00:00:00.120 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the podcast of Lotus Eaters for the 24th of January, 2025.
00:00:06.340 It is a Friday, the best day of the week, by Josh and Stelios, and today we're going to be talking about some grim subjects,
00:00:14.380 then some less grim, well, no, even more grim subjects, well, just as grim subjects, and then some good news.
00:00:19.440 We're talking about the sentencing of Axel Rudabakana, I can't pronounce his name, the land grab in South Africa,
00:00:26.600 and so it's not all bad news. So, where do we start then, Stelios?
00:00:34.520 Right, so yesterday we had the trial of Axel Rudabakana, who is the Southport murderer.
00:00:40.900 This is one of the worst crimes of the last years, I think it's just a...
00:00:46.220 Well, to be honest with you, there are times that the Manchester Arena bombing was just horrific, absolutely horrific.
00:00:52.440 The London Bridge attack was terrible, so there have been a lot, really.
00:00:56.600 This is, again, just another awful, awful thing.
00:01:00.580 I think it's particularly upsetting to people because it's specifically targeting little girls,
00:01:06.360 and you can't think of anyone more undeserving or more innocent, really.
00:01:11.520 Yeah, so the Southport murders took place on the, I think, the 29th of July,
00:01:16.760 about a week or 9, 8, 10 days before he turned 18 years old,
00:01:24.660 and this is incredibly important for the sentencing,
00:01:27.540 because he essentially is going to get 52 years,
00:01:31.580 and he is going to be released after 52 years.
00:01:34.480 But if that was committed about 10 days afterwards,
00:01:39.700 that would be different, and he wouldn't be released in the sentencing.
00:01:42.880 So this is going to be something we're going to talk about.
00:01:45.720 Right, so this Monday he pleaded guilty.
00:01:49.640 Before, he hadn't pled guilty, but this Monday he did plead guilty,
00:01:53.160 and let's see what he pleaded guilty for.
00:01:56.520 Three counts of murder.
00:01:58.300 He admitted murdering B.B. King, 6-year-old,
00:02:02.060 LC.Stancom, 7-years-old,
00:02:04.360 and 9-year-old Alice de Silva Aguia,
00:02:06.580 and 10 counts of attempted murder,
00:02:10.960 8 children who are not named for legal reasons,
00:02:15.660 but also the class instructor,
00:02:19.540 Leanne Lucas, and businessman John Hayes,
00:02:21.680 who tried to prevent what was going on,
00:02:23.700 and they were subbed multiple times.
00:02:28.800 Right, so let's see what happened.
00:02:30.740 I'm going to talk a bit about the sentencing and the trial yesterday,
00:02:34.500 and then we're going to highlight some of the important aspects.
00:02:40.060 Here we see the victims who died.
00:02:44.820 This is Alice de Silva Aguila,
00:02:47.800 LC.Stancom, and B.B. King.
00:02:51.560 Yep.
00:02:52.620 Right, so we have here a survivor, John Hayes,
00:02:56.020 who was stabbed,
00:02:57.760 and he says here that he was trying to help a young girl
00:03:02.180 that was clearly in difficulty.
00:03:03.880 And you see, one of the really distressing issues about this
00:03:07.600 is how the people who survived the attack
00:03:10.480 are scarred for life, essentially,
00:03:12.300 because they have been traumatized significantly.
00:03:15.100 This guy does deserve some credit,
00:03:16.820 because he heard the screams and went in and tried to help them,
00:03:19.560 and I think he got stabbed in the leg quite badly in doing so.
00:03:23.140 And also, when Starmer dismissed the reaction to the Southport attack,
00:03:29.520 he rightfully brought up that there are legitimate concerns
00:03:32.280 about immigration to be had,
00:03:34.200 and that by dismissing people, you're not helping the situation,
00:03:37.820 which I think is a perfectly good point.
00:03:39.280 Not just dismissing, but politicizing those people,
00:03:41.960 calling them far-right,
00:03:43.100 as if only people of an extreme disposition
00:03:46.620 would be concerned about this issue.
00:03:48.000 Exactly. So this shows really several layers of institutional failures,
00:03:54.860 and one of the biggest failures in this case
00:03:57.160 was why didn't people do something about it before,
00:04:01.260 because there were many indications.
00:04:05.780 Let's just see here at the 929 entry.
00:04:10.900 They said that there were several missed opportunities
00:04:14.880 to identify the risk that Ruda Kubana was posing to other,
00:04:19.740 and they said that the teenager was referred three times
00:04:22.240 to the government's anti-extremism program
00:04:24.800 after expressing interest in school shootings,
00:04:28.540 the London Bridge attack, the IRA, MI5, and the Middle East.
00:04:31.960 Each time, his case was assessed by counter-terrorist, terror police,
00:04:36.660 but he was not deemed a terrorist risk.
00:04:39.660 I wonder why.
00:04:42.060 Yep, I wonder why as well.
00:04:43.820 But there are significant concerns
00:04:46.580 about the people who are in those institutions
00:04:50.920 and whether they're actually focusing on the things that matter
00:04:54.800 as opposed to focusing on promoting the political agenda.
00:04:58.940 Does it mean he had a history of violence in his schools?
00:05:02.540 I think one thing that Prevent might have kept internally
00:05:06.260 and may have been seen by the likes of Starmer,
00:05:08.380 which is why he included it in his speech,
00:05:10.220 is that they might have dismissed him
00:05:11.740 because he was a bit of a loner figure
00:05:13.500 and he wasn't connected.
00:05:15.220 Like, a lot of the groups which Prevent categorizes
00:05:17.460 are groups of people, right, by definition,
00:05:20.420 and so they might have let him slip between the cracks
00:05:24.080 because he was just one person,
00:05:26.020 but as we can see,
00:05:27.300 one person can still do quite a lot of damage.
00:05:29.640 Right, so about 10 minutes to 11 a.m. yesterday,
00:05:33.760 Rudakobana arrives at court.
00:05:35.300 They take him into the room.
00:05:37.480 There were several members of the victims,
00:05:41.520 of the families of the victims present,
00:05:44.580 and the proceeding started around 10 to 12 noon,
00:05:52.260 and the prosecution started laying out evidence
00:05:55.980 about the murders,
00:05:57.020 and they showed lots of footage about what happened,
00:06:00.540 and they shared the statements from the witnesses,
00:06:05.920 and it's really quite horrific to ask,
00:06:09.040 and someone wanted to make it all about himself.
00:06:12.940 Rudakobana started shouting 10 minutes
00:06:14.980 after the trial started,
00:06:17.200 Amil, I need to see a paramedic.
00:06:20.420 He's basically trying it on, isn't he?
00:06:23.540 It's the sort of,
00:06:24.440 he's appealing to the sort of safetyism culture
00:06:26.560 that we have,
00:06:27.920 where it's like,
00:06:28.400 oh, well, you know,
00:06:29.260 if he's feeling ill,
00:06:30.040 maybe you should go,
00:06:30.740 no.
00:06:32.380 If I had my way,
00:06:33.360 you feeling ill would be the least of your worries.
00:06:36.560 Just, sorry.
00:06:38.200 Yeah, so the prosecution,
00:06:39.860 just 10 minutes afterwards,
00:06:41.340 started saying that he was found
00:06:44.780 telling to the police 0.90
00:06:46.300 that he's so glad that his children were dead.
00:06:48.960 Multiple times he said 0.97
00:06:51.020 how glad he was,
00:06:54.280 and how it was a good thing 0.81
00:06:56.700 those children are dead,
00:06:57.820 and he was so glad and so happy
00:06:59.600 after the attack.
00:07:00.940 So he committed the attack,
00:07:02.200 and when the police went there and found him,
00:07:04.640 he was essentially saying
00:07:06.780 that he was incredibly happy about it,
00:07:09.400 and the lack of remorse
00:07:11.280 is something that carried on.
00:07:13.220 Yeah.
00:07:13.360 It isn't something that,
00:07:14.560 he didn't even try to put up an act.
00:07:17.540 Yeah, he's shown no remorse whatsoever.
00:07:19.560 Yes, zero remorse.
00:07:21.760 Well, I think there's something to be said
00:07:24.660 of where his parents originate from.
00:07:27.300 Of course, they're from Rwanda, 0.99
00:07:29.180 and the Rwandan genocide
00:07:30.220 was of their generation, right?
00:07:31.780 And so if they come from a culture and society
00:07:34.940 where neighbours can hack up their neighbours
00:07:37.580 with machetes,
00:07:38.460 and it killed a million people,
00:07:39.680 I think in a very short space of time,
00:07:43.480 yeah, it's one of those situations
00:07:47.000 where you think,
00:07:47.620 well, did they actually bring that kind of mindset,
00:07:50.920 the mindset that created that sort of thing?
00:07:52.220 The thing is,
00:07:52.780 I mean, a person would say,
00:07:53.660 well, they're Tutsi, 1.00
00:07:54.560 so they were on the receiving end of the genocide.
00:07:56.500 So why would they have a negative attitude
00:08:00.780 and feel that empathy
00:08:04.180 was something irrelevant to life?
00:08:06.980 Yeah, but also his father
00:08:09.060 was directly involved in the army
00:08:11.180 fighting against it, wasn't he?
00:08:14.040 And so there may have well been
00:08:15.700 these sort of tit-for-tat things going on.
00:08:17.940 It's difficult to know yet.
00:08:19.380 A doubtless word,
00:08:20.040 but again, all we could do is speculate.
00:08:22.160 Exactly.
00:08:23.320 Right, so the prosecution represented
00:08:25.580 CCTV footage
00:08:27.140 and they showed footage
00:08:29.280 from Ruda Kubana
00:08:30.940 in the cab
00:08:32.720 that he took to get to the dance club,
00:08:36.780 his entrance into the dance club
00:08:39.500 and also into the dance hall
00:08:41.400 where the lesson was being had.
00:08:44.020 And within 30 seconds of him entering,
00:08:48.740 the CCTV footage
00:08:50.380 shows the people screaming.
00:08:53.480 He went in,
00:08:54.060 and he started hacking multiple times.
00:08:56.740 Children,
00:08:57.760 Leanne Lucas,
00:08:59.320 the yoga instructor,
00:09:00.560 literally tried to protect lots of them
00:09:03.200 by covering them
00:09:05.140 and trying to use essentially herself
00:09:08.440 as a protective shield.
00:09:10.620 She was stabbed multiple times,
00:09:14.120 neck, arms,
00:09:15.460 multiple times.
00:09:16.460 And a lot of children were also stabbed.
00:09:21.200 A lot of them were trying to flee
00:09:23.880 and they were stabbed in the back.
00:09:25.760 Some of them didn't make it outside.
00:09:29.880 One of them,
00:09:30.440 I think it was Elise Aguila,
00:09:33.840 the silver,
00:09:34.700 Aguila.
00:09:35.440 She was stabbed.
00:09:37.100 She managed to get out.
00:09:38.640 She tried to get into a car,
00:09:41.580 but then she was taken to hospital
00:09:44.540 and she died from really heavy injuries.
00:09:49.140 But also,
00:09:49.940 what was incredibly,
00:09:51.280 I will say,
00:09:52.400 demonic,
00:09:53.060 is that
00:09:53.860 there were dozens of stabbings.
00:09:59.400 Dozens of stabbings.
00:10:00.560 I think it was
00:10:01.960 B.B. King
00:10:03.520 who was stabbed
00:10:04.220 around 122 times.
00:10:07.940 It's just,
00:10:08.380 if anyone tries to imagine
00:10:10.440 the scene
00:10:12.120 and what happened,
00:10:12.920 it's just purely
00:10:14.140 scenes made out of hell.
00:10:15.760 Yeah.
00:10:17.320 There's just,
00:10:18.320 it's just nightmarish.
00:10:20.800 It's just impossible to believe
00:10:22.420 this could be something
00:10:23.700 that happens in England.
00:10:25.080 It's also incredibly sadistic.
00:10:27.440 Yeah.
00:10:28.180 The entire point of it
00:10:30.500 is to cause pain,
00:10:31.820 inflict pain
00:10:32.440 and also terrorize people.
00:10:34.060 That's my view.
00:10:36.300 Right.
00:10:36.980 Retuitous.
00:10:37.660 That's the thing.
00:10:38.520 Exactly.
00:10:39.080 So we have here
00:10:39.740 the yoga instructor.
00:10:41.260 She felt the knife
00:10:42.520 in her back 0.97
00:10:43.140 and she started screaming 1.00
00:10:45.380 to the children to run.
00:10:48.900 Then we have the report
00:10:51.200 people were shouting
00:10:52.460 someone is stabbing the kids.
00:10:55.340 We have here a CCTV
00:10:56.800 showing children screaming
00:10:58.600 and fleeing the building.
00:11:00.500 And also police CCTV footage
00:11:06.500 is shown from the police
00:11:08.600 entering the building
00:11:10.380 and finding Ruta Cubana.
00:11:12.560 And as they say,
00:11:14.020 a lot of the two deceased victims
00:11:16.860 were attacked on the floor,
00:11:18.940 stabbed multiple times.
00:11:20.460 Then at around 1 o'clock,
00:11:24.480 1 p.m. yesterday,
00:11:25.920 they had a break
00:11:26.800 to 2 p.m.
00:11:28.900 After 2 p.m.,
00:11:29.800 the judge said,
00:11:30.700 right,
00:11:30.900 we are going to bring him in
00:11:32.120 back into the trial room
00:11:33.720 because they had
00:11:34.240 threw him out.
00:11:35.920 They found out
00:11:36.780 that basically
00:11:37.320 he was in good fitness
00:11:39.040 and he didn't,
00:11:40.600 he was basically lying
00:11:41.660 about the,
00:11:42.900 the,
00:11:43.460 his condition.
00:11:44.340 They brought him in.
00:11:45.000 He started shouting again.
00:11:47.120 Again,
00:11:47.600 and it was about him.
00:11:48.800 Just muzzle him.
00:11:50.840 Yes,
00:11:51.100 they threw him out
00:11:51.920 for a second.
00:11:52.900 They threw him out
00:11:53.740 for a second time.
00:11:54.840 Court resumes.
00:11:55.760 What was he shouting?
00:11:57.140 I mean,
00:11:57.420 like,
00:11:59.040 I guess.
00:11:59.680 He was shouting
00:12:00.000 that he doesn't feel well
00:12:01.300 and he feels ill
00:12:02.280 and he wants to see
00:12:03.100 a paramedic.
00:12:03.900 He has chest pains.
00:12:05.320 All of it was just
00:12:06.540 about,
00:12:06.880 about him,
00:12:07.740 about himself.
00:12:08.680 If it was my choice,
00:12:09.360 he wouldn't even be able
00:12:09.900 to walk,
00:12:10.400 mate.
00:12:10.680 So,
00:12:10.940 you know,
00:12:11.480 make yourself lucky.
00:12:13.620 Right.
00:12:14.100 Also,
00:12:14.580 there was evidence
00:12:16.460 presented by the prosecution
00:12:17.860 that racing was,
00:12:20.240 racing was found
00:12:21.560 in Tupperware
00:12:22.340 in Ruta Cubana's bedroom.
00:12:23.740 Which is a deadly poison.
00:12:25.560 It's a toxin.
00:12:26.260 And he'd made this himself,
00:12:27.480 right?
00:12:27.860 He had made it himself
00:12:28.960 and the question is here,
00:12:30.700 when it comes to,
00:12:31.920 to his parents
00:12:33.340 and his social circle,
00:12:34.620 is how can someone
00:12:36.020 construct what is
00:12:37.100 essentially a weapon
00:12:38.640 of biological warfare
00:12:39.880 and you not knowing
00:12:41.260 about it?
00:12:42.180 His parents just
00:12:42.960 don't know anything
00:12:43.880 about this then.
00:12:44.840 Exactly.
00:12:45.260 And I really don't
00:12:46.060 understand this
00:12:46.680 because there have been
00:12:47.600 other,
00:12:47.980 there have been
00:12:48.880 other suggestions
00:12:49.860 and some people
00:12:51.240 call it evidence.
00:12:52.300 I don't know exactly
00:12:53.080 at the moment
00:12:53.820 and trying to be cautious
00:12:54.740 that his father
00:12:55.860 tried to prevent him
00:12:57.040 from going to school
00:12:58.480 a week
00:12:59.300 before the attack.
00:13:01.180 Like the previous
00:13:02.080 Saturday or something,
00:13:03.520 like he'd tried
00:13:04.040 to get into a taxi
00:13:04.880 and his father
00:13:05.940 had persuaded him
00:13:06.800 out of it,
00:13:07.180 which implies the father
00:13:07.980 knew what he was
00:13:08.640 trying to do
00:13:09.360 and then just sat on it
00:13:10.640 for a week.
00:13:11.460 That really infuriated me
00:13:13.160 because obviously
00:13:14.160 his parental influence
00:13:16.600 has been,
00:13:17.420 you know,
00:13:18.120 poor.
00:13:18.420 Yeah,
00:13:19.100 I think that's
00:13:19.680 a very generous
00:13:20.520 way of putting it.
00:13:21.660 Yeah,
00:13:21.880 his parents
00:13:22.780 are somewhat
00:13:23.960 complicit in what
00:13:24.760 he's done,
00:13:25.280 I would say.
00:13:25.940 You can't breed 0.80
00:13:26.780 someone like this
00:13:27.620 and not be complicit. 1.00
00:13:28.740 You've raised a monster. 0.98
00:13:29.940 Yeah,
00:13:30.300 and by extension
00:13:31.360 you have to be
00:13:32.320 somewhat monstrous
00:13:33.420 yourself to create 0.94
00:13:34.340 a child like this.
00:13:35.800 And I want to add
00:13:37.420 to this
00:13:37.840 because we also
00:13:38.860 had the previous
00:13:39.680 segment where
00:13:40.380 we were talking
00:13:41.140 about it
00:13:41.580 and I think,
00:13:43.660 Josh,
00:13:43.880 you mentioned
00:13:44.420 that
00:13:44.840 even his parents
00:13:47.580 should have
00:13:48.160 taken him
00:13:48.920 to the police,
00:13:49.520 should have
00:13:49.780 notified him
00:13:50.380 and they absolutely
00:13:51.320 should have done
00:13:52.120 if not for any
00:13:53.600 other reason
00:13:54.260 for their child
00:13:55.040 because
00:13:55.400 notifying,
00:13:58.380 you know,
00:13:58.640 if you want your,
00:13:59.860 it's better for your child
00:14:01.020 to have a,
00:14:02.140 you know,
00:14:02.560 a harsh punishment
00:14:03.460 that prevents
00:14:05.080 what you suspect
00:14:07.000 might happen
00:14:07.660 than actually face
00:14:08.900 what actually happened.
00:14:10.500 Just,
00:14:10.780 oh yeah,
00:14:11.000 my child that's been
00:14:11.800 reported to prevent
00:14:12.680 three previous times
00:14:13.940 and has a history
00:14:14.480 of violence in school
00:14:15.340 was trying to get
00:14:16.440 into a taxi
00:14:16.940 with a knife
00:14:17.400 and go to a dance 0.94
00:14:18.080 class to commit 0.93
00:14:18.680 a stabbing
00:14:19.100 and I persuaded
00:14:19.680 him out of it.
00:14:20.780 I don't need to do
00:14:21.660 anything else after that.
00:14:23.000 My job here is done.
00:14:24.320 Good God,
00:14:25.140 man.
00:14:25.480 I just...
00:14:26.680 Right,
00:14:27.060 so it gets a bit
00:14:28.120 more distressing
00:14:28.860 because more than
00:14:30.160 Raisin was found
00:14:31.740 in his possession,
00:14:33.560 he was found
00:14:34.240 with the possession
00:14:34.900 of an Al-Qaeda
00:14:35.700 training manual
00:14:36.840 that said explicitly 0.95
00:14:38.720 how to kill people 1.00
00:14:40.220 and how to stab them 1.00
00:14:42.540 in order to kill them 1.00
00:14:43.640 and they also found 1.00
00:14:46.040 incredibly distressing
00:14:47.460 images of corpses,
00:14:50.920 people being tortured
00:14:52.480 and also,
00:14:55.080 let me see exactly
00:14:57.680 what it was,
00:15:00.000 and beheadings.
00:15:01.200 Right.
00:15:01.920 So he had images
00:15:02.900 of this at his possession
00:15:04.780 and they were saying
00:15:06.080 he was obsessed
00:15:07.140 with killing 0.75
00:15:07.680 and with genocide. 0.97
00:15:10.360 Right,
00:15:10.920 so the proceedings
00:15:13.400 went on.
00:15:14.260 We had the families
00:15:16.080 of the victims
00:15:16.760 and lots of survivors
00:15:18.260 talking about
00:15:19.560 how this has affected them.
00:15:22.940 She's our hero,
00:15:23.780 says father of
00:15:24.500 surviving stabbing victim.
00:15:28.040 We have here,
00:15:29.000 we see here
00:15:29.700 the,
00:15:31.660 I think this is
00:15:32.840 the dance instructor.
00:15:35.180 Yep.
00:15:36.760 She,
00:15:37.340 she has... 0.88
00:15:37.920 She saved
00:15:38.500 some of those little girls' lives
00:15:39.860 by what she did.
00:15:40.680 No, exactly.
