00:07:32.800 and and i left the big commercial on the stream this is better hello rob how you doing thanks
00:07:46.860 for coming on the show tonight man hey shadow thanks for having me okay so rob there is a group
00:07:51.760 of over 100 exactly how many uh west jet or i guess former west jet employees are involved in
00:07:57.320 this life there's active employees as well uh it's there's 160 of us they're uh active employees
00:08:03.000 they're either unionized non-unionized contract workers uh there's some still in the office very
00:08:09.480 courageous people uh there's pilots flight attendants customer service agents mechanics
00:08:15.120 there's there's a little bit of representation from every facet of WestJet actually and you
00:08:22.600 were telling me earlier on the phone this afternoon that you've got a cross-section of
00:08:26.680 people in terms of their medical status correct yeah that's right we've either got people who
00:08:32.100 are vaccinated unvaccinated vax injured we've got people who who have been on unpaid leave
00:08:41.540 who've been terminated uh everybody we've got and that's i think that's the beauty of this uh this
00:08:46.780 group is that we can capture to the general public that uh we represent a little slice of what
00:08:55.980 was so great about west jet it's all different parts of every single company uh every single
00:09:01.800 industry uh that you can't really paint us a picture paint a picture of on us that we are
00:09:10.560 a certain group that they can vilify like it's not just a bunch of people who are unvaccinated
00:09:15.500 it's not a and it's not it's not like that at all it's a bunch of people who believe in the right
00:09:21.120 to freedom of their body and all of the freedoms that are listed in the charter of rights and
00:09:26.660 freedoms that our governments and governments seem to be stepping on and wiping their butts
00:09:31.260 with over the last couple of years how's the morale amongst the people in involved in the
00:09:37.200 lawsuit robbers it upbeat are some of them down do you talk to them very often we do we have a
00:09:42.860 very engaging organized group uh and it is it's very high morale very strong we're we don't we
00:09:50.600 don't want to be adversarial uh the fight is not ours the the representation through leighton gray
00:09:56.600 is going to be the person who does the uh the sort of the the dirty work in the courts uh we are here
00:10:02.940 to recognize represent the the true nature of a person who has been coerced into this the biggest
00:10:10.620 thing is the people who got uh coerced into taking these products and they've been left with that
00:10:17.820 feeling that something is really wrong and they didn't want it in the first place and they uh
00:10:24.620 were so overwhelmed with that aggressive messaging and the timeline coercion that they
00:10:32.640 can't ignore the feeling that's inside of their heart knowing that something is really wrong
00:10:38.940 and let me let me ask you this uh what about the other people the people that did get the vaccine
00:10:46.160 that are dutifully going along with these regulations and and went down with the coercion
00:10:50.340 has there been any kind of conflict between your group and the other employees at all no no not at
00:10:58.120 Well, the most beautiful thing is that beyond all of those uniforms and certain colors of it, we're all just human beings that want the same goal.
00:11:08.880 And the group that we have, it represents all of those pieces of unvaccinated, vaccinated and all this.
00:11:16.520 And there is no infighting and there's no arguing.
00:11:18.540 we are a very determined group for a good cause that regardless of whether you're vaccinated or
00:11:26.160 not vaccinated whether you're federally regulated or provincially regulated or even from a different
00:11:30.400 country I could sit down with somebody and we could agree what human rights are and how important
00:11:36.160 they are I'm not sure if Mr. Gray has told you this Rob but this case could be precedent setting
00:11:41.800 all across the country depending on the ruling of this right well actually not depending on the
00:11:46.120 ruling uh it will be a precedent setter for all other cases going forward and i know that sounds
00:11:53.140 like a lot of pressure for mr gray and for you guys but if you come out successful and and let's
00:11:58.260 be honest man i mean you talked about pipeta uh the the privacy act and your rights were not just
00:12:04.480 rights i mean in this case the government and west jet broke the law and any other organization
00:12:11.660 that asked for these uh that information from you guys broke the law it's right there in pippa
00:12:17.360 that's right yeah that that can be proven in court that should be an instant win but anyway let's get
00:12:23.800 back to your story before we go into exactly how all this crap went down last year uh you were with
00:12:29.620 west jet for how long 11 years 11 years and you were a training pilot as well yeah i was i was a
00:12:35.380 very proud, uh, 737 training captain, uh, with a very good record and, uh, a very good attitude
00:12:42.080 towards work. I, I really enjoyed working there. I, I tried to make every single day a, uh, very
00:12:48.380 successful, uh, uh, experience on all aspects with every single one of my crew members, including
00:12:55.240 the guests. And, uh, the shift in the way that the company has treated me has been unbelievable.
00:13:03.040 I was very honorable and respectful asking questions through operational health and safety standards on how these mandates are applicable, why, how they are any better than the personal protective equipment that we were using.
00:13:18.320 I sought clarification through multiple management levels and they just ignored me.
00:13:25.540 Something was really wrong.
00:13:26.580 They were coerced and pushed, but they did it.
00:13:29.520 That's the thing is they agreed to the pressure from the government. And so what resulted in the result was nobody at WestJet that succumbed to those taking those the products from the Pfizer or Moderna had informed consent and informed consent is the pinnacle piece for for medical decisions in this country.
00:13:56.380 And you start ignoring the informed consent piece that we're going down a very slippery slope.
00:14:03.260 So how did this all start rolling out last year?
00:14:07.140 Within the company, there was a an executive vice president named Mark Porter, who sent an email out on September 8th, asking people to attest their vaccination status via a online portal by September 24th.
00:14:24.020 and the verbiage in that email was that you do it
00:14:28.200 or you're going to be punished up to termination,
00:14:31.540 and that's coercion.
00:14:32.780 And so they were coercively attempting
00:14:36.580 to get private medical information,
00:14:38.420 and just the attempt at getting private medical information
00:14:40.400 like that is against the law,
00:14:41.780 unless there's legislation, court order,
00:14:43.540 or collective agreement, and they had none of that,
00:14:45.880 and they needed to express consent.
