00:04:00.000 hey everybody welcome to shadow at night this is thursday march the 20th it's the first
00:04:14.900 day of spring 2025 pat king dropped a bomb on his own live stream last night
00:04:21.500 that the government is requesting leave to appeal his sentence that was handed down i guess it was
00:04:28.360 about a month ago now and also possibly they want a new trial to take place which is absolutely
00:04:34.960 ridiculous right blend who has been doing a lot of legal analysis put something on social media
00:04:40.540 today that we're going to have a look at before we bring pat onto the show tonight of course he's 0.76
00:04:44.480 our special guest in case people were wondering who's your special guest shadow i announced it
00:04:48.660 earlier today it's going to be pat king he's going to join the show in just a couple of minutes as
00:04:52.120 always we are brought to you by canada nanosilver.com is amazing it has several natural
00:04:58.220 health benefits, and it's been used for hundreds of years for health and healing. That's the main
00:05:02.820 reason they made silverware from silver. But seriously, this nanosilver from Silverseuticals
00:05:07.620 is the best and safest silver you can find. There are hundreds of studies and reports on it. I've
00:05:12.460 read some of the studies myself, and it's mind-blowing. One of the things that sets Silverseuticals
00:05:17.100 apart is that it washes out of your body in 24 hours. No silver buildup and no turning blue. And
00:05:22.800 it won't even harm the good bacteria your body needs. It's so effective, they can use very small
00:05:27.860 concentrations of silver like 10 and 32 parts per million and still outperform other silvers that
00:05:33.340 have up to 3 000 parts per million it's safer and more effective at the same time it is an incredibly
00:05:39.940 small particle that is small enough to work through your body but big enough not to fall out of
00:05:44.340 suspension they infuse it into almost all of their products it works in facial serums toothpaste gels
00:05:49.780 and even gummies that work to help your immune system kevin and anna from canada nano silver

00:07:09.660 gang's all here over on rumble as well wherever you're watching whatever platform you're watching
00:07:14.300 on tonight guys don't forget to like and share get this information out to as many people as
00:07:20.800 you possibly can all right let's bring this up on the screen here because i think it's pretty
00:07:25.900 important that we see this before we bring pat on tonight so let me just uh pop this up on the
00:07:31.400 screen real fast and this is from right blend on twitter right blend says here's the crown's
00:07:40.300 egregious appeal against pat king unbelievable the crown wants the appeal court to convict
00:07:47.300 King of intimidation, despite the trial judge's airtight reasoning concerning the not guilty
00:07:53.520 verdict. The Crown also wants Pat King's sentence increased. The trial judge, Justice
00:07:59.260 Hackland of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, was once regional senior judge of
00:08:03.660 the East Region. Everyone couldn't stop singing his praise in the media leading up to Pat
00:08:08.700 King's trial. He was not appointed by Justin Trudeau, unlike the vast majority of the Court
00:08:13.960 of appeal for ontario which was appointed by trudeau the crown's arguments in court were weak
00:08:19.240 emotional and personal the law was not on the crown side this appeal is in right blends opinion
00:08:25.500 vindictive and political the right course of action is to dismiss it immediately and here
00:08:30.400 is the grounds or are the grounds for granting leave the trial judge aired they say in law
00:08:37.120 in his interpretation and application of the elements of the offense of intimidation
00:08:44.040 Section 4231 of the criminal code,
00:08:47.400 the trial judge erred in principle
00:08:49.100 in his identification and treatment
00:08:50.700 of aggravating and mitigating factors.
00:08:53.660 The trial judge erred in principle
00:08:55.620 by imposing concurrent sentences
00:08:57.200 for the courts relating to disobeying a court order.
00:08:59.600 The judge erred by imposing a sentence
00:09:02.360 that is manifestly unfit.
00:09:06.400 Such further and other grounds
00:09:08.440 his counsel may advise
00:09:09.760 and this honorable court may permit.
00:09:11.800 Oh, my God.
00:09:13.300 so we're going to hear what pat king has to say in 30 seconds we'll be right back
00:09:43.300 hey buddy how are you sir very good how are you is the question well wait when you thought it was
00:09:57.700 over uh no we're 30 days into this uh so i got 90 days house arrest and i know a lot of people
00:10:06.260 are going to be pissed at this but i wasn't planning on appealing i was done i was like okay
00:10:11.420 we got this behind us time to move forward let's go then yesterday my lawyer starts messaging me
00:10:17.940 have you seen anything in your emails yet no nothing yet she's like uh get ready there might
00:10:23.620 be something coming and then at the 11th hour yesterday at 4 30 that yesterday afternoon in
00:10:29.280 ottawa they filed for an appeal they want to appeal the whole case a lot of people are seeing
00:10:34.800 this those errors in law that you showed but they want the whole case tried they didn't get their
00:10:39.060 10 years they didn't get their pound of flesh and in fact it's probably an embarrassment to
00:10:43.300 the crown and that's why this is being pushed even further let me ask you a question and i know that
00:10:49.380 you've been wrapped up in these legal proceedings for what seems like forever but when you were
00:10:54.640 sitting there and and even most recently in the in the sentencing when you looked across at that
00:11:01.520 team of government lawyers did you notice any animosity towards you at all did they give away
00:11:09.340 anything body language facial expressions anything like that or were they just cold
00:11:13.820 in fact they were cold calculated and concise on what they were doing but in between when that when
00:11:20.480 there would be a recess the crown would look over and talk with me and have conversations with me
00:11:25.800 we'd laugh we'd joke even at one point shadow looked at me and said pat you're a good man you
00:11:31.400 You know, you got a big heart, and we can see that you are a big teddy bear.
00:11:34.940 That's what he says to me right in the courtroom.
00:11:37.800 And this came about because he actually got a dog from a friend of mine who lost her son,
00:11:43.560 and I had helped bring the story to light about eight years ago about how the crown failed her son
00:11:49.580 by allowing these murderers time to, you know, time served, and they walked.
00:11:55.340 So I was advocating for a lady.
00:11:57.720 he ends up buying a dog from her and then he ends up discussing my case with her and some
00:12:02.560 private intimate parts of my case and she's like well do you know that pat king's a good friend of
00:12:06.620 mine and he was like no i did not know that so they're built a little bit of a any a little bit
00:12:13.320 of common ground between us and he treated me civilly but as soon as that judge was in the room
00:12:18.760 well then they pulled up their big boy pants and they decided that they're going to go at me with 1.00
00:12:23.040 every every angle they could um that the the junior crown um the female i think it was their
00:12:31.180 first case that she ever tried it probably wasn't so for those naysayers out there probably wasn't
00:12:35.560 but it sure looked like the way she acted she was nervous shaky um was very unpresentable um
00:12:42.680 you can hear the nervousness in her voice she used a powerpoint and and in fact the powerpoint
00:12:48.360 at the end of the submissions showed cases that were already appealed and won because they can't
00:12:54.380 leave that part of out part out of it and uh it was really poorly put together but this time this
00:13:01.940 time what you're seeing you're seeing the government is involved now this is a government
00:13:06.900 thing this doesn't come from a personal agenda from the crown that was in our case this comes
00:13:12.920 directly from toronto this is bay street and this is only pushed forward from the government from
00:13:18.800 the minister of justice or the minister of the attorney general now wait a minute when you say
00:13:23.000 bay street we're talking about the public partner or public private partnerships that are running
00:13:27.820 the government these days or are you talking about ottawa and the government the federal
00:13:31.460 government itself the federal government this is a federal government thing now at this point i
00:13:35.440 believe this is only my this is only my guess but it's coming from toronto bay street so where the
00:13:41.940 crown's offices the crown's office is in bay street in toronto so now it's coming from the
00:13:47.300 higher ups this isn't coming from just the crown's office in ottawa this is coming and i can i've got
00:13:53.380 it in the documents um i was going to show you that it comes from 720 bay street leslie pain
00:13:58.300 director crown law office criminal 720 bay street 10th floor toronto ontario which only goes to show
00:14:05.140 that this is coming from the higher ups now this isn't just coming from ottawa court crown office
00:14:11.400 this is coming from the higher ups this they don't look good in this and it's set a precedence
00:14:16.280 and i think if you were a president in the courtroom they actually stated that they wanted
00:14:21.700 a political prisoner and the whole gallery gasped when they said it so they use those words they use
00:14:30.000 those words the judge looks over leans right over his thing he says are you looking to make this man
00:14:34.520 a political prisoner and the crown goes that's exactly what we're trying to do your honor and
00:14:40.040 and the judge went what man and the crowd went you know big deep sigh of breath we're like what
00:14:46.260 and i was like i told you so this is exactly what they wanted to do and the judge says you know that
00:14:51.560 you cannot find this man at the full extent of the law he's protected under the charter he was
00:14:57.140 peacefully protesting he was peacefully assembling not only that it's already been deemed in the
00:15:02.300 courts that this was a peaceful assembly and a lawful assembly so it blows me away the only thing
00:15:09.940 that was found to be illegal about this aside from i think some of the horn hawking and and
00:15:14.920 one of the ottawa judges put it a some kind of a ban on honking after nine o'clock during the
00:15:21.020 convoy but the only illegal thing that's happened in this entire event if we're going back you know
00:15:26.500 three years now is what the government did exactly and that's exactly what happened it's the government
00:15:32.580 overreach that happened it was the um you know following illegal orders the the the judge even
00:15:38.680 stated in the case that he had to take justice mosley's verdict into account where justice
00:15:43.440 mosley reached and reached the verdict stating that the threshold was never met for the emergencies
00:15:49.020 act therefore deeming the emergency act unjustified so then he brings that into account as well but
00:15:54.920 you see the manipulation of the judicial system now is they charge me under the criminal code
00:16:00.460 not under the emergencies act if they charge me under the emergencies act this would all been
00:16:04.940 thrown out but instead they manipulated it and charged us under the criminal code that's why a
00:16:09.500 lot of people are wondering well well the emergencies act the emergencies act it was deemed
00:16:12.760 unjustified no they they manipulated the laws they turned a mischief into an indictable two years plus
00:16:19.060 a day they made up laws for us and now because these laws didn't stick because they're pressed
00:16:25.300 to you know give us the full extent of the law we were somewhat protected under that charter
00:16:30.300 it seems to me that when they were asking what was it 10 years they wanted 10 years yeah and and
00:16:39.000 that was mind-blowing you know everybody was blown away by that ask and well he actually said
00:16:44.480 he wanted he could go for 26 years but he was being nice and only going for 10 yeah so what
00:16:51.620 was that based on was there ever any conclusion as to where where they pulled that from those
00:16:56.360 number because if you take all the total of charges that i was charged with all nine of them
00:17:00.640 and you add them up then it would have been our sorry if you take the five charges well we won't
00:17:06.040 touch the four that i was not guilty on just yet but they take the four charges in total at full
00:17:11.460 at full value full phase value the accumulated up to 10 26 years that's the maximum for each one
00:17:18.560 that you were for each one yeah yeah but what they don't understand was in these charges um
00:17:23.620 that they were trying to manipulate and change into indictable offenses um even in that i would
00:17:29.720 have to be a career criminal i would have to be someone who's been in jail half my life and keeps
00:17:36.000 repeat offending repeat offending i don't even have an adult criminal record i have a young
00:17:39.560 offender criminal record and the judge even stated that he said mr king is actually a poster child
00:17:44.600 for the young offender act he was in trouble when he was a kid he grew up he moved out and for 30
00:17:50.880 years he's never been in trouble and now now you're gonna hold this against him and try to
00:17:55.780 say he is the the harshest criminal you've ever met and this is the worst form of mischief you've
00:18:00.320 ever seen and these guys even know what they're at i mean when it comes to and i understand that
00:18:06.700 these are lawyers and they're just doing their job right and and that's one thing i don't want
00:18:10.600 to hear ever again in my lifetime but um do these guys understand exactly the kind of punishment
00:18:17.700 that you've already been through and i mean for for somebody who was up on your charges and found
00:18:23.760 guilty of five mischief essentially they wanted to throw you away into a into a penitentiary a
