00:07:43.800 tonight was actually in one of the biggest music videos of 2012 or 2013 i can't remember what year
00:07:50.300 this was such a big hit it was by carly ray jepson anyway according to marxist corporate media
00:07:58.340 Holden Noel claims cops assaulted him during arrest, but there's another side to the story that, of course, these guys covered more than they would have covered Holden's story.
00:08:07.980 So let's get rid of the left-wing corporate media and bring on our guest tonight, who looks like he's got a bit of a Russell Brand thing going on.
00:08:17.360 How you doing, brother? Thanks for coming on tonight. This is Holden Noel, everybody.
00:08:21.080 What's up, Mr. Davis? Thanks for having me, man. How are you?
00:08:23.240 yeah very very good thanks let me just throw your name up here so everybody remembers
00:08:26.960 there you go all right so you are truth the rapper i saw you rapping with your little daughter on a
00:08:33.020 video on your instagram i think that's really cool that wasn't actually my daughter that was
00:08:37.060 a friend's a friend's daughter but my daughter's a little younger than that still okay so now tell
00:08:42.700 us about this you had your court case yesterday right i did yeah so how did that wrap up it went
00:08:49.480 really really well i'm very very pleased with how it went there's um stop stop stop stop stop because
00:08:55.480 we wanted not we don't want to hear the the ending just yet we want to hear how we got there first
00:09:00.280 so um before we do that tell us about your career going back to your male modeling days because i
00:09:07.240 i didn't know any of this and you said some pretty interesting things about justin bieber back in the
00:09:11.560 day too that i thought were interesting i said some interesting things about a lot of people
00:09:16.040 that one just seems to stand out for some reason for people but uh so you want just a quick little
00:09:20.920 cover of my bio over the last decade and a half let us know who you are um i played college
00:09:27.480 basketball in california and dropped out and when i got back to canada i didn't know what i was going
00:09:33.480 to do and a friend of mine suggested to give modeling a try so i took some pictures and a
00:09:39.320 couple weeks later i had signed to uh one of the number one male modeling agencies in the world
00:09:43.400 major models in new york so i was maybe 18 living in new york and i modeled off and on for about a
00:09:50.120 year and a half and um had some very interesting experiences and met a lot of interesting people
00:09:56.600 and had good times and bad times and saw some really uh shady sides of the entertainment
00:10:02.360 industry that was my first exposure into the entertainment industry and uh the goal was to
00:10:07.880 always talk about here holden is there anything you want to maybe give us a little bit of snippet
00:10:12.600 of because it gets talked about on this show all the time man like we don't know how bad it is
00:10:17.760 it's really bad it's really really really bad i um yeah i for i have a
00:10:23.400 i don't even know what to share really because it just kind of followed me all around my entire
00:10:29.420 career from my early modeling days in new york even to the call me maybe experience um and to
00:10:35.540 my acting kind of days when I was in LA, um, it just essentially gay for pay, gay for pay.
00:10:43.200 That's, that's kind of what it comes down to. And, uh, I don't need to get into it right now.
00:10:47.480 The whole kind of, you know, satanic side of it all. And what, what goes on when you start making
00:10:52.920 some bigger money, but I was unwilling to do a lot of the things that some guys were willing to do
00:10:56.960 for money. And because of my moral compass and God kept closing doors and eventually it just,
00:11:04.480 it kind of pushed me out and I, it was kind of a mutual breakup. I didn't enjoy modeling. I was
00:11:09.740 just, I hit the gene lottery and I felt very fortunate that I had an opportunity to do
00:11:13.720 something very cool and very unique and had a lot of really great experiences. Um, and a lot of
00:11:19.440 not so good ones. I won't, I won't get into detail or share anything too detailed just right now,
00:11:24.260 but it was, uh, for, for a young man who was 17, 18, 19, getting into New York. Um, and I think
00:11:32.100 this happens to women I mean I know this happens to women as well but especially for men you're 0.80
00:11:36.400 put into a position where everyone around you in this industry is gay and this was before the LGBT
00:11:43.540 community and woke and everything like that we're talking back in 2006 and if you were anything like
00:11:50.440 me kind of naive just an ex-jock who didn't make it in sports and tried something else out I was
00:11:58.140 thrown the very first day I was thrown into the hands of a predator like every many of my the you
00:12:05.420 know the people in positions of power to help make or break your career as they will try to tell you
00:12:09.760 and manipulate you to believe when you're out there is everyone has everyone can either help
00:12:15.200 you or hurt you and depending on how you're willing to play the game like my first my very
00:12:19.660 first day that I got off the plane and trained into Brooklyn I met with one of the bigger
00:12:24.620 photographers that I think he kind of vetted models and let them know how like what this guy's
00:12:30.960 willing to do and how naive he is and before you know it like my very first night I was doing a
00:12:35.940 naked photo shoot and I was 19 years old and I'm coming from kind of redneck jock background you
00:12:42.500 know so to do and for me that was all it was all just that was it was very eye-opening very beginning
00:12:49.480 at the very beginning but because it's normalized everyone out there is doing it and if you want to
00:12:54.060 make money they're doing a lot more than that and i have friends who firsthand made hundreds of
00:12:58.700 thousands of dollars and um i wasn't willing to compromise and it was it was frustrating and
00:13:04.880 challenging because when i got when i first got there there was a lot of i mean this is just he
00:13:09.480 say she say but um my agent was the same guy who discovered and kind of put on channing tatum
00:13:15.280 so when i was just moving into the model house channing tatum was just kind of blowing up
00:13:19.640 and uh and they everyone was saying this kid's the next Channing Tatum he's going to be he's
00:13:24.740 going to be huge he's going to be big time because I apparently at the time had a look 0.93
00:13:29.080 that was pleasing to both men and women and because the gays run the industry I went quite
00:13:35.160 viral um in the gay community and they loved me loved my look and um and so a lot of doors
00:13:45.040 opened very quickly um but nothing that i was nothing i could really make some money with and
00:13:53.360 get out you know i i was making i had campaigns for five ten thousand dollars which were pennies
00:14:00.460 compared to what guys were getting before the 2008 um recession there um but at the time when
00:14:05.660 i got there in 09 guys were getting five ten grand for abercrombie and uh hollister campaigns and and
00:14:13.740 you know uh dolce and gabbana when guys were getting 50 and 100 000 before that and um i was
00:14:19.680 making tens of thousand dollars a month and i was seeing pennies because i was i was in the states
00:14:25.560 technically working shmishmeagally because i i didn't have a work visa at the time so i um you
00:14:36.500 know they they pimp you out you're a geisha they put you up in a model apartment where you think
00:14:41.780 it's going to be glamorous and it's 10 to 20 guys depending on the time of the year in a three
00:14:46.440 bedroom flat or a two bedroom flat with bunks three bunks to a room and guys are sleeping on
00:14:51.580 the floors and on the couches and um it was all my friends and homies back home thought i was
00:14:58.900 living this really glamorous model lifestyle when really i was getting just enough money to go buy
00:15:04.660 a dollar slice of pizza each night and maybe buy a little bit of weed it was it was uh it was it
00:15:11.260 hard times and i should have yeah but so i was a little bitter from that did you uh
00:15:18.060 ever really i suppose as you're going through something like that you have no idea what's
00:15:23.420 going on around you you know you're 19 you're 20 years old you you just kind of what that
00:15:29.100 but in the years that have since passed have you been able to connect any of the stuff that you
