00:00:29.900 Thank you.
00:00:59.900 Thank you.
00:01:29.900 Thank you.
00:01:59.900 We'll be right back.
00:02:29.900 We'll be right back.
00:02:59.900 Thank you.
00:03:29.900 guitar solo
00:03:59.900 you might be wondering how can you laugh at a moment like this it's not laughter it's
00:04:21.900 people messaging me about the ostrich farm like i don't know what's going on
00:04:26.940 shadow oh my god have you seen yes i've seen i've seen my heart is sick right now
00:04:37.260 like yours is and i'm praying for a miracle apparently posted about 20 minutes ago there's
00:04:45.580 even more rcmp vehicles on the way from lumby which is the highway between vernon and edgewood
00:04:52.280 and they should be there i don't know in the next hour you may have seen all kinds of different live
00:04:59.460 video feeds on facebook instagram today from all of the people at the ostrich farm of course
00:05:04.760 including katie pisidney and jim kerr is there with his wife thundra and jeff godrey who has
00:05:12.280 been a supporter of this whole thing since the beginning when i was out there in june i met jeff
00:05:17.380 for the first time he's become a friend and we have jeff scheduled to be on the show tonight
00:05:21.900 to give us a rundown as to exactly what has happened today and what may be yet to come.
00:05:30.220 So we're going to bring Jeff on in just a second.
00:05:32.160 He's on the ground right now where the RCMP officers are.
00:05:37.100 So we're going to get to that in just a second.
00:05:39.200 There's other stuff going on, including an amazing memorial service over the weekend
00:05:44.940 for Charlie Kirk in Arizona that drew an estimated 200,000 people.
00:05:52.020 The Shadow at Night livestream, as always, is brought to you by CanadaNanoSilver.com.
00:05:58.120 Silver is amazing. It has several natural health benefits, and it's been used for hundreds of years for health and healing.
00:06:04.320 That's the main reason they made silverware from silver.
00:06:07.280 But seriously, this nano silver from Silverseuticals is the best and safest silver you can find.
00:06:12.220 There are hundreds of studies and reports on it.
00:06:14.220 I've read some of the studies myself, and it's mind-blowing.
00:06:17.080 One of the things that sets Silverseuticals apart is that it washes out of your body in 24 hours.
00:06:21.900 no silver buildup and no turning blue and it won't even harm the good bacteria your body needs
00:06:27.220 it's so effective they can use very small concentrations of silver like 10 and 32 parts
00:06:32.800 per million and still outperform other silvers that have up to 3 000 parts per million it's safer
00:06:38.580 and more effective at the same time it is an incredibly small particle that is small enough
00:06:43.660 to work through your body but big enough not to fall out of suspension they infuse it into almost
00:06:48.280 all of their products. It works in facial serums, toothpaste, gels, and even gummies that work to
00:06:53.260 help your immune system. Canada Nano Silver, 808-9292, area code 204. Again, that is 808-9292.
00:07:18.280 9292 area code 204 you can also find all of this stuff explanation scientific testing
00:07:24.040 on the website canadananosilver.com before we bring jeff onto the show i want to show you guys
00:07:30.980 a couple of videos this is i believe it was from jim kerr earlier today or maybe it was jeff
00:07:36.340 actually showing us the rcmp on the property at universal ostrich farm and not allowing any of
00:07:45.640 the family to cross a certain line this it's absolutely amazing to me that they can get away
00:07:53.020 with this in a supposed free and democratic society but here it is you can do before this
00:07:59.300 is all over to help the situation i sure hope you'll reach out to anything you can 0.97
00:08:05.500 because you're canadians and this is what canada needs because it's in fucking trouble 0.91
00:08:11.280 How much can you tell about a person by their uniform, their demeanor? 0.98
00:08:41.280 Okay, everyone, let's all go into the field for now, and we're going to be addressed by the RCMP.
00:08:51.980 We have to stay on that side of the road from now on.
00:08:56.820 You can yell, scream, call him, whatever you want, but he's coming in to address you.
00:09:02.040 All right, let's do it, please.
00:09:03.660 Commander incoming, commander incoming, stay away, stay away, volatile behaviors.
00:09:10.560 look at them all it's funny when you see both sides huh i i can't watch that anymore i'm sorry
00:09:18.880 i just can't i can't believe how many of them are there how many of them are sitting there with these
00:09:23.640 cold expressions on their faces even as the ostriches stand 20 feet away from them
00:09:30.820 that is the area on the farm where the ostriches are many of them anyhow they're standing the rcmp
00:09:37.180 officers are standing right next to them hello jeff thank you for coming on tonight how you doing
00:09:42.380 brother good to see you well i mean since about 4 30 this morning maybe about five o'clock my
00:09:48.340 phone's been blowing up i've been worrying all day i've been watching your live feeds and i want to
00:09:52.360 thank you for everything that you personally have sacrificed and put into protecting the ostrich farm
00:09:58.080 over the months and and jim and of course katie and karen and the entire crew down there is that
00:10:04.220 jimbo there hey buddy that's jimmy kerr right there how's it going man fighting a good fight
00:10:09.340 just like you brother i'm telling you guys it's been a stressful day just all across the country
00:10:14.760 i imagine it's even worse down there uh what exactly happens let's start this morning bright
00:10:20.200 and early say 4 30 or 5 o'clock what happened what was the beginning so essentially obviously
00:10:25.900 you know with our network of supporters um we knew last night that um a large amount of
00:10:33.580 rcmp personnel and and other individuals checked into three of the major hotels in vernon it was
00:10:41.620 quite apparent their their inventory was filling the parking lot it wasn't really like uh it was
00:10:46.120 a secret um i i anticipated that they would come in at first light so we figured you know around
00:10:53.520 4 a.m the majority of these vehicles would start moving and sure enough my phone and everyone's
00:10:59.320 phone started buzzing at you know five to four this morning um basically telling us okay well
00:11:04.660 it's legit they are here for this reason and they're on their way and sure enough like clockwork
00:11:10.020 um they they rolled in at about six uh we we were prepared i guess the protesters that were here were
00:11:17.640 uh prepared in the way they they seen fit um there was a few little barricades built up uh
00:11:24.300 long jill road um basically the first one kind of you you know where the fire hall is
00:11:28.960 somewhere just past there so i would say you know a kilometer up from the farm um we spent
00:11:35.380 the better part of the morning from 6 a.m till about 2 p.m in negotiations i took on the role
00:11:41.900 for um for the family to kind of mediate in between the liaisons the cfia uh the task force
00:11:50.000 and the family um so we slowly worked back towards a different perimeter um potentially
00:12:00.140 all the protesters were at risk to get arrested and removed because the blockade was on the middle
00:12:05.900 of the road um in the process public road by the way we should point out to everybody yeah it is
00:12:11.860 a public road so um unfortunately the law says you can't impede the the road um long story short
00:12:18.580 on that is in the process of negotiations we were able to negotiate all the protesters being able to
00:12:24.820 stay um how many by the way jeff are there how many supporters are down there about a hundred
00:12:30.360 i would say we're about a hundred a hundred and change somewhere in that range there they are
00:12:34.880 allowing more people in shadow um that wasn't going to be the case but now they've decided that
00:12:40.400 um they they get a feel for us they know what we're about um they are allowing you know protesters
00:12:45.480 to come in single car loads couple car loads they don't want to see any giant convoys roll in so if
00:12:51.540 there is one guy split up and come in every 15 or 20 minutes okay like let's be smart about how many
00:12:56.720 rcmp's are have been there through the day i know they they rolled in quite strong in the morning
00:13:02.500 and they've been adding and subtracting yeah the day has gone on yeah they they brought in a small
00:13:08.780 army absolutely uh this morning i was quite shocked for 100 peaceful protesters um it definitely
00:13:14.600 could have been a lot worse um shadow yeah do you get do you need to speak okay all right yeah
00:13:23.320 never mind not the liaison we're doing night shift so essentially what's happening right now is
00:13:28.260 the the rcmp will be on site for 24 hours a day seven days a week until this figures itself out
00:13:36.780 so if this takes two months they're here 24 7 two months if this takes two days same idea so what
00:13:42.520 they're in the process of right now is is a shift change nothing malicious going on here um these
00:13:50.260 guys are essentially all the ones that are just rolling in for night shift right now um the guys
00:13:55.700 that have been here all day since uh essentially six probably started their work day at four
00:14:00.600 they're getting ready to go home um i wanted to show you a picture because remember that video
00:14:05.400 you put up earlier showing the line um the tensions have relieved quite a bit since then
00:14:10.820 communications and and interactions have definitely improved so this is that same line
00:14:17.860 right now and you can see they're just all hanging out back at the at the car back there
00:14:22.580 there's no more standing on the line why were they standing on the line in the first place like
00:14:28.140 Because, Shadow, that was the point when the warrant was initially enacted.