00:18:32.140 federal penitentiary for for 10 years that is i mean you're in there in the gen pop with murderers
00:18:38.900 and rapists if they're in the gen pop i mean there's some pretty unsavory characters in a
00:18:45.760 place like that did they even understand what they were asking i think they did uh the crown
00:18:53.400 was being pushed um he had been pushing for that 10 years he had he had come out of the gate right
00:18:59.100 away he they knew exactly what they wanted they wanted that drastic headline in the media they
00:19:04.520 wanted the rest of the country to see it and they wanted the the vindication from the from the
00:19:09.440 leaning left ones from the leaning left that were supportive of that 10 years um the crown itself
00:19:17.020 um they're embarrassed they're embarrassed of what's going on here in canada and and when
00:19:23.520 or what's going on with us standing up and then what they're embarrassed is is they they can't
00:19:29.360 get this 10 years and now that it's been proven that they can't get that 10 years now they want
00:19:34.560 to double down this is a an example is double jeopardy in the united states you cannot be
00:19:41.040 retried for the same crime but here in canada you can be and they knew this was going to happen they
00:19:46.620 knew this was going to all they're trying to do now is get me dragged out into the courts for the
00:19:50.940 next decade so that i'm i'm basically rape of of off monetary financial means to survive it's it's
00:19:59.560 an attack on me from the government i i firmly believe it so pat when this when they make this
00:20:05.040 appeal like what what court heard this case uh this was in the upper court so this was in superior
00:20:11.600 court unlike tamara and chris who are in lower court i'm in upper court i decided to take it to
00:20:16.560 the upper court because in case of a failed verdict you know and in case we did get to 10
00:20:21.400 years then the appeal could have been brought in front of the supreme court so that was where we
00:20:26.400 went with it and plus you have a lot a lot more stringent criteria that needs to be met in superior
00:20:31.580 court at which we we proved hands down that they didn't meet the the even the judge even stated in
00:20:38.920 throughout he's like i'm having a hard time he said this right to the crown i'm having a hard time
00:20:42.940 seeing anything that you charge mr king with in any of your evidence i hope you're getting to the
00:20:48.040 point and he says i am he says good man hurry up get to the point because i don't see anything
00:20:52.540 that mr king's guilty of hence the not guilties the four not guilties of exactly the harshest
00:20:58.480 ones that they were trying to see of intimidating law enforcement obstruction of police um which is
00:21:03.880 was actually obstruction of police and resisting arrest was actually dropped mid-trial but cbc
00:21:09.460 failed to report that so count four on the on the offense chart um was dropped mid-trial they
00:21:16.260 proved it we got the the officer lying on the stand even he lied blatantly lied my lawyer said
00:21:22.340 it last night on the on my podcast last night she even admitted she said yeah that we caught
00:21:27.300 him in a lie then we had a background video to show from the back seat of the vehicle upon my
00:21:32.440 arrest and the the crown comes over looks at that and he goes oh no no no we're not gonna yeah okay
00:21:37.960 don't worry about it we're not gonna go after that we're not gonna pursue it now they want to go
00:21:41.600 pursue it now they want that one overturned they want the resisting arrest obstruction of justice
00:21:46.440 counseling to intimidate which um i've got something and i want to and just so i'm not
00:21:52.200 reading it out i want your audience to see this okay i'm gonna pull this up share it with you
00:21:58.000 but this is and i'm and i'm allowed to do this my lawyer wants me to get this to
00:22:02.900 the masses okay so in this one section here
00:22:06.380 this is exactly what the judge stated essentially no violence or property damage occurred over the
00:22:13.140 three weeks which was discovered at the public order emergency commission of the protest and
00:22:17.540 indeed king counseled against violence in very direct and blunt terms in his online broadcast
00:22:21.560 this massive demonstration involving large commercial trucks and a diverse group of people
00:22:26.140 some with extreme political views carried with it significant risk of violence and property damage
00:22:31.000 neither of which occurred king advocated forcefully against such conduct and can be credited as a
00:22:38.040 positive influencer in significant respects so tell me again shadow how is it that i'm being
00:22:46.040 charged with intimidation not only that i've found guilty of intimidation and now they're
00:22:50.780 going to try it again this is the judge in the judge's exact words that that was what the judge
00:22:55.980 said that doc that is in the judge's submission that is in here's the judge's submission right
00:23:00.560 here this is everything that he found me guilty on and why okay so if if this case was heard
00:23:06.900 and ruled on in superior court of ontario i'm assuming right that's the top court of ontario
00:23:12.200 so where do they take this for appeal do they take this goes to the appeal board in toronto
00:23:16.740 um so now we're forced to go to the city of toronto now um when the appeal comes forth
00:23:22.580 if it gets if it gets accepted um and i will be in the appeals court now okay so you were telling
00:23:30.460 me before we went live tonight that they have certain restrictions on them that they cannot
00:23:38.820 bring any new evidence into this appeal correct correct so they have to utilize all the evidence
00:23:44.980 that was used in the trial they have to prove that the error law occurred with the evidence that was
00:23:50.300 in front of the judge right so that's where they have to prove it they are not allowed to introduce
00:23:55.000 any new evidence and in fact the evidence that they did introduce was thousands of hours of
00:24:01.320 video footage of which the judge sat through and watched every single one of them and now
00:24:07.480 they're going to reuse that reutilize those that video footage again to retry the case again on the
00:24:14.140 on the grounds of intimidation of law enforcement i don't know what they saw we were all in the
00:24:18.780 courtroom we all watched it the videos that they portrayed me as the videos that they used
00:24:23.620 um all showed me in a good light every video that they used showed me um being peaceful
00:24:29.800 keeping the peace telling people to exit and leave people wouldn't leave that's their choice
00:24:34.920 freedom of free will so we put out the disclaimers we put out everything in our pot and in our you
00:24:42.760 know in our toolbox that we could use and it was stated in the court that's why the judge felt that
00:24:49.220 this is the correct verdict when he when he deemed not guilty now the judge also some of the things
00:24:54.940 that people don't know is the judge was supposed to find the verdict on february 7th and then even
00:25:00.140 stopped re-adjourned and said on february 19th because i want to really go through all the
00:25:05.280 evidence i want to make sure i'm not missing anyone anything i want to make sure i'm dotting
00:25:09.120 all the i's and crossing the t's so if you wouldn't mind we're going to adjourn to the 19th of
00:25:13.080 february and and that was so he made sure that there were no holes for the crown defined for
00:25:17.880 any appeal right so this intimidation thing that they want to go after here is there a specific
00:25:25.380 example that they have listed that they've noted in any of the evidence they've brought forward
00:25:31.980 that shows anything remotely like intimidation or is it just an overall thing zero evidence to prove
00:25:40.380 i intimidated any law enforcement absolutely zero and in fact the videos that they did try to use
00:25:46.680 was me actually helping the law enforcement when they were surrounded on elgin street on the corner
00:25:51.620 of elgin and wellington street they were surrounded by a raging mob and the mob was enclosed they're
00:25:57.220 circling on a group of law enforcement and things were about to go sideways and then i was the one
00:26:03.360 who actually stepped in and parted the sea so that all the law enforcement can escape and get out of 0.89
00:26:09.080 that situation because they started to touch their headphones and go holy shit we need help send
00:26:13.620 backup send backup and i said everybody make a hole let these guys out stop doing this let the 0.87
00:26:20.200 law enforcement out and that's what they use saying i intimidated law enforcement and right in
00:26:23.920 in the middle of my video in walks an officer walking by and he says thanks pat that was getting
00:26:28.120 pretty serious the law enforcement was on our side so for any law enforcement even the law
00:26:33.440 enforcement testified law enforcement testified there were several officers put on the stand
00:26:37.260 and testified that they had no interaction with me what about the cop who lied
00:26:42.220 so that officer that lied he's a rookie what he did was he stated that he felt in fear of his life
00:26:48.900 because i was live streaming my arrest and the judge was watching the video and he says in any
00:26:54.600 time in there where does it show that you are inferior for your life the man is looking at you
00:26:59.720 his hands are up in the air he says he's calling his lawyer which is his right and in fact it lasts
00:27:07.760 one minute that he's out of the car so he's not obstructing justice either where is it that you
00:27:12.640 feared for your life he's like well i was on a lot he mr king was on alive and i was scared for my
00:27:17.400 life that people would have come down and and and came at us while we arrested him and off that the
00:27:22.860 judge says you have a service weapon do you not you have a taser do you not yes sir yes sir and
00:27:28.740 he said why did you if you were in fear for your life why did you not draw your service weapon
00:27:32.280 because that's what your your protocol states you must pull your draw your weapon if you're in fear
00:27:36.880 of your life. Well, he lied straight up. He lied saying that I obstructed justice. I wouldn't
00:27:44.160 open the door. I didn't have control over the door. The driver of the vehicle had control of
00:27:49.180 the door. The judge even said that. Mr. King isn't in control of the door. So you're pulling
00:27:54.180 and dragging on the handle while he's trying to call his lawyer. At what point do you not see
00:27:58.720 that he's within every right to call his lawyer? He didn't obstruct justice. He's not resisting
00:28:05.120 arrest wow um that moment that you just talked about is new to me i had not heard about a raging
00:28:16.060 mob surrounding the police that never happened well when when we go back when you said make a
00:28:22.640 hole oh that one yeah i never heard about that one so can we just like i i know that you probably
00:28:28.780 told this story a million times but i haven't i haven't heard that one before can you can you
00:28:32.920 tell us about that one okay so there was a moment in ottawa where there's a couple transport rigs
00:28:39.480 that got threatened by the uh by the city of ottawa to have their their rigs impounded and
00:28:44.920 their company seized so the drivers were called by the owner to move their trucks and get off
00:28:50.480 wellington street of which time they did so the trucks get off i just happened to be there
00:28:55.020 and at the same time guys for that were down on rito and sussex had a seen a window that okay
00:29:00.920 these rigs moved now it's our turn to move up so the guy moves his big one-ton truck with a big
00:29:06.740 long racing trailer pulls up and jackknifes on wellington street so that he's got kind of a block
00:29:12.700 on on wellington street and all the officers did was they come over they asked him to square it up
00:29:17.560 a little bit and leave the emergency lane open of which the driver you know he he went along with
00:29:23.280 he agreed with so he adjusted his vehicle properly at that time you have a crowd of people that were
00:29:28.620 on wellington street started to come around and swarm to see what was going on at that time though
00:29:34.020 just on the snowbank was a global tv crew that at which we knew that anytime you've seen a media
00:29:41.140 crew they knew something was about to happen so we started to chase off the media crew and we're
00:29:46.780 like yeah yeah yeah we see what you're doing get out of here the media guys take off they're like
00:29:52.160 don't get their story but at this point the crowd has already you know encircled the law enforcement
00:29:58.080 to find out what's going on law enforcement put their backs against each other in a big circle
00:30:02.660 how many people pat would you say were involved in i would say a good couple hundred people
00:30:08.800 a couple hundred people surrounding about 10 maybe 8 10 law enforcement officers 20 to 1
00:30:16.440 yeah so so they're they're there and it is it's getting intimidating uh it's a moment i've got it
00:30:22.600 on my uh on my um on my facebook right now like i've downloaded all my videos because they're
00:30:28.700 gonna wipe all our videos but i had to use it as evidence and show it that it was evidence
00:30:32.440 and as as the people started encroaching on the law enforcement that's where i actually
00:30:38.360 engaged the crowd and i said no no no you ain't playing this game everybody back the f up
00:30:44.180 everybody get away make a hole and let these officers out at which point the crowd listened
00:30:50.680 they made a hole and they let it out when they let them out everybody was singing oh canada
00:30:54.900 it was like oh canada you know it was kind of a beautiful moment we respected law enforcement we
00:31:00.000 even made sure that they were safe let me ask you something before we get to this appeal that
00:31:06.980 the crown wants uh yeah what's your what's your take on this whole canada versus u.s thing going
00:31:13.400 Oh, man.
