00:00:00.000 We have a lot of young women these days with a lot of artificially lowered voices because
00:00:05.240 they can't get their voices back once they've been on testosterone.
00:00:08.240 A lot of women have had double mastectomies and will never have their natural breasts
00:00:15.660 back.
00:00:16.780 And people sort of brush that off and say, well, they can just get synthetic ones.
00:00:20.280 And it's like, how are we here?
00:00:22.580 How on earth are we here?
00:00:24.600 And it's, there are plenty of boys and young men who are going through this as well.
00:00:29.040 it's just much more prevalent in young women because it's young women who are being pressured
00:00:33.300 into this more than boys. And that's not to say I lack sympathy for the boys who are going through
00:00:38.000 this. Of course, I have tremendous sympathy for boys. You know, how, how graphic do you can,
00:00:44.260 can we be here? No, be graphic. People should know what's going on. Like this is awful.
00:00:53.020 Welcome to episode 152 of my podcast. I'm Michaela Peterson. I had Cara Dansky on,
00:00:59.600 Cara is a lawyer, public speaker, and writer, and a self-described feminist fighting for the sex-based
00:01:05.560 rights of women and girls publicly speaking out about the gender identity industry. Don't run
00:01:11.180 away yet. I never associated myself with feminism. I didn't really see a need for it. I actually
00:01:16.660 argued against kind of the woke feminism that was starting to present itself in my high school
00:01:21.560 and definitely in my university. However, we have gone so far backwards in regards to women's rights
00:01:28.300 that we spoke about feminism, legal precedents that affect women in America, trans athletes,
00:01:34.260 the Biden administration, the Dana Rivers case, and more. I hope you enjoy this episode.
00:01:39.380 It's one that everyone with a kid or anyone thinking of having kids or anyone who has family
00:01:44.500 in high schools or elementary schools should watch. Or if you want to know more about what's
00:01:49.320 actually happening to mostly little girls because of woke politics, it's gruesome and it needs to
00:01:55.900 be spoken about. This trans discussion and debate isn't about inclusion anymore. We had inclusion
00:02:02.400 already. Toronto did anyway, where I grew up. What I'm concerned about is having kids brainwashed
00:02:07.820 and confused in elementary school to the point where they want to be put on hormones and drugs
00:02:12.520 and do surgery under the age of 18 that causes irreversible damage, all done under the context
00:02:19.520 of being nice and inclusive. What's going on in the public schools and in America regarding
00:02:25.320 gender reassignment isn't nice. It's destroying people's lives. So we talk about that. Before we
00:02:31.780 get into that, this episode was brought to you by NordVPN. Have you guys been watching The Boys,
00:02:37.900 the TV show? If not, and you don't mind serious blood and gore, the actors do an amazing job.
00:02:45.180 I used to get all my good TV shows in Canada through NordVPN. Now I'm in land of the free-ish,

00:03:45.180 Cara Dansky, welcome to my podcast.
00:03:48.020 Thanks for having me.
00:03:49.060 So I spotted you on Twitter. I think somebody tagged me in a tweet you had sent out and said,
00:03:56.080 we should chat. And so I went ahead and did some research on you and read your book
00:04:03.260 and invited you on and canceled a whole bunch of times. But now here we are.
00:04:08.760 So I'm really glad you can be here. Before we get started, can you
00:04:12.420 give a brief background about who you are and what it is you do?
00:04:16.420 Sure. Thanks so much. So I'm a lawyer. I got my law degree and I spent about 20 years working
00:04:23.560 in what I would refer to as the progressive criminal justice reform movement in the U.S.
00:04:29.500 That came to a halt toward the late 2015, 16, 17, 18, 19. I started getting involved
00:04:38.300 in Women's Liberation Front. And now I'm the president of the U.S. chapter of Women's
00:04:44.300 Declaration International. In the meantime, I wrote a book called The Abolition of Sex,
00:04:49.400 How the Transgender Agenda Harms Women and Girls. And now because of the work that I've been doing
00:04:54.860 on radical feminist critiques of so-called gender identity, it is no longer possible for me to get
00:05:03.360 work in the criminal justice reform community, which is fine. I'm very happy to be doing what
00:05:08.380 I'm doing. Okay. That's a lot to take in. So you said it's no longer possible for you to get work.
00:05:15.160 Why, why is that? So between 2015 and 2018, I was doing independent consulting work on a broad
00:05:25.760 range of topics, including drug policy reform, immigration policy, mass incarceration, police
00:05:33.620 militarization and things like that. And I was doing this project that was a really interesting
00:05:39.660 project involving immigration advocacy and federal public defenders at the U S Mexico border.
00:05:47.340 And the person that I had my contract with informed me that because I'm a known turf,
00:05:54.420 I'm toxic to the project. And so she had to cancel my contract. She did so reluctantly.
00:06:01.220 She really liked working with me and she wanted to keep me on, but other people involved told
00:06:06.460 her that I was toxic to the project and that I had to go. And I understood exactly why that was
00:06:12.260 because of how all of this is playing out throughout our society. And then later I got
00:06:17.720 a job in 2018 at a DC city agency. And in early 2019, I appeared on a panel at the Heritage
00:06:27.120 foundation called the inequality of the equality act concerns from the left. And that made a lot
00:06:33.540 of people really angry and they complained to my boss. And over the course of 2018, 2019,
00:06:40.200 it just became untenable. It became impossible for me to speak out about this topic during non-work
00:06:47.700 hours. I never allowed my work with women's liberation front or women's declaration international
00:06:53.300 to interfere with my job. But nonetheless, people were so angry at things that I was saying during
00:06:58.920 my non-work hours on sex and gender that they basically just kept harassing my boss. And she
00:07:04.740 kept having to spend a lot of time dealing with it. And I had to spend a lot of time dealing with
00:07:08.780 it. And eventually I just quit my job. And that was the end of 2019. And so I've just been talking
00:07:15.840 a lot about sex and gender ever since. Okay. Can you describe what a TERF is?
00:07:21.940 So the acronym TERF stands for trans exclusionary radical feminist. Oh yes. Okay. I have heard that.
00:07:28.700 Yes. So, uh, these are women who the term was invented by people who were very angry that women
00:07:36.660 were standing up for ourselves and demanding to be known as a sex class. Women and girls exist as
00:07:43.480 a coherent category of people distinct from men and boys. And a lot of people really don't like
00:07:48.280 that. Turf. Okay. Okay. So what, what does Women's Liberation Front do?
00:07:57.520 Women's Liberation Front does a number of things, including fighting for the abolition of gender.
