00:08:05.740Were you referring there to the vaccine mandates, to public health measures, or more generally?
00:08:10.960Yeah, I think, I mean, again, I don't have a sort of photographic or a video memory of exactly how that conversation evolved. And in fact, I didn't remember saying this until I read it again.
00:08:27.420account having read the note oh my god what i think i was referring to is a comment made
00:08:37.080earlier in the conversation suggesting that the solution to this was a change in policy
00:08:44.480on vaccines that's what i think i was responding to okay my apologies by the way for the size of
00:08:52.400these clips i did not have time after all the live streaming today nine hours of it i didn't
00:08:56.980have time to actually blow these things up and make them more presentable uh here's another
00:09:01.600brendan miller christie of freeland beauty we have we have intelligence services we have
00:09:07.340enforcement agencies whose job is to determine who is a terrorist and that's entirely appropriate
00:09:11.500can i bring up can i say one thing about that if i can bring up document ssm.cam.00008764
00:09:19.240underscore rel.001 please and you can please point that up if you want to answer
00:09:24.520okay if we can scroll down to page i believe it's this is a note with dave what page 12
00:09:39.180page 12 please this is a note that i understand you wrote with dave from cesis that's uh 11
00:09:46.920And this is a meeting with Dave from CSIS. And if you scroll down, keep going.
00:09:57.940Okay. And there you say that you need to designate the group as terrorists.
00:10:04.720So, but it's not your job, but you wanted to designate them as terrorists, right?
00:10:12.520So that handwritten note in my notebook,
00:10:15.560I can assure you that was not a meeting with the director of CSIS,
00:13:22.600Like I, I'm, I'm a cynic and, and I'm basing on seven years of this nonsense with governments going to private islands and going on vacations during lockdowns and all these other things, the, the, the, uh, the we scandal, I mean, we could go on and on and on and nobody's, I know Marneau's stepped down and there's been a few fall people, but I just don't see anything coming out of this other than them still labeling freedom convoy protesters as terrorists and, and having a grudge.
00:13:52.180You know, it's interesting. There is absolutely no legal repercussion that can come of this when Rouleau makes his decision. And I think February 20th is the day that he has to put his report before the House of Commons. But do you think that Trudeau can skate should Rouleau rule that the government invoked this act illegally? Can Trudeau skate from this or is this the final straw?
00:14:13.660I mean, I wish it was, but the problem is, is that I was saying with the Kielberger brothers that he's not going to skate and he still has his job. I mean, he seems to dodge scandal after scandal after scandal. Now, the emergency act is a big one. That's kind of the kryptonite bullet, so to speak. So, I mean, I don't know. I hope so. I hope he has to step down.
00:14:36.060And I hope, you know, there's been rumblings, you know, in the rumor mill that, you know, the liberals have been talking about replacing them already.
00:14:42.700So, I mean, maybe, well, time will tell.
00:14:46.420They're going to put Freeland in there?
00:15:26.040Yeah, well, we had the problem with these books and the problem with the first one that well, I shouldn't say the problem.
00:15:32.140What made the first one easy to do in terms of defamation was you notice in the first book, we didn't call the prime minister in the book, Justin Trudeau.
00:15:39.100We just titled him the prime minister.
00:15:42.280So as we went through the book, a lot of people after the first book were saying, do a book on Freeland, do a book on Jagmeet, do a book on, you know, Mendocino.
00:15:52.080And we honestly had a lot of good material lined up for all of them.
00:15:55.280But I said, you know, if we keep doing these books one after another, after another, after another, it's going to become stale.
