillions and zillions of people pouring out

00:01:31.940 into the streets, and 29 other cops getting injured.

00:01:35.560 Take a listen.

00:01:36.080 Just a cacophony, just a mayhem.

00:01:50.460 And the question comes, why now?

00:01:54.660 Why in this case?

00:01:55.860 The incident itself doesn't seem to justify any kind of riot or protest for that matter.

00:02:00.480 But that's not what it's about.

00:02:01.980 Now, any use of officer force is simply a signal for all of the radicals to pour out

00:02:08.740 into the street and overthrow the system.

00:02:11.700 You can expect a whole lot more of that if Joe Biden gets elected president.

00:02:15.400 You remember CNN was saying, guys, we've got to stop the riots.

00:02:18.480 After weeks and weeks of defending the riots, they said, we've got to stop the riots.

00:02:21.460 They're showing up in the polls.

00:02:22.820 Well, if there's going to be any silver lining to this storm cloud, let's hope it shows up

00:02:26.540 in the polls on November 3rd.

00:02:28.320 I'm Michael Knowles.

00:02:29.000 This is The Michael Knowles Show.

00:02:31.980 Welcome back to the show.

00:02:38.360 My favorite comment from yesterday from Eric Thompson, if you're not on the take, then

00:02:43.160 you ain't Joe Biden.

00:02:44.580 That's a nice way to switch the Joe Biden claim that if you don't know who you're voting for,

00:02:50.500 you ain't black. 0.67

00:02:51.060 If you're not on the take, you ain't Joe Biden. 0.74

00:02:52.940 That guy has, of course, been on the take.

00:02:54.860 You know, some people have raised this issue that the Republican messaging is getting stale. 0.99

00:03:00.420 We called Hillary a crook and we're calling Joe Biden a crook. 0.87

00:03:04.800 And so that's just not plausible. 0.93

00:03:06.860 What are you talking about?

00:03:07.600 Of course it is.

00:03:09.180 Those two politicians have been in the business for a very, very long time.

00:03:13.780 And we have evidence that they have sold their influence.

00:03:18.380 Hillary and Biden are practically the same exact politician.

00:03:22.600 Hillary is a little more detestable just on television and on the campaign trail. 1.00

00:03:27.980 Joe Biden's a little more likable.

00:03:29.240 Old folksy Uncle Joe, Joe from Scranton or wherever he says he's from this week.

00:03:33.580 But beyond that, they're essentially the same person.

00:03:36.460 They've enriched themselves in public service.

00:03:39.120 They've entered into a lot of shady deals with a lot of foreign actors.

00:03:42.480 And now they're running for president because it's their turn.

00:03:45.160 There are some genuine ideologues on the left, but in terms of the blow in the wind, no principles, corrupt politicians, Hillary and Biden, basically the same thing.

00:03:57.860 They figured out certainly how to enrich themselves.

00:04:01.240 By the way, if you want to figure out how you can enrich yourself, you got to check out Acre.

00:04:04.980 It's a way to invest that allows you to invest in gold without having a ton of cash at your disposal right now.

00:04:16.200 This has always been an issue with investing in gold.

00:04:18.520 You say, OK, I'd like to buy some gold, but I don't have enough money to go out and buy a gold bar.

00:04:23.860 You know, that's just too expensive.

00:04:25.620 Well, what's great is with the price of gold skyrocketing lately, there's a new way you can buy gold through a company called Acre.

00:04:31.560 What Acre lets you do is subscribe to gold bars for as little as $30 per month.

00:04:38.620 But, Michael, gold costs more than $30 per bar.

00:04:41.460 Right, I know.

00:04:42.220 So what you do is you pay each month.

00:04:44.520 Once your gold stash reaches the price of their gold bars, they will discreetly ship Acre gold to your house.

00:04:52.380 It's a really great idea.

00:04:53.760 It's a great way to also put you on a regimented plan so that, you know, everyone has the good idea to invest,

00:04:58.960 but often people don't follow the discipline to actually do it.

00:05:01.560 Just $30 a month, and then it adds up and adds up and adds up.

00:05:05.000 And once it hits the price of the actual gold, they will discreetly ship the physical gold to you.

00:05:10.080 I think it's a terrific idea, great way to get involved in investing in physical gold.

00:05:15.200 Acre also just recently introduced their new $100 per month subscription for their 5-gram gold bar.

00:05:20.580 I myself have invested in precious metals, and I really have enjoyed that experience.

00:05:25.100 It's getacregold.com.

00:05:27.600 That's the website.

00:05:28.480 Go to getacregold.com slash Knowles.

00:05:31.160 Start investing in physical gold today.

00:05:33.600 Make sure you go to this URL because Acre is giving away a gold bar.

00:05:36.820 That sounds pretty great.

00:05:37.600 To qualify for that, tweet or post why you should be the recipient.

00:05:40.700 Mention at get underscore Acre.

00:05:43.320 That is getacregold.com slash Knowles.

00:05:44.920 Thank you, Acregold, for supporting our show.

00:05:47.960 Other big news yesterday.

00:05:49.820 We have a new Supreme Court Justice, Amy Coney Barrett. 0.91

00:05:53.100 She was confirmed yesterday in the Senate, and then President Trump, not wasting any time whatsoever,

00:06:00.040 decides to have the swearing-in ceremony that night at the White House.

00:06:04.520 Clarence Thomas came down from the court to swear in, then judge, now Justice Amy Barrett.

00:06:11.860 Take a listen.

00:06:12.360 I, Amy Coney Barrett, would solemnly swear

00:06:16.120 that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States

00:06:21.160 that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States

00:06:25.920 against all enemies, foreign and domestic

00:06:29.200 against all enemies, foreign and domestic

00:06:32.060 that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same

00:06:36.440 that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same

00:06:39.560 that I take this obligation freely

00:06:45.080 without any mental reservation

00:06:49.560 or purpose of evasion

00:06:53.220 and that I will well and faithfully discharge

00:06:57.140 the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

00:07:07.960 So help me God.

00:07:09.560 So help me God.

00:07:16.080 All right, wonderful news.

00:07:18.100 I love that President Trump jumped on this nomination.

00:07:21.040 I love that the Senate pushed the nomination through

00:07:23.560 and I love that he didn't waste even 12 hours

00:07:26.680 waiting to do it this morning

00:07:27.940 for the swearing-in ceremony.

00:07:29.420 They did it last night.

00:07:31.120 I love that Clarence Thomas was the one to do it.

00:07:33.460 Clarence Thomas, you know, the old school conservative,

00:07:36.880 the old school originalist on the court.

00:07:40.120 Absolutely love everything about that.

00:07:43.420 Some conservatives, though, I think are reacting in a way that is not so helpful.