00:08:02.660 It's currently got a lawsuit before federal district court in the federal court in California,
00:08:08.960 complaining about a California law that mandates the incarceration of men and boys or men rather
00:08:15.840 in the women's prison. And there are under California law, as far as I know, a couple of
00:08:21.420 hundred men being housed in the women's prison. And Wolf currently has a lawsuit pending challenging
00:08:27.140 that in federal court, arguing that the policy allowing men in women's prisons violates the
00:08:33.200 First Amendment, the Eighth Amendment and various other constitutional provisions. I should say,
00:08:37.920 I'm not directly involved in that lawsuit, nor do I currently serve on the board of Women's
00:08:42.540 Liberation Front, although I am a member. Wow. So it sounds like you lead a somewhat
00:08:49.880 stressful life. You know, it was stressful for a period of time, but it just feels so
00:08:55.600 important to be able to have honest conversations about sex and gender that I'm sort of used to it
00:09:02.140 by now. Okay. Well, that's good. So you claim in your book that the term transgender was invented
00:09:12.620 to serve a political purpose. Can you walk me through that argument? So my understanding is
00:09:20.020 that in the 1960s and seventies, continuing into the eighties, there was a growing movement within
00:09:27.160 the academy coming out of postmodernism, right? So postmodernism is sort of this idea that material
00:09:34.760 reality doesn't exist. And so coming out of postmodernism came queer theory, which was the
00:09:41.680 idea that the material reality of biological sex doesn't exist. However, if a bunch of academics
00:09:49.120 had tried to persuade ordinary average everyday Americans across the political spectrum that the
00:09:55.740 material reality of biological sex doesn't exist, they wouldn't have been able to do it because
00:10:00.940 everybody knows what a man is and what a woman is. And so they, they invented the term. My argument
00:10:06.020 is that they invented the term transgender to make it sound as though there is a coherent
00:10:11.940 category of people who are being deprived of civil rights, but that's just not true.
00:10:18.400 Okay. So, um, from what I know, the, the argument that's more in favor of transgenderism
00:10:25.460 for lack of a better description, would be that there was a fairly significant subset of people
00:10:32.240 that identified as transgender that were always ignored, that had high suicide rates because
00:10:37.320 they weren't allowed to express themselves properly. What's your opinion on that argument?
00:10:43.360 There's just no evidence that it's true. I mean, there's just literally no credible evidence that
00:10:50.060 there's that that's true. There's no support for it whatsoever. You know, we know from studying
00:10:55.480 science and evolution that human beings evolved and that we are mammals. And because we're mammals,
00:11:02.220 all of us, every single one of us is either female or male, like every other mammal on the
00:11:06.760 face of the planet. Okay. So how did we get to where we are now? Because I know I've seen
00:11:12.880 in elementary schools, you know, what they're starting to teach people as early as kindergarten,
00:11:16.980 that gender doesn't exist and that everyone should be, you know, free to express themselves
00:11:21.980 in whatever way they want to. How did we go from men and women, you know, women's actual women's
00:11:29.120 rights, women deserve rights to where we are now, which is having men on women's swim teams?
00:11:37.640 So a couple of things are going on here. One of which is that at the founding of the Republic,
00:11:43.140 uh the there's a reason i'm talking about this the united states constitution did not address
00:11:50.280 women's suffrage instead choosing to leave the matter to the individual states and at the
00:11:55.300 founding of the republic not a single state allowed women to vote because they're women
00:12:00.320 right women were excluded from the vote on the basis of sex the first state to allow women to
00:12:06.380 vote was not even a state at the time it was the wyoming territory and it enacted a law in the late
00:12:11.840 18th century, I think, maybe late 19th century, that it was called something like female
00:12:17.800 franchisement, female enfranchisement. And it said that going forward, women would be allowed
00:12:23.240 to vote. But the reason that that law was necessary is because women had been excluded
00:12:27.960 from the vote on the basis of sex. And now all of a sudden we're being told that sex doesn't exist
00:12:35.320 as a material category, which is very frustrating to women, including feminists who are very
00:12:41.460 interested in fighting for the rights of the category of people called women. So what happened
00:12:48.000 in schools? One of the things you touched on is kids are being taught that they should be able
00:12:53.760 to express themselves in whatever ways that they want. And I think that I would completely agree
00:12:58.920 with that. I think it's very important that kids be able to explore their personalities,
00:13:04.720 their expressions, their preferences regarding hairstyle and clothing and whatever else.
00:13:10.260 and as they get older, sexuality. But that doesn't mean that any kids ought to be or even can
00:13:17.520 be encouraged that it's possible to change their sex. In other words, if a boy wants to wear a
00:13:25.820 pink dress, encouraging him to do that is great, right? We ought to be encouraging kids to be able
00:13:33.040 to embrace the expressions that they feel best fits with their personality. But the idea that
00:13:38.800 that makes him a girl is first of all, untrue. Second of all, extremely dangerous to his
00:13:45.240 psychological development. And third of all, grounded in regressive stereotypes that say
00:13:50.940 that girls are like supposed to like pink dresses and boys are like supposed to like blue pants,
00:13:56.420 right? Feminists have been fighting against these stereotypes forever. And now this ideology is to
00:14:02.880 a great extent grounded in the stereotypes that we wish could be abolished.
00:14:08.800 Yeah. It's confused me a bit because it seems to be coming from people who 15 years ago were
00:14:17.100 feminists. And now it feels like you can tell me if I'm wrong here, but it feels like those
00:14:22.380 same people have somehow switched over to, oh no, now it's transgenderism we're fighting for
00:14:28.320 rather than women. Yeah. I mean, it is confusing. And I would say that
00:14:33.220 And what feminists were saying 10 years ago was that kids shouldn't be forced into sex stereotypes, among other things.
00:14:41.960 Feminists have been saying a lot of things for decades, but one of them was that kids shouldn't be forced into sex stereotypes.
00:14:48.000 And I would stand by that statement then and today.
00:14:51.080 But a lot of people seem to have shifted from kids shouldn't be forced into sex stereotypes to if a kid likes a sex stereotype that makes the kid the opposite sex.
00:15:02.260 that's a very different thing from what feminists have been saying this whole time
00:15:06.060 so how um how many people are kind of fighting in the same way you are because generally speaking
00:15:13.580 when you hear the term feminist now i generally speaking equate that with people who are very
00:15:21.240 far left who are fighting for these um transgender this transgender movement when i when i hear
00:15:27.540 feminism, that's what I assume people believe in. So you identify as a feminist, but as a true
00:15:34.460 feminist. And is there a group of people that are behind you here? You know, it's, of course,
00:15:40.600 completely understandable that you think that because the mainstream media would have you
00:15:44.900 believe it. All the sort of mainstream, large organizations that claim to be feminist
00:15:50.560 organizations like National Association for Women, Planned Parenthood, National Center for Lesbian
00:15:56.240 rights, all of them are pushing the idea that some men can be women. And they do that by referring
00:16:02.600 to a category of transgender women, but we're talking about men. Are there people behind me?
