00:04:54.080 before but the news keeps getting more intense doesn't it tonight of all nights that you share
00:05:01.280 this we need as many people as possible to hear this message tonight we'll be right back with
00:05:09.580 katie posidney from universal ostrich farm the shadow at night live stream as always is brought
00:05:14.080 to you by CanadaNanoSilver.com. Today, we're comparing Crest toothpaste to Silver Ceuticals
00:05:18.800 toothpaste. First, we're starting out with Crest. It's a classic. It's an original. It's what I've
00:05:22.400 used most of my life. But that being said, it does have its problems. First off, the consistency is
00:05:26.820 so weird and thick. And I get it's a paste, but it really doesn't spread that well. And I must also
00:05:31.000 say that I'm not in love with the taste. I get toothpaste isn't supposed to taste good, but why
00:05:34.940 shouldn't it? But that being said, it does get the job done. Next, we have Silver Ceuticals. They
00:05:38.720 have three flavors, but today we're going with Bubbleberry. And already it smells so good. So
00:05:42.420 excited to see what this tastes like the consistency is also a lot smoother and i must say it spreads
00:05:46.980 way nicer in your mouth this literally tastes like fruit bubble gum yeah this toothpaste was
00:05:52.420 pretty good i actually went in for seconds and it's infused with nano silver so it helps
00:05:56.740 remineralize your teeth and keep them fresh throughout the day 100 go with silver super cool
00:06:01.380 and here's the results what's your favorite toothpaste
00:06:03.460 canadananosilver.com 204-808-9292 that is canadananosilver.com hello katie
00:06:17.580 hi how are you well i'm all right the question is how are you how's your mom how's your family
00:06:24.840 how's everybody doing we're holding in there i want to say thank you to you for your ongoing
00:06:30.320 support and covering these really hard topics because without you and people like you we
00:06:36.000 wouldn't have the people that have shown up you've been a really good voice and visited the farm
00:06:41.860 you've spent time with these animals and you yourself know exactly how healthy they look and
00:06:46.700 how healthy they are but this has just taken more of a mental this is a mental war game you know
00:06:52.560 it's a psychological warfare in a family that's trying to do the right thing and so yeah we're
00:06:57.500 doing okay we're holding in there and um we're really just hoping that we're going to see a lot
00:07:02.660 of support pour into the farm this weekend hopefully yeah hopefully you're right about
00:07:07.780 that and we're going to get into the news in case people haven't heard in just a second but i want
00:07:12.840 to talk about this helicopter incident a couple of nights ago i played the video of it on the show
00:07:17.540 last night highlighting the spotlights of the helicopters that flew over and you could tell
00:07:23.120 from the shadows along the trees how low they were there was two of them right and your friend said
00:07:27.940 they were euros yeah and we'll go off how low they were flying and what it caused actually so
00:07:33.520 we found a bird that it caused havoc on the farm the birds were running um they were you know
00:07:40.900 anxious it's when they bed down it's when they feel safe and they're they're they kind of herd
00:07:45.440 around each other and sleep in groups and they were panicked they were hitting fences and we do
00:07:49.780 have a rooster that ended up hitting the fence and breaking his neck so those helicopters were
00:07:55.760 flying extremely low caused havoc on the farm anxiety amongst everybody it was uh it's a mental
00:08:02.960 strategy it's a it's a warfare it's it's you know it's adds that that level of anxiousness that
00:08:09.080 risk that uncertainty are they coming tonight are they coming in the morning are they coming
00:08:14.820 with helicopters and army is that dave there is he standing there talking no i'm sorry and he
00:08:20.860 shouldn't have been out here it's somebody else helping at the farm that's we appreciate all the
00:08:25.100 help tim but yeah thanks this is thanks tim this is a shout out to tim anyway i'm sorry you were
00:08:31.380 saying um so it did so that that low flying caused havoc on the birds and we do have a death of a
00:08:37.940 in resulting to that we don't know um the rcmp goes to they say that it was a flight school
00:08:46.180 that's what they're claiming that um ben our liaisons that were coming to do those wellness
00:08:51.940 checks shadow you were here for one of those yeah that he says that they were doing uh there was a
00:08:58.360 flight school nighttime flying night vision thing but it just sounds like i said to the rcmp officer
00:09:05.440 I said, you can't tell me that, you know, this flight school is training 135 kilometers away from a major city, conveniently flying over some of the most controversial animals right now internationally.
00:09:18.060 And then 100 feet off the ground, too, right?
00:09:21.300 Like, come on.
00:09:22.140 That's not a training exercise.
00:09:23.740 No, this is not a training exercise.
00:09:26.000 They did not pop up on any of those maps, the apps that you can have for the radar apps.
00:09:32.820 They didn't pop up on that.
00:09:34.180 uh we made complaints into the operations aviation um i guess organization we've had a
00:09:42.140 couple complaints into them have had nothing back um so anyways they're sticking to that story i
00:09:47.060 don't believe it for a minute um and i think where we're what we're finding here is we're really on
00:09:52.480 our on our own and then you know by chance it comes out that they were here two days or three
00:09:57.780 days prior to when they're supposed to be coming in and moving in this weekend to kill so i think
00:10:04.540 it's just even that in its own uh all in itself is a little bit too convenient but so you can't
00:10:09.980 rely on the police because they're lying to you that's a bald-faced lie anybody anybody could tell
00:10:16.140 that yeah i mean you can't rely on the courts because they won't allow information no they
00:10:25.740 I won't look at any of our reconsideration material that we've submitted.
00:10:29.020 Canadian Food Inspection Agency is not acknowledging that material.
00:10:33.320 We've been working really hard, Omar, our lawyer, to put in the leave of Supreme Court
00:10:41.240 and attached to that would be another emergency stay order.
00:10:44.640 But in our last federal court of appeal decision, the judge, Judge Hickson, kind of cleaned
00:10:55.120 that up.
00:10:55.520 So he made it almost that if we did apply, we wouldn't get approved if we apply for an emergency stay order.
00:11:00.440 And if we applied for a leave of Supreme Court, we're not going to get approved for that either.
00:11:03.860 So he kind of cleaned it up within his answers.
00:11:07.120 But we're still going to go for it because it's our legal right.
00:11:11.080 We have the right to apply for Supreme Court, at least.
00:11:14.080 This does hold international interest, this case.
00:11:18.020 We have RFK and Dr. Oz and the Trump administration.
00:11:22.020 There are asked today, and this is a question that's been asked and answered a million times, but I suppose it's worth answering again.
00:11:28.840 Why don't you move them?
00:11:30.820 I answered it today to somebody on social media, but please go ahead.
00:11:36.220 Well, if we if the United States of America can't get authority to move them, I just, you know, we can't move them.
00:11:42.820 We are under quarantine and we are under strict quarantine measures.
