00:08:23.360animals yeah okay excellent excellent so listen i showed you that video yesterday the one that's
00:08:28.880been making the round so i want to play it for everybody in case people haven't seen it this
00:08:33.200is an out of context clip from left-wing corporate media from three years ago this is before katie
00:08:41.040knew all of the stuff that she knows today and uh may have used some wrong wording let's just say
00:08:47.920but anyway she'll comment on it once we've seen it it's about 50 seconds here we go then there's
00:08:52.880There's been an antibody program, which is the latest and really amazing thing that the farm's been working on.
00:08:59.160And actually half of this farm is injected with dead COVID-19 vaccine and the COVID variant.
00:09:07.440And they've been working on building antibodies because these birds just build such amazing, strong antibodies.
00:09:14.080So they actually don't have to harm the animals at all extracting the antibodies.
00:09:18.840And they use the ostrich eggs to get the IGY and what is needed to do some medical research and science to hopefully change the landscape and about therapeutics.
00:09:47.420That's the one that the woke right has been using to vilify the farm the last couple of days.
00:09:53.140What exactly did you mean when you said dead virus, COVID-19 dead virus, Katie?
00:09:59.940Well, that long ago, I definitely, when we entered this journey, I definitely didn't understand it like I know today.
00:10:06.080And I definitely didn't have the experience that I've had with such an amazing doctor like ours, Dr. Stephen Pellick.
00:10:13.800Or, yeah, Steve, you've been instrumental in teaching us so much.
00:10:17.420And I appreciate that. So back then, my terminology was very rough around the edges.
00:10:23.200I've learned that if I'm correct me if I'm wrong again, please, Steve, but it's one simple protein and it's an antigen, not a vaccination.
00:10:35.640This one simple protein is then out of a whole genome sequence is then what would you call it, Steve?
00:10:45.500it's it's not simulated but it's uh it's the actual protein from the virus i want this to
00:10:51.620be very clear yeah but it's artificially produced so normally the virus its genome encodes 28
00:10:58.880different proteins and one of those proteins is the spike protein it's the same protein that
00:11:04.920you'd find in the covet 19 uh genetic vaccines that's produced by your own body cells but in
00:11:12.560this case, what happened was they're a collaborator in, they were using what we call lentivirus
00:11:19.760constructs. So these are viruses that are engineered to contain the gene from the virus
00:11:27.600so that when they infect cells in culture, I have to emphasize, not in the ostriches,
00:11:34.020but in culture to produce the protein, the spike protein, that protein is purified.
00:11:40.800And then the protein is injected into the ostriches and they develop an antibody response against the spike protein, which will protect them against the virus itself, which has the spike protein on the surface of the virus.
00:11:55.120It's always good to have a multi-level expert on the show to make sure that we get things right here.
00:12:01.180Dr. Stephen Pellick is a researcher, he's a professor at the UBC.
00:12:04.280And I know you've done this a million times, Steve, and you probably get sick of it.
00:12:07.900But can you give us the credentials that you've got, what you do?
00:12:11.040And I know that you had a pretty rough go from some of the woke left during the COVID-19 pandemic as well.
00:12:18.180Yeah. Well, I mean, I'm on faculty at the University of BC for the last 38 years as a full professor in the Department of Medicine.
00:12:28.440My research is very basic research, usually into the cellular singling systems that operate in
00:12:35.900living cells. But I am also one of the co-founders of the Biomedical Research Center, which for until
00:12:44.100just recently, when it was decommissioned, was an immunology institute at UBC. And I've published
00:12:51.060in immunology journals, and I've published in viral journals. And the work that I've done
00:12:56.820has also been with my company. I'm the founder of two companies, most recently Connexus
00:13:03.680Bioinformatics. And Connexus actually did a 4,500-person study to look at the levels of
00:13:11.160antibodies produced in people in response to natural infection and also from COVID-19 vaccines.
00:13:19.740And then more recently, we've been looking at the immune response to the influenza virus.
00:13:24.660So we have some data actually from the ostriches with their eggs, as Katie's mentioned in the video of the IGY antibodies.
00:13:34.020And I'm also one of the founders and the vice president of the Canadian Citizens Care Alliance, formerly the Canadian COVID Care Alliance.
00:13:43.040So I'm basically co-chair with Dr. Chris Shaw of the Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee.
