00:03:48.820 spent six years of my life working in radio in kingston ontario and i spent a few nights
00:03:53.980 at his establishment way back in the early well not the early 2000s probably the mid 2000s
00:03:59.220 and i enjoyed myself very very much he ran into some problems with the ontario government in the
00:04:06.100 past couple of years regarding these ridiculous covid regulations got some very good news on
00:04:11.400 monday kelly joins the show in just a couple of minutes also there was some bedlam bedlam i tell
00:04:17.980 you at a winnipeg school board meeting last night we're going to have patrick allard who was there
00:04:24.060 join the show in a little while to tell us all about it already hit piece articles being written
00:04:29.580 in the winnipeg free press and there has been a a letter released by the school board apologizing
00:04:37.560 for the hate that took over the meeting that took over the meeting last night so winnipeg
00:04:44.560 alternative media came up with some video and they weren't supposed to because there was a no live
00:04:49.560 streaming policy going on i guess they don't really want people to know what happened at the
00:04:55.260 meeting so they can lie about it the next day but there was some video taken and we do have a couple
00:05:00.460 of clips from that which will play for you in a little while so the show is being broadcast tonight
00:05:06.260 now look we got a suspension on facebook 51 500 followers on facebook are not able to watch the

00:05:50.320 changing the rules but i i threw it up on youtube tonight as a joke this is not going to be anything

00:11:39.980 the class one drivers would help but the mechanic certified to do in-house safeties is definitely
00:11:46.600 a plum job position available right now at north main trucking if you want more information get
00:11:52.340 a hold of pete at 204-338-1266 that's 204-338-1266 or you can apply online at northmain trucking.com
00:12:04.840 that is northmain trucking.com all right please welcome to the show the former owner proprietor
00:12:11.760 of a place called jack tuesdays in kingston ontario kelly hale kelly you got some great
00:12:16.840 news on monday i want to cover that in just a second but first welcome to the show and thank
00:12:20.540 you for coming on tonight really appreciate it yeah thanks for having me shadow it's a pleasure
00:12:24.680 to be on your show my friend okay so um tell us what the what the what the hell happened on Monday
00:12:31.580 because you were in a battle with these guys for the longest time yeah well the battle started back
00:12:36.580 in September of 2021 so uh trial on Monday we'll backtrack a bit Friday the prosecutor for the city
00:12:44.300 of Kingston called me and wanted to make a deal so I'm automatically thinking prosecutors don't
00:12:50.520 call and make deals if they have a slam dunk case against you why would they want to make a deal
00:12:54.380 so i had 10 counts against me uh eight of them were with the reopening act of ontario
00:13:00.940 and the covid measures count nine was uh inhibiting or prohibiting bylaw for doing their
00:13:09.120 job because i had a no trespassing sign on my front door so they basically said you can't come
00:13:13.680 without a warrant they came in anyways uh and count 10 was operating with a suspended business
00:13:19.420 license so the first two tickets they gave me on September 24th of 2021 were not enforcing the
00:13:26.500 Vax passports and not enforcing masking which I never did any of the time during the pandemic so
00:13:31.840 that started everything you know so it was it was crazy so they were willing to to drop the first
00:13:38.740 nine counts and have me plead guilty just to operating with suspended business license
00:13:43.460 so I'm thinking what's the trickery here and when I thought about it I couldn't plead to that because
00:13:49.200 my business license was taken away because of my non-compliance to the reopening act of ontario
00:13:54.620 and it would have tied directly into the public health appeal i have for the closure order and
00:13:58.660 it would have wiped everything away so i said no said if you're not going to drop all 10 charges
00:14:04.440 we'll see and we'll see you in trial on monday so we went to trial not long into the trial she
00:14:09.720 wanted to go to a breakout room and see if we could pass out a deal again and when we got there
00:14:15.200 I said, I am willing to make a deal with you, but here's what I want.
00:14:19.100 You drop nine counts, I'll plead guilty to count nine, which is operating or inhibiting bylaw from coming into my business,
00:14:25.320 which has nothing to do with the Reopening Act, nothing to do with the COVID measures.
00:14:28.900 I could add that trespassing, no trespassing sign up 10 years ago, even before the pandemic.
00:14:33.560 So it had no tie in to the Reopening Act tickets that I got.
00:14:39.280 But Kelly, I mean, are they allowed to just barge into your place of business without a warrant like that?
00:14:45.200 well no they're not and that's that sign obviously had some merit to it or why were they trying to
00:14:52.100 make a deal and drop all these charges the prosecutor tried to say it was because it wasn't
00:14:55.780 the public interest anymore because the pandemic is over you know the measures have gone we see
00:15:01.220 to move on it's almost like that amnesty thing right you know we did all this to you but let's
00:15:05.020 just forget about it now the mootness thing that courts have been ruling all across the country
00:15:09.320 well it's no longer a thing so it's moot move on next but no you were you were not willing to drop
00:15:14.500 it which is great thank you no and i stood my ground from day one uh i wasn't going to back
00:15:19.740 down and standing my ground was the only way you know with integrity and the morals that i have i
00:15:24.640 wasn't going to back down i knew everything they were doing was illegal i knew it was illegal for
00:15:28.380 me to ask for personal medical information uh so i just said no and this is where we got to now so
00:15:34.660 it's been quite the ride that's for sure shadow that must have been some news after all this
00:15:39.920 all this fighting and tension and and you know probably lack of sleep I'm sure this has not
00:15:45.320 been good for your physical health I'm not I'm sure it's not been good for your relationships
00:15:48.980 with people and uh whatnot so what a relief and what an elation to get that news on Monday
00:15:54.760 yeah it was it was nice uh it was it was a weight off my shoulders but I won't lie I mean the good
00:16:00.900 Lord has carried me through this battle and it hasn't really been as a heavy burden as I thought
00:16:06.120 it was i didn't realize how heavy the burden was till after monday when they dropped those charges
00:16:10.160 and it was it was a big weight off my shoulders but i didn't really realize it when i was going
00:16:15.720 through the battles because i just knew i had to stick it out and i knew that things would get
00:16:18.780 taken care of you know kelly i ask this of everybody uh who's in a position like you are
00:16:25.960 or were and that is what was your awakening moment when did you realize hey wait a minute this this
00:16:33.280 is going too far these guys are intruding in my personal life and my business life and
00:16:37.840 that's enough already well i'd done enough research through the through the lockdowns
00:16:44.660 into many many things i've i've always been searching and trying to do figure things out
00:16:51.520 i've done a lot of research that way and when they were talking about this virus coming out
00:16:56.820 some of the research i had done i knew that wuhan was where they first launched worldwide 5g
00:17:04.700 so knew that i just in my heart i knew this was related to 5g somehow and i knew it wasn't what
00:17:11.020 they were telling us that it was so when this all started i just said no it's not right something's
00:17:16.380 not right here i smell a rat and i just i went with my instinct and my critical thinking skills
00:17:21.440 and I just stood up to it and here we are. Was that right at the beginning or was that when we
00:17:27.100 just started hearing rumblings of this weirdness coming out of China or was it when they finally
00:17:33.120 decided to shut us all down in March of 2020? That's well then when they did that in March of
00:17:38.060 2020 I knew that this I knew something was wrong I knew it wasn't right so I knew like I and
00:17:44.900 obviously being shut down at first I wasn't you know I was locked down eight out of eight out of
00:17:50.440 18 months during that first part of all the lockdown so it wasn't till and the funny thing
00:17:56.020 was I I predicted every lockdown within days when they were going to do something next right and it
00:18:02.080 wasn't really a prediction they tell us in advance what they're going to do so I just through
00:18:05.480 researching and looking for what they're doing I could predict it and I and really shadow I got
00:18:11.140 to a point like many businesses did that that had to close the financial burden was was was getting
00:18:16.680 to be too much and i was i was a lockdown away from probably not surviving anyways so i predicted
00:18:23.080 the next lockdown was going to be at thanksgiving and that's the only one i was wrong about because
00:18:28.000 it came around christmas time the last one so i just thought i'm not gonna let this happen i'm
00:18:34.740 gonna i'm gonna go out with a fight and i stood my ground and i stood for what i believed to be
00:18:39.520 right and those tickets being dropped proves that i was right the whole time you know kelly i
00:18:46.600 I want to go back in time a little bit.