00:15:34.140 were going through to what you've heard has been happening elsewhere and then maybe what's going
00:15:39.580 on around us today in the world oh i 100 shadow a hundred percent um i'm great really grateful
00:15:47.820 for a lot of these negative experiences that i had in hollywood or in the entertainment industry
00:15:51.580 because shortly after um modeling i did try to bridge into acting for a while after they call
00:15:57.180 me maybe success and um and i learned very quickly like the string theory behind it where they it
00:16:07.660 felt like there was a um kind of a conspiracy or a um an agenda at least for myself and my career
00:16:14.980 the entire time and I know that because um they they threw me into that like I said the hands of
00:16:22.100 predators and had me doing I'm trying to think for lack of a better term just the they were pushing
00:16:28.360 the boundaries with me as much as they could with what I'm comfortable with doing and what I'm not
00:16:31.680 comfortable with doing on camera um but for me i was a like i'm a big dude i'm 6'3 and i was you
00:16:39.360 know i was a i played college college ball so i had a good body so i was always the body guy and
00:16:45.040 and you're already half naked and then people start throwing me it was just yeah but what i
00:16:50.020 learned from that is that when i was modeling and then the call me maybe experience where they
00:16:57.000 instead of having a traditional boy girl ending that the video would have suggested was going to
00:17:02.840 happen there's the twist which is one of the reasons why i believe it went viral because it
00:17:06.620 did get picked up and supported by the gay or the lgbt community um i don't even think that existed
00:17:11.620 at the time but they they fully embraced that and uh and then once beaver i think kind of tweeted 0.57
00:17:16.860 about the video that's when it really went viral but for me it was like oh i don't believe in
00:17:20.880 coincidences at all and i don't believe for one second it was a coincidence that they made me
00:17:25.800 gay they began to kind of emasculate me and um start to you know puppeteer how they saw my career
00:17:33.320 going in the entertainment industry from that and um uh then i had experiences um not so much 0.94
00:17:42.600 as an actor i just saw some really interesting things when i was an actor because i i after the
00:17:47.560 call me maybe i would i was in milan for fashion week uh i was modeling i don't remember when this
00:17:54.180 was 2012 i guess when call me maybe was a hit and i got a call from a gentleman who discovered
00:18:00.360 heath ledger and he said hey my niece just showed me this call me maybe video i think you're going
00:18:04.800 to be a huge star you got to come move to la and i moved to la a week or two later and um probably
00:18:10.700 spent about a year in la trying to break into uh into acting and that was all the big casting
00:18:15.420 directors and things were going well but i wasn't that good of an actor yet i think i had the um
00:18:21.720 the potential for sure but I was getting very very close to landing big roles and it kept being
00:18:26.500 between me and other big established celebrities already for certain roles that I don't know I
00:18:33.160 mysteriously kept getting overlooked for and they kept saying oh this is going to be your big breakup
00:18:36.340 role and then last second it would fall through and and things like that kept happening even with
00:18:41.020 I shot Rolling Stone magazine with Lady Gaga and I didn't end up even making it's supposed to be
00:18:47.200 for the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and a 10-page spread, and I didn't even end up being
00:18:52.120 in the editorial, I believe, because I didn't want to take part in any of the photos that they were
00:18:58.980 doing, because they had 10 or 20 naked people laying on top of each other in a room, all, you
00:19:04.340 know, put in hair and makeup to look like zombies, like The Walking Dead, the giant orgy, and one of
00:19:09.560 the most, like to this day, one of the things that haunts me the most is in that photo shoot, and this
00:19:15.500 was supposed to be my big break like i had just been honored in um people magazine is one of the
00:19:20.100 sexiest men alive and then rolling stone magazine is supposed to come out and on paper i had an
00:19:24.220 absolutely huge year in 2012 and i i guess i was the squeaky wheel who said too much at that day
00:19:31.500 on set because there's actually in the photo of all this laying there and i have this on my on
00:19:36.600 my computer i've never actually shared the photo i think it's it's on um you can pull it up on
00:19:40.880 google if you really really dig but they put a little naked baby in between me and all these
00:19:46.020 other naked models with lady gaga at the top of the pyramid as a very symbolic uh you know kind
00:19:51.780 of sacrificial image of what was going on with the baby and i'm getting kind of shakes just thinking
00:19:58.880 about it it was it was haunting and um there was a lot of experiences i don't know i don't know if
00:20:03.820 there's anything quite as extreme as as the the being set next to the naked baby one um but that
00:20:09.640 was traumatic and haunting um and i i always wrote music i always saw being a model or acting as a
00:20:18.940 bridge to get into the music industry to use my voice where i had more power because as a as a
00:20:23.720 model you're just a piece of meat as an actor you're just a piece of meat who's just reciting
00:20:27.820 someone else's lines i always believed in myself and my ability to write powerful music and with
00:20:33.340 with a message and i knew that i was just going to keep using these these stepping stones however
00:20:37.780 I had to to get into the music industry and my so I had these experiences in modeling and acting
00:20:44.480 and then my kind of final experience was when I got really close to signing a record contract in
00:20:51.520 2015 I sat down and had a meeting with with some I can't I don't think I should say any names right
00:21:00.900 now, but with a pretty powerful gentleman in LA. And he straight up told me, we think
00:21:06.620 you are as talented or could be more talented than Eminem. We think you could be a huge
00:21:12.200 success. But he told me straight up to my face at this meeting, he said, we're looking
00:21:16.640 for Drake's, not Tupac's. We want someone who's willing to say what we do and, or sorry,
00:21:22.580 do what we say. And you can't talk about, you can't talk about the occult. You can't
00:21:28.040 talk about the masons you can't talk about secret societies you can't talk about jesus christ you
00:21:31.920 can't say certain words and that really it was like i already knew this because i was waking up
00:21:38.760 like i had bales being lifted since 2012 i believe kind of unconsciously before that but 2012 i
00:21:45.640 started to have some bales removed and i'm starting to see what was going on on a grander scale and
00:21:50.000 how it was connected to hollywood and the entertainment industry and the role that they
00:21:54.820 played. And, um, after having that meeting with this, uh, with this executive, I, it just really
00:22:01.680 hit me and I was like, wow, I'm, I'm never going to make it as a, as, um, as an artist on a major
00:22:07.100 label because I'm not going to play the game the way they want me to. And I won't, I won't allow
00:22:12.100 them to, to manipulate and use me as an instrument to kind of push their agenda. So I've been
00:22:17.560 independent ever since. And that's kind of, that's why I got out of modeling and acting and, uh,
00:22:24.820 um just been sticking hard with music ever since and that's not gonna stop so how satanic is it
00:22:32.660 you'd mentioned and and again you know i know you talk about the justin bieber thing what you said
00:22:37.540 about him throwing up demonic signs and whatever when people say because you know some people go
00:22:43.620 too far with it too right hey that's a demonic somebody's waving out the car window yeah yeah
00:22:49.700 but like can you tell the difference do you because you spent time with these people
00:22:54.900 can you tell what the signs are and when they're doing it and when it's just a
00:22:59.780 basic hand gesture that means nothing i think well at the end of the day it's just my
00:23:05.460 interpretation um and what i believe is happening but i i know you know it's all symbolism so as
00:23:12.180 soon as you begin to understand basic gematria and symbolism you recognize that what's happening