00:14:48.320 So the initial steps that the company made
00:14:51.480 were uh were very elusive i would say and sinister well what we're talking about here
00:14:58.620 you mentioned uh pipeta uh and this definitely covers uh airlines and whatnot and this is
00:15:05.120 basically your right to your own personal information whether it's medical whether
00:15:10.120 it's banking whether it's anything else this is in canada this is the law cut and dry it's the
00:15:19.840 privacy act of this country and they're looking for sneaky ways around it right i mean the
00:15:26.540 government puts pressure on the corporations the companies uh like west jet and then west jet
00:15:32.660 enforces what the government says but because it's west jet doing it does that make it any
00:15:38.320 different than the government doing it in terms of uh how they would be held liable or how people
00:15:43.400 can attack this legally speaking not at all the uh the policies that are uh imposed by a company
00:15:52.020 cannot be repugnant to higher jurisdictional law and this uh the magnitude of what the company
00:16:00.240 tried to do it actually reaches the highest jurisdiction of constitutional law so that's
00:16:08.460 something to recognize and you mentioned something about uh them attempting to get the private
00:16:14.400 medical information the only way they can do that is if you consent so if you don't consent and they
00:16:22.440 do punish you then that is absolutely coercion uh it's the law you have protections okay so
00:16:30.040 is this the first case of its kind in the country on this type of scale that you know of
00:16:38.040 I can't say with certainty.
00:16:40.400 Leighton Gray would definitely have the answers for that.
00:16:42.480 But as far as with aviation federally regulated, I would imagine this is the first of its case.
00:16:47.960 We have no precedence on it whatsoever.
00:16:51.580 So what have these people who haven't been working, been doing with themselves for the last almost a year now?
00:17:00.280 I mean, well, you're looking at one of them.
00:17:01.580 I was like, how are you?
00:17:04.560 How are you keeping ends meeting here?
00:17:07.260 A little bit of savings, a lot of luck, and just kind of taking it day by day.
00:17:16.080 It's amazing the amount of the way that the world works and certain things will be provided.
00:17:23.260 And so, yeah, I was terminated on December 1st.
00:17:26.000 I was suspended through November.
00:17:28.460 And so I haven't had income since October of 2021.
00:17:34.160 And the employment insurance arm of Service Canada is actually complicity sinister, and they've denied all of my claims at the Social Security Tribunal level, where the hearing is now being delayed.
00:17:51.420 So I've had to seek an expedited request to get the hearing done.
00:17:56.140 And I don't even have a lot of hope that the hearing will be fruitful.
00:17:59.920 So to answer your question, I've just been really studying a lot on how to defend myself, how to cope with this, and do it effectively.
00:18:14.880 it's amazing what the government's been able to pull off here and so many people are so frustrated
00:18:22.320 many people are broken uh or have been close to breaking and then rebounded uh in a positive way
00:18:29.240 over the past couple of years uh what what has your experience been like and other like your
00:18:34.640 family has there been division within your personal circles your friends and family in
00:18:40.520 terms of the vaccination and and just the reaction in general to COVID-19 yeah there yeah that's uh
00:18:48.180 that's uh that could be a whole different interview um there was a lot of uh I'm just
00:18:53.480 trying to figure out why you're so dedicated to this because a lot of people would have backed
00:18:57.460 down by now but you haven't well I can tell you uh with incredible conviction that I'm determined
00:19:04.120 because i've been called upon to do this i have a deep deep spiritual relationship with god and
00:19:13.160 when he calls you to do something there's nothing else you can do yeah you know that's that's exactly
00:19:19.340 the answer i get from many people uh we had an event at something we call camp hope here in
00:19:24.720 manitoba over the weekend uh several you know freedom fighters showed up and it's amazing the
00:19:31.500 camaraderie you feel when you all get together in a large group like that. People who are still
00:19:36.160 able to think critically, people who haven't been coerced. Wow, that's the wrong word. People who
00:19:41.580 haven't been brainwashed by this whole thing. People who can now see what exactly this is all
00:19:49.040 about as opposed to a virus. We know going down the line what this is really all about. As far
00:19:53.880 as I'm concerned, it's about control and it's about bringing in the Great Reset and the liberal
00:20:00.680 world order or the new world order uh but i know there's a lot of people on different levels
00:20:05.180 of thought like that uh when is this supposed to go to court do you have a date that you're
00:20:11.660 going to be appearing i do uh it's it's just about for sure confirmed august 6th is when
00:20:19.580 our lawyer is going to be filing the statement of claim so uh very soon so what does this actually
00:20:27.960 entail? Is this you guys suing WestJet? Is this you taking on the federal government? What exactly
00:20:34.920 is this? It's a constitutional jurisdiction lawsuit against WestJet and the Canadian
00:20:43.200 government due to their infringement on our inalienable human rights. Okay, so what are you
00:20:51.260 hoping to get out of this if all goes well? Aside from a precedent, which would be great?
00:20:56.320 A precedent would be great. There are 160 people that would answer that question a little bit differently. But I would like my job back. I would like a formal recognition that I don't deserve this suspension, nor do I deserve the labeling of misconduct for my record of employment.
00:21:17.140 And nor do I deserve to be relieved of all of my income for the last nine months.
00:21:25.540 So I'm looking for a little bit of financial remedy, but also just to clear the record and clean things up.
00:21:33.420 But that's just me. I would imagine some people would have the same feelings, but other people are just so hurt by the company that they just want some financial remedy so they can move on.
00:21:47.140 So, is this a class action style lawsuit then where you ask for a certain dollar figure?
00:21:54.360 It's a group action lawsuit.
00:21:56.200 I thought it was a class action as well when I first started this, but a group action is a little bit different where each individual's names will be posted and which can make things in the courts move a lot faster, which is great because class actions can take years and years and years and group action is supposed to take a little bit.
00:22:17.140 It's supposed to be a little bit faster.
00:22:19.000 Okay.
00:22:19.400 And it will be monetary.
00:22:21.380 It's still yet to be determined,
00:22:23.080 but there will be a certain amount against WestJet
00:22:25.000 and a certain amount against the government.
00:22:26.940 So now we're talking about loss of income.
00:22:29.880 We're talking about damage to your reputation,
00:22:34.100 your professional reputation.
00:22:35.560 Obviously, we're talking about damage to your reputation,
00:22:38.780 personally speaking.
00:22:40.520 What other damages can we seek?
00:22:42.080 Like what damages are they seeking or is Leighton seeking?
00:22:45.300 As far as I know, the damage is strictly focused on the trespass of privacy for human rights.
00:22:51.860 It's the human rights proponent.