00:18:49.760 I spent a lot of my, the first decade of this century in Kingston working at a radio station called K-Rock.
00:18:57.200 And I remember Kingston to be a warm, welcoming and loving place.
00:19:02.380 I mean, I made so many great friends there and I had so many great memories in Kingston.
00:19:09.080 Is it still the same kind of a place?
00:19:11.840 What kind of opposition have you faced in the last couple of years from people?
00:19:16.160 Did you get a lot of a lot of hate? Well, of course, from the mainstream media side of things, as you know, how corrupt the mainstream media is and how bought off it is.
00:19:27.640 So the mainstream media made me out to be the villain. I was the bad guy. You know, I was endangering people's lives.
00:19:34.540 You know, I was that guy. So they twisted everything to, you know, for their own narrative, which they always do.
00:19:41.300 and that's kind of how things took off once I took the stance with the Novak passports and
00:19:47.860 the people great people still it's more the the government side of things but I've had a lot of
00:19:55.960 support obviously the people that just follow the mainstream media and believed in all of this virus
00:20:00.960 and everything that was going on they believed that I was a danger to to the community and I
00:20:05.720 and I understand that. That's where they're at. But the amount of support I had from other people
00:20:11.780 was pretty crazy. I'll give you an example. When I said no to the VAX passports the week of
00:20:18.680 September 22nd, that first week, by that Sunday, I was running out of food. I couldn't even keep up
00:20:26.100 to the demand. There was people driving from as much as five hours away just to come and have
00:20:30.680 lunch and say, thank you for standing up. Thank you for battling this injustice that they're
00:20:35.020 throwing on us so it was pretty humbling and pretty overwhelming i remember watching a video
00:20:40.720 one night from you guys at jack tuesdays and i looked like there was about 50 people crowded
00:20:46.080 into this one space i'm not sure if there were i think there might have been a game or something
00:20:49.860 on tv but it looked like you guys had just gotten a real good piece of news and you were celebrating
00:20:54.260 something and i thought wow that's great and our friend jeff stone said you got to get kelly on the
00:20:58.680 Aaron. Uh, I think I reached out to you right now. That's right. That's an investigation
00:21:05.060 and security. And, and I thought, you know, uh, I'll reach out and I did. And then things just
00:21:10.640 kind of spiraled out of control because I believe at that point we're still in the middle of
00:21:14.840 lockdowns or reopenings, lockdowns or reopenings. You were busy with many different things.
00:21:19.520 What method did you use to fight all of this nonsense in court?
00:21:25.460 Well, I've self-represented from day one, and I obviously, they took everything from me, so I was forced to do that.
00:21:33.160 I didn't have the financial means to even pay for a lawyer.
00:21:36.860 Luckily, I've had a paralegal, her name's Jane Scarf. She's an amazing woman. 0.99
00:21:40.820 She's been a big help. Another good friend of mine, Dave Freedom, who had similar charges,
00:21:45.000 but on the criminal side for protesting in Toronto, his charges were dropped too.
00:21:50.260 And what we've all stood by through this process is the Canadian Bill of Rights.
00:21:54.180 And every time I've used that in court cases, they've ignored it.
00:21:57.800 Even in my last public health appeal, we put in four new case laws that proved that the Canadian Bill of Rights is municipal and provincial as well.
00:22:06.240 See, they try to tell you it's just a federal thing.
00:22:08.400 But even going back to that, it was federal from day one for me because of the enforcement side.
00:22:15.200 Section 25 of the criminal code, which is policing, is enforcement.
00:22:18.520 And that's a federal thing.
00:22:20.400 So it was always has been that they know the they know the power of the Bill of Rights, the Bill of Rights.
00:22:25.860 So they've been pushing me away from it. And that's what we've stood by.
00:22:29.000 And it was interesting, Kelly, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but I've spoken to several lawyers in the past couple of years and I've said, hey, what about the Bill of Rights?
00:22:36.220 There's a group going around saying that this is definitely a way to get off of these things, because unlike the charter, there is no section one.
00:22:44.240 There is reasonable limits, right? Yeah, there is no way.
00:22:46.900 And reasonable limits can be defined as anything, as we found out in the past few years.
00:22:50.880 But the Bill of Rights is an absolute thing.
00:22:53.440 And these lawyers all came back to me one by one, and they said this.
00:22:57.040 The Bill of Rights is only a statute.
00:22:59.220 It is not enshrined in the Constitution.
00:23:02.860 The Bill of Rights received royal ascension.
00:23:05.440 The Charter of Rights and Freedom never did.
00:23:08.160 That is true.
00:23:09.500 And so there's so many things that people don't know.
00:23:12.020 but was it difficult to even get a judge to acknowledge the bill of rights when you used it
00:23:18.440 in court well they they ignore it and they've cheated and lied the whole way through that's
00:23:24.460 the problem right it's it's so there's so much corruption in the system and i've i've seen that
00:23:29.660 firsthand believe me and like i said the last the last public health appeal in the decision not to
00:23:36.240 overturn my appeal the second time they didn't even acknowledge that case law and case law is
00:23:41.720 a pretty solid thing when it gets under canley it's it's law it's there and this is where lawyers
00:23:48.260 go to prove their points and prove their cases why why wouldn't they accept that case law if it's
00:23:54.080 there why would they just simply ignore it and then furthermore they come to you with this
00:23:59.840 plea arrangement that they want to make knowing that they're going to lose obviously and the bill
00:24:06.020 of rights your argument with the bill of rights probably had something to do with it even though
00:24:09.620 they don't acknowledge it. That's right. Well, this is the problem. And they know that if they
00:24:15.100 acknowledge it, they will have to overturn my appeal with public health. And see, everything
00:24:19.640 was based on those first two bylaw tickets. Even in the order that they brought me from public
00:24:24.140 health, those tickets were listed in that order. So they based everything they did to me on
00:24:28.220 something that I pled not guilty for and never had a day in court for. And now those tickets
00:24:32.220 are completely wiped away. Wow. Let me ask you this. I know you had an awakening in the last
00:24:43.660 couple of years going through all of this turmoil. Can you talk about that, please?
00:24:47.520 Sure. Well, throughout the process of being locked down and being a truther and seeking
00:24:52.920 knowledge, I dug even deeper into really what's going on in this world. And I found out some
00:24:57.900 some real evil things about this world and I've never been a saint I mean I've had fun in my life
00:25:04.840 and done my things but I was never heavy into anything bad but I got gripped by some addictions
00:25:11.080 during the lockdown I got heavily addicted to cocaine I was smoking a lot of marijuana every
00:25:16.320 day I was drinking more than I normally did I was popping Percocets anytime I could get them I
00:25:20.880 battled Percocet addiction a couple other times in my life from a car accident I had in 2008 so
00:25:26.460 I know what battling addiction is about, and I know what withdrawal from addiction is about.
00:25:30.440 So I got wrapped up in all that, and I didn't realize it, and it just spiraled.
00:25:36.640 And I was killing myself slowly, and I got to a point of rock bottom.
00:25:40.820 I'm not going to lie.
00:25:41.500 I had no choice.
00:25:42.380 I cried out to God, and he lifted me up.
00:25:45.100 So the last two years of my life, as much as I've lost, I've gained so much more.
00:25:50.620 I've got a community of people that have supported me, people who are believers in God.
00:25:55.580 It's just amazing. So when I put that sign up, St. Odovac's Passports, all welcome at Jack's on September 6th, God compelled me to put that sign up.
00:26:06.860 And I was obedient. And because I was obedient, he has seen this through.
00:26:10.660 So all the downs that we've had and times that we thought we were going to beat these guys and they overturned my appeals and didn't accept it.
00:26:17.700 I didn't lose faith. I just kept my faith in God that this was going to work out and he was going to take care of it.
00:26:22.680 Because you've probably heard the saying, God doesn't give you more than you can handle.
