00:03:31.100 colleagues of mine who knew it was a lie because a lot of the people attacking that Capitol believed the

00:03:36.960 lie. But the people I work with, George, and I get asked about this all the time,

00:03:41.120 do the Republican members really believe what they're saying? They know it's a lie. They know

00:03:46.940 the election wasn't rigged. It wasn't stolen. But they just don't have the guts to speak the truth.

00:03:51.820 And to me, that's unforgivable. They know it's a lie. They know. Adam Schiff, very reasonable Adam

00:03:56.980 Schiff, one of the leading voices on the, well, on the impeachment against Donald Trump, but also on the

00:04:03.820 real insurrection because he was a conduit for the deep state that was trying to subvert Trump the

00:04:07.580 entire time. The real insurrectionists are a little hard to identify, aren't they? It seems like there's

00:04:14.500 a little projection going on. But this is a, he makes a specific claim here that I want to address

00:04:18.760 because it's extremely annoying to me, which is that, look, all the Republicans know this election

00:04:24.500 was absolutely above board. It was totally the most obviously clear, defendable presidential election

00:04:32.500 in history. Uh, the, the result was never more obvious. And if you question that you're, you're

00:04:37.140 just a liar. You're dishonest. You're deceiving people. There's no evidence whatsoever that the

00:04:44.140 Democrats rigged the election. There is no question that the Democrats rigged the election. Okay. I'll get

00:04:49.640 to whether or not they stole the election in a, in a minute, but it is absolutely incontrovertible

00:04:56.360 that the Democrats rigged the election because they changed all the rules right before the election.

00:05:01.780 And in some cases, the way they changed the rules to give themselves an advantage was not only

00:05:06.620 illegal, but unconstitutional. Notably the way that the election was conducted in Pennsylvania

00:05:11.620 with the use of widespread mail-in ballots, which violates the state's constitution. But a lot of

00:05:15.640 other election integrity measures that went by the wayside show very clearly that the election was

00:05:21.740 rigged. It was now being conducted in such a way with far more days to vote with the use of

00:05:28.140 widespread mail-in ballots when Democrats are far better at voter harvesting than Republicans

00:05:32.700 are. It was so clear that it was rigged. Now, did that steal the election? I mean, this is

00:05:38.360 impossible to prove because you can't go back in time, but had the election been conducted

00:05:44.980 in the normal way, would Trump have won? I, I don't know. I don't, nobody knows that. So I guess you

00:05:52.300 can't say one way or the other that it was stolen, but it absolutely was rigged. And to point that out

00:05:59.160 does not make you a terrorist or anything like that. It makes you a reasonable person. And by the

00:06:03.620 way, Democrats still haven't conceded the 2016 election. And by the way, as Terry McAuliffe shows,

00:06:08.940 they still haven't conceded the 2000 election. So spare me the pearl clutching and the crocodile

00:06:15.040 tears about our democracy. Give me a break. Hillary Clinton, the last democratic presidential

00:06:22.140 candidate to lose, or at least not, not, not to make it to the white house. She won't admit that

00:06:27.580 she lost. She will, will continue to go on morning shows and say that though it was the Russians,

00:06:33.420 it was the Macedonians, it was this, it was that. Anyway, to avoid admitting that she lost the

00:06:39.560 election fair and square. And she says, by the way, she's not going to stay out of politics because,

00:06:44.180 of course, our democracy is at stake. Any interest at all in getting back

00:06:48.960 into the game of politics? I will never be out of the game of politics. I'm not going to be running

00:06:53.720 for anything, but I really feel, Amy, and I know George was interviewing Adam Schiff before. I really

00:07:01.220 feel like our democracy is at stake. And there's many reasons for that. Some of them we saw on the

00:07:08.300 screen with the insurrection, some of them because of the revelations about Facebook that creates a world

00:07:13.380 of disinformation instead of, you know, one that we can agree on what the facts are. I really am

00:07:19.820 worried about what's happening at home and around the world. So I'm never going to get out of, you

00:07:25.320 know, being involved, worried, and hopefully trying to help in some way. The thing to remember when

00:07:31.460 the left refers to democracy, they are always talking about liberalism and those are related

00:07:37.880 concepts, but they're different. Democracy is just when the people rule. Liberalism is the specific

00:07:44.460 ideology that comes out of the Enlightenment and has taken a particular course over the centuries.

