00:00:37.680 The Virginia gubernatorial election is upon us.

00:00:40.960 Despite the Democrats' major electoral advantage in Virginia, the race is neck and neck.

00:00:47.900 Some polls even have Republican Glenn Youngkin up over Democrat Terry McAuliffe.

00:00:53.000 The race has come down to one issue above all the others.

00:00:56.980 Education.

00:00:58.340 McAuliffe declared during several public appearances that parents have no rights when it comes to their kids' education.

00:01:05.520 Youngkin promises to give parents a voice in their kids' education and kick the radical racial and sexual stuff out of the classroom.

00:01:14.480 So, in his final salvo to Virginia voters, what did Terry McAuliffe do?

00:01:20.840 He promised to get rid of a bunch of white teachers. 1.00

00:01:24.960 I promise you, we've got to diversify our teacher base here in Virginia.

00:01:28.480 50% of the students at Virginia schools, K-12, 50% are students of color, and yet 80% of the teachers are white.

00:01:38.620 We all know what we have to do in a school to make everybody feel comfortable in school.

00:01:42.960 So, let's diversify.

00:01:44.400 So, here's what I'm going to do.

00:01:45.940 We'll be the first state in America.

00:01:47.280 If you'll teach for five years here in Virginia in a high-demand area, whether it be geographic or coursework,

00:01:53.280 we will pay room, board, and tuition at any college, any university, any HBCU here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

00:02:01.300 Because we all know you can't be taught by someone who's a different color than you are. 0.96

00:02:07.280 You won't feel comfortable.

00:02:08.480 You know how you had all those teachers who were different colors than you,

00:02:11.600 and you were just shaking and terrified all day long.

00:02:14.360 You weren't learning.

00:02:15.560 Is that what happened?

00:02:16.160 I don't know.

00:02:16.480 That was not my experience.

00:02:17.860 The battle lines are drawn, Virginians. 0.99

00:02:21.160 You want your kids to be indoctrinated into radical racial and sexual ideologies,

00:02:26.260 or do you want them to get a decent education?

00:02:28.600 We will find out in a matter of hours.

00:02:30.420 I'm Michael Knowles.

00:02:31.240 This is the Michael Knowles Show.

00:02:39.560 Welcome back to the show.

00:02:40.680 My favorite comment yesterday from Matty Ice, 113, who says,

00:02:45.920 the Democrats needed a black man to play a white supremacist.

00:02:50.140 That labor shortage is real.

00:02:52.760 That labor shortage is real, man.

00:02:54.900 And that's not even the last dirty trick they pulled.

00:02:57.140 The McAuliffe campaign pulled another dirty trick before the polls opened today.

00:03:03.620 I guess you can't say the polls open on election day anymore because the polls are open for like

00:03:07.320 weeks and weeks before election day now.

00:03:09.720 But the real day, real voting day is upon us.

00:03:14.240 And so you got to tune out all that crazy other noise, all right, and just focus in on the real

00:03:18.600 stuff, which is why I would recommend you check out Raycons.

00:03:21.280 I so loved my Raycons.

00:03:25.000 I did.

00:03:25.640 I loved them.

00:03:27.000 And I'm speaking in the past tense, not because they broke, not because I got rid of them,

00:03:33.500 because I showed them to my wife.

00:03:36.220 And I shouldn't have done that.

00:03:37.480 That was my fault.

00:03:38.280 And then my wife saw them, and she saw the cool case, and she saw the great colors,

00:03:41.860 and she saw that they fit in your ears really, really nicely, and they don't have little

00:03:45.040 stems sticking out.

00:03:45.780 And she heard that they have an extremely high audio quality, and they stay charged for

00:03:50.920 an extremely long time, and you get hours and hours and hours of listening.

00:03:54.700 And now they are her Raycons. 1.00

00:03:56.300 They are not mine.

00:03:58.360 They are hers with eight hours of playtime, 32 hours of battery life.

00:04:01.840 They are hers with all those cool colors.

00:04:04.100 They are hers with that built-in mic that allows her to take phone calls with the press

00:04:08.780 of a button.

00:04:09.900 They are hers.

00:04:10.500 I need to get another pair.

00:04:11.820 Thankfully, though, because Raycons are so inexpensive, and right now they are giving

00:04:15.780 you up to 20% off your Raycon order.

00:04:18.260 If you go to buyraycon.com slash Knowles, fortunately, I can maybe just get another pair.

00:04:24.000 This offer is only available for a limited time.

00:04:25.920 Don't miss it.

00:04:26.620 That is buyraycon.com slash Knowles, K-N-A-W-L-E-S, to unlock up to 20% off your Raycons.

00:04:32.760 Buyraycon.com slash Knowles.

00:04:35.740 There was one last dirty trick, one last dirty trick before the big election day in Virginia.

00:04:44.240 All right, they've been pushing the racial stuff the whole time, and they're still pushing

00:04:51.860 the racial stuff.

00:04:52.840 And the final salvo from the McAuliffe campaign was about how black kids can't learn from white 0.98

00:04:57.140 teachers. 0.99

00:04:58.420 It's preposterous.

00:05:00.220 It's a preposterous argument.

00:05:01.720 But then the final shot, after the Charlottesville hoax, the Tiki Torch guys sent to the Yunkin 0.99

00:05:09.020 campaign, after the, we got to fire the white teachers, there was someone who showed up at

00:05:14.420 one of the final Yunkin rallies wearing a Confederate flag on the back of his jean jacket.

00:05:22.660 Wow.

00:05:23.120 He's a Confederate. 1.00

00:05:24.520 He's a racist. 1.00

00:05:26.140 He's a white. 1.00

00:05:26.740 Now, they were smart this time. 0.85

00:05:28.060 This guy, who the Democrats obviously sent in, at least he wasn't a black guy. 0.95

00:05:32.720 They made that mistake with the Tiki Torch stunt at the Yunkin rally.

00:05:37.300 But they made a few mistakes.

00:05:39.220 The Democrats, who obviously sent this guy in, made a few mistakes.

00:05:43.820 First of all, the Confederate flag that is on the back of this jean jacket was obviously

00:05:51.180 just purchased.

00:05:52.300 It's brand new.

00:05:53.140 It doesn't have a smudge on it.

00:05:55.520 There's no dirt, no lint, no wrinkle, no rip, no nothing.

00:05:59.220 They probably ironed this thing on about an hour before they sent the person into the

00:06:03.820 rally.

00:06:04.340 The jacket itself might be new as well.

00:06:06.920 Now, ordinarily, when someone does a racism, you know, there's the racism and then it trends

00:06:13.660 on the internet.

00:06:14.780 What happens?

00:06:15.660 The person who is implicated in the racism gets doxed.