00:26:26.240 But I add to it and say, he also doesn't set you up to fail.
00:26:29.180 If he puts you in a position to do something, he's going to see it through.
00:26:32.880 And because I was obedient, this is where he's taken me.
00:26:36.020 And it's been an amazing ride.
00:26:38.220 And I wouldn't change it for the world.
00:26:39.640 And I'm in a much better place now because of it.
00:26:42.540 And the funny thing is, when I gave my life over to Jesus, it was March of 2021.
00:26:51.900 my uncle my mom's uh my mom's brother prayed for me for over 15 years to come back to to god and
00:26:59.700 my mom died in 2003 of lung cancer and she was a very spiritual believer and a very faithful person
00:27:05.540 and i got angry when that happened and i couldn't understand why so i got lost a bit there too
00:27:11.000 and i i drifted away and getting angry at god it just made it hard for me to come back and
00:27:16.960 and when he prayed i i just i remember calling him one day when i hit rock bottom and i said
00:27:20.840 thanks for your prayers god found me and since that day it's been a whirlwind and the irony is
00:27:26.700 after march when i was uh reborn and came back to christ i'll tell you it was it was pretty cool but
00:27:33.080 then the enemy got back in and it wasn't till like it was about you know june july and august of
00:27:39.840 2021 was probably when i had the worst part of my addictions when i really went hard and it was in
00:27:47.460 august of 2021 i went to bed uh one night it was a saturday night i went to bed and i just prayed
00:27:55.220 for god to take alcohol away from me and this is the amazing part of it that tells me it couldn't
00:27:59.920 have been anything but god because the next morning i woke up and i cracked a beer and i
00:28:03.320 couldn't even drink it because it tasted like garbage and i instantly stopped drinking and
00:28:06.740 within two weeks he cleaned me of every addiction i was even on medication for anxiety depression
00:28:11.020 for years which have crippling withdrawal if you miss miss your doses and i didn't have any
00:28:17.140 withdrawal from anything that i had been doing he cleaned me completely and i know now that he
00:28:22.820 cleaned me because of the stand and where he put me to do what i'm doing and he's seeing it through
00:28:27.200 so it's it's been it's been an amazing ride shadow you've still got more of the ride to do uh i think
00:28:33.080 you were telling me earlier this afternoon that you were assigned to do some community service
00:28:37.280 in Kingston uh during was it during the pandemic yeah well that that that stemmed from when they
00:28:43.460 brought the first court order on me and when they brought that when public health brought that first
00:28:47.600 court order when the sheriff and the police came I was fully expecting them to lock my doors
00:28:51.120 and what we did was a little bit of trickery my landlord before that I had said I'm I'm worried
00:28:58.540 about vandalism with all the stand I'm taking I'm worried something might happen to your property
00:29:02.620 and i said i'm gonna i think i'm gonna have to stay here and he said go ahead caught it back he
00:29:07.300 denied it after but that's fine and so i went and changed my address to my business address on my
00:29:12.960 driver's license so when the police came that day i said this is my residence you can't kick me out
00:29:17.320 of here so it bought us time the sneaky little things we did and so i was fully expecting them
00:29:23.700 either lock my doors or or arrest me for telling them to leave and they left so that was so when
00:29:30.020 we went to court on the 19th of November, they served me with a contempt of court charge. And I
00:29:35.480 had to go defend that and got played. I got found guilty of contempt of court. And my punishment was
00:29:39.880 community service. So this is this is God for you. I ended up at the Mission Bible thrift store in
00:29:44.840 Kingston doing community service. So that's not punishment. I'm there helping and doing good
00:29:49.700 community service. It was it was all set up. It was perfect. You got an idea there, though.
00:29:55.900 well i guess i got and this is only an idea right like we're not we're not going to say that this
00:30:01.760 is actually full-blown happening because it's just an idea but i think it's a marvelous idea
00:30:06.440 well i'll tell you what oh this and this this is this is how god strips things and how he's done
00:30:12.500 things in my life last couple years so i woke up at three in the morning last night i couldn't sleep
00:30:16.840 and uh for those believers and those christians out there they know god's voice they know when
00:30:23.360 he's speaking to you. And that's the obedient part of it. So when he asked you to do something,
00:30:28.000 you just do it. You're a good and faithful servant. And I couldn't sleep. And I'm sitting
00:30:31.880 there thinking, I'm sharing stuff on Facebook, and I'm just in my head wondering, you know,
00:30:36.100 what do I do? I'm thinking, Jack Tuesdays, because of what they've done to me. I mean,
00:30:41.080 I'm getting messages from Australia, New Zealand, all over the world, people supporting me. So
00:30:44.900 they've taken the Jack Tuesdays name and branded it worldwide. So everybody, there's so many people
00:30:50.160 that know the name now and i'm thinking somehow there has to be a jack tuesdays again it has you
00:30:55.460 know he's he's put it there for this to be used again for some purpose and some plan and i'm
00:31:01.500 thinking how do we get around the government you know whether it's a charitable thing you know
00:31:06.540 thinking what if we did you know just open another place and do it by donation you know and just
00:31:11.200 just take care of people and if they can pay they can pay and if they want to donate they
00:31:14.940 could donate because there's so many people that have supported me that want to come back and be
00:31:18.740 a part of jack tuesdays again so i'm thinking okay something along the donation line and then
00:31:23.640 i'm not thinking too much about it i go for lunch with my uncle this afternoon and we're sitting
00:31:27.800 there and he says the same thing to me and i hadn't told him about it that's the confirmation
00:31:33.140 god gives us okay so i'm thinking wow this is this is incredible now at the same time
00:31:39.220 we were talking earlier my friend al al chater who owns the pig and olives in kingston and he's a
00:31:44.580 he's a real good guy he stood up to this injustice too he supported me through this this whole walk
00:31:50.400 and he's done a lot for the community as well through this time and he calls when i'm talking
00:31:56.500 to my uncle about this and i said oh stop by because he's a butcher and he can be all part
00:32:01.620 of this and help him with his plan so what the nuts and bolts of it is i'm thinking there's got
00:32:06.140 to be another jack tuesdays and i'm thinking it's jack tuesday's mission we're going to set up a
00:32:12.100 mission a restaurant where we can take care of people and the people that want to come in and
00:32:16.760 enjoy the atmosphere and jack tuesdays again can do that and if they want to donate to the cause
00:32:22.220 they can and if you're and we know the price of food and what's going on in society right now
00:32:26.800 there's a lot of families that are having a hard time paying their bills they're having a hard time
00:32:29.960 putting food in the table and if those families want to come in and eat and they can only donate
00:32:34.460 five dollars or they can't donate anything we're okay with it and this is where this is where the
00:32:38.340 lord's leading me right now and and and homeless too if if they need to come in and and have a
00:32:43.420 bite to eat we're gonna i want to set up and take care of that and not like a soup kitchen where
00:32:47.580 you're in a cafeteria line you know a restaurant where you sit down and you're served a meal
00:32:52.460 just you know with dignity and humility no matter who you are and when i put the all welcome at
00:32:58.760 jack's which you can see behind me a t-shirt up on that sign it was prophetic i thought it was
00:33:04.520 for the pandemic it was this you know all welcome at jack's come and just be taken care of and enjoy
00:33:12.240 it and be here and have a good time so it's pretty amazing the last 12 hours or so what's
00:33:17.260 what's been put upon me and it's so that this is this is where i want to see if we can take this
00:33:23.020 and and really do something with it and i feel like i'm pretty emotional here kelly talking
00:33:27.840 about this it's it is because i just i felt like when i came back to jesus he put a calling on me
00:33:34.200 and it's it's to do his plan and his purpose and and it's taking care of people and leading people
00:33:39.860 to to jesus and that's that's really what my soul soul uh that's what that's what it's about for me
00:33:45.980 now you know it's just bringing people to him uh the world's in shambles right now and i said from
00:33:51.280 day one when this whole battle started with public health i said this is a spiritual battle between
00:33:55.760 good and evil and this is really what's happening you know so it's it's been overwhelming it's been
00:34:01.160 a very humbling experience for me just how he's taken me and he's put me in these places and
00:34:05.720 and lifted me up it's it's been remarkable shadow congratulations on everything man thank you for
00:34:11.680 standing your ground thank you for your bravery thank you for making this point that so many
00:34:16.900 people couldn't make because of the position they were in or whatever else came upon them you
00:34:23.800 decided to stand strong you did it through addiction you did it through i'm you know
00:34:28.680 pressure from the government and i don't know if there's any bigger kind and you've managed to come
00:34:33.560 out with a fantastic idea i certainly hope it comes to fruition kelly thank you for coming on
00:34:38.040 tonight thank you my friend we'll talk to you again soon okay okay cheers buddy all right there
00:34:44.040 is kelly hale he is the owner of the former jack tuesdays or the former owner of the former jack
00:34:48.600 Tuesdays in Kingston, Ontario. And now perhaps a new idea can take root and give homeless people
00:35:00.380 or those who are experiencing some kind of poverty, like that woman who was talking to
00:35:07.400 Justin Trudeau at the town hall meeting Monday night in Nova Scotia about how she has to work
00:35:11.780 15 hours a day just to pay her hydro bills and feed her family. And all Justin Trudeau could
00:35:17.700 say was, well, we have to put a price on carbon. Guys, I have some video here from a school board
00:35:26.940 meeting that happened last night in Winnipeg. We weren't supposed to have video because they
00:35:31.500 had a no streaming, no video policy at this meeting. But some of our friends from Winnipeg
00:35:36.740 alternative media got sneaky and they took some video anyway. So this is video of our good friend
00:35:43.340 patrick allard getting up to the microphone to address these school board trustees watch
00:35:50.220 no you'll stay here first of all the second that patrick gets up here to speak to these people
00:35:56.800 they get up and they want to leave just like the antifas just like the marxist tactics that are used
00:36:04.580 all over the world right now watch at the beginning of the meeting uh chris segerton
00:36:10.300 and trustee Chris Sigurdsson called me a terrorist over there.
