00:00:00.160 Hello everyone, it's Wyatt here, making my second ever video for the True and On File series,
00:00:05.380 where I document some of the craziest conspiracy-style thinking that comes out of the Liberal Party,
00:00:10.080 as well as from Liberal Party supporters.
00:00:12.220 And today, I want to talk about the Liberal Party's weird obsession with trying to compare
00:00:17.340 pure Polyev to Donald Trump. 0.50
00:00:19.900 Now, regardless of what you think about Trump or Polyev, trying to compare the two men is
00:00:24.220 very strange.
00:00:25.200 They have extremely different personalities.
00:00:26.800 Their policies do not really line up one-to-one, like they kind of do, just because any Conservative
00:00:31.620 politician will share policies with other Conservative politicians.
00:00:35.400 But overall, it's a very strange comparison to make, but it's trying to create this sort
00:00:40.020 of conspiratorial idea that somehow the Republicans in the U.S. and the Conservatives in Canada
00:00:45.860 are in league with each other, based off stuff like Trump and Polyev sometimes use the same
00:00:51.740 English words.
00:00:52.700 Basically, because Trump and Polyev both speak the English language, the Liberals think
00:00:57.400 that they can throw mud at Polyev and scare Canadians into thinking that pure Polyev is
00:01:02.140 like a mini-Trump, and that he's going to basically be beholden to the Make America Great Again
00:01:07.720 movement in the U.S.
00:01:09.480 Anyways, I want to show you some of the clips.
00:01:11.180 Some of them are a little bit older. 0.89
00:01:12.420 Some of them were just from yesterday, and they're all completely silly. 0.57
00:01:16.040 So this is from, actually, I believe, Patty Hajju from a few weeks ago, trying to say that 0.95
00:01:22.260 Trump and Pierre Polyev are similar because they both use the word crazy.
00:01:27.900 During question period, I heard in one of the questions from the leader of the opposition,
00:01:32.980 his reckless use of the word crazy as a pejorative for one of our cabinet ministers.
00:01:38.440 I'm trying to shame Polyev for using the word crazy in regards to Stephen Gilbeau is not
00:01:54.460 a dog that's going to hunt. 0.96
00:01:55.880 Everyone thinks Stephen Gilbeau's nuts.
00:01:58.040 He literally identifies as an open socialist in parliament. 0.85
00:02:02.080 And do they think that Trump literally owns the word crazy?
00:02:05.400 I'm pretty sure the word crazy was not invented in 2016 when Trump ran for president.
00:02:11.500 But whatever, what do I know?
00:02:13.040 I guess that means that's solid evidence.
00:02:15.700 Pierre Polyev and Trump get on the phone every other day.
00:02:18.620 But here's another video that the Liberal Party put out on its own Twitter account, the
00:02:23.040 official one.
00:02:23.620 This isn't some MP who's trying to take a shot at Polyev to gain some fame.
00:02:27.000 This is the official Liberal Party Twitter account that put out this video.
00:02:30.780 We're spending $170 billion for faraway land.
00:02:34.280 He'd rather spread falsehood about faraway foreign lands, Mr. Speaker.
00:02:39.080 Mr. Smalls.
00:02:40.220 Mr. Smalls.
00:02:41.160 Mr. Bezhan.
00:02:42.020 Mr. Bezhan.
00:02:43.000 Mr. Bezhan.
00:02:44.100 Mr. Bezhan.
00:02:45.220 Mr. Bezhan.
00:02:47.160 Okay, a few things here.
00:02:49.440 One, they didn't even exactly use the same language.
00:02:52.740 They just said faraway foreign lands.
00:02:54.820 They didn't even say it in the same order.
00:02:56.440 But whatever, I guess this means that somehow Polyev is just transcribing Trump speeches and
00:03:00.840 trying to give them in parliament.
00:03:01.900 Now, the one thing I want to talk about here that's just factually incorrect is somehow
00:03:06.920 the conservatives are not supportive of Ukraine.
00:03:09.820 The conservatives were supportive of Ukraine when they were originally invaded by Russia
00:03:13.320 back in 2014.
00:03:14.780 Remember in 2014 when Justin Trudeau was making jokes about Ukraine being invaded by Russia
00:03:20.280 and saying, ah, must have been because Ukraine beat Russia in a hockey game at the Olympics.
00:03:24.320 Like, a really crazy thing to say that, like, you would never do that if an ally was invaded.
00:03:30.520 But because Justin Trudeau is a literal child, he couldn't help but make jokes while people
00:03:34.520 were being murdered.
00:03:35.800 But, you know, Trudeau is the tough on you, tough on Russia guy.
00:03:39.460 Also, just pointing out, Trump also funded Ukraine heavily when he was president to make
00:03:44.480 sure an invasion wouldn't happen.
00:03:46.500 And the Russians only invaded because they assumed that Western leaders like Joe Biden and Trudeau
00:03:51.300 were weak enough that he could get away with it.
00:03:53.420 Do you really think that Polyev was going to not fund Ukraine?
00:03:57.140 I know that the liberals think that because the conservatives voted against a couple of
00:04:01.540 Ukrainian measures that they're somehow anti-Ukraine now or they can at least peddle that.
