00:02:00.000 Thank you.
00:02:30.000 We'll be right back.
00:03:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:03:30.000 We'll be right back.
00:04:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:04:30.000 We'll be right back.
00:05:00.000 If you're surprised by what's going on in society, it means that your model of society
00:05:17.960 is wrong.
00:05:19.020 Your core assumptions are wrong, right?
00:05:22.020 And that means that you're not prepared for whatever's coming in the future.
00:05:25.140 and we have a lot of people in society that are surprised by what's happening and that's because
00:05:31.920 their baseline assumptions on human nature the way society works the way government works all
00:05:36.420 that sort of stuff they're just wrong we have seen what happens in good countries we've seen
00:05:41.260 what happens in bad countries so right now we see a lot of bad things happening in canada so
00:05:46.440 we're trying to send up a warning players there is ample evidence that canada is the target of
00:05:50.980 significant and sustained foreign interference activities. Liberal and Conservative MPs sparred
00:05:56.720 Tuesday over bombshell allegations of Chinese interference. A troubling new report from the
00:06:01.220 RCMP tonight. It's investigating claims of criminal activity at so-called police stations
00:06:06.800 allegedly set up by China's government. Our top story is focused on a controversial procurement
00:06:12.560 contract. It's between the RCMP and Sinclair Technologies, a communications company that is
00:06:19.020 partly owned by china and found the federal government's engagement with provincial and
00:06:24.940 municipal governments and the canadian public on the threat from foreign interference has been
00:06:30.060 limited and your everyday canadian citizen doesn't understand what warfare is or informational
00:06:37.340 warfare psychological warfare fifth generational warfare but that's a lot of our men and women in
00:06:43.020 our organization specialize in aspects of warfare and unfortunately the you know global elites
00:06:50.620 the government are waging war against their own citizens
00:06:55.260 wow that's pretty heavy there is an event coming up one week from this saturday at legacy place
00:07:10.960 in Red Deer, Alberta,
00:07:13.340 and it's being put on by Canadians for Truth
00:07:15.820 in association with Veterans for Freedom,
00:07:17.740 and here it is.
00:07:18.800 It's called From Service to Solutions,
00:07:20.540 Insights from Military Veterans.
00:07:22.320 It's a very long, it's a day-long event.
00:07:24.260 It starts at 1 o'clock in the afternoon
00:07:26.340 and goes till about 9 o'clock that night.
00:07:29.660 All kinds of former service members
00:07:32.880 are going to be there giving talks.
00:07:34.980 There's going to be one starting,
00:07:36.360 the second one ends.
00:07:37.720 So all day long, solution-based seminars at this event.
00:07:43.180 Tickets for this event, first of all, you can get them at canadiansfortruth.ca.
00:07:47.200 Tickets for this event, $75 if you use the promo code V4F, $75 per ticket.
00:07:55.660 It's truly going to be a fantastic day.
00:07:59.060 Tom Quiggin will be there, and Tom is going to join me on the show in just a second.
00:08:03.720 Tom is a former intelligence officer, among many other things, with the Canadian Armed Forces.
00:08:10.340 So this event coming up one week from this Saturday, Legacy Place in Red Deer, put on by Canadians for Truth in association with Veterans for Freedom.
00:08:18.220 It's From Service to Solution, Insights for Military Veterans, $75 per ticket if you use the code V4F.
00:08:25.620 The Shadow at Night livestream is brought to you by Canada Nanosilver, canadananosilver.ca.
00:08:30.440 I could have used the brand new product here on the website that I could have used on Monday.
00:08:36.120 I went to the gym on Sunday, and I did something.
00:08:38.600 I don't know what it was, but it was like, oh, and so for three days after that, I had
00:08:45.620 trouble walking and holding a glass of water, and I could have used the brand new Recover
00:08:49.960 Muscle Cream from Canada NanoSilver.

00:09:45.220 been tested obviously because that's what these guys do with all of their products but some people
00:09:50.540 have been known in rare cases to have a thing, maybe a rash breakout. So if that happens, you
00:09:56.420 just don't use it. But I definitely want a tube of this. Recover Muscle Cream from Canada

00:10:11.320 Canada Nanosilver.ca. Tom Quiggin, also the author of this book called Political Islam to Canada
00:10:17.400 with a warning to America. It came out in 2017, and I find it very interesting that everything
00:10:24.060 that's playing out in the streets right now, Tom, is very similar to some of the things,
00:10:29.560 anyway, you wrote in this book seven years ago. Yeah, it's been interesting. As you said,
00:10:36.880 I was an ex-military intelligence officer. I also worked for the Privy Council office
00:10:42.240 in something called the Intelligence Assessment Secretariat. And that is the bureaucratic body in
00:10:48.280 Ottawa that does intelligence assessments for the prime minister and the cabinet directly.
00:10:53.300 And also at other points in my life, I was the security and operational risk manager for the
00:10:58.080 central bank. Not something I brag about too much, but it was an insightful few years to learn how
00:11:03.560 that works. And plus, I worked for the RCMP for six years as an intelligence contractor
00:11:08.480 at the Integrated National Security Enforcement Team,
00:11:11.880 which is basically counter-terrorism,
00:11:13.860 but it also investigates judges
00:11:15.560 and perhaps things like crooked politicians.
00:11:18.940 So the whole business,
00:11:20.960 which we're talking about here
00:11:22.340 of foreign interference in Canada,
00:11:25.700 this has been going on
00:11:26.880 since Chrétien was prime minister or before that. 0.97
00:11:30.140 The most guilty party is China, 0.61
00:11:32.920 which is what we're discussing right now. 1.00
00:11:35.660 And it's increasingly clear
00:11:37.660 that information will hopefully eventually come out
00:11:42.980 that a number of members of parliament
00:11:46.220 who are most likely liberals and NDPers
00:11:49.040 are on, you know, you hate to say
00:11:51.120 they're on the Chinese government payroll,
00:11:53.000 but having said that,
00:11:54.360 they appear to have been providing information to China,
00:11:57.080 ratting out their fellow MPs to China. 0.76
00:11:59.880 And some of them are probably prospering from this
00:12:02.660 either directly in financial terms
00:12:04.700 or indirectly in that they're getting
00:12:06.500 political and financial support for their campaigns. So it's very much a real problem.
00:12:13.140 Now, can I ask you, I'm sorry to interrupt you, because I know that there's, we've got all kinds
00:12:17.920 of stuff to cover tonight and we'll get to all of it. I want to get to all of it, but how would,
00:12:22.920 because you've got this intelligence background steeped in knowledge, goes back years,
00:12:26.680 lots of experience. How would a Chinese official or an Indian official or a Pakistani official
00:12:34.440 approach an MP? Would they approach a sitting MP or would they approach somebody who may be elected
00:12:40.640 as an MP from a preferred party? How would that work? Have you observed that in the past?
00:12:46.020 Yeah, so there's a guy out there called Sam Cooper who's written a book called Willful
00:12:50.420 Blindness. And if you're only going to read one book about this problem, that's probably the one
00:12:54.900 to read. It's interesting. They don't just sort of walk up to an MP and say, hi, Mr. MP, here's
00:12:59.600 some money. Can we talk to you? What actually happens? What happened in Canada is the money
00:13:03.980 started coming into British Columbia through casinos, that sort of thing. Money started coming
00:13:09.620 into Canada through some very dodgy real estate deals. And gradually that money started to work
00:13:14.840 its way around through BC casinos, through the police forces, and then it starts to bleed into
00:13:20.400 political circles. So it's a process where you start moving money into the country, you start
00:13:25.540 spreading that money around, you start showing your largesse, then you start throwing parties,
00:13:30.720 you invite people to parties. And the next thing you know, you start cooperating with some of the
00:13:35.820 people. And the next thing you know, China is providing you with support. In other words,
00:13:41.600 communist Chinese people who are working in Canada will help you with your political campaign.