00:13:52.680You know, interestingly, I know you wrote an open letter during the pandemic response, probably about three years ago. And all I could find were the criticisms of that open letter. Still, today, I could not actually find the open letter to read it this afternoon. Believe it or not, I went like 27 pages deep into Google to find your letter. And I even went on to other search platforms to see if I could find it. Nope. It looks like it's been scrubbed.
00:14:19.340Well, exactly. And this is one of the reasons why, for example, we at Canadian Citizens Care Alliance decided to start producing books, because it's hard to scrub those.
00:14:30.120We have two books. One, Down the COVID-19 Rabbit Hole, A Pandemic of Basically Ignorance, Fear and Greed is the second book, COVID-19 Pandemonium. But the first book actually deals with the science of COVID-19. And the second book deals more with the politics of COVID-19. So those are kind of hard to scrub.
00:14:54.020Can we talk about, you know, why people may be so up in arms about what is going on at the farm?
00:15:02.660Because it's so easy to conflate what, you know, the big pharma companies did, especially in the past five years,
00:15:09.440with what actual researchers working with natural things like ostriches, such a big difference between the two,
00:15:19.420but yet people conflate them instantly and they will immediately start pointing fingers and say,
00:15:24.020Well, you're producing radioactive glow in the dark masks and crazy stuff like that.
00:15:29.560Right. So, you know, we've got to be able to make that that difference between what actual researchers like yourself do and what the money, as you pointed out, what the money does.
00:15:41.000It drives production and moves things along too quickly, I'm certain, without proper testing.
00:15:47.860No guardrails in place along the way for many of these things that are coming out.
00:15:52.440And not just for COVID, but for many things.
00:15:58.320I mean, I think the situation with the United Ostrich Farm is a little bit different in terms of the commercial interests were really driving more the COVID-19 pandemic responses.
00:16:08.740And the government was doing its best, it thought, to try to protect the public.
00:16:14.020I think that's what's probably happening with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, but they're very bureaucratic and they've been following guidelines that are not actually keeping up with the scientific data as it unfolds with respect to the H5N1 pandemic.
00:16:30.700And so they are overreacting on the side of caution, but that all comes with great costs, you know, that are associated with this.
00:16:43.780This is what we saw what happened with the COVID-19 pandemic.
00:16:46.780We actually saw the harms that were generated from the response probably had a greater negative impact than the virus itself actually had.
00:16:56.140And we're seeing the same thing repeated now with the influenza H5N1 virus and the United Ostrich Farm.
00:17:07.220Katie, can you explain the process of what actually happens when you inject an ostrich there?
00:17:13.580You started telling me this before I left, but I was so concerned about not forgetting anything that I didn't get it all.
00:17:20.640What exactly happens and what is the process from beginning to end?
00:17:24.080because you're working with a laboratory in japan so what is from beginning to end what exactly
00:17:30.240happens what do you guys what are you responsible for uh in terms of research there at the farm
00:17:36.320so we administer the antigen not the vaccine let's be very clear the antigen and uh in four weeks the
00:17:45.280so they start to develop an autoimmune response to whatever they've been given for an antigen
00:17:50.880They create antibodies, very robust, strong antibodies because they are a prehistoric bird.
00:17:57.420The same amount of an antigen that is given to a chicken is given to our 350-pound hen.
00:18:06.220But they still can create the most robust, amazing antibodies.
00:18:11.380I believe if it's a scientific, my knowledge is right, one ostrich egg is equivalent to 100 chicken eggs worth of antibodies.
