In this episode, I talk about how leftist politicians are just full of lies, and how to deal with them. I also talk about the fact that Marxists lie so often that it is almost impossible to separate fact from fiction.

00:00:00.000 I think a lot of Canadian conservatives still don't know who their political opponents are
00:00:04.620 in this country. I don't mean that from the perspective that conservatives don't know
00:00:08.740 that the liberals and the NDP are their political opponents, although in the case of red Tories,
00:00:13.200 I think they sometimes don't know that. I mean it in the sense that a lot of conservatives
00:00:17.340 don't understand who the liberal and NDP are anymore. They think that they're still honest
00:00:23.000 actors like they were maybe 30 years ago. They're willing to debate ideas. They have
00:00:27.940 principles that they stick to and that conversations can be open and honest. These
00:00:33.820 days that doesn't even exist anymore. Yes, there's still a couple liberals who probably are still
00:00:38.800 honest actors, but for the most part the liberal party and especially the NDP are just full of
00:00:44.760 leftists with a Marxist tradition to their thinking whether they know it or not. They are willing to
00:00:50.440 lie about everything. Their only principle anymore is just power. It's winning in power. They do not
00:00:57.600 care if they contradict themselves. They do not care if all they do is try and smear you and use
00:01:02.460 ad hominem attacks in order to try and get their way. If they get their way or they even move a little
00:01:07.880 bit closer to getting their way, they are willing to tell those lies to do it. I'm basing this video
00:01:14.180 off of something that James Lindsay was posting a lot yesterday because I think it is 100% true
00:01:19.760 like in certain sense of this is how a lot of leftists think, especially a lot of Canadian
00:01:26.740 leftists in the liberal and NDP parties. He was posting this a lot in response to leftists online
00:01:32.540 freaking out about Premier Daniel Smith in Alberta passing just basic parental rights protections and
00:01:39.140 other protections for children. And all these leftists came out of the woodwork and said,
00:01:44.280 oh, Daniel Smith and the UCP are trying to kill trans children. They're trying to erase trans kids. 1.00
00:01:50.120 They're putting kids in vulnerable positions. All this stuff. It's all lies. And guess what? They 0.91
00:01:55.720 know they're lying. They know that what they're saying is a false narrative. They just want to
00:02:01.040 create the narrative by saying it enough. And do not get buckle in the face of this because they accuse
00:02:06.840 you of being a bad person. Do not try and justify. No, actually, I'm a good person. I actually know
00:02:11.080 you're wrong. Actually, I'm a pretty decent person. I'm going to prove it to you. Don't prove it to
00:02:15.600 them. They don't care. They actually do not care what the words that they're saying. They're just
00:02:20.840 trying to win. And the best way of fighting back against this is calling them on the fact that they're
00:02:26.860 liars, that they have no principles and they're just saying stuff. Anyways, here was the thing that
00:02:33.200 James Lindsay posted on X multiple times yesterday. It says, Marxists just lie. They lie so overtly and
00:02:41.560 blatantly that people begin to question their own perceptions. It works because no one expects another
00:02:47.660 person to lie so overtly. They don't believe in shared truth. They use words as weapons. Until you
00:02:54.280 learn to keep this in mind during every interaction, you will continue to get played. They rely on you
00:03:01.140 implicitly assuming that they have good intentions and are aiming at shared truth. And so dialogue can
00:03:07.660 be productive. That's a deception. For Marxists, dialogue is not a way of attaining truth. It is
00:03:13.060 a forum for manipulation. That is absolutely true. When I see Janice Irwin post a video about her 0.94
00:03:22.000 supposedly crying over what the UCP did and saying that trans kids are being put at risk and they're 0.64
00:03:27.880 going to die. Janice Irwin knows she's lying. She's just saying stuff because she doesn't like the
00:03:33.380 fact that the UCP took power away from government that Janice Irwin would like to use. Janice Irwin
00:03:39.020 changes her opinions on things yearly in contradictory ways and she would never even know that they're
00:03:45.380 contradictory. Some of these people also, the first person they lie to is themselves. So they actually
