00:03:37.880And he says the conservatives are the divisive ones.
00:03:42.180Also, a couple of special guests tonight, Dr. Stephen Malthouse from British Columbia and retired human rights lawyer, now human rights activist Gail Davidson will join the show tonight.
00:03:53.160Talking about a big event that's planned for Victoria tomorrow regarding the passing last year of Bill 36 in British Columbia, which will apparently restrict doctors and any kind of medical practitioner in that province from being governed by their own peers.
00:04:14.660Now we're going to have government bureaucrats governing the medical profession in British Columbia, and it's already in effect.
00:04:23.700So there's a big, huge information session in Victoria tomorrow.
00:04:27.020We're going to find out more about that in just a second.
00:17:06.060That is very interesting what you just said.
00:17:07.880You can make a person in a room disappear through hypnosis.
00:17:11.640like you wouldn't even notice they were there no no in fact no and and uh and you know sometime
00:17:18.300a stage of hypnosis will do this they'll actually make them make themselves disappear and then
00:17:23.240they'll carry something across the room and people the people they're watching would freak out like
00:17:26.520something is is actually floating across the room without anyone holding it and uh and so uh it can
00:17:33.300happen and i think that type of almost subconscious um effect is what what has gone on over these last
00:17:40.000for years i mean this is a whole nother topic um now it looks like oh gail's coming on hi gail
00:17:44.400hi gail hi hey gail gail by the way this is gail davidson everybody gail is a retired human rights
00:17:53.280lawyer now human rights activist and you know gail there's all kinds of things we could talk to you
00:17:58.840about and we're we are going to get into the big event that you guys have got going on through bc
00:18:02.860rising tomorrow in victoria that's why you're both there uh gail as a human well a retired human
00:18:08.500rights lawyer what have you seen in the last few years that have changed well you know what i'd
00:18:16.800like to jump in right now and talk about the health professions and occupations act which
00:18:21.820is what we're going to victoria to talk about if you don't mind is that okay shadow i want to get
00:18:27.560to that we've got lots of time don't don't worry about that we're definitely going to talk about
00:18:31.380that but what i want to ask and the reason i ask this is because many people have gone and filed
00:18:37.120human rights complaints regarding uh being excluded from things because they weren't
00:18:42.260vaccinated and whatnot have you seen human rights codes actually be rewritten across the country and
00:18:47.640specifically in british columbia human rights codes aren't being rewritten they're being ignored
00:18:53.780so um government authorities government appointed um people have made like for instance in british
00:19:03.040Columbia, our public health, a provincial health officer, was making laws that stripped people
00:19:11.020summarily of rights, some of which under Canadian law and international law are absolute rights that
00:19:17.640can't be stripped or restricted under any circumstances, including a public health
00:19:22.740emergency or including a war. And this was done at press conferences in whispering tones. And
00:19:30.720And not only did they get away with it, but all of the institutions, public institutions that we rely on to be part of the fabric that upholds our system of rights.
00:19:43.720So unions, academics, lawyers, doctors, various kinds of professional people, they all didn't just acquiesce.
00:19:55.720acquiesced they jumped on board basically not all of them of course there was always some outliers
00:20:01.640but as organizations they jumped on board and said yes um people should lose their jobs if they
00:20:08.460exercise their right to say no to an experimental product that the government happens to be calling
00:20:14.740a vaccine and um if they say no to wearing a mask or if they say no to uh you can't go to your
00:20:21.920church you can go to costco but you can't go to your church and so on and then along with uh these
00:20:28.840extraordinary unlawful measures the press upon whom we rely on a democracy because democracy
00:20:36.740only functions if there's opportunity for debate and debate of course lives on information and the
00:20:43.260most people would have access to the mainstream media and that was kind of on board right away
00:20:50.240with an alarming type of censorship and propaganda.