00:06:20.540 Their identity is revealed.

00:06:22.000 They're dragged.

00:06:22.780 They have to block their Twitter accounts.

00:06:24.700 And yet, for this photo, no one seems to have identified who this person is because this

00:06:29.980 person is wearing a jean jacket.

00:06:31.700 The only thing on the jean jacket is the Confederate flag, which was purchased about three hours

00:06:35.520 prior, I think.

00:06:37.000 Collar popped up, long hair, and a giant cowboy hat covering up.

00:06:42.640 So his identity is completely concealed.

00:06:45.280 You can't look up who this person is.

00:06:47.400 And then, if you look at it, there are thousands and thousands of people at this Yunkin rally.

00:06:51.600 I don't see any Confederate flags.

00:06:53.100 I don't see, I mean, this is Virginia, first of all, and it's Glenn Yunkin.

00:06:58.720 It's a moderate Republican.

00:07:00.340 So I don't even think if you're, if you are the sort to be interested in more racial, racially

00:07:07.480 minded, sort of hard-nosed politics, I don't think that you'd be showing up to the Glenn

00:07:12.680 Yunkin rally.

00:07:13.760 No one else has anything like that.

00:07:15.380 There's just this one dude right in front of all the reporters.

00:07:20.220 It's so transparent.

00:07:22.240 It's so lame.

00:07:23.420 So then you get these three reporters who just take the photo of the guy who showed up

00:07:26.600 in the brand new Confederate flag thing right in front of them.

00:07:30.080 And they push, they push the narrative, the completely false narrative that, you know, 0.97

00:07:35.680 Yunkin's a racist bigot, a supremacist. 0.90

00:07:41.440 But I think, my takeaway from this, other than the Democrats need to get better at their 0.99

00:07:47.260 dirty tricks because they, they used to be a lot better at these things and now it's 0.99

00:07:50.760 pathetic. 1.00

00:07:52.260 My big takeaway is there, there must not be a single white supremacist left in America. 1.00

00:07:57.440 I don't, I don't think there's a single one.

00:08:00.240 I mean, I guess there's David Duke, right?

00:08:03.380 And Richard Spencer, maybe, who are almost certainly feds.

00:08:06.200 And these guys who like, they go there, they go on CNN to play white supremacists on CNN.

00:08:13.740 And, but then can you, are there any others? 0.86

00:08:17.960 If, if there were white supremacist, racist, bigot, evil, Nazi, whatever, if there were any 0.92

00:08:25.460 of those guys actually in America, don't you think the Democrats could wrangle one of them 0.64

00:08:30.980 and push them toward going to a Glenn Yunkin rally, but going to a Glenn Yunkin campaign

00:08:35.060 stop, they can't, they can't find any of these guys.

00:08:38.020 So they have to make them up themselves.

00:08:42.920 Speaking of dirty tricks and election integrity, I felt that Bill Maher was a little

00:08:47.560 disingenuous and dishonest the other night.

00:08:51.540 Conservatives really like applauding Bill Maher now because occasionally he attacks wokeism,

00:08:55.580 but he is still a Democrat. 0.96

00:08:57.360 He is still a lib and he still pushes for things that are really ridiculous. 0.76

00:09:00.320 So Bill Maher had Sean Spicer on his show and Bill Maher took the opportunity not to discuss 0.66

00:09:09.360 what's going on right now, not to discuss the, the relevant political issues to today,

00:09:15.280 but to focus on the 2020 presidential election and the January 6th, the worst event ever in

00:09:23.940 history and the big lie.

00:09:28.900 This was looked at by people from both parties and they, that people have come down on the

00:09:35.000 idea that Trump lost this election and you won't say it.

00:09:38.400 And if you're, you're either part of the big lie or you're, there is not, or you're part of the

00:09:42.440 conspiracy.

00:09:42.720 It is not a big lie.

00:09:43.860 The Wisconsin State Audit Committee just released a report.

00:09:47.020 I have it here.

00:09:47.840 You're just afraid.

00:09:48.660 You're afraid of Trump.

00:09:49.260 I'm not afraid of anything, Bill.

00:09:50.440 You're afraid of Trump.

00:09:51.300 No, you're afraid of being on his, yes, you are, you're afraid of being, you said, I've

00:09:57.660 not seen, I have not.

00:09:59.540 Then again, I wasn't on the campaign.

00:10:00.800 I did not see evidence of widespread fraud.

00:10:03.020 What I did say, and what I'm telling you is that in certain states where they sent out

00:10:07.080 ballots that were not requested in violation of a law that should concern everybody.

00:10:12.120 But he still lost the election.

00:10:13.860 Okay.

00:10:14.820 Okay.

00:10:15.180 So worry about Biden.

00:10:16.400 Okay.

00:10:16.800 So he did lose the election.

00:10:18.100 Trump.

00:10:18.720 Biden's president.

00:10:19.860 Did he lose the, he did.

00:10:21.300 It's a big lie.

00:10:22.320 He, he, he, it wasn't rigged.

00:10:24.020 It wasn't, it was, it was the election was rigged.

00:10:26.060 Okay.

00:10:26.500 It was obviously rigged.

00:10:28.580 They changed all the rules right before the election.

00:10:31.340 What do you mean?

00:10:31.800 The election wasn't rigged.

00:10:33.780 Of course the election was rigged.

00:10:35.540 Now, are you saying the election was rigged and Trump actually got more votes?

00:10:41.360 I don't know.

00:10:41.900 I mean, just John Spicer's point.

00:10:43.140 I don't know.

00:10:43.900 I didn't, you know, they didn't prove it in court.

00:10:45.740 So it's, you can't say that definitively.

00:10:48.960 Was the election stolen?

00:10:50.380 Jeremy, Jeremy Boring, the God King of the Daily Wire made this point.

00:10:53.060 Jeremy said the election was rigged, but he doesn't think the election was stolen.

00:10:58.420 There actually is a distinction to be had here.

00:11:01.560 Rigged is the Democrats set up everything to give them an advantage,

00:11:07.860 which they obviously did.

00:11:09.200 In Pennsylvania, they changed the election rules in violation of the state constitution,

00:11:13.080 for goodness sakes, by pushing the widespread mail-in ballots.

00:11:17.900 Does this mean that Trump actually got more votes?

00:11:20.660 I don't know.

00:11:21.240 I mean, like, I guess not.

00:11:24.100 I don't, you know, I mean, what, to Sean Spicer's point, Biden is the president.

00:11:29.120 But please do not tell me that the election was the most above board election in history.

00:11:34.300 And if you question it, you're an insurrectionist, terrorist, whatever.