00:15:41.800 Undoubtedly.
00:15:42.700 She did.
00:15:43.980 And she feels guilty.
00:15:46.020 She says,
00:15:46.440 how can I live
00:15:47.260 knowing I survived
00:15:48.140 when children died?
00:15:51.160 This is,
00:15:52.040 passions are high
00:15:52.920 and a lot of victims
00:15:54.400 of trauma
00:15:55.100 in these cases,
00:15:56.220 they do feel guilty,
00:15:57.320 but she,
00:15:58.200 I don't think
00:15:58.760 she has anything guilty
00:15:59.820 to anything to be
00:16:01.120 guilty about.
00:16:02.540 It's a sign of a good person
00:16:03.600 that she's even
00:16:04.420 entertaining that,
00:16:05.800 but no,
00:16:06.360 if it wasn't her
00:16:08.000 and it was someone else,
00:16:09.120 it could have been
00:16:09.980 even worse than it was.
00:16:11.420 And because I have
00:16:12.280 a background in,
00:16:13.340 in the issue
00:16:15.080 of moral culpability
00:16:16.120 and trying to establish
00:16:17.200 the degree of moral culpability,
00:16:18.780 I will say that
00:16:19.700 a lot,
00:16:20.160 it's very routine
00:16:21.000 that people conflate
00:16:21.940 between bad
00:16:23.520 and wrong.
00:16:25.200 And especially
00:16:25.880 in cases of trauma,
00:16:26.800 they think that
00:16:27.400 if something bad
00:16:28.500 has happened,
00:16:29.400 therefore it is their fault
00:16:30.860 and they have,
00:16:31.760 it is an act
00:16:32.480 of their wrongdoing.
00:16:33.260 But as far as I'm concerned,
00:16:34.780 she's a hero.
00:16:35.780 She,
00:16:36.040 she,
00:16:36.620 she prevented
00:16:38.180 more harm from happening.
00:16:40.300 Here we have
00:16:41.380 the victims say,
00:16:44.020 the parents of the victims
00:16:45.120 saying that it's like
00:16:46.440 having children again.
00:16:48.140 They,
00:16:48.260 they're incredibly afraid.
00:16:49.880 They,
00:16:50.240 they can't forget it.
00:16:51.660 It's,
00:16:52.800 it has scarred them.
00:16:54.600 And we,
00:16:55.620 we should always say that
00:16:56.880 apart from victims
00:16:58.180 who,
00:16:58.600 who,
00:16:59.140 who died,
00:16:59.720 we also have victims
00:17:00.740 who are alive
00:17:01.560 and situations
00:17:03.280 of the sort
00:17:04.040 are incredibly traumatizing.
00:17:05.820 And you,
00:17:06.600 you literally
00:17:07.120 can't forget this.
00:17:08.300 No,
00:17:08.560 no,
00:17:08.600 it'd be enough.
00:17:09.100 You can't forget this.
00:17:09.920 It'd be enough
00:17:10.500 to scar an adult,
00:17:11.560 let alone a young child
00:17:12.760 that's even more impressionable.
00:17:15.960 And that's,
00:17:16.800 we go to,
00:17:20.340 we have here
00:17:21.400 a survivor
00:17:21.880 saying,
00:17:22.940 is paralyzed
00:17:23.960 by panic attacks.
00:17:25.920 It's just,
00:17:27.440 another child says,
00:17:29.380 said,
00:17:29.700 I thought I was going to die.
00:17:33.460 Really,
00:17:34.100 it's really horrifying.
00:17:36.100 And,
00:17:36.180 um,
00:17:36.820 they say that prosecutors
00:17:37.760 can't identify
00:17:38.640 terrorist cause.
00:17:41.820 Again,
00:17:42.280 what they're saying is
00:17:42.960 we can't identify
00:17:43.700 an ideology.
00:17:44.600 And so,
00:17:44.820 okay,
00:17:44.980 maybe he didn't have
00:17:45.960 an ideology.
00:17:47.200 Yeah, 1.00
00:17:47.380 maybe he was a lunatic. 0.99
00:17:49.760 Rudakubana's lawyer 0.96
00:17:50.540 said that something
00:17:51.480 changed in him
00:17:52.580 at age 13.
00:17:54.480 In October 29,
00:17:55.580 he made a plea
00:17:56.180 for help to child
00:17:57.440 and as he was struggling
00:17:58.760 to manage
00:17:59.800 his homicidal thought.
00:18:01.580 And,
00:18:01.920 uh,
00:18:02.160 they,
00:18:02.440 they are saying this,
00:18:03.300 but we also found out
00:18:05.320 that he had called,
00:18:07.360 contacted child line
00:18:08.560 and asked,
00:18:10.280 what should I do
00:18:11.320 if I'm fantasizing 0.95
00:18:12.900 about killing people? 0.99
00:18:14.840 Right. 0.99
00:18:15.040 Right.
00:18:17.140 So,
00:18:17.560 the judge begins
00:18:18.620 the sentencing remarks
00:18:19.860 and,
00:18:20.520 uh,
00:18:21.020 according to the judge,
00:18:22.200 he really wanted to,
00:18:24.140 Rudakubana to not
00:18:26.200 be ever released,
00:18:27.900 but he said that
00:18:29.760 he has to adjudicate
00:18:31.080 according to existing law.
00:18:33.580 And,
00:18:34.320 in this case,
00:18:34.840 I think that there are
00:18:36.200 also some arguments
00:18:37.380 made that there is
00:18:38.900 an ECHR imposition
00:18:41.020 that says that
00:18:42.400 no person above
00:18:43.760 18 years old
00:18:44.820 can be sentenced
00:18:46.120 for life.
00:18:47.020 Thank God
00:18:47.400 for the ECHR.
00:18:49.400 Well,
00:18:49.760 and he sentenced him
00:18:51.360 to 52 years
00:18:52.560 in prison.
00:18:53.700 Right.
00:18:53.980 So,
00:18:54.180 he's going to be,
00:18:54.720 what,
00:18:55.040 70 when he gets out.
00:18:56.440 Exactly.
00:18:58.200 Anyway.
00:18:59.060 Right.
00:18:59.460 So,
00:18:59.800 we see here
00:19:00.720 the attempt
00:19:02.000 by several people
00:19:03.260 to try to
00:19:03.940 completely
00:19:04.760 divert attention
00:19:06.420 from the victims
00:19:07.540 into different things.
00:19:08.680 I'm not going to play
00:19:09.380 this video
00:19:09.780 because I'm
00:19:10.980 cautious a bit of time
00:19:12.260 and also,
00:19:12.980 I think it's
00:19:13.520 particularly distasteful.
00:19:15.040 Oh yeah,
00:19:15.380 he was saying
00:19:15.780 diversity is a strength,
00:19:16.760 wasn't he?
00:19:18.000 I don't know if he said it
00:19:20.220 exactly in this clip.
00:19:21.800 He doesn't.
00:19:22.240 That was the message.
00:19:23.760 The message was,
00:19:25.080 again,
00:19:25.940 the Sky News reporter
00:19:26.880 trying to say,
00:19:27.820 you know,
00:19:28.120 that there has been
00:19:29.080 incredible misinformation
00:19:30.440 about the incident.
00:19:33.740 And also,
00:19:34.500 sorry,
00:19:34.820 before we go on,
00:19:35.640 there were books
00:19:36.920 found in Riddick Habana's
00:19:38.340 room,
00:19:38.940 weren't there?
00:19:39.420 Yes.
00:19:39.720 Anti-British books
00:19:41.260 and things like that.
00:19:42.140 Also,
00:19:42.460 it's an Al-Qaeda 0.94
00:19:43.460 which is a terrorist.
00:19:45.680 They were like
00:19:46.220 left-wing books
00:19:47.480 condemning Britain
00:19:48.440 and things like that.
00:19:50.480 Post-colonial stuff,
00:19:52.020 isn't it?
00:19:52.100 Yeah,
00:19:52.320 post-colonial studies
00:19:53.380 and stuff like that.
00:19:54.400 Yeah.
00:19:55.020 So,
00:19:55.560 I think that's worth
00:19:56.600 bringing up.
00:19:58.280 Absolutely.
00:19:59.100 Left-wing anti-British propaganda
00:20:01.100 didn't help
00:20:02.580 this situation.
00:20:04.060 Absolutely.
00:20:04.660 And what they're trying
00:20:05.560 to do is
00:20:06.080 they're trying to say
00:20:06.800 that anyone
00:20:07.400 who is introducing
00:20:08.760 into this conversation
00:20:09.840 an angle
00:20:10.780 that highlights
00:20:11.620 cultural differences
00:20:12.840 is a far-right
00:20:15.020 misinformer.
00:20:15.840 That's what they try to do.
00:20:16.800 But also,
00:20:17.360 let's look at this.
00:20:18.540 Skyni,
00:20:19.060 the journalist
00:20:19.780 who was interviewing
00:20:21.680 this person here
00:20:23.320 who was also saying,
00:20:24.580 I really don't know
00:20:25.440 why people thought
00:20:26.660 ill of,
00:20:28.680 why people would rush
00:20:30.400 to give a cultural
00:20:31.760 interpretation.
00:20:32.380 she was,
00:20:34.780 she ordered her producer
00:20:36.160 to cut the conversation
00:20:37.380 with an interviewee
00:20:38.480 after he blamed
00:20:39.280 the police,
00:20:40.000 politicians
00:20:40.460 and institutions.
00:20:41.840 I think
00:20:42.040 all the institutions
00:20:42.780 failed.
00:20:43.940 This is worth playing.
00:20:45.460 Let's see.
00:20:45.580 Look out in my mind.
00:20:46.960 Had people done
00:20:47.660 their job better
00:20:48.460 in the last few years
00:20:50.220 in relation
00:20:50.680 to this man,
00:20:52.140 those girls 1.00
00:20:52.800 will still be alive.
00:20:55.840 We look at her
00:20:56.780 being the
00:20:57.860 move.
00:20:59.880 Yes.
00:21:00.140 Why is she protecting 0.95
00:21:01.160 these institutions?
00:21:02.380 Why shouldn't there
00:21:02.940 be accountability?
00:21:04.400 There's a cascading...
00:21:05.300 It sees itself
00:21:06.180 as part of those
00:21:07.240 institutions.
00:21:08.000 Exactly.
00:21:08.580 There's a cascading
00:21:09.240 series of failures
00:21:10.040 and the people
00:21:10.740 in these institutions
00:21:11.760 should be named,
00:21:13.560 shamed and fired
00:21:14.560 and she's like,
00:21:15.400 oh no,
00:21:15.720 we'll just cut the feed,
00:21:16.660 cut the feed.
00:21:17.020 No, no.
00:21:18.220 It's about the quantity
00:21:19.680 of the message.
00:21:21.660 They will make
00:21:22.860 some,
00:21:23.460 several remarks,
00:21:24.420 I think even
00:21:25.000 Kia Stammer said
00:21:26.600 that there has been
00:21:27.400 some institutional failure
00:21:28.920 in this.
00:21:29.340 Some, yeah.
00:21:30.640 Yes.
00:21:31.120 He said that there
00:21:34.200 has been
00:21:34.620 institutional failure
00:21:35.640 but they want
00:21:36.580 to minimize it
00:21:37.440 as much as possible.
00:21:38.720 The blood is as much
00:21:39.500 on their hands
00:21:39.960 as anyone else is.
00:21:40.640 And I'm sure
00:21:42.340 that you saw
00:21:43.160 the headlines
00:21:43.860 who described him
00:21:44.940 as the Amazon killer.
00:21:46.320 Yes.
00:21:47.480 It's the most
00:21:47.980 transparent deflection
00:21:49.280 tactic I've ever seen.
00:21:50.820 It's absolutely horrific.
00:21:52.120 Amazon is in no way
00:21:53.060 culpable for this.
00:21:54.360 Also no one thinks that.
00:21:55.580 We all have access
00:21:58.140 to knives.
00:21:58.920 It's not that
00:21:59.460 the knife secretly
00:22:00.980 whispers in my ear, 1.00
00:22:01.820 stab people. 1.00
00:22:02.420 If I go to Sainsbury's 0.99
00:22:03.820 and buy a cutlery set,
00:22:04.940 a kitchen knife,
00:22:06.080 because I need to cut
00:22:06.700 a steak or something,
00:22:07.880 no one's like,
00:22:08.840 oh well,
00:22:09.340 Sainsbury's is now
00:22:10.080 complicit.
00:22:10.580 No, of course not. 0.98
00:22:11.300 This is disgusting. 0.97
00:22:12.800 Absolutely disgusting. 0.98
00:22:13.940 You can walk into
00:22:15.120 several,
00:22:16.060 let's say,
00:22:17.660 shops and buy knives
00:22:18.700 like these.
00:22:19.540 And also we have here
00:22:20.940 a Telegraph article
00:22:22.440 saying that the delivery,
00:22:24.180 that Amazon delivery,
00:22:25.640 the driver said
00:22:26.920 that the recipient
00:22:27.740 was over 25.
00:22:29.920 Parents could have received
00:22:30.860 the package for him.
00:22:33.440 Yeah.
00:22:34.000 Right.
00:22:34.340 So here we have
00:22:35.240 an article that...
00:22:36.320 Again,
00:22:36.620 a parental failure.
00:22:38.040 Why is my son,
00:22:38.940 who's 17,
00:22:39.900 getting a package delivered
00:22:41.180 that requires me
00:22:41.900 to be 25?
00:22:43.220 You know,
00:22:43.400 again,
00:22:43.840 yet another parental failure.
00:22:46.140 Here we have an article
00:22:47.300 talking about
00:22:48.580 Leanne Lucas,
00:22:49.960 everyone who wants
00:22:51.040 just click,
00:22:51.880 click on our website,
00:22:52.980 on our reading list
00:22:54.240 and read it.
00:22:55.860 Here we have the
00:22:56.840 MP for Southport
00:22:57.980 where,
00:22:59.140 saying that he thinks
00:23:00.360 that the,
00:23:01.020 that the penalty
00:23:02.040 isn't severe enough.
00:23:04.040 And a lot of people
00:23:05.280 have started talking
00:23:06.580 about,
00:23:07.080 about this
00:23:07.920 and they say that
00:23:08.440 this is a transparent
00:23:09.800 failure of justice
00:23:11.140 and a transparent
00:23:12.780 failure of the
00:23:13.480 justice system.
00:23:15.520 And we had
00:23:16.580 several people
00:23:17.800 even calling
00:23:18.520 for the death penalty
00:23:20.240 to be reinstated,
00:23:21.440 such as...
00:23:22.740 Yeah,
00:23:23.240 myself,
00:23:23.980 yeah.
00:23:25.200 Everyone I know.
00:23:26.720 Rupert Lowe
00:23:27.460 and
00:23:28.240 Lee Anderson.
00:23:30.300 Yeah,
00:23:30.480 good for them.
00:23:31.240 Because they're
00:23:31.480 completely correct.
00:23:32.460 And this is the most
00:23:33.280 classically English view
00:23:34.340 of injustice as well.
00:23:35.740 The abolition of the
00:23:36.780 death penalty
00:23:37.220 was done by
00:23:38.000 the son of a Romanian
00:23:39.000 immigrant
00:23:39.400 in the 60s.
00:23:41.740 This isn't the way
00:23:42.880 that the English
00:23:43.300 look at justice.
00:23:44.020 This is a continental
00:23:44.620 view of justice.
00:23:45.480 It's also still
00:23:46.040 a popular...
00:23:47.220 It's popular
00:23:48.360 with the public as well.
00:23:49.200 More than half
00:23:49.740 of the public
00:23:50.260 are just blanking
00:23:51.200 in favour of the
00:23:51.840 restoration of the
00:23:52.760 death penalty.
00:23:53.600 And that goes up
00:23:54.300 to about 60%
00:23:55.100 when you just say,
00:23:55.680 what about for child
00:23:56.400 murderers?
00:23:57.220 People go,
00:23:57.520 oh yeah,
00:23:57.960 those people,
00:23:59.000 yeah,
00:23:59.360 absolutely it should
00:24:00.320 be brought back.
00:24:01.240 I do accept
00:24:04.320 some arguments
00:24:05.020 that say that
00:24:05.760 the death penalty
00:24:06.680 is wrong
00:24:07.620 in several cases
00:24:08.500 and there is
00:24:09.520 the possibility
00:24:10.000 of error.
00:24:10.880 But in this case,
00:24:11.620 I don't think
00:24:12.080 there is any
00:24:12.940 room for error
00:24:14.020 because we have
00:24:14.860 footage of what
00:24:15.680 happened.
00:24:16.340 Well,
00:24:16.480 that's the point,
00:24:16.980 isn't it?
00:24:17.240 I hate this,
00:24:18.100 oh,
00:24:18.260 well,
00:24:18.420 what about
00:24:18.740 if you've got
00:24:19.060 the wrong person?
00:24:19.660 It's like,
00:24:20.240 okay,
00:24:20.480 but what about
00:24:20.880 if we don't?
00:24:22.080 If we're not sure,
00:24:23.800 if we can't
00:24:24.520 infallibly rule it out,
00:24:26.340 then we won't use it.
00:24:27.820 But if we can,
00:24:29.480 then we will.
00:24:30.380 Exactly.
00:24:30.920 He's a pretty
00:24:31.380 distinct person,
00:24:32.240 you're not going
00:24:32.520 to get it wrong.
00:24:33.520 Sorry,
00:24:33.840 Steli.
00:24:34.020 Yeah,
00:24:34.120 exactly,
00:24:34.360 I mean,
00:24:34.500 he was literally
00:24:35.120 caught in the act.
00:24:36.720 There's unbelievable
00:24:37.640 amounts of DNA evidence,
00:24:39.260 video footage,
00:24:40.300 it can't have been
00:24:41.560 someone else.
00:24:42.460 Exactly,
00:24:42.940 and we need to
00:24:44.060 bear in mind
00:24:45.480 and also we need
00:24:46.200 to point out
00:24:46.780 that some of the
00:24:47.960 classic examples
00:24:49.020 that have been given
00:24:50.040 in order to argue
00:24:51.680 against the death penalty
00:24:53.040 have to do with
00:24:54.560 false incarceration
00:24:55.600 and DNA evidence
00:24:57.380 that was used
00:24:58.280 years or sometimes
00:24:59.700 decades afterwards
00:25:00.620 to show that
00:25:01.460 people weren't
00:25:02.360 actually involved
00:25:03.040 in crime,
00:25:03.580 but there wasn't
00:25:04.360 CCTV footage
00:25:05.380 showing them
00:25:06.440 committing the crime.
00:25:07.340 I mean,
00:25:07.480 the Lee Rigby killers
00:25:08.340 are another great example
00:25:09.340 where it's like
00:25:09.840 they stand around
00:25:10.480 in the street
00:25:10.880 with the blood on their hands
00:25:11.800 and the knives on their hands
00:25:12.600 saying,
00:25:13.200 look,
00:25:13.340 this is why we did this
00:25:14.260 for Islam or whatever.
00:25:15.140 It's like,
00:25:15.360 okay,
00:25:15.480 well then,
00:25:16.260 there's just no doubt
00:25:16.980 it can't have been
00:25:17.940 anyone else but them.
00:25:19.560 Well,
00:25:19.780 then we can use 0.98
00:25:20.380 the death penalty. 0.81
00:25:21.160 And we need to
00:25:23.080 also bear in mind
00:25:24.120 that there is 0.83
00:25:24.720 a very ridiculous 0.93
00:25:25.720 soft view 0.98
00:25:27.540 when it comes to justice
00:25:28.880 that tries to present
00:25:30.240 the possibility
00:25:32.720 of rehabilitation
00:25:33.440 as being universal.
00:25:34.860 Some people
00:25:35.460 cannot be rehabilitated.
00:25:36.960 With some people
00:25:38.600 we can argue with
00:25:39.620 and reason with.
00:25:40.960 Some people
00:25:41.500 sometimes
00:25:42.220 may get a second chance
00:25:44.700 and actually honor it,
00:25:45.960 but some people
00:25:47.040 demonstrably
00:25:47.760 don't deserve it.
00:25:48.460 Some people
00:25:48.760 don't deserve mercy
00:25:49.560 either.
00:25:50.480 And also,
00:25:51.740 it's not really justice
00:25:53.660 that the taxpayer
00:25:54.540 has to keep him
00:25:55.640 under lock and key
00:25:56.940 for what,
00:25:57.840 50,
00:25:58.400 over 50 years?
00:25:59.820 So that's
00:26:00.760 going to be,
00:26:01.640 you know,
00:26:02.080 it's about 50,000 pounds
00:26:03.440 a year to keep a prisoner,
00:26:04.780 which is more than
00:26:05.420 the average salary.
00:26:07.320 Way more.
00:26:09.600 Oh man,
00:26:10.420 this whole thing
00:26:11.160 just infuriates me.
00:26:13.160 Anyway,
00:26:13.380 sorry,
00:26:13.620 I'll,
00:26:13.900 where you go.
00:26:16.680 Can I have the mouse,
00:26:17.720 please?
00:26:17.780 Yes,
00:26:17.960 of course.
00:26:18.460 Should we read any?
00:26:19.580 Yeah,
00:26:19.800 we've got a bunch.