00:16:00.860and it's going to feel like we're kind of milking a cow forever here so i said let's let's do one
00:16:06.820book where we just kind of shove them all in and get all the jokes out and take the gloves off so
00:16:12.100the biggest hurdle that we had was that in the book like we've got people like jagmeet who he's
00:16:18.060the leader of a party so like when we talk about um you know omar in the book for example we use
00:16:24.760minister of travel and transport is how he introduces himself um so they introduce themselves
00:16:30.020by their job titles but uh when jagmeet's in the book he can't say well i'm the leader of the ndp
00:16:35.960because again that puts him in a specific box so we used a lot of names that clyde uses in his
00:16:42.340channel uh for example they call they jokingly call jagmeet uh jimmy mcjugger nuggets and uh
00:16:48.760he had he had we had klaus schwab in the book and again we can't say klaus schwab so he always
00:16:54.540calls him the cotton schwab or the grand q-tip so we thought it would be comical to make him look
00:16:59.280like a q-tip and and call him the cotton schwab in the book so we used a lot of clyde's uh clyde
00:17:05.180and his community's uh names for some of these characters and uh as soon as i mentioned it to
00:17:10.080them that hey look this would really help us out to use these names uh they all jumped on board
00:17:14.180and said absolutely uh go for it and uh i i can't be more grateful that there's such a great community
00:17:20.060to allow us to do that let me ask you to explain the title of this i understand the blackface part
00:17:25.340of it but who's the two-faced i mean we're talking about politicians here that could be anybody
00:17:29.340right so well the two-faced typically we save that for jagmeet because again he flip-flops a lot
00:17:34.840um he's a lot of people didn't think he'd make his coalition with trudeau uh so we labeled him
00:17:39.820as the two-face uh obviously pierre is the blue faced because of the red and blue parties is
00:17:45.560typical comparison to the united states one face we really didn't have anything for so i mean
00:17:51.480it's it's what we were trying to do was keep the parody of a dr seuss book and at first we were
00:17:59.240just going to do a book about jagmeet uh because again the material for him was so lengthy that
00:18:07.080we could have easily made a book from his from his jokes uh but we were going to do a book called
00:18:12.460on the boy who cried wolf and call it the boy who cried racist but the problem is is i'm a white guy
00:18:17.320writing about uh jagmeet and you know saying he's calling racist it was going to be easy to throw me
00:18:22.720under the bus or or kind of cancel me so to speak so we said okay we don't want to do that um and a
00:18:28.820friend of mine was over one day with her kids and she brought over some dr sue's books that that her
00:18:33.080kids were reading and in that pile was one fish two fish uh red fish blue fish so we were kind of
00:18:39.100joking around and she said right away you could do uh one face two face and then she said black
00:18:45.620face for trudeau and as soon as she said that i was like done that's what we're gonna do and that's
00:18:50.580when we kind of just put it together that we're gonna put like some of those names fit the people
00:18:55.260on the cover but for the most part it's going to be a parody of that book thrown into this of the
00:19:00.000different faces of parliament hill and uh what they represent have you uh heard from any of the
00:19:06.300dr seuss people at all uh in terms of copyright anything like because you come close and and they
00:19:13.140could probably say something like hey this is uh some kind of theft i don't know what it would be
00:19:18.160but well in terms of in terms of parody so long as they're acknowledged in the book which we do
00:19:22.860acknowledge them um and that we do acknowledge that again this this isn't um endorsed by uh the
00:19:29.020seuss right holders um parody is open open realm so as long as the book is labeled as parody which
00:19:35.760it is um it's it's basically fair use uh so we haven't heard from them we've heard from a lot
00:19:41.120of politicians but but we haven't heard from dr have you and how what is their reaction like well
00:19:47.300i mean i was in ottawa a few weeks ago at the start of the emergency act uh commission i went
00:19:51.660down to ottawa um since since i've launched my first book uh with the success that it's had i've
00:19:56.980i've actually gotten to know uh tamara leach very well uh we've become very good friends and uh she
00:20:03.220was talking about how frustrated she was in ottawa the first few weeks um i don't know if you remember
00:20:07.660her testimony when she was talking about um the incident where she was smoking outside and was
00:20:12.640almost arrested for being a certain distance on the sidewalk oh yeah outside her building so she
00:20:18.220was having a lot of problems and i said you know what i said i've never been to ottawa and um a
00:20:22.800few politicians had reached out saying if you're ever in town give us a call so i said why don't
00:20:26.580i come down there because we had this book on its way out and i said that gives me a chance to do
00:20:30.300some promo but i want to come down as a friend to support you and sit there and because it's a public
00:20:35.080inquiry. So I said, I'll, I'll come hang out for, for a week and, uh, we can, we can, you know,
00:20:41.120spend some time together and, and, and then you've got a friend sitting next to you throughout this
00:20:44.680whole thing. And, um, while I was there, I, uh, I, I again had been contacted by, uh, Melissa
00:20:50.720Lansman, who was a fan of, uh, the first book. She has three copies in fact. And she said, um,
00:20:56.560if you're ever in town, let me know. I'd love to meet up with you and get my book signed.
