00:09:23.720I go in and I'll buy $8,000 or whatever because it's under $10,000 and I pay cash.
00:09:31.900And it's this way I'm under the radar.
00:09:36.980The other thing you want to be cognitive of is liquidity.
00:09:41.020And what I mean by that is if there's a situation where, like Rogers went down a few months ago, no one had access to their bank accounts, liquidity is important.
00:09:53.300That just simply means, you know, being able to take your bullion and offload it at your LCS for cash.
00:10:01.620Better yet, it's better to keep cash on hand in those events.
00:10:05.000um you know and again that's determined on you know what this may be like a bit of an
00:10:13.220invasive question here and i know that you're a guy who plays it close to the vest because of
00:10:18.080your career and whatnot but i mean how much you've got is that three bars of gold in front of you and
00:10:24.320one bar of silver um no like it looks to me what is that exactly what have you got and how heavy
00:10:34.060is that like how does it feel holding that in your that's why there's only one tray i can't
00:10:38.220i could barely lift this one and it's i mean precious metals are heavy by nature that's
00:10:44.980one of the one of the things about precious metals that are heavy uh but i'm not a big guy
00:10:49.480um and yeah um but um there's there's a few bars let's leave let's leave it at that both gold and
00:10:56.340silver um as well as a complement of uh coins and uh in gold and in silver as well okay so that
00:11:03.220right in front of us it looks like let's pull out that can you pull out one of those things or are
00:11:08.080they like entrenched in that tray the bar yeah like the bars okay yeah like a gold bar yeah i
00:11:14.280have one of these here okay so how wide is that thing what's the thickness of that okay they're
00:11:19.120actually very thick these are extremely thin believe it or not uh there we go but they got
00:11:25.060some heft to them now one of the things that uh about the canadian mint and and again um there's
00:11:30.780i want to run through things that maybe you want to stay with away from versus things that you may
00:11:36.060want to acquire canadian mint is one of the it's the actual top mint in the world uh without
00:11:41.340without question there's no other mint in the world that has the technology that they put into
00:11:45.480their bars and coins uh canadian mint was the first mint um to do four nines pure silver and
00:11:52.720gold coins as well as their bars now you can get three nine uh pure um but canadian mint is all
00:11:59.680four nine so to me that's important um liquidity is extremely important too so our coins which are
00:12:06.380sovereign coins and our bars are made by the sovereign government so they're recognized
00:12:11.580globally so if you hopped on a boat and you're on in thailand a week later they will take this
00:12:18.940no matter where you go it's highly highly recognized and very very liquid and that's
00:12:23.440extremely important um if you're in a situation where you need to offload it very quickly
00:12:28.200so that's important so go ahead continue on i was just going to say so um you depending on how
00:12:37.020much you have so if you're starting off um and you know you're going to invest a little bit of
00:12:41.760money into to making um a position in gold and silver um you know find a hiding spot doesn't uh
00:12:48.140doesn't have to be uh you know a vault like mine but if you get to a certain level then you know
00:12:54.560you want to be able to sleep at night so um you want to maybe offload it somewhere where it's safe
00:12:59.160well now this is what people have been saying okay so i'm supposed to go buy gold and silver
00:13:03.880and then what like i put it in a safe yeah that's what you do you know you could bury it under a
00:13:09.960you know pot outside or you know in the back of the seal in a watertight container in the back of
00:13:16.460a toilet or wherever i mean your imagination is as limited as you know possibilities are out there
00:13:22.140are infinite so uh use your imagination what's the biggest thing people shouldn't do if they're
00:13:28.500investing in gold and silver like you don't tell anybody that you have it now the only reason why
00:13:34.860i agreed to do this is because i'm in a secure undisclosed location and even you don't know
00:13:39.960where that is um and it's simply uh for security measures when you're dealing with this kind of
00:13:45.860investments or acquisition and assets you want to make sure that no one knows where it is now
00:13:51.040Now, if you've got a small handful of coins, newest Matic coins, which are old silver coins, like from 63 before that, they're valuable, too.
00:14:00.940So if it's a barter system that you're looking at, those are ideal.
00:14:04.540So I would start off with those, then move up into the silver coins.
