00:00:37.640 Huge news rocked the music world over the weekend. The 1970s songwriter Joni Mitchell announced that

00:00:44.620 she will be following Neil Young and removing her music from Spotify until Joe Rogan and the

00:00:51.320 scientists that he interviews are censored from the platform. Joni Mitchell, who has not been in

00:00:56.820 the news in at least 40 years, and who many people in this audience have probably never even heard of,

00:01:03.200 will be removing her entire catalog, including the four songs that anyone can name immediately,

00:01:10.140 which inspired me. And which is why I am announcing today my intention to announce that I too will be

00:01:19.200 taking my content off of Spotify in order to bring attention to myself. I'm Michael Knowles.

00:01:24.980 This is the Michael Knowles Show. Welcome back to the show. My favorite comment from Friday is from

00:01:36.220 Frank, who says, shouldn't Biden say he's nominating a black body? That's true. If you want to be really 1.00

00:01:44.260 politically correct these days, you're not even supposed to just refer to black people or people 0.76

00:01:49.420 of color. It's supposed to be black bodies. This was a strange term popularized by writers such as 0.99

00:01:55.060 Ta-Nehisi Coates to imply that black people don't have any souls. That is the preferred term these 1.00

00:02:01.620 days. And it would actually be fitting if we're talking about leftist judicial nominees, because,

00:02:07.060 well, they obviously have bodies regardless of their sex or race. They do not appear to have minds.

00:02:13.240 They do not appear to have much consciousness. They just do whatever the libs program them to do.

00:02:18.400 So that would be the right term. Good. That's a very good point. It does make you a little bit

00:02:22.800 nervous about the future. When you want to plan for your future, I would recommend you check out

00:03:36.120 Michael. All weekend, all weekend, I had something really nagging at me. It wasn't merely the idea that

00:03:43.820 Joe Rogan, most popular broadcaster in the world, he might be booted off of

00:03:48.180 a major platform simply for telling the truth and exposing people to different points of view

00:03:55.360 from very serious scientists, from very serious and respected people, but people who disagree

00:04:02.140 with the prevailing liberal narrative. He might be kicked off. Well, we might be kicked off too.

00:04:07.080 Rogan goes, we all go. It's only a matter of time. If they can boot him, they can boot all of us.

00:04:11.220 But I had something nagging me even worse than that, namely Neil Young's music. I couldn't get it out

00:04:17.080 of my head. All weekend, I'd pick up a ukulele. I'd sit down at my piano and I'd play these Neil

00:04:22.660 Young, man needs a maid. I couldn't stop. I had these Neil Young songs in my head. I haven't 1.00

00:04:28.080 thought of Neil Young in at least a decade. And then Joni Mitchell. Joni Mitchell. If you can name

00:04:36.960 Joni Mitchell songs, which for many of the millennials and certainly the Zoomers in the audience, probably 0.99

00:04:41.580 you can't name all that many. She was really popular in the 70s, but she didn't remain particularly

00:04:46.600 popular later. I had those songs in my head too. I've looked at love from both sides. And all,

00:04:51.980 I thought, why? Why are these songs in my head? Oh, right. It's because of this genius PR stunt.

00:05:01.040 It is a genius PR stunt. I'm not doubting that Neil Young and Joni Mitchell really do want to

00:05:07.340 censor people who disagree with them. I'm sure they do. They want to censor people who dissent from Dr.

00:05:13.360 Fauci and the ruling class. They are now propagandists for the ruling class and they don't

00:05:18.320 like it when people speak truth to power. And so they want to shut them up. I'm sure. But there's

00:05:22.320 also a genius capitalist self-interested motive here, which is that people are talking about

00:05:29.040 these singers again for the first time in a very long time. You can expect to see many more

00:05:35.000 announcements. Last night, sweet little Lisa turned to me. We're sitting on the couch. She goes,

00:05:38.220 oh no. Oh no, Mac? I said, yeah, girl, what's going on? Mac, did you know that? And she named 0.71

00:05:44.100 someone I had never heard of. He's decided he's going to take all of his audio books off of Spotify

00:05:50.600 until they get rid of Joe Rogan. This was a guy I had never heard of. She had never heard of. I'm

00:05:55.920 sure no one had ever heard of, but he just wanted to grab a headline. So I said, that's good for me

00:06:00.040 too. Let's do it. This show, I'm not going to take the show off Spotify, but I'm going to announce

00:06:04.400 that this show is going off of Spotify until they censor Rogan. How dare they let Rogan talk to

00:06:11.600 scientists? Some people are saying about Neil Young and Joni Mitchell, they've changed. Oh my gosh,

00:06:18.640 60s and 70s, Neil Young and Joni Mitchell. They would be ashamed of Neil Young and Joni Mitchell today.

00:06:24.100 They used to be for free speech. Now they're for censorship. They haven't changed. Joni Mitchell was

00:06:30.940 always actually relatively conservative given the musicians of that era. When she was in an

00:06:38.220 unexpected pregnancy, couldn't take care of her kid. She did not get an abortion. She put the 1.00

00:06:42.100 baby up for adoption. She wouldn't get it. That was great. She wasn't anti-war. I think she supported

00:06:47.040 the USO during Vietnam. So she was relatively better, but she's on the side of these leftists

00:06:53.680 censoring conservatives, which they always were. They always were. That was all. Everyone's for

00:06:59.280 censorship. You might pretend that you're not for censorship. You are. You're for censoring

00:07:03.920 certain things. All societies, say this frequently, all societies have limits. It seemed like these

00:07:11.240 hippies were pro-free speech in the 60s because the prevailing culture was conservative. And so they

00:07:16.640 wanted to break the taboos and the standards of that day and spout their nonsense. But now they're 0.93

00:07:23.160 in control. The liberals control the entire culture. And so they're enforcing the standards.

