00:01:27.220this is the stone zone with roger stone people love him and respect him roger stone
00:01:42.240now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone welcome you are now entering the
00:01:51.240stone zone do you remember cassidy hutchinson i don't blame you if you don't but cassidy
00:01:56.340Hutchinson was one of the star witnesses for the January 6th committee, a farce in which Nancy
00:02:02.640Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, appointed a committee with no Trump-supporting Republicans
00:02:08.300in an effort to frame Donald Trump regarding January 6th. Cassidy Hutchinson specifically
00:02:14.040said in her sworn testimony that the White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, that was her boss,
00:02:19.640ordered her to call Roger Stone and General Michael Flynn on January 5th to find out what
00:02:26.560was going to happen on January 6th. There was only one tiny problem. There never was any such phone
00:02:32.620call. The truth is, I don't think I've ever communicated with Mark Meadows. I may have met
00:02:37.260him once in the green room at Fox back when he was a congressman and before Donald Trump was
00:02:42.160president. But I didn't communicate him on that day or any other day. I checked with General Flynn
00:02:47.100and he didn't either. So that testimony, which was riveting on public television,
00:02:52.940was a complete and total lie. It was perjury, false statements, false statements to Congress,
00:02:58.980what they specifically falsely accused me of. She also went on to say that Meadows had intended
00:03:05.400to attend a meeting in a war room at the Willard Hotel on the evening of January 5th,
00:03:13.340that she had dissuaded Meadows from going there.
00:03:17.320Those allegedly there included Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, and others,
00:03:22.860and that she persuaded Meadows to call, once again, Roger Stone and General Flynn
00:03:28.660to get a download on how the meeting had gone.
00:03:31.380Well, first of all, if there was any such war room at the Willard Hotel
00:03:35.400on the eve of January 6th, I don't know about it, and I certainly was never in one.
00:03:40.280Plus, I don't think I'd be in the same room with Steve Bannon, in all honesty.
00:03:43.900And then secondarily, there was no such call to ask her.
00:03:46.840So those are two material lies designed to hook General Flynn and I into the January 6th conspiracy.
00:03:53.980Now, what's incredible, and she also went on to tell us a tall tale about Donald Trump in his limousine,
00:04:00.140in the back seat, but trying to grab the steering wheel and get control of it from a Secret Service agent
00:04:04.760when they refused to take him to the Capitol.
00:04:08.280That has been completely and totally debunked as well.
00:04:11.240Interestingly enough, Hutchinson went back, which you can do,
00:04:14.180and she altered her sworn testimony several times in an effort to avoid a perjury indictment.
00:04:21.720But it turns out she didn't need to be too worried because this all took place in D.C.
00:04:25.060A grand jury has now declined to indict former White House staffer Cassidy Hutchinson
00:04:30.300on her testimony about President Trump's alleged conduct during the January 6th riots of Capitol Hill in 2021.
00:04:36.840The Justice Department sought to prosecute Hutchinson for reasons that have not been made clear due to the confidentiality of the case.
00:04:44.000But President Trump and I, among others, have previously accused her of lying under oath during a testimony about January 6th before the House Committee.
00:04:52.100I just specified very specifically the lies you told about me and General Flynn.
00:04:56.640Now, sources close to the case confirm to the Associated Press that the grand jury in D.C. has declined to prosecute while providing very few details.
00:05:05.760A grand jury in Washington, D.C. has rejected the prosecutor's request to return an indictment against Cassidy Hutchinson, said the people who spoke to the Associated Press on a condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to publicly discuss the case.
00:05:19.780Details of prosecutors' allegations against Hutchinson were not immediately clear, but Republican lawmakers have accused her about lying under oath in her explosive testimony in 2022 about the president's specific behavior.
00:05:31.780You'll remember this. She described an angry, defiant president who was trying to let armed protesters avoid security screens at a rally that morning to protest his 2020 election defeat, and who later grabbed at the steering wheel the presidential SUV when the Secret Service refused to let him go to Capitol Hill.
00:05:49.880And when the events at the Capitol spiraled towards violence, with the crowd chanting, hang Mike Pence, she testified that Trump declined to intervene.
00:05:59.120Hutchinson, as I say, did admit during testimony that she was only relaying information she had obtained from a House security official, White House security official, emphasizing these were not her personal eyewitnesses.
00:06:10.820So in other words, it was what they call hearsay.
00:06:15.440In the case of her charges against me and General Flynn, they were completely fabricated, I suspect, by Liz Cheney, who coached her through those false statements.