00:07:50.300 Sometimes the people can vote against liberalism. And when that happened, like notably when they

00:07:54.660 voted for Donald Trump, when that happens, then the left calls that a threat to our democracy. But

00:08:00.940 it's not, it's manifestly not a threat to our democracy. It is, however, a threat to liberalism.

00:08:04.440 And even more specifically, it's a threat to their oligarchy. The liberal ruling class is

00:08:11.020 increasingly ruling as an oligarchy. And so you'll notice when Hillary Clinton says Facebook is a

00:08:16.620 threat to our democracy, she's not saying it's a threat to our democracy because a handful of people

00:08:21.120 control the flow of speech around a republic. That's the actual threat. She says it's a threat to our

00:08:25.520 democracy because they allow conservatives to spread their own views, which she calls disinformation.

00:08:31.020 So she says the threat to our democracy is the fact that more people get to speak.

00:08:35.660 What she would prefer is for the oligarchy to clamp down even more. It's a threat to our democracy when

00:08:41.820 Trump questions the election. It's a defense of our democracy when she questions the election.

00:08:47.200 That's what's going on here. And the GOP needs to stop playing into it. I don't want to hear another

00:08:53.720 peep about January 6th. The worst coup d'art democracy. So there have been many attacks on

00:09:03.720 the Capitol in our nation's history. Bombs have gone off in not even that many decades ago. There

00:09:08.920 have been attacks on lawmakers. Not only was the January 6th, whatever it was, not the greatest attack

00:09:19.320 on our nation's capital since 1812. It wasn't even the greatest attack on our democracy of that year.

00:09:28.420 The BLM riots were a far greater, deadlier, more dangerous attack on our democracy. They attacked

00:09:35.900 a federal courthouse. They attacked police stations. They killed dozens of people. They attacked private

00:09:40.980 businesses. They attacked private residences. That was a far greater attack on our democracy. And

00:09:47.000 the squishes play along. So Trump just sent out a very important message a couple of days ago

00:09:52.360 to the family of Ashley Babbitt. Don't forget, the only person who was killed in the political

00:09:56.140 violence of January 6th was a Trump supporter. Initially, we were told by the lying media that a

00:10:03.420 cop was killed by an insurrectionist with a fire extinguisher. It was a complete lie, completely made up.

00:10:08.700 The only person who was killed in the political violence was Ashley Babbitt, one of the Trump

00:10:12.720 supporters unarmed, who was shot, presumably by a Capitol police officer. She was an Air Force

00:10:18.480 veteran. She served her country. Did she really pose this grave threat to anyone in that building

00:10:24.540 or to our democracy? It seems a little dubious. There aren't really any investigations, no serious

00:10:29.620 public investigations that have gone into it. And Trump sent a message to her family on Ashley

00:10:34.120 Babbitt's birthday. Today would have been her birthday. Happy birthday, Ashley. Happy birthday.

00:10:46.400 millions of Americans across the country are with everyone, everyone who knew and loved her.

00:11:35.880 George Floyd, a career criminal who robbed a pregnant woman at gunpoint who was killed resisting

00:11:40.900 arrest over a long period of time while being arrested, committing a crime. He is killed

00:11:47.000 months and months long investigations, nationwide, worldwide riots, and the cop who did it goes to

00:11:53.440 prison, convicted of murder. Ashley Babbitt, an Air Force veteran who lived a good upstanding life,

00:11:59.560 is killed, potentially committing a crime, potentially not committing a crime in this, this riot at the

00:12:06.600 Capitol. But was she armed? Was she actually posing a threat? She gets killed by a cop and everyone

00:12:11.020 celebrates. Does that seem fair? Does that seem right to you? That seems a little disordered, not so much as one

00:12:17.400 major investigation. And what Trump is calling for is, hey, let's, let's put the focus on here. Let's see what's

00:12:22.660 going on here instead of always being on the defensive and always buying into the left-wing

00:18:19.900 wailed and screamed. And they said, this is a violation of liberty that, that now mean old Ron

00:18:25.300 DeSantis is using his political power to stop school boards from using their political power

00:18:29.600 to muzzle up students. And so that's a liberty. True, true liberty suggests that we need to just