00:07:28.400 And now we're the ones who seem like we're pro-free speech. And we think that you should

00:07:32.700 be able to say and do whatever you want. But we don't believe that either. We just all have,

00:07:36.020 we have different sets of standards. And right now the libs are winning. This is,

00:07:41.800 and they're pushing this really hard, by the way. You want to see the anatomy of a fake news headline?

00:07:46.340 This was a headline in Variety magazine, trade magazine in Hollywood. This was syndicated into

00:07:53.220 Yahoo. It said, Spotify lost more than $2 billion in market value after Neil Young pulled his music

00:08:01.700 over Joe Rogan's podcast. This should be framed as a fake news article par excellence.

00:08:09.300 It's so effective because it's technically almost kind of true. If you just look at the days,

00:08:21.000 sometime around when Neil Young made his announcement, the Spotify number went down.

00:08:28.280 Spotify stock down. That's true. But correlation is not causation. The reason that Spotify lost $2 billion

00:08:37.480 in market value is because the entire market was down significantly.

00:08:44.440 Virtually every company lost a ton of market value. If you just look at the one or two day period,

00:08:49.000 did GE lose value because Neil Young said he was going to pull his music from Spotify?

00:08:55.280 Did, I don't know, did, did Ford Motor Company lose value? Did Microsoft lose value because Neil,

00:09:01.860 no, of course not. It went down. And actually it's even crazier than that,

00:09:06.020 because if you look specifically after the, in the two days after Neil Young made his announcement,

00:09:10.940 Spotify actually ticked up a little bit. So maybe that should be evidence that Neil Young was dragging

00:09:16.120 down Spotify and the market loves Rogan. Or really maybe there's just no correlation here. The scary

00:09:21.560 part though is the libs are circling the wagons on this. The, the news media are in on it. Big tech

00:09:28.680 is slowly in on it. The culture, obviously, and the public health establishment, which is the,

00:09:34.880 the puppet master in this whole thing. Right? Everybody, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young,

00:09:40.540 they're all doing Fauci's bidding here and saying we can't dissent against the, the ruling class and

00:09:44.660 the bureaucracy. So it's good that Spotify for now is standing up for Rogan. I'm not sure that that

00:09:50.580 lasts. I do think that we need to defend Joe Rogan at all costs. Defend Rogan. If Rogan goes,

00:09:56.120 they're coming for the rest of us too. And what's so frustrating about it is it's not even the

00:10:01.700 apparent hypocrisy on free speech. It's not even the fact that Joe Rogan and the guests that Rogan

00:10:11.100 brings on have more credibility than Dr. Fauci or Rochelle Walensky because, because Fauci and

00:10:17.640 Walensky and Joe Biden have been caught in so many lies on COVID. It's the fact that Neil Young and Joni

00:10:22.100 Mitchell are just wrong on the merits. They're wrong on the substance here. The message that we

00:10:28.860 are getting from our public health genius experts in recent weeks is that everyone needs to take

00:10:35.460 not just the vaccine, but many doses of the vaccine, three, four, five shots. There should

00:10:41.660 really not be any exceptions, not just old people, not just sick people, but young, healthy people,

00:10:48.000 even little kids need to take the vaccine. It's totally 100% safe. It's totally effective.

00:10:53.020 Nevermind any of the reports to the contrary, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

00:10:57.440 And then you get news like this out of Sweden, which is no longer recommending that kids take

00:11:03.840 the vaccine. Sweden will not recommend COVID-19 vaccines for kids five to 11 to say nothing of

00:11:11.960 kids under five. They say, quote, we are now focusing on the medical benefits of the individual

00:11:17.200 child. And we don't see that the benefits are great enough for us to recommend for the whole group.

00:11:20.980 This is according to Britta Bjorklund of the public health agency in Sweden. She said,

00:11:27.400 we don't see that we, uh, that we, uh, we, we, we want to vaccinate a whole group of children for the

00:11:34.720 sake of society. We want to see a clear benefit for the children themselves and the individual child.

00:11:40.660 So that's why we don't recommend it for the moment. It's a great, this is a great observation.

00:11:49.500 They're saying, we believe in the public health establishment that we need to look at the health

00:11:54.620 benefits to the child, the child who we're making take this experimental injection.

00:12:00.260 And so we're not saying that the vaccines are going to kill the kids. We're not even necessarily

00:12:05.100 saying that the vaccines are extremely dangerous. Sure. There are side effects like there are to all

00:12:11.700 medical interventions, but we're not, we're just saying there's no health benefit that we see.

00:12:17.240 So if there's no clear health benefit, we're not going to vaccinate all of these kids.

00:12:22.800 We're not going to just focus on the politics here. We're going to focus on the medical science for,

00:12:27.960 for the individual, for the kids themselves. Meanwhile, the Fauci's and the Walensky's and

00:12:34.320 the American public health establishment, they say, who cares about any of that? Who cares if

00:12:38.400 there's not much benefit? Politically, it's a good thing to do. So we're going to do it.

00:12:43.620 Huge difference, more evidence of something that we've known from the very beginning that Dr. Fauci

00:12:50.260 is politician first, scientist, maybe second or third or fourth or fifth. Ethics all the way down

00:12:59.060 in the gutter. Now, speaking of health, if you want to start feeling healthy again, especially in

00:13:03.620 this new year, I would strongly recommend you go check out Echelon. Long time listeners to this show

00:13:08.180 know that I am allergic to going to the gym. I have not been to the gym, I think probably since the

00:13:20.160 you get out, you get on the equipment, you do your thing for however long then you go. You got to

00:13:25.500 change, shower, get back, drive 20. It just takes too long. What if you bring the gym home? That's

00:13:30.700 what Echelon does. Echelon Fitness is the affordable way to get the workout equipment, the workout

00:14:38.860 Swedish scientists. I'm not sure they're even disagreeing on the science itself. They're

00:14:46.380 disagreeing on the policy. Sweden says, we're not going to force kids to take the COVID vaccine.

