00:00:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:00:30.000 hello everybody how are you welcome to shadow at night this is friday january the 26th 2024
00:00:41.900 and it sounds like i'm not sure if you've been following this because of all the good stuff
00:00:48.760 that's been happening in our country lately with the constitutional ruling that came out a few days
00:00:53.520 ago and then tucker carlson coming to alberta and lighting it up and watching the marxist
00:00:58.720 corporate media absolutely melt down, literally melt down on social media these past couple of
00:01:05.900 days and in their publications and anywhere you can find them. When you open your phone
00:01:12.240 in the morning, what's the first thing you see? You probably have Apple News if you've got an
00:01:17.340 iPhone, right? And if you've got one of the other brands of phones, there's some form of news that
00:01:23.820 comes to your phone the second you pick it up and usually it's going to be the marxist media 0.64
00:01:30.300 telling you something you probably don't want to hear or something that's completely and totally 0.83
00:01:36.600 from their worldview which is absolutely ridiculous or they're leaving out important
00:01:41.180 facts in a story because they're trying to forge their narrative all of that stuff right so to see
00:01:47.540 what's unfolded just in the past week for the freedom movement has been absolutely fantastic
00:01:53.700 but what's been happening in the United States has been kind of a slow boil these past three
00:01:59.220 years the second that Joe Biden took office he instituted even though this is not official and
00:02:04.480 it's not called this but he instituted the open borders policy so millions of illegals and I'm
00:02:11.740 sure you've heard this from several different sources have been flooding across the southern
00:02:17.440 border of the United States millions and millions and millions of them and then they get into planes
00:02:23.600 or buses or trains and they're taken to some city they don't know where they're going in the middle
00:02:29.080 of the night sometimes they go to st louis sometimes they go to new jersey sometimes they
00:02:33.460 go to new york and sometimes they go to canada and they're still crossing at roxham road yes
00:02:40.700 even though trudeau claims to have shut down that illegal crossing last year they are still
00:02:46.660 crossing into canada so the texas governor gregory abbott has decided that's enough and he's
00:02:56.700 starting to install razor wire at certain areas of the texas mexico border well the supreme court
00:03:03.880 said this past monday down there that you can't do that and so there's been this major standoff
00:03:10.880 brewing between the Biden White House and Governor Abbott in Texas. And some leftists,
00:03:18.600 some Marxists down there are calling for Biden to nationalize the National Guard in Texas.
00:03:27.460 Could this lead to a civil war? Well, I suppose. I mean, it is Texas, the lone star state after all.
00:03:37.220 so there's all kinds of craziness brewing down there right now including apparently a convoy
00:03:45.000 from all points in the united states and apparently some canadians as well
00:03:49.460 of 700 000 vehicles heading down to the border to take their country back and we're going to cover
00:03:58.900 that in the first part of the show tonight as well an unfavorable ruling for donald trump
00:04:04.740 in one of the many cases against him today.
00:04:07.620 We'll tell you about that in just a second.

00:05:03.900 even as we speak they're marshalling in different places across the united states this takes a lot
00:05:10.260 of logistical planning something like this if in fact they have seven thousand or sorry seven

00:05:46.640 media or they just don't know they're kind of walking around like joe biden on a stage
00:05:52.220 something's wrong here man but i don't know where to go or which way to turn
00:06:00.060 right so we help them do that we show them which way to turn it's up to them
00:06:04.380 to take the path it's up to them to dive into the rabbit hole but once they do
00:06:09.560 then they become like us victim of their own curiosity hello if you're watching on rumble

00:07:30.640 social media. You can put it in a group if you want, if you think it's relevant enough or
00:07:35.860 important enough to put it in a group that you are a member of. And you can also share it through

00:10:34.120 Here's the ruling that we were talking about.
00:10:37.780 This happened this afternoon.
00:10:39.380 The news comes from the Washington Post,
00:10:41.440 so expect it to be very, very, very left-leaning.
00:10:46.520 Trump ordered to pay E. Jean Carroll.
00:10:48.940 I think she may still be a gossip columnist in New York City.
00:10:55.260 83.3 million dollars in defamation damages trial this one's been going on for a while now trump
00:11:03.740 took to uh truth social to just blast the decision of course he says he's going to be appealing but
00:11:09.020 that's going to be in the story so here it is federal court jury awarded a total of 83.3 million
00:11:14.460 in damages to eugene carroll she was on cnn this afternoon as well with anderson cooper doing an
00:11:19.880 interview and sounding absolutely crazy. Anyway, defamatory comments Donald Trump made about her 0.96
00:11:26.140 as president in 2019. Remarks attacking her character that kicked off years of threats
00:11:32.760 and harassment from the former president's supporters. Most of the award involved $65
00:11:38.280 million in punitive damages after jurors concluded that Trump acted spitefully and wantonly
00:11:44.920 toward Carroll after she accused him of sexually assaulting her in the 1990s.
00:11:52.020 Didn't he say, I don't even know this woman. Who is that? I've never heard of her before.
00:11:56.560 Jurors also awarded a combined $18.3 million in compensatory damages. Trump won the Republican
00:12:02.180 presidential primary in New Hampshire earlier this week. He also recently won Iowa caucuses,
00:12:07.220 even as he faces multiple lawsuits and four criminal indictments. In May, a civil jury in
00:12:13.460 New York found that Trump sexually abused and defamed Carroll and awarded her a combined
00:12:18.640 $5 million in damages, a finding Trump has appealed. The former president and possibly
00:12:24.140 future president said he will appeal the latest verdict as well. So it could be a while, if ever,
00:12:32.180 before E. Jean Carroll sees any money from Donald Trump. Okay, so this is the story I was talking
00:12:37.940 about. And this is a pretty serious thing. There is a huge convoy headed towards or will be headed
00:12:45.180 towards Texas very, very soon. Governor Abbott of Texas escalates border dispute from political
00:12:52.160 crisis to constitutional crisis. Abbott says the Constitution gives him the right to secure the
00:12:59.320 U.S. border with Mexico. The federal government disagrees and they're almost certainly headed for
00:13:04.240 confrontation. What kind of confrontation is that going to be? Well, instead of me telling you,
00:13:10.020 let's listen to this guy because he knows better. He's been following this story for a while. It
00:13:14.500 comes from practical preparedness on you. Something crazy right now is going on in the states. And if
00:13:20.420 you don't know about it, you should. The Supreme Court recently voted in favor of Biden to have
00:13:24.980 Governor Abbott in Texas take down the razor wire they've installed to keep the illegal immigrants
00:13:30.500 from crossing the border more easily.