00:36:14.940 Oh!
00:36:16.940 Interesting.
00:36:18.720 Hey, don't let him go.
00:36:21.160 Don't let him go.
00:36:22.080 Let him go.
00:36:26.140 We can't be in prison.
00:36:30.080 They're showing their colors.
00:36:34.940 So one of the school board trustees called Pat a terrorist.
00:36:40.300 At this point, the trustees get up and they decide they've had enough.
00:36:45.240 They're going to walk out.
00:36:46.020 They're going to walk past all of the trustees.
00:36:47.500 Motion is running high, and the board decided to duck out.
00:36:50.720 We've seen this before.
00:36:52.840 We've seen this before.
00:36:56.380 Francine made posts that were only taken as homophobic and transphobic.
00:37:01.840 Chris Sigurdsson called me a terrorist, and it was in front of Christian and Sandy.
00:37:08.240 They will be my witnesses. 0.82
00:37:10.300 my goodness look at the bedlam it's outrageous how terrible this whole thing turned out the
00:37:23.180 violence i can't even watch does that make me that's right that's right 0.91
00:37:29.240 if i put that on my social media that i would not raise my grandkids and now it's value
00:37:39.500 Friends, this was a bunch of people who got together to protest the trans curriculum that is being implemented in schools right now, not just in Manitoba, but all across the country.
00:37:54.580 And it's amazing to me the conduct of the school board trustees when faced with people like this who just want a rational conversation and a rational debate.
00:38:05.640 They get up, they walk out, they call names, then they call the police and claim that there is a threat of violence. They're scared. Which is absolutely outrageous. So they released, the school board did, they released a letter to people today. And here it is.
00:38:27.360 It says, good day. We deeply regret and apologize for allowing our board meeting to be a venue for hate. Due to an unruly group of attendees that disrupted the regular board meeting, June 20th, the agenda was abbreviated. In other words, they got up and they ran up.
00:38:46.320 a venue for hate the safety and well-being of our community including board members and staff
00:38:56.400 present at the meeting were the prime considerations in making the decision
00:38:59.940 okay so that's what they're telling you and this is why they don't want people recording these
00:39:06.280 meetings so they can lie about it the very next day and there's already a hit piece article in
00:39:12.340 the winnipeg free press about this the louis real school division board of trustees and senior
00:39:18.140 leadership team want to reiterate a commitment to safe caring and inclusive working and learning
00:39:23.340 environments which includes the boardroom the aggressive and threatening behaviors including
00:39:28.240 the homophobic transphobic and racist remarks our community was subjected to yesterday evening
00:39:33.700 will not be allowed and that comes from christian mikalak who's the superintendent of schools and
00:39:39.620 the ceo and sandy nemeth who is the chair of the louis riel school division board of trustees which
00:39:46.180 it's all absolutely outrageous so let's go to the guy who caused the commotion last night here he is
00:39:56.700 patrick allard pat it looked like things were going well until you stood up at the podium and
00:40:01.040 started talking yeah like they uh were very apprehensive about me being in the room the
00:40:06.980 whole time uh first say thanks thanks for uh getting me on here i haven't been on your show
00:40:12.520 for a while so it's been a while welcome back man and i was thinking about i think i may have been
00:40:16.860 your first guest way back when you started these shows yeah it was in the first month definitely i
00:40:22.820 remember that night having you on i remember downstairs on my couch yeah and i was just
00:40:27.980 watching this new guy shadow davis who i remember from the radio when i was younger i'm like i'm
00:40:34.560 a request to jump in and you accepted my request and there we go why not uh since then things have
00:40:42.220 turned a lot you've become a louder voice in the community for what's right i mean let's be honest
00:40:48.280 you stand up for logic for common sense for what's right uh francine champagne uh this is the reason
00:40:55.840 that people showed up at this uh school board uh trustee meeting last night francine champagne is
00:41:01.300 the school trustee who was suspended for three months without pay
00:41:06.280 because apparently she breached the code of conduct for her opinions on social media.
00:41:12.720 So how many people did show up, Pat, to that meeting last night?
00:41:15.340 Yeah, so there was about 35 people, I think.
00:41:20.680 It was all organic.
00:41:23.380 There was no plan.
00:41:24.600 It wasn't like a planned protest like we did so many during COVID.
00:41:28.900 It was no event on Facebook.
00:41:30.700 This was just a bunch of people who seemed to organically come together with the same cause, and that was to support Francine.
00:41:40.320 Unlike the news release and the free press article, it had nothing to do with the LGBTQ community or whatever.
00:41:51.800 This was about our friend being unrightfully suspended without due process.
00:41:58.960 and a lot of people in attendance just wanted to see what these posts were that
00:42:04.440 were labeled homophobic and transphobic and they refused to show us uh just before i was up there
00:42:11.920 before terry wayne stirby was up there and he asked where's these posts and all the board
00:42:19.760 replied back to him was like these are homophobic and transphobic posts but where's the posts
00:42:24.800 And the one post that, what's her name, Maggie McIntosh from the Free Press talks about, the post says something about sexualization of our children in schools is all part of the agenda.
00:42:45.760 That's it.