00:20:59.960Um, so I, I had a nice little sit down with Melissa Lansman. I met with Pierre Polyev,
00:21:04.020uh dr leslin lewis uh i ran into omar on the streets but he didn't want to say much but uh
00:21:10.240you're happy with his depiction in in the new book yeah we didn't really have a lot of time
00:21:15.340to talk about it but i mean he was he said what we're doing is really great and to keep it up
00:21:19.180and uh that that he you know really enjoyed the first book and was looking forward to the second
00:21:24.080one and i i kind of told him look you have to know that if we're going to continue these books
00:21:28.880you know when the time comes that you're prime minister if you make stupid decisions like the
00:21:33.360crosshairs are equally on you. And he said, ah, we're prepared for that. And that's fine. We're
00:21:36.880not, we're not worried about a little ribbing here and there. So, I mean, he's a good sport
00:21:40.720about it. And, uh, I mean, Melissa, she's open game if she's ever in those books as well, which
00:21:45.880again, we've been a little soft on the conservative so far, but the problem is again, they really
00:21:50.640haven't given me much to work with, uh, because they're a minority party in the, uh, in the house.
00:21:55.200So they haven't had too many gaffes or, or incidents that I could point out in our books
00:22:00.260yet but but like i said it doesn't mean that the the gloves won't come off should we need to call
00:22:04.100it out 45 000 copies of the first book correct uh yes roughly yep and so how is the the second
00:22:12.140one doing one face two face black face blue face it's been out what like a week a week and a half
00:22:16.380it's been out about a week and a half and it's a little slow getting out of the gates but but a lot
00:22:20.340of it has to do with christmas coming up um it's also a harder time of year when the first book
00:22:25.320came out it was at the beginning of summer um the june month is usually the busiest for books
00:22:30.760on amazon um simply because a lot of parents buy books for their kids before they go on holidays
00:22:35.380um certain things like that it's it's a discount season for summer release books
00:22:40.820um so that book did very well i think a lot of it was because it caught virally
00:22:45.160um but people's finances were in a different position i think now with the way inflation's
00:22:49.960gone i mean we've got a time where people are worried about heating their homes or putting
00:22:54.720food in their fridge so i mean to be selling less copies i think we've we've just hit about 2500
00:22:59.860copies of the first book uh we were at number one for about three days and that slipped but uh i
00:23:05.200think a lot of it i i haven't been very prominent on the promotion end of it yet getting out and
00:23:09.200getting the word out but um i think a lot of it has to do with economy and christmas coming up
00:23:13.700there's been hundreds of posts on my twitter saying i've got it on my christmas list so
00:23:18.200i'm sure we'll see a great stocking stuffer man like i think so i i think we'll see things pick
00:23:23.460up closer towards christmas as things get uh and then we have our other book coming out in february
00:23:28.340so it's going to be kind of launch after launch coming up in the next little bit here so you you
00:23:32.500told me last time we spoke derek that you had a little bit of a problem that you really couldn't
00:23:37.880pinpoint with amazon regarding your ratings you were number one one week and then you went right
00:23:43.880down to the bottom you came right back up did you ever figure that out no it was the problem with
00:23:49.140Amazon is like, I don't want to speak ill will of Amazon because they've been generous enough to
00:23:53.820allow us to publish with them where no open publisher would give us that option because
00:23:58.480we're talking about politics. We're talking negatively about Justin Trudeau. So a lot of
00:24:04.380actual publishing offices do not want to carry the book for retail or anything like that,
00:24:08.820which is why we've been solely on Amazon. But Amazon has a self-publishing company called
00:24:15.360kindle direct publishing it used to be an open source company called create space where it's
00:24:20.760just like uploading a youtube video you go in there you upload your manuscript you put your
00:24:25.240pricing on it they tell you how much it costs to make and what your cut is and you put it out on
00:24:30.080the market the problem now is that amazon has bought create space and relabeled it kindle
00:24:35.100direct publishing and kindle direct produces the books ships them out and amazon just sends them
00:24:43.340the numbers so there's a bit of a miscommunication going on somewhere and we've we've asked several
00:24:49.580times for them to look into it i know there's a little bit and i don't want to sound like i'm
00:24:53.420wearing a tinfoil hat or pulling an alex jones you're saying it's a conspiracy but hey man you
00:24:57.540want to know what there's a lot of us out there and and there's no conspiracy theories anymore
00:25:01.920after these last three years i don't think i think what it was for us is that i get a graph reading
00:25:06.500of our sales and the day so so i did your show i did uh live from the shed i did clyde we did all
00:25:13.900these channels uh and then i was on viva uh viva fray and rebel both in the same day and the day i
00:25:21.760hit viva uh my sales plummeted 90 and then after another three days from that it went down another
00:25:28.62090 from that new number and it never recovered and every single day for about a month straight
00:25:34.560I was getting the same sales every day within two to three books that it was always 101 copies,
00:25:40.160103 the next, 102 the day after. And I said to them, look, it's very obvious there's a problem
00:25:46.220here. Like it's nobody sells the exact same number of books every single day. Um, I'm not stupid,
