00:00:00.000Hello, I am joined today by a very special guest, Father Calvin Robinson, who has just come out with an excellent new book, The Silent Jihad, which is not only peppered with very relevant historic vignettes, but actually condenses the various problems that the West faces in confronting Islam and gives a clear pathway to how this threat of Islam should be addressed.
00:00:26.760And what I really like about this is the honesty, because there isn't this false distinction being
00:00:32.700made between Islam and Islamism. What Father Calvin understands perfectly and what he shows
00:00:37.680in this book is that it's the same thing. Islamism is just how Muslims want to be governed under1.00
00:00:45.760Islam, and it's perfectly natural. Father Calvin, at the start of the Reconquista,1.00
00:00:52.400something like 50 priests in Spain decided to give up their lives by standing up to the Muslim0.74
00:01:01.400authorities at the time and telling them clearly Muhammad is a false prophet, Islam is a Christian0.99
00:01:08.020heresy that involves a great deal of blasphemy, Muhammad himself was a fornicator and a rather1.00
00:01:14.020wicked man. And it was really through their blood that the impetus for the Reconquista0.99
00:01:20.940came to be. And my question is, will we have to wait this long in the West? Will we have to wait
00:01:29.900this long for the West to wake up until the Islamic conquest is achieved? Or can we start1.00
00:01:38.860maybe doing something now and what is expected of the church for things not to get that bad
00:01:46.520before we start addressing them? Firstly, thank you for having me on. It's wonderful to be here
00:01:50.780and thank you for the promotion of the book. I really try to, we all know the issue, but I really
00:01:55.320try to make it so that I can help empower people to articulate the problem so that we can fight
00:02:00.180back. Because to answer your question, we don't have to wait. If we want to learn from the lessons
00:02:05.860of history we won't wait yes but it's a big if if we look at so the reconquista is one good example
00:02:11.400or reconquista however you pronounce it is one good example the crusades are another the beginning
00:02:15.680of the crusades christians are being persecuted in the east and the eastern empire says this is not
00:02:21.180on please and please to the pope please send us some anything any support any help christians are
00:02:28.980being killed and persecuted and then we find that it's not just happening across the east it's
00:02:33.440happening to Christians on pilgrimage from the West to the Holy Land. And so the Pope stands up
00:02:38.400and says, enough with the death. We're going to have holy pilgrimages to the Holy Land, and these
00:02:44.200will be defensive pilgrimages. If Christians are attacked, we will fight back. We will defend
00:02:48.740ourselves. And that was what the Crusades were. And Reconquista is a similar thing in that
00:02:53.160Christians finally started to stand up after they'd been persecuted, after they'd been killed.
00:02:58.220Now, today we're living in a society where we're not persecuted in the West, but we are oppressed.
00:03:03.100Christianity is the only faith that's denigrated and ridiculed to this degree.
00:03:07.360And every other faith, especially Islam, is held upon a pedestal.
00:03:11.480The problem with that is that that will only increase.1.00
00:03:14.500And Mohammedans are gaining a critical mass in our country.1.00
00:03:17.600Once they gain a critical mass, they'll no longer need the parties of power,1.00
00:10:33.760So let's go through that, shall we?0.51
00:10:36.180So I call it a parasite because it eats away at what's already there.
00:10:39.900And so we are or we were a Christian nation, depending on how you look at it.
00:10:45.080Obviously, we have a state-established church.
00:10:48.040Our judiciary, our legislative, they're all founded in Christian principles.
00:10:52.040Our legal system, our common law is founded on the Ten Commandments.
00:10:56.160We have a king, so-called king, who is supposed to be the supreme governor of the Church of England.
00:11:00.480And so we should be a Christian nation, but it should also take into account that most people should be Christian in the nation for it to be a Christian nation.
00:11:09.540However, liberalism says we can have all the fruits of that without the commitments.
00:11:15.400We can have the nice moral values without submitting to the moral truth.
00:11:27.580the liberal secularists will be like well of course we can stick to this what this wonderful
00:11:32.000country that we've always had thinking that we've always shared something that's unique and so what
00:11:38.520are the things we share well it was our christian faith and they will say well it's the rule of law
00:11:43.020it's tolerance of people of other faiths and none it's this you know the michael gove theresa may
00:11:48.600values of course they're not but they're not binding enough they're not inherent in our culture
00:11:53.900People don't care about those things enough, and so they don't stick us together.