00:42:46.600 that has nothing to do with any particular group besides kids any sexual preference
00:42:55.280 it's about the sexualization of our kids that was her post so i don't know how they spin this into
00:43:01.700 the anti-lgbtq stuff you know how they do it come on just make it up yeah kind of like and i'm
00:43:09.600 involved in a defamation lawsuit right now with the ndp they they called me a racist in a press
00:43:14.700 release and you'll like this one shadow when we press them for the racist what makes me a racist
00:43:21.620 based on my social media posts they reply back with mr allard posts a lot he's influential
00:43:30.740 we would like him to send us his racist posts
00:43:36.540 what yeah so i can even i'll send you the email that i that we that my lawyer got from their
00:43:44.200 lawyer it says that i'm an influential person i post a lot and they've had a brief look at my
00:43:49.600 social media they they sent the our little uh conversation of canada day last year at the forks
00:43:56.080 where we wanted to see more canadian flags unless you know all the other stuff like i didn't want
00:44:01.060 no other stuff i just want to see more canada yeah and and and it's funny because they take
00:44:06.800 10 seconds out of a 15 minute video so their lawyer says can you please show us where you're
00:44:15.880 racist send us the post and they're gonna file a motion in court to have a judge compel me 0.90
00:44:20.900 to provide them evidence of my racism yeah yeah no i'm fucking serious i don't even like i don't 0.99
00:44:29.560 even like you can't even predict this shit and i'm let me ask you last night when you stepped 0.99
00:44:34.540 up to the podium like when you you accused one of the school board trustees also a lawyer of 0.99
00:44:39.380 calling you a terrorist when did he do this and did he try to do it uh behind closed doors
00:44:44.240 secretly was he whispering or did he say it in front of witnesses no so when um sandy so at the
00:44:51.340 very beginning they were talking about fire coats and there was too many people in the room being a
00:44:56.560 being a contractor i know that this room could handle more than the 25 they were saying this is
00:45:02.720 a 50 person room for fire code uh especially being in a school schools have different designation
00:45:07.960 because you put 40 kids in a class right you know the size of a sardine can so they get special
00:45:13.080 classifications um so and and how the hell are you going to get a hold of workplace health and
00:45:18.780 safety at 6 30 on a you know on a week they like and they got a hold of them within 10 minutes
00:45:23.920 that you can't get a hold of anybody government in 10 minutes so they must have been prepared
00:45:29.160 for something like this i think so so i walked up so when when sandy asked for a 15 minute
00:45:36.920 intermission to try to sort this out if health and safety is on her mind let her figure it out
00:45:42.660 so i walked up to as they were they were walking out i walked up to sandy nemeth
00:45:47.240 chris sigurdsson and christian michelik and i like that because i don't like picking on the
00:45:51.840 little guy so i go right to the head and all three heads are there and chris sigurdsson's
00:45:57.280 the vice chair and i asked sandy i said look sandy i said i know this may have been a surprise for
00:46:03.080 how many people are here i said to our uh defense many of us registered to be delegations and were
00:46:12.640 denied so you had to have an idea that there was going to be people here with that said we're all
00:46:19.620 here if it's over the limit i can maybe get some people to leave in exchange you allow the
00:46:28.180 delegations to speak at a future board meeting we'll clear out the room you guys have your board
00:46:33.580 meeting and we can look for a larger venue at your next board meeting she says to me i would
00:46:39.640 consider that at the same time chris sigurdsson who is directly to my right so sandy's right in
00:46:45.740 front of me chris sigurdsson's here so and she heard this comment he said we don't we we don't
00:46:51.360 negotiate with terrorists and this is a big guy he's like six foot three six foot four probably
00:46:58.520 300 pounds he's got nothing to be worried about we don't negotiate with terrorists now that could
00:47:04.320 be a generalized statement he could just be saying it he's not necessarily saying i'm a terrorist
00:47:08.900 but being legally minded i have to get a little bit more so i looked at him and i said terrorist
00:47:15.320 and he said yeah people like you trying to push your political career forward and i was like okay
00:47:23.340 thank you so uh like how do you how do you talk like that these people say whatever they want
00:47:34.520 let me ask you this do you get the the impression that these people are actually
00:47:39.040 buying what they're selling these school board trustees do you think that they're really
00:47:44.500 entrenched in all of this or are they just giving you the party line proof is in the pudding when
00:47:48.880 turi's talking and there's a assistant superintendent in tears not tears of joy because a young
00:47:57.160 child is actually speaking up tears because turi is attacking this woman's very career this is a
00:48:05.720 lady that's in charge of the diversity and inclusion in the schools and turi is saying
00:48:10.700 i don't need to know who's having sex with who just because my brother wore pink shoes when he
00:48:16.080 was a kid doesn't mean he's a boy and this lady was crying she was being consoled by two other
00:48:20.160 members of the board oh my god like i she was she was turned away from teary and was crying
00:48:26.820 in her hands and okay so that young lady that her name is turi to you yeah turi and and and i don't
00:48:33.340 normally name kids i know i know but she gave a great speech and i wanted to come on the show
00:48:39.700 but i did get permission i'm friends with her mom and so i did get permission from her mom to use
00:48:45.180 her name i would love for her to come on yeah what point did they call the police oh i read i was
00:48:52.660 reading this the free press article apparently they called the police at 6 30 before the meeting
00:48:56.760 even started so the meeting says here this is just a gong show man i can't believe it they had no
00:49:05.860 intention of listening to you but i guess the police just didn't arrive on time they said yeah
00:49:10.780 the the the the police this winnipeg police confirmed it received multiple reports and
00:49:17.780 updates about disturbances at the site the first of which came in around 6 30 p.m we weren't even
00:49:24.280 in the building yet and so what time did the cops show up and how many of them cops showed up around
00:49:33.760 it was at the end of the meeting so you know what i don't even know what time we walked out of there
00:49:39.400 um but it was everybody was outside already the doors were locked we were all in the parking lot
00:49:45.820 making plans for dinner uh it just happened that we knew a lot of the people that were there at the
00:49:51.200 same time so we were deciding to go we ended up going to chaise and and you know where are we
00:49:55.480 gonna go have a drink or whatever and here come the cops around the corner and we're like hmm
00:50:01.000 so one car and then a second car comes in the parking lot and then a third car comes in the
00:50:11.240 parking lot not third car is an important one on the side of the car is a g in the in the in the
00:50:17.820 unit number what g means is garage car what that means is when all the other cars are busy they
00:50:24.960 have spare cars at the garage so they'll send a couple people in that car so the crime in the
00:50:30.520 city was so bad yesterday that all units were tied up they had to grab a spare vehicle to come respond
00:50:35.700 to us because you guys were such a threat we were making dinner plans i'd hug and handshake people
00:50:43.840 so being wanting to take the heat against anyone i walked forward i said i'm in charge here and
00:50:52.060 you know because if someone's going to get arrested it'll be it i told my wife before i
00:50:56.080 went to the school board meeting i said i may not come home tonight and i'm always ready
00:51:00.240 i'm always ready to go yeah and uh i spoke with them i said nothing's happening here i said
00:51:05.840 i even told him i said if the trustees feel scared they have nothing to worry about here
00:51:10.900 if anyone from our group was to even make any type of intimidating motion towards them i would
00:51:16.660 be the first one to step in and you would too yeah so were the cops supportive i got reports
00:51:26.100 from some people who were there that said the cops seemed kind of you know like what are we doing
00:51:31.180 here like yeah they were they were they were they said we're just here to keep the peace so they
00:51:35.680 were very neutral which is how it should be in a case like this uh no one needed to be arrested
00:51:41.800 no one needed to be detained it just they were there just to give the trustees their safe space
00:51:48.620 all right so the next meeting because there's summer break coming up the next meeting is going
00:51:52.780 to be in september and and i guess francine's suspension will be pretty close to being over
00:51:57.600 by then are you planning another gathering uh for this meeting i i know that people want to go
00:52:02.720 well i'm not going to plan a gathering because i need this to be just organic and people showing
00:52:07.700 up of their own accord so we just give the date and place and say i'll be there i will be there
00:52:13.420 and i'm going to work with the board ahead of time i'm going to try to anyways they won't let
00:52:19.280 they will not listen to you my friend they you know that they will not they will run i'm coming
00:52:25.780 whether they have a small boardroom or a gymnasium but if we look at other board meetings across the
00:52:31.400 province they've moved their board meeting from the small room into another location so brandon
