The reason why so many people in our culture today think they re a victim is because of soft skin and an arrogant heart. We view ourselves as being more deserving than we truly are, and we have a wrong view of the treatment and the injustice we are enduring. And in regards to ourselves, our view of not the treatment, but rather ourselves, we often view ourselves as being more deserving and more entitled than we are.