00:25:53.380but the biggest problem at that time was that somebody reached out to me from Calgary where I
00:25:58.580live and said, I've got a book that came to me, uh, vandalized. And I said, wait, what do you
00:26:03.360mean like again because this sounds like conspiracy stuff and he says no and he says uh he says you
00:26:09.020know i know you're having a tough time with amazon you've tweeted that out um so i'd like to give you
00:26:13.100the copy and i said i'll tell you what i'll autograph a copy for you if you bring me uh that
00:26:17.680copy um and and he said i can do better than that i'll bring you the envelope to show you that the
00:26:22.020envelope wasn't damaged but the book was um and when he showed up he was actually a police officer
00:26:27.440who's who'd bought the book and he said i didn't want to tell you i was a cop because i don't know
00:26:31.580how you feel about police and i said i love police like as long as you guys are doing the right thing
00:26:36.140you know you're gonna be on the right side of history buddy i love the police like i got no
00:26:41.000problem with the police but he says look uh he says here's the book it had been cut with a box
00:26:44.740cutter from the back of the book uh through about three quarters of the book all the way through
00:26:49.120and then shoved in the envelope and shipped to him which again i i took that to amazon and said
00:26:53.960this is costing you guys because when he comes back to you and says my book is vandalized you
00:26:59.500have to print another one off and send it to him so i mean it doesn't affect my bottom line but i
00:27:05.540said this is proof that there's something going on in your ontario office that isn't on the up and up
00:27:12.140because people are supposed to be non-partisan when they're working there whether they agree
00:27:16.460with something or not and it's very evident here um that that's not happening right so i mean
00:27:23.460they've looked into it they've told me they've come back with nothing so i have to take them
00:27:27.780their word but uh time will tell well then who would do it i mean there there is no other person
00:27:34.160in the chain aside well they're not the driver yeah they're not denying that the vandalism took
00:27:38.940place but they've just said look it's we don't have the records to find out who did it um they
00:27:43.720just said we'll keep an eye on things and uh you know the numbers you're getting are accurate and
00:27:48.740this is how books work and it's i've just said okay you know i again i don't want to rock the
00:27:53.940boat too much because they're our only publisher at the moment it's our only way to really get
00:27:57.820things out so um i've kind of taken a back seat and said let's let's just let it ride and see
00:28:02.820where things end up and um as our second project moves on now and even our third project when we
00:28:07.880launch in february um i'll be keeping a close eye on how things go but uh we'll see we'll see how
00:28:13.240they play ball do you want to uh give us a little bit of insight as to what you're working on for
00:28:17.420your third one well we've so while while again the first book was a huge success um back in
00:28:24.500september i i made the acquaintance of uh tamara as i said i went to ottawa to hang out with her
00:28:29.420um we became very good friends and um we were talking about uh the new book coming the one
00:28:37.080face two face that was in the works and she kind of had mentioned to me that you know it's too bad
00:28:42.280you know you didn't wait and do something for the convoy or the one year of the convoy and i said
00:28:46.720god that would have been a great opportunity to get something in because the convoy is essentially
00:28:50.780what started us in books because how the prime minister stole freedom was kind of focused around
00:28:56.020the convoy um and and i i have nothing but respect for the convoy and everything they did for us and
00:29:01.460and i said god i would love to and then i said to her what if i what if i made a book where you were
00:29:06.900the central focus uh and we do a straight book on the convoy and and you know it's a more serious
00:29:13.780book but we'll keep the illustrated kid-like tone and the rhyming and everything else maybe we'll
00:29:19.520have some visual jokes in the book but i said i really want it to be an inspirational story about
00:29:24.000her and the fact that the government's basically taken away her voice that you know she she
00:29:30.400basically gave up her freedom so that everybody else could have theirs and she agreed right away
00:29:36.040we checked with her lawyers and said you know is this allowed based on her bail conditions and they
00:29:40.760said, as long as she doesn't have involvement in the book, which she has not, uh, she gave us
00:29:45.780permission to use her name and likeness, which was great. So in February, uh, we're going to
00:29:49.820release a book called hold the line, the ballot of Tamara Leach. And, uh, that'll be, that'll be
00:29:54.740released sometime in February for the one year anniversary of the convoy. And, uh, I'm hoping
00:29:59.260to go to Ottawa with Clyde, do something to do a little bit of coverage on that as well. Uh, while
00:30:03.020we're down there. So that's very cool. So, so let's get this, uh, this book, this current book
00:30:08.860sold right now one face absolutely black face blue face is available on amazon amazon.ca correct

00:32:26.140to protest defund the cbc so if you want to head on down there if you're in the winnipeg area that
00:32:32.160would be the place to go but sun media post media has probably been the only media in this country
00:32:44.200not all the time but some of the time to actually stand up and speak out regarding the ridiculousness
00:32:50.440of the trudeau government this is a great piece from lorne gunter check it out we know the act
00:32:55.680fairly well of CSIS Act. I was not familiar with the details of the Emergencies Act.