00:14:34.780 So, essentially, I was able to put off them getting the warrant in their hands until, you know, late afternoon, mid-afternoon, rather than first thing in the morning.
00:14:44.720 So, that was the point where everybody was getting upset because, you know, they were taking over the road.
00:14:50.840 At one point, you know, they had personnel up the road, as you can see right now.
00:14:54.560 There's no personnel lining up the road.
00:14:56.520 but they are all back that way and we do have a bunch the other way um it was just a lot more
00:15:02.860 tense at that moment they didn't know how we were going to react we didn't know how they were going
00:15:07.080 to react um we were we were worried that promises that were negotiated might be getting broken
00:15:13.000 and it was just a little tense um since then we've definitely broken the ice i got to admit i spent a
00:15:20.360 good part of the day chirping the heck out of these officers and cfia agents only two i have to
00:15:28.320 i have to say i'm sorry to interrupt you i have to say that you know when they can stand there
00:15:32.240 these guys you know with their hands on their equipment belts and straight face stone face
00:15:38.860 looking at the ostriches that they're about to help kill 20 feet to their right it sent
00:15:44.760 my blood cold oh yeah that's when i was fired up shadow i was like what kind of gong show uh banana
00:15:53.040 republic are we living in and i lost it i don't get mad like that shadow apparently dre has said
00:15:58.380 she's got a lot of coverage of me uh really losing it but we've just really got into the
00:16:03.460 hearts of some of these guys there was tears there was tears in the eyes of several of these officers
00:16:08.100 since then the tone has changed we've made good communications with the the officers chosen to be
00:16:16.980 the liaisons Karen Katie and Dave are still in the pen with the ostriches the original plan was
00:16:23.360 if they were in the pen when the CIA got to that point that was it they were going to be arrested 0.87
00:16:28.480 so we were able to negotiate better terms and just a more comfortable situation at first they
00:16:36.340 weren't going to let them uh feed the birds but luckily they uh dave actually dave was able to
00:16:43.280 convince them to that you know like we need to be here for this process and that stretched kind of
00:16:48.540 into the late afternoon and into a meeting right now between katie dave karen and the two cfi a
00:16:54.300 representatives basically being transparent about this is where we're we're moving to this is where
00:17:00.500 we're going to be tomorrow um so i'll i will be able to give an update on that but probably not
00:17:05.920 um for a few minutes yet um so it is still tense shadow there's i can count you know
00:17:12.600 30 personnel vehicles from where i'm standing both directions i can count way apparently jeff
00:17:19.820 apparently they're just passing lumby they're sending more now if you say this is shift change
00:17:23.740 that means some of them would be going home yeah some have been driving out since and some have
00:17:27.980 been rolling in um it's a pretty standard shift change much like we would see in ottawa or any
00:17:33.820 other kind of long-term situation I will say even though you know I wish these guys would
00:17:40.940 lay down and stand on the right side of history they they can take it they can take what we have
00:17:47.520 to say and most of them 100% respectful and willing to to communicate especially the guys
00:17:57.580 that have taken on the rules of the liaison officers I haven't got nothing but truth yet
00:18:02.420 out of one of them which is refreshing you know because we generally feel like we're getting
00:18:08.000 manipulated but at the end of the day uh karen and katie and dave are still held hostage in this
00:18:13.920 this pen and um i'm not certain how long it's going to be until the cfia said orders the rcmp
00:18:22.580 that are here to to make an arrest or something i'm really terrified about that that that could
00:18:27.940 still happen at any time um the guy who runs the show here the older guy that's from the cfia he's
00:18:34.280 a real grumpy dude the only grumpy dude around here actually that's real bad he actually gave
00:18:38.660 me the bird uh he doesn't like me too much um but uh he he's not happy and you can tell he's
00:18:46.140 frustrated that the plan is not going um as anticipated like i had the opportunity let me
00:18:54.000 ask you do you have any idea you know after all the activity today about how they plan to do this
00:19:01.320 is it about poisoning the birds with this feed they brought in because you'd mentioned to me
00:19:06.200 earlier on the phone that they brought in their own feed for the ostriches and that's why they
00:19:10.520 weren't going to let katie and that feed hasn't got here yet but from what i understand feed is
00:19:15.620 on the way in and yeah i mean i don't i can't say for sure but even good feed that's a drastic
00:19:24.540 shift from what the ostriches are eating from what i understand from dave um it's just like
00:19:29.680 your dog you know your dog eats a certain food and one day you just switch switches food they're
00:19:33.920 not going to do well it's going to make them sick um and and i often wonder is that what they want
00:19:38.940 to present you know um birds that aren't feeling well so on so forth um there's there's gotta be
00:19:46.200 h5n1 it's gotta be gotta be we're not gonna test we're guessing right i'm afraid to cough shadow
00:19:52.400 i'm afraid to cough you know what i saw a video that was posted by big bear earlier today and it
00:19:58.220 was of our friend quigley who was talking to a couple of these rcmp's did you see that video
00:20:03.340 yeah and quigley is kind of on way on the other side so he's talking to the ones way on the other
00:20:09.200 end right he's uh not at the farm so these masks jeff they were wearing masks i'm not sure if it's 0.89
00:20:15.920 they're scared of the h5n1 or they're just trying to hide their faces what do you know what's funny 0.93
00:20:20.500 ironically shadow you say that and all the cops here only one of them had one on and it's funny 0.97
00:20:25.920 the cfia agents standing right next to the the birds on the outside of the pen no masks no bio
00:20:34.180 gear no anything all these officers here that are going to go back and stay at a hotel in vernon
00:20:40.160 with other patrons eat dinner interact with people and it's not it doesn't seem to be an issue
00:20:46.780 so um essentially you know the whole thing is a sham it's a complete i think they know it's a sham
00:20:54.020 we know it's a sham um everybody let me ask you this you talk to the rcmp yeah very very a lot we
00:21:02.680 do have a good communication setup that's good so do these guys understand what it is they're doing
00:21:10.680 um essentially the role of the rcmp here is to just be here to to make sure their role on behalf
00:21:23.160 of the cfia is to make sure the cfia can conduct its business and that's not obstructed the rule
00:21:29.600 on our our side of the fence is to make sure we're safe and taken care of they are really
00:21:34.860 just the neutral entity that is only activated if necessary and that's really kind of the vibe
00:21:42.360 right now uh you would love it shadow um we had atari we had atari playing a set in front of these
00:21:49.000 guys awesome you gotta laugh shadow it's our humor that sustains us brother
00:22:02.300 now i heard there was an altercation earlier today from somebody in the area what happened there
00:22:10.640 uh unfortunately it ended up being a supporter shadow that ended up getting arrested and charged
00:22:18.160 with pretty good evidence um someone that was at the farm at one point um you know who we thought
00:22:25.620 was just like everybody else chose to go into the neighbor's yard allegedly obviously there's no
