00:07:46.540 yours in BC telling me all about your case earlier today. And I went, wow, he'd be an interesting
00:07:52.340 character to have on the show based upon what he's been through. And so you had some free time
00:07:56.640 tonight. I had an opening. Here you are. Welcome to the show and thank you for coming on. Well,
00:08:01.080 thanks for making room for me. This is a real honor. Yeah. So listen, Barry, can you tell us
00:08:05.500 that you're a 27 year school trustee veteran? You're also a former probation officer in the
00:08:13.420 Chilliwack region. Can you tell me exactly how all of this unfolded? Go right back to the beginning
00:08:18.120 if you if you would well um it was 2000 summer of 2017 when i uh heard about a parent information
00:08:28.020 night about this new soji sex ed program i knew nothing about it even though i had been on the
00:08:33.580 school board for over 20 years at the time and uh when i went to hear about it i i thought
00:08:41.440 this is crazy boys can change into girls girls can change into boys and and all the explicit
00:08:50.920 sexual materials they were going to be giving to kids I had labored for most of my career working
00:08:57.700 with special needs kids a lot of kids on probation are foster kids they're angry kids they cut
00:09:05.400 themselves, they drug themselves, they gorge themselves. And I had never heard of a transgender
00:09:12.520 kid before, but all of a sudden, they just seemed to come out of the blue. Well, I discovered that
00:09:18.480 activists had implemented this in public schools, and had already been in place for a year.
00:09:24.660 And none of the elected trustees in British Columbia had been made aware of it, because
00:09:29.080 they knew it would probably be controversial, and they wanted to get it really established
00:09:33.620 before they rolled it out so i found out about it on august 29th it was to be rolled out across
00:09:40.760 the province on the 3rd of september mary can i interrupt for just a second and ask how they
00:09:46.740 managed to get this implemented into the school system without the knowledge of the school
00:09:50.740 trustees it was um the actually it was a liberal minister of education um mike bernier had a
00:10:00.920 daughter in grade seven who came out as lesbian, and he asked her what he could do to make the
00:10:06.460 schools better. And she said that they needed a better anti-bullying program that was specifically
00:10:13.220 designed for gay kids. So he turned to a private organization, the ARC Foundation.
00:10:19.980 Now, this was a LGBT charity that the only thing that they had accomplished prior was
00:10:27.040 the queer movie festival.
00:10:33.640 And they got together with a few activists
00:10:37.520 with one principal seconded from the public school system,
00:10:44.800 and they created this wide-ranging program called SOGI123.
00:10:49.880 And the Minister of Education
00:10:52.380 allowed them to implement it in pilot schools across the province i think it was initially
00:11:01.640 there were seven pilot schools and by the time i found out about it they were ready to roll it out
00:11:06.440 into every grade from kindergarten to grade 12 so obviously you have educated yourself a great deal
00:11:14.080 on soji one two three uh we had somebody come on talk about it a couple of weeks ago
00:11:18.880 can you give us your take on what this is it's not actually a program or a class it's more of
00:11:26.960 an ideal that they try to infuse into all of the subjects in school correct well it was it was
00:11:33.960 rolled out as a learning resource so teachers can know how to deal with gay and gender diverse kids
00:11:41.480 and make them feel more welcome and included in their classrooms but it has developed into much
00:11:48.180 more than that. The three numbers are very significant. SOGI 1 is an all-inclusive
00:11:56.680 environment. It's very ambitious. They want to make the whole school environment welcoming to
00:12:02.360 children who are different. Number two is the policies. It's not just learning resources,
00:12:11.320 It's policies that make the schools more amenable to sexual minorities.
00:12:20.220 And the third one, of course, is the curriculum.
00:12:24.180 They call it learning resources, but the learning resources are so vast and expansive.
00:12:29.860 It's a whole curriculum.
00:12:31.220 And it's taken over the attention and devotion of our educators.
00:12:41.320 Schools, I believe, are supposed to be about increasing academic achievement in math, in science, in reading and writing.
00:12:51.320 Those scores have been going down in the last few years, while the schools have been so passionately focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, which are the three driving forces behind SOGI 1, 2, 3.
00:13:06.880 it's also based on critical theory critical race theory critical sex theory whatever
00:13:12.240 have you uh and intersectionality obviously as well yeah that all all fits in together
00:13:19.500 yeah so when you first found out about this and did you take time to study it and to know it
00:13:25.520 before you spoke out you seem like that kind of a guy i uh i spent the month of september looking
00:13:32.400 into it. And the more I found out about it, the more I thought, I can't be part of this. If this
00:13:38.300 is where the direction of public education is going, I can no longer be an advocate for public
00:13:42.940 education. On October 13th, our school board met with our two members of the legislative assembly.
