00:00:00.000 Two days ago, 1BC leader, Dallas Brody, reestablished herself on the campus of UBC as the only politician that matters in BC provincial politics.
00:00:11.000 It's remarkable to me, as somebody who even works for 1BC, how much we are currently eating the BC Conservatives' lunch right now as a very small party.
00:00:21.280 We're already at 9.5% in the polls simply because the BC Conservatives are having a massive identity crisis and are trying to regress back to the BC Liberals.
00:00:32.960 There is a BC Conservative leadership race going on right now where there are seven declared candidates and another three or four people who might enter the race.
00:00:42.140 And most of the commentary I've been hearing from people who are actually interested in following the race is that they want to see more people enter because they don't like any of the people who have currently declared.
00:00:53.260 That is a problem.
00:00:54.820 If you have seven people already in the race and nobody really likes any of them, at best, one of them has said some good things in the past, but it's pretty difficult to actually find any recent statements of theirs that would encourage you into thinking that they're an actual Conservative.
00:01:11.440 But in this video today, I want to take you guys through some of the chaos that unfolded at the campus of the University of British Columbia and the complete non-response from any of the BC Conservative leadership candidates.
00:01:25.960 None of these people are leaders.
00:01:27.480 That's basically what I'm trying to say here.
00:01:30.100 They want, effectively, politics to come to them.
00:01:33.800 They want to have some mildly fiscally conservative positions, condemn some left-wing radicalism in the schools, and hope that everyone just sort of forgets about the fact that they've baited and switched people multiple times in the past.
00:01:49.020 We need to bring back the Free Enterprise Coalition, guys, as if somehow Christy Clark is going to become in vogue again in British Columbia anytime soon.
00:01:57.640 If you stop running like Christy Clark, you will eventually win an election.
00:02:03.320 Dallas Brody is like the anti-Christy Clark, and she's doing fantastic as one MLA in her own party.
00:02:11.100 Anyways, so let's get into some of these clips here in just a second, but first I do just want to plug, if you're interested in the 1BC party and you live in British Columbia, check out the links to the party website below.
00:02:23.560 So consider donating if you want, buy a membership, at least join the newsletter so you can keep up with what we're doing, because we are on a sort of rapid growth trajectory right now, because we are going on a town hall tour coming up here, we're on a podcasting tour, we are doing far more work than all of the BC conservative leadership candidates combined, and probably the NDP government too, and it is paying off and we're not going to stop until, you know, we win, because that's what you should do when you're in politics.
00:02:52.020 Anyways, so here is some footage that my colleague Masha Kleiner had captured at the UBC campus to demonstrate just how crazy this all is.
00:03:01.380 I'm going to link her YouTube video with all of it in the description below and pinned at the top of the comments as well.
00:03:06.760 It's 19 minutes, and the footage is insane.
00:03:09.460 She captures many assaults on camera and just radical behavior from a campus that's supposed to be one of the most prestigious in the country.
00:03:17.840 Alright, Miss Brody, you've arrived, you've got quite the entourage ahead of you.
00:03:22.020 Quite important shot.
00:03:24.060 It's important to release out.
00:03:28.720 1, 2, 3, off our campus.
00:03:34.500 1, 2, 3, off our campus.
00:03:36.560 1, 2, 3, off our campus.
00:03:39.200 1, 2, 3, off our campus.
00:03:40.480 1, 2, 3, off our campus.
00:03:41.500 I'm going to go through this video.
00:03:43.580 It's been wild time. 0.94
00:03:44.880 That's ridiculous.
00:03:45.460 I'm going to turn off the audio here.
00:03:59.360 But this all happened because 1BC wanted to have a discussion on campus with Professor Francis Whittowson about the Kamloops-Graves hoax.
00:04:10.080 And yes, it is in fact a hoax.
00:04:12.220 There's really no disputing that it's just not true, that there are the graves of 215 dead children outside the Kamloops Indian Residential School.
00:04:21.740 I don't know why activists want it to be true so much, but it is.
00:04:26.440 The footage is a little bit choppy here.
00:04:28.080 It's just always one of the problems with the system I use, StreamYards.
00:04:30.980 But people were pushed.
00:04:32.560 Eventually, Dallas Brody, 1BC, Francis Whittowson, and the supporters had to actually escape into the aquatic center on campus and had to have security block the doors.