00:20:58.840So news outlets didn't become, they switched from being news outlets
00:21:07.400And we got so ridiculous that we were going outside in the street
00:21:13.880at 7 o'clock and banging pots and pans saying hooray
00:21:18.520for the public health officer for the provincial health officer um so all those changes have come
00:21:24.740along and the health professions and occupations act is just putting them down into an actual
00:21:31.680statute uh you know what's interesting is here in winnipeg we have this thing called the canadian
00:21:38.980museum for human rights and they when the vaccine passports came out they were of course excluding
00:21:45.500everybody who was not vaccinated. You had to show your vaccine passport at the door.
00:21:50.180And we found that to be incredibly ironic. There was a big demonstration. A few hundred people
00:21:54.720showed up outside the front doors and they were hauled away, summarily the leaders of that
00:21:59.280particular protest by Winnipeg police officers. And it wasn't a pretty, it was not a pretty day
00:22:05.280when that demonstration went on. And I just thought, well, the irony of this, the National
00:22:10.320human rights museum is actually discriminating against people. Is that what this is, Gail? Is
00:22:17.760this actually a form of discrimination? Because there's a lot of people on the other side, the
00:22:22.540propaganda side, the left-wing side, as you were just saying, who said, I don't see how you're
00:22:27.340discriminated against. What rights did you lose, actually? Well, of course, it's discriminatory,
00:22:34.560But unfortunately, human rights commissions and courts, with some exceptions, have tended to come down on the government side.
00:22:45.380So, for instance, many courts in Ontario particularly have said, look, we're not here to decide which science is right and which science is wrong.
00:22:57.400um we're we're going to take judicial notice because the public health officer has said
00:23:04.800that the products are vaccines the products that you have to get injected with are vaccines
00:23:10.000and that they're safe and effective they're vaccines so in other words they're products
00:23:15.420that provide immunity from a particular disease they're safe and they're effective at immunizing
00:23:21.000i'm going to take judicial notice that they are and we don't want to hear anything more about it so
00:23:26.800at this point in time, the courts, generally speaking, haven't been very helpful in actually
00:23:34.080hearing the cases on a factual and legal basis. And also, of course, this might be a little
00:23:41.580different with commissions, but courts are largely inaccessible anyway, because of cost. And during
00:23:47.820COVID, they were also inaccessible because there were so few lawyers who were willing to act on
00:23:54.840the cases. I spoke to Leighton Gray about that very thing last night. He mentioned judicial notice,
00:24:00.680which is much like the court just recognizing that this is an actual thing. It exists like
00:24:07.000gravity or the sky being blue or the grass being green and whatnot. But I don't see how they've
00:24:13.380imposed that particular situation in this place or in this situation because these things,
00:24:21.800as Dr. Mulhouse just pointed out, are absolutely not vaccines, nor are they safe and effective,
00:24:29.100as there are thousands of people across the country who are suffering from vaccine injuries
00:24:34.240that they can attest to that right now. Why will the court not reverse their position on this?
00:24:40.140Well, I think they will, given time and given enough people who have the resources
00:24:46.920to litigate the case and enough people who have are also represented by lawyers who are
00:24:53.780competent to do that but that's going to take an awful lot of time I don't think that that
00:24:59.900legal change comes from the top down it comes from the bottom up because
00:25:04.160the judiciary whatever else you could say about it is by and large people selected from a very
00:25:11.920narrow class of privileged people and if you see the people who were very I'm not going to say the
00:25:19.160most compliant but but generally speaking the most privileged people were have been the most
00:25:25.140compliant with all of these measures they're people who have been enormously well um um um
00:25:33.220rewarded for being compliant for saying yes for going along to get along and not making waves
00:25:41.380And then you had thousands of people, the trucker's convoy, which was the reverse of that, people who hadn't had the privilege of always being rewarded for saying yes.
00:26:01.840Stephen, you were just talking about one of your colleagues suggesting that you might have some kind of psychological difficulty with the stance that you have taken on all of this.
