00:11:18.820 All the courts pretty much have taken judicial notice when it comes to COVID cases, which means that the sky is blue. It's acknowledged. The grass is green. Water is wet. It's acknowledged as fact. You don't have to stop and explain every little thing that you say pretty much, right?

00:11:45.360 what's happened now at this case involving dr dr hoff in british columbia is that judicial notice

00:11:54.180 that judicial notice they try to take has been removed bc college of physicians and surgeons

00:11:59.900 have been defeated on judicial notice this article written for children's health defense by dr peter

00:12:06.820 McCullough. Dr. Charles Hoff is a family and former emergency room physician in B.C. who is

00:12:12.520 the subject of disciplinary proceedings before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British

00:12:16.600 Columbia. For making public statements about SARS-CoV-2, the safety and efficacy of the shots

00:12:24.060 and other alternative treatments, including ivermectin, he has successfully defeated an

00:12:28.880 application made by the college seeking judicial notice of the truth of facts alleged by the

00:12:33.960 college concerning these issues. In its efforts to discipline this physician, the college has

00:12:40.280 alleged that the statements made by the physician are misleading, incorrect, or inflammatory and

00:12:44.980 constitute professional misconduct. The college asked the discipline panel to take judicial

00:12:49.780 notice of the following facts and thereby prevent the doctor from presenting any contrary evidence

00:12:54.440 in his defense. Number one, the COVID virus kills or causes other serious side effects.

00:13:01.600 the virus does not discriminate vaccines work they want all this to be just yeah okay go ahead

00:13:09.900 rubber stamped by the court that's judicial notice right vaccines are generally safe and have a low

00:15:04.880 been overcounted because many hospitalizations and deaths with and not from COVID were wrongly

00:15:17.460 With respect to item 6, the panel endorsed findings of an earlier Provincial Court of

00:15:21.840 Appeal decision that held the safety and efficacy of any drug is always relative and, as a rule,

00:15:28.140 the safety and efficacy of a pharmaceutical product cannot be discussed in such blunt

00:15:32.280 fashion as to say that it is or is not safe and effective.

00:15:36.320 The panel held that the issues raised in the citation should be determined based upon the

00:15:40.180 evidence that's tested through cross-examination rather than by taking judicial notice of one

00:15:45.060 party's assertion of the facts and in this case based upon statements made by public health

00:15:49.860 officials or public health agencies the panel held that it was prepared to take judicial notice of

00:15:55.060 the fact that health canada had approved the covet 19 vaccines but declined to take judicial notice

00:16:01.060 that health canada's approval was a strong indicator of safety and effectiveness this is

00:16:07.140 absolutely fantastic you guys because if this holds other cases across the country will be

00:16:16.260 affected in the same way now it's not a slam dunk for dr hoff he still has to present his case but

00:16:22.980 without his hands being tied and the ability to argue that these vaccines are definitely

00:16:29.980 not safe and effective 100% of the time, he has a much better chance now to win that case.
