00:00:00.240 Good morning and welcome to another episode of Breakfast with Beau, but with no Beau.
00:00:05.980 I will not try to do an impression of Beau. I don't think I can.
00:00:10.440 Instead, let's just get right into it and start talking a little bit about the news.
00:00:15.400 There's a lot going on today.
00:00:17.760 How are you guys? Who was your favorite Israeli army general?
00:00:21.480 That came in through the chats. Maybe I shouldn't be reading the chats now.
00:00:25.220 Maybe I should save them till the end.
00:00:27.420 But I guess in modern times it would have to be Gaddy Eisenkot. 1.00
00:00:33.260 He's the guy who developed the Dahi Doctrine. 0.75
00:00:35.880 The idea behind it was to completely flatten anti-civilian area in retaliation to attacks. 0.84
00:00:41.780 So he sort of carpet-bombed the southern suburb of Beirut,
00:00:45.360 and then that was the model for the carpet-bombing of Gaza.
00:00:49.220 He's my favorite because he's seen as a moderate.
00:00:51.340 it. Anyway, moving on, and let's talk about the news today and see what is happening in the world.
00:00:59.880 Zelensky blames Trump and Brand is a sex predator. Okay, let's talk about Trump. I'm not interested 0.99
00:01:08.680 in talking about Russell Brand, although it seems that this is being quite covered in the news.
00:01:14.700 Zelensky blames Trump for a loss of protection from Russian raids. Here's what's happening.
00:01:18.540 basically the iran war uh because the damage that it has caused to energy infrastructure 0.98
00:01:25.440 and because the americans are pursuing a stupid war of attrition where they lose uh large crude
00:01:33.240 carriers and try to use these carriers as a sort of um well as fire recipients from the iranians 0.98
00:01:42.120 which is something that is completely untenable you will lose carriers at a much faster rate that
00:01:47.360 you can build them, crude carriers I'm talking about here, this is making energy prices spike. 1.00
00:01:53.300 And so is the damage to refineries in the Gulf, which the Iranians are pounding. And so is the 1.00
00:01:59.340 damage to refineries in Russia, which the Ukrainians are pounding with American aid.
00:02:05.220 So the energy situation has gotten so disastrous that Trump has now stepped in and done two things.
00:02:13.720 I'll discuss the second one in a minute. It'll come up in the headlines. But the first thing
00:02:17.340 that he's done is that he's no longer giving the Ukrainians intelligence about incoming Russian
00:02:23.600 missile strikes. This is happening at a time when Ukrainian air defenses are already severely
00:02:29.380 weakened. They haven't collapsed, but they're severely weakened. So losing that intelligence
00:02:34.120 means that there is a lot less time for interceptions to happen, meaning that Russian 0.54
00:02:39.320 strikes are a lot more effective. And this is what Zelensky is complaining about, because he's been
00:02:45.780 told by the americans a bunch of times now over the last few months to stop hitting russian energy
00:02:50.780 it's affecting the global markets too much the americans are quite sensitive about the price of
00:02:55.440 energy um back in the day they even intervened in libya when the libyans were trying to reduce
00:03:01.380 energy flows because of their internal dynamics uh while the u.s was increasing sanctions on iran
00:03:07.500 so the americans are quite sensitive about this zelensky refuses to listen because
00:03:12.620 because for reasons and uh now the americans are punishing him to remind him of who's boss
00:03:20.140 so he's complaining about that understandably i cannot sell my books in the uk says rooney
00:03:26.120 sally rooney has is being forced to withdraw books from sale in the uk because of her support for
00:03:33.620 the banned organization palestine action
00:03:38.220 this whole thing is so annoying first
00:03:46.560 in theory you shouldn't ban people for expressing a view on a foreign conflict
00:03:54.180 second palestine action did conduct terrorist attacks and did attack police officers third
00:04:02.660 if that was the only standard being applied,
00:04:07.100 a lot more Muslim organizations would be banned 0.99
00:04:09.960 because of their similar support for terrorist actions. 0.83
00:04:15.100 So this whole thing is just a foreign conflict being fought out in Britain,
00:04:18.440 and it's just annoying.
00:04:20.460 Russell Brand was a ruthless predator, rape trial told.
00:04:24.260 I'm not that interested. 0.52
00:04:27.420 I don't want to defend the guy and say he did do it or didn't do it.
00:04:31.260 If he did do it, I hope he ends up in jail.
00:04:34.860 What I can't help noticing is that this thing that happened many years ago
00:04:40.020 was dredged up after the guy had turned more right-wing.
00:04:45.840 I wouldn't consider him part of, like, I have my very strong suspicions of him.
00:04:53.480 But all I would note is that this whole thing kicked off
00:04:56.860 because the man in question expressed unauthorized opinions,
00:05:02.600 and odds are they knew this about him for a very long time.
00:05:06.680 So I will leave it there. 0.84
00:05:09.620 Zelensky, my people will die after Trump betrayal.
00:05:12.900 Ukraine leader blames U.S. President as Starlink curbs allow Russia to rain down missiles on Kiev.
00:05:19.600 This is misleading.
00:05:21.480 The Starlink issue is different.
00:05:23.360 The Starlink issue is that it seems somehow, because Starlink isn't just Starlink, there's Starlink and there's Starshield, which is the defense part of Starlink.
00:05:33.060 Starshield is a set of satellites similar to the Starlink satellites that are used primarily by the Pentagon and for defense purposes.
00:05:40.100 What's happened now is that somehow the Americans have cut the speed that Ukrainian drones can fly at before they lose access to Starshield, not Starlink.
00:05:51.620 and in a different story you will see that actually this is being blamed on Trump's decision
00:05:59.060 and this was ordered by Trump essentially via the Pentagon hierarchy and the idea here is to stop
00:06:07.380 the Ukrainians from conducting in-depth strikes in Russia again because of the energy issue so
00:06:13.180 that was the second part of the punishment that I had mentioned earlier the first part was not
00:06:19.560 allowing the Ukrainians to be alerted about incoming Russian fire. The second is limiting
00:06:28.700 Ukraine's own ability to fire into Russia. And if you slow down these drones, well, the Russian air
00:06:35.540 defense has a much bigger chance of intercepting them. And this kind of shows you how badly the
00:06:42.740 war is going for the Ukrainians. And the extent to which this is a NATO war being fought against
00:06:49.000 Russia using Ukraine as a proxy. And it's important to understand here that the price of oil for the
00:06:55.420 American consumer is of much bigger consideration than the value of Ukrainian lives. This is why you
00:07:01.160 should be very cynical about this war. The Ukrainians are getting massively degraded.
00:07:07.000 Russia is slowly dismantling all civilian infrastructure in Ukraine as a direct response
00:07:12.900 to the in-depth strikes that were authorized by NATO. And now the Russians have no incentive to
00:07:18.400 stop because what they're trying to do is to trap the Ukrainian army on the in the far east of the
00:07:24.000 country essentially and cut off all connections to the west of the country and therefore to Europe 0.68
00:07:28.840 cut off the port of Odessa completely and then leave the Ukrainians in the same position that
00:07:34.400 the French army or the German army was in when they invaded Russia. So this is the like every 0.92
00:07:41.460 single time a war goes badly for the Russians they go scorched earth and when the Russians go 0.77
00:07:46.540 scorched earth, no military can win against them in their territory. And that's what's happening 0.58
00:07:52.840 in Ukraine now. And now the Americans are helping with this, because they're sensitive to the price
00:07:59.840 of oil. Russell Brand, a sex predator. Okay, thank you very much. I appreciate that. Thank you. 0.99
00:08:07.400 The growing stench of cover-up over Burnham's cozy ties to Man City's disgraced Emirati owners.
00:08:12.940 Okay, this is big, because it seems that Andy Burnham has been receiving and or giving favors
00:08:19.120 to the owners of Manchester City who are from the UAE royal family.
00:08:26.140 Now, these guys, to their credit, are the most anti-Islamist guys in the Gulf.
00:08:34.420 They are very pro-Israeli, but they are the most anti-Islamist guys in the Gulf.
00:08:39.120 if you have any kind of connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, if you have any kind of connection 0.98
00:08:44.920 to militant Islam in any form, the UAE will simply kill you. They will just absolutely 0.99
00:08:50.840 destroy you. Or in a best case scenario, you'll end up in a jail in the desert for God knows how
00:08:57.620 long. It's not clear to me yet what's the exact relationship between them and Andy Burnham,
00:09:04.700 but it seems that it's close and this is causing a bit of a scandal because I think the offices
00:09:11.880 where number 10 north was set up like his new headquarters meant to be in the north for some
00:09:19.860 reason which is incomprehensible you already have a capital city you don't need to anyway
00:09:24.640 I think that it was linked to them and I think that they've met with each other a bunch of times
00:09:30.220 and haven't actually revealed it.