00:18:36.100 muzzle ourselves forever. And you think, okay, something's going wrong with your definition of

00:18:39.720 liberty folks. But DeSantis is going further. He's not just issuing this rule that the schools can't

00:18:45.580 mandate the masks. He's taking action because some schools are violating his order. We talked about

00:18:52.740 this yesterday with the Texas pro-life law. It's not enough just to pass a law and say, okay,

00:18:57.720 we're good. We got the laws on the books. Now we're good. Because what the libs are going to try

00:19:00.960 to do is not enforce the law. They're going to try to undermine it at the executive level or at the

00:19:05.920 judicial level, where they're going to try to come in and use a judge to upend it, or they just won't

00:19:11.900 enforce it in the first place. So Ron DeSantis is now defunding school districts that are violating

00:19:17.720 his mask mandate ban. The Florida Board of Education has voted to sanction eight school districts.

00:19:25.160 The penalty here will be defunding these schools in an amount equal to one twelfth of all school

00:19:32.560 board members' salaries, in addition to withholding any equal amount to federal grant funds awarded to

00:19:37.960 those districts by the Biden administration. Good stuff. Enforce it. Give it teeth. I'm sick and tired.

00:19:44.600 Pointless hearings and pointless speeches and pointless orders and pointless laws that don't

00:19:49.700 actually have teeth. Enforce it. Defund these people. Wield your political power. Make sure it

00:20:22.980 duty. Okay. Ron DeSantis obviously wants to be president. He's campaigning. He's setting the stage

00:20:33.340 president though, we should turn to the other party, to Kamala Harris, who just put out one of the

00:20:40.520 most cringe inducing videos I have ever seen. I'll set the stage for you. It's Kamala Harris speaking

00:20:49.660 to students about science. And the purpose of this is to show how caring she is and broad minded and

00:20:58.400 inspirational she is. And I'll tell you, I did not know that this degree of vapidity could exist,

00:21:07.240 but here we are. I just love the idea of exploring the unknown. And then there's other things that

00:21:14.460 we just haven't figured out or discovered yet. To think about so much that's out there that we still

00:21:20.620 have to learn. Like, I love that. I love that. And so I'm very excited about the Space Council. We're

00:21:26.180 going to learn so much as we increasingly, I think, are curious and interested in the potential for

00:21:34.080 the discoveries and the work we can do in space. So that's one of the things I'm most excited about.

00:22:20.300 inspiring and she's just spouting out gibberish. And the world is big and wow. But then I find out

00:22:28.820 these aren't even really just students. It's not like she's visiting some school or something.

00:22:33.240 They're actors. They're child actors. There was a casting call. They had to audition to be in this

00:22:38.360 video. So everything about this is fake and inauthentic. The reason I even bring it up is because

00:22:46.240 Joe Biden's not looking so healthy, not looking like he's got a ton of energy. There's a good

00:22:50.840 chance that Kamala Harris is the nominee in 2024. And there's a good chance that she becomes president.

00:23:00.140 Even Joe Biden has said as much. And Kamala Harris is an old style of politician. Politicians used to do

00:23:08.060 similar things to this. They would, even Reagan to some degree, they would speak in a way that seemed

00:23:13.720 unscripted. They would, they would speak in a way that was just very bland and, and very

00:23:21.900 uncontroversial. You know, Trump completely upended that, but, but this is the old style of politician.

00:23:29.160 And I just wonder in a post-Trump world, if that's, if that's sustainable, you know, it just seems like

00:23:35.360 Kamala Harris is a, is a woman out of time. She doesn't, she doesn't seem to know what time it is.

00:23:46.300 weird at least. But Kamala Harris is just so stiff and scripted and fake. I don't know that that

00:26:03.240 Bright Sheng, who's apparently a very, very distinguished professor at this prestigious

00:26:08.240 school of music. Then you have this know-nothing freshman girl. And this know-nothing freshman

00:26:15.260 girl named Olivia Cooke says, quote, I was stunned. In such a school that preaches diversity and making

00:26:20.280 sure that they understand the history of POC, that's people of color. In America, I was shocked that

00:26:25.540 the professor would show something like this in something that's supposed to be a safe space.