00:31:16.180 That's the hot topic, eh?
00:31:19.740 Yeah, you've got Donald Trump trolling our management team, 1.00
00:31:23.720 which is a bunch of useless idiots in Ottawa. 1.00
00:31:27.520 He's basically, you know, he's just trolling. 1.00
00:31:32.460 That's it.
00:31:33.080 And everybody's getting up in arms.
00:31:35.000 But now you've got the fake Team Canada players coming out, right?
00:31:38.080 Now you've got the fake wannabe Canadian Patriots coming out.
00:31:41.700 you know those ones that locked their grandmas up in their homes for uh for two years you know
00:31:46.320 those ones that didn't want you to open your business because they were too scared um those
00:31:50.940 ones that were dead set against the convoy and couldn't stand how the convoy was and how we were
00:31:55.360 standing up for our rights for freedom the ones and now they're begging us flag was a symbol of
00:32:00.040 hate yeah yeah they never saw so many hateful flags flying in the in the downtown uh heart of
00:32:07.020 ottawa yeah the canadian flag c the sea of canadian flags um but now what they're there you see it
00:32:13.600 online is where's the convoy now where's the convoy now oh you guys you know you didn't support us
00:32:18.920 then but now you want us now while you're being trolled by the biggest merger acquisition uh
00:32:24.620 business owner in in the world this man is the king of merging and and bankrupting companies
00:32:30.720 this is what he does this is what he's doing you guys don't remember that that's what the
00:32:35.600 the office or not the office what it was it the that show he had he had a bunch of people he was
00:32:41.560 hiring oh the the i was gonna say who's the boss because it's your fire it's not who's the boss
00:32:49.360 it's uh come on you guys tell us in the comments what's the name of the show before we think of it
00:32:54.080 on our own i can't even think of it the apprentice the apprentice right the apprentice yeah so so
00:33:00.120 same thing he's doing that to um to the management team but he's you know everybody is watching
00:33:06.600 right and everybody's watching the media and he knows it he knows that people are just spoon-fed
00:33:12.100 cbc so of course cbc is going to put anything orange man bad so what does he do he puts out
00:33:17.980 there yeah well guess what i'm just gonna i'm just gonna buy canada how about that and he knew what
00:33:23.180 he was doing and he told him canada will never be annexed but it's not it's not a possibility that
00:33:30.040 is like it's not a out of the out of left field possibility it can actually happen but what he's
00:33:37.160 doing is he's showing the weakness in our management team remember all these premiers
00:33:41.860 flew down to mar-a-lago had a meeting with donald trump they all came back oh yeah great meeting
00:33:47.040 we're gonna work together and then what did they do they doubled down against them they turned
00:33:52.740 their backs on the meeting so then what do you get you get all the premiers oh wait wait wait no
00:33:57.880 we're not going to do that we're not it's a dog and pony show it's smoke and mirrors but what it's
00:34:02.600 doing is it's engaging the left this now what did donald trump do now what did he do he endorsed
00:34:08.040 carney so now all the lefties are going to be like oh we hate donald trump wait a minute wait
00:34:16.700 a minute and now he's just he's having a he's having a blast with this you're saying that he's
00:34:22.860 playing 4d chess and we're playing checkers or at least those guys are i mean i'm seeing i'm
00:34:27.400 seeing through this the entire the entire time just like with covid just like with the trends
00:34:32.860 just like with the climate change it's it's the same psyop that is happening right now but here's
00:34:38.580 an interesting here's an interesting thing that many people haven't yet thought of um last week
00:34:44.780 there was a poll by abacus that showed 46 percent of canadians would feel okay joining the european
00:34:50.440 union mark carney becomes mark mark carney becomes prime minister and then two days later he takes
00:34:55.800 off on a trip to meet keir starmer in the uk and emmanuel macron in france we have no idea what he
00:35:01.560 talked about as far as i'm concerned he's an unelected prime minister who has no power to
00:35:05.700 speak on behalf of canada and he shouldn't be anyway because of the caretaker convention
00:35:10.040 until there's an election which is supposed to be called on sunday this coming sunday but anyway
00:35:14.720 um we know that he's a globalist we know that he goes to uh davos every year for the world
00:35:22.020 economic forum i got him there i'm sorry say again i caught him there in 2019 i've got pictures of
00:35:28.520 mark carney i didn't bring him up but i've got pictures of mark carney in montreal switzerland
00:35:32.700 in 2019 smooching and rubbing elbows when i was there investigating it interesting do you yeah
00:35:39.860 i'll bring him up i i was actually going to do that today and i forgot but that's one thing i'll
00:35:43.680 get on i've got him there rubbing elbows with them this was back in 2019 do you think that he is going
00:35:48.460 to try and move us if he wins into the european union i mean we've got a new world order forming
00:35:55.220 it looks like i mean the united states russia italy maybe um that's always been the end game
00:36:04.580 right and that's why i'm trying to tell people is that what you're seeing right now is just a stall
00:36:08.820 technique you're seeing smoke and mirrors happening um i have a feeling and this is my prediction
00:36:14.220 uh pierre polyev gets in with the minority government and our government stalled for
00:36:18.340 the next four years by 2028 they already start rolling in on the 2030 agenda and it's over by
00:36:23.280 2030 but is trump going to let that happen you see that's what i think he's doing i think he is
00:36:30.180 trying to stop the world economic forum and and he already knows that china is run by or sorry
00:36:36.120 canada is run by china and the chinese criminal gangs are operating they have pretty much bought 0.93
00:36:42.560 off we've all seen the godfather we know that these mobsters control judges and these mobsters 0.99
00:36:47.800 control police officers and politicians and i believe that's exactly what's going on right now
00:36:52.600 in canada the canada's you know co-opted by chinese triads i think trump knows that and
00:36:58.900 he does not want china north sitting on his northern border no and that's exactly what what
00:37:04.680 he's doing is is okay so ladies and gentlemen you'll see that he's asking for them to protect 0.96
00:37:08.940 the border we're failing hard at protecting our border it's all he wants protect the border i'll
00:37:14.020 leave you alone but our country just said uh yeah no forget it we're not gonna up the we we put a
00:37:19.020 little bit in there to try and appease them and keep them happy but he knows the mess that it is
00:37:23.460 up here and why wouldn't you want to if at any time possibly purchase or get a huge merger into
00:37:32.320 pursue your northern cousin up north and be able to put in your means to protect your your country
00:37:39.220 he knows the mess that we're in i know that they know i know they know more than we know
00:37:44.160 but a lot of us and some of us still know a lot more than what the average person knows
00:37:49.100 and i do know that they're here i do know that they were staging i do know that world war three
00:37:53.500 was always destined for north american soil they were going to try and do it in 2019 but covid 0.58
00:37:58.300 failed horribly it was either going to be a dirty bomb or it was going to be a biological weapon
00:38:03.480 it was a biological weapon that they their narrative on that biological weapon just absolutely
00:38:08.320 fell through the floor there was too many holes in it i had too many hands in the cookie jar and
00:38:13.720 they exposed their hand so now here we are but now they're going to double down you're going to push 0.95
00:38:19.360 china even harder in on to uh into our politicians into our parliamentary parliamentary uh 0.70
00:38:27.720 establishment and you're going to have China's influence like CSIS has already been stating the
00:38:32.380 influence the foreign interference the foreign influence within our government um then nobody
00:38:37.760 wants to report on it remember guys remember all of that stuff about the interference and the
00:38:41.960 influence and all that stuff now where is it there's nothing being said about it because it's
00:38:46.180 crickets it's crickets now now you're waiting for these guys to say hey uh there is foreign
00:38:51.520 interference yes we need to agree with Trump and protect our borders and push these people out
00:38:55.580 but now you don't hear anything about it nothing and and that in itself is scary because these
00:39:01.780 guys are probably sitting in closed rooms right now preparing on how which border they're crossing
00:39:07.020 is it easier to come up through the prairies or is it easy to do an aquatic assault through the
00:39:12.460 great lakes they're just planning and prepping who is china the americans on which way to come
00:39:19.160 up to protect themselves that's interesting i wouldn't be surprised that they're already
00:39:22.920 going to line those tanks and all that equipment right along the 49th parallel because canada is
00:39:28.140 co-opted by china we have no choice but to move in militarily you see that's something that other
00:39:34.800 people have postulated as well i think baby it's a it's a great big game of what was that game where 0.80
00:39:40.300 all the countries are up for grabs the board game from years ago risk risk big game of risk yeah
00:39:44.940 it's a real world game of risk and canada is up for grabs right now the question is who gets it
00:39:50.620 well americans are going to get it now let me i don't think that canada as a whole
00:39:57.920 goes all at once i think it gets divided into pieces and that's where this federal election
00:40:05.220 comes in so danielle smith today made a statement she met with mark carney and she made a statement
00:40:11.460 a list of demands and um these liberals are never ever going to go along with it do you think that
00:40:19.120 danielle is setting up for western or alberta separation at the very least it seems like she
00:40:25.160 is she's way ahead of the game here in my opinion the temperature here the temperature here in
00:40:30.240 alberta is actually uh it's a boiling point um you can have a majority of majority of alberta
00:40:36.880 right now push for a referendum to join and it would happen i guarantee you join the states or
00:40:41.640 go go alone as as a country go it alone uh going alone as an independent republic um it's been a
