So what's the difference between when someone dies permanently or has a near-death experience versus an out-of-body?

Some people, due to the community and boxes that have been placed in the out-of-body state, they classify it as astral projection, and that's gone down a misconception.

So for years, I spent a long time freaking out because I did not understand that your