00:22:55.300 It's not a collective lawsuit, which would include all of the different damages, which are rightfully identifiable.
00:23:04.040 But I believe it's a different lawsuit for those.
00:23:06.280 For example, for me, the breach of contract that the company has done to me and that the union has failed me on, that'll be a different lawsuit.
00:23:17.420 You could actually go and sue the union first.
00:23:20.020 And I think that's what the process is because the union didn't represent you guys.
00:23:24.460 And so you got to go sue them.
00:23:26.840 And then if you're successful with that, then you go ahead and sue the company and the government and so on.
00:23:31.400 That's the order of things that I've heard from different legal minds.
00:23:35.460 Yeah. In labor type jurisdiction under labor law and things like that. Yeah, for sure.
00:23:41.220 This sounds like a very complicated case, Rob. Is it going to be is it going to be just one legal action or are you going to separate this into different legal actions down the road?
00:23:51.060 You know, personally, I will be separating them. But I mean, really, Leighton Gray is the guy to ask for this specific directions on how like the nuance of the the court case and how things are going and things like that.
00:24:05.460 I'm really just the spokesperson to really identify who we are and what we're what we're representing, because we're not a group of people that are sharpening our blades and getting all ready for war.
00:24:16.520 We are just very, very relaxed. We're very calm. We're love based. We're we're we're just want people to know what's happening to your average Canadian.
00:24:30.320 we were your average worker we we had very good records we were the people that did extra work
00:24:37.260 at the company i know that uh you know there are people that still work at west jet that are not
00:24:43.380 part of this lawsuit that i've worked with where we have done incredible things for guests over the
00:24:49.160 years and there's dozens if not more of those people in this lawsuit and we've lost our abilities
00:24:57.420 to do our job because of a trespass of our property and that just has to be corrected
00:25:05.140 because if this doesn't get fixed now this country is going to turn into something that
00:25:09.820 we don't even recognize it already is unrecognizable to me in certain aspects yeah so this is when
00:25:16.040 we're being called upon to get uncomfortable and stand up and start talking to other people and
00:25:21.060 like you know maybe maybe instilling a little bit of critical thinking into your neighbors into
00:25:26.600 other people and recognizing that this is the time for the canadian citizens to start actually
00:25:31.880 showing how much gratitude they have for the life that they had because it's getting uh challenged
00:25:37.040 right now let's say well you know there's a lot of people who uh who who feel like more needs to
00:25:43.160 be done in terms of well there's one guy who's who's trying to get some kind of action going
00:25:49.940 next month in Regina by surrounding a RCMP training depot. And I think that's ridiculous.
00:25:57.820 I think a time is going to come where people need to stand up. But I think the way they need to
00:26:02.000 stand up is exactly through what you and your colleagues are doing with this lawsuit. But it's
00:26:08.060 also simply this. And Chris Sky has said this before as well. And he said it for two straight
00:26:12.180 years. Universal noncompliance. Just say no. We know that these guys are going to be trying to
00:26:18.660 bring some kind of mandate back in in september october whatever we've been hearing it they've
00:26:24.300 been hinting at it theresa tam has been hinting at it and so we need to expect that and and you
00:26:30.160 know with the economy the way it is right now and the food costs and now food shortages i'm sure
00:26:35.060 you've noticed in some grocery stores rob that not everything is there like like it used to be
00:26:40.860 in certain sections especially produce so we probably should be stocking up for that as well
00:26:46.020 But I commend you and those other over 100 WestJet employees and former WestJet employees for doing what you're doing.
00:26:54.600 It takes a lot of balls to stand up.
00:26:56.620 Now, what about the CEO?
00:26:59.140 We've heard him tweet out a couple of things in regards to this Arrive Can app and the federal restrictions and mandates still being in place.
00:27:07.140 Is that encouraging to you guys at all?
00:27:10.260 Well, I am a forever optimist, so I have to preface that.
00:27:14.380 I believe that there's something behind it. Some might think it's more theater of showing a little
00:27:21.320 bit of resistance. However, a company of that size could never really share what it's doing
00:27:30.100 internally. And I think if that CEO is doing that, I can't help but think that there is a
00:27:35.860 stronger force behind it where he is actually trying to make change. And I really hope that
00:27:43.380 i'm right and i hope that he is willing to uh heal the damages that his predecessor has done
00:27:50.720 i hope that he wants to do the courageous thing and create unity in the group because that's what
00:27:57.160 we want we want to uh forgive and move on not forget but just move on how tough is it going to
00:28:06.880 be to forgive unless they come to you with the most sincere meaningful apology i have grievance
00:28:14.760 against nobody i love all there is no i have no hatred or hurt towards anybody because i know
00:28:20.580 that any sort of aggression towards somebody is something i'm carrying and it would make me sick
00:28:26.640 i i i i forgive i forgive everybody in this aspect but it it's it's not that simple if people
00:28:36.340 who do understand forgiveness they recognize what i'm talking about but uh it doesn't mean
00:28:42.060 that i'm going to leave myself vulnerable for another type of uh scenario like that right so
00:28:48.160 i can see like there's people there's people who the documentation that i've had to look through
00:28:53.840 i know the people who signed off on the denial of my uh religious exemption i know that person
00:29:01.040 quite well i was hurt and then i thought to myself what is she going through right now
00:29:10.320 imagine this imagine the the day that she had to sign that and she knows who i am she knows
00:29:17.620 the integrity that i stand for she knows the the efforts that i put into that flight deck daily
00:29:22.960 she knows who i am and she still signed that it must she must be just
00:29:28.600 hurting inside so badly wouldn't it be something if everybody all across the country or the world
00:29:38.000 i guess at this point just stood up and said no all at the same time no i'm not signing this paper
00:29:43.580 this is absolutely ridiculous what i'm doing here to this man and no with the energy of love behind
00:29:51.200 it not no as though i'm ready to fight you no and my hands are up it's just no you don't understand
00:29:58.240 like you don't understand no we're not doing this anymore this game doesn't work anymore we're going
00:30:03.340 to do a different game we're going to do a different game where we love our neighbors and
00:30:07.020 we take care of each other that's where the no comes from how do we find out what's going on
00:30:13.420 with you guys is there some kind of a group we can join on social media or a website that keeps