00:04:44.040 And not even the campus security.
00:04:45.720 Private security had to basically link arms at the doors to keep all these activists for coming in and trying to continue harassing and assaulting people.
00:04:53.460 Dallas got hit a few times.
00:04:55.100 We had people, like, I wasn't specifically there, but our team had people using noisemakers in people's ears and megaphones.
00:05:02.100 All of this was organized, I'm not even kidding you, by the Revolutionary Communist Party.
00:05:08.600 Yeah, this is who the UBC administration let run wild.
00:05:12.260 And by the way, if you live in British Columbia, sign our petition to defund the University of British Columbia.
00:05:18.540 Because if you can't facilitate free speech and open discussions on your campus, you should not get the $1.1 billion they get from BC taxpayers every year.
00:05:28.340 That's not counting federal money.
00:05:30.220 That's just BC taxpayer money.
00:05:32.040 And that's real.
00:05:32.760 That's the grants that the university gets, student support, all the other stuff that allows the university to function.
00:05:38.860 Well, they shouldn't be getting a dime of it if they can't keep this campus together properly.
00:05:43.720 I want to show you guys the flyers that they were putting out the previous day.
00:05:48.620 It was so obvious that they were going to riot, and yet the university deliberately did nothing in order to stop them.
00:05:55.800 So we posted this on our social media yesterday.
00:05:59.920 I'll bring it up on screen for you guys here.
00:06:02.560 I do like the statement that we ended up putting out, so I'll read it, even though this is before the actual riot happened.
00:06:09.220 We wrote here,
00:06:10.600 The UBC campus communists and their professors, who claim they live and study on stolen lands, are too scared to have a real conversation.
00:06:20.980 Too bad we are coming to UBC tomorrow, whether they like it or not. 1.00
00:06:24.520 If they truly believe they're on stolen lands, we invite them to purchase a plane ticket and go be stupid somewhere else. 0.93
00:06:29.820 And that is an actual thing that they wrote at the bottom of this poster on the left that I have highlighted in yellow. 0.98
00:06:36.560 It says,
00:06:37.380 The really funny thing about all this is that the campus communists, all these campus left-wing groups,
00:06:48.940 are going to be platforming the far-left streamer Hassan Piker from Los Angeles at the end of January here or sometime in February.
00:06:57.740 The man genuinely is pro-terror.
00:07:00.600 He is a fan of Hamas and Hezbollah, and he was actually denying and saying he doesn't care if rapes occurred during the October 7th massacre of Israelis and other people by Hamas.
00:07:14.220 That's somebody that they're platforming that they like.
00:07:18.080 But if you deny something that genuinely did not happen, as in the murder of 215 children in Kamloops, then you're a denier.
00:07:26.780 You're denying genocide, even though provably it did not happen. 1.00
00:07:30.580 You get idiots who will run up to people and be like, this is like denying the Holocaust. 1.00
00:07:34.380 It's like, no, because the Holocaust happened. 1.00
00:07:37.700 And there's lots of mountains of evidence, obviously.
00:07:40.800 You can't just say that, well, if you deny my fake thing, then it's like you're denying this real thing.
00:07:46.860 It's like, that's not how logic works.
00:07:48.980 But all these people are such algorithmic thinkers that they can't, you know, bend their mind around that basic concept.
00:07:54.700 But we had Dallas Brody there calling for UBC to be defunded, which is absolutely the right thing to have happen here. 0.73
00:08:03.760 UBC does not deserve any money if they can't actually make the campus safe.
00:08:08.860 They can't make it a place of actual open inquiry and freedom of speech.
00:08:14.540 So here was Dallas Brody being interviewed by Jared Yeager at the Western Standard.
00:08:20.420 We're on a university campus.
00:08:22.780 Over a billion dollars floods into this school every year from the provincial government.
00:08:28.460 A billion, okay?
00:08:29.600 This is a publicly funded place.
00:08:32.420 When I was growing up, universities were a place you went to expand your mind, learn new viewpoints, learn new things.
00:08:39.920 What this is, is an effort to shut down, shut down, shut down, close down, and disallow these kids from hearing what's going on out here.
00:08:48.500 And you've got to ask yourself, what are they all so afraid of?
00:08:50.600 Why are they afraid to hear another perspective?
00:08:55.080 Why?