00:26:11.380And I say, well, you know, it's interesting because anybody who stands up and speaks out against this narrative is summarily dismissed and canceled.
00:26:21.040Essentially, they are giving up everything they have ever worked for.
00:26:24.780And why would anybody do that if they're trying to get famous?
00:26:30.460Yeah, there's nothing there's nothing to gain personally by this except doing the right thing.
00:26:36.900And and that's that's what we're all doing.
00:26:39.140we're we doing what's right and uh faculty the consequences let them let them come you know
00:26:44.560that's our our feeling about it and i know many of my colleagues who have spoken i feel exactly
00:26:47.860the same way they're all they're all taking a risk to their to their professions and their
00:26:51.800livelihoods and you know and to protect their families in some ways too because that means you
00:26:55.960know putting food on the table and a roof over their head i mean no some of them have had to
00:26:59.620sell their houses and you know buy trailer homes things like that because of uh costs um incurred
00:27:06.720by uh by legal fees and and that sort of thing so um yeah there's nothing to be gained by doing this
00:27:13.500but uh most of us if you if you track these people back you'll see they're they've been
00:27:17.320truth tellers actually all their lives and um it's it's just it's almost like a habit in a way
00:27:23.020and uh isn't that interesting you know it's interesting you say that because i've always
00:27:29.600been like this i've always questioned things always since i was a small kid and i remember
00:27:35.540a buddy of mine a couple of years ago coming out and saying to me well it's no surprise that you're
00:27:40.000doing a show like this now considering who you are and what you've always stood for and i thought
00:27:44.940that was kind of funny yeah i guess that the most of us who have been uh able to see through all of
00:27:51.020the crap for the past few years are the ones who have been looking through crap for our entire
00:27:56.100lives very good point you just made there yeah i think people when people ask i'll just interrupt
00:28:00.820something to say that when people ask this you know what why why did all these people who are
00:28:04.460the people that are seeing through this this the multiple hoaxes that were being given and people
00:28:11.520say well they don't watch tv or i've heard other ones like they play sports in high school so but
00:28:15.640really i i believe that it's that they all have this this uh inquisitiveness gene that they want
00:28:21.380to know how things work and they they won't take kind of a fluff off by you know anybody public
00:28:27.380health or colleagues or or you know any of the journals such as the lancet or the new england
00:28:32.520Journal of Medicine, which are completely owned by the pharmaceutical companies.
00:28:53.440whether it's Rumble or X or Facebook, don't forget to like and share.
00:28:57.120Get this out to as many people as you possibly can.
00:28:59.800it's important that people hear the information that Dr. Malthouse and Gail are providing us
00:29:04.840tonight. Stephen, would you like to talk about BC Rising, please? Yeah, well, BC Rising actually
00:29:10.460came, rose out of Freedom Rising, which is a national organization of all the sort of freedom
00:29:16.920leaders across the country, people who have been pushing back since 2020. And even before that,
00:29:22.340many of them were activists before that, but seeing all the flaws in the public health policies,
00:29:27.980which have come across from the nation, but also many other things, such as 15-Minute Cities and
00:29:32.580SOGI 123, which is the idea of pushing gender ideology and sexual, I would say, confusion
00:29:40.420into the schools. There are many people that decided they wanted to get together,
00:29:46.720create a network, and push back against that. So there was a National One Forum,
00:29:50.400and there's more than 100 groups that are involved in that at last count.
00:29:56.640And when many of us in B.C. decided, hey, we've got our own issues here, maybe we better focus on a few of those, that's when B.C. rising arose as an association.
00:30:05.380And, of course, the first thing that we started tackling, we saw was so remarkably dangerous, was Bill 36, which was passed back in November and is now known as the Health Professions and Occupations Act.
00:30:20.080We call it Bill 36, so it's kind of easier, rolls off the tongue easier and is easier for us to remember.
00:30:25.080So when we saw that, that's when we started what we called the postcard campaign.