00:13:47.080 They'll say, oh, we'll organize a campaign meeting for you at the local Chinese restaurant. We'll
00:13:52.240 invite a bunch of local people. And of course, what they're doing is they bring people in,
00:13:57.040 they donate a few hundred bucks to your party. And the next thing you know, you're in bed with
00:14:01.300 these people. So it's a process. Trudeau, for instance, is a sort of a classic. Wait, wait,
00:14:06.600 wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You know what? I want to stop you there and I want to get back
00:14:09.440 to Trudeau because that's definitely what people want to hear. But there is a period of time as
00:14:16.000 this kind of assimilation is going on for the MP, him or herself, right? I mean, they attend the
00:14:20.900 party, they go to a casino, they meet the Chinese official, they shake hands. Maybe they see them
00:14:25.320 again at some fundraiser, some dinner or something like that. But they must know. And this is what
00:14:30.660 the ends of the cop report said. They must know that they knowingly aiding a hostile foreign
00:14:36.000 government. So they must know at some point during this process when they're being, you know, what
00:14:40.860 would you call it? Are they being assimilated into this other countries or like, I don't even
00:14:47.080 know what you'd call that. But yeah, some people would use the word assimilated. Some people would
00:14:52.660 use the word seduced sometimes uh in the physical sense sometimes more in the intellectual sense
00:14:57.840 um yeah so like i mean the mps would have time to think wait a minute wait a minute hold on here i
00:15:04.240 am doing something horribly horribly wrong i've got to stop this immediately and hope that nobody 0.94
00:15:09.520 finds out let's assume we take the dumbest member of parliament we've got which is probably a bit 0.97
00:15:14.380 of a competition but nonetheless just say there's the dumbest member of parliament they would have 0.99
00:15:18.340 to know something is wrong because first off they get briefings on this sort of stuff second off it 0.82
00:15:22.640 made the news about 10 years ago when Richard Fadden, who at the time was head of CSIS,
00:15:27.660 made a public statement. He said that the politicians in Canada were, I forget the exact
00:15:34.220 words he used, but were essentially under the control of China. And he referred specifically
00:15:38.580 to municipal and provincial politicians. And everybody could read between the line,
00:15:44.060 we knew it was British Columbia. It's not exactly a secret. So, I mean, it's been out in the public
00:15:49.240 realm for 10 years that this is going on. And there has been a whole series of stories over
00:15:54.160 the last several years about, you know, this meeting, this money, huge numbers of Chinese
00:15:59.740 people in Vancouver donating money to Justin Trudeau's home writing in Montreal. Like,
00:16:04.200 why do they care? Why would they bother? But I mean, the answer is, you know, they're looking
00:16:08.460 for influence. And this is how it happens. And again, as I just mentioned in passing,
00:16:13.220 this goes back to Kretzian. This kind of stuff was going on when Kretzian was prime minister.
00:16:17.120 that's where it seems to really start. Are they looking for certain types of information,
00:16:24.280 or are they trying to get these representatives to do their bidding, or is it kind of both?
00:16:30.500 It's probably both at the end of the day. So different countries have different interests
00:16:35.100 in Canada, and it's not unusual for a country to seek influence in another country. That's why we
00:16:41.440 have diplomats. That's why we have diplomatic missions. So seeking influence overtly through
00:16:48.480 diplomacy and that kind of stuff is a perfectly normal activity. But in the case of China,
00:16:54.180 their interest is malicious and they're looking for political control, political influence. 0.60
00:16:59.180 They're looking for access to resources. They're looking for entry level positions and situations
00:17:06.600 where they can then access the United States of America through, shall we say, Canadian doors,
00:17:10.820 if you will. But the intent is essentially to colonize Canada in the long run, steal our
00:17:18.540 technology, gain access to our food resources, gain access to energy resources, get training from us
00:17:25.040 and this sort of stuff. Trudeau actually allowed Chinese troops in Canada to do winter training.
00:17:30.880 They took them up into the Arctic and this sort of stuff. It's just blatant. So China's interest
00:17:36.880 is malicious, and one could almost call it colonial, which is kind of funny in a certain 0.93
00:17:40.880 sort of way. And then you've got, just by example, Iran has a different interest in Canada. 0.61
00:17:46.980 They're pouring, nobody's quite sure, hundreds of millions, billions of dollars into Canada,
00:17:51.460 lots of people pouring into Canada from Iran, but they are looking at malicious influence because 0.67
00:17:56.560 they want access to the United States. They want to build a power base here so they can then move 0.96
00:18:01.700 into the United States through there. And then just, there's a bunch of other examples. One
00:18:05.960 other country, as we mentioned earlier, is India. India is developing an interest in Canada,
00:18:10.780 and this one's really weird in the sense that India's interest in Canada is that Canada is a 0.60
00:18:17.900 base for terrorist operations, for terrorist training, for terrorist fundraising, and that
00:18:22.800 money, terrorism training and operational experience, then gets shipped to India where
00:18:27.500 terrorist attacks occur. The government of India has complained about this for years. They've been
00:18:32.540 on about it since 1985 or whatever it is with the Air India disaster. And Trudeau in particular has
00:18:38.580 refused to do anything about it. He won't take any action against these guys. And when he's pushed,
00:18:44.720 he actually says, well, you know, you have to remember Canada has free speech. You know,
00:18:48.140 these people are allowed to talk while they're here. And it's like, yeah, but sending money to
00:18:52.400 a listed terrorist group is against the law. Doing weapons training in Mission BC is against the law.
00:18:58.640 So lots of countries are developing a foreign interest in Canada, and yeah, it's a problem. It's pretty bad.
00:19:06.100 Has it gotten worse, or has it always been this bad, and we're just noticing now because of everything else that's going on?
00:19:12.840 Well, I mean, again, it goes on all the time.
00:19:15.320 I mean, what we call a diplomatic system, where you have an ambassador and a military attache and that sort of stuff,
00:19:22.660 that goes back to the Italian city-states, Venetian diplomacy and all that kind of stuff.
00:19:26.840 So the idea of trying to gain influence in the other person's state is an ongoing thing that's been going on as long as there's been organized states, basically.
00:19:36.060 What's different now is the degree to which it's occurring and the corruption that's involved in it.
00:19:43.220 So it's not like the Chinese ambassador goes to a public meeting and advocates on behalf of China, which is perfectly fine.
00:19:51.760 You can agree or disagree with the guy, but it's legitimate for that person to do that sort of stuff.
00:19:55.640 What's not so legitimate is when China moves Mexican cartel money into Canada, washes it through the casino system, washes it through the real estate system, and then uses that money to finance Canadian campaigns of Canadian politicians.
00:20:12.280 And that crosses a line.
00:20:14.240 That's interference. 0.77
00:20:14.980 If we tried to do that in China, they would have our folks arrested, jailed, possibly killed, and at best, deported. 1.00
00:20:22.280 And rightfully so. 1.00
00:20:24.020 Yeah, I have no problem with it.
00:20:25.000 If we were doing that and we got deported,
00:20:26.500 it's like, well, you know, there you go.
00:20:28.260 But unfortunately, Trudeau, 0.97
00:20:31.080 people keep saying, well, Trudeau's a liar 0.91
00:20:34.600 and he's hiding behind stuff. 0.84
00:20:35.840 And it's, well, no, actually,
00:20:37.020 he's quite open about some of this stuff.
00:20:39.440 If you recall when he was running to be prime minister,
00:20:43.200 so this is before he was prime minister,
00:20:45.940 he was in Winnipeg.
00:20:47.320 He was at a liberal women's meeting,
00:20:50.120 which was kind of, you know,
00:20:51.240 meet the future prime minister kind of thing,
00:20:53.380 get out meet the crowd all that kind of all good stuff so he was asked by one of the women there
00:20:58.280 uh he's and he was asked um if you weren't canadian what country would you like to live in
00:21:04.820 what country do you think is the best or words of that which one do you admire yeah yeah which one
00:21:09.880 do you admire the most and he said well china because of their basic dictatorship and their
00:21:14.160 ability to turn policy on a dime and i thought wow there's 190 some odd countries in the world
00:21:20.980 right now. He could have picked the Dominican Republic because they got good rum. He could
00:21:26.920 have picked anything. Switzerland because they got good chocolate. But he picks China because
00:21:31.320 he admires the basic dictatorship. And to me, watching that at the time, I was horrified that
00:21:37.760 that would be at the top of his head, that that would even come out, but that he would say it out
00:21:41.380 loud. But if you look at Trudeau, he says he's a post-nationalist. He views Canada as a post-nationalist
00:21:49.300 state. His deputy prime minister, i.e. Christy Freeland, is on the board of directors for the
00:21:55.540 World Economic Forum. They don't hide behind this. They are pushing for borderless countries.
