00:00:00.000 good afternoon and welcome to the podcast of lotus eaters episode 1493 i'm your host harry
00:00:06.080 joined today by firas hello and connor hello sir good to have you both back into the studio with
00:00:12.320 us and today we are going to be talking about the potential war with russia looks like uh sounds
00:00:18.560 exciting yes um how the establishment right has lost its young men or is actively trying to purge
00:00:25.680 them in some cases from what i've seen more accurate description and i'm going to give us
00:00:29.540 a quick update on the continuing crisis in seuta and spain's frankly pitiful response you're telling
00:00:35.620 me they haven't all left yet uh shock shockingly enough told me they all left uh no the media
00:00:41.620 told you that about 95 of them still left that still leaves a five percent left which is still
00:00:48.700 thousands and thousands of people clogging up the beach and dipping all of their toes and leaving
00:00:53.080 their shoes in the water uh but just a reminder for everybody it is the last just correct me
00:00:58.240 samson is this right the last week of sale for islander the last two days of sale for islander
00:01:04.820 and then they are all gone islander 6 will be a collector's edition after these next two days
00:01:11.340 so pick it up while you still can for 14.99 on the website otherwise you are going to be paying
00:01:16.920 through the nose to try and get a copy for it or maybe maybe you'll find one at a live event when
00:01:22.400 we do another live event but who knows we might charge you through the nose for it anyway so get
00:01:26.560 it while you still can at a reasonable price those foil wrapped covers of like the spider-man issue
00:01:31.460 where venom shows up and people bet their entire college tuition on it yeah i will personally be
00:01:36.380 personally be marking these up just to screw you over all right and with that let's get into the
00:01:44.260 news all right so the head of the cia john radcliffe visited uh moscow yesterday it was a
00:01:51.360 very short visit. He landed on a military transport aircraft, apparently stayed there for a grand
00:01:56.320 total of three hours. And apparently the drive from the airport to where his meetings were would
00:02:01.100 take him 45 minutes. So a brief meeting in which Iran was discussed, supposedly. But we also hear
00:02:09.540 from the Telegraph that he warned the Russians against attacking NATO. And it seems that there
00:02:16.300 is a rising level of threats from the Russians towards Europe in general, but also in particular
00:02:23.660 towards Britain. A couple of days ago, the spokesman for Vladimir Putin, Mr. Peskov,
00:02:31.140 said that London was actively participating in the war in Ukraine. Well, that's only because
00:02:38.000 we're funding it and all of our leaders seem very eager to play guitar with Zelensky or take photos
00:02:44.160 with him or he's a very congenial figure apparently he's he's very likable cultured
00:02:49.760 man yes known for playing the piano with certain parts of his body i mean they've been saying this
00:02:56.340 sort of stuff for years participating at this point no being hostile being malicious participating
00:03:04.340 means that they're involved that's a bit of a new terminology that's an escalation in the language
00:03:10.660 shall we say i i i need to see because i i've you know i've covered this sort of stuff when
00:03:14.780 america started well when america and britain uh started very obviously sending over particular
00:03:19.340 operators so that they could man the equipment that they were using to fire uh strikes into
00:03:24.040 russia itself and there was a similar kind of escalation of discussion going on uh then as
00:03:29.040 well so i i need to see fair enough how this presents a more serious threat from russia
00:03:34.480 Well, I'll tell you in a second. So after he said this, after Peskov said this, Burnham responded saying that it was the Russians who started the fire in Ukraine, ignoring the whole story about NATO expansion and all of that.
00:03:47.800 we won't go into that history, and said that Britain would be sharing even more aid with
00:03:56.260 the Ukrainians, giving them the blueprints to the storm shadow missile, which is used to hit
00:04:01.240 Russia in depth, but which has since become a bit ineffective, we should say, and sharing a big
00:04:08.540 intelligence trove with the Russians. Now, the Russians are saying any British military
00:04:15.180 facilities and equipment in ukraine and beyond could be targeted in response to ukrainian strikes
00:04:21.160 on russian territory this is coming from the foreign ministry rather from from peskov so again
00:04:27.320 the russians are ratcheting up the rhetoric and are basically warning of some kind of major
00:04:35.160 problem between them and the rest of europe and particularly britain i i don't know if this is
00:04:41.000 going to get mentioned later but wasn't there also a concern a few months ago when trump proposed
00:04:46.040 that he was going to give the schematics to a series of american fighter jets to turkey that
00:04:51.980 they could then bypass the bespoke radar system and then like sell off the sell off the bypass to
00:04:57.760 the russians to make them more effective in fighting nato allies that was a possibility
00:05:01.280 that basically that the turks wouldn't play honest and uh recently trump said that he would
00:05:07.500 be sharing the blueprints for the Patriot missiles. But then he walked that back.
00:05:12.220 With the Turks?
00:05:13.380 With the Ukrainians. 1.00
00:05:14.820 Oh, okay. All right. 1.00
00:05:15.620 With the Ukrainians. Now, it's worth sort of pausing and asking, how is the situation 1.00
00:05:20.180 to Ukraine going? And here we will hear from Keith Kellogg, who was at some point the special
00:05:26.060 envoy to try to mediate peace between the Russians and the Ukrainians. And we will only
00:05:33.440 listen to the first minute, basically.
00:05:36.160 In what way is Ukraine stronger than Russia today? 0.63
00:05:39.440 Russia thinks it is winning. That is not the case.
00:05:42.160 Is the mobilization of women in Ukraine necessary?
00:05:45.760 Yes, because they fight no worse than men.
00:05:48.800 My daughter was in the military and fought in Afghanistan.
00:05:52.720 My wife was a paratrooper. She jumped with a parachute.
00:05:55.680 If Putin does not agree to peace without Ukrainian territories...
00:06:00.000 The Soviet Union occupied the Baltics, but we never recognized them as part of the Soviet Union.
00:06:05.280 The same applies to Donbass, Luhansk, or Donetsk. 0.75
00:06:09.300 Maybe not tomorrow, but they will return to Ukraine.
00:06:13.400 So, just so I'm not misunderstanding, because it was a bit disjointed,
00:06:20.060 is he suggesting that if the war continues, they may look to draft Ukrainian women as well as men,
00:06:24.560 and that the reason the war will continue is because they want to return all territories
00:06:28.920 that either Russia has annexed or sought to annex to Ukraine, including Crimea?
00:06:33.640 Yes.
00:06:34.160 right that doesn't seem sensible that seems somewhat unrealistic yeah and would require a full
00:06:41.040 russian defeat but the ukrainians now are basically in such a desperate position that
00:06:47.440 they are not only talking about recruiting women but zoe strimple is right on the telegraph wrote
00:06:53.720 the book like the good slot or something but just that's the one i argued in my recent book 0.78
00:06:59.320 good slut how money sex and power set women free that the pervasive idea that we aren't brave 0.97
00:07:04.960 focused and tough enough for frontline military work is nonsense this is this is the hillary 0.99
00:07:09.100 clinton like 2014-16 girl boss feminism well actually war affects women most i mean this is 0.76
00:07:15.260 a very easy idea to spread when you're not at threat of being sent to the front lines
00:07:19.340 it's it's it's great to be able to do your girl boss talking points when you're not going to get
00:07:24.400 your head blown off by a drone yes well you would think that and um you see the telegraph featuring
00:07:32.200 an all-girl boss team of ukrainian women who are supposedly conducting drone operations
00:07:38.100 well now drone operators get instantly executed when they're found on the battlefield
00:07:42.920 they are shown zero mercy um in the same way that snipers were instantly executed in world war ii
00:07:50.460 and for the same reasons, and she's arguing that Ukraine is a macho society who is being made to
00:07:56.500 accept the liberation of women by conscripting them. Sorry, is she arguing that one of the
00:08:01.100 beneficial side effects of the Ukraine war, which has killed hundreds of thousands of people at this
00:08:06.960 point, is that Ukraine will be more feminist coming out the other side of it? Yes. We need 1.00
00:08:11.760 to funnel hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian men into the meat grinder for libertadism. 1.00
00:08:15.640 it's much worse than that it's that you should become a whore according to zoe strimple because 0.99
00:08:21.460 after you become a whore you can then be enlisted into the military remember her first book was how 1.00
00:08:26.740 really being a slut would be liberating to women well i suppose the deceased owner of only fans 0.99
00:08:32.980 himself at ukrainian national would probably agree yeah i mean i i suppose the the logic seems to be 1.00
00:08:39.380 you can fry your brain and acquire the thousand cock stare at which point you're perfect cannon
00:08:46.220 fodder that's a thank you for summarizing it yes and the reason they're talking about mobilizing 0.95
00:08:52.040 women is because the mobilization of men is going quite badly uh as you all know ukraine does force
00:08:58.660 mobilization where basically you're just rounded up in the streets and shoved into a van and given
00:09:04.900 six weeks of training, if that, and then sent into the meat grinder. But the Ukrainians, because they 1.00
00:09:11.800 have such manpower shortages, are stepping up this sort of recruitment. And the Telegraph is
00:09:19.680 basically writing puff pieces about how that should be done to women eventually,
00:09:24.520 and how women should be joining the military. Because really, the girl bus look is all that 0.95
00:09:30.280 matters here um so there is this escalation and just to show you what forced mobilization entails
00:09:37.820 here's a man being dragged out of his home
00:09:40.780 and you could see that he is eager to go and defend the homeland by the way he's being pulled
00:09:51.080 by both arms while his wife or girlfriend or mother or whoever it is tries to rescue him
00:09:56.920 from the clutches of the recruiters you could see this kind of video becoming more frequent 0.52
00:10:05.020 literally having the crap kicked out of him before being pushed into a van
00:10:13.420 wives and girlfriends desperately trying to rescue their men from this fate well then they're just 0.99
00:10:22.820 going to die it's just a death sentence yes yes more and more of that and uh you see how europe 0.73
00:10:28.840 has been arguing for some time that really ukrainian men should be turned back from the eu
00:10:34.380 to fight says swedish minister and this has been an ongoing conversation in europe and now they have
00:10:41.780 in july they renewed the temporary protection for ukrainians but only if the men have actually
00:10:47.440 served in the military so you don't get to basically decide i don't want a part of this war
00:10:52.620 i.e. whereas on the other hand no afghans are sent back to afghanistan to fight the taliban
00:10:59.660 that's a very good point nobody was sent back uh to syria to fight against assad sudan nobody was
00:11:07.120 sent back to sudan to fight the rsf or whoever it is is the designated enemy now that's because
00:11:12.820 you can't replace those people with afghans the sudanese indians etc but this creates a very
00:11:18.960 useful argument to enrich Ukraine in the absence of its native men.
00:11:23.340 Which is being discussed they will need to sort of import a third of their pre-war population
00:11:28.140 for any kind of economic recovery. So, I mean, we can discuss what's happening in detail on
00:11:35.420 the front line, but I won't bore you with that. I think it is enough to say that if you're forcing
00:11:41.140 men into mobilization and you're considering recruiting women, clearly you have a manpower
00:11:47.260 a disaster and a morale disaster and a morale disaster if this was if this and again i don't
00:11:51.640 want to speak on behalf of the ukrainians but if this were winnable if this were a war that were
00:11:55.260 going well and if everyone agreed with the um western press and its proxy saying that we are
00:12:01.480 within reach of annexing back the donbass and crimea then you would have men picking up rifles
00:12:07.400 manning the walls and awaiting victory if they're kicking and screaming what four years into the war
00:12:13.520 now it's not encouraging no not really not really and uh you see american news outlets saying that
00:12:23.060 it's american-made technology that's enabling the ukrainians to strike deep into russia and there
00:12:28.100 have been very serious deep strikes into russia against their refineries against a um sort of
00:12:33.780 chain similar to amazon that they have against military facilities against all kinds of critical
00:12:40.840 infrastructure. And there was a massive campaign against Russian ships, which we will get to in a
00:12:47.460 moment. You see the Times saying that British drones were being used for deep strikes in
00:12:53.840 mainland Russia. So you sort of see this escalation. And the logic of it is simple.
00:13:01.980 Russia in war always relies on the fact that it has a very deep, rare area. It has massive
00:13:08.900 strategic depth. It uses that in order to fight the war. Ukraine does not have that in the face
00:13:14.800 of Russian missiles, which are being produced at a much faster rate than any Western missiles.
00:13:21.020 So the British, the Americans, and the Europeans decided to deny Russia its strategic depth.