00:52:37.480 did it um morden uh carmen did it uh so we we they could do that and i maybe i'm maybe i'm a
00:52:47.520 sucker or whatever but i think if we have some respectful dialogue we can reach some sort of
00:52:52.720 some agreement had this has been the problem since the beginning we try to have respectful dialogue 0.97
00:52:59.900 they yell racist or anti-masker or anti-vaxxer or bigot and they go running the other way just
00:53:07.600 like what happened last night they all got up they all they that's it no more and they call
00:53:11.700 the cops in this in this free press article like i just can't believe it i made and i replied back
00:53:16.920 to it they talk about uh ryan palmquist being called all kinds of names including effing f-a-g-g-o-t
00:53:28.180 calling him a pedophile groomer now i'm not gonna i i would ask if it was one of my friends i would
00:53:34.660 say that's enough like you know we don't need to do that yeah ryan palmquist wasn't even at the
00:53:39.940 meeting he he was there at the beginning okay he was sitting in right in front of me I have a
00:53:50.680 picture of him sitting right in front of me remember you're not supposed to take pictures
00:53:53.160 but I did so he's sitting right in front of me about three feet away and we have a we have a
00:53:57.560 mutual friend so I was I sent a picture I said hey look I'm with your buddy right and nobody was
00:54:04.300 talking to him the only interaction he had was with me because i offered to go to a bigger room
00:54:11.260 and he turned to me said this is our biggest room i was like all right when sandy called for the 15
00:54:16.560 minute intermittent break which was right at the beginning ryan put his backpack on put his hat on
00:54:21.440 and left he left the meeting he left the building and he he attended via zoom on his lap uh cell
00:54:30.040 phone in his car or whatever because because they said he was online or or he lives close or whatever
00:54:34.200 but he was in attendance virtually he was not at the meeting and and the interactions he said that
00:54:40.320 he had here he has about three or four interactions in this article he that's impossible he was not
00:54:45.100 there pat what do you think the best strategy is in dealing with these people running it keep
00:54:51.400 running in elections and unseating them we ran i helped about 25 people run across manitoba and
00:54:58.180 we got about 10 or so elected francine being one of them we need to just hold it run in the next
00:55:04.880 election this is what the left did this is what these perverts did they ran their people and
00:55:09.400 so they the school trustee position is is used as a training ground for the ndp you know that half
00:55:16.100 the ryan palmquist i guarantee you he's going to step aside he's going to run for the ndp in october
00:55:20.160 i'll bet money on that yeah um so we need to keep running to fill these positions and eventually
00:55:29.320 the balance of power will transfer over to us that's my thing it's the long-term game uh in
00:55:35.260 the short term we need to keep showing up and taking action you know when we were protesting
00:55:41.580 covid measures and i would go on the microphone in front of a group of people 200 people and i'd
00:55:47.260 say how many people called their mla at least just try to call and you'd get like one two people put
00:55:53.340 their hands up we need to do things yeah so do we need to do it within the system you know because
00:56:03.500 i mean that's the problem is they control the system so common sense used to control the system
00:56:11.040 i get like people had common sense but what the and i don't like the taglines left and right so
00:56:16.980 what what the the other side uh what what what what what the left did it's what it is the
00:56:24.680 democrats the normophobes the normophobes they're scared of normal so they started taking over and
00:56:33.680 if you watch the national citizens inquiry uh there's a retired police officer out of calgary
00:56:38.500 his last name's abbott he talks about this he says that every institution is being infiltrated
00:56:43.860 and covid eliminated a lot of the good people think of all the teachers that got let go all
00:56:49.020 the nurses that got let go doctors who got let go because they didn't subscribe to this those
00:56:52.820 were the good critical thinking people the police right so we're losing these um well we could do
00:56:59.720 the same thing by running in elections and like the left took 100 years to do it we could do this
00:57:04.180 in a few elections and then start at the school trustee level uh i'm myself running for mla in
00:57:10.420 the upcoming election taking a really serious run at it like it's going to be the biggest
00:57:15.140 campaign manitoba has ever seen for an nd for an ndp for an mla which writing are you running
00:57:22.000 in st john's which is my my home i've lived here for 41 years shadowing dude you're going to be
00:57:28.840 up against nahani fontaine man nahani doesn't live in the neighborhood i know but that's where she
00:57:33.980 runs that she she she only comes and visits when it's election time and and the people aren't 0.98
00:57:40.080 stupid here we're not stupid we're blue collar hard-working people over here middle classes you
00:57:45.920 get we're we're we're not stupid and and the people that live around me in this neighborhood 1.00
00:57:53.840 it's such a tight close-knit community you take your garbage out in the back and you're sitting
00:57:59.260 outside talking for 15 minutes with a neighbor whether you want to or not it's a beautiful
00:58:03.940 community where i'm right in the middle north end west kildonan you know and uh my people that come
00:58:11.880 and hang out here think oh it's the north end so scary but they feel wonderful when they come here
00:58:16.260 and having beers with the neighbors i know everybody around here i know what the neighborhood
00:58:20.420 needs it's gonna be a party it's gonna be wonderful i'm running as an independent by the way
00:58:25.520 um i approached the pc party and was in talks with them for a couple months actually really
00:58:33.020 yeah and i said you know in those talks i said let's we can bury the hatchet here you know
00:58:39.660 both sides probably went a little bit overboard you guys as a pc now we can both agree we don't
00:58:46.000 want wab canoe be you know me talking with the the pcs and you probably think the same thing
00:58:51.320 and so let's bury the hatchet you are extending the olive branch to the freedom community by
00:58:58.600 putting patrick allard on your ticket you don't have to apologize for what you did but the freedom
00:59:03.380 community will take it as such and they'll come out in the thousands and vote for the pcs
00:59:07.640 so after months of going back and forth the selection committee decided that they wanted
00:59:14.300 to thank me for my interest and and to be honest i would be eating a little crow myself to go work
00:59:19.580 with them but it's the lesser of two evils and instead sorry you know thanks for the interest
00:59:26.700 patrick but we're going to be running an indigenous retired police officer and i said
00:59:33.260 well it's wonderful that he's a retired police officer because he would fit in well in this
00:59:38.880 neighborhood but i really didn't need to know his race because it doesn't matter he's qualified
00:59:44.180 he's qualified that's how politics works man you know that it's sad it shows that the right
00:59:49.600 the pc is playing those race politics and that's why they're going to lose so i'm running as a
00:59:55.080 neighbor i'm sorry this wasn't supposed to be a that's all right man you know i was interested i
00:59:59.740 wanted to know if you were doing this and it's funny because when i ran for uh mla in fort white
01:00:05.240 i made the announcement on your show yeah yeah so why not say it again you know and but i heard
01:00:10.360 that you were running as an independent again and i'm happy that you're doing it in your home
01:00:13.480 riding because that's where like you know it the best you understand what people need there and you
01:00:18.300 you get the sense of community running in fort white if anybody thinks i did that with an ounce
01:00:24.520 have thought that i was going to beat obby connor willard reeves come on right i even talked to
01:00:28.980 willard reeves on the phone and i told him if my mom was alive she'd be cheering for him
01:00:32.640 he was a cfl fan back in the day well look man the the election's in october so let's get you
01:00:39.760 on before then we can talk more about this yes so what i'm going to tell people is just just email
01:00:45.120 these school boards wherever you are and keep keep on them for whatever you think is common sense
01:00:52.260 You don't want these books in the schools.
01:00:53.860 You want to be in attendance at these board meetings.
01:00:57.320 I'm going to be, I lodged a complaint with the board.
01:01:00.440 I'm making a complaint to the law society.
01:01:02.300 We can't let these things slip.
01:01:03.800 The left would be all over us if it was me.
01:01:06.160 And they are, they make it up.
01:01:08.040 So just, just, just keep action.
01:01:11.360 Keep supporting people like Francine because she put her name on out there.
01:01:15.220 She's taken the flack. 0.86
01:01:16.760 The least we can do is back her up.
01:01:19.200 And, and you know what guys watching this right now,
01:01:21.520 please send her a message of some kind.
01:01:23.840 She's on Facebook,
01:01:24.660 Francine Champagne said,
01:01:25.860 send her a message of support because she messaged me earlier today and said 1.00
01:01:30.620 that she was receiving some harassment.
01:01:33.160 So if you can send her some reinforcement that things are all good,
01:01:36.020 we've got her back.
01:01:36.720 That would be awesome.
01:01:37.440 Pat.
01:01:37.700 Thanks for,
01:01:38.240 thanks for coming on tonight.
01:01:39.280 Appreciate it.
01:01:40.000 Talk to you again soon.
01:01:40.840 Thanks.
01:01:41.600 Okay,
01:01:41.880 man.