00:14:54.240 Fauci says, yes, we will. Fauci says, quote,

00:14:56.980 children two to four years old will require three shots of the Pfizer COVID vaccine.

00:15:05.120 It turned out that the other dose, namely the other group from 24 months to four years old,

00:15:10.720 did not yet reach the level of non-inferiority. So the studies are continued.

00:15:17.120 It looks like it will be a three dose regimen. I don't think we can predict when we will see

00:15:22.920 an emergency use authorization with that because the company is still putting the data before the

00:15:28.540 FDA, but it's going to be a three dose regimen for the kids. Actually, no, it's going to be a zero

00:15:34.780 dose regimen for my kids, Dr. Fauci, because I don't trust you. I don't trust you at all because

00:15:39.900 you've, you've lied many times. You've gotten things wrong. Even if I'm going to take a more

00:15:44.580 charitable view of some of your dishonesty and say, maybe you didn't intend to deceive. 1.00

00:15:49.420 You were just dumb and got it wrong and ignorant. But either way, I ain't trusting you. 1.00

00:15:57.440 Fauci has proven this for decades, since the eighties, since AIDS, since he took over NIAID

00:16:03.500 in the mid 1980s, that he is a politician first, he is a scientist second, and he is an ethicist,

00:16:10.840 least of all. His ethics are absolute trash. I think you would be crazy to listen to this guy at 1.00

00:16:19.400 this point, especially when we're talking about your kids, especially given everything this guy's

00:16:24.060 gotten wrong. You would have to, it is true parental negligence to trust your kids to this deceitful

00:16:33.160 jerk, this power mad monster. I don't want to put too fine a point on it. This is a great issue 1.00

00:16:43.320 for the GOP looking at November. What's the GOP going to be able to promise come November? We're

00:16:50.340 told it's going to be a red wave. The Republicans are going to retake the house. Uh-huh. I've heard

00:16:54.380 that before. Republicans are going to retake the house under a Democrat presidency. And what happens?

00:16:58.400 Nothing. Remember this, the Tea Party, 2010, it's going to be a wave election. We're, we're going to

00:17:04.100 put Boehner, we're going to make Boehner the speaker and then it'll all be great. Well, what happened?

00:17:08.520 Nothing. One, because Boehner was a weak speaker of the house. Two, because the Democrats had the

00:17:14.960 presidency. So what are you going to do? All you can do is obstruct. You can't really do much of

00:17:20.620 anything. The one thing you can do is call investigations. The one thing you can do is

00:17:29.340 make a mess of things like the budget. We should do both of those. I want every Republican running in

00:17:36.720 any even somewhat conservative district to promise me that if the Republicans retake the house,

00:17:42.680 they are going to subpoena Fauci. They're going to drag him before Congress. They are going to make

00:17:46.900 his life miserable. They're going to get to the bottom of his corruption. They're going to make

00:17:51.840 him answer for his lies and his deception. And then when they're playing around with the budget,

00:17:58.020 I want them to zero out his salary. The house GOP can't fire Fauci. That's up to the executive,

00:18:04.240 executive. But they can zero out his salary. They've got the power of the purse. They should

00:18:09.660 use it. I want a promise from all these house GOP candidates. In the 90s and 2000s, and even,

00:18:17.580 I think it still exists today, there was the tax payer protection pledge. Grover Norquist was behind

00:18:22.520 it and said, I promise not to raise taxes. And he would make all the candidates sign. None of the

00:18:26.640 candidates wanted to sign it because they all wanted the opportunity to raise taxes later. I want that

00:18:30.520 for Fauci. I will, the, the public health protection pledge. That's what I want. I'm

00:18:36.820 calling for it. The Michael Knowles public health protection pledge. I will drag Fauci before Congress

00:18:42.760 for, for testimony and investigations, and I will zero out his salary. Get it done. Print it out,

00:18:48.520 send it to every congressional candidate around the country. You want to talk about the wellbeing of

00:18:54.020 children under the left's rule. There is a story out of Los Angeles that I did not believe was real.

00:19:02.380 I thought this clearly, this is either the Babylon Bee or this is some sensationalist headline. It's not

00:19:09.020 real. Here's what the headline said, said that a 26 year old male child molester was going to be

00:19:17.220 sentenced to two years imprisonment in a female juvenile detention center because of LA's far left

00:19:29.100 DA, the prosecutor there, George Gascon. I said, that's not possible. Hold on. What are you,

00:19:34.360 you're telling me that a guy is a child molester, this guy molested little girls. And so to punish him, 0.97

00:19:41.540 you're going to send him to a facility full of little girls. That sounds like you're rewarding 1.00

00:19:47.500 him. That sounds like you're sending him to Disney world. That's how is that? How is that just? How is

00:19:54.160 that legal? How is that punishment? That's sick, but this is a real story. James Tubbs, when he was two

00:20:01.080 weeks shy of his 18th birthday, grabbed a girl by the neck, dragged her into a bathroom stall.