00:13:28.960 And Ukraine's strategic depth is Europe. Just a strange thought, but how much of this could be
00:13:36.420 a tech test using Ukraine as a proxy ahead of an expected protracted conflict with a country like
00:13:43.720 Russia or China. So we're wanting to prolong the Ukraine conflict and provide them with some of
00:13:48.600 our tech to see how it will match up against the other side if we are to also in the future
00:13:54.140 engage them in direct conflict. You see literal weapons tests happening in Ukraine. So in the
00:13:59.960 Kherson region a few weeks ago, there was a very brief Ukrainian incursion that involved
00:14:06.520 marine drones and aerial drones and ground drones operating in conjunction with one another under
00:14:13.760 the supervision, I would assume, of American engineers who basically went and took a tiny
00:14:19.200 beachhead and then, you know, eventually got destroyed. But it was a proof of concept as to
00:14:25.040 how to integrate uh marine air and ground autonomous systems and use them at the same time
00:14:32.080 now in order to do this you would need an insane supply of among other things uh metals and rare 0.95
00:14:39.080 earth minerals and magnets which are mainly controlled by china yes they've got all the 0.80
00:14:43.080 refineries elm road system exactly so you see the technology tests and you see the proof of
00:14:49.700 concepts being demonstrated in Ukraine. But it is obvious that this is the West behind it,
00:14:58.020 not the Ukrainians. And the Russians are beginning to, you know, find that a politically 0.55
00:15:05.000 unacceptable situation that they can no longer live with. And as a result of that, we are seeing
00:15:13.080 escalation from russia uh basically there was an attempt to assassinate someone in poland
00:15:19.400 more importantly in germany the russians left three drones carrying explosives this one reports
00:15:26.180 one but there there were two others that were found um in an airport in leipzig which was being
00:15:32.180 used to transport equipment into ukraine which was a sort of russian warning we are going to start
00:15:37.980 blowing stuff up in Europe in retaliation, and you saw a few industrial accidents that were quite 0.82
00:15:44.420 serious in Europe, and it seems that the Russians are escalating. And just yesterday, the Moldovans 0.57
00:15:52.860 had five drones in their airspace sent by the Russians, and before that, the Russians had sent
00:15:59.600 a marine drone to target an offshore gas platform in Romania, in Romanian waters of the Black Sea.
00:16:07.980 So things are getting hotter and hotter, and you start with these deniable attacks, and then
00:16:14.140 eventually you escalate. And the Telegraph today is reporting that the Russians are using all kinds
00:16:20.940 of deniable means to sabotage weapons productions in Europe. The Russians went as far as to issue a
00:16:26.580 list of factories all over Europe, saying these factories are being used to support Ukraine. 1.00
00:16:32.200 These are legitimate targets now. 0.91
00:16:35.040 Now they're using the plausibly reliable route.
00:16:39.240 There is no reason for it to stay that way indefinitely.
00:16:43.620 We also saw the very serious strikes by Ukraine against Russian shipping,
00:16:48.880 and this is contributing to the fuel and food crisis on top of the Middle East war
00:16:55.300 because the Middle East provides the fertilizers and the fuel.
00:16:58.260 the russians provide fertilizer fuel and food as do the ukrainians they provide a lot of food
00:17:04.280 and now there's an effective blockade on odessa in response to western-backed attacks against
00:17:12.260 russian shipping also if the shipping lanes themselves are um not i mean of course hormos
00:17:18.360 has been closed but if they're not closed but you run the significant risk of being your vessel
00:17:24.280 being sunk either because it's mistaken for one side of the other vessels or just because they
00:17:30.020 they want to assert dominance in the region then the insurance costs are going to be raised which
00:17:33.900 means either a shortage of goods or everything gets more expensive by proxy well yes and then
00:17:38.460 putin went to uh the kuril islands which are contested with japan the first russian leader to
00:17:43.600 to visit those and the message of that visit is okay you are harassing us in the black sea
00:17:50.520 and in the Baltic Sea
00:17:53.680 and sometimes in the English Channel,
00:17:56.720 you don't have anything in the Pacific.
00:18:01.060 We can start attacking your ships there.
00:18:04.540 So basically things are getting more and more heated
00:18:08.760 at a time when the state of the British Navy
00:18:12.360 is absolutely atrocious.
00:18:14.340 And also a time where there are conversations
00:18:17.100 about the degree to which Japan could remilitarize.
00:18:20.340 Yes.
00:18:20.880 Yeah.
00:18:21.680 Yes, absolutely.
00:18:24.140 The state of the Royal Navy is terrible.
00:18:28.000 Britain was only able to deploy one destroyer to the Middle East.
00:18:32.320 We had the previous Defence Secretary,
00:18:34.260 who's now the Chancellor of the Exchequer,
00:18:36.000 couldn't even name how many active military vessels we had
00:18:38.660 when he was Defence Secretary.
00:18:39.460 Yes.
00:18:40.540 Yes, basically.
00:18:42.320 And the older destroyers are sort of no longer as functional
00:18:47.260 as they used to be, and they're quite outdated.
00:18:48.940 and the newer ones are being immensely delayed
00:18:52.080 because everything that is built here
00:18:53.600 gets massively delayed.
00:18:57.300 And so Britain has 11 to 13 active surface ships,
00:19:02.120 including two aircraft carriers
00:19:04.020 that don't have full air wings.
00:19:06.380 They don't have the full complement of jets
00:19:09.460 that would need to be on them
00:19:11.380 for them to be maximally effective.
00:19:13.480 And also the aircraft carriers
00:19:14.480 are in the age of drone warfare,
00:19:17.100 like massive sitting ducks anyway.
00:19:18.440 a lot of the time. Yes, yes, absolutely. And the geopolitics of it don't really make a lot of
00:19:26.520 sense because this is the furthest west that Russia is in Kaliningrad. And as far as Britain's
00:19:35.460 concerned, the objective is to keep Russia out of the North Sea. And that is secured in partnership 0.99
00:19:45.360 with Denmark and Germany through the Straits of Denmark, whereas where the Russians are located
00:19:51.280 here in the east of Ukraine has absolutely zero bearing on Britain's geopolitics and Britain's
00:19:59.920 geopolitical position. It is irrelevant, really, where Russia stops, be it in the Baltic States
00:20:09.060 or next to Moldova
00:20:11.840 or in Ukraine itself.
00:20:14.020 Like that doesn't affect Britain.
00:20:16.620 But it does affect NATO allies
00:20:18.260 that have recent missions,
00:20:19.980 as we were discussing, off air,
00:20:21.520 and that would draw Britain into conflict.
00:20:23.220 Well, the whole issue
00:20:24.980 is the expansion of NATO.
00:20:26.400 Right.
00:20:26.780 The fundamental, I mean, 0.69
00:20:27.820 the war became a certainty
00:20:29.220 when Kamala Harris
00:20:31.140 went to the Munich Security Conference
00:20:32.640 and said to the Ukrainians,
00:20:34.420 yes, you should join NATO. 0.76
00:20:36.660 And the next day the invasion began.
00:20:39.060 Up until that point, there was still some prospect for negotiations.
00:20:44.580 So, yes.
00:20:46.700 Exhibit 1 million and 99, 1.00
00:20:48.640 why you shouldn't let conceited girl bosses run everything. 1.00
00:20:53.320 Yes. 1.00
00:20:55.140 The Russians are producing 1,300 ballistic missiles a year.
00:21:00.420 That is one estimate from Zelensky.
00:21:03.100 Other estimates double that.
00:21:05.540 What rate is that relative to some other countries?
00:21:09.620 So the U.S. produces maybe 50 top-rate interceptors every year of the THAAD interceptors, maybe 200 patriots in a year.
00:21:20.920 50 THAADs, maybe one or 200 patriots.
00:21:24.280 So it's just completely off the charts.
00:21:27.160 And if it's double that, as the Ukrainian intelligence says, contrary to what Zelensky
00:21:33.160 says, then that's an even bigger gap. And we saw that Iran was able to run down the entire 0.83
00:21:41.200 defensive magazine of the United States just in the Middle East. And I'm relatively sure that 0.97
00:21:47.980 Russia can outproduce Iran, given the size of the country and the wealth of mineral resources it has
00:21:52.940 and the much easier access it has to Chinese goods.
00:21:56.240 And also, you mentioned the Chinese.
00:21:58.640 If there are counter-gang factions within the American deep state
00:22:02.400 that are trying to judo-flip Middle Eastern relations to reorient towards China,
00:22:06.680 then it would be disastrous to get dragged into a protracted conflict with Russia
00:22:10.280 to deplete all of your resources ahead of that anticipated conflict with the Chinese.
00:22:16.080 Yes. Yes, absolutely. 0.99
00:22:18.540 I mean, remember, the Americans had to take fat batteries from South Korea 0.57
00:22:23.440 and plant them in the Middle East just against Iran. 0.56
00:22:27.460 So this is really lunacy. 0.97
00:22:31.640 Now here are some medical reasons to avoid conscription in Britain
00:22:35.440 if World War III breaks out.
00:22:37.800 This is now being discussed in...
00:22:41.960 You weren't already?