00:11:37.780 Terry McAuliffe, who is running for governor of Virginia, former governor of Virginia,

00:11:41.760 who is now running again, during this election,

00:11:45.820 refused to acknowledge the results of the 2000 presidential election.

00:11:51.060 During this election, during, in the year of our Lord, 2021,

00:11:54.420 refused to acknowledge the results of the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election.

00:11:58.640 And please, enough with the big lie.

00:12:00.220 You know what's amazing?

00:12:01.000 Do you know where the big lie was coined?

00:12:03.140 Do you know who coined that phrase and where he did it?

00:12:05.660 Hitler coined that phrase.

00:12:06.860 He did it in Mein Kampf.

00:12:08.080 And he used the phrase to accuse the Jews of pushing a big lie to blame German general

00:12:17.280 Eric Ludendorff for losing the first world war for Germany.

00:12:20.180 When you use the phrase, the big lie and weaponize it against your political opponents,

00:12:25.280 you are putting yourself in the position of the Nazis, which the Democrats are doing right 1.00

00:12:29.100 now.

00:12:29.260 And they're so historically illiterate, including Bill Maher, that they don't even realize that 0.99

00:12:35.360 they're doing it enough with the ridiculous, shallow talking, good grief people. 0.99

00:12:42.260 Everything is just an accusation of racism, white supremacy, Nazism. 0.99

00:12:49.000 Give me a break before you accuse me.

00:12:50.960 Take a look at yourself.

00:12:53.300 I need some relief.

00:12:54.500 I need relief band.

00:12:57.020 Relief band is the number one FDA-cleared anti-nausea wristband that has been clinically

00:13:01.880 proven to quickly relieve and effectively prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion

00:13:07.280 sickness, anxiety, migraines, hangovers, morning sickness, chemotherapy, and so much more.

00:13:12.520 The product is 100% drug-free, non-drowsy.

00:13:16.700 It provides all natural, long-lasting relief with zero side effects for as long as needed.

00:13:21.840 The technology was originally developed over 20 years ago in hospitals to relieve nausea

00:13:28.400 from patients.

00:13:29.160 Now, through relief band, it is available to everyone.

00:13:33.180 They've also got their newest model, relief band sport, which is waterproof.

00:13:36.520 It features interchangeable bands and has extended battery life.

00:13:39.800 You may have tried some cheap imitation of this for like 10 bucks in the drugstore.

00:13:44.000 That's not going to be it, okay?

00:13:45.300 But this is FDA-cleared.

00:13:47.360 It is science-backed.

00:13:48.480 It is clinically proven to relieve nausea.

00:13:51.360 It does that by stimulating a nerve, which then deals with the part of the brain that

00:13:56.920 controls nausea.

00:13:57.720 It's really great stuff.

00:13:58.980 As the holiday season approaches, there's never been a better time.

00:14:01.940 To give the gift of relief, make sure that your loved ones are nausea-free.

00:14:05.120 Right now, Relief Band has an offer for Michael Knowles Show listeners.

00:14:20.100 The left is getting more hysterical than usual with the Confederate flags and the fake Charlottesville

00:14:29.820 white supremacists and the big lie Nazi comparisons. 0.72

00:14:33.200 They're getting more hysterical than usual. 0.74

00:14:37.040 They're now comparing the phrase, let's go Brandon, to the phrase, long live ISIS.

00:14:45.980 CNN contributor just did this.

00:14:48.580 Asha Rangappa.

00:14:51.640 Asha Rangappa, who is a CNN contributor and faculty member at Yale's Jackson Institute,

00:14:57.340 tweeted out, quote, as an experiment, I'd love for a Southwest Air pilot to say, long live

00:15:04.160 ISIS before taking off.

00:15:05.480 My guess is that one, the plane would be immediately grounded, two, the pilot fired, and three, a

00:15:12.180 statement issued by the airline within a matter of hours.

00:15:18.260 Yes.

00:15:19.520 Yes, different things are different.

00:15:21.420 This is, this is just the modern version of everyone I disagree with is Hitler, right? 0.93

00:15:29.060 Except now it's everyone I disagree with is ISIS.

00:15:32.200 To compare a pro-conservative, anti-Biden chant, it's kind of a cheeky one.

00:15:39.900 It's not even vulgar, right?

00:15:40.840 It's just, let's go Brandon, haha.

00:15:42.460 To long live ISIS is hysterical. 0.97

00:15:48.520 It's a hysterical thing to say.

00:15:50.520 And you, you certainly would expect this from someone on CNN.

00:15:53.560 You'd hope that someone at a prestigious university would, no, I guess you would expect that from

00:15:58.580 them too these days.

00:16:00.300 The point I think that this woman is making, or I think it's a woman, I don't know actually

00:16:05.440 though.

00:16:05.640 I don't, I've never seen a picture of this person and I'm not familiar with the name Asha.

00:16:08.620 So who knows?

00:16:09.240 The point that this person is making is that the, the two phrases are, they're both political.

00:16:17.680 They're both expressing your preference.

00:16:20.840 They're both, I guess, expressing some antipathy toward the ruling party right now in the United

00:16:26.620 States.

00:16:26.980 And therefore they're the same.

00:16:28.100 That the form of them, because they're both political chants, the form is similar.

00:16:33.200 So therefore they're comparable, but they're not because the substance is quite different.

00:16:37.060 But this is a problem on the left and the right that we, we don't understand that.

00:16:44.100 You, you, you saw this most clearly.

00:16:46.000 We don't need to rehash the debate, but you saw this with the, the debate a few years ago

00:16:50.460 over drag queen story hour, right?

00:16:54.280 Squishes on the right said if, that if we ban drag queen story hour from the library, why 0.83

00:16:59.420 then that'll make us no different than the left who wants to ban us from going to church.

00:17:03.180 No, it makes us quite different because drag queen story hour and church are different.

00:17:09.340 Yes, the form of banning something is the same, but the substance really matters here, folks.

00:17:16.340 Okay.

00:17:16.720 And the chant, let's go, Brandon, which really means F Joe Biden is different than the chant

00:17:22.080 long live ISIS. 0.82

00:17:24.600 I mean, frankly, the longer that Joe Biden stays in office, probably the better shot ISIS is going 1.00

00:17:29.080 to have at rebuilding its power.

00:17:31.320 Speaking of fighting our wars, Senator Josh Hawley filed an amendment just yesterday to prevent

00:17:41.000 Democrats from drafting women.

00:17:43.480 We covered this when it first went into the big bill.

00:17:46.840 Democrats are requiring women to register for the draft, or at least they want to. 1.00

00:17:52.700 This is ridiculous. 0.99

00:17:55.640 This is ugly. 1.00

00:17:58.740 This is unjust, uncivilized, deeply un-American. 0.97

00:18:03.600 And so Josh Hawley says, we got to take this out.