00:13:32.380 All the while, Governor Abbott maintains
00:13:34.160 that over 6 million illegal immigrants
00:13:36.240 have crossed the border in the last three years.
00:13:39.620 And he maintains the delegated ports of entry
00:13:42.000 are the safest route for immigrants to come in,
00:13:45.240 but without the razor wire,
00:13:46.740 without the other obstacles that Abbott has installed,
00:13:50.380 he says that people are going to be drowning,
00:13:52.540 people are going to be dying, 1.00
00:13:53.580 and it's much safer just to have them come
00:13:55.560 through the ports of entry.
00:13:57.240 Well, since the Supreme Court ruled
00:13:59.260 to take the razor wire down, Abbott has put his foot down. Texas sent a statement to Biden and
00:14:05.400 it's interesting to say the least. First off, he claims in the statement that Biden has violated
00:14:09.640 his oath to execute on the immigration laws and has instead spent his time suing his state when
00:14:15.140 attempting to secure the border. Not only has he not executed standing law to protect the border,
00:14:20.180 which is a break of oath, he is further enticing illegal immigrants to cross more dangerous paths 0.73
00:14:25.220 into the country, which is more dangerous and leads to drownings. He then goes on to claim that
00:14:30.100 our founding fathers foresaw a situation where the states could be left to contend with the
00:14:34.800 lawless president, and he must act to protect the people of America and his state from the cartels
00:14:39.500 and drugs being smuggled into the country. Now, what this ultimately means is Governor Abbott has
00:14:44.000 declared an invasion of his state, and he is protected under the law to protect his state
00:14:49.040 and his borders at all costs. If you didn't think that situation was interesting enough,
00:14:53.420 where you have a governor defying an order of the Supreme Court and the president, it gets better.
00:14:58.620 Since then, Biden has come back and warned Governor Abbott,
00:15:02.680 take down the razor wire or there will be consequences.
00:15:05.780 And he gave a deadline, and that deadline is today.
00:15:09.060 Well, what could this mean?
00:15:10.540 Well, there are many that are worried about this being the brewing of another civil war.
00:15:15.500 Brothers fighting brothers, fathers fighting sons.
00:15:18.480 We've been there before in this great country, and it wasn't a pretty place.
00:15:21.840 It could potentially escalate by Biden trying to federalize the Texas National Guard, essentially taking Governor Abbott's troops from Texas and federalizing them, turning them into federal agents, essentially.
00:15:34.940 Well, just because he could do that, will he?
00:15:37.160 Right in time for another election, that would likely piss off a lot of people.
00:15:41.660 It would kick up a lot of dust.
00:15:43.100 He may not want to make that move.
00:15:44.720 And maybe coincidentally, there's been quite a bit of marketing for a new movie coming out about another civil war.
00:15:50.540 It just seems like there's a lot floating around about this subject.
00:15:54.480 Some call it pre-programming.
00:15:56.540 Maybe it's coincidence.
00:15:58.040 You tell me in the comments what you think.
00:15:59.860 It just seems odd.
00:16:01.280 Predictive programming is what it's called.
00:16:03.140 Pre-programming, I suppose, would be the shortened version.
00:16:06.800 Imagine there are 25 states who have written letters of support for Texas Governor Abbott.
00:16:16.280 And there's 50 states.
00:16:17.780 split right down the middle this could get very interesting very quickly basically
00:16:25.700 the governor of texas is defying a supreme court decision that was made earlier this week
00:16:33.520 and we haven't been talking about this now you could be sitting there thinking shadow it's the
00:16:42.160 states what does it have to do with us of course you know better than that if the united states
00:16:48.600 goes into turmoil we're their hat man that's our biggest trade partner without the united states
00:16:56.940 this country is effed seriously good or bad whatever you think about that that is the absolute
00:17:04.820 truth not to mention whatever seems to happen in the united states always happens in canada
00:17:10.640 just a few months later. Could we have something like that happen here?
00:17:18.420 After the past four months, or sorry, four years, months, four years, anything is possible.
00:17:26.620 Here's a piece from Fox News earlier today. This is about the convoy headed to Texas.
00:17:33.700 Let's talk about this trucker convoy. You brought this up just a moment ago. So this is called
00:17:39.260 take our border back it kicks off monday so you've got multiple starts you've got trucks leaving
00:17:45.340 from virginia beach that are going to go through texas arizona california on the website it
00:17:50.380 describes the event event is a peaceful assembly encouraging all freedom-loving and law-abiding
00:17:55.500 americans to attend i saw that you posted on x to raise awareness about you know what happened
00:18:02.140 what happened what happened go back we're gonna have to start again let's talk about this trucker
00:18:07.820 CONVOY, YOU BROUGHT THIS UP JUST
00:18:09.160 A MOMENT AGO, SO THIS IS CALLED
00:18:11.360 TAKE OUR BORDER BACK, IT KICKS
00:18:13.640 OFF MONDAY, SO YOU'VE GOT
00:18:15.420 MULTIPLE STARTS, YOU'VE GOT
00:18:16.880 TRUCKS LEAVING FROM VIRGINIA
00:18:18.140 BEACH THAT ARE GOING TO GO
00:18:19.220 THROUGH TEXAS, ARIZONA,
00:18:20.220 CALIFORNIA, ON THE WEBSITE IT
00:18:22.540 DESCRIBES THE EVENT AS A
00:18:24.040 PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY ENCOURAGING
00:18:26.080 ALL FREEDOM LOVING AND LAW
00:18:27.140 ABIDING AMERICANS TO ATTEND.
00:18:28.820 I SAW THAT YOU POSTED ON X TO
00:18:30.980 RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THAT, YOU
00:18:32.100 OBVIOUSLY JUST MENTIONED IT A
00:18:33.140 MOMENT AGO, I UNDERSTAND THAT
00:18:34.380 that you're going to be speaking once they get to Eagle Pass.
00:18:38.080 I also see that it's going to go through Yuma,
00:18:40.840 it's going to go to San Lucidro, California as well.