00:09:32.460 You're meant to disclose your meetings with donors.
00:09:34.960 You're meant to disclose any kind of foreign influence, etc., etc.
00:09:38.280 Not that this applies uniformly, but moving on quickly.
00:09:42.580 So they're pushing Burnham on this,
00:09:44.760 and they're trying to find a way to get rid of Burnham.
00:09:47.900 And it would be a disaster for Labour
00:09:50.600 if they lost Andy Burnham so quickly.
00:09:53.560 It would be an absolute disaster for Labour
00:09:55.660 because then they also, like the Conservatives,
00:09:59.640 would be the party of total chaos. And they're trying to get Ed Miliband to come in and replace
00:10:06.160 Andy Burnham, but Ed Miliband will actually be a much worse prime minister than Keir Starmer or
00:10:14.620 Andy Burnham. He will be considerably worse. So this campaign to unseat Burnham
00:10:21.460 is going to demonstrate the point that the United Kingdom is becoming ungovernable.
00:10:29.640 No party can command a full majority.
00:10:34.400 No party can actually operate the levers of government and disagreements within the parties
00:10:40.200 themselves are so severe that they keep stabbing their prime ministers in the back and getting
00:10:45.880 rid of them.
00:10:48.120 And the prime ministers themselves consistently fail to deliver anything that they promised
00:10:52.860 to the voters because there is too much spending on welfare, the commitment to Ukraine is too
00:10:58.400 big, immigration is too high, the whole country is falling apart. It's becoming ungovernable.
00:11:06.460 So this type of steady political chaos is very bad. It might be tolerable when you have a
00:11:13.740 homogenous society, because then you're a lot less likely to have a civil war. But when government
00:11:19.560 policy is to diversify a society, the second order consequences of getting rid of Burnham
00:11:25.760 might be quite bad especially as the strongest opposition party reform or you know caveat that
00:11:37.180 given the polling etc etc is still very far from a majority and it's still itself in chaos
00:11:42.260 so Andy Burnham going it'll be a nice thing in the short term but it demonstrates deeper
00:11:52.820 structural problems with Britain, and this is quite important, I would say. He arrived with
00:12:01.740 his entourage and then sat impassively in the dock as cut glass king's council read out litany
00:12:07.240 of charges, the predator in sunglasses. The idea that this is given a more prominent place than
00:12:15.820 the ongoing political collapse of Britain is a symbol or is a signal of the political collapse
00:12:22.160 of Britain. Like, I mean, okay, who cares? The fact that the Daily Mail thinks that people care
00:12:31.640 about this more than they care about Andy Burnham's cabinet falling apart is mad. That's
00:12:40.380 the problem that's the problem um anyway oh the sun again the same damn thing again the same damn 0.97
00:12:54.020 headline it's all about russell brand okay thank you i appreciate it musk hits out in starlink 0.94
00:13:02.120 ukraine row a billionaire blames the u.s government after ukraine left open to attacks
00:13:08.400 They're conflating two different stories, but okay.
00:13:11.180 Trump is furious at strikes on Russia's oil refineries.
00:13:14.280 I mean, doesn't that go to show you how well the war in Iran is going?
00:13:20.440 There would be no reason for Trump to be furious at strikes against Russian energy
00:13:24.180 if the war in the Middle East was going well.
00:13:28.740 We can agree on that, I suspect. 0.58
00:13:31.300 If the war was going well, and if the Strait of Hormuz was open,
00:13:34.420 in line with Trump's claims, he wouldn't care about damage to Russian energy. But it isn't
00:13:41.660 going well, and the two conflicts are compounding, and they're becoming a major problem for him.
00:13:48.740 The Daily Mirror. Disgrace of Andrew and money. The headaches the king can't shift.
00:13:53.980 But honestly, I love the idea of monarchy.
00:14:02.420 I am a monarchist through and through.
00:14:04.380 I don't believe in democracy.
00:14:05.800 I think that for all of its disadvantages, hereditary rule is a stronger political structure.
00:14:17.340 because when done right, what you ought to do as any kind of hereditary authority
00:14:25.100 is to be thinking down the generations and thinking in the long term.
00:14:32.180 This is why Europe consistently built these massive cathedrals.
00:14:36.420 This is why there was this sense of history.
00:14:39.420 This is why you see these beautiful castles.
00:14:41.520 It comes from the hereditary principle.
00:14:44.020 It comes from the idea that certain people have enough potential, and when you pair that potential with wealth, you actually do get good things that cascade down for the rest of society, and it's in the interests of the elite for these things to cascade down, because if they do not, you end up with the French Revolution or with the Russian Revolution.
00:15:05.580 So when the elite acts in its own self-interest under the hereditary principle, it actually
00:15:12.460 accidentally aligns with the interests of the publics. That doesn't take away our natural
00:15:21.900 horribleness as human beings. It doesn't take away our temptations towards
00:15:25.660 greed, towards lust, towards all manner of other sins. But when done right,
00:15:33.660 hereditary rule has a lot going for it that actually allows it to
00:15:39.060 to give good things to the rest of society.
00:15:44.700 I can't say that this is true about the current ruling family in Britain, especially after
00:15:53.560 Elizabeth and Charles. And so this situation with Andrew, it's a major humiliation for the king.
00:16:01.200 It is very obvious that the focus on Andrew is intended to take away from the focus on the rest
00:16:11.400 of the Epstein network, who are still in power in the United States and in Britain, and the
00:16:17.720 importance of Andrew is insignificant compared to the importance of the role that was being
00:16:23.440 played by Alistair Campbell's friend. What's that guy's name? Anyway, by Lutnik, by Jared Kushner,
00:16:32.560 by all of these people. And so the focus on Andrew is a bit unfair for the king,
00:16:38.680 but it is part and parcel of the king allowing himself to be so weak that his people are so
00:16:45.940 severely abused. So that's briefly my take on this. The Financial Times, Le Pen pledge,
00:16:56.520 Élysée hopeful to confront EU. It's going to be a major problem for the EU if they end up facing
00:17:03.900 a situation where both Le Pen and Weidel in Germany are ruling France and Britain, because
00:17:11.520 France and Britain, basically, they run the EU.
00:17:16.880 Everyone else is an also-ran.
00:17:21.280 Le Pen has always been something of a skeptic of the European Union, 1.00
00:17:26.640 well, hugely skeptic of the European Union, and rightly so,
00:17:30.160 because the role of the EU is to end national sovereignty.
00:17:33.280 This is why the British saw through it and finally exited.
00:17:38.080 It should have happened earlier.
00:17:39.640 but this is one of the big reasons why there was such strong opposition to the EU
00:17:45.980 dating back to the 80s and 90s
00:17:47.900 because of its role in undermining greater sovereignty.
00:17:54.220 Le Pen is a skeptic and Weidel is a skeptic.
00:17:57.540 Now the problem is that you can't have an effective economic policy
00:18:01.760 unless you control your monetary policy.
00:18:04.760 Being part of the EU means that you are being run by German monetary policy. 0.68
00:18:09.640 And German monetary policy is good for Germany.
00:18:13.840 It's not necessarily good for Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, or France for that matter.
00:18:24.400 The EU will do everything that they can to destroy both Le Pen and Weidel.
00:18:29.640 They will throw everything at them.
00:18:32.820 And you can already see that with the talk of banning the AFD and Germany,
00:18:36.180 and with the legal pressures that Le Pen is under
00:18:40.200 and now the fact that she's running
00:18:42.020 while basically being severely restricted
00:18:45.340 because of legal cases against her,
00:18:47.680 that while justified on the merits
00:18:50.520 are not justified because of their selectivity.
00:18:54.340 What she did, which is use EU money for her own party, 0.90
00:18:58.580 is being done by pretty much every party in Europe. 0.96
00:19:02.640 And part of the purpose of making legislation so onerous
00:19:05.680 is that everybody ends up breaking it,
00:19:08.500 meaning that you as a political authority
00:19:10.340 get to choose who do you apply the law against.
00:19:15.940 So it really matters that by 2029,
00:19:23.320 both France and Germany might have largely anti-EU governments.
00:19:28.780 And these kinds of structures,
00:19:30.300 As we learn from the story of the Tower of Babel, when they are built too high, they collapse chaotically.
00:19:43.680 And that's exactly what is happening in the West.
00:19:48.620 Too many big structures have been built far too high, and when they collapse, they will collapse in an immensely chaotic and destructive manner.
00:20:00.300 Jump in U.S. inflation deepens pain for voters ahead of key midterm elections, also from
00:20:05.180 the Financial Times.