00:22:32.160 no guilt until proven in the court right but um uh the evidence is not good against him essentially
00:22:38.980 went into lois's yard apparently with some gasoline um got caught ended up punching her in the head
00:22:47.640 um i was we were at the other end of the road negotiating when this was all going down and
00:22:54.400 then all of a sudden the rcmp got a separate call about this going on at lois's house so
00:23:00.320 we stopped negotiations walked down to lois's house together myself you know doug and a few others
00:23:08.880 with the rcmp to fix this mess so that we could actually get back to business and
00:23:16.640 and trying to solidify um you know a safe functional situation here at the farm with
00:23:23.220 the cfia and the task force and everything so long story short that gentleman got charged
00:23:27.880 um no go ahead sorry go ahead man okay how many no yeah i was just gonna say he got charged um
00:23:36.380 they took him to vernon and and he's not allowed back how many cfia representatives are down there
00:23:43.300 i mean you see anywhere just a couple just a couple cfias and the one guy is a real girl you
00:23:50.020 know cfia is like a shell company they're they're like a they're like a cost plus contractor you
00:23:55.960 know what i mean like they're like the general and then they have a couple you know guys working
00:24:00.880 for them and then everything else is subbed including obviously the the rcmp task force
00:24:06.220 equipment personnel contract or companies to do the disposal the killing the removals um
00:24:13.620 from like the the car and truck rentals today another company sunbelt rentals had a scissor
00:24:22.540 lift coming and they found out what it was being used for and they canceled the contract with the
00:24:26.620 cfia so they would not bring their equipment in to participate uh in in this so that's a few
00:24:32.560 contractors now that are standing up and saying nope uh this ain't the way we want to make a
00:24:36.840 living we don't want to be no one no one for this what was the company that canceled their
00:24:42.000 deal with cfia after the outright outcry um today it was sunbelt rentals and yesterday it was clear
00:24:50.640 way truck rentals right and then new core new core waste uh solutions released the statement
00:24:57.620 saying they they do not do business with the cfia anymore which is kind of funny i'm wondering if
00:25:04.140 when they say we don't do business anymore they mean for two days we don't do business with them
00:25:09.440 because we have a contract that that is with that company that states exactly what they were going
00:25:15.580 to be paid for their participation in this uh this travesty so they were going to get 188 000
00:25:21.900 to be the cleanup crew um in in this situation 188 grand so you've talked about the rcmp you've
00:25:31.780 talked about the cfia representatives who were down there but what about is there any sign of
00:25:38.220 the killing crew like no and that's we i can't i can't say for sure that any of those vehicles
00:25:46.120 that rolled in earlier weren't them but no sign of any personnel other than so far rcmp personnel
00:25:55.140 and the cfi agents i'm not sure what exactly is all going on at the other end of the road because
00:26:02.080 i obviously haven't left left the farm since um this is all kicked off but on boots on the ground
00:26:09.040 so far rcmp and a couple agents and that that's it so far but a large present uh as you can see
00:26:17.940 right now the day shift is all rolling out and uh the the night shift is is gear enough to hang out
00:26:24.560 with us for the evening here yay so you have to go through the whole process of getting to know
00:26:29.660 each other yeah that's actually what i was saying earlier oh great we get to establish relations
00:26:34.440 again and you know try to figure out you know like yeah i'm the guy that's i can communicate
00:26:40.300 with you or say don't take me too too abrasively i'm going to make fun of you in this process
00:26:46.160 i'm going to chirp you um i'm going to make you feel guilty about what you're doing because you
00:26:51.500 should feel guilty about what you're doing and don't take it personally just hop over to the
00:26:55.940 other side of the fence and we'll have a we'll have a coffee and uh we we put a pledge out shadow
00:27:00.940 um any officer that crosses the line and says i'm not doing it we're going to raise a year's
00:27:07.340 salary for eighty thousand dollars for any one officer that chooses to say nope this isn't me
00:27:12.900 and quits well you're going to have to throw in some uh some medical and dental and some vacation
00:27:19.140 i mean you know we're we're but simple peasants right but um you know like i know it i know we
00:27:25.080 will raise that money in a heartbeat if we can get an officer to cross the line right
00:27:28.920 um i even offered my truck here's my keys you can drive home and keep it so
00:27:33.080 they don't take bribes man you got to watch out bribing an officer
00:27:37.600 are they play uh flying drones they were flying drone shadow and that's how some of the ostriches
00:27:45.520 got hurt uh they started flying drones i'm not sure if it was the cfia tactical unit that isn't
00:27:51.980 literally on the farm but sitting up on the highway there's also a lot of personnel up on
00:27:55.820 the highway that we can't really see from here but we know they're there because of other people
00:28:00.240 um what happened was the birds started going crazy a couple of them ran into the pens ran
00:28:06.900 into some posts one got a broken leg it got really hectic and we basically you know came to the police
00:28:12.640 and said hey this is not acceptable um under the animal health and safety act it is the
00:28:17.620 responsibility of the cfia to keep these animals healthy fed and watered in this process regardless
00:28:24.020 of how long it takes um and we we wanted i actually said i would like to press um charges
00:28:30.280 against the operators of the um the drones um for that reason exact and within minutes it wasn't
00:28:39.040 just me other people were contacting them to communicating with them and the joint effort
00:28:44.260 essentially put the drones out of the sky i haven't seen any since they're not operating any
00:28:49.200 at all um they they were breaking the law anyways unless they had a a permit that would allow them
00:28:55.940 to fly in that controlled zone which is 2 000 feet up 9 000 feet um in radius you know um i'm
00:29:05.380 not sure if you guys have considered this and i know is omar down there yet or is he on his way
00:29:09.400 omar is not here he's in victoria fighting fighting the uh legal end of things trying
00:29:14.500 to push the stay through and the new appeal through okay so you know that the and i think
00:29:20.920 everybody should know this rcmp are provincially contracted that means that the province pays for
00:29:27.900 the rcmp complement in any province no matter what province they're in unless there's no rcmp presence
00:29:34.960 in say ontario because they've got opp or there's qpp in quebec right um yeah so so that means that
00:29:42.340 david eby does have some control over rcmp funding if david eby wanted to if he and i know that eb
00:29:52.660 you know most times is a dick but he has voiced support for universal ostrich farm and i'm
00:30:00.180 wondering if anybody jeff has contacted has reached out to the ndp government there in in bc and said 0.66
00:30:06.500 hey can you redirect funding away from this rcmp operation so they can't be here if the rcmp
00:30:12.580 couldn't be there cfia couldn't do this yeah absolutely you know like obviously in the past
00:30:19.120 i've reached out to evie's office and i know there's a lot of people that are reaching out
00:30:22.840 in general i don't know if people are putting on that exact pressure point of of funding um i just
00:30:28.580 got off the phone with jordan jordan keely a little while ago and um obviously david williams
