The Roseanne Barr Podcast - ＂Ghislaine's Trump Card＂ w⧸ Daphne Barak ｜ The Roseanne Barr Podcast #111

00:00:00.260 Greetings, earthlings and human beings and any other kind of spirit or whoever's around.

00:00:07.640 Thanks for being here.

00:00:09.660 And animals, of course, the most intelligent of all living beings,

00:00:13.780 because animals don't have to argue inside their own skull whether something is right or wrong.

00:00:20.680 They just know, and they don't have to bullshit themselves either to be happy. 0.57

00:00:25.180 Welcome to the Roseanne Barr podcast. 0.85

00:00:30.000 Oh boy, have we got a b-b-banger of a show.

00:00:36.660 You know how I love to talk to geniuses.

00:00:38.740 I've got a real OG woman genius on with me today. 0.93

00:00:43.020 She has an incredible history of stuff that she's done.

00:00:49.320 She is an international interviewer and media producer.

00:00:54.180 She has a great library of interviews she's done with, like, Michael Jackson, Liza Minnelli and her sister,

00:01:04.780 a documentary about Amy Winehouse, Barack Obama's grandmother, and a whole bunch of other things.

00:01:15.280 She's an international journalist that's been on 20 minutes and she's, I mean, 60 minutes and all kinds of stuff all over the world and a personal friend of mine.

00:01:26.280 So we're welcoming Daphne Barrack.

00:01:28.960 Hi, Daphne.

00:01:30.240 Hi, Roseanne.

00:01:31.100 And hi, Jake.

00:01:31.960 And I'm so glad to be here with you guys.

00:01:33.800 I mean, we are old friends.

00:01:35.900 It's time we reconnect.

00:01:38.240 Yeah.

00:01:38.780 Well, you've got to, you know, I'm so excited to talk to you because I know you're a jet setter kind of gal and you've been in journalism for how many years have you been a journalist?

00:01:51.740 Since Rupert Murdoch brought me to be the interviewer of Fox when I was 21, and that wasn't yesterday.

00:02:00.980 So basically that was around 91, 92.

00:02:04.000 So wow, it's a long time.

00:02:07.040 And didn't you work with Rupert Murdoch?

00:02:11.400 Rupert Murdoch is the one who brought me from Israel to become the first interviewer of Fox Network.

00:02:18.860 It was not Fox News.

00:02:21.120 It was Fox Network.

00:02:22.280 We were a bunch of stations, and that's when Bill and Hillary and Alan Tipper ran against Bush Senior, and I came with a brilliant idea that we have to call ourselves the force network because we are the youngest.

00:02:36.380 And still, so I was the first one who did the interviews, not only for Channel 5 New York, you know, Boston, LA, but for everybody.

00:02:44.420 And they were still FedExing my tapes to one another.

00:02:47.940 So there was nothing like, you know, like Zooms and stuff like that.

00:02:52.140 So it was quite interesting.

00:02:53.780 So, yeah, and I signed at the same time, funny enough, because we're going to talk about it, with Robert Maxwell.

00:03:01.040 Yeah, I wanted to ask that next.

00:03:03.320 And he was the owner of the New York Daily News, which at the time was signed on Jake.

00:03:07.840 It was the biggest paper in New York.

00:03:09.380 New York Times was number two.

00:03:10.660 So I invented, without even thinking about, the first-time promos between television and prints.

00:03:17.720 So the Daily News would say, watch Fox tonight, and Fox would say, as you're ready in the Daily News.

00:03:25.100 Uh-huh.

00:03:25.480 Yeah, I was like a meta-or, and I never thought my career would become nationwide and international.

00:03:33.620 And then one day, I demanded a raise at the New York Daily News.

00:03:39.040 I said, I'm the star.

00:03:40.040 I want, you know, double money.

00:03:41.320 And the editor-in-chief, I remember his name, Jim Wilsey, said, Daphne, yes, you're the star.

00:03:46.720 I'm going to speak to Mr. Maxwell.

00:03:48.340 I'm going to approve it.

00:03:49.820 Don't worry.

00:03:51.320 We are not even going to pay you that month, so we can take it retroactive, right?

00:03:56.260 And I was so happy.

00:03:57.160 I was celebrating.

00:03:58.820 And I remember that I was at the Regency Hotel in New York, and I faxed my, I told him what I wanted, and I faxed it in writing.

00:04:09.520 And, I mean, he told me everything would be fine, because, of course, Maxwell will approve it.

00:04:15.880 And nobody's calling me.

00:04:17.740 Nobody's faxing me back.

00:04:18.840 So I called the, I remember the name, Denise, the secretary of Jim Wilsey, and I said, Denise, did you get my fax?

00:04:24.900 And she said, Daphne, are you watching CNN?

00:04:27.940 And I said, why?

00:04:29.200 Why does it matter?

00:04:30.360 I'm talking about my contract.

00:04:31.300 She said, Robert Maxwell, his body was found floating.

00:04:36.840 I mean, your contract is not really the issue right now.

00:04:44.340 So the Daily News went for Chapter 11, and I lost two months.

00:04:49.860 And then, of course, they got my salary up double.

00:04:52.580 So Robert, officially, when I talked to his widow, Betty Maxwell and Delaine Maxwell, I told him, well, your father owe me money.

00:05:01.200 Well, I was going to say that real quick.

00:05:04.800 When you talk about Maxwell, people don't know.

00:05:06.720 We're talking about Ghislaine's father.

00:05:08.980 Well, he owes money to many people, Jake.

00:05:11.680 As you know, he changed the law in the UK because of him, because they found out he wasn't a billionaire.

00:05:17.660 Towards the end, he stole hundreds of millions of pension money from hardworking people that could never retrieve it.

00:05:25.100 So, yeah, we didn't end it very nicely.

00:05:29.340 You know, okay, getting into it.

00:05:33.340 Yeah, it's tough to get in.

00:05:34.420 Didn't they use Jeffrey Epstein to change all those laws to help him steal all that money?

00:05:41.360 Those people?

00:05:42.280 I don't know, Rosanne, when he met Jeffrey Epstein.

00:05:45.260 I met Ghislaine and her mother, Betty, exactly a year after he killed himself or he was murdered or whatever happened or he fell.

00:05:58.020 And at that point, we decided to do the first anniversary interview with his widow.

00:06:03.720 Ghislaine was not a big deal.

00:06:05.820 Betty Maxwell was a big deal. 1.00

00:06:07.540 She hadn't talked.

00:06:09.040 And, of course, you know, everything went through foreclosure.

00:06:11.820 They took their money.

00:06:12.700 It was disgraced.

00:06:13.540 So, they became from, you know, what a fall from grace.

00:06:21.320 And I imagined that Ghislaine probably met Jeffrey Epstein around that time or a bit before when I put the effects together.

00:06:31.460 We flew Betty Maxwell from London for the first interview.

00:06:36.120 It took me a lot to convince her because Rupert Murdoch and Robert Maxwell were rivals.

00:06:40.320 And to tell her what you do with the first interview to Fox, which belongs to Rupert Murdoch, was not really easy.

00:06:46.040 And I remember that Fox, we didn't have much money, right?

00:06:49.100 So, with her budget, she was really upset that she didn't, that we didn't fly her first-class virgin.

00:06:56.940 I said, no, it's like business.

00:06:58.400 She said, no, no, no, it's economy class.

00:07:00.840 She almost didn't make the flight.

00:07:02.240 So, I said, don't wait, we're going to pumper you in New York.

00:07:05.760 You'll be in a royal suite.

00:07:06.840 And we didn't have budget.

00:07:07.900 You know Fox budget, right?

00:07:09.580 So, I went to Donald Trump, who owned the time he owned the plaza.

00:07:17.460 And I said, Mr. Trump, you know, we will put you on the 10 o'clock news.

00:07:21.260 We'll promote you.

00:07:22.820 And, I mean, because at the beginning I said, would you do me a favor?

00:07:25.420 I mean, she's a widow. 0.91

00:07:26.800 She doesn't have anything.

00:07:27.760 Could we put her in the hotel for free? 1.00

00:07:29.640 And would you also upgrade her to the presidential suite?

00:07:32.420 I mean, on top of it.

00:07:33.700 You know, Donald, he said, what's there for me?

00:07:35.560 I said, well, we'll give you, we'll put the plaza at the footage

00:07:40.780 and we will promote you two days in a row at the 10 o'clock news.

00:07:44.560 And, of course, he agreed because it was a great promotion.

00:07:47.340 And that's why until today, when you see the early interview with Ghislaine Maxwell,

00:07:52.040 which was actually with her mother, before the big interview I did 30 years ago,

00:07:57.840 30 years later in jail, you see Betty Maxwell and Ghislaine going,

00:08:02.400 you know, you have the B-rolls, they're going on the stairs towards the plaza 1.00

00:08:08.740 and the Fifth Avenue.

00:08:10.500 That was part of the promotion, right?

00:08:12.620 It was very important not to miss it.

00:08:14.940 And now Ghislaine, everybody said Daphne did the only Ghislaine interview ever.

00:08:19.060 And now, of course, in jail three years later.

00:08:21.420 But funny, and people offered me, when Ghislaine was arrested,

00:08:24.700 people offered me like, I don't know, like $30,000 for 30 seconds of this interview.

00:08:30.740 I mean, crazy money.

00:08:34.020 But Ghislaine Maxwell was not the interview.

00:08:36.340 We flew Betty, and then Betty said to me, when I took her for dinner,

00:08:40.220 I said, well, Ghislaine, my daughter lives in New York.

00:08:44.500 Can she come for dinner?

00:08:45.820 And I said, sure, what do you mean?

00:08:47.400 She came to dinner, and she said, would Ghislaine be part of the interview?

00:08:51.660 So I called the vice president of Fox News, and I said, well, you know, what do you think?

00:08:55.600 I mean, the yacht is on her name.

00:08:57.100 I mean, why won't we include her?

00:08:58.860 And he told me, well, she doesn't cost us money, right?

00:09:01.580 I said, no, no, she lives here.

00:09:02.800 Okay, so let's do it.

00:09:04.000 So the interview was not Betty, not Ghislaine.

00:09:06.400 It was Betty.

00:09:07.700 29 years later, it was suddenly, oh, the only interview with Ghislaine Maxwell.

00:09:12.040 Now, back to your question.

00:09:13.640 I suspect, Ghislaine, that that's the time, sort of, that she met Jeffrey Epstein,

00:09:19.160 because she didn't have anything, you know, and she lived at the time in a very small studio.

00:09:27.560 I remember it was 66 of medicine, something not far away from Fox,

00:09:31.680 because after the interview, I went through the tapes instead of messengering.

00:09:36.380 I was very snoopy.

00:09:37.140 I wanted to see where she lived, so I went and delivered it.

00:09:41.400 So it's a very fancy address, but it was a very small studio.

00:09:45.060 And I suspect she said to me at the interview that a friend gave it to her.

00:11:33.220 So supporting our advertisers is the best way to keep us going.

00:11:36.960 Putting one and one together, it was probably Jeffrey Epstein.

