00:17:46.300 into what it really is. When you prorogue Parliament, you are essentially stopping all

00:17:52.100 government business. Not necessarily private members' bills, but all government business

00:17:57.500 is halted and dissolved in other words bill c63 the censorship bill would die on the floor and

00:18:05.540 they'd have to start all over again unless of course they can get an order paper that says no

00:18:09.260 we're going to pick up where we left off in the next in the next parliament but anyway let's go