00:14:08.200And then, you know, depending on how much you're willing to go in terms of investment, then into gold.
00:14:13.500um because you're not going to trade a bowl or a a bar of gold or a coin for groceries you're just
00:14:22.020not going to do it it's like a lot of money uh each ounce you're looking at you know 2,500 bucks
00:14:26.880so uh you're not going to you know trade that up for for a bag of groceries now looking at those
00:14:34.360bars there how many ounces in one of those bars that you've got in front there uh these ones here
00:14:39.460these are silver bars uh these are 10 ounce bars and there's there's some heft to them and they they
00:14:46.140all come with serial numbers and some uh unique security features uh again um no other mint in
00:14:52.120the world uh does the the security features like canada does uh these are one ounce bar
00:14:56.600okay okay and again you got the serial numbers and they're marked four nines pure
00:15:02.340and then of course i'll destroy again the canada these are called canadian maples
00:15:06.420and these are one ounce so they're like the bars um these sorry it's hard um these are highly
00:15:14.640liquid um both uh the coins are highly liquid as are the 10 ounce bars the one ounce bars are
00:15:20.320highly liquid so um there's some stackers and that's what we're called when we're when we're
00:15:25.300buying um precious metals uh a lot a lot of uh stackers like a mixture they'll buy what they
00:15:31.100call rounds which are they look like a coin but they're not made by a sovereign mint which is
00:15:36.860extremely important sovereign mints are guaranteed by the government that that mints them whereas a
00:15:42.140saw or a mint that produces rounds um they're just a private company now they have an ounce in them
00:15:48.540you know but but they're they're not as liquid and another thing that people should be aware of
00:15:54.500is the spot price now the spot price is regulated um through the comex and the the uh lbm which is
00:16:03.800the london um bullion um manufacturers association and they actually regulate the price of gold and
00:16:11.760silver believe it or not so uh russia is actually coming up with their own so it'll be a little bit
00:16:17.080more competitive yeah well the bricks nations right i mean the bricks they're forming their
00:16:22.380own thing man so i think the way i i don't know i mean like the way this is going right now the
00:16:27.020more gold and silver that you've got the better and also you you mentioned cash as far as liquidity
00:16:32.340is concerned i see a stack of cash in front of you there yeah so you know if uh again let's have
00:16:38.120there's a say a scenario where again the network goes down from an emp i mean we've seen balloons
00:16:43.300and we know what they're capable of putting on those balloons so if there's an emp um which takes
00:16:48.860out the the entire north american grid what do you got to barter with so cash is going to be king
00:16:54.880in that situation um that's only going to last for a while because it's going to run out so if
00:17:00.240you have a backup silver and then a further backup for higher valued items so for example you want to
00:17:05.740buy a house uh you know a few bars of gold of gold uh might might be something you would want
00:17:11.940to trade for a house for example so what is the process that people need to go through like
00:17:16.400starting at 0.1 all the way to the very end.
00:17:19.640It must be like six steps or something to buying your first bar.
00:17:23.160So what you want to do is you want to do some research in your local area
00:17:26.960for a coin shop, okay, a local coin shop or LCS.
00:17:31.600And find out if, you know, if they're, you know, summer shady,
00:17:35.100you know, you don't want to go to a pawnbroker.
00:17:37.120We're fortunate enough here in Winnipeg that we have Gate West Coin,
00:18:03.500It's just so that they have you on record so that if you insure it, I don't know if you noticed, but all these bars, they have serial numbers.
00:29:03.240So this wasn't part of teaching up until very recently.
00:29:06.160So residential schools weren't in anybody's textbook 10 years ago.
00:29:10.060Jim, are you saying it's 10 years ago this whole thing started since the residential?
00:29:13.860Yeah, just what textbooks I was using in school didn't have, didn't even mention residential schools until fairly recently. So certainly in the last decade. And now it's got to the point where it's genocide and it's said, and now there's an NDP member of parliament named Leah Gassam who's wanting anyone who questions this narrative to be considered to be a hate monger, guilty of hate crime, and called it a denier, like a Holocaust denier, a genocide denier.
00:29:39.080So that's that's me. And yet all I'm doing, all I did on May 31st was say an historical truth and trying to get kids down from a ledge.
