00:11:23.680that you were made to feel like you were an enemy and you were forced to leave by a certain time

00:11:39.620my keys in and when were you notified of this was it in the morning or was it in the afternoon

00:12:55.340nature. So can you give us a little insight into that one too? Yeah, absolutely. So I was
00:13:01.180off on a stress leave because I was at home with my son who was experiencing some mental health
00:13:06.960issues so I was scrolling Facebook one day and I had seen a post that somebody else had shared
00:13:14.260and it was a graduate who had committed suicide sadly and she had a death note that was that she
00:13:23.280had shared before she had committed suicide and it was in regards to all the mandates all the
00:13:28.660restrictions and everything during COVID. So this really hit home, considering I was with my son,
00:13:35.100who was experiencing mental health issues. So I shared this, I had a strong opinion attached to it,
00:13:43.800which I guess they didn't like. So I had an investigation meeting also then, but I was only,
00:13:51.800I was only given a, I think it was a written disciplinary action. So basically a slap on the
00:13:58.560wrist and they said don't you don't be posting your opinion on social media anymore so that was
00:14:05.940what you posted was not an opinion it was just a news article you said nothing about it which we'll
00:14:10.660get to in just a second but something else i want to talk to you about here is discrimination they
00:14:16.760say ap 170 discrimination who exactly are you discriminating against um they were referring
00:14:24.020to the article as pride so if anybody was gay bisexual any of that nature
00:14:32.420so anybody with that block the lgbtqa12s3x7493xj15-aa328 group all of those people
00:14:47.200all combined and if you were discriminating and i say that with air quotes against any one of them
00:14:54.260you are guilty as charged and you should be terminated now can you tell us what that article

00:15:27.300didn't want their kids to see that kind of stuff i guess and yeah so it was a parent protest um
00:15:35.120stating to keep your kids home if you didn't want them to see this so they construed that article
00:15:40.660as discrimination somehow yeah did they explain to you how they came to that conclusion
00:15:48.640um they stated to me that if i shared this article that it was it appears that i am
00:15:58.380in favor of it in favor of what though i mean like this is what i'm asking and this is what
00:16:04.660i would have asked the school board leah what i would have said is exactly who am i discriminating
00:16:09.040against here yeah that's i guess they're their students and i would have had them i would have
00:16:15.820held their feet to the fire for an answer yeah because the way i see this and and this is
00:16:21.520something that i said to uh winnipeg school trustee the one i was telling you about earlier

00:16:31.480duly elected position without pay for three months for doing essentially the same kind of
00:16:37.880thing you did, just sharing articles on social media and memes and whatnot. My suggestion would
00:16:43.880be to the school board, exactly who am I discriminating against? And of course they
00:16:50.320would have to say, well, you're discriminating against gay people. I said, no, no, I'm not,
00:16:54.120not at all. Are we talking about transsexual people? I don't necessarily agree that transsexual1.00

00:19:34.800the student with respect to the so they're they're saying that you discriminated against
00:19:41.360a student did they name the student that you discriminated against no they didn't
00:19:46.400learning environment or any educational program or service provided to the student because of
00:19:52.300race color ancestry place of origin religion marital status family status physical or mental
00:19:57.160disability sex or sexual orientation so that's a pretty ambiguous thing i know they they mention
00:20:06.180a lot of different categories there but sex or sexual orientation is something that i come back
00:20:10.720to on this one, Leah. It seems to me that when we're talking about sex and not gender, even
00:20:17.960the LGBTQ plus XYZ community tells you there is a difference between gender and sex. They0.96
00:20:25.040use the word sex there. So I'm assuming they mean biological sex, meaning you're either
00:20:29.740a male or a female. Sexual orientation is a whole different thing. But sexual orientation
00:20:34.680to me means gay or lesbian so i believe there's a lot of ways you can fight this
