00:17:14.380 will help strengthen ukraine's arsenal for the most urgently needed defense equipment

00:17:25.280 that assistance where it will have the greatest impact, and we will do so.

00:17:30.960 As the President mentioned, we're proud to be the first non-European nation to participate