00:18:08.040 Now, there are a lot of conservatives who want to argue, some conservatives actually will

00:18:13.060 go along with it.

00:18:13.640 They'll say, fine, women and men are equal. 1.00

00:18:15.140 That's fine.

00:18:15.780 Fine.

00:18:16.260 The feminists say that men and women are exactly the same.

00:18:19.340 Fine.

00:18:19.600 Let them draft the women. 1.00

00:18:20.600 No, the problem with the feminists are wrong, right? 1.00

00:18:22.780 Men and women are not exactly the same, and I don't want to live in a country that sends 1.00

00:18:26.880 our women to go fight our wars for us and get killed by terrorists. 1.00

00:18:30.600 That's an ugly country. 0.96

00:18:31.840 I don't want to live in that country.

00:18:33.840 Sometimes you'll hear conservatives argue this from the numbers.

00:18:36.520 They'll say, well, women are, you know, less strong, and their muscle mass is different, 0.99

00:18:41.940 and they're not as heavy, and they're not as tall, and they're, yeah, sure, that's all

00:18:45.380 true.

00:18:45.640 Also, they're women. 1.00

00:18:48.100 I think we also need to make these arguments, not just from egghead accounting and spreadsheets

00:18:52.360 and numbers, but also from justice, also from civilization.

00:18:58.220 But as long as we're talking about the numbers, there's an incredible statistic that just came

00:19:02.920 out.

00:19:03.520 There was an Ipsos poll on the question of drafting women into the military.

00:19:08.660 In January, 45% of Americans support drafting women in the military.

00:19:15.920 That's as of this August.

00:19:17.540 Now, that number is way down.

00:19:19.040 When this poll was taken in 2016, 63% of Americans supported drafting women into the military.

00:19:26.700 The reality of it might be kicking in now.

00:19:30.140 In 2016, we hadn't seen a whole lot of hot military action.

00:19:33.400 We've just seen that debacle in Afghanistan where 13 servicemen were killed.

00:19:36.580 All of a sudden, I think people are remembering the reality of war.

00:19:41.000 But then, here's the really crazy number.

00:19:45.080 Men who were surveyed favored drafting women at 55%.

00:19:50.820 Women favored drafting themselves at just 36%. 0.99

00:19:56.860 Men were much more likely to support drafting women than the women were. 0.59

00:20:02.520 And also, I think it shows you something that might be a little bit unexpected here, which

00:20:16.240 is that when it comes down to it, women are more likely than men to know that men and women 0.99

00:20:23.040 are different.

00:20:23.480 What I mean by that is, you look at the TERFs, the trans-exclusionary radical feminists. 0.99

00:20:30.060 They're women. 1.00

00:20:31.200 They're women. 1.00

00:20:31.960 J.K. Rowling, those sorts of people.

00:20:34.760 I guess Dave Chappelle now counts too.

00:20:36.660 But they're generally led by women.

00:20:38.540 They are pushing back against this.

00:20:40.640 Megan Murphy, right at the feminist current.

00:20:43.600 Men don't need to think about the differences between men and women all that often because

00:20:51.220 we're stronger and bigger and faster, even those of us who are not particularly athletic.

00:20:57.000 We just are.

00:20:57.420 That's just the way we're built.

00:20:59.320 Women are aware of that because women have to think about that when they're going out alone 1.00

00:21:04.380 at night, when they're deciding whether or not to cut down that dark alley to get back

00:21:08.400 to their car, when they are in a room with men.

00:21:12.960 So much of the Me Too movement talked about how women felt intimidated, even if men were

00:21:18.340 unaware of the fact that they were intimidating.

00:21:22.380 Women know very well that they are at the physical disadvantage when it comes to men, okay? 1.00

00:21:29.260 And so when push comes to shove, when you get down to those numbers, the women do not want 1.00

00:21:35.820 to be drafted because they know it's not right.

00:21:38.820 They know that it's wrong.

00:21:40.460 And men who are probably just lazy, either lazy and just not thinking about it at all,

00:21:45.640 or who are thinking in very shallow ways, or who want to seem feminist and hip and cool. 0.76

00:21:49.660 And so they say, of course we should draft women. 1.00

00:21:51.080 They need to get a little more tuned in with reality, kind of like the women are. 1.00

00:21:54.340 Speaking of women, the Biden administration just can't learn any lessons. 1.00

00:22:00.740 The Biden administration has just pushed one of the spookiest campaigns, just right after

00:22:07.020 Halloween, one of the spookiest campaigns I've seen, specifically around women. 1.00

00:22:10.960 It's called the Life of Linda.

00:22:13.560 Now, the Obama campaign did something similar in 2012.

00:22:17.900 They pushed something called the Life of Julia.

00:22:20.460 And the Life of Julia was this really creepy video graphic campaign where it talked about

00:22:25.640 how Obama's government was going to take care of this woman, Julia, from cradle to grave. 0.91

00:22:30.780 And it was spooky because the only meaningful relationship in her life ever was with the

00:22:34.920 government.

00:22:36.000 And there was such backlash to it in 2012 that they basically scrubbed it from the internet.

00:22:41.200 I've tried to find the Life of Julia in recent years.

00:22:44.080 You can't find it.

00:22:45.480 So I remember when it was on air.

00:22:48.220 Younger viewers might not remember that.

00:22:50.440 Well, Joe Biden's back with it again.

00:22:51.700 The world wasn't ready for the Life of Julia in 2012, but the left is nothing if not persistent.

00:22:56.200 So they're going to try it again nine years later.

00:22:58.540 Life of Linda.

00:23:01.320 Linda, here are the slides.

00:23:02.680 Linda is a working mother in Peoria, Illinois.

00:23:05.340 She works at a local manufacturing facility as a production worker and earns $40,000 per 0.91

00:23:10.340 year.

00:23:10.960 She is pregnant with her son, Leo.

00:23:14.280 Who is Leo's father?

00:23:15.820 We're not sure.

00:23:16.620 Is Linda married? 0.98

00:23:17.840 It's unclear.

00:23:19.980 Is Linda going to stop working when she has her kid? 1.00

00:23:22.580 What is going to happen?

00:23:24.760 Okay.

00:23:24.960 She's just, she's, it's, there's Linda.

00:23:27.540 She's got probably what Joe Biden considers to be a clump of cells in her belly. 1.00

00:23:32.400 It's weird that they would name a clump of cells, Leo, because Joe Biden supports abortion

00:23:36.880 at this point, basically up until the point of birth.

00:23:40.200 So it's weird that he wouldn't have, but okay, fine.

00:23:42.840 She's pregnant with her son, Leo.

00:23:44.300 So what's going to happen?