00:20:06.620 Now, this is a real problem.
00:20:12.860 The Republicans now, or at least Republican officialdom, and the MAGA guys, as opposed
00:20:19.640 to the America First guys, are telling people not to worry about prices and that everything
00:20:24.880 is fine, and that really they're just complaining too much because of too much avocado toast.
00:20:33.100 People care about their living standards, and when the Biden people were using the same lines,
00:20:38.560 the Republicans were attacking them mercilessly and correctly.
00:20:42.580 The jump in inflation is going to be massively politically expensive for the GOP.
00:20:49.220 I'm not a pollster. I don't believe the polls, but it looks difficult.
00:20:54.880 it is unlikely that the Republicans will keep the House.
00:21:02.500 The betting markets suggest that the Republicans will lose the House and possibly lose the Senate.
00:21:09.340 The issue here is that the next two years are going to be spent in investigations and subpoenas and prosecutions
00:21:18.620 against the entirety of the Trump administration.
00:21:21.760 It's going to be slowly dismantled.
00:21:23.100 They're going to take it apart bit by bit. 0.96
00:21:27.020 And a lot of Trump's people haven't helped themselves because they've been so insanely corrupt.
00:21:32.540 But Lutnik comes to mind the idea that his children would be trading on buying futures
00:21:41.600 from the buying future tariff refunds from American importers at sometimes 25 cents to the dollar
00:21:55.560 and then receiving full refunds. People like that should be subpoenaed. I don't know if
00:22:01.280 Lutnick will be subpoenaed. I hope he and his family are put on trial. But this kind of thing
00:22:07.260 is going to be destructive. And so you're getting to a stage in the United States where it is also
00:22:13.940 becoming ungovernable. The only thing that they can agree on is these massive bills that nobody
00:22:19.060 reads, nobody knows what's in them. Huge numbers of laws change without any meaningful debate,
00:22:25.960 and huge amounts of money are spent without any meaningful debate
00:22:30.560 and the debt just accumulates and the debt accumulates.
00:22:36.520 And the only way out of this debt is to inflate it away
00:22:39.300 because structurally it is damn near impossible
00:22:42.280 to cut the actual benefit spending that is happening in the United States,
00:22:48.120 Medicare and all of that other stuff that is spent on welfare in the States,
00:22:54.920 which is just completely untenable which is completely untenable like what we've learned now
00:23:00.420 is that the welfare state doesn't work because all it does is turn charity into a coercive act
00:23:06.880 rather than a voluntary act and given human nature when by law you must provide me with charity
00:23:14.820 well you're going to see the worst face of me because I'm a flawed human being and that applies
00:23:20.480 to all of us. And at scale, it becomes genuinely destructive. It becomes absolutely destructive,
00:23:28.040 even more than it is destructive at the individual level. Because if I'm entitled to charity,
00:23:33.620 why am I not entitled to help myself to charity? Shoplifting becomes direct action reparations.
00:23:41.020 so they have to inflate all of this away they've got no choice and this is happening on the back
00:23:51.440 of the iran war but whoever is seen as responsible for that inflation will lose politically so one of
00:23:59.520 the consequences of the iran war is not going to be just the destruction of the maga movement
00:24:03.560 as leading members of trump's cabinet and administration are hold in front of congress
00:24:09.740 and then possibly the courts, one of the consequences is going to be delivering the
00:24:15.200 United States to insane socialists. And the question is, was this worth it? Was any of this
00:24:24.820 worth it? And I think the answer is no. So that's briefly what's going on there.
00:24:33.480 Top Freshfields partners I carve out for AI division, probably worth billions. This is
00:24:39.040 another thing here. The whole AI stuff is getting out of hand because if you look at a lot of the
00:24:44.900 AI economy, what's happening there is that the companies that are involved in AI are all each
00:24:53.700 other's clients and each other's investors. And so it's a lot of circular buying and circular
00:24:59.820 booking of revenues and of future revenues without this necessarily making economic sense.
00:25:07.080 And it's inflating share prices because the Federal Reserve wants to inflate the stock market
00:25:13.440 because it's highly politicized and all of that.
00:25:17.760 And now everybody thinks that they're going to be an AI billionaire.
00:25:21.640 When in reality, if AI works and it becomes cheap, it destroys all of these businesses.
00:25:27.600 So be careful with all of this AI stuff.
00:25:32.400 I'm skeptical.
00:25:34.080 The Daily Telegraph, more on benefits at age 7 than age 50.
00:25:40.420 Children push towards a life on welfare as ADHD and learning difficulty claims soar.
00:25:52.320 I hate this stuff so much.
00:25:55.400 The medicalization of typical children's behavior.
00:26:01.020 And again, it's an incentives game.
00:26:03.400 Because if you can say that your child has special needs, well, you don't have to discipline them.
00:26:11.340 You don't have to discipline them.
00:26:12.940 They just have special needs.
00:26:13.880 It's somebody else's problem now.
00:26:15.440 They have special needs.
00:26:18.060 Not only that, but you also are entitled to all kinds of resources from the state because, again, this is compulsory charity.
00:26:28.460 This is compulsory charity.
00:26:29.640 if you just check if someone is actually genuinely in need or just misbehaving well you're an evil 0.55
00:26:38.100 racist or you are insensitive or you are cruel to children or you don't want children to have 0.97
00:26:43.340 like this is part of the over-involvement of women in politics and in society 0.99
00:26:48.240 because instead of having a robust reasonable model of reality that accepts both divine grace 0.92
00:26:57.720 and therefore our duty to our fellow man, an original sin, and therefore our confession
00:27:02.680 that we are sinful and flawed, and so are our neighbors, and therefore we all have to behave
00:27:08.880 in a highly conscientious way for us to have a high-trust society,
00:27:13.220 we replace all of that with just empty emotion.
00:27:18.120 And the empty emotion translates into, in practical terms, well, he's sick, he can't be put on trial,
00:27:24.980 he's sick, he needs benefits, he's sick, he needs a cab to take him to school because the bus makes
00:27:31.500 him anxious, etc., etc., etc. It's simply insane to have a system where more children age 7 are 0.83
00:27:40.860 on benefits than men and women aged 50 plus. It's insane. It's crazy. But this is the natural
00:27:49.820 consequence of the emotionalization of everything it's not about emotions it's about reason
00:27:57.420 this is why man is distinguished by god-given reason that is what makes him man that is what
00:28:03.980 distinguishes him from the animals and it's a gift given to man much less so to women
00:28:12.860 and we see that because the more political participation of women we've had the more 0.97
00:28:17.580 we end up with this kind of nonsense. 1.00
00:28:19.980 Oh don't you want to give the kids free breakfast? No, I want their mother to
00:28:23.260 wake up early and give them breakfast. 1.00
00:28:25.980 Don't you want to give the special needs kid
00:28:29.100 extra care at school? No, I want his parents to teach him to behave.
00:28:35.660 It's just, it's just very tiresome. It's genuinely tiresome.
00:28:41.740 Burnham looks to hand power to EU judges.
00:28:47.580 Briefly, this is endless escape from responsibility.
00:28:53.140 British judges are bad enough,
00:28:55.300 and a lot of them need to be put on trial in the next serious government.
00:29:02.900 Instead of taking responsibility for that and fixing the judicial system,
00:29:06.800 Andy Burnham wants to hand over more power to the EU
00:29:09.320 because they don't actually believe in democracy.
00:29:12.100 Like, this is the thing about democracy.
00:29:13.620 Nobody actually believes in it.
00:29:14.840 when things are contentious enough nobody believes in democracy it's just theater
00:29:22.200 it's just theater it works when we trust each other enough for me to hand power over to you
00:29:28.420 or you to hand power over to me on the assumption that we're going to largely do the same thing
00:29:32.800 so it works between conservatives and labor they're the same party but when actually genuinely
00:29:39.520 contentious thing things are on the table nobody cares and you see that with andy burnham he's
00:29:45.840 deciding to just okay let the eu take more power didn't we vote against that no well you know i
00:29:52.340 don't care what my people think that's the answer this is this is what it is this is what it is
00:29:58.220 unqualified staff sent to fight asylum appeals i mean this is another sign of this whole thing 0.99
00:30:03.900 feminization retardation um 0.98
00:30:09.520 you aren't owed due process for the whole asylum thing. 1.00
00:30:20.620 A country can just say, no, we don't want more asylum seekers. 1.00
00:30:27.460 What the state does instead is make the process of saying no so onerous 1.00
00:30:32.420 that everybody receives a yes.
00:30:37.140 And you see that across the West.