00:18:44.260 700,000 vehicles, that's the prediction here.
00:18:48.440 How do you keep that, well, peaceful and on track?
00:18:52.080 That's a lot of trucks.
00:18:54.980 Well, the people that have organized this
00:18:57.060 are the same people that went from California to DC
00:18:59.540 with the truckers.
00:19:01.220 I understand we're going to be joined by Canadian truckers.
00:19:03.840 So these people are committed to a peaceful demonstration that we've had enough.
00:19:10.300 The American people have had enough.
00:19:12.020 We're demanding that the Biden administration do its job, enforce the laws on the books,
00:19:17.440 and secure our border.
00:19:18.940 Eight million people during the Biden administration?
00:19:22.080 That's more than the population of Ohio.
00:19:24.920 This is the time for us to rise up as the American people and demand that our president
00:19:30.560 do his job.
00:19:32.020 This should be a peaceful movement of the American people joined by other nations if they want to come.
00:19:38.940 This is the Canadian farmer, trucker.
00:19:41.220 This is the German farmers.
00:19:42.560 This is the French farmers.
00:19:43.980 This is the Dutch farmers.
00:19:45.580 This is a movement well beyond the United States that people are simply tired of the overreach of their federal governments.
00:19:52.960 And we're pushing back.
00:19:54.640 Now is the time.
00:19:57.220 Okay, you know, it's interesting.
00:19:59.060 Here's the website, by the way.
00:20:00.580 take our border back southern border convoy take our border back.com if you want to go and check
00:20:07.140 that out and maybe you'd like to become involved i don't know but it's interesting we're at a time
00:20:14.820 and a place not just in our country not just in the united states but across the world where
00:20:19.420 i mean how many times have you worried crossing a border every time i cross the border i'm like
00:20:29.220 are they going to find something i didn't know was there am i going to be held and i have been
00:20:34.340 questioned crossing the border a few times not going to lie that's when i had long long long
00:20:38.580 hair though back in my 20s and there could possibly have been at that time something in
00:20:44.660 the car i didn't want them to see but anyway my point is that there's always been some kind of
00:20:52.160 integrity the border was protected man and it was a serious thing it was a very very serious thing
00:20:57.400 and now people are just allowed to cross whenever they want to
00:21:02.540 and they're being allowed to do so
00:21:06.080 and then they're being taken care of by the federal government
00:21:09.580 they're being clothed, they're being fed
00:21:11.520 they're being taken to whichever city they're going to 1.00
00:21:14.300 I don't think that's up to the migrants 1.00
00:21:16.980 I think that's up to the federal government 1.00
00:21:19.000 they just take, okay, this group goes to Cleveland
00:21:21.440 this group goes to Iowa
00:21:23.500 this group goes to Minnesota and so on and so on
00:21:27.400 and some mayors of big Marxist cities like New York are starting to push back saying,
00:21:34.080 we're not doing this anymore. We're not doing this anymore. That's it. I mean, think about
00:21:38.780 what he said. Eight million migrants in the three years that Joe Biden has been in the White House.
00:21:47.120 That's crazy. How many since Justin Trudeau has been in office here in Canada? Probably not that
00:21:51.680 many, but I'm going to say it's probably everything to do with the United States in numbers.
00:21:57.400 Compared to Canada, it's usually about one-tenth.
00:21:59.160 So let's say 800,000.
00:22:01.900 Have you noticed, if you live in a large city,
00:22:05.520 have you noticed that there seems to be more people of color around you these days
00:22:09.920 than even just a couple of years ago?
00:22:12.300 I have.
00:22:13.380 Now, again, skin color does not bother me.
00:22:16.000 What bothers me is when we start seeing all of these episodes flaring up, 0.97
00:22:20.620 these protests, people calling for jihad, people calling for the death of Jews,
00:22:25.260 fights breaking out for no good reason people complaining about the country that they've come
00:22:31.700 to are you kidding me if you don't like it then leave get out this is our country we are still
00:22:41.020 the dominant culture the canadian culture and that's why i was talking earlier this week and
00:22:45.760 last week about protecting our canadian culture and trying to identify what that canadian culture
00:22:52.080 is what does it mean to you to be a canadian and that's something we should all be thinking about
00:22:57.380 every day and i'll tell you that there have been times over the years where i have been moved to
00:23:05.360 tears watching our canadian athletes win a gold medal or an important game something to do or or
00:23:15.240 when you watch you know even those old vignettes we used to see about canada's involvement in world
00:23:20.460 war one and world war two and those men who gave their lives for their countries
00:23:27.800 that are forever honored whether it's a street named after them or a building or
00:23:35.680 a school or a statue something like that those men gave their lives and they were kids
00:23:43.240 they were 18 19 in some cases even younger because a lot of guys signed up underage
00:23:50.460 And so what's been happening to our country, especially in these past eight years, is reprehensible as far as I'm concerned.
00:24:01.360 We have to protect our country and our culture and our very way of life.
00:24:07.760 And don't let the Marxists call you bigot or racist.
00:24:11.240 That's not the case.
00:24:13.440 Because if you reverse it, and I know I've said this a lot of times, but I'm going to say it again. 0.78
00:24:18.340 If you reverse it and you go to a different country, let's say a Middle Eastern country, and you want to move there and live there, well, then you've got to abide by their rules. 0.65
00:24:27.820 And if you don't, you're going to wind up in jail. 0.75
00:24:31.300 We've heard many, many stories like that.
00:24:33.560 So learn the rules and abide by the rules.
00:24:36.620 Same thing should be here, but it's not.
00:24:39.340 And that's the problem.