00:18:18.240so they're very robust strong um the antigen is only given to our hens and the in four weeks from0.93
00:18:26.880that antigen being given the antibodies get put down into the egg then you can take the igy's0.76
00:18:34.660extract them from the egg from the egg yolk and then the from there you can um create you have0.76
00:18:42.120to purify them. I don't even know like what was done in the lab fully. I'm still learning that
00:18:48.300myself. So I'm going to leave that to Dr. Pellick. And there you can now start to create therapeutics
00:18:54.940and antibody therapeutics that can help animal and human health naturally. And I think that's
00:19:03.060what we're really trying to defend here is, you know, everybody gave me a really hard time in
00:19:07.180that video. I want to give a very small backstory to that video. It was probably about 35 degrees
00:19:13.640while I was doing that video, trying to think about all these words as well, getting pecked
00:19:18.340in the back of the head, pecked on the arms. And I was just learning all of that. But we were also
00:19:24.960under threat of fires. So I went, we came down and hunkered down at home because we were on
00:19:30.100evacuation order, which we said we were not leaving because we weren't going to leave the
00:19:34.840animals then and we are not leaving the animals now um with this threat so i i'm i'm actually very
00:19:42.920proud of myself for handling that moment the way i did um and yeah i used the wrong terminology and
00:19:49.080i'm really it's really sad that in the world that we're in right now with the threat of war and
00:19:54.620everything going on around the world and um you know viruses and the threat of the pandemic
00:20:00.960that we are not more the you know we're being so divided and I don't understand how we're not
00:20:08.120coming together and becoming united more at a time like this because there's one thing that
00:20:12.880I think we can all agree on and that is that this has to stop all these animals that are
00:20:18.820unnecessarily getting killed without being properly tested due to bureaucratic overreach
00:20:24.180they don't deserve to die and I think we can all agree upon that so um that was my backstory sorry
00:20:30.200but that's all right so the um but the process then yeah i mean these therapeutics can help
00:20:38.340animal and human welfare and this is something so extraordinarily beautiful
00:20:43.960and we should all be really supporting it um and chicken antibodies have been used for how long
00:20:50.280dr pellet well chickens i remember when we first started our institute back at at ubc that was over
00:20:57.88030 years ago well 38 years ago and we were using some of the investigators were using chickens
00:21:04.100to produce antibodies that they were using in their research what is it about birds what is
00:21:10.500it about specifically about ostriches that produces such a response why are they so good
00:21:15.660for this kind of research well actually um the ostriches eggs themselves the yolk is where the
00:21:23.700eggs, the IgY antibody is concentrated. What is the IgY body? I'm sorry, you were about to say that.
00:21:31.160IgY antibodies are very similar to the kind of antibodies that we produce in mammals
00:21:35.340that are in the bloodstream. These are IgG antibodies. When you have a response to antibodies
00:21:42.720that are in an infection from, let's say, a respiratory virus like RSV or influenza or
00:21:48.240COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2 virus, they are actually IgE, but primarily IgA and IgM antibody responses.
00:22:03.240So these antibodies are very, very similar to each other, but they can form complexes easier
00:22:08.620with the IgM and the IgA antibodies. So they give you much better protection.
00:22:13.780But in the bloodstream, the IgG antibodies, they last up to about 21 days, whereas the IgM and the IgA antibodies, you're looking about four or five days before they have to be replaced by new antibodies.
00:22:28.980So the IgG antibodies that are mammals, the equivalent is the IgY antibodies that are actually in the ostriches.
00:22:37.760So these IgY antibodies, however, are extremely stable to heat.
00:22:43.600you can almost boil the antibodies, and they still work. And you can subject them to very
00:22:49.920acidic conditions or very alkaline basic conditions, and they still work. So they're
00:22:56.720actually much more durable than the kind of antibodies that we get from rabbits, for example,
00:23:02.280which is where in my company, we produced about 1600 antibodies against cancer proteins for
00:23:08.480research purposes. So I have a lot of experience in producing antibodies and purifying them and
00:23:14.600characterizing them. And so the IGY antibodies, they're actually much better for industrial
00:23:21.340applications, or if you need a lot of a particular antibody in large amounts, and that will make it
00:23:28.380suitable for developing, let's say, diagnostic tests or therapeutics that you could inject into
00:23:34.340people that they would then fight the virus with the antibodies that you're giving to in this case
00:23:41.700a patient we were treating coveted patients for example with monoclonal antibodies but you could
00:23:47.460produce these kind of antibodies in the ostriches extremely quickly and they're what we call
00:23:53.220polyclonal so an antibody recognizes a very tiny portion of its target protein the antigen it
00:24:01.540recognize what we call an epitope. And so when you have a natural response, as you would get from
00:24:06.860these ostriches from injecting the protein, you're actually making a whole series of different0.91
00:24:12.700antibodies that target different parts of the same protein, and is much more effective at actually
00:24:19.640neutralizing that protein. So this is where some of the advantages are of the kind of process.