00:23:17.620 these hand gestures these things that models are doing covering up one eye or jay-z throwing up
00:23:22.960 the rock or throwing you know like like why does everybody do this why do people do these hand
00:23:29.100 gestures there's all sorts of you know tucking the hand in like there's there are and all it is is
00:23:34.340 they're they're saluting to satan at the end of the day what they're doing is they're they're
00:23:38.640 subliminally saluting to satan because that's their high chief and master at the end of the day
00:23:43.320 and who they who they answer to and they have to pay their dues so whether you're going to get 0.95
00:23:50.140 involved you know there's several different doors between the gay for pay door the bestiality the 0.96
00:23:54.920 emasculation getting humiliated there's all sorts of humiliant humiliation rituals um but what like 0.98
00:24:01.400 i mean why do you think i just it's so ironic like i i have a hard because i i'm so black-pilled
00:24:09.600 and i see it so obviously it's just become like a soap opera so i find it hard when people can't
00:24:14.080 see how blatant things have come like for example just to touch on the justin bieber thing like i
00:24:19.720 just want to say objectively or ask people like like oh he's a conspiracy theorist blah blah blah
00:24:25.960 it's like but don't you find it odd that justin bieber's holding a timbit in front of his eyeball
00:24:31.660 doing the 666 symbol and they released his signature coffee on the sixth month the the
00:24:38.660 six month and six day of the 200 2022nd year it just there are so many things but again if you
00:24:44.280 don't have a basic understanding of a little bit of numerology and just you know i don't know and
00:24:51.500 i and i could be wrong about a lot of things but i don't believe i'm wrong about many of these things
00:24:56.220 because i have a very unique firsthand experience uh in three different industries like i don't know
00:25:03.600 anyone else who's done the modeling done the acting like i like you know to be in the hands
00:25:09.100 of the guy who created channing tatum the guy who created heath ledger and guys who are saying like
00:25:14.100 we want to turn you into drake you should make your voice more like this you shouldn't and it's
00:25:19.260 like no i i just so i i'm not easily controlled either i'm a control freak so for me and probably 0.89
00:25:26.700 because a lot of these experiences and that's also why i think i've gotten the bad rep with
00:25:31.120 the media and like you said the you know iHeartRadio that's the second time that gentleman
00:25:35.280 sent an interview on me and fool me once you know shame fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame
00:25:40.780 on me i agreed to the second interview with this guy because i thought he was genuine because i
00:25:44.420 thought he was maybe going to make up for um uh a less than ideal article that came out years ago
00:25:51.200 when i released my first album i thought maybe this guy was yeah it was very naive and and you
00:25:56.860 know i'm i'm still only 35 right i mean i'm 35 now that doesn't sound that young but when i was
00:26:01.660 doing you know this was in my 20s and you learn a lot as you go and i think i've had the blessing
00:26:06.320 of taking a lot of time to marinate and grow and acquire wisdom uh along the way and not uh just
00:26:14.220 secular wisdom like i'm i'm very spiritual i'm i'm a christian i don't care what you call it i
00:26:18.580 just i believe in jesus christ and that's my my lord and savior and i um that for me i think also
00:26:24.760 once i learned what was going on in the in the industry and i discovered that at the very very
00:26:31.560 root of it all shadow is not it's the very very root it's it's just so simple it's good versus
00:26:38.800 evil and i witnessed for me i think this is the best way to kind of describe what really
00:26:45.220 woke me up and and shook me into such an awake state that i can never go back is i
00:26:50.540 I witnessed a lot of really dark shady and and like evil things firsthand I was at parties where 0.74
00:26:58.380 there was things going I've seen some shit that normal people don't do and I know and then I I 0.89
00:27:05.360 at least have I believe I have a really good gift of discernment from God so I have eyes to see and 0.93
00:27:09.700 ears to hear and a heart to comprehend and understand so if I'm looking at a video I always
00:27:13.240 say to my wife like put on your discernment hat when you're watching this movie and so at least
00:27:16.980 you can kind of you can kind of filter out what's going on and see what's going on and maybe still
00:27:21.280 try to find a little joy in the program but for me it was seeing all the evil in the world
00:27:26.760 which there was so much obvious evil in the world and recognizing like there has to be
00:27:32.520 an antithesis to the evil and i didn't grow up uh christian or very spiritual but i had a hunger
00:27:40.580 to kind of read the bible and know the lord when i was young kind of i didn't know what it was it
00:27:45.320 was a very on um there wasn't a lot of direction behind what got me there but chasing kind of the
00:27:52.340 rabbit trail of truth led me to god and i think eventually it will lead everybody to god um
00:27:58.300 and you know that's actually my story too it's very much the same yeah very much i think for a
00:28:03.720 lot of people it is because i think for a lot of us you you have a hard time accepting the good but
00:28:09.780 we see and experience the evil and eventually you're just like okay there's there's got to be
00:28:14.840 something else this is this is really bad how did you how did you say no and like sorry my watch
00:28:25.040 said the sam smith music video doja cat it's hard to not see exactly sorry i'm live right now on
00:28:30.880 instagram as well shadow my apologies no that's all right you know you're you're i was going to
00:28:35.200 bring up sam smith i mean i thought wow this like these guys are doing it blatantly obvious you know
00:28:40.220 like Beyonce and it's crazy but if he's trying to say anything about it you're just a conspiracy
00:28:46.300 theorist right and then you think okay well there was Kiss in the 70s were they doing that too
00:28:51.960 I mean Gene Simmons was pushing the vaccine pretty hard I believe Alice Cooper wasn't
00:28:57.380 I think the other way right which is isn't that ironic and I well and didn't isn't Alice Cooper
00:29:03.660 a reborn Christian now I could be wrong yeah yeah he is yeah so but it's it's interesting the people
00:29:09.640 that you see that do eventually turn to god because i think you know they've had that
00:29:14.040 experience but i do believe in the in the 60s and 70s that they use rock and roll the same way they
00:29:18.800 use hip-hop now absolutely remember when mel gibson we all thought he was nuts he's not nuts
00:29:25.080 when he said hollywood has ran on cocaine and baby's blood am i allowed to say that on here
00:29:31.580 you can say whatever you want man i mean like the thing about this audience the one that we're
00:29:36.060 talking to right now yeah is that they a lot of them are more awake than I am you know it's I'll
00:29:42.360 find out something like the things that you're telling me tonight for example yeah I haven't
00:29:46.560 had the opportunity yet to speak to somebody who's had your experiences so when you sit here
00:29:50.880 I'm fascinated by them but it's also like a kick in the schnutz too because you know you hear all
00:29:56.500 of these things but when you're talking to a guy who's been there done that seen it it becomes much
00:30:01.900 more real and then you need maybe a little bit of time to absorb that information for sure yeah okay
00:30:07.280 this is absolutely real right because the cognitive dissonance but and i i do think it helps if you
00:30:12.400 can speak with people who firsthand but someone needs credibility too at the same time you know
00:30:17.380 because like you said a lot of people are saying a lot of things and i will be the first to admit
00:30:21.620 that there's just as much misinformation on this side as there is on this side and i think that's
00:30:26.160 the one thing i would always like to urge people to be aware of and again use your discernment
00:30:29.800 because our echo chambers are very dangerous things once they're formed.
00:30:36.000 And I think it's pretty easy for the enemy to slide something in there that could seem possible.
00:30:43.340 And at this point, when someone says to me anything, I'm like, I don't doubt that that could be real.