00:26:21.660 That's a random name,
00:26:22.500 says the only reason
00:26:23.660 I'm against the death penalty
00:26:24.640 is because the time
00:26:25.720 it's going to be
00:26:26.120 used against political
00:26:27.000 dissonance.
00:26:27.460 That's not true.
00:26:28.340 That's not true.
00:26:29.220 This is,
00:26:29.900 honestly,
00:26:30.280 that's a very hysterical
00:26:31.280 and hyperbolic
00:26:31.980 approach to
00:26:33.420 considering the subject,
00:26:35.200 but this is not
00:26:35.700 going to be the case.
00:26:37.380 Carl,
00:26:37.560 will you do a long
00:26:38.060 form piece,
00:26:38.860 debate or direct camera
00:26:40.040 or whatever on the
00:26:40.580 history of the death penalty,
00:26:41.900 how it was subverted
00:26:42.680 and why it must be
00:26:43.280 part of British law again?
00:26:44.340 I can actually do that
00:26:45.720 because I read a book
00:26:46.260 about the death penalty.
00:26:47.500 That's a good idea
00:26:47.920 as well.
00:26:48.640 Yeah.
00:26:48.840 I reckon people
00:26:49.500 would listen to you.
00:26:50.720 Yeah,
00:26:51.040 I mean,
00:26:51.240 it was literally
00:26:51.720 a foreign communist
00:26:53.240 or the son
00:26:53.740 of a foreign communist
00:26:54.560 who was parachuted
00:26:56.040 into a Labour safe seat
00:26:57.160 who campaigned on it
00:26:58.360 in 1964
00:26:59.580 or something like that.
00:27:01.320 Then it was,
00:27:02.040 the Labour government
00:27:02.700 decided,
00:27:03.380 yeah,
00:27:03.540 why not?
00:27:03.880 and after that
00:27:05.120 this is where
00:27:06.000 the Moors murderers 1.00
00:27:06.700 weren't put to death
00:27:07.420 when,
00:27:08.660 I mean,
00:27:08.980 never a more deserving
00:27:09.980 person or couple
00:27:11.460 should have had it.
00:27:13.320 And yeah,
00:27:13.940 and the thing is
00:27:15.100 there are books
00:27:15.520 before that as well
00:27:16.420 of like,
00:27:18.040 you know,
00:27:18.240 Dutch professors
00:27:19.060 and various European
00:27:20.300 professors being like,
00:27:21.020 oh,
00:27:21.120 the English is still 0.94
00:27:21.760 so savage
00:27:22.420 because they have
00:27:23.040 the death penalty.
00:27:23.760 It's like,
00:27:24.480 are we though?
00:27:26.280 Anyway,
00:27:27.020 Inexio says,
00:27:28.460 the death penalty
00:27:28.960 is only a problem
00:27:29.520 if the evidence
00:27:30.040 isn't strong enough.
00:27:30.720 Yeah,
00:27:30.880 well,
00:27:30.980 the thing is
00:27:31.280 if the evidence
00:27:31.740 isn't strong enough
00:27:32.360 you don't apply
00:27:32.880 the death penalty.
00:27:33.880 It's actually
00:27:34.300 a really easy
00:27:35.180 conundrum to solve,
00:27:36.160 isn't it?
00:27:36.720 You say,
00:27:37.040 well,
00:27:37.320 can we be
00:27:37.880 infallibly sure
00:27:39.560 that it's this person?
00:27:40.880 And if the answer
00:27:41.220 is no,
00:27:41.640 you say,
00:27:41.800 okay,
00:27:41.960 well then just
00:27:42.280 life imprisonment
00:27:42.960 or something,
00:27:43.400 you know,
00:27:43.600 whatever.
00:27:43.700 So you can keep
00:27:44.280 them in prison
00:27:44.760 and then there
00:27:45.340 could be new
00:27:45.800 techniques developed
00:27:46.520 or new evidence
00:27:47.220 emerges
00:27:47.580 and then you can
00:27:48.640 say,
00:27:48.880 actually,
00:27:49.180 you know what?
00:27:50.220 It also raises
00:27:50.880 more questions.
00:27:51.540 Like,
00:27:57.800 evidence
00:27:58.200 kind of undermines
00:27:58.960 the nature
00:28:00.340 of the other
00:28:00.700 justice that we...
00:28:01.580 The irony is
00:28:02.560 that they will say
00:28:03.320 because we care
00:28:04.100 about the public
00:28:05.300 sentiment of morality.
00:28:07.040 Yeah,
00:28:07.340 that's true.
00:28:08.240 Anyway,
00:28:08.720 in that case,
00:28:09.740 that's what they were...
00:28:10.380 Yeah,
00:28:10.620 yeah,
00:28:10.740 yeah. 0.97
00:28:12.180 Trash like Axel 0.98
00:28:13.120 would be the perfect 1.00
00:28:13.680 candidate for 40K
00:28:14.780 servitorism.
00:28:16.260 Jail is no justice.
00:28:17.260 Well,
00:28:17.440 this is the thing
00:28:18.140 about rehabilitation.
00:28:19.940 It's like,
00:28:20.140 some people commit
00:28:20.920 acts that are just
00:28:21.480 so far beyond the pale.
00:28:23.060 Why would we want
00:28:23.860 to rehab?
00:28:24.140 Yeah,
00:28:24.260 they do not deserve it.
00:28:25.640 Exactly,
00:28:26.060 that would imply
00:28:26.540 that you...
00:28:27.020 Yeah,
00:28:27.180 exactly.
00:28:27.380 You were entitled
00:28:28.280 to...
00:28:28.400 Like,
00:28:28.540 I feel ill.
00:28:29.400 Man,
00:28:29.700 I would have had you 0.99
00:28:30.480 flogged for days 0.99
00:28:31.980 before you were
00:28:32.640 dragged in front
00:28:33.160 of the court.
00:28:34.040 You feeling ill
00:28:34.640 would have been
00:28:34.940 the least of your
00:28:35.660 worries.
00:28:36.660 You know?
00:28:37.780 I'm so...
00:28:38.860 I hate this case
00:28:39.620 so much.
00:28:40.580 Prevent and child
00:28:41.180 safeguarding
00:28:41.700 focuses on the far
00:28:42.340 right,
00:28:42.620 even listing being
00:28:43.880 white as a factor.
00:28:45.280 Left and Islamic 1.00
00:28:45.840 terror gets no such
00:28:47.380 depth in teaching.
00:28:48.880 Do prevent online
00:28:49.640 training to see the
00:28:50.320 bias,
00:28:50.540 yeah.
00:28:51.860 I read all of the
00:28:52.560 impact statements
00:28:53.060 and encourage everyone
00:28:53.680 else to do so.
00:28:54.400 We must stare this
00:28:55.000 evil in the face
00:28:55.640 as to steal ourselves
00:28:56.760 and grant us the
00:28:57.940 righteous indignation
00:28:58.780 to do what must be
00:28:59.380 done.
00:29:00.600 Indeed.
00:29:01.360 Right.
00:29:01.940 Let's move on to
00:29:02.700 South Africa.
00:29:03.420 What's going on there?
00:29:05.460 So,
00:29:06.040 if you thought
00:29:07.720 things for white
00:29:08.700 South Africans
00:29:09.340 couldn't get any 0.61
00:29:10.340 worse,
00:29:10.780 well,
00:29:11.140 you were wrong
00:29:11.720 because the land
00:29:14.280 expropriation has
00:29:15.580 gone even further.
00:29:16.820 And this story
00:29:17.340 starts with the
00:29:18.860 2024 South African
00:29:20.360 general election,
00:29:21.280 at least as far
00:29:21.780 as far as I'm
00:29:22.060 aware.
00:29:22.860 So,
00:29:23.260 this was held
00:29:23.740 in May of
00:29:25.440 2024 and it
00:29:27.540 was significant
00:29:28.100 because the
00:29:29.920 ANC had remained
00:29:31.460 the largest party
00:29:32.280 but lost the
00:29:33.260 parliamentary majority
00:29:34.180 that it had since
00:29:35.040 it held the first
00:29:37.020 post-apartheid
00:29:38.000 election in 1994.
00:29:40.120 And so,
00:29:40.540 this was a
00:29:41.160 significant signal
00:29:41.920 that people were
00:29:42.520 getting a little bit
00:29:43.180 fed up of the
00:29:44.240 ANC,
00:29:45.060 the African
00:29:45.540 National Congress,
00:29:46.520 the party of
00:29:47.560 Nelson Mandela,
00:29:48.340 who was a 0.94
00:29:49.400 terrorist.
00:29:51.160 And the fact
00:29:52.260 that they've not
00:29:52.760 been able to
00:29:53.380 even maintain
00:29:54.400 the pre-apartheid
00:29:56.980 infrastructure
00:29:57.660 and people have
00:29:59.100 been suffering
00:29:59.640 with power cuts,
00:30:00.840 water shortages,
00:30:01.900 just basic
00:30:02.700 infrastructural
00:30:03.520 things that
00:30:04.700 worked before
00:30:06.540 they took charge
00:30:07.440 has made people
00:30:09.360 lose faith in them,
00:30:10.180 even amongst 0.98
00:30:11.360 their black 0.98
00:30:12.080 supporters. 0.51
00:30:12.840 They've been going
00:30:13.480 to other parties.
00:30:15.320 There's also this
00:30:16.100 split with Jacob
00:30:16.960 Zuma,
00:30:17.400 who we can see
00:30:17.960 came third
00:30:18.700 only six months
00:30:20.160 after launching
00:30:21.320 his new party
00:30:22.240 because he was
00:30:23.260 former ANC
00:30:24.220 himself.
00:30:25.460 I think Zulu's
00:30:26.340 in particular
00:30:26.800 like him
00:30:27.400 because I think
00:30:29.740 he is Zulu.
00:30:30.720 I'm not entirely
00:30:31.220 sure.
00:30:32.300 But that's not
00:30:33.000 the focus here.
00:30:34.240 The focus
00:30:34.900 is the fact
00:30:36.660 that they passed
00:30:37.720 this law.
00:30:38.800 Can you see
00:30:38.980 where Julius
00:30:39.540 Malema came 1.00
00:30:40.180 there?
00:30:41.500 One and a half
00:30:42.140 million votes.
00:30:43.420 Scary, isn't it?
00:30:44.580 On what is just
00:30:45.340 an openly
00:30:46.080 pro-genocide
00:30:47.140 platform.
00:30:47.960 Yeah, the EFF
00:30:49.120 are communists
00:30:50.820 that want to 1.00
00:30:51.420 kill... 1.00
00:30:51.880 Race communists 1.00
00:30:52.760 who want to 1.00
00:30:53.260 eradicate white 1.00
00:30:54.000 people. 0.99
00:30:55.360 Are these the
00:30:55.980 commies that 0.99
00:30:56.540 shout death to 1.00
00:30:57.500 the white man, 1.00
00:30:58.340 kill the boa? 1.00
00:30:59.100 They do their 1.00
00:31:00.060 stupid little dance 1.00
00:31:00.920 about killing 1.00
00:31:01.680 white people. 1.00
00:31:02.660 It's like, 0.77
00:31:03.000 Jesus Christ,
00:31:04.160 how can you live
00:31:04.740 in a country
00:31:05.140 with that?
00:31:06.160 A million and a
00:31:06.960 half votes.
00:31:08.300 Thanks.
00:31:09.340 Wow.
00:31:09.760 It's nearly 10%
00:31:10.540 of the vote.
00:31:11.480 There's a lesson
00:31:12.260 here, isn't there?
00:31:13.020 If you're a 0.88
00:31:15.240 white minority,
00:31:16.260 your prospects
00:31:18.000 aren't the best,
00:31:18.740 are they?
00:31:19.600 So it's worth
00:31:20.200 mentioning as well
00:31:20.860 because people
00:31:21.340 will point it out
00:31:21.940 in the comments,
00:31:22.420 if I don't,
00:31:23.120 that two days
00:31:23.800 before the bill
00:31:24.620 was passed
00:31:25.860 into law,
00:31:26.880 can you guess
00:31:27.540 where Cyril
00:31:28.340 Ramaphosa was?
00:31:30.020 Well, he was
00:31:30.960 at the World
00:31:31.260 Economic Forum.
00:31:32.360 Do I think
00:31:32.780 these two things
00:31:33.300 are linked?
00:31:33.660 I actually don't
00:31:34.280 think they're
00:31:34.700 linked because it
00:31:36.720 would take a long
00:31:37.660 time to write
00:31:38.620 this law out and
00:31:39.400 I don't think
00:31:39.780 they would have
00:31:40.060 done it in the
00:31:40.480 two days.
00:31:41.800 The point is
00:31:42.580 he's part of
00:31:43.320 the global push
00:31:44.520 for social justice.
00:31:46.120 Exactly.
00:31:46.600 The World
00:31:46.740 Economic Forum
00:31:47.360 agrees with
00:31:47.840 which is why
00:31:48.380 he was there.
00:31:48.880 They don't have
00:31:49.360 to be puppeteering
00:31:50.600 or something.
00:31:51.040 No, they already
00:31:51.900 agree on everything.
00:31:53.040 Well, as with
00:31:53.620 many things
00:31:54.360 in post-colonial
00:31:56.040 Africa,
00:31:56.960 the global
00:31:57.540 consensus
00:31:58.220 has basically
00:31:59.140 overseen
00:32:00.080 a lot of
00:32:01.000 human suffering
00:32:01.820 and greenlit it
00:32:03.040 because,
00:32:04.080 you know,
00:32:05.040 it's some sort
00:32:05.640 of release valve
00:32:08.260 for the frustrations
00:32:09.360 of the colonial
00:32:10.060 era which I
00:32:11.140 don't see as
00:32:12.460 just because it's
00:32:13.360 not exactly
00:32:14.380 holding the same
00:32:15.380 people accountable
00:32:16.140 even if they
00:32:17.000 deserve to be
00:32:17.560 in the first
00:32:17.980 place.
00:32:18.460 It shows us
00:32:19.440 that the people
00:32:20.320 of Africa agree
00:32:21.060 that collective
00:32:21.620 justice is
00:32:22.660 appropriate and
00:32:24.800 applicable and
00:32:25.860 they're going to
00:32:26.360 enact it which is
00:32:27.180 what they're doing
00:32:27.600 right now.
00:32:28.200 Yeah, they don't
00:32:28.620 have this view
00:32:29.340 more common in
00:32:30.980 Europe that the
00:32:32.660 individuals in
00:32:33.380 question should be
00:32:34.020 punished.
00:32:34.400 It's just your
00:32:34.880 group against mine
00:32:35.740 and that's
00:32:36.520 basically a history
00:32:37.240 of African politics
00:32:38.600 for thousands of
00:32:39.240 years and here
00:32:41.980 is a description
00:32:43.160 of the bill and
00:32:43.860 I'm going to read
00:32:44.400 from this because
00:32:45.800 it's sort of got
00:32:46.860 all the nuts and
00:32:47.860 bolts and the
00:32:48.200 important stuff as
00:32:49.160 well as a statement
00:32:50.100 from Ramaphosa
00:32:50.920 himself and it's
00:32:52.300 not too long but
00:32:54.060 it says the bill
00:32:56.060 repeals the
00:32:56.620 apartheid era
00:32:57.480 expropriation act
00:32:58.860 of 1975 and
00:33:00.840 that act sets out
00:33:02.020 free requirements
00:33:02.920 that must be met
00:33:03.660 for an expropriation
00:33:04.740 to be constitutionally
00:33:05.700 permissible and that
00:33:07.780 ties into section
00:33:08.540 25 as well of the
00:33:10.580 constitution which
00:33:11.700 recognises expropriations
00:33:13.120 as essential and so
00:33:14.980 basically it's just
00:33:15.920 trying to expand the
00:33:17.080 legal ability to
00:33:18.500 expropriate land and
00:33:20.400 yeah section 25 of
00:33:22.780 the constitution
00:33:23.300 recognises expropriation
00:33:24.800 as an essential
00:33:25.480 mechanism for the
00:33:26.380 state to acquire
00:33:27.260 someone's property for
00:33:28.620 a public purpose or
00:33:30.380 in the public interest
00:33:31.520 which means that
00:33:32.420 people in South
00:33:32.980 Africa basically don't 1.00
00:33:33.820 have property rights.
