00:06:30.000 uh hello my friends and welcome to shadow at night this is tuesday august the 10th 2024 big debate
00:06:57.520 night tonight. This may be the only debate we see between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. Or is it
00:07:02.120 Kamala? Or Kamala? Or Kamala Harris? I don't know. But we do have, I'm going to throw this up on the
00:07:11.100 screen here, we do have the video for it through the Washington Post via ABC News, who has the
00:07:18.300 rights, sorry, have the rights for the debate tonight. And we can pop in and out if you guys
00:07:24.980 want me to do that i will although i'm not sure if i'm going to get a copyright a hard copyright
00:07:29.520 strike but we'll try it and if we get taken down then so be it then you'll know why then you will
00:07:36.520 know why however i don't think i mean seriously how can you have copyrights out of something that
00:07:40.720 is supposed to be of the national interest in the united states and adjacently the entire world
00:07:46.920 i mean whenever they talk about the president of the united states they're always talking about
00:07:51.100 most powerful man or woman in the world the world so it means something to all of us this debate oh
00:07:58.940 look here they are here they are should i turn up the sound just a little bit four years ago
00:08:09.180 so i was raised as a middle class kid and i am actually the only person on this stage who has
00:08:16.300 a plan that is about lifting up the middle-class and working people of America.
00:08:20.800 I believe in the ambition, the aspirations, the dreams of the American people.
00:08:26.380 And that is why I imagine and have actually a plan to build what I call an opportunity
00:08:31.140 economy.
00:08:32.140 Because here's the thing.
00:08:33.540 We know that—
00:08:34.540 Okay, so here's what happened pre-debate, I think it was yesterday or the day before.
00:08:40.200 They flipped a coin, and Donald Trump won the right to have the closing speech-slash-argument,
00:08:45.340 And Kamala Harris then gets the opener. 0.87
00:08:46.980 So this is what she's doing right now. 1.00
00:08:48.400 She's opening the debate. 0.86
00:08:50.560 We'll just let that roll as they go through their opening statements here.
00:08:55.220 And while we're doing that, we'll let you know that the Shadow at Night livestream, as always,
00:08:59.780 and there's a brand new website, by the way.
00:09:01.780 They have upgraded the website.
00:09:03.400 More professional-looking, sleeker.
00:09:05.200 I like it.
00:09:06.820 CanadaNanoSilver.com now.
00:09:08.340 However, if you forget, like I probably will going forward,
00:09:12.000 that it's canadananosilver.com as opposed to what it used to be canadananosilver.ca they will
00:09:18.220 redirect you right to the brand new website canadananosilver.com still all the same amazing
00:09:24.420 products like this one here the recover muscle cream experience the ultimate comfort and
00:09:28.980 relaxation is and you know i did something to my neck last night when i was sleeping
00:09:32.880 like turned my head oh and you know when you get to a certain age you go ah that's not going to
00:09:40.620 bother you. And then next morning, what did I do? You can't remember, but you think it's probably
00:09:47.640 I turned my head or I bent down or I sat up. One of those incredibly stressful things,
00:09:57.620 difficult physically things. Formulated with cutting edge technology, our advanced muscle
00:10:03.420 cream provides unparalleled relief catering to your unique needs. This and all of the other
00:10:09.220 amazing products are available at the new website and that is canadananosilver.com
00:10:14.100 again that is canadananosilver.com but you can still go to ca for a limited time all the products
00:10:23.060 are there if you don't want to shop online still you'd rather go and find yourself a retail location
00:10:27.840 go and find yourself a retail location they've moved the retail locations tab from the far right
00:10:32.600 did i say far right it's more the middle here retail locations in alberta bc manitoba new
00:10:38.520 Atlanta, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan. Almost the entire country is covered. There's over 30
00:10:42.660 from coast to coast with more growing, growing, growing, growing all the time. You can find one
00:10:47.240 probably near you. And if not, then you can order online. If you'd like to be a retailer and you can
00:10:52.000 sell this stuff out of your basement, your garage, your closet for that matter. It's great products.
00:10:55.940 And you might make yourself a few bucks on the side, not to mention maybe getting some of these
00:10:59.620 products for free. So you don't have to pay for them anymore. If you sell, I'm not sure how it
00:11:04.700 works. Talk to Kevin and Anna through the contact tab at CanadaNanoSilver.ca. Again,
00:11:10.020 that is CanadaNanoSilver.ca. All right. That's Tulsi Gabbard on Fox News this morning talking
00:11:16.140 about how she prepared Donald Trump for the debate tonight. So a lot of people are asking,
00:11:22.560 how is Donald Trump preparing? I know you've been brought in to help him with this.
00:11:26.280 One of his campaign managers was on with us earlier and said that his tactics are different
00:11:30.940 than Kamala Harris is in the way he preps. Tell us what it's looking like for Donald Trump.
00:11:36.700 Well, Kamala Harris is a politician in the worst sense of the word. Donald Trump
00:11:41.180 is not and has never been, nor will he ever be a typical politician. And, you know, he is very
00:11:47.800 well versed on the issues. He is very well versed on Kamala Harris's record. And he's talking about
00:11:53.520 these issues almost every day as he's out with the American people across the country, as he's
00:11:58.180 doing interview after interview, town hall after town hall. And so for me, if there's anything that
00:12:04.860 I can be helpful with, it really is just sharing the experience that I had with her on that debate
00:12:10.140 stage and the kinds of tactics I think she will try to use to perhaps get under his skin or really
00:12:17.280 to try to deflect away. Her goal is going to be to deflect away from her disastrous record that 1.00
00:12:23.400 has caused greater harm to the American people in so many ways. And then shift to the new story, 0.96
00:12:30.540 the new narrative that she wants to make voters believe and hopes that they will forget what 1.00
00:12:36.340 she's already done over these last three and a half years. So what's your advice to Donald Trump
00:12:39.880 when she does try to deflect? He is looking forward to this debate and he is looking forward
00:12:47.720 to focusing on Kamala Harris's record. And as you've said a few times this morning, Ainsley,
00:12:53.080 since I've been watching, why hasn't she fixed the things that she is now saying are broken
00:12:58.220 over the last three and a half years? She is the incumbent candidate in this race. She is
00:13:03.460 Vice President Kamala Harris, and she has had the opportunity over these three and a half years,
00:13:07.980 especially with Joe Biden, to have already brought about the kinds of changes that she is now
00:13:13.340 promising that she will do in her, quote unquote, new way forward. How can there be a new way
00:13:19.120 forward when she is responsible for disastrous economic and foreign policies, domestic and
00:13:24.940 international policies that have been the hallmark of this administration, once again, that have not
00:13:30.280 helped the American people. It's actually hurt the American people. Okay. So you know what I
00:13:34.120 have a problem with? I have a problem when these new Republicans like Tulsi Gabbard or any
00:13:42.200 Republican for that matter, anybody who is on Trump's side comes out and says, why hasn't she
00:13:47.040 done these things if she's been in power for three and a half years she has not been in power
00:13:51.280 i'm not defending kamala harris at all but this is a bad flex you cannot say the vice president
00:13:58.480 should have done this and the vice president should have done that because the vice president
00:14:01.780 doesn't do anything she was put in charge of the border the borders are and she failed miserably at 0.96
00:14:07.340 that but what else what else she has been in charge of nothing you know what the vps do they 0.83
00:14:13.240 wait around for a president to get shot or get sick enough that he or she cannot continue and 0.96
00:14:19.860 then they invoke the 27th amendment i think and then the vp takes over but other than that they
00:14:25.100 are powerless have you seen the the tv show veep with elaine from seinfeld that's pretty much it
00:14:33.140 they don't do anything unless the president says for them to do something and then they're supposed
00:14:39.360 to do something and she didn't do her job. So Trump can talk about all he wants, the border
00:14:44.420 and how she effed up on that. But the bottom line is Kamala Harris had nothing to do with the
00:14:49.320 economy, nothing to do with really anything. So for him to hold her responsible and these people
00:14:56.900 encouraging that, I don't think the American people, maybe some, but certainly not most of 1.00
00:15:02.380 the American people are that dumb. They know what the role of the vice president really is. 0.98
00:15:06.980 So I do not like that approach.
00:15:09.140 Let's go back and see what's going on here with this debate.
00:15:11.500 Have reviewed our relative plans for the future of America.
00:15:15.700 What Goldman Sachs has said is that Donald Trump's plan would make the economy worse.
00:15:21.640 Mine would strengthen the economy.
00:15:23.660 What the Wharton School has said is Donald Trump's plan would actually explode the deficit.