00:07:48.180 And I, listen, I get that there is a political optics aspect to all of this.

00:07:55.100 So sometimes conservatives get carried away with this.

00:07:57.160 But there was a member of the Trump campaign who tweeted out a black conservative Supreme Court justice swearing in a female conservative Supreme Court justice.

00:08:06.320 Epic.

00:08:06.720 I thought, what's epic about that?

00:08:10.940 I like that Clarence Thomas is swearing in Amy Barrett.

00:08:15.920 That's pretty epic.

00:08:17.060 I like that the confirmation has happened so quickly.

00:08:19.340 That's pretty epic.

00:08:20.080 I like various attributes of these two people.

00:08:23.640 Clarence Thomas's story, what we know about Amy Barrett, you know, the seven kids and all that.

00:08:27.620 I think that's all epic.

00:08:28.780 Why is it epic that a black guy swears in a woman? 1.00

00:08:33.040 Why should I care? 0.93

00:08:34.280 Why should I care about that?

00:08:35.440 I think what conservatives often do is we get so excited when we've got a woman to be sworn in.

00:08:43.100 And she's being sworn in by a man, a black guy, that we want to prove to the left that we're not misogynists and we're not racial bigots.

00:08:54.440 And we're so excited to prove that to them, that we focus on race and sex as though they were very top priority political categories.

00:09:05.520 And we think, yeah, take that liberals.

00:09:08.540 See, we're not racist and sexist.

00:09:09.880 They don't, they, well, one, they don't believe that we're not racist and sexist, but even if they did, they don't care.

00:09:16.300 It's not going to persuade them of anything at all. 0.99

00:09:18.180 And actually what it does is just buy into their stupid view of politics that says that we need to have a woman. 0.99

00:09:24.100 Forget who the woman is. 1.00

00:09:24.720 We just need a woman. 1.00

00:09:25.640 We need to have a black guy. 1.00

00:09:27.260 Forget who the black guy is. 1.00

00:09:28.260 We just need to have a black guy. 1.00

00:09:29.360 And I just don't care. 0.98

00:09:32.900 When I say that I don't care that Amy Barrett's a woman or that Clarence Thomas is a black guy,

00:09:37.260 I know what it sounds like is I don't, I don't think any less of Amy Barrett because she's a woman or I don't think, that's not what I'm saying.

00:09:46.080 What I'm actually saying is I could not possibly care any less that Republicans put a woman on the court this time.

00:09:53.120 If they had put a man on the court, wouldn't, wouldn't change my opinion at all.

00:09:57.300 As long as the man were a solid judge, I couldn't possibly care less that Republicans put a black guy on the court.

00:10:04.540 If they put a white guy on the court or a Hispanic guy on the court or an Asian guy on the court or whatever guy on the court,

00:10:10.120 it would not make me happier, wouldn't make me sadder, wouldn't make, wouldn't change my opinion.

00:10:16.420 And I just think we need to stop giving the left their premise here on, on these racial and sexual questions.

00:10:24.740 I know we think we're like, ah, now we're going to prove to them that we're not bigots.

00:10:28.120 You're not going to prove that to them.

00:10:29.620 And who cares?

00:10:30.540 I don't care what they think.

00:10:32.080 I do not care what the left thinks of me, especially on racial and sexual questions.

00:10:36.880 They have no credibility whatsoever.

00:10:38.900 And I'm very, I'm very pleased that we have this judge, but I don't want to play according to their rules.

00:10:46.400 I want the court to operate well, which by the way, it will not.

00:10:49.900 If Joe Biden gets elected, Joe Biden was just asked, thankfully, finally by a reporter.

00:10:56.000 What do you think of term limits on the Supreme court?

00:10:59.480 What do you think of packing the Supreme court?

00:11:00.780 What do you think of this and that all these various changes and Joe Biden, we were talking about this yesterday.

00:11:05.820 He can't give a straight answer on anything.

00:11:07.340 And whenever he gives a straight answer, it puts him in a tough position.

00:11:10.380 So he talks out of both sides of his mouth.

00:11:13.760 Mr. President, you mentioned just a minute ago there that as part of your commission,

00:11:17.700 you would look at how long justices serve on the court.

00:11:20.240 Does that mean that you're open to term limits?

00:11:22.060 No, no, no, no, no, no.

00:11:23.460 There, there, there is a question about whether or not it's a lifetime appointment.

00:11:28.260 I'm not going to attempt to change that at all.

00:11:30.220 There's some literature among consulists or scholars about the possibility of going from one court to another court,

00:11:36.620 not just always staying the whole time on the Supreme court.

00:11:39.560 But I have made no judgment.

00:11:41.380 My word, my words, but I've made no judgment.

00:11:44.580 They're just a group of serious consulists or scholars have a number of ideas how we should proceed from this point on.

00:11:51.520 And, uh, that's what we're going to be doing.

00:11:53.320 I'm going to give them 180 days.

00:11:55.080 God willing, if I'm elected from the time I'm sworn in to be able to make such a recommendation.

00:12:00.480 Absolutely.

00:12:00.960 No, we are not going to have term limits for the Supreme court, but we might take them off the Supreme court.

00:12:06.680 You know what?

00:12:07.940 You know, I'm no constitutional expert.

00:12:10.120 That sounds like a term limit to me.

00:12:11.420 So if you're saying, no, we're not going to limit the amount of time that these judges can sit on the Supreme court,

00:12:16.780 but we might, after a certain period of time, move them to a different court, that is effectively a term limit.

00:12:21.720 So what Joe is doing here is what he does all the time, which is absolutely I support up.

00:12:29.180 But, and, and by supporting up, what I mean is I support down.

00:12:33.400 Yeah, I totally support East.

00:12:35.500 East is what I support.

00:12:36.740 I totally can get behind East and that means I support West and me.

00:12:41.100 He always does this with these, these opposite issues.

00:12:44.800 So he's leaving himself open.

00:12:47.440 He doesn't know what he believes.

00:12:49.060 He's never known what he believes.

00:12:50.520 He believes whatever is popular and he convinces himself to believe that.

00:12:54.520 And unfortunately right now, what's popular is packing the court.

00:12:58.340 What's popular is term limiting conservatives in particular.

00:13:01.420 What's popular is politicizing the court more so than it already is.

00:13:05.360 And so Joe's going to go along with it.

00:13:07.720 If he gets elected, there's no doubt in my mind.

00:13:10.620 I don't think Joe cares one way or the other, just like I don't care about the race or sex 0.98

00:13:14.980 of the Supreme court justice one way or the other.

00:13:16.860 I certainly think Joe does not care whether they pack the court, whether they don't pack

00:13:21.880 the court.