00:22:43.020 this is now being discussed in british media because there is increasing talk about the
00:22:50.980 possibility of conscription to fight the evil russians again if you look at a map russia only
00:22:58.680 becomes a real threat to britain if it actually occupies germany and gets to denmark until then
00:23:06.480 britain is relatively safe i mean would the argument not be though that if they start
00:23:11.200 pushing further through ukraine and then start pushing further into places like uh slovakia
00:23:16.660 romania the czech republic etc uh that that would be enough reason to say well they're pushing
00:23:22.280 further west they're going to get to germany it's better to cut them off before they get there 0.97
00:23:26.120 yes so now they're talking about the possibility of belarus joining the war and invading southwards
00:23:32.560 towards kiev in partnership with the russians because the russians are massing here near uh
00:23:38.000 and they are close to the city of sumi which is right on their borders but you know they've made
00:23:45.040 some advances there um so you know let them take kiev first which is going to take them easily
00:23:53.260 several years uh but the thinking is that no no there should be some preparation for war with
00:24:00.580 russia now well i mean my the most convincing argument i've ever heard about why it's silly
00:24:07.600 to assume that russia is going to be able to or even try to be able to push further westward is
00:24:12.740 that it's taken them this long just to take part of ukraine in the first place well yes but it
00:24:17.760 becomes more realistic the more you give ukraine the easier time the russians have if ukraine is
00:24:24.640 defeated because the the more you pass on of your capabilities to ukraine the less you have to
00:24:32.520 defend yourself at home in case the russians attack that but that is a self-reinforcing logic
00:24:37.920 because the conclusion of it is you must continue to escalate against russia in ukraine pushing the
00:24:44.640 russians to attack in europe to bring about this fight just in case they get past ukraine well well
00:24:51.540 yeah the the counter argument to that would be well if they don't support ukraine then russia
00:24:57.120 steamrolls them knows that they have uh that leverage and decides a non-nato country and
00:25:03.500 stops at nato's borders still though the worries are that because ukraine is so heavily aligned
00:25:07.760 with ukraine that they would want to push the conflict further anyway maybe maybe uh but what
00:25:12.960 do you get in exchange for this what do you get in exchange for fighting russia well here's some
00:25:18.700 the stuff that you get uh birmingham is trying to get an injunction to imprison people that to
00:25:26.420 basically imprison people who fly the english flag for two years this was this follows internal home
00:25:33.320 office communiques that were procured by steven edgington who is now independent on substack
00:25:37.620 people should support him where um home office employees were saying that the national flag
00:25:42.700 being flown as part of the operation raise the colors campaign made them feel unsafe and
00:25:46.300 intimidated yes and if you're working for the home office and you're afraid of the flag of the
00:25:50.260 country you're working for that that is the problem yeah well the home office also did recently 0.54
00:25:57.060 like release that document that was like hello asylum seekers please don't rape our women
00:26:02.200 so there is a there is a lot of confusion i would imagine going on in the home office
00:26:06.740 yes yes um britain is trying to copy the canadian and australian uh euthanasia policies
00:26:14.740 so you can get your grandmother killed more easily if you were so inclined in britain and
00:26:20.680 do so legally unlike what it is now other goodies that you're getting in exchange is being
00:26:27.000 deprioritized for social housing because um edinburgh council is now giving priority for
00:26:34.780 illegal migrants oh so they're going to battery farm the rapists well they've been doing that for
00:26:39.380 a little while there's uh refugee council documents from 2024 that are sent out to 0.98
00:26:45.060 asylum applicants who have been accepted saying okay here's what you want to do you want to open
00:26:50.580 a bank account then you want to claim universal credit and then the first thing you want to do 0.61
00:26:53.980 after that is go to your local council tell them that you're homeless because you're going to get
00:26:57.140 kicked out of your asylum accommodation there is right there uh get you're going to get kicked out
00:27:01.640 to your asylum accommodation so they will put you as number one priority on the housing list yes
00:27:05.840 i mean more apoplectic because i had to pay all my tax the last week and i just know it's gone
00:27:09.160 straight into a somalian's remittances account yep um other things you get is housing becoming 0.97
00:27:15.740 insanely more expensive because the government is moving so-called asylum seekers from hotels
00:27:21.260 into properties near you and if you were conscripted and sent to the front lines overseas 0.97
00:27:26.640 these would be the men left alone with all the women you love back at home yes and um if you are
00:27:34.820 for example, Pittington, which is a small village of 350 people where 1,250 asylum seekers were
00:27:43.900 being dumped, now the streetlights are going to be turned off at night to make the job of the
00:27:52.500 aspiring rapists easier. I'm sure they won't turn off the ULES-style cameras that are all over
00:27:59.780 oxford no no and if you object to this or make a spicy joke about this you could be arrested by
00:28:08.260 the police even if you make a spicy joke on a private uh chat like whatsapp here you have
00:28:16.800 somebody saying that um i'm in a group with three or four other friends of mine and one of them is
00:28:24.060 black and one of them is Indian and we exchange racist jokes. And now three of these guys have
00:28:30.760 been arrested for making jokes. And indeed this segment could be banned because it would be
00:28:37.880 declared as Russian propaganda. So you're being offered a war with Russia, which has 0.59
00:28:45.720 in the Ukraine war no bearing on Britain's strategic interests. And in exchange you get
00:28:53.260 rapists and you get thrown in jail for calling them rapists and the flag of your country is
00:28:58.840 being banned it seems like a bad deal it seems like they're selling you a pack of lies but here 0.76
00:29:06.680 we are all right got plenty of rumble rents for that one if you want to go through some of them
00:29:13.900 sure uh let's see bo has expressed confusion several times recently on the morning show as
00:29:21.700 to why the west is so involved in the war they are obsessed with russia yeah they are genuinely
00:29:26.120 obsessed we were discussing this affair right colin and i had dinner with a guy with a bunch
00:29:29.540 of claremont people a couple of years ago and there was a guy at the table he said he used to
00:29:32.360 work for the cia um you could tell who he was because he was gloving and he said that in his
00:29:36.760 early years he was stationed at the western wall um sorry west germany wall wrong one different
00:29:42.500 western anyway and he said a bunch of other people that were also working in the intelligence
00:29:47.000 state and still there
00:29:48.200 think they were always going to get their
00:29:51.140 shot at Russia and then the Cold War ended without firing a shot
00:29:53.180 so they want to settle that score
00:29:54.300 so don't underestimate 0.93
00:29:56.620 the extent to which Russia lives as a bogeyman 0.92
00:29:59.000 in the head of the boomers 1.00
00:30:00.780 who are the gerontocratic 1.00
00:30:02.840 political class
00:30:03.720 the geriatric political class
00:30:07.080 yeah I was trying to say
00:30:09.200 gerontocracy but I sort of tripped up my words
00:30:10.980 thank you for embarrassing me
00:30:13.420 that's alright I was just trying to clarify
00:30:15.280 for my own sake
00:30:17.000 i know you like i know you like your fancy three dollar words but i just wanted to make sure it
00:30:22.240 wasn't a word that i'd never heard of before that's all one tall order says what bull is
00:30:27.020 forgetting is that this isn't a word to our leaders but a blood sacrifice ritual to moloch
00:30:31.820 whom they worship i i mean i don't even think it goes that far i don't want to go that far but i
00:30:36.520 if there was a plan to utterly destroy europe i don't know what would be done differently i thought
00:30:41.300 it's because they wanted to protect the human trafficking hub of all of their favorite
00:30:45.100 prostitutes and and of course bigger theory ukraine is the national capital of uh surrogacy as well
00:30:51.400 yes that's true yeah uh the no the kellogg video wasn't an ai video it was bad translation leading
00:30:58.980 to the uh sinking of the words not appearing correctly it did it did sound like an ai
00:31:04.420 translation yeah yeah uh that's a random name says it's almost like the real goal is to actually
00:31:09.520 depopulate Ukraine from its native population.
00:31:12.160 Yeah. 0.99
00:31:14.320 141 Paladin says
00:31:15.700 there is still a need for stuff like
00:31:17.680 tanks, carriers, etc. in the drone era.
00:31:19.660 The problem is the tank designs we have are from the Cold War.
00:31:22.320 No, there is. And the Russians are 0.99
00:31:23.540 producing a massive amount of new tanks, actually.
00:31:26.160 Including repurposing and retrofitting
00:31:27.900 old tanks with new equipment.
00:31:30.380 But they're not using those in
00:31:31.660 Ukraine, suggesting that they are thinking
00:31:33.660 of a different front.
00:31:35.400 Where there would be less drones.
00:31:37.420 Where they would have an advantage.
00:31:38.920 so yeah uh nato have been at the border of the soviet union since 1949 they've shared a black
00:31:45.120 seawater since 1952 putin said in 2002 that ukraine joining nato wouldn't be a problem
00:31:50.180 okay uh just carrying on from uh the one where he says baltics in 2004
00:31:56.560 baltics joined in 2004 in 2004 if nato expansion was a problem why didn't they attack finland in
00:32:02.160 2022 we will get to that conversation at some other point that's a long discussion
00:32:07.620 One tall order
00:32:08.780 How worried should I be
00:32:09.800 About the CIA director
00:32:10.740 Visiting Moscow
00:32:11.480 Then the next day
00:32:12.720 A rare number of doomsday planes
00:32:14.780 Flying over the US heartland
00:32:16.180 And Russian number stations
00:32:17.640 Sending fly
00:32:18.400 Yes you should be worried
00:32:19.520 If you're afraid of the flag
00:32:21.620 Of the country you live in
00:32:22.740 Is that homophobia? 1.00
00:32:26.340 Beautiful 0.82
00:32:26.820 Russia focus on wanting 1.00
00:32:28.380 Ukrainian land 0.94
00:32:29.140 When there's only one country on earth 0.93
00:32:30.780 Claiming Russian territory 0.99
00:32:31.620 For themselves 0.98
00:32:32.240 And has a military to take it
00:32:33.940 They wear rice hats 1.00
00:32:36.060 Putin is an idiot 1.00
00:32:37.420 okay going to talk about how a french cartel destroyed the trade deal with canada and usa 1.00
00:32:45.060 over milk um i will look into that i had not heard of that particular foible of the canada u.s
00:32:51.260 trade war that's going on right now so uh sounds sounds interesting well speaking of our friends
00:32:57.400 in the united states the republican party is currently gripped with a moral panic it sees
00:33:02.380 groipers under every rock and it's not using that term to describe the followers of Nick Fuentes
00:33:09.260 instead it's using it as a slur it's the latest in the in the long line of far-right woke right
00:33:15.440 nazi take your pick to describe essentially the young men who are the products of the liberal
00:33:22.980 republicans and their consensuses ideologies failures made manifest over the last how many
00:33:28.600 decades. And so we're going to explore the question here, and of course some of our viewers
00:33:32.940 watching will identify with this, why the establishment right lost young men. And the
00:33:37.340 reason we're doing it is because they're having conversations among themselves, telling their
00:33:40.400 boomer donors all of these comforting, quiet fictions. They're not willing to have a conversation 0.76
00:33:44.060 with any of the people that actually want to diagnose and fix the problem. So we're just
00:33:47.700 going to sort of put it out in the ether so that they have no excuse. And if you want to know not
00:33:52.180 just what the problems are, but how to fix them, you can pick up a copy of Islander, which at time
00:33:56.040 of releasing this segment only has two more days left on sale it's going to be it's uh running
00:34:02.320 until sunday apparently actually i'm misinformed make a liar of me from the beginning of the
00:34:07.000 podcast why don't it's going to be like a shiny charizard card you can if you collect all the
00:34:11.120 issues of islander you can have your full bumper pack to show to all the girls who will think that
00:34:15.080 you are hot and chad so make sure to pick up a copy before you have to buy it for hundreds of
00:34:19.120 pounds or dollars uh on ebay anyway a lot of this um has found uh it struck a like ambient anxiety
00:34:26.100 struck this piece in politico and politico repeats the claim that came from rod drea's
00:34:31.340 sub stack from an anonymous source on capitol hill that 30 to 40 percent of gen z congressional
00:34:36.620 administration staffers are gripers now it should be noticed this was printed in the free press
00:34:41.500 which
00:34:43.400 right Barry Weiss and all that stuff
00:34:45.240 yeah okay fine
00:34:46.740 you mentioned that this isn't the Nick Fuentes
00:34:50.280 Gruyper is this the Melanie Phillips
00:34:52.400 definition of Gruyper
00:34:53.580 it's the very elastic definition of Gruyper
00:34:56.080 that includes everyone from those who
00:34:58.220 like J.D. Vance
00:34:59.260 they're being called the Vance Guard now by everyone's
00:35:02.100 fat mall ninja James Lindsay
00:35:04.240 and it also includes Tucker Carlson
00:35:06.520 who likes J.D. Vance but
00:35:08.280 hates Nick Fuentes and Fuentes hates Vance
00:35:10.560 it basically applies to anyone who is very confusing i did notice that rod dreyer did
00:35:15.680 that interview with jeremy boring recently where the two of them were talking about the worries
00:35:19.960 that they have with jay oh there you go yeah this one that single-handedly shot jay bunn's
00:35:24.520 blood pressure through the roof yeah yeah uh vance's vance's failure where they're going on
00:35:30.000 about vance's links to tucker carlson and how that upsets them and all of the problems with
00:35:34.100 tucker carlson they weren't going on about the problems that i have with tucker carlson that
00:35:37.580 being that sometimes he gets just completely
00:35:39.580 schizophrenic. What, his ten-point plan
00:35:41.820 of post-racial economic populism
00:35:43.840 with Medicare for All, teaming up with
00:35:45.660 people that don't care about the demographic 0.92
00:35:47.420 substitution of Americas, and also Islam's
00:35:49.700 quite nice? What, you're not a fan of that thing? 0.99
00:35:51.600 Listen, mate, it's worth a try, right? Yeah, no.
00:35:53.820 I think we should 1.00
00:35:55.140 consign Marjorie. You don't want to realize with Hazard Piker, seriously?
00:35:57.980 Yeah, or Cenk Uygur.
00:35:59.400 We share a birth. Or Hunter Boy?
00:36:00.620 Imagine the joint parties we could have. I mean, given his
00:36:03.620 mental age, bouncy castle wouldn't be off the table.
00:36:05.620 i'd rather get out the raid thank you very much i personally think we should banish marjorie
00:36:10.800 taylor green back to rumble and just leave it there but that wasn't their actual complaint
00:36:14.900 their complaint was that jd vance will by refusing to disavow the groypers and groypers just means
00:36:20.000 any young man who is not indifferent to his demographic substitution any young man
00:36:24.280 who recognizes that even the republicans or the daily wire themselves play identity politics
00:36:29.620 because they're keen to make inroads with the democrats client groups or of course they have
00:36:33.560 hindu and jewish organizations they host at the white house and at mar-a-lago um by recognizing
00:36:39.640 the identity politics is the game that everyone else gets to play at their expense well god forbid
00:36:43.400 young white men you know take their own side and play that and also you know those that take
00:36:47.420 umbrage with um the constant spending of trillions of dollars on wars overseas that never seem to go
00:36:52.120 quite america's way but when they say well why does a burrito cost 20 dollars old eyepatch mccain 0.57
00:36:56.940 himself says yar you gotta die for israel why are you complaining you gotta you gotta eat your
00:37:01.020 noodles uh there'll be treasure there'll be treasure in israel anyway um what they were
00:37:09.620 saying is those young men with vance refusing to disavow for everybody it's fantastic um if
00:37:15.960 vance refuses to disavow the young men that are actually the bulk of the republican party that are
00:37:20.260 its uh energized base and there are the recruitment ground for future capitol hill staffers congressmen
00:37:26.320 etc our candidates then i don't know ted cruz won't get appointed god emperor for life and
00:37:32.480 we'll get hitler to the point oh or something anyway i'll play a quick clip because it really
00:37:37.100 is reductive as we are living in weimar germany in the united states and of course all of our
00:37:42.140 imperial provinces britain hello we're facing the same thing but we'll have no theory of mind for
00:37:47.200 why young men might want to take power to reverse those conditions and we're just going to say they're
00:37:51.400 Hitler in waiting and we're there, man, we have, it was incredible to me what I 0.54
00:37:58.300 learned about my own country today from reading about Weimar history.