00:15:29.820 it. Sixteen Nobel laureates have described his economic plan as something that would increase
00:15:36.480 inflation and by the middle of next year would invite a recession. You just have to look at
00:15:42.960 where we are and where we stand on the issue. Hold on. Isn't it been three and a half years
00:15:47.920 of Bidenomics that has done this to the economy that has increased the inflation and the interest
00:15:53.180 rates and all of that same with the trudeonomics up here i mean when when trump was president
00:16:00.500 things were better they were economically i'm not going to get into the you know
00:16:05.120 economic i i'm not enough of an economics guy to be able to go into the great detail of it but
00:16:11.740 i know how i felt because you know canadians we are the biggest trading partner of the americans
00:16:18.240 right by far the biggest trading partner and so when they're down we feel it when they're up we
00:16:24.920 feel it as well it might not be right at that moment it could be three months after three months
00:16:29.240 before but we feel the same things they feel because we're so closely tied that's why this
00:16:34.560 debate is so important to us Canadians whether we can vote in it or not but the bottom line is
00:16:38.960 to have a communist economy come in like Trudeau has done what do you think that's going to do
00:16:43.260 going forward. So she's lying. Let's continue. And I'd invite you to know that Donald Trump
00:16:50.040 actually has no plan for you because he is more interested in defending himself
00:16:55.020 than he is in looking out for you. That's just a sound bite. I gave her that to say.
00:17:00.020 Look, I went to the Wharton School of Finance and many of those professors,
00:17:03.960 the top professors, think my plan is a brilliant plan. It's a great plan. It's a plan that's going
00:17:08.600 to bring up our worth, our value as a country. It's going to make people want to be able to go
00:17:14.060 and work and create jobs and create a lot of good, solid money for our country. And just to finish
00:17:21.600 off, she doesn't have a plan. She copied Biden's plan. And it's like four sentences, like run,
00:17:30.080 spot, run. What do you see in here? That smirk, that condescending smirk. She's doing the same
00:17:36.220 thing Hillary Clinton did. And how did that go for Hillary? Well, four sentences that are just, 0.99
00:17:44.820 oh, we'll try and lower taxes. She doesn't have a plan. Take a look at her plan. She doesn't have
00:17:49.520 a plan. Mr. President, I do want to drill down on something you both brought up. The vice president
00:17:54.400 brought up your tariffs. You responded. And let's drill down on this because your plan is what she
00:17:59.700 calls is essentially a national sales tax. Your proposal calls for tariffs, as you pointed out 0.85
00:18:03.780 here on foreign imports across the board you recently said that you might double your plan
00:18:08.120 okay so we're going to come back to that we're going to come back to that you guys the debate
00:18:11.360 continues and i know that many of you are not here tonight because you're watching the debate
00:18:15.860 that's all right there's a new poll in from leger post um jag i was going to say vj singh for some
00:18:24.440 he's a golfer uh post jagmeet singh ripping up the supply and confidence deal with the liberals
00:18:31.480 And this is what it says. According to Leger, federal voting intentions remain stable after the announcement of the end of this agreement between the NDP and the Liberals.
00:18:41.000 The Conservative Party of Canada maintains their lead with 45 percent nationally, 45 percent nationally.
00:18:48.580 And if you take Quebec out of the mix, where the Conservatives usually run third, even fourth in some areas, and they're doing better this time around in Quebec.
00:18:56.500 but I mean, they're still trailing. If you take Quebec right out of the mix, that's probably more
00:19:02.040 like 50%. You take that six and a half or 7% the bloc has, and you tack it on to the Conservatives
00:19:10.100 national poll, and you get 50%. 50. But for the sake of argument, let's just go with what we've
00:19:17.600 got here, which is 45% for the Conservatives, the Liberal Party, 25%. I want to meet some of these
00:19:24.660 25% from across the country and ask them, what are you thinking about? What exactly is it
00:19:33.440 that you like about the way things are going right now? Not that we have Haitian immigrants 1.00
00:19:39.680 eating ducks and cats in our big cities. We don't know if that's happening in the United States
00:19:46.780 also, but we are going to look into that in just a couple of minutes. The NDP are down at 15%.
00:19:51.000 Now, normally, they're between around 22 and 18 percent, which means they've lost between three and five percentage points.
00:19:58.040 Where have those percentage points gone?
00:19:59.600 They have not gone to the PPC, who are holding around 2 percent.
00:20:02.940 They have not gone to the Greens, holding around 5 percent.
00:20:05.500 They haven't gone to the bloc.
00:20:06.940 They're still sitting around 6.57 percent.
00:20:09.120 They have gone to the conservative party, four points from the supposed working man's party, the party of the people, the NDP.
00:20:19.420 They've gone to the CPC because they believe Pierre Paliyev is more a man of the people than Jagmeet Singh is.
00:20:25.800 And I would say they're probably right.
00:20:28.460 Half of Canadians, 47%, would like a federal election to be called given the current situation.
00:20:34.140 34% would not.
00:20:35.400 Again, who are these 34%?
00:20:36.900 19% don't know. 0.76
00:20:38.620 I don't know.
00:20:40.040 It's one of the problems we face and have been facing for years now.
00:20:42.980 Conservative voters, 80% more likely to want an election.
00:20:45.660 around one-third of canadians would like the next election to be this fall well the same proportion
00:20:51.100 38 37 percent would like the election next year next october when it's supposed to be
00:20:56.200 among canadians who want a federal election called 69 percent would like to have it this fall two
00:21:01.160 out of three canadians 65 percent not confident in justin trudeau's leadership and continuing to
00:21:06.300 govern canada without the support of the ndp 40 percent not confident at all not at all not even
00:21:13.560 a little bit. More than half of Canadians believe Pierre Polyeb's Conservative Party will win the
00:21:20.080 next election. Only 15% believe the Liberals will win the next election. That's the latest poll from
00:21:26.320 Leger. That's it. Liberal MP. Now, remember, there's a big caucus retreat going on right now
00:21:31.740 in the NIMO British Columbia on the island. All the 154, 155 Liberal MPs have gotten together to
00:21:38.120 discuss the future of the party. And there's one MP who's been speaking to the CBC, I guess,
00:21:42.420 uh just out of her own free will odd because you never usually hear this thing from a caucus
00:21:49.240 member no matter what party they represent speaking so harshly against their leader but
00:21:53.360 this one particular liberal mp who's not a name you're going to know says her constituents are
00:21:59.860 very adamant justin trudeau needs to go her name is alexandra mendez she says i heard this from
00:22:05.360 dozens of people dozens and dozens of people that he's no longer the right leader so let's drill
00:22:10.680 down against the CBC. There she is. Alexandra Mendez, Quebec Liberal MP. She said that yesterday
00:22:18.260 afternoon. She's heard from dozens and dozens of people, like I said, over the summer because
00:22:21.980 she's been knocking on doors, I suppose, telling her it's time for Justin Trudeau to step aside
00:22:26.480 after nearly nine years at the top. Speaking to Radio Canada, CBC's French language on the
00:22:32.640 sidelines of the Liberal caucus retreat, Mendez said her constituents are very adamant the Prime
00:22:36.660 minister needs to go. Now, how many other liberal MPs are hearing the very same thing? Probably
00:22:44.120 all of them, but they're too gutless to come out and say it publicly. It's the same thing we face
00:22:51.860 all the time. It's a pandemic of fear. If these people actually had the nerve to stand, all of
00:22:58.020 them stand up and say, look at man, you got to go. And they all stood up at the same time.
00:23:04.280 Trudeau would have no choice but to leave and then bring in the electric Mark Carney.
00:23:08.520 There was a video that was going around social media today. I'm not sure if you guys saw this.
00:23:13.000 I probably should have pulled it up, but I didn't. Mark Carney talking about how happy he is to be
00:23:18.760 joining the Liberal Party as their financial advisor. And oh my God, this guy is as exciting
00:23:26.640 as watching grass grow. Hi, I'm Mark Carney. A couple of years ago, my family and I moved back
00:23:34.640 to, not even that exciting, moved back to Ottawa because it's a nice city to raise a family in.
00:23:40.100 This guy, and he looks like he's 70 years old. He's six months younger than I am.