00:30:18.600 everybody up to date on on what's happening there is a give send go uh link that you can send
00:30:25.820 donations and uh the uh email address that you can ask uh certain questions for anyone that is
00:30:34.660 a west jet employee who's looking to join you can email a email address cause for action at proton
00:30:42.720 mail.com and for those of you who are compelled to donate to our cause it would be a give send go
00:30:50.340 cause for action link as well hopefully we can have it up somewhere and yeah I couldn't agree
00:31:00.120 more shadow the precedence behind this case is important on every industry yeah and I truly
00:31:09.840 believe that if we as loving courageous canadians can get through this mess and and see that even
00:31:20.420 if the wildest person who's extremely against this and is just thinks that we're you know crazy
00:31:26.320 freedomers and all of this stuff they just don't know there is more to that person than the anger
00:31:32.680 and then the hate that they're spewing they will wake up we have to take the higher road
00:31:38.800 we can't fight if you meet fight with fight there's just going to be bloodshed you know i i
00:31:44.260 believe in what you're saying i go through several different modes of that every single day you know
00:31:50.080 like sometimes i'll see somebody wearing a mask outside on a beautiful sunny 30 degree day and 0.54
00:31:54.560 i'll go i just want to have what are you doing with that stupid thing on your face but you never
00:32:00.300 do because you know ultimately that it just wouldn't what what for it's not going to solve 0.68
00:32:06.920 anything it's it's only going to make that person feel horrible and then you feel horrible after
00:32:11.160 that so you're right you have to approach this with an acceptance a level of acceptance however
00:32:16.120 some of the people who have been finger pointing and calling names uh from the other side of things
00:32:24.600 in my opinion and this is what you said as well it's it's a forgive but don't forget scenario
00:32:31.500 right you can't forget what they said but you do have to make them accountable or they have to take
00:32:37.700 accountability on their own for what they said and apologize sincerely absolutely and uh having my
00:32:45.960 own experience in positions of authority there is great responsibility in those authoritative
00:32:52.340 positions and there's consequences for actions and those people in authority that have completely
00:32:59.700 destroyed the oath of their office they should be held accountable accordingly
00:33:06.260 loving and forgiving people is not a position of weakness i believe in a very strict order
00:33:14.620 of of government and the way things are supposed to be i think the majority of the ministers
00:33:21.280 involved in this not only need to be taken out of their positions they need to be punished under
00:33:27.560 the criminal code yeah i agree because that would set down a precedent for future politicians in
00:33:34.600 those types of positions to never ever let anything like this happen again rob i wish you nothing but
00:33:40.960 the best i would like to keep in touch with you over the next few months and and see how the case
00:33:45.580 is going and see how you guys are doing so if you'd be willing to come back on the show i'd love to
00:33:50.180 have you absolutely will do thank you shadow i really appreciate it okay man thank you rob simpson
00:33:55.200 who is the spokesperson for the group of west jet employees who are suing west jet over the vaccine
00:34:01.780 mandates and we can keep our fingers crossed guys we can keep our fingers crossed that this goes well
00:34:06.940 because as rob and i were talking about earlier on in that discussion this is going to lay down
00:34:12.080 a serious precedent for every other corporation that did this all across the country all right
00:34:19.340 Speaking of WestJet, look at this headline here from Rebel News.
00:34:24.280 76-year-old man arrested, arrested because his mask slid down as he slept on a WestJet flight.
00:34:38.500 Now, I've acknowledged in the past that Rebel News is very sensationalistic occasionally, and they go over the top.
00:34:45.780 and so they say things like in a truly shocking story i i'm not shocked by this really it may
00:34:54.260 have been a couple of years ago but then again a couple of years ago i would have gone mask what
00:34:59.880 the hell are you even talking about anyway like can you imagine waking up from a coma
00:35:04.360 a three-year coma now wouldn't that be something in a truly shocking story 76 year old alec
00:35:13.280 Bielski was flying to Canada from France, fell asleep during the flight.
00:35:18.760 His breathing barrier came down as he was sleeping.
00:35:23.360 And on his way off the plane, he was arrested and charged under the Canadian aviation regulations for not wearing a mask.
00:35:31.500 Now, keep in mind, these are regulations different than laws.
00:35:37.620 So I don't know how this man could have been arrested, but let's read on.
00:35:43.280 Despite the world doing its best to move on from the nightmare of this ridiculous thing, government overreach and whatnot, some overzealous and radicalized pandemic restriction enforcers are hellbent on keeping us locked down forever.
00:35:57.320 Well, one might understand airlines taking additional cautionary measures to reduce the spread of, you know, at the onset of this whole thing two years ago or two and a half years ago.
00:36:08.260 with early alarmists suggesting we might be looking at a spanish flu caliber epidemic
00:36:14.500 the ongoing enforcement of restrictions by canadian airlines and the trudeau government's
00:36:19.180 apprehension to allow unvaccinated air travel well after most of the world had dropped these
00:36:25.400 mandates is indicative of an ideological rather than scientific agenda now we established that
00:36:32.820 last night if you'll recall on the show with that story that came out from the conversation
00:36:37.260 that shows us that these regulations had no basis in science whatsoever the eagerness of airlines
00:36:45.980 like west jet to terminate often without notification employees with careers spanning
00:36:50.640 decades based on their vaccination status further betrays their ideological marriage to the rapidly
00:36:56.260 crumbling crumbling misinformation that left-wing corporate media and politicians have been pushing
00:37:02.060 so that's the preamble 76 year old alec bielski flying west jet alleges he had some issues with
00:37:12.280 proper masking prior to falling asleep but the fact remains that mr bielski is a senior citizen
00:37:17.960 who made efforts to wear a mask despite his age and despite having numerous medical conditions
00:37:23.900 and this airline still saw fit to see him arrested chad williamson of williamson law
00:37:31.140 is serving as a legal counsel for Mr. Bielski at no cost to him because of fightthefines.com.
00:37:37.860 So this is a program that WestJet has been running for the past two and a half years where they raise
00:37:42.480 money from their viewership, which is quite extensive, by the way, not just in Canada now,
00:37:47.580 but Australia, Great Britain, the United States. And they pay for a lot of the legal costs that
00:37:54.380 these people face when they get ridiculous arrests and tickets made on them like this.
00:37:59.660 So if you want to see that entire story, go to rebelnews.com and check it out for yourself.
