00:00:00.000 in 2019 douglas wilson got a knock on the door from the fbi
00:00:16.000 in retrospect that may have been the point where everything changed let's rewind canon press was
00:00:23.560 founded in 1988 as a literature arm of Christ Church, a small church pastored by Douglas Wilson
00:00:30.180 in Moscow, Idaho. In practical terms, they printed and distributed material that they generated in
00:00:37.320 house, Wilson sermons, teaching series, and books, and the output was closely tied to whatever
00:00:43.980 Christ Church and Logos School was already doing. For years, they published Credenda Agenda,
00:00:50.540 a magazine with a reformed bent and a punchy attitude. By the 2010s, Canon Press was merely
00:00:58.560 one wing of a large network of associated organizations. Greyfriars Hall trained ministers,
00:01:05.860 ACCS, the Association of Classical and Christian Schools, ran education conferences,
00:01:12.700 New St. Andrews was a growing liberal arts college, and the CREC, the Communion of Reformed
00:01:19.580 evangelical churches was a growing reform denomination that shielded Doug Wilson from
00:01:25.160 interference. All these organizations bore the image of their founder, Doug Wilson, a little
00:01:31.720 irreverent, a lot spunky, with a chip on their shoulder for harpies, pearl clutchers, and libs
00:01:38.220 that constantly hounded them. But for all their programs, they were still a small niche publishing
00:01:44.120 house out of a small town in the northwestern United States. Their customers were homeschool
00:01:50.420 families, fundamentalists, and church members, and Doug Wilson had made himself untouchable
00:01:56.980 by the conference circuit and larger evangelical world for supposedly being a racist and a
00:02:04.180 misogynist. But about six years ago, all of that starts to change.
00:02:14.120 First, Canon got a huge boost with the pandemic. They didn't shut their church down, and people
00:02:21.180 resonated with their anti-lockdown, anti-tyranny message. But that wasn't the only tailwind. 0.64
00:02:27.500 In late 2020, they launched their streaming app, Canon+. The app was, debatedly, better than
00:02:34.760 anything a Christian media company had produced so far. It had audiobooks, interview series,
00:02:41.240 sermons, kids content, and more. By 2022, Canon wasn't just a homeschool curriculum company with
00:02:48.960 a blog anymore. It was quickly becoming a multi-million dollar media empire. CEO Jess
00:02:56.000 Hall told Fox Business in 2021 that Canon had tripled in size since 2019. Canon had got their
00:03:04.600 big break, and Doug Wilson, after 30 years in the shadows as evangelicalism's boogeyman,
00:03:11.740 started getting some recognition and appreciation. It took a global pandemic and the darkness of the
00:03:18.300 Biden administration to wake people up, but more than a few people were realizing that some of Doug's
00:03:25.120 punchiest lines, albeit most of them repeats of Rush Dooney or C.S. Lewis, actually had a point
00:03:31.680 to them. Maybe there was a God above the state. Maybe women were a little bit out of control,
00:03:37.920 and maybe the clergy had gotten soft, losing their touch for both law and gospel. Doug started
00:03:44.060 breaking out in 2023, and he got his biggest break by going on Tucker Carlson's podcast in spring
00:03:50.220 2024. Shortly after, he went on the Charlie Kirk Show, and in July 2024, he spoke at NatCon 4
00:03:58.420 in Washington, D.C. Now, up to this point, nothing I described as wrong, nefarious, or even
00:04:05.140 suspicious. I'm the president of a media company myself. I know how the game is played. There's
00:04:11.160 nothing wrong with going on the podcast and conference circuit. But what I need you to pay
00:04:16.600 attention to now is a subtle shift in Doug's message. His whole career, Doug Wilson, had been
00:04:23.900 a firebrand, embroiled in controversy after controversy, but he's always been a decidedly
00:04:30.700 right-wing firebrand. Even if you don't like the guy today, he was one of the few men in the 2000s
00:04:37.400 saying that Southern slavery was benevolent, that patriarchy is inescapable, and that the
00:04:43.400 United States government should be explicitly Christian. But that was all pre-2024, pre-Canon
00:04:51.620 plus pre-multimillion dollar revenues. Since 2024, let's take a look at the comments that
00:04:59.060 have gotten him in trouble. So having said that, when you think of this coming state
00:05:08.980 where the Christian commitments are maximalized, is there room for Jews who are fellow Bible
00:05:15.880 believers? Is there room for Muslims, Hindus? I would say briefly that Jews in this ideal
00:05:22.740 republic that I would envision or that we'd hammer out, Jews would be more welcome than they 0.52
00:05:27.980 currently are here. And it is simply a historical fact that America was deeply Christian and
00:05:33.100 Protestant at the founding. And third, in the meantime, it is not xenophobic to object to the
00:05:39.960 immigration policies of those who want to turn the Michigan-Ohio border into something that
00:05:44.880 resembles the India-Pakistan border. That kind of nonsense from our utopian social engineers 0.96
00:05:50.660 is actually the root of our current set of practical dilemmas. While remaining Protestant 0.97
00:05:56.680 in her ethos, Protestant America did successfully adapt to the presence of Catholics and Jews, 1.00
00:06:02.320 and nothing succeeds like success. But millions of Muslims without any commitment to or mechanism 1.00
00:06:08.300 of assimilation is another matter. Wait a minute. Making America more welcoming to people who hate 1.00
00:06:15.400 Jesus? That doesn't sound like the Doug Wilson that I remember. Last thing, and you may consider
00:06:21.520 this a little bonus round item. I mention it only because I believe it was brought up at this
00:06:26.160 conference earlier. This bonus topic is the USS Liberty, attacked by Israeli planes in 1967,
00:06:32.940 killing 34 Americans. I'm making no assertions here. All I am doing is noticing. All I'm doing
00:06:40.640 is asking questions, you know, like Candace does, recklessly connecting dots. The Liberty was an
00:06:46.680 intelligence-gathering ship, and LBJ was president. Israel was in the middle of a hot 1967 war.