00:30:47.180 But at this point, I also, as a father, as an entrepreneur, as a businessman,
00:30:51.900 as someone who has to get up every day and still exist in the world
00:30:55.800 and do my best to not be of the world but exist in it and not just exist in it but to prosper in
00:31:01.620 this world you have to still kind of find a way to play the game and and know what to kind of
00:31:10.260 funnel in and out and I don't mean that uh that you just you just make up your mind about what
00:31:15.420 you believe I just mean like I there was several years there where I would just consume and devour
00:31:22.960 documentaries and go down rabbit holes every night for hours upon hours of the zeitgeist and
00:31:29.600 get on the dark web and find out just things that would blow my mind your mind open and i write about
00:31:34.980 a lot of that stuff and a lot of that kind of set the stage for me to know what i know but but at
00:31:39.900 this point i think they use it as they just weaponize information so much that there's no
00:31:44.860 point uh sorry not no point but it's it's tiring to uh you know sit there and screw not only tiring
00:31:54.840 you're you know you leave that scrolling session agitated and anxious and angsty and sad or angry
00:32:03.120 you don't even know why and that's because there's so much more going on and it's it's just it's it's
00:32:07.920 the you know and the enemy's number one job is to steal your your your joy right it's to steal your
00:32:13.700 joy so i think a lot of us maybe at times are a little over consumed with uh the truth as other
00:32:20.920 side might call conspiracy theories um because i think what just really matters is your family
00:32:27.560 and your relationship with god and uh you know there's a number of other things but i there's
00:32:33.100 certain things at this point in my life i don't have time to read every article or go down every
00:32:37.920 rabbit hole and i i have my sources that i trust that uh and i think like you can probably attest
00:32:44.380 to this shadow like you just there's something you can feel when when the truth hits you can feel
00:32:49.880 right and i think that's why it's undeniable so yeah and and there's you know it's that discernment
00:32:56.440 that you talk about i i can't even tell you holding how many emails and messages i get on
00:33:02.020 the daily people saying can you please look at this and tell me that it's true right and so you
00:33:07.260 you have to look at it and go oh no no this is yeah this is garbage just but it just it's time
00:33:15.100 yeah right so you know i don't mind doing that occasionally but when it gets to into the hundreds
00:33:19.980 it's difficult uh was there one one moment one one thing that made you say i just got to get
00:33:28.220 the f out of here man i can't take this anymore that you saw um it just pushed you to go back
00:33:35.660 home and start this whole new adventure that you're on the the the baby thing with the rolling
00:33:42.620 stone photo shoot with lady gaga that was i think that had to be the the worst that i saw and felt
00:33:53.980 and experienced personally and other ones would be kind of secondhand stories from friends of
00:33:57.500 mine in the industry who you know over one too many beers would spill their guts to me and share
00:34:03.340 and be like man just be happy you got out when you did because yeah I got this great condo right
00:34:08.860 now or yeah I just bought this car but you know they can't really look a guy in the eye and
00:34:14.680 so I for me I think it was the baby thing I think it was a compounding interest of the
00:34:22.940 experiences that I had in New York where every time you walk into a room they're trying to
00:34:28.180 subject you and and just make you a piece of meat and and essentially just say jump and they want
00:34:34.940 you to say how high and and i um i think it's a miracle i kind of made it out of new york without
00:34:41.200 a bunch of assault charges for knocking out photographers because of the inappropriate
00:34:44.480 things that were said to me and and um uh i don't i can't think of specific ones other than that
00:34:55.040 baby one and another thing though probably the biggest thing that i've struggled to find peace
00:35:00.800 with over the years uh was my was my making peace with the contract and how everything played out
00:35:09.200 with call me maybe because i received very little compensation for what i contributed to that video
00:35:17.440 and um i signed a contract with an agency in vancouver richard's models who were my
00:35:23.120 mother agents at the time meaning they kind of represented me for everything and I signed a deal
00:35:29.280 I wasn't even going to take the job but I was homeless and living in hostels and couch surfing
00:35:33.900 at the time and my family friend said like I think you should just take the job you need money this
00:35:39.280 and that it could be great exposure like maybe it makes the radio you know no one even talked about
00:35:43.540 it going you know making much music or MTV and it was $500 for the day and back in 2012 $500 for
00:35:51.380 the day was was decent so i um i i accepted it and i accepted it on the terms my my contract
00:35:59.620 stated that i would be given royalties um if the song did x amount of numbers and was successful
00:36:05.740 and this and that and i never had a lawyer presence when i signed it again kind of young
00:36:10.980 and naive i was 22 years old and um and then it ended up being one of the biggest music videos
00:36:20.780 to this day and i made it i made five hundred dollars out of it and i had an entertainment
00:36:24.720 lawyer one time tried to retreat the contract and because he told me i was owed millions of dollars
00:36:31.360 um which i believe and uh and he we weren't we were unable to get the contract and not only that
00:36:40.080 i went into the building to try to physically get it myself and i was i was kind of ridiculed by my
00:36:45.560 agents and told there was no contract like that and that they don't they they mysteriously lost
00:36:50.040 contract and they don't have it and to this day i don't know if anyone got that money that should
00:36:55.080 should come to me if the agency took it if my agent took it if it if it never happened but i
00:36:59.720 know i signed a contract that was agreeing to residuals and royalties and um i didn't see
00:37:05.480 another penny after that and i also found it really odd how there seemed to be some kind of conspiracy
00:37:10.920 about um how the video how i was chosen for the video and how i didn't get any um
00:37:19.000 uh not appreciation but i wasn't you know normally typically if a music video does really well
00:37:26.380 the the model from the video will get to go to the music video awards or go to a thing and get
00:37:32.160 to go because she won more awards than anyone that year and uh i just i couldn't even get like
00:37:38.160 a tweet or um a follow back on twitter from carly and her and i were on a texting basis at one time
00:37:43.800 and then it just seemed like you know i don't know if it was her handlers or her but there were there 0.98
00:37:48.140 were weird weird things that went on in that situation and uh you were a shit disturber with 0.95
00:37:55.160 them because you saw what was wrong i i'm willing to bet just sitting here talking to you for the 0.70
00:38:00.160 past hour holding that you're kind of a protector sort of guy i'm very much a protector yeah yeah
00:38:06.420 so when you saw it because you're six foot two you're a big dude six foot four sorry and so
00:38:13.120 and so you know there's a lot of guys i guess back even going back as far as the modeling days
00:38:19.440 they're smaller right skinny little guys yeah and yeah you know you would probably try to protect
00:38:24.360 guys like that i was always yeah and well and not just physically but verbally i was always the one