00:11:46.460 if these animals are moved it's just a whole different slew of fines and um we have always
00:11:53.280 wanted to do this with um you know taking the most legal avenues possible to doing the right
00:12:00.200 thing we thought that we would be able to go through the courts we thought we would be able to
00:12:03.960 have our case heard properly we thought we would be able to have have the best opportunity at taking
00:12:10.380 this um you know which dog is that that's buster buster he's the one that bit me isn't he yeah
00:12:18.620 don't touch buster i always say don't touch the black dog but what this is this is you know we're
00:12:23.640 undermining public trust and when government agencies are allowed to regulate themselves
00:12:29.400 without their external account like the accountability uh they operate with excessive
00:12:34.480 freedom no accountability let me ask you something i mean we we've talked about the cfia and their
00:12:40.020 overreach and no no accountability yeah but the courts the police they're all in on it it seems
00:12:46.980 your lawyer omar yeah have you ever had a conversation with him about this situation
00:12:53.420 has he ever seen anything like this before in all of his years no no this is absurd like so here we
00:13:00.880 have like the trading partner policies offering the uh the organizations of the na the yeah
00:13:07.500 organizations of the nih fda uh the collaboration rfk acknowledging these animals are healthy that
00:13:13.400 they hold way more value alive than they do dead and canadian food inspection agency is just silent
00:13:19.080 canadian government has silent mark carney's you know the whole team has been knows about this
00:13:24.500 we have heard nothing about anything from mark carney we have no um political party taking any
00:13:31.120 any grounding or stance with this. We have our MLAs, MPs, Scott Anderson, Jordan Keeley. We have
00:13:38.680 David Williams. We've had Dallas Brody and Tara Armstrong. We've had some amazing MLAs and MPs
00:13:45.300 standing up, but, you know, nothing from, say, Pierre Polyev or David Eby. I think as much as
00:13:51.180 David Eby has went out to say is that he's frustrated that this shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all
00:13:55.480 solution so um you know yeah this is went on nine months 247 days healthy animals no testing no
00:14:07.320 visits from the canadian canadian food inspection agency for over six months uh there's been no soil
00:14:12.920 samples there's been no water samples there's been nothing there's been no trying to work together
00:14:17.800 if this was about the international trade it would be as easy as testing these animals and deeming
00:14:22.200 them clear and then we could have been avian influenza free in our zone nine months ago you
00:14:28.320 know i'll tell you that after this is over this coming weekend we're going to get to this in a
00:14:34.380 second and hopefully something happens something good um then somebody will come out and say this
00:14:42.300 was wrong this should never have happened but it'll be absolutely let's call it down 100 for
00:14:48.420 sure shadow you know that somebody's going to be like yeah no we made a business we made a mistake
00:14:53.220 we're going to step up and we're going to make sure that this never happens again but we're going
00:14:57.180 to sit stuck in a precedence war at universal ostrich farms and this should be ground zero
00:15:01.220 for change and that policy that's going to be you know presented to every other farmer come as
00:15:06.120 said this policy is coming to a farm near you if you don't think that this same policy that we're
00:15:11.000 fighting here for our livestock is not going to be showing up at your door or show up at your
00:15:15.640 neighbor's door um you're wrong and that's all we've been trying to do here is set a precedent
00:15:20.040 a healthy precedent that um you know policy isn't law policy is meant to evolve as we very much know 0.96
00:15:29.040 mandates aren't law mandates are you know uh and here we sit we're just trying to do the right
00:15:34.500 thing and challenge something that we have every right to challenge you know you're you're right
00:15:38.820 when you say coming for a farm near you there's a hutterite colony that sells chickens in
00:15:43.600 saskatchewan somebody messaged me the other day and said they've been shut down because of avian
00:15:48.880 flu we're not sure if they're going to get culled but probably oh the stamping out it's uh the
00:15:54.960 stamping out policy has to stop and we're about to make one of the biggest mistakes in canadian
00:16:00.340 history here at universal ostrich farms or on this farm if this goes through and we have the
00:16:06.140 opportunity within the hours that we have left the days that we have left to stop that mistake
00:16:11.060 from happening and we need to somehow stop it i don't know how yet i'm trying but we need to stop
00:16:16.940 it so so this is thursday the 18th of september yeah you heard earlier today her phone call this
00:16:24.100 afternoon i guess you had just heard at that point from a reliable very reliable source that
00:16:30.200 they're coming on saturday yeah the kill the slaughter the mass slaughter is supposed to
00:16:37.700 happens saturday sunday monday they talk about it you know it's just a weekend thing and they'll be
00:16:41.720 finishing up the kill on monday like it's nothing you know um so yeah saturday sunday monday uh we
00:16:49.060 don't know what this looks like with um if they're gonna try and have us removed which they've kind
00:16:54.940 of made it clear that they're going to uh you know uh canadian food inspection agency they've never
00:16:59.740 been filmed doing one of their callings they've never had let me just ask you this yeah they have
00:17:07.320 like we've covered this before but for those people that don't know they have the authority
00:17:12.520 to remove you and the family the owners of the property from the property while they do this
00:17:20.700 where are you supposed to go i don't know if we're going to be detained for the time being
00:17:26.740 because we are in a jail cell yeah i don't know i this they don't make that clear but we had
00:17:32.720 rcmp here again today making it very clear that he suggests that we do not resist
00:17:38.080 and um and you know this is the problem this organization is operating under they they are
00:17:45.100 untouchable the canadian food inspection agency has made it so that they themselves you can't sue
00:17:50.800 them. You can't come back at them. They operate with their own audits. They don't have a third
00:17:59.040 party audit. They do their own independent audits. Nothing. They can come based off suspicion and
00:18:04.900 come to your farm. It doesn't stop. They can just make up the rules as they go. And that's all we've
00:18:09.800 been trying to point out to everybody. Pay attention because what is happening here? It's
00:18:15.920 like you just said, Shadow, this is happening to farmers all across Canada and it's putting us in 0.65
00:18:20.020 a serious serious position it sounds like a rogue agency katie i mean it's such a rogue agency i've
00:18:28.340 been trying on every video anything i've ever been on i've been trying to say hey you know we still
00:18:34.720 want to collaborate we still canadian food inspection agency it's a very very important
00:18:39.360 organization and it holds a very important role in canada however it has eroded the trust between
00:18:45.880 canadians and this organization which is putting canadians more at risk than ever because canadians
00:18:52.040 can't rely on this organization to call them if they have something wrong without the fear that
00:18:57.340 they're going to lose every animal on their home on their property their property rights
00:19:02.040 and their rights so you've been told also that because of the fight you've put up and maybe this
00:19:11.740 isn't the way it was worded that you're not going to be compensated at all by cfia for this are you 0.69
00:19:16.540 that's right we're in non-compliance so because we will not allow them to just come in and kill 0.58
00:19:23.420 them because we're fighting for justice we're fighting between right and wrong we're fighting
00:19:28.480 to just prove the health of our animals that we will not get compensated so remember too this was
00:19:34.900 the three thousand dollars per bird they gave us but this three thousand dollars per bird is based
00:19:40.340 off um chickens ducks geese and turkeys there is nothing in there that actually lists ostrich
00:19:50.260 ria emus so i don't even know how we're getting we're coming to this compensation uh agreement
00:19:56.400 there's been no none signed the compensation that was offered to us was when we were you know to
00:20:01.620 being compliant before february 1st when they told us that we had to kill all our own animals
00:20:06.500 by our own hand and then again we we could have been in compliance if we don't keep taking them
00:20:14.540 to court then we're in compliance right comply or die like it's if if you don't uh yeah so if we
00:20:20.640 would have just ruled over and let them just steamroll us like they've done to many other
00:20:24.620 farms in canada then we would have got a little bit of a payout and guess what then this has all
00:20:29.860 been worth it and that's we said this isn't about the money uh we we don't want a settlement at this
00:20:33.980 like that we don't this isn't about the settlement money this is about changing policy to protect
00:20:38.960 farmers all across canada and to preserve our rights and to preserve preserve livelihoods
00:20:44.560 is it become frustrating though katie i mean like you you say that every time you're on and i'm sure
00:20:49.380 you say that with all of the other shows that you're on this is to protect other farmers but
00:20:54.020 they won't stand up with you and that's got to be galling frustrating so frustrating but we do know
00:21:02.440 that within the poultry association they make money you make money off compensation because
00:21:08.240 they're a broiler chicken they they're they're you know even if it's like a one-year-old chicken or
00:21:12.800 and they're compensating at a way less young age or at a younger age because those chickens are
00:21:18.460 say you know contracting or what they say they have avian influenza at a um probably about six
00:21:24.380 months worth of age so the farmers are getting compensated extremely well and um they make money
00:21:30.980 on this so we have to make maybe they actually they might actually try to get h5n1 in their
00:21:39.280 flock so they can make money i wonder if any of them have ever done that shadow they don't have
00:21:44.560 you i don't have somebody somebody could just call canadian food inspection agency and say 0.53
00:21:50.020 i think i have h5n1 and i'll just come in and kill everything yeah there's no test you don't
00:21:55.280 need tests to get so but so we're sitting here you're right it's yeah it's it's a scary time
00:22:02.540 for our whole family and it's a scary time for everybody who's fallen in love with these animals
00:22:06.640 saturday they're going to be rolling in do you know how many of them like i i would imagine
00:22:15.820 now these cfia hires an outside group for this don't they
00:22:21.440 they do yeah uh as you know on global news and other statements that the canadian food inspection
00:22:31.500 agency has made is that uh they've threatened us that they will come in when they want they're
00:22:36.720 going to do this how they want okay you're breaking up you're breaking up badly we need
00:22:43.140 to hear everything hold on hold on hold on hold on you're breaking up very badly we need to hear