00:06:53.860 How confident are you personally that there was no American deep state in 67? How confident are
00:07:00.380 you that we weren't playing both sides and feeding intel to Egypt. How confident are you that America
00:07:06.280 can only be double-crossed and can never be the double-crosser? Your confidence in the essential 0.54
00:07:11.740 goodness of the CIA is endearing. Seriously? What's going on here? See, this is what I want
00:07:21.720 to suggest for your humble consideration. I don't have hard proof, and I'm merely connecting the
00:07:27.760 pieces based on publicly available information. But is it unthinkable that somewhere along the way
00:07:35.020 that Doug Wilson was bought off? Think about it. 30 years as a small publishing company,
00:07:42.020 the whole time he's on brand, he's unwilling to quit, and he's a survivor of more attacks than
00:07:48.560 can even be counted. But one day, he flies perhaps too close to the sun. A 2018 blog post for
00:07:56.980 no quarter November that's titled Burn All the Schools. It gets him a visit from the FBI.
00:08:04.360 There's plenty there if the FBI wanted to keep digging, most namely conducting the marriage of
00:08:10.080 a convicted sex offender who went on to commit crimes against his own children. Less than two
00:08:16.440 years later, Cannon strikes digital gold with a top tier streaming app. Then the phone begins to
00:08:23.260 rain. And somewhere in between, the man who once said a husband should call the elders if his wife
00:08:29.620 continually refused to do the dishes, turned into a man who encouraged wives to be like Abigail 0.66
00:08:36.160 and disobey their husbands if they got too into Jewish conspiracies. So the man who championed 0.56
00:08:43.620 theocratic libertarianism. Now when pressed admits that he would allow for moss to operate in America,
00:08:50.280 He even carves out spaces for Jews, not merely to belong to this country, but as a part of the founding stock of America. 0.75
00:08:59.940 Even though 50,000 or less of these Jews were even here for the first 200 years from the pilgrims making landfall.
00:09:09.560 And Doug Wilson is now inventing an entirely new theology, which he calls the Covenant of Hagar, 0.78
00:09:17.060 in order to make room for Jews in a covenant theology framework 0.63
00:09:21.440 that has always historically held that the Christian church is the fulfillment of Israel. 0.86
00:09:27.580 And conveniently, these messages all came as he was granted access
00:09:33.000 to the biggest platforms in conservative media,
00:09:36.720 platforms that he had been previously denied access to for decades.
00:09:41.040 They opened only when the Yoram Herzonis and Bill Crystals and Andrew Clavens of the world
00:09:49.400 found his message to be palatable. Look, I don't see Doug Wilson's heart, his soul,
00:09:56.520 or his bank account. It's very possible that this is all organic. It's even possible that
00:10:02.880 these are genuine convictions that he's held for years that are just now coming to the surface.
00:10:08.540 but I'm also trying to help you, the listener, be wise. Sometimes people lie. Sometimes people say
00:10:16.920 things that they don't really believe. And sometimes people take money to push a certain
00:10:23.720 message. Maybe Doug Wilson is tarnishing his track record right now for free. But even if
00:10:31.160 he's really clean, that doesn't mean that others are. The world of media is a world of backroom
00:10:37.980 deals, compromise, and shaky alliances. And so, what I want to do in this episode is simply show
00:10:46.340 you how the game is played, the money is moved, the favor is curated, and the sausage gets made.
00:10:55.340 And if you look closely, most of that sausage is kosher. Let's dive in.
00:11:01.620 Do you like to chew gum? Well, congratulations, you're still the five-year-old in kindergarten

00:11:49.580 joel weapon is an accident
00:11:59.900 all right guys we are back and what i hope you recognize in regards to this episode is that
00:12:15.680 we're going to be espousing a principle right 30 000 foot view that is vital for you to understand
00:12:22.500 as we come into the next few years as the overton window begins to shift more and more
00:12:29.340 There will be old players on the field that are replaced in the providence of God with new players.
00:12:35.760 This is happening before our very eyes.
00:12:38.020 It will only continue to happen.
00:12:40.000 There are big macro characteristics in the overarching narrative of God's providence in the moment that we're living in.
00:12:46.600 The whole board is currently shifting in short order.
00:12:51.080 Two to six years.
00:12:52.080 two to six years, the entire cultural and political and economic map of these United
00:13:00.040 States will shift. If you think your favorite podcaster isn't going to be tempted or bribed
00:13:06.840 or threatened into shifting into one of these teams along with this big macro change,
00:13:14.140 then you're being naive. You are bright eyed and bushy tailed, but you are a fool. You are 1.00
00:13:21.460 an absolute fool. This happened in the 2020 to 2024 aftermath. From COVID to BLM to all the way 1.00
00:13:31.280 through the dark years of the auto pen, leading up to a new Trump administration, massive changes
00:13:38.580 took place. Guys that we felt were on our team, all of a sudden there's a rift, a chasm, and we
00:13:44.940 find ourselves on the other side of said chasm. People who previously were friends are now all
00:13:52.760 of a sudden behaving, if not outright in their hearts, at least their actions and words are the
00:13:59.020 actions and words of opponents and enemies. This is continuing to happen. If you think we're going
00:14:05.820 to get all of a sudden a united core, if you think all of a sudden everyone's going to come 1.00
00:14:11.300 and join together on the right, link arms and sing Kumbaya, you are an idiot, right? I have 1.00
00:14:18.620 oceanfront property in Kansas I would love to pitch you on. It's not going to happen.
00:14:24.340 Doug Wilson is a canary in the coal mine. Doug Wilson is simply a case study that proves our
00:14:30.680 macro thesis. And that's what this episode is about. And we have come to bring receipts,
00:14:36.640 both in regards to Doug Wilson, which we'll be looking into more, but also we're going to show
00:14:41.580 you how there have been foreign players in the game buying off, or in some cases, even threatening
00:14:51.320 all of your favorite media influencers, all of your political and cultural commentators,
00:14:58.280 and people are shifting to one side or the other based on where they can have safety and be left
00:15:05.120 alone by three-letter agencies, that's one of the incentives, or where they can have cash,
00:15:11.240 where they can profit off of some alliance. You've got Yoram Harzoni, who lives in Jerusalem,
00:15:18.320 who is regularly coming to the United States and proposes to be a nationalist, right? He's on our
00:15:24.860 team, of course, while wearing his kippah, being an Orthodox Jew who believes that Jesus Christ 1.00
00:15:31.260 is not the son of God, the lamb of God, slain for the sins of the world, but rather the bastard 1.00
00:15:37.260 child of a whore who blasphemed against God, made false prophecies, and currently is burning 1.00
00:15:43.100 in hell. Yeah, I don't think that he's on our team. I don't think that he is a friend. He can 1.00
00:15:49.400 push forward certain right-wing ideologies such as nationalism, but the question that we should
00:15:55.200 be asking is nationalism for who? He may have some good intentions when it comes to our country,
00:16:01.960 these United States, but the real national sovereignty that he desires is for his country,
00:16:08.260 namely Israel. Ben Shapiro has been clearly ousted for at least a couple years at this point
00:16:15.480 as being someone who ultimately is Israel first, not America first. I want us to also look into
00:16:22.180 Laura Chen, who I appreciate some of her commentary, but the record still needs to be set
00:16:27.640 straight. We need to be honest and forthcoming about what's been going on behind the scenes.