00:13:22.300 He just wants to be the president and have a post office named after him.

00:13:26.340 That's all he wants.

00:13:27.460 The actual government that can be left to somebody else.

00:13:30.340 He gets very confused.

00:13:32.600 He, we know that he gets very confused.

00:13:34.340 It seems though he's got a pretty good chance of becoming president because the Democrats

00:13:39.060 are committing voter fraud.

00:13:40.440 You don't need to take my word for it.

00:13:42.280 Joe admitted it himself.

00:13:44.220 Secondly, we're in a situation where we have put together and you guys did it for our administration,

00:13:52.040 the president Obama's administration before this.

00:13:55.140 We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the

00:14:06.460 history of American politics.

00:14:08.560 Couldn't have put it better myself.

00:14:10.080 I guess Joe is honest every once in a while.

00:14:12.520 You know, that guy, he normally talks out of both sides of his mouth, but there, there was

00:14:16.420 no other side.

00:14:17.240 He just said, listen, I got to thank you guys.

00:14:19.480 You helped us do it under Obama, which I wish it worked better under Obama, but you've helped

00:14:24.040 us put together the most inclusive, wonderful, greatest voter fraud apparatus in American

00:14:32.380 history.

00:14:33.320 That's probably true.

00:14:34.700 I have to agree with fact check.

00:14:36.240 True.

00:14:37.700 Watch, they're going to, this is what's going to happen.

00:14:39.600 The fact checking websites are going to fact check me just repeating Joe Biden's words.

00:14:47.240 And they're going to say that I'm lying and he's telling the truth.

00:14:49.940 Wait for it.

00:14:50.700 I promise you maybe, unless they're watching this show, maybe then they won't.

00:14:54.620 He gets very confused as you know, maybe he wanted to say voter fraud prevention program,

00:14:58.900 but that's not what he said.

00:15:00.460 That's a Freudian slip.

00:15:01.380 I think is what you'd call it.

00:15:02.460 That's where you say one thing, but me and your mother, Joe Biden obviously fell into

00:15:05.600 that.

00:15:06.040 He also gets confused about very personal matters.

00:15:08.480 So in the same interview, he was, he was talking about his grandchildren and he misstated how

00:15:15.960 many grandchildren he has.

00:15:17.840 You guys have such an enormous following, not only with my children, my grown children,

00:15:24.060 but my five grandchildren who range in age from 27 to, uh, to 14.

00:15:31.380 Or no, that's not true.

00:15:32.340 16.

00:15:32.820 She'd be very upset.

00:15:34.160 I said 14.

00:15:35.780 That's not true either.

00:15:36.800 He actually doesn't have five grandchildren.

00:15:38.680 He has seven grandchildren and they don't rate range down to age 14.

00:15:42.100 They range down to age two or even, even a little bit younger.

00:15:46.740 Maybe he's got these two new kids from Hunter Biden, one, an illegitimate child with his,

00:15:53.380 his mistress, one of his mistresses.

00:15:55.340 And then the other one with his new wife born almost around the same time.

00:15:59.480 Now you might say, well, Joe's just getting confused.

00:16:02.720 I don't think Joe's getting confused here.

00:16:04.280 I don't think Joe forgot those grandkids.

00:16:06.280 I think Joe is choosing not to acknowledge them because he's done this a number of times.

00:16:10.140 He's been called out for it.

00:16:11.360 Hunter Biden is the number one scandal in his presidential campaign.

00:16:16.140 I don't think Joe just forgot that Joe Biden, that Hunter Biden has these two kids.

00:16:20.960 And, and this is where I think good old, nice, Grant and Joe, he's just a good fella.

00:16:25.640 He's just a nice guy.

00:16:26.400 I think that breaks down because I think Joe is choosing not to acknowledge two of his

00:16:30.140 own grandkids.

00:16:30.900 And I think that's a very cruel, wrong, immoral thing to do. 0.99

00:16:35.100 And I think if you're those kids and you grow up and you know, you've got a schmuck dad and 0.95

00:16:40.520 you know, you come from this very powerful, you know, longstanding Washington political 0.90

00:16:46.080 family and your grandpa, Joe Biden refused to acknowledge you.

00:16:51.200 I think that's going to make you feel pretty bad.

00:16:53.440 I think that's going to give you some problems down the line.

00:16:56.800 And I think Joe Biden is doing it intentionally because he doesn't want to acknowledge that

00:17:00.840 he's got these extra kids.

00:17:01.900 And it's a very, very mean, cruel thing to do.

00:17:05.880 And no one's held him to account for it.

00:17:07.720 Even the conservatives, as far as I can tell, don't hold him to account.

00:17:10.380 What the conservatives often do is they'll say, ha ha, Joe, you don't forget those two

00:17:14.080 extra kids that were born out of wedlock that ha ha, you know, it was because Hunter

00:17:18.180 Biden slept with a stripper and, you know, use it as a way to basically attack Hunter Biden. 0.53

00:17:22.580 Just think about it from the kid's perspective.

00:17:26.040 Imagine you, if you didn't know your grandfather, if your grandfather refused to acknowledge

00:17:29.180 you, you'd probably feel pretty bad about that.

00:17:31.040 And Joe Biden should feel bad about that because what he's doing is very wrong.

00:17:34.300 He does a lot of things that are very wrong, but then he plays it off because he's got that

00:17:37.180 big grinning smile, those big fake teeth.

00:17:40.320 And he smacks you on the back and he says, oh, hey there, corn pop.

00:17:43.840 What's going on?

00:17:44.680 Malarkey.

00:17:45.320 Come on, man.

00:17:46.660 I don't think you can come on, man.

00:17:48.100 Now, come on, man.

00:17:48.800 Acknowledge your grandkids.

00:17:50.140 He does get confused, though.

00:17:51.700 Joe Biden does get confused, such as when he forgets who the president of the United States

00:17:56.780 is.

00:17:57.280 Joe Biden was doing an interview and he appeared to think that the president is named George.

00:18:04.380 This is the most consequent, not because I'm running, but because who I'm running against.

00:18:08.460 This is the most consequential election in a long, long, long time.

00:18:13.380 And the character of the country, in my view, is literally on the ballot.

00:18:17.500 What kind of country are we going to be?

00:18:19.300 Four more years of George, George, he's going to find ourselves in a position where if Trump

00:18:26.400 gets elected, we're going to be we're going to be in a different world.

00:18:31.120 Four more years of George, of George.

00:18:33.840 George, well, if we so right now, some people think that Joe Biden was confused and thought

00:18:42.080 that George W. Bush was or George H.W. Bush was still president or George Washington.

00:18:46.520 I don't know.

00:18:46.980 He was around for all three, as far as I can tell.

00:18:49.760 That's one theory.

