00:00:09.760 new housing starts, the Liberal government saw fit to bring in 1.3 million new people into the
00:00:17.120 country as students, temporary foreign workers, and new permanent residences. That is crazy.
00:00:24.480 A country cannot survive with this out-of-balance ratio between new housing and new people. Plus,
00:00:32.400 our country has no obligation to be increasing our population by 2% a year with a lot of people who
00:00:40.320 really don't want to be here outside the fact that we tricked them by pretending that there was a bunch
00:00:45.280 of benefits you could get if you showed up here. When they do show up here, they're splitting half
00:00:50.000 a basement suite with five other people because the best you can get is a minimum wage job. A
00:00:55.120 minimum wage job you're only getting because the government subsidizes your wages while domestic
00:01:01.280 worker, especially teenagers, don't get that job because the employer would have to have paid full
00:01:06.400 price for you. It is a horrible system and the Liberals know it. The problem is that the Liberals'
00:01:14.080 ideology doesn't allow them to directly acknowledge that immigration is a problem. So while they'll
00:01:20.240 cut student rates and temporary foreign worker rates a little bit, they don't want to touch new PRs. We
00:01:27.280 brought in 500,000 new permanent residences in 2023. That's out of control. We obviously are not
00:01:35.280 implementing the point system we had under Harper. We're not bringing in people because they're engineers
00:01:40.160 or they have a lot of wealth or they are needed in a particular sector or just bringing in warm bodies.
00:01:47.600 And really it's because Justin Trudeau and the Liberals want the GDP to keep going up. And if
00:01:52.800 you just bring in people from absolutely anywhere, the GDP will go up because they will add small bits
00:01:59.440 of productivity here and there. And they have an inherent amount of money that comes with them into the
00:02:04.960 country, even if it's as low as just a few hundred dollars. That's why our per capita wealth goes down
00:02:12.080 year by year, but our just raw GDP goes up. I don't care about the raw GDP. India and China both have
00:02:19.920 a higher GDP than Canada, but they get that off the backs of having more than a billion people who live
00:02:26.800 in each of those two countries. Their actual per capita wealth is terrible because the government
00:02:32.800 over-regulates so much that all the wealth tends to be concentrated in small sectors among a few
00:02:39.520 small groups of people who are actually able to work and don't just work subsistence jobs so they
00:02:44.000 can survive. And it's not Canada's job to then bring in those countries people that they're not helping,
00:02:49.280 that they're not creating jobs for, into our country and giving them the jobs of other people.
00:02:54.560 And these aren't jobs that Canadians aren't willing to work because the businesses would have never
00:03:00.400 hired these temporary foreign workers if, again, they weren't being given $3.50 per hour to employ
00:03:07.440 this person. It's utterly ridiculous. And oftentimes because they're temporary foreign workers and
00:03:12.560 they're oftentimes overstaying their visas, a business or a person can just underpay them and they can't
00:03:18.880 complain because if they complained, they would get deported, or at least they should get deported. But now
00:03:24.160 our immigration minister, Mark Miller, I think is his name, or Mark Holland is one of these guys. I think it's
00:03:29.840 Miller that they're not even deporting convicted criminals. Five-time convicted criminals are being
00:03:37.200 protected by the Liberal government. And I think that nobody else could be, could say this better
00:03:43.920 than Liberal MP turned independent Kevin Vong who went after Mark Miller for having not the moral or
00:03:52.720 logical courage to actually get this person out of the country who should have never been here in the first
00:03:58.480 place. The minister personally intervenes to stop the deportation of a five-time convicted person who
00:04:06.400 boasted, boasted, Madam Speaker, about $170,000 US in foreign money to fund illegal blockades of roads,
00:04:16.560 bridges, and highways in BC's Lower Mainland. At a time when the immigration system is leaking like a sieve,
00:04:24.400 where literal terrorists are being granted citizenship after taking part in ISIS terror videos,
00:04:30.320 dismembering the bodies of people they murdered. This is what the minister thinks deserves his
00:04:37.920 intervention. What's the criteria? Because thousands upon thousands of applicants would love to know.
00:04:44.080 Or is there a new Liberal two-tier immigration policy? Does this new Liberal policy have a limit on how
00:04:49.520 many criminal convictions is too many? Clearly, five criminal convictions is no problem for this
00:04:55.680 minister. Madam Speaker, it's no wonder that this government has been such a doormat to foreign
00:05:01.840 interference when people who boast about being foreign-funded as they block key road, bridge,
00:05:07.520 and other infrastructure are saved from deportation. Therefore, Madam Speaker, I'm going to ask my question
00:05:13.600 again. Now that the parliamentary secretary understands what I'm asking, was the minister's
00:05:19.120 intervention intended to make a mockery of our legal and immigration systems? Or was this intervention
00:05:24.640 politically motivated to get a few more votes? Thank you, Madam Speaker.

00:05:39.760 Commons. It's ridiculous. But Kevin Vong, he's currently an independent representing the Toronto
00:05:45.760 rioting of Spadina Fort York, technically elected as a Liberal and then tossed out of caucus by Justin
00:05:51.840 Trudeau over complete nonsense. Really, he was thrown out because Justin Trudeau has a lot of allegations
00:05:58.000 of mistreating women and other people, both in his caucus as well as before he was in politics.
00:06:04.240 So when Kevin had a BS story sort of appear on him,
00:06:08.000 Justin Trudeau basically sacrificed him in order to save his own reputation as being a feminist or
00:06:13.760 whatever. But Kevin Vong should absolutely be added to the Conservative Party's caucus.

00:06:25.280 this year there was no chance you could even get above maybe 20% in the city of Toronto if he ran for
00:06:31.360 them. I think he would be a great addition to caucus. He is conservative on a spectrum of issues.

00:06:48.960 of Kevin Vong, but I think he is an absolute pitbull on a lot of these issues like immigration. He
00:06:55.040 doesn't fear the Liberal media or the Liberal Party attacking him back. And he just goes for the jugular on
00:07:01.680 how incompetent these guys are. And he's right. We've been literally letting ISIS terrorists into Canada and
00:07:07.680 granting them citizenships. Why? What is they deserve a 17th chance? What did like you, well,
00:07:14.720 they only beheaded one person on camera. What is going on? And it really just comes down to probably a
00:07:21.440 lot of these Liberals hate the country. They just have contempt for the country. And I guess contempt isn't
00:07:26.880 hatred. It's worse than hatred. Hatred is like the Liberals really think of Canadians and they viscerally
00:07:32.960 hate them. Contempt is that they don't even think about us. They don't care how we're doing or how
00:07:38.560 their actions affect us because we're not even a dot in their minds to consider. We're just a speck of
00:07:46.000 absolute nothingness. At least hatred means they think about you. Contempt means they hate you so much