00:40:47.880 consensus here for a long time that we have too much ottawa and not enough alberta well now it's
00:40:53.420 time we push more alberta right alberta is it realistic though to say that if there is a
00:40:59.640 provincial referendum on separation that there's a chance of it winning and the reason i say that
00:41:05.560 is because you know you got cities like edmonton right i mean it's a lefty city and yeah a lot of
00:41:11.740 calgary's lefty too so you look at alberta and you look at edmonton and calgary and they are
00:41:16.880 actually small compared to the rural the rural vote is actually the vote that rules in alberta
00:41:22.780 and the rural vote is to keep alberta 100 alberton our ranchers our oil men our hard-working
00:41:28.440 businessmen our entrepreneurs all that we supersede that's why you see just a small little
00:41:33.100 number in edmonton we don't even have a liberal party here there so if anybody is wondering out
00:41:37.560 here in facebook land or in youtube world we don't even have a liberal party here we barely
00:41:42.600 have an NDP party they have 14 seats that's it the rest is a majority conservative party if they
00:41:48.180 choose to swing it that way we will walk we have had the opportunity back when Wexit was around
00:41:53.780 to get that bug in the air early early on and to amalgamate into the United States this was once
00:42:00.880 again posturing now you've got Danielle doing the same thing now she's posturing against McCartney
00:42:05.560 the federal government is it we as each individual province is are autonomous from the federal
00:42:11.660 government we have all the ability under law under the statue of westminster in 1931 states
00:42:16.920 that we have autonomy over our resources and how and what we do with our resources it's true if we
00:42:22.960 so choose we can walk from the federation and be absolutely independent and not need any help from
00:42:28.700 the federal government but as albertans we feel that we are canadian across the board and we've
00:42:35.140 helped enough out of all the years with equalization payments to balance out every province
00:42:39.680 we've done enough now when we want a little bit of kickback when times are tough we want to reduce
00:42:44.900 those amounts of the equalization payments no instead they double down what does Carney do
00:42:49.160 he says oh I'm pulling off the carbon tax for all you guys you're an unelected official in a position
00:42:54.140 that um is is not even open remember parliament's prorogued so now you're going to make these calls
00:42:59.520 and make these uh these decisions well you don't even have the government in in power right now
00:43:04.480 they're not even working so how can you push this on us and I think what you see is you see Daniel
00:43:09.300 Smith doing exactly what Albertans want she's had her hiccups I'm going to tell people out there
00:43:15.040 she's had her hiccups she's not in my good books right now with what they did with the bill of
00:43:19.060 rights here in Alberta I think that was absolutely wrong what they did so we we're watching on we're
00:43:25.820 watching her very closely but I do think I think it's feasible I think Alberta sets the bar for
00:43:31.340 the rest of the country I think Alberta is going to separate they're going to become independent
00:43:35.600 or there's going to be a lot of talk of it over the next five years and to the point that alberta
00:43:41.360 will set the bar saskatchewan to follow manitoba to follow and the rest of the country it'll collapse
00:43:45.760 if you don't have alberta's resources this country will fall apart what i think is and this is
00:43:52.880 something i was explaining earlier today i thought wow this is kind of interesting it it may not
00:43:57.180 necessarily come down to provincial votes in alberta probably saskatchewan probably but then
00:44:03.060 when you say add in manitoba right the problem with manitoba is that it's a population of 1.5
00:44:09.620 million and 900 000 of them are in winnipeg which is an orange city let's be honest and so the city
00:44:17.140 of winnipeg will vote any kind of separation down but when you go to rural municipalities
00:44:23.900 especially the ones along the western border of this province that uh border with saskatchewan
00:44:29.160 they're already rough rider fans they're already they already think they're saskatchewan people
00:44:33.560 so i'm wondering now if rural municipalities would say no we've had enough of being manitoba
00:44:40.280 and we want to be part of saskatchewan we want out of this place i wonder if that could be taken
00:44:45.160 seriously if there's a legal means to make that happen i've never even investigated that before
00:44:49.960 i think i think it runs on the under the same lines of how they dismantled europe how they
00:44:54.220 dismantled the ussr how how all of that um how all of that over in europe came about you're
00:45:01.500 going to see the exact same thing happen here you're it's time that we guys back in colonial
00:45:08.700 days and i hate even using that word we migrated from the eastern world to the western world to
00:45:15.380 get away from these monarchies now here we are uh 170 years later 250 years later here we are
00:45:22.900 back at at that exact same thing where the monarchy is still putting their boots on our
00:45:27.720 throats at what point are canadians going to realize that you're better off without them
00:45:32.920 and and that's just it with alberta the thing people don't understand about alberta is alberta
00:45:38.500 is all of canada every country every province across canada that has seen hardship has seen
00:45:44.620 their industries tank everybody runs to alberta they go to alberta to work in the oil and gas
00:45:49.560 industry to work in the ranching industry to uh become very successful in our hard-working jobs
00:45:55.320 albeit blue-collar and laborious jobs but you have all a melding pot of of of canada here people who
00:46:01.760 had enough you know people who said i can't stand the government they're too deep in my pocket
00:46:06.300 so i'm gonna go out make some good good money and i'm gonna make alberta my home and now you're
00:46:11.580 encroaching on us here now you've got every canadian out there that moved to alberta that
00:46:16.460 said no i'm not going to do it and now you've got them pushing again on alberta i've been preaching
00:46:20.860 this for 10 years now now you're seeing it now you're seeing alberta say to hell with it we're
00:46:26.800 done we're going to we're going to look at these options that we have available at it for us and
00:46:31.640 if we can increase our trading partner with the united states well that's a no-brainer that on an
00:46:36.520 economic level that is something that you know anybody out there any good ceo of a company would
00:46:41.820 be like yeah let's merge i i think you're right i think alberta is primed i haven't been there
00:46:48.560 in about a year so i'm gonna have to come back at some point soon and and check the temperature
00:46:53.700 myself because i know that a lot of people i talk to are you know they move within certain groups
00:46:58.400 of people and and you don't get to hear from the average person who's just walking down the street
00:47:04.300 in edmonton or calgary or something right now like the normies as we call them like yeah you know
00:47:08.880 when you see them you go okay so what do you think should alberta separate oh no i'm canadian like
00:47:13.040 you see that stuff and you go oh man like you you don't know anything do you right so what about the
00:47:19.160 education process is it possible to get out there and get enough people on board before anything like
00:47:26.420 this happens to make them understand back when we did the wexit uh initiative here in alberta we had
00:47:32.840 half a million on board instantly instantly of wanting to separate and uh you know walk away
00:47:39.460 from the federal government then the wexit got overrun and it got overrun by jay hill and uh
00:47:46.060 and brad wall they ended up taking it and turning it into the maverick party um they they knew that
00:47:51.480 we had something good came in infiltrated and stole it out from underneath all of us
00:47:56.440 that's fine it is what it is it's gone but that feeling is still there albertans don't know
00:48:03.140 all right sorry albertans don't want ottawa in our back door we've had enough we don't want
00:48:10.720 who's leading the charge pad now is it the alberta prosperity project or is it other groups
00:48:15.480 you've got several uh i do know the alberta prosperity project is definitely enlightening
00:48:21.000 people of what's going on um i do know that chris and carrie are doing a phenomenal job on educating
00:48:27.420 people on the possibilities of what's going on i know chris has asked me several times to get on
00:48:33.460 board with it but at the same time i'm just like you know what man you guys do your thing when you
00:48:37.840 need me call me and i'll be there but at this point i got legal problems here i'll get back
00:48:42.480 Exactly. I'm a little
00:48:45.540 tied up here, guys. Sorry.
00:48:47.540 But now I've been
00:48:49.460 pumping it. I've been pumping
00:48:51.460 it to everybody. I've been showing the video
00:48:53.100 The Canada of the Illusion for everybody to watch
00:48:55.640 just to get educated.
00:48:58.120 We'll figure out a game
00:48:59.440 plan. I think there's a lot more smarter people
00:49:01.580 out there than me that can actually
00:49:03.520 get this done. I think it'll
00:49:05.560 create such a stir in the rest
00:49:07.560 of the country that you're going to see a snowball
00:49:09.460 effect. It's going to keep growing and growing
00:49:11.600 and growing the sentiment in canada is something is broken well a lot of us know what's broken
00:49:16.900 and in order to get away from that that brokenness we need to step away from the one who broke it and
00:49:23.060 that is the federal government the root cause to any problem is how you you you find solutions
00:49:29.080 you must find that root cause and a root cause across every province is the federal government
00:49:35.300 the mismanagement of our government right now of our country from this government is atrocious and
00:49:41.040 And the definition of insanity is these liberals thinking that Mark Carney's going to come
00:49:45.780 in and do this and make it all better.
00:49:47.880 Well, you're going to keep trying and trying over and over again to think you're going
00:49:50.600 to get another result.
00:49:51.500 You're not.
00:49:53.020 It's insane.
00:49:53.860 If the liberals win this election, is it going to boil over very quickly?
00:50:01.640 It'll be a tinderbox.
00:50:03.480 Just like that.
00:50:04.780 Just like that.
00:50:05.600 Yeah.
00:50:05.780 If Pierre gets a minority government, we're done.