00:30:39.520 You see that across the West and it's a deeply destructive policy because when 0.99
00:30:46.860 asylum seekers sense this kind of weakness it encourages more predatory 0.99
00:30:52.480 behavior on their part. This is genuinely horrific and instead of fixing the 1.00
00:31:04.240 problem at its root and cutting the Gordian knot, all the managerial state can deliver is more
00:31:12.040 process, which is entirely pointless, which is entirely pointless. We want the truth about our
00:31:21.660 son's killing on NHS ward. I haven't read up properly on this story, but I think what happened
00:31:26.040 here was that this guy was completely neglected and ended up getting stabbed by a migrant of
00:31:34.820 sorts, not sure if he was an asylum seeker, who was placed on a mental ward. And the staff in
00:31:40.500 question were basically signing up that they've done the checks that they are meant to do when
00:31:48.960 in fact they hadn't. And I think the staff were also migrants. So what you're seeing here is a 0.94
00:31:55.460 slow collapse of the NHS. It's falling apart. It doesn't work. It can't work. It can't work.
00:32:03.540 Healy, the Treasury Secretary, targets City, the City of London, for a £1 billion property tax
00:32:08.820 because that's exactly what Britain needs, more taxes. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate that.
00:32:16.380 Daily Express, more on Russell Brand. Don't care about that.
00:32:19.300 This is important. Pittington Women's Asylum Camp concerns not being listened to like rape gang 1.00
00:32:26.120 victims. It's a good comparison. I'm happy to see the Daily Express make that comparison. 1.00
00:32:30.800 Because what is going to happen when you have 1,200, maybe up to 3,700 migrant men parked around 1.00
00:32:40.280 a village of 350 is a huge explosion in rapes and crimes. This is what you're going to get as a 1.00
00:32:48.740 result. And the Conservatives had the good sense to bring a delegation of women from Pittington 0.96
00:32:56.180 into Parliament to when they tabled a motion. I think there were two issues, but one of the issues
00:33:03.840 was not having that asylum camp in Pittington. And all of the Labour Party voted against that
00:33:11.660 and said, yes, you have to take the migrant women. And they've, it seems, refused to meet
00:33:16.660 with the women of Pittington, including the female labor MPs. And you know how much of a fuss
00:33:21.980 that the feminists of labor make over women's issues. But when it's actually real and they 1.00
00:33:32.660 have to balance the two victim groups that they favor, women on one side and migrants on the other, 0.64
00:33:38.280 they always choose the migrants. That's the actual story. It's not about silencing women. 0.81
00:33:44.600 It's not about silencing women.
00:33:46.940 It's about who should be given priority in Britain. 0.73
00:33:54.060 And the answer, as far as Labour is concerned, is always going to be foreign men. 0.99
00:33:59.360 Always. 1.00
00:34:00.400 That's why you see feminist Labour MPs showing up to meetings with the Pakistanis wearing a veil. 1.00
00:34:06.880 Okay, thank you for that. 1.00
00:34:08.580 Thank you.
00:34:10.620 The Daily Star...
00:34:14.080 Katie Price, Kieran, I have no idea who these people are.
00:34:18.420 I don't know who Katie Price is.
00:34:20.020 I don't know who Kieran is.
00:34:21.060 I'm insulted that I know who Russell Brand is.
00:34:23.880 And that is sufficient insult for me this morning.
00:34:26.160 Thank you.
00:34:27.040 I don't want to know who these people are.
00:34:31.360 Video Nasty, Global Outrage as Trump, WrestleManiac post.
00:34:36.640 He put out a video of himself wrestling the tiger 0.97
00:34:39.460 after that kid got killed by a tiger.
00:34:44.080 Ah, this is the wrong kind of funny.
00:34:48.100 Trump used to be very good and very funny.
00:34:50.560 This is the wrong kind of funny.
00:34:52.920 More about Russell Brand.
00:34:54.380 I don't want to hear about Russell Brand.
00:34:57.320 We need the independent more than ever, says the prime minister.
00:35:00.320 No, we don't.
00:35:01.380 Nobody needs the independent. 1.00
00:35:02.940 Isn't it like now owned by the Saudis or something?
00:35:05.300 Who bought the independent?
00:35:06.020 Or a Russian?
00:35:06.920 Who bought the independent?
00:35:08.680 Somebody bought the independent and nobody needs the independent.
00:35:11.100 Nobody needs the independent.
00:35:14.080 moving swiftly along.
00:35:17.060 Okay, I wanted to talk for a few minutes about this story.
00:35:20.060 Calls for reformed councillors to resign
00:35:22.200 after chilling ITV investigation.
00:35:25.120 What was said in that chilling ITV investigation?
00:35:29.080 Some guy said that the Muslims have infiltrated
00:35:31.480 every aspect of government
00:35:33.080 and they're working against the British. 1.00
00:35:38.220 The Muslims have infiltrated every institution in Britain 1.00
00:35:41.140 and are working against the British. 0.91
00:35:42.560 I mean, there are no lies in the statement.
00:35:45.240 There are absolutely no lies in the statement.
00:35:48.840 None.
00:35:49.560 Not a single one. 1.00
00:35:52.220 And then you hear the reactions from these retards. 1.00
00:35:55.120 Labour Chair Bridget Philipson, 1.00
00:35:56.600 the extreme racism and appalling behaviour
00:35:58.880 exposed by the investigation is truly sickening.
00:36:01.660 What does Bridget Philipson think isn't sickening? 1.00
00:36:05.380 She doesn't think that rape gangs are sickening. 1.00
00:36:07.640 And she doesn't think that planting a bunch of asylum seekers, 0.99
00:36:11.980 quote-unquote, in the middle of a tiny village or right next to a tiny village and letting them
00:36:17.580 loose on the population is extreme or appalling behavior. That's her view on life. 0.80
00:36:28.780 This is crazy. This is crazy. And then they say, well, reform needs to throw them out.
00:36:34.560 And then Ed Davey, the village idiot, has a comment about this. It's the worst of what 1.00
00:36:40.380 we're seeing in Trump's America. Oh, Ed Davey, just shut up. Please, I don't want to hear from 1.00
00:36:46.700 you. I don't want to waste your time reading this whole thing. But here's what happened. Briefly,
00:36:52.300 ITV, being the nasty subversives that they are, sent a reporter to record with a bunch of
00:36:57.700 reform councils having falsely applied to work with them, pretending to be one of the guys,
00:37:02.860 blah, blah, blah. And then you see, for example, one of the councillors that he's speaking to,
00:37:06.840 the counselor makes a comment about Muslims and then he says to the guy look you can say
00:37:12.020 whatever you want to me we can as in saying we can trust each other we can speak openly with each
00:37:17.080 other and then over many many days of recording they distill that into I think I saw on their
00:37:24.760 website 11 minutes of reformed people saying seemingly nasty things but which are in reality 0.60
00:37:31.020 sensible things like saying that a bunch of Muslims are buying up properties in that area 0.92
00:37:35.280 doing illegal extensions that are destroying the whole beauty of the place, and they are infesting 1.00
00:37:42.320 that area. Yeah, that is what's happening. You've seen parts of Britain fully taken over
00:37:48.520 by migrants, and it completely changes the character of the place and the culture of the 1.00
00:37:55.960 place and severs its link to tradition. So what you're meant to say is that it's racist to want
00:38:03.900 to have a country for your grandchildren that your own grandparents would recognize.
00:38:10.420 This is what's racist. What is racist is maintaining any sense of continuity.
00:38:15.720 One of these guys said some off-color remarks about women and bath time and whatnot. My advice
00:38:23.100 to you is don't use that kind of language. Like, don't say creepy things. Generally, as a man,
00:38:29.080 avoid saying creepy things. It almost never looks good, even if it's funny in the moment in the
00:38:33.800 pump. The other thing about this is that this is a war on thought. This is a war on noticing. This
00:38:42.360 is a war on thinking. This is a war on recognizing difference. Racism is recognizing that different
00:38:48.400 groups are actually different and that you naturally prefer your own group, just like any
00:38:53.860 normal human being. If that was a bad thing in and of itself, you wouldn't see ethnic congregations. 0.92
00:39:02.720 You wouldn't see areas that turn completely African, or areas that turn completely, within the African, just Nigerian, or areas that turn Jewish, or areas that turn Pakistani, or Bangladeshi, or Arab.
00:39:19.140 The fact that these groups set themselves up in different neighborhoods shows that they are 0.75
00:39:26.960 playing favoritism towards their own, which is natural and healthy. So the word racist is used
00:39:35.320 as a, it's basically societal aids. It is intended to attack your natural immune response that says
00:39:45.660 I prefer my own people, and I want to be around people who are like me.
00:39:50.220 That's what it is, fundamentally.
00:39:54.960 So they use this kind of thing very artfully.