00:08:55.920 And that's really interesting.
00:08:57.600 And I don't, if I were a premier of this province, I would cut off all findings to this university immediately until they started allowing diversity of thought on this campus.
00:09:06.020 This is outrageous.
00:09:07.300 This is not meant to be an indoctrination factory.
00:09:10.720 That's not what a university is for.
00:09:12.620 This is supposed to be for learning.
00:09:14.400 For young people to get out into the world for their first time and start learning different points of view.
00:09:19.060 The one thing I would actually disagree with Dallas here, so I'm going off on a limb and disagreeing with my boss.
00:09:25.640 But the one thing I would say is that these kids are not scared of hearing different perspectives.
00:09:29.800 It's just malevolence at this point.
00:09:31.720 They simply want to riot and create problems and oppose anything that is Western simply because they want to.
00:09:39.740 Because they're scared of it, it's because they are actively malevolent.
00:09:43.000 Maybe some are scared of it, but it's more of just the cynical left-wing idea that we should just tear anything down that smacks of Westernism because something, something colonialism or whatever. 0.87
00:09:57.200 In a lot of ways, I think they know they're liars, but the problem is, is that people, not unlike the center left, but the far left, you know, the revolutionary communist party left, are just liars.
00:10:09.540 And that sounds very simplistic, but genuinely, you follow these people long enough and they just lie.
00:10:14.700 They will actively make things up.
00:10:16.500 They will call you names that they know that don't actually apply to you in order to try and undermine you.
00:10:21.580 Because they only see politics, they only conceptualize it as a giant power game, which is extremely toxic for society because it means that we actually are sidelining truth in favor of basically just trying to muscle other people out.
00:10:36.440 So we had here, I liked this little interview that Dallas did with this one guy who was called Video Guy 67.
00:10:43.780 This is after they were chased into the aquatic center and eventually the police actually had to bust them out the back door.
00:10:51.560 They had to get on motor coaches at the back and then drive away because of all the students mobbing the building, you know, slamming the glass windows and trying to, and trying to like attack them.
00:11:01.860 The police literally had to bring in motor coaches.
00:11:03.680 And again, where's the UBC administration?
00:11:05.960 If they said, if you harass, if you assault, if you scream and make with megaphones in someone's face tomorrow, you're going to be expelled.
00:11:13.940 It wouldn't have happened.
00:11:14.920 But UBC wanted it to happen because, well, how else, what other conclusion am I supposed to come to when it would have been so easy for them to stop this?
00:11:23.360 What do you think, Dallas?
00:11:24.340 How did it go in general?
00:11:25.500 I would say in general, it went really well.
00:11:27.960 This is, we knew that this was going to be a big commotion here today.
00:11:31.320 But the thing is, Canadians, British Columbians, they need to see, this is what's going on on your campus out here.
00:11:38.400 If your kids are attending here, you need to talk to them about what this is all about.
00:11:42.580 I mean, if I were, if I had kids going here, I'd pull them out of here right away.
00:11:45.820 This university is supposed to be one of the most prestigious universities in Canada.
00:11:49.600 It has become an indoctrination factory.
00:11:52.080 This, to me, looks like the Maoist Cultural Revolution.
00:11:55.660 That's what this looks like.
00:11:56.660 Look at pictures of what went on during the Cultural Revolution in China.
00:12:00.760 This is precisely what they did.
00:12:03.100 They radicalized young people.
00:12:05.380 And then the young people start feeling they can scream and yell at older people, swear at them, not listen.
00:12:10.640 They would, that mob would have beaten me to death today.
00:12:13.160 I had to have bodyguards.
00:12:14.320 I did get assaulted twice today.
00:12:16.260 But, and other people got assaulted too.
00:12:18.320 But you see, they feel free to attack an older woman. 0.75
00:12:21.460 That's crazy.
00:12:22.800 And that's the thing, is that these people, they're obviously not actually scared of Dallas.
00:12:27.340 They simply want to try and overpower her for their own ideology.
00:12:31.360 Like, it was nuts what we had going on, like, with the people trying to trap them outside.
00:12:36.120 I want to find a good piece of footage of this going on. 0.74
00:12:39.600 It was just ridiculous.
00:12:40.540 Let's get to the end of this tape here. 0.63
00:12:44.280 Actually, I want to get to the point where Masha Kleiner, the person who was filming, got assaulted.