00:16:10.180 Yeah, absolutely. So I'm the president of Women's Declaration International U.S. Chapter. We have
00:16:16.960 over 5,000 signatories to the Declaration on Women's Sex-Based Rights, which is a global document
00:16:23.260 that seeks to enshrine women's sex-based rights in law all over the world. We're global.
00:16:28.920 The document has over 31,000 signatures globally, again, over 5,000 in the States.
00:16:35.740 And as you mentioned, Women's Liberation Front is also fighting for the sex-based rights of women
00:16:40.340 and girls. So we're out here and we do this and we talk about this stuff all the time.
00:16:46.460 One thing that is very frustrating is that we cannot get a voice in most mainstream media
00:16:51.640 outlets. They don't even mention us. And when they mention us, they disparage us and say that
00:16:56.520 we're right wing, even though most of us, almost all of us come from a left wing political value
00:17:04.840 system. Um, but we're here and I don't know if you know, or your viewers know, I have never watched
00:17:11.380 Fox news in my life. I was never a fan of Tucker Carlson. I've ended up going on Tucker Carlson,
00:17:16.600 I think like eight or nine times now, because he will platform people like me who will say
00:17:21.360 things like this. And even though I disagree with Tucker Carlson on probably just about
00:17:27.160 everything, I'm grateful for the platform because it's a way to get the word out.
00:17:32.280 Yeah, it's pretty crazy. Things are pretty crazy right now. I always identified more as a liberal
00:17:37.700 too. I'm pretty much like let people do, I guess, libertarian, just like let people do what they
00:17:42.640 want to do, express themselves, how they want to express themselves, like whatever, as long as
00:17:46.580 you leave me alone. I'm fine. Pretty much. Um, although now with this, um, I have a four-year-old
00:17:53.540 girl and I've been actively concerned about where to put her because I'll go on school websites and
00:18:00.100 you can kind of see on their website, what agenda they're pushing. And it shocks me that there
00:18:06.080 aren't more women standing up to this. Like most of even my female friends, because I come from
00:18:10.960 more of a leftist background. Most of my female friends are like, Oh, it's fine. You know, what's
00:18:15.320 going on is fine. And some of my male friends too, what's going on is fine. And then you see
00:18:20.040 things like, if you have one man competing in a women's high school sports team, that diminishes
00:18:29.720 every woman on that team. Objectively. It's like, just objectively. And I was like, how
00:18:35.580 is this okay with people who are trying to stand up for women? I just don't understand how people
00:18:42.660 can be as brainwashed as they are right now. And it's strange to me that somebody like you
00:18:47.960 would have a spot on Tucker Carlson's show and that more left-wing media sources aren't picking
00:18:58.280 up on this and agreeing with what you're pushing because I, it just, it boggles my mind.
00:19:04.960 Yeah. So you're right that having a man participate in a women's swimming team
00:19:10.080 disadvantages all the women on that team. It also crucially disadvantages the woman who he
00:19:15.800 replaced on that team, right? There's a woman who's not even competing at all. Um, when there's
00:19:20.620 a man on the team, assuming that the team accepts a certain number of athletes. Um, so it's important
00:19:26.080 to understand that this is very well-funded and there's a, I argue in the book that there's a
00:19:31.820 loosely affiliated conglomeration of businesses, law firms, media outlets,
00:19:41.420 corporations, and academic institutions that are all sort of working together to push this.
00:19:48.620 And there's a lot of money behind it. One really great source of information for this
00:19:52.940 is called the 11th Hour Blog. And the author of that blog goes into an astonishing degree of
00:20:00.500 detail regarding the money that is fueling this. So it is just not the case, which we have been
00:20:07.640 told that transgender is a coherent category of people who are just fighting for their civil
00:20:14.220 rights. It's just not true. It is a very top heavy, very heavily funded, top down movement
00:20:21.760 to abolish sex throughout society. And people have bought it. I don't know why people have
00:20:27.300 I'm as mystified as you are. But a lot of people haven't. And I hear from people on social media and on email frequently from the political left saying, how did this happen? I'm not going along with this. And so that's really good. But again, the media won't platform our voices. And so lefties, Democrats, feminists, gay rights activists all over the country feel very isolated because they think they're alone.
00:20:53.940 They, like you, have friends who say, this is fine.
00:20:57.420 We should just go along with this.
00:20:59.180 And people all over the country are thinking, why is this fine?
00:21:02.400 But they think they're alone.
00:21:03.880 And so they're afraid to say something.
00:21:06.540 So how could this possibly be making anybody money?
00:21:11.120 So one example is John Stryker.
00:21:14.000 He is he founded something called the Arcus Foundation.
00:21:18.200 He's a very wealthy man.
00:21:19.500 He's a billionaire.
00:21:20.000 and he founded something called the Arcus Foundation, which hands out grants,
00:21:24.940 multimillion dollar grants to fund this. They literally give money to fund this. Yes.
00:21:31.360 And Mr. Stryker is also heir to a medical supply company. So if you sort of, yeah,
00:21:39.860 yeah. So you connected that dot pretty quickly. Oh no. Okay. So can you connect that dot for
00:21:46.180 anybody listening who hasn't connected that dot, what kind of medical supply chain, what is he
00:21:52.960 heavily invested in? So the medical supply industry stands to gain a lot of money and earn a lot of
00:22:00.740 profit by conducting cosmetic surgeries on confused children and young people. We can't omit
00:22:09.020 pharma. Pharma, of course, makes a ton of profit from putting a generation's worth of children and
00:22:17.240 young people on a lifetime's worth of hormones. That is terrifying, but also completely makes
00:22:27.480 sense. Wow. Okay. What percentage of these, what percentage of trans kids that are put on drugs
00:22:38.600 are women versus little, you know, girls versus little boys? Yeah, it's interesting. And it seems
00:22:44.920 to be changing every day. For a while, it was thought that the overwhelming majority of people
00:22:50.700 who identify as trans are men claiming to be women, whether they got any hormones or surgery
00:22:57.560 or not. But we're seeing an exponential increase in the number of girls and young women who are
00:23:04.300 going to gender clinics, going on testosterone, getting mastectomies that are not medically
00:23:10.140 necessary. Abigail Schreier has documented all of this in her book, Irreversible Damage. I don't
00:23:16.580 know the stats for the U S but I know that in the UK, in a matter of just a tiny handful of years,
00:23:21.620 I think it's three years, the percentage of young girls and women who went to the NHS gender clinic
00:23:28.060 shot up 4,000%. Oh, that's awful. As if being a teenager, isn't confusing enough.