00:22:46.900 everything you're saying if you can get everybody else off the internet right now because they're
00:22:52.720 draining it okay and move a little bit closer that would be cool because what you're saying
00:22:57.940 right now is important we need to hear it okay and let me just do this
00:23:03.360 sorry shadow can you still see me can you hear me you're a blur but um we can hear you
00:23:10.560 yeah sorry just one moment let me i mean i'm yellow tonight so i'm i don't know why i'm
00:23:17.660 yellow you guys but i'm yellow so i apologize i don't know what what happened i'm a little
00:23:22.880 more yellow than normal i think this might work better just uh bear with me
00:23:37.520 is that better frozen solid we could hear you and we've got a blurry picture of you okay anyway
00:23:45.040 anyway okay we'll just deal with what we have i suppose um i'm sorry i hope it clears up we know
00:23:54.760 you're in a remote location and the internet is not easy there um and i know that i know that
00:24:00.700 firsthand so we were talking about the goons coming in this weekend cfia hires outside agencies
00:24:09.320 do we know where these guys are based from or is it just a loose group of guys who like killing
00:24:16.200 things is that better okay okay it's a little better sorry i think i'm back did you hear the
00:24:25.060 question that i just asked no i didn't i apologize i'm i can hear you that's okay so i was just
00:24:33.020 talking about the people who are going to be coming in to do the killing this weekend cfia
00:24:37.680 hires outside agencies do we know if they hire is there a group of people they hire like from a
00:24:43.900 from an agency or is it a loose group of people who like killing things right well i think that
00:24:50.300 obviously you have to be a weird loose group of people that that likes killing things to possibly
00:24:54.220 work for the organization that's going to come uh but it is there is a company called integra
00:24:59.360 that is one of the companies that has been used in multiple uh poultry cullings we don't know if
00:25:06.260 it's them that have been hired we're waiting to hopefully find out that information before they
00:25:10.700 come because it would be wonderful to be able to ask them you know to to ask them to stop think
00:25:17.100 about this twice before they show up here to create one of the biggest mistakes in Canadian
00:25:21.060 history but it is a third-party vendor Canadian Food Inspection Agency it usually never shows up
00:25:27.860 a vet is usually never present for the killing they did say that a vet will be present this time
00:25:35.640 i do i do remember hearing them make a comment to one of the mainstream media agencies um and then
00:25:42.660 they you know so we don't know how they're going to do it we don't know who they're going to use
00:25:47.200 we don't know um the the real fine details of this but the fact that they are still coming
00:25:53.240 with no testing off six months or so yeah or nine months uh no testing off our ostriches
00:26:03.080 is absurd i mean this is it's just this is going to go on over three days according to your source
00:26:10.160 saturday sunday monday as you pointed out is it like a 24 hour 24 hour day thing where they're
00:26:18.400 just going to be killing killing killing killing killing or are they going to take breaks like
00:26:23.180 like are they going to leave the farm or are they going to sleep in your bed or
00:26:28.660 like what is going on here this sounds completely and totally absurd yeah the the minute that they
00:26:36.440 walk in here with their hazmat suits into those pens there's going to be complete panic complete
00:26:41.380 panic of these animals that are hands of touch for 35 years complete panic they they they they
00:26:47.500 really bond to the people that they trust they feel safe they recognize um my mom i dave they
00:26:56.220 recognize uh features and when they come in with white hazmat suits it's going to be nothing but
00:27:02.420 panic and you can imagine what these animals are going to go through for three days it is going to
00:27:07.560 be it's going to be something that none of us should ever want to imagine and this could all 0.95
00:27:13.140 be stopped by testing them to prove their health i can't get that through to everybody enough we
00:27:19.300 just need to test them and then this wouldn't have any we would have no problems with international
00:27:25.060 trade this wouldn't have a you know a problem with that our trading partner policies and which
00:27:29.560 what they want to say that we do have which we don't um and then this new virulent threat right
00:27:35.780 so they're saying that they're doing this because we have this new virulent threat the worst case
00:27:40.640 the worst kind of avian influenza in canada well when did they test them what are we going off of
00:27:46.380 when did they test them so they didn't they they're going off those ridiculous pcr tests
00:27:52.920 Dr. Pellick told us last week that they still haven't revealed the cycle rate they ran those
00:27:57.720 tests at. So if it was higher than 26, chances are good. They're false positives. I believe it
00:28:03.220 grew down. It's 40. It is. They ran it at 40, 40 cycles. Yeah. There's another Fraser Valley,
00:28:11.140 Fraser Valley farm ran at 39. Remember that Fraser Valley farm, 39 cycles. He didn't have
00:28:16.760 his compensation yet. All of his animals were killed and he had no lab results.
00:28:21.160 this is how our farmers are just think that this is what they have to do they're just think that
00:28:26.780 this is normal this can't become normal or we have a massive problem
00:28:30.980 so you're asking and this is something that you said to me on the phone this afternoon
00:28:37.900 yeah you're asking people to come if you have been waiting this whole time i know that we've had
00:28:45.140 we've asked, we've had our SOSs, but those were in open call order times. And for they were
00:28:50.900 justifiably, we asked for people to be here. And then we were blessed with an emergency stay order.
00:28:56.620 But that is still where we still had legal channels, different, different options to be
00:29:01.720 able to take. Right now we are at the end, we are at the last stand of this battle. And if you've
00:29:07.720 been waiting to come here, you've been saving up your money, and you didn't know when you were
00:29:11.380 going to come this is the time we need you at universal ostrich farms at 301 land jill road
00:29:18.180 l-a-n-g-i-l-l-e road edgewood british columbia and we need you here to stand up for our
00:29:26.000 agricultural sector to stand up with us in solidarity for our animals for the animals
00:29:31.280 and the farmers that have dedicated their lives to providing nutritional food for us for generations
00:29:36.680 and they still want to provide nutritional food for us for generations to come.
00:29:42.020 We need to stand up, stand together for our property rights, livelihoods, and our animal rights.
00:29:47.780 This is a time when we need to come together in unity.
00:29:51.900 So please come stand with our family.
00:29:54.520 And we're not asking, this is not a protest or a gathering of violence.
00:29:59.120 This is all to be done in peace.
00:30:01.520 But we're asking for everybody to film.
00:30:04.380 This has to be filmed.
00:30:05.380 The world is watching and the world is going to continue to watch what happens at Universal Ostrich Farms because of what this means, what this means.
00:30:15.820 Those community outreach officers today, did they give you any hints as to what they may do if they encounter any resistance?
00:30:24.080 No, no.
00:30:26.520 I mean, there's been talk, right?
00:30:28.200 Arrests.
00:30:29.080 There's been talk of arrests.
00:30:30.180 So I, you know, we're not asking anybody to put themselves in harm's way or put themselves in the way of being arrested if you're asked to leave and, you know, please cooperate if you, in whatever manner you choose to, if you want to stay, but you're out of their way and you can still film, please do so.
00:30:47.700 This is a very important part.
00:30:50.180 We have different properties.
00:30:52.160 Make it very clear the ostrich property is a completely different property than our home.
00:30:57.180 and so we should be able to very easily stay out of the way and film uh what is going to be
00:31:04.660 one of the biggest mistakes like i say in canadian history is killing these animals so
00:31:08.980 i yeah what does the order actually say candy because people are overwhelmed and completely
00:31:15.220 aghast yeah that these people can just come onto your property and do this and you have
00:31:21.340 no say in the matter and they can also have you removed from the property yeah apparently
00:31:26.760 yeah but now you're saying that because it's a separate property the ostriches versus where
00:31:33.460 your home is they can't touch you there well they can't we're talking about the people the
00:31:38.420 supporters right so they may if we are going to intervene if we are going to cause because
00:31:44.060 obviously we're an emotional influence to what's going to happen these are are
00:31:51.120 sorry i'm ha i'm so angry but i'm obviously really upset these are our family these are
00:31:58.560 we've grown up i've grown up with these animals they've grown up with me you go out there and
00:32:03.660 you touch them and you spend one day with them and you see the world looking back at you and
00:32:08.160 their big beautiful eyes and they're dancing in the sunshine um it's gonna yeah we want it filmed
00:32:16.760 we want everybody to know and these animals are are negative these animals do not have this new
00:32:22.600 virulent threat that virulent threat they tested off the two pcr tests in december 2024 so they've
00:32:29.480 been allowed to continue testing off those pcr tests and for the last nine months to come up
00:32:35.840 with whatever was going to be sufficient to um to justify their actions in the long run
00:32:41.120 but we can't test our own animals to prove their health
00:32:44.860 i think it's time for a prayer yeah please psalm 34 17 20 when the righteous cry for help
00:32:58.120 the lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles the lord is near to the brokenhearted
00:33:05.720 and saves the crushed in spirit many are the afflictions of the righteous but the lord
00:33:13.140 delivers him out of them all he keeps all his bones not one of them is broken amen
00:33:24.420 come stand with us because we deserve this win we really deserve this one
00:33:32.900 this is terrorism what they did to you the other night and this is terrorism what they've been
00:33:36.580 been doing to you psychological terrorism for the past nine or ten months and you know i know
00:33:44.240 there's a lot of problems in our country katie i know there's a lot of things that are going on that
00:33:48.600 are so wrong but you guys have made this stand and you deserve every single shred of support that you
00:33:58.880 get just from people being there just from showing up giving you a hug hanging out standing with you
00:34:07.040 and i i hope that hundreds show up in the next couple of days to help you in this thank you
00:34:15.780 i do too we all deserve this canada this is a win not just for our ostrich farm this is a win
00:34:21.780 for every farmer in canada we need to really um come together right now and if we the people's
00:34:30.460 matters and let's make let's take this to the the court of the people's opinion and we need to we
00:34:36.640 need to show that together we can make change love you guys thank you talk to you again we'll be right
00:34:45.980 back, you guys.
