00:06:26.160 now if i can yeah here she is there we are hey tanya how you doing thanks for coming on the show
00:06:31.000 tonight really appreciate it yeah hi shadow thanks for having me here i'm looking forward to our
00:06:35.320 conversation yeah me too now you guys you should know that tanya and i did have a brief conversation
00:06:40.760 before we started the show tonight we talked about some things we're going to talk about but
00:06:45.160 Before we get to that, Tanya, Manitoba has been a place, according to Chris Sky and Pat King, and I told you this off the air before we started, they say that they find that people here are the most compliant all across the country.
00:06:58.660 Now, there are some people that aren't, obviously. There's all kinds of us. It's just a matter of finding each other and then finding an organization like yours that actually gives people guidance on things they can do if they've been wronged by the corporation they work for or even the government, for that matter, in terms of these mandates.
00:07:18.200 So could you please give the people who don't know a little bit of information about you and the organization, just to start with?
00:07:25.120 Okay, thank you. Well, as you mentioned, I'm the founder of Action for Canada. And I was just over six years ago, I was just a normal person, minding my business, raising my kids, involved in my community and my church. And when Justin Trudeau was coming into office, I didn't care for what he was campaigning on. And I always say I saw the writing on the wall that this was going to be destruction for this nation if we didn't do something about it.
00:07:50.820 I'd never been active before and but I decided to write a letter of concern and I'd sent it to my
00:07:57.780 MP thinking that he cared he was a he was a liberal at the time I really you know I had
00:08:02.820 always voted and did my civic duty I never voted liberal I was a conservative I'll come right out
00:08:07.380 and say it and but I didn't know how devastating the distance was and how critically important it
00:08:14.020 was becoming to know who we were voting for and where they stood on critical issues and so naively
00:08:19.780 I wrote a letter I you know over the issue of concern I had people come into the MP's office
00:08:25.700 and he politely shook his head and you know they're there nice girl all right we know what
00:08:30.780 we're doing and you know now I look back and I see they perfectly knew what they were doing
00:08:35.480 in commencing implementing socialism and communism into Canada but at the time I didn't and so I
00:08:42.860 proceeded to you know try to address the next legislation that was coming through which was
00:08:49.440 Bill C-16 allowing biological males into women and child spaces and then of course motion M-103
00:08:56.140 which was the Islamophobia motion which was to silence any criticism against radical Islam
00:09:02.820 and and so it was just it just kept going and because the liberals were a majority they were
00:09:07.920 able to pass this would go through second first second and third reading and then it would go to
00:09:13.600 the senate and so I'd accumulated all the senators lists and all the MPs lists from every you know
00:09:19.020 not every writing, but every party that they were in. And I would send out, I would write the
00:09:25.060 letters and then I would send it to friends. I started probably with 12 on my email list. I
00:09:29.160 remember the first time, hey, shouldn't I send this to them? I was a little nervous, like,
00:09:33.580 what will they think? And I thought, oh, I got to do this. It's too important. And they'd say,
00:09:38.200 oh, we don't have time to write a letter. We didn't know this was going on. I say, that's okay.
00:09:42.120 Sign mine and send it. They just need to hear from us. And it turned into the letter writing
00:09:48.200 campaign. And then I would put in the subject call to action. So it was the call to action
00:09:53.540 letter writing campaign, which eventually led to Action for Canada. And that's where, you know,
00:10:00.140 I went from, you know, a list of 500 people on my email list to tens and tens of thousands of them.
00:10:08.020 And we've got an extremely great opening rate. And so I still do the calls to action. But what
00:10:15.360 happened was uh at the 2019 election we realized and i was working with other great organizations
00:10:22.000 across uh the nation on these campaign life coalition path in ontario over uh issues with
00:10:28.180 our children act for canada who valerie's one of our directors there was c3rf uh russ cooper
00:10:34.960 is a retired major who came out of retirement because he saw what was happening and he was
00:10:41.000 very concerned about the motion M103. Then there was the guns. So I, you know, would write letter
00:10:46.360 writing campaigns against gun restrictions. So I was really connecting with a lot of different
00:10:52.240 groups. I sort of considered myself an umbrella group dealing with many different issues. So when
00:10:57.880 COVID came, I remember watching the news, I think it was end of January, beginning of February 2020.
00:11:03.320 And I looked and I thought, there's no way I just didn't believe what I was seeing. And you know,
00:11:09.780 there was that eerie bit of feeling when you went out to shop everybody wearing masks this fear
00:11:14.900 and so by March I was already writing a report called government corruption and colluding with
00:11:21.720 a foreign syndicate and I think it was April 8th that I went to three local hospitals and within
00:11:28.580 20 minutes of each other I drove to them and I just merely walked in scan the emergency sitting
00:11:34.220 room the big empty white tent with no lineups outside when global news and ctv news were
00:11:39.440 reporting the night before that everything was like all these big lineups of course staged
00:11:43.560 lying and i posted that on the page and i had somebody uh contact in ottawa go to multiple
00:11:49.400 hospitals as well and this became part of my report and the report exposed trudeau's relationship
00:11:55.160 with gates and with fauci and with everything what was going to happen to our children businesses
00:12:00.740 are elderly how they were being uh isolated and how it was also cruel and i sent that letter out
00:12:07.660 i think it was april 13th to my mass email list and a couple people came back and you know said
00:12:14.940 you know how dare i how could i say that and because then a month later i'm asking people
00:12:19.460 to get out and rally and you know people were wishing i'd get covid and die but i know i'm
00:12:24.820 going on here a bit but again oh that's all right continue this is okay all right and so then by may
00:12:30.040 of 2020 i had done i i i commenced a um a writing campaign against every premier in canada so i the
00:12:40.300 the action was the message to them was live the lockdowns and get the citizens of your province
00:12:47.100 back to work if the federal government is going isn't going to protect them and then it's up to
00:12:50.960 you and by the way read the following uh report which was the government corruption report and
00:12:57.400 commence an investigation against the federal government and because within that the very last
00:13:02.500 link i i saved it as an mp4 and we've put it in this report so it can't be taken down but it was
00:13:08.240 a liberal mp mcginty who was head of a committee to study the in a foreign infiltration and what
00:13:15.400 kind of danger we're in. And his report after 2019, having access to all our top security,
00:13:22.180 CSIS, CBSA, et cetera, he came back and said, we're under severe threat. And he had said in
00:13:28.880 this media announcement that he'd gone to Trudeau and let him know. Well, Trudeau was probably doing
00:13:33.920 a little jig thinking, yeah, exactly. This is exactly what we want. And I was horrified.
00:13:39.760 So by July of 2020, I had made an appointment. I had known the assistant commissioner of the RCMP. I'd met him a year earlier over an issue. And so I said, can I have a meeting with you? And so I arrived there. I provided him this report. I provided him a file on Bonnie Henry, our health officer, and Tam and just the Shermans, not the Shermans, but Apotex, because they were going to do this testing on hydroxychloroquine.
00:14:08.840 Canada had signed up for it at four times the recommended dose, which is a lethal dose. And I
00:14:13.620 thought, oh, you know, they'll want to know about this, right? This is criminal. They're killing
00:14:17.140 people. And yeah, so I had that conversation. It lasted about an hour, presented all the material.
00:14:23.160 I said, I think the prime minister is making backroom deals with premiers. Could you start
00:14:26.700 an investigation? And he's like, oh no, you know, we're listening to the health orders of the health
00:14:31.280 official every weekend. And yet his own dad had passed away and he was in and out of the hospitals
00:14:38.440 And he admitted they were empty. And so by the fall, the Belarus president had come out and said, you know, we've been they tried to bribe us with nearly a billion dollars to commence the to put the emergency measures in place.
00:14:53.620 So I sent that to them. I continued having communication with the RCMP. And then at the same time in the beginning last summer, I was commencing the legal action, just lining things up. I didn't retain Rocco until last fall. And yeah, so from there, it just flows into where we are now. We have commenced the legal action.
00:15:17.460 I also filed a 25-page affidavit against our health official, which I had not made public until recently because the RCMP are doing nothing with it.
00:15:29.060 It's a very powerful and compelling document, and they have every reason to commence an investigation.
00:15:35.100 Maybe they don't want to go to the Crown yet, but they should be commencing an investigation.
00:15:39.380 This is corruption at the highest level.
00:15:41.860 They're killing people, and people need to be stopped now.
00:15:45.620 The RCMP has all of the information that you have provided to them, and I'm sure they've looked through it by now.
00:15:51.760 I wonder why they haven't started that investigation.
00:15:55.400 Is it possible, is it just possible, that some of the higher-ups in that organization have been taken care of?
00:16:02.880 Well, I think that it's very evident, as far as Commissioner Luckey is concerned, who is the top cop in the RCMP.