00:16:33.020 Laura Chen, also in that regard, we would have to list Benny Johnson, who is not great. Just
00:16:40.480 got to be honest about that. I think he does some good, but not great overall. Tim Pool. I've been
00:16:46.700 on his show twice. I appreciate Tim Pool. Maybe he just got hoodwinked and caught up in the
00:16:52.820 fever pitch. But all of these names have been behind the scenes, either threatened or bought
00:17:00.980 in one way or another, pushed, shaped, formed within larger foreign interest on one side of
00:17:10.600 the aisle or the other. And to think that this may have happened to someone like Doug Wilson
00:17:15.860 is not far-fetched. Again, we're not making a definitive claim in regards to any of these
00:17:22.160 people, including Doug Wilson, but we're simply begging the question. You need to ask yourself,
00:17:29.960 is there actually a valid category for people on the right who may have been trustworthy in the
00:17:37.800 past at a certain point getting a visit from the FBI or the CIA or this, that, or the other,
00:17:45.000 and being said, told, sat down, we can make life very difficult for you. Here's what we have on
00:17:52.820 you. Here's your rap sheet that we've been watching your entire adult career. We have 30 years. We
00:18:00.720 have 40 years, in some cases, of this instance, this instance, this instance. We can take you to
00:18:06.840 court. We can make your life a nightmare. Or you can play for our team. And here's the nice part 0.88
00:18:15.680 about playing for our team. It doesn't require that you go and dye your hair blue. It doesn't
00:18:21.020 require that you get a sex change. In fact, precisely the opposite. See, that would be far
00:18:26.740 too obvious. What it actually requires is that you continue to pretend to be as right-wing as
00:18:32.720 you ever have. But you are now the free safety for team liberalism. Imagine two football teams.
00:18:41.500 One team has been winning for the last 70, 80 years. That is team liberalism. On a football
00:18:47.700 team, you have the linemen, but behind them, as the final bulwark, you have the free safety.
00:18:54.420 Some of these guys are being drafted, either through threats or through bribes, to play
00:19:00.680 free safety, the last line of defense for team liberalism, meaning team liberalism knows that
00:19:08.380 it's on the ropes, right? They had a 50 point lead, but all of a sudden the true right wing
00:19:14.860 is coming back. Now they still have a lead. They still have the upper hand, but they recognize
00:19:21.020 that the opposition is in fact formidable. And so what they need to employ are strong free safeties
00:19:28.260 to ensure that the real right-wing team does not get another score. So they elicit guys on their
00:19:37.060 team who have been right-wing with their trajectory, their track record, their credibility,
00:19:42.980 their trustworthiness, and they say, you need to be controlled opposition. Controlled opposition.
00:19:50.620 You are the buck stops here. So yeah, we recognize that feminism, we kind of overplayed our hand. 1.00
00:19:56.760 patriarchy is on the rise so we need you to still be patriarchal but it needs to be patriarchy
00:20:03.800 within the frame of liberalism right so then what kind of patriarchy do you get well let's show you
00:20:10.880 here's a clip from Doug Wilson talking about repealing the 19th amendment based our guy
00:20:16.860 talking about a household vote but is it actually patriarchy what you'll see in this clip is what I
00:20:25.400 would call feministic patriarchy that's a wild take enjoy now you've called for repealing
00:20:32.960 women's right to vote which is protected by the 19th amendment right why
00:20:37.800 because it's a good idea no um a lot of women wouldn't yeah a lot of women wouldn't agree
00:20:46.860 all right but this is the this is one of my favorite questions now too um this is not an
00:20:54.160 XXXY chromosome issue. Because I don't want women voting as individuals, because I don't want men
00:21:04.320 voting as individuals. So what I envision is a system that we have practiced in our church here 0.98
00:21:13.560 for four decades, and that is household voting.
00:21:18.160 Okay, so in our polity, in our church system,
00:21:24.060 the congregation votes on the installation of deacons
00:21:27.580 and elders and calling a pastor.
00:21:29.960 Those are the areas where the church exercises its voice.
00:21:35.320 And when we hold a church election for an elder,
00:21:40.080 about 7% of the votes are cast by women
00:21:45.320 because we have a number of women 0.64
00:21:47.760 who are heads of their households. 0.99
00:21:49.940 And when a young man, let's say a college student,
00:21:52.700 moves to Moscow and he's 19 years old
00:21:56.520 and he's going to college
00:21:57.920 and he wants to become a member,
00:22:00.340 we interview him.
00:22:01.760 And one of the things we ask is,
00:22:03.480 who's paying for your school?
00:22:06.040 And if his folks back home are putting him through school,
00:22:08.740 we bring him into membership but he's non-voting member because he's not a household so but with
00:22:15.140 the concept of headship within your church which is households led by men when there's a man when
00:22:21.920 there's a man um that would mean the vote would ultimately be decided by the head of the household
00:22:28.040 well the vote would be decided the vote would be cast by the head of the household which would
00:22:34.740 typically be the man. The man. Right. And when it isn't, in our church, we have a number of
00:22:41.280 households headed by women. And when they head the household, they vote. So it's the household 1.00
00:22:46.960 that votes. Yeah, that's not great. It's not an XX or an XY chromosome issue. Counterpoint,
00:22:54.360 yes, it is. Yes, it is. The principle in scripture is not just representative government
00:23:01.560 because that's somehow better, right?
00:23:04.680 Now, I do agree that I think
00:23:07.140 that we should be molecular as a society
00:23:09.800 and not atomistic.
00:23:11.200 The molecule represented here would be the family, right?
00:23:15.460 Rather than the atom being the individual.
00:23:18.060 So I do believe that representative government
00:23:20.380 is a better idea than a raw universal suffrage democracy.
00:23:25.780 I believe that.