00:23:46.500 I mean, it's a complete disaster. Not to mention the fact that he is the biggest globalist,
00:23:52.200 the biggest, one of the biggest globalists in the world and so closely tied to the World Economic
00:23:58.220 Forum. He makes Christia Freeland and Justin Trudeau look like they're still in the young
00:24:02.740 global leaders classes back in the 1990s. Anyway, while this MP said she's personally fine with
00:24:09.540 Trudeau deciding to stay on as prime minister, my constituents do not see Mr. Trudeau as the person
00:24:15.420 who should lead the party into the next election. And that's the message that I carry. That's what
00:24:19.660 she's saying she's carrying the message of all of well not all but dozens and dozens of her
00:24:24.620 constituents uh in quebec now i said to you guys last night at the very tail end of the show that
00:24:30.740 i think there's a montreal by-election going on tonight i was wrong that election wasn't last
00:24:36.700 night it is next monday night and if the liberals lose that you can bet that trudeau will be this
00:24:43.640 he'll be teetering on the brink of the cliff, like Wile E. Coyote, hanging on to a whisker.
00:24:52.160 That's going to be it for him. And I think at that point that the rest of the caucus
00:24:58.040 are going to start swimming around like sharks. They're going to push him up.
00:25:01.620 The question is, who do they bring in? Do they bring in Carney? Is that why they brought Carney
00:25:05.460 in this week? Well, they can't do that. They have to have themselves a convention first to elect a
00:25:12.240 leader. Yeah, right. So that's what's going on in liberal circles right now. Oh, and this is
00:25:17.860 something very important. We're going to get back to this debate. You know what? Let's take a break
00:25:20.900 from this stuff here and go back to this debate right now with Trump and Harris.
00:25:24.440 20% on goods coming into this country. As you know, many economists say that with tariffs at
00:25:29.260 that level, costs are then passed on to the consumer. Vice President Harris has argued it
00:25:33.780 will mean higher prices on gas, food, clothing, medication, arguing it costs the typical family
00:25:39.040 nearly $4,000 a year.
00:25:41.400 Do you believe Americans can afford
00:25:43.080 higher prices because of tariffs?
00:25:44.780 They're not going to have higher prices.
00:25:46.160 What's going to have and who's going 0.99
00:25:47.380 to have higher prices is China
00:25:49.000 and all of the countries that have 1.00
00:25:50.980 been ripping us off for years.
00:25:53.000 I charged, I was the only president ever.
00:25:55.700 China was paying us hundreds of
00:25:57.660 billions of dollars and so were
00:25:59.280 other countries.
00:26:00.500 And, you know, if she doesn't like
00:26:01.740 them, they should have gone out and 0.99
00:26:03.080 they should have immediately cut the
00:26:04.440 tariffs.
00:26:05.240 She sits, is that her resting face,
00:26:07.340 that smirk?
00:26:09.040 Did somebody tell her, hey, you got to have this this kind of condescending smirk on your face the entire time Donald Trump is talking?
00:26:16.060 Because that's what it is. This look of bewilderment and confusion like you're an idiot. 1.00
00:26:21.260 Dude was the president. He's a billionaire. He's a self-made man. Yeah, he got a loan from his dad. 1.00
00:26:25.680 Sure. But he took that Trump real estate business, which was based in New York and not in Manhattan either, and turned it into a multibillion dollar enterprise worldwide.
00:26:34.780 You've got to give them some credit where credit is due.
00:26:37.420 But these people, they're so condescending and believe that they are entitled to rule America.
00:26:44.860 That's, I think, their standard facial expression when it comes to dealing with Donald Trump.
00:26:52.040 But those tariffs are there three and a half years now under their administration.
00:26:56.440 We are going to take in billions of dollars, hundreds of billions of dollars.
00:27:01.540 I had no inflation, virtually no inflation.
00:27:04.780 they had the highest inflation perhaps in the history of our country because I've never seen
00:27:09.280 a worse period of time. People can't go out and buy cereal or bacon or eggs or anything else.
00:27:15.340 The people of our country are absolutely dying with what they've done. They've destroyed the
00:27:21.280 economy. And all you have to do is look at a poll. The polls say 80 and 85 and even 90 percent
00:27:27.500 that the Trump economy was great, that their economy was terrible.
00:27:31.440 Vice President Harris, I do want to ask for your response. And you heard what the president said
00:27:34.920 there, because the Biden administration did keep a number of the Trump tariffs in place. So how do
00:27:39.520 you respond? Well, let's be clear that the Trump administration resulted in a trade deficit,
00:27:45.520 one of the highest we've ever seen in the history of America. He invited trade wars. You want to
00:27:50.960 talk about his deal with China. What he ended up doing is under Donald Trump's presidency,
00:27:56.600 He ended up selling American chips to China to help them improve and modernize their military,
00:28:05.560 basically sold us out, when a policy about China should be in making sure the United States of
00:28:12.000 America wins the competition for the 21st century, which means focusing on the details of what that
00:28:18.340 requires, focusing on relationships with our allies, focusing on investing in American-based
00:28:23.880 technology so that we win the race on AI, on quantum computing. Focusing on what we need to do
00:28:31.000 to support America's workforce so that we don't end up having on the short end of the stick
00:28:37.020 in terms of workers' rights. But what Donald Trump did, let's talk about this, with COVID,
00:28:55.580 is he actually thanked President Xi for what he did during COVID. Look at his tweet.
00:29:01.220 Thank you, President Xi, exclamation point, when we know that Xi was responsible for lacking
00:29:08.960 and not giving us transparency about the origins of COVID.
00:29:12.940 President Trump, I'll let you respond.
00:29:14.160 First of all, they bought
00:29:15.220 their chips from Taiwan.
00:29:24.600 We hardly make chips anymore because of philosophies like they have and policies like they have.
00:29:31.440 I don't say her because she has no policy.
00:29:33.740 Everything that she believed three years ago and four years ago is out the window.
00:29:38.680 She's going to my philosophy now.
00:29:40.240 In fact, I was going to send her a MAGA hat.
00:29:42.380 She's gone to my philosophy. 0.88
00:29:43.780 But if she ever got elected, she'd change it, and it will be the end of our country.
00:29:54.600 She's a Marxist.
00:29:58.600 Everybody knows she's a Marxist.
00:30:00.160 Her father's a Marxist professor in economics, and he taught her well.
00:30:04.960 But when you look at what she's done to our country, and when you look at these millions 0.97
00:30:09.420 and millions of people that are pouring into our country monthly, where it's, I believe,
00:30:14.160 21 million people, not the 15 that people say, and I think it's a lot higher than the 21,
00:30:19.480 that's bigger than New York State pouring in. 0.90
00:30:21.900 And just look at what they're doing to our country.
00:30:24.000 I'm sorry, I was muted. I was so excited. Maggie, thank you for letting me know that.
00:30:28.480 He called her a Marxist. He called her a Marxist. And she's like, okay, bring it on. So let's—oh,
00:30:36.380 this is good. This is really good. They're criminals. Many of these people coming in
00:30:39.980 are criminals. And that's bad for our economy, too. You know, you mentioned before, we'll talk
00:30:44.140 about immigration later. Well, bad immigration is the worst thing that can happen to our economy. 0.66
00:30:49.700 They have and she has destroyed our country with policy that's insane, 0.98
00:30:56.240 almost policy that you'd say they have to hate our country.
00:30:59.660 President Trump, thank you. Lindsay?
00:31:01.460 I want to turn to the issue of abortion.
00:31:03.780 President Trump, you've often touted that you were able to kill Roe v. Wade last year.
00:31:08.060 You said that you were proud to be the most pro-life president in American history.
00:31:13.280 Then last month, you said that your administration would be great for women
00:31:16.520 and their reproductive rights.
00:31:18.120 in your home state of Florida. You surprised many with regard to your six-week abortion ban,
00:31:23.040 because you initially had said that it was too short, and you said—
00:31:25.920 I don't know. Abortion doesn't float my boat, Matt. I'm sorry. I mean, I'm pro-life. That's
00:31:30.200 all there is to it. They can talk about that until they're blue in the face, but it's not
00:31:33.660 a Canadian thing. Let's talk about Bill C-293, House of Commons bill, as respecting pandemic
00:31:42.660 prevention and preparedness. A lot of people are talking about this. Here's the actual bill. This
00:31:47.520 is what it looks like. And its status right now is getting close to passing. I believe it's at
00:31:52.980 third reading right now, or will be at third reading when the House of Commons resumes.
00:31:58.820 So there it is right now. You guys want me to read this thing? Like the bill itself?
00:32:04.360 I can do part of that for sure. So the preamble is, whereas the costs of, nevermind the preamble,
00:32:10.660 let's do the purpose of the actor. The purpose is to prevent the risk of and prepare for future
00:32:15.380 pandemics and to promote transparency and accountability. Yeah, I know. Thank you, though.