00:38:04.580 And, um, and can I tell you how I started that?
00:38:07.600 I wish you would please.
00:38:09.160 Well, um, last fall, I was getting ready to go to Washington for, uh, business and
00:38:18.580 A guy I know who's very active in conservative politics, an activist, a millennial, he said,
00:38:25.900 listen, I mean, he doesn't live in DC.
00:38:27.640 He said, I'm hearing that in DC, so many young men, like 30 to 40% of the young men who
00:38:34.120 participate and work on the right in Washington are Groypers, followers of Nick Fuentes or
00:38:39.820 some other similar radicals. 0.56
00:38:42.260 And I find that hard to believe, but see what you can find out when you get there.
00:38:46.500 So I arrived there and this was not long after Tucker Carlson had platformed
00:38:50.640 Fuentes and I called Tucker out on it and he ended our friendship and fairly well.
00:38:56.960 But, um, every young man I met in their twenties, who, whether they worked in
00:39:02.040 the administration for a think tank or whatever, for a member of Congress, I
00:39:06.360 asked them, they all said yes.
00:39:08.420 And one of these guys is a guy I happened to know beforehand.
00:39:12.060 And he agreed 30 to 40% sounds right.
00:39:14.900 and i said what do they want he said they don't want anything they want to tear it all down yeah
00:39:21.080 thought dude this is weimar so how profound um no actually they're not the joker from the dark
00:39:28.060 night their motives are actually pretty comprehensible and reasonable like that it's not
00:39:32.420 just we want to burn everything down i mean if they have the impulse you might question why you
00:39:37.200 haven't made the case there is something of value worth preserving here to them but they have pretty
00:39:42.880 reasonable demands and they make it clear to you but they aren't in the room and sometimes
00:39:47.520 containment just means not including you in the conversation because if you allow them to make
00:39:51.300 that clear case then i mean you look like you're kind of at fault it really is insane that the 0.97
00:39:59.660 response to any notion of my people before strangers is well you're a nazi
00:40:08.640 i mean it is such a basic human impulse and it constantly plays out everywhere you go in the
00:40:16.680 west you find the different ethnic groups congregate because they have identity politics
00:40:22.340 and it's just ingrained and it's just innate and it's part of human nature and if you say 0.80
00:40:27.820 well i want that for my community because i don't want my children to be strangers
00:40:33.260 then you're a nazi it is that reductive it is that absurd you don't get the urge to give away
00:40:40.400 your family home to any pass by with sob story well i'm not going to do a meritocracy to choose 0.85
00:40:47.160 who who's my kid you know my kid is my kid what do you want me to go out and buy you a red armband
00:40:51.800 or something fair as pretty sus that is the premise if you are a universalist colorblind
00:40:57.440 meritocrat who allows anyone from anywhere to show up and lay claim to your country just as if they
00:41:02.740 were writing themselves into your family's will and taking your parents' house away from you, 0.64
00:41:07.820 then you are Hitler 2.0. And what's especially frustrating here, and you know, I don't want to 0.57
00:41:11.380 cast shade to Rod because I get on with him interpersonally. I know people have their
00:41:13.880 misgivings about some of the things he's done. But I actually texted him after this came out
00:41:17.520 and said, oh, I saw you getting a lot of heat for this. I think that you've misunderstood the
00:41:20.240 phenomena. As actually, there's a really good piece in the, in the really good quote in this
00:41:23.580 Politico article from a guy called Marty Barato, who's a 21-year-old Berkeley senior, serves as
00:41:31.200 the president of the college republicans of america and he said from my experience working
00:41:34.460 on the ground there's not a mass groyper issue my suspicion is they're counting as groyper anyone
00:41:38.760 who's remotely anti-israel or anyone who is america first in its immigration and its foreign policy
00:41:43.680 and i said that to rod when he was in the uk last year doing his event about nick fuentes tucker
00:41:49.340 carlson at unheard and so he knows that and then when i sent him a text saying hey maybe we should
00:41:54.760 like talk the talk about this hash out he's just left me on red ever since and i just think it's
00:41:58.380 Because there is an op going on here.
00:42:00.260 It's not actually a sincere moral panic.
00:42:02.080 It is a faction of Republicans who have been routed by the Trump revolution.
00:42:07.240 Trump held open the door for essentially young nativists
00:42:10.560 who, to more or less an extent, have their avatar in J.D. Vance.
00:42:15.660 People still have their misgivings about him. Fine.
00:42:17.360 You can litigate that if you like.
00:42:19.120 But if you are someone who, you know, their primary concern is Israel 0.65
00:42:24.320 rather than the demographic security of America,
00:42:26.300 then you aren't as popular in the Republican Party anymore. 0.99
00:42:28.380 And so all you can do is invent this bogeyman of Groypers 1.00
00:42:31.260 to purge it of its youthful, exuberant young men, 0.99
00:42:34.000 who are the only people that are still driving
00:42:35.300 the Republican movement at this point,
00:42:37.220 so that it falls back by default
00:42:39.000 to the unpopular consensus of the donor class.
00:42:42.200 Yes.
00:42:42.700 And so, I'm sorry, but there's no actual audience for this.
00:42:45.640 This is why it's all the same people
00:42:47.260 and all the same podcasts perpetuating all the same slurs
00:42:49.620 and constantly getting pantsed on camera every single time.
00:42:52.880 But they don't adjust their arguments to reflect reality.
00:42:56.440 They just keep saying the same platitudes
00:42:58.020 because they kind of want to manifest your cancellation
00:43:00.140 into being, even if it's
00:43:02.040 obviously absurd. And they never
00:43:04.080 stop to think, okay, well, why don't these young men
00:43:06.040 agree with us?
00:43:08.800 What am I offering them?
00:43:10.060 Exactly. This is the question, right?
00:43:11.820 If you work in an office and you have
00:43:13.780 a team, well, I have to offer them something.
00:43:16.240 Otherwise, they're not going to
00:43:17.720 deliver. I have to deliver
00:43:19.860 something to them. That's the pact
00:43:21.840 that I have with anybody who's
00:43:23.800 younger than I am. And these guys don't
00:43:25.940 seem to understand the very concept
00:43:27.940 of a generational pact they don't understand that a nation requires continuity and they think these
00:43:33.100 young men came to these conclusions because of the artificial injection of commentary by nick
00:43:37.000 fuentes or tucker carlson rather than nick fuentes being popular because he looks at the same set of
00:43:41.660 phenomena that these young men do and reaches some of the same conclusions with a few slurs
00:43:45.580 thrown in for entertainment value whereas loads of these guys in capitol hill i've spent a
00:43:50.020 substantial amount of time out in dc speaking to this exact cohort like they watch my show they
00:43:53.740 watch this show you're our guys good to see you um they have just reached these conclusions because
00:43:59.020 they've been exposed to the exact same set of phenomena as we have as fuentes has and as long
00:44:03.500 as you don't have like liberal ideological priors blinding you to reaching these conclusions
00:44:07.720 you reach the conclusions that are just beyond the pale of people that have sunk costs in that
00:44:12.600 liberal republican consensus it's also not just that they i wouldn't say it's just that they don't
00:44:17.500 see uh what what we're seeing a lot of these people do see the same things but they are
00:44:23.000 ideologically or sentimentally predisposed to agreeing with it so they're like well you see
00:44:27.740 that a lot of what we do is very uh very pro israel well so so do i i know that a lot of what
00:44:33.100 we do is like for the benefit of the jewish state and we agree with that we just like for whatever
00:44:39.180 reason uh we think that that's a good thing we think that part of america's destiny in the global
00:44:43.940 stage is to ensure the future of that particular state yeah and and it's and it just going beyond
00:44:49.140 the israel issue because it's not just that i mean this is clearly their sort of schmittian exception
00:44:54.180 like if you were just talking about immigration they wouldn't have this freak out but even so
00:44:58.260 um if you say okay america has a racial tension problem like america has demographic issues okay 0.79
00:45:05.140 what do we do about that well let's repeal the civil rights act let's engage in remigration
00:45:09.620 reverse the naturalization because of course if you're a nation of civic values and they violate
00:45:14.100 those values then you can just take away the papers and expel them right we should actually
00:45:17.060 enforce the values no you're hitler and so it's not just that it's it's the fundamental liberal
00:45:22.740 anthropology that liberal republicans share with even their democrat counterparts and not only do
00:45:27.240 they not ask why don't they agree with us but they don't ask why these men came into being in
00:45:30.360 the first place and it's because of the revolt the fault of the republican establishment which
00:45:33.740 has ceded ground to its ostensible enemies every time they are challenged and the only enemy they
00:45:40.420 will actually put up a fight against is the young men on their side which they will tone police
00:45:44.280 which means they are the real enemy, right? That the left is only a threat because it could give
00:45:47.760 rise to the far right. You don't ask why these men want to wield power in the first place. It's
00:45:51.500 because you let them down. There's been some really good pieces in Compaq magazine recently.
00:45:54.980 It's been an unexpected, like, gem mine, and it follows the Jacob Savage article that said that
00:45:59.740 DEI fell disparately on younger generations versus older generations. The boomers who
00:46:04.960 implemented it to make themselves feel good already had their positions and their gold 0.52
00:46:08.040 retirement watches locked up. Instead, an entire generation of young, millennial, and especially
00:46:12.240 Zuma men were locked out of these institutions and now you've you've seen the disparity take
00:46:16.500 effect but this is also cultural so Brad Wilcox of the Institute for Family Studies posted this
00:46:21.420 yesterday in Compact magazine and there's a good visualizer for some of the data but he's written
00:46:26.100 as marijuana use surpasses alcohol and tobacco for the first time in America Republicans have
00:46:30.420 just delivered another win for the vice economy Donald Trump Rand Paul and other figures successfully
00:46:35.100 pushed to delay a ban on intoxicating hemp derived products and this is just the latest in a string
00:46:39.940 of pro-vice moves from the GOP.
00:46:41.860 Don't smoke weed. 1.00
00:46:42.700 It smells and it makes you fat and retarded. 1.00
00:46:45.060 Public service announcement. 1.00
00:46:46.460 Too many in the party of family values
00:46:48.000 have become partisans for the vice economy.
00:46:49.800 Young men have been hit hardest
00:46:50.780 by the proliferation of gambling apps,
00:46:52.860 prediction markets,
00:46:53.880 chatbot companions,
00:46:54.820 digital tokens,
00:46:55.720 harmful substances,
00:46:56.500 and as they mention in here,
00:46:57.740 porn,
00:46:58.240 the proliferation of which
00:46:59.300 has been helped along by
00:47:00.300 the libertine wing of the Republican Party.
00:47:02.160 And so they surveyed
00:47:03.420 2,000 men aged 18 to 29.
00:47:06.380 43% said,
00:47:08.220 I'm inclined to think I'm a failure.
