00:05:42.540 assume that's $50,000 per potential event or program being given the grant. Stream two is for
00:05:48.840 projects that create opportunities to celebrate diversity, funding up to $15,000. This will become
00:05:54.460 such a racket. It will become such a racket of fake little community groups saying, we're putting on a
00:06:00.340 diversity ball or something like that. And they get $15,000 to do this one day event, which cost them
00:06:06.120 only probably a couple thousand dollars to really do. And they just pocket a bunch of the money.