00:06:24.660President Trump has called Cassidy Hutchinson a total phony and bad news, denying her allegations.
00:06:29.660Back in 2024, House Republicans also released a transcript of the January 6th committee's interview with the Secret Service officer who drove the presidential SUV that day, which contradicted most of Hutchinson's claims.
00:06:43.200While the driver did say President Trump was insistent about going to the Capitol during the riot, he rejected any claim that the president tried to grab the steering wheel.
00:06:51.820I didn't see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all, the driver said.
00:06:56.820Now, according to Fox News, the federal grand jury had heard evidence concerning possible false statements Hutchinson made to the Congressional Committee.
00:07:04.520The grand jury's decision not to indict Hutchinson does not establish whether her congressional testimony was truthful or false.
00:07:10.640Hutchinson has previously maintained that she stands by her testimony, it added.
00:07:14.820Now, I'm a big fan of the Justice Department's actions so far against James Comey, John Brennan, Eric Swallow, and others.
00:07:20.700But I think, in all honesty, in this case, they got it wrong.0.64
00:07:24.900The evidence against Katzi Hux is real, and she was an important tool of those waging lawfare on President Trump following the events of January 6th.
00:07:33.160Her lies were used to build a false narrative in Congress and in the media.
00:07:37.480Among her most outrageous claims, repeated as a fact by media outlets that never bought the check, was her testimony under questioning by Liz Cheney.
00:07:44.680that President Trump instructed, as I say, Mark Meadows, to call me and General Flynn on the
00:07:49.760evening of January 5th to find out what was going to happen on January 6th. That was her impression,
00:07:55.020she said, that those calls were completed. Here's the actual change from January 28th.
00:07:59.440That's changing. So the night before January 6th, President Trump instructed Chief of Staff Mark
00:08:03.840Meadows to contact both Roger Stone and Michael Flynn regarding what would play out the next day.
00:08:09.260Ms. Hutchison, is it your understanding that President Trump asked Mark Meadows to speak
00:08:13.660with Roger Stone and General Flynn on January 5th. Hutchinson says, that's correct. That's my
00:08:18.980understanding. Now, Liz Cheney says, and Ms. Hutchinson, is it your understanding that Mr.
00:08:24.080Meadows called Mr. Stone on the 5th? Hutchinson said, I'm under the impression that Mr. Meadows
00:08:29.480did complete both a call to Mr. Stone and General Flynn on the evening of January 5th.
00:08:35.520Do you know what they talked about that evening? Cheney asks Hutchinson. Hutchinson says, I'm not
00:08:41.200sure. This is a lie. There never were any such calls. There are no phone records to support the
00:08:47.920claim. Neither General Flynn or I have ever spoken or communicated, as I say, with Meadows.
00:08:52.780As I said, I think I met him once back when he was a congressman. That's the fullest extent of
00:08:56.780our contact. General Flynn has confirmed to me that he's never had any phone conversation
00:09:00.860with Meadows either. So there was no call on January 5th, no coordination, and no discussion
00:09:06.160what would happen the next day. A secondary claim about the so-called war room at the Willard Hotel
00:09:11.180hotel to get this exactly right cheney says is your understanding that mr giuliani mr eastman
00:09:17.380that's john eastman the attorney who i've never met and others have set up what would be called
00:09:21.780a war room in the willard hotel on the night of the fifth hutcheson says i was aware of that
00:09:27.220the night of the fifth now cheney says how do you know if mr meadows ever attended to go
00:09:32.720to the willard hotel on the night of the fifth and hutcheson says mr meadows had a conversation
00:09:38.420with me that he wanted to work with Secret Service on a movement from the White House to the Willard
00:09:42.560Hotel so he could attend a meeting or meetings with Mr. Giuliani and his associates in the war
00:09:48.060room. Now Cheney says, and what was your view as to whether Mr. Meadows should go to the Willard
00:09:53.380that night? Hutchison says, I made it clear to Mr. Meadows that I didn't believe it was a smart
00:09:57.860idea for him to go to the Willard Hotel that night. I wasn't sure that everything was going
00:10:01.380on in the Willard Hotel, although I knew enough about Mr. Giuliani's associates were pushing
00:10:05.460towards this period. I assume she's referring to an effort to delay the certification of the
00:10:10.960election. But then again, I wouldn't know because I wasn't in any war room. I don't think it was
00:10:15.300something appropriate for the White House Chief of Staff to attend or to consider involvement in
00:10:19.400and made that clear to Mr. Meadows. This is Hutchinson speaking. So throughout the afternoon,
00:10:24.240he mentioned a few more times going to the Woodward Hotel that evening, and eventually he
00:10:27.660dropped the subject the night of the 5th and said that he would just dial in instead. She then
00:10:32.480claims she's talked meadows out of attending them in person and he later got a briefing from stone
00:10:37.000and flynn there's her second big lie regarding me there is no such telephonic briefing how could
00:10:42.040i brief somebody about a meeting i was never in i'm never aware of a war room uh it's interesting
00:10:48.120that the washington post later confirms that among those who were in a war room they cannot
00:10:53.020confirm my attendance because frankly i wasn't there i gave a speech on the night of the fifth
00:10:58.680I would urge you to go look at it on YouTube because I specifically called on those in Washington to avoid being baited into violence.