00:18:50.980 He confused the president.

00:18:52.400 It's not Donald Trump.

00:18:53.100 He thinks it's George Bush.

00:18:53.800 The other theory is he was talking to George Lopez.

00:18:56.360 George Lopez, the actor, was interviewing him.

00:18:58.960 And so he got he just repeated George Lopez's name.

00:19:03.380 And then I have a third theory, which nobody's talking about.

00:19:06.920 So the first theory sounds the most plausible because there is he just ran right into it.

00:19:11.280 Right.

00:19:11.420 He said, if we have four more years of George, of George.

00:19:16.620 So there was no break.

00:19:17.960 It wasn't if we have four more years, comma, George, if we have four more years of this,

00:19:23.640 George, if we have four more years of Donald, George, it wasn't that he just ran right into

00:19:27.680 it.

00:19:27.780 We have four more years of George.

00:19:28.960 So there might be something to that idea that he still thinks George Bush is the president.

00:19:35.340 If he were talking to George, there would be a George Lopez.

00:19:39.160 There would be a like a comma in there.

00:19:41.180 Or it might be the case that sometimes his brain just gets so fried that he just kind

00:19:45.440 of very quickly shifts to another topic when he can't finish his own sentence.

00:19:49.480 So maybe there's a possibility there.

00:19:51.260 What I think was happening is his his brain just popped a little bit like it usually does.

00:19:55.920 It just kind of overheated and he was trying to buy time because he couldn't remember the

00:20:00.600 name of the president.

00:20:02.140 OK, I think that's the most charitable, most conservative read of this is he forgot Donald

00:20:10.000 Trump's name.

00:20:11.080 And so he said the first name that popped into his head and maybe he was thinking of George

00:20:14.240 Bush.

00:20:14.520 Maybe he was thinking about George Lopez.

00:20:15.700 Maybe he was thinking about George of the jungle.

00:20:16.920 And he just said, we have four more years, George, George, George, George, Trump.

00:20:24.480 I don't even know if he got to Trump.

00:20:27.520 Either way, any of those three options, not good.

00:20:31.820 You've got a guy who is going to be the leader of the free world.

00:20:35.620 Don't forget, the president of the United States isn't even just the president of the

00:20:38.800 United States.

00:20:39.460 That would be enough.

00:20:41.300 But he's the leader of the free world.

00:20:43.080 The American election is the global election, at least for the West, but even beyond the

00:20:47.500 West.

00:20:48.480 When Ruth Ginsburg died, there was mourning in other countries.

00:20:52.640 In South America, people were talking about how awful it was that there was the death of

00:20:55.980 this judge.

00:20:57.760 OK, there are debates over the American Supreme Court in Europe.

00:21:01.040 I mean, that shows you the kind of extent of the American empire. 0.97

00:21:04.520 And this guy, his brain doesn't work very well.

00:21:09.220 Not a good situation to be in.

00:21:12.100 So what does that mean?

00:21:13.040 Does that mean that Kamala Harris is going to be the president, the real president, the 0.95

00:21:17.060 shadow president?

00:21:17.800 Is it going to be some other staffer?

00:21:19.160 I don't know.

00:21:20.280 What I do know, though, is that if Biden can't make the long run, Kamala Harris isn't going

00:21:25.540 to be much better.

00:21:26.460 Kamala just did a long series of interviews.

00:21:29.620 Incredibly, despite how bad Biden is, she's almost as bad.

00:21:34.960 She was asked the question, how left wing are you?

00:21:37.200 Kamala Harris has been considered one of, if not the single most left wing member of

00:21:42.360 the United States Senate.

00:21:43.480 She was asked about this on 60 Minutes.

00:21:46.960 Didn't have much of an answer.

00:21:48.660 You're very different in the policies that you've supported in the past.

00:21:52.680 You're considered the most liberal United States senator.

00:21:55.260 I, somebody said that, and it actually was Mike Pence on the debate stage, but.

00:22:02.040 Yeah.

00:22:02.580 Well, actually, the nonpartisan GovTrack has rated you as the most liberal senator.

00:22:08.820 You supported the Green New Deal. 0.70

00:22:10.820 You supported Medicare for all.

00:22:12.640 You've supported legalizing marijuana.

00:22:14.920 Oh, that awkward laugh went away real quick, didn't it?

00:22:19.020 She always does it.

00:22:20.040 She always goes for this really, obviously disingenuous laugh when she has no answer.

00:22:26.360 But she didn't even get to the laugh quick enough.

00:22:28.260 So you're the most liberal member of the Senate.

00:22:30.960 Uh, no, no.

00:22:34.700 Pence said that.

00:22:36.220 No, I was Pence, right?

00:22:37.340 Always trying to shift off the blame, always trying to avoid the question.

00:22:40.440 It was Pence.

00:22:40.940 I was Pence.

00:22:41.220 And then this woman on 60 Minutes to her credit, she goes, no, no, that was like every independent 0.88

00:22:47.820 adjudicator of these questions actually said that you're the, by your voting record, you're

00:22:52.600 the most liberal senator.

00:22:53.960 And then you just see that ha ha ha artificial laugh just sort of slowly melt into this.

00:23:00.200 No, I, one thing that I was actually surprised about with Kamala Harris is how untalented she 0.97

00:23:08.480 is.

00:23:08.720 I, I, I did believe that she was a talented politician going in, you know, she, attorney 1.00

00:23:14.680 general to California Senator.

00:23:17.260 She's relatively young.

00:23:18.620 She's bad.

00:23:19.000 So I just thought she must be talented, but I hadn't seen that much of her and she's not,

00:23:23.740 she's really bad at this.

00:23:26.080 She might, she might be the most liberal Senator. 1.00

00:23:28.020 She might be the least talented member. 1.00

00:23:29.520 Even Maisie Hirono who talk about people's brains not working that well.

00:23:32.840 At least Maisie Hirono has some smoothness to her rhetorical delivery. 1.00

00:23:39.200 Kamala Harris has nothing. 0.98

00:23:40.440 It's so stilted and awkward and the laughing.

00:23:42.880 So this interviewer on 60 Minutes pushes her a little further.

00:23:46.020 She says, so what's your, what's your worldview, Kamala?

00:23:48.800 Are you a socialist?

00:23:49.580 Are you progressive?

00:23:50.220 Are you left?

00:23:50.720 Are you, what, what are you?

00:23:51.920 Same thing.

00:23:53.580 Not much of an answer.

00:23:54.960 What I will do, and I promise you this, and this is what Joe wants me to do.

00:23:59.400 This was part of our deal.

00:24:01.300 I will always share with him my lived experience as it relates to any issue that we confront.

00:24:08.060 And I promised Joe that I will give him that perspective and always be honest with him.

