00:02:06.740 their place. It is not the place of the Supreme Court to make law. And that ruling in regards to

00:02:15.740 Roe versus Wade was never codified as law. And yet states chose in their cowardice, even so-called

00:08:02.180 going on right now with Roe versus Wade in the Supreme Court. Here we go. This is from the Daily

00:08:06.520 Wire. The United States Supreme Court has voted to strike down the controversial Roe versus Wade

00:08:11.840 decision according to initial draft of the majority opinion obtained by Politico. And we're going to

00:08:17.480 talk about why is this leaked, all right? Because you need to be aware, Christians, there's a reason 1.00

00:08:21.540 why this was leaked. And we need to be praying and we need to be working in order to make sure

00:08:26.740 that this actually goes through. The draft written by Justice Samuel Alito is a full-throated,

00:08:33.000 unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections

00:08:39.620 of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision, Planned Parenthood v. Casey,

00:08:47.540 that largely maintained the right, Politico reported. Deliberations on controversial cases

00:08:54.660 have in the past been fluid, justices can and sometimes do change their votes as draft opinions

00:09:01.320 circulate, all right? So they could change their opinions. That's what we need to be praying about.

00:09:05.860 This hasn't happened yet. This is just documents leaked about where they're leaning right now,

00:09:10.780 what they're, and not just where they're leaning, but what they've said. As it stands right now,

00:09:15.340 we have Supreme Court justices saying, this is our decision and it is to overturn Roe. But they

00:09:22.860 haven't cast that decision that opinion yet it hasn't yet been rendered we've got a couple more

00:09:28.440 months to go and so we need to be praying so who leaked these documents that's the question

00:09:33.080 and why did they leak these documents I'll tell you why it was probably liberals it was probably

00:09:38.160 somebody who is pro-abortion pro-murder of babies in their mother's womb so that people can put

00:09:43.560 pressure so that media so that the public so that politicians everybody so that Hollywood so that

00:09:50.300 Disney can put pressure on these Supreme Court justices that have already stated their intention

00:09:57.280 to overturn Roe versus Wade. So deliberations on controversial cases have in the past been fluid.

00:10:10.160 can be subject to multiple drafts and vote trading, sometimes until just days before a decision is

00:10:17.860 unveiled. So the court's holding will not be final until it is published, likely in the next

00:10:23.000 two months. It's not final until it's published, likely the next two months. Now Alito reportedly

00:10:28.760 writes in a document titled, Opinion of the Court, that Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.

00:10:35.000 Amen. Amen. And that we hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. It is time, continue with

00:10:43.880 leader. It is time to heed the constitution. We would go further than that. It's time to heed

00:12:43.880 Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. It is not clear how Chief

00:12:51.560 Chief Justice John Roberts will vote. Surprise, surprise. We need to be praying that God would

00:12:57.380 break his heart, that God would bring conviction, that he would grow a spine, and that he would make

00:13:03.680 a decision. But let me stop here for a moment, just point out, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barron,

00:13:08.700 Neil Gorsuch, what do we have there? Well, we have three Supreme Court picks by Donald J. Trump,

00:13:16.220 and I'm just going to say it, and some of you are not going to like this, but I'm going to go on

00:13:19.760 record saying it because it's true. It is true. And it's right. If Hillary Clinton had been elected

00:13:26.020 in 2016, as many members of Big Eva were advocating for, some of them outright were saying it like

00:13:35.260 Thabiti and Abweil. Let me say his name again. Thabiti and Abweil with Matt Chandler publicly

00:13:41.220 said that people should have voted for Hillary Clinton because Trump is bad and Hillary's bad

00:37:39.540 I mean. This is the lie of Roe for almost 50 years. This was never codified into law. It has always

00:37:46.660 been on the books still the decision of individual states what they're going to do about abortion