00:23:35.880 I know. Yeah. Like people experience anxiety. When I was in grade four,
00:23:40.300 for a multitude of reasons i i cut off all my hair which i didn't want to be a little boy i
00:23:47.440 just cut off my hair and then people were referring to me as a boy because you kind of
00:23:50.980 look the same when you're a little kid um and i was on all the sports teams and i refused to wear
00:23:55.300 dresses and i like i was kind of a nerd so i would be very concerned for any kid kind of in the same
00:24:04.420 position that's a tomboy like there are lots of little girls that are tomboys i'm certainly not
00:24:08.940 one anymore. But like I was, I was back then and I'd be concerned for any kid in a school that's
00:24:15.040 ideologically, that has ideologically possessed teachers that are more tomboyish. Cause then
00:24:20.980 it's like, Oh, well, do you feel, you know, like you're, you identify more with other like little
00:24:26.700 boy or little boys. Are you more comfortable being friends with boys? Maybe, maybe you want
00:24:32.640 to express yourself that way. Maybe that's what you actually truly are. Right. And having that
00:24:37.140 kind of conversation with an adult, you'd be so confused as a kid. Yeah. I mean, that's actually
00:24:42.740 already happening. Teachers are telling people, kids as young as four and five, that if they
00:24:48.920 like certain stereotypes, then that actually makes them the opposite sex. I've heard of stories of
00:24:55.220 teachers making gender closets. They literally use the word closet. And when a kid comes to school
00:25:01.400 dressed in whatever the kids dressed in, teachers will put kids in the closet and have them change
00:25:06.940 close without their parents knowing teachers will start referring to kids using the kid's chosen
00:25:14.560 name without telling the parents kids teachers will start referring to kids using the kids
00:25:21.460 preferred pronouns without informing the parents this is happening today
00:25:25.300 how how often though i had somebody else on my podcast who mentioned this closet thing that's
00:25:33.620 happening. Is that an isolated incident or is this something that's happening in every state
00:25:38.740 in America? I don't know if, well, the closet itself, I don't know how prevalent that is,
00:25:44.180 but the phenomenon of teachers telling kids that they can be the opposite sex, that is rampant.
00:25:49.400 That is absolutely rampant all over the country. That's insane. You know, and just to your point
00:25:56.540 about how hard it is to be a teenager, it's, it's really hard to be a teenage girl, right?
00:26:01.460 Our bodies change in ways that are just physically uncomfortable, psychologically confusing.
00:26:06.180 And all of a sudden men start treating us differently, right?
00:26:10.340 They start looking at us differently and they start acting differently towards us.
00:26:14.400 And it can be really hard.
00:26:16.380 And it's especially hard for teenage girls who might be feeling same sex attracted.
00:26:22.280 And it's just devastating that today, if teenage girls are starting to explore a same sex
00:26:29.420 attraction, they're being told that they're actually boys because girls aren't allowed to
00:26:34.380 like girls. It's only boys who are allowed to like girls, which is maybe one of the most homophobic
00:26:38.860 things one could think about. That's interesting. That definitely makes sense. That definitely
00:26:47.360 makes sense. What has the Biden administration done or is trying to do in terms of gender
00:26:54.900 legislation currently. So on the first day of taking office, President Biden signed Executive
00:27:00.440 Order 13988, Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity
00:27:06.420 and Sexual Orientation. And in that order, he ordered all federal agencies to look into their
00:27:12.700 policies that relate to sex and to redefine all of their policies so that sex is redefined to
00:27:20.080 include gender identity, which makes sex a meaningless concept in federal administrative
00:27:25.460 law. So over the course of the first six months or so, a little bit more of 2021, the administration,
00:27:32.380 the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development,
00:27:36.680 the Departments of Education and Justice have essentially rewritten their policies
00:27:41.680 to completely redefine sex to include gender identity. And they did that essentially without
00:27:49.660 notifying the American people. They dropped this initial, um, executive order the first day of
00:27:55.640 taking office and they announced that, but nobody really knows what it means. If you're, if you're
00:27:59.720 not like deeply involved in this, you don't know what it means to redefine sex, to include gender
00:28:04.920 identity. Most people don't, don't understand the implications of that. The implications of that
00:28:10.500 for housing and urban development are that it's impossible to have a female only domestic violence
00:28:15.920 shelter in the US anymore. If a man wants to enter a federally funded domestic violence shelter
00:28:20.960 and the shelter wants to exclude him on the basis that he's male, he can complain that he has a
00:28:26.440 female gender identity and that the shelter is discriminating against him. But when I say that
00:28:31.940 the agencies did this without notifying the American public, that is largely true because
00:28:37.280 they went unnoticed. But what I specifically mean is that there is a law in place that says
00:28:41.900 if a federal agency wants to change its regulations, it has to go through a formal
00:28:47.540 rulemaking process. And it's very complicated, but it really boils down to this. The agency has
00:28:54.420 to notify the public and give the public an opportunity to comment. And that period is
00:29:00.940 usually something like 60 or 90 days. And then there are specific rules in place that the agency
00:29:06.040 is supposed to read all the comments, publish the comments, answer the comments, et cetera,
00:29:11.480 before changing its law or before changing its rule. And the administration didn't do
00:29:16.100 any of that here. None of it. Do you think people putting these laws in place like Biden
00:29:23.320 or people who are high up, do you think they're being fooled into this as well? Or do you think
00:29:27.720 they're aware of the ramifications? Like I can see someone saying, oh no, this is just for the
00:29:32.040 benefit of people to make everyone feel included, but not actually aware of what it's doing.
00:29:37.420 Right. I mean, I think two things. One thing I think is that President Biden knows exactly what
00:29:41.500 the word woman means. But I also think that he's gotten a lot of money to do this. You know,
00:29:47.960 that's another thing that these industries are doing is fueling campaigns. The Democratic Party
00:29:53.400 has essentially been bought by an industry whose objective it is to obliterate the material reality
00:29:59.180 of biological sex. The same is true in the UK with labor, right? I mean, I don't want to say
00:30:04.680 that the Democrats and labor are identical. There are important differences, but, um, but both
00:30:10.320 political parties have been completely bought by an industry that is hell-bent on obliterating the
00:30:16.880 material reality of biological sex throughout society. So on the one hand, I, you know,
00:30:21.880 President Biden is not confused about what a woman is, but he's paid to do what he's doing.