00:16:09.880 and uh she has she is duty bound to make sure that if uh there's criminal action going on that
00:16:17.880 you know she commences the investigations and takes care of this now commissioner assistant
00:16:22.940 commissioner mcdonald in june was promoted to the deputy commissioner in bc which is the top cop for
00:16:29.820 bc of e division and he has all of the information and i've appealed to him i mean this is a man that
00:16:36.240 I thought he's a he's a Christian. He's a man of what I thought was integrity from having met him
00:16:41.420 the year before in my conversations with him. So what's holding him back? I don't understand. You
00:16:47.100 know, how do these people sleep at night? If you know, there's corruption. If I mean, Lucky would
00:16:53.980 have been handpicked by Trudeau for a reason. I know from other officers, she was not top of the
00:16:58.880 class. But she was a woman and he was all about feminism. And you know, hey, let's pick Commissioner 1.00
00:17:05.180 lucky. And for years, we had appealed to her over the issue of the Islamists that have 1.00
00:17:12.140 infiltrated certain levels of government. Tom Quiggan had, I'm not sure if you're familiar
00:17:17.180 with Tom Quiggan, terrorism expert, who had filed 132 page affidavit requesting an investigation
00:17:27.700 over the issues of terrorism that he knew about commencing and that were taking place and those
00:17:32.480 involved in Canada and four months later he added I think another 32 or 64 pages I can't remember
00:17:39.700 right now and we were appealing to her commence an investigation this is the security of Canada
00:17:44.840 which we're finding out from McGinty a liberal MP saying you know we're under extreme threat
00:17:50.260 and so COVID isn't our problem that that's just a mask to catapult communism into this nation and
00:17:57.200 a massive takeover and for five years myself and others were pleading with people please open your
00:18:02.900 eyes think about who you're voting for and so we did work very hard to get uh trudeau in 2019 from
00:18:11.220 a uh majority government down to a minority and i think that did have a big impact but what happened
00:18:18.860 when andrew sheer got in as leader of the party and all the corruption there and then further to
00:18:23.560 get Aaron O'Toole in, I mean, we know the party's been taken over and there's, to me, there's no
00:18:28.240 hope for the party. And, and so we do have- The conservatives, you mean? Pardon me? The
00:18:32.800 conservatives, you mean? Yeah. Yeah. Aaron O'Toole is, I'm sorry, he's a horrible man. I, I don't
00:18:38.760 understand why anybody continued to pour their efforts into the conservative party. There's
00:18:44.040 multiple candidates, MPs, sorry, that are in the party who have infiltrated, who have proven
00:18:49.360 themselves not to be friends of a free and democratic society now so funny you should
00:18:53.660 say this because i uh i found some old cesis reports from about 10 12 years ago and even back
00:18:59.560 then they were talking about uh infiltration from foreign nationals we're talking about china russia
00:19:06.860 possibly some from iran uh the middle east definitely who were in the highest levels of
00:19:12.140 some provincial governments either as bureaucrats or elected officials as ministers deputy ministers
00:19:17.340 And I couldn't believe that as of 10 or 12 years ago, our government was compromised already.
00:19:24.080 How bad is it today?
00:19:26.480 Yeah.
00:19:26.800 And, you know, one of the areas that McGinty had pointed out was our universities.
00:19:31.160 And how many Asian people do we have running the universities?
00:19:34.500 And not only those who are the presidents of the university.
00:19:37.320 And that's no offense to good presidents of a university if there are ones.
00:19:40.700 I don't know.
00:19:41.540 I'm not going to pinpoint any specific person.
00:19:44.220 but he's the one that said our universities are are very hot cells for the infiltration and one
00:19:50.240 of the reason is is there's a lot of preference given to those being the big bucks and that's a
00:19:54.800 lot of Chinese students that we've had come to Canada for an education and the problem is their
00:19:59.680 families are still back in China so what's being reported is that the Chinese government is is
00:20:05.540 threatening them right and to provide any and all information they can on Canadians and and there's
00:20:12.040 an infiltration right there that could easily be snipped and and taken care of but the universities
00:20:17.360 are getting big bucks and preferential treatment is given is reportedly being given to these 0.93
00:20:22.360 students it's all got to stop you know the rcmp gets over a hundred calls a day from chinese
00:20:28.800 nationals about bullying and thuggery from chinese alleged chinese government representatives here in
00:20:35.640 canada i had no idea but it doesn't surprise me and then i it's been reported that there are no
00:20:42.960 this was last year i haven't looked into it lately but that there's 12 liberal mps who profess to be
00:20:48.600 muslim brotherhood and the right-hand person to erin o'toole has reported to be muslim brotherhood
00:20:54.040 in fact he's reported uh that he's um on record like being recorded and i know people who've
00:21:01.620 heard the recording saying that he's a Muslim Brotherhood guy, something to that effect. And so
00:21:06.520 Doug Ford sealed the document, the transcript, where this guy is saying that. So in August of
00:21:13.620 2020, I did a call to action calling on Doug Ford saying, release the transcript. If this individual
00:21:20.640 is innocent, then he has a right to exonerate himself. But if he's found to have actually been
00:21:26.160 saying that he is indeed Muslim Brotherhood, then the public have a right to know this is a
00:21:31.480 massive security issue. So as I said, you know, they've been chipping away at our sovereignty and 1.00
00:21:37.900 our freedoms and our securities for a long time. And we can't think that someone like Stephen
00:21:43.300 Harper was a friend of ours either, because he's one of the ones that signed sustainable
00:21:47.660 development goals from the Global Compact on Migration. So this goes back a very long way.
00:21:52.920 You've been gathering information on this for a very long time. By the way, I want to be absolutely
00:21:56.700 clear with people who are watching right now we are not talking about anything racist here
00:22:02.200 when it comes to chinese nationals at all we have not like i have no problem with anybody who's from
00:22:07.720 china i hope they haven't got a problem with me and the same goes with anybody who is muslim of
00:22:12.820 course you're free to go ahead and and worship however you want but the muslim brotherhood has 0.52
00:22:18.320 been recognized as a terrorist organization am i correct tanya yeah and well in the i believe it's
00:22:24.000 the united states right but canada won't deem them as such and and the problem is i'm glad you
00:22:29.520 pointed that out because uh you know what they did over the years when i was talking about the
00:22:34.240 lgbtq agenda with the bill c16 allowing biological men with that came a restriction of speech they
00:22:41.040 wanted compelled speech you have to call a person you know if it's a trans person a biological man
00:22:46.800 you need to call them a woman you need to say they can have a child and breastfeed if that's
00:22:50.720 That's what they say. It's completely ludicrous. And so there they were chipping away at the freedom of speech when this motion in 103. Again, they were chipping away at our freedom of speech. We have to be able to talk about threats to this nation. I have very close and very good Chinese friends and East Indian friends. And one of my best friends comes from grade six, you know, he's from the Philippines. It is not about race or the color of the skin. 0.99
00:23:16.140 these are cultural differences where they're trying to transplant here failed systems of
00:23:22.120 governments and thought and belief that have failed in the nations that they come from and
00:23:26.780 so Canada has always been considered this beacon of hope and I love what my uncle would always say
00:23:32.020 he would say a lighthouse on shore is a beacon of hope to the sailor at sea and you can understand
00:23:38.400 that so if we want to continue to be a beacon of hope to nations in trouble where these wonderful
00:23:44.960 citizens are living under oppression and find a way to escape to come to a nation that is indeed
00:23:51.200 built on biblical principles that's what canada was founded on and therefore we have a different
00:23:56.460 system of governance and a rule of law to totalitarian and oppressive and communist regimes
00:24:01.840 it's just a fact and we can't be shamed into saying that we can't talk about this because
00:24:07.940 then they turn around and say oh no we're a multicultural nation and we're a secular nation
00:24:11.880 and I've been saying over and over again in the last year and a half secularism is one small step
00:24:17.580 away from tyranny so is multiculturalism which is being known around the world as a failure 0.88
00:24:22.680 if the host country's values aren't being embraced that's a fair statement it doesn't we don't care 0.93
00:24:29.260 about the color of your skin and making that statement we say what we have in Canada and the
00:24:33.880 reason you came here is because what we have works because the principles and the values and
00:24:39.200 the rule of law is good if it's being upheld and if we have voted right then our leaders are
00:24:44.380 upholding it but our big problem is we have voted people into office that believe that communism and
00:24:50.300 socialism is a good idea and and so that's where this threat which is being confirmed by the
00:24:56.980 liberals has come into canada at a mass rate and i'll tell you something else guys by the way my
00:25:02.260 guest is tanya gosh she is the founder of action for canada.com that's action the number four
00:25:07.220 canada all one word well i guess there's a number in there too action for canada.com uh and we are
00:25:15.080 talking about something that quite frankly should be allowed to be discussed on social media on
00:25:22.020 left-wing corporate media which is what i call it these days as opposed to mainstream media tanya
00:25:26.160 because to be completely honest i feel like our media has let us down immensely in the last 20
00:25:31.560 months or so and even longer than that but in the last 20 months especially um is there a way
00:25:38.480 to get canada back i mean one of the first things as you were talking about that a socialist or
00:25:44.700 communist government will do in order to gain control is remove churches remove places of
00:25:49.860 worship that's what joseph stalin did with russia uh that's what hitler was doing in germany