00:29:47.440They're working these kids into emotional paroxysms, this idea of we want everyone to think that Canada was nothing but a killing field.
00:29:54.500And I went against that narrative, not intentionally. I just my intentions are only, you know, what is academically right?
00:30:02.020And just to tell kids the truth, the established truth. And they're not doing that right now.
00:30:06.400they're presenting every Christian teacher in those residential schools as a
00:30:26.840What do other teachers say about this?
00:30:29.520The ones who have been around for quite some time like you have.
00:30:33.860That's very interesting because there is a divide.
00:30:35.700and i guess there always is in society generationally but the um but you know what we had in
00:30:40.900my school we had uh have land acknowledgements every day as they talk about the injustice in
00:30:46.140the past but the injustice is that we're still committing and sometimes people use the word
00:30:49.700genocide still coming against indigenous people and and you could walk around the school and talk
00:30:54.200to any kid or talk to any teacher probably any administrator and they'd all say to you quietly i
00:30:59.340don't know why we're doing this but we have to and there's days we wear orange shirts and black
00:31:03.480shirts and pink shirts and white shirts it just goes on and on and on and if anyone steps out if
00:31:07.560anyone is like me at all and says um why are we doing this because this is not really what education
00:31:12.780is education is to present a number of different perspectives and allow children to come up with
00:31:16.880their own interpretation of history their own sexual identity their own you know political
00:31:21.520whatever in the so we're we're grooming we're we're race hustling and we're we're bending all
00:31:27.080sorts of literature we're transforming the education system into somewhere where kids are
00:31:31.420now being marked, if there's even grades, on the basis of race and religion. It's a real mess. And
00:31:37.640I'm just shocked that parents have allowed this to happen. Is this part of the SOGI curriculum
00:31:43.800that's being imposed? Well, that's part of it. It's a broad thing. The original name comes out
00:31:48.720of the 60s. They called it postmodernism, then deconstructionism, and then political correctness
00:31:53.500and many different names. But the name of late that people use was social justice and critical
00:31:59.200justice theory. And so my union, which is like, like all unions and all institutions in Canada
00:32:04.940have been ideologically captured by this. And it's the idea of, again, of looking at grievance,
00:32:11.340creating an Olympics of, you know, whose ancestors were most horribly treated. And to do that, of
00:32:17.200course, you know, it's done by people who have no real knowledge of history. I think often the
00:32:22.100most bigoted and ignorant people are the people who are, who are, who are leading this. So it's0.97
00:32:25.880really quite quite shocking so so it is a it is a new new phenomenon what was the atmosphere like
00:32:33.200in the staff room well i don't go in staff rooms anymore most teachers don't because you can't talk
00:32:39.080because someone's going to say that you've said something that's anti-trans or anti
00:32:43.420this group or that group and so what what it does it silences society that's what censorship does
00:32:49.500and i did my dissertation um on that very subject of censorship in literature education and i want
00:32:56.980to read in books that kids like and they're going to have some some sustenance for them
00:33:01.860in later years um something really good like to kill a mockingbird or um and i could go on and
00:33:07.460on about you know even dr seuss is being banned from schools but agatha christie was in my school
00:33:13.680and i wanted to read it and my colleague said um it was the book that the kids like the most and
00:33:19.740agatha christie's and then there were none but because of his title 100 years ago one parent
00:33:24.340said oh you shouldn't read the book and that's the only book there were enough copies for all
00:33:28.300the kids in the classroom and it was right in my classroom but i couldn't use it and so instead we
00:33:32.600have to read you know i think absolute trash you know it's all about you know how bad you know this0.90
00:33:37.320white person is and how racist you know their whole group was to this one kid who isn't of that0.97
00:33:43.260group and but that kid overcame the the bestiality of canadian society to somehow survive and i don't
00:33:50.140think that's canada at all and my father was um an architect in the in the in the in the charter and
00:33:57.060and bringing back the constitution to canada and a very proud canadian and um you know many people
00:34:03.640i know of an older generation even older than mine who are you know think that canada has
00:34:08.500accomplished a great deal it remains a you know land of liberty and a refuge from for people
00:34:13.640political dissidents so the idea that that we we are telling the chinese that we're guilty of a
00:34:19.220genocide because we put kids in schools all it does it tells dictators um elsewhere in the world
00:34:25.340that oh look we can get away with what we're doing because canada says we all do it you know that
00:34:32.000pesky section one of the charter of rights and freedoms probably should i had brian peckford on
00:34:36.620the show a few months back, and he was, I think, the last surviving signatory of that charter when
00:34:42.000it was being written back in 1980, 81, and signed eventually in 82, even though Quebec never did
00:34:47.480sign the thing. So it's never been officially ratified. Do you see that document as a living
00:34:53.260document that the country is or should be following, or is it something that's incomplete?