00:24:12.800 And is that a socialist or progressive perspective?

00:24:17.540 No.

00:24:18.020 No, it is the perspective of a woman who grew up a black child in America, who was also a prosecutor,

00:24:30.580 who also has a mother who arrived here at the age of 19 from India, who also, you know, likes hip hop.

00:24:38.780 What do you want to know?

00:24:40.920 I don't know. 1.00

00:24:41.540 I want to know anything of substance other than all that stupid, completely irrelevant nonsense 1.00

00:24:46.420 that you just spout it out because you want to hide your political views. 1.00

00:24:50.040 That's a totally fair question.

00:24:51.600 The woman is ranked the most left-wing member of the U.S. Senate. 0.98

00:24:54.340 She co-sponsored the Green New Deal, which is communism. 0.89

00:24:57.100 It's just communism.

00:24:58.300 It's just a nationalization of major industries, including energy, taking away virtually all energy

00:25:05.020 out of the private sector, a redistribution of wealth on the likes of which we've never seen.

00:25:09.980 We never saw it in the Soviet Union.

00:25:11.220 A complete raising of people's homes, actually knocking down their homes to make them energy

00:25:16.960 efficient, rebuilding every home in America in 10 years.

00:25:19.280 Yeah, pretty radical stuff.

00:25:20.500 So I just want to know, Kamala, do you agree with that?

00:25:23.200 She goes, ha, ha, oh, ha, ha, no. 0.66

00:25:25.800 So what's your perspective?

00:25:26.760 And she gets so nervous.

00:25:28.260 You can hear, it sounds like she's going to cry.

00:25:29.580 She did this during the Mike Pence debate, too. 0.99

00:25:32.400 And then what does she go to?

00:25:34.520 What's your perspective, Kamala?

00:25:35.800 You want us to take you seriously.

00:25:37.280 You want to be treated like a serious politician.

00:25:39.680 Okay, what are your views?

00:25:42.300 What does she go?

00:25:42.960 She says, I'm, I'm black.

00:25:46.120 Okay, doesn't, doesn't tell me about your views.

00:25:49.800 That's tells me about your skin color, which I can see because I have eyes.

00:25:54.020 I'm a woman.

00:25:55.160 Uh-huh.

00:25:56.060 I can also see that, Kamala. 0.96

00:25:59.780 Darn, those two victim groups didn't do me any good. 0.87

00:26:02.400 All right, let me try again. 1.00

00:26:03.260 My mom's an immigrant. 0.93

00:26:04.760 Okay, not a, by the way, not a victim group.

00:26:06.560 Your mom chose to come here.

00:26:07.780 So that's, if anything, that's kind of like a point against you, right, in terms of the

00:26:11.160 victim hierarchy because you entered this country or your family entered this country

00:26:14.680 freely of their own volition.

00:26:18.580 Anything else?

00:26:19.900 Ah, okay.

00:26:21.400 The race thing didn't work and the woman thing didn't work and the immigrant thing didn't 1.00

00:26:24.480 work.

00:26:25.140 I like hip hop.

00:26:26.540 It's like, first of all, no, you don't.

00:26:27.780 You also don't like hip hop.

00:26:29.520 She did this early on in the campaign when she was running for president for five minutes

00:26:33.320 before she was the first one out of the race. 0.85

00:26:35.020 And she, she said, oh yeah, she was on some radio show and she was pandering and she said,

00:26:39.000 I love hip hop.

00:26:40.040 Oh yeah, I used to smoke big fat doobies, you know, when I was in college and I'd listen

00:26:44.580 to Snoop, Diggity, Doodog.

00:26:46.580 And you know, I'd listen to whatever, I don't know, Tupac.

00:26:50.140 And you'd say, okay, I don't believe that for a second, but let me just Google.

00:26:54.200 Oh, right.

00:26:54.820 Yeah.

00:26:55.040 Their albums didn't come out until you were out of college.

00:26:57.960 So that's a very easily checked lie.

00:27:04.100 She said, so all of those things, who cares?

00:27:06.540 This is why we can't take her seriously because she won't take herself seriously.

00:27:11.140 If you're asked a question as a politician, what are your views on political issues?

00:27:16.120 You better have an answer.

00:27:17.420 However, that's the basic requirement is to have views on political issues.

00:27:22.160 If you want to be a politician.

00:27:24.300 And if you're, if your only answer is I'm, I'm Italian, I'm a man.

00:27:31.060 Okay, cool.

00:27:33.660 Cool, man.

00:27:34.860 That's great.

00:27:35.640 We're going to go back to the other guy now, but neither Kamala nor Joe Biden can give an

00:27:40.260 answer on anything because they are both empty suit politicians and they just blow whichever

00:27:45.120 way the wind blows.

00:27:45.700 So one day Kamala is going to be a socialist.

00:27:47.600 Okay.

00:27:47.880 Cause that's how the wind's been blowing for much of her career. 0.57

00:27:50.840 If it were the nineties again, you know, it was 94 again, she'd probably be just like

00:27:54.180 Bill Clinton and Joe Biden actually, and blow back and oh, I'm a centrist.

00:27:57.560 I'm what she doesn't want it.

00:27:58.740 She just wants to be the vice president. 1.00

00:28:01.080 In any case, she's not ready for prime time.

00:28:03.180 Why did Biden pick her?

00:28:04.220 When you, when you listen to this interview, you just think, oh my God, is there nobody in

00:28:08.300 the country that could do this better?

00:28:10.020 Maybe there isn't, but the reason he picked her by his own explanation is because 0.97

00:28:14.800 she's a black woman. 1.00

00:28:16.220 That's what he said.

00:28:17.060 He said before he ever thought of Kamala Harris, probably before he knew her name, he said,

00:28:21.060 I am going to pick a black woman, a woman of color to be my vice presidential running 1.00

00:28:25.700 mate. 0.85

00:28:26.580 And he then committed to, to it being a black woman.

00:28:29.800 And in the Democrat, there are plenty of Republican black women actually would be good choices. 1.00

00:28:33.640 But, uh, in the democratic party, there weren't that many at the national level who could run.

00:28:38.400 So he was basically down to Kamala Harris, who, you know, is, is not that great, but whatever,

00:28:44.640 she's kind of nothing.

00:28:45.400 Then Susan Rice, who was the fall man for Benghazi and who's deeply implicated in the 2016 Obama

00:28:51.660 corruption scandal.

00:28:52.420 So that probably wasn't going to work.

00:28:53.740 And Karen Bass, who's a communist. 0.92

00:28:55.620 She's the head of congressional black caucus.

00:28:57.060 I spoke to her on Alex Michelson's show on Fox over here.