00:23:27.380 But the principle that the Bible puts forward
00:23:30.620 is not merely an androgynous representative government. But what the Bible puts forward
00:23:37.840 is not just household voting, but male voting. It is male headship. The principle is not just 0.69
00:23:45.160 representation. The principle is patriarchy. Father rule. And when there is not a male head
00:23:53.280 of a household, then the household has no head. The household has no head, and therefore,
00:23:59.580 their vote would be cast by another male representative. That woman who has five kids,
00:24:07.500 all with five different baby daddies, I actually don't want her voting in our elections, whether 0.99
00:24:13.440 it be ecclesiastical in the realm of the church, or whether it be political, civil in the realm of 0.96
00:24:19.000 these United States of America. So you have young right-wing 21-year-old men. They don't get a vote.
00:24:25.940 but then you have a liberal left-wing baby mama without a husband. She's married to Uncle Sam 1.00
00:24:35.340 and gets checks in the mail that you pay for, taxpayer. She gets a vote. The young right-wing 0.99
00:24:42.120 man who has his life put together, he just happens to be 21 and he hasn't taken a wife yet.
00:24:47.320 He doesn't get a vote. This does not even the scales. This does not work pragmatically in our
00:24:54.360 interest of having a more conservative country, but more importantly than pragmatism, is the
00:25:00.040 principle. The biblical principle is not merely headship. The biblical principle is male headship.
00:25:07.300 The biblical principle is patriarchy, not patriarchal feminism or feministic patriarchy, 0.51
00:25:14.440 but patriarchy, father rule. So that single mom with multiple children who does not have a husband
00:25:20.300 in her immediate household, who cast her vote? Her father, her uncle, her brother, or in the
00:25:27.500 case of an ecclesiastical setting, the male elders of the church, taking her interest to heart and
00:25:35.060 voting in such a way that also encompasses her needs. But she doesn't get to cast the vote
00:25:41.280 because she is not a man. And men represent households because God established a principle
00:25:47.960 that is not merely androgynous headship, but male headship. So it quite literally is an XXXY 0.51
00:25:56.140 issue. Where did this come from? This is not the Doug Wilson that I used to read. This is not the
00:26:02.700 Doug Wilson that we all once enjoyed. I think there's a lot of guys doing this. I don't want
00:26:07.980 to just pick on Doug Wilson. We're using him because it's close to home. We've had a front
00:26:13.840 row seat as it pertains to his trajectory and his shift over recent years. So he's an example that
00:26:20.620 we can use with some measure of credibility, accuracy, knowledge in the behind the scenes.
00:26:27.120 But this is not an isolated event. This is, I believe, a universal phenomenon that is going
00:26:33.700 on with multiple influencers, multiple journalists, podcasters, pastors, politicians, and so on and so
00:26:43.920 forth. I was going to say, it's so ironic seeing him use this logic. Well, it's not about men and
00:26:48.740 about women. It's about representative government, because I recognize that line of argumentation,
00:26:52.440 and it would be from the soft complementarians. So they would hold to, for example, a male-only
00:26:56.520 pastorate because they have to, but they would simply say, the reason God did that has nothing
00:27:01.380 to do with biology, nothing to do with how he made men and women. It's just arbitrary. He decided,
00:27:06.460 I'm going to go ahead and make men pastors. But I remember one of the most profound things I've
00:27:10.100 read from Douglas Wilson back in the day, him talking actually about sex and saying,
00:27:14.120 sex itself is patriarchal. God has designed the nature of the universe such that it is not a,
00:27:19.440 quote, egalitarian pleasure fest. There is an inherent asymmetry, an inherent hierarchy that
00:27:25.620 can't be reversed. Nature has been designed this way. And so this is how we used to talk. And then
00:27:30.680 we come over to voting, we come over to leadership. Well, has God given something to men also in
00:27:36.160 nature? So stepping away from the arena of sex, stepping into the arena of decision-making, the
00:27:40.860 arena of assertiveness, the arena of not thinking emotionally, but thinking strategically. Has God
00:27:47.760 given anything to men in this arena to better endow them with the ability to vote, the ability
00:27:52.860 to lead, the ability to make decisions, to which you would say, see our past published works? Of
00:27:57.020 course he has. He's built it into nature. So to hear him use this line of argumentation that he
00:28:02.420 himself years ago explicitly rejected to come out with this to be clever, to be cute, to be funny,
00:28:09.120 to win an audience, we can look at what you wrote, Pastor Wilson. We can look at what you said.
00:28:13.620 We can look at what you said in the past. We can also look at what you said in the present,
00:28:17.300 right there in that very clip. This is not an XXXY chromosome issue. Skip forward 30, 45 seconds,
00:28:25.180 in which case he admits by his own volition well whenever a male is present the male gets to cast
00:28:33.300 the vote rather than the woman why so you're saying no it's really not about i didn't even
00:28:39.540 catch the sexes of male versus female it's simply about there being a head of household
00:28:44.360 and representative government at the level of the family okay but whenever there are both parties
00:28:51.240 present, father and mother, you yourself admit it always goes to father for him to take responsibility
00:28:59.160 to cast the vote. Why? Why is it whenever a male is present, it's the male assumed to be the head
00:29:07.520 of household rather than even the consideration of it being the woman? Well, because of the Bible.
00:29:13.900 And the Bible says pretty clearly that it is actually a male versus female issue. 0.87
00:29:20.000 It is an XX versus XY issue.
00:29:22.820 So you're just not even being honest, not just consistent over the last 10, 20, 30 years.
00:29:30.160 You're not being consistent within 10, 20, 30 seconds.
00:29:33.960 Right.
00:29:34.180 And one of the reasons you're forced to make those kinds of compromises when you're, for example, in an interview with NPR,
00:29:40.160 You're in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, which he's also done, is because, and this goes back to your earlier point of the absolute, what would you say, the complete domination of liberalism in all of our major institutions and the media being the most prominent, the most central collection of liberal ideas is you are forced to make a choice.
00:30:04.560 When you go from being a small town pastor and a small ministry president and leader of a small ministry with kind of niche influence and you make a decision and you say, I want to have power in Washington, D.C.
00:30:18.240 I want to have power.
00:30:19.180 I want to have notoriety all across the nation.
00:30:23.040 I want to grow my influence.
00:30:24.680 The choice that you're forced to make is, well, how do I accomplish that?
00:30:29.200 I have to win people over through the existing institutions.