00:35:50.760So do you get the impression the government might be at least starting to listen to some of you,
00:35:58.200considering that there's going to be this large gathering tomorrow?
00:36:01.100And Gail, can you talk about what's happening tomorrow, please?
00:36:05.420What's happening tomorrow is a group of health care providers and myself.
00:36:13.180We're going to sit in the gallery at the Legislative Assembly
00:36:19.700And some of the people there are going to be presenting, I think, 5,000 postcards addressed to MLA's calling for the act to be repealed.
00:36:34.380And then there's going to be a press conference afterwards.
00:36:37.800And so we're trying to draw attention, the attention of the elected representatives to the dangerous, extremely dangerous nature of the act.
00:36:49.080The horrible irony of it is that the Minister of Health said, oh, well, we have to protect patients from harm, and the Act is doing patients enormous harm.
00:37:04.400And when, Stephen, when Dr. Malthouse talks about doctors leaving the province, under this statute, doctors will no longer have any control over deciding the treatment and the advice or the information that patients receive.
00:37:22.960So right away, patients write to informed consent, it's gone, violated.
00:37:27.080Wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You're telling us that doctors will no longer be able to come up with the best treatment regimen for their patients. In their opinion, they're going to have to go with state sanctioned treatments?
00:37:44.160Well, they can. They can come up with it, but they will be fined up to $500,000 and two years of jail time if they speak out of line. That's the risk to them. And so you can imagine most doctors are not going to want to be speaking out of school. They'll have to do what the government tells them. So if the government says that everyone should have the next monkeypox vaccine, that's what they'll have to say.
00:38:09.280And if you think about it, how an anonymous complaint can close their office.
00:38:14.560Right. Then then this this is really a sword over the doctor's head.
00:38:19.040So you can imagine doctors are not going to stay in this province and they're certainly not going to be recruited to this province to replace those those longtime practitioners who, you know, who are experienced.
00:38:28.300We may have some people who are not very well trained, replace them, but even they won't last because of the stresses that will be brought to bear on them.
00:38:36.520you know we we know that british columbia like almost every other province in the country has
00:38:41.960had a terrible shortage of medical practitioners for years now and that was stressing the system
00:38:48.140badly enough and nurses too but this is going to make things so bad as you say dr malthouse
00:38:54.880a million people in british columbia which is a province of five million just over five million
00:39:00.040people, don't have a family practitioner. How much worse is this going to get? And how long
00:39:07.060are the people going to put up with this? Because the government seems either so obtuse that they
00:39:12.320can't see what they're doing, or they're lying through their teeth. Yeah, you got it.
00:39:20.380Well, it's definitely going to get worse, because good medicine, as I understand it,
00:39:26.600Stephen, you can correct me if you disagree, is based on individualized healthcare. So it's
00:39:34.640based on a healthcare provider having the, first of all, education to be able to conduct and
00:39:42.900analyze the diagnostic information, and then look at the patient's individual situation and say,
00:39:51.520this is the treatment that's um good for you and i'm going to explain the the risks and benefits
00:39:56.980of that treatment the risk and benefits of alternatives the risk and benefits of having
00:40:02.700no treatment whatsoever and let you decide when you have a system that says no no no no what
00:40:07.860we're going to do here is we're going to we're going to impose uh one size fits all um in many
00:40:14.560situations not in every situation so if a patient comes in with a cold at this point in time the
00:40:21.140doctor can go ahead and tell the patient whatever the doctor wants to tell them about the cold
00:40:26.400although the cold being a transmissible disease it could be that the all kinds of appointed people
00:40:34.260political appointees that aren't required to be competent accountable transparent um they they
00:40:42.480they can impose mandatory vaccination for all um 130 000 health care providers in british columbia
00:40:51.080for a cold and then they could also um write the bylaws and regulations that say and furthermore
00:40:58.920um this could be or no they could arbitrarily decide that any doctor saying to any patient
00:41:05.140i don't really think that this cold vaccine would be a good idea for you that could be um spreading
00:41:11.320um false and miss in false and misleading information or misleading information and
00:41:17.400could result in um a summary suspension of the doctor's uh practice license to practice
00:41:25.040so um the doctor's in a very difficult position because he or she is still responsible for for
00:41:34.180patient outcomes right but they're not having they will no longer have the power to decide how to
00:41:42.680maximize the the uh the best health outcome for the patient do you do you think that this type of
00:41:51.540law could spread to other provinces i haven't heard of any other province that's talking about
00:41:58.080anything like this at least not yet you know i i see it as a trial statute to impose total global
00:42:06.780control over everything, but through the health portal, because that's a nice little portal
00:42:13.500through which to put the total totalitarian measures because international human rights
00:42:20.640law allows the restriction of some human rights, not all of them, some of them, to address
00:42:31.660So it's a it's a nice opening and they already have the WHO as a as a global determinant of what is going on in health in the world and what might be a good way of addressing it.