00:35:15.980 there's a lot of problems in this country right now and we are dangerously close to having a rogue
00:35:32.860 government that means the government that operates outside of its own laws
00:35:39.080 a government that operates unto itself without caring about its people and that's why they have
00:35:50.420 to use fear and force to intimidate this has been going on for quite some time most prevalent
00:35:58.460 at freedom convoy 2022 and now at universal ostrich farm in edgewood british columbia i
00:36:05.780 urge you if you're in the area even if you're not go there there's a guy called john bolton
00:36:15.920 he has a podcast i think he's primarily on youtube
00:36:19.360 and i saw something fascinating he did you know how how guys have been asking chat gpt and and
00:36:27.500 grok you know if you wanted to take over a country from within how would you do it
00:36:33.360 well john did a version of that with chat gpt for canada only putting some very specific
00:36:42.060 parameters in place and asking for the end result and here it is two things but i thought i'd go to
00:36:49.960 chat gpt and list a lot of other things together that the liberal government is doing and find out
00:36:55.820 what the end game is here can you explain to me a government that seems to be consciously causing
00:37:01.060 the following list of issues and tell me what the end game might be. Impose strict gun control, 0.58
00:37:06.600 remove the right to self-defense and make it illegal, take control of the media, restrict
00:37:11.200 movement of the public, limit free speech, run up massive government debt, control public education,
00:37:17.440 drive up the cost of living, massively increase immigration, declare a crisis. And here's what
00:37:22.800 chat GPT had to say. The list you've given describes a government that isn't simply mishandling
00:37:28.240 policy, but appears to be deliberately restructuring society to centralize power in its own hands.
00:37:34.060 Each item weakens individual autonomy, strengthens state dominance, and destabilizes society in ways
00:37:40.100 that make people more dependent on authority. Let's walk through it, then look at the likely
00:37:44.420 endgame. Step by step. Number one, impose strict gun control, removes the most direct form of
00:37:49.440 resistance, ensures the government has a monopoly on force. Number two, remove the right to self-defense
00:37:55.060 and make it illegal. Criminalizes personal independence. Forces people to rely exclusively
00:38:00.400 on the state for protection. Number three, take control of the media. Controls what people see,
00:38:05.760 hear, and believe. Turns journalism into propaganda. Prevents alternative narratives
00:38:10.980 from spreading. Four, restrict movement of the public. Limits the ability to organize,
00:38:15.800 protest, or escape. Paves the way for surveillance systems, digital IDs, and travel restrictions.
00:38:21.380 5. Limit free speech, silences critics, instills fear in the population about speaking openly, leaves only state-approved messages visible.
00:38:31.220 6. Run up massive government debt, creates permanent economic instability, justifies higher taxes, inflation, or austerity, which increase control, transfers influence to elites and financial institutions aligned with the state.
00:38:45.080 7. Control public education. Shapes future generations into obedient citizens. Rewrites
00:38:51.160 history and civics to fit state ideology. Weakens family, cultural or religious influence in favor
00:38:57.220 of loyalty to government. 8. Drive up the cost of living. Keeps people focused on survival
00:39:02.840 rather than resistance. Exhausts the middle class, making them easier to control. 9. Massively 1.00
00:39:09.180 increase immigration. Alters demographics and voting bases. Creates social divisions and 0.99
00:39:14.620 cultural friction, weakening unity, justifies expanding government bureaucracy and emergency
00:39:20.660 policies. 10. Declare a crisis, allows suspension of rights and expansion of state powers,
00:39:26.540 keeps the public fearful and compliant, justifies measures that would never be accepted under normal
00:39:31.720 conditions. The end game, all of these together point to a clear destination. 1. Total
00:39:37.280 self-centralization of power, political, economic, cultural, and social control is
00:39:41.920 consolidated at the top. Two, elimination of resistance. Citizens are disarmed, censored,
00:39:47.760 tracked, and kept divided. Three, dependence on the state. People must rely on government for
00:39:52.440 security, income, education, and even the truth itself. Four, rule by crisis. Emergency powers
00:39:58.940 become permanent, ensuring the government can always expand its reach. The ultimate endgame
00:40:03.780 is authoritarianism, a system where individual freedoms exist only when they don't threaten the
00:40:09.360 regime. Sometimes this takes the form of soft totalitarianism, where people still think they're
00:40:14.740 free, but every aspect of life is managed, or hard totalitarianism and open dictatorship. In either
00:40:21.360 case, the goal is the same. Control through dependency, fear, and division. What's happening
00:40:27.580 right now are not the actions of a government that wants to govern for you. They're the actions of a
00:40:33.780 government that wants to rule over you, to control you. Does this seem like the country you're living
00:40:39.200 in right now it sure seems that way to me he's a big advocate of alberta independence by the way
00:40:47.160 you should check him out john bolton you can find him on on youtube so i don't have any house of
00:40:55.920 commons clips for you today because there was one thing brought up in the house today and that's
00:41:01.820 they're talking about the notwithstanding clause which is held in our constitution
00:41:05.820 Part of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
00:41:08.080 And we're going to get to that in just a second
00:41:09.840 Pierre Polyev did have one real good zinger today
00:41:12.840 And I want you to listen to this
00:41:15.020 It's like 12 seconds long
00:41:16.520 The zinger is good
00:41:18.300 I'm going to play it a couple of times
00:41:19.420 But what else do you pick up
00:41:22.600 From this 12 second exchange
00:41:25.560 Between a reporter
00:41:26.480 Probably from the CBC
00:41:27.820 And Pierre Polyev
00:41:29.480 Have a listen
00:41:30.540 There's things to support
00:41:32.040 Oppose them when necessary
00:41:33.540 When it comes to the budget
00:41:35.000 Where are you going to land on that?
00:41:35.860 Are you going to support it?
00:41:36.700 Which budget?
00:41:37.560 The one November 4th that was announced today.
00:41:39.400 Do you have a copy you can give me?
00:41:40.780 I don't.
00:41:41.280 Okay, when you get one, then I'll answer your question.
00:41:42.980 Are there anything that probably have?
00:41:46.060 Okay, so there's a reporter.
00:41:50.900 Well, I'm not going to tell you.
00:41:51.960 I want to hear what you have to say about it.
00:41:53.260 It's a great zinger because there is no budget yet.
00:41:57.220 Not until November 4th.
00:42:00.280 So what do you guys get from that?
00:42:04.880 do i have to go to the rumble comments you're going to make me go to the rumble comments
00:42:13.780 you think it's redundant
00:42:22.020 oh i see there's a fight going on in rumble right now somebody is antagonizing the group
00:42:32.800 over there. Ignore them. That's exactly what they're trying to do to you. Ignore that one
00:42:38.600 person. Just ignore them. So there isn't going to be a budget, more hunger, more lost rights,
00:42:48.280 more homeless, disdain for the reporter. Yeah, I would too. Okay, so that reporter
00:42:56.940 is so indoctrinated on the left
00:43:01.460 and under Mark Carney, Justin Trudeau's spell
00:43:05.180 that she actually believes
00:43:07.520 that Pierre Polyev should approve the budget
00:43:11.600 without even ever seeing it.