00:20:06.660 You can use your imagination. There's evidence that he molested two other little girls. He was

00:20:13.620 finally connected with this case years later. But LA's far left, George Soros funded district

00:20:21.460 attorney, George Gascon, refused to try him as an adult. Because when he committed the crime years

00:20:28.340 ago, he was two weeks shy of his 18th birthday. So this 26 year old degenerate pervert is being tried 0.94

00:20:34.920 as a minor. Okay. After he gets arrested, this guy's trying to figure out how he can get out of 0.99

00:20:42.820 punishment. So he decides, because we are living in clown world right now, he decides he's going to

00:20:48.880 start identifying as a woman. This doesn't happen before he gets arrested, by the way. It's only after

00:20:54.460 he gets arrested. He says, okay, I'm Hannah now. Call me Hannah. So James Tubbs says, okay, I am

00:21:00.600 identifying as a girl, as a woman. And the district attorney is going to identify me as a child.

00:21:08.500 So I, an old, not old, he's a young man, but he's a man. He's an adult man. I, an adult man,

00:21:17.120 am going to be identified as a little girl. And so I'm not going to go to prison for a really long

00:21:22.340 time. I'm not going to go to prison at all. I'm going to go to a juvenile detention facility

00:21:26.020 with a bunch of little girls. And here's the kicker. This is the, this is the cherry on,

00:21:32.420 on top of this clown Sunday. The assistant district attorney, John Hatami in Los Angeles, 0.94

00:21:39.980 disagrees with the DA, George Gascon's decision here to, to try James Tubbs as a minor. He says,

00:21:49.760 Tubbs is 26 years old. Unlike George Gascon's false narrative, she is not a kid.

00:21:56.660 She is not a kid. She is not a she. She's a he, buddy. Are you kidding me? 1.00

00:22:02.640 You're willing to go this far and say, Hey, the 26 year old's not really a 17 year old. Yeah. The,

00:22:07.120 the chick isn't a chick, pal. The chick is a dude. I think, frankly, that's even crazier than a 26 year 0.98

00:22:15.300 old being treated like a 17 year old. I think it's crazier to treat a male child molester like a woman. 0.97

00:22:19.840 James Tubbs, obviously should be castrated and imprisoned for life. Minimum, minimum. This would, 1.00

00:22:30.180 that, that perspective would not have been controversial even 20 years ago. Now that's

00:22:35.100 shocking. Michael, you're being so provocative. Oh, here comes the right wing crazy. You believe

00:22:39.600 that grown male child molesters shouldn't get to live with little girls for two years.

00:22:44.960 You believe that, that child molesters shouldn't be castrated and sent to prison. At the minimum,

00:22:51.460 this guy should be castrated and imprisoned for life. Frankly, the same goes for George Gascon. 0.99

00:22:56.560 Okay. Because this James Tubbs is obviously a pervert. He's obviously a degenerate and a pervert 0.99

00:23:02.960 who needs very severe punishment to possibly one for the demands of justice, but two, to hopefully in 0.99

00:23:10.060 any way rehabilitate him, reform him. Same goes for, for the DA. The DA seems like a bigger pervert

00:23:17.940 than James Tubbs in some ways because the DA is supposed to know better. He's, he's in charge of 0.59

00:23:23.160 public authority. This James Tubbs is one sick puppy. George Gascon is supposed to be in his right 1.00

00:23:29.840 mind and yet he's the one indulging this and encouraging this sort of thing. Even the good

00:23:35.760 guy in this story is peddling delusion. And you know what? This is the natural conclusion

00:23:42.780 of the myths of our age. This is the natural conclusion of two delusions that we are living

00:23:48.700 under right now. One of them is the over-incarceration delusion. The other one is the

00:23:54.660 transgender delusion. The one delusion says we've got too many people in prison in America. 0.91

00:24:00.900 Nevermind the crimes going through the roof. We've got too many people. We need to let criminals

00:24:05.020 out of prison. Okay. If you believe that, then you're going to do everything you can to not send

00:24:10.460 people to prison, including trying people who are adults as juveniles, where that's plausible,

00:24:17.080 including giving people way lighter sentences instead of imprisoning this guy for decades. No,

00:24:22.240 just a couple of years in a little girl's facility and transgenderism. Because if this guy says that

00:24:30.460 he's a woman, then he really is a woman according to that delusion. And so you have to put him in a

00:24:35.540 girl's facility. So he's got to go to the woman's facility. And because it's mass incarceration,

00:24:41.100 we got to put him in the juvenile facility. And as a result of those two allegedly compassionate

00:24:46.920 delusions we're living under, some disgusting, degenerate, pervert, 26-year-old child molester 1.00

00:24:54.020 is going to live with little girls. Something has gone seriously wrong in a country that believes 1.00

00:25:01.540 that. And I have less sympathy for the DA than I have for the criminal himself. Lately, there has been

00:25:12.180 a war on the truth. I'm not telling you anything you don't know. Specifically, a war on truth spoken

00:25:17.900 by individuals like Dr. Robert Malone. Malone has been removed from nearly all major social media

00:25:23.580 platforms for his public skepticism of the COVID vaccine. He's not only an esteemed virologist and

00:25:28.780 immunologist, he's also one of the pioneers of the mRNA vaccines themselves. After going viral for his

00:25:34.420 recent interview on Joe Rogan's podcast, his insights cannot be silenced any longer. So our very own

00:25:40.400 Candace Owens sat down for three and a half hours with Dr. Malone. She does not leave any stone 0.69

00:25:46.420 unturned. This interview will be available exclusively at DailyWire.com tomorrow, February 1st.

00:26:07.020 especially after that Dr. Phil interview that ended up going viral. If you have not seen it yet,

00:26:11.900 I highly recommend you check it out. And if you haven't gotten his best-selling children's book,

00:26:16.040 Johnny the Walrus, it can be reserved on Amazon. We'll be right back with a lot more.