00:32:22.260 I get it. Transparency and accountability in relation to the government of Canada's efforts
00:32:28.100 to do so. Pandemic prevention and preparedness plan. The Minister of Health must establish a
00:32:33.620 pandemic prevention and preparedness plan. The pandemic prevention and preparedness plan must
00:32:37.360 set out a summary of mitigation strategies the Minister of Health intends to implement in order
00:32:41.220 to prevent the risk of and prepare for disease outbreaks that could lead to pandemics as well.
00:32:45.380 as a projected timeline for their implementation identify the key drivers of pandemic risk and
00:32:51.280 describe how canadian activities domestic and abroad contribute to risk what's that like going
00:32:56.000 outside and talking to people hugging like it was before ensure sustained collaboration between the
00:33:01.460 minister of health and provincial governments and indigenous communities in the development of the
00:33:05.120 plan in order to align approaches and address any jurisdictional challenges including with respect
00:33:10.400 to the collection of sharing of data provide for training programs including collaborative
00:33:14.640 of activities with other levels of government, indigenous communities, relevant agencies,
00:33:19.280 ensure that standards and guidelines, blah, blah, blah, describe the state of research in relation
00:33:25.160 to preventing and responding to infectious diseases that could lead to pandemics, provide
00:33:29.080 for the establishment of an interlinking of surveillance systems for infectious diseases
00:33:34.880 in Canada and for infectious diseases of concern outside of Canada. Establishment and interlinking
00:33:41.260 of surveillance systems. Support local health and primary care capacity. Identify preparedness
00:33:48.220 strategies for public health services across Canada in respect of the protection of vulnerable
00:33:53.020 and marginalized populations, working conditions of essential workers across all sectors.
00:33:58.200 The availability and management of relevant stockpiles, including testing equipment and
00:34:02.120 personal protective equipment, the surge capacity of human resources required for the testing and
00:34:10.180 Contact tracing of persons exposed to infectious diseases, communication of risk to the public, provide so.
00:34:20.660 Communications capacity and infrastructure for electronic platforms and tools, including electronic applications that enable contact tracing of persons exposed.
00:34:29.120 phase out commercial activities that disproportionately contribute to pandemic
00:34:38.280 risk including activities that involve high-risk species that's when it comes to agriculture
00:34:44.340 oh could that mean bird flu that they're talking about there
00:34:47.680 include the following information to be provided to the minister of the environment
00:34:51.520 ensure equitable access to vaccines testing equipment and treatment equitable
00:35:02.500 set out in consultation with relevant ministers a summary of key operative measures or agreements
00:35:09.760 on disease outbreak prevention and preparedness between the government of canada other foreign
00:35:13.900 governments this is the big part here and key international organizations including the world
00:35:18.760 Health Organization, the United Nations Environment Program, the World Organization for Animal
00:35:23.080 Health and Food, the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, and set
00:35:27.440 out in consultation with the Minister of Transport, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency
00:35:31.960 Preparedness, and other relevant ministers, the routes by which and rates at which pathogens
00:35:36.980 that could lead to pandemics could enter Canada and a summary of border-related measures that
00:35:41.080 would be implemented to reduce any risk.
00:35:48.760 okay so that's where it is um that is canada's version of what they want to do obviously the
00:36:00.140 world health organization wants to do with their pandemic treaty which they haven't had
00:36:04.840 any luck in passing at least not yet but they are continuing to try this from the canadian
00:36:11.940 independent this is their translation of what i just read to you and of course i i just rushed
00:36:18.540 through that. I just rushed through the bill. You guys can go ahead and read that on your own.
00:36:23.760 New Canadian, sorry, Canadian Pandemic Act.
00:36:29.020 Apologies. This has the potential to infringe on civil liberties, violate individuals' health
00:36:34.360 privacy, grant broad powers to the Minister of Health, and much, much more. Bill C-293,
00:36:40.680 the Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Act, which has passed its first reading before the
00:36:44.440 Senate aims to establish robust measures to mitigate future pandemics. However, a closer
00:36:48.920 look reveals several concerns. One of the primary issues is the bill's establishment and interlinking
00:36:56.020 of surveillance systems for infectious diseases, both domestically and internationally. Okay,
00:37:00.380 so that's extensive data collection. By the way, that kind of thing is included in your smart city
00:37:05.900 plan. You should have a look at your smart city plan in case you haven't yet. All you need to do
00:37:09.740 is go to a search of whatever platform it is you use,
00:37:14.140 whatever search engine you use,
00:37:15.960 and type in the name of your city or town or municipality,
00:37:18.340 and then type in plan 2050,
00:37:20.660 and that plan should come up because we all have them.
00:37:24.380 We all have them, and surveillance is a big part of it.
00:37:28.220 Extra surveillance.
00:37:29.820 They try to make it seem like they're trying to prevent crime,
00:37:33.720 but it's surveillance any way you slice it.
00:37:36.920 This legislation also mandates collaboration between the federal government, provincial governments, indigenous communities to collect and share health data.
00:37:44.180 We mentioned that another troubling aspect is the bill's broad discretion granted to the Minister of Health and other relevant officials.
00:37:50.760 They're empowered to set pandemic preparedness standards and make far reaching decisions about public health responses, surveillance and commercial regulations.
00:37:58.200 The absence of thorough oversight or parliamentary approval for such decisions raises concerns about transparency and accountability, potentially allowing political interests to take precedence over public welfare.
00:38:09.980 Yeah, absolutely.
00:38:13.360 We don't like this bill, obviously.
00:38:17.540 And I do believe there is a—I saw you guys talking about this in the comments.
00:38:23.380 I believe there's a petition against this bill.
00:38:25.340 if you can go ahead somebody and put the link into the comments on all platforms so that would
00:38:30.040 mean facebook youtube twitch x uh rumble telegram all of them shadow davis.com same thing all of
00:38:40.260 them put put down the uh the link to the petition so people can sign it because i once again did
00:38:47.040 not have it here's more with the debate quote i'm going to be voting that we need more than six
00:38:51.980 weeks. But then, the very next day, you reversed course and said you would vote to support the
00:38:56.860 six-week ban. Vice President Harris says that women shouldn't trust you on the issue of abortion
00:39:02.420 because you've changed your position so many times. Therefore, why should they trust you?
00:39:07.760 Well, the reason I'm doing that vote is because the plan is—as you know, the vote is—they have
00:39:13.320 abortion in the ninth month. They even have—and you can look at the governor of West Virginia,
00:39:18.460 the previous governor of west virginia not the current governor is doing an excellent job
00:39:23.020 but the governor before he said the baby will be born and we will decide what to do with the baby
00:39:28.940 in other words we'll execute the baby and that's why i did that because that predominant i don't 1.00
00:39:34.620 know how she can be shaking her head with that smirk on her face when he's talking about dead 0.96
00:39:38.860 babies because that that's exactly what they are doing down there because they're radical the
00:39:44.060 The Democrats are radical in that.
00:39:46.260 And her vice presidential pick, which I think is a horrible pick, by the way, for our country,
00:39:51.560 because he is really out of it.
00:39:53.560 But her vice presidential pick says abortion in the ninth month is absolutely fine.
00:39:59.100 He also says execution after birth.
00:40:02.180 It's execution, no longer abortion, because the baby is born, is okay.
00:40:06.980 And that's not okay with me, hence the vote.
00:40:09.520 But what I did is something for 52 years, they've been trying to get Roe v. Wade into
00:40:15.540 the states.
00:40:16.980 And through the genius and heart and strength of six Supreme Court justices, we were able
00:40:25.960 to do that.
00:40:26.960 Now, I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother. 0.94
00:40:30.940 I believe strongly in it.
00:40:32.140 Ronald Reagan did also.
00:40:33.560 Eighty-five percent of Republicans do.
00:40:35.980 Exceptions.
00:40:36.980 Very important.
00:40:37.980 We were able to get it, and now states are voting on it.
00:40:41.680 And for the first time, you're going to see, look, this is an issue that's torn our country's
00:40:47.020 about going to Congress.
00:40:48.220 Well, wonderful.
00:40:48.740 Let's go to Congress.
00:40:49.620 Do it.
00:40:50.320 But the fact is that for years, they wanted to get it out of Congress and out of the federal
00:40:54.460 government, and we did something that everybody said couldn't be done.
00:40:57.460 And now you have a vote of the people on abortion.
00:41:00.820 Vice President Harris, I want to give you your time to respond, but I do want to ask,
00:41:04.140 would you support any restrictions on a woman's right to an abortion?
00:41:07.460 I absolutely support reinstating the protections of Roe v. Wade.
00:41:12.020 And as you rightly mentioned, no.