00:23:45.060 Well, Joe Biden's going to help out.

00:23:49.160 Once Leo is born, Linda is going to receive a child tax credit of $300 per month, $3,600 0.88

00:23:54.900 annually to help cover essential costs like groceries, rent, and medicine.

00:24:01.000 We were wondering earlier, if Linda's married, if Leo has a father who's stuck around, doesn't

00:24:05.960 matter.

00:24:06.320 Big Daddy Biden's going to come in.

00:24:08.200 He's going to take care of those things like groceries, rent, and medicine.

00:24:13.100 What happens when Leo grows up?

00:24:14.920 Don't worry.

00:24:15.560 Joe Biden, Big Daddy Biden is there for Leo as well.

00:24:19.400 You can rest easy at night.

00:25:40.640 Ben is going to be talking about this race in Virginia really, really heating up.

00:25:45.620 I'm also heading down to the National Conservatism Conference.

00:25:48.840 That is going to be done in Orlando.

00:25:50.940 This is, I think, my 5,000th trip to Florida this year.

00:25:54.080 Every major event is happening in Florida.

00:25:56.100 We will be discussing, though, the future of conservatism.

00:25:59.460 A lot of real heavyweights at this conference.

00:26:01.660 I'm not sure if it's streaming.

00:26:03.740 I'm sure there will be clips and transcripts and videos released later.

00:26:07.420 But Yoram Hazoni, the great contemporary political philosopher, is running the thing.

00:26:13.580 It's going to be a lot of fun, so I hope to see you there.

00:26:15.280 In the meantime, go head on over to dailywire.com slash subscribe.

00:26:19.220 We'll be right back with a lot more.

00:26:33.040 Back to the life of Linda.

00:26:37.260 So this is the new Biden plan for how he's going to take care of your kid and you,

00:26:42.980 and the only meaningful relationship you're ever going to need is with him.

00:26:47.000 As Leo grows up, the government helps cover the costs for his daycare,

00:26:51.040 guaranteeing that Linda doesn't need to pay more than 7% of her income on child care.

00:26:56.240 We'll get to the real troublesome aspects of this in a second.

00:27:00.020 When Leo turns three, he attends a high-quality pre-K program for free.

00:27:04.580 Okay.

00:27:05.780 When Leo leaves high school, he's able to enroll in community college,

00:27:08.940 thanks to Pell Grants and community colleges.

00:27:11.080 Thanks to his community college training, Leo lands a good-paying union job as a wind turbine

00:27:16.480 technician.

00:27:18.060 Leo's job is one of 4 million new jobs a year that are supported by President Biden's economic plan.

00:27:22.780 Yeah, okay.

00:27:24.440 Hey, try to keep gas below like $20 a gallon.

00:27:27.600 Then we can talk about your brilliant economic plan.

00:27:29.660 Later in life, Linda needs home care and hearing care. 0.92

00:27:32.160 Thanks to President Biden's plan, Linda can access affordable hearing care through Medicare, 0.99

00:27:35.460 and Leo is able to afford at-home elder care for his mom.

00:27:38.920 Okay.

00:27:39.160 What is so unfortunate about this?

00:27:43.300 I am not of the opinion, as so many Republicans have been for a long time,

00:27:49.060 that the big problem with this is it's too expensive.

00:27:52.160 You're spending too much money.

00:27:53.860 This is economically, this doesn't make any sense.

00:27:57.240 You need more, the free market or something.

00:27:59.560 That's not my, you know, these are legitimate concerns, but it's not my primary concern.

00:28:03.500 My primary concern is that this is so inhuman.

00:28:09.220 This is so inhuman.

00:28:11.140 So first, mama's got to work. 1.00

00:28:13.380 Mama doesn't get to stay home. 1.00

00:28:14.680 Mama doesn't get to raise her kids because there's no daddy in the picture. 1.00

00:28:19.320 So mama, that's good.

00:28:21.480 She gets to carry the baby. 0.71

00:28:23.140 She's got to work until she, at the very end, she can take off, have the kid, 1.00

00:28:27.140 and she's going to get some child tax credits.

00:28:29.000 Why?

00:28:29.320 So that she can pay some other woman to raise her child. 1.00

00:28:31.620 So she, right away, ships the kid off to daycare.

00:28:35.300 Then, then, you know, that's, that's the first step.

00:28:38.780 The second step is by the time he's three, he gets to go to Joe Biden's school.

00:28:42.900 He gets to go to Biden-funded government school.

00:28:48.140 I didn't start going to school at three.

00:28:50.540 I started going to school at five, I guess, kindergarten.

00:28:53.340 My dad started going to school at six, first grade.

00:28:55.660 But now, they're expanding it out.

00:28:59.120 I have a friend of mine, sends her two-year-old daughter to school.

00:29:02.740 Two-year-olds don't go to school.

00:29:04.560 But what this is about is removing the ability to educate your child from the parent to the state.

00:29:15.920 This is what the election in Virginia is about, too, folks.

00:29:18.300 At different stages in life, but it's the same issue.

00:29:21.040 Who gets to raise your kid? 1.00

00:29:21.980 So in the life of Linda, the state gets to raise Linda's kid.

00:29:26.300 Then the kid goes to another government school, and then the kid gets a union job.

00:29:32.060 And then the great part of the union job is the kid gets to pay someone else to take care of his mother.

00:29:40.400 Where is the humanity?

00:29:41.800 Where is the husband?

00:29:42.580 Where is the son?

00:29:43.280 Where is the filial loyalty?

00:29:44.600 Where is, where is the family?

00:29:46.700 Where is the family?

00:29:47.780 There is no family.

00:29:48.640 As the life of Linda expands, as the government program, the life of Linda expands, the family disappears.

00:29:59.400 There is a direct correlation here.

00:30:01.320 That's the problem with it.

00:30:02.220 I don't care about spending money on school or, it's a very rich country.

00:30:06.480 Okay, it might not be for long, depending on how long Joe Biden's in office.

00:30:09.520 But it's a rich country.

00:30:10.320 I don't really care.

00:30:10.880 If I thought that it were good for, for Leo or Linda or the American people to have pre, pre, pre-K funded by the state, I guess I'd be fine with that.

00:30:23.060 Or to have these massive programs, I guess I'd be fine with that.

00:30:27.920 The problem is the inhumanity.

00:30:31.160 When, when, conservatives are just right about everything.

00:30:33.260 When, when we say, hey, if you keep going in this direction, progressives, you're going to destroy the family.

00:30:38.800 And they say, oh, please, that's a slippery slope. 1.00

00:30:40.520 That's a crazy, you're nuts. 1.00

00:30:42.060 We're right. 1.00

00:30:42.740 We're right.