00:11:40.960 So that's the idea.

00:11:42.060 And from then, she rose very quickly.

00:11:45.000 She said in my first interview that it was very important for her to make money

00:11:48.980 because she wanted to help her mother.

00:11:52.620 And she was very sweet at that time.

00:11:54.580 And it was really important for her not to bedmouth her father,

00:12:00.420 which she was very close to.

00:12:01.960 But said he also did good things, not only bad things.

00:12:05.160 But also to say, yes, I'm working on projects to make money.

00:12:09.080 That's my goal right now because I need to help my mother.

00:12:13.740 So if you put one and one together, we're looking at November 92.

00:12:19.320 And when I met her a second time in 95, I did an interview with Hello.

00:12:24.300 And then I didn't see her for years.

00:12:27.600 She was already with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:12:29.680 And I remember that a close friend of Leslie Rexner,

00:12:32.720 the owner of Victoria's Secret and mine, told me,

00:12:38.400 since you're going to see Ghislaine, would you give her an advice

00:12:41.240 that Jeffrey Epstein is never going to marry her?

00:12:44.040 She's not going to be Mrs. Epstein.

00:12:46.540 I mean, he loves younger girls.

00:12:48.280 At that point, Rosanna and Jake, I didn't even know young girls,

00:12:50.740 what it means.

00:12:51.320 I mean, it could be, you know.

00:12:52.740 You're thinking 20s.

00:12:54.160 Yeah, exactly.

00:12:55.580 Here, right, 25 years is the limit, right?

00:12:59.020 And I remember I said to Ghislaine, Ghislaine, that's the message.

00:13:03.860 And she hated it.

00:13:04.840 She said, no, it's not true.

00:13:07.120 She really didn't want to hear it.

00:13:09.040 She was working on being Mrs. Epstein.

00:13:11.240 And then maybe she was in love with him or she was in love with the lifestyle,

00:13:16.960 like the combination of hair contacts with her and with his endless money.

00:13:21.540 But she really didn't want to hear about Epstein not marrying her.

00:13:27.640 And you're like right in the pocket.

00:13:30.740 Well, so, I mean, okay, so he grooms her into getting girls for him? 0.61

00:13:39.300 Yeah.

00:13:40.160 And that's what these pimps do. 0.97

00:13:42.700 They'll groom their, quote, bottom woman into bringing them. 1.00

00:13:47.240 And that's what I think she really fell into it, Ghislaine.

00:13:54.000 When I interviewed her, famously, the only interview she gave since she was arrested for interviews,

00:14:01.160 not two, because we released only two, because it made so many headlines.

00:14:04.840 We didn't need, we can still sit on two, right?

00:14:07.660 And she said, I just regret the moment I met him.

00:14:13.840 I just kept, she kept saying it.

00:14:16.420 She answered all the questions.

00:14:17.640 I will get to that soon.

00:14:20.540 But there was one question she didn't answer, Jake, and Razan.

00:14:24.460 And you understand why I'm saying it to you right now.

00:14:27.440 I said to her, okay, you said three, four times that you regret the moment you met Jeffrey Epstein.

00:14:34.640 She said, yes.

00:14:35.660 Very exclamation.

00:14:38.300 So I said, in that case, Ghislaine, and it's recorded, of course, you know that.

00:14:42.680 In that case, Ghislaine, when did you reach this conclusion that you regret this moment?

00:14:50.840 So that means, you know what I'm saying, like, when did you understand what are you doing,

00:14:56.020 or what he's doing, and you are an accomplice?

00:14:58.760 This, she jumped, she didn't want to answer.

00:15:00.740 She said, you know, I'm facing an appeal, I'll answer you after the appeal, and everything.

00:15:05.480 And legally, she's right, you know, if you're like, but that's the question.

00:15:09.000 I mean, maybe at the beginning, she didn't really understand what she was doing.

00:15:13.300 Maybe one time, introduce me.

00:15:14.880 But then it became her job.

00:15:18.320 Yeah, a job.

00:15:19.380 Well, after he was convicted, what was that, 2008, the first time?

00:15:23.920 He was indicted in 2006, yeah, 2006, and he convicted in 2008, yeah.

00:15:29.240 Yeah, but she still hung around with him after he was convicted.

00:15:33.740 That's another question, the same question you're asking Prince Andrew.

00:15:37.020 Why did you go to his house in 2010, right?

00:15:40.880 I think she tried to move.

00:15:42.520 I know she tried to move with her life.

00:15:45.040 It's difficult to move from so much money, right, and so much lifestyle.

00:15:50.080 And this life, she found out, held her back.

00:15:54.160 She could not escape her destiny.

00:15:56.400 People maybe don't know, but they know that she moved to live with Ted Wade.

00:16:02.460 He's a very rich guy from San Diego.

00:16:06.880 That's the guy that Bill Clinton distanced himself and said, no, no, we did not invite

00:16:11.720 Ghislaine Maxwell to Chelsea's wedding.

00:16:14.240 She was plus one of Ted Wade.

00:16:17.040 But that's not true.

00:16:17.920 Bill Clinton has been very close to Ghislaine almost until she was arrested.

00:16:22.640 So basically, she did move.

00:16:26.140 She was madly in love with Ted Wade.

00:16:28.060 She really wanted to become Mrs. Ted Wade.

00:16:30.500 She became very close to his children.

00:16:33.020 And then one day he received extortion from somebody who knew about her past and wanted

00:16:38.640 money from Ted Wade.

00:16:39.760 And he did the right thing, I understand.

00:16:41.680 Reportedly, he called the FBI and he did not pay.

00:16:45.620 But this seized and deceased his relationship with Ghislaine.

00:16:49.360 He knew he could not move forward.

00:16:50.800 And actually, I understand she's very hurt because she wanted him to testify or at least

00:16:57.040 give it a position in her trial that she couldn't do search and seeing at one point because 0.92

00:17:01.920 he knew she couldn't if she was with him or anything.

00:17:04.840 He refused to do anything with him.

00:17:06.820 So, I mean, she was really, really hurt.

00:17:09.940 So she couldn't really move away.

00:17:12.840 And as you know, 2016, Virginia Jufri.

00:17:15.260 By the way, Virginia Jufri talked only with me before she died.

00:17:18.580 And funny enough, because she knew that I'm the one who interviewed Ghislaine.

00:17:23.660 She knew that Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is a close friend of mine.

00:17:27.340 She's the one who saved me for cancer.

00:17:28.980 And she trusted me.

00:17:30.520 And I actually respect that.

00:17:32.720 And so Virginia Jufri sued Ghislaine in 2016.

00:17:36.780 There was a settlement.

00:17:38.480 It kept coming.

00:17:39.680 She could not run away from that.

00:17:41.560 And they, of course, 2000.

00:17:46.000 And then when she married the guy, Scott, who was much younger from her, the whole idea is a marriage.

00:17:53.920 I mean, she was madly in love because this is the type who falls in love, falls in love.

00:17:58.240 And in her imagination, the man is what she wants the man to be.

00:18:04.320 But then she, the whole idea was that she put all her money on a trust that he controlled.

00:18:10.820 It's that when it backfired, she had to beg for him money for the appeal because she didn't want all the lawsuits to come and take her money. 0.87

00:18:19.320 So the money, babe, can you take the dog? 0.59

00:18:22.820 Babe, can you take the dog?

00:18:26.200 Hillary Clinton's at your back door. 1.00

00:18:28.280 Yeah, I know. 0.95

00:18:30.600 You're weird with Rosanne and she hates dogs. 1.00

00:18:35.720 I know you love her.

00:18:37.220 Yeah.

00:18:38.420 Okay.

00:18:39.520 So basically, she really wanted to move on.

00:18:43.600 But I just think it kept, on one end, there was a lot of money.

00:18:46.560 But I think it kept, it's like what they say, you know, when you join the mafia, but you never know how you can check out.

00:18:54.900 Yeah.

00:18:55.340 They're not going to get out.

00:19:00.480 I'm curious about her.

00:19:02.580 I'm curious about the whole thing, how deeply Prince Andrew and the whole royal family is involved with the whole thing.

00:19:08.680 Because they could have never gotten an island and control of the world economy, which they did have.

00:19:14.900 Jeffrey Epstein changed a whole bunch of laws that destroyed the sovereignty of nations.

00:19:21.440 I mean, he was being used by people at the tippity-tippity-top.

00:19:26.000 And I'm just always interested in the Prince Andrew royal part of it, you know?

00:19:33.440 Well, Andrew, it's a good question, Rosanne.

00:19:37.460 Because Andrew, as I said, Sarah is a very close friend of Bill and I.

00:19:41.840 And it's not really what people think about Andrew and Sarah.

00:19:45.060 She's more loyal than, it's not a love story anymore.

00:19:49.520 And she's been paying a big, big price for standing by him or even just living there.

00:19:56.700 But Andrew was the favorite son of the Queen.

00:20:02.440 We all know that, you know?

00:20:03.760 It's not an exclusive knowledge.

00:20:05.480 I know King Charles and Camilla well.

00:20:07.760 Camilla's younger sister, Annabelle, is a good friend of mine.

00:20:11.200 Of course, Sarah is a good friend of mine.

00:20:14.040 But Andrew was always the sweetheart, right?

00:20:17.980 He could do no wrong until Epstein came and that was too much.

00:20:22.580 So, basically, Jeffrey was actually very smart to befriend Andrew because, I mean, nobody blamed him.

00:20:32.360 He was good looking at the time and a hero, sort of.

00:20:36.020 But nobody blamed Andrew for being too smart, right?

00:20:38.700 So, I mean, Jeffrey Epstein probably manipulated him, whatever.

00:20:42.860 And, I mean, I almost fell from my chair.

00:20:45.540 Like, I'm sitting right now when I interviewed Gilay.

00:20:47.820 One of the, babe, can you take that?

00:20:49.720 And I, when I, one of my four interviews, I asked her about Clinton, Donald Trump, which I'll have an exclusive for you, Andrew.

00:21:00.600 And she started to speak so highly about Andrew.

00:21:04.200 Okay.

00:21:05.080 And then she said, and he's so well read.

00:21:07.320 And this, I dropped my head.

00:21:09.960 I said, what did you say now?

00:21:13.080 She told me this yesterday.

00:21:14.580 I mean, so, Andrew being positioned as the second son after King Charles, the favorite of the queen, and he will do anything to please Jeffrey.

00:21:27.280 And, of course, Jeffrey was not an exclusive bad guy next to Andrew.

00:21:34.180 Andrew was hanging with Gaddafi's son, with dictators from Kazakhstan and whatever.

00:21:42.040 Yeah, somebody bought his house for three million pounds more than it's worth.

00:21:49.680 It doesn't happen to you and I, Rosanne, right?

00:21:52.000 Does it happen to you, Jake?

00:21:53.400 So, I mean, it was really brilliant for Jeffrey to do that.

00:21:59.560 And Andrew also had a role of an ambassador, representative for the trade and commerce of England.

00:22:06.800 So, you had a lot of power in the heydays to go and change rules.

00:22:11.800 So, you're actually on your own something.