00:03:50.180 believe they're telling you the truth. At the same time, if you follow their logical pathways,
00:03:55.560 they immediately break. They're just saying stuff and they're convinced so wholeheartedly that
00:04:00.540 they're always right, that how could I possibly be lying? But they are lying. And they are, like that
00:04:06.460 said, they are using words like weapons. This is why they use terms like transphobic, homophobic,
00:04:12.580 racist, or what do you hate this person? What do you hate workers? This is what the liberals are doing
00:04:17.640 from anything from social issues to economic issues. They know that whenever they accuse the
00:04:23.700 conservatives of being intolerant or being not kind because they want to cut spending,
00:04:29.240 that is a complete fabrication. They know whenever they say that the conservatives oppose defense
00:04:35.020 spending for Ukraine, or the conservatives oppose this or that, or the conservatives hate the
00:04:40.380 environment. They know 100% what the conservatives think on these issues. They just don't care about
00:04:46.120 actually properly engaging with it. They know that the conservatives don't want to dump raw sewage in
00:04:52.060 lakes and oceans and they don't want to have black smoke billowing out of cities. Obviously, nobody
00:04:58.420 believes that in Canada, but they're willing to pretend that you do because they're just trying
00:05:02.600 to get enough people on their side that they can beat you in an election. And what you have to do is
00:05:07.320 when they start trying to churn out these lies on the parental rights issue, on the carbon tax,
00:05:13.600 on literally any issue, on taxes, spending, the military, foreign policy especially. The liberals do that
00:05:21.380 trick a lot where they'll pretend that they're not playing to a radical anti-Israel base and they'll
00:05:27.260 say, oh no, no, Israel has the right to defend itself. And then to another crowd, they'll say,
00:05:31.280 no, Israel is a genocidal state who's trying to murder everyone in Gaza. They know that's a lie. 0.90
00:05:35.700 They just don't really care because they're just trying to gather a big enough coalition for the
00:05:39.800 next election. Whenever a leftist does this, at some point you just have to say, no, you're wrong.
00:05:45.300 You're wrong. You're just saying stuff. You're a liar. You're a liar. Because that is the most true
00:05:52.800 thing you could possibly say in these debates. They're not listening to your points. Try and
00:05:56.860 make points for a bit. As soon as they stop actually properly engaging with you, as soon as they stop
00:06:02.620 caring about the words that you're saying out of your mouth, then that's when you just say, no,
00:06:07.520 well, you're lying. And they try and counter you with, you're transphobic, you're homophobic, 0.86
00:06:11.120 you're racist, blah, blah, blah. On the immigration issue, this is a big one. The liberals in the NDP 0.90
00:06:15.780 are trying to say that, well, just because the conservatives are racist, that they want to
00:06:19.960 reduce immigration rates. It's not the fact that we literally do not have enough homes and services
00:06:23.980 to be able to accommodate all these people in this country. Oh, no, you're racist. No, 0.65
00:06:28.160 you're an idiot. You're an idiot for saying that I'm racist. You're an actual liar. You know it's too 1.00
00:06:32.720 many people. You just don't care. And you're trying to win on this issue. You don't care if you hurt the
00:06:36.380 country in order to try and win on this issue. You have no principles. You're a liar.
00:06:41.120 The NDP, Jagmeet Singh, whenever he goes after grocery store CEOs and tries to claim that they're 0.99
00:06:46.720 responsible for the inflation he caused, he knows he's lying. He knows. He's sending in the committees
00:06:51.680 getting to roast Galen Weston, knowing that committee rules don't allow Galen Weston to
00:06:56.480 stand up and question Jagmeet Singh back. Jagmeet Singh's a liar. He knows he's propping up Justin 0.99
00:07:01.100 Trudeau's government and goes out and lies about it. He's like Justin Trudeau knows that he's causing
00:07:06.520 massive inflation. He knows that the economy is getting worse. He knows that he has a massive amount
00:07:11.100 of wasteful spending. He just doesn't care. He knows that Daniel Smith's parental rights bill
00:07:16.380 is actually very popular and that it's like a completely innocuous and sensible policy.