00:33:00.680I was kind of impressed last week when documents from CSIS Director David Vignon were released to
00:33:07.520the Rollo Commission. That's the commission that's looking into the Liberals' use of the
00:33:12.260Emergencies Act to clear out the Freedom Convoy from downtown Ottawa last winter. Vignon had said
00:33:19.020to the government, these protesters do not constitute a threat to the national security.
00:33:27.260There's a very specific definition in the CSIS Act about what a national security threat is,
00:33:34.020and CSIS can't do anything about the protesters or any other conspirators
00:33:40.120until they meet that definition. And the Freedom Convoy truckers didn't meet that definition.
00:33:47.160This is also significant in another way because the Emergencies Act itself uses the same definition as the CSIS Act.
00:33:55.380So if CSIS says, look, these people are not a threat to the national security, that then means there's not enough of a threat to the national security to invoke the Emergencies Act.
00:34:06.900So I thought, hey, this is very significant. This shows that the government never had the legal justification to invoke the Emergencies Act on the truckers in Ottawa.
00:34:20.520Then Vigneault goes to the Rolo Commission in person this week and he says, yes, yes, well, that's true. That's true.
00:34:28.240There was no legal justification for using the Emergencies Act, but I told the government they should do it anyway because things were getting out of hand.
00:34:34.800All of these elements of unpredictability, based on my experience having been around national security issues for quite a few years now, led me to believe that the regular tools were just not enough to address the situation.
00:34:52.700And that, I think, is a summation of what's wrong with Ottawa's establishment.
00:34:59.280They now think that their own opinions supersede the law of the land.
00:35:05.060They think that it's more important to do as they think, they say, than it is to follow the law.
00:35:13.180That's not how the rule of law in a democracy works.
00:35:16.820You cannot just have the government making up laws on the fly.
00:35:20.420You can't have them changing the rules in the middle of the game just because it suits their purposes.
00:35:25.960And that's exactly what was happening.
00:35:28.440We're seeing a lot of that at the Rollo Commission.
00:35:30.900We saw it from Bill Blair, who had been the public safety minister at the time of the convoy in January and February of 2022.
00:35:41.040Blair came to the commission and he said, well, you know, when the protests expanded and went to the border crossings at the Ambassador Bridge in Ontario and at Coutts in Alberta.
00:35:50.820A failure to resolve in Ottawa would have resulted just continue to, like whack-a-mole, chasing border blockades from one point of entry to another.
00:36:01.860That's when I realized we really needed the emergencies.
00:36:04.840But both of those incidents, the Ambassador Bridge in Ontario and the Coutts-Alberta blockade, both of those were handled by the RCMP and the Ontario Provincial Police using existing police powers.
00:36:18.680They will say that to you. They've testified to that at the roll of commission. They did not use Emergency Act powers to clear out those two blockades. So that also shows that the government had just lost its mind. It wasn't thinking logically. It wasn't doing things according to the law. It was just doing things according to what was best for the Trudeau government and what was best for the Liberal Party's electoral chances.
00:36:46.360and that's just wrong for post media i'm lauren gunter yeah it's just wrong and i love it when
00:36:56.700left-wing corporate media calls out the trudeau government because you just don't see it very
00:37:03.740often do you i love it oh what was that that was something um speaking of the trudeau liberal
00:37:12.120government let's get back into this here this is uh this is interesting because scott moe came out
00:37:19.220with the saskatchewan first act about two weeks ago and you didn't hear a lot of opposition to
00:37:24.460that from any sort of federal mp and i think they might have one ndp mp in saskatchewan there's
00:37:32.980definitely no liberal mps there but in alberta you've got at least one and that's this guy right
00:37:38.700here randy boycinoe so danielle smith i believe she's killing it right now in the independent
00:37:45.980media all over alberta rebel news she's doing western standard i think she's tnc.news where
00:37:53.400this story is from liberal minister calls premier smith's sovereignty proposal an attack
00:37:59.860on canadian unity i think it's hilarious that any liberal mp could call anybody any other opposing
00:38:58.700Now, I'm not sure if you guys have read the Sovereignty Act.
00:39:01.820I believe you should go and read it if you haven't.
00:39:04.300But I believe it's a blueprint for every province in this country.