00:25:55.540 that's what all communist nations do that's what castro did in cuba if you wanted to worship to 0.74
00:26:01.540 your god whether it was you know the christian god or whoever you had to do it behind closed 0.76
00:26:09.040 doors and you had to make sure that no government officials saw you or you weren't ratted out by a
00:26:13.360 neighbor who wanted an extra can of beans for his family that night i mean i'm talking seriously
00:26:18.760 here but what i have to ask you is you forwarded all of this information to the rcmp when
00:26:25.500 last June or July, you said? Yes. How did you have all of this information then? I mean, it seems to
00:26:32.520 me that a lot of this information is only just coming out now. You must have been digging for
00:26:37.140 years for this stuff. Well, no, actually, you know, when it came down to COVID, I literally
00:26:42.920 started the report in March. And because of the fact that I just understood that something very
00:26:49.820 sinister was afoot and what i told to the rcmp in december between christmas and new year's i
00:26:57.260 couldn't get a hold of commissioner mcdonald's so i reached out to uh the second in command whom i
00:27:02.260 had the number of and i was panicking because i saw all these churches being given these fines
00:27:07.540 a thousand dollars and so you know i was reaching out to them and one particular pastor i was was
00:27:13.780 working with because i was creating materials for them to tell the government we will no longer
00:27:19.000 comply with orders that are unlawful irrational uh and and um in violation of the constitution
00:27:26.000 and so many quite a number of pastors signed it and they got their congregations to and that i
00:27:32.520 believe is why bonnie henry tried to put the injunction in place in january against the
00:27:37.140 churches because of the amount of letter she was receiving because we said sign this and send it 0.97
00:27:42.240 to Oregon. Anyway, so I had resources for the passers, put up a no trespass sign. Here's a
00:27:50.500 letter. Here's how you deal with the police if they show up. This is in violation of 176.1 to
00:27:55.540 three of the criminal code. So if an officer writes you a ticket from here on in, let them
00:28:01.340 know that, you know what, what they're doing is unlawful. It's an indictable offense and that they
00:28:05.960 don't want to do this. But if they write that ticket, that they're going to come against that
00:28:09.300 officer and charge him criminally and we're actually talking about if an officer writes a
00:28:14.880 ticket based upon a mandate a provincial mandate that is unlawful you can charge that officer for
00:28:22.100 writing that ticket in the first place it's a criminal offense under yeah under the criminal
00:28:26.420 code section 176 it says you can't interfere with clergy coming or going and and so uh section 52
00:28:33.380 one of the constitution says that there is no nothing like it is the supreme rule of
00:28:39.220 law in canada and that anything that's inconsistent with it is of no force or effect
00:28:45.240 so a mandate a statute an act uh whatever a bylaw if it is not consistent with the constitution
00:28:54.160 and your charter right it is of no force and effect all of this is unlawful so when i called
00:29:00.660 this RCMP officer and I also spoke to one in the Williams Lake and and I said they are using you
00:29:06.400 to hold us back in order to usher in communism and I told them about McGinty's report and both
00:29:13.720 of them these were separate conversations said to me this is a difficult this is a difficult situation
00:29:18.700 what are you asking Tanya and I said I'm asking you to cease and desist your attack against the
00:29:24.140 pastors now whether coincidence or not there were no uh fines issued after that in in bc to date
00:29:32.080 um and we're ready and i'm hoping that these pastors will decide to actually press criminal
00:29:39.500 charges it's coming up on a year so they need to do this against those officers there's a principle
00:29:44.240 here and a point to make uh so anyways yeah so i started that report in march i just did the
00:29:51.260 research on Trudeau's ties as far as the vaccines were concerned. And it wasn't hard to start pulling
00:29:58.900 the information out. Looking at the media you talk about, at that time, there was a heightened
00:30:05.040 deceit of information coming out through the media where they were using, I think it was a
00:30:10.920 picture from Italy with all these coffins in a room. And then New York used it. It was like,
00:30:15.800 oh my goodness, that's six years old. And now you're trying to inflate this situation to cause
00:30:20.500 fear and panic in the population. It is severe psychological warfare, military style. We know
00:30:27.120 what they're doing. And it is a matter of what my whole goal has been is to how do we relay the
00:30:34.220 truths of information to people. And when I'm a Christian, I love the Lord. And I was before him
00:30:41.740 on my belly saying, okay, I've been at this for many years. How do we come up against the lies?
00:30:46.320 And I literally, I just felt the presence of the Lord say, we're going to conquer this with truth.
00:30:52.040 And so that's over a month time where the biggest truth that we needed to understand was that Canada is a Judeo-Christian nation inherited through our British Commonwealth and that it is embedded in our Magna Carta,
00:31:06.200 forms our laws and our values and is a system of governance that sets us apart from totalitarian
00:31:11.720 communists and extremist regimes giving us the freedom to believe or not to believe without fear
00:31:18.120 of oppression persecution and even death and that was one of the foundations of the first truth
00:31:23.560 that i felt that the nation now needs to hear when i said that secularism is one small step away from
00:31:30.320 tyranny if we look at what justin trudeau said very soon in coming into office he said we are
00:31:36.700 a post-national state with no core identity so we're multicultural when we're actually a bicultural
00:31:42.940 nation we're a sovereign christian nation and now he's saying we're secular chomping away at the
00:31:48.100 church in order to hit the heartstrings of people saying well you're going to be racist or you're
00:31:53.460 going to be intolerant if you believe in your country and your values are the best values in
00:31:57.700 country in the world patriotism doesn't care about the color of your skin just be patriotic
00:32:02.920 to the country that you have been blessed to live in and grow up in and and so then after trudeau
00:32:09.020 said that made that statement i have said you can't be a post-national state with no core identity
00:32:15.060 so if you can believe that you're mistaken he's filling it with communism and socialism
00:32:20.360 and so what do you want to live under a christian nation built on biblical principles
00:32:25.060 good principles don't kill don't steal don't cheat on your spouse you know these kind of things don't
00:32:30.920 lie and take care of your elderly or do you want to live under communism right which is control
00:32:36.840 and tyranny and and so it's not a hard choice for me what to embrace and if for me either i don't
00:32:42.820 think anybody listening right now would have a problem with that choice either well if you can
00:32:47.680 understand how important this essential point is if you can embrace that and start to feel proud
00:32:53.980 about your nation and start to feel proud about what the constitution and even the charter it's
00:33:01.120 got some little flaws in there but as brian peckford uh the last architect of the charter
00:33:06.240 has said they purposely embedded the charter into the constitution so that they couldn't easily
00:33:12.240 overturn or change any of it so that's the step where i take you to where you can stand on your
00:33:19.420 rights that if there's an order a mandate anything and all of it has been passed unlawfully by the
00:33:25.380 way but even if it had been passed even the federal emergency act says nothing can supersede
00:33:31.280 your rights under the charter where's the charter embedded in the constitution and the only way that
00:33:38.160 they can do uh change legislation have legislation to change it is they if they have seven out of
00:33:43.720 10 premiers on side with them and 50 percent of the population that's going to be pretty tough to
00:33:49.580 do you know i'll tell you this that no prime minister i think since mulrooney has really 0.98
00:33:54.840 tried to open that constitution because it's such a pain in the ass as he just pointed out the 0.97
00:33:59.220 conditions are absolutely ridiculous and how many times are you going to get those conditions met 0.98
00:34:04.640 you know you've got maybe five premiers saying we want changes but the other five are saying no
00:34:08.800 we're good things we're not going to get together then you've got to have a certain percentage of
00:34:12.520 population on board with it but let me tell you a little story here from manitoba i'm not sure if
00:34:17.960 you if you heard this one or not last year around this time we had a church near steinback which is
00:34:23.560 about 45 minutes south of our city uh headed up by a minister called tobias thiesen who was
00:34:29.720 arrested a couple of times by winnipeg police and the rcmp tobias was holding a parking lot
00:34:37.000 uh masses at his church parking lot so that meant that everybody who attended the mass
00:34:44.360 would come and stay in their car he was doing it in the minus 30 i'm not sure if you've ever
00:34:49.080 experienced it before it's not fun uh he he was doing the the service from the back porch or the
00:34:57.880 front steps of his church to all of these people who were in their cars over a loudspeaker a bullhorn
00:35:03.480 yes and i i don't see any breaches of any mandates there i mean there is no gathering
00:35:10.360 problem there there was nothing going on there and the rcmp came and they they gave him ticket
00:35:15.880 after ticket after ticket he kept doing it because he believed what he was doing was right
00:35:20.760 ticket after ticket after ticket finally they came and they blockaded the parking lot to his church
00:35:25.560 so nobody could get in now what that what they were doing was not at all based in science
00:35:32.100 So Tobias and a few other churches went to court this past May, and they argued their case that what the government was doing was unconstitutional, not based in science.
00:35:41.140 So they were not able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, according to Section 1 of the Charter, that they had any proof to continue doing what they were doing.
00:35:50.200 That's the only way any government has been able to get away with what they're doing.
00:35:54.560 They have to demonstrably justify it in a free and democratic society.