00:41:15.540 You do understand and everybody should understand that this has been ruled on by the Supreme Court and they overturned Roe v. Wade.
00:41:24.500 And that's the final word. That's it.
00:41:27.840 The government can no longer do anything about this.
00:41:30.240 It's up to the states now to decide what their policy on abortion is going to be.
00:41:34.500 That's all there is to it.
00:41:35.880 I don't even know why they're talking about this.
00:41:38.520 Where in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion? That is not
00:41:47.320 happening. It's insulting to the women of America. And understand what has been happening under 1.00
00:41:52.520 Donald Trump's abortion bans. Couples who pray and dream of having a family are being denied
00:42:01.480 IVF treatments. What is happening in our country? Working people, working women who are working
00:42:09.180 one or two jobs, who can barely afford child care as it is, have to travel. 1.00
00:42:15.620 Hold on just a second. Does Trump look like he's about to fall asleep or does he look
00:42:20.300 like he's furious and he wants to jump in on her, but he can't because the rules of the
00:42:25.580 debate say your mic is muted when you're not the one who's speaking.
00:42:31.480 And do you think, and I want you to be completely and totally clear-minded when you answer this
00:42:36.880 question, do you think that that condescending smirk is doing Harris any good, or is it taking
00:42:45.480 points away from her? Because she does sound well-informed, and I will say this as well,
00:42:52.080 she does sound eloquent. Trump, on the other hand, does not.
00:42:56.380 in my opinion not that he's ever been eloquent that's not one of his strong
00:43:04.080 suits he doesn't explain things well i don't think he ever has but
00:43:08.540 how is this measuring up so far and i want you guys to be honest not coming from one side or
00:43:15.740 the other okay just go ahead write down in the comments what you think well to another state
00:43:20.520 TO GET ON A PLANE SITTING NEXT TO STRANGERS, TO GO AND GET THE HEALTH CARE SHE NEEDS,
00:43:27.540 BARELY CAN AFFORD TO DO IT.
00:43:29.560 AND WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING HER THROUGH IS UNCONSCIONABLE.
00:43:34.280 AND THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA HAVE NOT, THE MAJORITY...
00:43:37.600 DOES HE LOOK LIKE HE'S A CHILD BEING SCOLDED HERE?
00:43:41.160 THAT'S THE IMPRESSION I'M GETTING.
00:43:42.660 A PARTY OF AMERICANS BELIEVE IN A WOMAN'S RIGHT TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT HER OWN BODY.
00:43:46.340 And that is why in every state where this issue has been on the ballot, in red and blue states both, the people of America have voted for freedom.
00:43:56.220 Vice President Harris, thank you.
00:43:57.200 Excuse me, I have to respond.
00:43:58.580 Another lie.
00:43:59.680 It's another lie.
00:44:00.840 I have been a leader on IVF, which is fertilization.
00:44:04.740 The IVF, I have been a leader.
00:44:06.720 In fact, when they got a very negative decision on IVF from the Alabama courts, I saw the people of Alabama and the legislature two days later voted it in.
00:44:17.880 I've been a leader on it.
00:44:19.440 They know that and everybody else knows it.
00:44:21.920 I have been a leader on fertilization, IVF.
00:44:24.980 And the other thing, they, you should ask, will she allow abortion in the eighth month, ninth month, seventh month?
00:44:33.380 Come on.
00:44:34.080 Okay, would you do that?
00:44:36.120 Why don't you ask her that question?
00:44:37.460 Why don't you answer the question, would you veto? 0.54
00:44:39.600 Because under Roe v. Wade, you could do abortions in the seventh month, the eighth month, the ninth month, and probably after birth.
00:44:47.800 Just look at the governor, former governor of Virginia.
00:44:51.220 The governor of Virginia said we put the baby aside and then we determine what we want to do with the baby.
00:44:56.140 President Trump, thank you.
00:44:57.440 We're going to turn now to immigration and border security.
00:45:00.040 We know it's an issue that's important to Republicans.
00:45:02.660 Okay, we've got to stay with this.
00:45:03.960 now they're talking about immigration this is the best um this is just kind of a side story right
00:45:13.440 now despite 2.7 billion dollars in taxpayer subsidies from us that's taxpayer from us
00:45:19.740 northvolt delays canadian battery plant car batteries for electric cars why because nobody
00:45:29.880 wants them. So there's another $2.7 billion of our dollars spent by the Trudeau government to
00:45:37.820 this company from Norway, I think, Northvolt, to build batteries in Canada, car batteries,
00:45:44.760 electric car batteries. But no, we're not doing that now because nobody wants this stuff.
00:45:52.940 So there's a waste. How much money? What we need is somebody to go back to 2015 and add
00:45:59.740 up all the wasted money, billions and billions, that Trudeau has given to these companies, or just 0.83
00:46:04.880 wasted, on the app, that stupid Arrive Canada app, all that stuff, and come up with a total. 0.97
00:46:11.720 We need a total. So Polyev can go into a debate with Justin Trudeau and give that number. 0.99
00:46:18.460 How much? How much? All right, let's get back down to this thing here.
00:46:22.340 ...Democrats, voters across the board in this country. Vice President Harris, you were tasked
00:46:27.560 by President Biden with getting to the root causes of migration from Central America.
00:46:32.140 We know that illegal border crossings reached a record high in the Biden administration.
00:46:36.240 This past June, President Biden imposed tough new asylum restrictions.
00:46:39.920 We know the numbers since then have dropped significantly.
00:46:43.240 But my question to you tonight is, why did the administration wait until six months before
00:46:47.260 the election to act?
00:46:48.920 And would you have done anything differently from President Biden on this?
00:46:51.880 So I'm the only person on this stage who has prosecuted transnational criminal organizations for the trafficking of guns, drugs, and human beings.
00:47:01.300 And let me say that the United States Congress, including some of the most conservative members of the United States Senate, came up with a border security bill, which I supported.
00:47:12.880 And that bill would have put 1,500 more border agents on the border to help those folks who
00:47:18.320 are working there right now over time trying to do their job. It would have allowed us to stem 0.73
00:47:24.960 the flow of fentanyl coming into the United States. I know there are so many families watching
00:47:29.760 tonight who have been personally affected by the surge of fentanyl in our country.
00:47:34.560 That bill would have put more resources to allow us to prosecute transnational criminal organizations
00:47:40.880 for trafficking in guns, drugs, and human beings.
00:47:43.260 But you know what happened to that bill?
00:47:45.640 Donald Trump got on the phone,
00:47:47.600 called up some folks in Congress,
00:47:49.480 and said, kill the bill.
00:47:50.580 And you know why?
00:47:51.820 Because he'd prefer to run on a problem
00:47:54.520 instead of fixing a problem.
00:47:57.180 And understand, this comes at a time
00:48:00.740 where the people of our country
00:48:02.740 actually need a leader who engages in solutions,
00:48:07.000 who actually addresses the problems at hand.
00:48:10.560 But what we have in the former president is someone who would prefer to run on a problem instead of fixing a problem.
00:48:16.360 And I'll tell you something.
00:48:17.300 He's going to talk about immigration a lot tonight, even when it's not the subject that is being raised.
00:48:21.560 And I'm going to actually do something really unusual.
00:48:23.860 And I'm going to invite you to attend one of Donald Trump's rallies, because it's a really interesting thing to watch.
00:48:30.000 You will see during the course of his rallies, he talks about fictional characters like Hannibal Lecter.
00:48:35.680 He will talk about windmills cause cancer.
00:48:38.220 And what you will also notice is that people start leaving his rallies early out of exhaustion and boredom.
00:48:45.200 And I will tell you, the one thing you will not hear him talk about is you.
00:48:49.100 You will not hear him talk about your...
00:48:51.220 Oh, you can tell that she's been working, by the way.
00:49:02.160 She's been rehearsing for this for the last week with one of her aides dressed up like Donald Trump.
00:49:07.500 and you can tell this is something they rehearsed and she's dropping it right now i don't know if
00:49:13.600 this is a good idea i really don't think it is your dreams and your need and your desires
00:49:18.300 and i'll tell you i believe you deserve a president who actually puts you first and i
00:49:24.060 pledge to you that i will vice president harris thank you president trump on that point i want
00:49:27.940 to get your response i would like to respond let me just ask though why did you try to kill that
00:49:31.620 bill and successfully so that would have put thousands of additional agents and officers on
00:49:35.440 the border first let me respond as to the rallies she said people start leaving people don't go to 0.67
00:49:40.200 her rallies there's no reason to go and the people that do go she's bussing them in and paying them
00:49:45.400 to be there and then showing them in a different light so she can't talk about that people don't
00:49:51.520 leave my rallies we have the biggest right that condescending smugness nobody likes smugness
00:49:57.560 nobody likes it look at her look at that
00:50:03.400 these the most incredible rallies in the history of politics that's because people want to take
00:50:10.300 their country back our country is being lost we're a failing nation and it happened three and a half
00:50:16.660 years ago and what what's going on here you're going to end up in world war three just to go
00:50:22.060 to another subject. What they have done to our country by allowing these millions and millions 1.00
00:50:27.580 of people to come into our country and look at what's happening to the towns all over the United 0.97
00:50:33.060 States. And a lot of towns don't want to talk. It's not going to be Aurora or Springfield.