00:26:30.260 So this girl, who knows nothing, this is a very uneducated and apparently very unintelligent person,

00:26:38.060 is horrified to watch a very good movie with a very good actor written by probably the greatest

00:26:44.400 playwright in the English language. She hates the fact that she might have to learn something

00:26:48.660 and expand her mind and become educated. So she complains about this and she says,

00:26:55.640 Shakespeare's racist. Olivier's racist, everybody. If you're racist, everything's racist and racism is

00:27:03.360 the worst thing in the world. So you got to cancel it. So you would hope that at a serious educational

00:27:09.960 institution, the administrators would say, hey, lady, shut up and sit in class and learn. That's what

00:27:16.040 you're here for. Learn. But we don't have serious educational institutions anymore. So the dean of

00:27:21.720 the school sends out an email, not defending Shakespeare, not defending Lawrence Olivier,

00:27:29.640 not defending the professor as he should, but saying, quote, Professor Sheng's actions do not align with

00:27:35.620 our school's commitment to anti-racist action, diversity, equity, and inclusion. All hail diversity,

00:27:44.180 inclusion, and equity. The die ideology. All hail it. He didn't say that. I added that. I was inferring

00:27:50.040 that. I was reading between the lines. He says that Sheng has been reported to the Office of Equity,

00:27:57.240 Civil Rights, and Title IX over the incident. How dare he expose the students to Shakespeare?

00:28:05.560 These people are barbarians. They're barbarians. The dean of this school is a barbarian. He's a deeply

00:28:12.320 uncultured, uneducated person. This girl, this freshman girl is obviously a barbarian. She is

00:28:20.260 uneducated. She is uncultured. But, you know, she gets a little more leeway. The reason she's

00:28:26.000 at school right now is ostensibly to stop being a barbarian. Kids are barbarians, okay? Kids are

00:28:35.000 uncultured. Kids are uneducated by definition. That's why we educate them, to bring them into culture and

00:28:41.100 civilization. That's what she's there for. And so I don't even really blame her. She doesn't know

00:28:45.480 anything. Her professors, I guess this professor was trying to educate her and give her exposure to

00:28:51.540 some culture. But she's being failed by the deans and the administrators and the universities who

00:28:59.320 double down on her ignorance and who punish people who attempt to educate her. This is what is

00:29:07.660 happening. This is what my friend Spencer Clavin has an excellent podcast. It's called Young

00:29:12.040 Heretics, where he just goes, he's an Oxford classicist and he goes over the great works in

00:29:17.060 history. And it's not particularly political. He just says, here's the liberal education that you

00:29:21.220 were denied, okay? And that increasingly is happening. Even at top schools, people are not

00:29:26.040 being given a proper education. And as that happens, our society is going to get coarser and dumber and

00:29:31.660 less cultured and more barbaric. And we're all going to be screaming and grunting and clubbing each other

00:29:35.820 over the head. That is the normal state of savage societies. It's not the state of civilization,

00:29:42.920 but increasingly we're seeing civilization crumble around us. And very often they use race as the

00:29:49.300 cudgel here, because race has always been a bit of a fault line in American history. But they would

00:29:54.780 use whatever they can. They'd use sex if they can. They would use class if they can. They would use

00:29:59.460 socioeconomic status. They would use whatever they can, because the goal here is not to affect some

00:30:05.780 great sexual end or racial end or whatever. It's really just to destroy the civilization.

00:30:14.160 Speaking of racial politics, here's breaking news. This is headline news. Federal prosecutors

00:30:20.880 announced they will not file charges against a white police officer who shot Jacob Blake in

00:30:25.440 Wisconsin in 2020. You'll remember Jacob Blake, who is a black guy. It's very important, apparently,

00:30:30.980 that he's a black guy. He was shot because he had the cops called on him. He was apparently

00:30:35.120 allegedly sexually assaulting this woman and then going out and taking her kid and driving the kid

00:30:41.460 away in a car. And he also had a weapon in his car. And so the cops, after doing everything they could

00:30:46.440 to stop this guy, peaceably, they finally shot him. And the shocking headline that surprised everybody

00:30:54.360 is that they're not going to punish the cop. Why is this news? Why is this should be obvious? This is

00:31:05.060 not a man bites dog story. The only troubling news is that this is news. The only troubling news is that

00:31:10.240 people expected that the cop would be charged. Jacob Blake survived the shooting. I think he's

00:31:14.920 paralyzed or something. Jacob Blake got off easy. Jacob Blake did not deserve to walk out of that

00:31:20.860 situation alive. Resisting arrest, allegedly assaulting a woman, getting into a car with

00:31:25.960 weapons, with a child in there that he's going to drive away. That guy got off real lucky, okay?