00:24:40.560 and especially when you've got weak leaders who are governed by global elites you've got a massive
00:24:48.500 problem and in the united states and canada we have just that joe biden and justin trudeau give
00:24:54.240 me a break all right so something else today and who was it tom marazzo we had tom marazzo on
00:25:05.200 on wednesday night and we talked about pierre poly evan and tom said something very good he said
00:25:12.460 if you haven't seen that show by the way go back and watch it that's from wednesday night
00:25:16.100 tom said i don't know about poly ev he seems to take a step forward and then he takes a step back
00:25:21.640 it's step forward and then a step back and he won't talk about the important issues the ones
00:25:27.580 that people are really concerned about like immigration instead he seems content to play
00:25:32.360 little games with the media and little games with Justin Trudeau. And this one really bothered me
00:25:37.820 today. It bothered me because he started using the tactics of the left. I didn't like that at
00:25:47.700 all. So I'm going to play you this video here. This is from a conservative candidate, I believe
00:25:52.900 in Oshawa. His name is Javil Javani. And Justin Trudeau at the liberal caucus meeting yesterday
00:26:00.900 or the day before called him a twofer twofer we don't know what that means so here's jamil
00:26:06.080 talking about that today this has been seen justin trudeau is talking about me today now
00:26:12.200 during a speech to his liberal caucus trudeau referred to me as a twofer and now
00:26:20.560 pierre polyev's new candidate in durham is a twofer now i'm not exactly okay okay so what
00:26:28.040 poliev did there or what jamil did there or the conservative party did there is they took that 0.99
00:26:34.200 statement that trudeau said as stupid as it is they took it out of context we're going to play 0.98
00:26:40.920 you not the entire statement but more of the statement in just a second sure what that means 0.99
00:26:46.980 in reference to a human being i'm also not sure how the prime minister has time to be name calling
00:26:52.980 So in that case, already, Jamil is lying to us. I'm not sure what that means in terms of a human being. Trudeau, in his speech, explained it. Again, as stupid as it was, he explained it. So if Jamil did not see the entire video, that's one thing. But if he did, and then chose to say this, that is a whole other thing. Wouldn't you agree?
00:27:17.040 when he should be trying to save his failed administration,
00:27:20.860 but I thought I would take this as an opportunity to introduce myself,
00:27:25.060 since you certainly can't take Justin Trudeau's word for it.
00:27:29.680 I'm recording this video where I live, the place I rent in Oshawa.
00:27:34.600 I've lived in Durham region for years.
00:27:37.640 In fact, I used to record a national talk radio show for News Talk 1010 0.95
00:27:43.020 at a home studio in an Oshawa apartment okay so he did yes that is true and he was fired from 0.99
00:27:50.700 News Talk 1010 for not being black enough so they hired him as a black man expecting him to talk
00:27:59.120 about black things DEI BLM all that stuff and he didn't he's a conservative and so because he 0.61
00:28:05.540 wouldn't talk about the things they wanted him to talk about at least according to Jamil he was
00:28:11.900 fired, and I believe he still has a lawsuit pending against that radio organization.
00:28:16.880 All right, so the expression twofer used by Justin Trudeau, for example, we've got to
00:28:21.280 stop for a second here.
00:28:22.740 This is Trudeau at a women's professional hockey game last night between Ottawa and
00:28:27.380 Montreal.
00:28:27.960 Look at this.
00:28:41.900 oh he needs clapping lessons for goodness sakes then again i guess you know he's not used to
00:28:50.160 clapping for anybody but himself so um let's go down here and see okay so here's the one minute 0.97
00:28:57.060 49 second version where trudeau again stupid to use this expression but you do get the context 0.90
00:29:03.620 of it from what he says here we have new candidate in durham is a twofer he's both an ideologue 0.90
00:29:10.700 and an insider what he's not okay now first of all trudeau calling anybody else an ideologue
00:29:19.660 is laughable laughable i mean climate change where you gotta go poor you gotta go broke you
00:29:26.480 gotta eat bugs because of climate change you gotta use high you gotta use uh electric cars
00:29:31.560 come on come on only an ideologue would be pushing these alternate power sources in lieu
00:29:40.120 of natural gas and oil and whatnot because there is no way those power sources can even come close
00:29:47.080 to providing the energy that we get from fossil fuels that sorry that is if you look up ideologue
00:29:55.320 in the dictionary this is what you see him and and gilbo but what we get from this speech again 0.99
00:30:01.880 as stupid as it is, is that he is not being racist in his remarks. 0.98
00:30:09.940 He's talking about Jamil Giovanni being an insider, conservative insider, like one of 1.00
00:30:15.640 Polyev's boys.
00:30:16.900 And he's also talking about him being an ideologue.
00:30:19.520 This has nothing to do with the color of his skin, unlike what the conservatives want you
00:30:25.900 to believe.
00:30:26.840 and i thought that was the low-end politicking
00:30:31.960 and pierre polyev and i've been looking so as far as i know still has not responded to those
00:30:40.220 four liberal cabinet ministers who wanted him to speak comment publicly about tucker carlson's
00:30:46.120 appearance in alberta earlier this week he hasn't come out and said anything when all he really had
00:30:52.580 to say was, yeah, I believe in free speech. What seems to be the problem here? That would
00:30:59.420 have been the perfect response to those four Marxist idiots who were yelling and screaming 1.00
00:31:04.160 about right-wing extremism coming to Canada. It would have been perfect. But instead, he 1.00
00:31:12.640 chose to go with this. So it makes you wonder, man, like when the election finally comes
00:31:21.660 around and I know what I've been saying. You go vote conservative and you're holding your nose
00:31:26.760 and you wonder, Pierre, can you seriously, seriously be campaigning using tactics like
00:31:32.720 this? No. Why don't you talk about immigration? What seems to be the problem? The polls all say
00:31:40.980 we want it to be reduced say it he's scared of losing votes but you see the the ironic thing
00:31:52.520 about this is the people who immigrate to canada don't normally vote conservative anyway and that
00:32:00.380 that's because they're being told to vote liberal by federal employees the ones that
00:32:04.160 are talking to them as they're actually moving into the country we have that on record
00:32:10.240 from a couple of friends of ours in calgary last year anyway we knew about this this story here
00:32:18.940 comes from public which is a substack that's run by michael schellenberger and you guys should check
00:32:23.920 it out it's really good we knew about this well some of this in terms of the intelligence that
00:32:31.820 the trudeau government used to paint the truckers as violent extremists and insurrectionists and
00:32:37.500 whatnot. This came from
00:32:39.320 hategate.ca. And if you're
00:32:41.500 unfamiliar with that, please, I
00:32:43.460 implore you to go and check that
00:32:45.520 out. Intelligence used
00:32:47.500 by CSIS agents
00:32:48.880 and then fed to the government came
00:32:51.440 from the anti-hate
00:32:53.460 network. Really?
00:32:56.740 That, like,
00:32:58.400 and they called it intelligence.
00:33:01.000 Amazing.
00:33:02.720 Either
00:33:03.400 complete and total laziness
00:33:05.280 or they're all in on it.