00:30:43.140 We're always right.

00:30:43.700 Hey, if you redefine this thing, then pretty soon you're going to redefine marriage.

00:30:47.120 No, that's a crazy, that's a slippery slope argument. 1.00

00:30:49.040 You hysterical conservatives are nuts. 1.00

00:30:50.900 What happens? 0.99

00:30:51.360 That's exactly, well, you know, if we, we redefine marriage, pretty soon we're going to be redefining sex itself. 0.99

00:30:54.740 Oh, you're just crazy, hysterical conservatives. 0.99

00:30:57.820 Conservatives? 0.99

00:30:58.360 And oh, that's exactly what happened like five minutes later.

00:31:00.460 Speaking of women's issues, Mary Margaret Olihan at the Daily Caller has a delightful video out where she, she goes out and interviews the Catholics for Choice lady.

00:31:16.620 So there, there is a group called Catholics for Choice.

00:31:19.520 I got to put this in, in quotes because the, the group is not Catholic.

00:31:26.240 The group is in grave error and is in, is contradicting very basic Catholic teachings.

00:31:34.240 And so you could not call them practicing Catholics by any chance.

00:31:38.140 This is a fake Catholic group that is pushing for abortion underneath the Catholic banner, which actually incurs another sin, which is the sin of scandal. 0.57

00:31:47.700 So anyway, a delightful video out here asking the Catholics for Choice lady how to defend her views.

00:31:54.680 So we represent and amplify the majority of Catholics in the United States who support abortion rights.

00:32:02.140 68% of Catholics in the U.S. do not want to see Roe vs. Wade struck down.

00:32:06.760 So we thought it was very important for us to be out here today.

00:32:10.220 What about, doesn't the Catholic Church teach that abortion is a crime against human life?

00:32:14.500 Well, the teaching on abortion has changed quite a bit over the centuries.

00:32:18.980 As you know, the Catholic Church is an old institution.

00:32:22.080 And the fact is, two of our major theologians, Thomas Aquinas and St. Augustine, believed abortion was licit within the first trimester.

00:32:30.560 So we're here to tell Catholics that it's more complicated and the Church's teaching on that is more complicated.

00:32:37.000 That's so funny. I've never heard that in my life.

00:32:39.580 I've heard my whole life that the Catholic Church teaches that abortion is a crime against human life.

00:32:43.980 And then if you get one, you're excommunicated.

00:32:47.020 But and I have never heard that that teaching changed.

00:32:51.280 That's funny. I never heard that.

00:32:52.760 That's so weird. By the way, I just I just know I said the Daily Caller, but I just noticed on the microphone is the Daily Signal.

00:32:57.640 So I want to give credit where credit is due for this very entertaining video.

00:33:03.220 Obviously, what this woman, this leftist activist who runs Catholics for Choice, what she's saying about abortion is not true.

00:33:12.240 She's saying that the Catholic teaching has changed a lot and it used to the Catholic Church used to support abortion.

00:33:18.760 But now the Catholic Church doesn't support abortion.

00:33:21.200 And so it's kind of up in the air and up for grabs.

00:33:22.860 That's not true.

00:33:23.540 The Catholic Church has condemned abortion and prohibited it since the first century.

00:33:29.780 Since the very first years after the crucifixion and the resurrection, the earliest catechism we have, the didache, explicitly condemns abortion.

00:33:42.980 So that's not true.

00:33:43.880 This argument about Thomas Aquinas and Augustine, also bogus stuff.

00:33:50.500 Just to give you the background here.

00:33:54.200 I mean, this is an example of a half-truth or a quarter-truth being perverted to completely misrepresent one's view of things.

00:34:01.860 St. Thomas Aquinas believed that conception was a process that took place when the sperm served a formative function on the menstrual blood of women.

00:34:13.880 I hate to be gory here, but this is his understanding of the physical act of conception.

00:34:18.860 Okay, and he's basing that on Aristotle's physics, which was the physics they had at the time.

00:34:23.220 Obviously, they didn't have modern medical science at the time.

00:34:25.580 So when you're describing the physical act of conception, it was unclear to someone like St. Thomas Aquinas.

00:34:31.680 Even a great genius like St. Thomas Aquinas, one of the greatest theologians ever.

00:34:35.620 So the view was that the sperm acts on the menstrual blood and then creates this kind of vegetative thing that is not ensouled until quickening.

00:34:48.060 Okay, St. Augustine has a similar view of this, as this woman alludes to.

00:34:53.860 What we know with modern medical science is that the sperm does not merely serve some formative function on the menstrual blood.

00:35:03.780 It doesn't work on the menstrual blood at all.

00:35:05.560 But that the sperm and the egg come together and that the act of conception, which previously in the Aristotelian world, the Aristotelian model would have taken weeks and weeks, actually occurs almost instantaneously.

00:35:19.800 And we know now, again, just because of modern medical science, that the sperm contains unique genetic information and the egg contains unique genetic information.

00:35:28.420 And when the sperm and the egg come together, they both cease to be and a new being is formed.

00:35:33.760 And that new being is the first iteration of human life.

00:35:42.660 So we know that now, okay?

00:35:44.760 By applying the metaphysical principles of St. Augustine and Thomas Aquinas to the modern understanding of physics, we know that life begins at conception.

00:35:58.640 And you can't call Augustine and Thomas Aquinas dummies.

00:36:02.320 They were operating on the physical understanding of the world at the time.

00:36:06.120 But what is so disingenuous is, well, one, maybe this Catholics for choice lady seems a little confused.

00:36:13.580 So maybe she just doesn't understand what I have just explained.

00:36:16.720 But maybe she does understand it.

00:36:20.160 And maybe she's just being a little clever here or trying to be a little clever. 1.00

00:36:25.340 And maybe she's just trying to use Aristotelian physics to justify her indefensible position on abortion. 1.00

00:36:33.220 Do you think this woman defers to Aristotelian views of the physical world in other questions? 0.75

00:36:42.380 Or just when it comes to abortion because of a mistaken view, a manifestly mistaken view of how conception takes place?

00:36:48.760 I think it's probably the latter.

00:36:51.080 I think this woman probably says she loves to follow the science. 0.98

00:36:54.320 And she's very modern and follows all the modern science. 0.99

00:36:58.860 Except when it comes to conception.

00:37:00.520 There she follows the most ancient and mistaken science that there is.

00:37:06.520 Such BS.

00:37:08.380 The bigger question, though, beyond the obvious nonsense that this woman is spouting, 0.96

00:37:12.440 is why does she want to be considered Catholic? 0.99

00:37:17.520 Why?

00:37:20.520 She doesn't. 0.77

00:37:21.460 She's a lesbian, by the way. 1.00

00:37:23.380 I'm not telling any tales out of school. 0.87

00:37:24.980 She's pretty public about that.