00:30:26.680 Okay. And do you think the people behind this, you mentioned it kind of drifting up from
00:30:33.720 postmodernism, but do you think the pharmaceutical industry pushing drugs is the main culprit behind
00:30:39.980 this? I think it's a combination. I think it's a combination of postmodernism. And there are
00:30:48.660 other examples in our society where we're sort of pretending like reality isn't real, right?
00:30:53.840 Um, we're at a very dangerous time for any number of reasons, but in this instance, I
00:30:58.920 do think that it's a combination of postmodern denial of the material reality of biological
00:31:06.140 sex and an industry that is fueling that, right?
00:31:11.120 Like they sort of took that and ran with it and they said, Oh, great.
00:31:14.480 Let's, um, let's use it for profit and let's put a generation's worth of kids and young
00:31:22.100 people on a lifetime's worth of hormones. Let's start blocking puberty for all these kids. Let's
00:31:27.320 start giving young people cross-sex hormones. They'll be on them for the rest of their lives.
00:31:31.360 That is not an exaggeration. If you start this path, you're on it for the rest of your life.
00:31:36.220 And, and pharma is like, great, we're going to make a bunch of money.
00:31:41.320 Okay. So let's, let's delve into that a little bit. Um, what happens to someone? So, so say
00:31:47.540 you're a 11 year old girl and you have decided that you identify as a boy and you want to be
00:31:54.980 a man when you grow up, what exactly happens to you? My understanding is that the typical path
00:32:00.840 is that a girl in that situation would go on something called puberty blockers. A puberty
00:32:06.900 blocker was designed for a condition where a kid might enter puberty at an abnormally young age,
00:32:13.880 right? There's a very rare condition where a kid might enter puberty or start puberty at an age of
00:32:19.780 eight or nine or something like that. And that's hard, right? Like that's really psychologically
00:32:23.640 hard for that kid. The kids, you know, peers aren't there yet and it's just difficult. So
00:32:29.400 puberty blockers were developed to help that kid delay puberty until it was more developmentally
00:32:35.200 appropriate. But now they're just being given to kids who are starting puberty at an appropriate
00:32:39.920 at age, but who don't want to go through their correct sex puberty. And so they'll be on puberty
00:32:47.920 blockers for a couple of years. And then at some point, and it varies by state, but at some point,
00:32:53.100 if a kid wants to go on cross sex hormones, they can do that as well. Meaning a young woman can
00:32:59.020 go on testosterone. A young man can go on estrogen. And this, this is just, it's horrible.
00:33:04.560 I mean, it's just devastating. It has devastating impacts on these people's bodies. It is known to
00:33:11.240 cause bone density loss. It is known to cause cancer. A large percentage of people who go on
00:33:17.940 these drugs will die prematurely when they otherwise would not. It is incredibly, incredibly
00:33:23.300 dangerous. And the most recent, one of the recent times I was on Tucker Carlson, he asked me,
00:33:29.960 um, why isn't the medical establishment stopping? Yeah. The medical establishment is part of this.
00:33:36.380 These are doctors who are prescribing these dangerous and potentially lethal drugs to children.
00:33:45.260 They must also be brainwashed to a degree though. Cause I mean, most doctors become doctors
00:33:50.940 cause they want, I'm not a fan of doctors. I had multiple health problems and I was,
00:33:55.980 I am not a fan of doctors, but I do know that the doctors that treated me,
00:33:59.900 even though they made mistakes, were trying to help me. So I would assume most of the doctors
00:34:04.300 who are prescribing these, I would hope, not that it makes any difference because the end result is
00:34:10.160 still terrible. But I would assume that the doctors who are prescribing these medications
00:34:14.260 are under, believe that they're stopping people from committing suicide or something. Otherwise,
00:34:20.500 why and how could they do that? Well, I think a lot of them do fit into
00:34:25.180 that category. Exactly. But, but it, I think you're right that it's not most doctors, but
00:34:30.060 here's what's happening. We've got these things called gender clinics, a gender clinic. We had
00:34:35.200 like two of them, uh, something like 10 years ago. And now we've got something like 700 in this
00:34:40.220 country. And so what I think, what I think doctors do, uh, the ones who think they're doing the right
00:34:47.240 thing. A lot of doctors, a kid will present and say, doctor, I think I'm transgender. And the
00:34:52.960 doctor feels unqualified to handle that kind of thing. And so the doctor thinking that she or he
00:34:58.840 is doing the right thing makes a referral to the experts or the gender clinic. They think that's
00:35:04.960 appropriate. It's like when I was 18, um, I was anorexic and I saw my doctor and my doctor referred
00:35:13.020 me to a eating disorder clinic, right? That's just sort of how things work. Um, and I'm very happy
00:35:18.800 to say that that was effective and I stopped being anorexic. So that's good. But that's,
00:35:22.960 that's what these doctors are doing. They're referring kids to gender clinics, thinking
00:35:26.520 they're doing the right thing. And the people who run the gender clinics, I do not think are
00:35:30.280 motivated by good motives at all. I think these are horrible people who are paid to ruin people's
00:35:35.400 lives. Wow. Okay. Okay. So once a kid starts these, what, what happens if they change their 0.57
00:35:42.780 mind? Like I've seen people online where, um, they were kind of influenced by their peers and
00:35:47.540 they thought it was the cool thing. And that's what they believed at the time. And then they
00:35:50.800 get to be 21 and they're like, okay, that was wrong. I don't want that anymore. What do those
00:35:56.100 people do? So in theory, it's possible to stop after having taken puberty blockers.
00:36:04.060 The long-term effects of puberty blockers by themselves are not known. So we don't know,
00:36:10.000 for example, if it's ever possible to stop taking puberty blockers and then have a normal puberty.
00:36:14.480 I've heard people say it is possible and I've heard people say it's not possible.
00:36:18.400 But part of the reason we don't know that is that almost no one takes puberty blockers for a few years and then stops.
00:36:25.760 The vast majority of kids that go on puberty blockers go on to take opposite sex hormones.
00:36:31.560 The vast, vast majority go on to take opposite sex hormones.
00:36:35.440 And those are absolutely not reversible.
00:36:38.340 There's no question about that.
00:36:39.480 And yeah, we're seeing a lot, a lot of young people, mostly in their twenties, having gone
00:36:45.560 through all of this and now they, they want to go back, but they're not reversible.
00:36:50.320 So these young people often have to go through sort of psychological torture to realize what
00:36:58.040 they have put themselves through sometimes with the permission of their parents, you
00:37:02.660 know, always with the permission of their doctor and often being encouraged by their
00:37:08.180 therapists. And, um, we have a lot of young women these days with a lot of artificially lowered
00:37:15.380 voices because they can't get their voices back once they've been on testosterone. A lot of women
00:37:20.900 have had double mastectomies and we'll never have their natural breasts back.