00:42:45.560So I think that they these kind of statutes will sweep across across Canada.
00:42:52.280Yes. Yeah, it's a global it's a global action.
00:42:54.820Right. And because actually one of the sections talks about how the B.C. government can now adopt as law any regulation code or standard from a foreign jurisdiction or so that could mean or even an international body.
00:43:12.820So that could mean that they could say, hey, we're going to accept what the WHO has told us or we like what they're doing down in Arkansas or something like that.
00:43:21.000they could they could do anything like that and make it law without going what we would normally
00:43:25.220consider proper proper procedures so that is in this law and this suggests that it's not coming
00:43:33.020from just from out of bc although we have you know the players but it suggests that this is actually
00:43:38.300a top-down regulation and what dr maltose is saying there's actually three different sections
00:43:44.580of the Act that allow a dizzying number of people, some of them just appointees, to adopt
00:43:52.540as law in British Columbia with or without any change, any law enacted by any jurisdiction
00:44:00.520anywhere in the world, or any rule set by any national or international organization
00:44:09.900Those are the only restrictions put on the adoption, and it can be adopted by cabinet, can be adopted by the health minister, can be adopted under emergency situation by the provincial health officer, and non-emergency situations can be adopted by a non-specified number of political appointees.
00:44:32.660So you see, health care providers are going to be in a very frightening position and health care recipients are going to be hooped.
00:50:46.840What is the objective for tomorrow's event?
00:50:51.000Well, Gail, why don't you address that one?
00:50:53.260I think we'll both tell you what we think is going to be the objective and what will come of it.
00:50:57.160all right okay i think the sorry you've i'll be quick steven and then you follow me up
00:51:04.460the objective is to um raise more concern amongst elected representatives raise some concern
00:51:13.680amongst elected representatives as we can now it would be very easy to say well that's futile
00:51:20.780But in a democracy, a democracy is based on peaceful resolution of things through various means, and it relies on laws that are enforced mainly because they're passed by consensus.
00:51:37.400So us going there tomorrow signals that we believe in the potential of the democratic system, even though it seems to be very much failing us at this point.
00:51:51.640And so that's that's our point in going there.
00:53:58.540And we need to have this so people can see what's happening.
00:54:01.580Let's have some transparency for a change here.
00:54:04.120And then let's come up with something which is reasonable and actually will work and improve the health care in the province rather than destroy it, which is what's going to happen with this act.
00:54:12.640Do you know if there's an election, provincial election, coming up anytime soon in B.C.?
00:54:17.840well i think there's one that's going to be due probably i think it's going to be october of 2024
00:54:23.540and you know what i know this is not political but i'm i'm looking at the the bc conservatives
00:54:29.800right now because they're backing the repeal of this act and i know john rustat who's the leader
00:54:35.920of that party and uh he actually left went across the floor to the bc conservatives revived the
00:54:41.720party and you know the platforms for that are actually very good they're they're you know
00:54:46.280giving control back to parents, like parents are in charge of their kids, not the schools.