00:33:35.120 If the government
00:33:35.460 wants your stuff they
00:33:36.340 can take it off you
00:33:37.040 and they don't really
00:33:37.740 need they can just
00:33:38.580 say it's in the
00:33:39.200 public interest which
00:33:40.060 is subjective enough
00:33:42.300 that it could mean
00:33:43.040 anything couldn't it
00:33:43.960 and it says this is
00:33:46.260 subject to just an
00:33:47.840 equitable compensation
00:33:49.020 being paid that word
00:33:50.460 in particular
00:33:50.980 equitable is always
00:33:52.580 interesting isn't it
00:33:53.480 equitable quite often
00:33:54.820 means whatever is in
00:33:56.780 a non-white person's
00:33:58.480 interest funnily enough
00:33:59.980 and it carries on to
00:34:01.100 say what they think is
00:34:02.640 fair exactly which
00:34:04.020 often means taking
00:34:06.100 someone else's things
00:34:07.100 which is not fair
00:34:08.360 what this is just
00:34:09.300 theft it is theft
00:34:10.700 yeah and it says the
00:34:11.800 bill outlines how the
00:34:12.640 president can expropriate
00:34:13.860 land on what basis
00:34:15.140 and this is a direct
00:34:16.200 quote here this law
00:34:17.420 will assist all organs
00:34:18.480 of state local
00:34:19.300 provincial and national
00:34:20.260 authorities to
00:34:21.240 expropriate land in the
00:34:22.280 public interest for
00:34:23.120 varied reasons local
00:34:25.520 provincial national
00:34:26.360 authorities will use
00:34:27.220 this legislation to
00:34:28.160 expropriate land in the
00:34:29.100 public interest that
00:34:30.540 seek among others to
00:34:31.640 promote inclusivity and
00:34:33.520 access to natural
00:34:34.540 resources right so for
00:34:36.520 social justice we're
00:34:37.600 going to steal your
00:34:38.300 property yeah for the 1.00
00:34:40.480 black majority they 0.98
00:34:42.960 can take yeah they can 0.99
00:34:44.800 take the white 0.94
00:34:45.500 minorities stuff so this
00:34:47.740 this teaches us that
00:34:48.580 it's not about being a
00:34:49.680 minority in a you know
00:34:50.820 in a foreign country
00:34:51.600 because when whites are 0.96
00:34:52.720 a minority in a black 0.97
00:34:54.240 majority country they
00:34:55.940 are far more willing to
00:34:59.340 persecute people and
00:35:00.460 take their things
00:35:01.140 nakedly and I want to
00:35:03.400 ask you something
00:35:04.200 because you showed
00:35:05.340 the WEF and also
00:35:06.400 there is the
00:35:07.020 international court of
00:35:08.140 justice how worried
00:35:10.620 are they about the
00:35:11.840 chanting to kill the 0.99
00:35:13.480 boy the boy well 0.98
00:35:14.980 they've not addressed
00:35:15.680 that because usually
00:35:16.900 usually the the rhetoric
00:35:19.600 goes like this when a
00:35:21.100 group is begins to be
00:35:23.060 demonized that's the
00:35:24.400 beginning of you know
00:35:25.780 of the road to to hell
00:35:27.780 yeah are they alarmed in
00:35:30.200 this case though because
00:35:31.000 they seem to be
00:35:31.780 constantly alarmed in
00:35:33.100 everywhere else in the
00:35:34.400 world whether it
00:35:35.200 happens actually happens
00:35:36.760 or not but are they
00:35:38.200 alarmed here well I think
00:35:40.320 that when it happens to
00:35:42.400 white people the global
00:35:44.220 view is it's okay and
00:35:45.880 also Cyril Ramaphosa's
00:35:47.240 only concern about the
00:35:48.080 EFF and things like that
00:35:49.660 is that it damages
00:35:50.520 public perception outside
00:35:51.820 of South Africa
00:35:52.540 probably his voters
00:35:53.520 potentially you know
00:35:55.500 that he doesn't want to
00:35:56.260 alienate the people 0.99
00:35:57.000 saying these things
00:35:57.740 because they could
00:35:58.420 Melima has probably
00:35:59.360 stolen the most radical
00:36:00.620 fringe of his part
00:36:01.580 exactly because of
00:36:03.240 half people it's worth
00:36:04.340 mentioning as well the
00:36:05.080 ANC had a paramilitary
00:36:06.700 wing which Nelson
00:36:07.620 Mandela was ahead of
00:36:09.220 also his wife Winnie
00:36:10.640 Mandela talked about
00:36:11.680 necklacing the whites
00:36:13.160 which means soaking a
00:36:15.160 tire in gasoline and
00:36:16.220 putting it over them and
00:36:17.000 setting it on fire that 0.96
00:36:18.580 how this man has a
00:36:19.440 statue in Parliament
00:36:20.160 Square I do not know
00:36:21.200 he's a monster as
00:36:23.400 are all members of 0.99
00:36:24.380 the ANC and yeah I
00:36:26.240 think they're only
00:36:26.800 concerned about it in
00:36:27.820 so much as it could
00:36:28.600 damage their interests
00:36:29.780 in that they want
00:36:31.020 tourists they want
00:36:32.320 international investment
00:36:34.440 and so they don't want
00:36:36.120 to be seen as this
00:36:37.060 country that's
00:36:37.900 eaten
00:36:38.180 why would you go to
00:36:39.960 South Africa as a
00:36:40.820 tourist
00:36:41.100 I think you made a
00:36:43.660 good point about this
00:36:44.260 these are the opening
00:36:45.220 stages of a genocide
00:36:46.180 though
00:36:46.620 well it's already
00:36:48.400 sort of begun really
00:36:49.420 it's historically
00:36:50.180 demonstrated
00:36:50.880 the legal
00:36:52.040 well established
00:36:52.760 the expropriation of
00:36:54.020 the property
00:36:54.420 the demonisation
00:36:55.280 I mean this is like
00:36:56.100 radio Rwanda on
00:36:57.220 steroids
00:36:57.740 yeah the farmstead
00:36:58.940 murders are already
00:37:00.140 the beginning of this
00:37:01.040 though because they're
00:37:01.700 going unpunished and 0.98
00:37:02.820 you can basically kill 1.00
00:37:04.100 a white farmer and 1.00
00:37:05.080 take their land and 0.99
00:37:05.880 the state won't do
00:37:07.020 anything about it
00:37:07.780 it's funny that isn't
00:37:08.820 it it's almost like
00:37:09.580 they're just trying to
00:37:10.720 keep an air of
00:37:12.480 presentability when
00:37:14.440 actually they tacitly
00:37:15.740 support what's going on
00:37:16.680 because they're not
00:37:17.240 doing anything about it
00:37:18.340 it's clearly the case
00:37:19.660 it's obviously the case
00:37:21.200 and it carries on to
00:37:21.880 say the bill repeals
00:37:23.060 the expropriation act
00:37:24.160 and provides a common
00:37:24.920 framework in line with
00:37:25.980 the constitution to
00:37:26.820 guide the process and
00:37:28.120 procedures for
00:37:28.960 expropriation of
00:37:29.860 property by organs of
00:37:30.780 the state however the
00:37:32.000 presidency noted that
00:37:33.000 under the law an
00:37:33.900 expropriating authority
00:37:35.100 cannot expropriate
00:37:36.140 property arbitrarily or
00:37:38.280 for a purpose other
00:37:39.260 than a public purpose or
00:37:41.220 in the public interest
00:37:42.320 they're not doing
00:37:43.700 arbitrarily then
00:37:44.660 well this is one of
00:37:45.640 those things where
00:37:46.340 they add it to make
00:37:47.500 it look like it's
00:37:48.820 I trust their
00:37:50.000 interpretation
00:37:50.560 yeah they're
00:37:51.640 presenting it as if
00:37:52.420 to say well we're
00:37:53.060 not going to be
00:37:53.680 tyrants with this
00:37:55.180 even though the
00:37:55.740 intended intention
00:37:58.840 if you will
00:37:59.520 is very clear
00:38:00.780 but what is really
00:38:02.020 interesting is that
00:38:02.840 all of it is framed
00:38:04.020 in a language
00:38:04.740 that addresses
00:38:05.900 you know
00:38:06.700 a western audience
00:38:07.920 yes
00:38:08.340 absolutely
00:38:09.520 it's like
00:38:10.200 entering a class
00:38:12.020 in critical theory
00:38:13.100 at a university
00:38:15.480 an ivy league university 0.98
00:38:16.980 they're not stupid 0.64
00:38:18.020 they know what 0.93
00:38:18.540 they're doing
00:38:18.940 they know
00:38:20.280 if they would just 0.98
00:38:21.720 say we hate whites 1.00
00:38:22.480 we're going to kill 1.00
00:38:22.960 them all 1.00
00:38:23.300 well you get
00:38:24.520 kind of treated
00:38:25.560 like Julius Malema
00:38:26.440 so it carries on
00:38:28.320 to say
00:38:28.920 that if an
00:38:31.600 expropriation
00:38:32.480 cannot be exercised
00:38:33.980 unless the
00:38:34.580 expropriating authority
00:38:35.700 has failed to reach
00:38:36.620 an agreement with
00:38:37.300 the owner or
00:38:38.080 holder of a right
00:38:39.260 in property
00:38:40.260 on reasonable
00:38:41.100 terms
00:38:41.600 what reasonable
00:38:42.460 terms are of course
00:38:43.400 are going to be set
00:38:43.900 by the government
00:38:44.500 and so I doubt
00:38:46.000 the whole process
00:38:46.700 will be reasonable
00:38:47.420 it will basically
00:38:48.200 be take this offer
00:38:49.660 that's a low ball
00:38:50.700 or else
00:38:51.340 there are so many
00:38:52.520 things here as well
00:38:53.140 it's like okay
00:38:53.480 we've got the
00:38:53.980 individual negotiating
00:38:55.040 with the state
00:38:55.760 so there's a massive
00:38:57.220 and dramatic power
00:38:58.100 imbalance
00:38:58.440 and that's under
00:38:59.820 the assumption
00:39:00.500 like imagine if it
00:39:02.180 was the British state
00:39:02.920 doing this
00:39:03.320 okay well I'll try
00:39:05.640 and afford a lawyer
00:39:06.860 they're going to have
00:39:07.840 much better and much
00:39:08.560 more expensive lawyers
00:39:09.380 than me
00:39:09.640 and they're going to
00:39:09.920 have many more of them
00:39:11.540 this is going to be
00:39:12.560 a long difficult
00:39:13.180 drawn out thing
00:39:13.740 sympathetic courts
00:39:14.740 yeah yeah
00:39:15.260 and that's
00:39:16.620 you know
00:39:16.940 the courts might be 0.71
00:39:18.120 sympathetic etc etc
00:39:19.220 and that assumes
00:39:20.540 a minimal level
00:39:21.420 of corruption
00:39:22.020 as in I expect
00:39:23.720 fairly fair dealings
00:39:25.360 with the courts
00:39:26.540 and the state
00:39:27.080 but now if you're
00:39:28.120 going to a country
00:39:28.940 where bribery
00:39:29.520 is just the most
00:39:30.200 common way
00:39:30.620 to get things done
00:39:31.580 I don't see
00:39:34.260 how we could
00:39:35.080 look at that
00:39:35.540 and go right
00:39:35.880 that's just going
00:39:36.620 to be some
00:39:37.720 jumped up government
00:39:38.620 bureaucrat
00:39:39.160 strong arming
00:39:40.020 people out of
00:39:40.580 their property
00:39:40.980 how could it be
00:39:41.700 anything else
00:39:42.440 well a government
00:39:43.080 bureaucrat could
00:39:43.800 walk past
00:39:44.300 someone's house
00:39:44.700 think oh I like
00:39:45.200 the look of that
00:39:45.700 the next day
00:39:46.400 they can just
00:39:48.680 take it
00:39:49.180 and it carries
00:39:50.380 on to say
00:39:50.940 the law also
00:39:51.720 states that
00:39:52.140 disputes be
00:39:53.340 referred for
00:39:54.540 mediation or
00:39:55.400 to appropriate
00:39:56.100 courts
00:39:56.580 and a government
00:39:57.680 of national unity
00:39:58.620 members including
00:39:59.260 the DA and
00:40:00.020 VF plus
00:40:01.400 attempted to
00:40:02.120 limit the bill
00:40:02.720 bills reach by
00:40:04.340 making the
00:40:04.880 regulations only
00:40:05.760 apply to state
00:40:06.560 owned land
00:40:07.140 but this did not
00:40:08.080 succeed which would
00:40:09.020 have been a bit
00:40:09.320 more reasonable
00:40:09.900 and then it
00:40:11.520 carries on
00:40:12.180 but I think
00:40:13.040 that's enough
00:40:13.660 and it's worth
00:40:14.300 mentioning as well
00:40:14.880 this is all the way
00:40:15.460 back in
00:40:16.400 oh I don't know
00:40:17.780 why that's there
00:40:18.440 but basically I had
00:40:19.540 a link here
00:40:20.160 of Peter
00:40:22.480 Grunewald
00:40:23.560 in 2017
00:40:25.020 saying if anybody
00:40:25.940 thinks in South
00:40:27.600 Africa that you can
00:40:28.260 take land without
00:40:28.900 compensation you're
00:40:29.720 living in a dream
00:40:30.400 let's put it quite
00:40:31.400 frankly to you
00:40:32.180 if you want to
00:40:32.780 start a civil war
00:40:33.520 in South Africa
00:40:34.180 do that
00:40:34.920 and I don't
00:40:37.720 blame him
00:40:38.240 because of course
00:40:39.200 the areas of
00:40:40.340 South Africa
00:40:40.840 that actually
00:40:41.460 work and
00:40:43.300 actually have
00:40:43.880 infrastructure
00:40:44.480 tend to be
00:40:46.420 these more
00:40:47.740 white separatist
00:40:48.500 areas like
00:40:49.160 Irania which 0.84
00:40:49.920 has received
00:40:50.400 lots of
00:40:50.840 attention from
00:40:52.680 various people
00:40:53.680 that have tried
00:40:54.180 to visit it as
00:40:55.100 some sort of
00:40:55.540 weird tourist
00:40:56.220 destination like
00:40:57.200 this last holdout
00:40:58.080 of apartheid
00:40:58.880 but what it
00:40:59.600 actually is is
00:41:00.300 people that
00:41:00.960 whose ancestors
00:41:02.860 helped build
00:41:03.460 South Africa
00:41:04.020 and make it
00:41:04.660 a prosperous
00:41:05.120 nation feel
00:41:06.300 like they
00:41:06.680 shouldn't flee
00:41:07.340 from people
00:41:08.480 tyrannising them
00:41:09.400 and I've got to
00:41:10.400 respect it
00:41:10.980 and I don't
00:41:11.740 blame them for
00:41:12.360 wanting to build
00:41:12.960 their own town
00:41:13.640 because look at
00:41:14.860 how the state
00:41:15.320 treats them 0.92
00:41:15.900 yeah I mean
00:41:17.100 at the end of
00:41:17.540 the day
00:41:17.740 the state is
00:41:18.580 literally going
00:41:19.060 to say
00:41:19.300 I mean it's
00:41:20.780 literally racist
00:41:21.820 against the 0.98
00:41:22.360 white minority
00:41:23.060 I don't know
00:41:24.300 how else
00:41:24.640 explicitly yeah
00:41:25.220 I don't know
00:41:25.740 how else
00:41:26.020 it is explicitly
00:41:27.980 racist against
00:41:28.720 the white minority 0.98
00:41:29.460 and the state
00:41:31.780 the grace of the
00:41:32.680 state always cuts
00:41:33.480 in that direction
00:41:34.200 are we going
00:41:34.840 to investigate
00:41:35.220 farm murders
00:41:35.700 no are we
00:41:36.220 going to tax
00:41:37.060 you know who
00:41:37.580 pays tax in
00:41:38.400 South Africa
00:41:39.420 you know the
00:41:39.860 majority are
00:41:40.820 beneficiaries of
00:41:41.940 government funding
00:41:43.280 whereas the whites 0.93
00:41:45.040 are of course the
00:41:45.500 majority taxpayers
00:41:46.180 okay well
00:41:46.680 you know
00:41:47.460 the appropriations
00:41:49.540 everything else
00:41:50.100 like it always
00:41:50.720 cuts in one way
00:41:51.500 towards the sort of
00:41:52.340 genocidal perspective
00:41:53.240 socialists can never
00:41:55.220 do long term
00:41:55.940 perspective
00:41:56.480 of course not
00:41:58.080 so there were
00:41:59.700 lots of articles
00:42:00.280 saying oh
00:42:00.920 expropriation
00:42:01.760 don't be alarmed
00:42:02.580 courts may award
00:42:03.400 nil compensation
00:42:04.060 but is not
00:42:04.700 required to
00:42:05.440 how is that
00:42:05.820 allowed
00:42:06.380 yeah
00:42:06.860 obviously we know
00:42:07.820 how it's allowed
00:42:08.460 but it's just
00:42:09.240 mad
00:42:09.900 and then things
00:42:10.900 like this
00:42:11.260 the one reason
00:42:11.940 not to panic
00:42:12.540 about South
00:42:13.040 Africa's new 1.00
00:42:13.680 land expropriation
00:42:14.680 okay well since
00:42:15.320 all the media
00:42:15.940 are saying hey
00:42:16.460 don't worry about
00:42:17.060 this
00:42:17.380 this is something
00:42:17.980 you really need
00:42:18.600 to be worried
00:42:19.080 about
00:42:19.300 it was a play
00:42:20.120 it was a play
00:42:20.820 when they were
00:42:21.400 shouting kill the 1.00
00:42:22.360 white man 1.00
00:42:22.880 yeah well no
00:42:24.040 they literally
00:42:24.560 said that
00:42:25.600 there were
00:42:26.280 articles saying
00:42:27.040 well let's
00:42:27.780 explain what that
00:42:28.420 actually means
00:42:28.980 I think I got
00:42:30.020 the message
00:42:30.580 so lots of
00:42:31.200 people have
00:42:31.540 obviously been
00:42:32.000 very upset
00:42:32.500 about this
00:42:33.080 in South
00:42:33.460 Africa
00:42:33.820 and lots of
00:42:35.920 people have
00:42:36.160 been comparing
00:42:36.640 it to Zimbabwe
00:42:37.360 you can see
00:42:37.840 there
00:42:38.140 which is fair
00:42:38.880 here I like
00:42:42.120 this guy's
00:42:42.540 YouTube channel
00:42:43.080 Zimbabwe 2.0
00:42:44.340 he says he's
00:42:45.020 got a big
00:42:45.560 YouTube channel
00:42:46.080 he talks about
00:42:46.560 mainly China
00:42:47.200 but also South
00:42:47.920 Africa
00:42:48.260 pretty good
00:42:49.120 authority on
00:42:49.640 those things
00:42:50.160 here's another
00:42:51.440 one as well
00:42:51.960 we're all
00:42:53.540 Rhodesians now 1.00
00:42:54.380 another sort of
00:42:55.600 example
00:42:55.920 loads of people
00:42:56.660 are seeing the
00:42:57.300 writing on the
00:42:57.780 wall here because
00:42:58.560 as we'll be
00:42:59.900 looking at in
00:43:00.700 a second
00:43:01.160 there's a lesson
00:43:02.020 to be learnt
00:43:02.400 here there's
00:43:02.840 also this one
00:43:03.880 lady
00:43:04.320 she frequently
00:43:08.080 has really good
00:43:09.100 posts
00:43:09.600 she's part of
00:43:11.080 the Mises
00:43:11.520 Institute
00:43:12.000 which took
00:43:12.500 me by surprise 0.51
00:43:13.200 communist thieves 1.00
00:43:14.060 and murderers 1.00
00:43:14.660 is all they
00:43:15.100 are
00:43:15.380 Bantus are
00:43:16.220 intent on
00:43:16.680 stealing the
00:43:17.220 boar's farms
00:43:17.920 Bantus cannot
00:43:18.800 get the land
00:43:19.300 back because
00:43:19.840 it was never
00:43:20.200 theirs in the
00:43:20.680 first place
00:43:21.200 they're from
00:43:21.520 the Congo
00:43:21.920 they just feel
00:43:23.740 all the land
00:43:24.200 in South Africa
00:43:24.720 is theirs 0.50
00:43:25.100 because they're 0.99
00:43:25.540 black 0.99
00:43:25.840 that's true
00:43:26.860 you can say
00:43:27.620 that
00:43:27.900 no no no
00:43:29.140 that's demonstrably
00:43:30.160 true
00:43:30.380 the boars
00:43:31.800 were in
00:43:32.300 South Africa
00:43:32.960 before the
00:43:33.600 Bantu
00:43:34.000 migration
00:43:34.680 there were
00:43:36.540 other pastoral
00:43:37.700 nomads
00:43:38.240 they weren't
00:43:39.160 the same
00:43:39.480 ethnic group
00:43:40.060 yeah a lot
00:43:40.860 of them
00:43:41.180 moved to
00:43:42.260 South Africa
00:43:42.780 from other
00:43:43.320 areas
00:43:43.760 it's also
00:43:44.120 worth mentioning
00:43:44.600 as well
00:43:44.880 that the
00:43:45.140 Bantus
00:43:45.580 are originally
00:43:46.780 indigenous
00:43:48.080 quote on
00:43:48.660 quotes
00:43:49.000 from
00:43:49.980 sort of
00:43:51.100 East Africa
00:43:52.440 more sort of
00:43:53.340 like Cameroon 0.98
00:43:54.260 Nigeria
00:43:54.680 Ghana
00:43:55.060 around that
00:43:55.800 central sort
00:43:56.800 of
00:43:56.960 yeah
00:43:57.420 they were
00:43:58.040 not from
00:43:58.320 South Africa
00:43:58.640 so they're
00:43:58.840 not even
00:43:59.160 you know
00:43:59.660 they actually
00:44:00.160 migrated to
00:44:01.020 the Congo
00:44:01.460 in the
00:44:02.000 Bantu
00:44:02.360 expansion
00:44:02.820 so they're
00:44:03.740 not even
00:44:04.120 native to
00:44:04.680 there
00:44:04.920 so that's
00:44:06.340 something worth
00:44:06.980 pointing out
00:44:07.540 and another
00:44:09.100 thing is
00:44:09.720 this
00:44:11.000 oh really
00:44:11.720 so just
00:44:13.500 have a little
00:44:14.520 side sort of
00:44:16.420 track I suppose
00:44:17.140 we can call it
00:44:17.760 to talk about
00:44:18.720 Rhodesia because
00:44:19.360 this is the