00:22:14.600 Absolutely.

00:22:15.200 You have to maybe check in these years how many rules changed.

00:22:20.540 And where was Jeffrey?

00:22:22.040 I go down that rabbit hole.

00:22:24.560 And, yeah, it was a lot of just a policing operation, moving money to the top from the bottom.

00:22:32.280 Can I say something real quick?

00:22:35.540 I've heard theories that Epstein, you know, obviously-

00:22:38.040 I mean, from the bottom to the top, excuse me.

00:22:41.020 Moving money, public money from the people and putting it all in private pockets.

00:22:47.820 There's talk that he wasn't just doing-

00:22:49.500 That's from the playbook of Ghislaine's father, no?

00:22:51.360 Huh?

00:22:52.060 That's from the playbook of Ghislaine's father, no?

00:22:55.280 Absolutely.

00:22:56.360 Yeah.

00:22:56.760 Absolutely.

00:22:58.140 So, you think he was the brains of the whole-

00:23:00.120 I mean, that guy was really smart, Maxwell.

00:23:04.140 Robert?

00:23:06.020 Robert Maxwell was smart until he was caught, but it took a lot of years until he was caught.

00:23:10.340 And he was moving money from here, from there, from there. 1.00

00:23:12.980 I mean, he bought the Daily News for $1, and everybody was kissing his ass, right? 0.99

00:23:18.480 I mean, for months, when I came to New York, meeting him with Mr. Maxwell was like, 0.99

00:23:24.400 phew, are you kidding me?

00:23:25.600 So, he was really smart.

00:23:27.780 But Jeffrey Epstein, I've never met Jeffrey Epstein.

00:23:31.420 I said, I was very lucky not to, although we moved in some same circles like Clinton and Trump and everything.

00:23:38.980 My ex-boyfriend at the time, I was double my age, he was Republican.

00:23:43.520 I was Democrat, was actually Leslie Wexler's best friend, and they were the richest guy in Columbus, Ohio.

00:23:54.380 And he just disliked Jeffrey Epstein without even knowing why.

00:23:58.360 And he used to tell him, why are you letting this nobody handle all your money, right?

00:24:03.000 And so, it never happened that I met Epstein, because Gordy didn't want us to meet.

00:24:09.240 And then, Gordy's the one who sent me to talk to Ghislaine, he will never marry you.

00:24:14.580 And then, when Epstein was indicted, Gordy called Abigail, Leslie Wexler's wife, and he said,

00:24:23.080 look, if he continues to talk to Epstein, I severe all contacts.

00:24:27.760 And I heard that he continued to talk to Epstein.

00:24:30.960 So, Epstein probably had something with Wexler, the owner of Victoria's Secret.

00:24:35.880 That's why he gave him all this money and everything.

00:24:38.300 But what I conclude, and I heard, and you will conclude the same,

00:24:44.360 he wouldn't be able to befriend people like Clinton, or even Trump at the time, or anybody.

00:24:50.000 Just, I mean, Ellen Dershowitz told me he was all over him, right?

00:24:52.920 But, if he wasn't charming, he probably had a charm that he could put on and off,

00:25:00.040 and woo people beside money, because it couldn't be only money.

00:25:04.700 Yeah.

00:25:05.440 Well, you know, sociopaths have great charm.

00:25:09.800 That's how they do.

00:25:12.040 The most charming.

00:25:13.740 Absolutely.

00:25:14.120 And probably that's how you would Ghislaine, because Ghislaine is,

00:25:17.420 my issue with Ghislaine is that she is coming from the best education money can buy. 0.57

00:25:24.860 Even if I play you one minute from her interviews with me and Jay,

00:25:30.560 it's a very British accent, you know, and she articulates herself very well, right?

00:25:36.780 So, what I say, for her to fall into such a trap, even if you need money, 0.62

00:25:45.020 you and I, and everybody needed money, I'm a self-made girl.

00:25:47.720 I mean, I was tempted at the beginning of my career to do the wrong decision,

00:25:51.540 and I wouldn't be here if I did, right?

00:25:53.500 So, but for her to fall into such a trap, it must have been more than money only.

00:25:59.620 It must have been, at the beginning, fun, charm.

00:26:02.100 She really believed she was madly in love with him.

00:26:04.220 Well, that's how blackmail works, is you're like,

00:26:07.780 I can't get out or I get killed and exposed.

00:26:11.200 Yeah, yeah, and then, yeah, and then she couldn't get out,

00:26:14.600 and then she started to pay, to pay dearly, and now, I guess, she told me,

00:26:21.580 you remember when we met, I was in this small studio, I mean, there was maybe,

00:26:25.620 I couldn't even, I couldn't even stretch a leg, but I had my freedom.

00:26:30.620 I could walk in and out.

00:26:32.120 Today, I would pay anything to have it back, right?

00:26:35.500 And ever since, Roseanne and Jake, she had all these mentions that she lived in

00:26:39.060 and, you know, flew private jets and yachts and everything.

00:26:44.220 So, it's very interesting.

00:26:47.100 What's very, the one thing that they got me is how bad her judgment about men.

00:26:54.300 I mean, she had $15 million in the bank when Epstein killed himself or was murdered.

00:27:01.080 She thinks he was murdered, right?

00:27:03.640 I want to know what you think.

00:27:05.640 I think he's still alive.

00:27:07.580 I think they know him.

00:27:09.360 You think so?

00:27:10.640 Mm-hmm.

00:27:10.960 And he's probably somewhere watching us and say, wow, Roseanne is smart. 0.97

00:27:14.900 How did you find that man?

00:27:17.140 Yeah, he's in the witness protection program.

00:27:21.420 Probably, probably.

00:27:22.800 Yeah, the idea is that he would never talk, right?

00:27:26.920 But-

00:27:27.280 I think he talked plenty.

00:27:29.260 But what's happening?

00:27:32.700 The funniest thing-

00:27:34.180 Yeah, it's all coming down, isn't it?

00:27:37.560 Well, Ghislaine believed that, as you remember, there was this one year that everybody says,

00:27:42.320 look for Waldo.

00:27:42.940 Where is Ghislaine?

00:27:43.640 Where is Ghislaine, right?

00:27:44.520 After he was murdered or he's alive or he was killed.

00:27:48.820 And she believed at the beginning, as long as he was alive, that she's protected because

00:27:52.940 she can be a key witness against him.

00:27:54.700 And that was the conversation between her lawyer and the authorities.

00:27:58.020 But then, wouldn't you and I, when he's dead, I have $15 million in the bank, I know I will

00:28:05.360 be the next, you know, the next agenda.

00:28:09.140 Wouldn't you just take a private jet and go-

00:28:11.180 I mean, she's a French citizen.

00:28:12.500 They would never be able to indict her from a French territory.

00:28:16.880 She could have been going to Tahiti, a beautiful French territory, right?

00:28:21.720 Not even to Paris.

00:28:23.040 No, because of the man that she was convincing herself that she was in love with,

00:28:28.020 she stayed. 0.94

00:28:29.080 She was like a lunatic going every three, four days to another place. 0.99

00:28:33.800 I interviewed the man who was the head of security, who was moving her to one place 0.97

00:28:38.720 to another.

00:28:40.240 And, I mean, there was not life until they decided that she could not move anymore.

00:28:44.560 And they got her this house that, of course, then she was-

00:28:47.380 Yeah, I remember when they said, she's eating at McDonald's or-

00:28:50.740 In-N-Out.

00:28:51.380 It was in-N-Out.

00:28:51.900 Over here in LA.

00:28:54.040 What a burger, whatever it's called.

00:28:56.680 It was in-N-Out.

00:28:58.020 In-N-Out, in-N-Out.

00:28:59.180 Trust me, Ghislaine Maxwell does not eat in-N-Out. 0.74

00:29:01.580 It was a fake image.

00:29:02.920 But can I just ask you a question real quick?

00:29:05.560 It will be-

00:29:06.500 Wasn't her father-

00:29:08.400 I'm sorry, can you hear me?

00:29:10.220 Wasn't her father Maxwell, wasn't he tied to Mossad or a member of Mossad?

00:29:13.960 Yeah, we wanted to ask you about that because you're Israeli.

00:29:17.300 Yeah, there's obviously a Mossad play. 0.99

00:29:19.900 What does Mossad have to do with all this shit? 0.99

00:29:21.720 Yeah, paint the whole picture. 0.99

00:29:23.140 When he died, first of all, I don't know who he's working for the Mossads.

00:29:26.080 They don't give me an employee list, right?

00:29:28.040 So, but-

00:29:31.040 Do you believe he was working with MI6, though, do you?

00:29:34.520 Yeah, also they said, so when he died, they said it has to do with Mossad and everything.

00:29:41.600 But I don't understand a logical reason why Mossad would kill him because he was probably

00:29:48.300 he was giving the- if he was indeed working for the Mossad, he was giving the goods, right,

00:29:52.600 to kill him, right?

00:29:53.340 Also, I think, I mean, Mossad usually gets a look at what they did right now in Iran, 0.98

00:30:03.420 amazing people to kill people at the second they walk into a room.

00:30:09.660 I mean, it has to be the best intelligence ever. 0.82

00:30:12.160 I know, on the toilet, that's what I love.

00:30:14.560 Yeah, exactly.

00:30:15.260 On the toilet.

00:30:16.000 Yeah, I mean-

00:30:17.000 Or pagers.

00:30:17.940 Well, that's Mossad.

00:30:19.700 Yeah, I mean, I would love to meet, I would just love to think and guess how high up the

00:30:25.940 Mossad people are in Iran because it's just incredible from the head of Hamas, killing 1.00

00:30:33.520 their people, just incredible.

00:30:36.560 But usually Mossad would be very, very careful not to spy in friendly territories like America

00:30:43.400 or UK.

00:30:44.520 That's really a big mistake.

00:30:46.600 Yeah.

00:30:47.600 Especially you and I would feel that MI6 or CIA would know about it.

00:30:52.840 I don't know.

00:30:53.840 Yeah.

00:30:54.840 I mean, who knows?

00:30:55.840 Look, he was traveling his birthday, Robert Maxwell's birthday, 70 years or something,

00:31:00.840 was very lavish in Morocco.

00:31:03.040 Maybe he was the spy in Morocco, maybe he was spy in other territories.

00:31:07.620 I would doubt that he would do it in America or England, and I would doubt that Mossad would

00:31:13.520 need him in friendly countries because they exchange intelligence, right?

00:31:17.860 Yeah.

00:31:18.860 Well, that's what I think it was, shared intelligence between the three intelligence

00:31:23.000 agencies.

00:31:24.000 Well, five eyes, but you must have owed too much money is how I can figure it out because

00:31:30.240 they always kill you if you owe too much money.

00:31:33.240 Yeah.

00:31:34.240 When you owe too much, it depends how you see, because you see, when I first met Donald Trump,

00:31:40.140 I actually did the first interview with Ivana when she was getting engaged to the Italian,

00:31:46.020 what his name was, Riccardo Mazzucchelli.

00:31:48.100 And Donald said, why are you doing all the big scopes and what about me?