00:43:15.200 That's the answer she was hoping to get from him today.
00:43:18.600 And if he answered no,
00:43:21.500 then she was going to try and do a gotcha moment on him.
00:43:24.140 so his answer was absolutely fantastic let's watch this again and listen to the arrogance
00:43:31.880 of this report there's things to support oppose them when necessary when it comes to the budget
00:43:36.800 where are you going to land on that are you going to support it which budget the one how can you
00:43:40.760 even ask that if the budget is not out yet and won't be out for another month and a half it's 0.93
00:43:45.400 a stupid question november 4th that was announced today do you have a copy you can give me i don't 0.82
00:43:51.040 Okay, when you get one, then I'll answer your question. 0.97
00:43:52.740 Are there anything that Polyev...
00:43:54.480 He should have disdain for that reporter.
00:43:57.640 Absolutely he should. 0.99
00:43:58.740 It's a ridiculous question. 0.72
00:44:01.040 But she is convinced that Pierre Polyev must support the liberal budget without even seeing it. 0.99
00:44:09.820 Or else you're a bad, bad, bad right-wing extremist.
00:44:14.040 that's how most of the media 0.97
00:44:16.740 corporate media
00:44:18.780 in this country feels
00:44:20.680 about anybody conservative
00:44:22.580 do you think they don't influence this country
00:44:25.080 they've been talking about it in the United States
00:44:29.380 now especially for the past
00:44:31.240 week since Charlie Kirk has been shot
00:44:33.160 that the media
00:44:34.980 has been absolutely
00:44:36.800 trying to influence people
00:44:39.020 for the past 10 years
00:44:40.940 to think that anybody who is conservative
00:44:43.140 is a nazi or a fascist greg gutfeld a couple of days ago on the five on fox let their new
00:44:53.560 left-wing panel member have it watch this fact of the matter is the both sides argument not only 1.00
00:45:03.680 doesn't fly we don't care we don't care about your both sides argument that shit is dead for 0.99
00:45:10.140 one thing there is no cognitive dissonance on our side on your side your beliefs do not match 1.00
00:45:16.040 reality so you're coming up with these rationalizations like what about this or what
00:45:20.460 about that we're not doing that because we saw it happen we saw a young bright man assassinated
00:45:27.460 and we know who did it we are not coming up with rationalizations we are calm we are honest and we
00:45:34.120 are resolute we're not defensive and i understand the defensiveness i understand why people are
00:45:39.720 saying what about this and what about this dude you're not calm you're on the brink of boiling
00:45:45.480 over but anyway because if you have to face the underlying fact of this your life is going to
00:45:50.100 fall apart because you're going to realize you're not the good guys if you sat around and you
00:45:54.640 defended the mutilation of children you're not the good guys if you sat 600 700 cases of uh of
00:46:00.880 harassment against republicans and you said but what about this what about this and then you see
00:46:04.500 this murder after calling somebody a fascist you fascist you realize maybe i'm not the good guy
00:46:08.980 That is a hell of a realization to deal with. So therefore, therefore, you have to grasp at
00:46:14.320 rationalizations. You don't have to do that, Jessica. They do. I don't believe you're part
00:46:19.140 of that group, but why the hell do you have to mimic and echo that crap to us? He was a patsy. 1.00
00:46:24.920 That guy was a patsy. He was under the hypnotic spell of a direct-to-consumer nihilism,
00:46:30.520 the trans cult. And you know that. If you can decide that biology is false, you can agree 1.00
00:46:35.320 that you that murder is okay and that humanity is expendable how you cannot see that alone and see
00:46:43.020 that for what the evil it is without having to attach all of these other things is beyond me i
00:46:48.160 i just want to be clear i want to let people speak i in no way intended at all to minimize
00:46:53.340 what happened to charlie i was horrified by it i have not been on the five she's shaking
00:46:57.700 jessica tarloff is her name she was a democratic strategist democrat party strategist and now she's
00:47:04.680 a panel member on fox must be tough for her with all those republicans around but anyway she is
00:47:13.060 shaking literally right now not with not with anger but with fear and i think a little bit
00:47:19.760 of realization too besides argument it's like no all that i was saying is right there we have all
00:47:26.560 of the information before you just say they did this because that is a broad brush to paint with
00:47:30.900 this and this kid let's have a conversation no charlie had a conversation you got shot i
00:47:35.380 look i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry you weren't here for a week you came in here and it's cold
00:47:42.440 and i'm sorry but this is a story that is immune to news cycles it's immune to rationalizations
00:47:47.540 it's immune to bias this thing is with us for good and we all have to deal with that so that
00:47:52.080 means we can't live by the same arguments that you might be reading about about relativism among
00:47:58.400 the media. We can't deal with those stories. It doesn't matter. The media is dead to us on the
00:48:01.540 story. They built this thing up. We're dealing with it. We're going to act. We don't care what
00:48:07.280 the whataboutism is anymore. That shit's dead. He apologized for his language later on, by the way, 1.00
00:48:14.060 and for his near rage. Donald Trump commented on ABC's. What did they say? They they've canceled
00:48:24.540 or suspended jimmy kimball live until further notice the immediate future so trump had a
00:48:30.580 comment we're going to get to that a little bit later on in the show tonight so on the political
00:48:36.520 menu in canada today this was a surprise to me because i hadn't heard about this at all
00:48:41.680 what what they're talking about getting rid of the notwithstanding clause through the courts
00:48:50.860 which ironically the notwithstanding clause is supposed to defend canadians from from the courts
00:48:57.580 so of course and
00:49:03.160 i've said i want to get rid of the notwithstanding clause in the past
00:49:08.540 and i still believe the notwithstanding clause has got to go
00:49:11.540 and the liberals are actually on my side with this because the notwithstanding clause
00:49:18.380 works both ways
00:49:20.780 for a tyrannical government
00:49:22.800 to cancel a judicial ruling
00:49:24.840 and use the notwithstanding clause
00:49:26.940 to go ahead and trample on people's rights
00:49:29.360 anyway
00:49:30.040 the charter means nothing
00:49:37.600 but then sometimes the courts
00:49:41.100 rule in favor of the Marxists
00:49:42.660 and so any rational common sense
00:49:45.360 thinking Canadian would use
00:49:47.000 the notwithstanding clause
00:49:48.360 to protect its citizens from the leftist ideologues
00:49:53.720 in the court system, of which there are many.
00:49:58.280 So Bill 21 is the issue.
00:49:59.800 It's a Quebec bill to ban religious symbolism.
00:50:04.560 Ottawa urges Supreme Court to review Quebec's use 0.56
00:50:06.880 of the Not Withstanding Clause, which is ridiculous
00:50:09.880 because Ottawa has no authority over the provinces
00:50:14.740 in this matter.
00:50:15.800 so they're they're trying to do it through the courts which is despicable to me
00:50:21.140 federal government urging the supreme court of canada like they're interfering
00:50:27.080 in a supreme court case are you freaking kidding me right now then again they
00:50:33.780 they do have standing in this case so they're allowed
00:50:36.940 they're urging the supreme court of canada to clarify how far provinces can go
00:50:43.800 in using the Constitution's notwithstanding clause,
00:50:47.580 emphasizing the risk of eroding rights
00:50:49.460 if the override is invoked too broadly or too often.
00:50:52.500 So I want you to understand now.
00:50:55.500 And by the way, David Lamedi was named by Mark Carney today
00:50:59.380 as Canada's official ambassador to the United Nations.
00:51:03.800 He was the justice minister during the Freedom Convoy.
00:51:07.580 He was talking with Marco Mendicino
00:51:09.560 about tanks and text messages.
00:51:11.640 Remember?