00:35:58.340 the judge after five or six months of deliberating this case and i watch this case and anybody can
00:36:04.860 watch this case it's available on youtube it's long so make sure you've got some time about five
00:36:09.240 six hours you can sit and watch it the uh you know the churches argued and their argument was
00:36:16.140 sound and logical the province came back with a terrible argument with no statistics no science
00:36:22.660 nothing and the judge ruled in favor of the province about a month and a half ago so my
00:36:29.140 question and there's no basis for that judge to make that ruling none whatsoever that i could see
00:36:35.520 so let me ask you this do you think our judiciary is has been uh infiltrated i i believe that some
00:36:47.320 have and they're going to have a high price to pay when justice catch up catches up to them and
00:36:53.040 justice will catch up to this judge justice will catch up to germane in is it germane in alberta
00:36:59.360 the one that has been uh corruptly uh and uh violating the rights of the pastor and the
00:37:06.740 business orders were just overturned a couple of days ago which is good news a small victory but
00:37:11.640 of victory nonetheless right yeah I say huge and what other issues that have also been
00:37:18.640 found favorable to us there was a judge who is in Ontario and it was a constitutional challenge
00:37:25.260 now it started a few years ago when Trudeau had tried to implement the job attestation
00:37:30.920 and that everybody had to sign this attestation saying they agreed with abortion
00:37:36.300 and in order to get funding for their summer programs and so of course a lot of churches
00:37:43.140 didn't receive summer funding because how are they going to sign this you can't do this it's
00:37:48.080 totally unconstitutional so a university in Ontario had decided to take on the government
00:37:53.940 on this issue and they ended up winning several months ago and not only that but the government
00:37:59.840 had to pay them the $100,000 legal fee that they had now. Also, Carol Crossan won a case in Alberta
00:38:09.400 where it had to do with the pro-life issue and the pro-choice issue. And so some kids at the
00:38:16.740 university, you know, were pro-choice, sorry, pro-life, and they had set up a booth at a
00:38:23.160 university. Anyway, somebody complained and they were told to take it down. And that was a year
00:38:27.780 ago and that uh it ended up that was a huge constitutional case in my mind to win and and
00:38:33.860 she won freedom of speech won there there's a third case i'm not remembering it right now
00:38:38.000 oh it was here in new westminster again it was a case over the uh youth were going to go and they
00:38:45.620 had rented a facility from the city in new westminster to hold an event and uh somebody
00:38:51.940 that was trans or lgbtq had made a complaint one complaint about it and the city shut it down
00:38:56.600 because everybody is so hypersensitive to victimizing this group and when is it ever
00:39:02.440 healthy to victimize a group to the extent that they are anytime they're victimizing a group
00:39:06.800 you got to question what the government is using doing because they're always using somebody in
00:39:10.860 order to do that it's never about the welfare and the well-being of the group that they're saying
00:39:15.640 they're protecting anyways that as well in that case it was a constitution case and they won as
00:39:22.180 well. So we do have good judges in this case. One of the things that I was highly criticized for
00:39:28.760 by, I call them the little mob, but it was like, oh, you know, when's the case going to be filed
00:39:34.300 and when's this and that? There is a procedure. Do you want me to talk about our case? Are we
00:39:39.660 good on this for a minute? Absolutely. I was going to ask you if you had time. I mean, I,
00:39:44.080 you know, I'm going to go all night long if you want to go. I mean, that's great. Some of the
00:39:47.900 information we're getting here is absolutely fantastic. Please continue. Oh, but I do want
00:39:51.740 to ask you about uh Rocco and what you guys are doing without going too much into detail because
00:39:56.680 energy strategy is a very important component of a court case it is indeed and and so just to
00:40:02.560 quickly cover how I got into this and taking such a massive step uh for action for Canada I was
00:40:08.320 almost a one person show I had two other directors they were kind of silent and one was helping in
00:40:13.440 the background uh with some tech things but I was doing these calls to action and and then uh you
00:40:18.180 know, it ended up coming that Bill 19 was tabled on June 23rd of 2020. And I found out about it
00:40:25.800 July 1st. And a lot of people, you know, were thinking, Oh, my goodness, this is concerning.
00:40:29.720 And they wanted to go to the BC legislature to have some public input and debate and talk about
00:40:35.080 this, which is the proper procedure. And I'd sent it to a constitutional lawyer that I was
00:40:40.580 in contact with at the time over another issue. She showed it to colleagues and she came back
00:40:45.280 you said, Tanya, that is the most draconian legislation I've ever seen. You've got to fight
00:40:49.260 it. And I was like, oh, my gosh, like, I don't know how to do a constitutional challenge. That's
00:40:54.760 huge. And it was the emergency, provincial emergency act that was put in place. And of
00:41:01.060 course, it was like, I think, Bill 95 in Ontario built a 10 or something in Alberta, same sort of
00:41:07.580 thing. So anyways, I started looking for a lawyer. And I love the lawyer that I was talking to. But
00:41:14.540 during my process with her, she wasn't really aware of the global agenda and where some of
00:41:21.940 the issues were that I had been discussing with her came from. And it concerned me if we're going
00:41:26.860 to go up against a massive oligarch like this, then we need to know who our enemy is. And then
00:41:33.260 I talked to several other law firms and people that I had respect for, but it wasn't until I
00:41:40.140 had spoken with Rocco five minutes 10 minutes into it I went oh my goodness this is the guy
00:41:46.080 because he could tell me more about the global plan than I I knew and I was impressed by that
00:41:51.420 and he was feisty he's powerful you know he knows the courts he knows how to do constitutional
00:41:56.760 challenges and so he and I had a conversation over the cost which was in line with the costs
00:42:02.720 all other lawyers had quoted me and they all had said you need to raise 50 percent before you can
00:42:08.780 commence this action. And so I spent the last couple of months in the summer of 2020. I don't
00:42:14.860 know people with that kind of money. I've never fundraised before. And so any lead that I had,
00:42:20.080 I would follow up with a bit nervous about it. And I raised nothing. And on September 13th,
00:42:24.840 I don't know if you ever saw that incredible video, second time that I'd spoken at a rally
00:42:30.740 on July 1st in Victoria, you know, a couple hundred people, first time ever. And then on the 13th,
00:42:36.120 it was somewhere upward, around 2,500 people showed up. And Ted Coons. Were you nervous?
00:42:41.340 I was. But for various reasons, because I showed up there, I had raised no money. Driving there,
00:42:49.660 I'm thinking, should I be announcing this today? Because Ted Coons from Vaccine Choice Canada was
00:42:55.040 going to partner up because they'd already commenced an action against the Ontario government
00:43:00.120 and the federal government in July. They had filed theirs in July. And so Ted had said, yeah,
00:43:04.660 yeah, we'll do it. They ended up backing out because it was too much. They already had an
00:43:08.640 action going, which I was fine with. But so I show up that day and I make this announcement
00:43:14.820 and I says, but I can't do this without you. And there was this guy behind me, most beautiful
00:43:19.780 moment in my life. And he's waving this handful of cash. I didn't see him, but somewhere in my
00:43:25.620 mind, cause I don't do rallies or raise money. I remember somebody saying, you can't, you know,
00:43:29.880 can't take money or cash at an event and so I saw him use the money and I kind of laughed at him
00:43:35.440 you know and then people were like take it and so I took it I laughed I thanked him very much
00:43:40.280 and then all of a sudden a couple of other people started coming up and they said oh pass a hat
00:43:44.420 then it turned into oh my goodness get a big cardboard box which we had sitting around
00:43:48.820 and people just started flooding up the stairs and donating money at random and I came home with
00:43:55.980 nearly $14,000 in cash that day. And I remember with my mom, I was starting to cry. A little girl
00:44:04.340 with three fives in her hand comes up and it was just an emotional time. But it was also the first
00:44:10.520 time I prepared a speech and I was nervous about the speech because publicly I was coming out
00:44:15.560 and saying what I had just said to you, that this is a Christian nation. And that I even called
00:44:20.900 people to repent, because it says in the Bible that God will hear, if we repent, God will hear
00:44:26.840 our cries and heal our land. And I'm just like, I just want our land healed. I know we've turned
00:44:32.700 our back and become a very vile nation for, you know, making this a culture of death, you know,
00:44:39.580 to basically exterminate our elderly and our sick with euthanasia. I just can't believe the extent
00:44:48.000 that the liberal government has come to you know abortion in our nation is still full term
00:44:52.480 uh we've got because of the immigration we've got a certain culture that has come in and it's
00:44:59.120 becoming rampant that girls are aborted in the womb right sex selective abortion i i think we
00:45:05.440 should have a law against that i think girls are precious i i i said at a maxime bernier rally that
00:45:11.300 i spoke at and um i happen to be a twin and i have a brother that's older by 45 minutes
00:45:16.800 and nobody knew I was coming.
00:45:18.960 I was a complete shock and surprise.
00:45:21.060 And so, but I said, you know what?
00:45:23.160 I think I'm precious.
00:45:24.460 I think I deserve to be born.
00:45:26.220 I'm a girl, you know, and he's a boy.
00:45:28.200 My dad was very proud.
00:45:29.300 He was the end of the line.
00:45:30.400 So, you know, I was just that extra bonus,
00:45:32.520 but why can't we have, you know, some legislation on that?
00:45:36.080 So a lot of different things were going on
00:45:38.240 when I ended up presenting at that rally.