00:29:00.440 Uh, she's like an actual communist who is openly supported communist politicians and

00:29:05.300 communist movements.

00:29:05.840 So that probably wasn't going to work either.

00:29:07.520 So Kamala is the least bad option, but there were better options. 1.00

00:29:11.180 It's just that Joe Biden, because he played into this stupid race and sex game, backed 1.00

00:29:14.900 himself into a corner. 1.00

00:29:15.660 And now he's got a very untalented running mate, a weak running mate who only recommends

00:29:22.000 herself. 0.65

00:29:22.320 The only way that she recommends herself is by her race and sex. 0.96

00:29:27.080 Even the genuine ideologues in the democratic party, people like AOC have the same problem. 0.95

00:29:32.900 She sent out one of the silliest, most frivolous tweets she's ever sent out, which I know is 0.62

00:29:37.780 saying quite a lot. 0.70

00:29:38.940 We'll get to it in a second, but you know, the presidential election is almost here.

00:30:23.180 We'll be right back with a lot more.

00:30:37.020 Even AOC, an actual socialist, avowed leftist ideologue, has this same problem that we're

00:30:45.980 seeing here come from the left, but some right-wingers play into it, which is just always going back

00:30:50.620 to race and sex as though that's the most interesting thing about you, as though that's

00:30:54.920 interesting at all, really.

00:30:56.940 She was whining the other night because someone, it was the president, referenced AOC.

00:31:01.900 Talks about AOC plus three.

00:31:04.080 So AOC plus three is the other members of the squad who are all these leftists who hate America.

00:31:08.660 AOC tweets out, I wonder if Republicans understand how much they advertise their disrespect of women

00:31:15.600 in debates when they consistently call women members of Congress by nicknames or first names

00:31:20.220 while using titles and last names when referring to men of equal stature.

00:31:26.040 Women notice. 1.00

00:31:26.960 It conveys a lot.

00:31:27.780 So first, pause right there.

00:31:28.740 In the same debate where Joe, where president Trump refers to AOC as AOC, he refers to Joe

00:31:35.180 Biden as Joe and Joe and, and AOC are not of equal stature.

00:31:38.900 Joe, whether we like it or not, is of a much higher stature than AOC.

00:31:42.760 Joe Biden is a former United States Senator and former vice president of the United States.

00:31:48.060 AOC is a member of Congress.

00:31:51.620 Uh, LBJ once described the difference between the Senate and the house as the difference between 0.95

00:31:57.740 chicken salad and chicken excrement.

00:32:02.040 Uh, yeah, he used more colorful language.

00:32:04.820 They're not of equal stature, but Trump still refers to Joe Biden as Joe.

00:32:10.680 Anyway, she goes on.

00:32:12.140 AOC is a name given to me by my community and the people.

00:32:16.360 You can, y'all can call me AOC.

00:32:18.660 Government colleagues referring to each other in a public or professional context,

00:32:22.400 AKA who don't know me like that, should refer to their peers as Congresswoman,

00:32:27.000 representative, et cetera.

00:32:28.660 Basic respect 101 lady, get over yourself. 1.00

00:32:32.560 Oh my gosh, you're a, you're a member of the house of representatives.

00:32:35.680 That is the lowest office you can possibly have in the federal government.

00:32:39.180 If I did somehow find myself in the house of representatives, if I did find myself as a

00:32:44.280 member of Congress, I would hide that fact.

00:32:46.800 I would ask to be referred to as Mr.

00:32:48.780 Knowles or Michael.

00:32:50.240 I would not advertise that members of Congress, members of the house of representatives are some

00:32:55.460 of the least popular people in the entire country.

00:32:58.960 There are years where diseases are more popular than members of the house of representatives.

00:33:03.240 Get over yourself.

00:33:05.000 By the way, do you know where Trump might've heard this nickname AOC?

00:33:07.880 You know where he might've heard it from?

00:33:09.240 Your Twitter handle, which is AOC.

00:33:12.100 There are initials.

00:33:13.420 There's nothing bigoted about initials.

00:33:15.020 But the only thing that this woman can even say to recommend herself is, I'm a woman.

00:33:21.380 I'm a woman.

00:33:22.160 That's why you're talking to me.

00:33:24.200 Because what?

00:33:24.500 Because nobody ever referred to Barack.

00:33:28.120 Nobody ever referred to Bill Clinton.

00:33:29.340 They called Bill Clinton Bubba.

00:33:30.480 Is that disrespectful?

00:33:33.120 What about Joe?

00:33:34.660 We call it Joe, Sleepy Joe, Little Marco.

00:33:38.120 What about any of those?

00:33:39.220 Low energy Jeb.

00:33:40.560 Is that disrespectful?

00:33:41.680 I get maybe those actually are disrespectful.

00:33:44.760 AOC is not. 0.99

00:33:47.040 This cult, because obviously this is a very stupid tweet of hers, but listen to what is 1.00

00:33:52.220 beneath it. 1.00

00:33:53.100 She's saying, some people can refer to me by that and it's respectful, but other people

00:33:58.440 cannot refer to me by that name because it's disrespectful.

00:34:01.880 And I'm not even going to tell you the objective criteria for who can refer to me as AOC, right?

00:34:09.000 She says it's community and the people.

00:34:12.940 What is that?

00:34:15.320 It's so subjective.

00:34:18.540 And there's no way to know until you say it.

00:34:21.440 There's no way to know who is allowed to call her AOC and who is not allowed to call her AOC.

00:34:25.320 Because at the very bottom, at the very most extreme, basic level of this ideology is a denial or dismissal of objective reality.

00:34:38.440 That has always been at the basis of Marxism, progressivism, the various leftist ideologies that have cropped up over the last 150 years.

00:34:47.820 It's this denial of reality.

00:34:49.300 We will change human nature.

00:34:51.300 We will change.

00:34:52.000 The world is no longer governed by fixed laws.

00:34:54.820 We're in the world of evolution.

00:34:56.280 We're in the world of transforming human nature and progressing toward utopia.

00:35:00.600 That's what, obviously AOC doesn't know any of this because she's never cracked the spine of any book that would even suggest these things.

00:35:06.940 But that is at the basis of what she's learned essentially through slogans.

00:35:11.700 We can change the world.

00:35:13.160 We can change objective reality.

00:35:15.460 But that cult of subjectivism and identity politics is maddening.

00:35:19.640 I don't mean it makes you mad and angry. 0.97

00:35:21.880 I mean it makes you mad in the sense that it makes you crazy.

00:35:24.100 It makes you lose your mind because there's nothing to rely on anymore in the objective world.

00:35:32.380 There's a woman who just went viral on this point. 1.00

00:35:35.280 A woman who posted a TikTok video.