00:51:12.080 and now he's our ambassador to the united nations this is this is incredible
00:51:18.500 the federal government the tyrannical liberal federal government who stamped all over our rights
00:51:29.140 during covid and freedom convoy and now with universal ostrich farm remember cfia is a federal
00:51:37.700 government agency rogue but still federal government trampling over your property rights
00:51:43.820 the trampling over your mobility rights they are the ones who are trying to defend democracy
00:51:52.240 fairness and freedom that's a laugh in a written argument filed yesterday as an intervener in a
00:52:01.700 challenge to quebec's bill 21 ottawa does not contest the secular secularism law directly
00:52:08.260 instead it outlines concerns about the notwithstanding clause invoked by the coalition
00:52:13.300 avenir quebec government in bill 21 the federal government argues the top court must ensure the
00:52:19.600 clause is not used to distort or annihilate constitutional rights and freedoms or to
00:52:24.880 shrivel them beyond recognition. This is rich coming from the Liberals. The Supreme Court of
00:52:33.860 Canada is preparing to hear an appeal over Bill 21, a case that's fueling friction between
00:52:38.800 Premier Francois Legault and Mark Carney. On Thursday, today, the Legault government lashed
00:52:44.880 out at the Carney Liberals, denouncing their position as an attack on Quebec and other
00:52:49.300 provinces of course that means the liberals will have to back off won't it when quebec talks the
00:52:56.840 federal government listens the brief from federal attorney general sean frazier and that's another
00:53:03.640 laugh too this guy's now the the attorney general oh my god and the minister of justice 0.99
00:53:10.080 it's a walking talking fuck up 0.93
00:53:13.440 so this brief emphasized that ottawa takes no position on any basis whatsoever on the 0.97
00:53:21.640 constitutional validity of bill 21 adopted in 2019 yet he cautioned that the growing use of
00:53:27.860 the charter of rights and freedoms notwithstanding clause by quebec and some other provinces makes it
00:53:32.480 necessary to consider the constitutional limits on such invocations again i'm sorry but for them
00:53:40.480 to be considering the constitutionality of the notwithstanding clause in the courts is
00:53:47.960 is ridiculous the courts i already said that quebec invoked the clause to shield bill 21
00:53:59.880 from constitutional challenges the clause allows governments to override some fundamental rights
00:54:04.940 not all of the sections of the Charter, but some, including freedom of religion, expression,
00:54:12.400 and association, and equality rights. In its 65-page brief, the federal government argues
00:54:17.000 that the exceptional and limited power conferred by the clause justifies and requires a court to
00:54:22.700 assess the constitutionality of its use. It's in the Constitution. They can use it whenever they
00:54:31.340 want and it expires after five years that is their prerogative to do so
00:54:36.540 that is one thing in our constitution that is black and white there is no argument over this
00:54:46.340 they got to get rid of it and section one of the charter as well
00:54:52.400 but there's no black and white about it or sorry there's no gray about it it's all black and white
00:54:58.740 the court remains guardians of the constitution and may
00:55:03.160 the government the government should be guardians of the constitution
00:55:08.320 the people ultimately should be guardians of the constitution
00:55:15.320 the last line of defense but they say the court remains the guardians of the constitution and
00:55:21.280 may consider the compliance of any statute with the constitution under bill 21 quebec
00:55:28.320 government employees deemed to be in a position of authority, including teachers, police officers,
00:55:32.540 and judges, are forbidden from wearing religious symbols like hijabs, the Jewish kippah, the Sikh 0.98
00:55:39.080 turban, and the Christian cross, well on the job. Bill 21, critics argue the law is discriminatory, 0.97
00:55:48.840 with some suggesting it disappropriately affects Muslim women who wear head coverings.
00:55:55.500 So let's talk about Muslims for just a second here.
00:55:59.960 Because I saw a very, very disturbing video today. 0.56
00:56:05.080 Let me see if I can find it.
00:56:06.620 Haley Karania has taken over, at least partly, 0.88
00:56:11.820 some of Dan Bongino's social media channels.
00:56:14.360 Not a violent takeover.
00:56:16.680 Dan said, hey, Haley, you're good.
00:56:18.500 I want you to do my show while I'm gone.
00:56:21.840 And there's another guy who does some of it as well.
00:56:24.760 She ran a video today on her show about the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, who's a Muslim.
00:56:35.400 This is what's happening. 0.99
00:56:37.320 And this is going to happen in New York City, unless the people there waked up.
00:56:43.080 It's already happening in Canada. 0.99
00:56:46.140 Not necessarily with Muslims, or maybe it is happening with Muslims and all of these Indian immigrants, legal or not. 1.00
00:56:54.760 temporary or permanent, or just a smokescreen for that. I don't know. But listen to this. 0.99
00:57:01.540 This is incredible. Mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, wants a white resident to move out after voicing 0.73
00:57:09.080 concerns about a road being named in honor of Osama Sablani, a journalist who has voiced
00:57:15.000 sympathy for, get this, terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. Watch this. I mean, Hezbollah,
00:57:21.660 you know, bombed the embassy in Beirut and including many Americans. So I just feel it's 0.89
00:57:29.860 quite inappropriate. You are an Islamophobe. And although you live here, I want you to know as
00:57:33.980 mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch
00:57:39.100 a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city. He's going to launch a parade when a
00:57:46.240 white man moves out of Dearborn, Michigan. That is because the man who is speaking there is Ted
00:57:51.200 Barham he's a Christian resident in Dearborn Michigan which is now majority Muslim and the
00:57:56.700 sitting mayor who's supposed to care about all of all of his constituents not just the Muslim ones
00:58:02.140 clearly doesn't care he clearly wants this to be a full majority I would say and the stance of the
00:58:09.400 mayor is that if you don't support honoring a terror sympathizer then you shouldn't even live
00:58:13.880 in Dearborn Michigan now I am not anti-immigration by any means but I am anti-immigration without
00:58:20.320 assimilation because if these people want americans to bend to their cultural standards they need to
00:58:26.720 remember what country they are in this isn't a takeover immigration isn't supposed to be a
00:58:31.920 takeover they're supposed to want to come here and live here you know uphold american ideals and
00:58:37.520 values this is not the american way we are anti-terrorism and that shouldn't be a controversial
00:58:42.880 things no it shouldn't but that's what happens when you allow millions and millions and millions 0.99
00:58:52.560 of unchecked immigrants no matter what status what what legal status they're under temporary 0.95
00:58:58.260 foreign workers refugees student visas whatever it is whatever it is there's too many 1.00
00:59:07.120 and when that many come in they have no need to assimilate to the host country's culture 1.00
00:59:16.540 not even a little bit i keep i run into it more and more personally every single day
00:59:25.060 there's people working in service jobs they cannot speak english they cannot communicate with me
00:59:30.660 or you because they don't speak english french whatever they don't speak our language they don't
00:59:38.900 care they don't care and they don't practice the language at home because now there's so many of
00:59:45.760 them they speak their own language in the groups they hang out with the social groups when they're
00:59:50.640 not at work they're hanging out with their own people who are freshly here as well from wherever
00:59:55.260 and they're ghettoized into their own cultures.
01:00:03.180 Rarely do they run across an actual native Canadian
01:00:06.260 and they don't have to run across native Canadians anymore 0.82
01:00:11.840 because the system caters to them. 0.99
01:00:16.880 Now, if I had an immigrant on here, a refugee,
01:00:20.420 a temporary student, foreign worker, whatever, 0.99
01:00:23.240 they'd probably contest that.
01:00:24.420 They might say, we don't get all this.
01:00:26.000 We don't get all that you've heard.
01:00:28.780 From what I've seen and read, yeah, you do.
01:00:35.780 And your entire family is here.
01:00:37.720 You know, there's an apartment block down the street from me.
01:00:43.140 And I was talking to the building manager the other day.
01:00:46.500 And he said to me, yeah, we've quietly stopped taking any immigrants into our building.
01:00:53.620 first of all because Canadians can't find a place to live right now
01:00:57.660 and secondly because 0.53
01:00:59.660 you rent a one bedroom out
01:01:02.880 there's one name on that lease
01:01:04.960 next thing you know a month later there's nine of them living in there
01:01:07.560 and they bring bed bugs with them and their electronics
01:01:12.220 and next thing you know you've got to have fumigators in
01:01:15.240 it's expensive and you can't do anything once they're in
01:01:17.620 you can't do anything
01:01:18.580 or you're racist
01:01:21.040 i'm not going to say who it was or what company or what building even 0.96
01:01:26.920 just telling you it's crazy man and again you know i am not anti-immigration i think it's an
01:01:37.320 important thing for any country it's always been but you got to have limits and you got to vet the 0.99
01:01:44.420 people who are coming in you want the best people coming into your country you don't want people
01:01:49.380 coming in and taking a dump in the middle of the street, thinking that's cool. Remember that story
01:01:54.300 from last year? People dumping, taking dumps on the beach in Ontario. I forget what community it
01:01:58.840 was. Was it Grand Bend? And a woman who lives on the beach, her yard is there, complains,
01:02:05.780 and she gets called a racist, and her videos get taken from social media.