00:47:09.440 61% said they often feel they have little control over the things that happen to them
00:47:13.200 and if you're a man and you have anger at the conditions you're forced to confront
00:47:17.400 but you feel that you have no agency in actually changing those things it turns into despair and
00:47:22.360 anger isn't a sin it can be used for righteousness despair is a sin because it robs you of your
00:47:26.840 agency and if circumstances are conspiring to for example inflate beyond your means to save
00:47:31.740 responsibly then of course you're going to feel you've got no agency and actually they have a
00:47:34.940 legitimate grievance they're not just woke right and um situating the locus of control outside of
00:47:39.840 themselves to kind of cope that's an unfair reading which actually rod and jeremy boring
00:47:44.460 did in their interview almost half agree they'll never achieve the american dream okay if they feel
00:47:50.040 that way isn't that the fault of republicans which are meant to be the party of the american dream
00:47:54.060 are you going to forfeit all of those economic aspirational arguments to the democratic socialists
00:47:59.760 of america on the other side that want to take it from white people and just give it to their
00:48:02.900 client groups 42% say they have two or fewer close friends 9% say they have zero and then
00:48:08.680 the most interesting thing as visualized here is more than half of young men gamble 35% do so daily
00:48:15.080 or several times a week a number which is even higher among conservative men 47% of whom gamble
00:48:20.760 daily or several times a week 43% watch porn daily or several times a week two-thirds of young men
00:48:25.940 play video games many times a day or at least once a day and I'm not going to lump video games and
00:48:31.000 porn in together i was gonna say i feel i feel like video games is a little bit of an odd man
00:48:35.660 out the so there i would say there are two types of video games because the games that we grew up
00:48:40.660 playing and i would anticipate a lot of our audience plays or either like strategy games
00:48:44.000 or story games or things like that rather than just playing endless rounds of black ops with
00:48:48.680 these microtransactions that are meant to be like jingling keys in front of you that are fundamentally
00:48:51.980 third world coded like they're surrogate achievements rather than like a full narrative
00:48:56.420 experience don't remind me of recent call of duty man well exactly but this is that's the lowest
00:49:00.760 common denominator surrogate achievement that a lot of games have become and because they have
00:49:04.160 the lowest bar to entry that's what a lot of people are playing and and a lot of young men
00:49:07.960 are wasting their time doing that they're not like cultivating the kids are playing fortnite
00:49:13.600 yeah exactly exactly right that's what they're talking about the young men who gamble and watch
00:49:17.620 pornography most regularly are more likely to consider themselves a failure than ones who do
00:49:21.440 less regularly unsurprisingly greater shares of young men who consume porn frequently say they're
00:49:25.380 lonely, anxious, and depressed than those who watch it once a day or less. And as Wilcox wrote,
00:49:30.460 the political calculation for expanding the vice economy to Republicans was always simple.
00:49:34.260 They must do this to win young male voters, but young men are increasingly souring on Trump
00:49:38.100 because of practical concerns about the cost of living and a collapse in institutional trust.
00:49:42.160 As it turns out, permission to smoke weed and gamble will not make men feel more confident
00:49:45.860 about their prospects of buying a home and one day providing for their family.
00:49:48.980 You haven't given them a heroic narrative. Instead, you've given them sedatives as the
00:49:53.240 american dream is pushed further out of reach by your international offshoring of manufacturing and
00:49:57.620 your importing of their low-wage substitutes for farm labor all the factory jobs that have closed 0.82
00:50:03.760 down uh the indians in tech meanwhile the democrats opens the southern border and forces
00:50:08.000 their tax revenue to pay on subsidized housing for the entirety of latin america that's amazing
00:50:13.040 that the calculation uh listed here is that they wanted to do all of this to win over the young men
00:50:19.780 the young men whose lives are being most negatively affected by this so release more
00:50:25.320 soma into the stream so that we get more votes from them or are they just going to feel more
00:50:31.680 abandoned and more like you're not taking care of their actual interests republican majority 0.90
00:50:35.580 policies make redditors redditors make democrat majority policies this feels like a really dumb
00:50:41.980 boomer moment where they're sort of like oh you know when i was a kid i'd have loved access to
00:50:46.880 all of this sort of stuff. So what's the
00:50:48.900 problem? Or they're just corrupt, man. 0.98
00:50:51.280 Or just genuinely corrupt.
00:50:52.720 Or they're probably just taking money 0.99
00:50:54.820 which wouldn't be surprising from the rug pull administration. 0.99
00:50:57.360 Yeah, but that's 1.00
00:50:58.100 fair. They might have
00:51:00.300 chalked up some immigration wins recently
00:51:02.900 under sustained pressure, but
00:51:04.320 this wasn't what young men voted
00:51:06.900 for. Instead, an increasing number of young men are
00:51:08.780 voting to take power because what you're
00:51:11.100 demanding them is, throughout
00:51:12.760 their adolescence, as digital natives, young men have basically
00:51:14.880 been thrown to the wolves of the predatory
00:51:16.820 forces the market and i i mean predatory because we've got the leaks that i covered on my show back
00:51:21.280 in the day of porn hub executives sitting down on um what's james o'kees organization project
00:51:26.520 veritas style like entrapment dates saying we market our products at 12 year olds to get them
00:51:30.900 addicted so we know these companies make these things gambling porn even some video games and
00:51:35.760 microtransactions to be the most addictive things that human beings have ever confronted and at the
00:51:40.120 same time conservatives have forfeited the cultural battlefield they don't instruct people to manifest
00:51:46.200 christian or even classical virtues they are commanding essentially young men to manifest a
00:51:53.680 level of willpower to resist these temptations more so than any of their ancestors with even
00:51:57.680 less instruction and then they think deregulating the sector further will get more young men to vote
00:52:02.640 for us rather than thinking that lots of young men want to vote to use power to put these temptations
00:52:07.540 out of sight and out of mind forever like if you're expecting these young men to not engage
00:52:12.500 this stuff on their own when it hijacks all of their evolution reward systems and then you don't
00:52:18.480 understand why they don't just want some sort of authority to go put it out of sight out of mind
00:52:23.900 then you fundamentally don't understand why why young men hate you and why this is your fault
00:52:29.000 leave russia alone drone strike only fans yeah endorsed it does remind me of how um margaret
00:52:36.560 thatcher's government was supported by i think it was the guy who at the time owned ladbrooks
00:52:43.160 you know the ladbrooks um gambling um gambling chain and then it was tony blair's government
00:52:49.400 if i'm getting this right who considered by many to be like the even thatcher herself to be the
00:52:54.680 heir of thatcherism in a certain way um kind of with the neoliberal policies and such were the
00:52:59.640 ones who introduced a load of liberalizing reforms making it basically very difficult if not
00:53:05.540 impossible for local councils to be able to stop gambling so gambling shops like ladbrooks from
00:53:11.720 opening up yeah in their in their high street they essentially want you fat distracted impoverished
00:53:17.340 drugged and gooning so you can't notice the deteriorating conditions going on around you
00:53:22.220 and the fact that all of this is optional and that if you did decide to wake up and take power
00:53:26.820 then this could all be reversed within an afternoon but the those who have noticed and
00:53:31.100 those who have said that and those who have said hey every other group seems to take its own side
00:53:33.960 why don't we take theirs they are the ones currently being called groipers woke right
00:53:37.920 whatever and trying to be purged from institutions because they won't allow the status quo to continue
00:53:41.840 and as for why they feel that things won't get better and why the republicans won't take their
00:53:46.160 side well um helen andrews has written a great piece in compact that's essentially the accompaniment
00:53:51.020 to her previous piece the great feminization except this time it's made less noise because
00:53:55.260 this is about race and it's a lot easier to acknowledge gender differences than it is to
00:54:00.040 acknowledge um indissolvable ethnic differences between groups especially in america but if you 0.70
00:54:07.720 as most sumers are are living in the most diverse generation in history and you are involuntarily 0.69
00:54:12.360 confronted with these differences in your daily life you don't get to do as the boomers um or 0.96
00:54:17.480 older gen x's like sorry to be rude but rod dreher does which is selectively cling to martin luther
00:54:23.940 king quotes from i have a dream and nowhere else well nowhere else in his career and insist that
00:54:27.820 We were just on the precipice of racial integration
00:54:29.860 before Lydda B. Johnson and the Civil Rights Act 0.58
00:54:31.960 because you notice this natural tribalism.
00:54:35.420 You notice this violence that you're going to face.
00:54:37.120 Well, it's kind of difficult to ignore the content of their character.
00:54:40.240 Yeah, it's pretty rough when you feel that
00:54:42.500 just like taking the subway or the bus
00:54:44.100 is just entering the shape store these days.
00:54:46.420 Anyway, Helen Andrews has written that
00:54:48.160 America is at a racial crossroads.
00:54:49.540 The first reason is demographic. 0.56
00:54:51.420 America's racial bargain was made for a country 0.81
00:54:52.880 that's biracial and 90% white. 0.94
00:54:54.540 It will no longer work for a country 0.91
00:54:55.960 where white people are a minority 0.93
00:54:57.300 and the non-white population includes multiple races,
00:55:00.220 including some that were hardly present in the US
00:55:02.020 when the racial bargain was struck,
00:55:03.560 there were fewer Chinese Americans in 1960
00:55:05.600 than there are Egyptian Americans today.
00:55:08.660 Why? 1.00
00:55:10.160 It was done, especially after 9-11.
00:55:14.040 It was done through the invade, then import strategy
00:55:17.260 of the Republicans.
00:55:18.600 So even though this was meant to be a civilizational threat,
00:55:21.180 it was a clash of civilisations, 0.97
00:55:22.640 we're going to crusade against the intolerant Muslim states, 0.70
00:55:25.560 Muslim immigration increased exponentially under George W. Bush 0.95
00:55:29.440 and has continued ever since. 1.00
00:55:30.440 Well, under the metric of we need to save the good ones
00:55:33.060 from the tyranny that they live under,
00:55:35.160 you can kind of see the logical connection
00:55:37.440 of how one leads to the other.
00:55:39.480 The Muslim Brotherhood president of Egypt, Mursi,
00:55:42.820 is actually one of those Egyptian-Americans. 0.79
00:55:44.860 Oh, never mind then, that makes no sense. 1.00
00:55:48.140 Is actually one of them.
00:55:50.040 And he at some point claimed to have worked for NASA.
00:55:53.080 one investigative journalist suspects that actually he was working as a limousine driver
00:56:01.140 but he still says nasa on the tv baby and claimed that he was actually doing calculations for nasa
00:56:09.160 well yeah he's calculating how much fuel he'll need to get from one place to another so there
00:56:14.220 was a bit of discourse this morning that i waded into where restore britain spokeswoman
00:56:17.420 Ola Milihan expressed her sympathy for Indian, Somali, and Pakistani girls that undergo FGM.
00:56:23.440 And don't get me wrong, that's a heinous practice. But lots of people were turning around and saying,
00:56:27.480 right, you've named those groups as those that deserve your sympathy. And by implication,
00:56:31.400 that means we have a moral obligation to rescue them from their own cultural practices. 0.52
00:56:35.680 Which means this is a liability when it comes time to deport plenty of these people, 0.56
00:56:40.000 because you're going to turn around and say, but we can't deport them because we're sending them
00:56:42.600 back to a country where they do these barbaric practices. So getting to the point of saying,
00:56:47.420 well, we have to rescue the good ones and only punish the bad ones.
00:56:50.420 We actually have to just take our own side
00:56:52.160 and express total indifference to what goes on in other countries
00:56:54.520 and what other groups are going to do without our supervision,
00:56:57.580 because otherwise we're going to have to supervise them forever.
00:57:00.600 If you do feel sympathy for them,
00:57:02.320 you need to go there as the early missionaries did,
00:57:06.180 live amongst them, and convert them.
00:57:08.840 You can't just do it at the expense of your neighbours through taxes.
00:57:13.120 Exactly.
00:57:14.000 Otherwise, you're fostering the whole world's children,
00:57:15.800 and your own will starve.