00:50:07.880 well it won't i mean minority government won't last if it's conservatives because he'll be voted
00:50:13.140 out non-confidence in about oh a month probably less and you've got you've got all the other four
00:50:18.240 parties the ndp the bloc uh the green party and uh who's the other one uh you say ndp liberal
00:50:25.680 ndp liberal yeah ndp liberal bloc and the green party are going to form a coalition against them
00:50:31.700 so if we get a minority government um with the conservatives if the conservative i'm not saying
00:50:36.960 we if canada gets a conservative minority government it's over yeah we go right back
00:50:44.420 to where we started what about quebec and all this i mean they've wanted to leave for a long time
00:50:48.860 we understand that provincial polls there you show the party quebecois leading by 15 or 20 points for
00:50:55.400 the next provincial election i've had i've had the opportunity of uh calling quebec home for the last
00:51:01.560 year i've been back and forth my girlfriend lives just outside of montreal i'm actually making the
00:51:06.600 move to montreal because of a business opportunity that i'm moving in there and and of course her
00:51:11.800 uh first and foremost her but also the business opportunity that i got well hold on man like
00:51:17.520 you're gonna leave alberta yeah oh wow that's yeah that's kind of heartbreaking i mean i'm
00:51:24.900 on the one hand i'm excited for you and this new opportunity to be with your girlfriend on the
00:51:28.840 other hand oh man like well uh the reason being shadow is i have an opportunity with a major
00:51:34.560 studio to get on my own podcast that has a huge reach on spotify we're going to turn it into the
00:51:41.060 joe rogan of canada nice and that's that's the that's the consensus across the board with the
00:51:46.180 developer uh with the the studio company along with the producers directors and editors um that
00:51:52.100 we've got and uh we're we're raising the bar a little higher doesn't mean i'm out of alberta
00:51:59.180 though i want everybody to know that my heart will always be here my kids are here i am an
00:52:03.420 albertan at the same time i'm a migrant albertan i came here from ontario but i've lived in alberta
00:52:09.240 long enough longer than i lived in ontario so my heart is here if alberta walks away that's a
00:52:15.840 discussion i'll have with the girlfriend and there might be uh you know i'm i'll have to come back
00:52:20.780 and defend it and and be a loud advocate for that but i can fly back and forth and that's the joys
00:52:26.920 of of this country is we can uh we can make it back and forth alberta will never be away far away
00:52:32.660 hilarious if alberta separates becomes its own republic the republic of alberta and now you
00:52:37.800 can't get in because it's a different country oh i'm pretty sure i'll get it but also look at this
00:52:43.920 way and i and i want to say this i this is the kind of the point i was getting at is i've had
00:52:48.080 the opportunity of calling quebec home for the last year during my court and going through all
00:52:52.280 of this but also quebec is is at that point they are at that boiling point as well a lot of people
00:52:58.620 don't understand is you see what on the media what they want you to see but i've talked to the
00:53:03.060 locals i've been around i've had conversations with people in quebec they all cannot stand this
00:53:08.660 government they are a dead set against i sat in a shop speaking with a gentleman he owns a gun
00:53:13.940 store in downtown montreal i was in there having a huge conversation with him and uh and uh colorful
00:53:19.660 words that the uh the the french community has for this federal government letting everybody out
00:53:26.980 there no quebec is on our side as much as people don't believe it it's true quebec is ready to walk
00:53:34.340 they have been ready a lot longer than us when they had their reference they missed it by one
00:53:38.720 percent you got to remember that sentiment now is still there it's still lingering yeah how's your
00:53:45.700 french i'm a france it's terrible but you're gonna have to get there at some point man you
00:53:55.500 want to live there you got to speak the language that means my girlfriend's been helping me
00:54:04.140 practice okay so there's that you guys may see a legal donation thing scrolling across the bottom
00:54:10.440 if they do manage to somehow get this appeal i'm hoping they don't but if they do how much more is 0.97
00:54:18.100 this going to cost you this oh shit fuck we're we're let's just put it this way if they want to 0.98
00:54:26.460 retry the case uh we're already 250 grand deep already on my on my case right now i'm still 0.99
00:54:32.320 38 000 well actually we we ran a we ran a real time donation last night we were able to raise
00:54:39.000 just over five thousand dollars in less than 45 minutes um i'm still 33 000 owed owing sorry
00:54:47.600 to the trial that we just went through i haven't paid that off yet my bank accounts are still 0.99
00:54:53.220 frozen we're still arguing with paul champ over it paul champ's dragging his ass on this one 0.91
00:54:58.400 he won't release my bank accounts you mean paul champ has got control of your bank account 0.95
00:55:04.400 he's the one who's got all control over the bank accounts yeah three years i've been fighting with
00:55:08.960 paul champ i just got an email today from my lawyer with a little bit of uh a little bit of 0.99
00:55:14.980 leeway now he's a dick oh god man this guy 0.83
00:55:19.700 anybody not following him follow him on x i mean some of the stuff he says i want him to be 1.00
00:55:28.020 completely and totally trolled on x i mean every time he opens his mouth it's stupid woke bs it's 0.86
00:55:34.960 amazing to me then this guy still has is anybody else frozen or is it just you because if it was 0.99
00:55:40.140 just you you could say they're singling me out man this is outrageous it's absolutely outrageous i
00:55:44.880 believe it's still just me um from what i from what i hear it's just me that's still got their
00:55:49.980 bank accounts frozen so how much you're gonna need man i mean like if if if this does if they
00:55:55.980 get a new trial and i'm hoping they don't right but the way these things have gone another 250
00:56:01.340 plus the 33 grand still owing from this last go around um i'm still so in total with all the bail
00:56:10.440 hearings uh it was 250 000 we're in deep you got to remember that people if you are donating the
00:56:16.860 password needs to be ottawa all right so natasha calvino it's going to ask you for a password
00:56:21.980 please make that password ottawa um i forgot to put that in sorry it's all good so 250 000 in
00:56:28.700 total thus far I'm still 30,000 33,000 in arrears on that and then you think the appeal all the
00:56:37.680 legwork's basically done but don't quote me I've never been through this process but all the
00:56:42.640 evidence is already there it's just a matter of going through it with a fine-tooth comb now which
00:56:47.400 means articling students paralegals a team of lawyers going through this day and night to make
00:56:53.780 sure that they didn't miss anything. I'm hoping it's less than 200,000. I'm saying that as my
00:57:03.580 arsehole puckers because I'm like, oh man, how am I going to get through this? But you know what it 0.96
00:57:09.060 is, right? This is it. This is the truth. This is a government target on us because they know
00:57:16.080 there's two more trials coming up. They know that everybody else is pretty much getting off now
00:57:20.540 with the precedents that my case set.
00:57:23.400 They're trying to make an example out of this
00:57:25.780 so that they can overturn all the other cases.
00:57:28.980 Now, this isn't a battle between left and right anymore.
00:57:31.940 This isn't a battle with, you know, left-leaning and right-leaning.
00:57:36.380 This is a battle between Canada and the people.
00:57:40.160 They're going to make it so that nobody can do this again,
00:57:43.640 that nobody can have a protest.
00:57:45.780 And all it takes is you're on a protest.
00:57:47.980 say you're going after lgbtq rights and that officer doesn't like what you're doing so that
00:57:53.840 officer decides he's going to arrest you and he's charging you with mischief now you risk being
00:57:58.440 thrown in jail for one year because that happened to pat king and that's being already used against
00:58:04.760 the palestinian protesters right now they are being tried rv king on their bail conditions
00:58:09.860 no no internet no social media um and then in the the crown is going to be able to go for one year
00:58:17.140 maximum to any protester from now on to the palestinians they're doing that 0.82
00:58:21.660 well they've got these palestinians that they have arrested and that they are using my case
00:58:26.620 law in their cases yeah 100 interesting because i mean the the people who are doing the palestinian
00:58:32.240 protests are actually damaging property and so i mean like there's a difference this is the thing
00:58:39.080 people don't seem to understand the difference between the freedom convoy which was a peaceful
00:58:44.040 i mean yeah there were moments of tension let's let's not kid ourselves but these people are you
00:58:49.780 know they're destroying property they are walking in occupying buildings they did it in calgary the
00:58:56.840 other day they did it they're taking out streets in toronto for hours at a time blocking traffic
00:59:02.060 it's illegal to do that and some of the stuff they're spouting as well death to canada death
00:59:07.240 to the united states i mean that that stuff that's treasonous right and yeah they don't seem
00:59:13.520 to make that distinction a lot of times in the left-wing corporate media do they so those people
00:59:18.580 yeah they should be deported especially if they're not from here obviously if they're not from here
00:59:23.380 right or if they're here on a student visa or a work visa or whatever kind of visa they're here 0.74
00:59:28.240 on if if they don't like it here then they should go that's right the difference is you guys were
00:59:35.760 standing up for our country everybody but there was that's the thing is people a lot of people
00:59:42.200 on the other side of this don't understand that there are people that were jabbed with this just
00:59:46.740 as much as there were people that weren't jabbed because everybody was standing up saying okay i
00:59:51.460 did my part when are you going to take the boot off my throat you know and now they're not taking
00:59:56.300 it in fact they're pushing it harder and now you've got all these people that were like no no
00:59:59.500 no um we're gonna stand with these guys because we were forced into this exact same thing now i'm
01:00:05.460 sounding like a you know like a record a repeat a record on repeat is skipping but this is where
01:00:11.460 it's come to guys is is they they want us to stop talking about this well stop letting the
01:00:17.040 government use your taxes to keep trying our cases you want me to walk away from all of this
01:00:22.100 and be quiet stop allowing our minister our sorry our federal government allocating your tax dollars
01:00:28.260 to try and try these cases again and again and again how much money to the left if you want a
01:00:34.400 way to shut me up start writing your members of parliament start writing the minister of justice
01:00:38.900 start writing the crown's office in bay street and tell them hey don't try this case we want this
01:00:43.260 guy out of here how much money have they spent on you do you know oh man i think i i don't even know
01:00:49.220 a total but i would by man hours and and and and the size of the investigation that they that they
01:00:57.240 had i'm guessing in the millions i'm guessing at least a million for me who knows what chris and
01:01:02.920 tamara who knows what the other guy meister who knows what happened with uh uh what's the other
01:01:08.660 guy's name um you know there's several others i can't remember their names off top my head but 0.95
01:01:14.100 there's uh you know they they went the same way the same angle on everybody trying to make shit
01:01:19.280 stick the best analogy i heard is they shotgun charged you they threw a shit ton of charges at 0.59
01:01:24.920 you to see which one would stick huh chris and tamara get their verdict in a couple of weeks yeah
01:01:30.360 they do yeah yeah and now and this is the other thing now you have chris and tamara looking at a
01:01:39.300 minimum of one year you know if they were to be found guilty minimum they can get now is one year
01:01:46.340 in jail remember i guys and i'm not trying to scare chris or tamara or anybody i'm not trying
01:01:52.400 to do that to anybody out there i'm still not allowed to talk to them for another 60 days but
01:01:56.460 But there's something that if I could, you know, looking at my case
01:02:01.020 and looking what I went through, these guys have not been in jail
01:02:05.440 for the amount of time that I was in, so that's key.
01:02:09.000 I don't have a criminal record.
01:02:11.300 I don't know if they do or they don't, but I'm assuming they don't.
01:02:14.980 So if they can do that to me and use that as precedence to say,
01:02:20.160 I've got one year in prison for all of my involvement in this,
01:02:24.140 then theirs is going to be set at the same same thing i pray that it isn't but unfortunately the
01:02:30.500 crown is doing that now let's say they get found guilty they get the same sentence as i got okay
01:02:35.620 you got the same sentence now you were going to appeal mr kings and now we're going to let's say
01:02:42.200 worst case ontario they win and i'm retried and i get 10 years then they're going to go back and
01:02:47.480 retry the other cases and get their 10 years out of them and spend millions and millions of our
01:02:53.720 dollars doing it that's absolutely insane man yeah all right uh thanks pat for coming on tonight
01:02:59.620 really appreciate you always a pleasure buddy getting the word out there again legal donations
01:03:03.760 natasha.calvino it's calvino sorry right uh calvino yeah calvino with an h there you can
01:03:12.700 see it flashing on the bottom of the screen at gmail.com the password is ottawa pat yes all the
01:03:18.260 best man we'll uh talk to you again all right always a pleasure buddy you bet thank you there's
01:03:23.120 uh pat king everybody pat king uh i hope he's really successful with that new podcast that he
01:03:31.120 was talking about because that sounds pretty cool we need more of that happening in our country we're
01:03:38.100 going to stay on a little bit longer tonight you guys because there are a few things that we need
01:03:42.120 to talk about like the news this morning was all about the election it was all about a pot well
01:03:48.580 it hasn't been called yet so we can't say for sure but possibly on sunday mark carney will go
01:03:54.600 to the governor general and he will ask her to dissolve parliament so like it hasn't been
01:03:59.740 dissolved for the last six or seven months so that we can have an election and this is the story from
01:04:06.320 From CBC and all the other left-wing corporate media, Carney will ask Gigi to dissolve Parliament Sunday call election.