00:37:25.920 So she disagrees with the church on sex. 0.98

00:37:31.000 She disagrees with the church on life, an essential, non-negotiable teaching.

00:37:36.740 She disagrees with the church on women ordination.

00:37:42.100 That's another aspect of her activism.

00:37:44.000 She disagrees with the church on a great deal of things, a great number of things.

00:37:52.320 So why does she want to? 1.00

00:37:53.500 Why can't she just be, I don't know what category she would put herself, leftist for choice. 1.00

00:38:00.700 Why can't she just be regular old leftist who disagrees with the Catholic faith for abortion? 1.00

00:38:08.220 Because, because the Catholic church is the fundamental institution in the West.

00:38:17.560 Even if you're Protestant, even if you're agnostic, even if you're atheist, the church formed the West.

00:38:22.780 Okay, the church endured from antiquity into modernity.

00:38:28.620 No other organizations or institution in the West can claim that.

00:38:33.060 Okay, it is, it is the West.

00:38:38.140 As Hilaire Belloc put it, the faith is Europe, Europe is the faith.

00:38:41.900 It is the West. 0.73

00:38:44.580 And so, if you want to transform the civilization, you've got to get to the heart of it.

00:38:50.420 And I suspect this woman has a natural longing.

00:38:54.500 She just, she wants, she wants all the good stuff that comes with the faith.

00:39:00.580 But she doesn't want the things that are necessary to the faith.

00:39:05.280 She doesn't want to make those decisions. 1.00

00:39:06.740 She doesn't want to tamp down her basest appetites.

00:39:08.920 She doesn't want to circumscribe her individual autonomy. 0.91

00:39:13.120 She's trying to have it all.

00:39:14.840 But you can't have it all.

00:39:16.780 You have to make choices.

00:39:18.620 You have to make certain exclusions.

00:39:22.220 Speaking of abortion, an Ohio city has just voted to make abortion a crime.

00:39:27.920 The city council of Mason, which is just north of Cincinnati, voted on Monday, last, I think

00:39:33.840 it was last Monday, to criminalize abortion.

00:39:37.400 Council members voted four to three to make the city, quote, a sanctuary for the unborn.

00:39:43.540 Now, Mason does not currently have any abortion clinics within the city limits.

00:39:49.820 The people who pushed for this ban said that now that there is a ban, no abortion clinics

00:39:53.940 would be put into the city.

00:39:54.940 So I like that as a preventative measure.

00:39:58.680 Some people will say that the city has no right to ban abortion.

00:40:02.740 Abortion is a federal right that was discovered in the Constitution in 1973.

00:40:08.580 I guess written in invisible ink.

00:40:11.360 You'll hear leftists make that argument and some kind of squishy types will make that 0.98

00:40:14.360 argument, too.

00:40:14.800 Well, you know, look, I don't I don't agree with the Supreme Court's decision, Roe versus

00:40:18.200 Wade, but but we can't just go around, you know, contradicting the court and we need to

00:40:23.060 fight it.

00:40:23.480 And yeah, OK, whatever.

00:40:24.400 I think this is a great idea.

00:40:25.520 I think this is terrific.

00:40:26.820 Love it.

00:40:27.840 Keep it up, Ohio.

00:40:29.580 Keep it up, Mason.

00:40:30.360 They were they were right on just about every aspect of this first to use the left's sanctuary

00:40:38.100 hypocrisy against them.

00:40:39.640 The left loves to violate federal law and create sanctuary cities for illegal aliens, for foreign

00:40:49.020 nationals who are living in our country in contravention of our laws, but they won't do 1.00

00:40:54.540 it for innocent little babies.

00:40:55.600 They are in Mason standing up for what is right, what is truly right, defending the right of

00:41:04.000 life for the unborn, and they're going on the offense politically. 0.86

00:41:11.520 That's almost the most important part here.

00:41:14.600 It's not as important.

00:41:15.360 Obviously, the ban itself is very important.

00:41:19.460 Saving these lives in the future is very important.

00:41:22.540 But going on offense politically is something that we could all learn from.

00:41:25.600 Why are we always reacting to the left?

00:41:27.900 You're going to redefine marriage. 0.78

00:41:29.460 You're going to redefine sex.

00:41:30.500 You're going to change the bathrooms. 0.92

00:41:31.720 You're going to upend our culture.

00:41:33.960 You're going to ban certain speech.

00:41:36.000 You're going to why?

00:41:37.060 Stop doing that to us.

00:41:38.640 Stop.

00:41:38.900 How about we start doing some things?

00:41:41.560 How about we start setting the standards and the taboos?

00:41:46.080 How about how about we start using our political power?

00:41:49.620 I'll be discussing this later today.

00:42:26.120 Some people are getting tough.

00:42:29.000 Some people are standing firm.

00:42:31.660 A student at Yale Law School is doing that, which is really wonderful to see.

00:42:37.120 We covered this story a week or two ago.

00:42:39.800 I want to follow up on it, though.

00:42:41.880 There was a Yale Law student who sent out a letter.

00:42:45.660 He's a member of the Federalist Society, which is a at least somewhat conservative law society.

00:42:51.860 He happens to be a Native American student.

00:42:54.260 He sent out a letter inviting people to a party, and because he's a conservative, because

00:42:59.980 he's in the Federalist Society, some people read the letter and pretended that it was racist

00:43:05.340 or bigoted or whatever.

00:43:07.500 I think he made a pop culture reference to a trap house, which is a perfectly ordinary pop

00:43:12.880 culture reference, and this was then used by leftists on campus to say, he's racist.

00:43:19.740 You're not allowed to use that phrase, trap house, or what?

00:43:21.880 I mean, they were just looking for an excuse, and so he was called in by the diversity deans,

00:43:25.900 and the diversity deans said, the student recorded it, thankfully, so we had the recording.

00:43:30.360 The diversity deans said, listen, you were just accused of racism, and it's not as bad 0.72

00:43:36.100 for you as it would be for a white guy, because you're Native American, but look, you should

00:43:39.040 just apologize.

00:43:39.780 We don't think you did anything wrong.

00:43:41.000 Obviously, you didn't do anything wrong.

00:43:42.220 But look, you don't want your career to be hurt.

00:43:45.720 You don't want your life on campus to be hurt.

00:43:47.660 You don't want people to start saying things about you.

00:43:49.600 You don't want to be called a racist.

00:43:50.820 So here's what you're going to do.

00:43:52.580 Here's a letter we drafted up of an apology.

00:43:54.640 Look, we think it's bogus.

00:43:55.680 You should have nothing to apologize for, but we drafted it up anyway, and you're going

00:43:58.840 to sign it, okay?