00:30:32.840 the captured and corrupt existing institutions and they're going to call you out and yep npr is
00:30:39.380 going to have an interview with you and they're going to press you on these topics and you know
00:30:43.060 in your mind oh i can't really say what i think i can't say what i've said in the past because
00:30:48.700 that isn't palatable and these media institutions they will um they they'll throw me under the bus
00:30:55.380 as quickly as i tried to get capture the power i'd lose it all and um and this is this is gets
00:31:00.940 this concept of gatekeeping, actually. So when you think about the halls of power, whether it's
00:31:05.580 Washington, D.C., or it's the GOP, it's all gatekept. That's the reality. It's like we're
00:31:10.760 sitting here at NXR. We recognize that the next tier up, there's a massive ideological chasm
00:31:17.600 there. That if we actually say what the Bible teaches and what we actually believe, those
00:31:24.420 people won't like us and they'll do anything to crush us and keep us out. And so when you think
00:31:31.460 about all of these major, we just call them like TRA institutions or these TRA influencers,
00:31:37.320 right? Conservative influencers. You have to recognize that all of these people were faced
00:31:42.360 that question. They faced that dilemma. And when you think about it that way, it becomes very
00:31:48.440 reasonable to think there's compromise everywhere. Including Charlie Kirk. Let's just be honest for
00:31:53.680 a second. I understand that it is not popular to say anything that could even be barely interpreted
00:32:01.060 as negative towards Charlie Kirk in light of his assassination. But you don't get to the status
00:32:08.020 that Charlie Kirk did without making some serious deals. Charlie Kirk was what, six foot four, six
00:32:14.680 foot five. He was reasonably attractive. He was a very competent and gifted orator. The basic normie
00:32:24.400 kind of evangelical conservative arguments, he had them downloaded in his mind. He would practice
00:32:32.480 going over them. He had them memorized backwards and forwards. So he had the basic arguments to
00:32:37.880 be able to argue successfully with 19-year-old limbs on a college campus with reasonable
00:32:44.120 oration, right? Presenter skills and decently attractive. And that would take anyone a certain
00:32:53.020 distance. It does not take you all the way, the distance required to be $150 million organization.
00:33:01.760 So what gets you there? What bridges the gap from Charlie's real gift set to Charlie's actual
00:33:08.600 position that he was able to achieve in a short term, in a short term by the age of 32. Well,
00:33:15.220 what bridges the gap is, well, it's a lot of things. In Charlie's case, a big one would be
00:33:20.120 Jewish donors by his own admission. And towards the end there, he started to really struggle with
00:33:26.440 it. Now, here's the deal. I'm not saying, so Charlie was compromised from the beginning. I
00:33:30.220 don't think that Charlie was compromised. I think that Charlie was mentored by Dennis Prager. I
00:33:35.400 don't think that. That's the record. That's true. In other words, I don't think that he willingly
00:33:39.420 compromised. I think he just honestly was sold. He believed. He was a true believer, right? In
00:33:47.400 Israel, America, you know, the greatest allies, the best of friends that have ever been, and 0.93
00:33:51.880 dispensational Zionism. It's on every page of the Bible, and this is what the Word of God literally 0.67
00:33:56.980 teaches. I think he actually believed it. I don't think he was lying through his teeth. I think that
00:34:01.820 he actually believed it and started more and more to maybe question some of those things towards the
00:34:07.720 end of his life. But here's the point. Whether somebody compromises, right, in a conscious way,
00:34:15.160 not just they actually believed it, they were wrong, and they changed over time, but they knew
00:34:19.640 better, and they chose to go against their better judgment. They willfully chose to do something
00:34:24.820 they knew was wrong, and it bridged the gap and got them from point A to point Z, whether it's that
00:34:29.340 or someone is a true believer, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as Charlie was, and they get naturally
00:34:35.180 without having to compromise from A to Z, but then come into said knowledge. Well, then they still,
00:34:41.780 nonetheless, Antonio, your point is true, whether it's here at the end when you come into certain
00:34:46.120 knowledge or whether it's at the beginning when you already have the knowledge, but then have to
00:34:50.380 make a choice. One way or another, the choice still stands. There will be some point of your life,
00:34:56.860 some point in your career, some point in this journey of following Christ where you will have
00:35:03.860 to choose, do I sell out or do I remain faithful? This is the Christian life. What we're talking
00:35:10.060 about in this episode is really just the Christian life. If you deny me before men, I will deny you 0.99
00:35:16.840 before my Father, right? There is, for every follower of Christ, at some point in their life,
00:35:24.040 a push, a shove, a temptation to deny Christ, to sell out, like Judas, to take the 30 shekels
00:35:33.660 of silver. That's always a choice. Even when Bibi came out, Benjamin Netanyahu,
00:35:41.780 about a year ago at this point, and even admitted that there was some form of payment for social
00:35:47.800 media posts for some content creators that were pro-Israel and met whatever their criteria was,
00:35:53.340 and the payment was $7,000. Did you know, just a little fun freebie fact here,
00:36:01.520 what is the current value, give or take, approximate here, not exactly, of 30 shekels
00:36:09.400 of silver? It's around $7,000. Some things never change, brothers and sisters. Some things remain
00:36:17.340 the same. Whether it's 2,000 years ago, 30 shekels of silver, or whether it's skipped 2,000 years
00:36:23.380 ahead for a social media post from Bibi Netanyahu, $7,000. The game is still the same. The game is
00:36:32.840 the temptations, the proclivities, that all these things, the tendencies are always there because
00:36:38.840 sin doesn't change. Compromise doesn't change. Courage doesn't change. Fidelity doesn't change.
00:36:45.400 And for us, right, this is one of the things that we are trying to do with NXR Studios
00:36:52.420 is we are trying to box ourselves in to faithfulness.
00:36:58.220 I'm going to say that again because many of you will miss it.
00:37:01.160 We are trying to board up the room of faithfulness.
00:37:06.800 Every door, every window, every crack.
00:37:10.120 In other words, what we're trying to do is like, well, it's like the prince in the silver chair being tied down, right?
00:37:20.300 So that he cannot, even when he, another mind, another mentality, almost like another personality takes over that he cannot act upon it because he's restrained willfully.
00:37:34.480 When he was of another mindset, he willfully allowed himself to be restrained.