00:24:25.800And then these, these ostriches themselves, I think, you know, Katie, we're looking at,
00:24:30.060that they can lay you know 30 to or more eggs in a season and each egg contains the material that
00:24:38.660for me would be equivalent to about 10 rabbits they're very big they're very big and it's a
00:24:44.560very durable and they can be easily stored and antibodies themselves even the regular antibodies
00:24:50.080that we've produced in rabbits rabbit polyclonal antibodies that are mainly ig um g antibodies we
00:24:57.620can keep them in refrigerators for um for even over 10 years and freezers for over 20 years so
00:25:04.220this is a this is a very durable product that in fact can be used because of their stability
00:25:10.560very very easily in industrial applications is it is it because steven is it because these birds
00:25:17.980have been around on the planet for so long and they've developed this over such a long period of
00:25:22.820time? Yeah, I think for most of the animals that are on the planet, you know, like 99% of all
00:25:28.160animals have gone extinct on the planet. Those that we have today, they've evolved to have very
00:25:35.040sophisticated immune systems that offer different types of protection. We have, you know, adaptive
00:25:42.300immune systems, which basically get educated when we are exposed to a virus or some pathogen,
00:25:49.580we eventually develop antibodies and it clears the pathogen. The next time we encounter that
00:25:54.740pathogen, we don't get sick, you know, or if we do, it's very, very mild. We also have what we call
00:26:02.060you have the adaptive immune system, and we have an innate immune system, and this immune system
00:26:09.200is nonspecific. It's your first line of defense against the first time that you may be infected
00:26:15.260with a new virus or something, and it provides a fairly high degree of protection. It's very
00:26:21.220high levels of this activity in children, so that's why they actually fare quite well when
00:26:28.920they're infected for the first time. But as we get older and our adaptive immune system
00:26:33.580becomes educated in what's out there and much more effective, we don't need as high an innate
00:26:40.360immune system. But it does require that we constantly get exposed to these viruses, bacteria
00:26:47.880in the environment on a regular basis as we age, just to tune up our immune system. If we don't do
00:26:55.240that, then we start to lose our adaptive immune ability. So living in a bubble is not a good thing?
00:27:03.500Not a good thing, no. And would you say you're like living in a bubble when, you know, by
00:27:08.620eradicating all of these animals that have been here for decades and we're losing our genetic
00:27:14.100diversity we're losing that immune their immune systems that have been exposed to so many natural
00:27:21.140elements that we probably don't even know how many in their for their antibodies we eradicate
00:27:27.380all of those and their their answer is for us to repopulate with a whole bunch of young animals
00:27:32.720which i'm sure dr pellick will tell you is not a good idea because now you have a bunch of naive
00:27:37.700weakened immune system animals that need lots of time to develop natural immunity and a strength
00:27:43.140in their immunity and then they always they're bringing up the mutation you know that this virus
00:27:48.900has a the ability to mutate well viruses mutate that's their job that's they're always trying to
00:27:56.100develop a different way to get stronger but the weaker the animal being younger and needing more
00:28:02.580time to develop that, they're more susceptible to the mutation. Are they not, Dr. Frey, I think?
00:28:09.140Are they? Sorry. I think it's really important because they want people to repopulate with
00:28:14.780young animals. That's right. So young animals, they're going to be naive. That means that their
00:28:20.960immune systems have not been exposed to the virus. And so if you get an infection of a naive
00:28:26.340population, the virus spreads very quickly through that population and outside of it.
00:28:33.180When you have a sufficient number of the animals in the population or humans that have got
00:28:39.980natural immunity or even vaccine-induced immunity, then you have what's called herd
00:28:45.740immunity, and it's much harder for that virus to propagate.
00:28:50.540Is there anything that could go wrong with what they're doing at the farm?
00:29:58.900Yeah, they say there was a one confirmed case in Canada, and that was Jocelyn who visited the farm.
00:30:04.000And she was the one who said she watched it because they started the news and the media was using her story for the reason for killing all the millions of animals.
00:30:13.260and she sat back and watched that and said how dare they use my one story to give them the go
00:30:21.100ahead the green light to kill millions of animals most that have not had testing so we're killing
00:30:26.780the survivors and we're and so she came out to the farm and she said I want to go and I want to
00:30:33.580support the ostriches and we had her out here which was a beautiful visit what a beautiful family
00:30:39.480to find out that our government is actually taking their blood0.90
00:30:45.080and banking their blood because they're acknowledging
00:32:31.500And so this is what happens is this virus that's evolved to infect birds is not very effective at actually being transmitted and propagated in people.