00:31:33.300 And this cop who shot him should be given an award. This cop should be honored. He should have a ticker

00:31:38.200 tape parade. But because our culture is so stupid and upside down at this point, he is suspected of

00:31:47.660 and being accused of committing murder. And the fact that he wasn't charged is what's so shocking.

00:31:53.520 It goes without saying, I almost don't want to say it, that if the racial roles were reversed,

00:31:58.440 this wouldn't even be a news story. But because we now live in this culture that is obsessed

00:32:25.840 arrest, is not going to see his cop charged with murder. Speaking of identity politics, big, big

00:32:32.560 identity politics story. This is a story that the Daily Wire broke. I think we were the first ones to

00:32:37.840 this story. Just came out last night, and it's going to be completely suppressed by the media. It's already

00:32:41.880 being suppressed by the media, so pay attention. Loudoun County, which has had a lot of problems

00:32:48.080 in its schools, a lot of people protesting in Loudoun County because the schools are covering up

00:32:53.800 the radical racial politics that are being taught, the radical gender sexual politics that are being

00:33:00.060 taught. Well, it goes further than just the curriculum. On June 22nd, Scott Smith was arrested at

00:33:07.620 Loudoun County at a school board meeting, and the meeting was ultimately deemed an unlawful assembly

00:33:13.220 because Scott Smith, who was a father in the district, was speaking out against a policy that

00:33:20.160 lets boys go into the women's bathroom. And he said, that's all you saw. That's all people saw of

00:33:25.260 the stories. This guy, this crazy right-wing dad gets arrested at the school board meeting because he

00:33:30.820 is anti-trans. He's a transphobe, and this is mean and awful and bigoted. Well, what's the story?

00:33:39.040 The father was the father of this young girl, this 15-year-old girl who was raped in a bathroom

00:33:47.200 at the school by a boy, a boy who considers himself gender fluid, who sometimes wears a dress,

00:33:55.880 who went into the school and allegedly raped the girl. There is a lot of evidence for this. The

00:34:02.760 Daily Wire investigative team did a very good job parsing out this story. According to the father,

00:34:09.340 on May 28th, a boy wearing a skirt entered the girl's bathroom at Stonebridge High School and

00:34:14.300 sexually assaulted Smith's ninth-grade daughter. And I don't want to go into the details too much on this

00:34:20.320 show, but I know that the term sexual assault is very broad these days. Some people say sexual assault

00:34:24.440 even refers to if you just kiss somebody or something like that. What this boy, who sometimes

00:34:32.640 pretends to be a girl, is accused of doing to this ninth-grade girl is as bad as it gets, as vile,

00:34:40.960 as perverted, as sick, as violent as it gets, okay? And it's being covered up. And the school has denied

00:34:49.800 it, and then the evidence came out that it actually happened, and they're still trying to deny it,

00:34:54.260 and they're trying to portray the father as the bad guy here. Why? Because they can't admit that

00:34:59.520 their policy is wrong, evil, false, and puts the students in danger. And why? Because the experts

00:35:07.300 have told us that this can't happen. If you let boys and grown men, I guess even, go into the

00:35:11.920 girl's bathroom, nothing bad will happen. Look, these boys, they're just, they actually, they're

00:35:17.020 girls secretly sometimes. They're not even girls all the time. They're just, if they're fluid,

00:35:20.900 they're just girls sometimes when they feel like it. And it's very wrong and closed-minded of you

00:35:25.340 to keep boys out of the girl's room. Why? Of course the girl's room is for boys. That's why

00:35:29.680 it's called the girl's room if the girls, if the boys say that they're girls, right? That's what the

00:35:33.200 experts say. They say this can't happen. The experts, furthermore, say that this dad is a

00:35:38.680 domestic terrorist. If you go in to a school board and you question the racial and gender radicalism

00:35:44.940 going on at the school boards, well, according to our attorney general, that makes you a domestic

00:35:48.800 terrorist. And yet, what does the investigation show? This dad is the most sane person in the

00:35:57.120 room. You are the most sane person in the room. Assuming that you, listening to this story right

00:36:03.220 now, are the sort of person who thinks that actually boys should not go into the girl's bathroom,

00:36:07.780 that actually boys cannot just become girls, and there's something a little wrong about that.

