The British Columbia Conservatives are surging past the BC NDP in the polls, and there's no reason to think they won't continue to do so in the next election. In fact, a new poll from Yorkville Strategies shows the Conservatives are now two points ahead of the NDP with all voters.
00:00:00.000It was just back in January of this year that the British Columbia NDP and David Eby were leading their conservative opponents by anywhere from 10% in the polls all the way up to 28%.
00:00:12.900And although that seemed like it was going to lead to a massive smashing victory for David Eby's NDP in the provincial election, it was going to be an easy cruise to re-election victory.
00:00:22.900There was already cracks showing back even then, even in those 28% leading polls, because if you actually go back to those polls, you'll notice that the BC NDP were never really crossing more than 50% of support in the province, despite the fact that the polls were purportedly showing that they were the clear favorite for re-election.
00:00:43.200The problem was is that still most people didn't really like them. They were only around 44% or 48%, but they weren't able to cross 50% because people were maybe voting NDP in these polls because, well, I guess they're going to win anyway, so might as well select them.
00:00:58.800But more than half of people wanted something different, but people were still evenly divided between the British Columbia Conservatives and British Columbia United Party.
00:01:06.820The United basically just being a watered-down version of the NDP who has quickly appealed to nobody, and now I am happy to report that not only are the British Columbia Conservatives surging in the polls, they're in fact surging past the BC NDP.
00:01:21.100In my last video on polling in British Columbia, I noted that in this Main Street poll that showed effectively a statistical tie between the BC Conservatives and NDP with a slight edge to the NDP, that if you actually looked at the decided voters that Main Street released, the Conservatives were leading by six points over their NDP opponents.
00:01:41.380People are saying they're voting NDP more out of just a sense of political inertia that I voted NDP last time, so I guess I'll vote NDP this time, but when they actually have a clear choice between the Conservatives and the NDP, the people who are most sure about who they're going to vote for are in fact Conservative voters.
00:01:59.140But now, things have gotten even better, because in a new poll from Yorkville Strategies, the Conservatives aren't just statistically tied and ahead with decided voters, they're just ahead with all voters.
00:02:12.640All voters are moving towards the Conservatives because right now the election in British Columbia, it's not just what flavor of politics do you want in the legislature, it is do you want the province to effectively sink into the ocean or not?
00:02:25.540Do you want hard drugs to keep being distributed on the streets? Do you want the school system to keep going down in quality? Do you want the healthcare system to collapse? That's what's on the ballot right now, and BC residents are reacting.
00:02:38.200This is what the Yorkville Strategy Poll shows. 37% of people are going to be voting for the BC Conservatives, 35 NDP, 16% BCU, and that is probably going to fall even further as more of their federal Conservative-leading supporters go BC Conservative.
00:02:53.900And then the Green Party, with first to know leading them has 12%. And the great thing is, even though a couple of months ago people assumed that the United Party was going to hold back the BC Conservatives from being able to win this next election, now United and the Greens are actually probably going to be a bigger pain on the NDP than they are on the Conservatives.
00:03:16.260Because the Conservatives are divesting all the other parties of their federal Conservative supporters, because the BC Conservatives are effectively exactly like the federal Conservatives and people like Polyev and the federal Conservatives' agenda.
00:03:28.980So it's really hard to justify voting United, NDP, or Green when you like what Polyev's doing, and all the leaders of those parties openly hate pure Polyev and what he wants to do in government.
00:03:40.460John Rustad, leading the BC Conservatives, actually agrees with everything Polyev's saying. He wants to get rid of the carbon tax, he wants to get rid of SOGI-123, wants to re-ban drugs, he actually wants to enforce the law, and that sounds great to people.
00:03:53.260And so this poll showing them two points ahead of the NDP, in fact, even though it's been assumed, which is generally correct, that the BC Conservatives have a less efficient vote because they tend to rack up the score in the rural areas, this poll mapped onto British Columbia's political landscape right now actually shows the Conservatives winning a majority government.
00:04:17.300Very narrow, there is still a lot of work to be done, but the BC Conservatives would win 47 seats, the BC NDP would win 45, and the Greens would win 1, so the Conservatives would have a majority of a single seat.
00:04:31.020Hopefully this is going to get even better for the Conservatives over time. They do have the momentum, the ball is in their court to be able to run with this, be able to knock on as many doors as possible, get as many people on board as possible.
00:04:43.660I still think they can grow by another 10% in the polls today. They could even maybe cross 50% if David Eby really screwed something up before Election Day.
00:04:52.920But I don't live in British Columbia, I don't work for the BC Conservative Party, but I do want to urge you guys, if you live in British Columbia, I'm not plugging my own legal donation funds for you guys out there, donate to the BC Conservatives.
00:05:08.800They need the money, even though the BC United is not popular at all, they still have more money on hand than the BC Conservatives, because the consultant class who maxes out donations for the parties that they support, the NDP and the United still have money on hand.
00:05:21.820So I urge you guys to save the country, you do need to get rid of David Eby, because David Eby has turned British Columbia into the meth lab of Canada, not just in the literal sense that they are producing safe supply drugs and they're flooding into the rest of the country, but all of the worst policies are coming out of British Columbia right now.
00:05:40.960Decriminalization, decriminalization, SOGI, the crazy anti-police measures that they have been putting in place, the crazy pro-criminal pieces of policy they've been putting in place.
00:05:52.220David Eby needs to be destroyed in order for the rest of the country to go back to normal.
00:05:56.800This needs to be a normal people's revolt in BC, that they vote British Columbia Conservatives, not just because they think John Ristead's a nice guy, he is, the BC Conservative candidates seem to be very nice people, but you need to vote for them and donate to them and volunteer for them, so that we can actually stop the flow of crazy coming out of British Columbia.
00:06:17.100Yeah, I do not blame BC residents, they were hoodwinked by the BC NDP, John Horgan actually seemed like a decently conservative NDP leader if such a thing exists, somebody who's not going to go completely overboard with policy, but with the bait and switch now with David Eby, they are not just pushing the agenda that they think will improve the lives of BC residents the best, and it's just not working out.
00:06:40.080They don't care about the quality of life of BC residents. They are just merely implementing their agenda. It's like the communists in the Soviet Union, to not get too hyperbolic about it, that it doesn't matter how many people are dying and how many people they are hurting, they believe that they need to keep pushing their agenda further and further, because there are radicals who believe that they will achieve utopia if these stupid policies are implemented hard enough.
00:07:05.740So, right now, the ballot question in British Columbia is, should the province sink into the ocean or not? That is what the vote is about, because the BC NDP having another four years to do whatever they want, the worst case scenario would be a minority government between the NDP and the Greens, everything will get worse. Everything will be tripled down on, and that will not just affect BC, but the rest of the country.
00:07:27.900So, in the description of this video, I have a link to donate to the British Columbia Conservatives. If you live in BC, please do that. If you don't live in BC, you can donate to my legal fund. It's linked down there if you want. I'm being sued by a billionaire developer for nonsense.
00:07:43.720But if you live in BC, volunteer for them, donate, because I've got to say, guys, you're our last hope in Canada, because if Eby is able to exist, even if Polly have become the prime minister, the crazy is not going to stop, and the crazy will keep permeating through the country.
00:07:59.660There is a reason that Toronto is now pushing a safe supply program. It's because David Eby is effectively lobbying the country for all these crazy policies to spread out from British Columbia to every other province.
00:08:13.720Anyways, that should be it for me today, guys. Have a good one.