00:32:43.620So H5N1 virus, these are two of the proteins that distinguish the various strains that are out there.
00:32:52.180It's not actually, it's been around for over almost 70 years.
00:32:55.860there's been no cases of pandemics with h5n1 in humans in all the rare cases of where we've seen
00:33:05.520an a human become infected and usually it's nowadays it's because they've tested with a
00:33:11.820very sensitive test for the virus not to say that they were sick what we see is there's not a single
00:33:16.940documented case of h5n1 being transmitted from a sick person causing sickness in another person
00:33:25.740of H5N1 so far in any of the records that we have. So this is not the kind of virus that you're going
00:33:32.260to get a pandemic generated, even with mutations. And with the mutations, we're still looking at
00:33:37.880the various influenza strains that are out there. They're still about 80% or greater identical to
00:33:45.360each other. So when you have an antibody response against one influenza, it actually is pretty good
00:33:52.260protecting you against other influenza strains however because they're very close right and
00:33:57.620and they talked about that during i can't believe how much we learned during the pandemic about
00:34:02.420viruses and by the way quickly for the woke right crowd i have a question for them
00:47:41.960We haven't had one since the middle of January in the entire country.
00:47:49.000But with these reassortments, I mean, with over 100 of them, does it seem logical to you that these would be natural?
00:47:56.420Yes, I think they're natural and it demonstrates the high degree of evolution of the virus in the wild population so that the wild population is actually much less risky now to us.
00:48:11.560They've had essentially a pandemic because these are migrating birds, but the birds have responded and they have natural immunity and it's harder for the virus to propagate in those wild birds now.
00:48:27.220So what is it then with CFIA digging their heels in on this and not wanting new testing?
00:48:32.820And like, I mean, I know this is the absurdity is that you have a situation where we have no data apart from the ostrich farm of the survival of any bird population that's domestic, you know, commercial in Canada because we kill them off within a matter of days when we first detect any of them.
00:48:53.980And that's who we're getting calls from is so many vets saying, wait, stop, we actually have a recovered flock. Can we not do more research on this recovered flock and find out how it recovered? It's, yeah, can we not do some research? This is our first recovered flock because we were given the time to see what would happen if they stayed alive.
00:49:17.020And so I think that should definitely, we have such a great opportunity here at Universal Ostrich to work with people like Dr. Pellick and other scientists on board that want to make change.
00:49:29.600For any reasonable scientists out there, they would absolutely want to know why the flock recovered. Am I correct, Dr. Pellick?
00:49:36.720Well, I think it's obvious. Even the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, under cross-examination, their experts all agreed that the birds have natural immunity at this point.
00:49:52.060If they survive the past two weeks or three weeks without any further sickness, then it's basically been eradicated in the population.
00:50:19.560But if the animal is recovered, then natural immunity has actually worked.
00:50:25.400So in order to have shedding occur where it's infectious,
00:50:30.020And this is the same with SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19. Sick people are the people that have the higher viral loads, and they're the ones that are going to be more able to transmit the virus. But if you have healthy people, their viral loads that they're transmitting is much, much less. So they're much, much less able for the virus to actually propagate in a new host.
00:50:53.940And it's our natural immunity that is under attack. Like the threat is not by virus, but it's by the eradication of science. And we're really put in, we're going to run into a real problem if we keep making the mistakes that we're making on a global scale, because we're losing natural immunity.
00:51:15.180and that's what we're really fighting for here too is that natural immunity holds a place
00:51:20.200and we shouldn't be this seems silly that we're fighting for it well we're not recognizing it
00:51:26.940that's the problem that's the problem we had with covet 19 we didn't recognize natural immunity
00:51:31.800we thought it had to come from a vaccine when when you look at the situation we had about 14.6
00:51:40.160million chickens killed in Canada in the last few years, over 160 million in the United States.