00:44:00.680 And this student said no.

00:44:03.820 Student said, no, I'm not going to sign it.

00:44:06.860 He has now said, quote, instead, an apology should be a sincere expression of remorse and

00:44:11.440 admission of fault.

00:44:12.220 The Yale administrators did not believe I had been racist by using the phrase trap house,

00:44:17.100 but it did not matter.

00:44:18.500 They urged me to placate students via public submission.

00:44:22.060 I don't believe that the now common ritual of compelled apology, complete with promises

00:44:25.780 to grow and do better, their words, but ones I'm sure you've seen many times before, helps

00:44:31.240 anyone or is even intended to.

00:44:33.160 If we continue to indulge this culture of performative denunciation, the very idea of

00:44:37.700 an apology will lose its meaning.

00:44:40.580 Great, great point.

00:44:42.880 Great, great point.

00:44:46.880 What the Yale administrators are saying is that an apology is no big deal.

00:44:50.700 Oh, it's no big deal.

00:44:51.500 Look, you didn't do anything wrong, really, but, you know, these kids are offended, and

00:44:55.040 look, you don't want to hurt your career.

00:44:56.840 So just do it.

00:44:58.120 Just sign.

00:44:58.700 Just sign the letter.

00:44:59.460 We spent a long time drafting for you.

00:45:01.340 Just sign it.

00:45:01.960 It's not a big deal, and we can just move on.

00:45:03.700 It's not a big deal.

00:45:06.060 If it's not a big deal, why are the Yale diversity administrators so dead set on this kid signing

00:45:15.300 it?

00:45:16.340 If it's not a big deal, why are these thugs, these diversity, inclusion, and equity thugs

00:45:22.100 threatening this kid's career if he doesn't sign it, if it's not a big deal?

00:45:27.980 Because it is a big deal.

00:45:28.980 Now, this is like when leftists say, or even some squish conservatives say, oh, just use

00:45:35.840 the wrong pronouns. 0.94

00:45:37.960 Yeah, the guy is a guy, and he thinks he's a woman, and that's ridiculous, but just call 0.52

00:45:42.260 him her. 0.65

00:45:43.140 What's the big deal?

00:45:44.060 I don't know what's the big deal.

00:45:44.920 Why, if it's not a big deal, why are you so insistent that I use the word?

00:45:51.940 Don't worry, it's not a big deal, so it's cool.

00:45:53.440 So I'll call him him.

00:45:54.700 You can call him her if you want to, and then that's fine.

00:45:57.020 No, no, it is a big deal, because words carry whole premises.

00:46:03.900 Why do they want it so bad?

00:46:05.280 And the idea of an apology will lose its meaning.

00:46:07.820 I mean, the kid makes a good point, too.

00:46:09.780 As the late Roger Scruton pointed out, society in many ways runs on apologies.

00:46:16.820 Our ability to apologize to one another and have that apology accepted is a good measure

00:46:22.660 of the health of society, because it requires something of both parties.

00:46:26.820 When I apologize, when I ask forgiveness, I am sacrificing my pride.

00:46:33.780 I'm admitting that I did something wrong.

00:46:35.140 When you accept my apology, you are sacrificing your resentment.

00:46:41.080 Both of those things are valuable to us, okay?

00:46:43.440 But then you do it, and then you move along together in society.

00:46:50.640 But we're not really allowed to do that anymore.

00:46:53.520 And young people are being really perverted with this kind of illogic.

00:46:58.160 I have to get to a story.

00:46:59.040 This really shocked me, speaking of young people.

00:47:02.940 A mother has apparently locked her kid up in the house, effectively locked her kid up

00:47:09.600 in the house since the start of the 15 days to slow the spread almost 600 days ago.

00:47:14.960 The mother just posted a video to TikTok or Instagram Reels or one of those, where she

00:47:21.140 has the little kid, the nine-year-old daughter, read the news that the kids can now get the

00:47:26.220 vaccine.

00:47:27.800 And the kid almost breaks down in tears.

00:47:31.160 This is my daughter.

00:47:32.380 Hi.

00:47:33.260 She's nine.

00:47:34.540 We're about to blind react to something.

00:47:36.940 Okay.

00:47:37.620 What does that say?

00:47:41.180 Hold on, dear.

00:47:47.440 What does it say?

00:47:48.540 The COVID vaccine for kids is, next week should be clear for kids to do 5 to 11.

00:47:58.880 What does that mean for you?

00:48:00.320 I can go with my friends.

00:48:02.520 Yeah.

00:48:03.560 I can finally, you know, go outside.

00:48:06.620 Go to stores.

00:48:11.340 I'm excited.

00:48:13.020 I'm excited for it.

00:48:14.440 I thought it was going to be like in a couple months.

00:48:16.200 No, apparently it's the next week.

00:48:20.160 I love you, mom.

00:48:21.480 I love you, too.

00:48:24.660 She's why you need to get vaccinated.

00:48:27.160 Okay.

00:48:30.200 She's why I need to get vaccinated?

00:48:33.480 The girl who statistically faces an almost 0% risk from the coronavirus?

00:48:40.820 A girl in an age group that has an infection fatality rate of anywhere from 0.003% to 0.001%

00:48:52.160 is why I need to get vaccinated, even though the vaccine does not prevent me

00:48:56.480 from transmitting the virus.

00:48:59.600 According to the CDC, at the end of July, that's why the vaccinated people are now supposed

00:49:05.440 to keep wearing the masks.

00:49:06.360 That's why we're told the vaccine protects you against hospitalization and death, but

00:49:10.600 does not necessarily prevent you from contracting or transmitting the virus.

00:49:15.100 The girl who is least at risk from the coronavirus that you have locked up in a house for almost

00:49:22.140 600 days, who is now giddy and hugging you because you might let her go outside next week. 0.88

00:49:29.140 That is madness, and that is a form of child abuse that our politicians have pushed upon us, 0.99

00:49:42.660 and that gullible and cowardly and sick people have accepted. 0.98

00:49:48.720 And that, I know it seems a little disconnected, that is what this race in Virginia is about. 1.00

00:49:53.220 Okay, the race in Virginia is about how we raise kids.

00:50:01.040 Do we raise them with the crazy racial theories and the sexual theories and CRT and the vaccine

00:50:08.820 craziness and the COVID neurosis and the public health tyranny and the locking them away in a

00:50:17.700 hermetically sealed cage and do whatever the state says? Or do we raise them more in line with

00:50:25.200 tradition, more in line with human nature, more in line with our own religious lights? Which way?

00:50:29.800 Which way, Virginians? Which way, America? I'm Michael Knowles. This is the Michael Knowles Show.