00:57:17.420 she says the benefit gen z the beneficiaries of our system of racial benefits are no longer
00:57:21.980 marginal 10 of the population black americans their demographic majority non-white zoomers
00:57:26.860 and to an extent white women as well benefit from both demographic predominance and an explicit or 0.77
00:57:31.360 tacit boost in any head-to-head competition with white men which in combination means affirmative
00:57:35.740 action is no longer a matter of white americans sacrificing the occasional promotion it means
00:57:40.380 white men in particular are effectively shut out of many prestigious fields and institutions
00:57:43.980 especially in the lower rungs and this is on the right because now the entire right is purging
00:57:49.640 those same white men from the last institution that was meant to be their representation that
00:57:54.820 was meant to be the um political staging ground from which they fought back against this unfairness
00:57:59.860 and now they're being purged from that too and what do you think they're just going to disappear 0.96
00:58:03.060 into a puff of fucking smoke like what do you think they're going to go nowhere to disengage 0.98
00:58:07.280 them if they radicalize if they were to become 40% groopers would that not be your fault for 0.99
00:58:13.760 having kicked them out and deprive them of opportunities yeah and if their politics are
00:58:18.120 indistinguishable from the gripers and again i'm not counseling nick i find him amusing to be frank
00:58:22.300 um it's your fault not nick fuentes's fault because if it comes to the same conclusion
00:58:26.520 without watching nick fuentes then who calls them to force those forward form those conclusions it
00:58:31.760 was your policies you failed them she also points out that we're two years away from uh supreme
00:58:38.380 court justice sandra day o'connor's um deadline saying that we expect that 25 years from now the
00:58:43.860 use of racial preferences affirmative action will no longer be necessary to further the interest
00:58:47.720 approved today and those racial achievement gaps haven't closed and it's because the boomer delusion
00:58:54.260 that everything is just a social construction and there are no inbuilt disparities between groups
00:58:58.720 was false but if we just proceed with this delusional dream then all we're doing is 0.58
00:59:04.860 impoverishing young white men who stand to inherit and improve the country to the benefit of a bunch 0.96
00:59:09.880 of third worlders that you're babysitting who actually just want to steal white people's stuff 0.92
00:59:13.040 and give it to other people and that's what she says in this piece just to just to wrap up she
00:59:18.520 says the goal of wokeness was not gender neutral bathrooms it was the redistribution of power and
00:59:22.640 money from disfavored groups to favored groups by yes the democrat party but also those favored
00:59:27.080 groups by virtue of being client blocks the democrat party become the special interest 0.53
00:59:30.920 groups the republicans black sit with candace owens daily wire creating candace owens because
00:59:35.120 they wanted a strong black woman to say their policies or uh jewish groups who they hope to 0.54
00:59:39.480 pry away from voting democrat because lots of jews in new york still voted for zora mandani despite 0.51
00:59:44.040 all the complaints about him being a anti-semitic third world of the more ones funding his campaign
00:59:48.440 quite and so what she says is the ideology we're facing in since 2020 is race communism and she
00:59:57.040 actually says wokeness is just gay race communism right we all know this right it's not the woke
01:00:02.360 right and the woke left or the horseshoe theory and both of them are anti-israel and both of them 0.66
01:00:05.500 are anti-liberal it's no wokeness is a discrete philosophy of seething anti-white resentment which
01:00:11.140 the democrat socialists of america who are taking over the democrat party are practicing proudly and
01:00:16.240 so if you aren't going to take the side of young white men who are are having who are facing the
01:00:21.100 prospect the promise of the national state taking away all their stuff and giving it to people who
01:00:26.800 hate them if you're not taking their side they're just going to take their own side and they won't
01:00:30.240 care what names you call them and so why should you be surprised if you've lost young white men
01:00:35.900 if you aren't interested in listening to the concerns if you're shutting them out of the
01:00:38.560 conversation if you aren't going to represent them and if you're not going to take their side
01:00:42.420 bad points uh we've got a few more rumble rants there i can go through those if you'd like uh
01:00:50.540 Yes. I think go down one or two more.
01:00:53.820 There we go. One for one paladin. American Christian monarchist here. 1.00
01:00:58.280 Republicans in blue areas are far more radical than Republicans in red areas. True. 0.97
01:01:01.680 Most boomers won't know what a Groypa is, but they will throw libertarianism at you. 1.00
01:01:05.360 But this is the point. It's meant to poison the well with the term because their first point of contact with the term Groypa is this bogeyman rather than figuring out it comes from Pepe the Frog memes.
01:01:17.260 That's it.
01:01:17.620 I heard they were the followers of Tucker Carlson.
01:01:21.900 Yes, I do read the telegraph.
01:01:23.380 How could you tell?
01:01:23.940 Did you see her most recent piece in The Times
01:01:25.460 where she subtly corrected that
01:01:27.220 without acknowledging she got it wrong,
01:01:28.640 which is first coined by followers of Nick Fuentes,
01:01:31.140 but now incarnated in Tucker Carlson?
01:01:33.980 It's just like, the sleight of hand is so dishonest.
01:01:36.860 One tall order, thank you.
01:01:38.500 Cautiously optimistic about the 2028 Republican primary,
01:01:40.960 but also can't think it's just going to be
01:01:42.620 Peter Thiel versus Larry Ellison's
01:01:45.000 respective surrogates.
01:01:46.280 AI surveillance state, woo
01:01:48.200 I have my questions about Teal
01:01:52.180 especially with surrogacy 1.00
01:01:54.080 and I met the guy once and he's quite a strange
01:01:56.320 presence
01:01:56.700 but I
01:01:58.740 didn't offer you any private trips on his boats or anything, did he?
01:02:02.120 No, he did talk to me about the Antichrist though
01:02:04.000 Apparently that's just something that's on his mind constantly
01:02:06.600 Yeah, he's read a lot of Schmitt, which is
01:02:07.980 actually his readings of Schmitt are quite interesting
01:02:09.460 Anyway, I'm not that big a fan of Palantir
01:02:11.360 but I do think the
01:02:13.240 being in the pocket of Palantir
01:02:16.520 thing that's thrown at Vance
01:02:18.240 is possibly overstated
01:02:20.080 and that he does actually believe what he says.
01:02:22.300 Knowing people that work with him day to day
01:02:23.980 and have spoken in favour of him.
01:02:26.220 Hey, could be wrong.
01:02:28.020 These are the reasons, someone's saying,
01:02:29.800 those are the reasons you should trust the plan instead of the dem op
01:02:32.240 of Fuentes and Evertrump.
01:02:33.860 I mean, sorry, but Fuentes did
01:02:36.200 call the war with Iran on election night.
01:02:38.380 He did. And so, you have to
01:02:40.220 confront the fact that some of his predictions are
01:02:42.240 correct you can't just sit there and not only complain that people watch him and pay attention
01:02:46.220 to him but also you can't then complain as likes of rod dreher melanie phillips and that do the
01:02:49.940 loads of young men are being radicalized by nick fuentes okay who else is speaking to young white
01:02:53.060 men where where are your representatives who else is seeking them as an audience the only one you
01:02:57.320 had was charlie kirk and he got killed and you did nothing about it the funny thing was is the
01:03:00.860 term rod dreher in that video that you showed us he's like oh yeah we're living in weimar
01:03:06.520 and it's like okay yeah and young people know yeah young people know that they're born into
01:03:12.240 weimar so why are you surprised that they're taking this approach to it i i would have
01:03:18.080 i was imagining like a funny scenario where he's just sort of like like he like almost he gets
01:03:24.140 red-pilled one day where he goes you you know i think we're living in weimar i was watching this
01:03:29.780 this tiktok that said and then maybe and then for no reason at all they all voted for mustache
01:03:36.320 man and i thought did they have a reason actually so i looked into it and i read this book voluptuous
01:03:42.540 panic and i gotta tell you jeremy i get it i get like if that would have been funny well
01:03:48.020 but i should have mentioned this during the actual segment but rod has always called himself a
01:03:51.660 post-liberal he went out into hungary to work for under the orban government who described
01:03:56.100 themselves as post-liberal democrats and in that video he said we can find the answers in liberalism
01:04:00.980 like
01:04:03.040 we live by more germany
01:04:04.860 okay let's 0.99
01:04:05.940 let's deport the invaders 1.00
01:04:07.020 and close all the brothels 0.99
01:04:07.780 no that would be anti-liberal
01:04:08.740 okay then
01:04:10.060 are you shocked
01:04:10.660 that you might get hitler 2.0
01:04:11.800 if you're that worried about it
01:04:13.420 you might want to head off
01:04:13.920 at the pass
01:04:14.280 and you're not
01:04:15.060 just to
01:04:15.580 assuage everybody's fist
01:04:16.960 you're not actually
01:04:17.600 going to get hitler
01:04:18.300 you don't need hitler 2.0
01:04:19.600 hitler succeed
01:04:20.920 i want to win
01:04:21.980 actually
01:04:22.520 uh one from base state
01:04:23.760 before we uh
01:04:24.500 before we
01:04:24.960 that's gonna
01:04:26.400 that's gonna get taken
01:04:27.820 out of context 0.99
01:04:28.340 he was a loser 1.00
01:04:29.280 yep yep 0.99
01:04:30.140 this time i'm gonna get it right so hello twitter hey well given dan killer's post
01:04:35.680 yesterday apparently i'm being dropped in it hey oh yeah true i was just catching strays
01:04:39.760 do you know he didn't even tag me i just i was just scrolling through and saw that hey at least
01:04:45.040 this time hope not hate are going to be able to take one of your own quotes rather than mine for
01:04:49.320 then yeah fair point we're one for one anyway do you want to just do your segment before yeah sure
01:04:54.160 oh we're having too much fun yeah too much fun harry get on with the news
01:04:59.880 that's right uh yeah and the news is that uh the crisis in sayuta is that how you pronounce it
01:05:05.880 i know the suta that doesn't that that actually to be fair it will because that's what it's about
01:05:12.060 to become uh yeah uh the situation the situation in the uh spanish zone of sayuta is uh still
01:05:20.200 ongoing and is actually reaching a little bit of a boiling point right now with uh nightly protests
01:05:25.780 going on the police firing rubber bullets at both the spanish protesters and the moroccans who have
01:05:32.560 been left there because no in fact the spanish government did not magically deport all of them
01:05:37.240 overnight like they claimed to and in fact the numbers that we're seeing in reported and how
01:05:42.360 many are left and how many even came in in the first place and got deported that same day
01:05:46.220 are very unclear there's a lot of different uh estimates being thrown about leading me to believe
01:05:52.560 that there's still loads of them there and a lot of the numbers on either side may be inflated or
01:05:56.920 manipulated in some way. One is too many. Yeah massage yes one is far too many but still there
01:06:05.820 are some very negative side effects of them all being there which you can guess but I'll get into
01:06:10.780 before I get into that though if you want some good news if you want something positive to read
01:06:16.040 and spend your time with then you should get Islander number six while it is still available
01:06:21.120 we have until this sunday for you to buy one for 14.99 after that it's going to be like buying a
01:06:29.180 copy of x-men one by chris claramont and jim lee it's going to be impossible it's going to be 0.73
01:06:35.480 very expensive you're going to wish that you'd done it you're going to feel like a fool you'll 0.95
01:06:39.740 look in the mirror every single morning and you're going to see a clown do you want to see a clown 0.96
01:06:43.620 every single morning i mean i do well you already do but do you want to do you want to get the
01:06:49.520 experience of looking into your mirror every morning and seeing connor if not get islander
01:06:54.120 six right now that also wasn't the tease for the next comics corner by the way no that wasn't i
01:06:58.820 hope anyway so uh yeah moving on to it uh so at the time when it was being reported on we know
01:07:04.300 the seyuta situation there's a lot of different explanations of why it happened in the first
01:07:09.100 place some say it was online campaigning which there seems to be a lot of um a lot of evidence
01:07:14.420 for a lot of people were saying that it was moves by the moroccan government to apply pressure to
01:07:18.840 spain um to give them over these territories which morocco sees as their own um others seem to
01:07:26.020 have all kinds of israeli um monitoring software that they use against the population to control
01:07:34.800 narratives in the country so they would have known that this campaign was building up because
01:07:40.840 ever since the arab spring arab intelligence agencies have been really on top of the online
01:07:45.960 discourse well yeah it's also they knew that this was being planned and they had the ability to
01:07:52.080 identify the individuals behind it they chose to allow it those videos of people being dropped off
01:07:58.380 from police escort fans at the border were those real massive trucks as well just unloading them
01:08:03.400 like they were grain also when you say israeli lots of people's ears would prick up and you know
01:08:07.400 normally just dismiss that out of hand i don't know man i've seen some suspicious tweets from
01:08:11.400 yahir netanyahu from like 2019 well there was also the suggestion that america was backing it
01:08:17.300 as well because america sees spain as one of its big impediments to the war on iran for not allowing
01:08:21.840 them to use their bases as launching points for the war on iran for instance so there's a lot of
01:08:26.520 different explanations when it comes to the online campaign there definitely was an online campaign
01:08:30.920 as firas is suggesting though it's nowhere near impossible and it's actually very very easy for
01:08:36.760 government agencies to just create loads of sock accounts to try and create the illusion of a
01:08:41.540 ground swelling that's typically what happens with things like color revolutions and it's not
01:08:45.460 impossible for a government to do it to get their own population to move into the territory we have
01:08:50.600 the 77th brigade over here the same thing during covid yeah exactly there's also the fact that as
01:08:55.160 i covered last week countries like pakistan in making it very very difficult to deport their
01:09:01.600 own nationals back into their own country by saying well they've torn up their own passports
01:09:05.380 there's an international recognition implicit not explicitly stated but everybody knows it
01:09:10.880 that a lot of countries recognize that in high enough numbers members of their populations
01:09:16.980 essentially can be used as bioweapons right and once they there are enough of them in a particular
01:09:22.940 territory causing trouble behaving in criminal fashions that they can then use the deportation
01:09:29.540 negotiations as a bargaining chip to get better results for trade deals, for territorial
01:09:38.560 acquisitions, etc. So that's probably what we're seeing here. Either way, at first the reports
01:09:43.800 were that about 50,000 entered, but they were saying that by the end of the day, so this must
01:09:48.120 have been a light speed operation, more than 48,300 had been returned by the end of the same
01:09:55.660 day which is what they what we were being told all by the end of the next day they arrived one day
01:10:00.620 by the end of the next day we were being told that about 95 to 99 percent of them had already
01:10:07.200 gone home if that is even true that would still leave almost 2 000 illegals in the territory and 0.98
01:10:15.340 would raise the question if you can get rid of that many all at once why not get rid of the whole
01:10:19.140 lot of them all at once instead but it seems that that was not entirely accurate because now
01:10:25.460 uh pedro sanchez the spanish prime minister and i think when we discuss everything that we just did
01:10:30.320 then on the geopolitical aspects of it it's important to point out as well sanchez invited
01:10:35.020 this the spanish government invited this by doing a massive illegal amnesty of about half a million
01:10:40.860 people earlier on this year and then bragging about it and talking about how you know we want
01:10:46.120 to have liberal um liberal migration laws and you know nobody is illegal or anything so the spanish
01:10:52.200 government themselves, particularly Pedro
01:10:54.080 Sanchez, cannot be let off the hook
01:10:56.160 for this. He invited this. You get more of what you
01:10:58.160 tolerate. Yeah, exactly. Now, according
01:11:00.260 to this article, the Spanish Interior
01:11:02.000 Ministry previously put the number of arrivals
01:11:04.320 at around 72,000,
01:11:07.240 which is about 22,000
01:11:08.720 more than the initial reports were
01:11:10.240 saying, and then said about
01:11:12.000 70,000 of them had subsequently
01:11:14.440 been returned to Morocco.