00:37:40.760 I am trying not to be a shock jock just for the sake of being a shock jock or an edgelord
00:37:47.160 or so on and so forth, but I am trying to be so clear and so faithful to where the temptation
00:37:55.320 for us, I hope by God's grace, not only would we have the fortitude to pass the test if
00:38:01.160 and when that happened. But I'm trying to position our company in such a way to where the temptation
00:38:07.840 will never come. Why? Because those who would seek that, they would look at us and say,
00:38:13.500 look at their record. Look at the statements they've made. Look at the books they've published.
00:38:19.320 Look at the episodes that they've done. We can't whitewash this even if we tried, right?
00:38:26.060 this is irredeemable. They are irredeemably right-wing, irredeemably Christian, irredeemably 0.97
00:38:34.260 America first. There's no way to spin this in another light. There's no way to work up some 0.98
00:38:44.700 kind of PR campaign that would cleanse their record. There's no way, no way to do it. And
00:38:51.380 And that's honestly, that's something that I'm trying to accomplish because, well, the Bible
00:38:57.940 says to avoid even the appearance of sin. One of the ways that we avoid temptation is not by walking
00:39:02.760 right up to the face of temptation and standing our ground. Now, the Bible says in several cases
00:39:07.920 that the way that we avoid temptation is by fleeing, by turning the opposite direction and
00:39:13.500 running so that you and temptation, hopefully, are crossing paths, right, is rarely as possible.
00:39:22.560 Any thoughts on that? Just to give credit to Charlie where credit is due, this could have been,
00:39:28.240 Lord knows what actually happened, and it probably will be heaven before we actually find out,
00:39:31.800 but at the very end of his life, we have the text to read them here. He says, just lost another huge
00:39:36.980 Jewish donor, two million dollars a year because we won't cancel Tucker. I'm thinking of inviting
00:39:41.640 Candace, Jewish donors playing to all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied 0.83
00:39:46.400 like this. At the very end of his life, Charlie Kirk, and God bless him, and this is the kind of
00:39:50.440 man he was. He had numerous offers, I'm sure, all along that path. And each one, he continued to
00:39:55.860 stay principled in many ways, stay true to what he believed. And here was one of the final tests.
00:40:00.120 And he said, no, I'm not cutting off my friends. No, I'm not disinviting these people because you
00:40:04.440 disagree with them. No, I won't be bought. No, I won't be bullied with money. And that, in many
00:40:08.760 ways is his legacy, and that's a great legacy to have. What are the revelations here at the very
00:40:13.400 end of your life? I can't be bought. I can't be paid. I won't cut out my friends for money.
00:40:18.120 Yeah, and the end, the end is the decisive factor. Not the beginning, but the end, right? There are
00:40:25.120 two types of people that you can be. You can be a guy who, for all intents and purposes, in terms
00:40:31.120 of the public optic and what the record seems to show, is for Christ, even close, one of the 12,
00:40:38.100 all the way until the end when you betray him, looking at you, Judas. Or you can be a guy who
00:40:44.420 was a thief and a murderer all your life, working against the cause of Christ, but at the end that
00:40:52.260 you won't even allow or stand for Christ being mocked and using your dying breaths to defend 0.98
00:40:58.800 the Son of God as the Son of God, looking at you, thief on the cross. Which one was with Christ upon
00:41:06.280 his death in paradise, right? It's the guy who finishes well. It's like Boromir, right? He
00:41:13.080 finishes well. At the end, he's, I won't betray my friends. I will stand up. I will fight for them.
00:41:20.860 I will defend them. This temptation comes for all of us in different ways, different forms,
00:41:26.440 different fashions, different degrees, right? Depending on you, your personality, your vocation,
00:41:32.180 your career, your calling. But the temptation to deny Christ will come nonetheless. And Tony,
00:41:40.100 you prepared a story, and I want you to read some of it. At least give us a synopsis, but there may
00:41:45.020 be whole swaths that you want to read out loud. Take the liberty. Yeah, so this is a story. It's
00:41:49.600 not that new. It's not a new revelation, but it's about two years old. And what we'll read here is
00:41:54.160 from the New York Times published this article here on September 7th, 2024. So about two years
00:41:59.120 ago. And this is a, this is the entire tenant media story. So some people might be familiar
00:42:03.460 with this. Essentially there was, uh, Kremlin, uh, officials or Kremlin adjacent officials who
00:42:10.360 were funneling money. And this one has to believe that this is a relatively common practice. And so
00:42:15.660 even though this is something that's become, became a big story, um, it's happening probably
00:42:20.640 in so many different domains. Uh, but this, this is a story of Kremlin officials, so Russian
00:42:24.580 officials who were funneling money into an American-based company who was then soliciting
00:42:30.400 content from a number of people, some of which you've already mentioned. Right-wing. Right-wing
00:42:35.580 people. Yep. Temple, Lauren Chen. Temple, Lauren Chen, Benny Johnson. Dave Rubin. Dave Rubin was
00:42:41.740 one of them. And essentially with the goal of promoting a specific view, for example, on Ukraine
00:42:47.880 and Russia or a number of other different things, whether it be COVID or whether it be
00:42:52.980 2020 election, all of these things. So basically the idea here, the gist is what I'm going to read
00:42:58.840 is you have foreign influences that are funneling money and they're trying to, attempting to,
00:43:05.180 sometimes and mostly under the guise of relatively innocent pretensions, trying to compromise people,
00:43:13.020 trying to get them to say things that they wouldn't normally say or talk about things,
00:43:16.580 more importantly, that they normally wouldn't talk about. So let's jump into this article. I
00:43:20.120 won't read much from it but just to give an overview it starts with in early 2022 a young
00:43:25.380 couple from canada lauren chen and liam donovan registered a new company in tennessee that went
00:43:30.780 on to create a social media outlet called tenant media by november 2023 they had assembled a lineup
00:43:36.400 of major conservative social media stars including benny johnson tim pool and dave rubin to post
00:43:41.640 original content on tenant's platform the site then began posting hundreds of videos trafficking
00:43:46.280 in pointed political commentary as well as conspiracy theories about election fraud,
00:43:51.280 COVID-19, immigrants, and the Russian war with Ukraine. These were all promoted across the
00:43:57.460 spectrum of social media from YouTube to TikTok to X, Facebook, Instagram, and Rumble.