00:22:02.380 They're pushing for open migration. They're pushing for shipping Canadian control of things
00:22:07.400 like vaccine systems and all that. They want to ship control of that to the World Health
00:22:12.880 Organization. They want to ship control of who can get on an airplane and who can't and who's
00:22:17.380 going to be on the no-fly list there are a lot they want to allow the world economic forum to
00:22:21.680 do that uh so trudeau's actually kind of open about some of this stuff and he's yeah but when
00:22:27.180 you call him out on it he calls you a conspiracy theorist right that's i think that's why the
00:22:32.020 conservative party is so reticent to say anything yeah the conservative party to my to my opinion
00:22:41.620 has been trained by the media and trained by the liberal parties to be quiet because as soon as
00:22:46.320 they say anything, they get called racist or conspiracy theorists. They just get quiet and go
00:22:50.360 away. And what they should do is stand up and say, no, we're not conspiracy theorists. This stuff's
00:22:54.840 happening. So we've mentioned this earlier. When I was doing intelligence work for the convoy,
00:23:00.340 during the convoy, I essentially worked as an intelligence officer for the convoy, guys like
00:23:04.080 me and Danny Bultrin in security and that kind of stuff. I got called a conspiracy theorist by
00:23:09.780 people. I got called a disreputable security official and all this kind of stuff. And I remember
00:23:14.860 Rachel Gilmore, somewhere in the middle of all that, was going on about conservative MPs talking
00:23:20.920 about COVID-19 and the Great Reset. This is a debunked conspiracy theory, and only cranks are
00:23:26.280 talking about this stuff. And so I brought my copy of the book tonight. Here it is, COVID-19
00:23:32.520 and the Great Reset, written by Klaus Schwab, who's head of the World Economic Forum. So what
00:23:38.560 the Canadian media and Prime Minister Trudeau calls a debunked conspiracy theory, this book
00:23:44.480 was published in early 2020 under the name of Klaus Schwab. It's not a conspiracy theory. Klaus Schwab
00:23:52.160 is advocating how the period of COVID-19 could have been exploited better to put more control
00:23:58.480 to things like the World Economic Forum. So unfortunately, when you get people like Rachel
00:24:03.100 Gilmore, I'm not sure if like, is she a valley girl or something like that? Is she ignorant that 0.99
00:24:09.820 she doesn't know what's going on in the world around her? Does she not read Bank of Canada 0.98
00:24:14.280 reports where the Bank of Canada put out a report called The Great Reset? So yeah, it's fascinating
00:24:20.640 to watch the so-called mainstream media in Canada sort of either ignore these issues or fail to
00:24:27.760 tackle them, even though they've been going on for more than, well, more than 10 years. It's been
00:24:32.000 public for more than 10 years. You know, it's interesting, Tom. This Tom Quiggin, by the way,
00:24:36.920 you guys v4f uh you know he is an intelligence guru he is an intelligence veteran he was an
00:24:43.080 intelligence officer with the canadian armed forces he's worked in security for bank of canada
00:24:48.140 he's worked uh as a consultant uh intelligence with rcmp amongst other things uh so if you're
00:24:54.560 joining late that's who is on the show tonight uh this is tom's first appearance on the show and
00:24:59.640 we have got a very seasoned very uh knowledgeable audience the one that you're speaking with
00:25:06.380 tonight so these folks know everything that you've just said i want to get back to something
00:25:11.480 that you said a few minutes ago regarding china wanting to colonize canada now this is something
00:25:18.640 that we have heard there's 1.4 1.5 billion people living over in china obviously they haven't got
00:25:24.440 enough space so they want to you know come over here where we've got nothing but and maybe take
00:25:29.660 some of our land they've been buying the farmland they've been buying the mines they've been buying
00:25:33.380 residential, especially in British Columbia, as you point out earlier. Is it a combination,
00:25:39.780 Tom, of Klaus Schwab, the World Economic Forum, and China who are perpetrating this on us? Or are 0.53
00:25:46.380 they competitive in this regard? Are they against each other? I haven't been able to figure this
00:25:51.860 part out yet. Okay, well, that part's actually, I wouldn't call it simple to figure out, but it's
00:25:57.260 fairly clear. Klaus Schwab is a globalist. He's an elitist, a globalist. His father was a Nazi
00:26:04.520 industrialist. And I use the term Nazi in the correct sense of the term there, that he left
00:26:09.040 Switzerland and went to work for the Nazi government before the war and during the war.
00:26:14.580 So Klaus Schwab is a globalist. And during the pandemic, when the Davos meeting didn't occur
00:26:20.680 in person because of all the pandemic restrictions or whatever, it was done on a Zoom meeting or
00:26:25.880 whatever it was. And guess who the star speaker is? President Xi of China. And President Xi has
00:26:33.600 addressed the Davos Forum on a number of occasions. And if you drill down into the World Economic
00:26:39.100 Forum itself and go reading through their papers, they always talk about, you know, the elites need
00:26:44.540 to make the decisions. They talk about efficiency. They admire China because of its efficiency.
00:26:50.460 China can efficiently change policy. They can efficiently, you know, adjust industry. They can
00:26:55.240 efficiently export goods. And when elitists mean, when they use that word efficiency, what they mean
00:27:01.780 is the so-called elite classes, and I use the term elites in air quotes there, but anyway,
00:27:07.640 the so-called elite classes believe that only they can make decisions, only they truly understand
00:27:13.140 what is good for you, and only they can make the decision-making process work. And this democracy
00:27:19.480 thing has to be avoided because, you know, we can't have mob rule. You can't have the peasantry 0.71
00:27:23.840 actually involving itself in the decision-making process. So China has very cleverly exploited the 0.97
00:27:30.200 World Economic Forum, and the World Economic Forum has very cleverly sort of exploited President Xi.
00:27:35.720 So to see China working to expand its influence in Canada is quite normal. Trudeau's a Chinese 0.89
00:27:43.960 fanboy. If you look at our beloved environmental minister there, Stephen Gilboa, he actually sits
00:27:51.640 on a Chinese board on something to do with global warming and, you know, whatever, blah, blah, blah.
00:27:58.920 And I mean, how is he as a Canadian minister, a minister of the crown, allowed to sit on a board
00:28:04.620 in China? And how is Christy Freeland as deputy prime minister and God save us all finance
00:28:09.560 minister? How is she allowed to be on the board of directors of the World Economic Forum,
00:28:14.660 which actually advocates in favor of socialism, advocates against capitalism, advocates against
00:28:20.420 democracy so when we talk about foreign influence it's not just countries that's a problem it's the
00:28:27.120 world economic forum it's the world health organization which is run by another guy who's
00:28:32.020 an outright communist literal communist and then we've got the united nations okay you're talking
00:28:36.900 about bill gates is that bill gates you're mentioning there no this is uh tedros the uh
00:28:41.440 the guy who's head of the world health organization is an action i'm not trying to degrade the guy by
00:28:47.880 calling him a communist. He's an actual communist. I'm just saying he's a communist. Yeah. The
00:28:53.540 organization he worked for in his home country in Africa was declared to be a global terrorist group
00:28:59.520 by America just after he left that organization. And Tedros is head of the World Health Organization
00:29:05.300 because of a massive finance campaign by China to put him there. So last week we were treated to a
00:29:12.160 picture of Teresa Tam, our bureaucratic head of the health department. And there she is in a big
00:29:19.360 smile on the stage with Tedros. And I thought, great, there is Teresa Tam, born in Hong Kong,
00:29:25.780 educated in the United Kingdom, working out of Canada, but advocating on behalf of a communist
00:29:31.800 who heads a global organization that's funded mostly by China. And you sort of sit there and
00:29:36.760 look at it and say this isn't just foreign influence uh like they're sneaking around in
00:29:41.800 the back room somewhere funding something nefarious um this is right in your face
00:29:46.460 interestingly derrick sloan a former cpc mp out of ontario tried to point that out i think it was
00:29:53.400 in three years ago in the house of commons and he got kicked out of caucus and now he's got his own
00:29:58.120 provincial political party in in ontario he said where are her allegiances and i thought that was
00:30:04.200 a valid question at the time. How do we investigate somebody like that? I mean, she sits on the board
00:30:10.520 of the World Health Organization, Theresa Tam does, just like Christia Freeland sits on the
00:30:15.800 board of the World Economic Forum, and Stephen Gilboa, as you point out, sits on some environment
00:30:21.020 board in China that does nothing because they're putting two new coal-burning plants online every
00:30:26.960 single week. They don't give a rat's ass about this climate catastrophe that's supposed to be 0.97
00:30:32.360 going on. And yet all of this goes uninvestigated. And if you say anything about it, you get kicked 0.99
00:30:39.540 out. So how on earth, how is it, how have we become so compromised in what seems so quickly,
00:30:45.240 Tom? Yeah. So actually it's funny, this kind of circles around to what I'm going to be talking
00:30:49.440 about in Red Deer at this event. Title of the presentation is going to be something along the
00:30:57.160 lines of sovereignty, democracy, and future stability. And I mean, you've heard people say,
00:31:02.760 you know, Canada is broken. You hear people say, you know, I'm leaving Canada, or this isn't the
00:31:07.640 Canada I grew up in. And, you know, what happened to Canada? So what I actually want to do is take
00:31:13.240 a court approach or an intelligence approach to the question and say, you know, is Canada broken?
00:31:20.260 And say, all right, well, let's look at Canada as a corporation, if you will. When Trudeau was
00:31:25.360 elected in October of 2015. He became the CEO of this thing called Canada. He's the prime minister
00:31:31.120 and say, okay, well, let's look at the institutions of the Canadian country since he declared that he
00:31:38.140 wants Canada to be a post-national state. And we can explain more about that later. But I'm going
00:31:43.360 to look at a series of issues, rule of law, which we really don't have anymore, freedom of speech,
00:31:48.140 the supremacy of parliament, which is almost gone, the parliamentary committee system,
00:31:52.540 the police, the military, the media, elections, Canada, all these institutions of the Canadian
00:32:00.360 state, like what makes us Canadian? Trudeau has basically worn all these institutions down,
00:32:06.460 broken them, decapitated them in some cases. And yeah, so if people are saying, you know,
00:32:14.000 is Canada broken? Well, I mean, I don't know quite how to answer that question because it's
00:32:18.580 a definitional problem. What do you mean by broken? But the actual answer to the question is,
00:32:24.380 Trudeau has successfully over a period of eight and now almost nine years,
00:32:29.420 worn down a number of Canadian institutions to the point where they are now incapable of
00:32:35.460 performing their most basic functions. So just by example, and this is a bit of a political
00:32:40.440 science nerd thing, but in Canada, the will of parliament is supreme. According to the
00:32:48.100 Constitution, according to theory, that if a bunch of MPs sit in the House of Commons in Ottawa and
00:32:53.280 they vote on something, that becomes the supreme will of the Canadian people. Not the Prime
00:32:58.980 Minister, not the Prime Minister's office, not the Minister of Foreign Affairs, not the dog
00:33:03.220 catcher in Mississauga, but the will of Parliament is supreme. The supremacy of Parliament is what
00:33:09.500 it's called. So when we had that little lab crisis in Winnipeg, and it turned out we had a couple of
00:33:14.320 Chinese communist spies, stealing a bunch of goods, stealing a bunch of information, 0.83
00:33:21.500 patenting the work that was done in Canada, but patenting in China so they can make the money off 0.64
00:33:25.660 it. God loves the parliament. They actually got up on their feet one day and voted against the
00:33:32.120 will of the prime minister, including some liberals, and said, parliament wants all those
00:33:37.380 documents to go to the committee that's investigating it. Trudeau said no. He sued the
00:33:44.400 Speaker for allowing it to happen, and then he prorogued Parliament. So 800 years of Westminster
00:33:50.860 tradition, which took us from the Magna Carta to where we are now, where the will of Parliament
00:33:55.420 has to be seen as the supreme force in Canada, Trudeau broke that and got away with it. And now
00:34:01.800 we can see we're sort of in a position where the will of the PMO is capable of exceeding the will
00:34:06.420 of Parliament. So just when you say, you know, how come this stuff isn't being investigated?