00:50:36.700 A lot of towns don't want to talk about it because they're so embarrassed by it.
00:50:40.460 In Springfield, they're eating the dogs, the people that came in. They're eating the cats.
00:50:46.280 they're eating they're eating the okay so this has not been verified
00:50:52.240 there is so
00:50:56.380 oh oh i don't know if it was a good idea for him to bring this up look at her laughing at him
00:51:06.480 and you can even hear that then again this is an abc debate you can hear the camera people
00:51:10.980 in the text. They're all laughing as well. But from what we've seen with immigrants, and I don't
00:51:18.960 want to incorrectly use that word, refugees, illegal immigrants in our countries in the last
00:51:24.900 few years, this would not be a surprising thing. We know what's going on in Aurora, Colorado right
00:51:30.660 now, where gangs, illegal immigrant gangs are taking over apartment blocks there. That's what
00:51:39.920 he should have brought up not the dogs pets of the people that live there and this is what's
00:51:45.700 happening in our country and it's a shame as far you know this could go one of two ways i'm sorry
00:51:51.160 to keep interrupting you guys i have to um if it's proven that this is happening then harris 0.96
00:51:59.840 looks like a buffoon right now if it's not proven then trump looks like a buffoon right now and a
00:52:06.820 conspiracy theorist that's why we always want to verify everything before we go on the air with it 0.96
00:52:15.940 to make sure that it's real so i i don't know he's in front of millions of millions of people
00:52:23.720 worldwide right now saying this don't know far as rallies are concerned as far as the reason they go
00:52:31.060 is they like what i say they want to bring our country back they want to make america great
00:52:36.260 against. Very simple phrase, make America great again. She's destroying this country. And if she
00:52:41.860 becomes president, this country doesn't have a chance of success. Not only success, we'll end 1.00
00:52:47.600 up being Venezuela on steroids. I just want to clarify here, you rigged up Springfield, Ohio, 0.64
00:52:53.840 and ABC News did reach out to the city manager there. He told us there had been no credible
00:52:58.520 reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured, or abused by individuals within the
00:53:03.620 immigrant community. Well, I've seen people on television. Let me just say here, this is the
00:53:06.840 people on television saying my dog was taken and used for food. So maybe he said that and maybe
00:53:12.620 that's a good thing to say for a city manager. I'm not taking this from television. But the people
00:53:16.120 on television saying their dog was eaten by the people that went there. Again, the Springfield 0.98
00:53:21.960 city manager says there's no evidence of that. Vice President Harris, I'll let you respond to
00:53:25.180 the rest of what you've heard. You talk about extreme. You know, this is, I think, one of the
00:53:33.060 reasons why okay all right all right all right we're just going to move on we're going to come
00:53:37.720 back to this we're going to come back to this we're going to this is our minister of foreign
00:53:43.500 affairs melanie joely she got a little bit rambunctious with a reporter i believe a reporter
00:53:50.300 from the cbc today and she says that canadians don't want elections listen to the very beginning
00:54:01.060 of this clip this summer was canadians don't want elections they just want us to do the job
00:54:09.140 what she's talking about there's to add context to it because the way it was taken this clip was
00:54:14.580 taken was that she was knocking on doors all summer long and this is what she's been hearing
00:54:20.420 from canadians that canadians don't want elections this summer was canadians don't want elections
00:54:27.300 they just want us to do the job they just want us to govern and that's what we're doing we're
00:54:32.740 governing we're taking tough decisions why because times are tough and so wait wait let me finish
00:54:40.980 i'm speaking so so she pulls the kamala harris there that's incredible the reality is is like
00:54:49.300 i said in french is we know that cost of living is too expensive that people are frustrated with it
00:54:56.580 so what do we do we do everything to reduce the cost of things and services so that's why we have
00:55:03.220 dental care that's why we're working on a medical a medic care plan that's why we have also medicare
00:55:10.020 plan affordable housing and there's already medicare what medicare plan working on child
00:55:14.820 care these are all things that the government there's already a child what is she even talking
00:55:19.700 about she's a liberal minister and she doesn't know what she's talking about and she's upset
00:55:26.580 about the fact that the reporters don't seem to know what she's talking about either.
00:55:33.780 This story, my friends, goes back about a year and a half.
00:55:39.300 Biden administration extends temporary legal status to 300,000 Haitians, drawing a contrast
00:55:46.340 to Trump. That's reported again about 18 months ago by the Associated Press. So in Springfield,
00:55:56.580 I think it's Ohio.
00:56:00.420 Yeah.
00:56:01.460 A resident is...
00:56:03.080 Now, you may have seen this video.
00:56:05.120 A resident is telling city council,
00:56:07.600 and this guy may well have been a plant by the Democrats.
00:56:10.940 Who knows?
00:56:12.660 They're in the parks.
00:56:13.880 They, meaning the Haitians, 1.00
00:56:15.260 are in the parks grabbing ducks, 1.00
00:56:17.480 cutting their heads off, and eating them.
00:56:20.860 So let's go ahead and watch this video. 0.96
00:56:24.100 Again, this is what one man claims.
00:56:27.240 Let's go ahead with this.
00:56:28.920 I think it's like kind of odd that like a guy like me has to come out from doing what I do on a daily basis to have fun because I see what's going on in these streets.
00:56:36.560 And I see you guys are sitting up there in them comfy chairs and suits like and I'm getting out here every day and I'm broadcasting this and you guys are just sitting up there in suits.
00:56:44.480 Like I really challenge you guys to get out here and do something.
00:56:48.000 These patients are running into trash cans.
00:56:50.680 They're running into buildings.
00:56:52.340 they're running into
00:56:53.360 they flipping cars in the middle of the street
00:56:56.860 and I don't know
00:56:58.980 how like y'all can be comfortable
00:57:00.720 with this like I don't know like
00:57:02.380 who's getting paid from this I feel like
00:57:04.700 I honestly feel like someone's getting paid from it
00:57:06.880 in the background they dropping
00:57:08.980 you got
00:57:10.040 a bunch of people on a bus getting dropped
00:57:12.940 off at a gas station to come down here 1.00
00:57:14.520 I know a single mom that facetimed me tonight 1.00
00:57:17.000 facetimed me this morning at the welfare 1.00
00:57:19.080 office that really need 1.00
00:57:20.420 like that really needs something and it's nothing but immigrants over there and i don't even want to 1.00
00:57:25.920 like seem like i'm coming down on the immigrants because it's the people that's bringing them down 0.94
00:57:29.820 here because wherever they're at that's what they're used to bro they're in the park grabbing 1.00
00:57:35.040 up ducks by their neck and cutting their head off and walking off with them and eating them like
00:57:40.500 y'all get the highway state patrol down here every week and then y'all get like a task force for the
00:57:46.300 highway state patrol and they look for guns and they look for dope and this and that in the fourth
00:57:50.420 that same people that y'all got riding up and down limestone doing u-turns pulling people over
00:57:55.380 for blinkers and pulling people over for like going left to center in like a couple miles over
00:57:59.880 like y'all can take them same people the highway state patrol and you can take them in every single
00:58:04.320 one of their silver charges and dodge durangos and y'all can take them to a sunset and y'all can
00:58:08.980 park them right over there and y'all can teach people how to drive since the highway state patrol
00:58:12.540 know so much how to know so much about traffic laws and know what to do in traffic they need to 1.00
00:58:18.640 y'all pay them they can go over there and teach these haitians how to drive because it's getting
00:58:22.660 up bro i'm getting thousands of views on on these and it's going to get bigger and it's only going
00:58:28.620 to get worse and y'all sitting up there in these chairs y'all all y'all need to get out here and
00:58:32.340 do something y'all making hundreds of thousand dollars y'all need to put on a t-shirt and some
00:58:35.240 crocs and then y'all need to come out here in these streets and y'all need to go out here
00:58:38.440 and uh i'm out here before the police is like y'all need to do something bro y'all really got
00:58:43.820 to stand on minutes y'all getting paid all this money just to wear a suit and sit in a chair
00:58:47.480 i don't think i think it's i think it's
00:58:50.200 there so
00:58:56.300 i don't know i don't know there has been
00:59:05.780 this video that has gone viral on all social media platforms millions and millions of views
00:59:16.420 but it's one man in a cincinnati reds baseball cap claiming that haitians are taking ducks out
00:59:25.700 ponds, cutting off their necks and eating them. Usually, for any journalist, you need at least
00:59:35.280 double verification on something before you can even begin to establish that may be a story.