00:37:27.720 Um, and people sort of brush that off and say, well, they can just get synthetic ones. And it's
00:37:31.600 like, how are we here? How on earth are we here? And it's, there are plenty of boys and young men
00:37:38.740 who are going through this as well. It's just much more prevalent in young women because it's
00:37:43.080 young women who are being pressured into this more than boys. And that's not to say I lack
00:37:47.360 sympathy for the boys who are going through this. Of course, I have tremendous sympathy
00:37:50.800 for boys. You know, how, how graphic do you, can, can we be here?
00:37:56.280 No, be graphic. People should know what's going on. Like this is awful.
00:37:59.860 I mean, there are young men who have had their testicles and penises removed and, you know, to go through regret for having done something like that. 0.98
00:38:12.540 I don't know. I'm not a guy, but it just I just so feel for these young people who were pushed into something as dangerous as and these kids are being sterilized. 0.67
00:38:23.720 I mean, we can't forget that. We're having young people make the decision to be, to sterilize
00:38:29.420 themselves. Um, kids who can't buy alcohol are making the decision to sterilize themselves.
00:38:35.260 And I think it's outrageous. So I really feel for these young people who are
00:38:38.900 realizing what happened to them and they're trying to get their lives back.
00:38:46.600 That is crazy. It's insane that you can convince a society to think in a certain way to this degree.
00:38:53.720 it's terrifying. It is. I mean, there are a lot of people who are starting to explore,
00:39:00.480 uh, you know, patterns of cult-like behavior. We're starting to look at whether, um, people
00:39:08.800 who engage in this are engaged in cult-like behavior. I've heard the phrase mass psychosis,
00:39:13.660 um, that, that this is a societal mass psychosis that's going on. We're all sort of gripped by
00:39:19.260 this. Yeah. Well, that's what it looks like. Can you describe, um, the, the Bostock case?
00:39:28.620 So, um, what eventually became the Bostock case, I say Bostock, I don't know which is right. I
00:39:34.620 don't know if it's Bostock. I'm probably wrong. You're probably right here. I honestly don't know.
00:39:39.320 But, um, so, so Bostock, I forget his first name. He was a gay man who was fired for being gay.
00:39:46.200 I think that that was not contested. That was agreed. And there was another man named Zarda
00:39:51.160 and he was fired for being gay uncontested. So these two guys who were fired for being gay
00:39:57.680 sued their employers and said, you can't fire me for being gay. And their cases made their way
00:40:03.880 through the courts. There was another case called Stevens and Stevens is a man, was a man who
00:40:11.480 demanded to be referred to as a woman for employment purposes. And his employer said,
00:40:17.960 we're not going to do that. And so Amy Stevens sued his employer and Stevens case made its way
00:40:24.680 through the court system. So all three cases eventually reached the Supreme court and the
00:40:30.260 Supreme court decided to take them. And then what it did is it smushed them all together. Basically
00:40:36.040 The legal term shouldn't say smush. The court joined the cases, which meant that the cases were going to be heard together and decided on together.
00:40:46.280 And so it ended up being called Bostock, but it's actually three cases, two gay men and one man who identifies as a woman.
00:40:53.140 And the court eventually ruled that under Title VII, which is our employment discrimination law, anti-discrimination law, employers cannot discriminate against people on the basis of either sexual orientation or transgender status.
00:41:13.860 And it puts that phrase in quotes and it never defines what transgender status is.
00:41:20.440 It just assumes that transgender status is a thing without telling us what it means.

00:42:52.420 What is table 42 of the FBI's uniform crime reporting program? So that is the FBI's way of
00:43:02.760 recording and reporting crime statistics by sex. The last data that I have seen reports
00:43:10.120 2020, the last I've seen is 2020 and it reports, um, crime statistics by sex. And it shows
00:43:18.320 unsurprisingly, which it has shown for the past several decades, since it's been doing the
00:43:22.680 program, I think it started in the 1930s that men overwhelmingly commit most violent and sex crimes.
00:43:29.160 It's usually something like men commit about 87% of murders and somewhere around there for aggravated assaults, men commit something like 95 to 98% of rapes.
00:43:40.300 And we can only know that because the FBI records it that way based on data that it gets from local law enforcement agencies.
00:43:47.840 And I'm following. We should see. Let's see. We're in May of 2022. We should see 2021 data pretty soon.
00:43:54.640 And I'm following it because I want to see how is the FBI going to report crime statistics?
00:44:00.680 We've already, in other words, we cannot talk about male violence against women if we cannot
00:44:05.720 talk about who are the male people and who are the female people.
00:44:09.600 Under Biden's executive order, presumably the FBI should have to obliterate that reporting
00:44:18.640 system because now gender identity is all that matters, but it hasn't done so yet to
00:44:23.280 the best of my knowledge.
00:44:24.640 and, um, you know, we'll see what it does for 2021. I know what I wanted to say.
00:44:29.900 There was a group of attorney generals, state attorney generals that submitted a letter to
00:44:36.860 Christopher Ray, the head of the FBI and, and said, we want you to start recording a category
00:44:43.040 called non-binary. We want you to record male crime, female crime, and non-binary crime.
00:44:49.460 And I don't think the FBI has done it yet, but they've been asked to.
00:44:52.900 okay well give it another five or ten years two years maybe well given the direction we're heading
00:45:00.200 in okay let's see what do i else do i have here that we should definitely talk about
00:45:09.500 um let's do
00:45:14.080 okay this is probably good just for everybody to know what what is the equality act
00:45:21.720 the equality act was first introduced in 2015 and it was reintroduced last year and what it would do
00:45:31.380 is redefine the word sex to include the words gender identity among others for purposes of
00:45:39.820 all united states civil rights law so this would mean that for purposes of united states civil
00:45:46.480 rights law, the category of women and girls would cease to have any meaning, including
00:45:51.060 public accommodations law.
00:45:53.380 So this is one of what I think is one of the most outrageous aspects of this whole thing.
00:45:57.560 We have in our civil rights law, a public accommodations law, and it's from 1964.
00:46:03.440 And it says public accommodations, which means businesses, right?
00:46:07.340 It means like bars, restaurants, movies, the whole thing.
00:46:11.120 You're not allowed to discriminate on the basis of race.
00:46:13.960 Great, right?
00:46:14.900 crowning victory of the U.S. civil rights movement. After decades of legal racial segregation,
00:46:23.220 which was horrible, the civil rights movement fought back and said, you know, Black people
00:46:27.980 have just as much right to use the bathroom in this restaurant or in this hotel as white people.