00:45:41.560 And even when I called for prayer,
00:45:43.260 it's amazing when you watch the video,
00:45:44.960 how many people just took a knee
00:45:46.300 and I think that was uh it started a real change in our nation and and I think it was a much needed
00:45:53.020 change so yeah that so then by December 25th of last year I'd raised half the funds that was a
00:45:59.080 great Christmas gift and in January Rocco started writing the statement of claim and all lawyers
00:46:05.100 wanted half of the funds raised because if you can't see a legal action of this magnitude through
00:46:10.600 then there is no use raising you know then proceeding because because we do need this we
00:46:16.340 need expert witnesses rocco has retained world-renowned expert witnesses and that's one
00:46:22.420 of the reasons why so many cases are failing is because the courts the government knows what
00:46:27.140 they're doing are unlawful bonnie henry doesn't even bother to show up when somebody's got a court 0.94
00:46:32.460 action here and and they got all the best of intentions with their legal actions but there's
00:46:37.340 nothing compelling to prove that the PCR test is 100% being used fraudulent. But Rocco has those
00:46:43.860 PCR experts who are going to be able to prove that they're 100% fraudulent. So anyways, we filed
00:46:50.200 as of August 16. And as a result, one of the greatest things that I can say, even though we're
00:46:55.800 not in court, we are having an impact and effect. The attorney, federal attorney general is David
00:47:02.860 Lamedi. And he has stated to the Prime Minister, he's it said warned him in the article that was
00:47:09.700 written that by him mandating vaccines that this is a violation of the constitutional rights of
00:47:15.340 individuals. So even the AG is maybe trying to cover his butt by saying, Oh, I said this, you
00:47:20.620 know, it's it's, you know, listed that I said it now, the Minister of Education is Jennifer 0.76
00:47:25.760 Whiteside in BC. And what we've done is through the notices of liability, which this will be
00:47:32.700 moving into is we started serving the notices of liability. I started creating them with our team
00:47:38.380 back in May on behalf of our children, horrified that they were going to try to mandate this
00:47:44.160 vaccination for children, perfectly healthy children who are not in need of this deadly
00:47:50.360 experimental injection. And so we started serving. And then in June, we served all 60 school board
00:47:57.200 superintendents in BC. Then I served all of the heads of all teacher unions in Canada in every
00:48:04.000 province and territory and the minister of education in every province and territory. I
00:48:08.880 wanted them to be really hard hit. Then I proceeded to create a notice of liability for employees
00:48:15.280 and we've had great success with that with employees serving their employers and then I
00:48:20.660 did one against elected officials. Oh thank you for bringing up this page. No problem I just want
00:48:26.320 I want to ask you how these notices of liability have been working out
00:48:30.320 because I've heard mixed reviews so far,
00:48:32.640 not necessarily that they don't work.
00:48:35.160 It's just that the employers they've been handed to just kind of laugh them
00:48:38.820 off and say, yeah, whatever.
00:48:40.540 Like they're not taking them seriously.
00:48:42.440 Right.
00:48:42.720 So as I was saying, we've had many that are having success.
00:48:45.720 So there's a huge construction company in New Brunswick and our chapter
00:48:49.980 leader there, they knew one of the employees.
00:48:52.400 and this company was mandating the VACs for all of them.
00:48:57.480 And the employee knew our chapter leader
00:48:59.780 and they provided them a copy of the employee notice of liability.
00:49:05.260 And that's the one that you have here on the page.
00:49:08.600 The Workers Unite, if you go to join,
00:49:11.120 and then just if you even hover on our menu under join,
00:49:15.200 then people can see where to find this.
00:49:17.380 Okay.
00:49:17.580 Yeah, so you'll see Workers Unite right there.
00:49:19.560 That's how you click and get into this page.
00:49:21.500 And I've set this campaign up that I'm asking people to join en masse if you're employed, whether unionized or non-unionized. We need to have an army of people who are going to be ready to unite, either walk off the job, put this country on lockdown ourselves, but we need a massive amount of people to join the Workers Unite group.
00:49:45.340 And then we have provided you the materials, the resources that you need to maintain your position that what your employer is doing is unlawful.
00:49:56.400 So we if you happen to be in a union, you serve the union notice of liability to the union shop steward, whoever it is that's sending you the message that, yeah, you know, you got to go along with the employer.
00:50:08.220 You have no you have no decision here. Nothing we can do for you. Serve your union official.
00:50:14.460 and then the employer notice of liability of course goes to your employer maybe your manager
00:50:18.980 if the manager is the one that is dictating to you that you need to get vaxxed and then it is
00:50:24.420 critical that you provide them the employee further letter of response and i'll go into that
00:50:30.320 in just a second i call this the drop the mic letter because everything it should be the end
00:50:36.160 of the conversation of any vaccine mask or testing that is a powerful letter and if you serve the
00:50:43.280 notice of liability and didn't serve those uh you you have to get this letter to whomever now
00:50:48.760 as to what you were saying shadow about some have said it works great and others have said no so the
00:50:55.120 one in new brunswick worked 100 employees ended up serving the employer and the employer shut it
00:51:01.420 down no more talk of vaccination i've had multiple people telling me that they have successfully
00:51:07.860 serve their employer. They don't want to take a chance or a risk at being charged in any way or
00:51:15.540 held liable, so they've made a good decision. Many kids are getting the masks off their faces.
00:51:20.620 It's tremendous. I was in a parents' meeting today, and even one of the moms who works with
00:51:28.560 Action for Canada, she said, my daughter, I served the school. The mask was off my daughter. Other
00:51:34.320 parents were saying, how'd you do that? Now there are 10 kids in that class without masks on. Just
00:51:39.720 say no. And you are the best advocate for your kids. So when it comes to the unions, we know
00:51:46.520 that they're so corrupt. And this is where the pushback is. And that is why prior on this page,
00:51:55.320 I just deleted it today. We were promoting a workshop with David Lindsay for his book. He's
00:52:01.660 one of the only ones in Canada that have written a book. It took him years to do it. It's called
00:52:06.340 the Annotated Criminal Charging Procedure in Canada, and it's how to file criminal charges
00:52:11.280 against someone. You don't go to the police because we know the problem there, right?
00:52:17.200 If it's an employee, this is extortion. I'm going to go and file charges with the police.
00:52:22.280 So far, nobody has been successful in that. We have already commenced actions against managers,
00:52:29.320 and we're going to continue to do that so we had the workshop on sunday uh i covered it for as many
00:52:36.720 chapter leaders as i could get we've got over reaching 120 chapters in canada in the last
00:52:42.280 three and a half months so we're building these communities and we want these communities to be
00:52:47.600 educated on how to do this or recruit people into the chapters where they can have a workshop
00:52:53.280 themselves and they all sit down now and find out who's the manager that is has committed
00:52:58.920 indictable offense against you of intimidation and extortion well if that was bob smith okay bob
00:53:04.500 smith um i am going to fill out these forms as david has provided here in the instructions
00:53:09.640 and uh then you go and and commence that in the courts and uh then we go through that procedure
00:53:15.980 as it's so weird it's interesting that a lot of people have told me that their manager their
00:53:23.020 direct person they report to is not the one who has presented them with their walking papers right
00:53:29.860 so in a lot of cases these people wouldn't know who to present the letter to union different but
00:53:36.580 with the employer and the notice of liability they don't know who to give it to so they just
00:53:40.400 wind up giving it to some secretary and she just throws it in the garbage well no i mean everybody
00:53:45.600 has somebody overseeing them there has to be a letter there has to be some something that is
00:53:50.840 notifying you that you have to mandate you you are you have to comply with the mandate to be
00:53:59.200 double jabbed or you're going to be put on unpaid leave so if it was the human resource office
00:54:04.920 and say well I don't know who the human resource there was no name on it it just came from human
00:54:09.300 resources who's the manager in human resources you find that out and that's your target
00:54:15.860 okay somebody's liable and they say oh well no it wasn't me it doesn't matter you're the one
00:54:22.380 signing the letter every single Canadian in this country has a duty and an obligation to uphold
00:54:29.440 the law you can't commit an indictable offense saying that I was just following orders and I
00:54:36.260 know that some people are like well the nuremberg code is in the notice of liability yeah you bet it
00:54:41.140 is because it was important time in history to point out that when there were crimes against
00:54:46.680 humanity which is what is transpiring right now this is what we're witnessing people are being
00:54:51.660 intentionally murdered and harmed by this injection by suicide by being driven crazy out of
00:54:58.600 their mind and into isolation begging for just to die this is a crime against humanity and there
00:55:05.340 There are people that are participating in it, and they are guilty.
00:55:09.280 You and I each have a decision to make.
00:55:12.080 Nobody's holding a gun against their head.
00:55:13.780 They are making willingly, willfully, intentionally making this decision.
00:55:19.140 Now, if you want to serve that notice of liability,
00:55:22.060 now that manager has a resource in their hand where they can go to their supervisor and say,
00:55:27.760 look, I have been served.
00:55:30.180 I understand and have been educated that I'm actually committing an indictable offense.
00:55:35.340 The government is telling me to commit an indictable offense.
00:55:39.800 There's no way in any ethical or moral society that I can condone this, nor will I participate in it.
00:55:46.200 So if you want to send a message to the employees, that's your business.
00:55:52.280 And then if that happens, then you hit that person up.
00:55:55.820 We have the head of our business team.
00:55:59.300 Lonnie owns a gym.