00:07:22.780 Justin Trudeau knows that. He just doesn't care. And he's just trying to claw away a few more people
00:07:27.900 under that issue because the Conservatives are taking a pro-parental rights issue. Well,
00:07:32.140 the Liberals can't benefit from that if they go and also take that position because they'll lose
00:07:38.140 their radical social base. So what they're going to try and do is try and rip away more soft,
00:07:42.940 squishy Conservatives or more soft, squishy Liberals who might vote with the Conservatives on that issue 0.93
00:07:48.140 and say, you're transphobic, you're horrible, trying to get them to move into their camp.
00:07:52.620 If someone accuses you of being a bad person, they have no evidence, they're a bad person. That makes 0.90
00:07:57.420 them a horrible person, a nasty human being. And they should be reminded of it constantly if they 0.99
00:08:03.660 engage in that absolute garbage behavior. They are a garbage person if they're going to go around 1.00
00:08:09.180 and say that you're racist, you're this, you're that. I don't accuse people of bigotry unless I 1.00
00:08:13.660 have very good evidence that they have it. I haven't even accused any of these people of bigotry right
00:08:18.540 now. I haven't said that they're racist or they're any of that. I think they're nasty for lying,
00:08:23.260 but that's something I can prove. They are liars, so I will call them liars. You never have to actually 1.00
00:08:28.300 don't engage in their game like they do. Don't just start making stuff up in order to try and
00:08:32.460 achieve a victory. Conservatives at the end of the day should care about principles and arguing in
00:08:38.380 good faith, but once your opponent isn't, you have no reason to stick around. You're a liar. You're just 1.00
00:08:44.060 some leftist NDP liberal radical and I don't want to talk to you. You would rather have me lower the
00:08:54.460 standard of my living just so you can hypothetically cut emissions by 1% in this country. You are not an
00:09:01.900 honest actor. You are just caring about the environment in order to try and win votes when
00:09:05.900 you know that everything you're doing does nothing. Okay. Well, that's it for me today. I just want to
00:09:11.660 quickly plug the fact that I, Wyatt Claypool, I'm running for the Calgary Signal Hill Conservative Party
00:09:16.620 nomination. This is what the riding looks like. That's on the west side of Calgary. So if you live
00:09:20.860 in this riding, check out my website in the description below, WyattClaypool.com, and buy a membership for the
00:09:26.380 federal party if you don't have one. If you think you have one, go to CPC membership check on Google,
00:09:31.420 and it will let you know if you're up to date. Make sure that we actually have, we need to make
00:09:35.180 sure we actually have conservatives representing strong conservative ridings. Calgary Signal Hill
00:09:39.340 is like one of the strongest conservative ridings in the entire country. Yet we have a lot of red
00:09:43.900 tories jumping in the race, a lot of carpetbaggers, pro-lockdown people, people who did censorship policy 0.77
00:09:48.300 for Facebook, a lot of ridiculous stuff. And then the other thing I want to mention is I have a
00:09:53.100 Give, Send, Go link in the description of this video if you want to donate to our legal fund. We're
00:09:57.820 being sued by a billionaire. He didn't even, some billionaire developer, ridiculous defamation case, 0.55
00:10:02.700 only submitted four pieces of evidence, none of which had anything to do with the defamation
00:10:07.900 that was taking place, or none of it actually showed any evidence that we said something wrong
00:10:12.140 because we didn't say anything wrong. But there's a Give, Send, Go link there. It's cost me more than
00:10:16.140 $25,000 to fight back in this lawsuit. So if you contribute anything, it really helps me out.
00:10:22.300 So other than that, I'll see you guys in another video. And thanks for putting up with some of
00:10:27.660 these slapdash videos. I'm helping out with a robotics nonprofit right now. I've been out,
00:10:32.540 so I've been filming these at like 6.20 in the morning and then rushing off to the BMO Center
00:10:38.700 right afterwards and staying there all day long. So thank you for tuning in,
00:10:43.660 like, share, and subscribe. And I'll see you guys next time.