00:26:19.300 Conservatives need to go all in on the transgender stuff. Go all in. I've been saying this for

00:26:39.860 some time now. There are three issues that really, I guess, four issues, though two are kind of related,

00:26:46.460 where conservatives have a huge opportunity because there is a gigantic chasm between what

00:26:52.860 the public believes and what elite politicians believe, led by the Democrats because the Democrats

00:26:57.820 are the elite political party, but also promoted by some elite Republicans who are the court jesters

00:27:02.960 in the kingdom of liberalism. They're the kind of squishy loser Republicans who just exist to do 0.95

00:27:07.920 whatever the libs ultimately want them to do. So those issues are crime, the people want to lock up 0.98

00:27:15.700 more criminals. The elite politicians want to let criminals out of prison. So go in on that. 0.99

00:27:21.800 Arresting criminals, that's a winner. That's immigration. The majority of Americans want to 1.00

00:27:28.060 drastically reduce immigration, legal and illegal immigration. Elite politicians in both parties,

00:27:33.260 led by the Democrats, though, want much more immigration, and in some cases, illegal immigration.

00:27:37.660 And education. Majority of Americans believe that parents should have a say in how their kids are

00:27:46.500 raised. The elite politicians say, no, you don't. And we're not even just talking about reading,

00:27:52.420 writing, and arithmetic. We're talking about what we're going to jab into your kid's arm. We're

00:27:56.120 talking about the whole upbringing of your child. That's what gave us the victory for Glenn Youngkin

00:28:01.200 in Virginia. That issue of immigration. It's a basic fact of life that parents have a right

00:28:08.300 to some say over how their kids are raised. And the Democrats and the elite Republicans are now

00:28:13.220 denying that. Okay. And then the related issue is transgenderism. Because one of the big issues in

00:28:18.160 these schools, this is what took over Loudoun County, was this transgender ideology. The fact that 0.99

00:28:23.460 parents now have to send their kids to school, their little boy to school, knowing that he's being

00:28:28.860 taught at age five, four, three years old, he's being taught that if he wants to be a little girl,

00:28:34.840 he is a little girl. And that if he says he's a little girl, the parents have no right to say no.

00:28:41.360 That is, the vast majority of Americans think that's evil, terrible, unacceptable. Elite politicians

00:28:49.400 in the Democratic Party, and even some Republicans, think it's, think it's fine or great. Okay. We need to

00:28:55.600 capitalize on that. Even Sean Penn. You know Sean Penn? He's one of the furthest left actors in the

00:29:03.840 country. This is a guy who paled around with Hugo Chavez. This is a guy who's sexually pretty open

00:29:09.600 minded. He played Harvey Milk, who was a complete degenerate, creepy, pederast politician in San 0.97

00:29:15.900 Francisco, who has been whitewashed as the Martin Luther King of gay rights. He's obviously a man of 0.95

00:29:23.100 the left, Sean Penn. And he just came out and he said, you know, I think men in America are kind

00:29:27.340 of sissies. I think they're becoming too feminized. Sean Penn wrote, quote, or he said this in an 1.00

00:29:32.580 interview promoting a new movie. He said, I'm in the club that believes that men in American culture

00:29:38.000 have become wildly feminized. I don't think that being a brute or having insensitivity or disrespect

00:29:42.900 for women is anything to do with masculinity or ever did. But I don't think that in order to be fair

00:29:48.020 to women, we should become them. Right. He's said similar things before. He said, there are a lot

00:29:53.820 of, I think, cowardly genes that lead to people surrendering their genes. The first one is G-E-N-E-S. 1.00

00:30:01.320 The second one is J-E-A-N-S. To surrendering their genes and putting on a skirt. I have these very 1.00

00:30:06.660 strong women in my life who do not take masculinity as a sign of oppression toward them. 1.00

00:30:11.240 This is proof. This is the Sean Penn proof that sex and gender are huge winning issues for 0.99

00:30:21.420 Republicans. Even big libs like Sean Penn understand this, that men are not women.

00:30:31.160 The early conservative arguments on the sexual revolution, hey, maybe this free love's not such

00:30:35.860 a great idea. Hey, maybe contraception everywhere is not, even abortion, maybe that's not terrific.

00:30:41.240 Maybe no fault divorce is going to harm society. This isn't great. Maybe the extremes of the

00:30:47.800 LGBT movement of redefining marriage, that's probably not great. It was very difficult for

00:30:52.420 people in the middle, for people who are independent voters, for soft liberals, even for

00:30:58.260 soft conservatives to understand that. Because they would say, whatever, what does it hurt me? Yeah,

00:31:04.100 that's a little weird that Johnny and Phil want to call their union marriage. But whatever, it doesn't

00:31:11.740 hurt me. I don't care. We've all got a gay cousin or something. It's fine. You know, whatever. 1.00

00:31:16.860 Conservatives would say, guys, you're missing the premises here that this is a very slippery slope

00:31:22.100 and it's going to lead to absolute sexual disorientation and chaos. And it's going to lead to really

00:31:27.740 creepy stuff. And they'll say, no, come on, you're worrying. It's a slippery slope fallacy.

00:31:32.660 Okay. It was easy for the libs to deny that for a long time. Now we've got 26-year-old dudes

00:31:41.540 putting on skirts, getting tried and sentenced as little girls. And it's just silly. We just know 0.97

00:31:52.180 it's ridiculous. Men who dress up like women look ridiculous. This is why drag was always kind of 1.00

00:32:01.700 funny. If you remember Rudy Giuliani, Rudy Giuliani on Saturday Night Live showed up in drag one time

00:32:08.220 with Donald Trump. It was funny. It's funny to see a dude dress up like a chick because a dude is not 0.95

00:32:14.660 supposed to dress up like a chick. Now we are told it's very sincere. It's very earnest. It's very,

00:32:20.480 how dare you question that? No, it's still funny. It's still incongruous.