00:33:08.080 Anyway, let's go through this blog real quick here.
00:33:12.520 Canadian government used disinformation to invoke the Emergencies Act two years ago and then shared it with the other Five Eyes nations.
00:33:20.880 Now, that I didn't know.
00:33:23.620 So let's go on here.
00:33:25.460 Over the last year, Public and Others, again, that's the name of the substack here we're on,
00:33:30.300 public and others have reported on illegal abuses of power by government intelligence security and
00:33:35.900 military agencies across the western world these abuses of power have included censorship efforts
00:33:42.040 by the u.s department of homeland security and british military the fbi entrapment schemes
00:33:48.460 schemes and fbi secret service involvement in january 6 2021 pipe bomb disinformation
00:33:55.760 now a months-long public investigation reveals the canadian government used disinformation
00:34:03.760 to crack down on the freedom convoy protest led by truckers demanding an add
00:34:09.180 to covet 19 vaccine mandates in february two years ago and by the way we're in the middle
00:34:14.340 of the anniversary now the rcmp canada's national police force then promoted this false information
00:34:21.860 to other Five Eyes English-speaking nations.
00:34:28.500 This discovery is significant because it contributes to a pattern of intelligence agencies from
00:34:33.440 the U.S., U.K., Australia, and New Zealand, and Canada, those are the Five Eyes countries,
00:34:38.820 which have collaborated on surveillance since World War II being caught abusing their powers
00:34:44.720 to investigate and persecute the political enemies of elected officials.
00:34:48.600 In 2013, the NSA contractor-turned-whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed the U.S. government and other nations had violated legal protections against warrantless surveillance.
00:35:01.420 Collaboration between Five Eyes nations also appears to have been used by the FBI in 2016 to create the pretext used for initiating the Russian collusion investigation, which U.S. Department of Justice Special Prosecutor John Durham denounced last year.
00:35:16.760 the story begins in 2022 when used media outlets claimed the truckers freedom convoy protest was a
00:35:24.180 racist fascist or far-right movement justin trudeau called the convoy a small fringe minority
00:35:31.220 with unacceptable views and accused conservative members of parliament of supporting hate 0.84
00:35:36.760 conservative party members can stand with people who wave swastikas they can stand with people who
00:35:42.340 wave the Confederate flag, Trudeau said. On February 14th of 2022, Trudeau took the extraordinary
00:35:50.120 measure of invoking the Emergencies Act for the first time in Canada's history.
00:35:54.960 The act gave the government sweeping powers to arrest protesters, freeze their bank accounts,
00:36:00.160 seize property, and dismantle blockades, which is what Trudeau did. Central to Trudeau's invocation
00:36:07.140 of the act was the alleged threat of right-wing extremism and violence but new documents that
00:36:13.220 podcaster jeremy mckenzie obtained through canada's freedom of information law show this
00:36:19.280 drastic measure was based on fabricated intelligence what's more canada appears to
00:36:23.580 have shared this disinformation with other members of the five eyes alliance there are still many
00:36:30.560 questions about why this happened we have not received answers from key players involved
00:36:35.400 Trudeau's government, and the RCMP told public they would reply to our requests for comment,
00:36:41.160 but so far have not. The New Zealand police, with whom the Trudeau government shared this
00:36:46.500 disinformation, told public they were unable to comment on queries which seek to confirm whether
00:36:53.240 or not specific individuals or organizations are or have been under police investigation for
00:36:59.080 privacy reasons. This scandal appears to add to a growing number of cases revealing the
00:37:05.400 politicization, oh I hate saying that word, politicization of intelligence and security
00:37:12.040 agencies across Five Eyes nations to achieve ideological, political, and counter-populist
00:37:18.280 goals. But how exactly did the Trudeau government use falsified evidence to shut down the truckers
00:37:24.640 protest and why are five eyes governments around the world using similar strategies to frame and
00:37:30.760 trap and demonize populists go to hategate.ca for more information on that all right danielle smith
00:37:44.680 has been in the crosshairs of the marxist corporate media these past couple of days
00:37:50.520 we're going to play a game here you guys and you might be interested and it's going to be fun
00:37:55.480 all right so the game is this here's a video that's 13 minutes and 20 seconds long i'm going
00:38:03.020 to play i'm not going to play the whole thing i rarely do but the game is how long can i last
00:38:09.540 watching this nonsense before i blow up and shut it off start taking i'm going to start taking
00:38:16.960 guesses in the comment section of all the platforms shadow davis.com we're streaming live
00:38:22.580 there tonight also on facebook on x and on rumble go ahead write down in the comments how long am i
00:38:29.900 going to be able to stand this before i blow up and shut it off all right this is the cbc i think 0.80
00:38:36.580 they call it the power panel it's a stupid name they call it the power panel here it is alberta 0.96
00:38:43.360 President Premier Daniel Smith is taking some heat today for this exchange with American 0.99
00:38:46.780 right-wing media personality Tucker Carlson last night.
00:38:50.360 I wish you would put Stephen Guibault in your crosshair.
00:38:55.360 He's an environmental zealot and he happens to be our environment minister federally.
00:39:11.360 Okay, that comment
00:39:13.360 that the crosshairs prompted a swiss
00:39:16.360 of the federal cabinet ministers today.
00:39:20.360 ...to spew hate,
00:39:22.360 to incite violence against people who disagree with you?
00:39:27.360 That's not how things should be done in Canada.
00:39:29.360 This morning, Premier Smith was asked about her decision
00:39:32.360 to appear with Tucker Carlson.
00:39:34.360 I don't do a screening test to make sure
00:39:36.360 that every person that interviews me
00:39:38.360 matches 100% of what I believe.
00:39:41.360 Okay, so what will Canadians make of all of this?
00:39:46.800 The power panel is with me on that.
00:39:47.940 Vandana Cotter, Andrew Thompson, James Moore, and Shachi Curl.
00:39:50.600 James, you were kind of dismissing this attack by the Liberals today in an earlier segment.
00:39:55.740 What do you make of her comment about putting the crosshairs on Stephen Gilboa?
00:40:00.120 I mean, the Liberals have compared that to inciting violence.
00:40:02.780 How do you view what she said?
00:40:05.280 I mean, dismissing, I think, the political impact.