01:11:16.160 However, the Spanish government's representative in
01:11:18.340 Ceuta, Miguel
01:11:19.700 Angelo,
01:11:22.200 El Pedestriano. That guy said on Monday that more than 80,000 people had entered through the Tarahal
01:11:29.400 border. So it could be anywhere from about, if we are to take the 70,000 deportations seriously,
01:11:37.780 then that could be anywhere from about 2,000 to 10,000 illegals still left in the territory,
01:11:42.440 which has a natural population of about 84,000. So that's more than a 10% increase to the
01:11:48.900 population strain on resources strain on infrastructure uh strain on space and also
01:11:54.820 just a massive criminal nuisance uh that is going to be causing all the sorts of trouble that you
01:11:59.240 would expect uh triano acknowledged that the city remained very far from returning to normal 25 days
01:12:06.020 after the crisis began and he spoke to meeting uh spoke to officials at the national police's
01:12:11.880 immigration and borders brigade said additional facilities had been opened but there were still
01:12:15.760 not enough places for all of those requiring assistance
01:12:17.700 why not, if you could send
01:12:19.080 70,000 of them back 0.74
01:12:20.980 send the rest of them who are still there
01:12:23.580 back, why do they deserve any sort of
01:12:25.520 assistance from you when they have broken into 1.00
01:12:27.700 your country, potentially as an
01:12:29.680 explicit geopolitical
01:12:31.840 gambit by Morocco to put pressure
01:12:33.780 on you to give the territory over 0.75
01:12:35.300 that behaviour should not be rewarded
01:12:37.600 if these people are being used as
01:12:39.760 pawns, guess what, in a chess game
01:12:41.480 you've got to lose the pawns 0.99
01:12:43.100 but their feet touch the soil and therefore they're Spaniards
01:12:45.360 oh yeah sorry uh sanchez government has now declared a situation of interest for national
01:12:50.680 security in the city centralizing management of crisis territorial policy um minister angel
01:12:56.380 victor torres has been tasked with coordinating the response relieving so it's a good local
01:13:01.120 government of that responsibility so it is now just a national issue rather than a local issue
01:13:06.220 interestingly enough when it comes to um what's going on yet the instagram accounts the online
01:13:12.040 campaign is still ongoing this is the same thing that's happening here yeah well this is
01:13:17.320 interestingly enough from mariana spring of all people so she is still alive she is still doing
01:13:22.220 work and this is a fairly decent article so credit to her um that from about 13 days ago on the 14th
01:13:28.200 of august uh talking about in instagram accounts are still fueling the crisis with paid advice
01:13:33.940 for help to cross they get all of these sock accounts pop up you don't know where the sock
01:13:37.880 accounts pop up it could be independent human traffickers it could be sock accounts for government
01:13:43.080 agencies or even international agencies it could be sock accounts for NGOs who want to push this
01:13:49.500 stuff into countries anyway because it makes them feel good and gives them more work and she said
01:13:54.180 that these people they like to try to get a lot of attention and engagement through posting very
01:13:59.400 positive engagement bait on social media that gets some nice emotional pops from people and then
01:14:05.280 the first picture
01:14:06.660 he's saying I miss you mummy
01:14:09.260 oh really
01:14:11.200 yeah see it's going with the
01:14:12.920 engagement hook, you get on the engagement hook
01:14:15.360 I miss you mum so much but I'm still
01:14:17.380 living such a better life over here
01:14:19.060 it should be pointed out as well that when I
01:14:20.780 helped GB News break the story of the
01:14:23.100 people smugglers using TikTok and Instagram to film
01:14:25.100 our girls as marketing material
01:14:26.680 that was Morocco and Algeria as well 0.99
01:14:28.680 so it's probably the same networks
01:14:31.260 there's a pattern coming here
01:14:32.740 I'm not going to tell you what I think of Moroccans and Algerians
01:14:35.000 we know we know same thing as hassan piker so uh spring set up an anonymous a fake dummy account 0.66
01:14:42.640 called mohammed uh to try and get in contact with these people and said uh have you helped
01:14:47.680 other people across before you can see screenshots of all of this or at least mock-ups of them many
01:14:52.240 people how will i receive the information what kind of information is it i want to reach there
01:14:55.700 safely through a sewer pipe unsuitable yep okay do all those instagram accounts actually help i
01:15:01.120 noticed there are so many of them and when she started to ask a few too many questions and then
01:15:05.860 was given the money amount that she would need to pay 400 pounds 5 000 dirhams up front um when she
01:15:12.660 started asking too many questions the account blocked her and then deleted after a little while
01:15:17.180 so presumably it's just one of those things where it's like you give me the money we get you no
01:15:21.480 questions asked and then we go they know when to recognize when somebody is snooping around here
01:15:26.100 especially if you're doing it in like grammatically perfect english with no spelling errors
01:15:30.820 that's a good point as well and um you know they've got the bbc contacted meta who own who
01:15:37.480 own instagram and meta told them we have a team monitoring the situation they literally have
01:15:41.140 situation monitors on the hand uh in sueto in real time removing content that violates our
01:15:46.540 policies including content that offers to provide facilitate or seek human smuggling services so
01:15:50.480 they're saying that they're dealing with this but these accounts still pop up all over the place
01:15:54.540 it's been on there for over three years yeah it it constantly happens they're not doing enough if
01:15:59.200 they are doing anything at all and what are the ultimate results of this well you know you've got
01:16:03.780 since the since the beginning of the crisis you've got 15 more rapes recorded including one of a 10 0.91
01:16:08.880 year old assaulted by three moroccans just hang them all fantastic uh they are still probably as
01:16:15.580 a result of the online campaign but just natural attempts to move up anyway they are still trying 0.71
01:16:20.740 to pass through there every single day this was from the 15th of august but they are still
01:16:24.700 trying to get there right now presumably because hey 70 000 or 80 000 people got through
01:16:31.560 what's to stop us from getting through anyway uh and there are the results like this this is
01:16:37.060 supposedly a kit scene for the camp of the saints so you to so it's a beach yeah literally a scene
01:16:41.860 from camp of the saints almost because when you invite potentially up to when you leave potentially
01:16:47.700 10 000 moroccans in your country uh with nothing to do and nowhere to stay they just set up camp 0.93
01:16:53.980 on the beach and turn it into a gigantic 1.00
01:16:56.040 shithole. Some of them look a lot 0.98
01:16:57.940 darker than Moroccans. They look like 1.00
01:17:00.120 East Africa. They look 1.00
01:17:01.940 Somalian.
01:17:03.660 There's some Ethiopians in there. 1.00
01:17:06.120 That is the difficulty with social 1.00
01:17:07.960 media. Sometimes it's difficult
01:17:10.080 to know with some of the videos if it's exactly
01:17:12.100 what it's being presented as.
01:17:13.960 I'm not shocked if it is Ceuta, but just
01:17:15.960 one must ask,
01:17:17.720 how did those men
01:17:19.960 get added to the mix? So if you go to
01:17:21.800 a place like Marrakesh, you will find 1.00
01:17:23.860 a huge range of different africans who are there who are there illegally sometimes the moroccan 1.00
01:17:31.520 police will sort of shoo them away but they have no they don't actually throw them out and then 0.98
01:17:36.140 they use them right and then there is the built-in uh like the drug smugglers of morocco because
01:17:42.460 morocco supplies a lot of the hashish that goes into europe they also engage in human trafficking
01:17:47.580 they're connected to the police they use them as sort of cheap labor for a few years in morocco
01:17:53.680 and then they ship them out.
01:17:54.460 And the entire system runs on Huala as well. 0.95
01:17:56.360 So it links up the Muslim world. 0.86
01:17:58.200 Pretty much.
01:17:59.080 So what happens in a situation like this
01:18:01.700 where you have potentially 10,000 people
01:18:04.560 running around, 0.98
01:18:05.280 turning your beach into a shithole, 1.00
01:18:06.620 assaulting your girls? 1.00
01:18:07.920 Well, you get unrest
01:18:09.360 and you get clashes with the police.
01:18:12.760 So just yesterday,
01:18:15.720 there was essentially a battle took place
01:18:17.900 at a Red Cross food drop-off.
01:18:20.740 Here you can see the photograph
01:18:22.480 of all of these friendly
01:18:24.420 doctors and engineers
01:18:26.300 waiting around for their drop off
01:18:28.520 of food. Everyone working for the Red Cross
01:18:30.360 doing that is an absolute traitor by the way. Yep. 0.91
01:18:32.560 And of course it turned into a gigantic
01:18:34.240 clash with the police where the riot police had to get
01:18:36.380 sent in and had
01:18:37.860 to fire rubber bullets at all
01:18:40.380 of these people to get them to disperse. There are 0.98
01:18:42.460 videos of that bloody
01:18:44.440 website. Piss off. 1.00
01:18:46.780 You can see here. 0.97
01:18:52.480 so they're scattering there and there's a other footage as well of uh of this going on but
01:19:05.880 basically it's unconfirmed exactly how it started for depending on who you're listening to
01:19:11.240 either a migrant got pushed by a police officer while he was praying well yeah while yeah yeah
01:19:16.560 while he was praying and then it just accelerated from there or the migrants in the crowd well sorry
01:19:23.400 the um the invaders in the crowd uh started jostling causing trouble they wanted to get
01:19:28.520 ahead and then it escalated from there anyway either way it's exactly what you expect to happen
01:19:33.200 in a situation like this uh and then as a result locals are starting to take it into their own
01:19:39.180 hands there's a lot of footage from last night where a lot of the beach and areas where these
01:19:46.780 people are hanging out are being attacked. The locals are not particularly happy with the fact
01:19:56.960 that they have been invaded and want to try and tear down a lot of the places that these people
01:20:01.020 have set up on their beach and which has caused them to fight back and the police of course decide
01:20:07.720 to start opening fire on the rioters as well as the migrants as well well so the whole place is
01:20:12.440 in a bit of chaos right now vigilantism becomes inevitable when the state fails in its primary
01:20:17.300 duty which is to defend the native people of the country so i'm not shocked this is happening it
01:20:23.080 just adds it compounds the treachery when the police themselves turn against the natives
01:20:26.940 trying to defend their home from invasion yeah it's it's completely unsurprising and uh really
01:20:32.840 as much as there's all of these different geopolitical um aspects to it as well the
01:20:37.740 spanish government is largely to blame for encouraging this in the first place by being
01:20:41.720 so loud do it if they didn't think that the spanish would let them get away with it yes yeah
01:20:46.200 we're just gonna first responsibility is on the spanish government being weak i did an episode
01:20:49.800 on this on realpolitik i went through all of the geopolitics of it but the first blame must be
01:20:55.760 assigned to the spanish government itself for allowing this kind of for being tolerant enough
01:21:00.200 to do this yeah and when spain we're giving the the whole pardon for one and what turned out to
01:21:05.080 be one and a half million illegals started with half a million turned out to be triple that and
01:21:09.000 when spain can act largely as a gateway to the rest of europe given its very close proximity to
01:21:14.980 morocco uh then it has a greater responsibility than even a lot of other countries that occupy
01:21:20.260 the mediterranean border of the shenzhen zone which is why italy and other countries in the
01:21:25.040 eu have been trying to battle to get them taken out of the shenzhen zone because if you're not
01:21:29.740 going to take responsibility for it if you're going to let
01:21:31.680 something like this happen and if it happens to your
01:21:33.760 own territory and then you leave thousands
01:21:35.920 of people there to cause chaos
01:21:37.540 then we can't trust you
01:21:39.500 we can't trust you
01:21:41.180 anyway, rumble rents
01:21:43.200 any video comments?