00:34:10.360 How come stuff's not happening? Well, that's just one reason why that's not happening.
00:34:14.900 We can talk about parliamentary committees. We can talk about the role of the Canadian
00:34:18.380 police forces. We can talk about the role of Elections Canada. But in each case, the answer
00:34:23.460 comes back the same way, that these institutions have been defunded, decapitated, ground down,
00:34:29.460 ignored. So, I mean, Trudeau just a couple of weeks ago came up with that marvelous statement
00:34:35.220 uh alberta and i think particularly it was in calgary edmonton they were complaining that
00:34:40.460 trudeau is interfering in provincial affairs by parachuting money into the cities which he's not
00:34:45.240 allowed to do there's federal provincial relations there's a constitution so when trudeau was asked
00:34:49.920 well you know are you interfering in the role of the provinces because as federal government
00:34:53.880 there's a division of powers between the feds and the provinces and trudeau's comment was
00:34:59.540 something to the effect of well if i have to i'll just go around them and it's like well
00:35:04.280 a constitution charter of rights yeah whatever i'll just go around them and it doesn't matter
00:35:09.000 it doesn't matter like they have they have broken every everything like and we never even you know
00:35:16.120 it's funny we didn't know about any of this stuff before because i guess we didn't have to we were
00:35:20.040 just living our lives we thought we were free people we're just going through day-to-day lives
00:35:24.920 right like seeing our kids on the weekends and grandkids and going to your job and cutting the
00:35:30.120 the grass and going to play golf and whatever it is you did. And yeah, I knew Canada had a
00:35:35.060 constitution. I didn't know what was in it. We knew something was there and we were in a free
00:35:40.680 country. And ever since all of this stuff started happening, it's been like, wait a minute, they're
00:35:47.940 not going to do that. They can't do that. And they do it. And then just when you think it gets that
00:35:53.440 bad, they do another thing that's even worse. I'm sorry, please continue. Yeah, I was going to say,
00:35:58.640 I mean, you're completely correct is when you figure, okay, they've hit the bottom of the well,
00:36:02.300 they can't go any deeper. They turn around, double down and just do it again and make it even worse.
00:36:07.080 And the answer to your question is, I put this out sometimes, people get angry at me and I go,
00:36:11.640 well, this is Canada. This is us. We did it. We allowed it to happen. We got passive. We got
00:36:16.940 ignorant. We have a media that is, I mean, you know, you want to be careful what you say, but 0.96
00:36:22.020 a good chunk of what we call reporters in this country are functionally brain dead in the sense
00:36:26.980 that they don't actually understand the role of the media the role of the media is to hold the
00:36:31.580 government to account you can't have a functioning democracy without having a functioning free press
00:36:36.900 so what does the media in canada spend most of its time doing holding the opposition to account
00:36:41.940 and it's like oh it's interesting you know back the government you know yeah i i worked in media
00:36:47.160 for 35 years tom i know uh exactly how they operate and it's and they've gotten way worse
00:36:52.560 i mean you want to talk about an institution that's been degraded especially over the past
00:36:56.560 10 years that would definitely be one of them i mean i did a an exploratory look on social media
00:37:01.960 over the weekend because it's the beginning of pride month you know and every single radio
00:37:07.420 station owned by bell and by rogers had that ridiculous rainbow pride flag on their main
00:37:14.920 facebook photos along with the radio state no matter what it was it was all across the country 0.51
00:37:20.140 And I went, oh my goodness, this is like crazy, like what they're doing.
00:37:26.680 So what's the Pride thing really all about?
00:37:30.100 Let's take a quick look at that.
00:37:31.800 So if you look at the preamble to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and a guy by the name
00:37:37.520 of Brian Peckford helped write it, and I was actually thrilled to meet this guy during
00:37:41.160 the convoy.
00:37:42.300 But the Canadian Charter of Rights starts out with this line, whereas Canada is founded
00:37:48.000 upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law. And so Peckford raises
00:37:55.420 this question at a meeting in downtown Ottawa during the convoy. He goes, why is that there?
00:38:00.040 What does that even mean? Why was there months and months of yelling and screaming and fighting
00:38:04.440 to get that one line in there? He said, which we eventually got in there. And he says, look,
00:38:09.220 at the end of the day, a government, doesn't matter whether it's a democracy, an empire,
00:38:14.460 a kingdom, whatever. If it is going to be effective, if it's going to be functional,
00:38:22.160 there has to be the concept that here is the government, here's the prime minister of the
00:38:26.060 parliament. But above that, there has to be a superior force. There has to be a moral compass.
00:38:32.600 Something has to be guiding the state at a higher level. Because if your first level authority is
00:38:39.640 the prime minister and his cabinet, you're going to wind up with a bunch of corrupt drugs running 0.57
00:38:43.260 the government. No moral compass, no direction. They'll steal everything in sight and where you 0.96
00:38:47.460 go. Lord Acton, when he said, you know, absolute power corrupts, absolutely. So you need something
00:38:53.660 above those people. So a democracy requires a moral compass. Now, in the West, when we have
00:39:00.740 democracy, we talk moral compass. What we really mean is European values. And by that, what we
00:39:05.460 really mean is Judeo-Christian values. This is the enlightenment. This is the, you know, et cetera,
00:39:10.160 etc etc all that kind of stuff so what we actually have canada is founded on so is america and so is
00:39:16.720 most of europe is founded on judeo-christian values and that's where our moral compass comes
00:39:20.700 from trudeau hates christianity he and his brother mock it openly um when all the churches are
00:39:27.480 getting burned in canada and trudeau is saying you know you go nuts over one girl who puts a fake
00:39:33.400 report out about her jab being pulled and you know oh my god the whole country has to be upset about
00:39:38.160 this, but a whole bunch of churches get burned down and you say nothing. He goes, well, you know,
00:39:41.640 you have to understand these things happen. So one of the answers to your question about the
00:39:46.500 gay pride thing is the moral compass of the country, which used to come from Judeo-Christian
00:39:52.200 values, however expressed, has been replaced by this sort of pride, DEI, progressive kind of mantra
00:40:01.460 where everybody has to bow down to the leader's whims
00:40:06.680 and you must accept it.
00:40:07.940 So it's not a matter of gay rights,
00:40:10.420 where if you go back,
00:40:11.440 you and I are both old enough to remember 0.99
00:40:12.920 when gay folks could wound up beat to death 0.99
00:40:14.720 in a back alley somewhere just because they were gay. 0.99
00:40:17.740 So we're past all that. 0.94
00:40:18.960 You know, gay marriage, all that stuff is gone. 0.98
00:40:20.760 But now they've taken this pride, DEI, ESG,
00:40:26.120 all this kind of stuff.
00:40:27.200 They've made this into the national religion.
00:40:30.160 It's the natural faith.
00:40:31.080 and it's a cult is what it really is, because you must accept all the precepts of the cult.
00:40:36.400 You can't question the leader. And if you question the least little bit of the theory,
00:40:41.120 then you're a heretic who needs to be destroyed. So we kind of had Pride Day, and now it's Pride 0.99
00:40:46.020 Month. And now they're talking about Pride Season. And now we've got Gender Day, Pride Day,
00:40:52.400 Transgender Day, and everything else. So when you look at the moral compass of the country,
00:40:57.120 it's been replaced the judo judeo-christian values and the charter of rights have been replaced by
00:41:04.300 this sort of national obsession with dei esg pride etc etc etc well i i would suggest that
00:41:12.680 they are trying very hard to replace it but there's some of us that still stand up and resist
00:41:17.520 and so this is interesting i'm building a chart on a piece of paper in front of me about everything
00:41:21.600 we talk about tonight we've talked about china and the world economic forum essentially being
00:41:26.300 partners in this. DEI, where do you think this comes from? We know it comes a lot of it anyway
00:41:33.000 from the World Economic Forum, but where else? Is it being perpetuated by them, or are there
00:41:39.800 other billionaire funders of this? Is it Larry Fink with BlackRock? I mean, where is this coming
00:41:46.620 from exactly? If you want to trace the sort of ideology itself, go back, it's essentially the
00:41:54.260 Frankfurt School, which started, strangely enough, in Frankfurt, Germany. And it's a sort of 1930s
00:42:02.180 kind of movement, which then kind of disappeared with the Nazis in Germany and all that kind of
00:42:05.900 stuff. But the Frankfurt School basically takes Marxism, repackages it, dresses it up in more
00:42:13.540 acceptable terms, and then pushes that out. It's sort of Marxism-lite, if you will. And this was
00:42:20.580 exported to North America. It got grounded in the University of Chicago as a big center for all 0.86
00:42:25.620 this. York University, when I did my master's degree there in 1989, was already pushing the
00:42:30.640 gender thing. I didn't realize just how insidious it was at the time, but I remember being there in 0.99
00:42:35.540 89 and 90, and they were talking about the difference between gender and sex, and sex
00:42:39.100 was biological, but gender was a choice, and all that kind of stuff. So the ideology itself is
00:42:45.060 post-Marxism, Marxism, or Marxism-lite, or it's now progressivism, if you want to call it that.