00:51:47.340That's why they're re-examining whether the calling strategy is actually working. If you
00:51:55.240look at the number of outbreaks that we've had in Canada, it's interesting, the last three years,
00:52:01.160it's actually been seasonal. And the amplitude in terms of the number of cases hasn't really
00:52:06.740change that much so it's kind of like you know the seasonal flu we're seeing that we see in people
00:52:13.800we're seeing it in in the birds and it's probably in the wild birds now these these wild birds
00:52:20.180they're migrating both heading south and heading north so they're twice a year they're moving
00:52:26.120potentially they could be infecting basically uh the domestic animals if they encounter them
00:52:32.780should be everywhere by now we're not we're not seeing that we're seeing only in the late fall
00:52:38.780is when we're actually seeing it in the outbreaks and that's why you know since january the 14th
00:52:45.400there's no other outbreaks in canada of h5n1 in a commercial farm and we're not affecting trading
00:52:51.660that's another thing i'm sorry could you go ahead katie say that again please i was just going to
00:52:56.060say with that like we're not affecting trading that's a big one that's being thrown on our plate
00:53:00.560We're affecting trading. And so, I mean, but due to that, because we're supposed to be 28 days, we're going for a 28 day avian influence of free status for Canada.
00:53:13.100That's ridiculous, too, because the World Organization for Animal Health, they set the guidelines that is supposed to be basically, you know, informing the policy for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
00:53:26.840And what happens is, contrary to what's been suggested, the guidelines from the World Organization for Animal Health is that to have disease-free status in a zone, so that's another distinction, but in a zone, you have to be, if you did the calling practice, and it used to be three months, but as the threat got greater, believe it or not,
00:53:55.180they actually made the period shorter to 28 days. And so if you don't have any outbreaks in 28 days,
00:54:03.100then you get disease-free status for your zone. Now, if you don't do anything, if you let the
00:54:10.200infection burn out on its own, you have to wait a full year. But in many countries, that's what
00:54:16.420they do. They wait a year, and then they can regain that status for the zone. Now, the United
00:54:22.660ostrich farm is in its own zone so the outbreak at the farm does not affect any of the other zones
00:54:31.820in british columbia or canada with respect to trade right that's interesting but you are making
00:54:38.880glow-in-the-dark masks though aren't you oh man i think what was very interesting the whole thing
00:54:46.660on the masks. I mean, my biggest beef was that the SARS-CoV-2 virus, it's about the same size
00:54:56.880as the influenza virus, about 0.15 microns, roughly. The average pore size on, let's say,
00:55:04.380an N5-91, N95 mask, for those ones, it's around, on average, 30 microns or bigger.
00:55:15.620So it's kind of like using a chain length fence to keep out mosquitoes.
00:55:22.660However, they do have effects where you reduce, because of airflow, you reduce your oxygen coming into your body and you're retaining more of the CO2 that you're expelling from your body.
00:55:37.320So you can actually raise the CO2 levels in your blood and reduce the oxygen levels, but your brain needs a lot of oxygen.
00:55:43.500But if you put the antibodies, if you coat the masks, then they can capture the virus as it's coming through.
00:55:53.860So you could actually make masks effective this way.
00:55:58.420And if you were in an environment where you're exposed to potentially the virus and you're wearing these masks, then you could then go later and you spray the mask with a reagent.
00:56:11.300And when you do that, then you can you can get the the the fluorescence to see that that that person has been in an environment where that virus is present.
00:56:22.520So you can actually see it on the mask. You can see it on the mask.
00:56:25.540OK, that's interesting. But you guys were not involved in that.
00:56:28.000But I know how it would work. And so that's that is an interesting application and would work well with antibodies that are very stable to heat and to various conditions.
00:56:42.020So the ostrich antibodies would have been ideal for that purpose.
00:56:45.260what else i know that i think dave or maybe your mom katie was telling me that there's so much more

01:02:49.060So, for example, I developed the methodology that we can track which parts of the various influenza proteins is the immune response being generated against.

01:08:36.560have an actual infection. The rapid antigen test will also give you a result, but you're testing

01:08:54.440as you do with a PCR test. Now, the other test, the serological test, is for antibodies. That
01:09:00.740tells you that your birds have been infected and they have immunity against future infections. So
01:09:07.820both bits of information are useful, but these diagnostics are quite feasible using the materials
01:09:15.200from actually these ostrich eggs. And bear in mind that an egg is actually a sterile
01:09:22.280product. You know, if the egg was infected, then in fact, the virus would propagate very quickly
01:09:31.580and the egg would go bad. So if you have a healthy egg, there's no virus in there. There's
01:09:38.580no bacteria in there. It's actually sterile. So it's a very safe way of actually producing
01:09:45.980the antibody product even even if you had the virus in the environment at one stage