00:35:39.040 So many problems begin with posting TikTok videos.

00:35:41.340 She posted a TikTok video about how she was talking to her father and convinced him to vote for Joe Biden.

00:35:48.760 Just take a listen.

00:35:51.620 She opens up.

00:35:52.260 This is my 55-year-old conservative dad.

00:35:54.360 She's holding up little cards.

00:35:55.600 Has never voted Democrat in his life.

00:35:58.300 He's dying of aplastic anemia.

00:36:00.520 We've had some intense exchanges, yeah, presumably, about him voting for Trump this year.

00:36:07.500 What a way to waste time with your dad who's dying.

00:36:10.480 Which has been painful since we'll almost certainly lose him in the next few weeks and months.

00:36:16.460 Yesterday, he was so excited to tell me he just voted for Biden-Harris 2020!

00:36:29.920 Four exclamation points.

00:36:31.320 Because it matters to my girls.

00:36:34.780 I think I'm going to vote for the guy who is supported by people who respect their parents.

00:36:54.140 Their dying parents. 1.00

00:36:55.280 This woman is sick. 1.00

00:36:56.920 She has got a sickness that a lot of people, I think, have right now in this culture. 0.99

00:37:02.400 Almost exclusively on the left.

00:37:04.780 Can you imagine this?

00:37:05.860 She says, my dad is dying.

00:37:07.840 How sad is that?

00:37:09.040 He's dying of a disease that I believe makes it difficult for your blood to carry oxygen.

00:37:14.700 I think that's what aplastic anemia is.

00:37:18.060 And we're having these intense exchanges.

00:37:19.860 Yeah, of course you would.

00:37:20.680 That's what you do when your parent is dying.

00:37:22.720 You have these very intense moments.

00:37:23.760 It's a terribly sad time.

00:37:26.560 And the intense exchanges are about Donald Trump.

00:37:30.700 Donald Trump?

00:37:31.580 Could you imagine wasting your precious remaining moments with your parents on Donald Trump or any politician for that matter? 1.00

00:37:40.920 How sick, how warped does your head have to be? 0.74

00:37:43.500 And then to exert all this emotional manipulation on a dying man, your dying father, to vote for Joe Biden? 1.00

00:37:54.320 Who gives a damn?

00:37:55.680 Who cares?

00:37:56.960 Joe Biden doesn't even care.

00:37:58.220 Some days you don't even know he's running for president.

00:38:00.960 Joe Biden who doesn't believe in a thing?

00:38:04.040 That's it.

00:38:04.720 That's what you want the last moments to be? 0.90

00:38:08.560 Sick stuff.

00:38:10.460 Now what's really, this obviously isn't about Joe Biden or Kamala Harris for that matter.

00:38:15.640 Because neither of them have any beliefs.

00:38:18.200 They're the least inspiring politicians ever.

00:38:20.500 Just about.

00:38:22.040 What this is, is a religious cult.

00:38:26.540 Progressivism, leftism, secular liberalism, whatever you want to call it, is a religious cult.

00:38:30.600 Because a more typical reaction, if a parent or a loved one is dying, is to consider eternal questions.

00:38:38.780 Where do we go after we die?

00:38:40.120 What is this life about?

00:38:41.180 What am I made for?

00:38:42.160 What is, what is, is there something more than this life?

00:38:46.320 Try to get right with God.

00:38:47.940 If you do have a faith, you'd like to nudge your friends and family members over to that faith.

00:38:53.960 Maybe get baptized.

00:38:55.080 Maybe if you're already baptized, confess your sins, receive the Eucharist, receive the sacraments, get right with God.

00:39:05.300 And that's what this woman, I think, is doing too. 0.82

00:39:07.880 She's saying, get right with God. 0.99

00:39:09.480 But, but in the cult of secular liberalism, the sacrament is voting for this crook, Joe Biden. 0.98

00:39:16.040 The sacrament is voting. 0.97

00:39:17.420 That's why you have to vote. 0.99

00:39:18.260 Vote or die. 0.96

00:39:19.560 We might say, receive the sacraments or die in the, in the eternal life. 0.99

00:39:23.300 They're saying, vote or die. 0.52

00:39:24.560 You have to vote.

00:39:26.220 Why?

00:39:26.660 Vote, it doesn't, it's fine.

00:39:28.040 My life will go on if I don't vote.

00:39:30.020 If I didn't know anything about the issues, I, it would be better if I didn't vote.

00:39:35.300 But you have to, this is the last dad.

00:39:37.400 I know we've only got a few moments left.

00:39:39.900 Vote for Joe Biden.

00:39:42.020 How sad, how deeply sad is that for this woman, for her family, for the country?

00:39:50.280 Very sad stuff.

00:39:51.540 Very crazy stuff.

00:39:52.640 You should not be doing that.

00:39:55.280 Speaking of women, speaking of crazy stuff, Tampax, the women's hygiene company, just tweeted out. 0.97

00:40:03.540 Fact, not all women have periods.

00:40:07.120 That's true.

00:40:08.740 Menopause, pre, pre-pubescent.

00:40:13.240 Also a fact, not all people with periods are women.

00:40:16.600 There you lose me.

00:40:17.680 I was with you.

00:40:18.640 I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt.

00:40:19.740 There you lose me.

00:40:20.220 Let's celebrate the diversity of all people who bleed. 1.00

00:40:25.240 Hashtag myth-busting.

00:40:26.660 Hashtag period truths.

00:40:28.400 Hashtag trans is beautiful.

00:40:29.560 So first of all, I guess they thought this was referring to transgenderism.

00:40:34.720 You know, if a woman pretends to be a man, that obviously she could still menstruate. 0.97

00:40:42.000 And therefore, if you believe that a woman can just become a man by saying so, then a man can menstruate. 0.89

00:40:48.220 You know, there's a little leap of logic that's going on here that isn't totally kosher.

00:40:53.520 Namely, that you can just become the other sex by wishing it so. 1.00

00:40:57.220 But also, I like the idea of this phrase, people who bleed.

00:41:01.700 We've taken woman, lady, even some sort of disparaging terms for women, broad, dame, whatever.

00:41:11.560 We've taken different words to mean woman.

00:41:15.500 And we have taken out all of their vividness.

00:41:18.300 We've taken out all of the color.

00:41:19.520 We've taken out all of the beauty or, you know, graphic imagery.

00:41:26.460 We've taken it all out and we've just made it so clinical.

00:41:29.560 People who bleed.

00:41:31.460 Well, that's everybody.

00:41:32.420 I bleed.

00:41:33.500 Not that way, but I do bleed. 0.89

00:41:35.440 If you cut me, do I not bleed?

00:41:38.120 If I, you know, now I'm evoking my inner Shakespeare.