00:42:52.640 That's where that comes from. Now, as to who is pushing it, we have always had in our societies,
00:42:59.720 as far back as anybody can figure, we've had a series of individuals who think they are more
00:43:05.140 better than everybody else. Pardon the use of the grammar there. So you always have a group of
00:43:12.460 elites who think that they're better connected to God, or they're better educated, or they're
00:43:17.960 just smarter than you, or they're more entitled than you. And they feel they have the right
00:43:22.780 to determine how society should be driven. And if you look at the struggle for democracy over
00:43:28.540 several hundred years, or a couple of thousand years, it's always this sort of trying to find
00:43:33.480 a balance between the elites and the masses so that everybody gets something. And it doesn't
00:43:39.280 just wind up with the elites getting everything in the peasantry out sort of rolling around in the
00:43:42.800 mud so right now uh you can't call yourself a fascist anymore because that kind of went out of
00:43:48.360 style with world war ii you can't call yourself a communist anymore uh because that went out of
00:43:54.200 style with the collapse of the soviet union whatever so now you have these people calling
00:43:58.120 themselves progressives or they call themselves globalists but we're liberals even they call
00:44:03.820 themselves they've taken that term classical liberalism which is like anybody i'm open to
00:44:09.840 anything and they've taken and that over that expression call themselves liberals they're not
00:44:14.220 this is something i actually ask my people every single night i say we don't we don't say
00:44:19.360 mainstream media we call them marxist corporate media we don't we don't say liberal we say they
00:44:24.900 are marxists you call them what they are because we can't we can't use their language because that's 0.97
00:44:30.540 just perpetuating all that crap anyway, right? Yeah. I mean, classic liberals used to lead the 1.00
00:44:35.600 charge for free speech. It always used to be classic liberals who were the pro-free speech
00:44:40.120 and some of the conservative folks who are more willing to put limits or boundaries around speech.
00:44:44.360 And we've now seen this inversion where it's conservatives who are pushing women's rights
00:44:48.740 and it is so-called conservatives that are pushing free speech. Well, we've got Trudeau who would
00:44:53.320 call himself a capital L liberal, i.e. liberal party, and he would call himself a progressive,
00:44:58.440 But yet they're writing this Bill C, which I can't remember the number, C-63, C-68 or whatever it is, the Online Harms Act, which wants to lock you up in your house for having ill thoughts on the internet.
00:45:11.340 They want pre-crime put into Canada.
00:45:14.140 I mean, it is the most Orwellian policy you can possibly imagine, and we now have liberal MPs and NDP, and it's not just those two, it's everybody, who will actually gaslight you and tell you that what you just saw happen didn't happen.
00:45:33.660 So there's Trudeau going, you know, well, no one was forced into getting a vaccine.
00:45:38.080 It's like, this is Orwell.
00:45:41.100 So if you remember George Orwell in 1984, he said the greatest accomplishment of the party was not the massive dictatorship.
00:45:49.380 It wasn't the total control.
00:45:50.540 It wasn't the war fighting.
00:45:52.060 The most high achievement of the party was they were able to tell you, do not believe what your eyes show you.
00:45:59.360 Do not believe what you hear.
00:46:01.680 Believe what we tell you.
00:46:04.140 So during the pandemic, we saw Prime Minister Arden or Arden or whatever the heck her name is from New Zealand when she said, you know, government is the sole source of truth.
00:46:15.240 And she said it with a straight face and I just about died.
00:46:18.300 I mean, anybody that's ever read a history book or a political science book or an economics book realizes that government has a rather long, dodgy history of lying through its teeth perpetually.
00:46:29.080 Democracy is based on distrust.
00:46:31.020 we have democracy because we distrust government um but yet we now have people like uh who is it
00:46:37.760 mark holland who just said well oh you know that thing about you know your summer vacation traveling
00:46:42.700 in the car i was completely misquoted it was taken out of context and it's like no it's on video
00:46:47.560 yeah it's crazy you know um but yet he sits there with a straight face and says that didn't happen
00:46:56.020 you you misunderstood it but i mean that's where we're at where we have a government that is
00:47:00.620 willing to sit there and look at you and say you know it doesn't snow in ottawa in february uh and
00:47:05.700 then you have to accept that because that is their version of the truth let me ask you these people
00:47:11.200 uh tom they they have to know that what they're saying is complete fallacy they have to know
00:47:19.440 okay and yet they they say it with a straight face and it to me it's like how on earth do they sleep
00:47:25.800 at night. So here's a question for you. And you're asking the question is, do these people
00:47:32.740 actually believe what they're saying? And having been in Ottawa now for 30 some odd years, having
00:47:39.780 worked for PCO, RCMP, CIC, who else have I worked for? The Bank of Canada, Department of National
00:47:46.980 Defense. I've done contract work for CVSA. I did work for shared services. I mean,
00:47:53.320 there's this thing called the Ottawa bubble so here's parliament and there's the parliament
00:47:58.920 buildings 10 kilometers this way 10 kilometers that way that's the Ottawa bubble that's where
00:48:05.020 they live they live in an alternative form of reality called Ottawa and I've asked myself
00:48:11.820 times when I've testified to the senate and I've testified to parliament I look at these people and 1.00
00:48:16.340 I go dear god did you actually just answer that did you just ask that question are you that stupid 1.00
00:48:21.020 Are you that removed from reality that you're asking questions that, you know, some kid in grade four would be embarrassed? 1.00
00:48:27.500 Without going into too many details, myself and another intelligence officer actually attended a cabinet meeting with the chief of defense staff. 0.95
00:48:34.480 We walked in there terrified, like, what are a couple of dumbass captains doing with the chief of defense staff in a cabinet meeting? 0.82
00:48:41.740 We walked out of there afterwards and thought, oh, my God, these are the people running the country. 0.99
00:48:46.920 I know, right? I know.
00:48:48.320 So the answer to your question is some of these people are desperately removed from reality.
00:48:56.220 That's a fact.
00:48:57.320 Some of these people have lived in the bubble so long that they actually believe their own propaganda.
00:49:03.000 Some of the people, the smarter ones, and I would suggest to you,
00:49:05.720 Christy Freeland was one of the smarter ones. 0.93
00:49:07.400 I think she's evil, but I think she's smart.
00:49:09.700 I think she knows she's lying through her teeth.
00:49:12.120 I think she's smart enough to know that they're just running the playbook.
00:49:17.380 But a good chunk of the politicians in Ottawa, especially if they're on their second or third
00:49:26.280 term in parliament, they are so utterly removed from reality. They are so removed from any kind
00:49:31.420 of accountability that a lot of them actually believe their own propaganda. So from a political
00:49:36.380 science and history point of view, if you want to know when a country's in trouble, when they start
00:49:41.300 believing their own propaganda, that's when they're in trouble. And I would argue in this case
00:49:45.960 that the fact that a good chunk of these politicians say this stuff with a straight face
00:49:51.020 is frightening in the fact that some of them actually believe it. And that's terrifying.
00:49:56.460 You know, what's terrifying is what you just said a few seconds ago, which is these dumbasses are 1.00
00:50:02.280 the ones running the country. I have also met several politicians, provincial and federal, 0.98
00:50:09.300 and walked away with, you know, some of them, as you point out, are quite reasonable, quite 0.97
00:50:14.320 nice people um good disposition intelligent but to me most of them were dumb and see i couldn't 0.86
00:50:26.360 even believe it i like i walked out of several meetings like like you just said going these are 0.97
00:50:31.480 the people who are running this oh my god yeah so my first my first direct intersection with
00:50:38.440 the government of Canada was, very long story short, somebody at CSUS wanted me to testify on
00:50:44.240 some terrorism financing stuff. So I wound up in front of a Senate committee, where the Senate
00:50:49.160 committee was looking at national security, intelligence, terrorism, funding, and all that
00:50:52.980 kind of good stuff. And I remember walking up to Parliament Hill, sick to my stomach almost,
00:51:00.220 thinking, why did I agree to this? How did I get talked into this? These people are going to rip
00:51:04.640 me apart. I'm going to look like a drooling idiot. Why didn't I just stay home? Maybe I should turn 1.00
00:51:09.100 around and call in sick. I was just, I was sick to my stomach. I was so worried about what was going
00:51:13.120 in. And then I remember walking back down Parliament Hill, shaking my head, thinking,
00:51:16.880 oh my God, what did I just see? So what I saw was seven senators. Now, one of them was Andrew Chuck
00:51:22.160 from, I think she's from Saskatchewan, I think. And I could tell she didn't know a lot about the
00:51:27.440 subject, but she's trained as a lawyer and she knew how to ask questions, which is important.
