00:09:35.860But the most egregious part of what happened to Chris
00:09:38.900was text messages between himself and his lawyers, Keith Wilson or Neviath Chepiak,
00:09:44.880to name two of them. So when you release information from a lawyer, that is illegal.
00:09:54.520Plain and simple. Plain and simple. There is no reason that this should have been done.
00:10:00.060So I believe it's to discredit Chris, but I think they've made a serious mistake here because
00:10:06.880they're going to take this on a charter challenge and uh if they lose this then we might as well
00:10:13.220take the constitution and the charter and flush it down the toilet now so to to be clear on this
00:10:18.900they could i suppose release it becomes public information when it's submitted to the court all
00:10:25.300of this stuff correct correct when he's charged there is disclosure to the crown has to disclose
00:10:32.260And that case was Stinchcomb. And that happened, gosh, going back in memory here in the 90s, when the Crown has to release their evidence to the defense. But that's as far as it goes. You do not release your information. And I'm going by memory from when I was policing. You do not release your information to anybody else other than to the defense so that the defense can build a proper case against the Crown or for their client, whichever way you want to say it.
00:11:02.260but for them to release this publicly is a huge,
00:11:07.320huge defamation of the, of the charter, a huge violation.
00:11:11.120And it's just a huge violation of ethics within the legal proceedings.
00:11:15.820And every Canadian should be concerned about this. And,
00:11:18.640and the media is not picking up on it.
00:11:20.260There's one media source in Ontario that talked about it.
00:11:23.540And that was the Ottawa citizen. Yeah.
00:11:25.120And the Ottawa citizen painted him as a villain, Chris,
00:13:37.660Well, we've been working. We've got a video series out and they came for Canadians,0.99
00:13:42.820which is all medical professionals from around the world talking about things.
00:13:48.000But let's let's talk about this controlled opposition for a little bit.
00:13:51.800I have got a folder behind me in my file cabinet that I've kept with all of my assessments or appraisals over the years of my duties by my NCOs.
00:14:04.200And the last thing any NCO would say about me is, you can control me.
00:14:10.040I'm going to speak my mind and I will defend how I feel.
00:14:15.000And to control me would be much like trying to herd chickens.
00:14:20.060And I can tell you that our board of directors, there's eight of us on our board of directors, and one of them has quit his policing career over this.
00:14:31.320We only have two active duty policemen left on the board out of all our membership.
00:14:36.540And the rest of us are, while the two other ones that are key players, we're both retired RCMP members.
00:14:43.500And I can tell you our personality and the way we feel about our constitution and the
00:14:48.940charter, the last thing the government would be able to do would be to control any one
00:17:38.160This is one of those horrible things about how the system works, because they're going to side with whoever's employing them vis-a-vis the chief.
00:17:47.740So is their client's best interest held at heart?
00:17:55.140And because it's a union situation, it makes it extremely difficult for these officers to go out and seek private counsel because it's just not allowed, and the courts won't allow it.
00:26:51.600But when you talk about or talk to the truck drivers, they would get out, get on their knees, and they were still physically handled hard during the arrest.
00:27:05.820I have a theory, and I believe what had happened was that the upper echelon had pushed the frontline policemen into believing that all the truckers there were terrorists, because we heard that word used, that everything that the government was saying about them was true.
00:27:30.880we've never seen a more peaceful, peaceful demonstration in Canadian history than what
00:27:36.700the freedom convoy was. And we keep forgetting that it was deemed legal. It was deemed legal.
00:27:43.760It went to the court process very early and the judge ruled that it was a legal protest,
00:27:50.780but somehow the government manipulated everything into turning it around and dropping the EA.
00:27:59.220And when you listen to the evidence at the inquiry, when we have people like the National Security Advisor saying that, well, the definition of Section 2 wasn't right, so I felt that it was wrong and I should really change it, and the Privy Council doing the same thing, and the Justice Rulu buying this crap, people individually cannot change the definition of Section 2 under the EA.
00:28:26.900And even CSIS said that it wasn't met, but yet they twist things around so that they could manipulate this. And then we see the banks going after people because they use the word terrorism so then they could do this.
00:28:40.840So the manipulation into our laws and our definitions of those laws has been horrible to say the least. Like the national security advisor rules or goes against Commissioner Lucky, even though I'm not a fan of Commissioner Lucky, but she at least has policing experience where the national security advisor has none.
00:29:04.400Well, she's retiring now anyway, so it's not going to matter.
00:43:42.420So, yeah, it's, it's, um, I think every organization is struggling, uh, financially, we're still okay. We've had some good, good donations. We've got people that donate to us. It looks like almost every paycheck because it comes in on a pretty routine basis.
00:43:59.860It may only be 25 or 50 bucks, but it, it helps keep us going because all the money that, that, uh, we collect is just simply for operations.
00:44:10.120There is, there is nothing for any of us on the, on the board or any of the members.
00:48:12.540Thank you, Clay, for coming on tonight.
00:48:14.940Policeonguard.ca, everybody, if you want to go check out the website, maybe make a donation, keep these guys going, because they're doing good work.
01:01:27.260who proudly trace their origins back to China.
01:01:29.400Now he's going to throw the race card out.
01:01:32.020Those Canadians should always be welcomed as full Canadians and encouraged to stand for office, to get involved in their communities and to take part of the leadership of this country.
01:01:43.300Well, Heng Dong's CPC opponent in the last election was Chinese himself, but he was advocating for the opposite.0.99
01:01:51.200Let's get away from these bastards. They're no good.1.00
01:01:54.020Talking about the Chinese Communist Party.
01:02:01.640Global News say they reported on Friday that three weeks before Canada's 2019 federal election,
01:02:06.520national security officials allegedly gave an urgent classified briefing to senior aides to Trudeau.
01:02:14.100First of all, if national security officials are telling you that they gave an urgent classified briefing to senior aides to Trudeau,
01:39:38.820all right so it's like nine second video anyway it's it's got these plastic lips you
01:39:44.240you kiss it and then the lips on the other side because there's two sets of lips it's like walkie
01:39:49.580talkies there's two sets of lips and so the lips on the other side will do the thing that you did
01:39:54.700with your lips attempting to simulate your kissing style all right so people are freaking out because
01:40:08.060it's gross but they're not freaking out for the right reason so let me ask you guys why something
01:40:14.540like this might be and this is again this is only me going way out there but this is a maybe thing
01:40:20.760and yeah it's creepy it's creepy enough i don't want to be kissing latex or plastic or whatever
01:40:29.040the hell thinking that it's my girlfriend's lips that's gross but that's the world that we're going
01:40:39.520into here with ai right and this will become probably commonly used in the matrix that
01:40:46.600people are going into some willingly some blindly but i think that's going to be a thing
01:40:52.260so to get your dna well that's an interesting thought linda but no i don't think so
01:41:01.460interesting thought maybe i don't think so but maybe here's what i think it is
01:41:06.540they're going to be separating people into 15 minute cities you cannot leave your little
01:41:14.300section if your wife or husband is in this section over here and you're over there and
01:41:19.260You can't leave until the government says you can leave because you've maybe been a bad little boy or girl and you've gone against the social credit standards of the day.
01:41:28.340Then you're going to, you know, you're going to want the chance to kiss him or her.