00:44:19.880 lesson of this
00:44:20.660 whole thing
00:44:21.080 so Rhodesia
00:44:22.480 when it existed
00:44:23.140 had the highest
00:44:23.900 living standards
00:44:24.460 for both blacks
00:44:25.140 and whites
00:44:25.580 in all of
00:44:25.960 Africa
00:44:26.300 I would argue
00:44:27.720 the living standards
00:44:28.400 were probably
00:44:28.940 higher than
00:44:29.660 they are now
00:44:30.400 in modern day
00:44:31.020 Zimbabwe
00:44:31.540 and it became
00:44:32.500 independent from
00:44:33.180 Britain in 0.84
00:44:33.560 1965 when it
00:44:34.820 was requested
00:44:35.340 to transition
00:44:35.980 to black
00:44:36.420 majority rule
00:44:37.140 and they argued
00:44:38.460 that the country
00:44:39.280 wasn't ready yet
00:44:40.200 and sought to
00:44:41.120 delay it
00:44:41.600 and then
00:44:42.500 communist backed
00:44:43.540 insurgents
00:44:44.060 bombarded the
00:44:44.820 country 0.99
00:44:45.240 black nationalists
00:44:46.920 they're called
00:44:47.420 but they were
00:44:48.400 funded by the
00:44:49.460 USSR
00:44:49.820 and began
00:44:51.000 doing this
00:44:51.540 from 1964
00:44:52.500 onwards
00:44:53.100 and then
00:44:53.900 by 1978
00:44:55.000 Prime Minister
00:44:55.560 Ian Smith
00:44:56.140 conceded to
00:44:56.780 majority rule
00:44:57.520 basically because
00:44:58.340 of war weariness
00:44:59.160 and the diplomatic
00:45:00.440 pressure and
00:45:01.220 trade embargo
00:45:01.920 based on them
00:45:03.140 it's because
00:45:03.380 they had very
00:45:04.320 little fuel
00:45:05.180 very little
00:45:05.700 ammunition
00:45:06.160 because for some
00:45:07.380 reason Britain
00:45:07.960 and the United
00:45:08.480 States decided
00:45:09.240 yeah what we
00:45:09.740 need to do
00:45:10.200 is strangle
00:45:10.840 this country
00:45:11.400 to death
00:45:12.000 we betrayed
00:45:12.680 them basically
00:45:13.200 yes we did
00:45:13.620 and then 1979
00:45:15.840 Rhodesia was 0.94
00:45:16.520 renamed Zimbabwe
00:45:17.460 and then in
00:45:18.580 1980 there were
00:45:19.560 land reforms
00:45:20.300 much like this
00:45:21.100 where they
00:45:22.820 basically took
00:45:23.500 land from
00:45:24.200 ethnic Europeans
00:45:24.940 and gave it to
00:45:25.500 Africans is what 1.00
00:45:26.380 happened and
00:45:27.580 then we can see
00:45:28.840 the consequences
00:45:29.400 of this from
00:45:30.160 it took about
00:45:30.940 20 years
00:45:31.680 but then from
00:45:32.960 around the year
00:45:33.660 2000 mass
00:45:35.320 famine started
00:45:36.020 breaking out
00:45:36.640 why is that
00:45:37.280 because all of
00:45:37.920 the productive
00:45:38.480 farms had been
00:45:39.200 handed to people
00:45:39.800 who didn't own
00:45:40.540 farms previously
00:45:41.340 and couldn't run
00:45:42.700 them and
00:45:43.600 this one is
00:45:45.160 from 2019
00:45:45.800 on the verge
00:45:47.080 of man-made
00:45:47.840 starvation
00:45:48.400 even the Guardian
00:45:49.220 admitted this
00:45:50.020 that it's man-made
00:45:50.900 and it's because
00:45:51.560 of their mismanagement
00:45:52.420 let's look at
00:45:53.600 the world food
00:45:54.640 program here
00:45:55.960 42% of Zimbabwe's
00:45:57.560 population lives
00:45:58.200 in extreme poverty
00:45:59.140 26.7% of children
00:46:01.700 have stunted growth
00:46:02.740 this is of course
00:46:04.640 going from
00:46:06.160 say 30-40 years
00:46:07.820 ago having the
00:46:08.660 highest living
00:46:09.260 standards in all
00:46:09.860 of Africa
00:46:10.260 and then
00:46:11.820 we go to
00:46:13.120 within the past
00:46:15.520 year
00:46:15.860 2.7 million
00:46:17.680 Zimbabweans need 1.00
00:46:18.540 food aid as
00:46:19.280 El Nino compounds
00:46:20.240 a drought crisis
00:46:21.080 because they
00:46:22.160 haven't figured out
00:46:23.200 how to deal with
00:46:24.200 irrigation and
00:46:25.480 things like that
00:46:26.040 and this was
00:46:26.840 January of
00:46:27.400 2024
00:46:27.880 so just
00:46:29.300 just under
00:46:30.700 over a year
00:46:31.740 ago sorry
00:46:32.220 and then finally
00:46:33.420 what they've
00:46:34.280 actually had to
00:46:34.820 resort to
00:46:35.540 which is quite
00:46:36.580 grim really
00:46:37.180 is they're
00:46:37.760 killing wild
00:46:38.460 animals 0.99
00:46:38.860 they had to 1.00
00:46:39.300 kill 200
00:46:40.020 elephants to 0.79
00:46:41.120 feed communities
00:46:42.000 because they're
00:46:43.000 incapable of
00:46:44.040 sustaining the
00:46:44.660 population by
00:46:45.820 growing their
00:46:46.320 own food
00:46:46.800 which is really
00:46:47.880 sad that they 0.99
00:46:48.980 have to kill
00:46:49.520 elephants basically 0.96
00:46:50.980 which you think
00:46:52.340 you would want to
00:46:52.780 protect but there
00:46:53.980 we go and there
00:46:55.140 are lots of other
00:46:55.800 animals being killed
00:46:56.860 as well so it's
00:46:58.380 got to the point
00:46:58.900 that they went
00:47:00.160 from the richest
00:47:01.380 country in Africa
00:47:02.100 per capita to
00:47:03.740 one of the poorest
00:47:04.660 by doing this
00:47:06.080 thing and that's
00:47:07.400 that's directly
00:47:08.400 even the Guardian
00:47:10.920 acknowledges it
00:47:11.620 was a man-made
00:47:12.300 famine and so
00:47:13.540 it's unquestionable
00:47:14.620 what's going to
00:47:15.340 happen here
00:47:15.900 it was done in
00:47:17.080 the name of the
00:47:17.640 common good
00:47:18.740 and what I think
00:47:19.620 is going on here
00:47:20.340 is the ANC is
00:47:21.360 trying to appeal
00:47:22.480 to their base
00:47:23.020 once more and
00:47:23.520 say see see
00:47:24.220 we're appealing
00:47:24.820 we are perskeying 0.90
00:47:25.760 the whites 0.90
00:47:26.220 you can vote for
00:47:27.160 us
00:47:27.480 exactly and what
00:47:29.020 it is is it's
00:47:30.200 short term thinking
00:47:30.960 on their behalf
00:47:31.580 because of course
00:47:32.260 it may win them
00:47:33.180 votes at the next
00:47:33.840 election but 20
00:47:35.120 years down the line
00:47:35.800 they're not going
00:47:36.200 to have a country
00:47:36.720 because they're not
00:47:37.220 going to be able
00:47:37.580 to feed themselves
00:47:38.220 because those
00:47:38.840 people are some
00:47:39.760 of the most
00:47:40.020 productive people
00:47:40.700 in South Africa
00:47:41.540 and if you target
00:47:42.580 them you're only
00:47:43.560 going to harm
00:47:44.080 yourself in the
00:47:44.780 end
00:47:45.020 yeah everyone's
00:47:46.400 going to leave
00:47:46.760 and you're the
00:47:47.400 standard of your
00:47:47.920 civilization will
00:47:48.640 decline it's just
00:47:49.720 what's going to
00:47:50.160 happen anyway
00:47:51.460 Bobabad says I
00:47:52.840 used to work with
00:47:53.320 a boa here
00:47:53.840 stateside he
00:47:54.520 showed me
00:47:54.980 Mandela's widow's
00:47:56.200 new husband
00:47:56.820 singing a rap
00:47:57.840 song about
00:47:58.260 machine gunning
00:47:58.860 the boas 0.75
00:47:59.620 really nasty
00:48:00.500 rhetoric going on
00:48:01.200 for decades 0.92
00:48:01.760 gay race 0.97
00:48:02.580 communism 0.97
00:48:02.980 yeah it's been
00:48:05.020 something that's
00:48:06.120 just not they're
00:48:06.780 not shy about
00:48:07.440 they just call
00:48:08.340 for genocide
00:48:08.820 and then western
00:48:09.820 media covers up
00:48:11.060 for them
00:48:11.480 Cranky Texan
00:48:12.760 says this sounds
00:48:13.680 so familiar
00:48:14.180 I feel like
00:48:14.780 something similar
00:48:15.380 happened in
00:48:15.880 Germany in the 0.60
00:48:16.440 last century
00:48:16.900 I can't quite
00:48:17.420 place it
00:48:18.000 yes and Sigil
00:48:19.660 Stone says
00:48:20.100 rocks drifted
00:48:20.760 nothing wrong
00:48:21.300 well this thing
00:48:22.900 the Zulus aren't 1.00
00:48:23.600 the ones doing
00:48:24.380 this are they
00:48:25.060 Zulus are actually 0.99
00:48:26.000 they're pretty
00:48:26.400 based
00:48:26.740 like the Zulus
00:48:28.440 are supporting
00:48:29.960 Zuma who's 0.64
00:48:30.880 anti-ANC
00:48:31.800 I mean they have
00:48:32.860 their own agenda
00:48:33.440 to a certain extent
00:48:34.240 but also the last
00:48:35.580 Zulu king
00:48:36.280 actually said
00:48:38.200 he preferred it
00:48:38.980 under apartheid
00:48:39.860 and the whites 0.79
00:48:40.800 helped us
00:48:42.420 much more than
00:48:43.140 they hurt us
00:48:43.860 and we should
00:48:44.520 learn from them
00:48:45.360 rather than
00:48:45.900 persecuting them
00:48:47.200 yeah
00:48:47.460 things like that
00:48:48.360 they're not just
00:48:49.260 like you know 0.97
00:48:49.920 the white hating 1.00
00:48:52.160 lunatics 1.00
00:48:52.660 I don't know if
00:48:53.560 the new Zulu king
00:48:54.580 is like that
00:48:55.080 but at least the
00:48:55.720 old one that
00:48:56.300 could remember
00:48:56.840 what it was like
00:48:57.580 yeah
00:48:57.880 in apartheid
00:48:58.960 and said it was
00:48:59.660 better
00:48:59.980 the Zulus
00:49:00.760 honestly
00:49:01.180 whenever you read
00:49:02.000 about them
00:49:02.260 it's like okay
00:49:02.660 they don't sound
00:49:03.160 bad really
00:49:03.720 these are not
00:49:05.060 the guys
00:49:05.460 who are the
00:49:05.740 problem
00:49:06.060 you know
00:49:06.680 it's definitely
00:49:07.040 there are other
00:49:07.480 people who are
00:49:07.940 the problem
00:49:08.300 but anyway
00:49:09.400 let's move on
00:49:10.820 so that was all
00:49:12.520 bad news
00:49:13.040 and none of it
00:49:14.380 was good
00:49:14.740 very depressing
00:49:15.840 in many ways
00:49:16.460 and it's Friday
00:49:17.620 and I don't want us
00:49:18.400 to go off
00:49:19.380 on Friday afternoon 0.62
00:49:21.000 miserable
00:49:22.060 upset for the weekend
00:49:23.320 so I do have
00:49:24.040 some good news
00:49:24.660 and that's that
00:49:25.600 the deportations
00:49:26.380 have begun
00:49:26.800 Tom Homan
00:49:28.420 was not wasting
00:49:29.960 any more time
00:49:30.560 as soon as
00:49:31.480 Trump
00:49:31.760 got in
00:49:32.900 he started
00:49:34.020 getting on
00:49:34.420 with it
00:49:34.680 and he
00:49:35.740 pointed out
00:49:36.460 that he's
00:49:36.680 going to start
00:49:37.000 deporting
00:49:37.560 the worst
00:49:38.140 people first
00:49:39.160 and Fox News
00:49:40.680 have got
00:49:41.080 I like how
00:49:42.260 you're saying
00:49:42.800 that
00:49:43.000 and on the
00:49:43.740 thumbnail
00:49:44.000 it says
00:49:44.720 I'm not going
00:49:45.340 back to Haiti 1.00
00:49:46.060 what are you
00:49:46.760 trying to say
00:49:47.280 illegal alien
00:49:47.860 with 17
00:49:48.540 violent convictions
00:49:49.440 all right
00:49:49.840 fair enough
00:49:50.420 right
00:49:50.620 I mean
00:49:50.960 literally
00:49:51.560 they are
00:49:52.900 literally
00:49:53.500 targeting
00:49:53.960 because I mean
00:49:54.340 remember
00:49:54.660 across the border
00:49:55.740 during Biden's
00:49:56.400 tenure
00:49:56.640 10,000
00:49:57.440 convicted
00:49:57.980 murderers
00:49:58.580 have been
00:49:59.100 caught and
00:49:59.460 released
00:49:59.800 into the
00:50:00.220 United States
00:50:00.940 which 17
00:50:01.800 domestic
00:50:02.220 animals
00:50:02.620 did he
00:50:02.980 well who knows
00:50:03.960 but I thought
00:50:05.060 we'd watch this
00:50:05.560 this is very
00:50:05.980 very amusing
00:50:06.700 I'm not going
00:50:07.500 back to Haiti 1.00
00:50:08.060 one of those
00:50:08.900 threats is this
00:50:09.840 illegal alien
00:50:10.580 from Haiti
00:50:11.300 ICE says
00:50:12.360 he's a gang
00:50:13.060 member
00:50:13.360 with 17
00:50:14.220 criminal
00:50:14.720 convictions
00:50:15.280 in recent
00:50:16.240 years
00:50:16.820 now I
00:50:23.900 think this
00:50:24.660 is wonderful
00:50:25.320 yep
00:50:26.000 F Trump
00:50:27.360 yeah you
00:50:27.720 don't like
00:50:28.040 Trump
00:50:28.240 because
00:50:28.580 he's getting
00:50:29.840 rid of this
00:50:30.280 violent gang 0.92
00:50:30.920 member
00:50:31.100 with 17
00:50:31.600 different
00:50:31.860 convictions
00:50:32.260 but thank
00:50:33.040 you Biden
00:50:33.600 and Obama
00:50:34.300 this is a
00:50:35.120 PR gift
00:50:35.840 for Trump
00:50:36.400 it is
00:50:36.840 incredible
00:50:37.400 Trump should
00:50:38.200 be posting
00:50:38.640 this everywhere
00:50:39.320 he should
00:50:39.680 be paying
00:50:40.460 for adverts
00:50:41.300 with this
00:50:42.080 guy
00:50:42.440 just like
00:50:43.140 F Trump
00:50:43.620 F you know
00:50:44.220 love
00:50:44.500 love
00:50:44.800 Biden
00:50:45.080 Obama
00:50:45.440 thank you
00:50:45.920 for everything
00:50:46.280 you did
00:50:46.600 for me
00:50:46.840 it's just
00:50:48.020 the
00:50:48.220 it is
00:50:48.700 a PR
00:50:49.260 gift
00:50:49.840 Haitian 0.97
00:50:50.440 criminals 0.99
00:50:50.840 love
00:50:51.400 Biden
00:50:51.860 and Obama
00:50:52.880 for everything
00:50:53.760 they did
00:50:54.040 for it's like
00:50:54.380 right why
00:50:54.940 were they bringing
00:50:55.600 in Haitian 0.97
00:50:56.460 criminals
00:50:56.860 why were they
00:50:57.540 giving aid 0.83
00:50:58.300 and sucker 0.99
00:50:58.680 to foreign 1.00
00:50:59.820 criminals
00:51:00.300 and why
00:51:00.940 does it
00:51:01.140 take Trump
00:51:01.520 to be like
00:51:01.800 no just
00:51:02.180 get out
00:51:03.020 also if you're
00:51:03.780 going to have
00:51:04.220 immigration
00:51:04.760 Haiti
00:51:05.560 of all the
00:51:06.680 places
00:51:07.060 I mean even
00:51:07.740 Dominican Republic
00:51:09.040 who borders them
00:51:09.940 tries to avoid that
00:51:10.920 I mean yeah
00:51:11.540 well absolutely
00:51:12.220 you remember they
00:51:12.880 had Haitian gangs
00:51:14.200 raiding
00:51:15.360 where was it
00:51:15.960 Minnesota or something
00:51:16.940 was somewhere like
00:51:17.900 really why are Haitians 1.00
00:51:19.280 there why are there
00:51:20.020 gangs taking
00:51:20.640 oh it was
00:51:21.140 Springfield Ohio
00:51:22.180 oh it was Ohio
00:51:22.940 right yeah
00:51:23.320 Ohio why would
00:51:24.980 there be Haitian
00:51:25.600 gangs there
00:51:26.140 well you can
00:51:27.220 thank Biden
00:51:27.800 and Obama
00:51:28.320 thank them for
00:51:29.300 everything they did
00:51:30.100 for the Haitian
00:51:30.580 gangs
00:51:30.980 okay well no
00:51:32.800 no sympathy
00:51:33.760 from me
00:51:34.260 and no sympathy
00:51:35.780 from Tom
00:51:36.340 Homan either 1.00
00:51:36.900 because he had
00:51:38.360 a response
00:51:38.700 I'm not going
00:51:39.260 back to Haiti 1.00
00:51:39.820 well he's wrong
00:51:40.860 he's going back
00:51:41.420 to Haiti
00:51:41.820 Tom Homan
00:51:48.620 the least
00:51:50.920 merciful
00:51:51.580 deportation
00:51:52.440 supervisor
00:51:53.220 I like this guy
00:51:55.340 yeah I love him
00:51:56.600 so much
00:51:57.140 like when
00:51:58.000 you know
00:51:58.660 some reporter
00:51:59.220 was like
00:51:59.560 oh how are you
00:52:00.040 going to stop
00:52:00.340 families from
00:52:00.800 being deported
00:52:01.260 he was like
00:52:01.560 we'll deport 0.96
00:52:02.120 the whole family
00:52:02.700 well that's a
00:52:03.820 checkmate there
00:52:04.800 isn't it
00:52:05.160 you know
00:52:05.360 that meme
00:52:05.900 where it's just
00:52:06.520 like Jesus
00:52:07.060 I've seen what
00:52:07.720 you've done
00:52:07.980 for other people
00:52:08.600 can you do
00:52:09.040 that for me
00:52:09.620 oh yeah
00:52:10.200 Newsmax
00:52:10.960 we have a
00:52:11.360 Tom Homan at
00:52:12.020 home
00:52:12.240 tracker
00:52:12.600 like the
00:52:15.220 covid death
00:52:15.840 tracker
00:52:16.140 but good
00:52:16.740 like 308
00:52:19.520 in day one
00:52:20.060 that's a start
00:52:20.920 to be fair
00:52:21.900 if I ever
00:52:23.120 become prime
00:52:23.660 minister
00:52:23.980 I'm just going
00:52:24.540 to have a big
00:52:25.060 board behind me
00:52:26.120 in every announcement
00:52:26.880 just the number
00:52:27.620 of people I've
00:52:28.340 made leave
00:52:28.940 number of foreigners
00:52:30.240 deported
00:52:30.880 but this
00:52:32.720 it was 308
00:52:34.620 at that point
00:52:35.120 but 1300 arrests
00:52:36.800 on the first day
00:52:38.300 over 1000 of them
00:52:40.200 being criminals
00:52:41.000 I mean that is
00:52:41.940 just what a
00:52:42.940 superb start
00:52:44.560 again 1000
00:52:46.600 on the first day
00:52:47.380 like there were
00:52:49.380 obviously there
00:52:50.020 were lots of
00:52:50.520 sort of people
00:52:51.620 online being
00:52:52.040 like oh you
00:52:52.820 know he's not
00:52:53.380 going to do
00:52:53.740 anything
00:52:54.100 have the
00:52:54.620 deportation
00:52:55.440 like there's a
00:52:55.960 there's a tweet
00:52:56.900 of Nick Fuentes
00:52:57.440 going have the
00:52:58.140 deportation started
00:52:58.920 yet like a
00:52:59.800 moment after
00:53:00.480 another news
00:53:01.420 network had
00:53:01.980 tweeted yeah
00:53:02.920 deportation's
00:53:03.660 already gone
00:53:04.060 it's like yes
00:53:04.580 get in
00:53:05.500 to be fair
00:53:06.120 if it's 1300
00:53:07.320 people that's
00:53:08.660 what about
00:53:09.180 a day
00:53:09.780 that's you
00:53:11.160 know under
00:53:11.660 400,000 a
00:53:12.800 year and so
00:53:14.200 you actually
00:53:15.880 need people
00:53:16.760 you need the
00:53:17.460 numbers ideally
00:53:18.180 to be in the
00:53:18.900 millions a year
00:53:19.660 to actually get a
00:53:20.360 handle on the
00:53:20.960 the problem
00:53:21.420 you've got to
00:53:22.760 ramp up the
00:53:23.260 infrastructure
00:53:23.860 that's true
00:53:24.500 just you know
00:53:25.300 just first
00:53:25.840 warming up
00:53:26.540 exactly
00:53:27.000 well no day
00:53:27.640 one we've got
00:53:29.020 you know we've
00:53:29.700 got whatever
00:53:30.120 already exists
00:53:31.040 we haven't got
00:53:31.440 time to recruit
00:53:32.120 or you know
00:53:32.640 get anything
00:53:33.080 we sort of want
00:53:33.740 a snowball effect
00:53:34.760 exactly
00:53:35.320 exactly
00:53:36.040 the more they're
00:53:36.680 going to recruit
00:53:37.060 there was a post
00:53:37.940 by AOC saying
00:53:39.140 that you know
00:53:39.900 even if you're
00:53:40.560 here illegally
00:53:41.300 know that they
00:53:42.220 can't do this
00:53:42.840 without judicial
00:53:43.620 war and stuff
00:53:44.740 turns out they
00:53:45.480 can and good
00:53:46.560 and it turns out
00:53:47.840 that nowhere is
00:53:48.760 off limits
00:53:49.280 and so you have
00:53:50.400 illegals in 0.60
00:53:51.840 American communities
00:53:52.800 who seem to be
00:53:54.260 full of illegals
00:53:54.840 being like oh
00:53:55.980 well we're a bit
00:53:56.680 worried about this
00:53:57.380 and then of course
00:53:58.200 you've got British 0.95
00:53:58.840 media in this case
00:53:59.960 covering them
00:54:00.700 by President Trump
00:54:02.900 and his team
00:54:03.660 is to allow
00:54:04.200 immigration officials
00:54:05.240 to carry out raids
00:54:06.320 in churches
00:54:07.020 and hospitals
00:54:07.800 and schools
00:54:08.640 those were
00:54:09.580 protected areas
00:54:10.500 under Joe Biden
00:54:11.340 but now the
00:54:12.120 message is loud
00:54:13.140 and clear
00:54:14.040 anywhere you are
00:54:15.500 the state can
00:54:16.140 come after you
00:54:16.860 nowhere is safe
00:54:18.180 nowhere is safe
00:54:20.180 is for you to
00:54:21.120 break the law
00:54:21.940 that would be an
00:54:23.160 excellent campaign
00:54:24.180 slogan 0.99
00:54:24.640 you're an illegal 0.94
00:54:26.180 nowhere is safe
00:54:27.240 so that's pretty
00:54:28.580 good
00:54:28.900 you know
00:54:29.500 again a lot of