00:12:48.480 Again, watch the full version on her YouTube channel, linked below if you want to see it.
00:12:52.340 But this is on Masha Kleiner's YouTube channel.
00:12:55.260 And as she was walking back with the rest of the team towards the aquatic center,
00:12:59.760 they actually had a man just come up and fully just push her back on camera. 0.99
00:13:02.940 He literally, this mouth breather said, 0.92
00:13:31.200 Oh, she's a Nazi. 1.00
00:13:33.100 Yes, the Jewish woman is a Nazi. 1.00
00:13:35.940 But this is what these people do. 1.00
00:13:37.400 They just lie.
00:13:39.300 They lie so they can assault you, so they can try and shut you down. 1.00
00:13:42.940 Not because they're afraid, but because the only way that their stupid ideas actually become popular 1.00
00:13:48.480 is if other people aren't allowed to speak and actually put out their own ideas. 0.99
00:13:52.340 But the thing I want to now talk about in regards to the situation at UBC is the lack of response from the BC conservatives.
00:14:03.960 Now, some of the people who are running for the BC conservative leadership in past months,
00:14:09.000 like several months ago, they would say something about when Dallas was attacked
00:14:14.000 and when Frances Whittowson was wrongly arrested at the University of Victoria.
00:14:18.880 Frances Whittowson was also arrested at UBC, where she was literally carried off by police
00:14:24.180 and then stuck in a jail cell without a coat and without shoes while she was freezing.
00:14:28.860 That's not great.
00:14:30.080 But some of these BC conservative leadership candidates maybe four months ago would say something.
00:14:34.380 But now that they're running for BC conservative leader, suddenly everything becomes a little,
00:14:38.460 no, I'm not going to, they're not going to say anything about Dallas and 1BC and Frances Whittowson being attacked.
00:14:42.620 They're not going to condemn the far left because they want 1BC to go away now.
00:14:46.940 Because Dallas and 1BC have helped change the climate in BC politics.
00:14:53.520 We're actually making progress in terms of what you can say and what you can advocate for.
00:14:58.180 And it's going in a positive direction.
00:15:00.420 These people are following behind the gains 1BC is making in terms of the political climate. 0.91
00:15:06.000 But now they want us to go away because they want to basically say,
00:15:09.360 okay, well, yeah, so we screwed up the whole BC liberal, BC united party.
00:15:13.600 And then we screwed up the BC conservatives and started kicking people like Dallas Brody out of the party
00:15:17.760 and wasted donors money and rigged our AGM and almost tried to rig the leadership review and all this stuff.
00:15:23.600 Yeah, we did all that.
00:15:25.300 But now it's time for you guys to hand the keys back to us.
00:15:27.860 Don't worry.
00:15:28.340 We'll take it from here, guys.
00:15:30.060 Don't worry.
00:15:30.680 Caroline Elliott and her team of overpaid consultants knows what they're doing now. 0.93
00:15:35.260 You know all these people who had a history of trying to smear Dallas Brody
00:15:39.020 and had a history of running the BC united party into the ground?
00:15:43.020 Don't worry, guys.
00:15:44.540 Dallas Brody did enough and now you have to hand the keys back to Caroline Elliott. 1.00
00:15:48.780 I don't know why.
00:15:50.740 Apparently Caroline Elliott, because she wrote a couple op-eds about how DRIPA's bad,
00:15:55.660 is now the queen of taking on the reconciliation industry.
00:15:59.160 No, not at all. 0.97
00:16:00.840 This is all just so silly.
00:16:02.180 I want to go through now and just bring up the statement from 1BC
00:16:06.080 regarding the BC conservative leadership race
00:16:09.120 because I think this is just a good way of putting it in general to finish this video off.
00:16:13.780 So from our 1BC account here,
00:16:18.460 we said,
00:16:21.080 apparently there is a BC conservative leadership race going on right now,
00:16:25.520 but not one candidate had the courage to speak out against the riot on the UBC campus
00:16:30.040 led by far-left agitators and professional reconciliation industry activists.
00:16:35.700 1BC leader Dallas Brody,
00:16:37.120 Professor Francis Whittowson,
00:16:38.580 and their supporters were mobbed, harassed, and assaulted,
00:16:41.020 but these potential leaders and their army of high-paid campaign consultants
00:16:45.380 didn't manage to put together a simple social media post to condemn the violence.