00:31:52.740 And I said, well, Mr. Trump, you're giving interviews to anybody.

00:31:54.740 No, no, I'll give you a scope.

00:31:56.080 So when I did the interview, and by the way, at the time, I have to send you the footage,

00:32:02.740 92, he said, okay, you do the interview, I'll direct it.

00:32:07.800 So he directed the footage, he didn't trust me, I guess.

00:32:12.180 We have me with a red suit, and he had the escalator going down when people are looking

00:32:18.740 exactly what he did with Melania in 2015.

00:32:21.740 So he had been thinking about this scene for a while, and it was so good that it was actually

00:32:27.240 opening the 10 o'clock news at Channel 5.

00:32:32.080 But when I met Donald, we used to call him the comeback kid.

00:32:35.600 You remember, he had the bankruptcies in Atlantic City and everything.

00:32:40.340 And what they explained to me is that they didn't let him fall down because he owed so much

00:32:45.380 money that they needed him to bounce back because to let him fall down would cost a lot to the

00:32:51.380 banks.

00:32:52.380 So I don't know how it works with Robert Maxwell.

00:32:55.380 I'm not an expert in the economy, but I mean, there would be many ways to look at it.

00:33:03.380 But look, regarding Mossad, there are also speculations that Jeffrey Epstein was working for the Mossad.

00:33:09.380 Right?

00:33:10.380 Yeah.

00:33:11.380 Pretty strong ones.

00:33:12.380 Well, I think he was obviously working for everybody that needs to blackmail other people

00:33:19.380 to stay where they are.

00:33:21.380 And that's everybody, right?

00:33:23.380 Everybody at the top.

00:33:24.380 It all works on blackmail.

00:33:26.380 You know that, right?

00:33:27.380 There's nothing that comes of like good intentions or good results.

00:33:32.380 They all got the goods on each other and they're afraid of each other, too.

00:33:36.380 And laundry. 0.90

00:33:38.380 Hungry, yeah.

00:33:39.380 And I always tell my friends, don't befriend new friends who have less to lose than you do.

00:33:45.380 Oh, God, that's good.

00:33:47.380 Right?

00:33:48.380 Do I have more to lose?

00:33:49.380 No, I have less to lose.

00:33:50.380 You must tell me that years ago.

00:33:53.380 Yeah.

00:33:54.380 That's rule number one, right?

00:33:55.380 So you know that.

00:33:56.380 But I mean, but Jeffrey, it's very interesting because, I mean, look, it can be because of Maxwell,

00:34:04.380 which we don't know if Maxwell knew Epstein.

00:34:07.380 I'm just thinking that they met around that time because she said a new friend is financing.

00:34:13.380 They gave us the apartment.

00:34:15.380 But because there are rumors about Maxwell and he was definitely Jewish and very connected to the State of Israel.

00:34:21.380 And then, of course, Epstein was Jewish. 0.91

00:34:25.380 And then as photos of Ehud Barak.

00:34:29.380 I was going to ask you.

00:34:31.380 I asked you before, are you any relation to him?

00:34:34.380 Yeah.

00:34:35.380 No.

00:34:36.380 I mean, Barack in Israel is like Jones in a bar.

00:34:40.380 Are you related to Attorney General Barr?

00:34:43.380 No.

00:34:44.380 No.

00:34:45.380 Yeah, exactly. 1.00

00:34:46.380 It's idiotic, right? 0.99

00:34:47.380 It's just because I am very known and I have nothing to do. 1.00

00:34:51.380 And I scored the big interview.

00:34:52.380 First of all, I scored the big interviews with the family of Ghislaine.

00:34:55.380 We did Susan Zerinsky, the president of CBS News at the time.

00:34:59.380 Right now, she's a top, top president of CBS. 0.94

00:35:01.380 She's my close friend.

00:35:02.380 And I did a series called Ghislaine, Partner in Crime, right?

00:35:06.380 It was four series.

00:35:07.380 It's right now in parallel class.

00:35:09.380 And at the beginning, before Ghislaine, we did the first interviews with her family, her brothers, her sister.

00:35:16.380 It was a huge series.

00:35:17.380 So we had both sides of the aisle, of course, the victims and everything.

00:35:22.380 So when they saw this big exclusive, I never look at social media.

00:35:26.380 You know, I'm sure you don't either.

00:35:27.380 And it's like, I call it the toilet of the internet.

00:35:29.380 I agree with Lady Gaga. 1.00

00:35:31.380 But they said, of course, she scored it because she's a cousin of Eud Barak.

00:35:36.380 And he's like, he went the whole way, nine round.

00:35:41.380 So no, that's, but I'm just saying, they put all these things, one plus one plus one,

00:35:46.380 and it's becoming seven.

00:35:47.380 So Eud Barak, who had his own relationship with Epstein, like many other people.

00:35:52.380 Yeah.

00:35:53.380 And Mossad and everything.

00:35:54.380 And they, of course, the whole Israel, and Maxwell is buried in Israel.

00:35:59.380 Mm-hmm.

00:36:00.380 Which is another funny thing, because when he died, before the whole dirt came,

00:36:05.380 it was, oh, my God, what a tragedy.

00:36:08.380 Magal, Robert Maxwell died, right?

00:36:11.380 So Israel said, oh, let's, of course, come and bury him in the mountain

00:36:15.380 of olive.

00:36:16.380 They gave him the most prestigious guy.

00:36:20.380 I mean, if the Messiah is coming tomorrow, Robert Maxwell is the first to go out.

00:36:25.380 Right?

00:36:26.380 And then a day later, and everybody said, I knew him.

00:36:30.380 I'm a distant cousin.

00:36:31.380 It was really funny.

00:36:33.380 Two days later, selling all the dirt that he was actually broke, and he stole the pension,

00:36:38.380 and everybody was like, no, no, no.

00:36:40.380 It's like, nobody knew how his body somehow came to Israel.

00:36:46.380 It's really bizarre, right?

00:36:50.380 So, I mean, idea.

00:36:52.380 But I want to tell you something, Jake and Rosson, about something which is going on right

00:36:56.380 now, and that occupies all the headlines.

00:36:59.380 So we'll give you the scoop.

00:37:00.380 Yes, please.

00:37:01.380 My friend.

00:37:02.380 So, as you know, Deputy Attorney General has questioned Ghislaine Maxwell for nine hours,

00:37:11.380 two weeks ago.

00:37:12.380 We knew, my husband and I, Bill and I, knew about this questioning ahead, because somebody

00:37:17.380 very close was having lunch with us before, and was making the arrangement to travel to

00:37:22.380 Tallahassee, right?

00:37:23.380 But, of course, we didn't talk about it.

00:37:28.380 Of course, three days later, one morning, I see Pam Bondi putting a statement out that

00:37:36.380 there would be such a meeting.

00:37:37.380 That's the same Pam Bondi who said, the client list is on my desk, and then there was no client

00:37:44.380 list.

00:37:45.380 So I don't know what made her do that.

00:37:46.380 I don't know what made her announce that there was this meeting, because right now, she

00:37:51.380 put, all the media was traveling to Tallahassee.

00:37:54.380 It was supposed to be this street.

00:37:56.380 They couldn't even do it in the jail, because they didn't do homework.

00:38:00.380 The jail in Tallahassee didn't have a desk big enough for seven people.

00:38:04.380 And I said, like, where can they join to this?

00:38:07.380 No, because the desks are glued to the floor.

00:38:11.380 And so as the chairs, I guess there would be no violence.

00:38:14.380 So they could not.

00:38:15.380 They had, because of the media, they had to suddenly start moving it to the courthouse

00:38:19.380 and all that.

00:38:21.380 So now everybody was, of course, bringing conspiracy theories.

00:38:26.380 Of course, Pam Bondi put Trump in a very impossible situation.

00:38:30.380 Both the left wing and MAGA are against him.

00:38:33.380 Why are you not revealing, releasing the information you said you will, right?

00:38:38.380 Even people from inside, like Hesh Patel, are very uncomfortable with this, right?

00:38:44.380 And on the other hand, everybody says, of course, Ghislaine would say to the Deputy Attorney General

00:38:51.380 whatever Donald Trump wants to hear, because she wants pardoned.

00:38:55.380 So I know some of what she said in these nine hours, but there's no way she could just go and change the story

00:39:05.380 or change the narrative, because it was not the first questioning.

00:39:09.380 My interviews, everybody knows, was the first questioning.

00:39:12.380 But it wasn't only the 20 minutes that everybody was talking that you saw on TV.

00:39:16.380 And the first one, the jail after Susan Zerinsky and I pushed so much, invited me to an invitation.

00:39:27.380 I did not refuse to go to MDC in Brooklyn, the worst, worst jail ever, where PDD is held right now, to see her.

00:39:33.380 But I'm a television interviewer, and they didn't want a television interview.

00:39:36.380 So they gave me only a notepad and a pen.

00:39:38.380 So that's it.

00:39:39.380 But there were two interviews in the middle, because Susan Zerinsky and I were insisting to get a television interview.

00:39:45.380 And they couldn't say it was no.

00:39:47.380 So tomorrow, tomorrow, not now, not now.

00:39:49.380 So I refused to go to Tallahassee a second time.

00:39:53.380 And I said, well, I don't feel well, and I don't want to go all the way.

00:39:56.380 Let me do it on the phone.

00:39:58.380 And that's how I sat where I was here.

00:40:00.380 And we had my crew videotaping it.

00:40:05.380 But it was audio only.

00:40:06.380 But they allowed me, they felt bad.

00:40:08.380 So they allowed me to do 80 minutes.

00:40:09.380 So that was real questioning.

00:40:11.380 It wasn't.

00:40:12.380 And then we asked again, Susan and I.

00:40:14.380 And then again, they said, no, it has to be on the phone or in person.

00:40:19.380 So we did another.

00:40:20.380 So 160 minutes right now.

00:40:22.380 And then we had enough.

00:40:24.380 We understand in the Biden administration, I was calling the head of BOP, Bureau of Reason, the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General.

00:40:33.380 I mean, we understood they're not going to let us interview Elaine on television.

00:40:39.380 And her brother told us that he has the first video phone error with her.

00:40:46.380 And Susan and I and Bill and our team just flew to London in one second.

00:40:52.380 And instead of her brother talking to her, it was me.

00:40:55.380 Right.

00:40:56.380 And so that was a television interview.

00:40:58.380 But we had 160 minutes.

00:40:59.380 So there is a way to see if she lied to in order to win an appeal or not.

00:41:08.380 And I tell you what among what she was asked by the Deputy Attorney General was, of course, about the Clinton, which I'll tell you what she said.

00:41:19.380 And also about the birthday card, the big $10 billion lawsuit of Donald Trump against Rupert Murdoch about the Wall Street Journal.

00:41:28.380 And I'll tell you what she said about both.

00:41:33.380 But it will be very difficult for her to change a story like about Clinton or Trump or anybody, which is important, even Andrew, because she was questioned by me 160 minutes.

00:41:45.380 And people know that the other two interviews not released yet.

00:41:50.380 So it's very, very obvious that you can just check if she can.