00:56:00.480 and on september 13th in bc he happens to live in bc right away we had the vax mandate to go into
00:56:08.620 place and bonnie henry our health officer put it into place and i say you can take that order and
00:56:14.740 wipe your nose with it or anything else you like it is not a legitimate order there is nothing
00:56:21.640 legitimate or lawful about what anything that they're doing section 52 one of the constitution 0.74
00:56:28.540 states very clearly is that there is no order that can supersede my rights under the constitution
00:56:36.800 done that's the end of that conversation so you are saying tanya one second here you're saying
00:56:43.460 that all of these vaccine mandates and all of these vaccine passports are completely and totally
00:56:48.300 unlawful and that every business should be able to stand up and say we're not doing this anymore
00:56:54.340 100 how do we do that is there a notice of liability for that or is it just us saying to
00:57:00.160 the because you know you do have these covid cops that come into your place as you well know
00:57:05.060 well i'll explain to you all right so this is the procedure so several months ago lonnie i i somebody
00:57:11.620 had asked me to do a presentation and so it was with business owners i thought okay so it's really
00:57:17.180 simple i just go to my website i bring them to the business page which is under if you look under
00:57:22.180 resources we have materials for uh let me just put my glasses on resources i see it i see it
00:57:29.440 right there right oh okay we're going yeah i just hang on a second i just lost the page all right
00:57:36.520 i'm just trying to expand my page so things aren't so peeny weeny here right so just so you can say
00:57:41.360 there's citizen resources business church resources frontline police teachers uh under the teachers is
00:57:47.780 where we've got our campaign going you know what let me quit let me finish two things right now
00:57:53.560 yes yes please for the business okay because you're saying what can businesses do and so um
00:57:59.920 the business resource page we actually have a strategy and a notice of liability that i created
00:58:07.120 six months ago for business owners so if somebody like a health official which these environmental
00:58:13.360 health officers were recruited from the government for such a day as this to be the bullies into
00:58:19.560 forcing people to comply at threat of losing their business license, their liquor license, etc.
00:58:25.880 So say environmental health officer right away, as soon as the vaccine mandate had come in on
00:58:31.420 September 13th, within hours, the environmental health officer sends Lonnie an email or phones
00:58:37.720 him saying somebody has complained in your gym saying you're not following the orders.
00:58:41.480 I highly doubt it, but let's just say they did. So Lonnie engages and has a conversation. They
00:58:48.820 already knew that he'd gone to the city council. He'd gone to the RCMP. People have a choice to
00:58:53.900 wear a mask in my facility. It's outside of my realm to ask for their personal private information.
00:59:00.720 I'm not hired by the government to do this, right? I haven't been deputized. It's completely
00:59:09.060 unlawful for me to ask for their information, even on masks. So now we've got this injection
00:59:14.960 coming and now they want this private information again. And I guess they knew that he probably
00:59:20.140 wouldn't be complying. So they initiate this conversation. Lonnie ends up serving her
00:59:25.220 immediately a notice of liability. She wants to come in and inspect. He says, I'll meet in the
00:59:30.040 parking lot. She at first complied. And then she comes back and she says, I'm going to come in and
00:59:35.620 inspect. And by the way, that notice of liability doesn't apply to me under the health action. I
00:59:41.940 think it was section 92.1. So as we had done with the school board trustees, which I'll explain in
00:59:47.080 a second, he delves into the act, the health act, the BC provincial health act, and finds out that
00:59:53.980 under section 92.3, don't quote me on, I can't remember right now, but somewhere in there,
00:59:58.500 it says that if she's in acting in bad faith, she's liable. And so he writes her letter back
01:00:04.840 and he says, answers a few of her questions and says, oh, by the way, you are, you are acting in
01:00:11.100 bad faith and you most certainly are liable. And then in bullet form, he says how she has been
01:00:15.900 violating his rights, infringing on his right to work and his employees. And in the bullet form
01:00:21.060 says, you know, these are the points and I am 100% ready to file a human rights complaint against you
01:00:26.940 and take civil and criminal action if need be. And I will hold you liable for any loss of income
01:00:33.900 myself or my staff have as a response to your unlawful actions. So those materials are on the
01:00:42.520 business resource page and come to our business meetings, sign up for it under join. When you
01:00:47.980 join, you can pick business, you can pick Barron Group, whatever you like, but we go over all of
01:00:52.640 these materials and help educate people and business owners on how they can stay open and
01:00:59.980 hold these these environmental health officers personally liable as i had mentioned before now
01:01:06.940 i'll skip over to actually if you hover on call to action call to action right there okay there you go
01:01:15.420 there's the notices of liability yep click on i'm going to click on the notices all right yeah
01:01:21.740 just to get people to this page so you know how to navigate our website and notices of liability
01:01:28.460 there we are every if you just scroll down every notice of liability that you would need if you
01:01:34.280 just keep scrolling down the bottom of the page oh stop for one second stop we're gonna go through
01:01:40.760 this again keep going back up a little bit we were having problems issues okay how's that
01:01:49.280 is that good nope smidge more i hope everybody can see their screen yep and keep going a little
01:01:55.780 bit more a little bit more okay okay on the right on the right of the screen sort of in the menu on
01:02:02.520 the side is uh there is a card that you see that says covid advanced medical directive
01:02:08.860 i would love it if as many people as possible if you so choose would print this card off because
01:02:16.740 you would attach it to your care card and it says i tanya god says joe blog here uh do not consent
01:02:24.460 to like say you got rushed to emergency and you couldn't speak for yourself and you do not want
01:02:30.780 to get the jab because i've heard about people who have gone there they all of a sudden wake up
01:02:34.940 have had surgery and they've been given the injection and they did not comply or they did
01:02:41.180 not give their permission for it but sneaky the nurse would come in and say are you ready for your
01:02:47.580 shot thinking that it was pain medication and they've given them the covet injection and so
01:02:54.220 yes yes i know i've heard of stories this way but i i can't believe that wow so in order to
01:03:01.660 cover yourself if you don't have family or anybody around to speak to you you would print this little
01:03:06.300 document off and you would tape it to your care card and it says your care card is your your
01:03:12.540 health card you mean your health card yeah we call it a care card you call it a health card whatever
01:03:16.620 your provincial medical health card is. And we've said to tape it on because they would have to
01:03:22.500 untape it to find your care card number. All right. Okay. And so it says, I do not consent
01:03:28.480 to any COVID vaccination, testing, remdesivir, or to be put on a ventilator. And then on the
01:03:36.200 back of the card, it tells them what care that you do consent to. And it's got iMath on there.
01:03:42.780 and that is from the doctors down in the united states where you are um you know you'd be getting
01:03:49.340 the doses of vitamin d the inhalers uh um ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine the ones that
01:03:57.520 we know are successful right and so that's the regime that we ask even though i know the
01:04:02.360 government everywhere is trying to block the very successful ivermectin i just treated my mom with
01:04:07.700 and unbelievably she got well in three days three to five days where she was completely recovered
01:04:13.680 from something and it was just a regular flu virus but she has had pneumonia in the past and
01:04:21.380 sometimes will struggle with the pneumonia which is what we're hearing about people struggling
01:04:26.100 with this new variant or whatever it's it's pneumonia and in order to best uh treat it
01:04:33.180 the ivermectin has proven to do incredibly well so make sure that you have that on anyways this
01:04:38.760 is our notice of liability page you can protect your children your job serve these elected
01:04:44.800 officials serve the school board trustees under join you can join one of our chapters and see if
01:04:49.880 there's one in your community become a chapter leader it gives you the option because we're
01:04:54.540 going to take back each community across canada we're going to take back our school boards we
01:05:00.760 We need trustees in there that actually care about our kids.
01:05:03.740 We're going to take back our municipalities.
01:05:08.760 We need wonderful people to run for city council and mayor.
01:05:12.200 And then we're going to take back our provincial and our federal legislatures.
01:05:16.140 So anyways, that's a big part of it.
01:05:18.760 And the last thing that I just so excited want to tell you about,
01:05:22.980 I was telling you about the school board trustees, how we started this campaign.
01:05:26.740 Are we still on the webpage, Tanya, by the way?
01:05:28.880 No, you can go off the web page if you like.
01:05:31.400 We'll get back on here.
01:05:33.980 I guess you were so small on the screen there.
01:05:36.060 It was kind of hurting my eyes a little bit.
01:05:37.760 I'm actually quite tall, so.
01:05:39.820 But when we talk about the success of the notices of liability, some of it is going to be hard work.
01:05:45.680 And some of you already have been put on unpaid leave.
01:05:49.780 But even if you have served the notice of liability to your employer, to your union, that extra letter,
01:05:55.100 because if you then get on board with what Action for Canada is doing,
01:05:59.260 my hope for you is that we are going to be able to recover
01:06:03.500 some if not all of your funds, your income that you've lost,
01:06:08.340 but as well to lay the criminal charges.
01:06:10.720 At times the judge will provide damages and to get you reinstated.
01:06:15.420 That is my hope.
01:06:16.960 This is unprecedented.
01:06:18.400 I don't have a magic ball and I can't say.
01:06:20.180 But if you do nothing, you'll get nothing.
01:06:22.620 and if you do something then at least you show up in court and then you're building your case
01:06:28.240 grab all communication you can that you've had from your employer start putting it in a file
01:06:34.020 and like I said start creating a transcript if if you have recorded conversations if you now
01:06:41.900 are seeing man I have all of these rights how could they do this start pushing your employer
01:06:47.460 saying you know what I'm realizing what you have done is unlawful and it's illegal and on that
01:06:54.120 workers unite page I've included a clip from global news where they brought a lawyer on
01:07:00.480 and this is an employment lawyer which I was kind of shocked about because employer
01:07:04.620 lawyers don't understand this is not just about employment this is a constitutional matter this
01:07:11.020 is a criminal matter but this lawyer that they choose to brought on clearly said it is illegal
01:07:17.440 to remove somebody from employment or put them on unpaid leave because they would not vaccinate
01:07:23.500 illegal so as a final on the notice of liability side where i want to say that we're having
01:07:30.520 incredible success so we're really pushing now to launch this across canada jennifer whiteside
01:07:36.460 was named she's named as a defendant in our legal action and therefore she would not dictate
01:07:44.760 that teachers needed to be vaccinated in BC.