00:40:07.760 but look I grew up in the 1990s and the conservative
00:40:09.940 movement with Tiger Carlson was kind of
00:40:11.620 normal and he has
00:40:13.780 wandered so far away from that
00:40:16.100 you know 80% of what he says is sort of
00:40:18.060 perfectly fine political commentary
00:40:19.620 I can't take it anymore
00:40:22.100 how long did I last
00:40:25.420 two minutes
00:40:27.960 two and a half
00:40:30.060 I can't
00:40:32.620 take it
00:40:34.540 anymore
00:40:36.120 these people are absolutely unhinged caught in the crosshairs oh my god i can't tell a figure
00:40:44.640 of speech from the real thing why don't all of these left-wing marxists and i really hate to
00:40:50.000 say this because they might actually like it and come to indulge themselves in it more frequently
00:40:55.300 but go to a shooting range and figure out what crosshairs really are then you can use this
00:41:03.340 it's a figure of speech and that's all so you see what i mean when i was talking earlier about
00:41:13.880 pierre poly i'm trying that marxist tactic trying to paint that justin trudeau is a racist with the
00:41:19.500 remarks he said now we all know that he wore blackface old blackface is back he's worn every
00:41:25.420 costume in the book right so we get that we get it i mean that's something the conservatives don't 0.81
00:41:31.200 have to do they don't have to that's a marxist trick so what the marxists are trying to do here
00:41:37.680 is make danielle smith appear like she's a loony because she's sitting down having a or or some 0.98
00:41:43.600 kind of a right-wing extremist bigot marxist or sorry not marxist totalitarianism
00:41:50.000 right because she sat down with tucker carlson and jordan peterson so what 1.00
00:41:58.820 why don't they want us 0.97
00:42:01.660 to be able to have conversations
00:42:03.600 why do they feel the need
00:42:08.040 to shut people down
00:42:09.700 because that's what Marxists do
00:42:14.240 remember that communism
00:42:17.100 totalitarianism can only exist
00:42:20.680 with one point of view
00:42:22.980 democracy exists with many
00:42:26.460 points of view and with freedom
00:42:28.800 so one ideology one system allows freedom and one does not and if canadians cannot see what these
00:42:41.920 marxists are doing i was going to say marxist liberals but there's no such thing not really
00:42:46.820 for using exact definitions of words here the liberals are not liberals they're marxists and
00:42:53.980 if the Canadian public cannot see what these Marxists are trying to do, shut down free
00:42:59.220 speech, then we're in trouble. Because many people have said, oh, Justin Trudeau, once
00:43:07.740 he's gone, he's been voted in by the people of this country three times. Is Justin Trudeau
00:43:16.340 the problem or are we? Are we not doing a good enough job of telling these people voting
00:43:21.700 for Justin Trudeau. They're doing the wrong thing. You got to look at it a little bit deeper than
00:43:30.120 what you've been doing. We're not voting for colors here. We're not voting for red, blue,
00:43:34.460 purple, or orange, or green. We're voting for our way of life at this point. And I know politics can
00:43:42.760 be boring for many people. I get that. But they're going to have to wake up and pay attention very
00:43:48.540 soon or we're going to be in a lot of trouble now having said that the polls are in polyev's
00:43:53.440 favor but polyev right now is playing their game which is a very disappointing thing very disappointing
00:44:00.580 you guys know how i feel my plan is to get the polyev government in there for four years so we
00:44:07.420 can build ourselves a little bit of momentum for a grassroots movement in let's say 2028 hopefully
00:44:14.240 hopefully but who knows what the heck is going to happen things have been going great these
00:44:21.040 last couple of weeks i want to keep the positive momentum going though and i'm telling you the news
00:44:26.820 as i see it today mutiny on wing night the story comes from the uh does this story come from the
00:44:34.720 stelbert st albert gazette i was going to say stelbert st albert gazette mutiny on wing night
00:44:41.420 province may step in over single-use bylaws. It's a plastic story. Of course, plastic is a petroleum
00:44:47.060 product. Premier Daniel Smith is no fan of single-use items bylaws in place in Alberta and
00:44:54.240 has asked the Minister of Municipal Affairs to investigate whether the province has the power
00:44:58.540 to intervene. So she wants to bring back plastic bags. Daniel Smith, no fan of these single-use
00:45:06.060 items bylaws in Alberta, and she wants to do something about it. We've had to step in when
00:45:12.580 we think that municipalities are going a step too far on certain issues, and I've asked my minister
00:45:17.360 if he thinks that this is one of those areas, Smith said during a press event January 25th.
00:45:22.240 Earlier this month, Calgary became the latest municipality in Alberta to introduce restrictions
00:45:27.460 on single-use items made of plastic, such as charging a minimum fee for paper and reusable
00:45:33.640 bags, providing foodware accessories, foodware accessories by request only, like knives and
00:45:41.260 forks, plastic ones. Smith said the bylaw puts ideology ahead of common sense. I've heard that
00:45:47.660 there was a near mutiny on wing night in some restaurants because you have to ask whether or
00:45:51.920 not people want napkins. Smith said she has put it to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to determine
00:45:58.380 whether municipalities have gone outside the realm of the municipal government act in their
00:46:02.960 efforts to curb waste curb waste now this is ideology this is nothing to do with curbing waste
00:46:10.560 she said i could tell you it's not happening in every municipality it just seems that it's
00:46:15.780 happening in calgary and edmonton yeah it is happening in more municipalities than that
00:46:20.060 we're going to stay with alberta interestingly a story written about what happened that shooting
00:46:26.860 at City Hall in Alberta, written by a Toronto reporter called Joe Warmington in Postmedia,
00:46:34.600 the Toronto Sun, that has since gone national. Why are we not hearing about this? Which is a very,
00:46:40.720 very good question. This was a jihad-like terror attack in Canada that no one seems to know about.
00:46:49.200 Some Marxists on social media are trying to claim that this shooter here, this guy wearing
00:46:56.640 a security uniform and brandishing an automatic weapon, it looks like here, had the same
00:47:02.680 political beliefs as Pierre Polly have.
00:47:05.720 They're lying.
00:47:08.820 It's not every day there's a fire attack in Canada related to Israel's war in Gaza that 0.98
00:47:18.120 And the country is definitely there. 0.99
00:47:27.520 This goes back to our earlier immigration discussion as well, right? 0.95
00:47:30.060 This was an all-out Gaza-inspired jihadist terror attack with gunfire and homemade bombs at Edmonton City Hall Tuesday.