00:35:00.300I think the problem with the charter, for example, because the Constitution is, you know,
00:35:05.600It's only it's a very short document. And as is the charter itself, I think that the problem with the Constitution Act 1982, which, you know, includes both of them, is that the people at the time, you know, the Trudeau government, Trudeau senior, and they got nervous.
00:35:20.840So they started adding things in, you know, indigenous treaty rights, affirmative action.
00:35:27.000And they so they took they had some wonderful, you know, basic rights and freedoms for people in the early part of the charter.
00:35:34.360And then they brought in all these exceptions, which are, you know, it makes the whole thing, you know, a mess.
00:35:39.340And and so people can see all sorts of things now under the charter rights and freedom is sort of like the abortion issue.
00:35:45.520people who are against abortion can see, you know, women's, you know, security of person and people
00:35:50.280in that, you know, you know, obviously the right to live. And so I think it's, you know, it's
00:35:56.080purposely vague, but it's not something that we should allow us to guide. I think we, what should
00:36:00.800guide us is common sense and rationality and debate. If the two of us, Shadow, disagreed on
00:36:06.780something, I think we would have a conversation about and come to some sort of consensus that
00:36:11.500you can't do that in schools. Even kids are afraid to open their mouths because they're going to be
00:36:14.860labeled. So what we're doing right now is we're taking all these subjects out of the table and
00:36:18.520we're telling everybody that you're going to walk the plank unless you're on script. And this is
00:36:25.500not schools. Kids want to come to schools to earn other people's ideas, not just to have only one
00:36:30.900person's ideas. How are kids these days? Are they able to follow all of this? Are they as confused
00:36:39.200as we are? Yeah, I talk to kids all the time about that. You ask great questions, man. The
00:36:44.020kids are all sorts. So, you know, it's hard to generalize, but I will generalize and say
00:36:48.760that kids want to, you know, they want to fit in. You know, it's when I was in high school,
00:36:53.300I used to wear the same clothing that everybody else wore. I wasn't conscious of it. It was just
00:36:57.840that we want to fit in. So we have friends and so forth. So kids don't make a fuss about this,
00:37:02.920but if you get them one-on-one and you start asking them and they'll start at first saying,
00:37:07.460well no I you know I'm not really sure what I think but you dig deeper and you realize they're
00:37:12.140they're thinking I think children are as smart today as ever in some ways they have advantages
00:37:16.860that no one ever had before parenting is better and so forth and so they're they're very acute in
00:37:22.100their thinking but they just can't say anything because kids in the system you know they need to
00:37:26.520get the marks to get ahead they need to you know you know to have teachers say nice things about
00:37:30.860them and classmates to like them and so forth so I think the natural tendency is for people to
00:37:35.220conform but what they're doing in schools as well they're they're creating a snitch culture so if
00:37:39.740anybody is not you know conformist if anybody like a trucker in a freedom convoy you know you
00:37:45.600mentioned that you support that in school or you mentioned that well maybe the policemen the rest
00:37:49.180of george floyd weren't put in an easy situation you could say anything that goes against you know
00:37:54.160the mainstream of society in a school it's like an inquisition it's like a witch hunt it's it's
00:37:59.740Like, you know, I'm back with the with the witch, you know, Salem witch hunt where they just take people who have no no ability to defend themselves.
00:38:08.180And before you know it, they're they're they're hanged and people are walking around feeling virtuous.
00:38:12.180We got rid of the racist. We got rid of the, you know, the person who was against us.
00:38:16.440When you know darn well, the person wasn't. It was just someone who who marched, you know, the beat of his or her own drummer.
00:38:22.340Yeah. Interesting. Where are the anti-bullying regulations gone now?