00:46:33.280 There came to be a case called Heart of Atlanta Motel, which was explicitly white only. I mean,
00:46:38.200 that was their policy. They had a white only policy and a Black family sued and said,
00:46:42.140 you can't do that. And the Supreme court eventually said, you're right. They can't do
00:46:46.340 that. So no more racial segregation in places of public accommodation. Good major victory for
00:46:52.360 civil rights. Now, what the equality act would do is redefine all the words. Um, so, so the civil
00:46:59.920 rights act prohibits discrimination on the basis of several categories. And what this would do
00:47:04.480 is add sex, including gender identity to our public accommodations law, which would mean
00:47:11.420 that every hotel, every restaurant, every stadium, every arena, every place of public accommodation
00:47:19.000 would be prohibited from discriminating against men in the bathroom if the men had a female gender
00:47:25.800 identity all over the country. This is so wild. This is so, it's so wild. It's so 1982.
00:47:36.040 too. Okay, next question. Still have a whole bunch of these to get through. Who's Dana Rivers?
00:47:45.660 Dana Rivers. Let me just go back for one second and say the Equality Act passed in the House of
00:47:50.520 Representatives in, I think, February of 2021, and it passed in the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:47:57.300 in March of 2021. However, starting in March of 2021, the majority leader of the Senate,
00:48:04.400 Charles Schumer has had the authority to bring it to a vote in the United States Senate and he has
00:48:10.400 not done so. That's over a year. He has had the ability to pass this thing and he hasn't done it
00:48:15.140 and I think it's because he doesn't have the votes for it because I think that notwithstanding what
00:48:19.820 people say in public, I think our politicians are starting to listen to us, which I think is a good
00:48:24.200 thing. I hope you're right. Before we get into Dana Rivers, let me think. If this kind of thing
00:48:33.600 passes. So say you're talking to someone and they just say, no, this is, it's too, it's too
00:48:39.000 graphic. What you're saying just isn't true. If this kind of, uh, these kinds of laws come into
00:48:44.740 play, what kind of changes could we potentially see on a societal level? Well, I mean, so my city
00:48:51.160 DC has a very similar law already on the books. And, um, I've walked into a bathroom in a women's
00:48:58.660 room in a restaurant and there was a guy in there and he was wearing a long dress and pink nail
00:49:03.680 polish and long blonde hair and a lot of makeup. And it was terrifying. So we're just going to see
00:49:08.820 a lot more of that. Yeah, that is terrifying. I don't know. Like P I don't think people talk
00:49:14.500 about that either is it's scary. If you see like you, you're not allowed to talk about that for
00:49:21.500 some reason, but if you see a man dressed up as a woman and it's like, looks like a man
00:49:26.060 and they're like close to you, it's scary. It's objectively scary. Cause it's also like,
00:49:31.220 I don't know how stable this person is. They're a lot bigger than me. Um, I'm not allowed to say
00:49:36.400 anything about it or act like something's off. Uh, it's scary. Right. And I think that is a
00:49:42.580 reasonable reaction to that kind of thing. Yeah. But I do, I want people to, to stop thinking
00:49:48.420 they're not allowed to say anything. I understand why people do think we're not allowed to say
00:49:52.120 anything. There's a tremendous amount of social pressure to go along with this and to not be mean
00:49:57.080 and to be nice to the man in the pink dress. I know, I get it. But, you know, I really think
00:50:04.060 that even though it is Republicans in the political arena who are standing up against this,
00:50:11.440 Americans across the political spectrum could kill this if we would get together and start
00:50:16.080 talking about it. I really think we could. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Well, that's the
00:50:21.960 purpose of this podcast. I think I'm going to do a few more on this topic because, um, you know,
00:50:27.680 five, maybe five or six years ago, I thought, you know, I think my dad mostly started talking
00:50:33.600 about this and I was like, he sounds kind of paranoid. It sounds like he's a little bit
00:50:38.280 paranoid about this topic. And, and then now you see what's happening now with like,
00:50:42.740 I keep using the example of women's swim team, but that, that just made me so angry. I was like,
00:50:48.780 how could you do that to the people on the swim team? And how can everyone stand there and think
00:50:52.440 and pretend it's okay? That points to something else that I just want to highlight, which is
00:50:58.360 there's no amount of capitulating that will please these people. And by these people,
00:51:04.520 I mean, the industry that is fighting to abolish sex. And here's why I'm saying that now,
00:51:09.420 you know, I think that I think I, I think that what your dad said was basically,
00:51:14.480 I will use people's preferred pronouns. I just don't want to be compelled to use them.
00:51:20.860 Yeah. I mean, that's a completely reasonable thing to, to, to say, I mean, I won't use people's
00:51:27.580 preferred pronouns, but if your dad wants to use them, okay. You know, but, um, he just said he
00:51:32.320 didn't want to be forced to, or compelled to, not, not good enough, not good enough for today's
00:51:38.080 gender identity movement. Yeah. Yeah. Pretty crazy. Okay. Um, what do you think the impact
00:51:45.180 of the Trump presidency was on women's rights? Well, I mean, now we're shifting gears a little
00:51:52.740 bit, but obviously one of the biggest impacts of that presidency, whose name I don't say, um,
00:52:00.040 was the Supreme court and, you know, the three justices that are now poised to overturn Roe v.
00:52:05.700 Wade. And, you know, I will say the prior administration was obviously not as horrific
00:52:13.820 on the topic of gender identity as the current administration, but it wasn't great either. I mean,
00:52:20.240 it did a couple things that I was glad to see it do, but it could have done a lot more and I wish
00:52:25.280 it had. Hmm. Okay. So how do you think we avoid, like, what do we do going forward? How do we try
00:52:33.080 and change the direction that things are heading in. We just start talking about it.
00:52:38.200 We absolutely have to start talking about it. So again, thank you so much for having me on.
00:52:42.300 I know that people feel under a tremendous amount of social pressure to go along with it and to not
00:52:48.580 fight back, but that has consequences. And so, you know, I don't want anyone to lose their
00:52:54.740 employment, but if your employer tells you that you have to start putting your preferred pronouns
00:52:59.280 in your email signature, please resist if you can. And I should say it's maybe not obvious to
00:53:05.660 everyone why preferred pronouns are related to all of this. But if you delve into this topic
00:53:12.500 in any depth, it's very clear that the whole concept of preferred pronouns is not just some
00:53:18.420 kind of courtesy. It's not just some kind of new fad that we're doing. It's a very deliberate
00:53:23.460 strategy to make people forget that we can very obviously see what sex each other is. Like I can
00:53:30.820 clearly see that you are a woman. I do not need you to have she, her in your zoom screen. Right.
