Justin Trudeau finally admits that the sky is blue. Is it a racist thing to say? Or is it something else entirely? I'll tell you what I think it is, and why you should be mad at him for admitting it.

00:00:00.320 April has been quite the month for Canadians.
00:00:02.920 Started out with a bit of a low April 1st as we get a carbon tax increase.
00:00:06.700 So the price of everything goes up, inflation, your family gets screwed over, you're going to be poor, and, you know, that sucks.
00:00:13.780 But April 2nd, Tuesday, April 2nd, we get Justin Trudeau forced to come out in public and admit that mass migration has destroyed the country and made housing less affordable.
00:00:27.140 Now, this is a pretty amazing statement from Justin Trudeau.
00:00:31.620 Now, people are playing it like he's been finally forced to admit that the sky is blue.
00:00:39.120 I'll show you the clip.
00:00:39.980 It's actually quite, it's a bit different.
00:00:41.860 So the conversation in Canada, if you're not aware, Canada, it is a gender studies classroom just north of America.
00:00:48.780 And the conversation we've been having over immigration since 2015 and Justin Trudeau is one side has said the sky is blue.
00:00:55.700 So the other side, the mainstream side, has said the sky is non-binary.
00:01:01.020 This has been the debate for 10 years or so.
00:01:04.580 And everyone who says the sky is blue is a racist.
00:01:07.740 Now, we've kind of come to, is Justin Trudeau admitting that the sky is blue?
00:01:11.980 I'm kind of saying he's actually saying, well, the sky is a shade like navy, possibly a bit brighter.
00:01:19.920 That's, that's kind of what he's admitting here.
00:01:22.240 He's getting to it.
00:01:22.960 And this is rather important.
00:01:24.500 So we'll, we'll go over the part of it, but it's a rather beautiful clip to watch.
00:01:29.180 I'll show it to you here.
00:01:29.980 Because not only is he forced to admit the sky is blue, but he is getting heckled the entire time.
00:01:34.540 And there's clearly some indigenous people with some drums there giving it to him.
00:01:38.140 So let's go over Justin Trudeau, the most diverse.
00:01:44.000 And I mean, just look at that.
00:01:45.700 Look at this man.
00:01:46.460 Who wouldn't want him as your leader?
00:01:49.540 It's really important to understand the context around immigration.
00:01:52.680 Every year we bring in about 450, now close to 500,000 permanent residents a year.
00:02:00.640 More than 2% of our population.
00:02:01.540 And that is part of the necessary growth of Canada.
00:02:04.760 Benefits our, our, our citizens, our communities, benefits our economy.
00:02:09.860 That, these are the levels that we have stabilized and grown steadily over the past years,
00:02:15.860 because that's what Canada needs to continue to have a strong economy and strong communities.
00:02:20.460 Not really.
00:02:20.760 However, over the past few years, we've seen a massive spike in temporary immigration.
00:02:28.540 Whether it's temporary foreign workers, or whether it's international students in particular,
00:02:35.080 they have grown at a rate far beyond what Canada has been able to absorb.
00:02:42.440 To give an example, in 2017, 2% of Canada's population was made up by temporary immigrants.
00:02:49.780 Now, we're at 7.5% of our population comprised of temporary immigrants.
00:02:56.560 That's something that we need to get back under control, both for the benefits of those people,
00:03:03.560 but as international students, we're seeing increasingly vulnerable to mental health challenges,
00:03:09.160 to not being able to thrive and get the education they want.
00:03:12.640 But also, increasingly, more and more businesses relying on temporary foreign workers in a way that's driving down wages in some sectors.
00:03:21.560 So, we want to get those numbers down.
00:03:24.060 It's a responsible approach to immigration that continues on our permanent residents, as we have,
00:03:30.080 but holds the line a little more on the temporary immigration that has caused so much pressure in our communities.
00:03:38.780 Well, there you have it.
00:03:41.880 Okay, so it's just a temporary immigration foreign workers, right?
00:03:45.120 So, this is why I say he's not admitting the sky is blue.
00:03:48.460 He's admitting it's sort of navy, maybe a bit lighter.
00:03:51.880 He's opening it.
00:03:52.740 And remember, 15 minutes ago, this was a deeply racist position.
00:03:56.360 Like, Adolf Hitler-level view to say, hey, guys, 7.2% of your population being temporary immigrants,
00:04:05.020 that might not be good for social cohesion.
00:04:07.160 But you saw in the first half, he's still like, okay, Canada, a country of, like, 35 million people,
00:04:11.960 still needs 500,000 new people a day, a year, sorry.
00:04:17.420 What I've always described the liberal approach on immigration is,
00:04:20.180 it's like, if you saw the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding,
00:04:22.620 there's a father, the Greek father, one of his quirks is he thinks Windex fixes everything, right?
00:04:28.740 So, it's great for cleaning everything.
00:04:30.480 You know, he has an elbow problem.
00:04:31.620 He's soaking it in Windex.
00:04:33.260 Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:04:34.280 But this is sort of how the liberals view immigration.
00:04:36.180 It's just immigration is a net good.
00:04:37.640 Therefore, it's good for everything.
00:04:39.500 And this is sort of brought on to sort of the straw man boogeyman.