00:38:25.920I mean, it seems everything seems to have flipped to 180 right now. The other side is bullying everybody else. It's incredible, really.
00:38:34.040OK, can I just piggyback and then tell you my story? So I kind of wait a little bit and I apologize for that.
00:38:39.100And OK, well, I just love your questions. But I what I really like to get across is so, you know, I said in class what I did.
00:38:46.780At the end of that, you know, I was teaching senior calculus, but I was required to to talk to residential schools and kids were wearing orange.
00:38:54.660you know they had face paint they had wristbands they had every you know it's just this whole0.57
00:38:59.320group it was like a two-minute hate in Orwell's 1984 and and um and so what happened to me is I
00:39:05.960you know the discussion didn't go well because of my comment about it was not murder it was disease
00:39:10.540um and we went back to teaching calculus and in that in a short period of time we also had a
00:39:15.380little break and two male vice principals came up and told me to leave the class the classroom and
00:39:20.660they didn't understand what I'd done wrong. I thought maybe the emergency, I had no idea what
00:39:24.900it was, but they wouldn't answer. Did some student snitch you out, Jim? Was that it? Yes, a student
00:39:29.400did with her friend. So it was just really one student. It was the one who complained. She
00:39:33.660believed it was all, you know, kill, you know, these schools were all about, you know, eliminating
00:39:39.660children. And it was just kind of silly because the schools got paid money on the basis of how
00:39:43.920many children they had. So it wasn't in their interest to knock them all off. No teacher really
00:39:48.040wants to go down to class of zero because then you lose your job um so anyhow they walked me out
00:39:53.060of the school and when I was being put into the out the front door I stopped and I said I'm not
00:39:58.160going to make this easy for you unless you get a chance to talk to the principal and I asked the
00:40:01.960principal what I did wrong and I told him what I said and he said well it sounds like you didn't
00:40:07.280say anything wrong but you know you're an older white guy wearing a mask because it was during
00:40:10.960COVID so they didn't and they didn't know you so maybe that's what you did wrong but he was nice
00:40:15.000with me but he but he he ratted me out a kid talked to a counselor a counselor passed a note
00:40:20.500to someone in the office that person passed to the principal the principal said oh my gosh we
00:40:24.840might have a denier here and to the board they walked me out that and I haven't taught since
00:40:30.060it's almost two years so I'm a teacher that has won two teaching awards I'm well loved by kids
00:40:35.940and and um and it's my passion and I've been sitting at home paid by taxpayers to do nothing
00:40:42.320because I wanted to offer more than one opinion.
00:40:46.020And I think it's an absolute iteration,
00:41:35.820So what are your thoughts on homeschooling or maybe coming up with a new system outside of the government?
00:41:43.640And the reason I ask that, Jim, is because I have done several shows on homeschooling.
00:41:49.060People have been willing to give up half of the household income.
00:41:54.140The mother or father stays home and they homeschool their children, however many they happen to have, because they don't trust what's going on these days in the public school system.
00:42:03.540And I do know that there are some groups of parents and teachers like yourself who have unceremoniously, let's say, left the public school system, not through their own choice, who are now developing tutor networks.
00:42:22.880Would you be interested in something like that?
00:42:25.460Absolutely, because I'm interested in educating kids.
00:42:28.220I'm not interested in, as said, manipulating them.
00:42:30.920I was contacted by an Abbotsford parent yesterday. And that's, it was Abbotsford that took place. And she said to me, she became concerned when four girls in her daughter's friend group were becoming men. Four, transitioning. And guess what the schools do? Not just an Abbotsford, all across the Western world.