00:53:36.880 I mean, yeah, but the preferred pronouns are much more pernicious than they seem to be.
00:53:41.460 So please resist if you can and talk to each other, you know, talk to,
00:53:45.920 talk to people, especially parents like yourself, right? Like parents across the political spectrum
00:53:51.160 do not want their children to be told that anyone can be a boy or a girl on their say-so.
00:53:56.320 I think parents have a huge amount of power here to help push back.
00:54:02.180 Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I think that's, that's good advice. Just say what you believe. And I think
00:54:08.840 people could also say what they believe under the assumption that other people also believe that
00:54:14.640 because you get into a situation sometimes where there's one person in the room who's loud and
00:54:19.660 everyone else is thinking the same thing and not saying anything. So this is a classic case of
00:54:24.260 emperor's new clothes, right? In the fable, the emperor's new clothes, nobody would acknowledge
00:54:28.920 that the emperor was naked. And the reason that they wouldn't acknowledge that the emperor was
00:54:32.920 naked was because nobody else was acknowledging that the emperor was naked. So they didn't want
00:54:37.700 to be stupid or they didn't want to seem stupid. And then one time, you know, once the little kid 1.00
00:54:42.000 said the emperor is not wearing any clothes, everybody felt free to say it. That's exactly
00:54:46.900 what's going on here. Wild. But I also do want to say in terms of what can we do, um, elected
00:54:54.180 officials at all levels of government are, are dealing with this local state and federal. And
00:54:59.900 every single American has an ability, if not a responsibility to contact your local officials
00:55:06.100 and tell them what you think. I don't care about political party. I don't care if you're a
00:55:09.780 Republican and you're represented by a Democrat or vice versa, or the same, you know, a lot of
00:55:14.860 people think it's useless to fight the Democrats on this. And I understand why they're, they're
00:55:20.360 showing us what they think, but it's not useless because if you tell them what you think, then they
00:55:27.340 can never say that they didn't know. Even if they don't change course, they can never say that they
00:55:32.580 didn't know. And so we can all push back on this with our elected officials. And there are things
00:55:37.700 that Republicans have to hear too. As I said, Republicans are the only political party pushing
00:55:42.620 back on this at all. And I'm glad that they are, but I don't know if a lot of Republicans really
00:55:48.540 understand the urgency. I was meeting with, um, staffer for a Republican Senator and he sort of
00:55:55.740 listened politely and then said, well, you know, I hope you know that my boss agrees with you.
00:56:01.400 And I was like, well, that's nice, but is your boss going to do anything? Like how many kids
00:56:06.180 have to be mutilated before your boss takes action? And that was on the Republican side. So
00:56:11.360 Republicans have to hear from us too. Yeah, that's a good point. It's so strong in the
00:56:18.660 other direction right now that it's just a sticky territory to wade into. So I suppose as a
00:56:25.280 politician, you wouldn't want to take a firm stand against it. Otherwise you'd be the politician
00:56:30.460 taking a firm stand against it. And then you'd be the transphobic politician. And then who knows if
00:56:36.540 you're going to get elected, right? That's how strong it's going in one direction.
00:56:42.040 Yeah. I mean, to be fair, there are Republicans in Congress who have introduced some good bills.
00:56:46.340 Tom Cotton has a really good bill in the Senate. And there's another, um, sorry, Mike Lee has a
00:56:51.960 really good bill in the Senate to protect women's sports. I believe the Cotton bill would make sure
00:56:57.420 that state prisons are segregated by sex and that's a good thing. So there are things that
00:57:02.200 are happening, which is great. And Republicans are taking a stand some. But I also just want
00:57:07.300 everyone to know that there was a bill passed in the state of South Carolina recently to protect
00:57:12.640 women's sports at all levels from elementary school through college in South Carolina.
00:57:17.940 And by my count, 14 state Senate Democrats. No, sorry. 14 House Democrats and six Senate
00:57:27.060 Senate Democrats voted for this bill. So things are changing. There are Democrats, at least at
00:57:33.040 the state level, who are willing to take a stand. And that's a good thing. Okay, before we wrap it
00:57:38.100 up, can you tell me a bit about Dana Rivers? So Dana Rivers was born David Warfield, and he lives
00:57:46.120 in California. And in November of 2016, I should say for several years, he was very active in an
00:57:56.460 effort to shut down MitchFest, which was a woman only music festival, mostly lesbians, but woman
00:58:03.120 only music festival in Michigan. And he worked very hard to get that shut down. And in November
00:58:09.000 2016, there was a lesbian couple in Oakland who had a teenage son and they had been very active
00:58:16.420 in MitchFest for several years. And the police received a call of a shooting and they arrived
00:58:22.860 at the home of this lesbian couple and their teenage son. And Dana Rivers, who by that point
00:58:28.200 was claiming to be a woman, uh, was standing in the lawn, uh, covered in blood. And I believe
00:58:35.040 holding a gun and several knives and the teenage boy was lying on the ground in front of him.
00:58:41.100 And the two women inside had been brutally murdered. And he has been charged with several
00:58:46.980 counts of aggravated murder. And, uh, that case has been pending since 2016. So he has not been
00:58:56.100 convicted. He is being housed in the Santa Rita jail in California and classified as female.
00:59:02.960 Yep. And the trial has been scheduled numerous times and rescheduled his plea is insanity.
00:59:10.440 and the last I checked the court had sort of continued the case several times waiting for
00:59:17.840 the doctor's report to assess the insanity plea but this has been going on for years and I honestly
00:59:25.720 I am not entirely sure what is going on with the case and I can't find out currently the trial is
00:59:31.240 scheduled for this July but that could change brutal okay okay Kara um if people want to follow
00:59:39.220 you online or want to keep up with this and what you're doing, where should they go?
00:59:43.260 So you can go to www.karadansky.com or www.womensdeclarationusa.com. You can follow me on
00:59:53.240 Twitter at Kay Dansky. I'm also on Facebook using my name, Karadansky, and please buy my book. It's
00:59:59.940 on Amazon, Abolition of Sex, How the Transgender Agenda Harms Women and Girls. Thank you so much.
01:00:04.980 you're so welcome we're going to link everything in show notes if anyone's interested in the book
01:00:10.020 but and oh and the book is available the book is available on audible just as of the other day
01:00:14.880 oh good congratulations thank you well hopefully this podcast encourages people to start talking
01:00:20.680 about this and that other people are thinking what they're thinking that this is crazy so
01:00:25.320 thank you very much for coming on and what you're doing perfect thanks for having me