00:54:30.340 people are like
00:54:30.800 oh Donald Trump's
00:54:31.380 not really good
00:54:31.740 no it looks like
00:54:32.380 he's really serious
00:54:33.280 about this
00:54:33.820 I hope so
00:54:34.400 there's some
00:54:35.720 probably something
00:54:36.300 like 20 to 30
00:54:37.440 million illegal
00:54:38.140 immigrants in 0.91
00:54:38.660 America
00:54:39.000 and so it's like
00:54:40.060 no they're not
00:54:40.680 hiding in church
00:54:41.300 they're not hiding
00:54:41.820 anywhere they're not
00:54:42.300 hiding in schools
00:54:42.980 they're going
00:54:43.860 and what's implicit
00:54:45.160 in that is that
00:54:46.000 they should be
00:54:46.760 allowed to have
00:54:47.280 hiding spots
00:54:48.040 like a children's
00:54:49.160 game just like
00:54:49.880 oh I'm in the
00:54:51.260 no deportation zone
00:54:52.500 you can't get me
00:54:53.100 in here
00:54:53.440 yeah it's like
00:54:54.020 I'm hiding from
00:54:54.520 a vampire in a
00:54:55.280 church or something
00:54:55.880 well you can't
00:54:56.600 come onto holy
00:54:57.080 ground
00:54:57.480 you know
00:54:58.160 no no no no
00:54:58.960 these are all 0.99
00:55:00.500 criminals
00:55:01.000 illegal
00:55:01.860 I mean every
00:55:02.720 illegal immigrant
00:55:03.260 is by definition 0.98
00:55:04.120 a criminal
00:55:04.620 but a lot of
00:55:05.520 them are also
00:55:06.200 violent criminals 0.82
00:55:07.080 which is what
00:55:07.560 Tom Homer was
00:55:08.020 like no we're
00:55:08.380 just going to
00:55:08.540 get the worst
00:55:08.960 of them out
00:55:09.400 first
00:55:09.980 then the rest
00:55:11.180 of them
00:55:11.540 why would
00:55:12.980 illegal immigrants
00:55:13.720 be hiding in
00:55:14.340 schools anyway
00:55:15.100 that's a weird
00:55:16.020 question
00:55:16.720 great question
00:55:17.680 you're going to
00:55:18.000 be you know
00:55:18.720 eating your food
00:55:19.540 and then in
00:55:19.960 the mashed
00:55:20.240 potato as a
00:55:20.920 Haitian
00:55:21.340 and the thing
00:55:23.020 is be like
00:55:23.420 okay well you
00:55:24.100 know America's
00:55:24.660 a big place
00:55:25.260 you're going to
00:55:26.320 imagine the level
00:55:27.660 of like
00:55:28.540 bureaucracy
00:55:29.220 you'll need
00:55:29.620 it's like yeah
00:55:30.100 or you could
00:55:31.520 just put out
00:55:31.960 a bounty
00:55:32.520 and you could
00:55:35.080 say look if
00:55:35.820 you help us
00:55:36.460 identify and
00:55:37.300 get rid of 0.99
00:55:37.640 an illegal immigrant 1.00
00:55:38.240 we'll give you
00:55:38.980 a thousand dollar
00:55:39.840 reward for a
00:55:40.480 successful one
00:55:40.960 and people are
00:55:41.260 but isn't that
00:55:41.920 going to cost
00:55:42.300 loads of money
00:55:42.680 it's like don't
00:55:43.200 care worth
00:55:43.700 every penny
00:55:44.240 Carl I'm
00:55:44.920 feeling like a
00:55:45.580 holiday
00:55:45.940 I'm feeling
00:55:47.840 very bountiful
00:55:48.620 today I feel
00:55:49.560 like I could
00:55:50.200 go to Mississippi 0.87
00:55:51.340 and leave a
00:55:52.560 richer man than
00:55:53.180 I started
00:55:53.820 and love every
00:55:54.960 minute of it
00:55:55.520 all I'm saying
00:55:55.980 is if you're
00:55:56.680 in Mississippi
00:55:57.260 and this has
00:55:58.600 alerted you to
00:55:59.580 a good service
00:56:01.460 that you can
00:56:02.180 perform
00:56:02.460 come and sign
00:56:03.240 up to
00:56:03.500 lotuses.com
00:56:04.220 when you get
00:56:04.680 your bounty
00:56:05.200 and just leave
00:56:06.040 us a comment
00:56:06.360 saying thanks
00:56:06.900 a lot guys
00:56:07.460 you really
00:56:08.120 helped me
00:56:08.500 with that
00:56:08.860 I'd really
00:56:10.760 appreciate it
00:56:11.520 yeah
00:56:11.680 they're going
00:56:12.580 home
00:56:12.980 that's just
00:56:13.520 it
00:56:13.640 they're going
00:56:14.200 home
00:56:14.760 and this
00:56:15.140 is so good
00:56:15.620 again just
00:56:16.420 offering actual
00:56:17.700 rewards to
00:56:18.380 people
00:56:18.640 that's a
00:56:19.340 legal immigrant
00:56:19.780 who lives
00:56:20.120 there he's
00:56:20.460 running drugs
00:56:21.040 or whatever
00:56:21.340 it is
00:56:21.640 get rid of
00:56:22.280 him
00:56:22.420 good
00:56:22.720 absolutely
00:56:23.240 get rid of
00:56:23.560 him
00:56:23.680 and so
00:56:24.140 you've got
00:56:24.480 the other
00:56:24.860 side of
00:56:25.300 the story
00:56:25.660 now
00:56:26.000 because of
00:56:26.380 course the
00:56:26.620 british media
00:56:26.920 is doing
00:56:27.160 everything they
00:56:27.580 can
00:56:27.780 it's not
00:56:28.160 just the
00:56:28.420 british media
00:56:28.800 either
00:56:29.080 but migrants 0.56
00:56:30.700 stay at home
00:56:31.280 as people
00:56:31.680 live in fear
00:56:32.700 of trump's
00:56:33.300 mass deportation
00:56:34.140 threats
00:56:34.500 good
00:56:34.880 that's because
00:56:35.600 they shouldn't
00:56:36.100 be here
00:56:36.700 that's because
00:56:37.440 they shouldn't
00:56:37.980 be in your 1.00
00:56:38.480 goddamn country 1.00
00:56:39.120 like this 1.00
00:56:39.500 whole thing
00:56:39.920 is
00:56:40.060 they've
00:56:41.000 interviewed
00:56:41.420 under a
00:56:42.020 condition of
00:56:42.480 anonymity
00:56:43.040 just some
00:56:44.620 man
00:56:45.000 who broke
00:56:45.860 into the
00:56:46.200 country
00:56:46.500 they don't
00:56:46.900 know what
00:56:47.120 he does
00:56:47.380 they don't
00:56:47.640 know what
00:56:47.840 crimes
00:56:48.080 he's committed
00:56:48.420 like the
00:56:48.740 grim
00:56:49.000 reaper
00:56:49.400 i think
00:56:50.340 it's because
00:56:50.700 he's in the
00:56:51.000 shadow
00:56:51.220 there
00:56:51.520 but um
00:56:52.380 you see on
00:56:52.760 the news
00:56:52.960 all the time
00:56:53.380 undocumented
00:56:53.960 illegal
00:56:54.540 and you
00:56:54.840 realize that's
00:56:55.480 you
00:56:55.700 no i don't
00:56:56.360 realize that
00:56:56.920 i didn't
00:56:57.700 break into
00:56:58.080 someone else's
00:56:58.520 country
00:56:58.880 i didn't
00:57:00.180 like i didn't
00:57:01.120 literally commit
00:57:01.880 a crime to
00:57:02.540 go and live
00:57:02.880 where i am
00:57:03.940 so no i
00:57:04.740 would be like
00:57:05.300 oh good get
00:57:05.880 rid of them
00:57:06.260 you know
00:57:06.620 also should we
00:57:07.720 even care like
00:57:08.480 illegals have 0.99
00:57:09.180 been making
00:57:09.700 actual american
00:57:11.040 citizens scared
00:57:12.060 now the shoes
00:57:12.840 on the other
00:57:13.200 foot were meant
00:57:13.660 to feel sympathetic
00:57:14.280 i don't
00:57:15.460 not one bit
00:57:16.100 every single one
00:57:17.040 of you should be 1.00
00:57:17.540 turfed out of 1.00
00:57:18.080 america
00:57:18.480 i love this
00:57:19.020 though he's an
00:57:19.640 african migrant
00:57:20.460 fleeing political
00:57:21.340 persecution in a
00:57:22.520 country he doesn't
00:57:23.080 want us to name
00:57:23.600 so was he part of
00:57:25.000 a government that
00:57:25.640 was recently
00:57:26.080 overthrown or
00:57:26.800 something like
00:57:27.580 what did he do
00:57:28.760 i'm not going to
00:57:29.680 pretend that
00:57:30.420 someone in africa
00:57:31.460 who's from
00:57:32.320 fleeing political
00:57:33.240 persecution is
00:57:34.360 someone who's
00:57:34.820 never done
00:57:35.260 anything wrong
00:57:36.100 he wants his
00:57:37.040 words to count
00:57:38.080 he wants his
00:57:39.140 words to count
00:57:39.500 he wants like
00:57:40.160 maybe it will
00:57:41.220 help others
00:57:42.040 they know they're
00:57:42.860 not alone
00:57:43.300 it's like hopefully
00:57:44.100 they're not alone
00:57:45.660 and so someone can
00:57:46.420 round them all up
00:57:47.120 like before trump
00:57:48.320 came in
00:57:48.700 they were having
00:57:49.380 illegal immigrant
00:57:50.040 protests
00:57:50.800 it's like yeah
00:57:51.580 no go and do
00:57:52.140 that go go out
00:57:53.200 and do mass
00:57:53.940 you know ten
00:57:54.580 thousand of you
00:57:55.160 in the street
00:57:55.520 makes it very
00:57:55.980 easy
00:57:56.240 exactly it'll
00:57:56.920 save tom so
00:57:57.680 much time
00:57:58.360 get them all in
00:58:00.100 one big swoop
00:58:00.920 absolutely
00:58:01.760 but um there's
00:58:03.180 also the notion
00:58:03.820 of does anyone
00:58:04.840 from africa
00:58:05.680 you know like
00:58:06.620 if if no one
00:58:08.440 had any complaints
00:58:09.580 in africa
00:58:10.180 you know they
00:58:11.100 would have found
00:58:11.540 a little slice
00:58:12.200 of utopia
00:58:12.820 all of africa
00:58:13.780 has these sorts
00:58:14.440 of problems
00:58:15.020 africa would be 0.98
00:58:15.980 empty if we took
00:58:17.400 them all seriously
00:58:18.140 franklin has not
00:58:19.420 committed a crime
00:58:20.100 violent or otherwise
00:58:20.860 how would you know
00:58:21.460 did you ask him
00:58:22.560 oh have you
00:58:23.400 committed a crime
00:58:23.740 he's like no
00:58:24.160 of course not
00:58:24.700 i mean apart from
00:58:25.340 breaking into the
00:58:25.960 country and which
00:58:27.080 is a crime yeah
00:58:27.860 we're just going to
00:58:28.780 assume that he's
00:58:29.580 telling the truth
00:58:30.240 what did you do
00:58:31.080 look up his criminal
00:58:31.860 record or something
00:58:32.580 like come on
00:58:34.260 come on this is so
00:58:35.880 embarrassing that we
00:58:37.320 would be on the
00:58:37.860 wrong side of this
00:58:38.660 and of course britain
00:58:39.580 is on the wrong side
00:58:40.460 of this um but uh
00:58:42.420 yeah so um the the
00:58:44.540 signal flare has gone
00:58:45.360 out the bat signal is 0.72
00:58:46.660 up the tom homan 0.99
00:58:47.640 signal is up and uh
00:58:50.140 you know it's not
00:58:50.920 just the people in
00:58:52.260 america who can see
00:58:52.960 it and like great
00:58:53.640 hello missouri d.a yeah
00:58:55.400 there's one who lives
00:58:55.980 across the road from
00:58:56.600 me yeah that'll be a
00:58:57.120 thousand bucks thanks
00:58:57.820 very much it's not
00:58:58.740 just them it's also the
00:58:59.960 illegals themselves
00:59:00.680 right who are like oh
00:59:01.920 the gravy train is
00:59:03.580 over i can't just
00:59:04.780 break in someone's
00:59:05.460 country and set up a
00:59:06.120 life for myself and
00:59:06.740 claim benefits and do
00:59:07.520 this and do that take
00:59:08.500 you know cheap jobs and
00:59:09.640 whatever oh i'm
00:59:10.700 actually gonna have to
00:59:11.340 go home well there's
00:59:12.780 nothing worse than
00:59:13.500 being deported to where
00:59:14.460 you came from
00:59:15.160 apparently um but
00:59:16.960 apparently many of
00:59:18.420 them are heading home
00:59:19.140 so people have noticed
00:59:20.520 that the roads heading
00:59:21.320 back to mexico are
00:59:22.360 utterly jammed with
00:59:24.540 people carrying loads
00:59:26.040 of luggage look how
00:59:27.960 look how packed the
00:59:29.200 bags are in that yes
00:59:30.540 go home and you can
00:59:32.960 just drive yourself
00:59:34.200 back that's the thing
00:59:35.260 you like this whole oh
00:59:37.020 i'm a refugee no no 0.66
00:59:38.540 you're not what you're
00:59:39.800 doing you're on the
00:59:40.500 make this was all about
00:59:41.960 you being on the make
00:59:43.080 you just thought i can
00:59:43.840 make money in america i
00:59:45.160 can get stuff and then
00:59:46.500 when the americans turn
00:59:47.640 around go you know what
00:59:48.280 it's time for you to
00:59:49.100 leave you pack your bags
00:59:50.700 and you go it's just
00:59:52.540 simple as that and
00:59:53.160 everyone can see it
00:59:53.940 everyone can see it and
00:59:56.360 uh mexico is apparently
00:59:58.020 uh going to be accepting
00:59:59.260 a lot of mexicans and
01:00:00.580 non-mexicans actually
01:00:01.680 watch this little report
01:00:03.320 some migrants are
01:00:04.180 already choosing to
01:00:05.300 leave the country
01:00:06.060 voluntarily news
01:00:07.760 nation's
01:00:08.200 live from san
01:00:09.760 antonio texas this
01:00:10.820 morning with more on
01:00:11.940 this story jorge how
01:00:13.260 many migrants are we
01:00:14.060 actually seeing doing
01:00:15.540 this leaving voluntarily
01:00:17.280 so just the thing he says
01:00:19.420 thousands but the this
01:00:20.760 was before the election
01:00:21.780 so they they saw it
01:00:22.760 coming there a bunch of
01:00:23.320 like yeah look are we
01:00:24.540 gonna wait for them to
01:00:25.140 drag us out no that's 1.00
01:00:27.280 that would be stupid let's 0.99
01:00:28.200 just go and so that's 0.99
01:00:29.220 the point when the state
01:00:30.880 makes it clear to the the
01:00:33.480 country that they will not
01:00:34.880 be tolerating illegal
01:00:36.320 immigrants a large 0.90
01:00:38.440 percentage of them go
01:00:39.260 right okay well the
01:00:40.080 gravy train's over i'm
01:00:41.080 just going to go back to
01:00:41.860 where i came from right
01:00:43.000 so you don't even need
01:00:44.320 to manually grab every
01:00:45.980 single one and drag them 0.99
01:00:47.640 out by their fingernails 0.95
01:00:48.720 uh and throw them across 0.94
01:00:50.580 a border a lot of them
01:00:51.540 will voluntarily go and
01:00:52.920 the reason that they are
01:00:54.100 here is permissiveness
01:00:55.040 they know that we're a
01:00:56.980 soft touch we
01:00:57.600 collectively the west
01:00:58.580 have been a soft touch
01:01:00.300 up until this point and
01:01:01.860 as soon as donald trump's
01:01:02.740 like right that's over get
01:01:03.680 out well they start going
01:01:05.500 brilliant that's how it
01:01:08.400 should be if you if you
01:01:09.520 didn't if you didn't come
01:01:10.540 to the country legally
01:01:11.340 piss off i'm so happy for
01:01:13.780 americans here you finally 0.97
01:01:15.540 got a big win here i know
01:01:17.120 and your country is going
01:01:18.060 to be tangibly better from
01:01:19.400 this yeah literally there
01:01:20.560 is no downside to this oh
01:01:22.160 no sorry the downside is
01:01:23.440 you'll probably have to
01:01:24.000 pay like another 50 cents on
01:01:25.340 strawberries in the
01:01:26.000 supermarket or something
01:01:26.720 like that maybe not even
01:01:27.780 that because also there
01:01:28.740 are there's less
01:01:29.320 consumption isn't there
01:01:30.260 well that is true and
01:01:31.120 also uh robots can just
01:01:32.640 start picking things as
01:01:33.420 well but um sorry did
01:01:35.140 you want to say something
01:01:35.640 this thing no no no
01:01:36.320 right um the uh so
01:01:38.100 basically there's a bit
01:01:38.860 there's no downside
01:01:39.620 crime's gonna go down
01:01:40.600 right the number of
01:01:42.040 illegal aliens who are
01:01:43.860 violent criminals is 0.98
01:01:45.700 going to massively down
01:01:46.900 which is going to make
01:01:47.920 your life so much better
01:01:48.800 um then you've got uh
01:01:51.280 lots of people who
01:01:52.240 were not happy about this
01:01:54.700 because i mean they
01:01:55.260 broke into your country 1.00
01:01:56.320 for their own benefit
01:01:57.340 uh so let's let's watch
01:01:59.020 this
01:01:59.320 see we came here
01:02:00.600 because she wanted a
01:02:01.580 better night for us
01:02:02.180 she wanted a better
01:02:03.060 education for us she
01:02:04.060 wanted us to have a
01:02:05.280 better future and now
01:02:07.440 now this is all gonna
01:02:08.840 be taken away because
01:02:10.280 of him because of that 1.00
01:02:11.860 stupid stupid oh my god 1.00
01:02:15.220 stupid fucking 1.00
01:02:16.660 felon he's a felon 1.00
01:02:19.720 he's a felon he's a 0.99
01:02:21.400 felon he's a felon 1.00
01:02:21.840 a fweller deporter 0.97
01:02:23.060 right so when you
01:02:28.900 break into someone's
01:02:29.640 country and you set up
01:02:31.020 a life for yourself and
01:02:32.180 undoubtedly she's probably
01:02:33.140 a single mother she's
01:02:34.740 probably claiming some
01:02:36.360 sort of benefits so you
01:02:38.020 are essentially some kind 0.89
01:02:39.740 of thief right you are
01:02:40.980 stealing the ability to
01:02:43.400 uh the the you're stealing
01:02:46.400 prosperity from someone
01:02:47.720 right you didn't
01:02:48.380 contribute to that you
01:02:49.060 didn't you weren't
01:02:49.500 legally invited to it and
01:02:50.820 so you are exploiting the
01:02:52.740 american people right you
01:02:54.040 go and you see what
01:02:54.720 they have i'm gonna sneak
01:02:56.220 my way in and i'm going
01:02:57.800 to take some of it too
01:02:58.680 right so you are
01:02:59.320 exploiting the american
01:03:00.360 people and again do we
01:03:01.760 think that she's a net
01:03:02.740 taxpayer uh no probably
01:03:05.580 not right and so she's
01:03:07.060 angry she's angry that 0.98
01:03:08.520 she's caught exploiting and
01:03:10.040 now oh why didn't i get
01:03:11.540 legal censure why didn't i
01:03:12.600 just do it the right way
01:03:13.300 no you got you know you
01:03:14.700 wanted material gain and
01:03:16.760 she literally says i was
01:03:17.520 coming for a better life
01:03:18.320 it's like okay not our
01:03:19.580 problem piss off and go 0.98
01:03:21.100 home yeah you make that 0.99
01:03:22.460 the american people's
01:03:23.400 life worse yeah exactly
01:03:24.400 i'm stealing some
01:03:25.420 prosperity and security
01:03:26.660 from you america isn't
01:03:28.320 you know your land of
01:03:29.500 entitlement the american
01:03:30.700 people have a right to
01:03:31.500 have a border and then
01:03:32.920 she carries on like this
01:03:34.060 yeah and again
01:03:35.400 i'm not coming back i'm
01:03:37.780 never coming back
01:03:38.640 basically what she says
01:03:39.540 is i'm not coming back
01:03:40.560 until he's gone it's
01:03:41.540 like that's just an
01:03:42.940 incentive to make sure
01:03:43.760 that donald trump can
01:03:44.460 serve a third term
01:03:45.180 i really like him you
01:03:46.100 don't need to sell it
01:03:46.780 yeah exactly
01:03:47.640 anyway so uh lots of
01:03:51.380 them who are just uh
01:03:52.520 crying at the border
01:03:53.460 oh this one was
01:03:54.640 excellent yeah
01:03:55.380 what's happened to the
01:03:58.620 sound samson
01:03:59.320 oh here we go
01:04:01.260 hi
01:04:04.260 hi
01:04:08.260 hi 0.95
01:04:12.260 your own selfish
01:04:19.340 aspirations at the
01:04:20.460 expense of other people
01:04:21.360 and no more so i
01:04:22.420 how terrible
01:04:23.000 i i i you know i got in
01:04:24.860 my car i drove over to
01:04:26.300 like the cotswolds i found
01:04:28.200 this guy with a massive
01:04:29.240 mansion man he had a
01:04:30.480 huge mansion i stood
01:04:31.860 outside of it i banged
01:04:33.520 on the door i had to
01:04:34.460 let me in he said no
01:04:36.460 piss off i like clapped
01:04:38.000 the floor i cried it's 0.99
01:04:39.760 like that's literally
01:04:40.800 what's happening here
01:04:41.600 you are not in any way
01:04:43.180 entitled to go into the
01:04:44.120 go home you know in
01:04:45.880 other videos she's like
01:04:46.760 what am i gonna do now
01:04:47.560 you're gonna go home
01:04:48.600 make your own country
01:04:49.480 better yeah you're gonna
01:04:50.480 go back to where you
01:04:51.440 came from because you're 0.85
01:04:52.360 not welcome in the united
01:04:53.280 states that's why you're
01:04:54.460 on the outside and they
01:04:55.260 didn't let you in you
01:04:56.620 know and one of the
01:04:57.520 things as well
01:04:58.060 biden of course had
01:04:59.100 an app for to help
01:05:01.280 illegals get into the 1.00
