BC's Chief Medical Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry rescinds the vaccine mandate on BC healthcare workers. She also rescues the public health emergency that was in effect until today, July 26th, 2024. Yes, it is the year 2024, and there was still a Public Health Emergency going on in the province of BC up until just a few minutes ago. It was just back in June that David Eby was standing strongly beside his vaccine mandates. But now, a month later, the mandates are just unneeded anymore.

00:00:00.000 A bit of some breaking news here, but in British Columbia, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry,
00:00:06.700 the same Bonnie Henry that just recommended selling meth and cocaine in retail drugstores, 0.99
00:00:13.320 has come out and rescinded the vaccine mandate on BC healthcare workers.
00:00:19.080 She also ended the COVID-19 emergency.
00:00:22.800 Yes, it is the year 2024 in July, and there was still a COVID-19 emergency going on in the province of BC up until just a few minutes ago.
00:00:34.660 It is a different world that the NDP is living in in this province to the point where most people are just going around living their lives,
00:00:42.500 and these people are still in N95 masks pretending that we're in the middle of a pandemic.
00:00:47.780 The NDP is obviously doing this. They're announcing this just because their polling numbers are falling apart right now.
00:00:54.660 It was just back in June that David Eby was standing strongly beside his vaccine mandates,
00:01:00.400 but now, a month later, the mandates are just unneeded anymore. Everything's totally good.
00:01:06.760 Their polling is terrible. David Eby's approval is falling towards the earth, and that's why they're doing this.
00:01:13.340 But I just want to quickly cut over to the announcement Bonnie Henry made, because it is quite surreal that you are watching this being done on July 26th.
00:01:22.960 We have reached a point in this journey that we've been on where I am confident that we can now lift the requirements of a public health emergency.
00:01:34.760 So effective immediately today, July 26th, we will be ending the public health emergency for COVID-19 and be rescinding the few related orders that are still in place.
00:01:47.680 And that includes rescinding the PHO order requiring COVID vaccination to work in our health care system.
00:01:54.220 It's so clownish. These people's minds are made of clown soup. David Eby should have fired her years ago. 0.99
00:02:04.120 The thing is that he actually agrees with everything she's done, and he only sent her out here today because, again, like I said, the NDP's polling is falling towards the earth.
00:02:13.840 If you live in British Columbia, before I move on to talk about some of the hypocrisy at play here, make sure if you live in BC, donate to the British Columbia Conservative Party. 0.95
00:02:24.400 You do not want the sort of idiots who just announced that the COVID pandemic's over in BC today, July 26th, 2024. 0.90
00:02:32.680 If you don't want these people operating your profits, that you don't want them ruling over you, you've got to donate to the BC Conservatives because fundraising is the only advantage the NDP still has over the Conservatives. 0.99
00:02:44.540 The Conservatives have the momentum. The NDP are falling apart.
00:02:47.900 But if the NDP can outspend the Conservatives, they might be able to hold off the Conservatives from getting a majority government here.
00:02:54.000 But now I want to jump over, and sorry, the donation link's in the description below.
00:02:59.240 I have it specifically on Bruce Bandman's page. Go donate to him. I'm helping him out in Abbotsford South here.
00:03:05.940 And if we are able to raise enough money, we can then start distributing money to other Abbotsford ridings and other ridings in the Fraser Valley so that we can try and 100% win this area of British Columbia.
00:03:16.740 But I want to now jump over to a clip of David Eby just on June 17th of 2024.
00:03:24.600 Thank you for Mo Amir for clipping his own show here where David Eby was on a little bit ago to point out the hypocrisy here.
00:03:31.580 But it was just a month ago that David Eby was standing beside his own mandates.
00:03:36.040 Again, the fact that he was even thinking that this was a good position to take a month ago proves that these people do not, are just completely out of touch with what the average person wants.
00:03:48.700 Not just the average British Columbia resident, just the average human being.
00:03:52.360 These people are so left-wing and so ideological.
00:03:55.540 They don't understand that these mandates in the year 2024 doesn't make you look progressive.
00:04:01.560 It makes you look like a radical.
00:04:03.720 And David Eby is absolutely a radical.
00:04:05.700 We're continuing to follow the science on this.
00:04:07.980 We continue to have advice that it's safer for seniors, it's safer for people in long-term care.
00:04:12.560 If the staff are vaccinated against COVID, we shouldn't go backwards on requiring vaccines for healthcare workers.
00:04:18.060 It's not compromising our ability to recruit healthcare workers.
00:04:21.660 We're leading Canada in recruiting nurses and doctors and other healthcare workers.
00:04:25.720 Alberto, which is taking a different position on vaccines, I'll say generously, they are struggling to hire. 0.99
00:04:32.920 Honestly, just for a second there, because I'm from Alberta, what a jerk. 0.99
00:04:37.960 What an absolute jerk to sideswipe, Alberta, when you are literally a month and 10 days away from taking Alberta's position on vaccines, because it's the rational one. 1.00
00:04:49.120 But he's got to be snide and talk about, to put it generously, they're taking a different path on vaccines. 1.00
00:04:54.120 Shut up. 1.00
00:04:55.840 You're actually just a horrible person. 1.00
00:04:58.480 Like David Eby needs to lose this next election just for the purpose of actually going and getting a real job for the first time in his life. 0.99
00:05:06.020 Vaccines, I'll say generously.
00:05:07.060 They are struggling to hire healthcare workers in a way that we're not.
00:05:11.960 And I think it matters to healthcare workers that they know that the colleagues they're working with are supportive of things like vaccines are getting vaccinated.
00:05:18.340 It's safe for patients and patient care is number one.
00:05:20.440 That's a different opinion from John Rusted and Kevin Falcon.
00:05:23.940 What changed?
