00:12:16.280 regarding the rcmp tampering with private machinery near coots claiming they thought

00:12:24.500 that this machinery was going to be involved in some heavy duty crime on february 13th this year

00:12:29.500 we found out that RCMP sabotaged three excavators near the town of Coutts. This happened as the

00:12:36.020 Coutts blockade, a peaceful protest against vaccine mandates and COVID restrictions,

00:12:40.820 which took place around January 29th to February 15th this year, was ongoing near the local

00:12:46.300 international border crossing. Williamson Law has been assisting these individuals,

00:12:56.600 and he informs us today about their expected filing of a statement of claim.

00:13:01.860 Before being rendered inoperable, RCMP had allegedly asked the owners of the excavators

00:13:07.360 to move the equipment out of sight from the highway where the blockade was ongoing.

00:13:11.920 The owners obliged and moved the excavators onto private property in the surrounding area.

00:13:17.320 A few of the boys have brought out some equipment here and they parked it on private land

00:15:21.180 Now, from the date someone has suffered injury in a civil matter where you're suing to recover monetary compensation for a wrong that was committed against you,

00:15:37.360 and that's a pretty hard line, but you have two years from the day you knew or the day you ought

00:15:42.860 to have known that you suffered damages to file a statement of claim. Now, obviously, this isn't

00:15:47.100 legal advice, and if anyone out there has a claim, I recommend that you speak with a lawyer to make

00:15:51.840 a determination as to what the limitation on your claim might be. In this case, we've got a little

00:16:01.580 and also completely before we get it filed because it's a serious claim as well, and we're still

00:17:26.340 to determine what relevance there was in the invocation of the Emergencies Act to what was

00:17:31.860 happening at the coots blockade he's expected to be a witness within the next few weeks all right

00:23:41.700 here. So he cut down this radio host's case in about 30 seconds, a case this guy had taken 15

00:23:50.540 minutes to build. I thought it was actually pretty funny. But the NDP, you can bet, and all of the

00:23:55.340 lefties, the unionists and whatnot, they're going to try and use this to their advantage and make

00:23:59.200 Danielle Smith appear as though she was dabbling in the justice system because she did say a couple

00:24:05.300 of things that could be construed out of context as dabbling in the justice system. In a press

00:24:13.500 conference this morning, NDP justice critic Irfan Sabir called for an independent investigation

00:24:19.880 into Smith's actions just two months ahead of the provincial election. She should not be talking to

00:24:27.120 someone who's accused of criminal charges and telling them that's how that she's looking into

00:24:31.860 it somehow he told reporters so this recording was released one day after the independence party

00:24:39.840 of alberta turfed pavlosky as leader it reveals this phone conversation between smith and pavlosky

00:24:47.020 that happened in early january just two weeks before his trial in lethbridge on february the

00:24:53.140 second. So here's part, part of what Smith said to Pavlosky during this phone call.

00:25:00.880 There isn't really a mechanism for me to order them to drop cases. It's just the way our legal

00:25:06.840 system works, I'm afraid. She also went on to say, once the process is underway, I can ask

00:25:14.680 our prosecutors, is there a reasonable likelihood of conviction and is it in the public interest?

00:25:19.680 And I assure you, I have asked them almost weekly ever since I got started here.

00:25:24.500 So that's what the NDP and all of the unions and all of the left wing corporate media in Alberta has kind of latched on to.

00:28:07.400 We faced an unknown threat of indeterminate magnitude, so a new disease made itself manifest

00:28:16.300 on the horizon and we had no way of calibrating the severity of the illness.

00:28:22.780 We panicked.

00:28:24.500 We then used the panic to justify the imposition of a tyranny that was modeled for us by an

00:28:29.660 authoritarian state led by the Chinese Communist Party.

00:28:34.180 So in our foolish panic, we abdicated our political responsibility and we copied the

00:28:41.100 first mover, which was essentially communist China.

00:28:45.480 How did we abdicate our political responsibility?

00:28:47.820 we turned over the necessity to consider a multiplicity of options to hypothetical

00:28:55.660 experts on the public health front. And I would say that was an abdication of responsibility

00:29:01.020 because first of all, we turned those public health experts into political figures having to

00:29:07.420 adjudicate between a number of competing ethical claims. And we also, our political leaders and

00:29:13.580 ourselves as citizens allowed our responsibility to be usurped by these experts in a time of

00:29:21.260 hypothetical crisis we then manipulated public opinion in the most egregious possible manner

00:29:29.020 using a collusion between corporation primarily the the pharmaceutical industry government and

00:29:36.540 media who all colluded together to use fear to impose tyranny and we did that

00:29:47.260 not only by manipulating public opinion through the media but by using opinion polls to sample

00:29:55.020 that frightened public opinion to justify the imposition of restrictions on our basic rights

00:30:00.940 as a consequence of response to that public opinion and then to lie in the aftermath of that

00:30:06.880 and claim that that was all based on science. All of that was a lie as I know full well from

00:30:12.620 talking to people who were advising political figures including conservative political figures

00:30:16.920 during the epidemic itself. We suspended our basic rights including the rights to travel,

00:30:23.840 the freedom of association, the right to bodily integrity and there's barely a more fundamental

00:30:28.740 right than that, and the right to freedom of speech. We did the latter, particularly by

00:30:34.320 persecuting people who dared to say anything against the panicked response to the hypothetical

00:30:40.620 COVID epidemic. Here's a rule of thumb for everyone to consider in the future.

00:30:47.060 Imagine there's a crisis. I suppose now we believe the next one is going to be on the climate front.

00:30:52.220 imagine that your response to that crisis is a kind of paralytic fear then imagine that you use

00:31:07.520 power to yourself well you've just demonstrated that you are not the right leader for that crisis