00:41:44.300 Is that the world we want to live in?

00:41:45.960 Where we can't call anything by any name that has specificity or meaning or color or truth to it.

00:41:53.220 Because everything has to be clinical and we all have to be the same.

00:41:56.460 That, that impulse comes from an impulse within liberalism, which is to make everybody exactly the same.

00:42:02.940 So men, of course, men have to become women. 0.99

00:42:06.020 Of course, any kind of romantic arrangement has to be exactly the same as any other kind of romantic arrangement.

00:42:11.680 Of course, any kind of relationship has to be any kind, like any other kind of relationship.

00:42:15.440 Of course, natural institutions like the family or, you know, very basic institutions like local government, local townships, civil society.

00:42:24.380 Of course, those have to go away.

00:42:26.240 All to the, to the hyper atomization of the individual.

00:42:30.300 Why?

00:42:30.800 Because then we're all more equal.

00:42:33.480 But we're still differentiated, right?

00:42:35.000 We're differentiated on the basis of sex, most notably.

00:42:38.020 So you got to get rid of that too.

00:42:39.920 Got to get rid of that too.

00:42:41.100 And I love that it begins with fact.

00:42:43.440 Fact.

00:42:44.680 Men have periods.

00:42:45.680 Do you know what fact means?

00:42:48.520 Tells you a lot about fact checking.

00:42:51.500 I was discussing this the other day on, on the backstage show.

00:42:54.900 Over the past 10 years or so now, maybe, maybe a little bit longer, so about 10 years.

00:42:59.700 We've had fact checks.

00:43:01.320 This is relatively new as a popular phenomenon in the media.

00:43:04.940 The idea that some politician says something and you fact check it.

00:43:08.880 There are no fact checks.

00:43:10.200 There's no such thing as a fact check in the, in the popular press.

00:43:14.220 There are left-wing opinion columns to varying degrees of extremism.

00:43:19.320 And they call themselves fact checks because the left refuses to acknowledge that there

00:43:23.100 is another perspective.

00:43:24.800 For the left, only their perspective is legitimate.

00:43:27.400 Other perspectives are illegitimate.

00:43:29.000 For the left, only their candidates are legitimate.

00:43:31.280 The other candidates are illegitimate, which is why if the other candidate wins, they don't

00:43:34.660 accept the results of the election, which they didn't do in 2016.

00:43:39.400 They still, they still haven't accepted those results.

00:43:41.120 And they have already said they're not going to accept the results of 2020.

00:43:43.740 Hillary Clinton said Joe Biden shouldn't concede under any circumstances.

00:43:46.460 There is no fact check.

00:43:47.900 It's just a left-wing opinion column.

00:43:51.880 And that's, that's what they're doing here.

00:43:53.000 That's what the Washington Post is doing.

00:43:54.300 The Washington Post, this was an amazing line.

00:43:57.160 So they've got this piece, insisting that the Hunter Biden laptop is fake is a trap.

00:44:01.940 So is insisting that it's real.

00:44:05.080 The lesson of 2016 is to be even more careful with potential disinformation in 2020.

00:44:12.280 And here's the money line.

00:44:13.240 We must treat the Hunter Biden leaks as if they were a foreign intelligence operation, even

00:44:20.960 if they probably aren't.

00:44:23.620 We must.

00:44:26.060 How do you figure?

00:44:27.180 How's that?

00:44:27.800 We know that they're not a foreign intelligence operation.

00:44:29.980 The director of national intelligence and the director of the FBI have told us that it's

00:44:36.500 not a foreign intelligence operation.

00:44:38.520 We know it's legit.

00:44:39.940 We got pictures of Hunter Biden on the computer.

00:44:42.440 So we know it's legit.

00:44:43.480 We don't think it's some Photoshop artist who's just really good at painting lifelike images

00:44:47.320 of Hunter Biden in compromising positions with various types of pipes.

00:44:51.680 No, it's real.

00:44:52.620 But they're saying we have to pretend that they're a foreign intelligence operation.

00:44:56.080 Why?

00:44:57.680 Because.

00:44:58.640 Washington Post.

00:44:59.260 Democracy dies in darkness.

00:45:00.660 Washington Post.

00:45:01.180 Fact check.

00:45:02.360 Why do we have to lie about reality?

00:45:05.940 Why do we have to ignore reality?

00:45:07.340 Because when the left has to choose between their ideology and what they see with their

00:45:14.140 own eyes, they will choose the ideology.

00:45:18.280 The left, we often joke about the left as people who say, who cares if it works in practice?

00:45:24.680 Does it work in theory?

00:45:26.420 Always prioritize the abstract over the real.

00:45:32.140 For the left, their ideology is truer even than the fact of what happened.

00:45:37.000 Getting back to the story at the top of the show, the riots are ostensibly about police

00:45:40.920 brutality.

00:45:41.560 We know there wasn't police brutality in this instance that caused the rioting in Philly.

00:45:45.660 The guy that was shot had a knife coming at the cops.

00:45:51.380 Clear as day, what would happen?

00:45:54.460 What you would have happen if we followed procedure?

00:45:58.660 But whenever this happens, whenever one of these police-involved killings is justified,

00:46:04.000 take Jacob Blake.

00:46:04.660 Jacob Blake, worn out for his arrest, accused of sexual assault, resists arrest, reaches

00:46:11.980 into a car with a weapon, and the complainant's kids in the car are about to drive off.

00:46:17.740 Finally, the cops discharged their weapon.

00:46:20.480 Even in that case, what does the left always say?

00:46:22.220 They always say, well, okay, this instance, maybe it was justified.

00:46:25.900 Sometimes they'll admit that.

00:46:26.840 Sometimes they won't.

00:46:28.040 But when they do admit it, they'll say, okay, maybe this was justified.

00:46:30.720 So maybe the specific instance wasn't true as we're describing it, but it gets to a greater

00:46:36.980 truth.

00:46:38.040 But it doesn't.

00:46:39.700 Lies don't get to greater truth. 0.83

00:46:42.420 Lies are lies.

00:46:43.600 What they mean by greater truth is their ideology.

00:46:45.860 Their ideology, which continues to be disproven time and time again by reality.

00:46:51.000 So they ignore the reality.

00:46:53.220 They openly, they brazenly ignore the reality.

00:46:55.520 They say, don't admit the reality.

00:46:58.120 Just follow our ideology. 0.91

00:47:00.560 I think we would be very foolish as reasonable people, conservatives, independents, non-leftists. 0.98

00:47:07.380 I think we would be very foolish to buy into their ideology too. 0.85

00:47:10.860 So let's not do it. 0.91

00:47:11.860 I'm Michael Knowles.

00:47:12.480 This is The Michael Knowles Show.