01:04:13.360 Sources say voting day will either be April 28th or May the 5th.
01:04:19.960 Now, I know there's a lot, and I said this in a walk and talk this afternoon, you guys may have seen this.
01:04:24.140 If not, let me repeat myself here.
01:04:29.580 Look, there's a lot of people out there saying, well, it's rigged. It's going to be rigged.
01:04:33.600 I mean, what's the point in even voting? It's going to be rigged.
01:04:35.400 All right, if that's the attitude that you have, then don't vote.
01:04:40.120 But what if there's enough of us that do vote that they can't possibly rig it?
01:04:47.000 You heard the expression, too big to rig, right?
01:04:50.220 If we flood it with votes, remembering that in most federal elections, 62 to 63 percent of people, eligible voters, actually get out and vote.
01:05:01.740 What about the other 37 or 38 percent?
01:05:03.820 What about them?
01:05:05.400 do you know that 37 or 38 percent of the vote would be enough for a majority government and
01:05:14.600 yet those people just couldn't be bothered it's an imposition to them they don't care
01:05:18.920 they don't want to vote and then there's the other school of thought well there's many of them but
01:05:23.540 people say well polyev is just as crooked as the rest of them he's a globalist too
01:05:27.180 all right here's my suggestion then go out vote conservative or maybe vote for the people's party
01:05:34.540 of canada i don't care whatever just get out and vote do your thing and let's say polyev is a
01:05:40.580 globalist and we wind up with the same nonsense that we've been seeing from the liberals for the
01:05:45.260 past 10 years well then we know don't we then we know for sure that pierre polyev is in fact a
01:05:52.400 globalist and he's selling us down the river that's the case then maybe we can finally get
01:05:59.260 our crap together and start doing the right thing for this country yeah there's a lot of people out 0.81
01:06:04.520 there that think, oh, it's a political solution. All I have to do is go vote conservative and I'm 0.99
01:06:08.880 good. We're all good. No, even Polyev himself has said this. I believe it was in a podcast
01:06:17.720 with Jordan Peterson a while back where he said politics can no longer be a spectator sport.
01:06:23.620 You need to get involved somehow, some way, even at the local level, whatever it is, municipally,
01:06:29.100 go to your meetings, go to your town council meetings, your city council meetings, go there,
01:06:33.860 sit there listen to them listen to the kind of stuff they talk about and when more and more
01:06:38.760 people start showing up they get defensive and they start trying to shut things down why they
01:06:44.000 don't want you to hear what they're talking about it's been proven with counselor lisa robinson over
01:06:50.820 in pickering ontario that when they live stream a council session they edit it there's certain
01:06:58.640 things they talk about they don't want us to hear she's proved that so if you go and you see actually
01:07:07.840 what they're talking about then you can go oh that's interesting same with provincial level
01:07:11.980 same with federal level polyev can't do anything unless we the people get behind the conservatives
01:07:20.600 and help him at the local level there's going to be all kinds of fights that he's going to need to
01:07:25.960 win if, in fact, he is the guy that many people think he is, and he's going to stand up and put
01:07:31.500 Canada first. He's going to have to get past the Senate, the liberal-dominated Senate. Every time
01:07:36.280 he wants to enact a bill, turn it into law. He's got to get it past the Senate. That's going to be
01:07:41.820 difficult enough. He's going to have to get through all of the NDP, liberal provincial governments,
01:07:47.340 and the left-wing city and town councils to enact legislation. He's going to have to do all of that
01:07:54.460 stuff can't do it by himself he may have 200 mps behind him he may not even win the thing
01:08:01.920 maybe mark carney wins and then alberta separates either way there's going to be some
01:08:06.920 political upheaval in our country in the next year in the next couple of months look at this
01:08:15.320 you guys danielle smith met with mark carney today she put this statement out all over social
01:08:21.560 media today and has gotten nothing but positive responses. I haven't seen any negative ones.
01:08:27.200 She said, at his request, I met with Mark Carney, Prime Minister Mark Carney today.
01:08:33.180 We had a very frank discussion in which I made it clear that Albertans will no longer tolerate
01:08:37.720 the way we've been treated by the federal liberals over the past 10 years. She's talking to the
01:08:44.400 Prime Minister. She's telling him this, or what passes for a Prime Minister right now.
01:08:48.980 I provided a specific list of demands the next prime minister, regardless of who that is, must address within the first six months of their term to avoid an unprecedented, and again, she uses this phrase, unprecedented national unity crisis.
01:09:07.180 she says again nationally just like last night she's used this phrase several times in the past
01:09:14.960 couple of months unprecedented national unity crisis this includes guaranteeing alberta full
01:09:21.880 access to oil and gas corridors to the north east and west repealing bill c69 the no new pipelines
01:09:28.560 act lifting the tanker ban off the bc coast eliminating the oil and gas emissions cap which
01:09:35.360 is a production cap, scrapping the so-called clean electricity regulations, ending the prohibition
01:09:41.120 on single-use plastics, abandoning the net zero car mandate. In case you don't know, there will
01:09:47.540 be no gas vehicles allowed to be sold in Canada after 2035, and they're scaling it down year by
01:09:55.260 year as we get to 2035. It's ridiculous. You can talk to Stephen Gilboa about that if you don't
01:10:01.180 believe me returning oversight of the industrial carbon tax to the provinces halting the federal
01:10:06.960 censorship of energy companies how about halting federal censorship altogether anyway she says i
01:10:14.500 also made it clear that alberta as owner of the resource will not accept an export tax or
01:10:20.780 restriction of alberta's oil and gas to the united states and that our province is no longer agreeable
01:10:26.860 to subsidizing other large provinces
01:10:29.140 who are fully capable of funding themselves.
01:10:32.900 Hello, Ontario.
01:10:34.360 Hello, Quebec.
01:10:35.420 Especially Quebec.
01:10:36.820 Manitoba, too.
01:10:38.460 Manitoba gets equalization payments,
01:10:40.280 second most in the country, by the way.
01:10:41.980 It's embarrassing.
01:10:44.220 Lastly, I made it clear that federal mismanagement
01:10:47.700 of Jasper and Banff National Parks
01:10:49.680 resulted in last year's tragic wildfire in Jasper
01:10:52.560 and is endangering Banff,
01:10:54.460 and the situation must be rectified immediately.
01:10:57.660 Basically, that's letting old dead trees just sit there
01:11:02.260 and not clearing underbrush.
01:11:04.420 Simple, same thing in Los Angeles.
01:11:07.060 Now you have to wonder, are they doing that on purpose?
01:11:11.020 With the federal election about to be called,
01:11:14.120 Danielle says,
01:11:15.440 I encourage all Albertans to get involved
01:11:17.860 in what is likely one of the most pivotal
01:11:20.440 and important elections in our nation's history
01:11:22.920 and to support the party and candidates
01:11:25.660 that have consistently advocated for freeing Alberta
01:11:28.380 from federal overreach
01:11:29.620 and the repeated economic attacks
01:11:31.940 our provinces faced from Ottawa over the past 10 years.
01:11:35.800 She's not dicking around.
01:11:38.300 And to me, it sounds like she is gearing up
01:11:43.240 for some kind of move,
01:11:47.120 possibly a separation move.
01:11:49.100 Remember, she's the only premier
01:11:52.100 who was working the room down in Mar-a-Lago
01:11:54.900 when Trump was talking tough about Canada being the 51st state.
01:11:58.920 She was the only one.
01:11:59.940 All the other ones got together and went,
01:12:01.400 whoa, we got a counter-tariff, counter-tariff,
01:12:03.580 got a counter-tariff things because we're Team Canada. 0.96
01:12:06.880 Being led by the buffoon Doug Ford. 0.64
01:12:09.680 Danielle Smith was down there meeting people, 0.95
01:12:13.280 working the room, getting to know the power players down there. 0.70
01:12:17.440 Maybe making deals.
01:12:20.280 Don't know what kind of deals,
01:12:21.660 but maybe she was who knows speaking of mark carney he was interviewed again today listen
01:12:28.620 to the arrogance in how he speaks with this reporter you have not been elected in a federal
01:12:34.780 election yet and you recently flew to europe on government wide-body jet at the expense of at
01:12:41.260 least half a million dollars so the question i have for you today um and maybe i'll say this
01:12:46.140 before i ask the question these people around you all paid for that flight and you've not been
01:12:51.180 elected yet so will you commit to refunding these taxpayers for that
01:12:55.980 flight uh well it's an interesting question uh
01:12:59.260 way of framing it uh look and i'm going to go back to uh
01:13:03.500 i'm going to allude to the question that was asked previously by
01:13:06.380 mr staples from uh from the journal uh in the situation that we're in as a
01:13:11.580 country uh which is uh we are in an economic
01:13:14.780 crisis that's brought on sorry i'm going to answer the question
01:13:18.300 uh brought on by uh the tariffs that have been put on
01:13:22.940 canada actual and perspective one of the challenges economic crisis was brought
01:13:27.580 on by former prime minister justin
01:13:30.860 trudeau and you were his advisor i think i think
01:13:33.740 you would find these people did not create that problem i i i
01:13:38.860 certainly hey nobody in canada created that
01:13:42.620 problem nobody in canada created that problem
01:13:45.580 the u.s government has decided to put tariffs on all of its closest allies all of its closest allies
01:13:53.260 i wouldn't for a moment suggest that anyone in canada is the cause of this what our responsibility
01:13:59.420 is is to take action to react to a different world that we're in that's so what my my job
01:14:06.220 i'll take that as a no then no you'll take that as a very comprehensive answer to your question
01:14:10.780 is to take action, to react to a different world that we're in.
01:14:15.100 That's what my job is.
01:14:16.940 I'll take that as a no, then.
01:14:17.920 No, you'll take that as a very comprehensive answer to your question.
01:14:22.920 Arrogance.
01:14:24.140 And I would suggest nobody in Canada is responsible for any of this.
01:14:28.060 I'm sorry, Mr. Carney, but your policies and Justin Trudeau's policies
01:14:33.420 and Klaus Schwab's policies over the past 10 years
01:14:36.380 have got us into the situation that we're in now.
01:14:38.800 when you say I can't build a pipeline from west to east or east to west and get oil and gas to
01:14:46.760 people in this country or I have to share a pipeline with the United States giving them
01:14:51.460 control over how we supply our own country with our own natural resources that's what your 0.84
01:14:56.520 government has been doing for the past 10 years aside from everything else which is ridiculous
01:15:01.460 and now you have the audacity to stand there and say I would suggest that nobody in Canada
01:15:08.020 is responsible for the situation that we're in now.
01:15:12.340 Interesting.
01:15:13.720 Oh, by the way, that guy standing behind Mark Carney
01:15:16.540 as he was answering that question there,
01:15:18.260 that is the mayor of Edmonton.
01:15:20.560 His name is Amarjit Sohi,
01:15:22.760 and he's one of the first mayors in the country
01:15:25.540 to try to implement the 15-minute city plan.
01:15:29.220 And Edmonton is well on their way.
01:15:31.560 Sohi is seeking federal liberal seat
01:15:34.480 as Carney visits Edmonton.
