00:16:21.940Quebec, right? So it's more of a vertical relationship as opposed to a horizontal
00:16:27.000relationship, north-south versus east-west, it seems like. Let me ask you, is Trump serious about this?
00:16:34.320Well, I've got to tell you, I believe he is. And I could tell you the American people are serious about this.
00:16:39.900Now, there hasn't been much discussion in the media about this because we've been obviously distracted with an election and we're beginning to really get our government back into the hands of the people.
00:16:49.240But here's what we and when I say we, the people of Canada have successfully done.

00:16:56.800and what we as friends and allies of the people in Canada,
00:17:01.120the fear here was that Canada was being turned into a communist country.

00:17:47.500wake up in the morning and find out that now they live under communism. And that was a concern here.
00:17:52.980And it was a concern here, not only for Canada, but for us under the Biden administration.
00:17:58.460So there was a strong concern. We got that message across to a lot of our lawmakers.
00:18:03.740And as time goes on, you might be hearing a lot more going on.
00:18:07.520What Trump did, he's a brilliant dealmaker. What Trump did, he began the conversation about Canada becoming a 51st state.
00:18:15.540But there was another message, I believe, behind that, and it was the message we all tried to get out, that there is a serious problem regarding Canada and taking away the freedoms of the people away, their individual rights away.
00:18:30.140And what Trudeau did, in my view, was he was the guy with the eyedropper, drip, drip, drip.
00:18:37.700Now, it's interesting that you say that. I hadn't thought of it quite like that before. But his request to us, President Trump's request, was just tighten up your border. You know, we've got too much fentanyl coming over. We've got all of these illegals coming over. And they're not great illegals either. I mean, we used to take in the best of the best, Canada and the United States, with our great immigration systems.