00:51:32.080 So I looked at her and thought, OK, not an expert in the subject, not well read, but very capable of asking questions, very capable.
00:51:39.380 She say, well, you know, the prime minister said this. I read that. You said this.
00:51:42.880 How do you marry those three thoughts together? Explain that to me.
00:51:45.560 And I thought, OK, she can she can draw things out.
00:51:48.780 OK, the guy that was head of the committee seemed relatively well informed in some of the issues.
00:51:53.820 And the other three or four also helped me, God, I just sat there and I was embarrassed for them.
00:52:00.140 Um, I just felt horrified at the fact that these poor folks are sitting there asking 1.00
00:52:07.600 questions that are just so utterly irrelevant, so utterly stupid. 1.00
00:52:10.520 It demonstrates they have zero knowledge of the subject at hand. 1.00
00:52:13.200 And that was my first intersection.
00:52:14.660 I remember walking down Parliament Hill, walking away after that and just thinking like, oh
00:52:18.860 my God, what did I just see?
00:52:20.080 And then, like I said, I've been to a cabinet meeting.
00:52:22.280 I've testified to House committees and I've testified to Senate committees.
00:52:26.200 I've testified in criminal court, federal court, and I testified at the Air India.
00:52:29.620 Royal Commission of Inquiry. And I've been cross-examined by a couple of judges.
00:52:35.980 Mr. Justice Major, who's a former Supreme Court judge, I can tell you with great authority,
00:52:43.220 they don't pick those guys off park benches. Mr. Justice Major, I sat on the stand for 90
00:52:48.900 minutes being cross-examined by a Supreme Court judge. And it was like, oh my God, this guy is
00:52:55.860 smart uh i've testified in federal court a few times in front of uh mr justice mosley and i can
00:53:03.560 tell you that was the guy that did the uh the the uh convoy emergency act yeah yeah and i was
00:53:10.980 pleasantly surprised to shocked uh to be cross-examined by him because in federal court
00:53:17.480 the judge can actually jump into the conversation and cross-examine the witnesses and i was utterly
00:53:23.240 shocked and taken aback at the level of detailed granular knowledge if he had how the intelligence
00:53:28.840 system worked and so he was questioning what i was saying by going back into his granular knowledge
00:53:33.640 and i just thought wow like do not screw around with this guy in court this guy is bright but
00:53:39.260 unfortunately like you said on the number of parliamentarians we have who are a bit on the
00:53:47.980 thick side, it's frightening, actually. Have you ever met, aside from a justice or even a
00:53:55.220 bureaucrat, have you ever met a politician who absolutely blew your hair back with charisma and
00:54:02.660 intelligence? Charisma, yeah. I mean, I was at a thing once where Jean Chrétien walked around the
00:54:11.940 room, and this guy can work a room. He's a funny guy. He's good or whatever. And for whatever his
00:54:17.580 faults and corruption uh i was left with the impression he's reasonably intelligent he's a
00:54:23.680 street fighter uh and he actually liked canada um so yeah i was sort of impressed by him uh to a
00:54:33.520 certain degree now i'm sort of horrified by the corruption but you know whatever but yeah i mean
00:54:39.200 i've met a couple of other uh members of parliament i actually got into a member of parliament's
00:54:44.580 office a couple of years ago on a specific issue. I actually phoned him up and said,
00:54:47.980 you're going to talk to me. And lo and behold, he actually did. At least he had the decency to do
00:54:52.000 that. But again, I was just stunned by the lack of knowledge on major files. Now, I have a certain
00:54:58.120 degree of empathy for politicians in the way that there's like 500 issues going around in the
00:55:03.580 country and they're supposed to be knowledgeable on all of them. But the ones that they specialize
00:55:07.620 in when they're on committees, you would think at least they would have background in that area.
00:55:11.300 But what I've found over the years is we have a system which doesn't educate our own politicians.
00:55:20.660 They're not well briefed.
00:55:21.600 So when you become prime minister or a cabinet minister, there's a whole series of briefing books, intelligence briefings, whatever, that go to these folks.
00:55:27.800 But for members of parliament, I don't think there's a lot of education.
00:55:31.380 I think it's probably that way on purpose.
00:55:33.200 The prime minister wants to keep all of the power to himself.
00:55:36.200 And so he keeps every minister and all of the backbenchers in the dark.
00:55:39.780 let me let me ask you this this is something because we're putting this puzzle together here
00:55:45.540 with the dei and we haven't brought up climate change yet but i'm going to throw that into the
00:55:49.940 same category as the trans thing um they're trying to get us with that we've got uh china and we've
00:55:57.140 got the world economic forum working together but you wrote this book that came out a few years ago
00:56:03.780 tom it's political islam to canada with a warning to america you're talking about the islamist
00:56:10.960 ideology coming over here in droves and what have we seen in the last six months ever since october 0.51
00:56:18.480 7th ever since that hamas attack on israel we have been seeing all of these encampments show up at 0.97
00:56:25.300 pretty much every major university across the country now most of those people are islamist 0.98
00:56:31.400 Most of those people are Muslim, and they are chanting death to the Jews. 1.00
00:56:39.620 They're coming over here in droves. 0.98
00:56:41.480 I saw a report the other day that said, we honestly don't know how many illegals there are in Canada.
00:56:47.480 It could be anywhere between 20,000 and 500,000.
00:56:50.940 We don't know where they're all from.
00:56:53.040 It could be from China. 1.00
00:56:54.220 We don't know where they're coming from, even though I think they do. 0.98
00:56:56.880 They're coming up from South America through the Darien Gap, all the way through Central America, through Mexico, and then finally the United States and Canada.
00:57:04.540 But there's that many of these folks in our country. 0.84
00:57:08.560 Is this the Great Replacement Theory happening right now?
00:57:12.660 So when you ask a question about the number of illegals in the country, back in 2018, not too long after Trudeau had become prime minister,
00:57:21.520 a couple of liberal MPs were actually discussing this issue.
00:57:26.020 And one of them, I think, inadvertently kind of put on the public record that they didn't know how many people were in Canada overall.
00:57:35.020 In other words, they have a rough idea of like the census says there's, you know, like 32 million people or whatever it was at the time, 35 million or something.
00:57:41.840 But they openly suggested there could be between 800,000 to a million people in Canada that they didn't know were here.
00:57:48.780 So they know there's large numbers of illegals in Canada.
00:57:51.340 They know they're sort of concentrated in the GTAH area and they're concentrated, you know, Calgary, Edmonton kind of a thing, Montreal to a certain degree.
00:57:59.420 But back in 2018, the number was probably somewhere below a million people, somewhere around there.
00:58:05.760 The number of people who are living in Canada who the government doesn't have sort of a file on, if you will.
00:58:12.980 So I would suggest to you that that number is much larger now.
00:58:16.920 under Prime Minister Trudeau, the population of Canada is increased by over five million
00:58:21.520 officially that we know about. And that doesn't include a whole lot more illegals that have just
00:58:26.720 kind of wandered across the border. We don't know how many people come into Canada, say,
00:58:31.460 on a student visa, which is what large numbers of them do. So a whole lot of people that enter
00:58:36.120 Canada do so quasi-legally in that they apply for a student visa, you know, from the Brampton
00:58:42.320 College of Finance or something, which of course doesn't really exist. But they get off the
00:58:46.800 plane in Pearson. They hold out their visa and say, I'm a student. Here's my visa. They go,
00:58:50.540 yeah, thanks a lot. Come on in. And then that's it. There's no follow-up. No one checks two years
00:58:55.640 later, a year later, whatever, to see if they ever went to school. No one checks to see if they
00:58:59.800 leave the country. So we have large numbers of people who we know entered the country on student
00:59:04.140 visas, but they have no idea what happens to them after that. So the short answer to your question
00:59:09.240 is there is a whole bunch of people in Canada they're not aware of on top of the five or six
00:59:16.680 million people Trudeau has brought into the country quasi-legally. So when people talk about
00:59:23.420 the Great Replacement Theory, I look at it and say, don't put a conspiracy theory title on something
00:59:29.360 which has got a much clearer explanation. So what's the thing from the war room? There are
00:59:36.300 no conspiracy theories, but there's no coincidences either. So if you ask people, and this is going
00:59:43.620 to be part of my presentation and Red Deer as well. Like, what is Trudeau up to? Like, he's
00:59:47.240 failing massively. And I would say, well, no, he's succeeding in the sense of doing what he wants to
00:59:53.320 do. He wants an open borders Canada. He wants national institutions removed. He wants a
00:59:57.980 post-nationalist Canada as part of a globalist organization. And more importantly, Biden is
01:00:05.100 flooding America with God knows how many people. It's millions. Trudeau is flooding Canada with
01:00:09.420 millions. The United Kingdom, despite the conservative government saying they're going to
01:00:13.400 stop migration on, I don't know, 15 different occasions, isn't. So what's happening? Well,
01:00:18.800 the answer is, if you want to be a one-party dictator, if you want a one-party state,
01:00:25.160 which is a quote-unquote democracy, but only one party really has any power or influence,
01:00:30.000 then what you need is a compliant lower class, which is dependent on government for handouts.