01:15:38.020 Carney said, hey, I'm a big admirer of his.
01:15:41.860 He's a public servant, and he'll continue to serve Albertans, Edmontonians, and I hope Canadians as well.
01:15:49.400 He admires this guy.
01:15:52.220 Okay, so let's dig into Mark Carney a little bit.
01:15:55.160 Through association.
01:15:57.860 Look at this.
01:15:59.320 This comes from iPolitics.ca today.
01:16:02.220 Thank you, Michael, for sending me this.
01:16:03.780 Carney adds
01:16:06.260 Century Initiative co-founder
01:16:08.700 to the Canada-U.S. Council
01:16:10.660 you know the Century Initiative right
01:16:14.220 Century Initiative is to grow
01:16:16.520 Canada's population by the year 2100
01:16:18.600 to 100 million through mass
01:16:20.620 unchecked
01:16:22.700 immigration
01:16:23.260 the guy who created or at least
01:16:26.520 co-created that idea
01:16:28.240 that policy that's never really
01:16:30.580 been spoken about publicly by the liberals
01:16:32.460 at all even though they seem to want to follow it and they have curtailed immigration a little
01:16:37.820 little bit in the last few months but only because of public pressure you add this guy
01:16:44.460 to your canada u.s relations team the century initiative co-founded by mark wiseman that's the
01:16:52.780 guy's name calls for a massive increase in canada's immigration levels with the ultimate goal of
01:16:57.820 bringing the country's population to 100 million by the end of the century.
01:17:00.980 So Mark Carney has added the co-founder of a controversial lobbying group
01:17:05.340 that advocates for blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
01:17:07.780 Former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau established this council in January,
01:17:11.960 this Canada-U.S. Relations Council,
01:17:13.720 to help craft Canada's response to Donald Trump's annexation and terror threats.
01:17:18.260 The 18-person body included former Premier Jean Chouret,
01:17:22.540 really a liberal,
01:17:24.080 Rachel Notley, a total socialist,
01:17:26.540 television personality arlene dickinson as well as a host of experts in business trade and diplomacy
01:17:33.260 and let's not forget union leaders lots of union leaders on that group however when carney met with
01:17:39.600 the council for the first time on wednesday there was a new member it was mark wiseman so who's mark
01:17:44.740 wiseman aside from the century initiative well he's got a write-up on the world economic forum
01:17:50.140 Look at this. Mark is, and he's with BlackRock. Mark is a senior managing director at BlackRock, global head of active equities, chairman of its alternative business, and chairman of BlackRock's Global Investment Committee.
01:18:03.920 He also serves on BlackRock's Global Executive Committee. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2016, Mark was president and CEO of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
01:18:14.020 Mark joined CPPIB in June 2005 as the organization's senior VP, private investments.
01:18:21.300 He was later named executive vice president, investments responsible, blah, blah, blah.
01:18:25.160 Prior to joining the CPPIB, Mark was responsible for the private equity fund and co-investment program of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
01:18:36.160 He also served as a law clerk to Madame Justice Beverly McLaughlin, another hard lefty at the Supreme Court of Canada.
01:18:44.020 that's who he is
01:18:47.260 Mark Wiseman
01:18:48.580 Century Initiative
01:18:50.720 there's his picture right on their website
01:18:52.860 Mark Wiseman
01:18:54.320 another raging globalist
01:18:57.560 Mark Carney has brought into the fold
01:19:02.120 speaking of the Great Reset
01:19:04.880 for those people who are new
01:19:08.340 to this whole new concept
01:19:10.080 and it's not new
01:19:11.700 but to you maybe it's new maybe you're only hearing about this for the very first time in
01:19:18.100 your life or maybe you've been hearing about it in dribs and drabs and you've kind of wondered
01:19:23.480 who is this klaus schwamp character what is this world economic forum are they really taking over
01:19:28.640 the world well think about it world leaders get together every year in devos outside of the ears
01:19:36.920 of parliaments, congresses, reporters, for the most part, and they sit and they wheel
01:19:42.280 and deal. They come up with ideas. It sounds maybe that they're in collusion with each
01:19:49.960 other, in cahoots with each other in putting these policies into place. And Klaus Schwab
01:19:56.220 has as much said, you penetrate the cabinets. So there's a guy called Mark Marano. He is
01:20:03.100 famous for creating this website here, Climate Depot. He's also an author. He wrote a book
01:20:07.520 called The Great Reset. And here he is in a podcast. But first, a few seconds of Mr. Schwab
01:20:15.420 himself. Watch.
01:20:16.120 To confront is a deep, systemic, and structural restructuring of our world. And this will
01:20:27.380 take some time. And the world will look differently after we have gone through this transition
01:20:36.380 process.
01:20:37.380 Can you translate that for us? What is he really talking about?
01:20:41.380 He's talking about us essentially giving up individual national sovereignty and giving
01:20:46.780 up individual freedoms and turning over rule to experts. In fact, at his meeting in Davos,
01:20:52.980 he said he looked at everyone in the room and these are billionaires, millionaires,
01:20:56.180 corporate heads, government bureaucrats, Hollywood celebrities, the royal family, Bill Gates.
01:21:01.220 He looked at everyone and he said, we have in this room, we get to decide the future of the
01:21:06.180 planet. I mean, that's the kind of maniacal James Bond villain attitude he actually has.
01:21:12.340 So what's significant, though, about this G20 speech you just played, Ali,
01:21:16.660 he is now being treated as a head of state. It's now a nation state. It's reached that level status
01:21:23.040 at a G20 summit where he can go up there and talk about radical restructuring, systemic
01:21:27.660 restructuring of the planet. And he gets literally the same VIP treatment. And what's amazing about
01:21:33.760 that is how did he get to this position of power? Well, in the book, I go back, it's founded in 1971.
01:21:38.920 And the key to the way the World Economic Forum is so powerful, they found a way for businesses,
01:21:46.240 academics, and lobbyists and fundraisers to meet with politicians off the books,
01:21:51.520 outside the purview of lobbying, regulators, any oversight.
01:21:56.340 And they have these annual meetings, and it's a free-for-all
01:21:58.780 where you get corporations, government, celebrities, academia,
01:22:03.620 all together, and they're meeting, they're talking,
01:22:06.360 they're, I hate to use the word conspiring, but they're planning.
01:22:09.860 And this is how you end up with things like environment, social governance, ESG.
01:22:14.300 This is how you get up, how you end up with all these corporate mandates.
01:22:17.680 And what ultimately comes out of this, and this is the simplest way of looking at it,
01:22:21.120 the Great Reset, the World Economic Forum, this whole agenda is to make it so we have no choice
01:22:26.500 on some of the biggest questions of our lives. And just even down to the smallest. And here's
01:22:30.460 a few examples. We didn't get to vote on whether gas powered cars will be banned. We didn't vote
01:22:34.720 for vaccine mandates. We didn't vote for lockdowns. We didn't vote to have churches closed. We didn't
01:22:38.880 vote to have schools closed. We didn't vote for mask mandates. We didn't vote for banning of meat.
01:22:44.840 But all of this is happening because at these meetings, like the World Economic Forum and the
01:22:48.920 United Nations. They meet and they work with government corporate collusion to bypass democracy.
01:22:54.020 And then simple sentence, the Great Reset is basically making the once free West 0.51
01:22:59.180 copy the same model as one party Chinese authoritarian rule. That is the Great Reset. 0.89
01:23:05.480 They bypass democracy and impose stuff through this corporate government fascism. And we get
01:23:11.280 told what's happening. We don't get to vote on it. There's no hearings in Congress. There's no
01:23:15.000 town halls. There's no switchboards lighting up for a big vote. None of it. We're just told the
01:23:19.740 car is gone. Your meat eating is going. We're creating we're creating energy shortages. You're
01:23:24.720 sorry. You need a vaccine to go into this place. Sorry. Your schools are closed. Sorry. Your
01:23:28.900 churches are closed. What? Huh? How did that happen? The Great Reset. That is a great synopsis
01:23:37.780 of the Great Reset for anybody that doesn't know. But you're suspicious. There's something wrong.
01:23:43.720 like pat said tonight you know and he actually said it very well there's a lot of canadians out
01:23:48.820 there normies right and again you know if you're a normie who's tuning in for the very first time
01:23:55.540 tonight don't call me normie that's insulting all right well now you're here you're not a normie
01:24:03.100 anymore now you're one of us um they don't know they don't know any of this guys i have framed
01:24:12.440 it like this to you before so we're on season 10 episode 7 the normies i know there's something
01:24:23.180 wrong i can't figure it out they're on season one episode one and they're only just catching on now
01:24:33.800 and i know it seems hard to believe because many of us have been involved in this sorry itchy many
01:24:40.420 of us have been involved in this for years now and it's tiring i know right because it weighs on you
01:24:47.700 what you have to do is find time to enjoy the things you love to do that's the first thing
01:24:53.260 right you do have to find that time you got to find a way to break away from all this if you
01:24:58.700 can i know it's difficult though because once you've seen that dinosaur in the 3d picture on
01:25:03.320 the wall you can't unsee it it doesn't just blend back in again it's there it's going to be there
01:25:07.940 forever you're carrying this stuff around with you for the rest of your life and you've been
01:25:12.900 trying desperately to get people to come over and listen just please listen because once you hear
01:25:19.740 the whole story it'll make sense so if you're one of those people who is just finding out keep
01:25:27.500 coming back for more and better yet do your own digging do your own investigation go to a different
01:25:35.700 search engine other than google go to brave go to yannix because there they don't censor the results
01:25:44.340 that come back to you you don't know that google actually manipulates the results of searches oh
01:25:51.860 yes they do if there's something they don't want you to see and you've looked something up like
01:25:57.100 the great reset they might put it back on page 38 way at the bottom and google also knows that when
01:26:05.600 people do a search on their website on their search engine that they only usually look at page
01:26:11.480 one maybe some will go to page two maybe some will go to page three but never page 38
01:26:17.360 they're burying information that's why you need to switch your search engine go to brave or yanex
01:26:24.860 like i said okay there's one more article here that i should i okay why not uh if you want to
01:26:30.980 talk about corporate elitism the mark carnies of the world and by the way tonight on the extension
01:26:36.140 i found this great piece it's a little bit long but i don't care it's about the builderbergs and
01:26:40.220 there's a lot of canadian stuff in it and i watched the first 44 i listened to the first 45 minutes of
01:26:46.160 it today and i went oh this is good i'm putting this on the extension tonight didn't have any
01:26:50.280 time to edit it at all so we're going to run it raw it's about an hour and 15 minutes so for you
01:26:56.400 all access pass holders it's kind of a treat to see all of this stuff put together in one
01:27:01.240 in one installment like this it's going to be fun to watch and we're going to get right into it
01:27:07.380 once the extension starts tonight on shadow davis.com this story written by andy lee from
01:27:13.140 her sub stack andy lee vna.com and it's over three years old and she posted this on x today
01:27:22.940 somebody asked her hey like what about the corporate corruption corporate you know again
01:27:28.820 public private partnerships that klaus schwab talks about all the time and the core the laurentian
01:27:36.620 elite that i'm sure you've heard about but you don't know who these people are the shape well
01:27:41.460 they're right in front of you it's trudeau it's all of the people he's appointed to the courts
01:27:47.540 many of them some of them are in his cabinet some of them are in the pmo some of them are
01:27:54.640 helping carney right now but yeah they exist and many of them you'll never see you'll never know
01:28:01.120 not ever the canada infrastructure bank a tale of corporate cartels laurentian elites and public
01:28:08.980 pensions so listen to this this is uh all about mark carney's former company let me just move
01:28:16.880 this over here a little bit. The city badly needed cash. Toronto was facing a substantial
01:28:23.280 budget shortfall in 2012, having recently completed a massive green building cooling
01:28:28.520 project using water exchange in conjunction with a company called N-Wave Energy. The deal struck
01:28:34.980 between the city of Toronto and N-Wave resulted in a finished product, which had final cost
01:28:39.820 overruns upwards of $40 million. Oddly enough, the company was also owned jointly at the
01:28:46.820 time by the city of toronto and the ontario municipal employees pension plan omers the city
01:28:52.940 was strapped for funds smarting from the additional infrastructure expenses and city council decided
01:28:58.580 the best way to make up for the shortfall was to auction and wave energy off it was a decision they
01:29:05.700 would come to regret sensing weakness brookfield asset management run in part by chief executive
01:29:14.840 Officer Bruce Flatt, and now also by Chair Mark Carney, again, remember this is three years ago,
01:29:20.940 swooped in and conducted a predatory takeover of N-Wave. Brookfield acquired a 57% stake from
01:29:28.180 Omers for net proceeds of $223 million, while simultaneously moving to acquire the City of
01:29:33.380 Toronto's 43% stake. Net proceeds of $168 million went into the City of Toronto's budget coffers,
01:29:41.360 all told Brookfield paid a total of $480 million
01:29:44.540 to acquire full stakes in Enway from both the city of Toronto and Omers.