00:40:02.420 And what they're doing here is that they will expose you for any kind of banter,
00:40:07.460 for any kind of crass language.
00:40:10.480 Then they will hammer the party leadership to try to get them to kick you out.
00:40:15.660 then they will police any thoughts that you have to stop you from expressing the natural desire
00:40:26.360 to be with your own. Now, how should you counter it? You should say, for example,
00:40:32.680 that I just prefer my own people. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's a basic statement.
00:40:38.760 And if you consider that racist, then everybody's racist, and that's fine by me.
00:40:42.060 You should look at the rape gang cases that are happening every single day, nine
00:40:47.960 times out of ten involving migrants, ten times out of ten involving migrants, and
00:40:51.820 say, I'm racist because I oppose this. You should look at a picture of White 1.00
00:40:58.860 Chapel and how it's been turned into a Bangladeshi enclave and say, I'm racist 0.98
00:41:03.660 because I want White Chapel to be English. Break the negative association.
00:41:09.360 break the negative association.
00:41:15.380 Don't give them the ability
00:41:17.160 to use this kind of language against you.
00:41:23.160 And be very open in saying,
00:41:25.180 I just prefer, I'm just choosing my own side.
00:41:27.260 Everybody else is.
00:41:29.500 When Kelly Baden-Ock was campaigning
00:41:31.200 for her seat as an MP,
00:41:34.060 she was writing letters to the Nigerian community
00:41:36.100 saying how she's going to represent the Nigerians.
00:41:38.200 and how she's going to defend their interests and their reputation.
00:41:42.960 The Muslim MPs and councillors and so on,
00:41:45.660 these are all guys who are saying to their community,
00:41:48.020 I'm going to serve you guys because you're my people.
00:41:52.880 So just impose a level of honesty about this whole thing
00:41:56.120 so that the word racism completely loses its sting.
00:42:00.140 And then if you're reformed,
00:42:01.620 I saw a very good comment from one of the reform guys, to be fair,
00:42:04.840 who said that people don't always articulate their ideas
00:42:08.240 in the best way possible.
00:42:09.920 Fair enough.
00:42:11.420 Fair enough.
00:42:12.400 And then he praised reform for suspending the individuals
00:42:15.180 or them resigning or whatever it is.
00:42:19.500 Well, you should pressure reform to articulate these ideas. 0.99
00:42:24.540 They have to admit who is British and who isn't, 0.96
00:42:27.240 and that excludes me. 0.99
00:42:28.660 Fine.
00:42:30.140 But they have to articulate what it is that they're defending
00:42:33.240 and what is the problem that they have with cultures such as Islam, Hinduism, African cultures, etc.
00:42:41.080 You have to be able to articulate it in a way that relies on facts.
00:42:44.380 You have to articulate your objections in a way that rely on facts and not have a bit of sting to them.
00:42:49.340 Let it sting them a little bit.
00:42:51.280 But if you don't rely on facts, you're not going to be able to win people over.
00:42:55.820 And given the speech laws in this country, do not give them an opportunity to arrest you.
00:43:01.460 This is also very important. 1.00
00:43:03.240 don't use stupid language because they will come after you like a ton of bricks and they have 1.00
00:43:09.680 absolutely no pity for you. They want to destroy you. They do these kinds of investigations with 1.00
00:43:15.220 the aim of destroying people's careers and destroying people's lives. It is a witch hunt.
00:43:25.060 They believe that by being racist you are a witch that should be burnt. 0.97
00:43:28.780 when in reality what you ought to be saying is that you consider me racist because i prefer my 0.94
00:43:34.460 own people fine totally fine neutralize the term say things factually be careful and remember that
00:43:43.920 they want to arrest you but this criticism of islam and of different cultures that are genuinely
00:43:50.180 hostile to to christendom needs to be constantly articulated and articulated properly
00:43:56.420 this is what has to happen and make them defend it make them defend polygamy make them defend 0.82
00:44:07.220 child marriages make them defend uh clannishness make them defend cousin marriage make them defend
00:44:13.580 it. People will criticize Farage for throwing these people out. I'm of mixed views. If I
00:44:29.600 was leading this thing, I would say suspension, because, you know, they said things in a crass
00:44:37.120 way, and then say, actually, what these guys were articulating, which is part of what they
00:44:44.520 were articulating, is the genuine fear of civil war that comes from diversity. Diverse
00:44:50.240 societies always fall apart and cannot be governed democratically. We have to choose 1.00
00:44:55.720 between an authoritarian system and British democracy. If you favor British democracy,
00:45:00.800 then you're against diversity. So we've suspended these people for crass language. We are going
00:45:06.320 to talk to them about how to present their case a little bit better, and then quietly
00:45:12.500 reinstate them when the storm dies out.
00:45:14.920 This is what it would take to convince me that Farage is secretly based.
00:45:20.160 I'm not convinced, I have to say this, I'm not convinced, and I've seen this Tim Montgomery
00:45:25.620 character claiming that Swella Braverman and Nigel Farage have exchanged words because
00:45:33.320 he's not happy with swella admitting that she isn't english okay we'll see we'll see
00:45:41.560 but what these guys are expressing fundamentally is that diversity is going to break britain
00:45:48.840 diverse societies do not function under democracy and especially not under a welfare state
00:45:55.560 especially not under a welfare state and that something needs to be done including 0.97
00:46:00.840 dragging people out and kicking them out generally. And it's an admission which is obvious for
00:46:06.820 everybody with eyes to see that the interests of different cultures are different from the
00:46:13.680 interests of Christendom. These things are transparent. These things are self-evident. 0.66
00:46:20.200 Reform can't articulate that because Danny Kruger believes that Afghans are the heirs of King Alfred 1.00
00:46:25.840 the great you're dealing with a severe level of mental retardation here 1.00
00:46:33.840 let's see how this plays out but every time they get reform on this kind of stuff 1.00
00:46:37.600 and they bend the knee and kick people out it incentivizes these creeps in the media
00:46:45.200 to keep doing the same thing and they'll never do it against the communists they'll never do it
00:46:51.200 it against Antifa, they will only ever do it against the quote-unquote right, accepting
00:46:58.260 reform to be at least to the right of the Labour Party. But this is terrible. If you
00:47:06.440 want this to stop happening to you, stop giving them scalps. If you want the media to stop
00:47:11.800 behaving this way, stop giving them scalps. Stop throwing your people under the bus. Make
00:47:18.080 the guy articulate a much stronger case against Islam and Muslims and say, I apologize for
00:47:24.300 using crass language. What I should have said is this.
00:47:29.240 Anyway, let's see. What else have we got here? The BBC. Musk says US government may be behind
00:47:38.660 slowdown. Yeah, we covered that. UK threatens to ban Eritreans over migrant return policy.
00:47:48.780 Threatens?
00:47:50.520 Why threatens?
00:47:53.800 Why?
00:47:55.140 Why is it...
00:47:56.520 Why threatens? 1.00
00:47:59.680 Send them to Libya. 1.00
00:48:02.300 Make a deal with Libya or Somalia or some country like that 1.00
00:48:05.200 and just build a prison there and send them.
00:48:09.220 Reform faces criticism.
00:48:10.600 Yeah, okay, fine.
00:48:11.760 White House defends new press secretary 0.99
00:48:13.560 amid questions about her legal credentials.
00:48:15.180 I don't know anything about this story, but neither would surprise me.
00:48:21.560 If the White House selected somebody who was lying about her CV, that wouldn't surprise me. 0.97
00:48:27.280 If the media were being a bunch of bastards and making false claims about the new White House hire, that wouldn't surprise me. 0.97
00:48:35.300 So I don't know the facts and I can't comment. 0.99
00:48:38.140 Brooklyn Novelty Shop reeling from Surreal Row with Kelly Clarkson over...
00:48:42.180 Who are these people?
00:48:43.960 over mechanical what yeah surreal is right fine global charity withholds report into its role in
00:48:51.660 syria's disappeared children this is going to be nasty this is going to be pretty ugly 0.97
00:48:57.000 uh when the syrian civil war happened i mean a lot of syrian uh women and girls are exceptionally 1.00
00:49:06.820 beautiful um especially in parts of hums at hama uh with a bit of a crusader mix that makes them
00:49:13.880 blonde, blue-eyed, exceptionally pretty.
00:49:18.920 And they tend to be quite appealing to Arab men.
00:49:23.560 And so there was, with the Syrian Civil War, 0.61
00:49:26.100 an insane surge of marrying off young girls
00:49:30.840 to elderly Arab men who might then divorce them.
00:49:35.340 And so I wonder if this is linked to it in some way, 1.00
00:49:38.180 but odds are this is going to be ugly.
00:49:41.440 Swimmer, I don't care about sports.