00:13:53.040 And the reason we met with, we're meeting with them is their schools were crowded and we had
00:13:56.940 too many portables and we needed more needed them to build more schools so we spent a morning
00:14:02.720 breakfast discussing that and at the end of the meeting they said is there anything else
00:14:06.620 and I said yeah I said I just recently found out about this SOGI 123 program that's being
00:14:15.060 implemented in the schools and I find it so controversial I don't think I can stay on the
00:14:20.860 school board as long as they're pushing this well only one other trustee knew what I was
00:14:26.580 talking about and the superintendent knew what i was talking about because the ministry of education
00:14:32.760 had told all the superintendents to implement this quietly without making a big public
00:14:38.440 display of it because they knew it was going to create some controversy and
00:14:44.920 so we left the meeting and like i said the other trustees except for one
00:14:50.700 didn't know what i was talking about and one of them were they at least curious barry were they
00:14:56.440 like what is soji one two three what is that or did they just kind of shrug it off they kind of
00:15:01.400 shrugged it off and um one of the mlas pulled me aside afterwards and he said barry you've got to
00:15:10.280 stand up against this you can't just quit so that was october 20 october 13th 10 days later i made
00:15:18.440 a blurt on facebook i said people who transition children are guilty of child abuse and from that
00:15:24.360 point on, my life has been absolute hell. I was ripped apart in the national media. I've been to
00:15:33.480 court well over eight times. This is now the third appearance before the BC Human Rights Tribunal,
00:15:43.120 and they've scheduled a full three weeks to tear me apart. They have been creeping everything I've
00:15:51.520 done online and everything I've written for the last six years, they've accumulated over 3,000
00:15:56.360 pages of incriminating evidence against me. And they're determined to prove that I'm guilty of
00:16:03.740 hate speech simply because I exercise my democratic right to question a learning resource that is
00:16:10.560 being foisted upon our youngest and most vulnerable students. You have a history of
00:16:16.860 working with young people. Your years as a probation officer show that you specialized
00:16:23.960 in working with troubled kids, correct? That's right. My specialty was sex offenders.
00:16:31.420 And when a probation officer is an assistant to the judge, a judge has an offender before him,
00:16:39.000 And he wants an assessment, a report to figure out how he can best deal with the problem that this person presents.
00:16:49.000 So a probation officer is then appointed to investigate the social background, the educational background and everything that's going on in this person's life and recommend a sentence that not only will protect the public, but hopefully help the person.
00:17:03.900 And many of the children that I dealt with as a probation officer were also foster children.
00:17:11.120 These are kids who are angry and they cut themselves, they drug themselves, they gorge themselves.
00:17:22.700 And they've got all these problems.
00:17:26.140 They trans themselves.
00:17:27.560 That's a new option that wasn't available when I retired in 2008 as a probation officer.
00:17:33.900 so what barry is happening with these kids um undercover because in bc i understand that
00:17:42.620 kids and schools don't have to tell parents what their kids are are up to when it comes to even
00:17:48.540 surgery and and uh all of these uh gender blocking drugs and the surgeries even i mean can kids go
00:17:59.980 ahead in bc and get this surgery without parental consent well i know that kids can can socially
00:18:07.420 transition without letting their parents know they have closets at school so if a little girl wants to
00:18:13.900 pose as a boy she can leave the house dressed like a little girl she gets to school there's
00:18:18.220 a closet where she can change into her boy clothes um teachers and even educational assistants have
00:18:24.540 I've taken students to clinics to get puberty blockers and hormone therapy.
00:18:34.860 I am aware of at least one 14-year-old girl who managed to get a mastectomy
00:18:41.220 without her parents knowing about it or approving it.
00:18:44.760 And I'm sure there are many others.
00:18:47.280 Do you know what the process is when these educational aides
00:18:52.460 or even teachers take these kids to these gender clinics?
00:18:55.680 Like, do they go in there, or is there a questionnaire?
00:18:59.040 Is there a process, a time span before they're allowed
00:19:02.500 to go ahead and start taking these drugs?
00:19:05.440 You know, one of the things that the transgender activists
00:19:09.980 are really strong about is that they don't want any gatekeeping.
00:19:14.620 They believe that if the child says they feel they're born
00:19:17.800 in the wrong body, we have to believe them.
00:19:20.960 And, you know, kids aren't old enough to get tattoos, driver's licenses.
00:19:27.120 They can't vote.
00:19:28.180 They can't drink.
00:19:29.800 But they know enough about their bodies that they can make irreversible decisions.
00:19:39.000 And the other thing is that this is so undermining of parental influence.
00:19:45.480 Even if a child doesn't want to transition, and even if they're straight, like they don't want to become gay or transgender, they go along with this ideology.
00:19:58.260 And if their parents think there's something wrong with it, the kid will be alienated from their parents and go to the teacher and say, oh, my parents are such homophobes and transphobes.
00:20:09.400 And there have been cases of children who have been removed from homes where parents don't enthusiastically support this very negative ideology.
00:20:20.280 You were mentioning a case like that on the telephone this afternoon of a man who hasn't seen his children in, what, five years now?
00:20:27.900 Yes. It's the case of ABCD.
00:20:31.720 BCD, a 14-year-old girl, had all sorts of trouble at school,
00:20:37.000 and they finally took her to the children's hospital.
00:20:39.960 And the child psychiatrist there, a psychologist, Dr. Wallace Wong,
00:20:45.820 decided to put her on testosterone.
00:20:50.820 And unfortunately, the father and the mother were separated at the time.
00:20:56.240 The mother was present, but the father found out about it later.
00:20:59.840 He tried to stop the testosterone treatment by going to court,
00:21:04.140 and the court did not agree with him.
00:21:07.760 The judge told him that his child was no longer a girl.
00:21:11.280 If he referred to his child as a boy,
00:21:14.880 and if he referred to his child as a girl instead of a boy,
00:21:20.220 that was an act of domestic violence.
00:21:22.680 He tried to complain to the media, to people like you.