01:07:48.420 Instead, she's told the school boards
01:07:51.240 that they needed to have votes in their districts.
01:07:54.140 We've got 60 in BC, that they needed to vote
01:07:57.460 whether teachers should be vaccinated.
01:07:59.900 And I want you to let that sink in for a minute.
01:08:03.240 How could a school board trustee,
01:08:04.740 which could be you or me,
01:08:05.840 we could run for school board trustee,
01:08:07.640 how are they medically inclined or authorized
01:08:10.020 to mandate medical treatment,
01:08:12.820 especially medical experimental medical treatment for another human being and so the union the
01:08:19.340 association for the school board trustees because we served them back in may they came back and said
01:08:25.440 don't worry about those notices of liability under section 94 of the bc school act you're immune so
01:08:33.440 i went in there and found out in section 94 2 and 4 that if they were dishonest if they were
01:08:40.760 committing willful misconduct or committing tort that 100 they could be found liable so i wrote a
01:08:48.680 follow-up letter to the school board trustees saying look the government is putting the onus
01:08:53.880 on you your association is lying to you you can be held liable and and you know what you could
01:09:00.240 be held criminally liable so we commenced where we got 130 amazing wonderful beautiful people who
01:09:06.940 I don't know, but I love you all, to volunteer in BC and make it their mission to serve every
01:09:12.940 single school board trustee this notice and this additional letter advising them. As a result,
01:09:19.540 each school board district is having their vote. And as of today, we have 22 out of 22 school
01:09:25.480 boards have voted, and they've all voted no to mandating vaccination for teachers.
01:09:30.680 and wow this is amazing right wow that's you know what if we could get something like that going
01:09:39.140 here and i think jeff is one of your guys out here in winnipeg we do and i think it is he's
01:09:44.420 starting to get it happening out here um yeah do you have to how do you remember all of these
01:09:49.500 sections of all of these laws like you i think it's section 92.2 chapter 8 paragraph 6 how do
01:09:57.340 you do that I don't know I really you know it's because I'm immersed in this every day and because
01:10:05.000 it's critical if I if I'm absent for something for a month then I I really do struggle and I
01:10:10.780 have to have it in front of me because this is saving lives this is literally saving lives and
01:10:16.540 saving jobs it has become so essential for me to know and understand what I'm talking about and I
01:10:22.140 want to let people know i am not a lawyer and i am not a doctor and so i'm not giving you any legal
01:10:28.380 or medical advice what i'm doing is is i'm simply presenting to you the charter of rights the
01:10:34.280 constitution and the rule of law and i'm saying these are 100 guaranteed and that's why that
01:10:39.640 drop the mic letter i'm talking about should end all conversations because it has all everything
01:10:44.560 right there that no statute act or order nothing not even a city bylaw if it is inconsistent if
01:10:51.340 like a mayor and city council had me removed. I was very peaceful. I came to speak there because
01:10:57.400 our chapter leader in that area had asked me, uh, we were very polite and all of a sudden they
01:11:03.020 weren't commencing, uh, you know, the procedure for the night of whatever city council meeting.
01:11:08.520 And all of a sudden, 20 minutes later, six RCMP walk in and they want to, they're saying,
01:11:15.220 you know, that we need to be removed. And the mayor read a section of the municipal act
01:11:20.920 and so I was sitting there in the video it's on our website and I said to the RCMP I was very
01:11:27.020 polite I said you cannot remove me based on the municipal act because I have the freedom of speech
01:11:32.380 and I have a right to be here and have the mayor and city council address my concerns and I also
01:11:39.080 have a right not to be wearing a mask and I informed them masks are not legislated in Canada
01:11:45.040 There is no law. You show me the law and we'll have another conversation. And the reason why the fight the fines with Rebel News is doing so well is because the lawyers, sorry, and the judges, sorry, know that there is no law and it's constitutionally unsound and in violation.
01:12:03.740 you have the right to breathe freely in this country and not to have it impeded 100 percent
01:12:10.760 and and so yeah it's it's just a matter of uh it's so important i say knowledge is power
01:12:18.160 and when you have it you got to share it and i can't yeah i have a couple it's getting kind
01:12:24.260 of late for us out here i know it's two hours earlier for you in bc but i have a couple of
01:12:27.780 questions for you here if you if you do have the time for them and i'm not sure if uh if you'll
01:12:32.480 have the answers but it's worth asking seeing as how you're such a wealth of information and thank
01:12:36.280 you by the way so much for coming on tonight really appreciate it the audience appreciates
01:12:41.000 your knowledge and your energy as well so thank you again we have a health minister out here her
01:12:45.960 name is audrey gordon and she was quoted in the winnipeg sun about two and a half weeks ago as
01:12:52.160 suggesting that if you want somebody to blame and i'm paraphrasing here i'm not saying that this is
01:12:58.520 direct quote, if you want somebody to blame, there's a certain section of Manitobans you can
01:13:04.920 blame. Now, a lot of people said, hey, that's hate speech. Would you consider, well, I guess I'm not
01:13:14.500 going to ask you if you'd consider it because I was paraphrasing, but is there anything that we
01:13:18.120 can do with a politician? And again, if you haven't got the knowledge on this, that's okay.
01:13:22.260 I'm sure you'll go find it at some point because you're a curious person, too.
01:13:28.280 Is there anything that we could do in terms of a citizen's arrest or go file charges against her in court for hate speech?
01:13:40.520 Well, it is interesting, right?
01:13:43.080 I know that somebody is taking action against Trudeau, filing hate speech for him saying you could say it's something even similar.
01:13:50.240 right when he said go ahead and don't get a vaccine but just don't expect to get on a train
01:13:55.300 or a plane or anything else yeah and somebody said that was inciting hate and it is because
01:14:00.720 it's causing incredible division between the vaxxed and the unvaxxed and uh we'll see you
01:14:07.620 know if that's successful uh as to whether or not this is not a politician if it's the health
01:14:13.680 official you said no no she's the health minister oh the health minister yeah um i'd say it doesn't
01:14:21.940 hurt to commence an action a criminal action against her but you have to make sure that you
01:14:27.260 have your evidence uh ready to go and is one news article enough i gotta imagine that you have more
01:14:34.960 on her and we have chapter leaders like i say across this nation and in manitoba we're gaining
01:14:40.640 gaining great support in manitoba through our chapters jeff is a good example of that
01:14:45.280 and i'm so grateful for him um stepping up and doing this jeff in the comments by the way please
01:14:51.120 and and give your information so people can join up and and i will be saying at the end of this
01:14:56.160 tanya i will be saying that everybody needs to go to the website everybody yes and a great way to get
01:15:02.320 involved as well as go to our empower hours and watch some of our past shows i would recommend
01:15:07.200 October 13th and the 27th and last week Wednesday because all three days I had David Lindsay on
01:15:13.580 and and we just Lonnie the business owner was on the one of the 13th so if you're business owner
01:15:18.680 and then join all of our whatever team applies to you as far as parent team and business team
01:15:25.840 etc get involved in a chapter because you're going to find the support we're educating them
01:15:30.880 we're also you know not fully educated so back to this shadow as far as it's concerned
01:15:36.780 And one of our chapter leaders has really commenced something good.
01:15:40.160 And he's getting teams of people to look at their city councils, their mayors, their MPs, their MLAs throughout their whole district within a province and find everything you can find on them to find out that they're in violation of the Constitution and the rule of law.
01:15:58.920 Get these teams going in every single province. 0.98
01:16:01.620 Build a case against this vile woman who would go along with this. 0.93
01:16:06.180 it is disgusting what they're doing every health officer i'm sure has some attachment to the un i
01:16:12.800 know bonnie henry in bc does and these are vile people they are not friends of canadians and and
01:16:19.700 they need to go before a jury sooner rather than later who is the who is your guys's premier again 0.95
01:16:25.180 is it mo uh no that's saskatchewan manitoba we got a new one or heather steffensen is your name
01:16:30.980 yeah but maybe not for long she's being challenged by the person who was up against her in the
01:16:35.540 leadership contest it's a whole big i know somebody that knows her actually and said oh
01:16:40.460 she's actually a very good person well then she better walk into that position and start saying 0.91
01:16:45.420 i'm not going along with any of this now let me ask you this i mean we we have rumors of lockdowns
01:16:50.980 coming again here in manitoba i don't know why um if we don't comply i guess everything we have
01:16:58.800 said tonight so far would still be applicable uh we don't go along with it they're gonna give
01:17:03.180 they're going to give us tickets they're going to give one thousand two hundred ninety six
01:17:06.600 dollar tickets and people are very concerned they can't afford that what should they do
01:17:10.340 this is where you have the information ready the letter where it has the constitution and
01:17:15.940 everything uh available and you serve them if it's an officer you find out his name
01:17:21.200 because this is criminal and our police have a duty and have sworn an oath to uphold the law
01:17:28.320 And thank God there's many of them who are retired and not retired, who are active officers, who are saying no more.