00:04:05.740 The conservatives voted against it because the liberals keep trying to pack the piece of
00:04:09.740 legislation with carbon tax rhetoric in order to try and basically create this lose-lose scenario
00:04:15.560 where if the conservatives vote in favor of it to support them, to support Ukraine,
00:04:19.400 then the liberals can say, hey, the conservatives support the carbon tax, but only for Ukraine. 1.00
00:04:24.620 What a bunch of hypocrites. 0.98
00:04:26.280 But then if they vote against it like they did, then they somehow don't support Ukraine 0.99
00:04:30.900 and they want Russia to win.
00:04:32.560 It's completely nuts.
00:04:34.040 But just to cap it all off, because of course he has the craziest take on it,
00:04:40.060 a liberal MP for Kingston and the Islands, Mark Gerritsen, comes up with this doozy of a tweet
00:04:45.400 that says the perfect foreshadowing of what's to come.
00:04:48.680 After weeks of conservative MPs swearing that they're nothing like Donald Trump's mega movement,
00:04:53.480 this flag is spotted today in front of Ottawa's House of Commons moments after we officially
00:04:57.240 concluded the fall session.
00:04:59.280 See you in six weeks.
00:05:00.640 Does he think that the conservative party hired a guy to stand outside of parliament
00:05:05.400 with a MAGA or Donald Trump 2024 flag?
00:05:11.260 Does Mark Gerritsen seriously believe that?
00:05:14.160 Because if he does, I'm worried for the mental health of Mark Gerritsen.
00:05:17.960 He must wake up in the morning and he sees a couple of sesame seeds on his kitchen table,
00:05:22.960 some suspicious sesame seeds, and he thinks this must mean something.
00:05:26.440 That's a sign that the MAGA revolution is about to come to Canada
00:05:29.700 because there was a small grease stain on his kitchen that he definitely didn't leave there last night.
00:05:34.960 And there's a few seeds over here and a half-eaten bagel that he definitely didn't eat in the middle of the night.
00:05:41.280 But this is solid evidence that not only is the MAGA movement coming to Canada,
00:05:46.720 but someone's out to kill Mark Gerritsen. 0.97
00:05:49.080 The guy is an absolute nutty conspiracy theorist.
00:05:53.320 But the liberals now get to get away with it because the legacy media doesn't cover the fact
00:05:57.640 that these people legitimately just make stuff up.
00:06:00.200 They just make stuff up.
00:06:01.660 And part of it is, I think, malicious that they're trying to make stuff up to smear the Conservatives.
00:06:06.360 Also, I think they're just a little bit unhinged enough that they truly believe
00:06:10.420 that there's like a far-right revolution that's going to happen if Pierre Paulyev becomes like the leader of Canada.
00:06:17.020 But whatever.
00:06:17.860 Mark Gerritsen also is the sweatiest man in Parliament,
00:06:21.140 desperately running around trying to please Trudeau enough that maybe he gives Mark Gerritsen
00:06:28.640 maybe a couple weeks of a cabinet role right before the Liberal government collapses.
00:06:32.780 It's really all that Mark Gerritsen cares about.
00:06:35.680 And hopefully he loses his seat in the next election.
00:06:38.560 His dad, I believe, used to be the MP of that area or mayor.
00:06:41.780 Mark then became the mayor.
00:06:43.140 So he might have enough name recognition that he's hard to defeat.
00:06:46.620 But I do hope the Conservatives spend the maximum amount of money in that riding as possible
00:06:51.360 because that guy is an absolute toxic force in Parliament
00:06:54.760 despite what he tries to claim about the Conservatives.
00:06:57.960 Anyways, that should be it for me for this video.
00:07:00.560 I have my legal fundraiser linked in the description below.
00:07:04.000 It's a Give, Send, Go link.
00:07:05.440 I'm fighting a billionaire in court.
00:07:07.140 He's basically filed a frivolous lawsuit against myself at the National Telegraph.
00:07:10.660 He has no evidence that we've defamed him in any way
00:07:13.760 but he's just trying to sue us just simply to try and drain us of funds.
00:07:18.460 We literally have been able to prove every single thing that we said about him
00:07:22.280 and we didn't even say much.
00:07:23.440 We just linked to a Globe and Mail article regarding his background.
00:07:27.680 And I don't believe he ever sued the Globe and Mail for reporting on like a very long report
00:07:31.820 about every sort of like little connection he had with a certain, you know, nefarious force.
00:07:37.200 But he's suing us because he didn't think that we could maybe pay to defend ourselves
00:07:40.660 but, you know, jokes on him, I can.
00:07:43.200 Other than that, I'm also running for the Calgary-Signal Hill Conservative Party nomination.
00:07:47.560 So if you live in West Calgary, check which riding you're in.
00:07:50.840 If you live in Calgary-Signal Hill, make sure to buy a membership and vote for me for the party nomination.
00:07:57.380 We want real Conservatives representing the party in strong ridings like Calgary-Signal Hill.
00:08:02.800 So make sure that you get involved regardless of what riding you're in.
00:08:05.640 Make sure to buy a membership so that you can actually control who represents your riding.
00:08:10.380 Other than that, I hope everyone has a fantastic day.
00:08:13.060 And throw me any ideas you have for more True and On Files videos.
00:08:16.700 If you have any weird liberal conspiracy theories that are going on out there,
00:08:21.080 DM them to me on x.
00:08:22.740 I'm at Wyatt underscore Claypool.
00:08:24.820 Or send them to me on Facebook, wherever.
00:08:27.120 Or even just sort of link me or indicate things you want me to look into in the comments.
00:08:31.640 That really helps me out to find new video topics.
00:08:35.380 But other than that, hopefully everyone has a great day.
00:08:37.740 And I'm about to go door knocking for my riding.