00:54:50.900They're, you know, they feel that nobody should be mandated to have a medical treatment that they
00:54:54.800don't want. There are many things that they're supporting, which I think align with what BC
00:55:00.340Rising feels is worthwhile pursuing. So as far as I'm concerned, they're out in the lead in terms
00:55:05.940of the parties, the NDP, the Greens, the Liberals, no matter how you rebrand them, they're all, you
00:55:11.560know just i would say a business as usual and uh once we're in power we want to stay in power
00:55:17.060and we don't really care so much about the health of the populace and i think that's evident in
00:55:23.140their actions no kidding uh and and you know it's funny you say i know this isn't really political
00:55:27.960sadly these days everything has become politicized and uh this is no different i would love to have
00:55:34.660the both of you before i let you guys go i want to know if people like the public can they come

00:56:03.820if you if you can get to this province shadow that would be really good but if you can't maybe
00:56:07.780send one of your colleagues along and uh between 12 and one o'clock tomorrow uh at the legislature
00:56:13.220so we'll be having a press conference there'll be uh we have nine healthcare practitioners who are
00:56:17.600going to be speaking and and gail we're going to be speaking um about the different aspects of this
00:56:23.640bill of this act the health professions and occupations act and we'll we're going to tell
00:56:28.840you what's bad about it and what needs to be changed and how to go about making that change
00:57:02.860Before we say goodbye, can I just say thank you very much to you, because one of the problems that we face in letting people know how dangerous this act is before it's too late is that the mainstream media is completely silent on it.
00:57:19.880So I want to just take my hat off to you to say how very, very important your work is.
00:58:17.700But this is all about Bill 36 in British Columbia.
00:58:21.340This is an interesting story I found in the National Post today.
00:58:26.520Jamie Sarkinak writes, UCP members, that's the United Conservative Party in Alberta, refreshingly vote to purge toxic wokeness from education.
00:58:38.460This is interesting because Saskatchewan has done this as well.
00:58:42.540They're talking about doing it in New Brunswick and Ontario, not so much Manitoba now that there's an NDP government that's been elected in the past month.
00:58:50.660Maybe because people are still advocating loudly for parental rights in Manitoba.
00:58:56.520We have yet to see it, definitely not in British Columbia, sadly, because of that Marxist government they have out there.
01:01:43.480In the same spirit, party members voted to establish a comprehensive bill of parental rights, which would require all parents to be informed and empowered to make decisions for their children when provincial services are in play.
01:01:56.520It's pretty tame and not anywhere near as radical and far right as some would have you believe.
01:02:03.260And we're going to show you some video of some screaming far left wing radicals in just a couple of minutes.
01:02:10.860indeed parental rights are well established in canada evidenced by the 3 000 or so results
01:02:18.040of court cases and legislation retrieved from a database on the canadian legal information
01:02:22.960institute website it could be useful for alberta to codify these long-standing parental rights in
01:02:29.020one place however since cbc insists on framing the concept as wacko foreign united states
01:02:36.400originating idea to give it the appearance of illegitimacy. Right? Just wait. Wait until you
01:02:42.280see this video I'm going to play for you. Back to the convention. Unfortunately, a policy on school
01:02:47.840vouchers failed to make it in. This edition would have supported a funding system for schools that
01:02:52.520works on a per-student basis, the idea being to better enable school choice. Alas. A couple of
01:02:58.940resolutions targeted higher education, a file the UCP has kept rather quiet on. Notably, the party
01:03:05.060membership voted to withdraw government funding from any institution with a DEI, that's Diversity,
01:03:10.860Equity, and Inclusion Office, or policy, or equivalent thereof. DEI sounds nice in theory.
01:03:16.860No, it doesn't. To some, maybe, but not to me, not to you. But the work is just that of progressive
01:03:23.960commissars whose job it is to collect identity statistics, make discriminatory procedures,
01:03:28.980and centrally plan the desired demographics of their institutions.