00:39:09.520In a broadcast of the province on Tuesday, Smith said sovereignty legislation would be ready in about a week and act as a constitutional shield to protect Albertans.
00:39:17.760But Boycino says the Albertans he's met with aren't asking for more jurisdictional fights or constitutional squabbles.
00:39:28.340This act protects Alberta from constitutional squabbles or jurisdictional fights.
00:39:34.300because now the federal government coming into alberta will have to prove that they have
00:39:40.760jurisdiction in court before they can actually enact any laws in that province and the same goes
00:39:48.100for saskatchewan right now what they've been doing is just going in taking jurisdiction and
00:39:52.920then alberta has to go to court to get them out this will simply reverse that process but boys
00:39:59.600Ceno says they want a prosperous Alberta within a strong Canada,
00:40:03.160and they expect their federal and provincial governments to work together
00:40:06.360and deliver results that make their lives better.
00:40:08.800That means focusing on real issues like how we can make life more affordable
00:40:12.440and build an economy that works for everyone.
00:40:15.840I don't know what kind of glue this guy has been sniffing,
00:40:18.500but if there is one province in this country that could go it alone
00:40:22.580without any help from the federal government, monetarily, it would be Alberta.
00:40:29.600So the liberals in Alberta should probably shut their mouths, because even in Redmonton, as they call it in Alberta, if they say the wrong things and do the wrong things, they're going to get their asses voted out of there provincially and federally.
00:40:46.860Speaking of Trudeau, who will, by the way, be on the stand.
00:40:50.240Now, look, guys, I know we all hate him, but it's historic for a prime minister to be testifying in person at an inquiry regarding his own governments.
00:41:08.200I was going to say lawbreaking, but we can't say that yet until the findings from Justice Rouleau come out in February.
00:41:16.160but nonetheless it is historic and how many times has this guy had to cover his own ass
00:41:22.180in front of the canadian people enough's enough right trudeau's liberal government introduces
00:41:27.960amendments banning sks and other semi-automatic firearms now first of all in canada you can't
00:41:37.460have automatic weapons now they just want to take them the gateway pundit previously reported that
00:41:46.040canadian prime minister justin trudeau castro this guy says
00:41:49.800channeled his inner castro as his fascist government announced a statewide ban on the
00:41:57.560sale purchase and transfer of handguns effective immediately last october canadians cannot also
00:42:03.240bring newly acquired handguns into the country because that will stop crime right right the
00:42:10.120nationwide ban was initially declared in may of this year alongside bill c21 which is currently
00:42:15.300being debated in Canadian Parliament. In May, our government introduced measures to implement
00:42:21.940a national freeze on handgun ownership. Today, our national freeze on handguns is coming into
00:42:31.460force. From today forward, it is no longer legal to buy, sell, or transfer a handgun in Canada.
00:42:41.600he went on to say they froze the market blah blah blah trudeau's regime has already banned
00:42:48.280more than 1500 types of assault style firearms fewer guns mean safer communities that's why
00:42:54.500we're implementing some of the strongest gun control measures in a generation now on tuesday
00:42:59.800listen to this trudeau's liberal government introduced amendments to bill c21 without
00:43:06.480warning. As part of the amendments, semi-automatic centerfire rifles and shotguns with detachable
00:43:13.380magazines would be banned, according to Rebel News. The most recent amendments state that Bill
00:43:19.260C-21, Clause 1, be amended by adding after line 15 on page 1 the following, a firearm that is a
00:43:26.980rifle or shotgun that is capable of discharging centerfire ammunition in a semi-automatic manner
00:43:32.160And that is designed to accept a detachable cartridge magazine with a capacity greater than five cartridges of the type for which the firearm was originally designed.
00:43:41.840So Shannon Stubbs uncovered this amendment.
00:43:51.120You can follow her on Twitter if you like.
00:43:52.760Dane Lloyd, also a conservative MP, said today at SECU, the Liberals proposed an amendment to Bill C-21 that would be the most consequential revision of the Firearms Act since its passage in the 1990s.
00:44:07.880Banning semi-automatic rifles and shotguns was never part of consultations or platform.
00:44:16.040And Tyler Shandro, who is a minister in Alberta, said the proposed amendments to Bill C-21 expand a number of banned firearms, criminalizing hundreds of thousands of law-abiding firearms owners.
00:44:28.160Now, with the Alberta Sovereignty Act, they do not have to abide by this federal law unless Trudeau takes them to court to prove who's got jurisdiction over this.