00:41:58.380 My experience with her was that she was consistent.

00:42:01.380 The four interviews were in a span of maybe 15, 16 months.

00:42:05.380 So she did not change the story.

00:42:07.380 So she was consistent.

00:42:09.380 Only thing is a difference is that she was so positive about Bill Clinton.

00:42:15.380 I mean, she really had maintained friendship with him until maybe a year or before she was arrested, before she disappeared.

00:42:23.380 That was even not only Epstein, but she had a personal relationship with Bill Clinton.

00:42:29.380 And then basically, when the Deputy Attorney General asked her, she said that Bill Clinton distanced himself.

00:42:36.380 Said he was just with Jeffrey Epstein because he was a philanthropist and he gave $10 million to a university, whatever.

00:42:42.380 No, they were very close friends.

00:42:45.380 Well, Epstein set up the Clinton Foundation.

00:42:48.380 This I didn't know, but that makes a lot of sense because he was smart.

00:42:53.380 But basically, Ghislaine did say to the Deputy Attorney General, to Todd Blanche, that Clinton was close to her, very close to her.

00:43:01.380 The only thing I understand, her tone changed from the tone she spoke to me.

00:43:06.380 With me, she was really, she was like a 16 years old girl in love.

00:43:13.380 You know, she really loved Bill Clinton.

00:43:15.380 With them, she said they were very close.

00:43:18.380 She kept the narrative, but the tone was very unfriendly.

00:43:21.380 She was very, very disappointed for how they distanced themselves from her because it was really, really close.

00:43:27.380 Now, the birthday card, right, 2003.

00:43:32.380 So, she was asked about it.

00:43:35.380 And Wall Street Journal does not have the birthday card.

00:43:38.380 They have a fifth or sixth generation of the birthday card.

00:43:41.380 And, but definitely there is a birthday card.

00:43:44.380 Now, the $10 billion question is whether Trump painted this postcard and whether he really wrote that, right?

00:43:58.380 And that's, there's only one person who can answer.

00:44:01.380 Ghislaine was asked.

00:44:02.380 And she basically said she needs to see the card.

00:44:07.380 And then she would answer.

00:44:08.380 So, A, it's true it was 20 years.

00:44:10.380 I mean, how could she remember, right?

00:44:12.380 And with all the torture she's been in jail, she probably lost some of her memory.

00:44:16.380 But secondly, she might have been playing smart.

00:44:18.380 Well, I'm not giving you all the information right now.

00:44:21.380 First of all, get me out of here, right?

00:44:23.380 It can be.

00:44:24.380 And they did get her to another prison.

00:44:26.380 It was much.

00:44:27.380 She's in Texas now.

00:44:28.380 Next to you, darling.

00:44:29.380 You can already.

00:44:30.380 I visited this jail.

00:44:32.380 I visited this jail.

00:44:33.380 Not that I'm waking up every morning brushing my teeth and going to visit jails, right?

00:44:37.380 I'm not Kim Kardashian.

00:44:39.380 But we are working on it.

00:44:44.380 We are working on the first interview with Elizabeth Holmes, Serrano.

00:44:50.380 And Bill and I, I had my cancer charity gala March 2nd or something.

00:44:57.380 And then a week later, we went with Billy Evans, her partner and the father of his very cute children, to see Liz Holmes.

00:45:04.380 And I have to say, after being at MDC, this is a cushy jail.

00:45:10.380 I mean, you have to be in jail.

00:45:11.380 This is a jail you want to be.

00:45:13.380 I mean, it says it has green grasses.

00:45:15.380 I mean, her life definitely improved.

00:45:17.380 It has green grass.

00:45:18.380 And you can see the children.

00:45:20.380 I mean, we were spending with Liz like four or five hours.

00:45:23.380 It's very friendly.

00:45:25.380 You have Lego.

00:45:26.380 You have everything.

00:45:27.380 You have vendor machines.

00:45:29.380 Now, Liz told us that she cannot, she's not allowed to be there only on the weekends from their visitation.

00:45:34.380 But still, she was very fit.

00:45:36.380 She's exercising every day.

00:45:38.380 It's a big upgrade from Tallahassee.

00:45:42.380 So she did.

00:45:43.380 Well, she must think she's got some cards to play.

00:45:47.380 Absolutely.

00:45:48.380 Even the birthday card.

00:45:49.380 Look, Donald Trump is suing Rupert Murdoch for $10 billion.

00:45:53.380 These are big two titans, right?

00:45:56.380 The Wall Street Journal felt very secure to run the story because they did have, not the card itself, but the third, fourth, fifth generation of the card. 0.96

00:46:08.380 Well, they're crooked as hell.

00:46:11.380 Hmm? 0.99

00:46:12.380 The Wall Street Journal is a joke.

00:46:15.380 Yeah, well, but I'm just saying right now about Ghislaine, she's sitting between two titans with a lot to lose and a lot to gain.

00:46:26.380 And it's not only the $10 billion.

00:46:28.380 You know, there will not be $10 billion.

00:46:30.380 There will be settlement or whatever down the road, but it's right now who will give up first.

00:46:35.380 And she's the only one who can wait in because what if she says, well, yeah, of course there was a card.

00:46:41.380 He is a card, right?

00:46:42.380 But I told Donald, look, I wrote so-and-so, I painted so-and-so, would you just sign?

00:46:48.380 So that's a different story, right?

00:46:50.380 She could say what she wants.

00:46:52.380 Hey, guys, it's Jake here.

00:46:53.380 As you know, I'm an old middle-aged man who's graying and bald, and I have two daughters and a wife, and I need to take care of them.

00:47:02.380 So life insurance is something that I look into all of the time.

00:47:05.380 But as I was investigating and talking to my brother-in-law, Josh, who many of you know from RepublicLifeNow.com and the annuities program that we sold, the guy's a genius.

00:47:14.380 He told me about a new product that is part of the life insurance, you know, parachute, if you will.

00:47:19.380 But it's called Living Benefits, and it's going to change the game.

00:47:22.380 And I wanted to tell you about it because you guys got to get into it right now.

00:47:25.380 And essentially what it is is it's a life insurance policy.

00:47:27.380 You pay it, the whole thing.

00:47:28.380 And then if something, God forbid, happens, and you, while you're alive, need that money, you don't have to wait until you're dead to go to your family when it could have helped save your life.

00:47:38.380 With Living Benefits, you can access your own life insurance policy payout or whatever you want to call it while you're alive.

00:47:45.380 Let's say you get a catastrophic illness or get caught on fire or something horrible happens.

00:47:49.380 You can pull from your own life insurance policy and save your own life.

00:47:53.380 Go to RepublicLifeNow.com.

00:47:55.380 Check it out.

00:47:56.380 Make sure you ask for the Living Benefits Life Insurance because it's a separate part of life insurance.

00:48:01.380 I don't want to get too technical, but just think about it.

00:48:04.380 You can actually potentially save your own life with your own life insurance policy.

00:48:10.380 It's a game changer.

00:48:11.380 I highly recommend you do it.

00:48:13.380 So she said she could not say anything until she sees the card.

00:48:16.380 The card is allegedly with the estate.

00:48:18.380 So either Donald Trump or Rupert Murdoch have to subpoena the estate for the card.

00:48:24.380 I'm assuming Donald Trump would not do that.

00:48:27.380 Why would he?

00:48:29.380 So it would be after Rupert Murdoch, right?

00:48:32.380 But even then, she as the only live witness can say, well, yeah, this is a card.

00:48:36.380 But you know what?

00:48:37.380 I wrote the content.

00:48:39.380 I, you know, as a powerful and a career woman I was, I was telling people, would you write this?

00:48:46.380 Would you write this?

00:48:47.380 Whatever, right?

00:48:48.380 So that would change the narrative.

00:48:50.380 So she is sitting in a powerful position.

00:48:53.380 And, and also because as I don't know if they ever turn on the Clintons.

00:49:01.380 Oh, definitely.

00:49:02.380 First of all, she, as much as it, as much as it depends on her, she, she's very upset about the Clinton.

00:49:12.380 It's, it's, I wonder why, because when I interviewed her in one of the, I think the second or third interview, she, she surprised me.

00:49:20.380 So as a woman who we used to socialize, I mean, what was her description of her job?

00:49:25.380 The social life.

00:49:26.380 Roseanne, you and I are waking up in the morning.

00:49:28.380 I mean, we work, right?

00:49:29.380 We do, we do.

00:49:30.380 I mean, we don't, we do socialize.

00:49:32.380 We have greater friends, but this is not what we do mainly.

00:49:35.380 I mean, that's what, what she did.

00:49:37.380 And for social life suddenly to have everybody distance themselves and say, oh, we hardly knew her or whatever.

00:49:43.380 It's, it's shocking.

00:49:44.380 And she was very mature about it.

00:49:47.380 I mean, she impressed me.

00:49:48.380 She said, I do understand that people who just emailed me invitation for birthdays and wedding anniversaries three, four weeks before I was arrested.

00:49:57.380 I have to say they hardly know me.

00:50:00.380 I mean, she said, I do understand the friendship with Prince Andrew, which was very close, could never resume.

00:50:06.380 I do understand that nobody wants to, to talk about me and say anything else.

00:50:13.380 Do you know what she did?

00:50:14.380 Is she, does she have remorse and any consciousness of how many lives she ruined of young girls?

00:50:22.380 That's a very good question.

00:50:23.380 And that's the one thing that I, I mean, she, maybe she couldn't have said that because of the appeal, but appeal is not a, appeal is not a, an excuse.

00:50:34.380 I wanted her to say, like she said, I regret the day I met Jeffrey Epstein.

00:50:39.380 I wanted her to say, I regret the lives I ruined or I helped ruining.

00:50:44.380 And she did not say that.

00:50:45.380 I mean, she, maybe because of legal reason, but I was deeply disappointed.

00:50:50.380 Um, I mean, I was, uh, taken by other things she said.

00:50:55.380 Uh, I mean, she's a bag of information, but that's something I really, uh, expected her to say, uh, especially because I did have a very, uh, good communication.

00:51:10.380 Miss Virginia Giuffre, who did not speak.

00:51:12.380 Yeah.

00:51:13.380 Great media.

00:51:14.380 You won't believe it.

00:51:15.380 It's actually a mutual friend of mine.

00:51:17.380 So Alan Dershowitz called me and he said, are you going to be in DC and so-and-so date?

00:51:23.380 And I was the going to see, uh, I was going for meetings, but it was also Johnny Depp trying.

00:51:29.380 So I said, Oh, let me just go and say hi.

00:51:32.380 And he said, okay, between you and I, I'm going to be there in this and this hotel because nobody knows I am having a deposition with Virginia Giuffre.

00:51:40.380 She avoided seven, eight times.

00:51:42.380 And I made sure that she's coming right now.

00:51:45.380 Would you be there?

00:51:46.380 I said, yes.

00:51:47.380 And I said, would, let's be at the same hotel.

00:51:49.380 It's not a hotel.

00:51:50.380 I usually stay.

00:51:51.380 And, uh, so we, we go, um, so we are together because we had two days.