00:38:07.200 Now, let's continue on here.
00:38:10.160 That was an air-related story.
00:38:12.420 This is an air-related story.
00:38:13.940 From the National Post, in one month, Justin Trudeau used enough fuel to power a trucker convoy.
00:38:21.740 Because he's been flying all around, right?
00:38:24.540 B.C., Alberta.
00:38:26.420 He's in Quebec.
00:38:27.320 He was in the Maritimes.
00:38:28.340 now he's down in costa rica so let's check out the story here trudeau's month of feverish jet
00:38:33.560 travel consumed roughly enough fossil fuel to power a good-sized convoy of trucks not the convoy
00:38:41.880 just a good-sized convoy in july as calculated by the national post's brian passifium there were
00:38:49.480 only 11 days where trudeau was not traveling aboard the official prime ministerial jet in 20 trips
00:38:56.360 almost all of which were for photo ops or goodwill visits trudeau logged 26 238 kilometers of jet
00:39:04.640 travel this doesn't even include the the costa rica trip included a 5 500 kilometer flight to
00:39:12.780 spend six hours at the calgary stampede and a 62 kilometer hop between penticton and colona
00:39:18.560 in order to avoid rush hour traffic rush hour traffic between penticton and colona
00:39:24.400 that's absurd
00:39:33.520 all of the flying was done aboard the cc-144 challenger a bombardier made private jet that
00:39:42.260 is the smallest of the rcaf aircraft typically used for vip transport for longer journeys the
00:39:47.600 prime minister will take a converted former airline airliner known as the cc-150 polaris
00:39:54.400 nevertheless according to bombardier's own statistics on average fuel burn even if these
00:40:01.660 challenger flights had been operated at maximum fuel efficiency they would have consumed a minimum
00:40:07.000 of 33 000 yeah 33 310 liters of jet fuel a1 fuel that's roughly enough to fuel up an entire tanker
00:40:18.140 truck or a large backyard pool well jet fuel is not interchangeable with gasoline it can be used
00:40:25.220 to run diesel engines according to the government of canada's own statistics the average canadian
00:40:30.060 semi-truck consumes 39.5 liters of fuel for every 100 kilometers traveled this means if trudeau's
00:40:36.220 33 000 liters had been pumped into trucks instead of challenger jets it could have powered 32 of
00:40:41.920 them on a 2600 kilometer journey between regina and ottawa mr climate change
00:40:52.160 look man every time every time i see something this hypocritical i just laugh now i don't even
00:41:02.980 get mad i just laugh and i go okay okay this is what you show your trudeau supporting friends
00:41:09.940 mr climate change just but don't worry he's got carbon credits he bought carbon credits and what
00:41:16.120 exactly do they do these carbon offsets do they do anything what does that even mean well i paid
00:41:24.300 for this so that means i can burn fuel if you're going by their playbook all of this should be a
00:41:33.700 no-no all of this travel this is goodwill photo op bs but he does it anyway
00:41:42.500 and it's amazing to me that these climate alarmists out there can't see it or admit it
00:41:50.960 or they just omit it from their the little uh you know narrative that runs in their head
00:41:56.320 now this one guys this one comes from left-wing corporate ctv i should say extreme left-wing
00:42:04.940 corporate these days because that's what they've become toronto pearson's new tip on how to save
00:42:11.380 time at the airport all right now you know what's coming here you know it's going to be ridiculous
00:42:18.520 but let's read it anyway toronto pearson international airport took a social media
00:42:25.400 took to social media to share a new tip on how to save time when traveling back into the country
00:42:30.400 the airport said travelers could now use a new advanced declaration feature in the arrive can
00:42:37.180 app which allows people to submit their customs and immigration info up to 72 hours before arriving
00:42:43.380 so instead instead of saying drop the arrive can app it's ridiculous and by the way it's being
00:42:52.800 investigated right now by the privacy commissioner because it's taking information it doesn't need
00:42:57.620 and sharing it with other levels of government and who knows who else now they're saying no no
00:43:04.580 you can write it down 72 hours before you come back you don't have to worry about it it's not
00:43:07.880 a problem they actually think that's why people haven't been filling out that stupid thing or
00:43:13.200 using it at all because they haven't got the time
00:43:16.360 and of course the left-wing corporate ctv let did that oh this looks like a great story let's get
00:43:26.000 this out there people are going to love it it's going to save them time at the airport isn't this
00:43:30.060 just great that's that's the attitude they have or they are shamelessly covering things up
00:43:39.240 and I still don't know which one it is okay guys the reason that I have this story up here
00:43:49.020 it's very important it's not just for Winnipeggers Manitobans it's for all Canadians who are going
00:43:56.780 to be going through civic elections this fall and I think BC Saskatchewan Ontario Manitoba
00:44:03.360 definitely Quebec you're going to have civic elections so you're going to be voting for
00:44:08.760 city councilors town councilors reeves mayors school board all of that stuff and you need
00:44:16.460 to know who your candidates are now this clown here his name is omar kinarath and he is a full-on
00:44:25.700 antifa member so we're going to read this story because it seems like for whatever reason the
00:44:32.040 left-wing corporate media locally here in winnipeg just love this guy he's been on cctv
00:44:38.180 locally he's been on cbc he's even been on radio on cjob they put him on he is an tifa
00:44:47.100 last year i was at a rally at the legislature not a freedom rally this was uh the palestinian
00:44:55.960 versus a jewish thing and this guy was out there throwing shit including uh threats at the jewish
00:45:05.620 community across the street this guy was and now he's going to run for city council like that never
00:45:13.600 happened this guy's a loose cannon go look him up on facebook you'll see for yourself
00:45:18.700 he doesn't believe that people should have freedom of anything at all if they don't agree with his
00:45:26.840 worldview it's alarming really um so they say here in the cbc story omar kinarath issued
00:45:34.860 misogynist homophobic and anti-semitic tweets he now calls horrible he was doing it up till a year
00:45:41.760 ago did he have some kind of a wide awakening in the last 12 months no as a matter of fact he was
00:45:49.880 at one of the freedom rallies with a group of postal workers in one of the unions cup w i think
00:45:56.460 and they were also yelling profanity at the freedom people he was a member of that rally as
00:46:04.040 well he was there i saw him a winnipeg city council candidate says he takes full responsibility for
00:46:14.560 posting misogynist homophobic and anti-semitic content to social media a decade ago i don't
00:46:20.880 think so omar and wants voters to know he has changed he has not changed not a bit
00:46:31.480 omar kenarath a community organizer vying to unseat incumbent counselor cindy gilroy and
00:46:38.220 central winnipeg's daniel mcintyre ward this fall that's the osborne village and around
00:46:42.760 that area there said he's a better person than he was from 2011 to 2014 when he issued tweets
00:46:49.220 including derogatory references to women gay men and jews now the reason guys that i i wanted to
00:46:57.320 put this up tonight it's not just for the winnipeg crowd watching it's for all of us that
00:47:03.420 have these civic elections coming up a lot of us don't take these things very seriously these civic
00:47:09.080 elections and generally of all elections out there provincial federal and municipal these are by far
00:47:16.720 the lowest turnouts like sometimes in the 40s 45 to 48 that's the way it's been in winnipeg
00:47:22.820 that's i know that's how it's been in calgary edmonton the same thing and that's why these
00:47:29.760 cities continue to get extreme left-wing activists in their city council mayors even in some cases
00:47:39.260 like in calgary the last couple of mayors in calgary have been extreme left-wing uh
00:47:46.200 agitators. I'm not going to say agitators, but you get the meaning. This is how they think.