00:47:37.100 Not a word out of Justin Trudeau about it so far.
00:47:39.800 In fact, on X, he was talking about being the target, sorry, being at the target, being at the women's professional hockey game in Ottawa the night before.
00:47:49.420 And the way he was clapping there, we saw this was a terrifying incident.
00:47:54.900 Security video shows a man entering Edmonton City Hall wearing a commissioner's security jacket and carrying a long gun and appearing to shoot it.
00:48:04.160 Police say he was heavily armed, but no one seems to be talking about it much.
00:48:09.160 And this is what Justin Trudeau posts on X.
00:48:11.460 What a game!
00:48:13.620 You fought hard and played tough.
00:48:16.040 Give me a break.
00:48:18.320 I wonder if there's any dudes on those teams. 0.85
00:48:21.200 Probably will be.
00:48:23.120 It's almost like this potentially genocidal rampage was missed by the country,
00:48:27.480 or even covered up or softened in terms of its seriousness.
00:48:30.780 is. Certainly, when you compare the coverage to the reaction of media and politicians on the
00:48:36.720 Truckers Freedom Convoy, or the arrests and trials of Tamara Leach, Chris Barber, and Pat King, or
00:48:42.420 the Coots Alberta 4 conspiracy to commit murder case, it's a head-scratcher how understated this
00:48:49.120 incident has been so far when you weigh and compare the evidence. What happened here is way more
00:48:54.160 serious than anything that happened with the Truckers' protest. But you'd never know that,
00:48:59.180 judging from the reaction of the media and political class. However, however things are
00:49:05.440 spun about what happened in Edmonton on Tuesday, this was clearly as dark and concerning as
00:49:11.000 something can ever get. In addition to the horror of security video showing the armed man during
00:49:16.440 this attack, a taped manifesto which included Arabic greetings was also discovered. This one
00:49:25.580 was a close call. Let's review what we know. At approximately 10.18 a.m. Tuesday, this past
00:49:32.980 Tuesday, a male parked his vehicle in the City Hall underground parkade, then entered the building
00:49:37.840 from the parkade access, say Edmonton police. Once inside City Hall, he lit several handheld
00:49:43.820 incendiary devices, believed to be Molotov cocktails, that caused one small fire outside
00:49:49.420 an elevator. He then fired several rounds from a long gun into the ceiling walls and windows.
00:49:54.760 Thankfully, no one was struck by the gunfire and that a brave security officer knew what to do.
00:50:01.320 The male then dropped the firearm on the floor and surrendered to a city hall security commissioner who detained him until police arrived moments later.
00:50:09.740 Police said, adding, they and RCMP TAC teams then worked for several hours to secure and clear the building of any further threats, escorting out citizens who had been sheltering in place.
00:50:21.200 I hate that expression, too, in various locations through City Hall.
00:50:27.600 Surveillance video from inside City Hall during the attack.
00:50:32.740 Let's have a look here.
00:50:34.040 Our leaders, officials, and anybody that has hands into this corruption, into this genocide
00:50:41.040 that's going on in Gaza and throughout the world, anybody that is destabilizing other
00:50:45.780 countries, hurting their community, what do you call them, should feel ashamed of themselves.
00:50:51.020 And inshallah, we will rise against you guys and we'll put you on trial.
00:50:59.240 Masadi Sarver has been charged in yesterday's terror attack at Edmonton City Hall, among
00:51:03.640 the reasons he gave in a video recorded just before he entered the building was to rise
00:51:07.420 against leaders responsible for genocide in Gaza. Should this guy even be in Canada?
00:51:18.320 Here is the surveillance video from Global.
00:51:21.440 the alleged terrorist suspect is bazani sarvar
00:51:35.380 28 years old himself a canadian corps of commissioner security guard but not at city
00:51:41.300 hall in an orange jumpsuit he made his first appearance in court thursday and has been
00:51:46.440 remanded in custody at least until at least February 2nd when a bail hearing is expected
00:51:52.480 to commence. All right. Okay. If this guy gets bail for what he did and the Coutts guys are still
00:52:07.100 in lockup then there should be some some some issues i'm not going to go any further
00:52:16.420 in this live streaming video because i could get myself in trouble if i say what i'm thinking 0.94
00:52:22.980 right now but i think you know what i'm thinking if this guy gets bail and the coots guys are still 0.78
00:52:32.960 being held. People have heard his voice in what's believed to be a homemade video. In the video,
00:52:43.280 the man who is believed to have come to Canada in 2012 from Afghanistan is taped, suggesting
00:52:48.000 people fight against this corruption, into this genocide that's going on in Gaza, blah, blah, blah.
00:52:55.580 He also said, Salam al-Ukum, brothers and sisters. Before I do my mission, I want you all to know I
00:53:01.360 am not a psychopath. I do not believe in bloodshed. I am not one of these monsters that hurt children,
00:53:06.720 that hurt innocents, and that promote wars all around the civilization of our society. But I'll
00:53:11.500 go ahead and shoot a gun in a closed off area, confined space. He added, I'm just tired of seeing 0.99
00:53:21.720 tyranny and corruption taking over our society and our lives. That's crazy.
00:53:31.360 that's crazy i i found this to be almost comical they're being serious of course
00:53:41.360 but it's comical that now finally there's this organization in manitoba they call themselves
00:53:47.600 doctors manitoba but nobody knows who the doctors manitoba are because they all maintain anonymity
00:53:54.960 we don't know who these people are we're just supposed to take them at their word
00:54:00.760 It could be a bunch of guys sitting around in their underwear, circle jerking and going, yeah, we're Doctors Manitoba, man.
00:54:07.800 We can say or do anything.
00:54:10.920 Seriously.
00:54:13.940 Doctors offering $5,000 in groceries and other prizes to encourage Manitobans to get healthier this winter.
00:54:20.260 They were giving away a million dollars to get your shot two years ago.
00:54:24.080 And now it's only $5,000 in groceries and other prizes to get healthier.
00:54:30.760 Well, first of all, why didn't they say this a couple of years ago?
00:54:36.180 When you're generally in better health, you're not as susceptible to viruses
00:54:40.980 as you are when you're sitting around, locked down, not able to go to a gym.