00:21:25.960 he was accused of breaching the gag order
00:21:29.200 and he was thrown in jail for six months
00:21:31.040 for speaking out against
00:21:35.000 a judge who had ordered
00:21:37.100 a father to lie about
00:21:39.060 his own daughter
00:21:39.860 she has
00:21:42.880 been on
00:21:44.160 testosterone
00:21:46.980 long enough, she now has a beard
00:21:49.340 we don't
00:21:51.260 know if she's had a mastectomy
00:21:52.820 because he hasn't seen her for five years
00:21:54.780 and there are other cases like this that we hear about do you believe because you've rubbed up
00:22:02.700 against these activists uh they have haunted you online even in person um and and you know
00:22:10.600 these activists i mean they are what they are but when it comes to the judges when it comes to the
00:22:15.980 teachers when it comes to people who are supposed to be in a position of great responsibility
00:22:20.360 you've seen these people you've been through these human rights tribunals before you've been
00:22:25.480 to court before you were mentioning do you get the impression that these people are acting against
00:22:30.680 their will that they actually or that they actually believe all of this malarkey because
00:22:37.560 that's what it is any common sense person can see it well my case went all the way to the supreme
00:22:44.200 court of canada um i initially went on the offensive and sued the president of the union
00:22:51.100 for defamation because he said i wasn't fit to be around children well when he's the president of
00:22:56.120 the children of the chilliwack teachers association correct president of the british columbia
00:23:00.580 teachers association glenn hansman okay okay because the chilliwack teachers association
00:23:06.420 doesn't have enough money to fill this huge battle against me it's it's being bankrolled by
00:23:11.300 the 50,000-member B.C. Federation of Teachers.
00:23:18.420 Anyways, I went all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada,
00:23:22.700 and the six judges that ruled against me said it was okay for him to insult me
00:23:30.560 because he was trying to protect a very marginalized group of children
00:23:35.340 who have suffered a lot.
00:23:37.560 Well, you know, in reality, I'm the one that's trying to protect those children because those
00:23:43.280 children are going to grow up and most of them are going to regret their choice of lifestyle
00:23:49.620 and their loss of body parts.
00:23:52.920 And it was very, very clear that all six judges that voted against me were recent appointees
00:23:59.720 by Justin Trudeau.
00:24:01.160 We live in a country that is a tyranny.
00:24:05.180 Justin Trudeau has got his finger in every pie.
00:24:10.200 When I first sued Glenn Hansman for defamation,
00:24:16.140 he countersued with an anti-slap application,
00:24:20.280 and we got put in front of a judge who had been only on the bench for a week
00:24:23.840 and had been specifically appointed by Justin Trudeau to try and sink Barry Neufeld.
00:24:29.400 and he ruled that Glenn Hansman
00:24:34.940 had the right to insult me
00:24:36.760 so he took it to the appellate court
00:24:39.080 this time we got three seasoned judges
00:24:42.360 and they agreed that it was a dark day for free speech
00:24:47.860 if a president of a huge union
00:24:50.840 could shut down one lonely school trustee
00:24:54.280 because he disagreed with the union position
00:24:57.720 So they upheld my right to sue Hansman.
00:25:01.580 Well, he had bottomless pockets,
00:25:04.240 and so he took me all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada,
00:25:07.820 and he managed to persuade the six activist judges there
00:25:11.900 that he's a great savior of transgender children,
00:25:17.720 and because of that, he's allowed to try and ruin somebody's reputation
00:25:22.480 and insult them and put them down.
00:25:27.200 I lost that case, and I probably will have to pay the legal bills, which is approaching a quarter of a million dollars.
00:25:39.720 How has this affected you personally?
00:25:42.360 And I'm not talking about financially, I'm talking about spiritually, emotionally.
00:25:46.200 I mean, this has got to be terribly tough.
00:25:49.380 No, because what you just alluded to, Justin Trudeau has got his fingers in every pie. He's trying to turn this into some kind of weird Marxist left wing totalitarian rainbow dictatorship. But when you lose a Supreme Court challenge like that, there's absolutely no recourse. That's the law of the land now. I mean, that's got to and it's absolutely wrong, obviously. How do you respond to that?
00:26:19.380 Well, in my public discourse, I don't get into religious discussion very often,
00:26:25.760 but I will say that my faith is what keeps my spirits up when everything goes wrong.
00:26:33.180 And I sincerely believe that this transgender movement is a spiritual battle.
00:26:41.960 If your kid becomes transgender, you're probably never going to have any grandchildren.
00:26:46.200 and it's not going to be won by lawyers
00:26:51.440 it's not going to be won by politicians
00:26:54.580 even though Premier Daniel Smith in Alberta
00:26:58.420 is making some real headway there
00:27:00.100 and it's not even going to be won by medical doctors
00:27:04.320 and British doctor Hilary Cass
00:27:06.780 has certainly put the brakes on it in England
00:27:09.980 but Canada continues to refuse
00:27:14.180 to accept her findings and continues to push ahead.
00:27:19.760 And it's just amazing what they're getting away with
00:27:22.880 and how many lives they're ruining.
00:27:28.280 And it's because I believe I'm doing the right thing
00:27:32.540 that I am able to keep my spirits up.
00:27:36.320 And back in February, I had government lawyers
00:27:42.640 were covered by my indemnity insurance and they were preparing for this human rights tribunal.
00:27:48.240 They came to me in February and they said, Barry, the Tuluac Teachers Association is willing to
00:27:54.660 settle out of court. I said, well, what do they want? Well, first of all, they want a public
00:28:00.020 apology that you were wrong all along. Secondly, they want you to promise that you'll never run
00:28:05.760 for public office ever again. And thirdly, they want you to take sensitivity training so you
00:28:12.060 understand what transgender is all about. And finally, they want you to pay $50,000 to a gay
00:28:18.880 charity. But they said, don't worry about the $50,000. Your insurance will cover that.