00:47:54.280 So we have to vet our candidates for council, for school trustee especially, and for mayor
00:48:01.740 in our own wards. We have to investigate them. We have to take the time. We can't just read
00:48:09.420 CBC articles like this one here
00:48:11.440 is actually defending him.
00:48:15.400 Oh, he's changed. Don't worry about it.
00:48:17.680 Omar's changed. He's absolutely changed.
00:48:19.980 He has not
00:48:21.420 changed.
00:48:23.060 Not even a little bit.
00:48:25.800 And Omar, I know that
00:48:27.560 if you were on the show right now,
00:48:29.220 I could goad you into doing
00:48:31.300 exactly what you've always done.
00:48:34.520 Because your temper
00:48:35.700 is very, very short.
00:48:39.420 so guys what you can expect in the next day once this video gets posted is all kinds of antifa
00:48:47.900 activity will happen in the comment section not right now because they're not watching it but
00:48:52.060 some of them will get a sniff of what i said tonight and they'll be all over it tomorrow you
00:48:56.300 can bet so i will be going through the comments like a hawk tomorrow because i expect all kinds
00:49:04.280 of insults how do we fight these arrive can tickets and fines ah so you guys you guys actually
00:49:13.260 helped me in the comments last night when i couldn't remember the name of the organization
00:49:17.460 that is using the bill of rights to defend us from all of these tickets so this is one of the
00:49:24.040 ladies i had on the show a couple of weeks ago let's watch what she says about how to fight the
00:49:28.880 arrive can't quarantine we see that there is no provision for these people to be issuing tickets
00:49:35.100 then that means all of you folks out there that have toilet paper tickets don't flush them
00:49:41.340 take them to court and wipe the court's butt with them that was rebecca shepherd from stanford v
00:49:47.820 knowledge is power what follows is my interpretation aided by my internet research it is not to be
00:49:54.380 taken as legal advice. I'm going to talk about the Arrive Can app first, then what to do if you do
00:49:59.380 get a ticket. Firstly, you don't need to use the Arrive Can app. It says so right in the app
00:50:04.380 description. Use this if they try to deny you boarding on your flight. It's in the description
00:50:08.920 for the app on Android and iPhone app stores. You don't need to install the app to see this
00:50:14.720 description. Click on description to see it from the app store. Will not be denied boarding of
00:50:20.160 their flight or entry to Canada if they do not use ArriveCAN. Then you get to scare texts about
00:50:25.340 quarantines and fines. To reiterate what Officer Patrick McNulty from the Canada Border Services
00:50:30.680 Agency CVSA has told us, CVSA officers don't write the tickets. They pass the buck to the
00:50:37.260 Public Health Agency of Canada, PHAC. Your best bet is to not talk to the Public Health Agency
00:50:43.440 PHAC representative. Walk by them. Once you've been cleared by the CVSA Canada Border Officer,
00:50:49.040 They don't have your address or phone number.
00:50:51.280 It's not in your passport.
00:50:52.920 When you land and you're directed to go speak, they're going to call it PHAC, Public Health Agency of Canada.
00:50:58.940 When they say go speak to them, no.
00:51:01.180 Your passport says you cannot be denied entry.
00:51:04.580 They can't pass on any information to the public health representative that would be able to write you a ticket.
00:51:09.960 They don't have your address or phone number.
00:51:11.760 See the video featuring Officer Patrick McMelty for information on not talking to PHAC and avoiding a quarantine act fine entirely.
00:51:20.040 Ring the bell, share this video, subscribe, and let's put an end to Arrive Can.
00:51:24.140 My name is Rohan Kumar Paul. I founded the war campaign with my brethren four years ago.
00:51:29.420 Politics is downstream from culture, and the culture has become degenerate and retrograde.
00:51:34.600 Now let's talk about if you do get a ticket and a fine.
00:51:37.020 you can fight it stand up for your rights stand up for our country and our freedoms and liberties
00:51:43.340 and there are people who are taking deals out for these $6,500 tickets because the tickets are so
00:51:51.060 incredibly high it's intimidating and so they're going into the courts and some of them are getting
00:51:56.380 lawyers and what are the lawyers doing telling them oh all you can do is take a deal no you
00:52:01.800 could do that a lot more than take a deal you can stand up for your rights and say no public health
00:52:05.540 in quotes, officers are not peace officers. The Quarantine Act is clear. It defines peace
00:52:11.600 officers by referring to the definition in the criminal code. The ticket was written by a public
00:52:16.300 health officer. The public health officer does not have the jurisdiction to write these tickets.
00:52:21.140 He's not a peace officer and he's not designated under the regulation in the order in council.
00:52:27.180 Therefore, there's no chance of conviction. So I would like the court to dismiss these charges.
00:52:32.420 Because public health representatives are not peace officers, it effectively invalidates the tickets, which is why these tickets are often being thrown out when contested.
00:52:42.360 Or they might try to stall you out applying pressure, hoping you'll fold before the court date and then withdrawing charges at the last minute.