00:11:06.440But strangely, YouTube took that down.
00:12:16.440In communities across Canada, hourly Amazon employees earn an average of over $26 an hour.
00:12:24.660Employees also have the opportunity to grow their skills and their paycheck by enrolling in free skills training programs for in-demand fields like software development and information technology.
00:12:44.320In the meantime, I thought it was a brilliant idea President Donald Trump announced that anyone who reports voter fraud, whether from past elections or the upcoming November 3rd elections, will receive $1 million if the tip leads to an arrest and a conviction.
00:13:00.900The statement came one week after Election Day amid stepped-up federal efforts to obtain state voter registration data and examine potentially ineligible voters.
00:13:10.720A number of big blue states still continue to hand over their voter lists to the Department of Justice so that they may be matched against the list of known illegal immigrants.
00:13:20.000President Trump said the award applies to both historical and current cases.
00:13:24.120Some Democrat state election officials have warned that the announcement could generate unsubstantiated claims and complicate local administration.
00:13:32.100But that sounds like just another smokescreen meant to keep the fraud under wraps that they rely upon to win their elections.
00:13:39.620The offer places a concrete financial incentive on producing prosecutable evidence rather than anonymous social media accusations.
00:13:48.400Federal investigators have already charged dozens of non-citizens in multiple states for illegal voting or false citizenship claims in recent election cycles.
00:13:58.000While the million-dollar figure is paid from personal funds, a designated program or some other mechanism has not been detailed.
00:14:05.340So the announcement itself signals the administration tends to treat documented illegal voting as a priority that carries real consequences for those who are convicted.
00:14:15.320Democrats' rigging apparatus has shown itself almost despicably in 2020, is getting shut down, and they know it.
00:14:21.920Any Democrat fraudsters who are considering any changes next week may take Trump's offer as a deterrent.
00:14:28.400Meanwhile, the FBI has searched Beverly Hills mansion of billionaire donor Eric Swalwell.
00:14:34.100remember him he was the guy who accused me of being a russian agent for almost two and a half
00:14:40.020years as a member of the house intelligence committee the uh ultimately he was forced out
00:14:45.160of a race for governor of california after uh accusations of sexual assault uh and harassment
00:14:51.700swallow you may recall was also connected to a chinese communist spy named fang fang that he0.94
00:14:59.380was having a sexual relationship with i would say that he penetrated fang fang and fang fang0.83
00:15:04.580penetrated his office putting two employees into the congressman's office significant because eric0.97
00:15:10.740swalwell was a member of the house intelligence committee where he was entitled to all of the
00:15:16.420classified documents uh we now know that swalwell spent time at this property before leaving congress
00:15:22.580The FBI confirmed the operation in which they raided this home in D.C.
00:15:28.940is connected to a current probe of Swalwell's activities.
00:15:34.100It is clear that he is finished politically.
00:15:36.920What I don't understand is when he left Congress and decided to run for governor,
00:15:41.260it looked like he began taking style tips from Steve Bannon.
00:15:43.960In other words, he stopped bathing, he stopped shaving, he stopped washing his hair.
00:15:47.880I guess there are some who can think that the wino-sheep look has some constituency within the Democrat primary, but Swalwell ended up dropping out of the race over questions of his legality as a candidate, didn't really have a home in California, as well as the allegations of sexual assault.
00:16:07.440I'm Roger Stone. You're listening to The Stone Zone. Don't go away, because we'll be right back.