00:42:53.100they go oh my gosh this is wonderful because what we're doing we're making it possible0.67
00:42:57.100for a for a 10 year old or 13 year old to take you know pre-ready blockers to remove her breasts
00:43:02.040and and um so it's it's absolutely criminal what's happening so what do i think of homeschooling
00:43:07.920i think you know you know years ago i would have said to you i worry about the lack of
00:43:12.200socialization although people can homeschool and still have their children socialize in
00:43:16.200many ways i think it's a rational decision right now because i think what people want to do with
00:43:20.940their children is to have them learn what I learned in school and chemistry and biology and
00:43:26.800how to write an essay and how to, you know, long divide and how to throw a basketball or shoot a
00:43:32.260basketball. Like those are the things that skills that have some utility in life, knowing that what
00:43:37.360each color represent on a pride flag, as I said earlier, has no utility because that pride flag0.76
00:43:42.040is going to change again in three weeks. The pronouns are going to change again in three weeks
00:43:45.500is useless knowledge. And they're doing it all the time. And I think the world's more competitive1.00
00:43:51.600than ever before. And I think people want to prepare their children for it. And I think it's
00:43:56.580a complete dereliction of duty for doing anything other than what is in a child's best interest.
00:44:01.380So I support any parent who says, I've had enough with the public school system. But that's a sad
00:44:06.980thing. And we shouldn't allow the people who are running these institutions to get away with it.
00:44:10.860They're highly paid and they have a responsibility to run something that serves everybody, not just people who want to run a banner that I said to you before that I think is communist and ultimately divisive and could lead to civil war, which is you're pitting people against each other on the basis of things like race, religion, sexuality and sexual orientation.
00:44:30.620You're a history teacher. I mean, you've obviously taught about communism, socialism, totalitarianism and whatnot in different countries over the years.
00:44:38.820What do you see taking root in Canada right now?
00:44:41.900Is it some sort of technocrat system they're trying to impose upon us?
00:45:01.900I think we have right now, you know, seem like good ideas and they use innocuous words like equity, inclusion and diversity and so forth, but they don't mean any of those things.
00:45:11.380They're the opposite. It's like ignorance is strength and war is peace in Orwell stories.
00:45:17.740So to me, it's a really frightening thing.
00:45:20.640So people, they're pretending this is in everybody's interest. But what you're really saying is to a Chinese child who works hard at school and wants to get into Harvard, that it's going to be 10 times harder for you than somebody who's, you know, of a group that doesn't perform as well.
00:45:35.700So they're creating a society where we're judged on our birth characteristics, and there's nothing we can do about it. And ideals like merit and excellence and competition and fair play and decency and all these things, honor, they're not important.0.87
00:45:50.960What matters right now is making sure that everything is equally divided.
00:45:56.300And I just don't know how, you know, not only society will collapse into until itself by
00:46:01.340doing that, but you're creating such harm to children because you've got some kids who
00:46:05.680might be a group that's more successful than other groups, who's going to go, well, what's
00:46:20.960It doesn't benefit anybody each to their own gifts. You know, I mean, this is a society,
00:46:26.420at least it used to be a society where it was the freedom of the individual. Right.
00:46:29.840And that's where the expression it's my life comes from. When mom told you what to do when
00:46:35.520we were kids, mom, it's my life. Come on. I want to get a haircut. I'll get a haircut.
00:46:39.780How much hate, Jim, have you taken in the past couple of years? Have you been a target?
00:46:43.920yeah yeah i i was interviewed by someone earlier today who um it's just been really frightening
00:46:51.620you know people like you even talking about it you know are vulnerable it's just it's just such
00:46:56.600a shame because they because we're so quickly labeled and such horrible it's like trudel saying
00:47:01.060to people who are on a protest worrying about you know losing a job because of restrictions
00:47:05.920with covid being told that they could lose their you know their their job your bank accounts being
00:47:10.660frozen and they're racist and misogynist and all those other things. So I've experienced a lot of
00:47:17.640hate. But I've also, you know, I also think this is not a bad thing. I've come out because other
00:47:24.880teachers are too afraid and they're too afraid because this is what happens to you. But I'm an
00:47:29.600older teacher and I'm going to land on my feet regardless of what happens to me. I don't have an
00:47:34.300income, but I'm doing something of value. I'm saying people, whether you're students, parents,
00:47:40.880grandparents, uncles, aunts, neighbors, whoever you are, everyone's associated with the school
00:47:46.800system. You've got to walk in, you've got to tell administrators, and you've got to tell your
00:47:50.060politicians that this is not what schools are for. Every child is to get better. Every child
00:47:54.920is to succeed. And we're not to judge them on their cover. We're to judge them for what,
00:47:59.860you know, as Martin Luther King said, and the content of their character.