00:52:50.240 Know your rights, brethren. We say hail here at the War Campaign because we value those old virtues, honor, accountability, integrity, and loyalty.
00:53:01.380 They're lacking in today's society, and we want to bring them back.
00:53:04.640 Help us to do that and share out this video and pass it on so no more shall people submit to overreach, government overreach that must end.
00:53:15.240 Hail, brethren, and hail freedom.
00:53:17.400 i founded a comic book company that celebrates heroism while entertaining and featuring top
00:53:22.120 quality art and story i like this guy number one and number two vestige number three launches in
00:53:28.120 a week and spreading the word is a great way to help okay okay okay okay war campaign on youtube
00:53:33.000 guys go find it yeah you know what i gotta get that guy on the show i think it would be fantastic
00:53:40.160 to get that guy on the show like seriously i didn't even you know what somebody sent me this
00:53:46.060 I think it was yesterday or maybe this morning, and I watched it and I went, I like this.
00:53:50.680 I got to put this on the show tonight.
00:53:52.400 And now I'm thinking, I got to get this guy on.
00:53:55.920 Also, I want to get Rebecca back on from Stand For Thee because now she's talking about these arrive can tickets.
00:54:03.160 Tomorrow night, you guys, Mark Friesen, the Grizzly Patriot, is going to be joining the show.
00:54:09.600 And the topic is going to be Marcus Ray and all of those independent media people that he's got following him.
00:54:21.640 And Mark knows a hell of a lot more than I do about this guy.
00:54:27.040 And I know a lot.
00:54:29.600 All right.
00:54:30.260 So make sure you're here for that.
00:54:34.820 So this is from Liberty.
00:54:37.420 Odessa Orlowitz is Canadian.
00:54:39.600 social media platform and the title this is the belligerent abuse canadians face when arriving
00:54:45.980 home from abroad but again remember take the abuse so what it doesn't matter you don't have
00:54:52.760 to talk to these health canada people at the airport just walk right past it check this out
00:54:57.940 i'm designated in the province of material to issue contravention fines if people do not comply
00:55:02.740 so if you don't want to comply oh give us your option yeah you can't we'll take a fine that's
00:55:07.880 Yes, I do. You can't tell me what to do my job. You cannot tell me what is required of me when I write the fine.
00:55:15.880 You'll give us back the passports when you're done with them?
00:55:18.880 Absolutely. They're not going to keep it. They just need you information. You'll get it right. As soon as they're done with it, they get information.
00:55:24.880 Since nothing makes sense, it's hard for us to trust anyone because nothing makes sense, so that's why we don't want to give our passports away.
00:55:29.880 But you'll definitely give us back our passports?
00:55:31.880 you will get your passports back they're not going to keep it they're going to make sure
00:55:37.740 everything is okay and then i also need to verify your vaccination status no we do not need this
00:55:42.880 yeah no you don't that's another fine like that yeah good put it on add it to the fine
00:55:49.140 no no no no add it to the fines add it to the fines add it to the fines if they're the bylaws
00:55:54.920 sure okay because i have to write all fines i have to fill out forms those forms going to take
00:55:59.640 about an hour i thought you'd do that yeah sure an hour you know you can't have your cake and eat
00:56:03.840 it too that's oh yeah this is very cakey this is so cakey yeah this is so cakey 0.53
00:56:08.560 look at this idiot when you travel there's consequences you can't follow the rules no 0.52
00:56:15.120 sure yeah rules just like just like in world war ii there are lots of rules then too 0.87
00:56:24.080 oh then just do your job and take our passports together and take an hour
00:56:28.500 reporting passes sir i need no you don't warning passes no you don't no you don't give us a bill
00:56:35.460 please uh um give us a ticket for it then as a federal officer what's required
00:56:44.580 please add the fine to it so please add the fine please
00:56:47.220 that makes it easier for everybody
00:56:49.440 I don't have it
00:56:50.800 I don't have it either
00:56:51.640 that's going to take longer
00:56:53.100 I can't
00:56:58.380 you know what I can't do it
00:56:59.760 I can't
00:57:00.420 I can't
00:57:03.440 I cannot watch that anymore
00:57:07.400 it's outrageous
00:57:08.580 so you know what I mean if you get a guy like that too
00:57:11.080 just laugh at him
00:57:12.920 and say no
00:57:13.880 no
00:57:15.240 nah
00:57:17.220 I'm not, I'm sorry.
00:57:20.060 Now, if you get like a, you might get a nice one as well.
00:57:24.020 You know, they're not going to all act like that, but that guy clearly, you know, he was
00:57:29.020 probably beaten up as a kid, doesn't really have any import in his life.
00:57:33.580 Right.
00:57:33.920 So this job makes him feel like the king of his own little hill and he is going to just
00:57:41.180 come down hard on you if you don't comply and he doesn't care what it is you're complying
00:57:46.420 with.
00:57:47.220 It doesn't matter to him.
00:57:50.300 Everybody's got their own little reasons for doing what they're doing when it comes to these Branch Covidians. 0.54
00:57:56.540 But I think that's a pretty big one.
00:57:59.520 If you go through the crowd of all the Branch Covidians, you find that these people, you know, they've never really felt important in their life. 0.97
00:58:06.540 Never really counted for much.
00:58:07.980 At least that's how they feel about themselves.
00:58:10.220 I believe everybody counts in some way.
00:58:13.500 But that's probably how they feel about themselves.
00:58:15.740 And so when they have the opportunity to take somebody down, they will.
00:58:22.000 And if they get jobs like that with some kind of authority.
00:58:26.020 Now, I don't know if that guy was a health officer or if he was.
00:58:29.780 I think he was a health officer, in which case he has no jurisdiction to write the tickets anyway.
00:58:34.380 We just found that out.
00:58:37.080 So, yeah, and you can tell him that he can give you the ticket.
00:58:41.360 You go to court and say, this guy doesn't have any authority to give me anything.