00:28:24.480 Just agree to this and the whole thing will go away. I said, well, I'll think about it.
00:28:29.940 So I thought about it for a few days. I talked to my pastor and he said, well,
00:28:36.600 who are you apologizing to and I said well they claim that I'm a danger to teachers but I don't
00:28:42.860 they don't give me any names of of who feels threatened by me he said well if you don't have
00:28:48.880 any names there's no need to apologize and I said you know I've studied this thoroughly over the
00:28:55.600 last six years and there's no three-hour sensitivity training program that can change my
00:29:01.880 mind that this is good for children. I believe it's damaging children. My mind isn't going to
00:29:07.640 change. I said, school teachers don't have the right to tell me that I can't run for public
00:29:13.660 office. I'm not really interested in running for public office at my age. I'm 76 years old.
00:29:20.680 And finally, even if the money isn't mine, I don't want any organization getting $50,000 if
00:29:28.320 they're going to use that to persuade kids to damage their bodies. So that's what I told my
00:29:35.400 lawyers. I said, no, I'm not settling. We're going to the tribunal. Well, within two days,
00:29:41.540 I got a message from the insurance company and they said, we believe that you refused a very
00:29:45.820 reasonable offer. And because you're so unreasonable, we're cutting you off. You're
00:29:50.180 on your own. We're not paying for your lawyers anymore. And that was in early March. And for
00:29:58.940 about three months, I tried to find another law firm that was willing to go to bat for me.
00:30:04.420 One said that they would do it for $150,000 retainer, but they said I'd still probably lose.
00:30:11.960 I went to two others that are known for taking on charitable pro bono cases, and
00:30:17.800 they both turned it down. They said, no, it's too much for us to handle. So I'm on my own.
00:30:24.480 I have an activist lady, a woman by the name of Carrie Simpson, who's going to be assisting me.
00:30:32.760 Unfortunately, I've been trying to get a hold of her all day, and she's probably
00:30:35.920 back in court helping some other poor soul. But yeah, I'm heading into this without any legal
00:30:45.140 representation, and they're determined they're going to destroy me.
00:30:50.780 Harry, when they say that you're a danger, are they talking about specifically to one group,
00:30:56.140 and how do they define danger exactly? Well, I make them feel uncomfortable and unhappy.
00:31:05.060 They have come up with four witnesses, but they insist that their names be kept anonymous.
00:31:12.020 i happen to know that three of them are lesbians and only one of them is a transgender person
00:31:19.860 so um you know for them to cause me so much grief because i hurt the feelings of one transgender
00:31:27.440 teacher is is kind of overkill as far as for lesbians i have wait how did you hurt anybody's
00:31:37.040 feelings just by speaking your opinion that's what you've done yes yes because i'm denying the
00:31:43.800 existence of transgender people and uh and that hurts their feelings but how does that make you
00:31:50.440 dangerous i mean how is that a danger danger to me is something that's going to hurt me physically
00:31:57.400 quite possibly put me in the hospital or even kill me you know i mean words sticks and stones
00:32:03.320 remember that we were growing up with that sticks and yeah but that's old-fashioned we don't believe
00:32:08.400 that anymore words are more can hurt more than sticks and stones and that's that's why we have
00:32:15.160 the word police out there so rather than standing up and making their argument they would rather
00:32:21.900 just try to bankrupt you humiliate you and vanish you from the face of the planet have you been
00:32:30.760 intimidated in any way outside of these tribunals? And I don't mean that you feel intimidated. Have
00:32:38.860 they tried to intimidate you? Because I don't think that you scare easy. Well, the mainstream
00:32:43.940 media have tried to show up on my doorstep a couple of times. I'm lucky in that they haven't
00:32:51.380 shown up at my door yelling and screaming. Some of my friends and supporters who have spoken out
00:32:59.180 loudly have put up with with uh people driving by and throwing garbage and dog poop in the yard
00:33:05.800 um that hasn't happened to me um i think i think they're going to be a little careful about
00:33:14.280 me um trying to persecute me because it might come back to backfire on them
00:33:19.760 but the the biggest thing they were doing is is trying to uh totally bury my story
00:33:26.580 i i can't get any any of the canada's marxist media to cover me at all they're all scared
00:33:36.320 because uh because if if they sound like they're sympathetic to barry neufeld they could be accused
00:33:42.140 of transphobia and they could be canceled and shut down and and um it's it's ridiculous you
00:33:51.500 know yesterday or the day before mark zuckerberg came out and admitted that he is culpable in
00:33:58.480 censorship based upon intimidation from the biden white house and certain alphabet agencies in the
00:34:03.720 united states and so knowing that what we can say now is if and that's against the first amendment
00:34:11.400 by the way in the united states of america so knowing that that kind of takes away any sort
00:34:16.540 of cancel culture from the Marxists, right? I mean, if, if they're not going to be censoring
00:34:21.420 anymore on all of the big social media platforms, then you can't be canceled. We know that Elon Musk
00:34:27.040 is not doing that. We know that you can still get videos up on rumble and even YouTube if you play
00:34:33.180 the right game. So if they're trying to erase you, I don't think they're going to be very successful
00:34:37.740 with it. And I don't think the Marxist corporate media should be too scared of getting canceled,
00:34:42.500 but let me give you a warning about trying to get involved with them at all chances are good and we
00:34:48.800 talked about this on the phone this afternoon that if they do cover your story they will take the
00:34:53.760 marxist side and they'll make you look like an even bigger villain than they've already painted
00:34:59.460 you as so you really have to watch out you've got another tribunal coming up in a few weeks
00:35:04.720 this is a new one now or is this a replay of one of the old ones this is a continuation of the
00:35:10.680 Chilliwack Teachers Complain. It's starting on October 21st. You know, out here in British
00:35:17.300 Columbia, we have four political parties, and the NDP were great fans of the SOGI 123.