01:17:37.060 This is violation. I didn't take an oath to do this.
01:17:39.780 And I won't violate the rights of my oath or my fellow citizen.
01:17:44.120 So make sure that you let them know that it's a piece of paper and that you're going to hold them liable because it's a violation of your rights.
01:17:52.820 We all have the right to breathe freely, to walk freely, to travel freely in this country.
01:17:57.420 as I said the emergency act it says it right on that form under the section everything you need
01:18:02.800 is on that form to say what you are doing is in violation of my rights which are all stipulated
01:18:08.340 right here you'll see right here where it says there is no order that supersedes my rights so
01:18:14.040 you need to make a decision right now because at some point this is going to come to a head
01:18:17.940 there will be criminal charges and you need to talk either to your supervisor or walk away right
01:18:22.760 now but we can no longer come be compelled to do this when do you go to court in bc um i don't know
01:18:30.160 yet i don't know uh there's things as far as uh the service of the statement of claim uh like i
01:18:37.320 say we've got several situations that because of it like the health officer where people are backing
01:18:42.580 up uh because they know that they're named in the statement of claim but as to a date where we're
01:18:48.900 having that i don't quite have that one next and and it's not for lack of wanting or trying
01:18:53.700 uh but i trust rocco implicitly and uh the constitutional challenge is a slower process
01:19:03.620 than the criminal charges and the notice of liability have rocked the government and the
01:19:09.380 unions and the media so we got we need a hundred thousand canadians if not more if we don't already
01:19:16.160 have them we need a lot of people getting on board with what action for canada we're the only
01:19:20.940 and the first organization who are providing tangible resources to help people and i know
01:19:27.860 some of you are saying i serve my boss and they didn't care and well we're going to make them care
01:19:32.940 and and we're doing our best to apply it but if we could do this on mass and if we could have non
01:19:39.820 mass non-compliance you saw what happened in Quebec where 25,000 I think or 13,000 or 25,000
01:19:47.440 health care workers walked off the job and that goof of a of a health officer comes out and says
01:19:54.900 you know in October he says well we're going to put a pause on it until November but we're going
01:19:59.020 to get this done but what happened is is the force of and the voice of the people rose up and said
01:20:06.060 no you're not and i can bet you they flinched and it would have been 50 000 people walking off the
01:20:12.660 job that's why i'm begging all of you if you're an employee join workers unite group and we need it
01:20:20.520 in the tens of thousands because i would have liked to have known what quebec was doing and i
01:20:26.060 would have liked to have 20 25 000 employees ready in every province and territory doing the same
01:20:31.620 thing. That's how we're going to, one of the ways we're going to win this, the constitutional
01:20:35.660 challenge. When I was talking to the RCMP, you know, in all fairness to them, because I do believe
01:20:42.220 that McDonald is a good man and I continue to appeal to him to do the right thing. I do believe
01:20:48.420 that he's a good man. But he had said that the constitutional challenge, when it gets to the
01:20:56.620 level of court, if the court then turns around and says an investigation needs to commence,
01:21:00.980 that's when the RCMP would be able to commence that action. So they were encouraging me all
01:21:06.520 along, have you filed yet? And I was like, no, not yet. Will there be affidavits? I'm not sure
01:21:12.220 which Rocco ended it implementing. I ended up filing a 25 page affidavit against Bonnie Henry
01:21:18.080 and Horgan. It is a compelling affidavit. I also provided them with seven death certificates
01:21:24.620 at the time that a nurse a whistleblower nurse had given me and they consisted of like an 87
01:21:30.980 year old man in fourth stage cancer dying and then marking it at a covid death all right i said this
01:21:38.020 is the evidence you need in order to commence the investigation at the very least now maybe because
01:21:44.960 i'm just mere civilian they are not going to share the information of what they're doing i pray to god
01:21:50.400 that that's the case because i've given them everything and that they need to get this rolling
01:21:56.040 tanya you are an amazingly energetic and knowledgeable individual and i thank you
01:22:01.760 for coming on the show tonight and hopefully i can get you back i know you're busy and like
01:22:05.800 every day it's 12 14 hours with you but and i know it took us a while to get us together but
01:22:10.060 i'm so happy we did thank you so much and we have to do this again is there anything we forgot
01:22:15.000 well there's just one small thing i know there's single parents out there and i know they're in
01:22:19.180 manitoba because we have them on our our parent um call so come on the parent call to get connected
01:22:24.380 connect with our chapters but a lot of you are in a situation i was a single mom uh i remain single
01:22:30.100 single mom but you are in a tough spot if you've got an ex-spouse that's wanting to vaccinate your
01:22:35.500 child i don't even want to call it a vaccination forgive me for that but it's the term and so uh
01:22:40.840 with david's help if a child can consent at five years old then they can non-consent to it and i'm
01:22:46.400 going to develop some sort of non-consent form that a child can sign and it will mean that a
01:22:53.140 parent and if you can't wait for me do this on your own I would just say do it on your own
01:22:58.240 have the information we have commenced on our on our parent page this is an incredible flyer for
01:23:05.220 students and parents it's a warning and then on the back we have very compelling links and I would
01:23:10.400 like a parent to sit down with their child and say, this is what the school is talking about.
01:23:16.840 This is what, you know, the news is talking about. They want you to have injection. If it's a small
01:23:21.360 child, have a teddy bear out and say, now the reaction to the vaccination, because we've got
01:23:27.620 537 cases of myocarditis being reported in Ontario. We have facts on our webpage that you can show the
01:23:34.260 child, there are harms to this vaccination. Now, as a child, the statistic is that you have a 99.997%.
01:23:43.920 If you get COVID, then you have that you will survive. And then we'll get a piece of pie or pie.
01:23:50.760 And we'll show, you know, of all the 3 million children or whoever in Canada, that there is this
01:23:55.940 crumb over here of a chance, then you're going to get COVID record the conversation with your child.
01:24:01.320 and then have the child say do you want a vaccine don't make it like oh you know what the media does
01:24:08.080 oh you don't want this right but make it simple that you can tell your child the risk of taking
01:24:14.680 this that it's experimental that they don't know the reactions but there's many children
01:24:19.360 that are actually getting very ill and having problems with their heart and if they don't take
01:24:26.120 the vaccine their chance of survival is very very good what a difficult conversation to have with a
01:24:31.880 child though right i mean you know six-year-old oh and by the way let's talk about death i mean
01:24:36.740 oh my god how do you do that horrendous but as i said to my friend i've got a mask video
01:24:43.160 on again on the on the page on the notice of liability there's one against the jabs but
01:24:48.880 there's one against the mask and i do a short video in there calling out the niagara school
01:24:53.400 district for come on kids it's going to be different but put a mask on everybody's smiling
01:24:57.940 bright colors mommy's smiling and I took that video and I put the what the unions and the
01:25:02.600 school boards aren't telling you and I showed the rashes on their face major rashes on their arms
01:25:07.840 and I had a 15 year old a friend's daughter give her testimony of what the depression rate is
01:25:13.300 and what she's been experiencing in the last year and a half it's very compelling so I said to my
01:25:18.220 friend, I said, do you want the school to be able to manipulate their minds and poison them and
01:25:27.100 indoctrinate them into this system of lies? Or do you want to take a moment within the confounds of
01:25:33.920 your real home to show them what the mask is doing to children? And that the breathing, it's
01:25:39.320 affecting their breathing. Same thing here. I mean, if you're not going to pull your child out
01:25:44.820 a school or you can't then you need to be able to have somehow have this conversation with a child
01:25:50.960 get them to sign this document have somebody hire you know a notary and have them notarize it
01:25:58.540 serve your ex-spouse and say they have said they do not consent I've got a video of them saying
01:26:05.860 they don't consent they've signed a non-consent if a child can have a voice too they say consent
01:26:11.300 when they don't have informed consent
01:26:16.180 when the kids are getting the jab,
01:26:18.200 none of us know in the end what it's going to do,
01:26:21.680 then they can consent not to take it.
01:26:24.580 Now, you probably know about this,
01:26:26.460 and I'm keeping you a little bit longer than I thought,
01:26:30.720 but you know what, I really appreciate it. 0.65
01:26:33.320 There are judges who are issuing orders to ex-spouses,
01:26:37.820 be it ex-wives or ex-husbands,
01:26:39.460 And these orders are very specific and they say you are not to poison your mind with propaganda or poison your child's mind with propaganda, some anti-vaccine propaganda.
01:26:54.240 And that is they're making that like an official edict that comes from the judge.
01:27:00.900 I'm not sure if judges have that kind of power.
01:27:03.780 The judge in Alberto just had his orders thrown out of court a couple of days ago.
01:27:08.600 we talked about that earlier in the show so how can we handle that do we have to take the judge
01:27:13.680 to court i would serve the judge under elected official it's elected or appointed official a
01:27:20.120 judge is appointed and of anybody how could he be in breach of his oath to the bench as extreme as
01:27:27.940 this he is not a medical professional it wouldn't even matter if he was a doctor who decided to
01:27:33.720 become a judge. He's not your child's doctor and he's not your physician. So therefore, he has no
01:27:39.860 right to tell you what medical treatment you should be taking. And so serve that judge. Let