00:32:25.840 But a lot of elite Republicans, they think, oh, I don't want to seem insensitive. 0.56

00:32:29.380 Oh, I don't want to seem bigoted, like a phobe, like an ist. 1.00

00:32:36.920 Don't pay any attention to what you're seeing on TV. Don't pay any attention to what you're hearing

00:32:41.800 from the elite press, the corporate press, the regime propagandists. The vast majority of Americans

00:32:48.380 know this is completely insane. If you just say that with a clear voice, you're going to bring

00:32:54.000 people along with you. You're going to persuade people. You don't even need to persuade them.

00:32:57.280 They already believe it. We're not talking about rock-ribbed right-wingers. We're not talking about

00:33:01.180 Mussolini, okay? We're talking about Sean freaking Penn. But Republicans, they want to clutch defeat 0.95

00:33:10.040 from the jaws of victory. They're not going to want to run on it, but they should. They should.

00:33:13.680 But Glenn Youngkin started out as a chamber of commerce, just cut my taxes kind of Republican

00:33:18.380 in Virginia, and he was going to lose. And then at the end of the campaign, he made it about

00:33:22.120 transgenderism and critical race theory and education and real divisive, tough cultural 0.84

00:33:28.700 issues. And what happened? He won. And he should have won because people care about those things.

00:33:33.360 I like a tax cut as much as the next guy. People are not waking up in a cold sweat in the middle

00:33:37.340 of the night because of the marginal tax rate.

00:33:39.100 Did you know that over 85% of grass-fed beef sold in U.S. grocery stores is imported?

00:34:16.880 The transgender thing is so weird, and it is sweeping the country by storm. Not even all the 1.00

00:34:23.560 way transgender, just this kind of weird sexual confusion. You remember last week, Mars Corporation, 1.00

00:34:32.480 the candy company, made the decision to turn the green M&M, previously the sexiest piece of candy

00:34:41.020 in the culture. They decided to turn her into a flat-shoed feminist. Do you remember that they

00:34:49.700 were going to make her less sexy? And conservatives said, wait, why are you making the green M&M less 0.99

00:34:55.460 sexy? And then the left said, why do you think a piece of candy is sexy? And I said, well, I'm not

00:34:59.820 saying the candy itself, but there's something wrong with a culture that won't allow things to be

00:35:09.840 hot or scintillating or sexy. No one's really attracted to a piece of candy, except maybe this

00:35:16.460 26-year-old pervert that's being tried as a child in Los Angeles. But very few people think that the

00:35:22.860 piece of candy is sexy. But when we represent things in art, when we want to make things attractive

00:35:30.580 in art, whether it's in marketing or whether it's in entertainment or whether it's in high art,

00:35:35.020 we have traditionally brought them closer to objective standards of beauty, traditional

00:35:42.820 standards of beauty. Now we seem to be doing the opposite. In all of our marketing, the models 0.85

00:35:48.400 are intentionally not hot. They're much uglier, even in the cartoons. There was a brief controversy when

00:35:58.220 there was the Space Jam sequel last year. And the hot, sexy little bunny rabbit, who previously was

00:36:04.640 made to look very voluptuous and hot, was made to not look hot anymore and to look more androgynous.

00:36:10.100 And there was the same kind of back and forth between the left and the right. Then it happened

00:36:12.880 with the M&Ms. Now they're doing it to Minnie Mouse. Disney has just announced that Minnie Mouse is,

00:36:18.100 practically speaking, a frumpy lesbian. Minnie Mouse had been one of the most famous cartoon 1.00

00:36:24.080 girlfriends ever to Mickey. One of, and I'm not afraid to say it, one of the hottest mice in recorded

00:36:33.580 history. And now she is wearing a pantsuit and is made to resemble more, say, a certain former 0.97

00:36:41.520 Secretary of State and presidential candidate. And certainly not meant to look like Marilyn Monroe.

00:36:46.600 So Disneyland Paris tweeted out this photo of Ms. Mouses. Ms. Not Miss. Not Mrs. Ms. Very

00:36:56.900 feminist. Very first pantsuit, which was designed by Stella McCartney. They say that it looks like

00:37:01.800 a blue tuxedo. I think the pantsuit looks more like a pair of pajamas that your mother might have

00:37:07.600 purchased at TJ Maxx. Okay, it doesn't, which maybe is better than the pantsuit. I don't know.

00:37:13.160 This is all to celebrate Women's History Month, which is confusing because I thought

00:37:16.440 this was Black History Month. I am not up to date on my liberal liturgical calendar. I thought Women's 1.00

00:37:21.620 History Month was in a month or two, whatever. The reason I bring it up is not merely or really

00:37:30.420 at all because I care about the sexiness of cartoons or candies. The reason I bring it up is

00:37:36.880 because we are living in a cult of ugliness. We used to have a cult of beauty. We used to be drawn

00:37:43.860 toward beauty. We used to try to make ourselves look beautiful. And this can be taken to excess.

00:37:50.100 This can be taken to such an extreme that people develop disordered views of themselves. That's bad.

00:37:55.280 You don't want to do that. But now we've taken it to the complete opposite extreme where we're

00:37:59.740 developing other disordered habits. We are attempting to make ourselves ugly through mutilating

00:38:05.900 ourselves, through overeating, through dressing poorly, through de-sexing ourselves, trying to

00:38:15.800 make ourselves look androgynous or like the other sex. We're told almost that it's wrong to be

00:38:23.060 beautiful, that beauty is somehow oppressive. And this relates to the broader political problem.