00:38:31.680 who said the thing in class or wherever that people were kind of afraid to say and i would
00:38:36.200 always get in trouble for it and that's kind of uh you know foreshadowed my uh my career a little
00:38:43.820 bit but i think controversy is a good thing or it's never been really a bad thing you know so
00:38:49.620 depends on the kind of cost yeah depends on the you're right yeah yeah don't quote me on that
00:38:53.940 so getting back to the protecting thing the the episode that happened now we're going back a
00:38:59.800 couple of years and we're going to talk about your case uh the video that you made that i saw
00:39:05.280 that was passed along to me and i went wow this is a hell of a story um what exactly happened i know
00:39:11.540 you've described it in your in the video you made which is up on your instagram right now it's truth
00:39:16.560 dot the dot rapper if you want to go follow holden on instagram but give us the story please uh and
00:39:24.820 then we can get to the case yesterday because i want to hear the end part okay for sure do you
00:39:28.840 i always you know i'm an artist i paint up the portrait i take it the portrait or the the scenic
00:39:34.040 route do you want the scenic route or the absolutely man we got time okay my now my then
00:39:40.020 fiancee now wife and i and our daughter who's now two and a half she was 10 months old at the time
00:39:45.460 we're driving back from this place in saskatchewan called buffalo pound which was 20 minutes or so
00:39:52.800 from our home in moosejaw saskatchewan and um you probably know what you're from winnipeg aren't you
00:39:58.360 or manitoba yeah i drive different past their million you know yeah yeah so we're driving home
00:40:03.800 uh at roughly 11 o'clock or 11 30 on june sorry july 6 2022 and we were just driving home
00:40:15.560 having a wonderful really lovely morning because we had just picked out our wedding venue
00:40:20.360 and we were just feeling great and we had just taken the dogs to the beach
00:40:24.520 and just had a really really nice morning we were driving home probably to go work on more wedding
00:40:30.260 plans and I passed a police vehicle that had another vehicle pulled over and there was I
00:40:38.800 didn't know at the time but there was a traffic blitz going on in southern Saskatchewan at the
00:40:43.860 time so police and RCMP were doing a combined traffic kind of enforcement unit thing all over
00:40:53.280 um all over the moose jaw area oh hang on my my chair is lowering and i can't get it up
00:40:58.300 oh there we go there we go um so i passed an emergency vehicle and
00:41:06.780 i i saw him as soon as i saw him i immediately slowed down we're on the highway i immediately
00:41:13.780 slowed down oh people are putting up yeah man lots of comments that's awesome that's great sorry
00:41:20.360 um uh i was pulled over so i passed this vehicle uh police vehicle and very shortly after and i
00:41:29.380 had slowed down i slowed down to i believe 70 kilometers an hour and the uh one of the cruisers
00:41:37.140 that was kind of backing up the cruiser that had the vehicle pulled over did a ui i could see him
00:41:41.740 and see him in my rear view and he pulled me over and i quickly pulled over and the arresting officer
00:41:48.860 from what happened came up to my driver's side of the vehicle and he walked up to the vehicle
00:41:54.380 and uh asked me for my license and registration and i very quickly um just said i don't have
00:42:02.300 um my license with me i don't have any identification it's at home my wife uh my
00:42:08.700 wife took it for to go get dinner the night before and it usually never leaves my truck but it wasn't
00:42:13.160 in there that morning and he was instantly agitated and argumentative and quite uh just
00:42:20.740 forceful and insisted that uh he he was going to not be maybe at first he told me he could arrest
00:42:27.340 me or right away told me that he's going to arrest me for not having id and i kept saying
00:42:31.760 i don't have any id on me it's at home we live 15 minutes from the station i could literally bring
00:42:36.880 it to you in 20 minutes from now uh which was not acceptable to him and at that time my daughter
00:42:42.580 was crying in the back seat so my wife got out of the passenger side of the vehicle and got my
00:42:49.380 daughter out of the car seat and came back into um well not in like kind of near the front seat
00:42:55.340 with the door open the doors were open and at that time another police officer came or rcmp
00:43:01.980 member came up to uh came up to the passenger door and i said to this gentleman who was being
00:43:07.760 very rude to me i'd like to speak to another officer because i don't feel it's fair that
00:43:11.260 you're going to arrest me for not having ID. And I told him like, man,
00:43:13.880 we're just coming back from picking up our, uh, um,
00:43:17.620 or picking out our wedding venue. And I also asked him,
00:43:20.920 what am I under arrest or what am I being stopped for?
00:43:23.660 And he said, failing to slow to 60, uh,
00:43:25.920 past an emergency vehicle. And I pleaded with him, but you know,
00:43:28.340 it just went back and forth for a minute. And,
00:43:31.060 but he was very argumentative and not, there was nothing.
00:43:34.540 He was a dictator. Like there was nothing I could say.
00:43:36.420 And I got to watch the videos a hundred times today.
00:43:39.080 And as gut-wrenching as it was, I'm very pleased to see that I was cool, calm, and collected, and well-spoken the whole time and respectful.
00:43:47.680 So that was great because you never really know how you might have acted in a situation.
00:43:53.020 Was that a body cam video you were watching?
00:43:55.220 Yeah, we have a disclosure from the Crown.
00:43:58.540 We have two body cam videos and a dash cam.
00:44:00.780 So we have three video footage of the entire situation and audio.
00:44:05.980 um so the other police officer came up to the side of the vehicle kind of standing next to my
00:44:11.800 wife who was holding aramea and he was reasonable and him and i had a very cordial discussion
00:44:18.680 and he said i said i'm from bc i had no idea it was 60 kilometers in saskatchewan he said i
00:44:24.960 understand in bc it is 70 here it's actually 60 and here in manitoba and alberta i think and um
00:44:32.740 and very quickly oh and the entire time which proved again in the the video i'm holding the
00:44:41.200 registration in my hand my wife she must have handed me the registration before she got out
00:44:45.400 i'm holding the envelope with the with the letterhead and the logo and everything on it for
00:44:50.500 for my my insurance registration in my hand waving it at both of the officers saying like you can take
00:44:56.180 my registration my name is on here that's the best i can do my name is on the back of my cadillac
00:45:01.400 escalade at the real hold in the well my instagram handle was on there next to my truckie trudeau
00:45:05.740 sticker which they clearly saw and um he he just the the gentleman left to me had nothing there was
00:45:15.240 no there was no buffer or lead up to it i was having a conversation with this guy and then the
00:45:20.320 next thing i know he's yelling at me that i'm under arrest and he's grabbing my arm trying to
00:45:24.580 rip me out of the vehicle and they open the door and i i'll be completely honest shadow i have uh
00:45:31.320 had a lot of physical altercations in my life and a lot of trauma with police
00:45:36.280 and kind of just even police brutality leading up to this.
00:45:39.840 And I have a little bit of PTSD and I just froze and I braced myself.
00:45:44.280 I grabbed onto the wheel of the vehicle and I just said, like,
00:45:47.440 you're not arresting me for this. I haven't done anything wrong.
00:45:49.740 Explain to me why you're arresting me.
00:45:51.540 And at this time, my wife and daughter are screaming.