00:35:29.440 The Premier has said that I'm disgusting. The Minister of Education said that I should resign.
00:35:34.560 um it's all sorts of people that have insulted me but in the run-up to the election the uh the
00:35:44.300 conservatives have now passed the ndp and the conservatives have said they're going to do away
00:35:50.360 with soji 123 and just today they announced kevin falcon the leader of the bc united party
00:35:57.880 has announced that they're going to disband the party so that just leaves it between the
00:36:03.720 The NDP, the Conservatives, and the Greens.
00:36:06.780 It looks like we're going to have a Conservative government on October the 19th
00:36:12.820 who's committed to doing away with SOGI 123.
00:36:16.420 And then my tribunal starts two days later on October 21st.
00:36:21.800 That's an interesting coincidence.
00:36:24.180 You know, getting back to Mark Zuckerberg,
00:36:26.760 a lot of my friends, you know, have tried to put controversial posts on Facebook,
00:36:31.100 And they've been shut down and, you know, banned from posting for 30 days or whatever.
00:36:38.340 And that's never happened to me.
00:36:40.880 And I've said some pretty strong things on Facebook.
00:36:44.300 But the Chilliwack teachers have screenshot everyone and saved them in this monstrous binder.
00:36:53.380 Over 600 pages of my Facebook screenshots that they're using as evidence against me.
00:36:59.300 this is why i can't get any lawyers willing to represent me there's too much because they see
00:37:04.020 that big binder and they go oh my god there's no way and it's 600 pages but you you don't strike
00:37:09.220 me as the kind of a guy who calls names or disparages people it's basically facts that
00:37:15.920 you're throwing up there right that that is and i'm opposed to a um an educational resource not
00:37:22.560 any persons so there's no personal insults there's there's nothing they can get you with in that
00:37:28.920 regard i made one slip up once i was getting such a bad treatment by a local reporter from the local
00:37:35.520 rag that in a comment once i referred to him as a retard that came back to bite me because parents
00:37:42.800 of special needs children came back and they gave me heck over that i should have called him an idiot
00:37:49.040 or an imbecile but unfortunately i chose the wrong word that was politically incorrect so barry you
00:37:55.780 You talked about a possible conservative government in British Columbia, which would be a great thing.
00:38:01.500 There's a lot of people who watch this show, and I'm one of these people who believes that, yeah, it would be better to have a conservative government than a liberal or NDP government, because we know what they're doing.
00:38:11.400 We can see it when they're in power. Trudeau, E.B., Wab Canoe in Manitoba here, wherever they happen to be, they just get on a freight train towards Marxism.
00:38:21.340 The conservatives may be heading that direction themselves based upon the infiltration of the party, but it would be a much slower trip. Right. So, yeah, that's something that we can that we can hopefully depend on. But what aside from a conservative government being voted in, what can we do to try and remove these people who have infiltrated the institutions of this country?
00:38:48.940 I mean, you talk about the Supreme Court, Justin Trudeau's appointments.
00:38:52.740 We talk about the Human Rights Commissions all across the country, whether they're provincial or federal or municipal.
00:38:58.540 I mean, they are infiltrated with all of these Marxists.
00:39:02.740 And when I say Marxist, you guys, I'm talking about woke.
00:39:05.360 That is the same thing.
00:39:06.400 Those two words in 2024 are interchangeable.
00:39:09.740 Where do we even begin with this, in your opinion?
00:39:12.920 Well, the one thing that has always discouraged me in my 27 years on the school board is a lot of elderly people think that what happens on public schools has no effect on them and they don't even bother to vote.
00:39:26.740 And for that reason, over the years, school trustees have been primarily very progressive left wing ideologues.
00:39:34.580 And a lot of them have their eyes on higher offices.
00:39:37.580 offices. Some have gone on to their provincial government and some have gone on to run for
00:39:44.560 office in Ottawa. But I tell these elderly people, I say, sooner or later, you're going to be in
00:39:52.180 Shady Acres' old folks' home. And these young kids that are in school right now are going to be
00:39:57.540 coming along and they're going to be changing your diapers and they're going to be spoon feeding you.
00:40:02.320 And you want to make sure that these kids have been taught to respect and care for you, because right now there's such a backlash against cisgender, straight, people who believe in family values, people who are religious.
00:40:27.340 uh their their school kids are being taught to hate these so much and the last time i visited
00:40:33.660 my stepmother in the old folks home she's 94 but all the young staff there i could tell that
00:40:40.840 they had all just recently graduated from high school they were products of the education system
00:40:46.360 and all of our citizens need to be worried about what's going on in our education system
00:40:52.180 um they they need to know how to do math so they can build bridges that won't fall down
00:40:58.740 they need to to uh read and write so they can write uh articles in the newspaper that
00:41:07.000 are truthful and make sense and um um education is important for our future
00:41:14.860 not only the future of our kids but also the future of our elderly as they near the end of
00:41:20.200 of life. We need well-educated people looking after them.
00:41:23.980 How much support do you have from the people in your
00:41:27.940 community? From my own community,
00:41:32.800 I've
00:41:35.800 lost a lot of friends and I've gained a lot of friends. I've been so thankful for
00:41:40.080 the support that I've got. But I'm getting support from
00:41:44.180 the strangest places.