00:38:28.980 We're living in a world now where the truth is being censored. Joe Rogan brings on one of the

00:38:34.660 pioneers of the mRNA vaccine to give his views of the mRNA vaccine. That's dangerous. You can't have

00:38:40.240 that. True statements about COVID, about the virus, about certain public health measures,

00:38:49.000 about the vaccines, true statements that later turn out to be true, that even the public health

00:38:53.720 authorities will later admit are true, for a long period of time are being censored. My very show,

00:38:58.680 when I've said completely accurate things, has been taken down. And then six months later,

00:39:03.980 the CDC admits I was right. Well, whoopsie, too bad. We're living in a time where the truth is

00:39:09.840 being suppressed in favor of lies. We're living in a time in which virtue is being suppressed in

00:39:16.660 favor of vice, where we're told that vice is actually virtue and the left virtue signals.

00:39:22.280 At a time where traditional understandings of what things that are good to do, or we're told that's

00:39:26.880 bad, and things that are bad to do, obscenity, wrath, profanity, greed, we're told is really good.

00:39:36.740 Violence, in some cases, we're told leftist violence, actual terrorism, you target civilians

00:39:41.320 to achieve a political end, we're told that's really good and virtuous. That's mostly peaceful.

00:39:45.400 And we're living in a time where beauty is being suppressed in favor of ugliness,

00:39:48.980 which makes sense because the good, the true, and the beautiful are the transcendentals of being.

00:39:52.180 They're united. They have something to do with one another. And so it's no surprise that when you hate

00:39:57.440 truth and you hate goodness, you're going to hate beauty also. It's okay to be beautiful.

00:40:01.560 It's okay. Little girls, you don't need to dress up like Rambo. It's okay to want to be a Disney

00:40:08.660 princess. It's fine. Men, it's okay to look like a man. It's not toxic. It's okay to behave like a

00:40:15.340 man. It's fine. Beauty is a good thing. You don't, when you go look at art in a museum, you don't just

00:40:21.500 need to look at the urinal in the middle of the stall or some stupid splotches on a canvas and try 0.99

00:40:26.840 to pretend that that's somehow beautiful when we all know it's not. It's okay to look at the Mona 0.98

00:40:30.280 Lisa. It's okay to look at the Sistine Chapel and say, that's actually beautiful. That's objectively

00:40:34.860 beautiful. It's more beautiful than the urinal on the floor or the splotches on the canvas.

00:40:40.700 It's not just a matter of preference. It's not just a matter of, well, your truth and my truth

00:40:46.400 might be different. What you think is good and what I think is good, maybe what I think is good,

00:40:51.140 you think is bad. And what you think is bad, I think is good. So we can never know.

00:40:54.180 Maybe what I think is beautiful is what you think is ugly or vice versa. So it's all subjective.

00:40:58.440 It's all relative, right, man? No, actually we can know some things because we have faculties of reason

00:41:04.520 and moral conscience. And we not only need the courage to articulate that, we need the courage

00:41:08.780 to enforce that kind of stuff. Or we're going to be living in a culture full of lies, full of vice,

00:41:13.880 and full of ugliness, and frumpy little cartoon mice, and ugly little green M&Ms, okay? And androgynous 0.99

00:41:23.560 little bunny rabbits in Space Jam. And that's very, very frustrating. A lot of this is being peddled

00:41:31.060 on the identity politics front, right? If you disagree with the prevailing views, if you articulate

00:41:39.600 a more traditional view of the good, the true, and the beautiful, you're called oppressive, 0.95

00:41:45.100 a fascist, a white supremacist. Why? I don't know. You're anti this, you're anti that, you're a phobe. 0.94

00:41:51.020 This is another issue where Republicans just need to grab the bull by the horns because the public,

00:41:55.660 across demographics, across races, across geographies, across sexes, they agree with us.

00:42:01.820 The identity politics thing is totally flopping. And you see this nowhere more clearly than on Joe

00:42:07.440 Biden's recent decision to nominate a Supreme Court justice, not based on her qualifications,

00:42:12.580 not based on her resume, not based on her character and integrity, but based on her genitals and the

00:42:18.020 color of her skin. Jen Psaki was just asked this question at the White House press briefing.

00:42:23.840 There was a poll that showed that majority of Americans do not support Biden's decision to

00:42:31.680 pick a Supreme Court nominee just based on race and sex, that they actually think

00:42:35.760 the person should be picked based on his or her qualifications. The best person for the job should

00:42:41.220 get it. So even the sympathetic reporters in the White House, the ones who are on the side of Joe

00:42:49.680 Biden, bring this question up and they say, what do you say to the Americans who disagree with this?

00:42:55.060 There have already been conservative commentators talking a bit about why a black woman that's to 1.00

00:43:03.480 commit to that is reverse racism or some kind of signaling, a virtual virtue signaling or something

00:43:12.160 like that. What do you say to people who are saying that that is, you know, an inappropriate

00:43:16.980 way to, to, to set out prerequisites for who he's going to be? 0.99

00:43:23.440 Jen, I look, this is so dumb and I hate that I even have, but some idiot conservative commentators 0.99

00:43:28.860 are saying that this is like reverse racism or something. First of all, it's not reverse racism. 1.00

00:43:34.580 It's just racism. There's no such thing as reverse racism. It's just racism,

00:43:38.940 which they're changing the definition of, by the way, we'll get to that in one second. Second of all,

00:43:42.880 it's not just conservative commentators. There's a poll out from ABC Ipsos, ABC, not, not exactly

00:43:48.840 the daily wire. Okay. Not exactly some right wing outlet showed that over three quarters of Americans

00:43:54.760 want Biden to consider quote, all possible nominees. Only 23% want him to automatically follow

00:44:02.760 through on picking a black woman without considering 94% of, of the country only focusing

00:44:11.140 on 6%, the black women in the country. Americans, it's not that Americans oppose a black lady on the 0.77