00:04:43.420 And some of these people exist, right?
00:04:44.800 You'll find some of these fringe people who are like, no more immigrants ever.
00:04:47.980 All immigrants are bad.
00:04:49.220 Canada should have zero immigrants, right?
00:04:50.640 And that's not a logical position.
00:04:52.700 That will lead to societal collapse.
00:04:54.740 Like, you can't have a side without any immigration, right?
00:04:57.680 But immigration has always been a function of economics, right?
00:05:01.860 The right amount of immigration is good.
00:05:03.540 The wrong amount of immigration is bad.
00:05:05.200 That could be too many, too few.
00:05:06.640 We've been on the far too many side because the too few immigrant side has been viewed as
00:05:12.180 the racist side and no one wants to be racist.
00:05:14.260 So they tend to go along with the, you know, Windex immigration, my big fat Greek wedding
00:05:20.300 thing, the truth of it, right?
00:05:22.180 Immigration isn't that good.
00:05:23.720 This is what is driving Canada for 10 years, right?
00:05:27.260 So they would mess up a policy and think it would be going bad.
00:05:29.780 They would say, well, we're going to do the way we're going to fix this problem in Canada
00:05:34.720 since 2015 is throw immigration onto it.
00:05:37.420 That's literally been our plan.
00:05:38.460 Just mass migration.
00:05:39.500 Just throw more immigrants at every problem because immigration is good and anyone who
00:05:43.060 says immigration isn't good is bad and racist.
00:05:46.220 The reason why this is so significant is you might be in a family of totally normal, reasonable
00:05:50.680 people where all your friends and your family, you can explain this to them and they understand
00:05:55.320 the sky is blue.
00:05:56.220 You can say, you can go to most of your family members and be like, see the sky being blue?
00:06:00.600 This is the color blue.
00:06:01.500 It's blue.
00:06:02.100 And they're like, yeah, why do you need to tell me that?
00:06:04.040 Of course I know.
00:06:04.560 But some of us know people who are more prone to believing the sky is green.
00:06:11.820 I come from a family of very, very, very well-educated people.
00:06:15.060 So some of these people don't, you know, are more prone to believing the sky is green than
00:06:19.440 less educated people because the sky is green is a very fancy over-technical nonsense.
00:06:25.700 But one of the things that holds up the belief that the sky is green or that mass migration
00:06:30.400 is good is its general coverage in the mainstream media.
00:06:33.480 And, you know, we all know people or some of us know people that won't believe something
00:06:38.720 is true until the official, whether it's CBC, the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, if they're
00:06:45.500 lefties, they'll ignore the National Post.
00:06:46.980 But one of these establishment organizations or Justin Trudeau himself has to come out and
00:06:50.480 say the sky is blue for them to believe the sky is actually blue, right?
00:06:54.240 It is not blue until the experts say so.
00:06:56.240 Now that Justin Trudeau has finally gotten and at least partially admitted that mass
00:07:01.380 migration has problems, now it's a lot harder to, in general, keep that segment of the population,
00:07:08.420 which is very sort of reliant on mainstream news, in line on this issue, right?
00:07:12.820 This is a fundamental, like, you can see why Justin Trudeau is herding through the entire
00:07:16.160 thing because even he understands the implications of what he's done here.
00:07:19.360 By saying that, you know, immigration is driving up housing prices and that immigration is
00:07:27.180 driving down wages, it means that when we say this, they can't come after us with the
00:07:32.360 racist thing, which is the primary way that we've been able to, you know, push mass migration
00:07:38.080 on the population is if you don't believe in mass migration, you are racist.
00:07:41.280 Well, now that Chief Gender Studies Officer of Canada, Justin Trudeau, has said, well, here's
00:07:47.340 some problems with immigration, you can no longer use the racism slur on these things.
00:07:53.220 And that is one of the primary things that holds a lot of people in line in Canada, especially
00:07:59.240 in urban centers, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, a lot of the upper middle class in
00:08:04.620 these cities and urban areas are highly educated, but miseducated in a lot of senses, and they
00:08:12.400 rely on expertise.
00:08:13.440 It makes sense, right?
00:08:14.240 If you have some share of the expertise, right, you have a master's, you have this, you're
00:08:18.240 a lawyer, you're that, you have all the sort of accreditations.
00:08:21.140 You, of course, want to believe in a system where these accreditations have value.
00:08:23.900 So you put value in them because you benefit from them.
00:08:26.460 This is now sort of a breaking of the flood dam where the expert opinion is now the sky is
00:08:32.860 actually blue.
00:08:33.640 Now, there will be no mea culpas from any of these people who called you racist for saying
00:08:37.860 the sky was blue 15 minutes ago, but they will now pretend that they have always believed
00:08:43.160 that the sky has been blue in perpetuity, and you did not.
00:08:46.040 This is progress.
00:08:47.160 It does mean that we will be able to have some sort of reasonable debate on immigration.
00:08:51.580 And it's another sign that, yeah, the Liberals are going to get absolutely blown out of the
00:08:55.620 water in 2025.
00:08:57.080 But we still have another year of Chief Diversity and Equity Officer of Canada running the place.
00:09:03.640 100 miles an hour into the ground.
00:09:07.120 Eh, probably not the best.