01:03:33.880What might un-DEI-ing a university look like in practice?
01:03:39.520Well, for one, it should cut back on the identity-based hiring practices
01:03:43.600that are now widely accepted in the province.
01:03:46.500In the past couple of years, for example,
01:03:48.160the University of Calgary has instituted a hiring program for equity-seeking groups only,
01:03:53.980while the University of Alberta has opened a number of faculty jobs up
01:03:58.100exclusively to black people. Isn't that racism and discrimination? Systematically?
01:04:06.900These programs exist in part because the federal liberals cleverly pressure institutions into
01:04:13.380equity-based discrimination hiring practices through contracting requirements and research
01:04:18.300funding policies. And so far, provinces have stood by and allowed it. Rejecting DEI could
01:04:25.420risk that funding and will certainly result in being called bad names in the left-wing corporate
01:04:30.900media. But hey, it would probably get results. If Quebec Premier Francois Legault can basically
01:04:36.820oust English from the academy, Alberta can surely take on toxic ideologies. Race-based admissions
01:04:44.040programs were also in the crosshairs of the UCP, which voted to ban such procedures. Yes, these do
01:04:50.480exist in the province. The U of Calgary, for example, has special admissions streams for
01:04:54.800qualified prospective black students in law and medicine for students in other programs. It has
01:05:01.040an equitable and inclusive admissions stream open to those who can check a diversity box.
01:05:07.100And this includes, but it's not limited to, race. I'm sure gender plays a role in that as well.
01:05:13.500The Charter of Rights and Freedoms does allow affirmative action programs, but these schools
01:05:18.620have taken it to the extreme by giving special treatment to anyone who isn't a straight white
01:05:25.320man. So far, the UCP's effort to dampen leftist ideology and higher learning has amounted to one
01:05:31.660rather soft move in February when the government announced it would require post-secondary
01:05:36.880institutions to report how they're enabling free expression. That alone probably won't make a
01:05:42.560difference, so it's promising the membership understands that more needs to be done.
01:05:46.100Beyond education, a number of winning policies at the convention focused on health.
01:05:50.780One would eliminate safe injection sites.
01:05:53.280They're putting one in Winnipeg's downtown, by the way, very soon.
01:05:58.100If you thought downtown Winnipeg was bad now, just wait.
01:06:03.500A couple of others were geared at preserving individual autonomy and health care, both for patients and doctors.
01:06:09.180Regarding professional regulation, one policy called for the party to limit professional regulatory bodies
01:06:15.440to investigating on-the-job conduct, a clear response to recent overreaches that Canadian
01:06:21.180regulators have taken against conservatives like Jordan Peterson in Ontario and former
01:06:26.380Attorney General Tyler Shandro in Alberta. For a non-binding policy book, they're not bad ideas.
01:06:32.740A good number of these resolutions, particularly those concerned with education, would be considered
01:06:37.660no-brainers only 15 years ago. Some observers are concerned that this convention represented
01:06:43.640a foray into the far right really it's just a return to normal
01:06:49.600that is what we are doing a return to basic common sense basic common decency and a meritocracy
01:07:04.640Right? Okay. Tucker Carlson is coming to Canada in January. He's going to be doing a lecture, I think, or a talk or something in Calgary. So here is the leader of the opposition in Alberta, NDP leader Rachel Notley on Tucker Carlson. Listen to what she has to say.
01:07:30.120In terms of Tucker Carlson, listen, that character has attacked the Ukraine.
01:07:41.520He has diminished women in an offensive way.
01:07:45.600He has endorsed the attempted uprising in the U.S. around the presidential elections.
01:07:56.140The fact that our premier believes it's appropriate to normalize the things this person would say by appearing on a stage with him, it demonstrates a profound lack of judgment on her part.
01:08:08.700It damages Alberta's reputation on an international level.