00:49:43.660 North Korea and China open new bridge after 12-year delay.
00:49:46.880 Well, that is interesting because North Korea is basically much more of a Russian interest
00:49:53.400 than it is a Chinese interest.
00:49:55.460 So this is interesting.
00:49:57.280 It seems that the North Koreans are actually doing quite well these days, 1.00
00:50:03.120 historically atrociously, but these days they're doing quite well. 1.00
00:50:06.860 So I wonder what happens.
00:50:09.020 I don't want to know about this.
00:50:10.780 The rest of it, I just don't want to look at it.
00:50:12.760 Zelensky meets Burnham in fresh pledge for defense against Russia.
00:50:19.500 This is the thing. 0.83
00:50:20.380 Britain's national interest begins in Germany or Poland.
00:50:23.740 Germany, actually, Germany.
00:50:26.020 Because Britain doesn't want a hostile power in control of the Danish Straits.
00:50:32.580 Because if it controls the Danish Straits, then it goes into the Atlantic,
00:50:37.360 and from then you have problems.
00:50:38.860 Britain's national interests are not linked to Ukraine in any shape or form 0.50
00:50:43.780 they just aren't but these guys have gotten into a suicide pact and are telling the Ukrainians to
00:50:50.440 go first that's what it is so it's really terrible it's important to get the facts on starlink
00:50:57.000 restrictions to Ukraine says diplomat yeah fine Russell Brand no deeply racist views discussed
00:51:03.400 by Reform UK counsellors and undercover footage.
00:51:06.640 Deeply sensible views, but okay.
00:51:09.400 Deeply sensible views expressed badly.
00:51:14.680 Changing terror threats are outpacing safeguarding report fines. 0.99
00:51:17.920 Yeah, I think it's a demographic problem.
00:51:20.780 I think it's a numbers problem, right?
00:51:23.860 Scotland's First Minister John Swinney on Burnham and Evolution.
00:51:27.240 I don't care.
00:51:28.400 OpenAI employee arrested for allegedly planting secret recording device. 1.00
00:51:31.820 It was a Saudi. 1.00
00:51:33.400 Or at least this is what I saw. 0.71
00:51:34.920 It seems like it was a Saudi. 0.56
00:51:37.580 And the Saudis have their own spies in the United States, 0.73
00:51:41.320 and they're usually other Saudis. 0.99
00:51:46.320 Although you'd think that they'd be able to buy a lot more people. 1.00
00:51:53.440 But they just can't buy competence.
00:51:56.220 I mean, that's a big pew.
00:51:57.400 Remember the Khashoggi killing?
00:51:58.720 Remember when they butchered this journalist in their consulate in Turkey
00:52:04.840 and had one of their guys wear his clothes and go to various tourist attractions
00:52:12.480 where he was recorded in high-def CCTV? 0.94
00:52:18.720 That's Saudi competence. 1.00
00:52:21.000 It's pointless. 1.00
00:52:22.420 It's entirely pointless.
00:52:24.100 Midterms.
00:52:24.580 The Americans are about to punish Trump.
00:52:26.120 Okay.
00:52:27.260 Yeah, I think we've covered this.
00:52:29.220 That's fine.
00:52:29.840 Let's move on to other topics.
00:52:31.380 Sky News.
00:52:32.480 Sly News.
00:52:34.120 UK's asylum housing divide revealed.
00:52:37.780 Why are asylum seekers given other people's houses?
00:52:42.360 I don't understand. 1.00
00:52:44.040 Like, that's the issue here.
00:52:46.540 Musk, Zelensky, okay, fine.
00:52:50.620 Inquest into death of man.
00:52:52.880 Okay.
00:52:54.020 Ten unions demand Burnham reject plans for drilling at Rosebank oil fields.
00:52:59.160 Remember when unions used to care about creating more jobs?
00:53:03.720 Wouldn't that be nice?
00:53:06.240 I mean, oil and gas jobs pay very well.
00:53:10.780 Oil and gas jobs pay very well.
00:53:13.340 And if you're a sensible union leader, you want as many of them as you can,
00:53:18.160 especially in the middle of an energy crisis where everybody can expect an insane bonus.
00:53:23.160 These people want to be poor.
00:53:26.540 They want everybody around them to be poor so that they feel better about themselves. 0.99
00:53:31.000 They're genuinely awful people.
00:53:34.620 The fact that unions wouldn't be the most anti-immigration people in the world is itself a problem.
00:53:41.000 Because it means they don't understand supply and demand. 0.75
00:53:44.700 These people are genuinely horrible.
00:53:46.520 Zelensky blasts Trump's betrayal. No, I don't want to read the Daily Mail. I don't want to
00:53:55.940 read the Daily Mail. And we're coming up on time anyway. The Express. Meghan and Harry's
00:54:00.080 biggest test yet. No, man. The test was, are you going to fall for it, Harry? And he failed.
00:54:06.360 He fell for it. Get it wrong, and it's war with the royal family. Like,
00:54:12.380 this woman is so venomous and he's such a simp don't be a simp don't be a simp she's venomous 1.00
00:54:22.460 he's a simp it's a combination made in hell uh look at her man she looks terrible in this picture 1.00
00:54:29.980 major airline cancels all the flights to three popular travel hotspots uh i'm not going anywhere
00:54:37.280 Thanks. NATO member scrambles fighter jets as World War III fears with Russia explode.
00:54:43.780 Again, is Russia today a bigger threat than the Soviet Union? Would anybody sane have considered 0.74
00:54:53.620 war with the Soviet Union? Or was the entire policy containment, avoiding war and slowly
00:55:01.680 winning the political argument and the economic argument. 1.00
00:55:06.060 These people are nuts. 1.00
00:55:07.640 These people are absolutely insane. 1.00
00:55:11.060 Donald Trump admits the U.S. may have gone too far 1.00
00:55:13.340 killing Iran's leaders.
00:55:14.320 I have to see this. 0.99
00:55:15.220 I haven't seen this.
00:55:16.900 I haven't seen this.
00:55:18.440 May have gone too far.
00:55:21.160 You think making Khamenei, an 87-year-old man, 0.99
00:55:23.920 into a martyr might have been a stupid move? 0.99
00:55:25.840 If he died in his bed, the regime would have completely transformed. 1.00
00:55:33.420 You made him a martyr and gave the regime a new lease on life.
00:55:38.900 You think it was too far? 1.00
00:55:43.480 This is the thing about the Israelis.
00:55:45.860 They themselves know that decapitation strikes don't work. 0.59
00:55:49.700 They decapitated Hezbollah in the 90s. 0.56
00:55:51.880 Then they decapitated again in 2024, the 25. 0.90
00:55:55.840 But in both of these times, they failed. 0.57
00:55:58.380 It didn't work.
00:55:59.360 They didn't stop fighting. 0.89
00:56:01.420 It's not going to work on Iran, 0.71
00:56:03.000 which is a much bigger and much stronger country, 1.00
00:56:04.940 and the bastards still fell for it. 1.00
00:56:08.740 The sun drew... 1.00
00:56:09.480 I don't care.
00:56:10.900 I don't care.
00:56:12.640 He had met city bosses at least six times
00:56:14.580 despite claiming he had one sit-down.
00:56:16.260 Okay.
00:56:17.280 Okay.
00:56:18.160 Okay.
00:56:18.500 I mean...
00:56:20.500 This is interesting.
00:56:24.780 Maybe I'll do a segment on it.
00:56:27.200 Cray bombshells. 1.00
00:56:30.420 They're still talking about the Cray brothers 1.00
00:56:32.380 who were a couple of thugs and criminals in East London
00:56:36.400 in what was it, the 60s, 50s, 70s, whatever it was. 1.00
00:56:41.860 That's how long ago the Crays were around.
00:56:44.980 And they're still talking about them as though it's a living thing
00:56:48.320 when Britain is infested with an entirely new type of crime.
00:56:52.020 But if they write about that, it's a hate crime.
00:56:58.800 Now, on this day in history, today in history,
00:57:04.140 the first ballet, Comique de la Raine, commissioned by Catherine de' Medici,
00:57:08.280 is staged in Paris.
00:57:09.800 I don't know that ballet.
00:57:12.820 Gregory conquers Julius Caesar.
00:57:15.920 1582, the Gregorian calendar is introduced in Spain, Portugal, and the Papal States
00:57:19.820 after skipping 10 days from October 4 to sink the calendar to the solar year
00:57:23.900 and compensate for the drift that has occurred due to the Julian calendar having too many leap days.
00:57:29.460 This is the thing that people forget.
00:57:31.960 Huge developments in science came largely from the Catholic Church
00:57:35.500 or for people who were fully Catholic.