00:44:38.240interesting trudeau is going for apparently every single gun in this country why he's claiming
00:44:49.320safety in the streets but we know that's not going to work so i ask again why why does he
00:44:56.640want the guns. Oh yeah, he wants us defenseless. Pablo Rodriguez admits that Bill C-11 could
00:45:09.660tweak platform algorithms. The heritage minister acknowledged on Tuesday that Bill C-11 would in
00:45:17.520fact provide levers to press social media providers to tweak algorithms in order to
00:45:21.780comply with government regulations what a shocker the rare admission came after months of the
00:45:29.680minister denying that the canadian radio television communications commission the crtc would be
00:45:34.840empowered to meddle with search algorithms to promote or derank content social media platforms
00:45:40.620like facebook and twitter rely on programmed algorithms to cater content to specific users
00:45:45.680And guys, I think they're already doing it. In response to questions by conservative Senator Michael McDonald, Rodriguez explained to the Senate Committee on Transport and Communications Tuesday that indirect manipulation was possible.
00:45:59.520He said, a section of the bill states the commissioner shall not make an order that would require the use of a specific computer algorithm or a source code.
00:46:10.780However, the CRTC commissioner has told our committee quite clearly that this would be accomplished indirectly.
00:46:18.500We've been told by many witnesses that if this is done or indirectly required, it will have a negative impact on many Canadian creators.
00:46:26.740So in light of that, why wouldn't you support an amendment on this when it comes to discoverability?
00:51:21.020i am um a content creator and i believe that people's content should be protected
00:51:27.640i don't intentionally ever use anybody else's content unless i have permission or it's fair
00:51:35.380use that's the way it works i wouldn't want somebody using my content unless they had
00:51:41.620permission from me and of course i wouldn't withhold that if they thought it was cool
00:51:45.740as a matter of fact i'd go yeah yeah go ahead that's better for me too but that's my opinion
00:51:51.020Right. If a band does not want somebody using their product, their music without their permission, then they shouldn't they shouldn't have to listen to it on some other platform.
00:52:04.720And if they do, they should get paid for it. But when it comes to false copyright claims, that is major fraud.
00:52:14.100And that's a huge fine and a jail term in Canada. So I wouldn't ever be doing that.
00:52:20.180that's just not cool from the Nanaimo news bulletin and also you know you try to credit
00:52:27.860every source for information that you use that's just fair play from the Nanaimo
00:52:35.240that's really hard to say when you're saying it with other words Nanaimo news bulletin now this
00:52:41.760is something interesting BC launched people were up in arms about this so I read through this and
00:52:46.540i understand how they're they're getting it through but it can be used for so many other
00:52:53.120things it's not a good bill unexplained wealth orders will make life harder for bc criminals
00:52:58.680compliance expert says this is legislation to allow the government more power to seize assets
00:53:06.240expected to be introduced in the spring uh where did the story go oh here it is read more i got
00:53:11.760to click read more so here we go plans by the bc government to confiscate suspected proceeds of
00:53:17.980crime with unexplained wealth orders are drawing praise from an expert in financial compliance as
00:53:24.360a way to make life harder for criminals now i get that that's like fighting against the mob
00:53:31.240in the united states what do they have the rico act right and here they're going well if this
00:53:36.560person works as a ditch digger and makes $18 an hour. Why is he driving around in a Mercedes Benz
00:53:45.260in a $750,000 house? That doesn't make any sense. I can totally understand that, but I believe
00:53:51.000personally that this law goes too far. If the government can come and seize your property for
00:53:57.160no good reason, then we've got a problem. And what have we been talking about when it comes to the
00:54:03.280Great Reset. You will own nothing and be happy. Alexandra Rage, CEO of Trace International,
00:54:13.160a global business association focused on commercial transparency and good governance,
00:54:17.740said unexplained wealth orders would help to redress and deter financial crime in the province,
00:54:22.740including money laundering. But she cautioned there should be realistic expectations of the
00:54:28.020financial rewards from such seizures, since criminals who have amassed substantial assets
00:54:33.420are going to fight hard to hang on to that money. Critics object to the unexplained wealth orders
00:54:39.680on the grounds they undermine presumption of innocence, placing an onus of proof on the
00:54:43.800target of the seizure order, which is not cool, because in this country you are innocent
00:54:49.360until proven guilty. Premier David Eby said on Sunday that legislation to allow unexplained
00:54:57.680wealth orders would be introduced next spring. Such orders were recommended in June in the
00:55:01.720final report of a commission of inquiry into money laundering in B.C. by retired Judge
00:55:07.400Austin Cullen. So because the bill hasn't been introduced yet, we don't know how far reaching
00:55:14.720it's going to be. But if they can just come and knock on anybody's door for any reason and say,
00:55:19.960I'm sorry, but this house is ours now, that's a problem, isn't it? And then you have to prove
00:55:27.060you didn't get it through the proceeds of crime.