00:36:19.660 this culture. And the experts are wrong. And the prevailing ideology is wrong. And common sense

00:36:55.780 It's a hagiography of Dr. Fauci. It talks about how wonderful he is. It's on, I think,

00:37:00.420 what, National Geographic. So the movie comes out, and for a long time, you can only see the reviewers,

00:37:05.620 the professional critics' reviews. There's one score for the professional critics and then one

00:37:11.360 score from the audience. But the audience score was grayed out. You couldn't see any of those.

00:37:15.460 And the critics gave it a 91%. So just finally yesterday, after a lot of pushback, Rotten Tomatoes

00:37:21.480 puts up the audience score. Do you know what the audience score was? 4%. 91% say the professional

00:37:29.240 critics, the real elite, smart, genius, expert critics. 4% says the audience. That's the regime.

00:38:12.820 politician, the esteemed Dr. Fauci, peace be upon him. You remember Dr. Fauci canceled Christmas.

00:38:20.900 He, he was asked, well, he canceled Christmas last year. Then he was asked if he was going to cancel

00:38:25.040 Christmas this year. And this was just a week or two ago. And Fauci said, well, it's too soon to tell.

00:38:30.620 And then people pushed back against him. And he said, oh, look, I never said you couldn't have

00:38:34.720 Christmas. I mean, you did. You said it was too soon to tell. So you said there was a good chance

00:38:38.920 that we might not have Christmas. Then he said, no, maybe you, I'll have Christmas. It's fine.

00:38:42.600 So there, there is one holiday that Fauci likes. He says, you know, putting Christmas and Thanksgiving

00:38:48.220 aside for now, at the very least you can celebrate Halloween. I think that particularly if you're

00:38:54.520 vaccinated, but you can get out there, you're outdoors for the most part, at least when my

00:39:00.540 children were out there doing trick or treating, um, and enjoy it. I mean, this is a time that

00:39:05.640 children love. It's, it's a very important part of the year for children. I know my children enjoyed

00:39:09.960 it. So, I mean, again, particularly if you're vaccinated, if you're not vaccinated, again, think

00:39:15.040 about it, that you'll add an extra degree of protection to yourself and your children and

00:39:19.660 your family and your community. So it's a good time to reflect on why it's important to get

00:39:24.580 vaccinated, but go out there and enjoy Halloween as well as the other holidays that will be coming up.

00:43:49.860 are seeing some good news. Speaking of airlines, you're seeing this happen on Southwest Airlines

00:43:53.460 right now. Southwest Airlines is mandating vaccines for its staff. Southwest Airlines is canceling lots and

00:44:03.060 lots of its flights. It canceled a thousand flights on Sunday. It canceled hundreds and hundreds, if not

00:44:07.600 a thousand or more flights yesterday. I didn't get the final number. It's canceling. Why is that?

00:44:12.520 Well, they were blaming it on weather. It was a pretty sunshiny day on Sunday. Yesterday was pretty

00:44:16.460 nice too. It wasn't because of the weather. What's really going on here is that the employees at

00:44:23.080 Southwest are having a sick out. They're not showing up for work because they're not going to comply.

00:44:26.740 By the way, this mandate is not even from the government. OSHA, the agency that Biden tasked

00:44:33.640 with enforcing the mandate, hasn't even put out its rules really yet. What this did was the

00:44:39.720 announcement from Biden gave cover to big corporations to mandate the vaccine for the

00:44:45.080 employees, but it's not actually coming straight from the government. It's just now a policy from the

00:44:50.220 airlines and they can pretend that it was the government who made them do it.

00:44:52.460 So what the pilots and the staff members are saying is, okay, you want to make me do it? Fine.

00:44:57.440 Go get another pilot. Go get another staff member. Go get another stewardess. Go get another check-in

00:45:01.900 person. And I love it. And by the way, I've got to take a lot of flights in the next few days and I

00:45:38.480 of it. And what the Southwest employees are saying is, no, we're not going to do that. Totally stand