00:59:45.160 Double verification. You would like eyewitness accounts. It doesn't matter what city officials
00:59:52.900 or police say in my opinion what you need is eyewitness accounts you need video in context
00:59:59.620 of what is actually going on so for donald trump to have said what he said tonight in front of
01:00:06.960 millions and millions and millions of people and guys i might be wrong about this i might be slow
01:00:11.100 on this there could be other videos out there i haven't yet seen that verify what donald trump
01:00:17.020 was saying tonight, but he set himself up. He took the bait. I think maybe that's what this was.
01:00:24.840 I think maybe that's what this was. I think the Democrats may have been setting him up,
01:00:30.960 and he went, oh, and I thought he was smarter than that. Again, I might be wrong, but it's
01:00:40.240 always better to wait until absolute verification has been determined before going off and saying
01:00:47.800 something like that in front of millions of people when your country is at stake.
01:00:56.780 Now, this is from revolver.news. I don't know how much stock to put into this because they go into
01:01:04.940 this wild theory. And once again, guys, I mean, I am with you. I've gone down the rabbit holes,
01:01:10.000 but I only go down the rabbit holes where we can see facts, proof, things that absolutely determine
01:01:16.400 what's real and what's not. And if it's not, I'll let you know that.
01:01:22.260 We can't say something is a fact until it's, in fact, a fact.
01:01:29.800 So this story, I don't know. Let's go down and see. Chilling back to our plot involving savage
01:01:36.920 Ohio Haitian migrants is being hidden from the American people. Okay, this may or may not be 0.95
01:01:42.660 true. Why is there a horde of uncivilized Haitian migrants overrunning the red state of Ohio? 1.00
01:01:49.440 That's the million-dollar question Americans are asking as they watch this horrific nightmare 1.00
01:01:53.160 unfold in the Midwest. By now, you've probably heard the horror stories going viral online,
01:01:58.300 ghoulish tales of unkempt, filthy Haitians. You see? I mean, 1.00
01:02:01.940 unkempt, filthy Haitian migrants squatting on people's lawns, killing pets for food and being 1.00
01:02:09.000 overly aggressive towards American citizens. Here is a tweet from somebody called Captive 1.00
01:02:14.900 Dreamer. And that is the same video that we played for you just now. It's true nightmare
01:02:21.920 brought to life under the extreme so-called leadership of Biden and Harris. And it's only
01:02:26.820 going to get worse if the radical duo of Harris and Walls are installed in the White House.
01:02:31.940 You see, there is nothing that verifies anything in here.
01:02:41.560 Nothing.
01:02:42.880 And they go into this wild, and again, I'm not saying it's not true,
01:02:47.280 but nothing is based on any kind of fact in that story.
01:02:53.400 Now, here's something that we can say is factual.
01:02:58.160 There were police reports.
01:02:59.980 There were several eyewitnesses to what happened.
01:03:03.140 I think it was a couple of years ago, March 5th, 2023.
01:03:07.960 I'm not telling you that CNN is an incredible news source.
01:03:11.480 It just so happens that's where I found this story first.
01:03:13.860 Two men hunted and killed a bald eagle in Nebraska, officials say.
01:03:19.860 So two men in Nebraska have been cited after hunting and killing a bald eagle,
01:03:24.520 according to the Stanton County Sheriff's Office.
01:03:27.400 Illegal immigrants from Honduras, citizens of Honduras,
01:03:33.880 were charged with unlawful possession of a bald eagle,
01:03:36.360 according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
01:03:38.460 The men indicated they planned on cooking and eating the bird,
01:03:41.040 according to the news release.
01:03:43.840 But they didn't get charged.
01:03:46.760 Ultimately, the police decided to just let them go for whatever reason.
01:03:52.760 All right, I think I can probably...
01:03:56.740 I THINK I COULD PROBABLY HANDLE GOING BACK TO THIS FOR A FEW MINUTES.
01:03:59.680 IN THIS ELECTION, I ACTUALLY HAVE THE ENDORSEMENT OF 200 REPUBLICANS WHO HAVE FORMALLY WORKED
01:04:07.460 WITH PRESIDENT BUSH, MITT ROMNEY, AND JOHN MCCAIN, INCLUDING THE ENDORSEMENT OF FORMER
01:04:13.880 VICE PRESIDENT DICK CHENEY AND CONGRESS MEMBER LIZ CHENEY.
01:04:18.800 AND IF YOU WANT TO REALLY KNOW THE INSIDE TRACK ON WHO THE FORMER PRESIDENT IS, IF
01:04:24.480 he didn't make it clear already, just ask people who have worked with him. His former chief of
01:04:29.640 staff, a four-star general, has said he has contempt. I don't think that she's in any
01:04:35.080 position to be talking like that when her staff, it's documented, her staff cannot stand her.
01:04:43.040 And the vice president's office in the last four years, a shambles, because people were leaving 1.00
01:04:48.320 in droves because she was awful. So you live in a glass house, you don't throw stones, right?
01:04:54.960 For the Constitution of the United States. His former national security advisor has said he is
01:05:00.160 dangerous and unfit. His former secretary of defense has said the nation, the republic would
01:05:06.860 never survive another Trump term. And when we listen to this kind of rhetoric, when the issues
01:05:16.320 that affect the American people are not being addressed, I think the choice is clear in this
01:05:21.500 election. President Trump, I'll give you a quick minute to respond. Thank you, because when I hear
01:05:27.300 that, see, I'm a different kind of a person. I fired most of those people, not so graciously.
01:05:33.400 They did bad things or bad jobs. I fired them. They never fired one person. They didn't fire
01:05:38.900 anybody having to do with Afghanistan and the Taliban and the 13 people who's who's were just
01:05:45.160 killed, viciously and violently killed, and I got to know the parents and the family.
01:05:49.900 They didn't fire—they should have fired all those generals, all those top people,
01:05:53.960 because that was one of the most incompetently handled situations anybody has ever seen.
01:05:59.740 So when somebody does a bad job, I fire them. And you take a guy like Esper. He was no good.
01:06:05.700 I fired him. So he writes a book. Another one writes a book, because with me, they can write
01:06:09.440 books with nobody else can they but they have done such a poor job and they never fire anybody
01:06:15.840 look at the economy look how look at the inflation they didn't fire any of their economists they have
01:06:21.440 the same people that's a good way not to have books written about you but just to finish i got
01:06:27.340 more votes than any republican in history by far in fact i got more votes than any president sitting
01:06:35.160 president in history by far. Let me continue on immigration. It was what you wanted to talk
01:06:41.140 about earlier. So let's get back to your deportation proposal that the vice president
01:06:46.120 has reacted to as well. President Trump, you call this the largest domestic deportation operation in
01:06:51.580 the history of our country. You say you would use the National Guard. You say if things get
01:06:54.780 out of control, you'd have no problem using the U.S. military. You also said you would use local
01:06:59.780 police. How would you deport 11 million undocumented immigrants? I know you believe that number
01:07:05.620 is much higher. Take us through this. What does this look like? Will authorities be going door
01:07:10.100 to door in this country? Yeah, it is much higher because of them. They allowed criminals, many,
01:07:16.340 many millions of criminals. They allowed terrorists. They allowed common street criminals.
01:07:21.840 They allowed people to come in, drug dealers, to come into our country. And they're now in the
01:07:26.160 United States and told by their countries like Venezuela, don't ever come back or we're going 1.00
01:07:32.740 to kill you. Do you know that crime in Venezuela and crime in countries all over the world is way 0.90
01:07:39.080 down? You know why? Because they've taken their criminals off the street and they've given them
01:07:43.780 to her to put into our country. And this will be one of the greatest mistakes in history for them
01:07:50.140 to allow. And I think they probably did it because they think they're going to get votes,
01:07:54.160 But it's not worth it, because they're destroying the fabric of our country by what they've done.
01:08:00.280 There's never been anything done like this at all.
01:08:03.080 They've destroyed the fabric of our country.
01:08:05.900 Millions of people let in.