00:30:34.580 another another solid mla here here you're gonna be okay it's okay you just saw um it was a convoy
00:30:44.320 of hundreds of arms so essentially uh sorry he kind of took me off my my thought pattern so david
00:30:50.440 david williams jordan keely uh jordan said hey you know we just they're starting the the season out
00:30:57.200 they just had massive meetings this last few days and essentially he's like we're talking about this
00:31:02.800 the mlas are talking about this uh you know i'm pushing it in in every conversation that we're
00:31:08.220 having so you know i know there's work you know within the legislative assembly going on i don't
00:31:14.140 really put a lot of faith in it because we get limited results from our provincial and federal
00:31:20.220 government and and i'm seeing the best results at the farm right now have been the public appeal
00:31:26.620 putting pressure on contractors um and essentially fantastic i i have to say sorry to interrupt you
00:31:32.720 but that's been fantastic i mean you guys have had these private contractors cancel their contracts
00:31:37.980 and shut down deals just based upon public pressure alone that's been phenomenal
00:31:43.460 i i've kind of gotten the hint from from uh some on the other side of the fence here
00:31:50.920 uh some of the personnel that you know uh this will take a really long time to do if we keep
00:31:56.220 getting contracts contractors to cancel like the cfia is a shell company they don't have the
00:32:01.320 personnel the equipment or the knowledge for that matter to do this um watching these cfia guys
00:32:09.660 with their little clipboard and their plan and then watching how the rcmp are just kind of just
00:32:15.460 look at them like what's kind of going on here it's really apparent that they don't know what
00:32:21.000 they're doing in this scenario they're not prepared for this scenario and um i don't know i i don't
00:32:28.520 see them you have you asked any of them if they know what they're doing down there in the first
00:32:33.380 oh yeah all day long all day long what do they say not a whole lot i get the bird from you know
00:32:40.600 everyone's really cooperative and commutative except for like i say the one cfia um head honcho
00:32:46.960 he kind of looks like a grumpy old mr rogers um that's probably why he doesn't like me because
00:32:52.040 that's what i i told him you call him mr rogers well he kind of gave me a dirty look and i was
00:32:57.700 like what's your problem you're mr rogers looking so that might have been on my bad you know but
00:33:06.460 that was in the heat of the moment when you know he was acting like a big tough guy and like king
00:33:10.860 of the castle and instead of you know being reasonable you know since then the atmosphere
00:33:17.000 though it has mellowed out not to say it's gonna not tense right up again tomorrow depending on
00:33:22.000 the direction we go but uh you know we're here for the long run shadow whatever it takes to bite
00:33:27.120 bite omar the time that he needs um and god willing you know he gets that stay and we can
00:33:33.560 send these guys walking we can say the little guy can say bye uh you're done for now and we can
00:33:40.800 send this task force to wait could you imagine shadow the the the media shift and and the the
00:33:46.760 persuasion in in the public view when the little guy sends the beast away when the beast sends in
00:33:53.100 the army um i think i think it would it would speak volumes about the the power that we truly
00:34:00.520 could have uh when we unite when we don't focus on the division when we put our collective
00:34:05.200 um work together and say hey this is all of us this isn't just some of us um you know we got
00:34:12.280 the power we just we don't exercise it i can't even tell you how badly my phone was clogged up
00:34:18.240 starting at i don't know five o'clock my time this morning and continuing all day oh my god have you
00:34:22.980 heard have you heard have you heard of course i've heard um but that's just me i'm not even there with
00:34:28.120 you guys right now and so i don't doubt it you know i can imagine that you guys are all jammed
00:34:33.840 up as well today and and i'm hoping that everybody's phone across the country was jammed up
00:34:38.560 like that so the news is spreading you know what's interesting too is that some people are only
00:34:44.040 hearing about this for the very first time more people coming in there's proof of it they're
00:34:47.880 letting people through he's just showing up now yeah excellent so more people are hearing about
00:34:52.320 this for the very first time and what we need to make sure about is that they get the right message
00:34:57.240 cfia has been lying they've been lying to people in the last couple of weeks katie pointed that
00:35:02.600 out last week on the show here when she said they claimed that there was an even newer more deadly
00:35:07.840 strain of h5n1 discovered in these ostriches which would be impossible to determine based
00:35:13.520 upon the fact that they've got only those two pcr test results from back in december correct
00:35:17.760 yeah and what what have they been growing in a lab for the last several months you know to get
00:35:23.220 to where they are at this this point you know with these two random pcr tests from dead birds
00:35:28.140 you know not even live birds from december right so um it's ridiculous because if we look at
00:35:34.820 pellix research it clearly shows that that it's low pathogen dominating high pathogen
00:35:41.880 therefore making this virus actually less contagious and less risky um the cfia claims
00:35:48.960 it has a higher lethality rate based on a study they did with mice so my guess is 50 mice here
00:35:55.460 50 mice here they injected both groups 42 survived here 41 survived here therefore the lethality rate
00:36:03.520 of this one must be higher and it must be more deadly we don't know if these mouses were sick
00:36:08.980 old whatever it may be uh we don't have proof that they ran a sequence of studies over and over again
00:36:15.600 to get a true you know result um i believe it's it's it was a desperate move near the end with
00:36:22.380 the cfia to try to sway public appeal you know oh well maybe we should support what they're doing
00:36:28.980 um because no they'd say it's more deadly of course it was of course that's exactly what it
00:36:34.420 was so is there anything that we've forgotten to get out there for tonight uh no shadow you know
00:36:41.040 like i think maybe we should reconvene again tomorrow i you know hopefully katie's out of
00:36:46.640 the pens by then um and you know you're able to actually do a live with her um i'm really going
00:36:52.780 to try to work hard to get her out of there she's pretty committed to mama bear and you know um you
00:36:58.500 know standing with her mom but um i do apologize with artari there you know it's all right no it's
00:37:05.060 all right man you know but i think you know katie can be such a valuable force if um if
00:37:13.020 she doesn't risk getting arrested okay man thank you jeff for everything please give everybody a
00:37:19.120 hug for me down there and uh uh we'll talk again tomorrow okay thank you absolutely love you man
00:37:25.280 love you too all right guys there is jeff godry live at universal ostrich farm
00:37:32.520 where apparently things are i i can't even believe i'm going to say this but
00:37:38.420 okay for the time being although everything i got from that tells me that maybe there isn't a
00:37:48.740 killing crew after all guys who are going to come in with dart guns or rifles and start taking out
00:37:55.900 the ostriches that way because remember we didn't know exactly how they were going to do this but 0.98
00:38:01.840 they wanted to bring their own feed 0.60
00:38:04.040 in for these ostriches. 0.99
00:38:07.980 Which was objected to 0.99
00:38:09.840 strenuously by Katie and
00:38:11.940 Karen.