00:51:58.380 So I came back, he called me.

00:52:00.380 He said, Daphne, the deposition just finished with Virginia.

00:52:04.380 She did very badly.

00:52:05.380 That's his words.

00:52:06.380 I, I don't know.

00:52:07.380 She felt bad.

00:52:08.380 And let's go and have late lunch.

00:52:09.380 I came there with Bill.

00:52:11.380 And as we go into the hotel, they suddenly, Alan and his, his lawyer, uh, they're all celebrating with Cosmo and martinis because they felt that the position was so good, uh, favoring Alan.

00:52:24.380 And Stanley said, Oh, oh, oh, look who is walking in Virginia.

00:52:28.380 Apparently we were all staying in the same hotel and they were making, I mean, they're my friends, but, and I understand she caused a lot of damage to Alan.

00:52:37.380 His wife was crying to me.

00:52:39.380 Uh, I mean, you know, to excuse, to accuse somebody of things like that.

00:52:43.380 Uh, but I mean, they were like staring at her and you know, she, she was overweight, swollen, and she knew they were making fun of her. 0.62

00:52:50.380 And I made, and she lacked eyes with me, like whatever. 1.00

00:52:54.380 And I felt bad.

00:52:55.380 I said, guys, I feel like a kindergarten.

00:52:57.380 Come on, leave her alone. 1.00

00:52:59.380 So I went to the concierge and I, I sent her a bottle of champagne and chocolates with a note.

00:53:06.380 And then the concierge came to me and she said, she's asking if you would like to come up to her room.

00:53:11.380 And I went to her room and I said to Alan Dershowitz, I'm going to see her.

00:53:14.380 I said, please, please talk to her, you know, because there was no communication and you feel the other way.

00:53:19.380 Yes, she was lying about many scenes, but many victims do, and they have mixed memories.

00:53:24.380 And she was also, by that time, being co-hosted by lawyers.

00:53:27.380 You know, there was lots of money involved, but you see that this is a ruined life.

00:53:31.380 I mean, this is, uh, definitely, she was swollen. 1.00

00:53:35.380 She was drinking.

00:53:36.380 She had six packs of beer beers.

00:53:38.380 They told me they just sent it to her.

00:53:39.380 I think she finished three by the time I was there, which was maybe five, 10 minutes.

00:53:43.380 She did not want to go home back to Australia.

00:53:46.380 Although it was a eve of Easter and Passover.

00:53:50.380 So we were all basically flying back.

00:53:52.380 And I said, why are you staying here?

00:53:54.380 I mean, you have your kid?

00:53:55.380 No, no.

00:53:56.380 Apparently she had abused, an abused, uh, abusing husband. 0.99

00:53:59.380 So you see if you're a victim once, of course you're choosing, uh, your past.

00:54:05.380 And, uh, she never actually recovered.

00:54:07.380 She used to communicate with me. 0.93

00:54:09.380 And, um, I, I did a beautiful article.

00:54:12.380 Actually our mutual friend, Robert Kennedy Jr.

00:54:15.380 text messaged me.

00:54:17.380 Oh my God.

00:54:18.380 What a beautiful article.

00:54:19.380 When she died, because people were making fun of her.

00:54:21.380 They don't understand how victims behave.

00:54:24.380 Because she said, um, I may maybe have a few days to leave.

00:54:27.380 And I would say, oh, how do you know that?

00:54:28.380 Whatever.

00:54:29.380 No, she, she died four weeks later.

00:54:31.380 And I posted, and I never post on social media such thing.

00:54:34.380 I said, guys, when somebody says I have few days to leave, take it seriously.

00:54:39.380 Okay.

00:54:40.380 And now everybody was regretting.

00:54:42.380 And so I, I remember I wrote this article, both the front page of the Daily Mail and the Sun.

00:54:47.380 And people really, one of my friends that you know, sent to me, I want you to do my, uh,

00:54:52.380 Um, basically, uh, but, but that's one thing that I, I agree with you.

00:55:00.380 It's a, it's a fantastic question was on, did she show a remorse?

00:55:03.380 And she did not.

00:55:04.380 I cannot, you know, uh, I would like, I would like to look at both sides.

00:55:08.380 I don't think she should be in jail 20 years.

00:55:10.380 I think she's done five years and she, she's not Jeffrey Epstein, she wouldn't accomplish.

00:55:15.380 And two and a half years in a solitary confinement and suicidal watch.

00:55:20.380 But she, I'm very disappointed.

00:55:23.380 She did, she did not show remorse.

00:55:25.380 It's, it's a fantastic question.

00:55:26.380 Where's the whole interview?

00:55:28.380 Do you want me to play to you what she said about.

00:55:31.380 Yeah.

00:55:32.380 Let's get into the good stuff.

00:55:34.380 No, the good stuff was a question.

00:55:37.380 We already did the good stuff.

00:55:38.380 I meant the, uh, the audio.

00:55:40.380 I know.

00:55:41.380 I understand that I'm going to do it to you.

00:55:43.380 I always say that.

00:55:44.380 I didn't mean that.

00:55:45.380 No, no, no, no, no.

00:55:46.380 Okay.

00:55:47.380 It's really, I'll send it to you afterwards as well, but I want your mother.

00:55:51.380 Yeah.

00:55:52.380 I've been a friend of mine since I met you, I think.

00:55:55.380 Um, and actually I think we were with him in the white house with Jared.

00:55:58.380 When they changed the law about the prisons.

00:56:01.380 Don't we actually, let's talk about something nice.

00:56:04.380 He's not surprised many people when he was a president and they asked him about you after

00:56:09.380 you were arrested.

00:56:10.380 And he said, well, I wish her, I wish her, you know, the best of luck and people criticizing.

00:56:16.380 Do you remember that moment?

00:56:17.380 How did you feel?

00:56:18.380 How did you feel?

00:56:19.380 I do.

00:56:20.380 Well, I was, um, I was very touched that he would remember me and that he would wish me

00:56:31.380 well.

00:56:32.380 And I was very touched by his remembrance of me.

00:56:37.380 And by wishing you well, because he, he got, he got a flag.

00:56:42.380 And you're not bad, right?

00:56:43.380 So, um.

00:56:44.380 I'm sure he did.

00:56:45.380 I think it was a message for you to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to,

00:56:54.380 um, to, to, to strength, to me, to express 185 004 004 004 002 005 004 005 007 002 007 006 005 005 007 005 006 002 01 007 005 009 005 005 007 004 007 005 008 007 007 000008 005 003 01 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 005 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 006 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 007 DENT TOK .

00:57:09.380 thinking and saying what is on his mind whenever he says it.

00:57:14.160 So I was just, I was very, I was very datched, as I said.

00:57:18.760 I'm going to send you a clear, clean phone.

00:57:21.220 Send us a clear phone and we'll put it in.

00:57:23.460 I do remember when he said that.

00:57:25.360 I wish her well.

00:57:26.120 We were like, best of luck.

00:57:27.000 And it got a lot of criticism, but actually she was not,

00:57:31.780 there was no verdict yet.

00:57:33.480 She was just arrested.

00:57:35.300 And don't we have in America,

00:57:37.100 even when it comes to the worst people ever,

00:57:41.220 don't we have a saying that you're innocent unless being convicted?

00:57:45.300 Until proven guilty.

00:57:46.160 Yeah, exactly.

00:57:48.440 So, I mean, he actually did the right thing.

00:57:52.280 He said, I knew her, you know, we moved in the same circles.

00:57:55.640 And I wish her luck.

00:57:57.580 So look how many people.

00:57:59.180 I thought he was gracious, you know.

00:58:01.000 Yeah.

00:58:01.740 You know, they just were down his throat no matter what he does.

00:58:05.100 So what if he wrote a, if he wrote a Playboy-like card? 1.00

00:58:11.360 Who gives a good shit? 1.00

00:58:14.420 I don't know. 1.00

00:58:15.280 And by the way, he never said he did not know Jeffrey Epstein.

00:58:19.820 Everybody knew in Mar-a-Lago.

00:58:21.160 You've been in Mar-a-Lago, Roseanne and everything.

00:58:23.120 I mean, everybody knows in Mar-a-Lago who knows who and everything.

00:58:26.280 I mean, it was not a, but he also kicked Jeffrey Epstein in 2004.

00:58:32.100 He also cooperated with the police.

00:58:34.260 He was the only, you know, hoity-toity that cooperated with the police against Epstein

00:58:39.960 and kicked him out too.

00:58:42.280 Yeah, exactly.

00:58:43.180 So, I mean, I don't think, do you think that, well, it's both parties.

00:58:51.040 I won't say it's just Democrats, but, you know, there's a lot of Republicans too.

00:58:55.420 They just, they don't want the information.

00:58:58.060 Why do you think we haven't received, you know, how come we haven't seen all the names?

00:59:05.800 Why do you think that is?

00:59:06.880 Good question.

00:59:09.100 Good question.

00:59:10.620 My theory, and I did not discuss it with her because when I, oh, when I asked Elaine if

00:59:17.680 there is a client list, she insisted that there is no.

00:59:21.180 Now, it may be that there is not a list.

00:59:23.740 You know what I'm saying?

00:59:24.380 Like, she didn't sit and put a list, but, of course, it was a pyramid.

00:59:28.820 Everybody knew that, right?

00:59:30.140 Right.

00:59:30.820 I would think that everybody knows somebody, you know, we are all six degrees of separation.

00:59:36.880 So, if one is starting, if one is being caught, it would already lead to other five or six

00:59:44.560 or seven or whatever.

00:59:46.540 And I think, I think it's scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

00:59:50.220 You know, it's like Hollywood before Jeffrey Epstein, what's his name?

00:59:56.780 Harvey Weinstein.

00:59:59.080 I mean, my friend Corey Feldman, you know, Corey, he told me everybody knew what was going

01:00:04.620 on, right?

01:00:05.280 Mm-hmm, he did.

01:00:06.900 And Corey was very brave, as I know you appreciate it.

01:00:10.680 But at the time, you know, he lost jobs and everything.

01:00:13.540 But everybody knew exactly what was going on, on television business, the film industry.

01:00:19.240 And suddenly, oh, my gosh, we didn't know.

01:00:22.240 Oh, terrible Harvey Weinstein.

01:00:24.080 But, I mean, Harvey was never alone.

01:00:25.780 And I know about other people who was there and was there.

01:00:29.120 And I think it's the same thing.

01:00:30.660 Like, everybody knew about, I would assume when you go into a house and you see only 15,

01:00:38.120 16 years old girl, I mean, something is going through your mind, right?

01:00:43.120 Or why didn't, but on the other hand, if you see there, oh, there's another congressman

01:00:47.740 here, another senator here, another multimillionaire here, probably it's okay because they're here.

01:00:53.120 Probably everything is fine, you know?

01:00:55.800 So, I mean, I would assume it's like that.

01:00:58.580 Look, there was a party in 2010 in Jeffrey Epstein's house.

01:01:06.360 I want to know about the New Mexico ranch.

01:01:09.640 That's where they were doing all the...