00:41:46.500 um oklahoma pennsylvania um cyprus um pakistan and and uh support has been coming in from all
00:41:58.780 over the world and uh uh you know it's just not not all right-wing religious fundamentalists
00:42:08.740 um one of my recent connections was uh stew parker he was the founder of the bc green party
00:42:16.140 and he has now just totally become appalled at this gender ideology in the schools and he
00:42:23.120 supports me completely. I've got a friend in Ottawa, Shannon Boshi, he's really into
00:42:31.020 Aboriginal spirituality and he started up a podcast called The Gender Wars and like my
00:42:42.920 friend out here in bc when his daughter was 14 she decided to transition and when he tried to
00:42:49.260 talk her out of it uh she won't have anything to do with him anymore and and she was talked into
00:42:55.840 this ideology by uh teachers in the ottawa school system um so people from all across the land and
00:43:05.680 all walks of life have risen up to support me and i'm so grateful for that what about the people
00:43:10.960 who quietly say to you things like Barry man we're on your side I can't really say anything
00:43:15.880 about it publicly because you know I mean I'll get in trouble I mean like how much of that do
00:43:20.760 you get a lot of it and I recently got an award by the Christian Heritage Party and I quoted
00:43:29.420 Dietrich Bonhoeffer Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a dissident who spoke out against the rise of
00:43:37.840 nazism in europe and he said to be silent in the face of evil is evil itself to speak is not to
00:43:50.080 to not speak is to speak in other words if you agree with me but don't do anything about it
00:43:57.680 that's not helpful at all uh you're siding with the enemy by keeping silent your silence and
00:44:04.160 Simplicity, yeah.
00:44:07.500 Barry, is there any way we can help you with your costs?
00:44:11.800 Do you have any kind of give, send, go set up?
00:44:14.380 Is there anything that we can do?
00:44:18.220 Well, right now, the biggest cost for this Human Rights Tribunal
00:44:24.280 is physically printing off these 3,000 pages of material they've got against me.
00:44:30.880 um i can't uh reimburse carrie simpson for her efforts on my behalf
00:44:36.940 um but i do have an upcoming court case coming up
00:44:41.140 um along with this human rights tribunal they've been attacking me on other sides
00:44:46.600 and uh there's a very uh uh sexually libertarian trustee on the chilliwack school board by the
00:44:56.600 name of dr karen bondar and uh before she was a trustee she made a video uh posing nude in a
00:45:04.640 parody of miley cyrus's wrecking ball right and uh in passing i mentioned that um one of the trust
00:45:14.080 one of the candidates was a striptease artist she sued me for defamation and she won i couldn't
00:45:20.760 believe it i could have said a lot worse than the striptease artist so anyways how did she win i
00:45:27.360 mean there's a video of her doing it um the judge obviously the judge obviously had been told what
00:45:34.760 to decide by someone higher up anyways i'm raising money for an appeal i've got about half the money
00:45:41.900 raised and that appeal will be heard on december the 11th so where can we help you out with that
00:45:49.640 again like is there something an email or anything i know it's difficult asking but we i'm asking you
00:45:55.640 now well i i i do have some friends that have recently set up an organization that will
00:46:01.800 there to help me fundraise we still haven't opened a bank account but in the meantime people can help
00:46:07.880 me by e-transferring to trustyneufeld at gmail.com and that's all one word t-r-u-s-t-e-e-n-e-u-f-e-l-d
00:46:21.400 at gmail.com and for snail mail i have box 3002 cultus lake post office cultus lake bc
00:46:31.400 okay i'm going trusty neufeld at gmail.com okay i'm gonna i'm gonna throw that up in comments
00:46:41.320 uh later on i can't do it right now obviously we're live on the air but
00:46:45.040 barry i want to thank you for coming on the show tonight telling this story
00:46:48.700 is there anything that we have forgotten to mention that you'd like to get out there
00:46:52.620 um no i um you know i i just want i want my story to get out there i want people to realize what
00:47:04.200 kind of a tyrannical country we live in and that um i am i am at the forefront of fighting this
00:47:13.760 gender ideology there's a lot of others that are are following in my footsteps but i was the first
00:47:20.020 and they are determined to harm me the most and scare everybody else off you know you're 76 years
00:47:27.380 old you should be enjoying uh retirement from a lifetime of community service and and work and
00:47:34.140 here you are fighting back and uh having people disparage you and financially try to wreck you i
00:47:40.300 mean i i have to commend you for for standing up and doing this you're a brave brave man you know
00:47:45.360 I shouldn't be lying on a beach in Tahiti drinking little drinks with umbrellas in them, but
00:47:50.480 here I am. Yeah. Barry, thank you for coming on tonight. And I'm going to be following your
00:47:58.700 court case in your human rights tribunal, and hopefully you will agree to come back on the
00:48:02.860 show and talk more about it when you have the opportunity. Thanks so much, Shadow. Appreciate
00:48:06.980 being here. Okay, Barry. Thanks again. And we'll get the email out. It's trustyneufeld
00:48:13.840 at gmail.com and that's trustee t-r-u-s-t-e-e newfeld n-e-u-f-e-l-d at gmail.com if you would
00:48:26.600 like to e-transfer barry some money to help with his appeal against that alleged striptease