00:57:39.560 Anyway, 1815, Napoleon Bonaparte arrives on the island of St. Helena to begin his exile.
00:57:46.680 I mean, yeah.
00:57:52.260 1969, millions nationwide protest against the Vietnam War and Moritarium Day in the U.S.
00:57:58.760 The people who protested against the Vietnam War, this is such a whole big mess.
00:58:06.800 It was an unwinnable war because you're fighting in the middle of the South Asian jungle
00:58:11.520 against people who are willing to match you fully
00:58:16.420 in terms of cruelty, shall we say.
00:58:22.500 And so many of the protesters were genuine communist subversives.
00:58:29.460 It was a huge mistake.
00:58:31.800 It was a horrible mistake.
00:58:33.040 Nixon was supposed to get out of it,
00:58:34.600 and then they completely undermined him.
00:58:38.220 Anyway, different conversation for a different time.
00:58:40.340 1993, Nelson Mandela and South African President F.W. de Klerk are awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:58:51.220 Okay, and now it's 33 years later. How is South Africa doing?
00:59:00.100 It's a complete failed state in every aspect. The trains are gone, the power systems are
00:59:06.820 are falling apart, the sewer systems are falling apart,
00:59:09.120 the water systems are falling apart.
00:59:11.140 Everything good in South Africa is slowly collapsing.
00:59:15.420 They weren't able to plan for any kind of growth
00:59:18.940 in electricity demand, and as a result,
00:59:21.720 because they can't plan, they are unable
00:59:26.640 to provide electricity and there's regular collapses
00:59:30.040 in the power grid.
00:59:32.360 To the extent that the huge businesses that operate
00:59:34.900 South Africa, mining and so on and so forth, they have to provide their own power because they can't
00:59:40.280 rely on the grid in any way. And everybody has their private generator and everybody's constantly
00:59:46.180 terrified of crime. And unless you're armed and ready, you will be killed at any moment.
00:59:53.620 This is what you get a Nobel Peace Prize for. I mean, this is the thing that people have to
00:59:59.460 be honest about, especially a lot of Christians who are uncomfortable with differences between
01:00:05.540 groups. This experiment has been run so many times. We've had it in Zimbabwe, we've had it in Haiti,
01:00:11.520 we've had it in now India and the way that India has reverted to all kinds of terrible things. 0.99
01:00:24.720 Different cultures are very, very different. Not everybody is able to plan for the future. 1.00
01:00:29.460 Jordan Peterson expressed it very well when he said that faith in God is kind of a bargain with
01:00:33.580 time, that I will sacrifice today and I will get a reward tomorrow, and that is the essence of
01:00:39.160 sacrifice. You offer up first blood sacrifices initially in religious practice, and then you
01:00:47.680 offer up your own suffering. You offer your suffering and put it at the feet of the cross,
01:00:52.640 and that is part of your bargain with the future. You accept pain, you accept sacrifice, in exchange
01:00:58.380 you get good things in the future.
01:01:02.820 It's now demonstrably true
01:01:05.520 that not everybody is capable of that mentally.
01:01:09.720 And at the same time,
01:01:11.760 instilling that idea into people mentally
01:01:14.080 can't be done reasonably. 0.93
01:01:16.180 It has to be done through religion. 0.93
01:01:19.000 You have to speak to them at a different level.
01:01:21.680 So the evangelization of Africa
01:01:23.420 is the most important thing in the world 1.00
01:01:25.060 if you actually care about Africans.
01:01:26.480 but then you saw the church itself go over its keys in demanding an end to apartheid and in
01:01:35.060 demanding an end to um to the restrictive rules that the rhodesians imposed on voting
01:01:41.280 that ended up naturally and i say naturally favoring the whites
01:01:46.820 and it was the only honest system frankly this was the only honest system the one in rhodesia it was
01:01:53.420 it was peak sensible liberalism because everybody had to be tested for their capacity to vote in
01:02:00.780 the same exact way regardless of skin color. Religiously, there was nothing wrong with it.
01:02:07.580 It just said that if you're too illiterate to vote, you're too illiterate to vote.
01:02:11.400 If you don't own anything that gives you a stake in the system, you shouldn't have a say
01:02:17.160 in the governance of the system. This was peak liberalism, Rhodesia.
01:02:23.420 be sensible liberalism and everybody turned against it
01:02:29.740 anyway let us let us have a look at your rants chats all kinds of things hugh says
01:02:37.260 great job today for us nice to have your geopolitical insight applying to the mainstream
01:02:40.780 globalist slop to quote bow looking forward to your next chat with ghosty thank you thank you
01:02:46.100 Yes, it will happen.
01:02:48.220 Scott Syguy, one of the best debates ever
01:02:52.340 is when Andrew Wilson made Daniel Hakikatru defend Cousin Marriage.
01:02:56.820 I haven't seen that, but Hakikatru just...
01:03:02.100 Yeah, man, that guy, there's not much to like about him.
01:03:07.480 Scott says, again, you once said you would do fairy tale analysis.
01:03:12.640 Would love that.
01:03:13.860 Such a great insight.
01:03:14.980 Thank you.
01:03:15.980 Thank you.
01:03:19.400 Better than Dan's Beauty and the Beast
01:03:20.980 is a Joseph Fritzl story?
01:03:23.120 I don't know what you're talking about,
01:03:25.360 but okay. Lucky Gora says,
01:03:27.440 Thank you, Firaz, for your perspective
01:03:28.760 and teaching us about historical figures
01:03:30.180 like Sayyid Abul Ahal al-Mawdoodi.
01:03:32.980 You remember that, do you?
01:03:34.700 Thanks, man. I appreciate the big super chat.
01:03:38.840 Pig Dog 5150.
01:03:40.520 Howdy. Thank you for your insights.
01:03:41.980 Based on your knowledge, what do you think
01:03:43.120 the probability is that we can vote
01:03:44.420 our way out of this mess?
01:03:45.980 Don't ask me to FedPost.
01:03:49.460 Don't ask me to FedPost. 0.98
01:03:52.700 Merrick Mel, India's 3.5% share of global manufacturing is misleading.
01:03:57.120 By PPP and capacity, it could be 7% to 10%.
01:04:00.040 This leads many to underestimate India's industrial ownership across Europe,
01:04:04.060 the Anglosphere, and the U.S. 1.00
01:04:05.240 No, you're absolutely right.
01:04:06.340 They bought a lot of industries in Europe,
01:04:08.200 especially through ArcelorMittal,
01:04:10.800 and then set up favorable policies for them. 0.99
01:04:13.640 I mean, it is insane to sell such critical industries to foreigners to begin with.
01:04:24.220 Some national assets can't be sold to outsiders.
01:04:30.080 This is what makes transnational capital so inherently evil.
01:04:34.140 It doesn't respect any sense of order beyond profit.
01:04:38.860 In a correct order, your people come first, full stop. 1.00
01:04:42.340 your people have to come first. There's no other way around it. You have to put your people ahead 1.00
01:04:47.780 of everybody else. But in a transnational capitalist system, why? It's just units of
01:04:54.840 production. It's just dollars. It doesn't matter. This is what the church keeps commenting on,
01:05:00.560 but I would argue comments on sometimes less well in modern times, when they say that humanity has
01:05:08.300 to be the center of the political and the economic system. People have to be the center
01:05:12.300 of the system, absolutely. But in practical terms, that does lead to economic nationalism.
01:05:19.640 That does lead to economic nationalism. And that itself is an idea that a lot of people
01:05:26.160 in the church are not comfortable with. Anyway, Merrick Mel, you have vastly political knowledge.
01:05:35.480 Thank you.
01:05:36.400 You do realize Indian conglomerates
01:05:38.340 own more of rich industrial capacity than China ever did?
01:05:40.460 Yes, yes.
01:05:42.760 Why is that?
01:05:44.840 I mean, yeah.
01:05:47.440 It's a bad thing, regardless. 1.00
01:05:50.560 India sees itself as just as much 0.76
01:05:53.880 of a geopolitical rival than China. 0.98
01:05:56.120 But China, because it is successful,
01:05:58.500 is less solid and resentful. 1.00
01:06:02.340 Like, if you go to a Chinese city,
01:06:04.720 you are genuinely impressed you are genuinely impressed by the wealth by the infrastructure
01:06:09.600 by the efficiency of taxis by the way you know if if you are an electric taxi you just pop in
01:06:17.600 to an equivalent to a fuel station and it takes you less time to replace the vehicle's battery
01:06:23.900 than it does to fill up a gas tank on a large car just pop in pop the hood
01:06:31.820 the battery is pulled out
01:06:34.960 a new one is put in
01:06:35.840 and you're on your merry way
01:06:37.820 so
01:06:40.920 it gives them less reason to be resentful
01:06:44.020 because they're successful 1.00
01:06:45.400 with India it's a different story 1.00
01:06:48.520 they have a massive 1.00
01:06:50.360 inferiority complex
01:06:51.400 and they're very resentful about it
01:06:53.900 love and geopolitics
01:06:56.780 in the morning, thank you
01:06:57.720 I'm pro-prime Miliband
01:06:59.640 because I think we need more pretext 1.00
01:07:01.000 for excluding foreigners from positions of authority
01:07:02.820 regardless. 1.00
01:07:05.140 Well played.