01:21:45.600 I see a clown every day when I look
01:21:47.800 in the mirror because I taped a picture of Harry 1.00
01:21:49.600 over it and don't forget Americans, tonight
01:21:51.600 is a full lunar eclipse for most of
01:21:53.660 the mainland US, thank you
01:21:55.860 very much, that's a random
01:21:57.880 name chocolate people are more chocolate than people that's gonna get close i don't know what
01:22:04.340 the point that's going to be made it was all right sorry did we have any video comments
01:22:09.940 no that's all right then let's go through the uh website website comments yeah
01:22:14.760 yeah sure kevin fox says well if we give ukraine the blueprints of the missiles they still have
01:22:21.100 industrial facilities so maybe they can make enough to give the u.s some missiles uh no because
01:22:25.740 their industrial facilities are being hammered with missiles quite regularly and their main
01:22:31.500 industrial base is used to be the donbass itself and then the other is is on the um nepe river and
01:22:37.580 that's being hammered constantly uh the west of ukraine isn't very industrial at all so it also
01:22:43.260 wouldn't i mean i know they have a fair portion of rare earth minerals but they have the refineries
01:22:47.900 to process it no not at all not at all this is literally the meme of going to war for gay rights
01:22:55.060 in the Middle East. Yes, they did legalize
01:22:57.240 gay marriage in Ukraine, I believe, where they
01:22:59.040 were talking about it in the Rada.
01:23:01.700 What, during the conflict?
01:23:03.160 Yes, yes, yes, yes. Oh, that was
01:23:04.620 the priority.
01:23:08.340 What do you want me to say? 1.00
01:23:09.340 More Indians are bombing. 1.00
01:23:10.700 It's love a Ukraine. 1.00
01:23:13.080 Well, you can't let him go off to die 0.99
01:23:14.900 unmarried, can you? 0.90
01:23:16.840 Yeah, well. When you think of it that way, it's actually
01:23:19.160 beautifully traditional.
01:23:21.140 Korax80 says, I think politicians should
01:23:22.940 always be the first to be conscripted and
01:23:24.520 man the very front lines so that wars would only happen if they were really needed. The ruling
01:23:29.100 party first than anyone from other parties who votes for the war. That would be putting skin in
01:23:35.920 the game. That would require some kind of aristocratic system for it to work. And the 0.98
01:23:42.560 West has decided that aristocracy is bad for some reason that I don't really understand.
01:23:46.320 Well, long past the time, even globally, in other countries as well, when a leader will lead the
01:23:53.000 battle from the front yeah yeah pretty much uh weirdly enough iranians always lose generals
01:23:59.160 because they send their generals to the front line oh okay that that that that is apparently
01:24:04.000 there are some exceptions yep yep the dreadnought logan says it's a misunderstanding thinking that
01:24:09.460 russia is making new tanks they're reactivating old ones no they're doing both they're the
01:24:13.500 the old ones have such decrepit systems that they're being fitted with new turrets
01:24:18.640 and with new communication systems
01:24:20.940 and with everything except the steel hull.
01:24:24.200 So the steel hull is the same,
01:24:25.620 but it's being plastered with new kinds of armor
01:24:29.760 and the whole thing is being retrofitted.
01:24:32.660 So it's not just that.
01:24:35.580 Carl's evil twin Vosch, 1.00
01:24:37.020 I'm sure these feminists will be happy 1.00
01:24:38.700 when Ukrainian men are replaced 1.00
01:24:40.500 by sub-Saharan and Middle Eastern men. 0.90
01:24:41.940 Yeah, well, we tried.
01:24:46.700 We tried to say this was a bad idea.
01:24:48.640 Michael Brooks, I have family in Slovakia
01:24:50.880 and friends. They wouldn't put up much
01:24:52.760 resistance as they don't like the EU
01:24:54.640 and hate Zelensky and see him as a modern Stalin
01:24:56.640 figure. Gee, I wonder
01:24:58.820 why.
01:25:00.880 Right, Zesty King. Young men
01:25:02.820 are at the forefront of the harsh realities of society
01:25:04.740 such as war, poverty, loneliness,
01:25:06.720 workplace death and suicide. With that said,
01:25:08.960 men know from experience that the current system
01:25:10.700 does not work and unless radical change is offered
01:25:12.620 to them, they'll seek solutions and solace elsewhere.
01:25:15.500 I think it is
01:25:16.440 reaching the point now where
01:25:18.420 it is so clear that the system itself is
01:25:20.500 unsustainable and
01:25:22.080 trying to salvage it through
01:25:24.380 conventional means feels
01:25:26.720 an increasingly
01:25:28.900 remote prospect
01:25:29.860 that lots of men are becoming apathetic
01:25:32.320 about political organization and
01:25:34.600 are just
01:25:36.380 passively awaiting collapse
01:25:38.480 and that's not good
01:25:40.460 you shouldn't be passive, you should instead
01:25:42.600 have a sufficient consciousness that will steal
01:25:44.520 yourself for that eventuality and in the meantime if you do try and get involved in political
01:25:48.180 organization and even if it's all for naught what you've done is you found your tribe around which
01:25:53.720 post collapse you can gather insulate yourselves from the consequences so anyway kevin fox are
01:25:59.920 you telling me democrats employing two-ton tessie didn't bring the young men flooding to their ranks
01:26:03.680 who would have guessed it well i thought they only employed her to pull them in by the fact
01:26:07.900 that she has her own gravitational orbit um but yeah it turns out people people preferred sydney 1.00
01:26:13.340 Sweeney and Sophie Cunningham to
01:26:15.020 that. That's why they've been doing the AOC
01:26:17.500 switch recently.
01:26:18.980 Now she's single, she's not woke anymore, 0.92
01:26:22.280 she's being risque 1.00
01:26:23.380 online, they're trying to flip it. 1.00
01:26:25.720 Yeah, but 0.99
01:26:26.000 she's over the hill. Like, she's not
01:26:29.460 doing the dancing videos from Boston anymore.
01:26:31.840 Even Dan isn't interested, right?
01:26:33.620 You can't...
01:26:34.700 I don't think there are any. Ren seems pretty interested.
01:26:37.560 Yeah, but Ren just...
01:26:39.680 Ren's the right... Ren carpet 0.80
01:26:41.480 bombs my timeline with horny posting on main so well he is that shade yeah he needs to the barrel 0.99
01:26:48.380 needs to be colder um michael dribelis i don't want to be i don't need weed to be fat and retarded 0.94
01:26:54.220 i can do that all by myself thank you for being a gold tier subscriber it's a ring 0.91
01:26:57.340 thanks buddy um rename it the fat retard he's also a regular comics corner viewer so now i 0.84
01:27:04.940 know he's terrible he is he said it himself yeah yeah cheers patriot uh dreadnought logan i think 0.85
01:27:10.300 you mean the democrats plan i seem to remember more than a week ago and recall that was obama
01:27:14.340 and biden who did it no the public look the republicans have always had um republican
01:27:19.520 lobbying groups have always put up resistance against deportation efforts because of the cheap
01:27:23.560 farm labor because it will impact the chamber of commerce they've always been more liberal on
01:27:27.160 legal migration it's only the trump revolution that threw like a political molotov cocktail
01:27:31.520 at that consensus and it's it's taken him like 10 years just to get to the place where he can say
01:27:36.220 i'm gonna you know indefinitely pause h1bs um also the republicans have been socially permissive
01:27:41.560 like they they lost they are social liberties yeah they lost the 90s like christian conservative
01:27:47.020 locale arguments against gta and mass effect and then they applied that defeatist mentality to
01:27:51.420 everything as if you know like high thc vape pens are the exact same as playing a few rounds of call
01:27:57.600 of duty on a saturday afternoon so it is the republicans just as bad as the democrats and
01:28:01.920 This is why I'm trying to focus fire
01:28:03.500 on the blockages on our own side
01:28:05.500 because I would rather face the enemy
01:28:07.360 and not worry about getting stabbed in the back.
01:28:10.600 One more.
01:28:12.560 Says Charles Francis Montgomery, Galliard, Oliver.
01:28:16.240 My boys are 11 and 13 and don't play Fortnite anymore.
01:28:18.340 They say it's for nine-year-olds.
01:28:19.940 See, they're grown-ups now.
01:28:21.320 You should get them by DSi
01:28:22.960 and then get them all the old JRPG games
01:28:25.280 that don't have any voice acting
01:28:26.400 because they're actually pretty well written.
01:28:27.500 They command that you read.
01:28:28.480 You need your own imagination.
01:28:29.620 You can problem solve.
01:28:30.200 chrono trigger on the ds can't you you can get pokemon mystery dungeon blue rescue team oh i
01:28:35.260 think i had red rescue team back then i still have it i'm giving it to my kids well i'm i'm
01:28:40.000 almost at the end of dragon quest 8 now no idea what you people are talking about i've just got
01:28:44.140 through the last dungeon uh new series where we subject fear as to video games if you want to if
01:28:48.620 you want to talk about gambling my characters so that they could get some high level gear saw that
01:28:52.840 the the final boss's gigantic evil citadel had erupted from the center of the earth and were
01:28:57.600 Like, time to hit the roulette table.
01:29:00.300 I'm about to finish replaying the Mass Effect trilogy
01:29:02.900 with my wife, who's never seen it before.
01:29:04.160 We played the Citadel DLC last night,
01:29:05.760 and it was just wonderfully, wonderfully wholesome.
01:29:08.660 Right, Michael, let's be clear.
01:29:10.160 The Cita situation is entirely the fault
01:29:12.020 of Spain's Prime Minister, Pedro Dirty Sanchez.
01:29:14.800 He offered 500,000 illegals, free visas.
01:29:17.300 Thank you, Harry, for pointing that out.
01:29:18.680 You are welcome.
01:29:19.560 I thought it would go amiss to not mention it.
01:29:23.340 Lord Inquisitor Hector Rex,
01:29:24.880 I saw Carl's video this morning.
01:29:26.280 You can just deport them to the Congo if their home country won't take them back.
01:29:30.900 That's why, you know, I actually think that Martin Selner's plan makes some kind of deal, 0.84
01:29:36.080 a big money deal with some North African country like Algeria.
01:29:39.440 Just say, let's build a super city in your territory, you'll get money for it,
01:29:43.440 and we just send them all there, and all of the bleeding heart NGO staffers can also go work there instead.
01:29:48.820 You could also...
01:29:50.140 Is a good plan.
01:29:51.240 You could pick holes in this plan for us, but you could also try and negotiate with the Gulf states
01:29:54.460 with some of them to like house them in some like remote desert area that they can build up as like 0.52
01:29:59.180 a holding pen and then say your only route out is you could be a guest worker building up the
01:30:04.060 respective gulf states and they might go for that yeah yeah rex also says i'm all ears firaz i want
01:30:09.400 to know more about nigerians and moroccans but that might have to be a story for a geo for a
01:30:15.400 realpolitik episode sometime in the future for now that's all we've got time for thank you both for
01:30:20.440 joining us for episode lads uh yeah yeah thank you and uh you really enjoyed it yes and uh we'll see
01:30:25.860 you again next time take care