01:01:49.980and you convince them that you're right, then you win.
01:01:54.920And maybe some semblance of democracy can come to that country finally.
01:02:00.380Dr. Fauci was deposed today in a court case in Kansas, I think it was.
01:02:05.460I haven't got any information on that right now.
01:02:08.400But it's interesting because that case was about media colluding with government
01:02:13.860regarding censorship, specifically on COVID-19 and the vaccines.
01:02:18.780So I'm going to see if I can find out what happened with that today and get it on the air for you tomorrow night at eight o'clock on the Shadow at Night live stream.
01:02:26.640Or I may actually find out about it sometime tomorrow during the live stream from the from the Emergency Act Commission.
01:02:34.300Justin Trudeau is testifying in the live stream on this page starts tomorrow morning at 830 central.
01:02:40.620Over a dozen countries, speaking of China, are investigating China's undeclared police stations.
01:02:46.800This comes from MSN. Canadian police put out a call for witnesses on Tuesday as part of an
01:02:53.040investigation into police service centers allegedly sponsored by Beijing to target
01:02:57.720would-be criminals outside of China's borders. The RCMP said the probe involved possible foreign
01:03:04.980actor interference at undeclared police offices in the greater Toronto area. In a September report,
01:03:10.700Spain-based NGO Safeguard Defenders said it had identified three such locations operating in
01:03:15.940Canada's populist financial hub. So listen, Justin Trudeau says he hasn't yet been briefed
01:03:22.400on the 11 MPs who were supposedly supported by the Chinese Communist Party. I think he has
01:03:28.660personally. So China is infiltrating Canada and they have been for quite some time. And something
01:03:36.340definitely needs to be done about that. Definitely. We are a sovereign nation. We cannot have
01:03:44.180foreign interference in any way in our way of life in this country this is interesting language
01:03:52.500warning on this one you guys you know ice cube from the friday movies and i think he was part
01:03:58.260of the new world order like the the rap group not you know what's coming and he's got a lot of money
01:04:07.800listen to what he says here regarding turning down a role in a movie
01:04:14.120q you got any movies working you know i'm saying hustling
01:04:17.980you know i mean uh i turned down a movie because i didn't
01:04:22.040want to get the motherfucking jab you know i turned down nine million
01:04:25.060because i didn't want to get the job you know fuck that jab and fuck y'all
01:04:30.180for trying to make me get it so you know i don't i don't know how
01:04:35.520hollywood feel about me right now you know what i'm saying but you know what it ain't just hollywood
01:04:40.480no more though you can go through the the uh streaming streaming ain't got nothing to do
01:04:44.960that's hollywood bro is it really you think so it is it is now let me ask you a question
01:04:49.220what he just said that's awesome because he's kind of a big star right this guy in the middle here
01:04:56.400what's that look on his face what is that saying to you
01:05:00.140write it down in the comments let's continue here they're on some shit but you know i mean me too
01:05:06.880i'm on some shit too cute vision that shit indie man i'm working on it i'm hustling i got a few
01:05:14.040dollars let's put something together like the weather man you dig don't worry about nothing
01:05:17.440got a lot of food a lot of things up my sleeve yes fresh out man turned out nine million
01:05:26.560i mean i didn't turn it down the motherfuckers didn't give it to me because i wouldn't get the
01:05:31.380shot exactly i didn't turn it down oh okay they just didn't give it to me oh because you wouldn't
01:05:37.300get the clover shot yeah the clover shot oh the jab the jab jab yeah during the plan
01:05:43.140at all wow nothing fuck them i didn't catch it yeah i didn't need that shit that's from the
01:05:52.420million dollars podcast and finally as as we continue to talk about canada possibly separating
01:05:59.540there is a western separatist party well the alberta uh the alberta party new leader is
01:06:05.900pastor art arthur paulowski you don't hear too much about states separating in the united states
01:06:14.480and i looked into that a year ago or so because i saw such division between states down there and
01:06:24.820You know, both coasts are incredibly progressive, liberal, Marxist.
01:06:32.180And the interior of the country, for the most part, is very middle of the road, very conservative in some parts, but mostly just kind of, you know, normies, middle of the road people.
01:06:44.440So you don't hear too much about states separating from the United States.
01:06:47.860But look at this interesting story here.
01:06:49.740The process of the formation of the state of New California is well underway from the Gateway Pundit.
01:06:56.460Look at this. This has actually been proposed.