01:05:02.320 country literally to help
01:05:03.280 people break into the 0.99
01:05:04.160 goddamn country and that 1.00
01:05:05.640 stopped working on day 1.00
01:05:06.480 one so uh you know like
01:05:08.380 trump's obviously sent
01:05:09.960 someone into that office
01:05:10.860 and that guy's like right
01:05:11.680 off now also i would like
01:05:13.820 to point out how there
01:05:14.880 are like multiple people
01:05:15.960 filming her and she's
01:05:17.060 perfectly positioned yeah
01:05:18.880 to weep in the most
01:05:20.180 refugee way possible 0.96
01:05:21.140 they know that they're
01:05:22.220 trying to pull the
01:05:22.840 heartstrings but it's
01:05:23.920 like no you came from
01:05:24.940 somewhere i mean she's
01:05:25.700 quite old as well so it's
01:05:26.680 not like oh you know
01:05:28.100 i'm young and i'm lost
01:05:29.480 it's like no no you
01:05:30.680 knew what you were
01:05:31.160 doing you have an
01:05:32.200 established life back
01:05:33.080 where you came from go
01:05:34.260 back it's not our
01:05:35.160 problem it's not our
01:05:35.940 concern go back my heart
01:05:37.900 is cold to a pleas of
01:05:38.980 mercy yeah my heart is
01:05:40.180 totally closed on this
01:05:40.900 one no you've got no
01:05:41.800 business here go home
01:05:43.620 abdul um but curious
01:05:47.120 looking abdul there
01:05:48.100 oh this is the there's
01:05:49.940 there's this video of
01:05:50.680 just something this guy
01:05:51.440 some londoner who's being
01:05:53.140 confronted in london by a
01:05:54.400 bunch of muslims he's 0.97
01:05:55.120 so you got no business 0.99
01:05:56.140 here abdul i love it
01:05:59.760 um anyway and uh so
01:06:02.400 that's that's great and
01:06:03.400 of course trump is
01:06:04.120 sending uh a thousand
01:06:05.600 five hundred troops to
01:06:06.740 the u.s border to secure
01:06:08.160 it uh with more to
01:06:09.600 follow apparently the
01:06:10.420 department of defense
01:06:11.060 has sent an additional
01:06:12.100 thousand five hundred in
01:06:13.060 addition to the two
01:06:13.720 thousand five hundred
01:06:14.320 national guard and
01:06:15.200 reserve forces there
01:06:16.040 already and there are
01:06:18.160 apparently more to
01:06:19.360 follow so basically uh
01:06:22.120 trump is apparently
01:06:23.420 really uh fulfilling his
01:06:25.140 promise to begin the
01:06:26.720 largest mass deportation
01:06:27.920 operation on day one
01:06:29.120 well it seems to have
01:06:30.120 begun which again is
01:06:31.580 great news for my
01:06:32.300 american friends i'm so
01:06:33.500 glad you guys get to
01:06:34.440 have a win uh don't let
01:06:35.900 the don't let them let
01:06:36.780 up you know make sure
01:06:37.900 that you do your part to
01:06:39.400 help the trump
01:06:39.920 administration get rid of 0.51
01:06:41.480 foreign violent criminals 1.00
01:06:43.540 because they are a danger 0.88
01:06:45.020 to you and your family and
01:06:46.400 your friends and they need
01:06:47.720 to go back
01:06:48.380 oh i feel so much
01:06:53.300 better now i know i'm
01:06:54.260 way off my things i'm so
01:06:55.640 jealous man i'm so
01:06:57.120 jealous because i want to
01:06:58.740 be a bounty hunter that
01:06:59.800 sounds so cool i want to
01:07:01.460 get he's keeping a lot
01:07:02.420 many of his promises yeah
01:07:03.760 yeah i mean he's yeah he
01:07:05.380 really is he's just going
01:07:06.620 hell for leather on it um
01:07:08.920 that's all right that's uh
01:07:11.080 else lander else says
01:07:14.440 sigil stone uh oph uk says
01:07:16.580 at least they don't eat
01:07:17.420 elephants and hay to you 0.79
01:07:18.520 bigot uh just cats yeah
01:07:20.640 yeah well i like cats more
01:07:22.220 than elephants really well
01:07:24.000 i like elephants they're
01:07:25.320 like elephants there are
01:07:26.180 way more cats than
01:07:27.700 elephants so i'm okay with
01:07:29.260 them that's true actually
01:07:30.520 um i don't i actually
01:07:32.360 don't want elephants to
01:07:33.520 become extinct no of
01:07:35.260 course not you know uh
01:07:36.600 neorealist says there is
01:07:38.100 actually a closet way a
01:07:39.340 closet wish in our circles
01:07:40.200 on x for a cop style
01:07:41.660 reality show of the ice
01:07:42.840 raids yeah see if this
01:07:44.060 was being done in the 90s
01:07:45.160 you would have
01:07:45.700 deportations uh and it'd
01:07:47.980 have like a cop style just
01:07:49.260 have a trump can afford a
01:07:50.840 24 7 deportation channel
01:07:52.660 where it's just live feeds
01:07:54.240 of families being torn
01:07:55.480 apart and i'd love it no
01:07:56.640 no no they won't be torn
01:07:57.300 apart they'll all be
01:07:57.860 removed well torn apart as
01:07:59.620 they're deported separately
01:08:00.820 for safety reasons i don't
01:08:02.400 know if that that'd be
01:08:03.260 necessary i think tom home
01:08:04.340 would be like no that'd be
01:08:05.100 more it'd be more merciful to
01:08:06.500 deport them all at the same
01:08:07.360 time in the same i'm not 0.78
01:08:08.340 feeling merciful today but
01:08:09.540 the the point is they need
01:08:11.000 to go and uh it should use
01:08:12.520 vanilla ice's ice ice baby
01:08:14.060 song
01:08:14.320 i was uh sent yesterday a
01:08:18.960 meme
01:08:19.260 yeah
01:08:19.780 by arnold and say the
01:08:22.080 ice man cometh
01:08:23.180 oh that's good
01:08:25.840 um dragon lady says why do 1.00
01:08:28.700 all these illegal aliens keep 1.00
01:08:29.760 coming here if america's so 1.00
01:08:30.780 evil and racist and 1.00
01:08:31.520 oppressive 0.96
01:08:31.860 well people like to be
01:08:33.020 oppressed
01:08:33.380 they've got a kink for it 0.98
01:08:35.100 bobadad says a thousand
01:08:36.240 deportations a day those are
01:08:37.700 rookie numbers when you've
01:08:38.580 pumped those numbers up
01:08:39.560 uh home at the top his
01:08:41.020 watchtower yeah i i'm
01:08:43.040 picturing more like
01:08:43.740 isengard right we know 1.00
01:08:45.540 when like uh saruman is up
01:08:47.620 there yeah someone when
01:08:48.840 when they're discussing the
01:08:49.940 invasion of helms deep
01:08:50.980 it's like there's no such
01:08:52.320 army
01:08:52.620 yeah yeah yeah
01:08:53.480 a lord of nothing says i'm
01:08:57.320 in mississippi i'll be
01:08:58.440 keeping my eyes out for
01:08:59.380 illegals 0.93
01:08:59.780 there's a thousand bucks
01:09:01.100 in it for you

01:09:04.220 if you if you do uh get
01:09:06.320 that grand please send us a
01:09:08.060 video comment of them
01:09:08.880 getting you know arrested
01:09:10.060 and deported
01:09:10.740 homan keeps this up and 0.81
01:09:12.140 he'll be president in
01:09:12.880 2028 i doubt homan's gonna 1.00
01:09:14.420 try and become president
01:09:15.480 uh i think uh well
01:09:17.480 ideally what you want is
01:09:18.560 vance taking over and
01:09:19.400 just keeping homan in his 1.00
01:09:20.340 place
01:09:20.660 um neon really just loves
01:09:22.900 deporting
01:09:23.560 yeah he will he will do
01:09:25.400 his job and wake up in a
01:09:26.720 grateful universe
01:09:27.740 yeah exactly
01:09:28.420 yeah he will
01:09:29.160 you can pop a statue of
01:09:31.400 homan by the way when
01:09:32.540 this is over
01:09:33.140 on the southern border
01:09:34.100 yeah yeah yeah yeah
01:09:35.440 yeah when he when he
01:09:36.440 dies put up a statue of
01:09:37.640 just gazing out of
01:09:38.460 mexico
01:09:38.800 just a giant statue of
01:09:40.820 liberty size statue
01:09:42.140 exactly
01:09:43.260 maybe
01:09:44.000 i just love that he's
01:09:46.740 wrong he is going back
01:09:47.540 to haiti
01:09:47.880 the statues of him
01:09:49.040 throwing a small mexican 1.00
01:09:50.160 child over the wall
01:09:51.060 um but i just love the
01:09:52.400 oh no you can't send me
01:09:53.580 back to where i came from
01:09:54.600 it's like really why why
01:09:56.840 did where you come from 0.99
01:09:57.780 suck 1.00
01:09:58.200 right you know like this 0.98
01:10:00.280 is the thing that always
01:10:01.040 annoys me it's like you 1.00
01:10:01.920 make your country suck 1.00
01:10:02.980 like stellios if you got 1.00
01:10:04.240 deported back to greece it
01:10:05.080 wouldn't be like the end of
01:10:05.680 the world would it
01:10:06.380 not that we would
01:10:07.300 deport you obviously but
01:10:08.160 let me be clear i i'd
01:10:11.660 leave my before you
01:10:12.920 deported me to be fair
01:10:15.140 you can you're more than
01:10:16.440 welcome to deport me to 1.00
01:10:17.340 it's my choice
01:10:17.840 yeah yeah exactly
01:10:18.740 lovely food
01:10:19.620 my mum my mum goes on 0.92
01:10:21.040 holiday in greece all the
01:10:21.880 time
01:10:22.320 like yeah
01:10:23.160 the point is no one
01:10:25.300 goes on holiday
01:10:25.720 swap i can go back to
01:10:27.300 greece
01:10:27.660 you can live my life
01:10:29.760 um neon really says i
01:10:32.000 saw a press conference
01:10:32.720 held by a latino
01:10:33.640 democrat politician
01:10:34.660 hiram monserrat on
01:10:37.040 behalf of latino
01:10:37.780 residents of aoc's
01:10:38.660 congressional district
01:10:39.500 pleading for trump's
01:10:40.560 dhs to deport illegal 0.98
01:10:41.800 criminal alien criminals
01:10:42.880 and that's another thing 0.83
01:10:43.860 as well it's like there
01:10:45.100 are going to be loads of
01:10:46.040 legal aliens legal
01:10:47.800 immigrants who are just 1.00
01:10:48.540 like yeah no i don't
01:10:49.660 want the criminal element
01:10:50.580 to come here as well
01:10:51.600 like you know i left my
01:10:53.040 home because they were
01:10:54.160 there and now they've
01:10:55.040 come here can we get
01:10:56.640 rid of them please
01:10:57.340 bald eagle says it's
01:10:59.240 funny that legal
01:10:59.760 immigrants are turning 1.00
01:11:00.420 in the illegals yeah 0.97
01:11:01.200 and they should they
01:11:02.340 should look i have my
01:11:03.400 pass i have my papers
01:11:04.540 i'm not getting
01:11:05.480 deported tom homan
01:11:06.980 will come in and get 0.98
01:11:07.580 rid of you
01:11:08.220 um the engaged view
01:11:10.720 says look on the
01:11:11.860 bright side honey you
01:11:12.520 won't have an 80% 0.95
01:11:13.260 chance of being raped 0.64
01:11:13.960 on your way out of 0.98
01:11:14.700 the country that's true
01:11:15.800 uh can we deport all 0.77
01:11:17.660 the historical women
01:11:18.380 not just the foreign
01:11:19.120 ball bombs uh no
01:11:20.160 unfortunately
01:11:20.640 imagine that just a
01:11:22.500 state made up of
01:11:23.400 entirely hysterical
01:11:24.500 women imagine the 1.00
01:11:26.300 uproar when they
01:11:27.340 can't open a tin of
01:11:28.460 something or like a
01:11:29.920 jar uh you should
01:11:31.380 look into the sorry
01:11:32.360 that's a random name
01:11:33.020 says you should look
01:11:33.660 into the stargate
01:11:34.260 announcement 500
01:11:35.220 billion for a super
01:11:36.140 aio that will
01:11:36.700 mass produce mrna
01:11:37.740 vaccines yeah i've
01:11:39.560 i've seen something
01:11:40.560 about this and
01:11:41.360 basically i think
01:11:42.620 that they're just
01:11:43.060 trying to get ahead
01:11:43.660 of the technology
01:11:44.380 just so they're the
01:11:45.480 ones in control of
01:11:46.120 it i don't know
01:11:46.780 it's a sort of arms
01:11:47.960 race isn't it yeah
01:11:48.820 it is yeah uh sigil
01:11:50.520 stone says put up
01:11:51.180 many homan sentinel 0.90
01:11:52.060 statues on the border
01:11:52.940 that shoots lasers from
01:11:54.060 his eyes and cross
01:11:54.840 anyone against anyone
01:11:55.800 crossing illegally and
01:11:57.060 the engaged few says
01:11:57.920 erect statue of homan 0.99
01:11:58.860 putting a chubby mexican 1.00
01:11:59.760 child over the wall 0.94
01:12:00.420 uh well a lot of them
01:12:01.540 aren't mexicans that's 1.00
01:12:02.340 the thing uh a lot of
01:12:03.620 them are from uh central
01:12:04.740 america can i say
01:12:06.600 something really quickly
01:12:07.500 because i saw one or
01:12:08.820 two comments on the
01:12:09.580 chat saying me that i
01:12:10.860 was silent during the
01:12:11.840 third segment i'm
01:12:13.040 upset for my segment
01:12:14.960 nothing it's not that
01:12:17.260 i don't worry
01:12:17.720 stelios we're keeping
01:12:19.040 you stelios is actually
01:12:20.160 lawfully in the country
01:12:21.520 europeans welcome
01:12:23.640 asperger's and fry says
01:12:25.460 glad you feel you oh
01:12:26.080 sorry let's go to the
01:12:26.680 video comments oh yeah
01:12:27.580 of course
01:12:27.900 before i forget
01:12:29.920 oh nice cheerful one
01:12:32.400 oh yeah jesus
01:12:33.340 i found myself thinking
01:12:35.400 about the liberation
01:12:36.420 movements in africa
01:12:37.860 during decolonization and
01:12:39.400 how most of their direct
01:12:41.040 action was really just
01:12:42.140 random africans breaking 0.99
01:12:43.460 into houses and murdering 1.00
01:12:44.880 white people and you 1.00
01:12:46.880 know not being too
01:12:47.680 dissimilar to what we see
01:12:48.780 in places like southport
01:12:50.080 and naturally after
01:12:51.600 their people took power
01:12:52.720 all of them were
01:12:53.500 released from prison i
01:12:54.940 can't help but imagine
01:12:55.820 a lot of these
01:12:56.400 perpetrators are angling
01:12:57.640 for a similar outcome
01:12:58.940 being third-worlders i
01:13:00.600 have little doubt that
01:13:01.440 they are not aware of
01:13:02.320 what their grandfathers
01:13:03.200 did to gain power in
01:13:04.460 their homelands something
01:13:05.900 to keep in mind yeah
01:13:07.660 it's genuinely terrible
01:13:09.940 it's like you read my
01:13:11.800 mind on what i was going
01:13:12.540 to cover it's perfect for
01:13:14.020 my south africa segment
01:13:15.260 honestly if i was in
01:13:17.600 south africa i'd just
01:13:18.560 leave just get out
01:13:20.120 so let's go to the
01:13:22.240 next one stelios here 0.62
01:13:23.260 you are i'll go under 0.91
01:13:24.620 base tier list stelios
01:13:27.660 has a level head and
01:13:28.700 does a great job to
01:13:29.700 carefully guide people
01:13:30.740 along each step of
01:13:31.880 complex philosophical
01:13:33.060 topics he has something
01:13:34.620 unique i've identified
01:13:35.680 to keep us all in check
01:13:37.480 to not let the fervor to
01:13:39.240 save our communities and
01:13:40.460 peoples become an excess 0.91
01:13:42.200 and waste time on silly
01:13:43.780 ideas he invented the
01:13:45.500 concept of woke right as
01:13:46.940 a thought experiment and
01:13:48.460 realized it wasn't really
01:13:49.540 a thing and threw it in
01:13:50.720 the trash stelios goes in
01:13:52.760 the s tier oh thank you
01:13:55.400 california you know have
01:13:57.240 you watched what west
01:13:58.520 world no okay with anthony
01:14:01.340 hopkins character he said
01:14:03.040 the others are the
01:14:03.860 visionaries i'm gonna
01:14:04.820 actually make it happen
01:14:06.000 by the way
01:14:07.080 have you noticed if you
01:14:10.240 go back to that previous
01:14:11.120 video comment s tier
01:14:12.820 stelios b tier bow c tier
01:14:15.980 carl callum and connor i'm
01:14:17.520 starting to see a trend
01:14:18.640 here d tier dan yes i'm
01:14:22.800 gonna be f either j or f
01:14:24.880 tier i'm gonna be the
01:14:25.640 lowest oh well i've changed
01:14:27.880 my name let's get my middle
01:14:29.600 name begins with a
01:14:30.400 videos have serviced online
01:14:33.820 of a group of teens flirting
01:14:35.340 with death on sydney trains
01:14:37.400 or for the social media
01:14:38.980 views and likes
01:14:40.100 it needs to be seen to be
01:14:45.720 believed my solution send
01:14:48.580 them to military school or
01:14:50.260 cub scouts or anything
01:14:52.180 because these kids are bored
01:14:54.800 and they are looking for a
01:14:56.160 thrill
01:14:56.600 yeah yeah that's very true
01:14:59.420 i will say fail compilation
01:15:01.720 videos are among my
01:15:03.220 favorites there are videos
01:15:05.260 of people just you know
01:15:06.340 trying to like do uh you
01:15:08.440 know pre-climbing or
01:15:09.400 whatever and just falling
01:15:10.600 off buildings and stuff
01:15:11.420 oh they're horrible aren't
01:15:12.380 they i know it's the thing
01:15:13.500 is my stomach drop when i
01:15:14.940 watch it's a part of me
01:15:15.400 that's like well you know
01:15:16.760 you chose to do that yeah i
01:15:19.320 don't feel bad for them but
01:15:20.500 i'm horrified at what
01:15:21.420 happens yeah there was a guy
01:15:22.560 in spain an english guy who
01:15:24.240 fell off a bridge in spain i'm
01:15:25.360 just like you know if
01:15:27.820 you're gonna go free climb a
01:15:28.820 bridge in spain and then
01:15:29.920 drop 150 feet it reminds me
01:15:31.820 of a phrase i find a little
01:15:33.380 bit annoying that you know 1.00
01:15:34.940 you play stupid games and 1.00
01:15:36.120 you win stupid prizes i mean 1.00
01:15:39.120 that's literally what's 1.00
01:15:39.860 happening to them but uh but
01:15:41.380 i think uh create what it's
01:15:44.620 just a replay stuff of these
01:15:46.700 videos in my mind that's at
01:15:48.240 some point i showed one i think
01:15:50.540 that was summer 2023 it was me
01:15:52.640 and connor and he just couldn't
01:15:53.880 stop laughing
01:15:54.540 there's someone jumping off a
01:15:56.780 cliff and it's i don't know i
01:15:59.120 think i think he survived
01:16:00.940 right but because the segment
01:16:02.720 was ongoing i said okay let's
01:16:04.060 just trust me bro he's yeah
01:16:05.680 yeah but i've just got no
01:16:07.800 sympathy for it at all it's like 1.00
01:16:08.840 okay yeah just you're a moron 1.00
01:16:10.340 yeah exactly you're gonna jump 1.00
01:16:11.380 off a cliff you're just a 1.00
01:16:12.440 moron 1.00
01:16:12.880 you know i'm gonna climb up 1.00
01:16:14.060 the and there was another guy
01:16:15.200 as well who was climbing like a
01:16:16.540 a skyscraper and fell off yeah
01:16:19.420 and it's just like
01:16:20.140 actually i wouldn't i would
01:16:22.560 disagree with uh frank cooper
01:16:24.580 craig craig yeah because if 1.00
01:16:26.540 you have such morons going to 1.00
01:16:28.240 the army and they have they 1.00
01:16:29.320 want to it's an issue of
01:16:30.740 boredom for them and they do 1.00
01:16:32.220 stupid things with guns they 1.00
01:16:34.000 could actually be harmful to to 1.00
01:16:37.420 the military personnel i'm not
01:16:39.320 worried about that i i actually
01:16:40.360 totally agree with craig you've
01:16:41.540 got a lot of bored men sitting
01:16:43.160 around they need something to do
01:16:44.820 tards go on the front lines 1.00
01:16:46.160 no they're not gonna do that
01:16:48.720 it should yeah but it's not
01:16:51.240 that they're looking for like
01:16:52.500 thrill seeking right and so
01:16:54.500 yeah okay go get them to do
01:16:56.360 something don't we have a
01:16:57.100 cloned empire battlefield bad
01:16:58.740 company games where they just
01:16:59.900 had the you know the companies
01:17:02.400 of criminals and they just send
01:17:04.040 them out and do dangerous
01:17:05.180 missions that were too dangerous
01:17:08.060 for the normal soldiers that's
01:17:09.780 perfect um north fc zoomer says
01:17:12.060 let's be absolutely clear keir
01:17:13.640 starmer has defended people
01:17:14.760 very similar to axel rudakabana
01:17:16.640 even if it was under the cab
01:17:18.720 rank rule you still can decline