00:45:53.840 And so he starts grabbing on me and another officer starts grabbing on me
00:45:58.960 and they couldn't uh he tells me i'm under arrest i don't forget what he said but he's he just
00:46:04.140 pulled tries to pull me out of the vehicle and i wouldn't let go i had a death grip on the vehicle
00:46:07.980 or on the the wheel and he uh uh one of the officers reaches in and i could just barely
00:46:15.860 see it but it was right in front of my face because there's two huge gentlemen right here
00:46:19.400 and someone put their arm in and waved pepper spray right in front of my face and my wife and
00:46:24.020 daughter were directly next to me and just I don't know how to say it better than just instinctually
00:46:30.560 and primally I redirected or uh rerouted the the direction that he was pointing the the pepper
00:46:39.140 spray I I hit the OC spray out of his hand I didn't even hit his hand and you can see that
00:46:43.440 in the video I hit it I was like a clean block in basketball I hit it right out of his hand 0.97
00:46:47.320 and they yelled that's that's assault on a po and um then he picks it back up and they're still 0.96
00:46:56.940 ripping on me trying to get me out and he reaches in and pepper sprays the shit out of me uh two 0.72
00:47:01.600 bursts of pepper spray and um pepper spray is terrible i don't know if you've had any experiences 0.85
00:47:08.400 with it but it's it's awful awful stuff and everybody learned a lot about it actually today
00:47:12.560 or yesterday in court but it it affects everyone differently and obviously it affects um children
00:47:18.400 much uh more severely and and babies than it would a full-grown adult how old was your daughter at
00:47:23.840 this point 10 months and so she's your wife is sitting there with your baby daughter holding 0.99
00:47:30.480 our crying screaming daughter holding her in her arms and my wife's very little she's five foot two
00:47:36.320 so she's holding my daughter's a giant so she's holding a big baby and it was very obvious to see
00:47:40.960 and um i yelled sorry i missed something very important i yelled and it's clear as day on the
00:47:47.040 video i yelled two or three times there's a baby in the vehicle when i hit it i said there's a baby
00:47:50.980 in the vehicle there's a baby in the vehicle which they knew but just instinctually as a dad
00:47:54.720 they said that and so then he reached you know drop whatever it fell down he picked it back up
00:47:59.380 sprays me and then they um gained control ripped me out of the vehicle and four of them uh essentially
00:48:06.860 just assaulted me on the side of the highway uh kicking and knees to the neck and back and
00:48:12.580 just forcing me they were trying to get my hands behind my back because i had i had turtled um
00:48:18.100 just out of out of like trauma preservation man self-preservation exactly the number one rule of
00:48:24.040 man is self-preservation and i knew i had done nothing wrong um but at that point i did become
00:48:29.500 much more vocal. And as soon as the spray went off, I became much more vocal, but I never once
00:48:37.560 did any, you know, there was no lunging. There was no, I never once was violent towards the
00:48:45.160 police as much as I would have liked to have been. I just took it because odds are, if I do anything,
00:48:52.140 I'm going to end up getting shot or my, my two dogs who are in the back who are very protected
00:48:56.320 dogs were silent the other the whole time which i think was an act of god because i don't know how
00:49:01.080 they didn't jump out and attack the police but they didn't thank god um and i basically let these
00:49:07.420 four men just manhandle me and humiliate me on the highway and they arrested me and my wife came
00:49:15.140 around and that's when she did i don't know what happened she wasn't able to film the the the main
00:49:21.920 kind of scuffle but it doesn't matter the whole thing was on body cam anyway so we have all that
00:49:26.420 evidence um but my wife did get a little snippet of it on the end when i was face down on the highway
00:49:31.400 which i kind of i've released that little snippet a year and a half ago when this happened and um
00:49:37.320 in the rest of the video that i see is just them escorting me to the police cruiser and at this
00:49:44.580 point there's seven eight or more police officers on the scene and rcmp that have showed up it's
00:49:52.220 quite a scene as you can imagine and uh the whole time my wife and i are
00:49:56.680 oh no no we can't have this we can't have this
00:50:02.140 whoa did you see that or did that only happen yeah you froze so okay the whole time you got
00:50:12.160 eight guys on you are all around you your wife is screaming your baby daughter is and and then just
00:50:17.120 very quickly uh my wife yells hold and calm down and i kind of shut up and she because i was just
00:50:23.600 yelling at her to film the whole thing and she uh she just went around with her camera getting 0.98
00:50:27.920 everyone's ids and kind of badge numbers and and just screaming like you well not screech she stopped
00:50:33.040 screaming and just said you you pepper sprayed my baby and no one she received zero medical
00:50:38.400 attention they didn't call on ems they didn't there was so much negligence it was disgusting
00:50:42.800 um and my lawyer really hammered that home yesterday there was there was no there was
00:50:48.440 zero effort from any of the officers that were there that day to help um kind of just help assist
00:50:56.460 my wife and and aid to my daughter um and uh yeah it was just it was nuts so um and and and and like
00:51:06.920 clockwork my daughter was sprayed and when my wife's holding her you can see her in all the
00:51:11.780 body cams the second because um uh pepper spray is much worse if you touch your eyes or begin to
00:51:18.900 rub or anything you're trying to flush it out and the second my daughter touches her face she just
00:51:23.060 starts screaming and and for um we clocked it on the video for for almost 20 minutes straight
00:51:29.580 uh my daughter is absolutely wailing and uh wailing and screaming and crying and they didn't
00:51:36.080 do anything for her um and uh and eventually the last thing you kind of see in the video is my
00:51:43.440 my wife getting in my truck and driving away and then i was escorted to uh the moose jaw
00:51:49.520 moose jaw jail and spent the the day and the night in jail until i made bail the next morning
00:51:54.560 so so i heard you say on your video that your daughter wound up with a fever of 102
00:52:07.300 yeah she fell very ill very ill she um it's hard because how do you um
00:52:17.260 we don't trust you know during covid my wife and i were uh not allowed in hospitals we weren't
00:52:25.000 allowed hardly anywhere as i'm sure you have uh experiences yourself shadow so we we we have a we
00:52:30.540 have very little uh faith and trust in the um uh kind of western medicine uh world and and
00:52:38.800 hospitals have been horrible too i was denied health care two or three times during covid
00:52:43.520 um so we have very little faith in in in the health care system in canada so we were hesitant
00:52:50.400 to go to the hospital immediately because we didn't know what they were and and actually she
00:52:57.020 didn't display any signs until the next day which actually they say is kind of common because her
00:53:02.560 body's beginning to express or expel it out of her system however she can so she broke into a fever
00:53:10.660 that was terrifying because that was our daughter's first time ever being sick and we're new parents
00:53:15.980 and our poor little girl just had something happen to her that should have never happened
00:53:21.600 to anyone let alone a little a little baby so she uh for three nights and three days she had a fever
00:53:28.240 well over a hundred and um it wasn't until the third day I think I finally caved or my wife
00:53:35.260 caved and we cracked and we went to the hospital and um the doctors told us the emergency doctor
00:53:42.540 told us whatever you guys have been doing and i that whole time i was reaching out to people for
00:53:47.140 prayer and my wife was you know the one of the most important things during fever is just to
00:53:50.620 have a baby skin to skin with mom or with yourself because you can regulate the temperature and
00:53:54.780 and um you know a lukewarm compress we just did everything we could we were just very holistic and
00:54:00.160 natural and just prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed and um the doctor straight up told us he
00:54:05.340 said i don't know what's wrong with your daughter she um but she seems to be doing better i can tell
00:54:10.840 she's on the road to recovery whatever you guys are doing just keep doing that don't change anything
00:54:15.580 don't start to give her anything just whatever you're doing is working and just do that so we
00:54:21.580 just continued to do that uh and and i i don't remember exactly how it worked but but pretty soon
