The National Telegraph - Wyatt Claypool - Liberal MP embarrasses himself in video trying to attack Poilievre

In this episode of Thick & Thin I talk about a video that I don't understand at all, and you're not going to understand it once I start playing it because it cannot be understood. This video was posted by Minister Ahmed Hussain, trying to go after Piyush Paliyev on the idea of economic fairness, and somehow this video comes out of the soup of what the liberals have been pushing for the past month, and I don t understand what's going on.

00:00:00.000 You know, usually when I see a liberal politician posting a video that I would put in the category of bad political communications,

00:00:07.940 I at least understand what they were kind of going for.

00:00:12.000 Today, I need to show you guys a video that I don't understand at all,

00:00:17.180 and you're not going to understand it once I start playing it because it cannot be understood.

00:00:21.740 This video was posted by Minister Ahmed Hussain, trying to go after Pir Paliyev on the idea of, you know, economic fairness.

00:00:30.820 This is all in the vein of the liberals attacking Pir Paliyev and the conservatives for not being in favor of their massive tax hike on the inclusion rate and capital gains.

00:00:40.060 This is a big narrative of the liberals, and somehow this video comes out of the soup of what the liberals have been pushing for the last month here,

00:00:49.520 and I don't understand what's going on.

00:00:51.940 I can't play the audio from this because he specifically plays copyrighted music, so I wouldn't be able to monetize this,

00:01:00.060 but this is literally the whole video.

00:01:02.060 It's just 17 seconds.

00:01:04.160 I don't know what's going on here.

00:01:06.640 You'll have to watch it a few times, and I'm going to force you to.

00:01:10.420 He was pouring milk into cups of coffee that have just clear glasses of coffee,

00:01:16.920 and one of them says, fairness for every generation,

00:01:20.280 and then one says, I think, like, pure Paliyev cuts or something like that.

00:01:24.780 I don't know.

00:01:26.780 But this is supposed to win votes.

00:01:28.500 Like, Ahmed Hussain came back from Gaza from justifying killing Jews in order to film this video

00:01:34.020 because this is all he had.

00:01:35.880 It says Paliyev doesn't care on the other one.

00:01:39.000 I don't know what this is about.

00:01:41.420 I don't know why this is supposed to.

00:01:43.180 I'll play the music for, like, a split second so you understand how weird this is.

00:01:50.640 It's just, like, this weird beat going on while he looks at these two cups of coffee.

00:01:55.760 So I think you've gotten an eyeful of that.

00:01:58.180 And I'm not going to let this video go on for too much longer,

00:02:01.380 but this is what I mean when I say even the liberals,

00:02:04.460 as much as they're stealing money out of our pockets,

00:02:07.160 somehow their own communications team is actually ripping them off.

00:02:11.920 Who said that this was a good idea?

00:02:14.920 That Ahmed Hussain was really dunking on Pyr Paliyev here

00:02:18.400 by pouring in, like, a prestigious amount of milk or cream

00:02:22.520 into these cups of coffee,

00:02:24.940 these glasses of cold brew that don't have ice in them,

00:02:27.300 so it looks horrible.

00:02:28.400 Like, I don't know why I'd want to drink either of those.

00:02:31.240 And then they just have words on them saying,

00:02:33.640 oh, Pyr Paliyev bad or Justin Trudeau good.

00:02:37.300 And he picks up the Justin Trudeau good cup and starts sipping on it.

00:02:40.000 And you're like, wow, he really dunked on Pyr there.

00:02:42.660 I bet Pyr is just, you know, absolutely,

00:02:45.160 absolutely shaken in his boots

00:02:47.660 because Ahmed Hussain filmed this video about absolutely nothing.

00:02:52.540 Again, this is it.

00:02:54.020 I don't really want to add anything more to this.

00:02:56.420 I'll keep this video short.

00:02:57.740 But the people who are in office in Canada, 0.73

00:03:01.780 our politicians are deeply incompetent people.

00:03:05.180 They would be nothing without their staffs, 0.87

00:03:07.180 and even their staffs aren't even that good.

00:03:09.680 We need some people in office who actually,

00:03:13.780 one, care about policy,

00:03:15.860 two, care about actually getting good results,

00:03:17.680 and three, and I think most importantly,

00:03:20.200 don't commit the crime of being deeply cringe.

00:03:23.680 Because if you can be anything in life,

00:03:26.320 don't be cringe.

00:03:27.340 Just don't be cringe.

00:03:29.140 And that's what Ahmed Hussain has committed the sin of.

00:03:31.740 The sin of being cringe.

00:03:33.440 Which is the most unforgettable thing

00:03:35.180 that you can be on the internet.

00:03:36.820 But anyways, that should be it for me today, guys.

00:03:39.660 If you want to donate to my legal defense fund,

00:03:42.380 it's in the Give, Send, Go link in the description below.

00:03:44.960 We have a billionaire developer suing us for defamation,

00:03:47.580 which in two and a half years,

00:03:48.680 he actually hasn't submitted any evidence to prove. 0.98

00:03:50.980 It's completely silly.

00:03:52.520 But if you guys donate to that,

00:03:53.880 it really helps us fight back against this.

00:03:55.880 And as many of you may know,

00:03:57.880 I was disqualified from the Signal Hill Conservative Party nomination

00:04:01.080 in, you know, for the Conservative Party

00:04:03.740 in my running of Calgary Signal Hill.

00:04:05.620 I can't go into detail about that right now,

00:04:07.700 or at least I just don't want to at the moment.

00:04:09.440 It's nonsense.

00:04:09.960 I was disqualified for no reason.

00:04:12.100 My appeal was, you know, completely dismissed out of hand.

00:04:15.120 And they are still not providing any actual evidence

00:04:17.960 that I had done anything wrong,

00:04:19.340 or that I was like unfit to run for the party.

00:04:22.380 But what I'm doing now is I have an initiative

00:04:25.100 that's linked on my old campaign website.

00:04:27.680 If you want to sign up for the list on my website,

00:04:30.640 it's for everybody in Canada,

00:04:32.080 not just for people who are living in my riding boundaries.

00:04:34.740 I'm going to try and start a new list

00:04:36.600 where no matter what riding you live in,

00:04:38.820 I can make suggestions and I can tell you

00:04:40.820 who's running in your area

00:04:42.160 and who you might want to look into.

00:04:44.080 It might mean that if you sign up,

00:04:45.540 you basically never get an email from me

00:04:47.500 or a bunch of stuff happens in your area.

00:04:49.700 And then I end up sending you a few messages,

00:04:51.200 basically saying this person's a good nomination candidate

00:04:53.500 or council candidate or mayor candidate

00:04:55.840 or like a federal MP, provincial.

00:04:58.220 So I want to try and build something out

00:04:59.700 in the aftermath of, you know,

00:05:01.420 being kicked in the teeth and told to go home

00:05:03.500 and start a different sort of initiative

00:05:05.580 so that we can try and raise accountability

00:05:07.820 and knowledge about who's running in your area

00:05:10.500 and making sure that they actually

00:05:11.980 are good representatives of your interests.

00:05:14.940 So anyways, that's it for me today, guys.

00:05:17.060 Have a good one.