00:38:14.040 What's in that feed?
00:38:18.100 This could be a simple case of
00:38:19.840 poisoning 400 ostriches.
00:38:23.640 So, follow Jeff Godry
00:38:25.820 on Facebook.
00:38:27.880 And you saw his name at the bottom of the screen.
00:38:30.140 Follow Jim Kerr.

00:38:52.240 when the show this show is not on i will be sharing it on all of my social media feeds
00:38:58.880 hopefully things remain calm no death until tomorrow night at the very least
00:39:07.260 shadow at night live is brought to you by canada nanosilver.com today we're comparing
00:39:15.140 crest toothpaste to silver circles toothpaste first we're starting out with crest it's a
00:39:18.480 classic it's an original it's what i've used most of my life but that being said it does have its
00:39:22.600 problems first off the consistency is so weird and thick and i get it's a paste but it really
00:39:26.780 doesn't spread that well. And I must also say that I'm not in love with the taste. I get toothpaste
00:39:31.060 isn't supposed to taste good, but why shouldn't it? But that being said, it does get the job done.
00:39:34.980 Next, we have Silver Ceuticals. They have three flavors, but today we're going with Bubble Berry.
00:39:38.240 And already it smells so good. So I'm excited to see what this tastes like. The consistency is also
00:39:42.800 a lot smoother, and I must say it spreads way nicer in your mouth. This literally tastes like
00:39:46.980 fruit bubblegum. Yeah, this toothpaste was pretty good. I actually went in for seconds,
00:39:52.460 and it's infused with Nano Silver, so it helps remineralize your teeth and keep them fresh
00:39:56.480 throughout the day 100 and here's the results what's your favorite toothpaste
00:40:01.180 canada nanosilver.com 204-808-9292 204-808-9292 there's a lot of other news that's going on
00:40:17.460 today i know universal ostrich farm has been the dominant story so it should be
00:40:23.400 Drea Humphrey, by the way, has been doing, follow her as well on social media.
00:40:27.600 She's on X.
00:40:29.980 She's been doing a great job of covering this whole thing for Rebel News.
00:40:36.120 So the conservatives put this press release out.
00:40:38.960 We do have more stories for you guys tonight, so don't go anywhere yet if you want to hear what's going on.
00:40:44.700 Jail, not bail, right?
00:40:45.880 So the conservatives say they want to crack down on crime.
00:40:48.720 I absolutely agree.
00:40:49.860 So they say, whereas violent crime in Canada has increased 50, 5-0 percent since 2015, according to StatsCan, including a 116 percent increase in gun crimes during the same period, with repeat violent offenders increasingly being released back into the community on bail.
00:41:07.200 Well, police chiefs from across the country, including the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police,
00:41:12.160 have called the urgent for urgent reforms to Canada's bail system,
00:41:15.720 specifically citing the need to better protect the public from high risk, repeat violent offenders.
00:41:20.580 So basically, what this is, is a three-strike-and-you're-out bill that the Conservatives introduced in the House of Commons today.
00:41:30.500 And here's the vote on that.
00:41:33.020 The question is as follows. Mr. Brock, seconded by Mr. Mahal, moved that given that the Liberal government has changed the law to allow for House arrests for serious offenders and lets repeat criminals go free within hours of their arrest, which has resulted in a 50% increase in violent crime, the House call on the Liberal government to replace these changes with a three-strikes-you're-out law that will stop criminals convicted of three serious offences from getting bail, probation, parole,
00:42:02.500 or house arrest and keep violent criminals in jail for at least 10 years.
00:42:08.620 All those in favour of the motion will please rise.
00:42:11.260 Mr. Scheer, Mr. Doherty, Mr. Schmael, Mr. Brock, Mr. Bazin, Mrs. Thomas, Mr. Deltel,
00:42:22.240 Mr. Polus, Ms. Dancho, Mr. Chong, Mrs. Cousy, Mrs. Stubbs, Mr. Barlow.
00:42:31.100 Mr. Barlow.
00:42:32.300 All those opposed to the motion will please rise.
00:42:34.940 McKinnon-Gatineau.
00:42:35.860 Mr. McKinnon-Gatineau.
00:42:37.420 Mr. Ali.
00:42:38.180 Mr. Ali.
00:42:39.520 Madame Diab.
00:42:40.280 Madame Diab.
00:42:42.060 Mr. McDonald-Malpec.
00:42:43.520 Mr. McDonald-Malpec.
00:42:45.000 Mr. Robertson.
00:42:46.120 Mr. Robertson.
00:42:48.000 Mr. Hodgson.
00:42:49.260 Mr. Hodgson.
00:42:50.540 Ms. Thompson.
00:42:51.740 Ms. Thompson.
00:42:52.660 Ms. Hajdu.
00:42:53.520 Ms. Hajdu.
00:42:54.420 Madame Michelle.
00:42:55.240 Madame Michelle.
00:42:55.940 Mr. Guilbeau.
00:42:56.680 Mr. Guilbeau.
00:42:57.640 Mr. Fraser.
00:42:58.400 Mr. Fraser.
00:42:59.760 Ms. Olszewski.
00:43:00.500 Mr. Solomon
00:43:02.940 Mrs. Valdez
00:43:05.700 Mr. Duclos
00:43:07.280 Ms. Gould
00:43:09.160 Mr. Blair
00:43:11.840 Mr. Wilkinson
00:43:14.840 They voted it down
00:43:17.380 because
00:43:19.060 you can't get along
00:43:21.680 with the other party
00:43:22.800 whether or not they have good ideas
00:43:25.120 you just can't do it
00:43:26.960 you can't
00:43:29.060 do it, even though the liberals and all of the leftists in power, wherever they happen to be,
00:43:36.840 keep saying that our side is the side of division. We're the ones who are causing the problems
00:43:42.580 in our society. It's really quite funny. Here's a story that was run on the CBC earlier today.
00:43:50.520 Minister recorded saying police lack resources to enforce this gun buyback scheme that they
00:43:58.380 want to enforce. And by the way, they have allocated a billion of our dollars to take
00:44:05.280 guns from people. Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasa. Gary suggested recently that an acquaintance
00:44:12.160 shouldn't worry about being arrested for refusing to turn in a bad firearm because municipal police
00:44:17.600 have few resources to devote to such matters. In an audio recording of a conversation yesterday
00:44:24.280 day with the unidentified gun owner. I'm not going to say his name again. The minister says
00:44:29.380 the latest phase of a federal firearm buyback program will be announced tomorrow, along with
00:44:33.960 a pilot project in Nova Scotia. The Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights circulated this
00:44:39.220 recording, which was made without the minister's knowledge. Since May of 2020, the federal
00:44:47.560 government has outlawed approximately 2,500 types of guns. They don't even know what they are.
00:44:54.280 but they call them assault-style firearms anyhow.
00:45:00.640 The government says the buyback program will compensate owners fairly for their banned firearms.