00:48:04.300Would you be comfortable, Jim, giving out your email address? Because I know we have a lot of viewers in British Columbia who may want to reach out to you and not just in British Columbia, but all across the country to offer suggestions or maybe ask you to become a part of a nationwide teachers network via Zoom.
00:49:49.580I mean, this is part of what I believe the agenda that is coming in moving forward.
00:49:55.700It's all about what the World Economic Forum preaches, as you suggested earlier, equity, diversity, governance, the ESGs, the United Nations.
00:50:05.620there's so much that people are fighting against these days i think some are distractions
00:50:12.640and some are legitimate concerns uh to what end at this point is anybody's guess everybody's got
00:50:20.680an opinion on that but i really respect you jim for standing up against all of this and if more
00:50:27.320teachers like yourself hell if more people like yourself finally stood up and said you know what
00:50:31.940no more it's time for a common sense revolution i think that things would be much different in
00:50:36.820canada now uh than they are so yeah so if i could just say shadow so i i was again you know fired
00:50:44.680i'm just like say you listen it's just to remind them particularly if anyone came in late i'm a
00:50:48.780teacher you know for a for a long in the tooth fired for telling kids an historical truth if
00:50:55.760that's not a cause for alarm for society. I don't know what is. And, and so, um, so,
00:51:02.040and then in the world economic forum and so forth, they're creating a situation where they're trying
00:51:06.120to, um, make a work, whether all this changing and they're doing, all we're going to do is
00:51:09.860live in a society that was completely unlivable. Every time people go out and buy food or, you
00:51:14.420know, put gas in their car and so forth, this isn't working. So, so I don't have the answers.
00:51:18.580I'm not pretending I do. All I'm saying is that we're not going to get in unless we have open
00:51:23.560debate, a marketplace of ideas. Everybody should be able to contribute and not where people get
00:51:28.540awarded the fruits of society, the basis on, again, immutable birth characteristics.
00:51:35.880Jim, thank you for coming on tonight. I really appreciate it. By the way, Jim's email is
00:51:40.040jimmcmurtry01 at gmail.com, jimmcmurtry01 at gmail.com. And Jim, I'm going to share your
00:51:50.980name and your email address with other independent journalists that i know across the country and get
00:51:55.800this message out i think people need to hear this so thank you can also find me on twitter i seem to
00:52:01.000be blowing up on twitter thanks jim have a great night and a great weekend such a pleasure thank
00:52:08.640you all right there it's jim mcmurtry i like what he has to say i did not guys you know what
00:52:14.560i know what you're thinking jim brought up ukraine a couple of times tonight and he and i
00:52:19.360obviously have uh different opinions on that i did not want to argue with jim about that tonight
00:52:26.080because that's not why he was here and like he said it should be a marketplace of ideas just
00:52:33.360because one person says i'm for this and i'm against that and you're for both things does not
00:52:40.980make them the enemy and if you want to have that discussion you've got to pick the time and the
00:52:46.380place tonight for example and and i saw some of you in the comments say ukraine
00:52:50.500maybe we'll have jim back on the show at some point in the next couple of weeks to discuss
00:52:57.480the pros and cons of ukraine to be completely honest i wasn't confident having that conversation
00:53:02.620with jim because he's a history teacher he knows what's going on over there i could have brought
00:53:07.340up the donbass i could have brought up nato uh promising not to move any further east and then
00:53:12.240they move into ukraine and now look at all the mess we've got and putin doesn't want to have
00:53:16.200American or UN missiles on his doorstep and all of that. But I didn't. I could have brought up0.97
00:53:23.860the Azov battalion, the alleged Nazi battalion in Ukraine, but I didn't want to have that
00:53:30.640conversation tonight. I wanted Jim to tell his story about how he was treated by the British
00:53:35.640Columbia school system for telling the truth. And that's what we accomplished tonight. So thank you
00:53:40.920guys very much for giving me a pass on that but again at some point maybe soon we'll go ahead and
00:53:48.600and have that conversation all right Pierre Polyev I know this is not Pierre Polyev this is
00:53:55.120obviously but Pierre Polyev did something that could have been political suicide today and the0.98
00:54:02.280reason for it was because of what Trudeau said right here listen to this crap for the next minute0.99