01:00:36.680 So the greatest resistance to corrupt government is a functioning media and a functioning middle class.
01:00:44.800 If you have a middle class and a media, it's very hard for the government to establish greater or stronger control.
01:00:51.900 But if you have no functioning media and if you break the will of the middle class and make them dependent on their $10 daycare and their free dental and the welfare, student loans, and then if you drive them into debt so they can't afford to do anything, you then have a compliant mass of people. 0.82
01:01:11.160 So democracy was based on the idea basically of capitalism plus freedom of thought, plus freedom of religion, plus freedom of science, kind of all rolled together into an accountable system where you could walk up to the parliament, bang on the door and say, hey, what are you clowns doing in there?
01:01:26.900 We want to know what you're doing and we're going to come after you. 0.99
01:01:30.640 And by the way, every three or four years, we're going to fire your dumb butts out of there and put in some other guys. 0.99
01:01:34.540 um now the elites if if trudeau calls himself an elite which he does the way he views himself 0.99
01:01:40.620 is they don't want accountability they want power so if you break the will of the middle class
01:01:47.120 steal their wealth through high rents through high mortgages through high interest rates through
01:01:52.320 massive debt through student loan debt or whatever you then generate a compliant voting class now a
01:01:59.860 lot of people are just assuming uh trudeau's going to lose the next election everybody's
01:02:04.100 already anointed Pierre there. And they've already said, you know, Trudeau's not going to last the
01:02:08.980 summer. And it's like, well, I hope he's gone. I would like to think he's gone. I would think a
01:02:15.380 good looking golden retriever would make a good replacement for him. But let's go back and
01:02:23.240 remember, how did he get elected last time? And the answer is, we've got 100% of people in Canada
01:02:29.700 who can vote. That's the people on the voters list. Of that, probably, what did happen last
01:02:37.960 time? We had got like a 60 something percent turnout. So 40 percent of people voted to vote.
01:02:43.440 But a bunch of people did vote liberal. Now, how many people voted for the Liberal Party? The
01:02:48.320 answer is about 21 and a half percent of all registered voters voted liberal. And that was
01:02:55.500 enough to put Trudeau into a minority premiership, which he now has this unholy alliance with Jagmeet
01:03:01.820 Singh, which is not a coalition, or so we're told. It's a coalition. But yeah, with 21% of all
01:03:09.440 registered voters voting for him. So I hear people cheering on saying, oh, look, the liberals are
01:03:14.520 running at 28% in the polls. And I go, yeah, they won at 22%. So what the liberals need for the next
01:03:21.400 election. And I think this is where Trudeau seems to genuinely believe he can pull this out. And
01:03:26.680 I hope he doesn't, but if I was in Vegas, I wouldn't bet against him. I believe between now
01:03:33.360 and the next election, we're going to get universal basic income for the 18 to 30 crowd. He's going to
01:03:37.800 cancel all the student loans. There's going to be more carbon tax rebate. There's going to be
01:03:44.380 another GST rebate on groceries and all that kind of stuff. In other words, free stuff for everybody.
01:03:51.400 And what he needs is 22, 23, 24% of the vote in Canada, and he needs it to break in a certain way.
01:03:58.640 Conservative voting is very inefficient in Canada, where liberal voting is very efficient in Canada.
01:04:04.080 And for people that don't know what I mean by that, so when the conservatives winning a, when they win a riding in Alberta, they get like 90% of the votes go conservative.
01:04:12.840 And they win by an absolute landslide.
01:04:14.860 Whereas when a Liberal wins a seat in Hamilton or something, they only get 35% of the vote in a three-way split, but it's enough to get the seat.
01:04:24.140 So their votes are very efficient.
01:04:25.700 They get a lot of seats for the sheer number of votes they get.
01:04:28.040 So the question for the next election is, what will Toronto do and what will Atlantic Canada do?
01:04:32.180 Will they still vote for this guy?
01:04:33.620 So watch the by-election on June 24th, 25th in Toronto and see where that goes.
01:04:39.400 But yeah, and that sort of gets us back to what I said earlier.
01:04:42.620 This is Canada.
01:04:43.400 This is us.
01:04:44.000 We did this.
01:04:45.520 We can complain about Trudeau, and we should.
01:04:48.240 We can complain about the foreign interference.
01:04:50.600 We should. 1.00
01:04:51.420 We can state that our country is financially broken.
01:04:54.300 It is.
01:04:55.240 But at the end of the day, Canadians have been complacent for a couple of generations. 0.99
01:05:00.440 They haven't got off their butts. 0.97
01:05:01.620 They don't go to school board meetings. 0.99
01:05:03.580 They don't go to city council meetings.
01:05:04.860 They don't attend, you know, that kind of stuff.
01:05:06.800 And we have allowed the so-called elites to just basically overrun the system and overwhelm it.
01:05:12.440 And now we're complaining about it.
01:05:14.120 so yeah yeah i we've got a lot of work to do this uh this conference this big event coming up in red
01:05:22.040 deer one week from this saturday put on by veterans for freedom and canadians for truth
01:05:26.360 at legacy place by the way 75 dollars per ticket you can go to canadiansfortruth.ca put in the uh
01:05:33.160 the code v4f and you get uh your ticket for 75 dollars uh this is going to be a solution-based
01:05:40.600 gathering correct you guys are going to obviously uh you know tell us how we got here why we got here
01:05:46.440 in certain different ways but ultimately at the end of each presentation it's going to be solution
01:05:52.040 based from what i'm understanding yeah i think so why veterans in the first question i mean
01:05:56.840 people ask well what were veterans even doing at the convoy and then you know why are veterans
01:06:01.000 speaking out now and the answer is i mean people like me uh i did my uh service on the ground in
01:06:07.320 in the former Yugoslavia, where people were shooting at each other with large guns for a
01:06:11.760 while because they didn't like each other's politics. We have had people who served in the
01:06:16.640 Golan, the Sinai, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Mali, every crap hole in the planet. We've 0.94
01:06:24.780 had people there over the years. And one of the things about the veteran community is we sort of
01:06:29.240 laugh amongst ourselves and say, we divide the world into two places, over here and over there.
01:06:34.420 So over here is Canada. And that is where we sort of live, train. That's where we have our bases, whatever. And over there is where we wind up when the government sends us off to, you know, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Central America, the Golan Heights, Afghanistan, you name it. We've been pretty much everywhere around the world at one time or another.
01:06:57.100 And one of the things we recognize as veterans is we recognize stupid when we see stupid. 0.99
01:07:02.200 And by that, I mean, the former Yugoslavia actually was a pretty nice country until they, 1.00
01:07:06.900 you know, burned half of it down with heavy artillery. 0.89
01:07:09.280 But what destroyed that country was the politics of identity.
01:07:13.820 The Croatian thing, the Serbian thing, the Muslim thing, the Slovenian thing, the Macedonian 0.72
01:07:18.300 thing, that vicious politics of identity had been suppressed for years. 0.77
01:07:23.280 And then it came back. 0.82
01:07:24.980 So you had people arguing that, you know, you need to kill the guy down the road because he identifies differently than you do. 0.80
01:07:31.180 Now, the irony is in Bosnia, the Serbs, the Croats, the Muslims all speak the same language, all eat the same food. 0.66
01:07:37.760 You can't tell them apart to look at them. 0.96
01:07:39.500 They all smoke, they all drink, they all eat pork.
01:07:41.720 How are you supposed to tell them apart?
01:07:43.200 And, well, it's just how they self-identify.
01:07:45.700 So when I came back to Canada after that experience, a few years later, I'm kind of like, whoa, hang on just a second.
01:07:52.060 I hear the voice, the voices arising, the politics of identity, the politics of division,
01:07:58.040 the politics of history. And it's like, wow, the anger and the hatred that drives Afghanistan 0.97
01:08:04.440 apart, the anger and hatred that drove Yugoslavia apart, the anger and the hatred that's destroying
01:08:08.900 places like Mali, that same ideology, that same politics of identity is appearing in Canada now.
01:08:17.080 So for a lot of veterans, we say, you know, well, where was the worst place we were at? Well,
01:08:20.880 Afghanistan was pretty bad. Parts of Bosnia were pretty bad with mass graves, mass rape, 1.00
01:08:26.260 all that kind of stuff, concentration camps. Mali was like horrible. Cyprus, you know, 1.00
01:08:31.160 was pretty good except for the 74 invasion. But we have had veterans who've seen every kind of
01:08:38.020 stupidity, hatred, war crimes, mass rape, crimes against humanity. And we are now kind of almost 1.00
01:08:45.220 laughing at ourselves saying, we used to do stuff over there so we wouldn't have to do stuff over
01:08:50.800 here. You keep the bad stuff over there and keep the good stuff over here. And you try and solve
01:08:55.120 the problems over there. Now we're looking around going, some of the problems are over here.
01:09:00.840 And that is shocking to us because we sort of grew up in a system where we were trained,
01:09:05.740 you know, you serve God, King and country. You are there to serve the Canadian people.