00:45:05.500 The government has declared an amnesty period until October 30th
00:45:09.220 to protect owners of outlawed guns from criminal liability
00:45:12.900 while they turn in or deactivate their firearms.
00:45:18.420 This is what happened in the House of Commons today.
00:45:20.980 Freeing rampant gun criminals.
00:45:24.280 and wasting billions of dollars of police and border resources targeting law-abiding, licensed, trained and tested firearms owners.
00:45:33.820 This government has overseen a 130% increase in violent gun crime.
00:45:40.300 But over the weekend, the Minister of Public Safety accidentally told the truth, and he was recorded doing it.
00:45:46.980 He said that the gun grab is not worth the money, that it will go over budget,
00:45:51.660 and it would be better just to lock up the criminals,
00:45:54.320 but that they're going ahead with the bad policy because it's good politics.
00:45:57.460 Does the Prime Minister agree?
00:45:58.660 Mr. Speaker, it's a good thing there's a recording of it
00:46:01.120 so that Canadians can have a look for themselves.
00:46:04.560 Let me be very clear, Mr. Speaker.
00:46:06.400 Canadians want responsible gun control.
00:46:09.180 They wanted it in 1989 after a man killed 14 women at École Polytechnique.
00:46:14.500 They wanted it after six people were murdered at the Quebec City mosque shooting.
00:46:18.700 and they wanted it after the biggest mass shooting in our history
00:46:22.580 where a man opened fire and killed 22 people in Nova Scotia.
00:46:26.740 Mr. Speaker, why are the Conservatives against keeping guns off our streets?
00:46:31.140 The Minister said that his gun grab won't work,
00:46:34.380 that it will go over budget,
00:46:36.120 and that it would be better to lock up criminals,
00:46:38.460 as Conservatives have been suggesting,
00:46:40.540 but that they're going ahead with the gun grab anyway
00:46:43.260 because the Prime Minister wants to pursue electoral politics, Mr. Speaker.
00:46:48.440 When a mother is hit with a stray bullet, or a police officer is murdered by a firearm,
00:46:54.460 or a bullet flies into a child's bedroom as part of an extortion case, we don't have time for politics.
00:47:01.420 So why is this minister caught on tape playing politics with guns?
00:47:05.080 Mr. Speaker, in order to have a real conversation about crime, we need to have a real conversation about guns.
00:47:11.880 Canadians want responsible gun control, Mr. Speaker.
00:47:15.020 They wanted it in 1989 after a man killed 14 women at Ecole Polytechnique.
00:47:20.680 They wanted it after six people were murdered at the Quebec City mosque shooting.
00:47:24.520 And they wanted it after the biggest mass shooting in our history where a man opened fire and killed 22 people in Nova Scotia.
00:47:31.320 Mr. Speaker, why are the Conservatives against keeping guns off our streets?
00:47:35.240 And why has this leader of the opposition voted against every single gun control measure that he has been in Parliament for?
00:47:41.980 That minister did have a real conversation about guns.
00:47:47.240 Unfortunately for him, he was caught on tape.
00:47:50.940 Caught on tape, admitting that the gun grab is a waste of money.
00:47:53.920 Caught on tape, admitting it would go over budget.
00:47:56.460 Caught on tape, admitting it would be better just to lock up the gun criminals who are 0.64
00:47:59.900 actually doing the crime.
00:48:03.100 Why is it that Liberals only tell the truth when they don't think anyone is listening?
00:48:08.820 Mr. Speaker, let me reiterate.
00:48:10.820 It's actually a good thing that this conversation was caught on tape and in fact, in fact, it
00:48:17.320 will counter every single claim that this leader of the opposition is making.
00:48:21.760 Let me be very clear, Mr. Speaker, Canadians want responsible gun control.
00:48:26.260 We are in a position as a government, we committed to it during the last campaign, Mr. Speaker.
00:48:31.900 Canadians gave us a mandate on April the 28th to ensure that we move forward on this program
00:48:37.320 and we look forward to its implementation.
00:48:39.320 Speaker, while this government blocks criminal justice reforms that would lock up gun criminals,
00:48:45.760 they want to go ahead and take nearly a billion dollars away from border security and police officers
00:48:53.720 to go after licensed law-abiding, trained and tested hunters and sports shooters,
00:48:58.820 a project that the OPP refuses to enforce.
00:49:02.700 Numerous provincial governments have said they will not go ahead with.
00:49:05.480 They've even had to ask Canada Post to go and collect these firearms.
00:49:11.140 The minister himself has now admitted that it won't work.
00:49:14.680 Why won't they drop the politics and save lives?
00:49:20.940 Why won't they drop the politics and save lives?
00:49:24.680 I couldn't agree more.
00:49:27.120 Gary, whatever, was caught on tape saying the buyback's not going to work.
00:49:33.400 And you want to know what?
00:49:35.480 If you look at free and democratic societies worldwide,
00:49:39.780 Canada has the harshest, strictest gun laws of them all.
00:49:46.260 We've already got gun laws, and we still have gun crime.
00:49:49.820 Why?
00:49:50.940 Because criminals, actual ones,
00:49:54.820 don't follow the law.
00:50:02.760 No matter what.
00:50:05.480 Do you think they're going to turn over their guns because the government says, hey, hey, hey, here's $1,000.
00:50:10.620 Give me your MR-16.
00:50:12.760 No, they're not.
00:50:15.460 They need that gun.
00:50:17.100 They need that gun to do their crime. 1.00
00:50:21.140 It's the stupidest thing that I have ever seen. 1.00
00:50:25.060 And somehow, some way, people actually buy this nonsense. 1.00
00:50:30.040 Oh, we need stricter gun laws.
00:50:31.420 can't even get a gun in Canada without a waiting period of, what, three months, I think it is,
00:50:37.700 and a severe background check, and anybody you've ever dated getting called from the last five
00:50:44.280 years. Is he crazy? No, he's an asshole, but he's not crazy. You think we should give him a gun
00:50:53.320 license i don't see why not somebody you were dating five years ago they call that's how deep
00:51:00.980 they go in background checks for guns in canada but we need it to get worse now
00:51:05.660 it's amazing to me remember about a month ago when mark carney decided to tell the world that
00:51:13.680 canada is going to recognize the state of palestine even though it doesn't really exist
00:51:18.740 Watch this.
00:51:19.800 I cited earlier, Canada intends to recognize the state of Palestine
00:51:23.540 at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2025.
00:51:30.900 This intention is predicated on the Palestinian Authority's commitment to much-needed reforms,
00:51:36.860 including commitments by the Palestinian Authority's President Abbas
00:51:40.480 to fundamentally reform its governance, to hold general elections in 2026,
00:51:45.520 in which Hamas can play no part, and to demilitarize the Palestinian state.
00:51:52.800 Canada will increase its efforts in supporting strong democratic governance in Palestine
00:51:57.500 and the contributions of its people to a more peaceful and hopeful future.
00:52:04.180 I spoke today with President Abbas at length to reaffirm his commitments.
00:52:08.780 Canada reiterates that Hamas must immediately release all hostages taken in their horrific terrorist attack of October 7th,
00:52:18.780 that Hamas must disarm, and that Hamas must play no role in the future governance of Palestine.
00:52:26.780 Canada will always steadfastly support Israel's existence as an independent state in the Middle East living in peace and security.