00:16:11.600the stone zone entertaining and informative on the red apple podcast network
00:16:19.000this is the stone zone with roger stone roger stone who's a very very one of the smartest
00:16:35.120political minds rogerson was persecuted people forget he's actually a brilliant brilliant
00:16:39.900political analyst now get in the zone it's the stone zone here's roger stone welcome back into
00:16:48.500the stone zone you may recall after the first round of the presidential race in brazil when
00:16:54.740senator flavio bolsonaro son of the former president imprisoned president jair bolsonaro
00:17:01.320won the first round i predicted uh that president lula a communist would win the second round i
00:17:09.240I was told by a number of conservatives I was wrong, but that's exactly what happened.
00:17:14.720I remember when the Democrats lost the governorship of Connecticut and they figured it out.
00:17:19.720They got a court to order the polling places in Bridgeport to remain open for an additional three hours while they rounded up enough votes to steal the governorship.
00:17:29.300Pretty much the same thing happened in Brazil in their election when the government, the Supreme Court,
00:17:36.420which is headed by President Lula's former personal attorney and a true tyrant named Moraes,
00:17:43.060ordered the polls in certain precincts opened so that the election could be stolen from the younger Bolsonaro.
00:17:51.240What's even more shocking is within hours of the election being over,
00:17:56.560they ordered Flavio Bolsonaro's passport to be revoked,
00:18:00.240and they set out to arrest him for objecting to the election result.
00:18:05.040Unfortunately, Marco Rubio and Donald Trump are two steps ahead.
00:18:10.000Senator Flavio Bolsonaro was extracted from Brazil, flown first to Argentina, then from Argentina to Ecuador, and from Ecuador to the United States.
00:18:21.080The senator landed in Miami after the Brazilian federal police had seized his airport and tried to impose travel restrictions following his narrow runoff defeat.
00:18:33.000Of course, Lula is taunting Donald Trump on video, and it's very clear that nothing will be done in this particular instance.
00:18:44.640There is little question, however, that people need to understand that this arresting of any critic of the Lula government,
00:18:52.460whether they're intellectuals, whether they're artists, whether they're political figures,
00:18:57.240or whether there are members of parties other than President Lula.
00:19:01.980There is no question that Brazil is the most authoritarian regime now in our hemisphere,
00:19:07.820and it is good to see President Trump's willingness to receive Bolsonaro
00:19:12.020because it's consistent with his earlier decisions to offer refuge to political figures
00:19:16.620facing prosecution from left-wing governments.
00:19:20.220In a tragic case, Flavio's father, Jair, the former president,
00:19:23.520is already still behind bars under dubious circumstances.
00:19:27.880President Trump was right to take action and make sure the same cannot be done to his son, in my view.
00:19:32.880Before long, hopefully, Flavio will be able to make his heroic return to Brazil to liberate his people from the tyranny they are enduring.
00:19:39.700Lula is an international criminal similar to Nicolas Maduro, and taking intervention to remove him under the DeRoe Doctrine would not be a bad idea.
00:19:49.560Meanwhile, 175 House Democrats demand a halt to Ilhan Omar's investigation before the midterms.
00:19:55.960How convenient. Now that we are hitting pay dirt, proving that she lied on the naturalization papers, and the government of Somalia is refusing to cooperate in the investigation, it's very clear that we're on the road to not only expelling her from the Congress, but also shipping her back where she came from.0.85
00:20:14.740If you came to the United States illegally, if you lied on your naturalization documents, you should be held responsible.
00:23:40.560So you see what we have here is a classic example of Comey, who is without any question one of the biggest criminals in the Obama-directed Russian collusion hoax, and this incredible hypocrisy.
00:23:55.200I saw him on video yesterday, once again saying that the charges against him are political.
00:24:01.660U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden unsealed this case against Comey on Monday at Comey's request,
00:24:07.940writing that criminal charges against the former FBI director for his conduct law in office are of significant public interest.
00:24:15.320Comey, who has, of course, denied all wrongdoing in the three cases pending against him,
00:24:20.140responded in that video post I saw yesterday.
00:28:32.740In charge, he lied to Congress in 2020 when he denied authorizing anyone at the FBI to be an anonymous source of news reports.
00:28:40.560Sources previously reported the person Comey allegedly authorized was his friend and FBI special government employment, Daniel Richman.
00:28:49.260Richman told agents in a separate leak probe, codenamed Arctic Haze, that he had communicated with the New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt,
00:28:56.800a guy who, by the way, got a Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of the Russian collusion hoax
00:29:02.060and should now take that prize and give it back.
00:29:05.000If it's not given back, well, it should be taken from him.
00:29:07.520It turns out that everything he wrote turned out to be wrong.
00:29:10.620The Russian collusion hoax is the biggest single abusive power and dirty trick in American political history.