00:54:29.820 she was she was fine and she um there was no you know there was residual damage but as far as like 0.99
00:54:38.180 you know she had red red skin and whatnot like what you would experience from pepper spray but
00:54:42.400 after that like the the fever went away and she was she wasn't sick and she was actually really
00:54:47.440 great she's a very very healthy girl there's there's nothing from that today that carries
00:54:54.000 with her still she's i'm gonna i'm gonna plead the fifth on that one just potentially for uh
00:55:01.280 um i don't want to shoot yeah yeah so i i i don't i can't say for sure their shadow but um 0.98
00:55:10.160 she's a very resilient girl and she's been a fighter since the day she was born because she
00:55:14.640 had open heart surgery when she was born so i i i don't want to say whether or not um there's been
00:55:19.600 residual injuries but um she was definitely very very affected and very ill from directly related
00:55:26.480 from the pepper sprayer to the pepper spray incident happy that she's doing much better
00:55:31.040 today what do you think because this this the one cop was the problem right in the in the very
00:55:39.200 beginning according to your story there's that one cop who was belligerent he wouldn't listen
00:55:43.520 he was insistent um disagreeable and obviously triggered maybe in a bad mood that day maybe
00:55:51.600 he found out his wife was cheating on him yeah anything's possible anything's possible or could
00:55:56.880 it have been that maybe he didn't like one of the stickers on your truck we i believe and my lawyer
00:56:03.040 believes very much that it was um we um that was one of our uh kind of argue points in in in court
00:56:12.720 yesterday is that there was a huge um uh breach of my charter rights and freedoms as far as that
00:56:19.620 traffic stop a stop as to whether or not it was constitutional and lawful um which i can't say
00:56:25.800 really anything just uh just yet um because it's not it's not over yet so that's unlawful search
00:56:33.140 and seizure and that's against i think that's section six of the charter well and i provided
00:56:37.760 identification i identified my myself the best that i could and they didn't accept it so that
00:56:43.520 was yeah it's on them so you you've got a couple more days in court yet or deliberations now no
00:56:51.840 so what is happening now um this was a little confusing for me to be honest because i didn't
00:56:58.240 understand i thought yesterday was finally trial what yesterday actually was was the motion
00:57:06.000 of the breach of my charter of rights and freedoms which sometimes is blended in court i guess but
00:57:12.380 this is separate um i don't quite honestly know how the whole judicial thing works and how these
00:57:20.560 this is i'm relatively new to having yeah to being in court and all these things so i know what's
00:57:26.540 funny but then you say that right like almost everybody that i've spoken to who's been through
00:57:30.880 court we're talking about tamara leach and chris barber and all those folks and that king they
00:57:35.340 come on and they spent any time in court before like we were regular canadian people and that's
00:57:42.380 that's just it it just makes absolutely no sense it's it's it makes zero sense like i said in that
00:57:48.740 little video my we're taxpaying law abiding citizens we're not you know we're not gangsters
00:57:54.080 and drug dealers we're not killers we're not like we're a young family uh doing our best to make it
00:57:59.820 in this crazy world we call you know canada this you know it's just it's it's it makes no sense so
00:58:05.900 i um but so what happened yesterday i thought it was trial it felt like trial it took the entire
00:58:12.840 day um we were we were in front of the judge yesterday and uh the four arresting or the
00:58:20.480 arresting officer and the gentleman who pepper sprayed um me my wife and my daughter and the
00:58:27.080 two other cops that were involved were all on, on the stand yesterday and had to give, um, a, um,
00:58:35.080 a test, uh, testimony or their, uh, you know, they, they had to, uh, they had to go and answer
00:58:42.120 questions. So how did they do? Did they lie? Um, well, they certainly lied. There was,
00:58:49.320 there was one who lied a lot and uh my lawyer is a very good lawyer i can i i can say that with a
00:58:58.160 great deal of confidence after yesterday um he the first cop who was the trouble to me the the
00:59:04.880 reason that this entire thing happened this the you know we'll just say um gentleman number one
00:59:11.240 he he was uh he was the instigator in the entire thing and yesterday in court he my lawyer cross
00:59:17.780 examined him for two or three hours and he absolutely it didn't go well put it that way
00:59:25.840 there and it's clear that they've kind of conspired together to cover up this pepper
00:59:30.180 spraying of my daughter because all of them had to fill out reports there would have been special or
00:59:34.460 excessive excessive force reports that were filled out after through kind of a secondary
00:59:40.140 agency and with the help of those officers and not in one of their notes do they make note that
00:59:49.760 an infant was caught in the crossfire and pepper sprayed or that my wife was everything is focused
00:59:54.580 on me and there was not one not one of them admitted to I mean they're not admitting because
01:00:02.260 at this at this point it was just their story because I'm the one who's actually you know the
01:00:06.480 defense right now um but they they all lied and and they uh a couple of them lied a lot which i
01:00:15.280 didn't expect and um but i i really have a lot of faith i i was a little nervous um what's your
01:00:24.200 what's your reaction you're sitting in court and because you know part of your video too is like
01:00:28.480 we're supposed to trust these people when we're in trouble we're supposed to trust that we can
01:00:32.340 call them and they're going to come and try and protect right yeah and so you see these guys
01:00:36.340 lying like blatant lying in a court of law we're on the bibles in the court of law yeah
01:00:43.940 you know how do you sit there like what do you like are you going like i can't even believe
01:00:48.500 you're saying this or are you just trying to be just calling yeah there was a few moments when i
01:00:53.140 wanted to lunge over the railing and like you know you just but you got to be quiet in court you know
01:00:59.780 like i just i had to keep my mouth shut and let my lawyer do what he does because that's what you
01:01:04.500 pay him for and uh i just had to sit there and listen but silence is golden and that's the funny
01:01:10.680 thing when you just shut up and you listen you you you really hear what people are saying and
01:01:15.640 these gentlemen not only did they not have their stories quite aligned there was there was you know
01:01:22.060 the conspiracy to cover up the the pepper spray and and they just i think they all realized yesterday
01:01:29.380 as they were being asked questions that there was that this was minimum minimum minimized a lot
01:01:38.000 and um there was even one of the one of the officers even got a promotion since i he was a
01:01:44.360 constable at the time and is now a sergeant so it's just interesting how men who you know instead
01:01:50.380 of this is what was really ironic to me shadow is that my wife after this happened my wife we
01:01:57.060 didn't know what to do so we went to the police and Moose Jaw we went to the RCMP and said we
01:02:01.440 want to press charges um and we were a little green again didn't know how this all worked but
01:02:06.020 we want to press charges against these officers and against these RCMP um because of what happened
01:02:12.000 and they all just protect each other they say oh it's a different uh agency it has nothing to do
01:02:18.280 with us and my wife when I was I think before I made bail all she was told by like one of the head
01:02:24.820 guys at the, at the station in Moose Jaw said, all you can do is fill out a report, a complaint
01:02:30.800 report or something. And then our internal affairs will receive that. And we'll, um, you know, we'll,
01:02:36.900 we'll decide. And I just think it's just incredibly unjust and ironic and a whole bunch of better
01:02:43.740 words than I can think of right now, because how is it that even if I wasn't the wrong, which I
01:02:49.200 wasn't. To treat me the way I was treated is one thing, but for my wife and daughter who had
01:02:56.960 nothing to do with this, to get caught up in the crossfire around officers who are supposed to be
01:03:02.880 trained in conflict and high intensity and stressful moments, unlike normal people,
01:03:09.440 they're trained to do this job, clearly not for very long or well enough. And that's, I think,
01:03:13.960 one of the problems with the system is that they're not training our police and the RCMP
01:03:18.120 to do their jobs properly um was this city police i got a question coming in here holding the city
01:03:24.120 police from moose jaw or rcmp or both hunter are you live right now is it was it city i think it