00:58:45.740 right out it goes thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars so that's what they're
00:58:53.240 using guys as intimidation on us just like the lockdowns last year and the tickets they were
00:58:58.420 writing for having too many people over in your home or not wearing a mask in a public place
00:59:02.860 or keeping your establishment open when you shouldn't have been according to them all of
00:59:07.620 that stuff bluster nothing nothing just a bunch of ridiculousness they're clogging the courts up
00:59:15.460 with. And I'm hoping by now that anybody who gets a ticket or had gotten the ticket fought the damn
00:59:22.520 thing. You know that more mandates and lockdowns are coming this fall and they're going to be doing
00:59:29.080 the same thing they did before. But if we all stand up and say, no, I'm sorry, they can write
00:59:33.960 all the tickets they want to write and it's not going to matter. And you know, something else,
00:59:42.700 Because so much respect has been lost from our long-standing Canadian institutions, like the courts and the police services and doctors, the health care system, all of that.
00:59:56.100 I'm not sure if I went to court, you know, I still have these two tickets.
01:00:00.360 The Manitoba government has not responded to my response yet.
01:00:04.120 I'm sure because they're backed up, especially with summer vacations and all of the people out sick with COVID.
01:00:09.180 If I, you know, I'd probably wind up going to court for this.
01:00:14.140 And let's say they do find me guilty.
01:00:17.140 They will also have to find me in contempt because I will not pay any fines they issue me.
01:00:22.960 And I will not acknowledge their decision.
01:00:27.940 That's how strongly I feel about this whole ridiculousness, right?
01:00:32.020 A cop said to me one time, you only have as much authority as a person grants you.
01:00:39.180 right?
01:00:40.700 So he gave me this example.
01:00:42.520 And the example was he had pulled somebody over under suspicion of drunk
01:00:46.220 driving.
01:00:47.900 And he got the guy out of the car.
01:00:49.460 The guy comes out.
01:00:50.580 And usually in a scenario like that,
01:00:52.460 they'll smell your breath.
01:00:53.380 They'll make you walk the line,
01:00:55.200 you know,
01:00:55.500 the standard stuff.
01:00:57.060 But the cop said to me,
01:00:58.200 what if I made this guy hop on one foot for five minutes and then hop on the
01:01:01.820 other foot for another five minutes and go down and do some pushups and then
01:01:04.920 run on the spot for another five minutes.
01:01:07.180 Do you think he would do it?
01:01:09.180 No, because your orders need to be reasonable.
01:01:14.240 And those orders are not reasonable in the example I just gave.
01:01:17.960 And the same thing goes, I believe, for all of this ridiculousness regarding breathing barriers, lockdowns, allowing people over to your home, all these, what do they call them?
01:01:27.620 Cells that we were in, a two-person bunker, whatever the hell they called it.
01:01:33.480 All ridiculous then and even more ridiculous today.
01:01:39.180 And so at that point, yeah, sure.
01:01:41.000 Find me in contempt.
01:01:41.960 I have contempt for you and your whole organization.
01:01:45.480 Judge.
01:01:47.320 If you're going to uphold this kind of crap without even looking at the charter of rights and freedoms or the bill of rights.
01:01:55.880 Enough is enough.

01:04:10.360 the show tonight you guys let me go through some of your comments here very quickly they come in
01:04:14.840 so quickly you guys that it's very hard for me to keep up with them especially when i'm trying to
01:04:19.740 I get a story out to you or I'm I'm I'm ranting or I'm doing an interview.
01:04:26.340 So I want to go back and see what we have.
01:04:28.420 But then again, you know what?
01:04:30.520 A lot of these comments are in response to other comments, and I don't see them in the
01:04:36.780 order that you guys see them in.
01:04:38.480 Was it a bubble, Olga?
01:04:39.620 Olga says it was a bubble, a two person bubble or two house bubble.
01:04:43.520 That's what they called it there.
01:04:44.900 You know what?
01:04:45.300 They might try and bubble us again, but I'm not bubbling.
01:04:48.660 I hope you're not bubbling either.
01:04:52.960 Yes, they are, Corona. Lockdowns are coming again.
01:05:00.500 He's like Levitt on Barney Miller.
01:05:02.920 A little pipsqueak. Is that the video I played there?
01:05:06.960 Randolph? I think that's probably the guy you're talking to.
01:05:09.880 The guy with the power.
01:05:11.740 mike says i love when cops put you in cuffs and say it's for your safety and mine how the
01:05:21.180 f is it putting me in cuffs keeping me safe well it depends on the situation i suppose you know
01:05:26.560 not all cops are bad people right and if somebody is out of control they're going to have to
01:05:32.780 you know restrain them somehow however having said that if your violation
01:05:38.200 is not wearing a breathing barrier or inciting mischief like tomorrow leach and they had her
01:05:45.540 in shackles well then that's ridiculous that is absolute that's making an example which is a
01:05:52.720 tactic police use that i don't happen to agree with um thank you susie for for that compliment
01:06:00.000 great show tonight shadow thank you for that well i'm already at the good night part here
01:06:06.580 oh wait a minute mike says i don't think lockdowns are coming but i think matt well you know what
01:06:11.580 dude i think that they are going to try and do the uh the lockdowns but they're not going to do
01:06:16.580 them the same way they did last time i think this is going to be more of a rolling lockdown type
01:06:21.740 thing oh look we've got an outbreak in charleswood lock it down so everything from roblin south is
01:06:30.520 locked down everything from the moray bridge west is locked down from the perimeter east is locked
01:06:35.520 down and then south it doesn't matter you got the railway tracks that whole area of town
01:06:40.820 locked down because that's that's how they do it right it's the same tactic as um vilifying the
01:06:49.480 rich that politicians use and we're gonna make the rich pay their fair share well that's because
01:06:54.680 there's not many rich and all of the 99 of the other people are going to get together and say
01:06:59.160 yeah they should pay their fair share right well that's the same thing it's using the minority
01:07:05.880 it's divide and conquer ultimately right it's you shut down one part of town or one town
01:07:11.740 the rest of the towns don't care because it's not them and this is something mark
01:07:16.760 friesen again he's going to come on the show tomorrow night the grizzly patriot talked about
01:07:21.520 in his presentation here in manitoba a couple of months ago he said that the only time certain
01:07:28.180 people will take up this fight is when they and their families are finally affected by all of the
01:07:35.080 nonsense and i think with the food shortages that are going to be coming our way that's closer than
01:07:40.080 we think anyway that is it for the show tonight you guys i'll catch you tomorrow eight o'clock
01:07:44.760 central for another shadow at night live stream until then i love you all and i will talk to you
01:07:50.700 soon. Bye for now.