01:07:07.380 Would love to see you interview Raymond Ibrahim.
01:07:10.080 Yeah, I'd love to interview Raymond Ibrahim, actually.
01:07:14.460 Universalism's friend is atomism.
01:07:16.540 Yes, that is a good point.
01:07:18.860 That is a very good point.
01:07:21.680 Brendan Lucas, thank you.
01:07:23.740 Starmer was correct that we've become a nation of strangers.
01:07:25.960 This is why Cameron could denounce multiculturalism 10 years ago.
01:07:29.160 And that statement is verboten today. 1.00
01:07:31.780 Yes, that is such a good point.
01:07:36.160 Deb Kozer, we are all tribal and we always will be.
01:07:40.500 It is ingrained.
01:07:42.640 It is part of your evolutionary heritage. 0.89
01:07:46.720 If you accept evolution, then as a mammal, what distinguishes you is that you're not a freaking reptile
01:07:54.720 who abandons your children to the competition
01:07:58.160 to a genuine global meritocracy. 0.84
01:08:02.200 That's what reptiles do.
01:08:03.420 They believe in a genuine global meritocracy.
01:08:05.820 You just unleash your eggs and they hatch
01:08:09.080 and they're in this global meritocracy.
01:08:12.840 If you're a mammal, you take care of your kids. 0.78
01:08:16.600 So it is correct to describe these people as bug men. 0.87
01:08:22.360 Firas, Citizen Session, love it. 0.87
01:08:24.080 Please be back.
01:08:24.540 Thank you, James.
01:08:26.360 Thank you. 1.00
01:08:27.720 Women have reasoned just less of it. 1.00
01:08:30.400 Yes. 1.00
01:08:32.240 Yes.
01:08:33.640 It's true. 0.99
01:08:34.660 We have female doctors at the church. 1.00
01:08:37.300 We have female doctors at the church.
01:08:38.700 I'm not saying, and I will never be a doctor at the church. 1.00
01:08:41.420 I will never be at their level.
01:08:43.500 Never.
01:08:44.360 Absolutely.
01:08:46.800 But on average, in general terms,
01:08:50.300 in terms of applying a precautionary principle,
01:08:53.140 You just have to be honest about this kind of stuff. 0.98
01:08:56.260 Are some women much better at reason than I am?
01:08:59.920 Yes, granted. 0.69
01:09:01.680 Granted.
01:09:03.120 Yes, honey, it includes you.
01:09:04.860 Talk to my wife.
01:09:05.760 Of course it includes you.
01:09:07.980 But in general, on average, obviously not.
01:09:13.800 Reconstruction costs of Gaza stands at 72 billion.
01:09:16.840 Can that ever be meaningfully paid, especially if they're already behind?
01:09:20.960 No, no, no.
01:09:21.460 Gaza is not going to be rebuilt. 0.99
01:09:23.480 This is part of the plan 0.98
01:09:24.640 as far as the Israelis are concerned. 1.00
01:09:26.920 They will keep them in tents and shanty towns 1.00
01:09:28.820 for as long as possible 1.00
01:09:29.820 in the hope of expelling them.
01:09:31.520 They can only expel them 0.99
01:09:32.820 if the Egyptian army melts away somehow 1.00
01:09:35.600 and it's just not melting away 0.96
01:09:37.580 and they can't come up
01:09:38.880 with a justifiable cost of belly
01:09:40.440 to attack Egypt 0.96
01:09:41.920 and the Egyptians will never give them one. 0.99
01:09:45.380 That's the thing.
01:09:48.940 Firas, what if you were on the podcast
01:09:50.420 and a bird the size of a car smashed through the roof
01:09:53.140 and grabbed you flying off.
01:09:55.440 You pass out and wake up minus 10 kg.
01:10:05.540 Are you high?
01:10:07.760 Isn't it too early to get this high?
01:10:12.040 Trailhead.
01:10:12.860 When people say collapse is coming soon,
01:10:14.540 what does that practically entail?
01:10:15.620 Should I even be bothering to save up money?
01:10:18.120 I'm a young dad of two.
01:10:19.120 You should always save up money.
01:10:21.140 You should definitely have gold, I think.
01:10:24.640 You should have a well-stocked house in general,
01:10:28.040 and you should have a couple of weapons
01:10:30.500 and the ability to use them.
01:10:35.740 Johan says, good morning from Canada.
01:10:37.880 Great job. Thank you.
01:10:40.680 Keith Brown, what does your average Druze eat for breakfast? 0.83
01:10:44.340 I was going to say I'm Muslim, but that would sound bad. 0.90
01:10:55.860 No, I mean, it's just a Lebanese breakfast.
01:10:59.460 It's just, you know, eggs and awarma, which is a, it's fantastic.
01:11:05.900 Culinary digression.
01:11:07.060 What you do, you get two kilograms of pure animal fat.
01:11:14.340 and preferably sheep or goat fat if you can get them.
01:11:19.620 And you get some meat that is cut into very small drops, very small.
01:11:26.160 You could just use ground meat if you want to.
01:11:29.660 And then you cook them for a couple of hours with copious amounts of salt.
01:11:34.300 And the fat completely renders,
01:11:37.040 and you end up with this mixture of fat and meat that is incredibly salty.
01:11:41.440 if you apply that to eggs sunny side up and and that because it's so salty uh it preserves the
01:11:50.460 meat indefinitely it can last for a couple of years it doesn't need refrigeration it's totally
01:11:55.160 fine and so if you add that to eggs sunny side up while they're still on the pan you get something
01:12:03.740 absolutely delicious. Absolutely delicious. So that is a man's breakfast if you're a Druze.
01:12:13.800 They're beating Trump Republicans till candy comes out these midterms. I've been telling 0.92
01:12:18.680 Bill an oil crisis is coming for several months in Super Chats. An oil crisis is here and it is
01:12:24.320 going to get considerably worse. And the problem with an oil crisis is that it grinds down everything
01:12:29.980 and it also comes with a debt crisis.
01:12:33.960 And debt crises are inherently politically destabilizing.
01:12:37.000 You got the MAGA movement on the back of the 2008 Bush-Obama bailouts
01:12:42.720 that truly revealed that the Uniparty is the party of the oligarchs
01:12:47.260 that was meant to be the promise of the MAGA movement.
01:12:49.980 And instead, we get more of the same.
01:12:53.200 Harry, did we have a poll this morning?
01:12:56.160 Oh, we did, yeah.
01:12:57.420 Okay. Can I see it? I don't see it.
01:12:59.980 Will Trump win the midterms?
01:13:01.580 52% of you are wrong because they say yes.
01:13:07.080 I hope you're right.
01:13:10.280 Trump is like...
01:13:15.460 The Republicans refuse to take the side of white Americans.
01:13:24.620 And since we are all provinces in a global American empire,
01:13:28.420 we need things to change politically in the United States.
01:13:33.640 The Republicans are also much better than the Democrats 0.65
01:13:36.600 because even though they have utter contempt for the whites,
01:13:43.720 they don't abuse them as badly.
01:13:47.980 And so your view on this depends.
01:13:50.100 Are you an accelerationist who wants things to get so bad
01:13:54.380 that there is an armed uprising?
01:13:55.680 or are you worried about another 20-30 million migrants
01:14:00.680 coming into the United States under a Democrat administration
01:14:03.140 and all of these things going crazy
01:14:07.980 or would you rather legal immigration continue under the Republicans
01:14:12.580 until you're slowly flooded? 0.91
01:14:14.940 You are a frog whether you like it or not. 0.95
01:14:17.700 You are a frog.
01:14:18.980 Would you rather be cooked fast or slow?
01:14:21.680 That's the question in the midterms.
01:14:23.240 this is why i don't have a preferred outcome at the end of the day um i just don't want to
01:14:32.260 i just don't want to be that antagonistic as a foreigner that's all but i don't have a preferred
01:14:41.900 outcome because the way that i see it it's choosing how quickly you get cooked anyway
01:14:47.500 i hope you enjoyed breakfast with beau but without beau and uh i will see you again
01:14:55.780 at the podcast today at one thanks very much