01:02:10.560 whoa where are we exactly where are we
01:02:18.340 all right david eb the premier of british columbia you know how mark carney's been
01:02:26.080 talking a big game major projects we're building building building we're going to be an energy
01:02:32.600 superpower but we're not getting rid of the uh of the oil tanker band david eb's on board with that 0.99
01:02:39.720 here is the idiot talking about wanting to build major projects but not getting rid of 0.63
01:02:47.180 the oil tanker ban that he's in favor of tanker ban be reversed as part of a grand bargain uh 1.00
01:02:53.460 to shift decarbonized oil uh through the uh the north coast of british columbia uh well you know
01:02:59.720 i'll uh i'll say this for premier smith from alberta um she's an incredible advocate because
01:03:05.480 you would never guess that there is no private proponent, there is no money, there's no project,
01:03:12.000 there's no support from First Nations along the coast. In fact, nobody's talked to them.
01:03:17.660 And this project is non-existent except for in the political discourse. In British Columbia,
01:03:25.400 we have tens of billions of dollars in projects with private proponents that are ready to go,
01:03:31.180 They need a strong federal partner.
01:03:33.820 And unfortunately, because of this continuing push for this pipeline that doesn't actually exist in any meaningful way.
01:03:44.440 David, why do you think that there is no pipeline in the works currently?
01:03:50.860 That no company has come forward and said, yeah, we'll invest $5 billion or $10 billion into a pipeline?
01:03:59.600 Why?
01:04:00.160 Why?
01:04:01.180 Because the regulations remain in place.
01:04:05.100 Mark Carney wants to leave 90% of the oil and gas in the ground.
01:04:09.800 You want to have an oil tanker ban,
01:04:13.420 so even if we do get all of this stuff to the coast,
01:04:18.400 there's not going to be any ships there to transport it.
01:04:21.780 In the meantime, Vancouver Harbor is clogged with freighters daily.
01:04:27.980 what is the matter with these people their virtue signaling us into poverty man
01:04:34.820 there is an open letter written by 96 ceos mostly of oil companies energy companies in this country 0.99
01:04:45.960 telling mark carney that he needs to get his head out of his ass and start doing something with oil 0.99
01:04:52.000 and gas. They even laid out a plan for them. 96. Those companies altogether probably worth 0.99
01:04:59.760 a trillion dollars. Nothing. Canada has the fourth largest reserves in the world of oil
01:05:13.300 and gas. Third or fourth. We should be one of the richest nations on this planet.
01:05:22.000 And you go to the store, and you want to buy a couple of steaks, and it's $75 or $80.
01:05:33.600 What the hell is going on here?
01:05:37.200 Energy bills going up the wazoo.
01:05:40.240 I know in Manitoba, they're going up like huge in the next couple of months.
01:05:46.300 Rents are going up by like 20% somehow.
01:05:48.360 There used to be a regulation in place that said you cannot, as a landlord, raise rents any more than 1.6% yearly, but somehow some companies have managed to, you know, skip right over that, and they're raising rents in some areas, in some buildings by 20 or 25%.
01:06:06.540 What?
01:06:09.660 That's insane.
01:06:10.740 nickel and dimed to death in a controlled demolition of canada's economy that's what
01:06:21.480 mark carney is doing right now to us it's obvious i mean look look at this they've got a billion
01:06:30.880 dollar dei sludge fund the federal government does according to juno news a minecraft extremism study
01:06:39.440 and intersectional virtual reality public safety canada gave the royal united services institute
01:06:46.780 for defense and security studies 177 522 dollars in 23 24 to study how gaming communities on
01:06:55.220 minecraft and roblox lead to radicalization
01:06:59.160 newly released federal records reveal more than 1.04 billion in taxpayer money has been directed
01:07:10.600 to dei across 29 departments and agencies let's see what else have we got here
01:07:16.960 documents tabled in the house of commons in response to an inquiry of ministry
01:07:22.380 outline spending on national initiatives and local community projects june 3rd 2023 the canadian
01:07:28.580 women's chamber of commerce received 3.2 million under the federal women entrepreneurship strategy
01:07:34.000 to develop virtual reality software allowing intersectional and women entrepreneurs to 0.98
01:07:41.140 practice asking investors for money the project reported that 244 diverse slash intersectional 0.96
01:07:54.080 and or underserved women
01:07:56.640 were supported by the program
01:07:57.980 in the fiscal year 24-25.
01:08:02.200 One notable example is
01:08:03.940 a $32,250 grant
01:08:06.740 June 26, 2023
01:08:08.240 to Project Plowshares 1.00
01:08:09.840 for a feminist spotlight 0.99
01:08:11.660 on space insecurity, 0.98
01:08:13.520 human implications
01:08:14.320 of below-threshold conflict.
01:08:17.820 The funding supports
01:08:19.240 feminist research,
01:08:20.640 and I'm sure men can apply 1.00
01:08:21.920 for that too 1.00
01:08:22.520 if they put a wig 0.85
01:08:23.620 going to dress on? Feminist research into the sources of insecurity in outer space purporting 1.00
01:08:29.920 to reveal how a feminist stance on gender, race, and socioeconomic status can be applied 0.99
01:08:35.420 to Canada's space program. I want every single dime of tax money that I have given the federal
01:08:47.780 government over my lifetime returned to me tomorrow with interest. I want all of it back.
01:08:57.240 Every penny. This report said that Western space exploration carries colonial patterns of
01:09:05.880 exploitation and even calls phrases like manned spaceflight and frontier harmful because they
01:09:12.140 perpetuate bias and erase indigenous knowledge author jessica west argues space governance
01:09:21.920 needs an overhaul through an intersectional decolonial and humanitarian perspective contending
01:09:26.700 current programs like nasa's artemis mission reflect patriarchal and racial hierarchies
01:09:32.040 this is all critical race theory my friends it's all critical race theory and it's permeated
01:09:39.820 its way into our society it's everywhere do you work still are you retired you go to work every
01:09:50.060 day let's say you work in an office they have seminars every two weeks most companies these 0.77
01:09:56.620 days about the evils of being white and some special teacher comes in or maybe virtually 0.96
01:10:05.160 hosts these seminars it's disgusting they teach you to be guilty about your whiteness 0.71
01:10:11.640 and that you're not allowed to say or do anything the university of british columbia received
01:10:19.600 half a million dollars september 11th 2023 to operate a pan-canadian parks and protected areas
01:10:25.660 research network the network will study park areas through the lens of equity diversity inclusion and
01:10:31.140 decolonization conservative mp vincent neil ho who requested the figures last spring said
01:10:36.700 the sheer scale of the spending raises questions about whether taxpayer dollars are being used
01:10:41.480 effectively and transparently raises questions are you kidding speaking of vincent ho he was on
01:10:49.680 a committee earlier this week hang on just a second yeah at a house of commons committee
01:10:57.180 earlier this week with harvard cognitive scientist steven pinker who offered an academic warning
01:11:03.920 saying dei mandates can have a chilling effect on free inquiry on college campuses high school
01:11:12.580 wherever here's part of that directed at mr pinker so do you agree that universities should
01:11:20.540 be a forum for the free exchange of ideas including discussion of dissenting opinions
01:11:26.900 Absolutely. Essential.
01:11:29.900 It is essential.
01:11:32.900 You mentioned DEI quotas are a form of discrimination effectively and effectively a form of reverse discrimination.
01:11:41.900 Do you agree that doing this sort of DEI check box and all these affirmative statements that they're now requiring in Canada
01:11:51.900 has a chilling effect on on research because you're effectively shutting off
01:11:56.900 half of the population from being able to participate in an honest way. I think
01:12:07.020 it can chill research in two ways one of them is by excluding sectors of the
01:12:13.380 population based on their sex or ethnicity or race but the other is on
01:12:19.300 On top of the preferences, there's a regime...
01:12:23.480 Wait, wait, wait, sectors of the population.
01:12:25.540 You mean white straight men?
01:12:28.820 Dr. Pinker?
01:12:31.800 Don't sugarcoat it.
01:12:33.120 Give it to a straight.
01:12:34.100 That it is a criminal offense to criticize the policy of preferences.
01:12:39.120 We've seen that in the United States.
01:12:40.400 We've seen that in Canada, where people who cast doubt on the policy, who argue against it,
01:12:48.260 get censured, get fired, get cancelled, and that adds another layer of chill, probably a more severe chill.