00:54:46.480 But you can go buy weed and booze.
00:54:50.780 Remember what they kept open and what they shut down during the COVID response.
00:54:58.240 Remember that.
00:54:59.020 and now now they're saying that we need to get healthier four in five people in this province
00:55:06.740 say they could be doing more to be healthy from doctors manitoba whoever they are
00:55:12.540 now staying with the medical theme here i'm not sure and again guys we're doing a lot of stories
00:55:22.720 we missed tonight because we had great interviews and great guests all week long and i didn't get a
00:55:29.580 chance to really cover much because we were talking to these guests and we did mention certain things
00:55:34.600 that happened in passing obviously because they're the topics of the day but we haven't really been
00:55:39.520 able to get into it nor have we been able to follow some of the more minor stories that passed
00:55:44.340 us by this week and that's what we're doing tonight stories we missed
00:55:47.380 can you explain to me and and this is going to be a quick aside here can you explain to me
00:55:56.700 when when the formula first came out the shots when they first came out
00:56:00.640 why people were picking their teams remember you may have seen on social media team sir
00:56:07.700 i'm team astrazeneca even trudeau was bragging about i'm very happy to have gotten the astrazeneca
00:56:15.760 vaccine that was by the way quickly quickly discontinued because it was causing problems
00:56:22.200 but never really officially revealed to be so team Pfizer I'm team Moderna they had it on their
00:56:31.820 Facebook avatar that was the photo before I think it was before the Ukraine so it's been
00:56:37.360 what brand of vaccine did you get then Ukraine then maybe a pride flag and and then maybe
00:56:44.020 the israeli flag no wait the palestine flag and whatever happens next these people just go with
00:56:50.560 whatever they're told to go with because virtue signaling so people were virtue signaling oh my
00:56:57.920 god pfizer i got pfizer it's i'm so happy i'm so they were posting videos of them crying i'm so
00:57:04.180 happy to have gotten this i've been waiting and then two days later they'd post another video
00:57:10.940 i got covid that's not supposed to happen
00:57:15.780 pfizer has holds the record for the largest criminal fine ever paid the number is 30
00:57:28.880 billion dollars 30 billion
00:57:32.900 There are many pharmaceutical-making companies and companies that don't just make pharmaceuticals, who have paid very heavy fines over the years.
00:57:48.400 Johnson & Johnson had a vaccine out during the COVID response.
00:57:57.340 Now, that's not what this is about.
00:57:59.580 This is about something else.
00:58:01.220 This is about opioids.
00:58:02.900 So Washington State reaches a nearly $150 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson over the opioid crisis.
00:58:12.400 So we don't need to read this whole story.
00:58:17.240 You guys can read about it if you want. I'm not going to cover it here on the show.
00:58:20.380 Just the headline here is enough for me.
00:58:23.260 And again, I encourage you guys to go ahead and read these stories in depth when you have the time.
00:58:28.040 But for time purposes tonight, well, okay, maybe the first paragraph.
00:58:32.220 We'll do the first paragraph here.
00:58:34.420 The Washington state attorney general announced $149.5 million settlement Wednesday with drug
00:58:40.300 maker Johnson & Johnson more than four years after the state sued the company over its
00:58:45.060 role in the opioid addiction crisis.
00:58:48.600 They knew what the harm was.
00:58:50.400 They did it anyway, Attorney General Bob Ferguson told reporters on Wednesday.
00:58:56.660 All right, so there's obviously more to it.
00:58:58.480 but you don't settle out of court unless you know you're going to lose.
00:59:03.420 And Johnson & Johnson did that to the tune of $149.5 million.
00:59:08.320 So the question is, why does anybody trust big pharma with anything anymore?
00:59:20.400 Why will you go to the doctor and wait for him or her to give you a prescription, 0.97
00:59:24.940 Then you go to the pharmacy and you stand there waiting for 45 minutes so the little jerk behind the counter can say, here you go, Mr. Smith, here's your $80 prescription. 0.98
00:59:36.320 For what? 0.96
00:59:38.620 Is it really working?
00:59:40.500 Are there natural remedies for what you're getting that prescription for?
00:59:46.880 But the Canadian government and some provincial governments have made it very easy for us to afford these drugs, haven't they?
00:59:52.380 they pay a very high percentage
00:59:54.800 in some cases of certain drugs
00:59:56.960 so we don't have to
00:59:59.060 they want us on these things
01:00:03.980 they need us on these things
01:00:05.920 and look what they're doing with natural products
01:00:10.080 natural health products in Canada
01:00:11.660 they're trying to make these products get approval
01:00:15.100 even though they only contain natural ingredients
01:00:18.680 interesting isn't it
01:00:22.380 All right. Changing gears here just a little bit. Libs of TikTok. I love the libs of TikTok. And if you're on X, you should follow the libs of TikTok. They put some great videos up.
01:00:34.120 A student at a medical college in Wisconsin says if she can't abort a full term baby, full term, then she will leave Wisconsin. This is what colleges are instilling in young people these days. Listen to what she said.
01:00:50.580 I think abortion should be unrestrictive. And I think when somebody finds out in pregnancy,
01:00:59.180 or how far along that they are, when someone finds out, they should be able to get an abortion
01:01:03.680 if they want to. And for some people, that is full term. If I can't get abortion training here,
01:01:11.460 if I can't perform abortions in my career, I will not stay in Wisconsin. And a lot of
01:01:15.760 my colleagues who are on the same track
01:01:18.080 agree. Alright, thank you
01:01:20.020 that will do nothing to help our shortages
01:01:21.900 I find that disturbing
01:01:30.140 on
01:01:31.860 many levels that
01:01:33.800 this young woman and
01:01:35.980 the woman sitting next to her
01:01:37.640 believe that 0.99
01:01:39.920 killing 0.99
01:01:41.480 babies is 1.00
01:01:43.680 quite alright
01:01:45.760 Full term.
01:01:47.900 She thinks that that's okay.
01:01:54.720 It's mind-blowing to me.
01:01:58.060 And why can't that debate ever happen in Canada?
01:02:03.100 Why is that verboten in our country?
01:02:06.460 Why can that never come up?
01:02:10.200 When you hear CALD members like that,
01:02:15.760 talking about full-term babies people need to wake up people need to wake up