00:11:57.240And so what happens is liberalism takes out the Christian values, puts in these random arbitrary secular values, which cannot hold because they're not built on a firm foundation.
00:12:06.900And so as they trickle away, liberalism and secularism creates a vacuum.
00:12:12.600Nature abhors a vacuum, and so something has to fill it.
00:12:15.380But because they've eroded Christianity into being nothing more than just niceness and a cup of tea on a Sunday, Christianity can no longer replace the void.0.99
00:12:26.540So something stronger has to come in, and that's where Islam comes in.0.98
00:12:29.640At the same time as having mass migration from Islamic countries, Islam comes in and fills that vacuum, and so eventually we will become an Islamic country.0.93
00:12:37.520We have a choice between Christianity and Islam. It's as simple as that.0.97
00:12:40.080There is no secular, liberal middle ground of all faiths being equal, all ideas being the same, and everyone gets to heaven in some way, shape.
00:12:47.300Firstly, there's only one way to heaven, through the narrow gate.
00:12:49.760There's only one way to the Father, through the Son, and that's Jesus Christ.
00:12:52.680But secondly, even if pluralism was a nice idea, which it isn't, even if it was, it doesn't work because the strongest will always rule over the weakest.0.93
00:13:02.680And if Islam remains the strongest, Christianity will be subjugated, will all become dimmy, and will all become indentured slaves, essentially.0.94
00:13:09.560Yes. It's absolutely true. And there is this nefarious way that the establishment speaks of a distinction between Islam and Islamism.1.00
00:13:21.660And I actually wrote a short article about that, but it's genuinely insulting.
00:13:27.420The distinction between Islam and Islamism is genuinely an insult to an intelligence man.
00:44:14.480Yes, and that's that's it's to break us down is to break our connection to our Lord
00:44:18.760I mean, I'm old enough to remember school books that explain that what makes a people is land
00:44:24.080ancestry and language and religion. Yeah, I'm old enough to remember that
00:44:29.280That's what makes a people that's what makes a nation. That's what makes a culture. Yeah, so the idea that you could come in with a different
00:44:39.600Everybody's got pretty much the same genetics in Lebanon or
00:44:44.480to a certain degree, from the same land. They speak the same language. Their religious division
00:44:51.600destroys the country. It's absolutely destroyed it. Balkans, same story. They all speak the same0.86
00:44:57.200language, different accents, but it's the same language, completely destroyed as a region because1.00
00:45:02.720of diverse religious traditions. And we don't want that. So therefore there should be not a single1.00
00:45:07.440mosque in Britain. I agree. We shouldn't have any mosques or any buildings of any temples,1.00
00:45:12.080synagogues to any false religions or gods, only churches in this land. Now, that's not to say0.88
00:45:17.060everyone that comes here must be subjugated and made to become a Christian. The opposite, in fact.
00:45:21.600Anyone that comes here should be encouraged to become a Christian, but they don't have to be
00:45:25.160because we have free will. What they cannot be is someone who's going to come here and build a false1.00
00:45:29.120idol or a false god or a false temple, a false synagogue or false mosque. They all must be gone.0.98
00:45:34.300And the people themselves, I would go as far as to say, need to be gone too. If people are not from1.00
00:45:40.520our tribe so they're not english speaking they have no claim to the english land they don't have
00:45:45.760the english faith which is christianity they should not be in england i agree i i say that
00:45:50.800as a foreigner i agree i agree completely it's quite simple um it's it's not that hard and it's
00:45:56.060not i mean well it's not hateful either it's loving loving of one's own people is good and
00:46:01.200you can love the other too we should love the other yes but we shouldn't become the other
00:46:04.900Yes. And you shouldn't end up being subjugated to the other, especially when they have a completely false religion. It's not the same as William the Conqueror coming in, which, you know, I read some of the Robin Hood children's stories in the old Lady Bird.
00:46:25.160Robin Hood was my favorite growing up. I'm from the Midlands, from Sherwood Forest.
00:46:28.160Right, right. Okay. So I read this to my kids. And you see there that it's clear in the Robin Hood children's stories from the 60s and 70s, that actually, the Saxons really absolutely hated being conquered by the Normans.
00:56:03.740I mean, the only places where they've coexisted in the Middle East has entailed a massive amount of Christian humiliation and subjugation.0.95
00:56:10.740Every single time, and quite often genocide.