01:01:11.200 I know, but there was a party in New York.

01:01:13.960 Yes, exactly.

01:01:16.020 But there was a party in New York.

01:01:19.280 And the party was to the owner of Prince Andrew.

01:01:25.400 And this was after Jeffrey was in jail, or sort of jail.

01:01:29.520 Now we know what kind of jail.

01:01:30.960 And this is, you know, at that time, the popular second son of the queen.

01:01:35.340 And there were big, big names invited.

01:01:37.400 Katie Couric, Woody Allen, which, well, that's another story, right?

01:01:43.020 Of course, he was there.

01:01:44.480 Yeah.

01:01:47.780 But tell me, so you're going to this party and say, oh, it's for Prince Andrew.

01:01:54.280 And I see some television personalities.

01:01:57.360 And I see people that I know.

01:01:59.480 Probably it's fine.

01:02:00.340 Why would I have to be the one speaking, right?

01:02:02.260 So I think that's the mentality.

01:02:04.860 I still don't understand the...

01:02:12.940 Now, why is it quiet?

01:02:15.500 I don't know if they can continue to be quiet, Roseanne and Jake.

01:02:19.040 Because it's a bizarre coalition between left-wing and MAGA.

01:02:24.540 Everybody wants the truth.

01:02:26.240 People are being...

01:02:27.500 I mean, they have enough.

01:02:29.240 You'll see what will happen.

01:02:30.300 And I was texting Steve Whitcoff.

01:02:32.860 And, you know, we're talking about Israel and Russia.

01:02:35.120 But I'm texting him, well, Steve, after Friday with Putin, it will be back to Epstein and Maxwell.

01:02:41.960 That's it.

01:02:42.800 I mean, this is not going away.

01:02:46.140 You know that.

01:02:47.260 I mean... 0.99

01:02:48.300 They're playing it really dumb from Bondi, even Trump. 0.99

01:02:51.660 It's mind-bogglingly, however you say it, mishandled. 0.99

01:02:56.880 And I cannot wrap my head on it.

01:02:58.080 And there's more than that.

01:03:00.260 I don't think so.

01:03:01.820 I think it's moving chess pieces.

01:03:06.080 Well, what do you think, Daphne?

01:03:07.440 And then I'll give you a very moment.

01:03:08.680 You and I, you and I are friends of Donald.

01:03:11.660 Does you remember I was about to bring you to Mar-a-Lago and then I got...

01:03:14.740 You got sick and I got injured.

01:03:16.200 But we have a friend of Donald.

01:03:18.260 I saw him, you know, two, three months ago at the club.

01:03:26.820 Donald is smart.

01:03:27.960 I think the problem is that he not necessarily...

01:03:31.800 He's not necessarily...

01:03:32.360 And I'm talking, you know, we're friends with the family and everything.

01:03:34.620 Some of them agree.

01:03:35.920 He's not necessarily surrounding himself with the right people.

01:03:39.120 And sometimes you have to have a person who will tell you,

01:03:42.360 no, this is not true, Mrs. President.

01:03:44.460 I don't agree, or this is a mistake, or let's do...

01:03:48.580 Let's brainstorm.

01:03:50.460 So what's happening right now, it's so...

01:03:54.220 Ever since she did the client list, a U-turn, it ballooned.

01:04:01.280 And also, I don't know if you remember, but Pam Bondi,

01:04:04.980 there is a video of James O'Keefe.

01:04:08.280 And I got it, actually, from a friend of James O'Keefe.

01:04:11.200 He wanted me to watch it.

01:04:12.180 And she's interviewing a nanny for a job, right? 1.00

01:04:16.220 And she's sitting on the lunch with a person that she never met.

01:04:19.080 You are the Attorney General of the United States of America.

01:04:22.520 And she's gossiping happily about Epstein and the list and everything.

01:04:26.880 And this is like, I mean, I was speechless.

01:04:31.960 So basically, to have these people...

01:04:36.640 And I called a friend of mine, and I was very close to Donald Trump.

01:04:43.620 And he's talking to them, I would say, daily, if not every two, three days.

01:04:49.420 And I said, darling, I'm not going to be in D.C.

01:04:52.420 and the Bedminster for four or five weeks, right?

01:04:55.700 And I need you to tell him something not to do A, B, C, D,

01:05:01.220 because he doesn't know what's going on.

01:05:04.040 He doesn't know whatever.

01:05:06.300 And he has to know what she said at the time.

01:05:12.780 And he has to not to fall into another trip.

01:05:16.540 Oh, now the guys are trying...

01:05:19.300 And now she's saying everything just to please him.

01:05:21.980 And now he's falling into it.

01:05:23.380 And now they're not releasing.

01:05:24.680 I said, just let's avoid that.

01:05:26.260 You know what this person told me?

01:05:27.640 He said, Daph, I'm staying out of it.

01:05:33.020 I said, even if you don't want to help him,

01:05:35.380 because I will not be able to say it to him for a few weeks, you know?

01:05:39.060 And he said, I don't care.

01:05:41.260 I let Pam Bondi and the DOJ to hang themselves. 1.00

01:05:44.580 More mistakes they do, better for us.

01:05:46.660 So now you're talking about infighting.

01:05:48.780 You don't care to protect your own president. 0.99

01:05:50.680 You just care that, oh, let her hang themselves. 0.99

01:05:53.100 Meanwhile, it hurts him. 0.99

01:05:54.640 Because what he said at the time, I'm standing here.

01:05:58.420 You know, if I stand tomorrow at the Fifth Avenue 0.78

01:06:00.280 and I shoot somebody, nothing will happen to me. 0.95

01:06:03.360 I have my base. 0.99

01:06:04.060 No, the base is turning against him.

01:06:05.580 And every day now they try to release the grand jury.

01:06:09.180 Now I'm asking you, Rosanne and Jake,

01:06:10.920 why on airs would you try to release the grand jury?

01:06:13.840 I know what's in the grand jury.

01:06:15.580 And the judge actually said yesterday what I knew.

01:06:18.160 There is nothing.

01:06:18.860 You know that you can indict a ham sandwich.

01:06:21.200 The grand jury is nothing there.

01:06:23.100 It's just a policeman or a detective saying,

01:06:27.880 a victim is saying so and so and so.

01:06:29.680 That's the grand jury.

01:06:30.840 So why are you putting all these, okay, now we try to release that.

01:06:33.860 No, it wasn't released, but the judge made fun of it

01:06:37.260 because he said, actually, I'm releasing what you didn't want,

01:06:40.340 what you wanted to release, but I'm releasing with my interpretation.

01:06:43.120 Right.

01:06:43.700 So I think that the total release should be really a transparency

01:06:51.380 and basically really getting an investigative team into it,

01:06:59.880 whether it's a council or whatever, a special council,

01:07:03.480 it will not go away, I can tell you.

01:07:05.180 And I can tell you that it will affect 2026.

01:07:09.380 Yeah, no, absolutely.

01:07:11.280 Yeah.

01:07:11.620 I think he knows what he's doing.

01:07:15.100 I think he's got it all.

01:07:17.780 I think he's a showman.

01:07:21.640 And I think that my opinion is he's making the Democrats beg for it.

01:07:28.520 And then he's going to go, you want it?

01:07:30.700 You really want it?

01:07:31.800 Here you go.

01:07:33.140 Because he has everything.

01:07:34.780 And we all know where it leads.

01:07:36.660 We know every bit of it.

01:07:38.160 And, you know, I think we're going to see a rest.

01:07:42.780 We're going to see...

01:07:43.640 One thing we know, it will not lead to him.

01:07:46.700 It may lead to some friends of him, but it will not lead to him.

01:07:49.320 Because Donald Trump, I know him since I'm 20, as I told you,

01:07:52.900 since 92 or whatever.

01:07:54.820 And Donald Trump would never engage with this kind of sick relationship.

01:08:00.740 He might.

01:08:01.800 I think, worse come to worse, you can come against him,

01:08:04.220 like the excess Hollywood tape that he did, like a locker room chance.

01:08:10.340 Maybe he did that with Epstein.

01:08:11.880 I don't know.

01:08:13.300 But nothing more.

01:08:14.160 So there's nothing that would lead to Donald Trump.

01:08:16.920 I think that's what's frustrating to him, because really he knows that there is nothing.

01:08:20.440 And as he said, if he wrote a bear sticker, who cares?

01:08:23.320 Because you're joking, you and I can make so many jokes.

01:08:26.140 And at that point, Jeffrey Epstein was a dear friend or like one of the boys.

01:08:31.020 Why not?

01:08:32.020 But she's been honest about it.

01:08:33.720 I mean, let's just think about it for a minute.

01:08:37.040 The Democrats, the FBI, the DOJ, all of them, the State Department,

01:08:43.800 Loretta Lynch, Obama, Susan Rice, everybody.

01:08:48.860 Hillary, they never thought she'd lose Hillary.

01:08:56.140 And everything's about protecting Hillary.

01:08:58.780 It's about protecting the Clintons, and that's why they're playing these games.

01:09:03.360 And that's why Trump's like, yeah, beg for it.

01:09:06.060 We got it all.

01:09:07.560 And we're all going to enjoy it, and then she's going to get arrested. 0.99

01:09:10.320 That's my opinion.

01:09:11.200 I don't know if she's been arrested.

01:09:13.820 You know, Hillary used to be my friend. 1.00

01:09:16.220 I used to be a Democrat.

01:09:17.360 You too.

01:09:18.460 Donald was a Democrat.

01:09:20.120 Yeah.

01:09:20.760 Donald and I voted.

01:09:22.000 I hosted her at my home in New York when I was interviewed with Dateline NBC in 2004.

01:09:27.800 It was Bill's birthday.

01:09:28.720 You see, each time Bill's birthday happening, something is happening.

01:09:31.440 You and John Voight, Amy Winehouse, Hillary Clinton.

01:09:34.400 And she even sang every birthday for Bill.

01:09:36.540 So, and Art Garfinkel was there.

01:09:39.340 It was a Democrat crowd.

01:09:40.760 So, we were friends.

01:09:41.720 She even met her doctors through me.

01:09:44.220 We went to Kenyon Ranch together.

01:09:47.220 And I was very disappointed when we saw her and Bill in 2015.

01:09:53.000 We went to the initiative, you know, the Clinton Foundation.

01:09:56.000 First of all, I was very bothered.

01:09:57.360 I mean, she was very nice to me, and Bill was very nice to me.

01:10:00.060 But first of all, it bothered me that we were maybe two out of ten Americans.

01:10:05.060 The rest was for your money, because everybody knew that she was going to run. 1.00

01:10:10.220 Yeah.

01:10:10.680 So, and she was already the Secretary of State, right?

01:10:13.820 So, I mean, it was like people-

01:10:15.660 It was squirreling it away there in the Epstein Foundation set up by Jeffrey Epstein.

01:10:20.520 Exactly.

01:10:21.180 That's what you're telling me.

01:10:22.300 Right.

01:10:22.520 She had her own housekeeping abilities.

01:10:24.560 And she was taking it internationally with a server in her bathroom that China could hack at will 0.98

01:10:31.260 with State Department secrets.