01:17:20.600 those cases well it it's not
01:17:22.420 even that keir starmer has
01:17:23.340 defended these people he has
01:17:24.760 gone over to literal jails full
01:17:27.460 of child murderers and said what
01:17:29.400 can i do to help um he's got and
01:17:31.560 he did it for free he did it pro
01:17:33.380 pro uh what's the term ratis or
01:17:36.900 something pro bono yeah pro bono
01:17:38.760 that's it um he he did it for
01:17:40.380 free like keir starmer's probably
01:17:41.960 sat there going god i've just
01:17:43.080 that axel kid i feel so sorry for
01:17:44.780 him um it's just disgraceful
01:17:47.160 it's a north fc zoomer says it's
01:17:50.260 very clearly immoral to make the
01:17:51.340 parents of those poor girls pay 1.00
01:17:52.400 taxes under the threat of rest for
01:17:53.920 the rest of their lives to pay for
01:17:55.040 him that's categorically not
01:17:56.460 justice yeah and another way is
01:17:58.340 looking as well it's like why
01:17:59.900 should he outlive the parents of
01:18:01.680 the victims why should he outlive
01:18:04.200 them the the people you're talking
01:18:06.180 about are people i actually have met
01:18:08.760 at the university because that that
01:18:10.740 was my that was my speciality you
01:18:13.680 have a lot of people who will look at
01:18:16.480 crimes like this and they say okay let
01:18:18.080 us give a human human perspective upon
01:18:20.760 to the murderer and they want to
01:18:23.180 constantly present the murderer as the
01:18:26.080 victim oh yeah i know i hate it and i 0.54
01:18:28.520 think that the human perspective is one
01:18:30.100 i saw jonathan pie tweet out yeah i i
01:18:33.080 read about this case and then i i get
01:18:35.320 really angry and i want the death penalty 0.51
01:18:36.580 for him but then i realize i'm i'm not a 0.98
01:18:38.560 bad person or something and i don't
01:18:39.860 want it it's like so the natural human
01:18:42.380 thing is yeah well that guy deserves a 1.00
01:18:43.700 death penalty and jonathan pie has to 0.99
01:18:44.800 kind of mind kill himself and no i'm 0.98
01:18:46.340 i'm a progressive let's give him a 0.86
01:18:48.840 house or something yeah exactly yeah
01:18:50.660 exactly it's like no the the correct
01:18:52.960 human response is want to flay him
01:18:54.480 alive you know like that's the correct
01:18:57.000 human response and every time every
01:18:59.360 second of the day that he spends
01:19:00.940 existing on the earth is a moment of
01:19:03.500 injustice that we're creating for
01:19:05.160 those parents so anyway um baron von
01:19:08.560 warhawk says i don't have to imagine
01:19:10.000 it i once took criminal justice course
01:19:11.500 in high school and saw an ms 13 member
01:19:13.280 who'd worked with the cops and as a
01:19:14.640 response he got stabbed 97 times by the
01:19:16.720 other gang members so for someone to do
01:19:18.640 that to a child is beyond evil uh if the
01:19:20.720 uk had any sense he'd be sent to help
01:19:22.340 out back to hell already so that's
01:19:24.220 correct josh firm is the second coming 1.00
01:19:26.700 of william adams who's william adams
01:19:28.620 he was the english explorer who became a
01:19:31.200 samurai in japan okay i think it's
01:19:33.860 because i cover a lot of the eastern
01:19:35.360 news and i do have lots of um ancestry
01:19:38.860 that you know they were explorers i've
01:19:41.660 not they weren't japanese they weren't
01:19:43.500 no they were either scottish or from
01:19:45.500 devonshire so he says uh only 52 years
01:19:48.660 that's less than 10 years per person
01:19:50.060 stabbed or 16 years in prison per person
01:19:53.060 murdered should have released 300 i mean
01:19:55.020 you should just just the rope just the
01:19:56.920 rope just quick and easy yeah it costs
01:19:59.480 52k a year to house a prisoner says
01:20:01.300 federal agent which it means 2.7
01:20:03.780 million to keeping this man locked up
01:20:06.120 for 52 years so i could charge you 50
01:20:09.460 quid and be done with it so annoyed
01:20:11.940 about it in fact i'll do it for free
01:20:13.940 yeah yeah within the confines of the
01:20:16.840 law of course
01:20:17.320 henry says uh the death penalty was
01:20:20.280 removed when britain was a high trust
01:20:21.300 society where heinous acts were so
01:20:22.940 extremely rare they became notable
01:20:24.160 historical events now it's just another
01:20:26.000 tuesday yeah i think there were like
01:20:27.020 four stabbings four mass stabbings 0.89
01:20:28.760 yesterday it's just ridiculous it's
01:20:30.840 incredible was it in plymouth there was
01:20:32.920 well there was one in play there was
01:20:34.440 one in play what i know about that one
01:20:38.640 in plymouth that they're not naming who
01:20:40.660 it is and the local community is asking
01:20:43.440 them to name them well yeah they're not
01:20:46.460 white let's just say that's enough and
01:20:48.300 and they stand out in plymouth because 0.95
01:20:50.840 everyone's white yeah it's the last 0.99
01:20:52.720 major city that's vast majority white
01:20:55.320 yeah um but uh but that's the point
01:20:58.000 isn't it is this and the thing is as
01:21:00.300 well you can see in the you literally
01:21:02.380 you've got the crime murders per year
01:21:04.740 plot in 1965 it just starts shooting up
01:21:07.580 and it's like of course it does because
01:21:09.620 i mean peter hitchens points out like
01:21:11.220 the death penalty was used not as a form
01:21:13.620 of like you know literally it stopped
01:21:15.580 the murderers from committing murder
01:21:17.020 because they knew they'd just get the
01:21:18.260 rope it's like why do we stop that why
01:21:20.700 do we want murderers to not think
01:21:22.000 they're going to get the rope um it's
01:21:24.540 also community catharsis all you're
01:21:26.000 doing is building up tension and 1.00
01:21:27.720 resentment in your society stupid 1.00
01:21:29.640 universalism that says that every 1.00
01:21:31.540 everyone is uh able to be convicted to
01:21:34.640 be persuaded be good yep marvin chris
01:21:37.600 says statement from one of the mothers
01:21:39.200 quote i've thought many times about
01:21:40.580 taking my own life just so i can go to
01:21:41.900 heaven and be with her again it's
01:21:43.460 heart-wrenching how someone could be
01:21:44.780 this evil short drop a quick stop is
01:21:47.140 what this man deserves and that's the
01:21:49.060 the human that's the humane thing as
01:21:51.240 well um i'm feeling way more pagan
01:21:54.360 about this that's the spirit yeah no i
01:21:56.620 really am just i was thinking just
01:21:58.880 crucifixion outside of heathrow so when
01:22:01.500 people get off the plane it's like yeah
01:22:03.760 okay we're gonna behave ourselves what
01:22:05.700 would crassus do you know like it's i'm
01:22:08.200 i'm so so sick of it uh baron from 0.98
01:22:10.780 walk says if i was just bezos i'd sue
01:22:12.480 those magazines and reporters these term
01:22:14.040 amazon yeah he should he yeah he should
01:22:16.560 this is unbelievable harold's virtue
01:22:19.020 ethics maxim what would the assyrians 0.99
01:22:21.440 do yes yes they would bring justice
01:22:25.740 moral authority of the assyrians well
01:22:28.680 listen when in doubt ask yourself why
01:22:30.760 they they have the death penalty for
01:22:32.960 many different crimes so i agree with
01:22:34.840 them uh intrinsic pursuit says uh one
01:22:37.360 thing prior to the sentencing he was
01:22:39.060 actually allowed to go to hospital
01:22:40.120 probably prioritized every normal person
01:22:42.240 would be untolerant yeah i know he 0.82
01:22:43.780 should have just been flogged like i'm 0.77
01:22:44.980 feeling sick wow how you feeling now 0.76
01:22:46.740 you know uh charles says tyrants 0.53
01:22:49.700 already killed people the death penalty
01:22:51.060 hands this power of the juries good
01:22:52.620 point
01:22:52.960 uh eloise says thank you for your
01:22:55.600 ongoing coverage of the issues in
01:22:56.760 south africa josh slash lotus east team
01:22:58.920 thank you um george says i hope that
01:23:02.100 the boa are offered refugee status in
01:23:04.700 europe they won't be
01:23:05.480 we will not do that um maybe in
01:23:08.500 australia they'll do it but like they
01:23:09.900 we will not do that here
01:23:11.160 um we could definitely use more
01:23:12.880 farmers if we if not we could uh live
01:23:15.180 to see a recreation of a famous scene
01:23:16.480 from a zulu movie
01:23:17.280 again i don't want the zulu getting a
01:23:19.360 bad rap actually because everything
01:23:20.620 i've read about them seems pretty
01:23:21.620 based
01:23:21.960 so i think when there was the because
01:23:25.260 the the sort of bantu groups that are 0.96
01:23:27.960 causing all of this aren't zulus do 0.98
01:23:30.020 you know
01:23:30.240 i'm not saying zulus aren't bantus but
01:23:31.520 like it's a different group do you
01:23:32.620 know who the zulus really hate 0.96
01:23:33.940 indians
01:23:34.860 because when when there was all of the
01:23:37.960 disorder in 2021
01:23:38.920 they found all of the places where
01:23:41.460 indians were running business and
01:23:42.620 burnt them down 0.88
01:23:43.220 because they said that they were
01:23:44.980 controlling south africa
01:23:46.540 um
01:23:47.600 and like puppeteering
01:23:49.420 hand of the indian
01:23:50.200 yeah
01:23:50.440 right
01:23:50.860 lars says land reform the uk when
01:23:53.740 take it from the colonizers and give 0.99
01:23:55.260 it back to the natives 0.99
01:23:55.960 great question
01:23:57.340 uh sophie says man you know i'd
01:23:59.540 actually love to make an exchange
01:24:00.480 with africa here
01:24:01.100 we completely decolonize africa and
01:24:02.860 take back every single white person 0.94
01:24:04.000 living in africa
01:24:04.660 i mean that can't be that many
01:24:06.000 either really
01:24:06.600 it's got to be what 10 million
01:24:07.680 something like that
01:24:08.740 it's got to be that many
01:24:09.320 that's quite a lot
01:24:10.300 i would say it'd be even less
01:24:12.040 after everything that's happened
01:24:13.400 i mean isn't it something like
01:24:14.620 six million in south africa
01:24:15.840 two million in zimbabwe
01:24:17.020 something like that
01:24:18.200 you know you're gonna have
01:24:18.960 pockets elsewhere
01:24:19.640 that's true
01:24:20.040 probably
01:24:20.280 there's also not just
01:24:21.460 boars in south africa as well
01:24:23.340 they're an english population
01:24:24.540 so
01:24:25.540 if they're only on some
01:24:26.580 one and a half
01:24:27.460 also would the netherlands even
01:24:28.720 have room for a lot of the dutch people 0.96
01:24:30.340 well they don't
01:24:31.220 they'd like double their
01:24:32.480 double their population
01:24:33.820 if they were ethnically dutch and
01:24:35.220 they went back to the netherlands
01:24:36.120 probably you could go to like
01:24:37.040 australia or something
01:24:37.900 yeah
01:24:38.540 i like dutch people so
01:24:40.180 there's plenty of space in australia
01:24:41.600 and australians probably like
01:24:42.440 yeah let's have a few new towns
01:24:43.520 or something
01:24:43.860 um
01:24:44.680 stick them out in the stick
01:24:46.280 somewhere
01:24:46.640 yeah i mean to be honest with you
01:24:48.220 but then she says you know
01:24:49.440 but then we have to do the same
01:24:50.840 for europe
01:24:51.240 so every african in europe
01:24:52.680 goes back
01:24:53.280 the terms are acceptable
01:24:54.640 yeah i mean
01:24:55.560 like what's the objection here
01:24:57.540 uh david says so much for the
01:24:59.380 african rainbow nation
01:25:00.500 yeah that really worked out
01:25:01.840 didn't it
01:25:02.440 uh multiculturalism again
01:25:04.080 when the farms collapse
01:25:04.780 the begging bowls will out 0.96
01:25:05.660 yeah i know
01:25:06.100 and i will have no
01:25:06.880 bloody sympathy
01:25:07.680 unbreakable litany says
01:25:09.520 african nations are a strange 1.00
01:25:10.860 dichotomy of the
01:25:11.600 four that i've been to
01:25:12.500 80 percent of people
01:25:13.980 want imperial britain
01:25:15.140 back to rule
01:25:15.700 then you have south africa
01:25:16.860 uh yeah well
01:25:18.240 i mean
01:25:19.000 at the end of the day
01:25:20.680 is it worse
01:25:21.780 is racism worse than starvation
01:25:23.660 is the question
01:25:24.840 that they
01:25:25.200 no
01:25:25.500 well exactly
01:25:26.700 that's not
01:25:27.300 well exactly
01:25:28.160 that's the
01:25:28.580 but that's the question
01:25:29.460 they're forcing themselves
01:25:31.040 to answer isn't it
01:25:31.900 it's like was it worse that we were under a racist apartheid
01:25:34.480 or was it worse that we didn't have food
01:25:36.160 well
01:25:36.680 they
01:25:38.060 they might also have to rethink
01:25:40.100 you know the scales of racism as well
01:25:42.700 because they
01:25:43.220 they still had a decent quality of life
01:25:45.140 it wasn't like they were beaten down
01:25:46.640 and
01:25:47.120 you know they might have been politically
01:25:49.220 disenfranchised
01:25:50.580 yeah but
01:25:51.280 it could have been a lot worse
01:25:52.780 yeah yeah
01:25:53.420 yeah
01:25:53.760 yeah like they have food
01:25:55.140 so
01:25:55.400 how bad could it have been
01:25:56.540 it's more oppressive under self-governance
01:25:58.240 really
01:25:58.640 omar says
01:25:59.940 funny how the prosperity of a nation disappears 0.96
01:26:01.740 when you oust the white inhabitants 1.00
01:26:03.360 um 0.99
01:26:04.360 i guess their shamans haven't figured out
01:26:06.560 how to make the lightning come to the grid
01:26:08.180 how does the shaman use the lightning to charge the phone
01:26:12.800 yeah i didn't bring up goblins this time either did i
01:26:15.660 yeah
01:26:15.980 you know south africa not as known for goblins as zimbabwe
01:26:19.600 but
01:26:20.000 andrew says thank you carl for ending on this higher note
01:26:22.660 man those first two segments were brutally depressing
01:26:24.840 well i had to do it man you know
01:26:26.300 thank god trump is doing the right thing
01:26:28.020 he's sending back foreign criminals 0.99
01:26:30.100 thank god
01:26:30.940 by the thousands
01:26:32.160 it cheered me up as well
01:26:33.220 yeah i know
01:26:33.680 how you feel
01:26:34.100 at home
01:26:34.880 don't worry
01:26:35.240 it's not
01:26:35.540 it's not particularly fun to have to research these things
01:26:38.280 no no it's really not
01:26:39.680 uh fuzzy toaster says
01:26:40.700 empathy burnout
01:26:41.440 don't care what sob stories they can tell me
01:26:43.300 don't care about the cost
01:26:44.500 the gravy train is gone
01:26:45.760 its wheels were stolen by quote
01:26:47.120 asylum seekers and refugees
01:26:48.880 exactly i'm exactly on that point
01:26:50.840 it's like no no i've got no sympathy
01:26:52.660 oh i came all this way from peru or something
01:26:54.900 he's like well that was a mistake
01:26:56.000 you need to go back to peru
01:26:57.340 so peru's all right
01:26:58.740 yeah there's nothing wrong peru either 0.99
01:27:00.300 so piss off 0.96
01:27:01.000 um george says 0.59
01:27:02.920 it's surreal to see such efficiency from a government
01:27:05.400 you know what that's a great point
01:27:06.720 i had not thought about that
01:27:07.960 like we don't normally see this level of government efficiency
01:27:10.740 do we josh
01:27:11.380 in anything
01:27:12.760 it's it
01:27:13.740 i specifically
01:27:15.300 the doge is already working
01:27:16.420 specifically mentioned
01:27:17.480 recently
01:27:18.260 that the fact that trump is promising to do so much on his first day
01:27:21.960 is like a breath of fresh air
01:27:23.340 he's getting stuff done
01:27:24.420 i know
01:27:25.060 i'm pleasantly surprised
01:27:27.180 yeah yeah me too
01:27:28.180 a beautiful example of hitting the ground and running
01:27:30.480 on the flip side
01:27:31.660 it just shows that the government
01:27:32.460 always had the power to do mass deportations
01:27:34.020 but lacked the will
01:27:34.600 i mean remember they brought over like
01:27:35.940 120,000 afghans in two weeks
01:27:38.780 from afghanistan
01:27:39.660 so they know that they can mass move people if they want
01:27:42.280 they just don't
01:27:43.240 and biden had a bloody app to help them get in the country anyway
01:27:45.860 it was all about will
01:27:46.660 if they can bring them here we can send them back 1.00
01:27:48.540 yeah
01:27:49.160 kevin says
01:27:50.540 the deportations is like taking delivery of a new car josh
01:27:53.380 you have to break it in gently for the first month
01:27:55.400 before you start pushing it to the red line limit
01:27:57.080 once the breaking period is over
01:27:58.680 breaking in period is over
01:27:59.580 you can give it the welly
01:28:00.280 uh
01:28:01.100 see
01:28:01.420 but again i think it's just about infrastructure
01:28:04.080 you know getting it all done
01:28:05.720 i want to break in the car when it's under warranty
01:28:08.420 so i'll push it to the limit within the first month
01:28:10.280 and then be nice to it afterwards
01:28:11.660 and warhawk
01:28:12.540 he's a felon 0.98
01:28:13.280 cries the woman that broke into the country 0.99
01:28:14.760 i know it's just
01:28:15.640 no simply
01:28:17.760 afro the beta says
01:28:19.200 be josh
01:28:19.820 watch crying illegals at the border
01:28:21.240 sip water
01:28:22.060 this was tears of deported migrants by the way
01:28:26.740 again i've just
01:28:27.620 like this
01:28:28.320 the dude who's like
01:28:29.720 i'm not going back to haiti
01:28:30.800 it's like
01:28:31.160 i mean look at the
01:28:32.260 the contortion on his face 0.90
01:28:34.180 he he looked like a violent criminal
01:28:36.460 i'm not surprised he's got 17 0.99
01:28:38.380 he's been dragged back down to hell
01:28:40.140 yeah
01:28:40.480 like a comedy
01:28:41.260 i know
01:28:41.900 thank biden
01:28:43.000 thank obama for everything they've done for me
01:28:44.800 yeah it's just
01:28:46.620 like if
01:28:47.760 if you had like in a skit
01:28:49.600 like you know written that
01:28:51.060 people would be like
01:28:51.660 come on
01:28:51.900 they're not literally going to call out biden and obama
01:28:54.180 for helping them be criminals in america
01:28:56.660 he was also talking about haiti
01:28:58.260 yeah
01:28:58.740 like you know
01:28:59.560 if you're casting a demon back to hell
01:29:01.860 reminds me of the end of the tenacious d film
01:29:04.720 yeah
01:29:05.100 you'll never send me back to that hellhole
01:29:07.020 like why did we allow him in
01:29:09.580 he just doesn't like the taste of cat
01:29:11.200 yeah
01:29:11.880 anyway
01:29:12.880 on that bombshell
01:29:14.020 uh we are out of time
01:29:15.060 but we have lads hour in half an hour
01:29:17.120 where josh will be uh taking us through
01:29:19.540 what animals would win in a fight
01:29:20.940 i don't know why
01:29:21.580 all of the lads hours have been
01:29:23.300 in the last couple of weeks
01:29:24.220 have been about fighting
01:29:24.940 um
01:29:25.700 but i enjoy
01:29:26.480 feeling punchy
01:29:27.160 yeah i enjoyed these ones more than most
01:29:28.860 and uh the answer is
01:29:30.280 the tiger
01:29:30.860 but we'll uh
01:29:31.860 we'll debate that in about half an hour
01:29:33.060 so see you there folks
01:29:33.960 you right
01:29:37.240 you
01:29:37.820 you

01:29:50.000 you
01:29:52.520 you
01:29:52.740 you