00:56:14.200And that's the other thing. When you mention in the book the distinction between good Muslims, bad Muslims, good Muslim neighbors, bad Muslim neighbors, one point that I wanted to make to you is that when the Copts or when Syrian Christians or when Iraqi Christians or Armenians describe what happened to them, invariably there is a story about some poor Christian saying,
01:00:04.880In England, in an officially Christian nation, to stand for office, to run for office, stand in an election, you'd have to be a Christian man.0.81
01:00:20.220I don't think it's necessary that you have to be a member of the Church of England, but to be a Christian at the very least, I think, should be important.
01:00:26.260because it's what moral compass are you governing based
01:01:25.740Yes. But off the back of that, in order to get Rothschilds into positions of power in England, in order to get Israel founded, they had to remove Christ from the Pledge of Allegiance. And so when MPs swear into office, they pledge allegiance to Christ first and foremost. Those words are removed so that the Jews would feel comfortable. And off the back of those Jewish influences, we now have Mohammedans in the Houses of Parliament. It's funny how those two things go hand in hand quite often.0.65
01:01:51.580i mean who opened the gate of toledo every single time this is this is one of the things that i
01:02:03.620generally respect about you father it's that you don't discriminate no you you or discriminate
01:02:11.620equally precisely precisely you discriminate between christian and non-christian yeah that's
01:02:17.700which is the most important distinction.1.00
01:03:16.880Well, yeah, but I'm talking about weak Christians who allow Mohammedans and Jews into our country and say, well, you guys stay as you are.1.00
01:03:23.900Build your synagogue, build your temple, build your mosque.1.00
01:05:40.060assuming that somehow one is worse than the other,
01:05:43.720whereas actually the Ottomans protected a lot of Christian sites probably more than the modern
01:05:50.780Israelis do today because at least they recognize the importance of Jesus. They don't recognize who
01:05:55.100he is, whereas the Jews of today actively reject Jesus. And so that's an important distinction.0.98
01:06:01.380That is a very important distinction. And according to the religious Zionists,
01:06:06.000the heirs of Rabbi Cook and people like that, the Christian churches need to be destroyed for the0.98
01:06:13.340Messiah, for what they believe is the Messiah. Which will be the Antichrist. Yes. So there is1.00
01:06:19.820that very important distinction there. In their ideology, I mean, the hostility of Judaism to0.92
01:06:28.360Christianity is much larger than the hostility of Islam to Christianity. In that particular region.
01:06:34.400The theological hostility. The theological hostility is much bigger. That's important.
01:06:41.960What the Talmud says about Jesus Christ, about the Virgin Mary, about the disciples, about Christians, is much harsher generally than what Islam says.
01:06:58.540Islam, I mean, one of the many, many bits of evidence for the falsehood of Islam is its depiction of the crucifixion.
01:07:07.620it says that it appeared that someone was crucified but it wasn't christ and then you see0.93
01:07:14.980in the uh in the exegesis of i think ibn kathir you see him basically saying that um
01:07:22.560apparently according to him jesus had one of his disciples go and die or die on the cross for him
01:07:30.720right and god made it appear as if it was jesus yeah which is just insulting well it's undermining
01:12:30.740the those who are christian will have to be exceptional christians yes decadent societies
01:12:38.140don't produce good christian leaders no no and you know the this christian remnant that exists
01:12:45.420in the west has to be exceptional in its christianity for it to atone yeah for the
01:12:51.900horrors that we see and that will be so helpful for everyone else if if the few of us that are0.62
01:12:56.520Christians really buckle down and become the best Christians we possibly can be and thrive toward0.96
01:13:01.760aspire towards sainthood the rest of the world as it gets darker and darker we will see we will
01:13:07.700shine like a light the rest of the world as everything else crumbles around they'll look
01:13:11.140and see how are those people still content where how do they find joy in all of this suffering
01:13:15.980and we'll be like let me introduce you to him his name is Jesus Christ and that's how we have an
01:13:21.160That's one of the lessons of the story of Noah, in a sense, that when you have this horrific society around you that is literally damned, the only answer is to fully obey God, build an ark, build something beautiful, build something good, build something beneficial, and try to save as much life as you can.
01:13:44.580I mean, that is the message of Noah, essentially.