00:48:35.180 school trustee it's absolutely amazing the things that people have gone through in this country the
00:48:41.180 court cases that people the ridiculous court cases that people have had to go through and
00:48:46.700 are still going through i mean the coots guys have been sitting in court not today they didn't
00:48:53.120 have court today they've got court tomorrow and then their their sentencing is going to be on
00:48:59.400 friday we're going to try and get granny mckay on the show on friday to talk about that now you
00:49:06.340 heard me say a Friday show normally there is no Friday show but I thought that it was pretty
00:49:11.720 important that we get at least something on the air Friday in regards to how these two guys are
00:49:17.680 going to be sentenced Chris Carbert and Tony Olenek who have still been in lockup now for the
00:49:21.960 past three weeks ever since their verdict came down and again sentencing is on Friday we don't
00:49:27.240 know how it's going to happen granny put up a video yesterday talking about how stern the judge
00:49:32.860 appeared in court yesterday and she didn't take it as a good sign i didn't quite grasp everything
00:49:39.540 that she was saying in that video and remember granny and others have been in court pretty much
00:49:46.400 every time there has been court supporting these guys and the last two and a half years they've
00:49:51.820 been supporting all four of the coots guys in whatever way they can to try and bring awareness
00:49:57.140 to what's going on. The political prisoners still being held in Canada. Chris Barber is going back
00:50:04.340 to Ottawa to support another member of the Freedom Convoy who is going through a court process
00:50:09.780 this week. And this is something because Chris, he's been in Ottawa enough. He does not want to
00:50:16.700 have to go back there, but his words are this, nobody gets left behind. It's very noble considering
00:50:25.760 that guy has been put through the ringer as has tamara and all of the other people who haven't
00:50:31.660 gotten the notoriety that chris and tamara have gotten and it's difficult to find all of these
00:50:38.280 cases even chris said you know i didn't even know about this guy and the problems that he's been
00:50:43.120 having because some people rather stay on the low key they don't want all of the publicity they just
00:50:48.220 want to go through the the process and hopefully the best outcomes but there are times where
00:50:55.580 it's cool to rally support and you know this week jeff evely of veterans for freedom has been in
00:51:01.980 court regarding his scuffle with the police a couple of years ago during the freedom convoy
00:51:08.160 i think he's now patriot smoothie and chris dacy had been doing some stuff the last couple of days
00:51:15.500 You can find them on Facebook and YouTube and on X for more.
00:51:18.900 But I think Jeff was charged with resisting arrest.
00:51:22.040 And every cop that testified in this case the last couple of days had a different story
00:51:27.360 somehow, a different version of the same story, let's just say.
00:51:30.980 So hopefully Jeff gets a fair shake as well.
00:51:33.560 He's a good man.
00:51:34.400 He is a solid patriot.
00:51:36.000 And if you haven't seen Jeff before, he does the live stream slash podcast for Veterans
00:51:41.640 for Freedom, V4F, on all of the social media.
00:51:44.160 you guys want to see something really cool this is really cool we'll get we'll get to it in just
00:51:49.760 a second i would like to make an announcement that earlier today we had to cancel the lasalle
00:51:56.400 information session on the winnipeg metropolitan region boards plan 2050 because of communication
00:52:03.820 difficulties it had nothing to do with anything else there's no infighting going on i mean there
00:52:09.940 there was a lot of speculation oh my god is it more ego-based infighting no no it was just a
00:52:15.460 communication kerfuffle there was absolutely no hard feelings there was no ill will there was no
00:52:22.600 name calling there was there was none of that it just so happened there was a bit of a communication
00:52:27.820 breakdown we will be scheduling information sessions we feel it's important to get the
00:52:33.880 real information about what's contained in this winnipeg metropolitan region board's winnipeg
00:52:40.200 2050 plan so that you can make informed decisions when you go to your local representative whether
00:52:47.000 it's a municipal counselor reeve mayor or whether it's your mla you need to know what can happen
00:52:54.840 not necessarily will happen what powers they are giving themselves to make things possible
00:53:00.600 for this board to make arbitrary decisions on your property,
00:53:04.780 on the roadways, on the water system,
00:53:07.800 on all kinds of things, including population density,
00:53:10.960 which they want in this particular area to be 250 people per acre,
00:53:17.440 which is insane.
00:53:21.240 And they will be giving themselves the power
00:53:23.280 to arbitrarily expropriate land as well.
00:53:27.120 So we understand, this is not confirmed,
00:53:29.400 But we understand the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region Board is now going to be reworking this plan that they issued and then scheduling a meeting, a hearing, a public information session down the road.
00:53:41.220 But that's not confirmed. So we are keeping our ears to the ground and waiting for them to announce their second public information meeting.
00:53:50.540 But in the meantime, between now and then, we will be getting public information meetings of our own going.