00:44:01.460 It was all federal prosecutors are now saying, this is back in 2024, a covert Russian influence
00:44:06.700 operation. On Wednesday, the Justice Department accused two Russians of helping orchestrate $10
00:44:11.500 million dollars in payments to Tenet in a scheme to use those stars to spread Kremlin-friendly
00:44:16.260 messages. The disclosures reflect the growing sophistication of the Kremlin's long-standing
00:44:22.420 efforts to shape American public opinion and advance Russia's geopolitical goals, which include,
00:44:27.700 according to the American intelligence assessments, the election of former President Donald J. Trump
00:44:31.780 in November. In 2016 and 2020, Russia also employed armies of internet trolls, fake accounts,
00:44:37.360 this is stuff we're all familiar with, bot farms, to try to reach American audiences with debatable
00:44:41.140 success. The operation that prosecutors described this week shows a pivot to exploiting already
00:44:45.800 established social media influencers who, in this case, generated as many as 16 million views
00:44:52.020 on Tenet's YouTube channel alone. Most viewers were presumably unaware, as the influencers
00:44:57.560 themselves said they were, that Russia was paying for it all. I just want to quickly, before we talk
00:45:02.080 about this, jump over to another story. This is about a year later. It was published in August
00:45:06.040 of 2025, specific to Benny Johnson. It says, and it's continuing from this story, essentially,
00:45:12.860 last fall, federal prosecutors revealed charges against two Kremlin operatives who had paid
00:45:17.060 $10 million to a company called Tenant Media to produce video content. Mr. Johnson, that is Benny
00:45:22.460 Johnson, was one of the influencers contracted by Tenant to make that content. He has described
00:45:27.420 himself as an unwitting victim of the scheme and unaware of who was financing Tenant, and he has
00:45:32.500 not been charged in the investigation. But more recently, Benny Johnson drew scrutiny from gaining
00:45:36.840 2.5 million new subscribers to his YouTube channel from April 2025 to July 2025, a huge spike that
00:45:45.360 nearly doubled his already large following on the platform. But over that same period, this is key,
00:45:51.520 total monthly views of his videos decreased by more than 40 million, according to the data from
00:45:57.080 analytics firm, Social Blade. That led to questions about whether Mr. Johnson's account
00:46:02.240 may have been manipulated in some way since subscriber growth and video views generally
00:46:07.040 move up and down together on the site. There you have it. When you were talking at the beginning,
00:46:11.620 Joel, I couldn't help but think about how different corporations, if you're around long enough,
00:46:15.520 you'll go through these different phases and you'll maybe be first to a certain industry
00:46:18.780 and then time goes on and you get boxed out by someone that's younger and hungrier.
00:46:22.260 But if you have millions of dollars, but you don't necessarily have the youth, you don't have
00:46:25.900 motion, you don't have interest. Well, what you do is you take those millions of dollars to buy
00:46:30.380 for yourself a new audience under the same guise. I think of Fox Film Company. Fox Broadcasting had
00:46:36.620 a generational run. They disrupted the big three broadcasters in the 80s, and they kind of ruled
00:46:42.380 the primetime slot. They ruled cable television. Now, cable television, as we know, all eventually,
00:46:47.780 it went the way of the dodo. It's kind of a boomer thing now. So what do you do when you have
00:46:51.980 hundreds of millions of dollars, billions of dollars, right here in this Fox Broadcasting
00:46:55.800 News company, but nobody's really watching anymore. You're kind of dying. What you do
00:46:59.920 is you buy other platforms that are new and growing. Roku, Tubi, streaming platforms that
00:47:05.320 you and I use. So you would think, here's this big organization, and well, they had their time,
00:47:09.240 they disrupted the status quo, but now they're going to go the way of the dodo. We're going to
00:47:13.200 go ahead and we're going to have young blood. Oh wait, their money just came in and they bought
00:47:16.840 different vehicles for the same messaging, the same content, just repackaged and delivered
00:47:21.440 another way with this outgoing neoconservative political institution of course they're not going
00:47:26.720 to sit there on piles and piles of cash all of this legacy all of these institutions all of these
00:47:31.940 buildings well shucks we lost we lost to a couple of live streamers we lost to some christians
00:47:37.220 wrap it up call it a day now you take that money you find a new voice you find someone younger
00:47:41.700 willing to carry your message and you continue saying the same thing and you use that money to
00:47:46.080 shove it down people's throats.
00:47:47.860 And so that's what's going on here.
00:47:49.000 The old order, dying, loaded with cash,
00:47:52.160 able to buy their way in if they're able to do so.
00:47:54.880 And if you are fooled to a brand new audience,
00:47:57.220 if they're willing to have it.
00:47:58.820 Yeah, for us here at NXR,
00:48:02.380 one of the things that we're doing, right?
00:48:04.560 So we began as Right Response Ministries.
00:48:07.600 Right Response Ministries, by the grace of God, continues.
00:48:10.380 It's doing a couple podcasts every single week
00:48:13.060 on Tuesdays and Thursdays with some articles
00:48:15.060 every single week.
00:48:16.080 we're probably going to be hosting an in-person event, probably more so geared towards the church,
00:48:23.320 maybe exclusive to pastors, maybe open to all, but very much focused towards the church and not so
00:48:29.780 much civil politics and looking at doing something like that, probably hosting it in our church
00:48:34.800 building. So looking to have, you know, four or 500 people in attendance coming in the spring of
00:48:40.880 2027, maybe March, maybe April. So a couple in-person live events. We're also looking to
00:48:46.320 maybe publish a book next year with Right Response Ministries, something on covenant theology or
00:48:51.460 something along those lines, and the podcasts that we publish, the articles that we publish,
00:48:56.420 so on and so forth. So Right Response Ministries is doing well. But for the last five years,
00:49:03.600 that's all we had was Right Response Ministries, and God blessed it. And we organically grew and
00:49:09.220 grew and grew year over year for about five years. This year, as many of you know, was the first year
00:49:15.060 that we launched NXR Studios, New Christian Right Studios. New Christian Right, this organization,
00:49:22.680 we cut our teeth working with Right Response, but this organization is an entirely separate entity
00:49:30.340 from Right Response Ministries, and one of the reasons we went for profit is so that we could
00:49:35.460 actually take on not merely donations like a 501c3, but so that we could take on investors
00:49:41.500 because we wanted to be able to expand and not just grow organically, but be able to expand with
00:49:48.000 our team and some of our resources and equipment and these kinds of things to take our production
00:49:52.560 level, just our level of excellence across the board from our content, our substance, our
00:49:58.080 production, the whole nine yards, be able to take it from A to Z. And that's what we did.