00:05:25.280 What changed, David?
00:05:26.960 What changed, you shoe?
00:05:29.120 What's different now from yesterday?
00:05:31.880 Yesterday, we were in an emergency.
00:05:33.420 Actually, technically, this morning, we are in an emergency.
00:05:37.200 And a couple hours later, actually, we're no longer in an emergency.
00:05:41.120 And we need all hands on deck.
00:05:42.800 They did this, probably because, yes, and it was a very rushed, it was a very rushed press conference.
00:05:50.000 Because yesterday, David Eby put out an announcement saying that we're hiring nurses and doctors at the fastest rate we ever have.
00:05:57.140 And then people were pointing out, well, actually, you're not even beating the retirement drop-off that a lot of people are retiring.
00:06:04.220 So they're not even hiring people fast enough to replace the retirees. 0.96
00:06:07.840 And you guys seem like complete morons coming out and announcing how well you are doing on health care at the same time that you just fired, I think, around 2,800, I think, even more than that in terms of health care workers, nurses, doctors, other support staff members. 0.97
00:06:23.400 You can't come out and brag that, oh, we're hiring people 30% faster than we ever used to in the past two decades when you are in a massive health care deficit because you fired people. 0.99
00:06:34.140 I've gone over the stats in some of my past videos before the mandates because of NDP mismanagement.
00:06:39.940 The amount of people who had a family doctor from, I think, 2014, 2013 was like 84%.
00:06:46.540 It's now like 77%.
00:06:48.300 It's fallen significantly.
00:06:50.300 No, we're not getting enough doctors to replace the amount of people who are retiring.
00:06:55.080 Even a lot of the people that were kicked out of the health care system because of the mandates, I don't doubt a lot of them probably sold their homes and went to the U.S.
00:07:02.200 They probably went to Alberta.
00:07:03.240 They probably went to Manitoba, Saskatchewan.
00:07:05.500 They probably went somewhere where the health care system actually respects them.
00:07:09.300 Like, B.C. residents respected them.
00:07:11.420 But it's the hyper-progressive radicals who took over the government who don't respect them.
00:07:16.780 John Horgan, frankly, probably would have never done this.
00:07:19.100 I don't agree with John Horgan on a lot of policy issues, but at least he has human decency for other people.
00:07:24.980 David Eby does not.
00:07:26.200 He is a protester.
00:07:27.240 He is a student union activist who somehow lucked in to becoming the premier of British Columbia.
00:07:34.240 And again, this is all being done because their polling numbers are horrible.
00:07:38.080 The last Main Street poll had them tied with the B.C. conservatives, but with a massive momentum deficit.
00:07:43.840 Only 44% of people are considering voting for the B.C. NDP in this election, with only 2% that are still undecided that they could maybe in theory win over.
00:07:53.540 So let's be generous and say 46% of B.C. residents are considering voting for them.
00:07:58.280 But even then, a lot of those people will end up voting green or united.
00:08:01.060 And then with conservatives, the conservatives have 51% of people considering voting for them and 8% still undecided that they could win over.
00:08:09.800 Even if we're not being generous to them, even if they don't win over a single person who to consider voting for them, they're still beating the NDP by 5%, even if I am maximally generous.
00:08:21.380 This is all being done.
00:08:22.860 This mandate being rescinded is all being done to try and recover the popularity of Eby and the NDP.
00:08:29.060 They are falling apart right now.
00:08:31.620 That is why they're also walking away from decriminalization.
00:08:34.920 A lot of these other things, they're not actually ending decriminalization.
00:08:37.360 They're cutting around the corners to pretend like, oh, we're, you know, we're, we're listening.
00:08:42.240 They're not, they're not listening.
00:08:44.260 David Eby is so unpopular that even his own party, even though the radicals in the background of the party, the far left people in the party wanted him to become the premier after John Horgan.
00:08:52.960 They bullied anyone out from trying to challenge him for the leadership of the party.
00:08:57.680 And they just acclaimed him as the MVP leader and the premier of British Columbia because they know he's a weakling.
00:09:04.040 He can't win a straight up fight.
00:09:06.140 And so he's having to manipulate everything at the end here.
00:09:09.020 They've actually changed fundraising rules in British Columbia to make it so that it's difficult for a third party challenger like the BC Conservatives from quickly rising up.
00:09:18.520 They've banned businesses from being able to donate.
00:09:21.220 The donation limits are extremely low at the same time that the BC NDP made it so that they got a bunch of their money back because they were able to achieve more than 10% of the vote in the last election.
00:09:32.480 So taxpayers are actually paying the NDP to campaign.
00:09:35.740 Unions, more left-wing union front groups, are campaigning for the NDP.
00:09:40.640 Activist organizations funded by the BC NDP are basically campaigning for them.
00:09:46.340 The BC Conservatives have to do everything from scratch.
00:09:48.980 So again, I'm not trying to be annoying.
00:09:50.800 I'm not trying to, you know, act like, you know, make you buy a product or something.
00:09:55.400 It is in your best interest if you're in British Columbia.
00:09:58.420 Donate to the BC Conservatives.
00:10:00.160 If you donate $100, you get $75 back in a tax credit.
00:10:04.980 If you donate up to $550, you get 50% of your money back.
00:10:09.340 So make sure you do that.
00:10:10.520 The only advantage the NDP has left is donations.
00:10:14.200 So go down to the description below, click on Bruce Bandman, Abbotsford South's donation link.
00:10:19.540 We're collecting money to try and secure this riding.
00:10:21.860 Then we're going to distribute money to other ridings to make sure that they have the cash on hand
00:10:26.180 to be able to fight the NDP and be able to win a majority government.
00:10:30.140 Anyways, that should be it for me today, guys.
00:10:32.760 Have a good one.