00:53:56.780 it just so happens that the one next week had to be canceled due to communication difficulties and
00:54:02.480 for no other reason all right here's something really cool farmers have overtaken the streets
00:54:07.660 of downtown kitchener ontario this evening protesting the region's attempted land grab of
00:54:12.900 770 acres of precious farmland for reasons that remain unclear didn't they say they wanted to
00:54:19.000 build condos or something but it's really cool to see tractors rolling through the streets of
00:54:24.420 a major city in canada watch this
00:54:54.420 thank you to the canadian independent if you don't follow them on x go ahead please do that
00:55:01.100 the canadian independent always providing good video clips from all across the canada all across
00:55:06.020 the country all across the world actually because the beginning of this video got clipped and you
00:55:10.800 missed a couple of seconds let's do it again besides it's fun
00:55:14.820 okay i think a couple of times is enough
00:55:43.700 uh i want to go to the comments here and see what you guys are saying
00:55:48.020 i believe the expropriation was for an eb factory you know what jane i believe you're right i got
00:55:55.060 i got it mixed up i was remembering condos but i think that's in the winnipeg area
00:56:00.020 yeah eb factory you're right yay for farmers barb says
00:56:04.500 good for the farmers it's really cool to see this kind of stuff do you feel i'm going to ask you a
00:56:11.840 question right now before we go to the extension on shadow davis.com for the all access members if
00:56:16.020 you're not an all x excess member please go ahead and become one it's not expensive you get extra
00:56:20.300 content at least a half an hour every night sometimes longer sometimes i get a little bit
00:56:24.720 more chatty back there uh and we go for an hour sometimes but usually it's about a half an hour
00:56:30.000 maybe a little bit longer do you get the feeling i was talking about this with our buddy jeff stone
00:56:37.140 the other day from tacit investigations and security. And Jeff was saying, I'm getting this
00:56:44.720 wild vibe. I think things might finally be turning around in our country. And I feel the same way.
00:56:54.860 I had given up on Manitoba a year ago. I had given up on Manitoba. I thought Manitoba,
00:56:59.780 it's 90% vaccinated people here just going along with the program. They're keeping their mouths
00:57:04.340 shut. They're keeping their heads down. They're waiting till this is over. And I think they're
00:57:07.840 starting to understand that it's never going to end until they themselves end it. You could see
00:57:13.000 that with the turnout for that second community meeting regarding the WMR in Neverville a couple
00:57:19.640 of weeks ago. And now more and more and more people want to hear the details of this plan,
00:57:24.960 which does have a lot of involvement regarding the United Nations Agenda 2030. And if it's a
00:57:31.700 local plan. Why on earth would it have any of that? Because we know through Kickley, through Maggie
00:57:37.320 Hope Bronze Kickley, that ICLEI Canada, which is a part of the United Nations, masquerades in this
00:57:44.240 country as the Partners for Climate Protection, who have members all across the country through
00:57:49.040 the Canadian Federation of Municipalities. Over 400 municipalities have signed on to the ICLEI
00:57:54.980 canada un 2030 agenda probably without even knowing it your municipality your town your city
00:58:03.900 is probably a member and they don't even know it or they do all of the major cities are captured
00:58:10.100 you guys what surprises me more than anything is that well winnipeg is standing up and fighting
00:58:16.940 back and not just winnipeg but the surrounding area i'd say more the surrounding area than the
00:58:20.960 actual people inside the city itself. But cities like Calgary are not standing up and doing
00:58:27.640 anything about it. And I might be wrong, but I haven't heard from any of my contacts in Calgary
00:58:34.680 that anybody is standing up against Gondek's plan. And I believe this water main break,
00:58:41.180 this catastrophic water main break that happened in Calgary a couple of months ago has a lot to
00:58:45.620 do with this i don't think that was accidental again that's my opinion that is only my opinion
00:58:52.060 i don't want anybody thinking that i'm stating fact here when i say that because i'm not that
00:58:57.540 is simply my opinion it just seemed very convenient is all now there's normies who
00:59:02.880 might be watching this saying you're a conspiracy theorist i can't take you seriously anymore
00:59:07.900 bottom line is when we talk about all of the things that are happening right now and the
00:59:14.840 sequence in which they are happening it's almost impossible to look back and say that's a coincidence
00:59:20.860 it's almost impossible to say that
00:59:25.960 all right so do you guys get the vibe that things at least as far as the people are concerned are
00:59:33.400 turning around in canada are people finally starting to wake up doug says manitoba strong
00:59:38.380 michelle says i live near kitchener never heard about this wish i'd known regarding the uh the
00:59:43.720 tractors in downtown kitchener awesome to the farmers this should happen in every city bring
00:59:49.880 out the manure chuck says let's go let's go time to hit the streets you know there's a lot of
00:59:58.620 different ways we can do this you guys and it's not necessarily hitting the streets right i mean
01:00:04.220 yeah i get that yeah i mean look at this is awesome this is awesome seeing this that's an
01:00:08.980 awesome visual display for people to understand and to get their attention and so maybe once you
01:00:14.760 get their attention then they will listen to your concerns that's what that's all about
01:00:18.960 it's not to inconvenience anybody it's not to humiliate publicly elected officials or bureaucrats
01:00:25.480 it's simply to get their attention but once you have their attention then you need to schedule
01:00:31.320 meetings that's where we're at right now in manitoba where we're scheduling meetings with
01:00:36.000 the elected officials from all of these municipalities
01:00:38.140 are at least trying to, or bureaucrats for that matter,
01:00:41.080 and we're showing them exactly what's in the plan
01:00:43.600 because guess what?
01:00:44.500 A lot of them don't even know.
01:00:47.460 A lot of them have no clue
01:00:49.440 because they haven't had any access to it,
01:00:52.360 if you can believe it.
01:00:53.900 This board, this Winnipeg Metropolitan Region Board,
01:00:56.740 is trying to bring this in under cover of night
01:00:58.960 without even their elected municipal governments
01:01:02.540 knowing about it.
01:01:03.900 And they're under orders not to discuss it with anybody who's not on this board.
01:01:09.220 If it's such a great plan, then why don't they want people to talk about it?
01:01:15.520 It's interesting, isn't it?
01:01:17.900 So that's it for the social media part of the show tonight.
01:01:20.500 You guys will continue on with the extension on ShadowDavis.com in just a couple of minutes.
01:01:25.280 So if you're a member, I'll see you there in two minutes.