01:29:49.200 It was a bargain.
01:29:51.240 The city was tickled.
01:29:52.640 I'm really, really proud of council, Mayor Rob Ford said
01:29:55.820 after his colleagues on the city council voted 38 to 6 in favor of the asset sale.
01:30:01.200 It's a huge victory for the taxpayers.
01:30:03.440 It was anything but.
01:30:05.460 The company would later be resold to Canadians from Brookfield for much, much more.
01:30:10.060 What happened next?
01:30:11.360 years past and despite its falling out with the city of toronto the company made money
01:30:16.540 a lot of it between 2012 and 2020 n-waves ebitda earnings before interest taxes depreciation and
01:30:24.100 amortization increased from 26 million u.s to more than 200 million u.s a 21 percent annually
01:30:32.160 compounded gain it was a literal gold mine almost all growth the company experienced came from the
01:30:38.220 existing business structure, not from new acquisitions or investment funding. Mark Mirsky,
01:30:44.000 chief operating officer for Brookfield, said for those less familiar with infrastructure asset
01:30:48.500 class, this level of growth for utility is unparalleled. A pension plan sold off an asset
01:30:55.080 with an unparalleled level of growth to a mega corporation. I wonder if Toronto's municipal
01:31:01.680 retirees know that. Adding salt to this wound is the fact that a study was done in 2010 which
01:31:08.200 instructed the city of Toronto to hold on to N-Wave Energy
01:31:11.200 due to its vast future earning potential.
01:31:14.300 The report was correct.
01:31:15.360 The company held tremendous value.
01:31:17.120 Minimal capital investment and financial assistance
01:31:19.480 was provided from Brookfield to grow N-Wave Energy out,
01:31:23.500 but then Brookfield didn't really have to provide funding
01:31:26.640 when Canadian taxpayers could instead.
01:31:30.780 Grants rained down from Catherine McKenna,
01:31:33.240 who was then Minister of the Environment and Climate Change.
01:31:38.200 She, amongst other prominent key cabinet ministers, personally toured the N-Wave facility.
01:31:43.500 First, it was $3.5 million to help N-Wave Energy Corporation fine-tune low-emission waste incineration.
01:31:50.480 Then it was $10 million for another building cooling project.
01:31:54.260 Keep in mind, this is a company that was independently wildly profitable and successful in its own right,
01:31:59.940 owned by Brookfield, one of the world's largest investment management companies,
01:32:03.840 controlling over $600 billion in assets under management.
01:32:09.860 This was not a small Canadian startup which could benefit from a grant
01:32:13.680 to give them a financial leg up in the Domestic Carbon Innovation Department.
01:32:18.300 These were government grants given to a company owned by a wealthy conglomerate.
01:32:23.740 Enwave continued to operate under Brookfield's protective wing,
01:32:26.580 ironically completing projects and providing services to the very city that sold it off in the first place.
01:32:32.080 In a perverse twist of fate, the city of Toronto even funded the enterprise. 1.00
01:32:40.660 Politicians are so stupid. 1.00
01:32:44.220 It granted N-Wave. 1.00
01:32:45.980 What is this number?
01:32:48.020 $225,000 through a program called the Atmospheric Fund,
01:32:52.700 aimed at financing initiatives which improve air quality in Toronto.
01:32:56.880 Pull back the curtain.
01:32:58.660 And TAF is funded by the federal government, not the city.
01:33:02.080 the ministry of natural resources gifted 40 million to taf as part of a low carbon initiative
01:33:08.080 government funding grants going into other government funding grants going into make
01:33:11.760 work climate projects owned by uber elite green grifters is it any wonder we can't account for a
01:33:18.160 few billion dollars here and there the city of toronto actually paid out climate initiative
01:33:23.840 dollars to a company it once owned and had to sell because of financial hardship inflicted upon
01:33:29.360 it by the very same company you just can't make this stuff up and then another large project
01:33:37.200 opportunity came into play remember last time a large energy exchange infrastructure endeavor
01:33:42.240 of this sort was built by n-wave energy it experienced massive cost overruns
01:33:47.840 why would brookfield assume that risk when we could get a public pension plan to do it instead
01:33:52.640 it was time to unload n-wave and cash in enter the ontario teachers pension plan
01:34:00.820 at the time of the sale to otpp the chief financial officer of n-wave energy dennis
01:34:07.220 blasati was also a director at brookfield asset management no conflict there
01:34:12.840 blasati's humble beginnings like many of n-waves other board members can be traced back to the
01:34:18.480 Canadian star of the Panama Papers, disgraced accounting firm and tax evasion specialists,
01:34:24.500 KPMG. The CEO of N-Wave is also a former KPMG employee. In 2017, KPMG wrote a paper highlighting
01:34:33.640 the various benefits that a private public infrastructure bank such as the CIB would net.
01:34:39.720 I'm sure those benefits will manifest themselves publicly any year now.
01:34:44.280 Brookfield has certainly reaped them.
01:34:47.120 How better to ensure maximum corporate profits than to find a buyer who manages and spends public money
01:34:52.460 and has over $220 billion in assets?
01:34:56.200 Incidentally, at the same time Enwave's Canadian branch was being sold off,
01:35:00.880 KPMG was executing a similar sale of Enwave's Australian arm.
01:35:06.160 Brookfield sold Enwave in a $4.1 billion U.S. deal
01:35:10.380 to both Australia's IMF investors and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan,
01:35:15.000 with OTPP paying $2.8 billion Canadian for a 50% stake in the company.
01:35:20.500 Just to clarify, we sold a company which we once held 100% stakes of to Brookfield,
01:35:28.300 which then received government grants and appeared to have profited massively from them,
01:35:32.780 only to turn around and sell back 50% of the company to us
01:35:36.940 for billions of dollars more.
01:35:42.520 And he says, I feel like there's a legal term for that.
01:35:47.380 Brookfield netted a handsome $950 million U.S. from the sale.
01:35:52.260 KPMG was right.
01:35:53.700 There certainly are benefits.
01:35:55.780 But why would a company so dedicated to net zero
01:35:58.420 sell off a green energy asset like N-Wave?
01:36:00.960 because it's not about the environment or climate change it never was it never will be
01:36:07.860 it's about maximum profit a brookfield representative released this statement the
01:36:13.020 sale of n-wave caps off a hugely successful investment for brookfield these transactions
01:36:18.200 begin what we anticipate being another strong year for brookfield infrastructure's capital
01:36:22.480 recycling program capital recycling that doesn't sound like a particularly altruistic planet saving
01:36:29.880 motivator, now does it? Immediately afterwards, N-Wave partnered with our very own corporate
01:36:36.180 welfare Ponzi scheme machine, the Canadian Infrastructure Bank. The company is now being
01:36:42.020 given $600 million towards its new energy exchange project. Why does a successful company with an
01:36:49.340 unparalleled level of growth need public funds to complete projects it's been completing
01:36:55.160 unassisted all along? There's really only one answer. This one carried undue financial risk,
01:37:01.980 just as the first one did. There were other multiple concerning aspects and overlapping
01:37:07.700 conflicts of interest involved in this tale. Bruce Flatt from Brookfield said he thought
01:37:12.700 the CIB is an excellent idea. We're in favor of anything to promote infrastructure in private
01:37:17.840 hands. No wonder. Janice Fukakusa, I'm sure, echoes that sentiment. Remember Janet, former
01:37:24.160 chair of the board of directors at CIB. Now that Brookfield has completed their corporate recycling
01:37:29.960 cycle with N-Wave Energy, she sits on the board of directors at Brookfield right beside CEO Bruce
01:37:35.340 Flat. Don't tell me she wasn't aware that N-Wave Energy was owned by Brookfield before the company
01:37:41.260 landed a lucrative contract from the Canada Infrastructure Bank. A revolving corporate door
01:37:47.500 indeed. Mark Carney of Brookfield in an interview said, the question particularly for asset
01:37:54.080 owners, pension funds, sovereign wealth
01:37:56.060 funds, and others is, how are you
01:37:58.180 oriented? Are you on the
01:38:00.100 right side or the wrong side of history?
01:38:03.180 What side of history
01:38:04.280 do you think Brookfield, Endwave, and the Canada
01:38:06.180 Infrastructure Bank will end up on?
01:38:09.560 Only time
01:38:10.360 will tell.
01:38:12.080 And history is always written
01:38:14.060 by the winners.
01:38:17.720 All right,
01:38:18.320 that's it for the social part of the show tonight.
01:38:19.960 You guys want to thank Pat King for coming on the show
01:38:22.020 and telling the story.
01:38:24.300 Hopefully the government does not get granted leave for appeal
01:38:29.400 on this ridiculous motion they made yesterday
01:38:32.180 and alerted Pat at the very last second of yesterday at 4.30 in the afternoon.
01:38:38.180 The extension is coming up in moments on ShadowDavis.com

01:38:47.920 I've got a busy day tomorrow, right from 8 a.m. up until about 5.30 in the afternoon,
01:38:52.380 so I will not have time to put a show together unless one of the people I've invited to come on the show
01:39:00.860 says, okay, I'll come on, but I haven't heard from her yet.
01:39:03.360 So if she does, then we'll do a quick show tomorrow night.
01:39:05.940 But if not, then there will be no show tomorrow night, back Monday night at 8 o'clock central