01:01:42.120 There is Patrick Allard running for MLA as an independent in the St.
01:01:45.960 John's writing in the Manitoba provincial election,
01:01:48.860 which is set for October.
01:01:50.980 Okay.
01:01:51.520 So remember on Monday when we had a lot of speculation, are the RCMP investigating Justin Trudeau?
01:01:58.440 Are they?
01:01:59.640 And then the RCMP came out with a tweet at around five o'clock Eastern that day saying, no, no, no, no.
01:02:06.000 We're not investigating Justin Trudeau for anything to do with SNC-Lavalin.
01:02:10.100 Well, they didn't actually say we're not investigating Justin Trudeau or.
01:02:16.180 Or any evidence we may have regarding SNC-Lavalin.
01:02:20.760 And what they said was, we're not investigating political interference into the court proceedings with the SNC-Lavalin case.
01:02:28.040 They didn't specifically mention Trudeau or any members of his government in that tweet. 0.99
01:02:34.700 But we took it as, well, I guess this is just a bunch of crap. 0.99
01:02:38.600 And Trudeau is going to skate again. 0.99
01:02:41.360 So there was a great article that came out in the National Post today by Carson Jurema.
01:02:46.340 rcmp obfuscations come to justin trudeau's rescue in the snc lavaland scandal so it turns out
01:02:55.700 the rcmp was in fact investigating allegations of political interference into corruption charges
01:03:02.120 against engineering firm snc lavaland the story first published by the national post on monday
01:03:08.040 morning was not part of some conservative plot or the result of irresponsible journalism as all
01:03:13.780 purpose liberal cheerleader gerald butts puts it and if you follow that guy on twitter what a piece
01:03:20.760 of work he is the scandal which involved the prime minister in a central role was under police
01:03:27.200 scrutiny until at least january of this year and no matter how much liberal partisans want to
01:03:31.900 conjure up conspiracy theories this is a fact the maudis as was initially reported denied an access
01:03:40.940 to information requests seeking details about any investigation into Justin Trudeau and others
01:03:46.240 who tried to pressure former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould into intervening in the
01:03:51.800 prosecution of SNC-Lavalin, which is politically important in Quebec. The ethics commissioner
01:03:58.380 previously found that Trudeau had broken ethics laws. In a letter to advocacy group Democracy
01:04:04.420 watch dated May 25th, the RCMP explained that 86 of 96 pages were redacted because this matter is
01:04:13.040 under investigation. The RCMP's default to secrecy is notorious. A matter being under investigation
01:04:19.360 is not some spell that precludes making information public. But as any reporter who has covered the
01:04:25.400 RCMP knows, the Mounties sure do believe it's magic. It was not until early, sorry, nearly 12
01:04:32.560 hours after the post first asked the RCMP for comment and hours after the story had been
01:04:38.040 published online, that the RCMP responded with an email that said the statement in a May 2023
01:04:44.540 access to information release was sent using information available at the time. The email
01:04:50.920 further stated the investigation had concluded in January because there was insufficient evidence
01:04:56.720 to lay criminal charges. So yes, the RCMP was investigating the government's handling of the
01:05:02.540 SNC-Lavalin issue, and this is the first time it had commented on the issue since the fall of 2019.
01:05:10.380 As for the discrepancy between the RCMP claiming the investigation was ongoing in May, but also
01:05:16.300 claiming it had been concluded in January, at best, this amounts to typical bureaucratic
01:05:22.000 incompetence, the result of which is the public has been deprived of information they have a right
01:05:28.100 to know. In a country where passport applications can cause the machinery of government to seize
01:05:33.700 up, the suggestion that different parts of the RCMP are clueless as to what each other is doing
01:05:38.980 seems plausible. Yet, in the hours between when the National Post story was published and the
01:05:45.060 details were clarified, the way in which the RCMP responded publicly to this issue would seem at
01:05:50.700 least to a cynical observer calculated to benefit Trudeau and those around him. At 5 30 p.m.
01:05:57.940 Eastern, an email from the PMO directed National Post inquiries to the RCMP, which at this point
01:06:03.960 also still hadn't responded to the Post. At the time, it might have seemed like both the PMO and
01:06:10.440 the police were trying to evade questions from a reporter, as is often the case. But then at 6.01
01:06:16.600 PM, the RCMP posted on Twitter that it can confirm it is not investigating allegations of political
01:06:23.200 interference in the trial of SNC-Lavalin. The post, which rests on the words, it is not,
01:06:29.680 was obviously lacking context and clearly did not deny the Liberals were ever under investigation,
01:06:35.740 nor did it allude to the fact the RCMP did state in May the matter was still being investigated or
01:06:42.080 that this statement was apparently an error and that the file was closed four months prior.
01:06:47.520 As a way to inform Canadians on a matter of intense public interest, the tweet was less than useless, but it was enough for liberal partisans and Trudeau apologists, including those in the media who work for Post competitors, to gleefully declare the story was false or based on questionable claims, as one Toronto Star columnist posted on social media.
01:07:09.380 The same people who chastise other reporters for writing crime stories based on what police tell them, racist propaganda, if you haven't heard, took a carefully worded RCMP tweet as gospel.
01:07:22.600 So desperate are some journalists in this country to wipe away any dirt that may sprinkle upon the prime minister.
01:07:29.640 Interesting comment from a journalist, don't you think?
01:07:33.780 The police are lying and cannot be trusted to fund them,
01:07:37.020 unless, of course, they say something that could be generously interpreted
01:07:40.080 as exonerating a liberal, then what the police say is sacrosanct.
01:07:45.580 We don't know the exact details or reasoning that led the RCMP's infuriating communications on Monday.
01:07:52.360 The end result of this latest SNC-Lavalin story, whether intended by the RCMP or not,
01:07:57.380 was for the police to run interference for the Trudeau liberals.
01:08:00.940 The story should have been about the revelation the government was under investigation at least at one point,
01:08:06.020 or if the RCMP had not redacted its files, a story about why it concluded an investigation without criminal charges.
01:08:13.760 Instead, it became a story about the RCMP's incompetence and completely bogus allegations of journalistic malfeasance.
01:08:21.600 The public remains in the dark, and that suits the Prime Minister just fine.
01:08:30.320 That's a great story.
01:08:32.440 In the United States, according to the Associated Press via Newsmax, GOP-led House censures Democrat Adam Schiff, outspoken Trump critic.
01:08:44.180 Now, they voted to censure him today after the censure motion was amended this past week to take away the $16 million possible fine Schiff could have faced if it was found he had been lying in the House of Representatives.
01:09:00.820 With that removed, the House voted 214 to 206 with six abstentions in order to censure Adam Schiff, who will have to stand in front of the House of Representatives for a rebuke in the coming days.
01:09:17.700 He says he will do it holding a badge of honor.
01:09:21.080 What are the penalties of a censure?
01:09:23.200 Nothing, really.
01:09:24.680 The only thing that can happen is the House can turn their back on him.
01:09:28.760 But that's about it.
01:09:30.320 he can still speak he can still represent his constituents he can still do all the things he
01:09:37.900 did before and he will not feel any sense of shame whatsoever did you guys see the movie good fellas
01:09:45.480 when the kid gets arrested for the first time henry hill gets arrested for the very first time
01:09:52.120 and he's all worried his mother is going to be ashamed of him and his father is going to smack
01:09:58.580 him around. And so he comes out of the courtroom. He gets off the charge. He comes out of the
01:10:03.700 courtroom and Pauly and all the mobsters are standing there on the stairs going, you popped
01:10:08.300 your cherry. Oh, that's what this is like. Adam Schiff, in my opinion, committed a crime.
01:10:18.760 Crime of perjury by lying about Trump's involvement with Russia repeatedly over and over and over
01:10:26.300 using false information, false evidence,
01:10:28.880 he painted a narrative that Donald Trump was in bed with Putin,
01:10:33.000 which was never the case.
01:10:35.200 He should be at jail, in my opinion.
01:10:39.400 But he gets censured.
01:10:41.180 So what happens is he goes back to the Democrat side of the House
01:10:44.200 where they go, oh, welcome back, Adam.