01:03:33.320 i think it was the moose jaw police and the r and the regina rcmp it could have been the opposite
01:03:40.680 i don't remember because there was four there was two from each unit um so i don't remember if it
01:03:44.920 it was no it was it was moose job police not the rcmp moose job police and regina rcmp yeah because
01:03:50.680 they were riding together that day so and then all the others came later but so that's i'm sorry i
01:03:56.600 just want to i want to drive that point home shadow is the fact that why why is it that my wife and
01:04:02.640 daughter get pepper sprayed and myself and i spend a night in jail and i get beat up by cops on the
01:04:08.540 side of the highway for not for failing to provide identification and i have no outstanding warrants
01:04:13.900 no nothing like that um and all we get to do is file a complaint that might never get seen by
01:04:21.540 anyone and these men who assaulted me and my wife and the infant assaulted like that's assault with
01:04:29.080 a deadly weapon on an infant there's no one that holds them accountable i mean there are these
01:04:34.220 internal affairs agencies that i'm like the thing is from what i observed yesterday in court
01:04:39.700 there's more going on here that were that i'm privy to and i think my lawyer and i began to
01:04:46.380 see this more yesterday and he called that out and said there's like he said in court there's
01:04:51.000 been a conspiracy to cover up that this baby was pepper sprayed and that you know the all the
01:04:56.720 attention is is on me trying to demonize me or villainize me and not actually about what these
01:05:01.800 gentlemen did and what their um accountability is in the situation whether i was in the right
01:05:07.340 and the wrong is kind of irrelevant when something like that happens but i the the you know kind of
01:05:12.840 icing on the cake is that i wasn't in the wrong at least the way i believe it and the way the video
01:05:17.380 showed it it was very obvious that i was cool calm and collected i was not argumentative i was
01:05:22.280 not disagreeable i might have been a little disagreeable but it's only because i know my
01:05:25.820 rights and in canada you you have 48 hours to provide identification what i didn't know is
01:05:30.200 that they can write you a ticket and then you can go dispute that and then nine times out of ten
01:05:34.640 they'll just throw the ticket out but i thought you actually had so that's all my that's all i
01:05:38.640 said to the officer that day is you have 20 i thought it was 24. i found out it's actually 48
01:05:43.120 hours so you have twice as long as i was saying and they said no that's not true that's not true
01:05:47.040 and it is still dragged you out of the car and then they did what they did to you they did so
01:05:52.560 i don't want to jump too far ahead here bro but um like when you win this and it sounds like you
01:05:58.640 have a very good opportunity yeah um has your lawyer talked about and maybe he's a criminal
01:06:05.280 lawyer or she's a criminal lawyer and maybe they have to refer you to somebody else some kind of
01:06:11.840 civil litigation here yes 100 and that's uh i've learned so much about this because i didn't i
01:06:17.680 didn't know either i thought it was just kind of like the states where you can just sue anyone
01:06:20.880 sue the police however it works but you can't file um perhaps you actually can because when i
01:06:27.280 called my lawyer he came highly recommended from a friend of mine chris sky some of you guys might
01:06:32.340 know um and my lawyer heard of him never heard of him and uh my lawyer has represented a number of
01:06:39.320 pretty um respectable uh members of the freedom community and uh and i uh what was the question 0.95
01:06:51.160 shadow civil litigation thank you can you sue their asses yes well 100 so when i first called 0.78
01:06:57.880 my lawyer that's what i was asking about i said i you know this happened to my wife and my daughter 0.98
01:07:02.380 and i and i want to sue these guys and he said whoa whoa hang on doesn't work like that i'm a i'm
01:07:07.340 a criminal defense lawyer and what we're going to do is first we're going to defend your charges and
01:07:13.480 have you acquitted of all these ridiculous charges and then you go on the offensive and you file a
01:07:18.600 civil suit and you sue the crown not the police officers but the crown for damages and restitution
01:07:25.380 and um i believe i'll actually he's going to be referring me to a separate lawyer who does that
01:07:32.340 because he's not a civil lawyer but the whole time we've been building the under like this the kind
01:07:37.380 of um underlining of my case has been a civil case we've built it on that and obviously and so
01:07:44.220 So, yeah, so we'll be suing the Crown, however you want to say it, suing the police officer, suing the Crown, and we will be seeking restitution.
01:07:53.260 And I really believe we're going to get it. I really, really believe that I will be acquitted of these charges and that I will be proved innocent.
01:08:01.220 And I just, it's been a long process, and I don't know how much longer this is going to take.
01:08:07.580 but I told my family I told my friends at the time that this is the hill that I'll die on if
01:08:13.680 I have to because it wasn't just me who was affected this time it was my wife and my daughter
01:08:18.100 and I feel like even though it wasn't my fault I have to take accountability for the fact that I
01:08:23.280 was the driver and I'm the protector and leader of our family and I'm willing to do whatever it
01:08:30.520 takes which is why I worked my ass off this last year hardly released any music because I put on
01:08:35.580 a different hat and uh you know ran another business of mine six days a week so i could
01:08:39.780 make way more money and pay for the best lawyer that money can buy and i'm glad that i did that
01:08:45.560 i had zero regrets because uh yesterday was a display of uh kind of david slaying goliath 0.88
01:08:51.720 i was my lawyer's a fucking gangster it was and i mean that and uh he he it was incredible it was 0.63
01:08:58.540 really special to watch someone um i don't know it was just it was like it was it was really 0.96
01:09:05.720 powerful sounds like he might be a brendan miller style guy i don't know who i don't who's this
01:09:11.260 brendan miller i don't know who that is no he was uh he was at the uh the emergencies act commission
01:09:17.880 uh year and a half ago he was the guy that whenever you were watching that thing uh you'd
01:09:23.620 watch on twitter and it would be like it's miller time in five minutes he'd come on and just slay
01:09:27.780 okay okay yeah yeah a very confident young gentleman who knows the law inside and out
01:09:34.360 and speaks with a lot of fire and passion and i i appreciate that because he fought like a dog
01:09:39.220 from yesterday and i know that if this goes to trial so bridge two just so i can kind of fill
01:09:44.060 you in uh although yesterday went really well there was no outcome or verdict um we will be
01:09:51.000 meeting via Skype or Zoom, however it works. My lawyers, the Crown, and the judge will all be
01:09:59.180 meeting on February 23rd. And either then on that day, the judge will have an answer and come to a
01:10:07.840 decision and we'll know what that's going to be on the 23rd, or we will officially go to trial
01:10:14.220 and we will begin trial, but quite confident that it's not going to go to trial at this point.
01:10:19.520 And even leading into this case, I was offered a plea bargain at one point, which we didn't take because I think they know there's a lot of hot water and that they're kind of.
01:10:31.860 Yeah, you should be offering them the plea bargain, man.
01:10:34.920 I know. I know. That's that's exactly how I feel. And I don't know if this is 100 percent true or not.
01:10:39.940 I just learned this a couple hours ago from my auntie, who's a pretty smart woman.
01:10:43.520 She told me that actually, even if you don't go to civil court, the crown can decide to offer you compensation from your criminal.
01:10:54.740 So we might not need to spend another year or two or five in civil court because this might come to this might this might all get figured out in criminal court.
01:11:04.500 Yeah, but it's not going to be nearly as much as you could get if you go and take the time.
01:11:09.020 right yeah so i mean it's it's it's a you know decision between time my life do i want to get
01:11:14.500 my life back on track versus at a certain amount of money but yeah that's your decision that i want

01:11:24.440 and if you ever do want to talk more about your life and in the entertainment because people are

01:11:36.520 of them tonight but if you ever want to go into more detail man i'd love to have you back okay
01:11:39.880 for sure let's do it all right and and also when we hear about the final verdict could you let me

01:11:59.380 know how how big your platform and your your reaches and how long your tentacles are but if