00:44:18.840 Supreme court. I suspect Americans very much want a black lady on the Supreme court. The reason that 1.00

00:44:23.640 three, more than three quarters of Americans don't want him to do it this way. So you're talking about

00:44:27.280 a huge number of Democrats here too. The reason they don't want him to do it this way is because this

00:44:31.300 way won't let them feel good. There's a lie. There's this total canard that Americans are racist and

00:44:39.160 they hate black people and they want to keep black people down. That's BS. Every single person in this 1.00

00:44:42.840 country with maybe, I don't know, four people as an exception, four people is, would be my guess, 0.99

00:44:50.160 people who actually just say, I hate black people. I don't want them to succeed at all. 0.99

00:44:52.980 The other 330 million really want black people to succeed. They, they want to seem, they, they want

00:45:04.340 to be affirmed in their virtue of not really caring about anyone's race. They want to be affirmed in

00:45:10.540 their virtue of, of viewing all people as the same, equally dignified by God, made in the image of God.

00:45:17.680 And Joe Biden, because he's so clumsy, took that away from them.

00:45:25.380 People loved, even many Republicans loved when Obama got elected because they could say,

00:45:29.500 we're not racist. We're not a racist country. How do you think Obama got elected twice? Because

00:45:32.740 this is, because America hates black people and wants to keep them down. I don't think so. 0.99

00:45:36.220 Barack Obama was not qualified to be president. He had the thinnest resume of any president in recent

00:45:40.820 memory and they elected him anyway because he was a black guy and he ran as the historical change

00:45:46.340 candidate. He didn't run on anything in particular. He, he was the, he was the platform. I am Barack

00:45:52.000 Obama. I am the one, I will heal the earth. I will bring the sea levels down. I will solve America's

00:45:57.960 original sin of, of racism. This was the ethos of, of the Obama campaign and Americans loved it.

00:46:05.540 They gobbled it up. Biden's taken that sense of virtue away from Americans here though.

00:46:12.020 Because what he's saying is, yeah, black women aren't the most qualified. And, and if all things 0.98

00:46:17.360 were equal, I wouldn't pick a black woman. So I'm going to make a concerted effort and I'm going to 1.00

00:46:21.160 take out all the other nominees and I'm only going to consider black women. That way they have a 1.00

00:46:24.780 chance. And that that's really ugly. People don't like that very much. Not just conservative

00:46:31.120 commentators, darling, three quarters of all Americans. So Jen Psaki sort of kind of almost

00:46:38.160 answers the question. First, we'd say that the fact that no black woman has been nominated shows

00:46:43.520 a deficiency of the past selection processes, not a lack of qualified candidates to be nominated to

00:46:48.860 the Supreme court. I'd also note, I've heard that some conservatives may be fans of president Reagan.

00:46:54.640 And when he, former president Reagan, and when he nominated Sandra Day O'Connor, he said, quote,

00:47:00.380 judge O'Connor's confirmation symbolizes the richness of opportunity that still abides in America.

00:47:05.300 Opportunity that permits persons of any sex, age, or any race from every section and every walk of

00:47:10.820 life to aspire and achieve in a manner never before even dreamed about in human history.

00:47:16.820 Completely misses the point. The Sandra Day O'Connor comparison completely misses the point.

00:47:22.020 We all grant that Americans would love to see a black woman on the court. I guarantee you, 0.65

00:47:27.860 the majority of Americans, if you took a poll today, would love to see a black woman on the court. 1.00

00:47:31.320 But they don't want to be told she was picked because she's a black woman, because that doesn't 0.97

00:47:37.040 make them feel virtuous. What Reagan said was, the confirmation of Justice O'Connor shows the

00:47:42.600 richness of America and women can do whatever. By the way, she turned out to be a terrible jurist, so 1.00

00:47:47.040 not a great comparison to bring up right now. She upheld Roe versus Wade, okay? So if you're trying to

00:47:52.940 win over conservatives here, not a great argument. But beyond that, Reagan gave Americans the ability

00:48:01.320 to say, I picked the best candidate, and she happens to be a woman, and how great is that? 1.00

00:48:04.380 What an achievement. There's no achievement here for whichever black woman gets the nomination. 1.00

00:48:08.220 Because Joe Biden's saying, you were always going to get it. I was never going to consider anyone

00:48:13.380 else. You haven't accomplished anything. I'm just giving this to you. People don't really like that

00:48:17.460 very much. The left is calling this, they're accusing conservatives here of playing identity

00:48:28.160 politics. This has gone so far, even the ADL, the Anti-Defamation League, has now just changed the

00:48:34.740 definition of racism. So the old definition of racism from the ADL, racism is the belief that a

00:48:40.760 particular race is superior or inferior to another, that a person's social and moral traits are predetermined

00:48:45.520 by his or her inborn biological characteristics. Racial separatism is the belief, most of the time,

00:48:50.920 based on racism, that different races should remain segregated apart from one another.

00:48:55.560 The new definition, according to the ADL, the marginalization and or oppression of people of

00:49:00.900 color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people. So the

00:49:07.220 old definition was racism. The new definition, anything white people do to people of color can never go the

00:49:14.900 other way around. When your definition of racism becomes an example of racism, you know that you are

00:49:21.460 fully living in clown world. We are living in a regime, in a society in which the truth is so divorced from

00:49:32.200 the way that the government operates that people are really pressing back against that. You're seeing

00:49:36.560 this in popular movements and it's not just among rock-ribbed right-wing Republicans. It's among a whole

00:49:41.500 lot of people. This is an election year. Republicans can capitalize on this. Conservatives can capitalize

00:49:47.900 on this if they have the courage to do it. Not sure. Not sure I would hold my breath. I'm Michael