01:10:48.380 They even started chanting his name
01:10:50.040 after the censure was announced today.
01:10:52.940 So will this do anything?
01:10:56.300 Nah, not one thing.
01:11:00.920 Is there a CBDC coming?
01:11:04.880 We've been talking about this.
01:11:07.360 And if it does, how's it going to look?
01:11:10.020 This is a central bank digital currency, by the way, for those of you that don't know.
01:11:14.120 From Subit News, the IMF, the International Monetary Fund, managing director says,
01:11:19.480 we are working hard on a global CBDC.
01:11:24.620 so what's all this bank of canada stuff that we've been seeing on social media the past few
01:11:30.260 weeks would you like a central bank digital currency do you think it's a good idea it doesn't
01:11:35.820 mean anything it doesn't matter if canada comes up with a cbdc it doesn't matter if the united
01:11:41.200 states comes up with one or france or the uk or germany or spain the netherlands australia it
01:11:48.620 Norway, Sweden, it doesn't matter.
01:11:51.560 It's all going to be one anyway.
01:11:53.540 It's going to be integrated.
01:11:56.240 It's going to be worldwide.
01:11:58.340 Listen to the director of the International Monetary Fund talk about it.
01:12:02.660 She will tell us that without it being integrated for use in all of these countries,
01:12:07.520 in the West, it's useless.
01:12:09.480 that if we are to be successful, CBDCs could not be fragmented national propositions.
01:12:20.380 To have transactions more efficient and fairer, we need systems that connect countries.
01:12:28.020 In other words, we need interoperability.
01:12:31.100 And for this reason, at the IMF, we are working hard on the concept of a global CBDC platform.
01:12:39.480 to trade and to manage risks.
01:12:41.640 And my colleague Tobias Adrian will talk more about it later.
01:12:48.040 It needs to be global.
01:12:50.820 And that's what they're working hard on.
01:12:53.760 Try and get us into this global digital currency.
01:12:57.440 And once we're into a digital currency, guess what?
01:13:00.960 That's it. Game over.
01:13:02.640 They can track everything that you do.
01:13:05.820 I'm not a real big fan of Dr. Steve Turley,
01:13:08.700 but every now and again he comes up with something really cool and the reason i'm not a big fan
01:13:12.980 is because of his squeaky voice i'm sorry i just can't take it and he seems like a little bit of a
01:13:21.880 huckster to me sometimes also but today he posted some video on how texas cops deal with antifa and
01:13:30.020 i've been asking about this for the last few weeks actually the last few years when you see these
01:13:35.380 antifas show up at these rallies you know with the masks and the umbrellas and the megaphones
01:13:40.900 and the sirens and the and the weaponry because they do carry weaponry pepper spray clubs 0.97
01:13:47.120 shields body armor whatnot you think why don't the police just arrest these clowns
01:13:52.680 because they're clearly out for a fight but they never really do and then the police say well we're
01:14:00.400 only here to keep the peace so watch what happens to these antifas in texas this is really cool by
01:14:08.840 the way if you're watching on rumble give us a thumbs up if you're watching on twitter give us
01:14:12.500 a heart and a retweet please if you are on twitter but you don't follow me please follow
01:14:19.240 at shadow davis likewise on rumble i posted a video on my my limited facebook page today
01:14:28.360 explaining how you can use rumble a lot of people have been saying well shadow i watched our rumble
01:14:32.560 last night but i couldn't comment in the chats or in the comment section i said are you a member
01:14:37.060 of rumble well i don't want to pay for that you don't have to pay for anything you signed up for
01:14:41.620 facebook yeah well you got to sign up for rumble too oh it doesn't cost me anything no it doesn't
01:14:47.460 cost you a dime and once you sign up with rumble then you can go ahead and comment and use the
01:14:52.780 chats and all that stuff and again it doesn't cost you a penny not one thin dime guys i'm also
01:15:02.380 working on my own streaming platform as well hopefully i can get something like that up in
01:15:07.760 the next couple or three weeks with a real time comment section so we won't have to worry about
01:15:14.800 facebook or any of this other censorious media ever again we'll stay up on rumble and twitter
01:15:19.620 obviously and maybe we'll find a third place a third social media platform to put the show
01:15:24.700 but the main thing i'm working on right now is getting up at least to start with a streaming
01:15:31.020 page with real-time comments and i'll let you know if and when that becomes reality hopefully
01:15:36.800 it's not going to take all that long this is what cops in texas do to antifa wait until you see how
01:15:42.600 the great state of texas deals with these woke antifa radicals these leftists having crawled out
01:15:49.140 from the confines of portland and other liberal havens are about to find out that the boot of texas
01:15:55.300 law and order stomps and stomps hard fort worth police recently released surveillance and body
01:16:02.420 cam video of protesters and antifa counter protesters clashing outside a drag event at a
01:16:09.100 local restaurant the video shows three antifa thugs walking up to protesters from the group
01:16:14.940 protect Texas kids standing at the corner. Suddenly, one of Antifa's members sprayed a
01:16:22.340 protest with pepper spray, all the while two other Antifa thugs rushed in with rifles and tactical
01:16:29.540 gear. Now, if you're in Portland or San Francisco or any other far left confines, what just happened
01:16:36.600 there would be completely disregarded by a bunch of left wing bureaucrats who have deliberately
01:16:41.660 abdicated their law enforcement responsibilities all in the name of equity and inclusion well
01:16:48.200 unfortunately for these guys this is texas he's right here hey bud you come with me real quick
01:17:01.700 He's going to come with us.
01:17:04.460 Okay, here we go.
01:17:05.680 Here we go. 1.00
01:17:10.380 Stupid mask. 1.00
01:17:19.140 Look at their little umbrellas. 1.00
01:17:31.700 You got it.
01:17:38.700 Bring the units over here.
01:17:39.700 It's over here.
01:17:42.700 I got to help.
01:17:44.700 We can't do any better.
01:17:46.700 We can't do any better.
01:17:48.700 We can't do any better.
01:17:54.700 Preach for that gun. 1.00
01:17:55.700 You will get shot for that gun. 0.98
01:17:57.700 Don't reach for that gun. 0.77
01:18:24.620 Help!
01:18:26.420 Help!
01:18:27.700 I'm going to move ahead just a little bit in the video because there's another few seconds
01:18:46.440 of this struggling going on, but watch what happens at the end here.
01:18:49.020 Mark, you get one. Mark, you get one. Frank, over here, that's you.
01:18:52.800 And then, as if things couldn't get more bizarre, this Antifa member runs up claiming she's a medic.
01:19:22.800 And that's the end.
01:19:27.940 And so even the medics wear masks in Antifa, I guess.
01:19:34.520 He needs a medic.
01:19:35.900 Oh, my God.
01:19:36.800 Okay, finally, this is the last thing we're going to run tonight.
01:19:39.500 In a tweet from Ian Miles Chong, Sam Smith.
01:19:43.020 You guys know Sam Smith. 0.95
01:19:44.740 He's the demonic, the fat demonic guy, wears body suits and whatnot, 0.99
01:19:48.800 and sings to kids about devil worshiping and whatnot. 0.96
01:19:52.800 he's also a body positive uh ian miles tells us and he uses the they them pronouns
01:19:58.780 well at a show the other night he tried to go crowd surfing
01:20:02.960 hang on a minute i want to make sure we can all see this he's like look at him okay so
01:20:11.180 this is what happened

01:21:17.400 And Patrick Allard, who was at the meeting last night, the Louis Riel district school board meeting to speak out against all of the race, not race theory, but critical theory and DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion that is now being taught almost officially as part of curriculums in schools across our country.
01:21:40.060 We need more people standing up against this nonsense.
01:21:44.460 and you know i i know i've been calling it nonsense guys but maybe i should go one step
01:21:50.540 further this evil because that's what it is all it's doing is polluting young minds and causing
01:21:56.280 more division when none is necessary you have yourself a fantastic night i will be back tomorrow
01:22:04.860 night at eight o'clock central for another shadow at night live stream until then i love you all