00:50:04.540 but we've been very, very careful in regards to who those investors are. Now, we're not going to
00:50:11.480 be giving you names and social security numbers. I'm sorry. For those of you who hate us, you
00:50:15.420 probably love that. We're not going to do that. We're not going to allow you to try to hunt down
00:50:19.660 our investors and ruin their lives. But we will say that every single one of them is not a Jew, 0.99
00:50:26.300 not a Muslim, also not a Russian oligarch, right? We're picking on everybody here.
00:50:32.580 every single one of them is a private individual. It's not an organization. It's certainly not a
00:50:39.000 nation. It's a private individual that we know personally who is a Christian, who is a Christian.
00:50:46.540 And none of these investments came with strings attached in terms of what direction the content
00:50:53.240 needed to go. None of them said, you know what, I'll invest, but I need you to, you need to talk
00:50:58.600 about Russia a little bit more. Or we need you, you know, we'll invest, but we need you to take
00:51:04.140 a two-week trip, all expenses paid, out to Israel, you know, just to see what we're doing, just to
00:51:09.340 see, you know, the streets where Jesus walked, right? There's, you know, there's no strings
00:51:14.000 attached. We just, you know, no, we're not doing that. Every single one of these individuals is
00:51:20.100 a private individual, not an entity, not an organization. None of them are politicians.
00:51:27.220 They are all Christians, and they are all Americans, right?
00:51:31.760 Christians and Americans.
00:51:32.980 And when I say American, I mean, I'm not talking about a paperwork American.
00:51:36.120 We're talking about true blue, red-blooded, right?
00:51:39.860 Heritage Americans.
00:51:41.500 Those are our supporters.
00:51:43.020 We are not taking Russian money.
00:51:44.540 We are not taking Qatar money. 0.58
00:51:45.840 We are not taking Israel money. 0.87
00:51:47.280 But the whole point of this episode is to say that as that remnant rises up, 0.72
00:51:52.060 biblically speaking, this is what always happens.
00:51:54.580 when the wheat rises, the tares rise with it. When we win, not if, when we win, it will be
00:52:04.620 because the winds and the providence and kindness of God through his sovereignty have shifted for
00:52:11.420 Christians in this nation. But here's the thing, when the winds shift, opportunists will shift
00:52:18.100 with it. There will be those who are pure, and they will rise with us. But there will be those,
00:52:26.200 even now, who are in backroom meetings, paid trips, this conference, that conference, who are
00:52:33.360 getting deals. Some are getting bullied. Some are getting bribed. But one way or the other,
00:52:40.620 There are people being incentivized by carrot or by stick to say, the shift is happening.
00:52:49.000 Run out ahead of this organic parade and pretend as though you engineered it.
00:52:54.380 And this is what you need to be watching.
00:52:57.100 You need to exercise discernment. 0.55
00:53:00.480 You must be innocent as doves and shrewd as vipers.
00:53:04.540 You need to be able to see who is hopping on the talking points all of a sudden.
00:53:10.620 now that they're popular, right? And who was there all along? You need to also be able to see
00:53:18.060 when a certain truth emerges, and it is in fact true. Is there any false reasons for siding with
00:53:26.820 said truth, right? So somebody is hopping on, hey, the tail is wagging the dog here.
00:53:33.560 we are, America is an occupied government. We are in a stranglehold from Israel. That's true. 0.94
00:53:41.360 So who is able to say that with American interest as the sole motivating factor? 0.99
00:53:48.340 And who is saying that with other motivating factors like Muslims, right? That's what you 0.98
00:53:56.400 need to be looking for. Who will publish a book against Judeo-Christianity as a heresy?
00:54:02.520 and who will turn around and publish another 0.71
00:54:05.780 against the silent jihad in the Islamification of the West.
00:54:11.680 Again, we are not the only.
00:54:14.380 But right now, because the tide has not yet shifted,
00:54:18.220 we are the few.
00:54:20.600 We are the few.
00:54:22.040 And you need to be able to spot this stuff.
00:54:24.940 And you need to grow in your maturity
00:54:26.760 and grow in your appetite and get in the fight.
00:54:30.540 So watch, listen, discern, discern, be wise.
00:54:38.900 Who are you following, right?
00:54:41.220 Have they pivoted?
00:54:43.020 Have they shifted?
00:54:44.660 Is there a major pivot, major shift?
00:54:46.560 There's a difference in this person is saying some things they wouldn't have said three
00:54:50.440 years ago, but I can see the same trajectory.
00:54:53.360 No, I'm talking about they were moving a certain direction and then they shifted altogether
00:54:57.660 and the opposite direction.
00:54:59.880 not just that they moved another step forward, but they actually did an about-face and changed
00:55:04.740 directions entirely. Look at that, and then look at what are some of the things in the timeline
00:55:12.000 around the time of that change. Did they get any deals? Did they show up on any big platforms?
00:55:19.940 Did they, by their own admission, I don't know, in a blog, say, I was visited by the FBI?
00:55:24.760 begin to think, what was that FBI conversation like? What might have happened in that moment,
00:55:33.380 in that circumstance? These are the things to look out for, especially as it's not that we
00:55:39.600 need to look out now as we're the minority. We will have to be on the lookout more, all the more
00:55:46.060 when we start to win. Because when you start to win, when the wheat grows up, that's when the
00:55:53.140 tears grow along with it. That's our episode for today. We hope that you found it helpful.
00:55:58.620 We'll see you next time. God bless. Everything we do here at NXR Studios is simply one part of a
00:56:05.040 three-pronged approach to winning America for Christ. On the ground, we have our local church
00:56:11.320 where I preach the Bible and administer word and sacrament. Here at NXR Studios, we focus on
00:56:17.880 politics and culture. But we have a third organization that I am the president of,
00:56:24.020 Right Response Ministries, that sits between the church and NXR Studios. Right Response Ministries
00:56:30.420 puts out weekly written and audio content focused on theology, discipleship, and the church at large.
00:56:38.400 If you'd like to support what we do over there, Right Response Ministries is a 501c3 charitable
00:56:45.200 organization and your donation of any amount is tax deductible. If you'd like to donate,
00:56:51.500 you can simply go to rightresponseministries.com forward slash donate. Again, that's
00:56:58.440 rightresponseministries.com forward slash donate. Thank you very much.