01:08:07.920 And all over the world, crime is down all over the world except here.
01:08:12.100 Crime here is up and through the roof, despite their fraudulent statements that they made.
01:08:17.100 Crime in this country is through the roof.
01:08:19.440 And we have a new form.
01:08:21.320 All right.
01:08:22.080 So I want to come to you, and I want to ask you, of all of the excerpts that I've put on tonight, how do you feel about this?
01:08:34.300 I don't want you to try to be as completely and totally unbiased as you possibly can be.
01:08:41.620 How does it look?
01:08:42.580 Because I think there's still a lot of undecideds down there in the United States,
01:08:48.080 And I think that they might have been watching this tonight to try and make up their minds and see who they want to vote for, who seems more presidential.
01:08:55.980 I know Harris is lying.
01:08:58.060 She's lying about a lot of things, and Trump hasn't been able to catch her in them yet.
01:09:02.980 And when he does speak, he comes off as almost insane and self-important.
01:09:09.000 I had the most votes.
01:09:10.240 I have the biggest rallies.
01:09:11.860 I mean, who cares about that stuff?
01:09:15.380 And she pointed it out, and he's still doing it.
01:09:22.780 I get it.
01:09:24.600 It's Donald Trump.
01:09:26.880 I totally understand.
01:09:29.460 And here's another question for you.
01:09:31.880 If they're both wings of the same bird, does it really matter anyway?
01:09:36.640 Yeah, it does.
01:09:37.880 It does.
01:09:38.720 because there's more than one. There's more than one globalist movement underway right now. I
01:09:46.460 believe there's three. I've told you this before. I believe there's at least three in play right now.
01:09:50.640 And I do not believe that they're all working together. As a matter of fact, I think they're
01:09:54.060 working against each other. But there might be an overmind in all of that. And when I see,
01:10:04.860 And I get how it sounds, but I've been reading a lot in these last couple of weeks with my one eye, my one good eye, and going deep into some very, very old, old texts, and it sounds to me like there is a cabal on top of the cabals, on top of the cabals, that's controlling it all.
01:10:30.060 i know how it sounds but when you read some of these things it all starts to make sense and
01:10:41.260 guys i've got piles of stuff i still haven't even been able to get to yet
01:10:44.860 and i'm what i'm going to start doing is is putting down some of these links for you guys
01:10:51.740 to go ahead and read them yourselves because it's fascinating it's very long reads very long reads
01:10:56.820 And then there's videos that I've been watching and listening to.
01:10:59.300 And what you see is historical texts that are applicable today in terms of what the plans have always been, what the plans always were, and where do we go from here.
01:11:16.060 So does this really matter?
01:11:19.640 Yeah, sure.
01:11:21.340 But it only matters if the people finally decide they're going to stand up.
01:11:30.280 If not, then whoever is in office, whether it's Canada, the United States, the UK, whatever, it won't matter one bit.
01:11:41.440 That's what I worry about.
01:11:42.760 I worry about, let's say Trump wins down there.
01:11:46.360 And people go back to sleep thinking Trump is going to be their savior.
01:11:49.440 He's going to be their hero. 0.96
01:11:50.420 he's going to keep all the Marxists out, he's going to shut up all of the transers and all of
01:11:55.160 that. And the same up here with Pierre Polyev. And people go back to sleep. Then, after these
01:12:03.320 guys get elected, then we really have to step up our games and watch these guys like hawks
01:12:09.760 and point them, constantly point them in the right directions, remembering that
01:12:13.640 politicians are not supermen politicians sometimes are not even smart people they just happen to have
01:12:20.860 a certain charisma about them that gets them elected in their small municipality in their
01:12:25.600 small writing or maybe they're the most popular name in that writing or a name that people have
01:12:30.000 known for 25 or 30 years and they trust that name because that guy owned the general store 0.99
01:12:34.860 or maybe was the mayor once 10 or 15 years ago could be a complete moron but they love that name 0.93
01:12:40.780 they're familiar with that name and they go and make an x next to that name when voting time comes 0.99
01:12:47.180 around and we can't that's what's killing us is if there is a cabal that's happening right now 0.99
01:12:57.700 that all these idiot politicians or the bought off ones and by the way same result either way 1.00
01:13:05.560 whether it's bought off or whether it's an idiot who just lets things happen they're going to get 1.00
01:13:10.160 their way anyhow unless we continue to open eyes and put these guys on their toes keep them on 0.99
01:13:18.540 their toes because if we don't that and that this has been guilty for years and years especially at
01:13:23.920 the civic level of not going and voting of having our say the average percentage of voter turnout
01:13:31.400 for civic elections? 30%. 30%. If you're living in a city with 30,000 people, of which let's say
01:13:40.520 20,000 are of legal age to vote, 30% of 20,000 works out to what? 6,000 maybe? 6,500 people?
01:13:49.680 Those 6,500 people determine who is going to lead your community for the next four years.
01:13:54.880 and let's say there's five candidates and the winner gets 1,500, 2,000 votes.
01:14:06.280 That's how easy it is to influence elections. And when I talk about these elections, I'm also
01:14:11.640 talking about federal and provincial elections, because in our system of government, you are
01:14:16.400 voting in your own riding. You're not voting for the prime minister. You're not voting for
01:14:22.600 what's going on in Barrie, Ontario, unless you live in Barrie, Ontario. You're not voting for
01:14:26.380 what goes on in Estevan, Saskatchewan, or Consort, Alberta, or Salmon Arm, British Columbia. You're
01:14:32.020 voting for your area, your area. And we need to keep people engaged. And I fear that many people
01:14:40.800 have fallen off, either because they just can't do it anymore, they're too stressed out,
01:14:47.560 or they've gone back into the matrix.
01:14:52.720 So we do need to keep on our toes,
01:14:55.420 but we need to approach things,
01:14:56.980 I believe, a little bit differently right now.
01:14:59.060 But that's a whole different conversation, you guys.
01:15:01.180 I'm going to stick around for a few more minutes
01:15:02.620 and watch a little bit more of this debate anyhow,
01:15:05.260 and then we're going to switch to the extension
01:15:06.600 on shadowdavis.com for you all Access members.
01:15:09.580 So let's go ahead. 0.98
01:15:10.080 The number of crime is called migrant crime, 1.00
01:15:12.060 and it's happening at levels that nobody thought possible.
01:15:14.540 President Trump, as you know,
01:15:15.500 the FBI says overall violent crime is actually coming down in this country.
01:15:19.220 Excuse me, the FBI defraud, they were defrauding statements. They didn't include the worst cities.
01:15:24.600 They didn't include the cities with the worst crime. It was a fraud, just like their number
01:15:30.480 of 818,000 jobs that they said they created turned out to be a fraud. President Trump,
01:15:35.220 thank you. I'll let you respond, Vice President Harris. Well, I think this is so rich,
01:15:38.180 coming from someone who has been prosecuted for national security crimes, economic crimes,
01:15:47.180 election interference, has been found liable for sexual assault, and his next big court appearance
01:15:55.700 is in November at his own criminal sentencing. And let's be clear, where each person stands
01:16:02.540 on the issue of what is important about respect for the rule of law and respect for law enforcement.
01:16:08.780 The former vice president called for defunding federal law enforcement, 45,000 agents, get this,
01:16:17.060 on the day after he was arraigned on 34 felony counts.
01:16:21.640 I don't like that she's actually using her own offenses against Trump and Trump is not
01:16:28.280 responding properly she's the one who was talking about defunding the police she's the one who was 0.67
01:16:34.980 talking about funding those black lives protesters through that blue fund in minnesota years there's
01:16:39.980 video of her saying it and she has actually got the nerve to stand up there and say that trump
01:16:47.000 was the one or trump's vice president mike pence at the time was the one who wanted to defund the
01:16:51.140 police that's absolutely outrageous but she's getting away with it because he's letting her do so
01:16:58.280 look at him. He does not look engaged at all.
01:17:08.540 Is he sick?
01:17:11.880 All right. We've got, we've got more to come in the, uh, I'm sorry, guys.
01:17:18.180 We've got more to come in the extension on shadow davis.com.
01:17:21.280 And that's going to be coming up in just a couple of minutes.
01:17:24.340 So if you're an all access member, we'll see you there in two minutes.
01:17:27.600 And if not, I will catch you tomorrow night at eight o'clock central for
01:17:32.320 another shadow at night live stream. I love you all.
01:17:34.660 I appreciate you all and I'll see you tomorrow night or I'll see you in two
01:17:37.520 minutes. Bye for now.
01:17:57.600 We'll be right back.
01:18:27.600 We'll be right back.
