Many in the Americanan church today fully embrace the concept that ministry is about multiplication. Perhaps the problem is that they see ministry as multiplication ourselves, and in multiplying ourselves, the goal is that we even multiply Christ. But faithful ministers, which all of us should be, recognize that more often than not, true multiplication will happen through generations of believers, and therefore it will occur slowly.