00:52:35.780 and security
00:52:38.460 any path
00:52:39.440 to lasting peace for israel
00:52:41.280 also requires
00:52:42.580 a viable and stable palestinian state
00:52:45.420 and one that recognizes israel's
00:52:47.940 inalienable right
00:52:49.360 to security and peace
00:52:53.220 so it's the two states solution which people have said for years it's never
00:52:56.840 gonna work
00:52:59.040 they can't get along over there
00:53:02.100 in my opinion 0.80
00:53:04.000 Both sides, not the people. 0.77
00:53:06.600 And I want to make this abundantly clear to anybody.
00:53:11.860 Both sides are evil. 0.96
00:53:14.380 The government of Israel and the government of Palestine. 0.97
00:53:21.320 Evil. 1.00
00:53:22.940 The people, they don't know.
00:53:26.660 The people have been brainwashed for their entire lives.
00:53:31.620 They've been brainwashed for generations to hate each other.
00:53:39.100 Mark Carney also said that
00:53:42.100 Muslim values are Canadian values.
00:53:51.820 Remember he said that? 0.99
00:53:55.140 Hamas is a terrorist organization.
00:54:01.620 This video I'm about to play for you has been clipped, but I still need to warn you that there may be some graphic parts of it. 0.56
00:54:13.100 This is them publicly executing three people that they designated as Israeli spies, Palestinians.
00:54:22.600 Go ahead.
00:54:31.620 Now, like I said, it was clipped.
00:54:53.020 I did it.
00:54:55.560 I did not want to show that graphic scene.
00:54:57.840 If you want to see it,
00:55:01.620 I'm sure that there are still some versions of it up on X.
00:55:05.700 It's terrible.
00:55:07.840 We don't do that stuff here.
00:55:09.660 In Canada, we don't even have a death penalty.
00:55:11.480 Now, we probably should. 0.99
00:55:13.220 It needs to be stringently applied, but I think we probably should.
00:55:23.120 There have been many Charlie Kirk candlelight vigils held all over the world.
00:55:30.860 in the past couple of weeks.
00:55:34.420 None bigger than what happened
00:55:36.300 this past weekend in Arizona.
00:55:39.340 So I've taken some of the highlights of it
00:55:41.720 and left-wing corporate media
00:55:44.980 estimated 100,000 people.
00:55:47.660 Other estimates, over 200,000.
00:55:50.740 Not inside the auditorium.
00:55:53.560 Inside the auditorium,
00:55:54.780 there were, in fact, 90,000.
00:55:57.120 It was completely and totally full.
00:55:59.040 Outside,
00:55:59.640 another hundred thousand people were there watching on large screens
00:56:05.820 and it was the most peaceful crowd that you could ever imagine
00:56:11.720 here are some highlights of charlie kirk's celebration of life in arizona this past weekend
00:56:29.640 I want to continue as much as he's seen in his voice.
00:56:33.160 With our hands to the heavens today.
00:56:35.860 Surrendering everything that we're feeling, that we're facing, that we're wrestling with.
00:56:40.620 Knowing that he is sovereign, he is higher.
00:56:43.380 We can trust him.
00:56:44.580 Come on, let's worship him here.
00:56:46.540 Every voice, every hand.
00:56:48.540 You take it away.
00:56:49.320 So I'll throw up my hand.
00:56:54.100 Praise you again.
00:56:55.960 Charlie suffered a terrible fate my friends we all know it we all saw it but think it
00:57:12.460 is not the worst fate it is better to face a gunman than to live your life afraid to
00:57:19.720 speak the truth.
00:57:30.920 It is better to be persecuted for your faith than to deny the kingship of Christ.
00:57:43.080 It is better to die a young man in this world than to sell your soul for an easy life with
00:57:48.680 no purpose, no risk, no love, and no truth. Christ told us in the Gospel of John, I have
00:58:02.180 said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation,
00:58:10.600 But take heart, I have overcome the world.
00:58:19.920 Now, I'm not sure if you guys have seen Erica Kirk's address.
00:58:28.000 Maybe some of you have, I don't know.
00:58:30.540 But she is going to be at the tail end of this video that I'm showing you right now.
00:58:35.940 and you should prepare yourself for some serious emotions let's continue
00:58:46.260 charlie took heart and now we must do the same i've seen so many of you say so many on social
00:58:55.540 media talk about for charlie we must do this for charlie for charlie we will speak the truth
00:59:03.140 every single day.
00:59:13.340 For Charlie, we will rebuild this United States of America to greatness.
00:59:24.260 For Charlie, we will never shrink, we will never cower, and we will never falter, even
00:59:29.500 when staring down the barrel of a gun.
00:59:39.740 For Charlie, we will remember that it is better to stand on our feet defending the United
00:59:45.780 States of America and defending the truth than it is to die on our knees.
00:59:57.760 My friends, for Charlie, we must remember that he is a hero to the United States of America
01:00:03.560 and he is a martyr for the Christian faith.
01:00:06.640 May our Heavenly Father give us the courage to live as Charlie lived.
01:00:11.660 That is what we must do for Charlie.
01:00:14.560 You ran a good race, my friend.
01:00:16.440 I love you.
01:00:17.620 We've got it from here.
01:00:19.040 Thank you.
01:00:20.040 Father, forgive them, for they not know what they do.
01:00:34.640 That man, that young man, I forgive him.
01:00:50.040 To all the men watching
01:01:16.420 around the world, accept Charlie's challenge
01:01:22.540 and embrace true manhood.
01:01:27.440 Be strong and courageous for your families.
01:01:33.880 Love your wives and lead them.
01:01:39.100 Love your children and protect them.
01:01:43.580 Be the spiritual head of your home.
01:01:49.920 But please be a leader worth following. 0.88
01:01:54.640 Your wife is not your servant.
01:02:08.220 Your wife is not your employee. 0.99
01:02:12.680 Your wife is not your slave. 0.93
01:02:16.360 She is your helper.
01:02:19.260 You are not rivals.
01:02:21.940 You are one flesh working together for the glory of God.
01:02:35.840 Whoa.
01:02:42.940 So we know about the fallout after Charlie was brutally murdered in front of millions of people.
01:02:51.460 We saw some crazies online celebrating it.
01:02:57.200 We even saw some late night television hosts making jokes about it.
01:03:01.980 And then getting suspended indefinitely, like Jimmy Kimmel.
01:03:05.580 And so the left has been losing it about that.
01:03:09.200 Freedom of speech!
01:03:11.240 They cry. 0.99
01:03:12.680 they're hypocrites, right? 0.99
01:03:15.300 I mean, what, three years ago, two years ago? 0.99
01:03:18.680 Last year?
01:03:19.620 They were all about shutting us up,
01:03:22.260 canceling us right off social media.
01:03:24.860 Remember?
01:03:26.300 Watch.
01:03:27.160 Banned the president permanently. 1.00
01:03:29.040 Oh, damn! 1.00
01:03:31.500 They took away his precious. 1.00
01:03:33.260 Well, Facebook upheld their ban of Donald Trump today
01:03:36.040 for at least another six months.