01:10:33.280 That bothers me.

01:10:34.260 That bothers me.

01:10:36.080 Privatized State Department secrets.

01:10:39.560 Come on.

01:10:40.280 She's going to answer for all of it.

01:10:41.920 And they're trying to say, Trump wrote a nasty-

01:10:45.000 Trump wrote a-

01:10:46.480 You know, come on.

01:10:48.200 We all know what's going on.

01:10:50.420 We all know why the Democrats are hiding it.

01:10:52.640 We know why a lot of Republicans are hiding it, too, because they were involved with the Clinton Foundation.

01:10:57.840 And then where'd that money come from?

01:11:01.340 USAID, hello, and all the other NGOs.

01:11:04.660 It's all- 1.00

01:11:05.800 It's going to be transparent as a son of a bitch. 0.99

01:11:09.040 That's what's going to happen. 0.99

01:11:10.900 Well, I don't know if she will be arrested.

01:11:12.400 I mean, she's not well and she's not young.

01:11:14.560 I mean, have you seen her recently?

01:11:15.900 And I don't know if it will go to that.

01:11:18.360 But it's definitely-

01:11:19.680 I agree with you that Donald Trump-

01:11:21.480 The government of the United States with fake documents.

01:11:27.360 I don't know what will happen.

01:11:29.300 And I do agree with you that Donald Trump likes to shift the focus instead of himself and everything to the Clintons.

01:11:36.880 And it's an easy one because the relationship were really, really, really tight.

01:11:43.580 And with Ghislaine, it continued.

01:11:45.320 I remember that she told me that she saw him last time, I think, in a dinner.

01:11:51.020 I mean, not much before she was on the run.

01:11:56.900 And she was sitting with him and Gaget, the husband, was put like next to the kitchen, you know.

01:12:03.660 So there was really tight.

01:12:05.920 And she told me that she was cruising with Chelsea Clinton. 1.00

01:12:10.100 I mean, I don't cruise with people who are not close to me, you know.

01:12:15.100 So the relationship was really, really tight.

01:12:19.260 And in my tape, she's talking about Bill Clinton.

01:12:23.700 I'm telling you, like a 16-year-old in love girl.

01:12:26.840 I mean, it wasn't-

01:12:28.460 Now, again, she did not change the tone.

01:12:31.520 She said they were very close, which is contradicting.

01:12:34.300 That was my big scoop in the Daily Mail a few days ago.

01:12:37.200 It's contradicting what Bill Clinton said.

01:12:40.040 But it was the same thing she told me.

01:12:43.880 The tone is disappointed.

01:12:45.220 And if she's upset and disappointed and she's sitting on all this information, don't forget,

01:12:50.860 there was still, even, I don't know if I want to, I will probably have to release more

01:12:57.480 of my interviews, although I felt we did so much.

01:13:02.160 But there will be subpoena to the Congress Committee, right?

01:13:06.740 And she said she wants to wait until the appeal.

01:13:11.940 I wish her, well, I don't want to take the sentence from Trump.

01:13:16.380 And I really think it's time to give her some, you know, definitely easier jail or commuting. 0.96

01:13:24.100 I could not pardon such thing, but you could do probably commuting or something like that.

01:13:27.460 Well, you know what they say, you know, Caged Bird sings.

01:13:38.560 Yeah.

01:13:39.000 And I think he's got all the leverage on her, and I think she's got all the leverage in the world.

01:13:45.460 And we'll see what happens, right?

01:13:47.440 We'll stay on top of it.

01:13:48.320 That's what I'm saying.

01:13:49.100 So it's just that you know that she's, right now, say she came on because of the Supreme Court.

01:13:52.720 But you know the statistics, Roseanne, Jake, do the statistics.

01:13:56.680 Most of the Supreme Court, people who go to the Supreme Court, most of them are not being heard by the Supreme Court.

01:14:06.500 Only a very, very small percentage is being accepted by the Supreme Court.

01:14:11.300 So again, I don't want to sound like Donald Trump.

01:14:13.900 I wish her well, because I do.

01:14:15.420 I mean, I think everybody should have a chance to appeal and appeal and appeal.

01:14:19.440 But it's only highly unlikely that it would be taken by the Supreme Court.

01:14:24.520 So soon enough, you and I and Jake probably will have another one after her Congress hearing,

01:14:29.920 because then she cannot say, I don't want to talk because there's no legal.

01:14:34.660 Yeah.

01:14:35.800 You understand?

01:14:37.180 And that would be interesting.

01:14:38.980 But I'm telling you one thing, my prediction, 2026.

01:14:44.420 Not good for the Republicans.

01:14:45.720 Yeah, that will be one of the tariffs, nice.

01:14:49.100 Israel, Gaza, Ukraine, Russia, very nice.

01:14:52.480 Immigration, nice.

01:14:54.060 Epstein, Epstein and Maxwell.

01:14:56.120 And why are they hiding?

01:14:58.020 If they're hiding and what are they hiding?

01:15:00.640 It will continue.

01:15:02.800 I think it's good to come out.

01:15:04.860 I think Trump knows what he's doing.

01:15:06.840 He's so smart.

01:15:08.220 He's smart.

01:15:08.760 There's two theories.

01:15:11.020 They did him dirty.

01:15:12.920 And he loves, loves, loves to get even, especially when he has a law on his side.

01:15:20.160 Yeah.

01:15:20.440 Right.

01:15:20.960 And now he does.

01:15:21.880 Because before I was just joking when people asked me about his trials when I'm traveling overseas,

01:15:28.360 I said, you know, my late friend, Benazir Bhutto, was like my big sister.

01:15:33.720 And she was a prime minister of Pakistan, used to be joking.

01:15:36.920 Daphne, either I'm a prime minister or my husband is in jail.

01:15:39.920 I said, we're becoming like Pakistan. 0.98

01:15:41.560 I mean, either he's a president or there are like six lawsuits against him.

01:15:45.840 So it's becoming crazy.

01:15:47.160 I totally agree.

01:15:49.100 Daphne, there's...

01:15:50.220 Can I say something?

01:15:50.860 Do you want to ask her one thing?

01:15:52.040 Yeah.

01:15:52.840 Well, there's two main theories of why it's being covered up.

01:15:56.260 One is that the intelligence community is so deeply invested in Epstein that it's national security risk.

01:16:03.860 And that includes the Mossad, MI6 CIA.

01:16:07.020 And there's no way Trump can release that because it's a threat to national security.

01:16:11.180 To me, that's the most plausible.

01:16:12.440 The other one is that Trump, even though he's innocent, some of his friends may not be,

01:16:18.240 or they may be innocent, but implicated, and he doesn't want to ruin their lives.

01:16:22.740 And those are the two kind of rock and hard places within.

01:16:26.220 To me, if it is one of those two, it's not going to matter to the American people. 0.89

01:16:31.380 If you're covering up for intelligence agencies that were blackmailing and having sex with underage girls, 0.60

01:16:36.980 we're not going to accept it. 0.88

01:16:38.520 There's no excuse for using children.

01:16:41.380 I agree.

01:16:41.740 So if it is that, if Trump's listening, if it's you're covering for the Mossad or MI6, don't.

01:16:47.880 Let it out.

01:16:48.600 We'll deal with the fallout because that is not acceptable to any American.

01:16:51.740 I'll make sure he sees that.

01:16:53.260 Don't forget.

01:16:54.120 Thank you.

01:16:54.560 We know how to do it.

01:16:55.400 Hey, Trump.

01:16:56.300 Your boy, Jake, coming at you.

01:16:57.920 I know.

01:16:58.960 I think Trump's smarter than everyone in the world, and he wants to wrap it up nice and tight before the elections, and he will.

01:17:07.240 Okay.

01:17:07.480 I pray for him because he's doing some great things.

01:17:11.640 I mean, even the peace right now between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

01:17:16.220 I mean.

01:17:16.560 Unbelievable.

01:17:17.600 In Cambodia.

01:17:18.660 And this is just by the way.

01:17:20.900 I mean, the tariff, short term, are very problematic, but long term, it has to be balanced.

01:17:28.840 So he's doing great things.

01:17:29.940 And this whole Epstein and Maxwell thing cloud above us is crazy.

01:17:35.720 So I do hope so.

01:17:36.860 I definitely, he's my friend.

01:17:38.920 He's my president.

01:17:40.120 I'm with you.

01:17:40.940 I'm just saying that some people around him got him into this position.

01:17:46.300 Yeah.

01:17:47.620 Wow.

01:17:49.220 When you come back, well, next time you'll come back and we'll discuss further how Trump is fighting the whole centralized banks that Epstein worked for.

01:18:00.940 And that will be mine.

01:18:03.180 I would need my husband too, right?

01:18:05.640 You know that, right?

01:18:06.420 Yeah.

01:18:06.700 Good bill too, because he knows about that.

01:18:08.740 Let's have that discussion too next time.

01:18:11.040 I love that you were on my show and it was so fabulous.

01:18:14.720 You're so tough.

01:18:17.580 I mean, a couple of your questions are so on the money.

01:18:20.160 And as an interviewer, I know when I recognize a good question.

01:18:24.640 So I have to flatter you back.

01:18:27.340 And next time we're doing it face to face.

01:18:29.940 Yeah, I would love that.

01:18:31.320 And then we'll go back and have sushi and drink too much.

01:18:34.360 Absolutely.

01:18:35.660 And Jake will drive.

01:18:37.700 And Jake will drive.

01:18:39.420 I am the designated drunk driver always.

01:18:42.200 I'm going to send you, by the way, Jake, Bill will send you a clean two minutes when she's talking about Donald. 0.95

01:18:47.760 Yeah, I just want to say before you go, real quick, for those cases that got lost in the shuffle, we covered so many things today.

01:18:54.980 What you're saying is some of the media pressure is that she's going to start turning on the Clintons and helping Trump because she wants a pardon. 0.65

01:19:01.900 So anything she does to help Trump is leverage.

01:19:05.440 You're saying you already have those interviews because you had unprecedented access.

01:19:08.760 You're the only person that interviewed her.

01:19:10.060 And you already have the digital assets that show that she hasn't changed her story.

01:19:14.060 So that blows their argument out of the water.

01:19:16.240 I just wanted to reiterate.

01:19:17.420 That's the big scope.

01:19:18.540 That's the big scope.

01:19:19.240 That's a great wrap-up, son.

01:19:21.440 Oh, my God.

01:19:21.880 That's why I'm here.

01:19:22.260 I'm so proud of my son, Daphne.

01:19:24.380 You know.

01:19:24.940 Thank God.

01:19:26.080 We love you, son.

01:19:27.180 I mean, and now we're going to see the Grand Kings.

01:19:30.040 Now we're going to see the Grand Kings.

01:19:31.640 Right?

01:19:32.060 We are.

01:19:32.820 Yeah, we'll see you soon.

01:19:33.840 All right.

01:19:34.080 Well, thank you very much.

01:19:35.120 Oh, you see, my patience is growing thin.

01:19:45.620 With this synthetic world, we're living in.