00:29:17.020In this case, it's very clear that Richmond leaked the stories to Michael Schmidt of the New York Times
00:29:23.100in direct violation of the law and contrary to Comey's sworn testimony.
00:29:29.940So the real question you have to ask here is, in the end,
00:29:33.720will any of these people who engaged in the greatest criminal conspiracy
00:29:37.720in the country's history in terms of abuse of power,
00:29:41.360will any of them actually face justice?
00:29:45.640As you know, we have a grand jury in South Florida
00:29:49.180that is trying to make a case on seditious conspiracy.
00:29:53.700The biggest problem for bringing any of these people,
00:29:55.760whether it is Obama or Biden or Susan Rice,
00:29:59.420the national security advisor at the time,
00:30:01.820or General James Clapper, the director of national intelligence,
00:30:05.540the aforementioned FBI director, James Comey,
00:30:44.560The only case that would be different would be a seditious conspiracy case.
00:30:51.800In other words, if you could prove that there was one seditious conspiracy that began in July of 2016, takes us all the way through the Russian collusion hoax, two, we now know, completely phony impeachment attempts on Donald Trump.
00:31:08.500The theft of the 2020 election, the so-called documents case where they raided President Donald Trump's home, I believe, to get back documents that proved their involvement in the Russian collusion hoax and then arced across attempting to blame President Donald Trump for the actions of January 6th.
00:31:30.160Whether anybody here is going to be held to account remains to be seen.
00:31:36.840I will be keeping an eye on all these Comey cases.
00:31:39.600Comey is a key figure in the deep state, and his face will say a lot about what the nation is about to happen
00:31:46.340and the sabotage of the presidency under Donald Trump and what I've called, again,
00:31:51.340the single greatest dirty trick in American political history.
00:31:54.660Make-A-Wish Canada has been granting wishes for kids living with critical illnesses for over 40 years.
00:32:01.6208 out of 10 wish kids said their wish gave them the strength to fight their critical illness.
00:32:18.460Ask your doctor if filling a wish prescription for a wish kid is right for you.
00:32:22.300Side effects may include sudden appearance of your favorite celebrity, a royalty a day at the water park, a helicopter ride, unicorn sightings, meeting your heroes, becoming a ship captain or pilot, fewer trips to the ER, improved health outcomes, the strength to fight.
00:32:32.440Eight out of ten wish kids said their wish gave them the strength to fight their critical illness.
00:37:46.240which now calls itself MSNOW, former CIA Director John Brennan said that President Donald Trump
00:37:53.000and Attorney General Child Blanche are attempting to, quote, tilt, unquote, the 2026 midterm elections.
00:37:59.740Brennan said, well, the office of the presidency has tremendous authorities that can use the executive branch,
00:38:05.280as we've seen, whether it be the Department of Justice or ICE or other elements of the Department of Homeland Security
00:38:11.160to disrupt the day of the election or to actually challenge the certification afterwards.
00:38:15.540So I think Donald Trump is, unfortunately, going to do whatever it takes to get away with.
00:38:20.820And unfortunately, we have people like Todd Blanche, who I think is just showing how devious a lawyer is by trying to defend the indefensible.
00:38:27.360Because the things he's been saying on the talk shows this weekend, I think, certainly show that he has an unprincipled view and attitude towards his job as attorney general.
00:38:35.800This would be lackable if it wasn't so serious.
00:39:06.200that he can tilt it towards the Republicans
00:39:07.800This is Brennan that I'm quoting, who continued to bow and genuflect to him, remaining in control of the House as well as the Senate.
00:39:15.000By the way, it's almost certain that Brennan himself perjured himself before the House Intelligence Committee in May of 2017,
00:39:21.080and at minimum, when he denied any knowledge of the origins of the phony Steele dossier.
00:39:26.100That was the fake report that accused Donald Trump of dallying with Russian prostitutes while visiting Moscow as a private businessman.
00:39:33.220We now know that that report was a fraud commissioned and paid for by Hillary Clinton.
00:39:38.640But the point is, John Brennan knew that in 27, in 2017, pardon me.
00:39:43.780And Andrew Weissman, who was the de facto head of the Mueller investigation, knew it when back when he was the general counsel to the FBI.
00:39:53.080So both of them lied under oath about this.
00:39:56.640But it was Brennan who then forced the Steele dossier assessment that the Russians were attempting to influence the 26th election, specifically via the Trump campaign, into Barack Obama's daily intelligence summary report.