01:09:09.740 You stay the hell out of politics and you do what the government tells you because the government
01:09:15.600 is a legitimate force, whatever. Well, now we see this particular government and we're going to get
01:09:20.620 into this at the conference, is Trudeau is now talking about changing the concept of aid to the
01:09:26.840 civil power in Canada. So aid to the civil power is when the mayor of Winnipeg or something gets
01:09:32.960 hammered by a snowstorm or Alberta gets a forest fire or a flood or whatever. So some mayor or some
01:09:38.600 premier phones up the chief of defense staff and says, help, I need a bunch of guys to come over
01:09:42.700 here and fight a fire, fight a flood, restore electrical power, stuff like that. So the military
01:09:48.560 is great at doing things quickly, you know, an infantry battalion can do anything if it wants to.
01:09:55.160 Sarajevo Airport was run by an infantry battalion. An infantry battalion can run an airport. So
01:09:59.840 that kind of aid to the civil power is muscular aid in the sense it's muscle, it's labor,
01:10:06.720 it's organization, it's skills. Trudeau is now talking about changing aid to the civil power
01:10:11.580 so that a premier or a mayor can ask the military to step into confrontations and protests and stuff
01:10:18.120 like that. In other words, to use firepower and that kind of muscle against the Canadian population.
01:10:25.040 And for most of us who are veterans, we're just like, whoa, where is this coming from?
01:10:29.400 The role of the Canadian forces is to kill people and break stuff, but over there, not over here.
01:10:35.760 But we're now seeing Trudeau moving towards the communist China sort of model,
01:10:42.440 where the People's Liberation Army doesn't serve China.
01:10:47.860 The People's Liberation Army serves the Communist Party.
01:10:52.080 So the chief of the defense staff of the People's Liberation Army
01:10:55.920 reports to the head of the Communist Party,
01:10:59.460 not the parliament, not the presidency, whatever.
01:11:02.660 So what we're seeing is this subtle shift in police forces and the military
01:11:07.520 where the sort of chain of command you will is changing
01:11:12.160 and the entire ideology of the use of force is changing.
01:11:15.940 Police departments used to be relatively independent.
01:11:19.380 If they saw a crime, if they saw something going on,
01:11:21.920 they'd go after it and away they go.
01:11:23.400 And sometimes the politicians were happy,
01:11:25.020 sometimes they weren't.
01:11:26.280 But look at the Ottawa police right now.
01:11:27.920 They've got Helen Gruse on trial for,
01:11:30.240 it's a kangaroo court for the last couple of years
01:11:32.460 because she was investigating the deaths
01:11:35.100 of children in Ottawa and raising the question is,
01:11:39.060 were the vaccines killing some of those children
01:11:42.680 because we got a sudden spike in dead children in Ottawa.
01:11:45.780 So she correctly asked the question and said,
01:11:48.100 is there a link between the vaccine and child death?
01:11:51.380 And then she sort of observed saying
01:11:52.820 there's no autopsies being done.
01:11:54.180 Why aren't there autopsies being done
01:11:56.440 on sudden deaths of children when you get a bunch of them?
01:11:59.140 So she got stepped on by the deputy chief.
01:12:02.860 She got stepped on by the new chief.
01:12:04.520 They basically fired her into purgatory
01:12:07.080 and now they've had this kangaroo trial going on for months, but it's not just that they're
01:12:12.180 persecuting her. What's at stake here is that an individual police officer in Canada, whether it's
01:12:18.140 the lowest constable on the smallest police force or the commissioner of the RCMP, is allowed to
01:12:24.220 investigate a crime. They can initiate investigation if they see something going on. If they see some
01:12:28.420 guy running with a knife into a back alley, they're allowed to go, hey, something's going on
01:12:32.580 there. I better go take a look. They have the authority to do that. But what we're seeing now
01:12:37.480 is the Ottawa police, especially under Deputy Chief Steve Tinkerbell there, is it's now
01:12:43.980 they're kind of saying, well, the government doesn't want that investigated, so we're not
01:12:47.620 going to do it. In other words, it's the will of the government that determines whether they carry
01:12:52.560 out investigations or not. And it's like, no, it's the will of the police force and the rule of law
01:12:58.860 that determines whether investigations go ahead or not. So again, one more step in the sort of
01:13:04.900 crushing of Canadian institutions is the police used to enjoy relative independence to start or
01:13:10.960 to not start criminal investigations. But now somebody started an investigation that Trudeau
01:13:16.000 didn't like, and that person is being driven into the ground. You see, Tom, I'm sorry to interrupt
01:13:21.140 you. Do you see military, you know, this is probably a dumb question because after everything 0.88
01:13:27.880 we've seen for the past four or five years of course they will but do you see canadian military
01:13:33.680 canadian police going along with this just because it's what they've been told to do or do you see
01:13:39.760 more of them stepping up they are so yeah you've actually saw i mean the convoy was interesting in
01:13:45.120 a sense it was it was a microcosm of everything that's right and wrong with the country and what
01:13:50.100 we actually observed with the convoy is we had great relations with the police most of the time
01:13:54.700 And by the police, I mean, constable, corporal, sergeant kind of cops, like the cops are actually out on the street. We had no problems with them 95% of the time. And we had reasonably good relations with some of the more senior sort of inspectors and superintendents.
01:14:12.480 But you could see the divide in the police force between a lot of the senior ranks who've been bureaucratized, and they just blindly sort of follow whatever the government says. And you can see the frontline police officers who say, our job is to keep the peace, not to enforce the will of the government.
01:14:28.560 And there was huge conflicts within police forces, some of which is still playing out.
01:14:34.640 And that's a problem.
01:14:36.400 There should not have been a conflict within the police forces.
01:14:39.160 They should have all been sort of, you know, singing from the same hymnal.
01:14:43.500 You refuse an unlawful order, right?
01:14:46.280 I mean, like, it's unlawful.
01:14:47.620 I'm not doing this.
01:14:48.760 You've ordered something that is completely against the highest law of the land, which is the Constitution, number one.
01:14:54.920 and government is not even supposed to be involved
01:14:58.160 in law enforcement in a hands-on way at all.
01:15:01.580 Anyhow, it's against regulations.
01:15:03.380 It's against so many laws in this country.
01:15:04.880 And yet, of course, they continue to do it.
01:15:07.480 Yeah, Chief Slowly of the Ottawa Police,
01:15:09.940 I'm not exactly in love with the guy,
01:15:12.080 but I got to give the guy credit where credit's due,
01:15:14.420 that he tried to shield the police force
01:15:17.060 from much of the vaccine stuff,
01:15:18.300 saying you can't force police officers to get vaccinated,
01:15:22.220 you know, Nuremberg and all that kind of stuff.
01:15:23.880 and he got fired. And I knew the instant he was going to get fired is he was asked at a press
01:15:30.260 conference, you know, why aren't the police taking stronger action here? Why aren't you
01:15:34.740 arresting these people? And he said, look, it's a political problem, not a police problem. It needs
01:15:40.820 a political solution. And my guess is that's when the button got pushed and he got fired because
01:15:46.500 he correctly identified that the convoy was legal. At least that's what the judge said. Freedom of
01:15:52.520 assembly, freedom of speech, all that kind of stuff. And the failure of the convoy and the
01:15:58.760 failure of the government was that the people who are allowed to petition parliament, people are
01:16:04.800 allowed to protest, they are allowed to address their members of parliament, these guys wouldn't
01:16:09.520 answer. So they showed up in Ottawa, metaphorically speaking, hammered on the door and said, hey,
01:16:14.640 get out here and talk to us. And what did Trudeau do? He literally ran away. I don't know if you
01:16:20.060 remember that the first day of the convoy was you know the prime minister was secret he was taken to
01:16:24.380 a secret hiding place for his protection and it's like oh bunker somewhere yeah yeah well you did
01:16:30.860 you know when we invited theresa tam to come down and explain give us one scientific paper
01:16:36.400 that justifies the crackdown on cross-border traffic and all that stuff and we'll shut up
01:16:41.400 and go away they didn't show up so the failure there was the was the failure of the government
01:16:47.520 to address the issue, but Chief slowly paid the price because he correctly identified that. He
01:16:52.440 goes, this is a political problem, not a policing problem, and of course, it's just not what the
01:16:56.580 government wants to hear. Tom, thank you for coming on tonight. Really appreciate it. We're
01:17:01.220 going to see you in Red Deer week from this Saturday at Legacy Place for the big event with

01:17:10.980 of great people, and I want to thank you again for coming on the show tonight. You're a great guy,

01:17:20.440 thank you tom uh it's tom quagan everybody uh veterans for freedom uh sorry to have to cut it
01:17:26.240 off but we do have some other things that we need to discuss tonight one of them being
01:17:32.420 did joe biden actually poop himself today at the at the d-day i don't want to call them celebrations
01:17:43.740 at the D-Day ceremonies, the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
01:17:50.080 Joe Biden mysteriously walked away from the ceremony,
01:17:54.100 leaving Emmanuel Macron and his wife kind of surprised.
01:17:59.960 They didn't know what was going on.
01:18:01.760 Where's Joe going?
01:18:06.420 So all kinds of people on X today were saying,
01:18:09.600 did Joe Biden actually poop himself?