01:03:38.100 It is so funny to watch the Trump supporters
01:03:40.540 and the republicans melt down over tucker carlson getting fired from fox news tucker carlson is out
01:03:46.380 at fox news couldn't have happened to a better guy fox news media and tucker carlson have agreed to
01:03:53.500 park ways fox news has severed bow ties with tucker carlson after all these years
01:04:07.340 they evaluated whether or not trump's tweets violated twitter policy they said no we could
01:04:15.000 just label it as incitement to violence anyway to get the job done donald trump's twitter account
01:04:20.080 just got suspended now the first thing that we need to know is that this is very very funny
01:04:26.500 and even with twitter you cannot find actual evidence of any direct government censorship
01:04:34.640 of any lawful speech. Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg claims he was pressured by the White House
01:04:41.140 to censor content related to COVID-19 during the pandemic. And direct law enforcement to
01:04:47.380 counter this extremism. We will hold social media platforms accountable. And when you look at what
01:04:54.920 Tucker Carlson and some of these other folks on Fox do, it is very clearly incitement of violence.
01:05:01.280 there are americans who are engaged in kind of propaganda and whether they should be civilly
01:05:08.100 or criminally charged would be a better deterrent to stop tucker carlson from going on tonight now
01:05:14.900 that he's seen how he's perverted and slimed the truth i think we need to push back on this there
01:05:20.640 there's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or or hate speech and especially 0.51
01:05:25.160 around our democracy i cannot believe the hypocrisy that comes from these people
01:05:32.440 it's absolutely amazing they call people who are right-wing extremists conservatives
01:05:41.320 logical common-sense-minded people they call us extremists extreme right now when you use the word
01:05:52.960 extreme in any sentence to describe anybody political views or not you're painting a picture
01:06:00.060 aren't you you are telling people what to think by using that expression i want to ask you a question
01:06:09.700 because i i look at both sides i look at all sides actually when it comes to this stuff i do it
01:06:17.500 daily. I read their stuff, and I try to judge. Was that fair? Was that not fair? Usually,
01:06:26.580 this is 95% of the time, it's absolutely not fair. But the way they do it is insidious. It's devious.
01:06:34.540 Do you know anybody on the truth side of things who has ever incited any violence? As a matter
01:06:42.060 of fact people like us we go out of our way to tell people to not i'm not sure if you saw katie's
01:06:48.560 video from the ostrich farm today one of the people at the ostrich farm went over to the
01:06:54.900 neighbor's place with a can of gasoline now that's wrong that is absolutely wrong and katie called
01:07:01.060 that out on a live stream today as i would as any of us would because we don't respond like that
01:07:09.540 Look at the Freedom Convoy in 2022.
01:07:13.940 All of the violence came from law enforcement.
01:07:18.120 There was no hate there, except for when Antifa got involved.
01:07:24.480 Speaking of which, Donald Trump today declared Antifa, or designated Antifa, as a domestic terrorist organization.
01:07:35.720 any antifa activity on the streets going forward will be treated as a terrorist group
01:07:44.880 that all of those people will be hauled off to prison well jail to be tried and then hopefully
01:07:52.220 prison those people that whole network and we talked about this on the extension last week that
01:07:57.200 whole awful network needs to be shut down you know who's done a great job of exposing all of
01:08:04.040 this stuff in Canada? Kareem Assad. He's a lawyer who's now doing investigative journalism, 0.88
01:08:10.600 independent investigative journalism in Ontario. We're going to try and get her on the show in the
01:08:15.140 next few nights to talk about that. In the meantime, in the extension tonight, we will
01:08:20.600 go into Antifa. Who are they? Why are they? How do they communicate? How do they plan
01:08:27.640 their events what motivates them that's coming up for the all-access nighthawks in the extension
01:08:35.920 tonight if you want to talk about antifa there was all kinds of climate change rallies in major
01:08:41.840 cities across the country this past weekend and medium-sized cities as well and make no mistake 0.95
01:08:50.500 whenever you see a climate rally, whenever you see a trans rally, anything to do with that crazy 0.91
01:08:58.220 ideology, Antifa is there. And if they see you there asking questions and you're identified as 0.97
01:09:04.700 like an extreme right winger, they will surround you and they will intimidate you or try to.
01:09:14.760 So this weekend in Ottawa, this past weekend, Chris Dacey was there. What a great job he does.
01:09:20.500 He was in the streets filming this climate change rally.
01:09:27.700 Antifa showed up.
01:09:30.160 And look what happened.
01:09:50.500 Now, I want to let you guys know that regular people don't just decide they're going to paint the streets or the sidewalks or the sides of buildings, any of that stuff.
01:10:01.660 You know that, right?
01:10:03.040 We don't know how to protest, to be completely honest.
01:10:08.040 We're not trained in it.
01:10:09.800 These people are.
01:10:10.700 Anybody who knows how to conduct themselves in a destructive way at a protest, you can bet that they've been trained, that they have been trained by Antifa.
01:10:23.620 Watch what they do to the cops.
01:10:40.700 Police are backing off.
01:10:56.700 Police being forced back by the protesters.
01:11:00.680 Police being pushed back.
01:11:05.140 Police coming in.
01:11:06.500 This group is taking over the police and pushing them back.
01:11:16.500 Police being pushed out of the way by a mall.
01:11:19.900 Ottawa police getting pushed right off the street.
01:11:25.020 Ottawa police has just been pushed off the street in front of the prime minister's office.
01:11:30.720 They cleared this. It's now been taken over entirely.
01:11:36.500 completely taken over here
01:11:51.520 they're behind your line
01:12:06.500 How do you let them behind your line?
01:12:29.520 How do you let them behind your line?
01:12:31.520 so this officer this entire team was just overrun
01:12:40.320 ottawa police overrun in front of the foreign minister's office absolutely wild
01:12:46.440 ottawa police have been overrun here you see that palestine flag there it's waving
01:12:52.300 in the middle of your screen what does that have to do with climate change and this is
01:12:56.800 mark carney right big climate change guy and a big palestine guy as we pointed out earlier in
01:13:03.540 the show and here's these protesters in front of his office and the police have been pushed back
01:13:10.920 to the sidewalk on the other side of the street do you see us doing that stuff they showed up
01:13:17.660 today at universal ostrich farm yeah there was some chirping but nobody was pushing anybody
01:13:22.540 around. Nobody was telling anybody
01:13:24.160 to F off. There was no physical
01:13:26.240 contact between the RCA
01:13:27.840 if there was ever a time
01:13:30.480 for it. And we still don't do it
01:13:32.380 because we believe
01:13:34.760 that violence is not the
01:13:38.400 answer.
01:13:40.360 And only if pushed to the
01:13:42.520 absolute
01:13:43.300 nth degree will we do 0.79
01:13:46.500 that. And even then, we don't
01:13:48.460 want to. These people,
01:13:50.480 they're a different breed, man. 0.99
01:13:52.540 and they have been getting their way with violence for years now.
01:13:57.320 And I believe that police in all major centers and medium centers
01:14:01.060 have been told from their commanders on down,
01:14:04.600 and I'm not exactly sure who would order the commanders to do this,
01:14:08.080 to allow them to get away with what they do.
01:14:12.680 Remember that the Canadian government funds the Canadian Anti-Hate Network,
01:14:18.560 who are Antifa.
01:14:20.140 they are antifa let's finish this
01:14:26.280 all about antifa tonight in the extension on shadow davis.com become a member monthly or