01:08:12.700i'm sorry but that's the most one of the most ridiculous things i've heard and it's difficult
01:08:25.560to say that anymore isn't it in a long time no today because these marxists are always saying
01:08:33.560something absolutely absurd look at this person here this is an ndp mla
01:08:38.220sarah hoffman and she was talking about tucker carlson in the alberta legislature today will
01:08:46.480the premier please reconsider and cancel her conversation with tucker carlson tucker carlson
01:08:51.340has called women extremely primitive he said that we need to be quiet and do what we're told
01:08:56.180praised vladimir putin he's insulted the president of ukraine and he's promoted the debunked conspiracy
01:09:02.100theory that ukraine was producing biological weapons tucker carlson has said many offensive
01:09:06.340things about newcomers he spouted racist tropes the premier is welcoming the hateful views of
01:09:11.220tucker carlson and this sends a very dangerous message to all albertans his extreme views were
01:09:16.420not fit for prime time they weren't fit to be on the air at any time will the premier please
01:09:21.140reconsider and cancel her conversation with tucker carlson we're talking about an individual
01:09:27.300who has the largest podcast audience probably in the world and that's an opportunity for us
01:09:32.820Well, the premier they're unhinged, they are absolutely unhinged.
01:09:41.740They have lost their minds. Tucker Carlson is just a guy who goes on X now and speaks
01:09:49.140the truth. That's all he does. That's it. He investigates everything, all of it.
01:09:56.500And he calls out any kind of wrongdoing he sees, no matter who is doing it.
01:10:02.820And from what I understand, he's a nice guy, a really nice guy.
01:10:09.680Of course, he should be allowed into our country.
01:10:32.820So because somebody says something that you don't agree with, and by the way, this woman was spouting lie after lie after lie.
01:10:40.600If you want to talk about liars, there should be a law in Canada, provincially and federally, that if any elected individual goes on the floor of their house and says something that is patently false and they know it, there should be a law that says they get recalled and heavily fined or censored at the very, very least.
01:11:01.760I'm tired of the lying. I am tired of the BS from any politician.
01:11:07.620But lately, it seems that politicians mostly on the far left are the ones who are doing the most lying.
01:11:14.920And they're calling us purveyors of mis- and disinformation, which is absolutely ridiculous.
01:11:20.640All right, let's move on to the next tier.
01:11:24.240Here is, speaking of liars, here is Justin Trudeau in the House of Commons today.
01:11:29.920The fact of the matter is, Mr. Speaker, Canadians are afraid of climate change.
01:11:35.240They're afraid of the extreme weather events.
01:11:58.100Well, that's that's weather versus climate. So they want it one way and then things go against them. And so they want it the other way. They change the argument completely, just like any good narcissist will do. Or psychopath, for that matter, which I happen to think this guy is.
01:12:16.660like he was a narcissist and now he's completely off the rails he is now a psychopath but let's
01:12:23.880watch this again he is calling you afraid he is calling you afraid of climate change he is taunting
01:12:30.240the fact of the matter is mr speaker canadians are afraid of climate change they're afraid of
01:12:35.780the extreme weather events they're afraid of the concerns we have about a brighter future
01:12:40.380And what we are doing is fighting climate change every day.
01:12:44.980We're not afraid of anything, by the way.
01:12:49.780We've been through a lot of crap these past few years.
01:12:55.200And we're going to go through more crap.
01:12:57.600And we're certainly not afraid of this bogus climate change scam.
01:13:02.060And we're certainly not afraid of Justin Trudeau or any of his minions.
01:13:07.000I think we can have consensus on that.
01:13:09.200here on this show, in this audience, in this community.
01:13:17.100Here is Trudeau today on X bragging about how he got his COVID-19 booster and flu shot this
01:13:23.760morning. How many cases of COVID has he had, by the way? Four is it now? Five maybe?
01:13:30.180You should get yours too. To find out why and where you can get yours, click here. So this is
01:13:36.640trudeau getting his shot this is today watch