01:12:57.780 Yeah, well, that's really unfortunate to hear.
01:13:01.980 And that these liberal top-down policies effectively shut out half the population
01:13:07.740 from being able to participate and effectively blocking high-quality research from being produced
01:13:13.960 at some of the top institutions in the country.
01:13:18.260 Duh.
01:13:20.480 Yeah, at least the conservatives are talking about it.
01:13:23.160 Ronald on YouTube put this comment down.
01:13:25.660 In 1954, John Diefenbaker put a law in
01:13:29.280 so news media must report true and honest news
01:13:31.760 or fines and imprisonment will be enforced.
01:13:34.540 Yes, he did.
01:13:35.220 And Justin Trudeau quietly eliminated that law.
01:13:38.040 I think it was in 2019, just before COVID hit.
01:13:44.540 Hmm.
01:13:45.340 One more thing.
01:13:48.260 A couple more things, actually.
01:13:49.780 But one more thing regarding this DEI nonsense. 0.56
01:13:51.840 The Liberals spent $8.2 million of our dollars on gender-just, low-carbon rice in Vietnam.
01:14:03.600 Gender-just, low-carbon rice in Vietnam. 0.99
01:14:16.100 Good news. 0.99
01:14:18.260 The Dutch Parliament has adopted a motion to classify Antifa as a terrorist organization.
01:14:27.220 Awesome.
01:14:28.600 Donald Trump is also threatening to do the very same thing in the United States.
01:14:32.680 But they say it's going to be difficult to label Antifa as a whole as a terrorist organization
01:14:39.920 because they're not really an organization.
01:14:43.060 It's an idea. It's an ideology.
01:14:45.260 there's disparate groups in different places all over who practice antifa kind of like witchcraft
01:14:50.760 but there's no real groups yeah there are there most certainly are look at these guys
01:14:57.400 they think they're the how could because they call themselves antifa anti-fascist
01:15:03.400 even though we explained to you last night that fascist and nazism are just brand names for
01:15:09.040 authoritarianism, right? These people in their black leather jackets, their black military
01:15:16.520 looking garb with masks on, they're somehow the good guys. If you saw this, if you took your
01:15:27.560 mother for a walk down the street and she saw these guys, she'd be terrified. They're the bad
01:15:33.780 guys of course they are just because they call themselves anti-something doesn't make it so
01:15:43.020 they should be in canada as well i've got to get karima sat on she did an expose on antifa
01:15:49.600 at all of their associated organizations she did a podcast with uh
01:15:57.080 the bureau guy sam and it's on the bureau.news right now if you want to go look at it we got
01:16:03.960 to get kareem on the show it's been a long time i mean i want to ask her a bunch of stuff but
01:16:08.420 one of the things i really want to ask her and we can ask wycliffe this as well
01:16:12.540 and i've done it too but i get too angry i can't keep it up like that's why i admire people like
01:16:19.380 billboard chris so much you go into a crowd of antifas and you go in civilly just you want to
01:16:27.000 ask them questions and they blow horns in your face and stick umbrellas in your face and
01:16:32.460 get right up in your face and yell and scream megaphones and all that you say look i just want
01:16:37.800 to talk to you i just want to ask you what is this but they won't allow it she does that
01:16:44.760 and occasionally not often but occasionally she gets answers but she's exposed them now
01:16:51.820 they're exposed all of their stuff is on discord you just have to know how to access it
01:16:58.200 and yet the canadian government funds them through the canadian anti-hate network
01:17:06.520 and other ngos that we and i'm sure kareem is doing some digging on that yeah we got to get
01:17:13.840 her on and wycliffe knows a lot about that as well but good news donald trump is considering
01:17:19.940 declaring antifa a terrorist organization jimmy kimmel's ratings were apparently in the toilet
01:17:25.940 we told you yesterday that his show has been suspended indefinitely from abc for the remarks
01:17:31.520 he made regarding donald trump and charlie kirk the other night so here's donald trump's comment
01:17:36.800 was right because he had bad ratings more than anything else and he said a horrible thing about
01:17:41.100 a great gentleman known as charlie kirk and jimmy kimmel is not a talented person he had very bad
01:17:47.160 ratings and they should have fired him a long time ago so you know you can call that free speech or
01:17:51.760 not he was fired for lack of talent oh oh oh speaking of jimmy kimmel i've got a video from
01:17:58.900 a few years ago to play for you just to back up uh what trump said there where is it oh here it is
01:18:07.140 now he used to be on a show called the man show with adam carolla years ago and here's a clip from
01:18:13.920 that. Tell us what you think of the statue. I mean, do you think that she's, do you think
01:18:23.200 that she's, I mean, do you think that she's attractive or not? Take another look at it.
01:18:35.300 Really? How did that guy ever get anywhere after that? Now, some people on the left might say,
01:18:41.200 Well, he was just playing a role.
01:18:42.860 It was like a show called The Mad Show.
01:18:44.360 What are you supposed to do?
01:18:45.900 You know what? 1.00
01:18:47.480 Real men don't do that shit. 1.00
01:18:49.760 What he was doing there in that video, we don't do that. 0.99
01:18:53.460 I've never, not even when I was in my 20s,
01:18:56.380 never done anything like so disrespectful like that.
01:19:00.840 Never.
01:19:01.580 It's never been my style.
01:19:03.360 I've known a couple of guys who would do that,
01:19:04.940 but you always let them have it when they do
01:19:07.160 because that's the man code.
01:19:11.200 that guy deserves everything he gets finally turning point usa has appointed erica kirk
01:19:22.940 ceo after charlie was killed last week
01:19:25.840 this honors his prior wishes expressed to executives the conservative youth organization
01:19:34.780 focused on promoting free speech and limited government on campuses has experienced a surge
01:19:39.840 in interest since Kirk's fatal shooting last week at Utah Valley University,
01:19:44.660 receiving over 54,000 inquiries to start new chapters,
01:19:48.860 more than double previous records, and rapid local membership growth.
01:19:53.060 Erica Kirk, who pledged to expand Turning Point USA significantly
01:19:57.920 in her first public address, assumes leadership amid widespread
01:20:01.440 conservative support and preparations for a major memorial event
01:20:05.180 coming up on the 21st at Arizona's State Farm Stadium.
01:20:09.840 cool so last night i said that nazis fascists it's brand names for authoritarianism totalitarian
01:20:19.400 dictatorships right it is it's centralization of power ultimately it's control of everything 0.56
01:20:26.080 speech everything movement all of it so then who are the real fascists or nazis
01:20:34.440 okay that's that's one thing marxism communism both the same thing as far as i'm concerned
01:20:42.800 dr james lindsey would argue that he's an expert on all of this stuff
01:20:47.400 he's studied the writings of vladimir lenin carl marx joseph stalin pol pot
01:20:58.420 mousy dung all of them he knows everything there is to know about communism and about marxism
01:21:08.860 he's done some fantastic speeches addresses podcasts on this very topic and you know now 0.84
01:21:18.760 that our show is growing in numbers i'm happy to report um we we have a better chance at getting
01:21:24.760 big names like that on the show for interviews so i i am working on that behind the scenes right now
01:21:29.640 tonight on a podcast yesterday called dad saves america dr james lindsey is talking about how

01:23:03.820 nano silver.com silver is amazing it has several natural health benefits and it's been used for
01:23:10.020 hundreds of years for health and healing. That's the main reason they made silverware from
01:23:14.000 silver. But seriously, this nanosilver from silverseuticals is the best and safest silver
01:23:18.960 you can find. There are hundreds of studies and reports on it. I've read some of the studies
01:23:23.020 myself and it's mind-blowing. One of the things that sets silverseuticals apart is that it washes 1.00
01:23:28.020 out of your body in 24 hours. No silver buildup and no turning blue. And it won't even harm the
01:23:33.680 good bacteria your body needs. It's so effective they can use very small concentrations of silver
01:23:38.920 like 10 and 32 parts per million, and still outperform other silvers that have up to 3,000
01:23:44.500 parts per million. It's safer and more effective at the same time. It is an incredibly small
01:23:50.200 particle that is small enough to work through your body, but big enough not to fall out of
01:23:54.240 suspension. They infuse it into almost all of their products. It works in facial serums,
01:23:58.660 toothpaste, gels, and even gummies that work to help your immune system.
01:24:08.920 We'll be right back.
01:24:38.920 We'll be right back.