00:16:49.320 The truth is so many of the CPBC higher-ups and leadership candidates want 1BC and Dallas Brody to go away
00:16:56.600 because we are everything they pretend to be and have consistently failed to deliver.
00:17:01.140 The thing is, if you're a phony, you can't be standing next to the real thing,
00:17:06.100 and that is the current problem with the BC conservative party.
00:17:09.480 So many people in it, so many people with a lot of power in it,
00:17:12.340 are phonies,
00:17:13.120 and they hate 1BC because it contrasts very badly with them.
00:17:18.060 Know what's funny?
00:17:18.840 Know who's somebody who didn't say a word about what happened at UBC to 1BC?
00:17:24.600 Angelo Isidoro,
00:17:26.360 who is, in fact, the BC conservative executive director,
00:17:30.880 and he also used to be the UBC free speech club president,
00:17:34.920 and that guy couldn't muster a single tweet saying,
00:17:38.280 what's happening at UBC is bad.
00:17:40.040 Couldn't even do it because they hate Dallas Brody more than they hate the far left.
00:17:45.060 I'm not even kidding.
00:17:46.520 On Rob Shaw's political podcast that conveniently no one actually watches,
00:17:52.000 Angelo Isidoro went on that show and predicted, quote-unquote,
00:17:56.420 that Dallas Brody is going to be recalled from her riding of Vancouver Quilchina.
00:18:01.320 Now, I really don't think that's going to happen.
00:18:03.600 One, Dallas actually has a lot of people in her riding that really like her,
00:18:06.860 and also the threshold to recalling someone is extremely high,
00:18:10.720 and the period of time to collect all the signatures is very limited.
00:18:14.000 But the thing is that he wasn't predicting that he was wish casting.
00:18:18.880 He doesn't like Dallas Brody being around.
00:18:21.420 He wants her gone,
00:18:22.880 and so he wants to basically drum up this idea that there's a lot of momentum into getting rid of her.
00:18:27.840 Are there activists who will try?
00:18:29.680 Sure.
00:18:30.420 At the end of the day, they're going to fail,
00:18:32.120 and is it a good thing for them to win?
00:18:34.800 Because in the video, Angelo basically articulated the idea,
00:18:38.280 well, you know, she's going to get recalled because there are indigenous people in that riding. 0.95
00:18:42.580 The Musqueam are in that riding, and she could lose because of that. 0.99
00:18:46.140 And it's like, well,
00:18:47.940 is this a bit of a doff protest too much sort of situation, at least in my opinion,
00:18:51.860 that you just want her to lose,
00:18:54.120 and so you're bringing up all these factors as to why people in the riding are probably going to recall her.
00:18:59.820 Never saying that she's doing a good job,
00:19:01.760 and unfortunately they're going to try and recall her.
00:19:03.860 Never said that, because he wants her recalled.
00:19:06.220 Because this man lacks principle.
00:19:08.400 He's the guy who's been cutting himself massive checks to be the executive director of that party,
00:19:13.040 was involved in rigging the AGM,
00:19:15.180 and now wants Dallas Brody and 1BC to dry up and go away,
00:19:18.400 so he can swap out John Rustad with some other person to control.
00:19:21.460 But anyways, let's not let them do that,
00:19:24.120 because, you know, if you actually want politics to improve,
00:19:26.620 we can't get scared and be like,
00:19:28.540 well, we need to be together, or we can't beat the NDP.
00:19:32.900 1BC is focused on ripping down the NDP.
00:19:35.280 We're going to be focused on a lot of NDP-controlled ridings,
00:19:38.240 and going after these areas that the BC conservatives have been neglecting.
00:19:41.920 So don't worry, if you're from British Columbia,
00:19:44.640 consider joining the party.
00:19:45.940 1BC links down in the comments below.
00:19:48.240 And if you want to check out the full footage of all the crazy stuff
00:19:51.240 that went down, Masha Kleiner has the video below,
00:19:53.940 and no doubt there will be a lot of interviews coming out with Dallas Brody
00:19:56.920 in the aftermath of all this on other channels,
00:19:59.800 as well as this channel eventually.
00:20:01.820 Anyways, with that all being said,
00:20:03.340 thank you guys for watching, and I'll see you all later.
